Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: James Comer has announced.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Three key witnesses for the first impeachment inquiry hearing into
- 0:09Speaker 2: Joe Biden. This is going to have a very significant impact,
- 0:13Speaker 2: I think on the President Joe election of Joe Biden.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Let me explain why.
- 0:17Speaker 2: The House Oversight Committee chairman announcing this list of these
- 0:20Speaker 2: three witnesses that will testify are going to be telling
- 0:24Speaker 2: you a lot about President Joe Biden. The witnesses are
- 0:28Speaker 2: Professor Jonathan Turley of George Washington University Law School, Aleen O'Connor,
- 0:33Speaker 2: the former Assistant Attorney General of the United States Department
- 0:37Speaker 2: of Justice Tax Division, and Bruce Dobnski of Divinski Consulting,
- 0:43Speaker 2: a forensic accountant expert. Now Turley, and let me explain
- 0:48Speaker 2: why he's being picked. He is a nationally recognized legal
- 0:51Speaker 2: scholar who has published work in areas ranging from cons
- 0:55Speaker 2: social law to legal theory. O'Connor supervised is the DOJ's
- 1:01Speaker 2: litigation of civil, criminal trial and appellate tax cases. Clearly
- 1:07Speaker 2: that's going to have a lot to do with the
- 1:08Speaker 2: Biden crime family. You put these two together and it's
- 1:12Speaker 2: deadly for the Biden crime family. Then you look at
- 1:17Speaker 2: Dubinski Dubinski accumulated more than forty years of financial investigative
- 1:23Speaker 2: and dispute consulting years of experience, as well as served
- 1:28Speaker 2: as an expert witness more than one hundred times in
- 1:31Speaker 2: court cases. He is testifying in more than eighty trials
- 1:36Speaker 2: in his career, including trials involving criminal and civil financial fraud.
- 1:42Speaker 2: These experts are going to be able to answer a
- 1:44Speaker 2: lot of questions about the Biden crime family and what
- 1:48Speaker 2: they were doing when they were moving money. Now, the
- 1:51Speaker 2: witnesses will attend the ten am hearing on Thursday, which
- 1:56Speaker 2: will examine the value of an impeachment inquiry and present
- 2:01Speaker 2: evidence the House Republicans uncovered regarding President Joe Biden's knowledge
- 2:07Speaker 2: and role in his family's business. They're making it very
- 2:11Speaker 2: clear they believe that there is a family role in
- 2:15Speaker 2: this business and that should be obviously talked about now.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Since January, the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, as
- 2:23Speaker 2: well as the Judiciary Committee and the Ways and Means
- 2:25Speaker 2: Committees have all uncovered an overwhelming amount of evidence that
- 2:30Speaker 2: shows that President Joe Biden not only abused his public
- 2:33Speaker 2: office for his family's financial gain, but also for his
- 2:38Speaker 2: own personal gain. That's what James Comer said in a
- 2:41Speaker 2: statement quote, thousands of pages of financial records, emails, texts,
- 2:47Speaker 2: testimony from credible irs, whistleblowers, and a transcribed interview with
- 2:53Speaker 2: Biden family business associate Devin Archer all revealed that Joe
- 2:58Speaker 2: Biden allowed his family to sell him as quote unquote
- 3:03Speaker 2: the brand around the world to enrich the Biden family.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Joe Biden showed up on at least two dozen occasions
- 3:10Speaker 2: to send signals of access, influence, and power to those
- 3:14Speaker 2: who were paying the Bidens. Based on the evidence, Congress
- 3:19Speaker 2: has a duty to open an impeachment inquiry into President
- 3:22Speaker 2: Biden's corruption. James Comer continues, Americans demand and deserve answers,
- 3:29Speaker 2: transparency and accountability for the abuse of public office, and
- 3:33Speaker 2: this week the House Oversight Committee will present evidence uncovered
- 3:38Speaker 2: to date and hear from legal and financial experts about
- 3:42Speaker 2: crimes the Bidens may have committed as they brought in
- 3:45Speaker 2: millions of dollars at the expense of US interests. Now,
- 3:51Speaker 2: according to recent polling, a majority of Americans majority of
- 3:57Speaker 2: at least voters okay say that Joe Joe Biden was
- 4:01Speaker 2: involved in his family's business and in his business dealings
- 4:06Speaker 2: that allowed them to make millions of dollars. That contradicts
- 4:11Speaker 2: the president's long held position that he never spoke to
- 4:13Speaker 2: his son, Hunter Biden about business. If you look at
- 4:17Speaker 2: these poll numbers, Okay, this comes from CNN, sixty one
- 4:21Speaker 2: percent now of Americans say Joe Biden was involved in
- 4:25Speaker 2: his family's business deals with China and Ukraine. Now that's
- 4:29Speaker 2: a CNN poll. Sixty one percent are saying, okay, we
- 4:32Speaker 2: admit it. Now fifty one percent in a Yahoo Youga poll,
- 4:37Speaker 2: fifty one percent of voters believe Joe Biden committed a crime.
