- 2:16Speaker 1: I got it here. It is. Did you know that
- 2:20Speaker 1: there is a life for you that's greater than you
- 2:27Speaker 1: could have ever dreamed of? Did you know that there's
- 2:31Speaker 1: a life for you better than the one you've ever
- 2:33Speaker 1: felt before? And did you know that there was a
- 2:38Speaker 1: life for you much bigger than the one you wanted?
- 2:45Speaker 1: And lastly, did you know that what I just said
- 2:49Speaker 1: it's true? Did you know that? Did you know that
- 2:55Speaker 1: the things I just said are available to you? It's
- 3:01Speaker 1: not just intended for those who receive awards, It's for everybody. Yeah,
- 3:11Speaker 1: you two. It's for you who didn't get your high
- 3:17Speaker 1: school diploma. It's for you who are incarcerated. It's for
- 3:25Speaker 1: you who have two strikes. It's for you who've been
- 3:32Speaker 1: sentenced to life. It's for you who've gotten out and
- 3:38Speaker 1: have a felony record and can't seem to get it together.
- 3:40Speaker 1: It's for you who have an illness. It's for you
- 3:48Speaker 1: who the doctors have given up on. It's for you,
- 3:53Speaker 1: this life I'm talking about, it's for you. Did you
- 3:59Speaker 1: know that there's a life for you better than the
- 4:04Speaker 1: one you dreamed about, better than the one you've imagined,
- 4:08Speaker 1: a life better than the one you thought of, That
- 4:11Speaker 1: there's a life for you better than the one you've
- 4:13Speaker 1: ever felt before. There's a life for you better than
- 4:17Speaker 1: the one you saw for yourself. There's a better life
- 4:20Speaker 1: for you than the one you expected and even the
- 4:24Speaker 1: one you wanted. Did you know that this is true
- 4:29Speaker 1: for you? See, here's let me give you the secret
- 4:33Speaker 1: to this thing. Now you have to believe that it
- 4:38Speaker 1: is for you. Now, you got to fight through the doubts.
- 4:43Speaker 1: You got to fight through the will of Satan. Because
- 4:45Speaker 1: the devil is busy man. The devil wants you to
- 4:47Speaker 1: think that is hopeless. The devil wants you to think
- 4:50Speaker 1: that this is it. The devil wants you to think
- 4:53Speaker 1: that ain't no more to it. The devil wants you
- 4:55Speaker 1: to think that this applies to other people. But you, Yeah,
- 4:59Speaker 1: you've been dealt the words hand of them all, which
- 5:01Speaker 1: you ain't. But that's what the devil wants you to think.
- 5:03Speaker 1: So you gotta fight through. Now. You gotta fight through
- 5:07Speaker 1: to get to what I just said is available for you.
- 5:10Speaker 1: But what else you got to do? You ain't doing
- 5:12Speaker 1: nothing else, might as well fight? Why just wake up
- 5:15Speaker 1: and just let it be? Why would you wake up
- 5:18Speaker 1: every day and just exist when there's a chance for
- 5:21Speaker 1: you to actually live. See the reason I don't mind
- 5:24Speaker 1: smiling so much now is because I'm no longer existing.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I'm living now. See. See, that's what you want to
- 5:31Speaker 1: get to. You don't want to exist, to wake up
- 5:34Speaker 1: paycheck to paycheck, date today, not knowing, not understanding, not having,
- 5:40Speaker 1: can't can't get this, can't get that, can't go here,
- 5:43Speaker 1: can't go there, Gotta wait, gotta wait, gota wait, gota
- 5:46Speaker 1: wait till it seems like you never get nowhere. You
- 5:49Speaker 1: can get out of that rut of life, feeling like
- 5:52Speaker 1: when you wake up in the morning, that your life
- 5:54Speaker 1: is whole hum that you're just in a rut. I
- 5:57Speaker 1: drive the same way to work. I do the same
- 5:59Speaker 1: thing on my job. When I get off, I drive
- 6:01Speaker 1: all the way back home. I sit there, I read
- 6:04Speaker 1: the newspaper. I watered the lawn. I'm so sick of
- 6:08Speaker 1: my life. It ain't this, ain't what I wanted. Man,
- 6:11Speaker 1: and start wake up and start over, do the same thing.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Then the weekend gets in. You got to mow the lawn,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and then you try to fix something in the garage,
- 6:19Speaker 1: and you feel like your life is in the rut
- 6:21Speaker 1: I'm talking about. If this feels like a rut to
- 6:23Speaker 1: you now, if it's what you've always wanted, I'm cool
- 6:26Speaker 1: with that. But I'm talking to people who want it more,
- 6:29Speaker 1: who would love their life to be more, who would
- 6:32Speaker 1: love their life to different, to be different. I'm not
- 6:34Speaker 1: criticizing you if I just described your life. I'm just
- 6:38Speaker 1: only talking to the ones who would dare to believe
- 6:42Speaker 1: that there's more to it than this. I'm only talking
- 6:45Speaker 1: to the ones who would dad dad to accept the challenge,
- 6:49Speaker 1: to fight through and see what God got for you
- 6:53Speaker 1: instead of listening to Satan all the time. Devil is busy, man,
- 6:57Speaker 1: Please understand, he's so busy, so busy, and to trick you,
- 7:00Speaker 1: get you into the groove. You know they're doing all
- 7:03Speaker 1: kinds of stuff now man, you know atheists and already
- 7:07Speaker 1: got prayer. Taking out of schools. Excuse me, look at
- 7:10Speaker 1: our skills schools, not as a push by the atheist
- 7:13Speaker 1: to get the words in God we trust, taking off
- 7:15Speaker 1: our money. Here's a deal. If you don't believe in
- 7:17Speaker 1: God and you don't want trust in God, just going
- 7:19Speaker 1: about your business. But what you can't do is spill
- 7:21Speaker 1: off all into what I'm talking about. That's the problem
- 7:24Speaker 1: I have with all of them. If you're gonna do you,
- 7:27Speaker 1: didn't do you, but don't spill off into what I got. Now. See,
- 7:30Speaker 1: if you don't believe what I'm saying, then I ain't
- 7:32Speaker 1: talking to you. Let's just be clear about the relationship
- 7:35Speaker 1: with Steve Harvey and his crew. I'm only talking to
- 7:39Speaker 1: the people that believe that are looking for something else,
- 7:42Speaker 1: that wants something more, that wants something better, that's got
- 7:46Speaker 1: to be out there searching and hoping and trying to
- 7:49Speaker 1: do more. That's all I'm talking to now. If you
- 7:52Speaker 1: don't believe what I'm saying is true, didn't go ahead
- 7:54Speaker 1: and try it your way, go see write me, email me,
- 7:57Speaker 1: let me know how it's going for you. But I'm
- 8:00Speaker 1: telling you of a way that's tried and true. If
- 8:03Speaker 1: you go to God, if you go to your creator,
- 8:05Speaker 1: your makeup, if you go to him and you go
- 8:09Speaker 1: to him for real and tell him, hey, you know
- 8:12Speaker 1: what I want you to go ahead and take over
- 8:15Speaker 1: from here. I'm done. I didn't done all I know
- 8:18Speaker 1: how to do out and tried everything I know how
- 8:21Speaker 1: to try. I'm sick of me right now. Hey, look here,
- 8:24Speaker 1: you created me what you want me to do, and
- 8:27Speaker 1: here a cool thing about it. When I made that decision,
- 8:29Speaker 1: y'all see, I was so afraid for years that I
- 8:32Speaker 1: was gonna miss out on something if I did that.
- 8:34Speaker 1: I couldn't do this no more. But the stuff I
- 8:36Speaker 1: needed to stop doing. I really need to stop the
- 8:38Speaker 1: things I was afraid of not being able to do
- 8:41Speaker 1: anymore with the very same things I really didn't need
- 8:43Speaker 1: to be doing no more in the first place, on
- 8:46Speaker 1: the real man, on the real all that temporary fun
- 8:50Speaker 1: I was having all them temporary outlets. I was using
- 8:54Speaker 1: all them temporary things trying to fulfill myself I was doing.
- 8:57Speaker 1: I was just doing a bunch of temporary mess man.
- 9:00Speaker 1: I said, hold up, man, I want something permanent. Man,
- 9:03Speaker 1: I want a permanent feeling in my heart that it's
- 9:06Speaker 1: gonna be all right. So he replaced all that fun
- 9:09Speaker 1: with joy. But it's only because I went and I
- 9:12Speaker 1: faced him. He didn't take me and stop me from
- 9:15Speaker 1: being me. He just made a better version of me. See, God,
- 9:20Speaker 1: don't take he because all the stuff he sent you through,
- 9:23Speaker 1: he needed you to go through all him. He needed
- 9:25Speaker 1: you to have him experience or what it felt like
- 9:27Speaker 1: to be locked up. He needed you to have experience
- 9:29Speaker 1: and know what it was to lose everything. He needed
- 9:32Speaker 1: you to have experience to make you tough. You're just
- 9:35Speaker 1: gonna be a tough one. I'm a tough soldier in
- 9:38Speaker 1: his army. That's all. I just say. One of the
- 9:41Speaker 1: weak ones. I protect the weak ones. God didn't take
- 9:46Speaker 1: a lot of stuff from except the stuff I needed.
- 9:49Speaker 1: But the stuff he made me to be, he allowed
- 9:52Speaker 1: me to keep it, and he just made a better me.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Do that, y'all, and you can have what you want.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're ladies and gentlemen, may have you undivided attention. Please,
- 10:05Speaker 1: this is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. We're not in

