- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, this is your boy, Thomas Miles nephew Timy from
- 0:02Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Now, I'm here to tell
- 0:04Speaker 1: you about something that can probably help save lives and
- 0:08Speaker 1: also protect you and your family.
- 0:09Speaker 2: So listen up.
- 0:10Speaker 1: As you probably know, crime tends Despike during this time
- 0:13Speaker 1: of the year, making it even more crucial to protect
- 0:16Speaker 1: what matters most our selves and what else our families.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Now, let's be real. Even if you.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Are a gun on like I am, you really I
- 0:25Speaker 1: mean you really really don't want to pull the trigger
- 0:28Speaker 1: and have to deal with the repercussions of that fatal decision.
- 0:32Speaker 2: But there's another option.
- 0:33Speaker 1: It's a powerful but non lethal alternative through traditional firearms.
- 0:38Speaker 2: It's called Burner byr.
- 0:40Speaker 1: NA for those you all that's trying to google it
- 0:42Speaker 1: right now, it's by r NA. Here to tell me
- 0:46Speaker 1: more about this revolutionary product is Luwon Fham Luon Fami,
- 0:50Speaker 1: the chief revenue and marketing officer for Burner. Welcome, mister
- 0:54Speaker 1: fam break it down for what's man for everybody that's listening.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Can you break down the Burner for men? Just break
- 0:59Speaker 2: it down?
- 1:00Speaker 3: Hey, Tommy, good to good to be here and to
- 1:02Speaker 3: Burna is a company that was developed by a group
- 1:07Speaker 3: of common sense gun owners who realize that having just
- 1:12Speaker 3: lethal firearms are their only source of self defense is
- 1:16Speaker 3: like having just the nuclear option, because we all know
- 1:20Speaker 3: that when anyone that discharges a firearm, there's a host
- 1:24Speaker 3: of complexities that come with it, and god forbid, it's
- 1:28Speaker 3: an overuse of force where you're shooting someone that's unarmed
- 1:33Speaker 3: even though they're in your home. You know, you could
- 1:36Speaker 3: be in a world of legal trouble and where your
- 1:42Speaker 3: can be taken away from you, your assets and civil court.
- 1:45Speaker 3: And so we felt like there was a need to
- 1:47Speaker 3: have something that was that delivered formidable stopping power without
- 1:52Speaker 3: having all of the all the nastiness that comes with,
- 1:57Speaker 3: you know, taking the life. And it's a it's a
- 2:01Speaker 3: scary thing for Americans today to be concerned about the
- 2:05Speaker 3: rising crime rates and not knowing what their options are
- 2:09Speaker 3: and thinking that they only have one option, which is
- 2:11Speaker 3: the firearm, which you know definitely isn't the case anymore.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Right right now, Listen, you and I had had the
- 2:19Speaker 1: opportunity of getting together and actually you you actually you know,
- 2:23Speaker 1: gave me a tutorial of the burner and I just
- 2:27Speaker 1: totally enjoyed it. Man, I had a great time and
- 2:29Speaker 1: I learned a whole lot. Can you explain to our
- 2:32Speaker 1: audience what you know how safe it is to have
- 2:35Speaker 1: a burner?
- 2:36Speaker 3: Yeah? Absolutely. First of all, there's no background checks required,
- 2:40Speaker 3: no permits required to own one a burner. So for
- 2:43Speaker 3: those that don't know what a burner is, it's essentially
- 2:45Speaker 3: it looks like a pistol, shaped like a pistol, but
- 2:49Speaker 3: it uses less lethal ammunition in forms of kinetic rounds,
- 2:55Speaker 3: which is rock hard rubber rounds that can break side
- 2:59Speaker 3: autoglass from sixty to thirty feet away. The Verna launcher
- 3:04Speaker 3: has an effective range of sixty feet and with the
- 3:07Speaker 3: kinetic round, once it hits it feels like you're being shot.
- 3:11Speaker 3: Delivers massive pain deterrent without having to take a life.
