- 0:01Speaker 1: In a major federal action today, the Trump administration has
- 0:06Speaker 1: gone after the Biden era medicaid funding system that has
- 0:09Speaker 1: become ground zero for what Donald Trump has called a
- 0:14Speaker 1: war on fraud. Vice President JD. Vance, tasked by President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Trump with leading a nationwide crackdown on government fraud, and
- 0:22Speaker 1: Doctor Oz, the head of the Centers for Medicare and
- 0:25Speaker 1: Medicaid Services, announced that the federal government is temporarily halting
- 0:30Speaker 1: about two hundred and fifty nine point five million in
- 0:35Speaker 1: medicaid reimbursement to the state of Minnesota. Now, that's more
- 0:40Speaker 1: than a quarter of a billion dollars that the federal
- 0:42Speaker 1: government had planned to send a Minnesota for medicaid spending,
- 0:47Speaker 1: and it's being paused until the state can prove that
- 0:50Speaker 1: it's properly policing the program and preventing taxpayer dollars from
- 0:56Speaker 1: being wasted or flat out stolen. A joint press conference,
- 1:02Speaker 1: Vance said the move is aimed squarely at ensuring Minnesota
- 1:06Speaker 1: takes its obligation seriously to be good stewards of the
- 1:11Speaker 1: American people's tax money. Here's doctor Oz in a major
- 1:16Speaker 1: move to stop corruption in Minnesota.
- 1:19Speaker 2: There is a fraud scheme in Minnesota where criminals soon
- 1:23Speaker 2: to be criminals pay moms one thousand dollars roughly in
- 1:27Speaker 2: order to enroll their children as being autistic, falsely dishonestly
- 1:31Speaker 2: claiming their children are autistic. They then bill Medicaid as
- 1:34Speaker 2: that already happened millions of dollars for services that were
- 1:37Speaker 2: never rendered, never delivered by a qualified staff member. These
- 1:40Speaker 2: schemes disproportionately involve immigrant communities. They're insulated, they're able to
- 1:45Speaker 2: organize efforts, and sometimes they don't understand what's going on,
- 1:48Speaker 2: and ultimately diverse resources away from kids who truly have autism,
- 1:51Speaker 2: because if every kid in the neighborhood has autism, then
- 1:54Speaker 2: nobody has autism in terms of how you can manage them.
- 1:57Speaker 2: There was one behavioral and by the way, these kids,
- 1:59Speaker 2: they carry that diagnosis of autism the rest of their lives.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Their mom made a bad decision. The kid pays the
- 2:04Speaker 2: price for the rest of their life. There's one behavioral
- 2:07Speaker 2: health organization, Mister Vice President of Minnesota. They received delivered
- 2:11Speaker 2: in a half million dollars in Medicaid payments, but the
- 2:13Speaker 2: top biller, the top biller submitted four hundred and fifty
- 2:16Speaker 2: days where they claimed they were working more than twenty
- 2:18Speaker 2: four hours a day. I mean even in the White House,
- 2:20Speaker 2: that's tough. It's hard to work more than twenty four
- 2:23Speaker 2: hours a day. How it didn't get picked up is
- 2:25Speaker 2: shocking to us at CMS. There are other red flags
- 2:28Speaker 2: in Minnesota, including hundreds of beneficiaries receiving treatment linked to
- 2:31Speaker 2: one location, which was impossible physically to be true. We
- 2:34Speaker 2: had eight beneficiaries in one of these substance use disorder centers,
- 2:38Speaker 2: eight who were already dead, but the center was still
- 2:40Speaker 2: billing us. Not only did they let the person pass,
- 2:44Speaker 2: they kept building for it. That's the level of average
- 2:46Speaker 2: for talking about so CMS is done paying and chasing.
- 2:49Speaker 2: We don't think jail sentences are the right way out.
- 2:51Speaker 2: These criminals flee the country, many are foreign nationals. Instead
- 2:54Speaker 2: of launching the largest action against fraud that we'd ever taken,
- 2:58Speaker 2: the money's not going to ever leave the building again,
- 3:00Speaker 2: and we're going to start dreaming the swamp of the
- 3:02Speaker 2: crooks that have inhabited it and are defrauding us. They
- 3:05Speaker 2: are three bold actions. The first, for many of you
- 3:08Speaker 2: may be the most important is we're going, for the
- 3:10Speaker 2: first time take a massive action to defer funds to
- 3:13Speaker 2: a state. Let's start with this Medicaid program in Minnesota,
- 3:16Speaker 2: which serves pregnant women. Medicaid tastes care of our children.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Fifty three percent of kids are born in the poverty.
- 3:21Speaker 2: They are supported through Medicaid, disadvantaged seniors, individual disabilities. Is
- 3:27Speaker 2: unponderable that you would take advantage of these precious programs.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Yet they are putting it at risk, all of it
- 3:33Speaker 2: by stealing the money. So it's our due to preserve Medicaid.
- 3:36Speaker 2: And what we're going to do is identify the scameras,
- 3:39Speaker 2: which we have done in Minnesota. We've identified that they've hijacked.
- 3:42Speaker 2: In particular, a certain part of the Minnesota Medicaid system
- 3:45Speaker 2: said differently, and I'll just put the numbers out there.