- 14:31Speaker 1: of it. They want to get rid of some of
- 14:32Speaker 1: it in the videage again. How about that one eight
- 14:37Speaker 1: hundred cards for kids? You can take that out? Yeah, Jay,

- 15:11Speaker 1: have been gone, man November, he should have left. His
- 15:20Speaker 1: ass is catching the bus he's driving. It ain't like
- 15:29Speaker 1: you don't see him because he's everywhere. Okay, but here's
- 15:32Speaker 1: the thing. He got a bomb apartment, he do he

- 15:46Speaker 1: that big glob of muselect. That's nasty. Bad conversion conversion.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Here's another one. Most Steve seevens like. I don't like
- 16:01Speaker 1: the way come Sanders treats Miss Buttersworth. I don't. I
- 16:06Speaker 1: just think it's disrespectful for him to get up and
- 16:11Speaker 1: get a little chance. Yeah, hey, James, Jake Yo, I
- 16:16Speaker 1: got another one for you. I don't like the new
- 16:19Speaker 1: damn Colonel Sanders. I don't. I don't like him. The

- 16:42Speaker 1: or whatever, Nobody's spend her ass around. If Uncle Ben
- 16:46Speaker 1: would pick up up and spin her ass around, all

- 17:02Speaker 1: Petrol have that aucle Ben's as well? He's a commercial.
- 17:19Speaker 1: I don't like the black man milking the giraffe with
- 17:24Speaker 1: the skin. I just oh yeah, and then he hates
- 17:33Speaker 1: Jackpot too. It's a lot of them. Maybe I'm wrong,
- 17:38Speaker 1: but see I didn't know the Skillers came out the
- 17:41Speaker 1: ass of a giraffe. I had no idea. Maybe very colorful, though,
- 17:50Speaker 1: very colors okay his one. Don't get me wrong. I
- 18:03Speaker 1: don't hate dogs. I would not kick a dog. I
- 18:06Speaker 1: would not do anything wrong to a dog. But at
- 18:09Speaker 1: about two o'clock in the morning, when I'm sad ass
- 18:12Speaker 1: dogs come on your TV. I can't I just get
- 18:15Speaker 1: the music. That music music, mister mus Junior. When that
- 18:34Speaker 1: dog that ain't got no fur on it, I'm turning
- 18:37Speaker 1: to eat. Why are you showing this damn dog with
- 18:41Speaker 1: there's no fur on it. And then that dog with
- 18:46Speaker 1: one eye, that's the one is real shiny about to
- 18:50Speaker 1: cheer up. But how they get them dogs to look
- 18:55Speaker 1: right in the camera? And I know they're just the
- 18:57Speaker 1: saddest damn dogs. And dog over there is just shaking
- 19:03Speaker 1: his ass. Well, how many taste did you get to
- 19:06Speaker 1: get the dogs shaken? I ain't man, Hey, Jay, I'll
- 19:11Speaker 1: be trying to eat my food. And here I mean,
- 19:17Speaker 1: did the dogs get paid for the commercial? Right? Dog?
- 19:20Speaker 1: Gonna get them? Tom? I didn't, got so sick of
- 19:26Speaker 1: the commercial? Hell, I adopted them, three them. That's where
- 19:31Speaker 1: I said. The one that shaking real bad, real cold,
- 19:34Speaker 1: I flew him. My dad's on the dog with the
- 19:41Speaker 1: one eye, put him in and see it our dog
- 19:49Speaker 1: I got. I got another one for you. I got
- 19:51Speaker 1: another one for you. What's up with these bears all
- 19:55Speaker 1: in the restroom with toilet paper? And none of the

- 20:09Speaker 1: and you've all been in the same bathroom. Wrong with
- 20:13Speaker 1: a clean bat like it? I'm sorry this is my
- 20:18Speaker 1: last one, just my last one. This is a question.
- 20:21Speaker 1: This is a question. If you push the Pillsbury dough
- 20:25Speaker 1: boy in the oven by mistake, is he bred man?
- 20:30Speaker 1: That's a question that was But I bet he'd be
- 20:35Speaker 1: a good ass biscuit. I got hit in tell it. Yeah,
- 20:45Speaker 1: all right, And coming up next, and nephew, Temmy's running
- 20:48Speaker 1: that prank back right after this. You're listening show, all right?