- 3:13Speaker 3: The bullet doesn't impel into the body. It hits it
- 3:17Speaker 3: like a ton of bricks at two hundred miles an
- 3:20Speaker 3: hour two hundred and eighty five feet per second to
- 3:22Speaker 3: be technical, and it feels like you're being shot, so
- 3:25Speaker 3: pain deterrent. We do have chemical rounds that on the
- 3:29Speaker 3: ex Yeah, you have the tear gas and pepper powder
- 3:34Speaker 3: that attacks the aggressor's central nervous system. So regardless that
- 3:38Speaker 3: they're on drugs or not. Their lungs will feel like
- 3:41Speaker 3: they're collapsing. It's very difficult to breeze. All areas of
- 3:43Speaker 3: exposed skin feels like I just poured a can of
- 3:46Speaker 3: gasoline and lit the match on the aggressor. Eyes will
- 3:50Speaker 3: involuntarily close because of the same pain, nose or run
- 3:53Speaker 3: heavy mucus for thirty to forty minutes. All these things
- 3:56Speaker 3: are happening at once to the aggressor, so we inflict
- 4:00Speaker 3: make it hard for them to breathe, to see, and
- 4:05Speaker 3: they feel burning sensation, intense burning sensations. They're no longer
- 4:09Speaker 3: worried about you, and they're trying to, you know, get
- 4:13Speaker 3: to safety themselves because they're not expecting that you're prepared
- 4:16Speaker 3: to defend. And you know, the the the one of
- 4:21Speaker 3: the biggest advantages that the burn a pistol delivers is
- 4:23Speaker 3: that you're not afraid to pull the trigger.
- 4:26Speaker 2: There's no trigger, you know.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Like just in case if let's just say you actually
- 4:32Speaker 3: shoot a family member on accident. I have a sixteen
- 4:35Speaker 3: year old daughter that's sneaking in from the house late
- 4:37Speaker 3: at night, and I'm freaked out, and if I pull
- 4:41Speaker 3: the wrong weapon, it's going to be devastating at text.
- 4:43Speaker 3: So those are the things that make this product very unique.
- 4:47Speaker 3: We do have a patented technology that is called pool
- 4:52Speaker 3: piers where once you insert the Co two into the pistol,
- 4:56Speaker 3: it's Co two powered air powered, UH, you load the ammunition.
- 5:01Speaker 3: You can sort that weapon indefinitely. The only time when
- 5:05Speaker 3: the Seal two canisters puncture is when you pull the trigger.
- 5:08Speaker 3: It punctures the CO two and sends that first round
- 5:13Speaker 3: at the same time. Each Seal two can shoot up
- 5:16Speaker 3: to eighteen rounds enough. Each each launcher kit comes with
- 5:20Speaker 3: two five round magazines, so you have plenty of firepower.
- 5:26Speaker 3: If you will less lethal and if you have to escalate,
- 5:31Speaker 3: then you have to do what you have to do.
- 5:33Speaker 3: But if you go through what the law, what law
- 5:36Speaker 3: enforcement considers as a continuum the force. Right someone's in
- 5:39Speaker 3: your house, you tell them to verbally leave, get out
- 5:42Speaker 3: of my house, and then you deploy less lethal and
- 5:45Speaker 3: it becomes a lethal shoot to This is what your
- 5:48Speaker 3: lawyer's gonna say to on your behalf in a court
- 5:50Speaker 3: of law, Ladies and gentlemen of the jury. My client
- 5:53Speaker 3: had intruders in his home. He verbally commanded them to leave.