- 4:41Speaker 2: That means that for the first time ever, the majority
- 4:43Speaker 2: of Americans believe the president of the United States of
- 4:46Speaker 2: America is a criminal. He committed a crime with Hunter Biden.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Let me say that again, because this is the part
- 4:53Speaker 2: that's going to be interesting now for Democrats is to
- 4:55Speaker 2: figure out how the hell do they save this guy.
- 4:58Speaker 2: And if they can save him, then do they go
- 5:02Speaker 2: for a guy like Gavin Newsom to fill his shoes
- 5:04Speaker 2: or a Michelle Obama, which I'm going to talk about
- 5:07Speaker 2: that in a moment, But you go back to the
- 5:10Speaker 2: core here, fifty one percent, the majority of Americans believe
- 5:15Speaker 2: the President of United States of America is a criminal.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Sixty six percent of voters in a new Harvard Harris
- 5:21Speaker 2: ex pole of voters say that Joe Biden discussed business
- 5:25Speaker 2: with his son. In other words, he's a liar. And finally,
- 5:29Speaker 2: in another poll, sixty two percent of voters contend that
- 5:32Speaker 2: Joe Biden participated in his family business deals. Now we
- 5:38Speaker 2: know the lie from Joe Biden.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Right.
- 5:40Speaker 2: I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Period.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I'm going to put a wall around the White House
- 5:46Speaker 2: and my family and their businesses. I don't talk to
- 5:48Speaker 2: my brother, I don't talk to my son about their
- 5:50Speaker 2: business dealings. For this exact reason. You have nothing to
- 5:53Speaker 2: worry about. Everything is fine. Do you need to trust me?
- 5:56Speaker 2: I'm Joe Biden. You need to trust me.
- 5:58Speaker 1: How involved were you and your son? Shakedown text message
- 6:02Speaker 1: free sitting there? Were you involved? Were you? No? No? No,
- 6:10Speaker 1: I was not involved. I was not involved with my son.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Now let's go back to that text message, because this
- 6:16Speaker 2: is a text message. It's going to be incredibly damning
- 6:21Speaker 2: for the president during this impeachment. This text message going
- 6:25Speaker 2: to a top Chinese communist official who owed five plus
- 6:29Speaker 2: million dollars to the Biden crime family. He received a
- 6:32Speaker 2: text message from Hunter Biden and five times in this
- 6:35Speaker 2: text message, Hunter Biden voked his father.
- 6:37Speaker 1: We also know that.
- 6:38Speaker 2: We could have confirmed if the President was sitting next
- 6:42Speaker 2: to his son by using GPS with their cell phones.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Guess what happened.
- 6:46Speaker 2: The DJ and the FBI refused for that request to
- 6:50Speaker 2: be made because I'm pretty sure they already knew the
- 6:52Speaker 2: answer to it, and that was yes, that the President
- 6:55Speaker 2: United States of America was in fact using GPS data
- 6:58Speaker 2: sitting next to Hunter and when Hunter Biden sent this
- 7:01Speaker 2: text message. Now what did the text message say? This
- 7:04Speaker 2: Chinese commits officials that they were shaking down for the
- 7:06Speaker 2: five million they were owed. Quote, I'm sitting here with
- 7:09Speaker 2: my father. That's him invoking the president once and we
- 7:13Speaker 2: that's twice. Would like to understand why the commitment made
- 7:17Speaker 2: has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would
- 7:20Speaker 2: like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand,
- 7:23Speaker 2: and now means tonight and ze if I get a
- 7:26Speaker 2: call or text from anyone involved in this other than you,
- 7:30Speaker 2: Chairman Zang, the other or the chairman, I will make
- 7:35Speaker 2: certain that between the man that's the third time sitting
- 7:39Speaker 2: next to me and every person he knows, that's the
- 7:42Speaker 2: fourth time he invoked his father and my ability to
- 7:44Speaker 2: forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following
- 7:48Speaker 2: my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call
- 7:51Speaker 2: with my father. Five times in one text message, Hunter
- 7:55Speaker 2: Biden saying I have the most powerful man in America
- 7:58Speaker 2: sitting next to me. You we don't want to screw
- 8:00Speaker 2: with us? Well, guess what happened after that was sent.