- 21:55Speaker 1: doctor Well yeah, I mean you know, like I said, so,

- 22:07Speaker 1: calls and wanting to see can we count on certain

- 22:14Speaker 1: Uncle Tom. No, I'm not voting for Donald Trump. That's
- 22:17Speaker 1: times gonna make you an Uncle Tom, sir. That just
- 22:19Speaker 1: means that you you like the Republican Party and you
- 22:22Speaker 1: support what they're doing. Yeah, I don't don't. I don't
- 22:24Speaker 1: support I don't support raight to them. So like that's
- 22:27Speaker 1: a black dude. Why would I vote for someone who
- 22:29Speaker 1: that doesn't have my interest? Like, no, I'm not vote
- 22:31Speaker 1: for Trump. How do you even get my number? Who
- 22:33Speaker 1: would even think? No? Come down? You know, maybe I
- 22:36Speaker 1: can persuade you to thinking and look at it in
- 22:38Speaker 1: a different life. You know, the Republican Party, they're doing

- 29:09Speaker 1: the hour. Entertainment news. We have a lot of it, boy,
- 29:12Speaker 1: a lot a lot of stuff going on. We'll talk
- 29:14Speaker 1: about it all of that when we come back right
- 29:16Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to show, all right, still trending. Um,
- 29:24Speaker 1: did you guys know that a Biggie Yeah Notorious big
- 29:28Speaker 1: Uh song was quoted during the impeachment trial. Well, in
- 29:32Speaker 1: case we missed it, this was crazy. I'm sure you
- 29:35Speaker 1: all saw this. Jeffries, hold on, he did his thing though.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Trump's lawyer Jay Sekulo asked, why are we here House
- 29:44Speaker 1: of Representatives impeachment manager Haakim Jeffries, who represents New York's
- 29:49Speaker 1: eighth congressional Yeah, it was it was good. It's good. Yeah,
- 29:55Speaker 1: don't worry, don't worry, We got you. How came Jeffries
- 29:59Speaker 1: told him, we are here, sir, because President Trump corruptly
- 30:02Speaker 1: abused his power and then he tried to cover it up.
- 30:07Speaker 1: And then Jeffries quoted a line from Biggie's song juicy.
- 30:11Speaker 1: But wait, take a listen. The Internet is undefeated. They
- 30:14Speaker 1: put Biggie's track underneath Representative Jeffrey's speech. Take a listen
- 30:19Speaker 1: to this, Steve. We are here, sir, because President Trump
- 30:24Speaker 1: pressured a foreign government to target an American citizen for
- 30:28Speaker 1: political and personal gain. We are here, sir, because President
- 30:32Speaker 1: Trump solicited foreign interference in the twenty twenty election and
- 30:38Speaker 1: corrupted our democracy. We are here, sir, because President Trump
- 30:45Speaker 1: withheld three hundred and ninety one million dollars in military
- 30:49Speaker 1: aid from a vulnerable Ukraine without justification, in a manner
- 30:56Speaker 1: that has been deemed unlawful. We are here, sir, because
- 31:01Speaker 1: President Donald Trump elevated his personal political interests and subordinated
- 31:08Speaker 1: the national security interests of the United States of America.
- 31:12Speaker 1: We are here, sir, because President Trump corruptly abused his
- 31:18Speaker 1: power and then he tried to cover it up. And
- 31:24Speaker 1: we are here, sir, to follow them back, apply the law,
- 31:29Speaker 1: be guided by the Constitution, and present the truth to
- 31:34Speaker 1: the American people. That is why we are here. It's
- 31:39Speaker 1: the secular And if you don't know, now you know,
- 31:45Speaker 1: stoptor make right then So the Biggie line is, if
- 31:52Speaker 1: you don't know now you know. Yeah, you don't know.
- 31:57Speaker 1: Nobody else you don't know that. If if you thought
- 32:04Speaker 1: I knew, now you know, I don't the hell what
- 32:07Speaker 1: I know that everybody knows that everybody but see I
- 32:15Speaker 1: mean if I heard him say it, like when he
- 32:17Speaker 1: heard the speech without the track on it, I would
- 32:20Speaker 1: not know that that's from a song. If you don't know,
- 32:23Speaker 1: now you know, I wouldn't. I would just thank you
- 32:25Speaker 1: saying well, if you didn't know, now you know, I
- 32:27Speaker 1: wouldn't have never attributed that to Biggie. But I when
- 32:29Speaker 1: you play it, I hear it, I know it, but
- 32:32Speaker 1: I didn't. That ain't what I thought of, right because
- 32:34Speaker 1: but like you said, the internet is undefeated. So yeah, undefeated.
- 32:39Speaker 1: They got it. But but but the sad part about it,
- 32:42Speaker 1: that's not gonna phase one Republican at all. No one.
- 32:46Speaker 1: But don't you think they tired of him? Though you
- 32:49Speaker 1: think they got to be behind closed doors, Tom They
- 32:54Speaker 1: know for a fact that he is comp completely uncapable
- 33:02Speaker 1: and unqualified to be president of the United States. They
- 33:05Speaker 1: have to know that, and they know it. But they're
- 33:10Speaker 1: not gonna let that little fact get in the way
- 33:14Speaker 1: of their power, position, and money. Period right, he's there
- 33:17Speaker 1: stupid and as long as they have hit, they're stupid
- 33:21Speaker 1: in charge. They're in charge, right, but behind closed or
- 33:24Speaker 1: they got to be admitted to each other. Though. I've
- 33:29Speaker 1: set at a very very closed meeting where I'm not