- 3:48Speaker 2: It's going to be two hundred and fifty nine million
- 3:51Speaker 2: dollars of deferred payments from Medicaid to Minnesota, which we're
- 3:55Speaker 2: announcing as I speak to Governor Wilson his team. That's
- 3:59Speaker 2: based on an audit the last three months of twenty
- 4:01Speaker 2: twenty five restated a quarter billion dollars is not going
- 4:05Speaker 2: to be paid this month to Minnesota for its Medicaid claims.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Now that's a million rather a quarter billion dollars of money.
- 4:12Speaker 2: That's your money, it's your taxpayer money. And these home
- 4:16Speaker 2: and community based services, which again are services that are
- 4:19Speaker 2: typically things you would do for your family, but for
- 4:21Speaker 2: whatever reason, your family's not there to provide them, are
- 4:23Speaker 2: very hard to audit and for that reason, there's been
- 4:25Speaker 2: a lot of slippage. The guardrails have not been well maintained,
- 4:28Speaker 2: and if you're not serious about the integrity of the program,
- 4:31Speaker 2: you'll see these problems happening in your state, which is
- 4:33Speaker 2: why Minnesota is not alone, although they're the first to
- 4:36Speaker 2: receive this action. These high growth areas of fraud are
- 4:40Speaker 2: difficult to police, so we require the states to take
- 4:43Speaker 2: these issues seriously. This quarter billion dollar deferment is hopefully
- 4:47Speaker 2: going to get on the radar screen for the state
- 4:49Speaker 2: of Minnesota and make sure they are responsive to our requests.
- 4:53Speaker 2: We did what any honest and patient focused agency would do.
- 4:55Speaker 2: We have notified the state and that we will give
- 4:58Speaker 2: them the money.
- 4:59Speaker 3: We're going to hold.
- 5:00Speaker 2: It and only release it after they propose an act
- 5:03Speaker 2: on a comprehensive corrective action plan to solve the problem.
- 5:07Speaker 2: If Minnesota fails to clean up the systems, the state
- 5:09Speaker 2: will rack up a billion dollars of deferred payments this year.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Governor Walls has sixty days sixty days, sir, to respond
- 5:16Speaker 2: to our letter. And if providers and beneficiaries are worried
- 5:19Speaker 2: about getting their money in services, please call your governor.
- 5:22Speaker 2: These are services the governor has already paid for. We
- 5:24Speaker 2: are just not reimbursing the state. To make it clear,
- 5:27Speaker 2: there is a rainy day fund in Minnesota, so we
- 5:29Speaker 2: are very confident that people will not be hurt in Minnesota.
- 5:32Speaker 2: This is not a problem with the people in Minnesota.
- 5:34Speaker 2: It's a problem with the leadership of Minnesota and other
- 5:36Speaker 2: states who do not take Medicaid preservation.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Seriously, you listen to doctor Oz there and he lays
- 5:42Speaker 1: it out perfectly exactly who they're at war with. It
- 5:45Speaker 1: is not the people in Minnesota. It is those in
- 5:49Speaker 1: charge of Minnesota. They're allowing this to happen. Vice President JD.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Van's putting it this way. But first, I want to
- 5:56Speaker 1: talk to you about the important work that's being done
- 5:58Speaker 1: for the people in Israel right now with IFCJ. Israel
- 6:02Speaker 1: is a very hot topic right now, and with so
- 6:05Speaker 1: many opinions and emotions surrounding it, it can feel hard
- 6:08Speaker 1: to know where to start. The Bible tells us I
- 6:11Speaker 1: will bless those who bless you. That isn't just a
- 6:14Speaker 1: comforting promise, it's a clear calling from God. And today,
- 6:18Speaker 1: with anti Semitism rising around the world, that calling is
- 6:22Speaker 1: more urgent than ever. At a time when Jewish communities
- 6:25Speaker 1: are experiencing more hostility, more threats, and more violence than ever,
- 6:29Speaker 1: Christians have a powerful opportunity to respond with God's love
- 6:33Speaker 1: to say you.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Are not alone.
- 6:36Speaker 1: When Christians choose to bless Israel, we're not entering a
- 6:39Speaker 1: political issue. We're honoring the root of our faith and
- 6:42Speaker 1: standing against hatred. Supporting Israel is more than a belief,
- 6:46Speaker 1: it's a biblical mandate. And by partnering with the International
- 6:50Speaker 1: Fellowship of Christians and Jews, you can push back against
- 6:54Speaker 1: darkness and be a light to God's people. Learn how
- 6:57Speaker 1: you can bless Israel and be blessed in REATI visit
- 7:01Speaker 1: IFCJ dot org today. That's IFCJ dot org today. Be
- 7:06Speaker 1: it blessing, live in the world. Answer the call now.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I want to go back to.
- 7:11Speaker 3: Vice President JD. Van's putting it this way.