- 5:57Speaker 3: They did not comply, He went and you know, deployed
- 6:00Speaker 3: less lethal. It was never his intention to take a life,
- 6:05Speaker 3: you know, he bought a burn up launcher for that
- 6:07Speaker 3: very purpose. Unfortunately, these attackers kept on coming and he
- 6:10Speaker 3: had no choice in fear of his life to elevate
- 6:13Speaker 3: the lethal force. If you go through that process and
- 6:16Speaker 3: it just literally seconds to do that, then you protect
- 6:20Speaker 3: yourself a much a lot longer better in court than
- 6:25Speaker 3: you would. Hey, this guy just started shooting live rounds,
- 6:28Speaker 3: you know.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Right, let them know the difference, man, if you if
- 6:31Speaker 1: you use your burner in comparison to live rounds on
- 6:35Speaker 1: a on a regular gun, the difference of what you're
- 6:37Speaker 1: going to go through when you're dealing with the legal system.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Yeah. Sure. So, Like when you pull a weapon in
- 6:44Speaker 3: public or anywhere, it is highly recommended that you call
- 6:48Speaker 3: the police because you have to report it, whether it's
- 6:50Speaker 3: lethal or less lethal. The difference here is if you
- 6:54Speaker 3: pull out a lethal firearm and you call it in,
- 6:58Speaker 3: that officer is going to ask you aias of questions,
- 7:00Speaker 3: and what he's trying to you know understand, is was
- 7:04Speaker 3: there imminent threat for Luan to pull his nine millimeter
- 7:08Speaker 3: at you? Know this person, and if you cannot prove that,
- 7:13Speaker 3: or if I cannot prove that my life was going
- 7:15Speaker 3: to be taken away from me because the guy had
- 7:17Speaker 3: a gun or a nine or what have you, he's
- 7:19Speaker 3: gonna polite me, politely, invite me into the station, and
- 7:22Speaker 3: when I get there, he's gonna remove me and my weapon,
- 7:25Speaker 3: take away my CCW card, find me, and most likely
- 7:29Speaker 3: give me a court date because I irresponsibly pulled out
- 7:33Speaker 3: a lethal firearm. Because the police do not want you
- 7:36Speaker 3: just to pull out your gun for any instance, right,
- 7:39Speaker 3: the goal is to get away if you're if you
- 7:41Speaker 3: were taught correctly, and then but the difference with the
- 7:44Speaker 3: Berna is you could pull out your burno launcher at
- 7:49Speaker 3: an aggressor that is unarmed, because what you're doing is
- 7:53Speaker 3: you're responding to to a less lethal threat with less
- 7:57Speaker 3: with a less lethal response. So even though it's like
- 8:00Speaker 3: you know you have a lot of pistol, you don't,
- 8:04Speaker 3: and that that that's that's the difference, less lethal less lethal.
- 8:08Speaker 3: So it's forced on force, right if it's overused to force,
- 8:11Speaker 3: if that guy doesn't have a weapon and you're using
- 8:15Speaker 3: a gun, even if you were being attacked you're in
- 8:19Speaker 3: the wrong. So that's why, you know, for for us,
- 8:23Speaker 3: our our mission is to reduce deaths by firearms. And
- 8:27Speaker 3: if we can get one hundred million gun owners to
- 8:29Speaker 3: reach her up, burn up. First, we say one bullet
- 8:32Speaker 3: can you know ruin many lives and not only the
- 8:35Speaker 3: person getting shot, But what if that that that that
- 8:38Speaker 3: aggressor he has he she has family. That's the response
- 8:42Speaker 3: before what about the shooter. I know that I'm a
- 8:45Speaker 3: single income family and if I was in a an
- 8:49Speaker 3: overuse of force shoot and I end up in jail,
- 8:53Speaker 3: Who's going to take care of my my two kids
- 8:55Speaker 3: and my wife? And you know, that's devastating on them.
- 8:59Speaker 3: And if I'm sitting in jail for ten to twenty
- 9:02Speaker 3: years like that's that's essentially a life sentence. And so
- 9:06Speaker 3: what we offer is the ability to de escalate before
- 9:10Speaker 3: things get out of hand. And if things get out
- 9:12Speaker 3: of hand and you have to resort to lethal force,
- 9:15Speaker 3: then do what you got to do. And for folks
- 9:17Speaker 3: that are adverse to firearms, this is the closest thing
- 9:20Speaker 3: to a gun you're going to get. That's allows it's
- 9:22Speaker 3: easy to shoot, there's no recoil, there's no insdruction needed
- 9:27Speaker 3: and then a lot of senior citizens use our product
- 9:31Speaker 3: and you get to you know, you can make a
- 9:34Speaker 3: mistake and it's not going to be fatal. And that's
- 9:37Speaker 3: that's what we bring to the to the table. And
- 9:40Speaker 3: you know, people from all walks of life have found
- 9:44Speaker 3: us and said, hey, why why haven't heard you guys before?