- 33:34Speaker 1: allowed to say who was at the meeting, but I've
- 33:37Speaker 1: been in a very very room with twenty five very
- 33:40Speaker 1: specially invited people, and I've heard some with high level
- 33:45Speaker 1: Republicans and Democrats, and I've heard some very very and
- 33:50Speaker 1: you all would know their name in a heartbeat, say,
- 33:53Speaker 1: this guy is a complete idiot. I heard them say it.
- 33:57Speaker 1: This guy is a complete idiot. I heard them say it. Now,
- 34:03Speaker 1: these are extremely wealthy people, and I just said, wow, man,
- 34:07Speaker 1: So that just let me know the extent to which
- 34:10Speaker 1: they are willing to you got to hold their positions.
- 34:16Speaker 1: But in the back of the room, though, I'm pretty
- 34:18Speaker 1: sure stuff like this just be saying now, Brown, No,
- 34:22Speaker 1: I want to be Mitch McCom because I like that,
- 34:26Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Try, That's why trying. He's
- 34:30Speaker 1: just stupid. It first time my life just stupid. Is
- 34:34Speaker 1: It's just basically he's just stupid. You know, he knows
- 34:37Speaker 1: hope You know this though, but he's all stupid, so
- 34:40Speaker 1: we ain't hitting in the White House. I'm gonna beat
- 34:43Speaker 1: the coach from LSU. I don't know why there the
- 34:49Speaker 1: only voice I Who are you gonna do? I won't
- 34:55Speaker 1: be Coote mill a youth. Let me f I gotta
- 34:59Speaker 1: fin some body to be Carl Who can I be?
- 35:01Speaker 1: Who can? Who can? Okay? When we come back, Jay,
- 35:05Speaker 1: you're gonna be music Cordial, Tommy, Jesse Jackson. Now you're
- 35:10Speaker 1: gonna be Mitch McConnell. Tommy, You're gonna be Jesse Jackson, Okay,
- 35:15Speaker 1: And I'm gonna be Morgan Freedman. Joe Lewis, the school teacher,
- 35:21Speaker 1: Joe claw You won we come back, Jesse Jackson. Who
- 35:29Speaker 1: you gonna be? Jay, I'm so I'm gonna be Joe
- 35:35Speaker 1: Clawe and I will be the rowan Joselyn Jackson Junior?
- 35:39Speaker 1: Who Junior? Gonna be Junior? I'll be Junior. You're gonna
- 35:44Speaker 1: be you can't be? You ain't in the room. All right,
- 35:50Speaker 1: stay with the damn Joe boy. All right, we'll come
- 35:53Speaker 1: back with the re enactment of what's really going on
- 35:56Speaker 1: inside the Republicans heads about about this whole impeachment thing
- 36:00Speaker 1: right after this at twenty minute, Trump Junior, you're listening. Okay,
- 36:08Speaker 1: Before we left break, we found out that it's not
- 36:11Speaker 1: all as peachy as it seems with Republicans. Uh. You
- 36:15Speaker 1: know they have their poker face on, their game face
- 36:17Speaker 1: on in public, but behind closed doors, you know a
- 36:20Speaker 1: lot of people are saying a lot of things about
- 36:22Speaker 1: what's going on with the president and this whole impeachment. Right,
- 36:25Speaker 1: so we have Mitch Center to Mitch McConnell. We have
- 36:27Speaker 1: Reverend Jesse Jackson. We have Joe Clark, uh, played by
- 36:33Speaker 1: Morgan of course yeah from lean on me. And then
- 36:36Speaker 1: we oh yeah, and then we have Dennis Rodman. Now
- 36:45Speaker 1: why all these people are in the same room, we
- 36:48Speaker 1: don't know. Well we put them in there. Okay, no
- 36:52Speaker 1: idea rotten. We get started, and I'm the Reverend Jesse Jackson.
- 36:58Speaker 1: I would like to let every bought an ole, especially you,
- 37:00Speaker 1: Mitch McConnell, that we are going through an important situation.
- 37:03Speaker 1: There is a deuble station in our nation. No one
- 37:06Speaker 1: wants to give us a donation. Your president is really
- 37:09Speaker 1: messled up everything of God's creation, all of the liberation
- 37:13Speaker 1: any type of Asians. Your your president is messing it up,
- 37:17Speaker 1: and I blame you, mister Mitch McConnell. Well, I was
- 37:20Speaker 1: running whenever you're gonna stop for automations and then I
- 37:22Speaker 1: can get in say something. You know a whole lot
- 37:25Speaker 1: of Asians. And then I was running when you're gonna
- 37:27Speaker 1: put him in there so I can get something in
- 37:28Speaker 1: my mouth. You know. Then you're absolutely right. We can't
- 37:31Speaker 1: stand him never half. But he's our stupid. In fact,
- 37:34Speaker 1: he gives stupid a bad name. He gives stupid a
- 37:36Speaker 1: very bad name. Stupid people are very offended by how
- 37:39Speaker 1: stupid he is and say, we're not that damn stupid.
- 37:42Speaker 1: And he's just bust out with is random first of all,
- 37:52Speaker 1: and say, we are the only two black people here.
- 37:56Speaker 1: You will not blast out like that and make us
- 37:58Speaker 1: look bad. Please please DINNI Frobman here, We'll take your
- 38:05Speaker 1: chains off the dog. You hear me? Hell, enemy he's blind.
- 38:16Speaker 1: You heard me? Take your chains after jogs? The enemy
- 38:21Speaker 1: is hell? You know else? Hell did you hear? What?
- 38:24Speaker 1: Did you hear? What Joe Clark said? And that, mister
- 38:26Speaker 1: miss McConnell is there's a problem with the military. Our
- 38:30Speaker 1: children cannot pick blockberries. My grandson and carere. It's going
- 38:34Speaker 1: through all situations dealing with your brother. Then I'd like
- 38:37Speaker 1: to hear from Dennis Rodman. He how did you give