- 8:03Speaker 2: After that text message was sent, five million dollars within
- 8:06Speaker 2: a week was transferred into the bank accounts and the
- 8:09Speaker 2: shell companies of the Biden crime family. Now, fifty one
- 8:13Speaker 2: percent of independent voters also believe the House Republicans should
- 8:18Speaker 2: impeach Joe Biden. That is the first time we've ever
- 8:21Speaker 2: seen that number in this new poll. Again, fifty one
- 8:25Speaker 2: percent of independent voters believe the House Republicans should impeach
- 8:29Speaker 2: Joe Biden. Independent voters a matter in an election, right
- 8:32Speaker 2: because we're so divided as a country. I think we're
- 8:34Speaker 2: forty seven to forty seven, maybe even forty seven and
- 8:37Speaker 2: a half one side, forty seven and a half the other.
- 8:39Speaker 2: There's a very small percentage in the middle that's going
- 8:42Speaker 2: to pick the next president. And when fifty one percent
- 8:45Speaker 2: of independent voters believe the Republicans should impeach Joe Biden,
- 8:48Speaker 2: that tells you Joe Biden's in real trouble. Here's the
- 8:51Speaker 2: other thing that's interesting. Overall, forty seven percent of Americans
- 8:55Speaker 2: support impeachment. That's a again, almost up to fifty percent
- 8:58Speaker 2: Americans are supporting Joe Biden being impeached. Fifty three percent
- 9:03Speaker 2: oppose impeachment. There are some traditionalists and Democrats obviously here,
- 9:07Speaker 2: and then they say, I just don't want to deal
- 9:08Speaker 2: with another impeachment. We've already seen two, why don't we
- 9:10Speaker 2: need another one now? Previous polling shows a plurality. Forty
- 9:14Speaker 2: one percent support an impeachment inquiry, thirty five percent oppose it,
- 9:19Speaker 2: and twenty four percent say they're quote unquote unsure at
- 9:23Speaker 2: this point. This is one thing that you need to
- 9:25Speaker 2: look at. A majority of Americans say Joe Biden is
- 9:28Speaker 2: being held accountable under the law like any president in
- 9:31Speaker 2: the impeachment inquiry opened by the House of Representatives, according
- 9:35Speaker 2: to a Washington Post ABC News poll released on Sunday,
- 9:39Speaker 2: Meaning the Republicans are making the right decision on impeachment.
- 9:44Speaker 2: I want to tell you about a company that I
- 9:46Speaker 2: really want you to check out. Every day we hear
- 9:49Speaker 2: about another familiar brand that sells out their customers and
- 9:54Speaker 2: is going Woke Americans like me and you're probably one
- 9:58Speaker 2: of them, are sick and tired of having leftist propaganda
- 10:01Speaker 2: jammed into every product that we consume. Well, woke mobile
- 10:06Speaker 2: companies are no different. The company that you're paying your
- 10:08Speaker 2: bill to right now may be giving major donations to
- 10:11Speaker 2: Planned Parenthood, for example, and for years they've been dumping
- 10:14Speaker 2: millions of these liberal causes and we had to take
- 10:17Speaker 2: it because you need a cell phone and probably thought
- 10:20Speaker 2: there was no alternative.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Well, I've got news for you.
- 10:22Speaker 2: There is, and I want you to make the switch
- 10:24Speaker 2: and stand up for a company that stands up for
- 10:27Speaker 2: your values. Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider,
- 10:33Speaker 2: offering dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks. That
- 10:37Speaker 2: means you get the best possible service in your area period.