- 7:13Speaker 4: We're announcing today that we have decided to temporary temporarily
- 7:19Speaker 4: halt certain amounts of Medicaid funding that are going to
- 7:22Speaker 4: the state of Minnesota in order to ensure that the
- 7:26Speaker 4: State of Minnesota takes its obligations seriously to be good
- 7:30Speaker 4: stewards of the American people's tax money. Now, what is
- 7:33Speaker 4: this going to mean. What this means is that, first
- 7:36Speaker 4: of all, the providers on the ground in Minnesota have
- 7:39Speaker 4: actually already been paid. The state has paid those providers
- 7:42Speaker 4: the money. What we're doing is we are stopping the
- 7:45Speaker 4: federal payments that will go to the state government until
- 7:49Speaker 4: the state government takes its obligations seriously to stop the
- 7:54Speaker 4: fraud that's being perpetrated against the American taxpayers.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Now, the Vice President and doctor officially halting a quarter
- 8:01Speaker 1: of a billion dollars in federal medicaid payments to Tim
- 8:04Speaker 1: Wallats in the City of Minnesota is massive. They're cutting
- 8:08Speaker 1: off the cash. This is massive because of the fraud,
- 8:12Speaker 1: and they know the money is going to fraud. So
- 8:15Speaker 1: they're saying, the governor, open your books, show us, do
- 8:20Speaker 1: an investigation, make sure we understand exactly what's happening here.
- 8:26Speaker 1: And if you can show that the money's not going
- 8:28Speaker 1: to massive fraud, fine you can have the money. This
- 8:32Speaker 1: is exactly, by the way, what so many Americans were
- 8:34Speaker 1: hoping would happen when Trump was elected accountability and Donald
- 8:38Speaker 1: Trump is now doing it right now in real time
- 8:41Speaker 1: to Minnesota. We have to talk about the dramatic and
- 8:46Speaker 1: deadly international incident that's unfolding right now, one that has
- 8:50Speaker 1: shaken nerves across Washington, Miami, and Havana. The Cuban Coast
- 8:55Speaker 1: Guard opening fire on a US registered speedboat, killing four
- 9:01Speaker 1: people and injuring others, and what Cuba calls an infiltration
- 9:05Speaker 1: attempt inside its territorial waters. We're going to walk you
- 9:10Speaker 1: through everything. We know what Cuba is now claiming, as
- 9:14Speaker 1: well as America's reaction. We have comments from Secretary of
- 9:18Speaker 1: State Marco Rubio and why this matters both geopolitically and
- 9:23Speaker 1: also for our national security. Now Florida registered speedboat flying
- 9:28Speaker 1: US documentation, we assume that means an American flag. It
- 9:32Speaker 1: was intercepted by Cuban Border Guard troops. This again right
- 9:37Speaker 1: close to they claim their border. According to the Cuban
- 9:41Speaker 1: government official account, when its border guard units approach the
- 9:46Speaker 1: vessel to identify it and challenge what Cuba considers a
- 9:50Speaker 1: violation of its territorial waters. Those aboard open fire first,
- 9:55Speaker 1: they're claiming. Cuban authorities say the armed occupants fired on
- 10:00Speaker 1: the Cuban patrol, wounding a commander, and responds Cuban forces
- 10:05Speaker 1: return fire. The result, four people on the speedboat were
- 10:10Speaker 1: killed and six others were wounded. The injured were reportedly
- 10:15Speaker 1: evacuated for medical treatment in Cuban authorities say they have
- 10:19Speaker 1: also detained survivors. Cuba claims the boat carried ten passengers
- 10:25Speaker 1: who were Cuban nationals living in the United States, and
- 10:29Speaker 1: that many of them had a history of criminal or
- 10:31Speaker 1: violent activity. Officials even alleged to the passengers were carrying
- 10:35Speaker 1: assault rifles, handguns, as well as bulletproof vests, telescopic sights,
- 10:41Speaker 1: and camouflage gear, and were attempting an armed infiltration for
- 10:47Speaker 1: terrorist purposes. Now again, this is coming from Cuba's government.
- 10:51Speaker 1: The authorities also released names of several of those on board,
- 10:55Speaker 1: including at least one of the four killed and several
- 10:58Speaker 1: of the survivors who were now in custody. But here's
- 11:02Speaker 1: a key point that many of you need to know.
- 11:04Speaker 1: The US government has not independently verified any of what
- 11:09Speaker 1: the Cuban government is actually saying on their version of
- 11:11Speaker 1: the events. Details about the boat, the motives of those
- 11:15Speaker 1: on board, and whether Cuba claims of armed terrorism are
- 11:19Speaker 1: accurate remain obviously unconfirmed, which brings us to the US response.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Marco Rubio and Washington weighing in saying this, So.
- 11:29Speaker 5: This morning, we were made aware by Cuban authorities of
- 11:32Speaker 5: an incident off the coast of Cuba. We immediately began
- 11:37Speaker 5: to look into it. As it stands now, the Department
- 11:40Speaker 5: of Homeland Security, the Coast Guard, others are involved. The
- 11:44Speaker 5: majority of the information we still possess is what Cuban
- 11:46Speaker 5: authorities are providing both the public and the US government.
- 11:50Speaker 5: We have our embassy on the ground in Havana working
- 11:53Speaker 5: this as we speak, asking for access to the people
- 11:56Speaker 5: that were on those vessels, if they were American citizens
- 11:58Speaker 5: or permanent residents. According to the Cuban regime, boat was
- 12:04Speaker 5: registered in Florida. We're tracking that down. We will know shortly,
- 12:07Speaker 5: and we won't quickly, many more facts about this incident.