- 39:15Speaker 1: Coming up in thirty four minutes after the hour after
- 39:18Speaker 1: this ignorance, some trending sports news. Trending sports news. Green
- 39:25Speaker 1: Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers questions God during his girlfriend
- 39:29Speaker 1: Danica Patrick's podcast. We'll talk about that right after this.
- 39:33Speaker 1: You're listening show well, during a podcast conversation with his
- 39:38Speaker 1: girlfriend Danica Patrick. Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers question
- 39:43Speaker 1: God during his conversation about religion. Now, Steve, you heard
- 39:48Speaker 1: this podcast, you say, well, I mean, what are your
- 39:51Speaker 1: feelings about this? I heard the podcast. I didn't have
- 39:56Speaker 1: a problem with what he said. You know, they tried
- 39:58Speaker 1: to make it look like he was a st range
- 40:00Speaker 1: from his family, and his family, being ultra Christian, was
- 40:03Speaker 1: super offended by him. He just said, growing up, he
- 40:08Speaker 1: met his first Christian that he could identify with. He said,
- 40:12Speaker 1: this guy cussed, you know, he told him the facts
- 40:16Speaker 1: of life, and he just thought he was a cool
- 40:19Speaker 1: dude because he had been around so many people faking
- 40:23Speaker 1: like they was perfect. I mean, he was saying stuff
- 40:26Speaker 1: like that, and he'd been around so many fake people
- 40:28Speaker 1: that had made him question it. The faith part of it.
- 40:32Speaker 1: I understood where he coming from. I went through a
- 40:35Speaker 1: phase like that. I didn't think what he said it
- 40:37Speaker 1: was I didn't think what he said was that crazy.
- 40:40Speaker 1: You know, they got offended because his family feel like
- 40:43Speaker 1: he's alienated him since two thousand and sixteen or some year,
- 40:47Speaker 1: you know, after the Super Bowl. Well, I know he's
- 40:50Speaker 1: been beef with his brother. I do know that part.
- 40:53Speaker 1: So maybe that's that's what they're talking about. But I
- 41:00Speaker 1: know what I know. He's the only rich person in
- 41:05Speaker 1: the family right then. Been there, hun Steve everything. Huh Yeah.
- 41:16Speaker 1: Glimpses of it, don't play. You get glimpses of this,
- 41:20Speaker 1: I know exactly what's wrong. Yeah, his family said they're
- 41:24Speaker 1: dismayed about his comments because they're basically a slap in
- 41:27Speaker 1: the face to the fundamentals of who they are. That's
- 41:30Speaker 1: you know, let's just say that some of the best
- 41:33Speaker 1: Christians I've met have been custom Christians. They really had
- 41:38Speaker 1: I'm Mica custom, you know. I just I just read
- 41:42Speaker 1: this article about Brad Pitt, who had been around Hollywood
- 41:47Speaker 1: for a long time, saying that he was an atheist.
- 41:50Speaker 1: And I don't know if you guys remember a couple
- 41:52Speaker 1: of months ago he showed up at Kanye's church and
- 41:55Speaker 1: he did an interview. Yeah, he did an interview recently,
- 41:59Speaker 1: and he said that he grew up in a Christian home,
- 42:01Speaker 1: but Christianity to him at the time was just a
- 42:05Speaker 1: set of nose. He couldn't do this, he couldn't do that,
- 42:07Speaker 1: he couldn't do this, and no one really explained, you
- 42:10Speaker 1: know why that was. So he kind of turned a
- 42:13Speaker 1: blind eye to Christianity. He said, Yeah, that's why he
- 42:16Speaker 1: did it. He said he wasn't really an atheist, but
- 42:19Speaker 1: he said that because he just wasn't into Christianity at
- 42:22Speaker 1: the time. Now, you know, with the divorce and everything.
- 42:25Speaker 1: He hit rock bottom. You know, he said he had
- 42:28Speaker 1: everything and all these hit movies, all this money, all
- 42:31Speaker 1: this stuff, and he hit rock bottom. And then that's
- 42:34Speaker 1: sometimes when God starts speaking to you, and he is
- 42:37Speaker 1: starting now to you know, rekindle his relationship that he
- 42:40Speaker 1: had or trying to build a relationship with God and
- 42:44Speaker 1: get back to his Christian roots. So it happens, you know,
- 42:47Speaker 1: like you say, Steve, that's not so unusual. A lot
- 42:50Speaker 1: of people question it because you have questions. And if
- 42:53Speaker 1: people don't have answers, and they tell you, oh, just
- 42:55Speaker 1: shut up. That's what's in the Bible. You don't question God,
- 42:58Speaker 1: you know, things like that. People only want answers sometimes questions. Yea,
- 43:05Speaker 1: when when did Jesus hang out with the perfect? Right?
- 43:09Speaker 1: He hung out with Hood? Yeah? Yeah, but you know
- 43:14Speaker 1: who see people kill me that you're gonna have this
- 43:18Speaker 1: righteous walk with Christ your entire life, and you're not.
- 43:26Speaker 1: You're not gonna stay on the white line. You can't.
- 43:29Speaker 1: You fall off of the white line quite a bit,
- 43:32Speaker 1: to be honest, quite a bit. Sometimes I fall off
- 43:37Speaker 1: the line and I don't even get back on it.
- 43:39Speaker 1: I just walked next to it for a few miles,
- 43:42Speaker 1: you understand. And that's what when you see people like
- 43:45Speaker 1: Brad Pitt, we're so quick to judge and Rogers and
- 43:48Speaker 1: Brad Pitt, Hey man, they're trying to get it right,
- 43:51Speaker 1: just like everybody else, trying to get it right. Because
- 43:53Speaker 1: majority of people that I know that claim that they
- 43:56Speaker 1: have it right, they don't really have it together at all.
- 44:01Speaker 1: Exactly exactly, all backsliders. That's what they need. A church,
- 44:10Speaker 1: Christian church, open it up like it's a club with
- 44:15Speaker 1: a cust Well, all right, coming up next, nephew in
- 44:26Speaker 1: the building with today's prank phone call? Right after this
- 44:29Speaker 1: you're listening to show coming up at the top of
- 44:34Speaker 1: the hour, right about four minutes after it's my strawberry
- 44:37Speaker 1: letter for today. Subject He's got the sugar, but he's
- 44:42Speaker 1: not being sweet? Did you write this? Jay? Story? Jay?