- 10:42Speaker 2: But guess what you do lose the leftist propaganda. Now
- 10:45Speaker 2: when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending a message
- 10:48Speaker 2: that you support free speech, religious freedom, The sanctity of life,
- 10:52Speaker 2: the Second Amendment, our military veterans and first responder heroes.
- 10:56Speaker 2: That's because they give a piece of your bill every
- 10:59Speaker 2: month to those calls. They have one hundred percent US
- 11:02Speaker 2: based customer service team that makes switching easy. So just
- 11:05Speaker 2: go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. It's Patriot Mobile
- 11:10Speaker 2: dot com slash ferguson, or you can call them eight
- 11:13Speaker 2: seven eight Patriot. That's eight seven eight Patriot. Get free
- 11:17Speaker 2: activation today with the offer code ferguson. Ask about their
- 11:20Speaker 2: coverage guarantee when you're on the phone with them. Get
- 11:23Speaker 2: the same dependable service and take a stand for your values.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Make the switch today Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or
- 11:30Speaker 2: eight seven eight Patriot. Now, well, the president's having to
- 11:34Speaker 2: deal with the fallout of everything I just described with impeachment.
- 11:37Speaker 2: He's also trying to figure out how do I buy
- 11:39Speaker 2: votes and how do I get some people to like
- 11:41Speaker 2: me again. He has the lowest un approval rate of
- 11:44Speaker 2: his entire presidency. He's down in the Jimmy Carter numbers.
- 11:47Speaker 2: It's not good. He's also hearing the rumblings that a
- 11:51Speaker 2: Democrat maybe should replace him, that maybe he should step down,
- 11:54Speaker 2: that maybe he should announce that, you know, he's got
- 11:56Speaker 2: some sort of health issue and he shouldn't run for
- 11:58Speaker 2: reelection for a job that clearly he can't handle. There
- 12:02Speaker 2: are a lot of Democrats now that are pushing towards
- 12:04Speaker 2: that and because of his incompetency. Now, what is the
- 12:09Speaker 2: game plan to get people to like him again? Give
- 12:11Speaker 2: away free stuff? We saw this with Joe Biden when
- 12:16Speaker 2: he was the vice president. He and Barack Obama run
- 12:18Speaker 2: around the country saying, vote for us, We'll give you
- 12:20Speaker 2: a free cell phone. Right, remember the Obama phone. Lady,
- 12:23Speaker 2: If I vote for him, he's going to give me
- 12:25Speaker 2: more minutes. Right, That's what he was saying. If you vote,
- 12:27Speaker 2: if I vote, if you vote for this guy, you
- 12:30Speaker 2: know he's going to give me a cell phone. He's
- 12:32Speaker 2: gonna give me free minutes. He's gonna give me more.
- 12:35Speaker 2: So everybody's got their Obama phone now. Everybody's got Obama
- 12:38Speaker 2: care now. So they got free health care, free phones,
- 12:41Speaker 2: they got government aid coming out the yin Yang. So
- 12:43Speaker 2: what else could there be that you could give people
- 12:46Speaker 2: to get them to vote for you. You can't bring back
- 12:48Speaker 2: COVID in theory and get away with giving all the
- 12:51Speaker 2: money you gave them last time to get elected. So
- 12:53Speaker 2: how do you bribe people? Well, the White House thinks
- 12:56Speaker 2: they figured it out. Biden says that he will He
- 13:00Speaker 2: will spend forty two billion to give every person in
- 13:04Speaker 2: America access to the Internet by twenty thirty. Just as
- 13:10Speaker 2: important as electricity or water. Is what the Biden White
- 13:15Speaker 2: House announced today. This forty two billion, I'm sure is
- 13:19Speaker 2: a low number. It's going to cost a lot more
- 13:21Speaker 2: than that. But what we know is the definition of
- 13:24Speaker 2: Bidenomics is giving stuff away. This new concept they describe
- 13:29Speaker 2: it as universal Internet access. This remember when they used
- 13:31Speaker 2: to say universal healthcare. This is what socialism sounds like.
- 13:36Speaker 2: President Joe Biden is announcing a new program that will
- 13:38Speaker 2: deploy forty two billion he claims to give everybody the
- 13:42Speaker 2: Internet by twenty thirty. In his remarks at the White
- 13:47Speaker 2: House briefing announcing this massive government expansion program, Biden called
- 13:53Speaker 2: access the Internet just as important as electricity or water.