- 12:11Speaker 5: The majority of the facts we will verify that independently
- 12:14Speaker 5: and well. As we gather more information, then we'll be
- 12:17Speaker 5: prepared to respond accordingly. I'm not going to speculate. I'm
- 12:22Speaker 5: not going to pine on what I don't know, but
- 12:25Speaker 5: we're going to find out exactly what happened here, and
- 12:28Speaker 5: then we'll respond accordingly.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Now, Rubio also stress that there is no indication that
- 12:32Speaker 1: this was a US government operation and that Washington had
- 12:36Speaker 1: no involvement in the speedboat's activity. At the same time,
- 12:39Speaker 1: he described events like this as highly unusual, saying that
- 12:43Speaker 1: shootouts on the open sea between Cuba forces and US
- 12:46Speaker 1: flag boats simply don't happen every day, and he urged
- 12:49Speaker 1: calm while this investigation continues.
- 12:53Speaker 6: Now.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Beyond Ribo's comments, other US leaders have reacted with concern
- 12:57Speaker 1: as well. The Vice President jet E Vance the White
- 13:00Speaker 1: House is monitoring the situation closely that we did not
- 13:04Speaker 1: provide further details. Florida officials, including the state attorney general
- 13:08Speaker 1: and members of Congress have also called for a thorough
- 13:12Speaker 1: investigation and accountability if Cuba use excessive or unjustified force. Now,
- 13:18Speaker 1: this is not just a headline story. It's a major
- 13:21Speaker 1: flashpoint in already tense US Cuba relations. And this is
- 13:26Speaker 1: the reason why it's such a big deal. Territorial sovereignty
- 13:29Speaker 1: versus international law. That is what's at stake. Cuba's claiming
- 13:34Speaker 1: this was a violation of its territorial waters and armed
- 13:38Speaker 1: attempt to infiltrator carry out a violent activity on their land,
- 13:43Speaker 1: but the US has not corroborated that either. The question
- 13:48Speaker 1: now is did the ship actually engage in any hostile
- 13:51Speaker 1: actions towards Cuba or was it something else Entirely the
- 13:56Speaker 1: facts are still very unclear, and that's exactly why you
- 14:00Speaker 1: have Rubio, the White House and JD. Van's all saying
- 14:03Speaker 1: we're not going to trust Cuba's word for this. We're
- 14:05Speaker 1: going to do our own investigation because we cannot trust them.
- 14:10Speaker 1: There's also the historical context here. There is a long
- 14:14Speaker 1: and fraught history between the US and Cuba when it
- 14:16Speaker 1: comes to maritime confrontations. As you know, one of the
- 14:19Speaker 1: most famous was back in nineteen ninety six when Brothers
- 14:23Speaker 1: to the Rescue shoot Down the Cuban forces shot down
- 14:27Speaker 1: two civilian planes near the island, killing four Americans. That
- 14:32Speaker 1: episode deeply scarred the US Cuba relations and well reignited
- 14:36Speaker 1: calls in Congress for a hard line approach to Cuba.
- 14:40Speaker 1: This new incident recalls that legacy, and given the current
- 14:44Speaker 1: hardline US posture, towards Savannah. Under the Trump administration, it's
- 14:48Speaker 1: pretty clear the stakes are probably even higher now. Relations
- 14:52Speaker 1: have been increasingly strained. The US has titaned sanctions, cut
- 14:56Speaker 1: off all of the Venezuelan UL shipments that Cuba depends on,
- 15:00Speaker 1: and publicly labeled the island an extraordinary threat. Havana, for
- 15:05Speaker 1: its part, has reacted with defiance and rhetoric about sovereignty.
- 15:09Speaker 1: The latest episode could set off a real diplomatic crisis
- 15:13Speaker 1: if it's not handled carefully. There's also the safety of
- 15:17Speaker 1: US citizens. At the heart of this is the question
- 15:19Speaker 1: of human lives. You have four people who are dead,
- 15:23Speaker 1: six others that are wounded, and their families deserve answers
- 15:27Speaker 1: because if it turns out that these were US residents
- 15:31Speaker 1: or citizens, then the Trump administration will have to make
- 15:34Speaker 1: some very tough decisions about how to respond to Cuba's actions,
- 15:38Speaker 1: especially if their actions were aggressive in nature from the beginning.
- 15:43Speaker 1: So right now, here's what we know. The truth is unknown,
- 15:46Speaker 1: and the Cuban narrative is just one version and more
- 15:49Speaker 1: the likely a version the US government cannot trust at all.
- 15:52Speaker 1: That's why the Trump administration is making it clear that
- 15:55Speaker 1: the US government investigations are ramping up to find the
- 15:58Speaker 1: actual factual record, and in the coming days we're likely
- 16:02Speaker 1: to see US verification of identities of those aboard the speedboat,
- 16:07Speaker 1: statements also from Florida law enforcement and possibly federal intelligence
- 16:11Speaker 1: as well, and international reaction from the Caribbean community and
- 16:15Speaker 1: NATO partners, as well as congressional pressure on the Administration
- 16:19Speaker 1: for accountability and an American response. The story is far
- 16:24Speaker 1: from over. One thing's for sure. Donald Trump has already
- 16:27Speaker 1: pledged that he'll get to the bottom of exactly what happened.
- 16:31Speaker 3: Is the President really working for you?