- 44:50Speaker 1: Right now though, the nephew in the building with today's
- 44:55Speaker 1: prank phone call? What you got for us? Nev? The
- 44:57Speaker 1: sex is too loud? It's too loud. Hello, it's too loud.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Let's loud. Hello. Hello, I'm trying to reach uh uh
- 45:22Speaker 1: you have the ground number? This is his wife though,
- 45:25Speaker 1: Can I help you? Uh? Yes, ma'am. I'm calling you
- 45:28Speaker 1: from the front desk here at the at the Hilton
- 45:30Speaker 1: Hotel and I'm called the room a few times and
- 45:34Speaker 1: you guys, you guys haven't answered. So we actually went
- 45:38Speaker 1: a little first and got the number that's connected with
- 45:40Speaker 1: the credit card. And uh, you know, I wouldn't be
- 45:44Speaker 1: calling your number like this, but the people are complaining
- 45:47Speaker 1: about you guys on the floor now, you guys are
- 45:50Speaker 1: staying on and they're saying that the sexiest too, the
- 45:53Speaker 1: sexiest too loud coming from you all. Wait, wait a minute,
- 45:57Speaker 1: would you say people are on you all floor saying
- 46:00Speaker 1: that the sex is too loud coming from me in
- 46:03Speaker 1: your husband's room? Way, what the fuck is going on here?
- 46:06Speaker 1: I am at home and that mother is out of town.
- 46:10Speaker 1: So what are you saying to me? Uh? Should I
- 46:16Speaker 1: get to the whole offorce? Shure? That's just that's just
- 46:22Speaker 1: this is his wife on the phone right now. But
- 46:25Speaker 1: she said she's at home. That's what she's telling me.
- 46:29Speaker 1: She's telling me she's at home, but she's not upstairs. No,
- 46:34Speaker 1: she's not upstairs. They were doing a different thing. What
- 46:38Speaker 1: am I supposed to play to? Okay, okay man, yes, okay,
- 46:44Speaker 1: I'm sorry what's your name again, Dominique? Okay, Dominicque. You
- 46:48Speaker 1: know what, we won't worry about it. We'll fix it.
- 46:50Speaker 1: What do you mean, don't worry about it? You just
- 46:53Speaker 1: caused me to tell me that basically, my husband is
- 46:57Speaker 1: having sex with someone at the hotel. And now you're
- 47:01Speaker 1: acting like I'm just supposed to act like this didn't happen. Hello, yeah, yeah,
- 47:07Speaker 1: And I did hear you talking to the background. You
- 47:10Speaker 1: heard who I heard you? Okay? Hold on, hold on?
- 47:14Speaker 1: Can you hold on? Get it? Please? Uh? Where are
- 47:17Speaker 1: you at? Which is this? Which hotel is this? Just
- 47:21Speaker 1: hold on for a second. Man, I didn't hit the mute,
- 47:24Speaker 1: but I didn't hit the whole buddy. No, she heard
- 47:27Speaker 1: everything we was talking about. I don't know what am
- 47:32Speaker 1: I supposed to say to it. The guy won't answer
- 47:35Speaker 1: the phone, and it's noise coming from the room all day.
- 47:40Speaker 1: All right, Hello, uh yeah, okay, Dominique, Dominique. I want
- 47:47Speaker 1: to apologize. We thought we were called. My apology is
- 47:51Speaker 1: not gonna do it. I can solve the problem for you.
- 47:54Speaker 1: Which your address? Tell me your address? I'm not at
- 47:59Speaker 1: liberty to get that information. This is some bulls. Some
- 48:02Speaker 1: real bulls can you put your manager on the phone
- 48:05Speaker 1: or something. Um, I mean Lenage is actually in a
- 48:09Speaker 1: meeting right now. I don't something. I just want to say.
- 48:14Speaker 1: I just, I truly apologize. I mean I thought I
- 48:18Speaker 1: was calling the person that was in the room. I'm
- 48:20Speaker 1: really really, you know what. I don't know what to
- 48:22Speaker 1: say if there is nothing to say, unless you're gonna
- 48:24Speaker 1: give me your address right now, so I could be
- 48:26Speaker 1: all my way over there. What city are you with?
- 48:29Speaker 1: Don't worry about where I'm ask I can get to
- 48:32Speaker 1: you and his you know what, I'm gonna call this
- 48:35Speaker 1: mother for myself and he better wait where your whole situation? Okay?
- 48:42Speaker 1: Right now? Okay, but will you await because you're gonna
- 48:45Speaker 1: mess right I'm gonna lose my job about your job
- 48:48Speaker 1: right now? Bro? You told me that my husband is
- 48:53Speaker 1: some other boy in your hotel? Do you think I care? So?
- 48:57Speaker 1: What's your address? Though? I could see all my way? Okay, okay, Mommy,
- 49:01Speaker 1: let me just call him. No, no, no, no, my manager,
- 49:04Speaker 1: My manager coming down now. Your manager is available? How convenient? Okay,
- 49:09Speaker 1: so I don't have to talk. I don't want to
- 49:12Speaker 1: talk to your manager. Okay, I thought you wanted to
- 49:14Speaker 1: talk to the manager. I'm pissed off right now. So
- 49:17Speaker 1: either you're gonna give me your address? Can I put
- 49:21Speaker 1: this is my manager, Tommy? Can I put Tommy on
- 49:24Speaker 1: the phone? Sure? Hey, Dominique, Yes, this is Tommy. Okay, Tommy,
- 49:30Speaker 1: what's going on? Your worker called me to tell me
- 49:34Speaker 1: that my husband was having sex in your hotel too loud?
- 49:39Speaker 1: And I asked his address and he won't give it
- 49:41Speaker 1: to me. And I'm on my way down there, and
- 49:43Speaker 1: I'm about to call my husband since he won't answer
- 49:46Speaker 1: your call. And I did hear him talking to you
- 49:48Speaker 1: in the background? Okay? What did you hear who he
- 49:52Speaker 1: was talking to? No? I didn't. Okay, he was talking
- 49:55Speaker 1: to me. But do you know who I am? No?
- 49:57Speaker 1: I don't and I don't really care. But do you
- 50:01Speaker 1: know Tommy at all? Do I know Tommy? Now? Do
- 50:05Speaker 1: you know tom No? Okay, do you know nephew Tommy
- 50:10Speaker 1: from the Steve Harvey Morning Show? Do you write you kitty?
- 50:15Speaker 1: How care you? That's Tommy? I don't like. I'm not
- 50:22Speaker 1: your friend right now, Tommy, and I don't like anymore.
- 50:24Speaker 1: I just like, come on, tom come on, stay funny.
- 50:30Speaker 1: It's not funny, Tommy it's really okay. All right, I
- 50:33Speaker 1: don't want to get off the phone, and we're all