- 13:56Speaker 2: He said the funds will be quickly deployed under the
- 13:59Speaker 2: broad Ban Equity Access and Deployment Program, also known as BEAD,
- 14:06Speaker 2: which was authorized by the Biden administration's one trillion dollar
- 14:11Speaker 2: twenty twenty one infrastructure package funding. They say, we'll go
- 14:15Speaker 2: to all fifty states, with the two most populous, California
- 14:19Speaker 2: and Texas receiving the largest sums stakes with large role.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Areas that lack connectivities such as Virginia, Alabama and Louisianna
- 14:25Speaker 2: are also among those set to receive top level funding.
- 14:29Speaker 2: It's the biggest investment in high speed internet ever, Biden said,
- 14:32Speaker 2: and you should be proud that we're doing it. In
- 14:34Speaker 2: other words, you should be proud that we that you,
- 14:36Speaker 2: as a taxpayer, are paying for this. This is the
- 14:40Speaker 2: biggest investment high speed ever. Now, the top three stocks
- 14:44Speaker 2: that could see growth behind this new push for universal
- 14:47Speaker 2: internet access, well, guess what happened? They all went through
- 14:50Speaker 2: the roof with this new intel. Comcast stock is up
- 14:54Speaker 2: twenty seven percent year to date. For example, they have
- 14:58Speaker 2: thirty one point seven million subscribers. Comcast is already the
- 15:01Speaker 2: largest cable broadband provider in the US. That puts them
- 15:04Speaker 2: in a strong position to benefit from the Biden administration's
- 15:07Speaker 2: push for a universal internet access.
- 15:10Speaker 1: And again, what is it right now?
- 15:13Speaker 2: A twenty seven percent year to date increase in that
- 15:19Speaker 2: stock price, and that is because they get it. The
- 15:23Speaker 2: government is about to subsidize subsize something that I don't
- 15:27Speaker 2: believe is a necessity. I believe it's a luxury. Look
- 15:30Speaker 2: at AT and T for example. AT and T is
- 15:33Speaker 2: another company that would benefit from the Biden administration's push
- 15:35Speaker 2: for internet access. The company already operates the nation's largest
- 15:39Speaker 2: networks of fiber optic cables. These cables are hooked up
- 15:42Speaker 2: to nineteen point seven million customer addresses, seven hundred fifty
- 15:46Speaker 2: thousand corporate buildings, and more than three million business customer
- 15:49Speaker 2: locations across one hundred US metro areas. They say maintaining
- 15:53Speaker 2: the networks is expensive, but with a government bead grant,
- 15:58Speaker 2: it would earmark manufact for fiber optic cable in America.
- 16:02Speaker 2: The first thing we've ever seen is like it is
- 16:05Speaker 2: with a Secretary of Commerce mentioning specifically AT and T
- 16:10Speaker 2: and how this would help them. Then you go to
- 16:12Speaker 2: Charter Communications twenty eight point nine million wired broadband customers.
- 16:17Speaker 1: All right.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Charter Communications the second largest wired internet provider in the country,
- 16:22Speaker 2: and like Comcasts, Charter stock trades at a price earnings
- 16:28Speaker 2: to ratio of fourteen point six y nine. The stock
- 16:31Speaker 2: is up nearly twenty eight percent this year to date
- 16:35Speaker 2: because of the government and Joe Biden trying to buy votes. Now,
- 16:40Speaker 2: is internet a necessity for life? I think the answer
- 16:44Speaker 2: is no. I don't believe. I believe it's a luxury.
- 16:48Speaker 2: I do not believe that you should have it in
- 16:50Speaker 2: your home just because you're breathing like water. They describe
- 16:54Speaker 2: it our electricity. I think that is total crap. I
- 16:57Speaker 2: want to be clear. I think that the majority of
- 17:00Speaker 2: the Internet is used to kill brain sales, waste your time,
- 17:04Speaker 2: go shopping, watch porn, not get a job. I do
- 17:08Speaker 2: not believe the government should be paying for that second thing.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Let's go back to the library mentality that we used
- 17:16Speaker 2: to have that was sane in this country. We didn't
- 17:19Speaker 2: say the government didn't send out unlimited number of copies
- 17:22Speaker 2: of random books, did they to people? No, they didn't
- 17:27Speaker 2: do that. They had libraries where you could choose to
- 17:31Speaker 2: go to the library and you could choose to check
- 17:33Speaker 2: out a book or you could choose to learn. I
- 17:35Speaker 2: remember when the internet got started, there was a lot
- 17:38Speaker 2: of people that guess what they did? What did they do?