- 16:34Speaker 1: The answer is yes, he actually is working for you,
- 16:37Speaker 1: and that's what his two hour speech was about. A
- 16:39Speaker 1: good friend of mine is gonna join me now to
- 16:41Speaker 1: break down what he thought about the speech. He's also
- 16:44Speaker 1: got a book right now that you've got to go grab,
- 16:47Speaker 1: Manufacturing Delusion, How the Left uses brainwashing and doctrination and
- 16:52Speaker 1: propaganda against you. Buck Sexton, dear friend of mine. He's
- 16:57Speaker 1: also the host of the Clay and Buck Show. His
- 16:59Speaker 1: new book out now. Grab it wherever you get your
- 17:02Speaker 1: books or on Amazon dot com. Manufacturing Delusion Again. Congrats
- 17:06Speaker 1: on the book. By the way, timing is perfect. You
- 17:09Speaker 1: got Democrats that are actually screaming at the president or
- 17:12Speaker 1: in the State of the Union, wearing buttons that say
- 17:15Speaker 1: f ICE. But it's not the abbreviation, it's full capital
- 17:18Speaker 1: f UC. You know what ice Rashida tale putting that
- 17:22Speaker 1: on her beautiful white blouse, dressed thing in magic she
- 17:25Speaker 1: was wearing with her big red lipstick. They're keeping a
- 17:29Speaker 1: classing the Democratic Party. Buck. I got to say, I
- 17:32Speaker 1: actually think this speech by President Trump may have been
- 17:37Speaker 1: the best speech I've ever seen him give.
- 17:40Speaker 3: And it was long, but I didn't notice how long
- 17:42Speaker 3: it was.
- 17:44Speaker 6: It was the best State of the Union speech I've
- 17:47Speaker 6: ever seen that I can remember, and I've you know,
- 17:50Speaker 6: the good thing about Twitter is that there is something
- 17:52Speaker 6: of a record of this. I've never said that before,
- 17:55Speaker 6: so this is the first time I've ever said I'm
- 17:56Speaker 6: actually someone who's a little salty about State of the
- 17:59Speaker 6: un speeches. I'll generally say things like, you know, they're
- 18:03Speaker 6: too long. I wish they were just written. That speech
- 18:07Speaker 6: was an incredible dynamo performance from President Trump start to finish.
- 18:14Speaker 6: I watched the entire thing. I hate staying up late.
- 18:17Speaker 6: As you know, I live in Miami, but my heavens.
- 18:20Speaker 6: I do not like to party. I like to be
- 18:22Speaker 6: in my I saw this for a while.
- 18:23Speaker 1: If guys that don't know Buck, Buck is basically a
- 18:26Speaker 1: forty a young forty year old man stuck in an
- 18:29Speaker 1: eighty year old body, like, can we just can you
- 18:31Speaker 1: agree to that statement? Like you get cranky after seven o'clock?
- 18:35Speaker 6: Right, there's no question about this. Clay Know's is very
- 18:38Speaker 6: well too. We always go to events and people like
- 18:40Speaker 6: Clay and Buck, will you guys come out for drinks
- 18:42Speaker 6: or something after as I'm like, well, Clay will. So
- 18:44Speaker 6: he's our representative. He's our captain of fun, and I'm
- 18:47Speaker 6: our captain of get your sleep and you know, wake
- 18:50Speaker 6: up when you feel like it. So here's what I
- 18:53Speaker 6: would also say, though, there were a couple of moments
- 18:55Speaker 6: tonight from the State of the Union, rather a couple
- 18:58Speaker 6: of moments that I thought particularly stuck out. Obviously, people
- 19:03Speaker 6: are going to say when he said that we stand
- 19:07Speaker 6: for American citizens over illegal aliens, that was and Democrats
- 19:12Speaker 6: didn't stand of course, and that was clear, and you know,
- 19:15Speaker 6: I just think that that's something that Hammer's home. The
- 19:19Speaker 6: key difference in the parties right now is that the
- 19:20Speaker 6: Democrat Party will advance the interests of foreigners over the
- 19:24Speaker 6: interests of actual Americans as long as it advances their
- 19:26Speaker 6: power something else. There were some amazing moments of of
- 19:32Speaker 6: just sort of patriotic pageantry. The USA team hockey team
- 19:37Speaker 6: that was just awesome and so much fun to see
- 19:40Speaker 6: those guys, and and then the the Medal of Honor presentations,
- 19:45Speaker 6: and particularly memorable was Chief Warrant Officer Slover, who was
- 19:52Speaker 6: part of that Duro ray. That was amazing.
- 19:54Speaker 1: But see that he was also, by the way, and
- 19:56Speaker 1: still in a lot of pain.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Is that chopper pilot.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I mean you could see him standing and I mean
- 20:03Speaker 1: and you could see as they were trying to help
- 20:04Speaker 1: him down like those were life threatening injuries that that day.
- 20:08Speaker 1: And for him to go through all that and to
- 20:10Speaker 1: stand there that proud for that long was incredible to.
- 20:12Speaker 6: See, right, And for a rotary wing aircraft pilot in
- 20:17Speaker 6: that situation to maintain its steady, complete the mission, do everything.
- 20:21Speaker 6: He had the lives of everybody else on board in
- 20:24Speaker 6: his hands while his legs were essentially bleeding out right.