- 9:47Speaker 3: Because unfortunately we're considered a weapons company leg and they
- 9:52Speaker 3: categorize us with firearms. But our mission is to reduce
- 9:56Speaker 3: death by firearm and we can't think Tommy, you for
- 10:00Speaker 3: understanding that and understanding that. You know, these guys are
- 10:03Speaker 3: an incredible mission. They want to keep people safe. They
- 10:07Speaker 3: want to let people enjoy the many great freedoms that
- 10:11Speaker 3: we have here in America. By no, no country is perfect,
- 10:16Speaker 3: but this is as good as it gets. And you know,
- 10:20Speaker 3: everybody has the right to live their life and feel
- 10:22Speaker 3: free and safe when they're out and about.
- 10:26Speaker 2: So so, mister, let me ask you this.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Let me ask you this. Do I need do anybody
- 10:31Speaker 1: that wants to operate a burner? Do we need training
- 10:34Speaker 1: or anything?
- 10:38Speaker 3: But really, we have a lot of videos online and
- 10:41Speaker 3: the beautiful thing about that is about our burnout product
- 10:44Speaker 3: is you can train in the comfort of your backyard.
- 10:46Speaker 3: It's totally illegal, and so you know you can pull
- 10:51Speaker 3: out like I always I think we talked about it
- 10:53Speaker 3: is like the burno of pistol is like a two
- 10:55Speaker 3: for one incredible self defense tool, but man for backyard barbecues,
- 11:01Speaker 3: cornhole is so yesterday. You put up some targets and
- 11:03Speaker 3: everybody's having a good time, shares their targets in their training,
- 11:07Speaker 3: and you know that's the beauty of it. And and
- 11:10Speaker 3: then like we get a lot of like folks that ask,
- 11:12Speaker 3: like what we call the trolls, right, and some guy
- 11:13Speaker 3: pulls on a real gun your debt and our response
- 11:17Speaker 3: is yes, technically technically true, but categorically false. And what
- 11:21Speaker 3: I mean by that is if a guy bad guy
- 11:24Speaker 3: has a gun, he's not going to threaten you with
- 11:26Speaker 3: his mouth. He's gonna start you with that gun. And
- 11:28Speaker 3: so you never pull your burner first. You're going to
- 11:31Speaker 3: react to what that person is doing. Your law a
- 11:33Speaker 3: bodying peace, love and minding your own business. But if
- 11:37Speaker 3: if a bad guy wants to take his bad day
- 11:40Speaker 3: to you, you're only going to reacting for what you have.
- 11:43Speaker 3: And as I as I mentioned to you, I would
- 11:46Speaker 3: have to make a quick decision and like, if this
- 11:47Speaker 3: guy just wants my wallet, then he can have it.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Okay, here's here's something else everybody needs to know when traveling.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Can I travel with my burner?
- 11:58Speaker 3: Absolutely? Uh. You know, we have a lot of r veers,
- 12:02Speaker 3: commercial truckers that use our products that drive across country
- 12:06Speaker 3: and regardless of whatever you know, can seal carry permit
- 12:09Speaker 3: you have? There is no such thing as a fifty
- 12:11Speaker 3: state can steal carry permit. So make it virtually impossible
- 12:14Speaker 3: for you to have a firearm, and those that do
- 12:16Speaker 3: that risk major issues. So with the burner, you can
- 12:22Speaker 3: carry it across all fifty stage with no issue. And
- 12:24Speaker 3: if you're flying, you have to check you can travel
- 12:30Speaker 3: with the burner when check luggage. So as long as
- 12:32Speaker 3: you put in your check luggage, have it empty. We
- 12:36Speaker 3: get in every kit that we have, we provide a
- 12:38Speaker 3: card that says this is a LES Lethal Weapons t
- 12:41Speaker 3: TSA approved and all of that. And the beautiful thing
- 12:44Speaker 3: is you don't have to declare a firearm because it's
- 12:47Speaker 3: not a firearm. You know, there's no powder, there's nothing.