- 17:41Speaker 2: They went to the library to use the internet. Then
- 17:44Speaker 2: we start this lie that everybody deserves the Internet, and
- 17:47Speaker 2: everybody is supposed to have the Internet, and everybody is
- 17:51Speaker 2: supposed to get the Internet, right, No, you should not.
- 17:55Speaker 1: You should not have. And they're like, well, you can't
- 17:56Speaker 1: get a job without the Internet.
- 17:57Speaker 2: That's fine, Then go to the damn library on the
- 17:59Speaker 2: freere bust that we allow you to go on. Now,
- 18:02Speaker 2: people are gonna tell me, well, Ben, that's just mean.
- 18:04Speaker 2: You don't understand. That's just me. No, it's not. I'm
- 18:07Speaker 2: tired of paying for luxuries. Okay, a cell phone is
- 18:11Speaker 2: on necessity. It is a luxury. I'm gonna say that again.
- 18:15Speaker 2: A cell phone is unnecessity. It is a luxury. Number one, Okay,
- 18:19Speaker 2: number two. The Internet is not a necessity. It is
- 18:24Speaker 2: a luxury. Now it's a necessity for me to do
- 18:26Speaker 2: my job. Yes, does that mean the government should pay
- 18:27Speaker 2: for it? No? By the way, a cell phone is
- 18:29Speaker 2: a necessity for my job, Does that mean the government
- 18:31Speaker 2: should pay for it? The answer is no, it's called
- 18:34Speaker 2: a business expense. Do I believe? And they're gonna go
- 18:37Speaker 2: back to COVID. Well, we saw with all these kids
- 18:39Speaker 2: that were sent home to do learning, right, you know,
- 18:43Speaker 2: long distance learning. We all saw this, Ben and you
- 18:46Speaker 2: need to understand it. It's not fair. That's what they're
- 18:48Speaker 2: gonna tell you. By the way, if you are afraid
- 18:52Speaker 2: that kids are gonna have to go back to learning
- 18:54Speaker 2: in that capacity at home instead of a school, then
- 18:57Speaker 2: here's an idea. Don't shut down the country again. That's
- 19:00Speaker 2: all you got to do. Just don't shut down the country.
- 19:04Speaker 2: And if you don't shut down the country and you
- 19:06Speaker 2: allow kids to go to school, then we don't have
- 19:07Speaker 2: to worry about what we just did last time. And
- 19:10Speaker 2: there's too many people that are trying to hold his
- 19:12Speaker 2: hostage saying, well, you have to give away the internet,
- 19:15Speaker 2: and you guys spend billions and billions and billions and
- 19:17Speaker 2: billions and billions of dollars on the internet to give
- 19:21Speaker 2: it away to people because it's there god given right
- 19:24Speaker 2: to have the internet.
- 19:25Speaker 1: No, it's not.
- 19:26Speaker 2: And they're going to say, what's because the kids need
- 19:28Speaker 2: it when we get them back to distance learning. No,
- 19:30Speaker 2: it's not okay. When they talk about distance learning, then
- 19:33Speaker 2: don't do it again. The private schools didn't do it.
- 19:36Speaker 2: It's absurd. There's also one other issue that I want
- 19:40Speaker 2: to bring up, and this deals obviously with the Democrats
- 19:44Speaker 2: who are continuing to lie to you on a plethrow
- 19:46Speaker 2: of things. But it was announced quietly that Target is
- 19:52Speaker 2: now going to quote close nine stores, including a New
- 19:57Speaker 2: York City location, the reasoning theft and employees safety. Now
- 20:03Speaker 2: I'm going to tell you where these locations are, and
- 20:05Speaker 2: I'm gonna give you a guess out of the nine,
- 20:07Speaker 2: how many are in liberal districts. Target said it's closing
- 20:11Speaker 2: nine stores and major markets across the country, including its
- 20:13Speaker 2: Harlem location New York City, because of rampant theft and
- 20:17Speaker 2: violent saying, quote, we cannot continue operating these stores because
- 20:20Speaker 2: theft and organize retail crime are threatening the safety of
- 20:24Speaker 2: our team and guests and contributing to unsustainable business performance.
