- 0:01Speaker 1: And yet we heard from White House aid near A
- 0:04Speaker 1: Tannan reportedly testifying she had no idea who in Biden's
- 0:08Speaker 1: inner circle gave her permission to use the autopen. If
- 0:12Speaker 1: there is this underlying plot to hide Biden's mental condition
- 0:17Speaker 1: so that others could arrogate his power in that way,
- 0:20Speaker 1: that's a conspiracy crime. So it's no wonder two people
- 0:24Speaker 1: who already taken the fifth.

- 0:58Speaker 3: not on Medicaid. Well, Representative Wesley Hunt is now asking

- 3:04Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:05Speaker 3: It is official. The White House now confirming they are
- 3:08Speaker 3: opening the autopen Biden investigation. Yes, you can smile. We
- 3:15Speaker 3: may actually get some answers about just how bad the
- 3:18Speaker 3: cognitive decline of Joe Biden was and who was actually
- 3:21Speaker 3: running the White House. It was clearly an auto pen,
- 3:25Speaker 3: and somebody was directing that autopen to do things and
- 3:28Speaker 3: sign things and give out pardons, and it wasn't the
- 3:31Speaker 3: sitting President Joe Biden. The White House Council's Office has
- 3:35Speaker 3: officially opened this investigation on former President Joe Biden's White
- 3:39Speaker 3: House abuse of the presidential autopen to sign those pardons,
- 3:44Speaker 3: executive orders, and other laws and actions, potentially without the
- 3:48Speaker 3: former president's knowledge. This is, in my opinion, one of
- 3:52Speaker 3: the biggest political scandals in all of American history. Sources
- 3:57Speaker 3: confirming the opening of the investigation within the Trump White
- 4:01Speaker 3: House and the Press Secretary Caroline Levitt issued a statement
- 4:04Speaker 3: that the administration is quote committed to finding the answers.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Joe Biden was the worst, the most incompetent, and se
- 4:12Speaker 3: now president in our country's history, is what Caroline Levitt
- 4:15Speaker 3: wrote in a statement responding to the press request for
- 4:18Speaker 3: a comment. It has been widely reported that Joe Biden
- 4:21Speaker 3: handed the power of the presidency to an auto pen
- 4:25Speaker 3: that was controlled by unelected leftist staffers who were allowed
- 4:29Speaker 3: to make terrible decisions that destroyed our country. Trump White
- 4:33Speaker 3: House is committed to finding the answers to many outstanding
- 4:37Speaker 3: questions the American people still have about how business in
- 4:41Speaker 3: the Biden White House was conducted. Levitt's statement added President
- 4:45Speaker 3: Trump also had something to say at the White House
- 4:47Speaker 3: in an unrelated sitting in the Oval Office. Here's what
- 4:51Speaker 3: he had to say about this scandal as well.
- 4:53Speaker 4: Whoever operated the autopen had a policy which is by
- 4:57Speaker 4: the way, I think the biggest scandal, that's the scandal
- 5:00Speaker 4: should be talking about, not Jeffrey Epstein. The scandle you
- 5:04Speaker 4: should be talking about is the AUTOPEN, because I think
- 5:07Speaker 4: it's the biggest scandal, one of them in American history.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Now, let's talk about what the investigation is going to
- 5:14Speaker 3: look like. I'm being told that this investigation will include
- 5:17Speaker 3: the review of tens of thousands of documents turned over
- 5:21Speaker 3: to the National Archives as well as Records Administration, and
- 5:25Speaker 3: those documents, as The New York Times first reported early
- 5:28Speaker 3: over the weekend, will potentially provide direct evidence of whether
- 5:33Speaker 3: Biden was aware of the actions that were being signed
- 5:37Speaker 3: by the AUTOPEN that would be his signature. Now, Biden
- 5:40Speaker 3: potentially absolved as senior officials that acted on his behalf
- 5:45Speaker 3: by autopen by telling The Times in a blanket statement
- 5:48Speaker 3: that could whitewash complicity, saying, quote, I conscientiously made all
- 5:53Speaker 3: those decisions, is what Biden's staff said to The Times.
- 5:57Speaker 3: I made every decision quote unquote is Biden's quote. Now,
- 6:01Speaker 3: the American people, you can decide to believe Joe Biden.