- 50:36Speaker 1: be all good terms when we got on the phone. Okay,
- 50:39Speaker 1: come on, laugh laugh with me, baby, please. Well I
- 50:44Speaker 1: don't know if you'll be laughing at somebody called this,

- 53:50Speaker 1: just like we're gonna read this one right here, right now.
- 53:54Speaker 1: Hold on tight. We got it for you. Here it
- 53:57Speaker 1: swery letter subject He's got the sugar, but he's not
- 54:01Speaker 1: being sweet, all right, Jay, listen up. Dear Steve and Shirley,
- 54:05Speaker 1: my husband and I are in our late thirties and
- 54:08Speaker 1: we've been together for almost twenty years. We have four children,
- 54:12Speaker 1: and we always had a robust sex life until two
- 54:16Speaker 1: years ago when everything changed. My husband gradually lost interest
- 54:21Speaker 1: in sex, and whenever we try, he would stop in
- 54:25Speaker 1: the middle of it and tell me he was tired.
- 54:28Speaker 1: I had no idea what was wrong with him, and
- 54:30Speaker 1: I started to think that he wasn't attracted to me anymore.
- 54:34Speaker 1: One night, when he told me no to sex, I
- 54:37Speaker 1: started crying. He finally came clean and admitted that he
- 54:40Speaker 1: was diagnosed with type two diabetes. And it affected his
- 54:44Speaker 1: ability to perform. He didn't want to tell me because
- 54:48Speaker 1: he knew I would make him eat healthier meals and
- 54:51Speaker 1: stop drinking. I was mad as heck that he kept
- 54:55Speaker 1: something like this from me. After I found out about it,
- 54:58Speaker 1: he refused to change his bad life style choices. So
- 55:01Speaker 1: now he has erectile dysfunction because of all the medicine.
- 55:05Speaker 1: Because of all his medicine, I've been suffering in a
- 55:08Speaker 1: sexless marriage for the past two years. I'm miserable without sex,
- 55:13Speaker 1: and I told him he is being selfish. All he
- 55:16Speaker 1: has to do is put down the fried chicken, sweet
- 55:19Speaker 1: potato pie and the bourbon and coke and we might
- 55:22Speaker 1: be able to have sex again. He is oblivious to
- 55:27Speaker 1: my needs, and I'm growing more and more angry by
- 55:30Speaker 1: the day. I have been a faithful woman for twenty years,
- 55:33Speaker 1: but I can't go another month without releasing some of
- 55:36Speaker 1: this sexual tension. I'm thinking about cheating, and I have
- 55:40Speaker 1: someone in mind that is willing to help me out.
- 55:44Speaker 1: I don't feel bad about it either. Before I do
- 55:47Speaker 1: the unthinkable, how can I get my husband to fix
- 55:50Speaker 1: his health and fix our sex life? Please help? Wow?
- 55:55Speaker 1: A lot going on in this letter. I don't know,
- 55:57Speaker 1: because you know, it's really hard to make grown people.
- 56:00Speaker 1: You really can't make grown people do what they don't
- 56:03Speaker 1: want to do, and in this situation, your husband don't
- 56:06Speaker 1: want to do it. I mean, if he would just
- 56:08Speaker 1: make better food choices, you know, he would be healthier
- 56:13Speaker 1: and perhaps that would help. You're right, he is very selfish.
- 56:18Speaker 1: I think you know this is a man who doesn't
- 56:22Speaker 1: want to change. I mean, I'm sorry, he doesn't care
- 56:24Speaker 1: about himself. He doesn't care about your four kids or you.
- 56:28Speaker 1: If he did, he would try to at least eat better.
- 56:31Speaker 1: That's the very least he could do and trying, you know,
- 56:34Speaker 1: try to get healthy. A husband should never keep anything
- 56:38Speaker 1: like this from their wife. This is very serious. You know,
- 56:42Speaker 1: why didn't he tell you? Maybe he was embarrassed, or
- 56:45Speaker 1: maybe he just I don't know, but it is selfish
- 56:47Speaker 1: and he shouldn't have kept that from you because it's
- 56:49Speaker 1: it's a health situation and it could get worse. You guys,
- 56:53Speaker 1: are only in your late thirties. You're only in your
- 56:56Speaker 1: late thirties, So what are you supposed to do now
- 56:58Speaker 1: for sex for the rest of your life? You're only
- 57:00Speaker 1: in your late thirties. People have sex up until there's
- 57:03Speaker 1: seventies and eighties. Come on, you're just in your late thirties.
- 57:07Speaker 1: I gotta say this though you and I know everyone
- 57:12Speaker 1: knows cheating is wrong. We all know that. But I
- 57:15Speaker 1: ask you, you know, what's a wife to do in
- 57:18Speaker 1: a situation like this, under the circumstances when her husband
- 57:23Speaker 1: with his selfish behavior. Yeah. I'm not condoning again. I'm
- 57:25Speaker 1: not saying she should, but I'm just saying I understand
- 57:28Speaker 1: where you're coming from. Your well, your husband with his
- 57:33Speaker 1: selfish behavior. I just, you know, I just think that
- 57:37Speaker 1: he's driving you and sending you right into the arms
- 57:40Speaker 1: of another man. I just think that's what's happening because
- 57:43Speaker 1: he won't change, and he really needs to do that
- 57:45Speaker 1: right now, Steve, Wow, surely you almost see the unthinkable. Wow?
- 57:54Speaker 1: You what's gonna startle me? Girl? You came up just
- 57:57Speaker 1: short of see Hellee. That ain't my job, So here
- 58:02Speaker 1: I go. Now. I'm glad. Shirley kept reiterating that you
- 58:07Speaker 1: all are in your late thirties because I misready. I
- 58:10Speaker 1: thought you was thirty and you had been together for
- 58:12Speaker 1: almost twenty years. I was saying, damn s him, dude,
- 58:15Speaker 1: since you was ten. Slatter hands another element to it.
- 58:21Speaker 1: You look at y'all. Ain't in jail anyway. Oh, we've
- 58:24Speaker 1: got four children. We've always had a robust sex life,
- 58:29Speaker 1: and to two years ago. Everything changed. Now is the letter.
- 58:33Speaker 1: My husband gradually lost interest in sex, and whenever we try,
- 58:40Speaker 1: he would stop in the middle of it and tell
- 58:43Speaker 1: me he was tied. Now, hold on one, say, ain't
- 58:47Speaker 1: you supposed to be tied in the middle of it? Huh? Hello, yeah,
- 58:53Speaker 1: I mean sometimes, but this is an unusual circumstance, Steve.
- 58:56Speaker 1: You gotta admit me you're putting the work, but to
- 59:01Speaker 1: stop though he stopped. No, No, that ain't I ain't
- 59:05Speaker 1: got there yet he tied. What the hell he stopped?
- 59:10Speaker 1: Because you're tired. You're supposed to be tied. It's called work, homie.
- 59:15Speaker 1: You gotta get back at it. But he stopped and
- 59:18Speaker 1: say he tied, and no idea what was wrong? And
- 59:21Speaker 1: then you thought he wasn't attracted to you. Then one
- 59:23Speaker 1: night when he told you naw to sex and you
- 59:25Speaker 1: started crying. He can't clean and said he got typed
- 59:28Speaker 1: you diabetes and affected his ability to perform. He won't
- 59:32Speaker 1: tell me because he knew I was gonna make him
- 59:34Speaker 1: eat healthy meals and stopped drinking all of dog. So
- 59:38Speaker 1: if you eat healthy fields and stopped drinking, you could
- 59:41Speaker 1: get rid of your diabetes. You like food and drinking
- 59:45Speaker 1: that damn much that you kept from the information from
- 59:49Speaker 1: the one person who can help you get healthy, and
- 59:52Speaker 1: you refuse to do it even though it's affecting your
- 59:54Speaker 1: sex life. How much do food mean to your fat ass? No? Really,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: you would prefer food and alcohol over sex. This is crazy,
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: all right, Steve, hold on to that thought. Okay, we're
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: gonna have part two of your response coming up at
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour's subject of today's strawberry letter,
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: he's got the sugar, but he's not being sweet. We'll
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: get back into it right after this. You're listening, all right, Steve,
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: Come on, let's recap today's strawberry letter. He's got the sugar,
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: but he's not being sweet. Tie it is. Dude, then
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: messed around and got type two diabetes, didn't tell his wife,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: the one person that would help. And then the reason
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: he didn't tell her because he knew she was gonna
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: make him eat healthier meals and stop drinking. What that
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: was your reason for not telling your wife. No, it wasn't.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: I didn't want to worry her, you know, I didn't
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: want her to stop doing what she was doing. All
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: my chunky ass wants to keep eating pie and drinking liquor.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: So now the lady was mad as heck that he
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: kept this from him, and then after she found out,
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: he refused to change his lifestyle choices. So now because
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: of all the medicine he taking, he now has erectile
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: dysfunction in his thirty She has been suffering in a
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: sexless marriage for the past two years and I'm miserable
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: two years tears, and I'm miserable without sex. And I
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: told him he's being self. All he gotta do is
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: put down the fried chicken sweet to take the pie