- 20:28Speaker 2: The Minneapolis based discount retailer said in a statement today.
- 20:34Speaker 2: The stores will close on October the twenty fourth and
- 20:36Speaker 2: span four states, including New York, which will lose its
- 20:40Speaker 2: East Harlem location. The other locations to be shedded or
- 20:44Speaker 2: are in liberal San Francisco, in liberal Seattle, Washington, in
- 20:49Speaker 2: liberal Portland, and others in Oregon, all cities that have
- 20:55Speaker 2: given that have been struggling with an epidemic of aggressive
- 21:00Speaker 2: organized retail theft that has ramped up over the past
- 21:04Speaker 2: few years as they moved in each one of those
- 21:06Speaker 2: cities to defund the police and prison and bail reform.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Well look what happened.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Target's announcement, by the Way, follows on the heel of
- 21:17Speaker 2: another massive round of store closures, including Rite Aid, which
- 21:21Speaker 2: filed for bankruptcy protection and is likely to shut up
- 21:25Speaker 2: to five hundred stores in the coming months that according
- 21:29Speaker 2: to new reports, Target said it invested heavily in strategies
- 21:35Speaker 2: to stop the shoplifting in its stores, adding more security
- 21:38Speaker 2: guards and theft deterrent tools, but that didn't matter because
- 21:44Speaker 2: the criminals knew that even if they got caught, they
- 21:47Speaker 2: were not going to go to jail or be prosecuted.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Quote.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Despite our efforts, unfortunately, we continue to face fundamental challenges
- 21:56Speaker 2: to operating these stores safely and successfully, the companies said
- 22:00Speaker 2: in their statement. Target was among the first major retailers,
- 22:04Speaker 2: by the way to publicly blame crime for a deterioration
- 22:08Speaker 2: in its financial results, with its chief executives sounding the
- 22:12Speaker 2: alarm back in May when he said the company would
- 22:15Speaker 2: be closely monitoring the safety of its employees as it
- 22:19Speaker 2: weighs its options. Then in August, Cornell the CEO said
- 22:25Speaker 2: during an earnings call that quote, violence and threats of
- 22:28Speaker 2: violence surged one hundred and twenty percent during the first
- 22:33Speaker 2: five months of the year. Right after the elections in
- 22:37Speaker 2: November where activist Das got elected, Violence surged one hundred
- 22:43Speaker 2: and twenty percent during the first five months of this
- 22:45Speaker 2: year at.
- 22:46Speaker 1: These Target stores.
- 22:48Speaker 2: He warned in August about that quote, our team continues
- 22:53Speaker 2: to face an unacceptable amount of retail theft and organize
- 22:58Speaker 2: retail crime, Cornell said it the time. Unfortunately, safety and
- 23:02Speaker 2: since associated with theft are moving in the wrong direction.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Target said ninety six stores and its chain of more
- 23:09Speaker 2: than two thousand remain open in the Greater New York
- 23:12Speaker 2: City market, employing more than twenty thousand. They said it
- 23:15Speaker 2: continues to operate locations in Manhattan and Times Square, Union Square,
- 23:19Speaker 2: Granet Village, the Lower East Side, and Washington Heights, but
- 23:22Speaker 2: they are concerned that those stores are also going to
- 23:26Speaker 2: be dealing with the same thing that.
- 23:27Speaker 1: Has allowed for these other stores to close.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Now, this is all happening, and we've seen what's happening
- 23:34Speaker 2: with shoplifting. We've witnessed it with nice high end stores
- 23:38Speaker 2: with lower end stores. In many of these liberal cities
- 23:41Speaker 2: where they have activist das. And when you have these
- 23:45Speaker 2: activist das, and when they are there, there's also something
- 23:49Speaker 2: else that happens. People start watching, they start witnessing, and
- 23:55Speaker 2: they start realizing, I can get away with it too.