- 12:50Speaker 3: And that's what we affectionately called our burner launcher. The
- 12:53Speaker 3: UN gun because it's not a gun. It just looks
- 12:56Speaker 3: like one, act like one, and doesn't have the devastating
- 12:59Speaker 3: as a lethal firearms.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Tell everybody how they can actually obtain a burner.
- 13:06Speaker 3: All you have to do is visit burnout dot com,
- 13:09Speaker 3: b y r NA dot com, slash Tommy. Just because
- 13:15Speaker 3: of our special relationship, we have a range for a
- 13:19Speaker 3: ten percent discount for all of your listeners and fans
- 13:24Speaker 3: having the pleasure of meeting you Tommy in person. You know.
- 13:28Speaker 3: So we're just huge fans and it's it's an honor
- 13:30Speaker 3: to be able to talk to you and to your audience.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Hey man, I'm appreciative. I want to say this. I
- 13:37Speaker 2: like it.
- 13:37Speaker 1: You know, I got I have firearms, but once I
- 13:40Speaker 1: got introduced to this, this is now something that I
- 13:43Speaker 1: want my wife to have, you know, especially when I'm
- 13:46Speaker 1: going I'm on the road a lot, you know, and nobody, Man,
- 13:49Speaker 1: nobody wants to.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Actually I don't. I don't want to. I don't.
- 13:53Speaker 1: I honestly, to be honest with you, means a fam
- 13:55Speaker 1: I don't even want to point a gun at anybody,
- 13:57Speaker 1: and I don't want to take anybody's life. But if
- 14:00Speaker 1: I'm in a situation I'd rather have the burner than
- 14:03Speaker 1: an actual nine milimeters three fifty seven or a shotgun.
- 14:07Speaker 2: I'd rather go with the burner to know. Okay, let
- 14:10Speaker 2: me do this first.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Let me do this first, to make sure I'm not,
- 14:14Speaker 1: you know, creating a problem that's gonna really really down
- 14:16Speaker 1: the line, I'm gonna be in a lot of trouble.
- 14:18Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. The FBIS is an incredible stat Ninety nine
- 14:22Speaker 3: percent of all altercations do not require lethal force. And
- 14:26Speaker 3: if you introduce lethal force, well, ninety nine percent of
- 14:30Speaker 3: the law is going to be against you, right, And
- 14:33Speaker 3: if you can de escalate with less lethal then that's
- 14:36Speaker 3: your best option. And if you don't like guns, that's
- 14:40Speaker 3: okay too. Have something, and with something, we mean with
- 14:44Speaker 3: the burner, because you can defend yourself from sixty feet away.
- 14:48Speaker 3: We don't recommend that from sixty feet you run away,
- 14:51Speaker 3: but within fifteen to twenty feet, when you know it's
- 14:54Speaker 3: going down, you're not going to be scared to pull
- 14:56Speaker 3: out the weapon and defend yourself because you know that
- 15:01Speaker 3: it's not going to create a lethal a lethal outcome.
- 15:06Speaker 3: And when it comes to lethal any state in the country,
- 15:10Speaker 3: it's going to be bad news for you, you have
- 15:12Speaker 3: to hire a lawyer, you're going to go to court,
- 15:14Speaker 3: You're going to do all that, and you know when
- 15:18Speaker 3: you can walk away.
- 15:19Speaker 2: So let's break this down so everybody knows.
- 15:20Speaker 1: This is legal in all fifty states, no permits or
- 15:23Speaker 1: background checks needed. Is designed for easy use by anyone