- 6:05Speaker 3: But I think it's pretty clear that White House is
- 6:07Speaker 3: not going to take the former president at his word.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Which brings me to another story, a very important one
- 6:13Speaker 3: as well. There's a guy by the name of Anthony Bernal.
- 6:17Speaker 3: He is the former chief of staff for the First
- 6:20Speaker 3: Lady Joe Biden often dubbed her work husband. He was
- 6:25Speaker 3: before Congress and invoked his Fifth Amendment right during a
- 6:29Speaker 3: deposition by the House Oversite Committee. Fact he refused to
- 6:33Speaker 3: answer any questions related President Joe Biden's cognitive fitness, whether
- 6:38Speaker 3: he was ever asked to lie about the president's health
- 6:42Speaker 3: or about the use of the presidential auto pen. Now
- 6:45Speaker 3: he is the second former aide to do so, following
- 6:49Speaker 3: the president's physician, doctor Kevin O'Connor. Oversight Committee chairman James
- 6:54Speaker 3: Comer emphasized the seriousness of this refusal, saying it raises
- 6:59Speaker 3: concern barns that unelected staff may have assumed presidential level
- 7:04Speaker 3: decision making responsibilities. Now, doctor Kevin O'Connor, who also pled
- 7:09Speaker 3: the fifth Biden's longtime White House physician, invoked it the
- 7:13Speaker 3: same way at a closed door deposition before the same committee.
- 7:17Speaker 3: The committee pressed him on whether he was ever instructed
- 7:20Speaker 3: to misrepresent Biden's health or believe the president to be
- 7:25Speaker 3: unfit to serve. He would not answer that question. Now,
- 7:28Speaker 3: Republicans have obviously highlighted this as an extraordinary cover up
- 7:33Speaker 3: and suggestive of a concealed cover up that was planned
- 7:37Speaker 3: by top level people in the White House. The Democrats
- 7:40Speaker 3: would have been involved, and the doctor's legal team stress
- 7:43Speaker 3: that exercising the right does not imply wrongdoing. It simply
- 7:47Speaker 3: protects self incrimination. So here's the bigger picture. The House
- 7:51Speaker 3: Oversight Committee, led by James Comer, is actively investigating the
- 7:56Speaker 3: allegations that Biden's health issues were so secretive, we're so
- 8:00Speaker 3: concealed that aids may have used the autopen to sign
- 8:04Speaker 3: official documents, possibly circumventing presidential authority, and they may have
- 8:08Speaker 3: signed documents that Joe Biden never intended to sign, didn't
- 8:12Speaker 3: even know existed and invoke policy decisions that he didn't
- 8:16Speaker 3: even know about. Representative Jasmine Crockett, Democrat from Texas, a
- 8:20Speaker 3: Committee Democrat, has defended President Biden, asserting that occasional verbal
- 8:25Speaker 3: missteps are not quote, evidence of cognitive failure. The investigation
- 8:30Speaker 3: into Biden's cognitive fitness and potential misuse of the autopen
- 8:34Speaker 3: is clearly intensifying, with Bernald and O'Connor both invoking their
- 8:39Speaker 3: Fifth Amendment rights. House Republicans view this as evidence of
- 8:43Speaker 3: internal concealment, while Democrats are maintaining the lie, saying this
- 8:48Speaker 3: is no big deal at all and it doesn't prove
- 8:50Speaker 3: any wrongdoing. Now, at the end of the day, this
- 8:53Speaker 3: is going to come down to what the White House finds,
- 8:56Speaker 3: what they see in the records, and I wouldn't be
- 8:58Speaker 3: shocked to see more people vote to fit the amendment
- 9:01Speaker 3: so they don't incriminate themselves or lie under oath to Congress.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Now, story number two, there has.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Been a question that many Republicans have been asking how
- 9:10Speaker 3: many illegal immigrants are actually receiving access to Medicaid benefits. Now,
- 9:17Speaker 3: if you ask the Democratic Party, they will tell you
- 9:20Speaker 3: that there isn't a single illegal immigrant that is receiving
- 9:23Speaker 3: Medicaid benefits Insert a brilliant move by Texas Representative Wesley Hunt.