- 1:04:45Speaker 1: conception has gone way past man. Yeah, how how much
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: chickens do you? Where you eat, where you stay? You know,

- 1:06:53Speaker 1: had agree good game though he really did. Heard twenty
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: two points man of eighteen minutes, hit three three. They
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: take him out of the game, well man, because they're
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: trying to protect him on that injury, man on that
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: on that, on that leg. So they didn't want him
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: to play the whole game. Coach said that eighteen mins
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: wasn't enough. But the boy, if he would have played
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: a four game, man that that twenty two points in
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: eighteen minutes. See, men, when the guy's been injured, you
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: don't let him play the whole game. You let him
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: get back into game shape. So so he remembered how
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: his weight feel on his body when he got to
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: make quick shifts and stuff. So his his body can
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: adjust and he'll no because if he go back out
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: there and he'd do something too sudden, yeah, and his
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: body used to it, he could be hurt himself. Steven says,

- 1:09:28Speaker 1: said me, Oh football, I thought you met the soccer game.

- 1:14:16Speaker 1: attacking and injuring Asrael Clary that's Robert's ex girlfriend and
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: Joycelyn's former roommate. As Joycelyn left the courthouse, she was
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: flanked by a couple of girls, who TMZ reports are
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: her younger sisters. Ben Joycelyn's mother approaches and yells she
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: needs to talk to her, but gets shut down. Take

- 1:14:41Speaker 1: to you by a comment. Look at Wow, So her
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: mother was just trying to talk to her daughter. Wow,

- 1:15:11Speaker 1: been It's it's tragic that this relationship is the cause
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: of this. Yeah, and the residual from that relationship she's
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: had with this guy is created just ripped in her
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: family and her mother just want to talk to her.
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: She don't want to talk to her mother. It's it's
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: so foul what these girls have to endure and deal
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: in the aftermath of all of day. It's just sickening, man. Yeah, yeah, wow,
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: it really is. We'll have more of a Steve Harvey
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: Morning Show coming up and some trending news at thirty
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour right after this you're listening, Okay.
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: We found out that it's not all as peachy as
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: it seems with Republicans, uh. You know, they have their
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: Pope your face on, their game face on in public,
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: but behind closed doors, you know, a lot of people
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: are saying a lot of things about what's going on
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: with the president and this whole impeachment. Right. So we
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: have Mitch Center to Mitch McConnell. We have Reverend Jesse Jackson,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: we have Joe Clark, uh, played by yeah, from Lena
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: and me, and then we oh yeah, and then we
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: have Dennis Rodman. Now why all these people are in
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: the same room, We don't know. Well, we put them
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: in there, Okay, no idea, right and on, before we
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: get started, and I'm the Reverend Jesse Jackson, I would
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: like to let everybody know, especially you, Mitch McConnell, that
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: we are going through an important situation. There is a
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: devastation in our nation. No one wants to give us
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: a dot nation. Your president is really messled up everything
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: of God's creation, all of the liberation any type of Asians. You,
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: your president is messing it up. And I blame you,
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: mister miss McConnell. Well, I was running whenever. You're gonna
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: stop the automations and then I can get into say something.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: You know, there's a whole lot of ations, and then
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: I was running one. You're gonna put him in there
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: so I can get something in my mouth. You know that.
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: You're absolutely right. We can't stand him, never half. But
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: he's on stupid. In fact, he gives stupid a bad name.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: He gives stupid a very bad name. Stupid. People are
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: very offended by how stupid he is. And say we're
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: not that damn stupid and he just stop with just random.
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: First of all, we are the only two black people here.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: You will not blast out like that and make us
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: look bad. Please please DENNERL. Frobman here, we'll take the
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: chains off the dog. You hit work, he's black. You
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: head me take the chains after Charles? The enemy is
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: how you know? Else? Hell did you hear? What did
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: you hear what Joe Clark said? And that mister miss
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: McConnell is there's a problem with the military. Our children
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: cannot pick blockberries, my grandson and carry. It's going through
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: all situations dealing with your prosle Then I'd like to
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: hear from our Dennis Roman he how did you give?
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: I'll tell yourself back culture ellis you? I just want
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: to see what did judior boys talking about? You don't
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: give a rest every you fund from what you talk about?
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: Why you're talking to the prelication situation? Take the charge
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: of the George the enemy is down. I don't think
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: it's foul. I think your preuzzle does not cow. There
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: is a reason why he has n't how I don't
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: know what else to say, and it's just not foul.
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: Come up our last break of the day. It is
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: the last break of the day. That's right, Ja coming up,
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: and of course some closing remarks from the One and
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: Only Steve Harvey at forty nine minutes after the hour,
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, all right, guys, here we
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: are the last break of this. It is the last
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: break of the day you and of the week, day
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: of the last break of the week. Yes, it's been
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: a good day, a good week too. It was because week.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: Yeah we had the MLK holiday on Monday. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: And now it's time. It is Love Fridays. And now
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: it's time for the one and only to come in
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: with some closing remarks. I have talked about this before,
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: but when it comes to the relationship between African Americans
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: and Africans, I think that it's something that I'm learning
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: more and more about and it's something that we really
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: do have to get in touch with and explore. I know,
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: because of the cost and also because of information too
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: many of us have never made Africa a part of
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: the mission to go see and I want to kind
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: of help change that because I do know and I
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: realize that it is so far away and it is
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: quite an even from Atlanta's seventeen hours to Johannesburg. You know,
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: I understand that, and it is an expense. I understand
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: that too, but I gotta tell you it is worth it.
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: And I'm working really, really hard with some key people
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: over here to create a more affordable way to get
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: it done because I would want every single African American
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: to set their foot on this continent. I think it's
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: it's probably I listen. Let me put it to you
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: this way. I've traveled a lot of places on this
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: globe and I have had been fortunate enough and God
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: has graced me and my life with my family to
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: be able to see some amazing places, to have some
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: amazing experiences. And I got to tell you something. Nothing
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: that isn't a port. I've pulled into an airport, I've
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: landed at a beach, I've walked on a scenery I've
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: seen that has moved me the way walking on the
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: continent of Africa has. It's it's spiritual. It's the only
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: way I can put it. It's absolutely ritual. And I
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: am talking to black people right now. It's really something
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: you have to see. I think every human being should
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: see Africa. But for black people. Oh my god, it's
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: very different. I am trying really, really hard. I'm going
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: to do it. I'm not just trying. I'm just saying
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: it right now because I haven't put it together. But
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: I'm working really hard with some tourism boards over here
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: to put something together. Man, for you to come and
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: see this place and see it in not just one spot,
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: but on like a mini tour. You couldn't see this
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: place in six months if you want it to. That's
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: how vast its content it is. But I think for
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: every African American, you have to come here. You have
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: to visit the slave castles. You It's it's really sickening
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: when you're there, but you will understand really how evil
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: some people are and how great we must really be
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: to have survived what was done to us. You know,
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: when I left those slave castles, I left with two things.
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: I left I was so angry the second one I
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: went to, and I was devastated the first one I
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: went to. But at the end of the day, what
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: I realized was how incredible we must really be as
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: a people to have survived what they did to us.
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: It's alarming, man, what was done to us over a
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: four hundred year period and we are still here. Are
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: you kidding me? Are you kidding me? And then to
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: see what this continent is. It's one of the richest
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: continents on Earth. And I know that we've been kept
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: for one another. Africans and African Americans have been kept
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: away from each other because if we knew who each
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: other really was, and if we exchanged information, talent, knowledge
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: and experiences, have any idea how great we would be?
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: And I think that there's an opportunity here to bridge
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: that gap. I really do appreciate the year of the
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: return by the country of Ghana. I appreciate the things
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: that I'm hearing from the President of Botswanna. I appreciate
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: all the things I'm hearing from the tourism board here
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: in South Africa and Joe Burgh and man, I'm just
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: telling you please look it up, google it, even if
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: you don't wait on when I pull or something together.
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: Find a way to get yourself on this continent. Find
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: a way to wake up in the morning and walk
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: outside and probably for the first time in your life,
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: not be a minority everywhere you go. You can go
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: nowhere over here and become the minority that place does
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: not exist. That's an incredible feeling. That's something that I
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: cannot I can't even explain how that feels, you know why,
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: because I've never known the feeling before. I had nothing,
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: because I've been a minority my whole life. This is
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: an amazing place, man, And whatever you think it is,
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: it's it's it's so much more. Uh. That's my mission
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: while I'm here to bridge the gap and get more
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: people to come over here and see this. Yeah, it's
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: the deal, man, the deal. Yeah, well you know what's
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: happening now, don't you have yourself a great weekend? Here