- 23:59Speaker 2: I can get away with it and no one can
- 24:01Speaker 2: stop me. I can get away with it. And it's
- 24:05Speaker 2: impossible for the police to do anything even if they
- 24:11Speaker 2: catch me, because it's now an issue about what happens
- 24:15Speaker 2: if you get caught. Well, they know what happens. They
- 24:19Speaker 2: know exactly what happens if you get caught. What ends
- 24:23Speaker 2: up happening nothing these liberal cities, that's the whole ballgame.
- 24:30Speaker 2: They have decided that if they catch you committing these crimes,
- 24:33Speaker 2: we're not going to touch you. We're not going to
- 24:35Speaker 2: do anything to you. You're going to be okay. We're
- 24:41Speaker 2: going to let you go. You can hit people, beat people,
- 24:44Speaker 2: shoot at people, and if we catch you, it's going
- 24:48Speaker 2: to be okay. If you kill somebody. That's like the
- 24:52Speaker 2: new line of where you might get in trouble. Now
- 24:54Speaker 2: before that wasn't the case. Before, if you committed a
- 24:59Speaker 2: crime or shoplifted, they would actually come after you, would
- 25:01Speaker 2: actually go to jail. There are people that have shoplifted
- 25:05Speaker 2: now in cities in a store been caught, and basically
- 25:10Speaker 2: it's it's clearly a middle finger. They will come back
- 25:13Speaker 2: to the same store later that day and they will
- 25:16Speaker 2: steal from the store again because they realize, wait, I'm out. Okay,
- 25:20Speaker 2: well then I'll just go back and get what I wanted. Right,
- 25:23Speaker 2: I'll just go back and steal what I wanted, because
- 25:26Speaker 2: if I do it and they catch me again, they've
- 25:28Speaker 2: already told me they're not going to do anything to me.
- 25:31Speaker 1: And when you.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Watch these mobs of people that come into stores and
- 25:34Speaker 2: start stealing everything, and CBS's or Walgreens or Targets or
- 25:38Speaker 2: Sacksmith Avenue or whatever store, it is right, and there's
- 25:41Speaker 2: and there's there's patrons that usually are videotaping it, recording
- 25:45Speaker 2: it now, and then you see that nothing happens to
- 25:48Speaker 2: those people. Then other people are that are inspired to
- 25:52Speaker 2: do the same damn thing. They're inspired and they think, okay,
- 25:57Speaker 2: well if they can do it, then well, shoot, I
- 26:01Speaker 2: can do it.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Can I?
- 26:03Speaker 2: I Mean, if they're doing it, then why shouldn't I
- 26:06Speaker 2: do it. They're getting away with it, Maybe I should
- 26:11Speaker 2: get away with it. You're never going to stop the
- 26:14Speaker 2: crime in this country with the Liberals refusing to hold
- 26:19Speaker 2: people accountable for the crimes for which they are committing. Okay,
- 26:23Speaker 2: that's number one. I want to be clear number two
- 26:27Speaker 2: on this, just so everybody's on the same page and
- 26:30Speaker 2: everybody understands it. This should be a huge election year issue.
- 26:38Speaker 2: It should be an issue that we fight over, that
- 26:41Speaker 2: we have a grand debate over, and that should be
- 26:44Speaker 2: a center point of getting conservatives to come over to
- 26:47Speaker 2: our mindset and our way of life. Because when you
- 26:50Speaker 2: talk about lawlessness, Republicans have the advantage. You talk about
- 26:56Speaker 2: the business owners and small business owners that are being
- 26:58Speaker 2: affected by this.
- 27:00Speaker 1: And it goes back to the point.
- 27:02Speaker 2: If we as Conservatives explain why you should vote for us,
- 27:05Speaker 2: and that we are the law and order party, we
- 27:09Speaker 2: are able to win a lot of different seats. If
- 27:13Speaker 2: we don't do that, we're screwed. If we don't champion
- 27:20Speaker 2: I'm not talking even law enforcement this point. I'm talking
- 27:23Speaker 2: about just basically championing law and order. If we don't
- 27:27Speaker 2: champion law and order, we're done as a party. And
- 27:30Speaker 2: the Democratic Party is hoping that we won't figure that out.
- 27:36Speaker 2: That's what the Democratic Party is hoping for all right,