- 9:30Speaker 3: He's now demanding data from the New York governor over
- 9:34Speaker 3: how many of the states estimated six hundred and seventy
- 9:37Speaker 3: thousand legal immigrants are actually receiving access to those Medicaid
- 9:42Speaker 3: benefits that Democrats say, well, it's not happening at all. Hunt,
- 9:46Speaker 3: a Republican, decided to just straight up ask the question
- 9:50Speaker 3: directly to the governor on Monday, raising questions about how
- 9:53Speaker 3: the Empire State has leveraged waivers to actually allow its
- 9:58Speaker 3: Medicaid program to oper differently from federal standards and mandates.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Governor Hochel is required to report this information to the
- 10:07Speaker 3: federal government. So the question is simple, will she comply
- 10:12Speaker 3: or containue to harbor lawbreakers while putting the healthcare of
- 10:16Speaker 3: law abiding citizens at risk? Hunt said in his statement
- 10:20Speaker 3: to the New York Posts. This is what democratic leadership
- 10:24Speaker 3: looks like, open borders, benefits for illegal aliens, and betrayal
- 10:29Speaker 3: of the people they're supposed to be representing. The American people. Now,
- 10:33Speaker 3: there is an estimated one point four million people quote
- 10:37Speaker 3: whose citizenship, nationality, or satisfactory. Immigration status is not quote verified,
- 10:45Speaker 3: and they are potentially being covered by Medicaid programs in
- 10:50Speaker 3: various states that coming now from the Congressional Budget Office.
- 10:55Speaker 3: I'll have more on that in a moment. But one
- 10:57Speaker 3: study from the liberal leaning Fists Policy Institute, cited by
- 11:02Speaker 3: Congressman Hunt, found that there are some six hundred and
- 11:05Speaker 3: seventy thousand illegal immigrants in the Empire State. In fact,
- 11:09Speaker 3: it is now about five percent of the population. New
- 11:13Speaker 3: York has benefited from Section one one one five waivers,
- 11:19Speaker 3: which allows it to experiment and deviate from federal standards
- 11:24Speaker 3: in its implementation of Medicaid, a program that provides health
- 11:28Speaker 3: insurance to seventy million low income Americans, and now the
- 11:33Speaker 3: question is how many illegals. A spokesperson for the governor
- 11:37Speaker 3: quickly fired back a Congressman Hunt and argued that he
- 11:41Speaker 3: should have focused on opposing the One Big Beautiful Bill
- 11:45Speaker 3: Act over its Medicaid reforms instead of targeting New York,
- 11:50Speaker 3: saying this, if Representative Hunt were truly concerned about the
- 11:54Speaker 3: health and well being of his constituents, he should have
- 11:57Speaker 3: directed his focus to voting against the ugly bill, which
- 12:01Speaker 3: will invoke irreparable damage to Medicaid programs nationwide, including in
- 12:06Speaker 3: his home state of Texas. Yet again, you may notice
- 12:10Speaker 3: that the spokesperson for the governor did not answer the
- 12:13Speaker 3: question how many illegal immigrants are receiving benefits? This is
- 12:17Speaker 3: just another pitiful attempt. The governor's office went on to
- 12:20Speaker 3: say to divert attention from Republican actions to eliminate healthcare
- 12:25Speaker 3: for one point five million New Yorkers and deny food
- 12:29Speaker 3: security access to millions of seniors and children. You'll notice
- 12:33Speaker 3: in that statement, yet again the governor New York refusing
- 12:36Speaker 3: to answer the question how many illegal immigrants are taking
- 12:40Speaker 3: government benefits. Now, state officials have told the New York
- 12:44Speaker 3: Post that, quote, most undocumented individuals are not eligible for
- 12:50Speaker 3: full medicaid coverage. Now notice the words they used, most
- 12:55Speaker 3: undocumented individuals are not eligible for quote full medicaid coverage.