- 20:27Speaker 6: I mean, I know he survived, but those could have
- 20:29Speaker 6: been fatal wounds if he hadn't gotten rapid attention on them,
- 20:32Speaker 6: so it was It's an incredible act of bravery. But
- 20:35Speaker 6: something I want to focus on, which goes to my book,
- 20:38Speaker 6: Manufacturing Delusion, which is and this is sort of the
- 20:41Speaker 6: primary review that I'm seeing, a really good book with
- 20:44Speaker 6: a lot of research. People will learn things. It took
- 20:47Speaker 6: me eighteen months to write it. It took the CIA
- 20:50Speaker 6: five months to clear it. I have stories from my
- 20:53Speaker 6: time in the CIA that I've never talked about publicly
- 20:57Speaker 6: before as part of my journey into essentially the making
- 21:01Speaker 6: of political madness. I mean that's the theory, or that's
- 21:05Speaker 6: you know, that's the thesis of the book is how
- 21:07Speaker 6: is political madness made? How does the left do this?
- 21:09Speaker 6: And I go back one hundred years to Havelov, to
- 21:12Speaker 6: the Soviets, to the Chinese, and then bring it up
- 21:15Speaker 6: to the present day. And when Trump looked at the
- 21:18Speaker 6: Democrats ben and said, you're all crazy, yea, they are.
- 21:23Speaker 6: I mean they act like lunatics in that room, but
- 21:27Speaker 6: beyond that, they're policies, whether it's climate change or transgenderism,
- 21:31Speaker 6: or open borders or BLM, are rooted in mandatory lies
- 21:35Speaker 6: and mandatory madness, which is why manufacturing delusions. The book
- 21:40Speaker 6: is so important and why anyone who buys it is
- 21:42Speaker 6: going to be like, I love this, I'm so glad
- 21:44Speaker 6: I'm reading it because you go learn about the hit.
- 21:47Speaker 6: You know a lot of people know they share these
- 21:49Speaker 6: arguments with you and me, like, yeah, telling you know
- 21:51Speaker 6: a twelve year old girl that they're really a boy
- 21:54Speaker 6: is clearly nuts. There are reasons why they do this,
- 21:57Speaker 6: and they are rooted in totalitarian mind control tactics, and
- 22:01Speaker 6: people need to understand what those are.
- 22:03Speaker 1: You know. One of the things that I also thought
- 22:06Speaker 1: was very interesting about the speech was the fact that
- 22:09Speaker 1: the President was just so honest about where the Democrats
- 22:13Speaker 1: are right now. You mentioned a couple of those, but
- 22:16Speaker 1: I go back to one point where he was saying,
- 22:19Speaker 1: in this country, he asked members of Congress stand that
- 22:23Speaker 1: they believe the government should protect Americans instead of illegals.
- 22:26Speaker 1: The Democrats remain seated, like, if you want to know
- 22:29Speaker 1: who side they're on, it's not the American people. And
- 22:33Speaker 1: in time after time he kind of just called them out,
- 22:35Speaker 1: like you're not going to stand for that. You're not
- 22:37Speaker 1: going to stand for that. You're not going to stand
- 22:39Speaker 1: for that. Democrats reviews by the way to stand for
- 22:43Speaker 1: the mother of Irena, who was brutally murdered by a
- 22:46Speaker 1: career criminal in Charlotte, North Carolina. That is how heartless
- 22:50Speaker 1: the Democrats are as a party, no matter what the
- 22:53Speaker 1: President does, even on something like that, we have a
- 22:56Speaker 1: mother that's crying the present, telling her story, honoring them,
- 23:00Speaker 1: they wouldn't stand for her.
- 23:02Speaker 6: Yes, well, the extreme partisanship of the Democrat party. And
- 23:07Speaker 6: when I say extreme partisanship, we expect that on certain issues. Right.
- 23:11Speaker 6: We don't think that the Democrats are going to cheer
- 23:14Speaker 6: for Trump's tax cuts, and honestly, it would be weird
- 23:17Speaker 6: if they did, because the prosperity of the private sector
- 23:20Speaker 6: and increasing wages and well for Americans. They don't like that.
- 23:23Speaker 6: They like financial duress, they like Marxism, they like class warfare.
- 23:30Speaker 6: So of course they're not going to say we love
- 23:32Speaker 6: Trump's tax cuts. But there are some things like a
- 23:35Speaker 6: gold medal for the US men's soccer team I mean
- 23:37Speaker 6: saw a hockey team rather or the conferring of a
- 23:43Speaker 6: medal of honor, or something like as you mentioned, I
- 23:46Speaker 6: mean the murder of this beautiful young woman killed so
- 23:49Speaker 6: heinously that you would think go beyond these are things
- 23:52Speaker 6: that should go beyond politics, and for Democrats, they did
- 23:57Speaker 6: not in some of these key moments that I think
- 24:00Speaker 6: will come back to haunt them at some level in
- 24:03Speaker 6: the midterms. I mean, I'd never like to overstate this stuff.
- 24:05Speaker 6: A million things will happen between now and then, but
- 24:07Speaker 6: there are people who saw and there are people, I
- 24:09Speaker 6: think who are becoming more clear on what these primary
- 24:13Speaker 6: divisions are that are deep ideological and really ethical and
- 24:18Speaker 6: moral and patriotic divides within the party. And you mentioned
- 24:24Speaker 6: the moment of standing or not standing for illegals versus Americans.