- 13:00Speaker 3: By the way, that statement would also be true for
- 13:03Speaker 3: most American citizens are not eligible for full Medicaid coverage,
- 13:09Speaker 3: and that the small group that is enrolled in the
- 13:13Speaker 3: state's program has not benefited they claim from federal dollars. Now,
- 13:17Speaker 3: New York also claimed that spending was unrelated to the
- 13:22Speaker 3: one one one five waivers. Well then, why would the
- 13:25Speaker 3: Governor New York not answer this simple question that was
- 13:28Speaker 3: put to her by Wesley Hunt. Now. Hunt noted that
- 13:31Speaker 3: the Biden administration had rejected the use of those waivers
- 13:36Speaker 3: for states like South Carolina, Arizona, and other states. The
- 13:39Speaker 3: Texas Republican stress that the waivers were not intended to
- 13:43Speaker 3: allow illegal immigrants to benefit American tax dollars going for
- 13:48Speaker 3: their healthcare coverage. Now, the Biden administration allowed and even
- 13:52Speaker 3: encouraged the use of these one one, one five waivers
- 13:55Speaker 3: to extend Medicaid to undocumented immigrants, something that Democrats are
- 13:59Speaker 3: now never happened and despite federal law actually prohibiting them
- 14:03Speaker 3: from receiving these benefits, Hunt wrote in a letter to
- 14:07Speaker 3: Hochel on Monday. Now. Back in February, President Trump also
- 14:10Speaker 3: signed an executive order the Director's Administration to ensure and
- 14:15Speaker 3: a maximum extent possible, that quote no taxpayer funded benefits
- 14:20Speaker 3: go to unqualified aliens. That order pointed to existing law,
- 14:25Speaker 3: such as the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act
- 14:29Speaker 3: of nineteen ninety six, which generally blocks illegal immigrants from
- 14:33Speaker 3: getting federal benefits from taxpayers. The Texas Republican also cited
- 14:38Speaker 3: concerns about New York's green light law, which permits all
- 14:42Speaker 3: state residents, regardless of immigration status, to get driver's licenses.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Now the Justice Department filed a lawsuit against that law,
- 14:51Speaker 3: arguing that a handstring's federal enforcement of immigration law. Hunt
- 14:55Speaker 3: argued it can help illegal immigrants get access to tax
- 14:59Speaker 3: payer funded BIS benefits using the driver's license to gain
- 15:02Speaker 3: that access, and to address these concerns, Hunt now demanded
- 15:06Speaker 3: that HOCHE will conduct a review of its Medicaid enrollment
- 15:09Speaker 3: base on Social Security numbers and release those findings to
- 15:13Speaker 3: the public, saying this New Yorkers deserve transparency, accountability, and
- 15:18Speaker 3: adherence to law in the administration of public health programs.
- 15:22Speaker 3: Policies to divert limited resources away from lawful recipients American
- 15:29Speaker 3: citizens not only violates federal standards, they also destroy public
- 15:33Speaker 3: trust and threaten the sustainability of programs designed to serve
- 15:36Speaker 3: our most vulnerable American citizens.
- 15:39Speaker 4: Now.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Hunt has also drawn speculation over recent weeks that he
- 15:43Speaker 3: may vie for Senator John Cornyn's seat in the Senate
- 15:47Speaker 3: in Texas in the twenty twenty six midterms, and this
- 15:50Speaker 3: could very well be one of those points that he
- 15:52Speaker 3: would campaign on. Now, let me say one other thing
- 15:55Speaker 3: about this. We deserve answers. The American people, as taxpayers,
- 15:59Speaker 3: deserve to know where their money is going and if
- 16:02Speaker 3: it is being diverted to six hundred and seventy thousand
- 16:04Speaker 3: illegal immigrants in the Empire state, Yes, about four and
- 16:07Speaker 3: a half percent of its population. One other thing that
- 16:11Speaker 3: I think is also a point that needs to be made.
- 16:13Speaker 3: You notice that Democrats did not deny in any of
- 16:17Speaker 3: the statements coming from the governor's office that illegal immigrants
- 16:20Speaker 3: are receiving benefits, and they word it carefully to say, well,
- 16:23Speaker 3: some may, but most aren't, and most aren't receiving full benefits. Well,
- 16:27Speaker 3: that also goes for the same with the Americans's in
- 16:30Speaker 3: base that are eligible for Medicaid benefits as well. It
- 16:34Speaker 3: is supposed to help the weakest, the least, the poorest,
- 16:37Speaker 3: and those that are the most in need. Yet many
- 16:39Speaker 3: Americans do not qualify for full benefits. So why are
- 16:43Speaker 3: we giving those benefits to illegal immigrants? That's the question
- 16:47Speaker 3: every American should be asking.