- 24:29Speaker 6: You know, I in Manufacturing Delusion wrote a chapter on
- 24:33Speaker 6: propaganda as part of mind control and the manipulation of
- 24:37Speaker 6: language and the changing of words, specifically around the issue
- 24:41Speaker 6: of immigration, you know, from illegal alien to illegal immigrant
- 24:45Speaker 6: to undocumented to you know, non citizen in person to
- 24:48Speaker 6: migrant to you know, they get into all this stuff,
- 24:50Speaker 6: but really it's erasing the difference between an American and
- 24:55Speaker 6: everybody else. And so if you can erase that in
- 24:58Speaker 6: our language, you start to that distinction in the minds
- 25:02Speaker 6: of well not just Americans, but the whole world. And
- 25:05Speaker 6: it's a way of dissolving our sovereignty in real time.
- 25:08Speaker 6: I mean, it's deeply subversive what they do. And that's
- 25:13Speaker 6: why in one of the latter chapters of Manufacturing Delusion
- 25:16Speaker 6: available now, and I hope everyone goes and gets a
- 25:18Speaker 6: copy because it is a bestseller, and I want it
- 25:20Speaker 6: to be a massive bestseller. They'll see that this manipulation
- 25:25Speaker 6: of language goes to something much more insidious than just oh,
- 25:30Speaker 6: democrats like to have their way on TV, or Democrats
- 25:33Speaker 6: are hissy about language. They're trying to shape understanding. They're
- 25:37Speaker 6: trying to shape belief, They're trying to control minds with
- 25:41Speaker 6: this stuff.
- 25:42Speaker 3: Yeah, there's no doubt about it.
- 25:44Speaker 1: And I think that's where you look at this speech
- 25:47Speaker 1: and part of what the President I think was trying
- 25:49Speaker 1: to lay out was and go back to the simple issue.
- 25:52Speaker 1: If it's the economy, stupid, right, it's such an important
- 25:55Speaker 1: point to make. The President was trying to make that
- 25:58Speaker 1: clear to the American people, Hey, we are way better
- 26:00Speaker 1: off now than we were when the last guys were
- 26:02Speaker 1: in charge.
- 26:03Speaker 3: Never ever ever forget that.
- 26:06Speaker 1: And he was also some of the things he's enacted
- 26:08Speaker 1: are just now becoming a reality that people are seeing.
- 26:11Speaker 1: No tax on tips has just been enacted. No tax
- 26:13Speaker 1: in overtime has just been enacted. I mean, we're not
- 26:16Speaker 1: even talking about a quarter of the year of people
- 26:18Speaker 1: experiencing what that does and how it can change their
- 26:21Speaker 1: life and keeping more of their own hard earned dollars.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I feel like the President actually did a really good
- 26:27Speaker 1: job of selling and reminding people of where we were
- 26:31Speaker 1: and where we are now.
- 26:32Speaker 6: Of course, and it's been an amazing first year. All
- 26:36Speaker 6: the key indicators and numbers on the economy speak to that,
- 26:41Speaker 6: and so it's a fun place for Trump and for
- 26:45Speaker 6: his cabinet and the administration to be in. I mean,
- 26:47Speaker 6: it's a joyful place one year in to look at
- 26:51Speaker 6: all the accomplishments. But I also think, of course, there's
- 26:55Speaker 6: a setting of expectations, which is that now this has
- 26:58Speaker 6: to continue on into year too, and we can't think
- 27:03Speaker 6: of this as a two year presidency, as in, we
- 27:05Speaker 6: can't allow the midterms to just slip away and then
- 27:09Speaker 6: all of a sudden you have the styming of the
- 27:11Speaker 6: Trump agenda, and you have these crazy people, which is
- 27:14Speaker 6: what Trump called them, and I think in many cases,
- 27:16Speaker 6: maybe most cases, of the Democrats assembled there, that is true.
- 27:20Speaker 6: You have these crazy people who because they are so
- 27:24Speaker 6: personally invested in this, almost like they've been made to
- 27:27Speaker 6: be crazy, like their delusions have been manufactured. Manufacturing Delusion
- 27:31Speaker 6: is a fantastic book that will explain to you how
- 27:34Speaker 6: this happens. You know. You notice, by the way, Ben,
- 27:37Speaker 6: when you're selling a book, you have to absolutely be
- 27:40Speaker 6: you have to be prelent us. You cannot give, you
- 27:43Speaker 6: cannot relent. But no, really, the Democrat Party, I think,
- 27:47Speaker 6: has gone into a place where it is incapable of
- 27:51Speaker 6: moderation or reform, and so people just need to be
- 27:54Speaker 6: prepared for the empire to strike back and the maniacs,
- 27:58Speaker 6: you know, the inmates, to be running the asylum again
- 28:00Speaker 6: if they win these midterms. So the stakes are very high.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Mind.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Yes, so maybe a good friend of mine, Buck Sex,
- 28:06Speaker 1: and the author of the Manufacturing Delusion, how the Left
- 28:08Speaker 1: uses brainwashing and doctrination and propaganda against you.
- 28:13Speaker 3: I want to end on a final.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Subject of foreign policy. You talk about this in your
- 28:18Speaker 1: book and being in the CIA back in the day,
- 28:22Speaker 1: I think it's really interesting to see what's happening across
- 28:24Speaker 1: the border, the southern border in Mexico right now. You
- 28:26Speaker 1: have two top people now that have been killed not
- 28:29Speaker 1: just one, but another one after that, the top lieutendant
- 28:32Speaker 1: of the finance guy, all things money of this cartel
- 28:36Speaker 1: was also taken out. We've been told there's a question
- 28:39Speaker 1: about what other cartels be targeted. There's four major ones
- 28:43Speaker 1: in Mexico. Only one of the four has been targeted
- 28:46Speaker 1: by the government so far in a major way. Who
- 28:48Speaker 1: will be next? Will there be a next? And then
- 28:50Speaker 1: you've got what's happening in Cuba, Venezuela and also in Iran.
- 28:55Speaker 1: I get your take on all that real quick before
- 28:57Speaker 1: I let you go.
- 28:58Speaker 6: Yeah, well, the death of really the targeted killing of
- 29:03Speaker 6: El menshow taken out by the Mexican military, And my
- 29:08Speaker 6: understanding is a bit like the bin Laden situation. This
- 29:12Speaker 6: was a military strike. This was much less like a
- 29:15Speaker 6: traditional law enforcement operation than you'd see in other contexts.
- 29:21Speaker 6: But this is most meaningful because it's the beginning, perhaps
- 29:28Speaker 6: of an expanded true war on drugs across the border
- 29:31Speaker 6: in Mexico. Look, we have a Secretary of War Pete Hegseth,
- 29:35Speaker 6: who is overseeing strikes, effectively drone strikes on drug boats
- 29:42Speaker 6: in the Caribbean. I mean this is warlike stuff. I
- 29:45Speaker 6: mean these are military moves kinetic strikes that are being taken,
- 29:50Speaker 6: and if we expand that into Mexico, we go after
- 29:53Speaker 6: the head of the snake when it comes to the
- 29:54Speaker 6: fentanyl poisoning of so many tens of thousands of Americans
- 29:58Speaker 6: every year. Now, the other side of this, though, is
- 30:00Speaker 6: that those cartels in Mexico have a lot of these ciicarios.
- 30:05Speaker 6: They're assassin you know, hitmen, gunmen. They have a lot
- 30:09Speaker 6: of money to throw around, and it's going to get
- 30:13Speaker 6: very messy. I think if we try to go in
- 30:16Speaker 6: and go in heavy, but that may be a price
- 30:19Speaker 6: that the administration is willing to pay, certainly using special
- 30:23Speaker 6: operations and more technological and tactical moves against important cartel targets.
- 30:30Speaker 6: So because what we have been doing obviously hasn't worked.
- 30:33Speaker 6: So that's the you know, this idea that we're going
- 30:35Speaker 6: to have, you know, like free needle clinics like they
- 30:37Speaker 6: have in San Francisco or these things, or decriminalization or something. No,
- 30:43Speaker 6: people are going to die in large numbers, and the
- 30:46Speaker 6: cartels are making too much money from this and it
- 30:48Speaker 6: needs to be stopped, and Trump's willing to stop it.
- 30:50Speaker 6: So I think that they are going to by the way,
- 30:53Speaker 6: they're effectively taking something that you mentioned. My time in CIA,
- 30:57Speaker 6: I was in the counter terrorism center there. They're taking
- 31:00Speaker 6: what we've learned fighting al Qaeda and fighting these dispersed
- 31:06Speaker 6: terror cells of the Jihattist variety, particularly in the Least,
- 31:10Speaker 6: but everywhere from the Philippines to South Asia to all
- 31:16Speaker 6: over the place to East Africa and West Africa. They're
- 31:19Speaker 6: taking that model, I think, and going to apply those tactics, techniques,
- 31:24Speaker 6: and procedures to how we go after the cartels in Mexico.
- 31:27Speaker 6: And if they do that, you're gonna have a lot
- 31:30Speaker 6: more elemento like funerals going on for the narcos.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt. Final thing on this, and this is
- 31:36Speaker 1: breaking as you and I are doing this. There's video
- 31:39Speaker 1: now that's come out and it's being reported now that
- 31:42Speaker 1: Democratic Representative Rashid Telib was actually chanting while the Republicans
- 31:49Speaker 1: it looks like we're turning USA. She was chanting kkk
- 31:53Speaker 1: kkk while everyone else in the House chamber chanted USA.
- 31:58Speaker 3: I got to get your response to the action of that.
- 32:00Speaker 6: Book, Well, she's a vile more on, nothing surprising about
- 32:03Speaker 6: it at all, to be honest with you. The fact
- 32:05Speaker 6: that anyone votes for her just shows you how depraved
- 32:07Speaker 6: and stupid a lot of democrats are. And with that,
- 32:10Speaker 6: my friend, I will say, people need to go get
- 32:11Speaker 6: Manufacturing Delusion, a book that will explain why democrats are
- 32:15Speaker 6: so debraved, so depraved and insane. I will give you
- 32:18Speaker 6: the science behind it, my friends, Manufacturing Delusion. Get the book.
- 32:23Speaker 3: There it is. Grab it, buck Sexon. Always a pleasure.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Manufacturing delusion how the Left uses brainwashing and doctrination and
- 32:30Speaker 1: propaganda against you. Grab it wherever you get your books
- 32:33Speaker 1: or on Amazon right now as well. Always a pleasure,
- 32:36Speaker 1: my friend. Congrats, I'm a bestseller and we'll have you
- 32:39Speaker 1: back again real soon
