- 1:41Speaker 1: them out. Turn you got to turn them out. Then
- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the water the water go. Come come on your
- 1:59Speaker 1: bab huh. I show will a good morning everybody. You
- 2:07Speaker 1: are listening to the voice, come on dig me now.
- 2:10Speaker 1: One of all is Steve Harvey. Man got a radio show.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show because God in the
- 2:16Speaker 1: blessing business. Yeah, that's all. I'm just a recipient. Steve
- 2:22Speaker 1: Harvey got a radio show because God is in the
- 2:24Speaker 1: show you favor business. He showed me some favor. Steve
- 2:30Speaker 1: Harvey got a radio show because God is in the
- 2:32Speaker 1: forgiving business. God and forgave me thousands and thousands of times,
- 2:43Speaker 1: you know. And I say that as a big number
- 2:46Speaker 1: like that, because it's probably true. God is a forgiving God.
- 2:51Speaker 1: That's how I exist today, and that's how you exist today.
- 2:55Speaker 1: And one of the things I want to remind you
- 2:56Speaker 1: about even in existing today, you know, Joel Stein had
- 3:00Speaker 1: has a book I'll call It's Your Time. I love
- 3:03Speaker 1: this book. It's called It's Your Time. And that's kind
- 3:08Speaker 1: of what I want to touch you on today. And
- 3:10Speaker 1: I want to remind you all that it's still your time. See,
- 3:16Speaker 1: you know, there's look, you know, they've got unsuccessful people
- 3:22Speaker 1: have created a lot of sayings to justify our failures
- 3:28Speaker 1: as people. Well, my ship has passed. That that was
- 3:34Speaker 1: created by a person who did not quite make their
- 3:39Speaker 1: goal in the amount of time that they had set for.
- 3:42Speaker 1: So to justify it, here comes this great, seemingly very
- 3:46Speaker 1: clever saying, and a lot of us are death. Well,
- 3:49Speaker 1: my ship has passed, so we adopt that. Here's another one. Well,
- 3:53Speaker 1: I guess it just wasn't meant to be. That sounds good,
- 3:57Speaker 1: don't it, Because they mix it up with a little
- 4:01Speaker 1: bit of faith based in it. I guessed it wasn't. Well,
- 4:05Speaker 1: here's another one. I guess if God wanted it for me,
- 4:08Speaker 1: i'd have it. Are you serious? Man? Are you serious?
- 4:14Speaker 1: You're actually gonna use that one to to to justify
- 4:20Speaker 1: where you are in life? Man? That's that's so, that's
- 4:24Speaker 1: so not the case. I want to remind everybody today
- 4:28Speaker 1: that it's still your time, that you know your ship
- 4:33Speaker 1: hasn't sailed, you didn't miss all of your opportunities. There's others.
- 4:40Speaker 1: It's still your time. You know you still got a chance,
- 4:46Speaker 1: You still have a shot. Here's a good one. You
- 4:51Speaker 1: still have hope, you do all of you. As long
- 4:58Speaker 1: as God is who is, there's always hope for you.
- 5:05Speaker 1: You can never lose sight of that. You can never
- 5:07Speaker 1: let the devil win that battle that there is no
- 5:10Speaker 1: hope for you and cause you to do something that's unthinkable.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I'm just gonna cash in the chips. I'm gonna take
- 5:21Speaker 1: my life. I'm gonna commit suicide. No, no, no, wait
- 5:24Speaker 1: a second, Wait a second, Are you for real? That's
- 5:27Speaker 1: not God talking to you. That's something wrong and it's
- 5:31Speaker 1: not coming from him. It's still your time, you still
- 5:37Speaker 1: got a chance. There's always hope. But listen to me.
- 5:41Speaker 1: You got to move and you got to move on it.
- 5:46Speaker 1: So many people are not getting the full benefit of
- 5:50Speaker 1: their life, and so many people are not getting all
- 5:53Speaker 1: the blessings that God has for because you keep waiting
- 5:57Speaker 1: on the perfect time. Man, how many times have I
- 6:00Speaker 1: heard people come to me and say, hey, man, I'm
- 6:02Speaker 1: just waiting on everything to line up. Right, Man, I'm
- 6:05Speaker 1: waiting on the perfect time to get He can't tell
- 6:08Speaker 1: you something. If I were waiting on the perfect time,
- 6:14Speaker 1: I wouldn't be hardly any of the things that I've become.
- 6:19Speaker 1: And one of my greatest blessings was marrying Marjorie. I
- 6:25Speaker 1: wouldn't even have married Marjorie if I was waiting on
- 6:29Speaker 1: the perfect time because I had gone through what I
- 6:32Speaker 1: thought was enough misery to cover my entire lifetime. And
- 6:38Speaker 1: so when I was first divorced, I just said, man,
- 6:44Speaker 1: it's gonna be five six years before I do this again.
- 6:48Speaker 1: I said it two years later I was married. But
- 6:55Speaker 1: guess what, man, it wasn't the perfect time. I didn't
- 6:59Speaker 1: have my ducks, all my ducks lined up in a row.
- 7:02Speaker 1: It was still some things I needed to clean up.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I even told her, it's some things I want to
- 7:08Speaker 1: clean up out of my life. Before you know it's
- 7:11Speaker 1: it's I want I want to make sure I got
- 7:14Speaker 1: all the stars a line up. You know I want
- 7:16Speaker 1: to I want to wait until all the ducks are
- 7:18Speaker 1: in a row. I was waiting on the perfect time.
- 7:22Speaker 1: If I had not stopped and Marjorie and I had
- 7:26Speaker 1: set out and said to each other there will be
- 7:29Speaker 1: no perfect time. And then she said, I'll go through
- 7:33Speaker 1: with you whatever you're going through. That was it. I
- 7:39Speaker 1: took a chance. The ducks were not lined up in
- 7:44Speaker 1: a row. Had a lot of baggage in my life, man,
- 7:47Speaker 1: I wanted to try to clear up. I want to
- 7:49Speaker 1: do some things financially different. I wanted to just get
- 7:53Speaker 1: rid of some residue I had in my life. She said, no,
- 7:57Speaker 1: we'll do it together, because there ain't no perfect time.
- 8:01Speaker 1: And guess what it wasn't. So if you're out there
- 8:03Speaker 1: waiting on the perfect time to do something, it may
- 8:07Speaker 1: not come. There is no such thing as waiting on
- 8:10Speaker 1: the perfect time. I've said this a hundred times, and
- 8:14Speaker 1: here comes one on one. The road to success is
- 8:17Speaker 1: always under construction. You ain't gonna go out there and
- 8:20Speaker 1: there ain't no barrels on the road. You're not going
- 8:22Speaker 1: out there and not running to deet to a sign.
- 8:25Speaker 1: You're not going out there without seeing the men working
- 8:27Speaker 1: sign to get off. You're not going out there to
- 8:30Speaker 1: see it. So guess what. Stop waiting on the stars.
- 8:34Speaker 1: I got man, this is a perfect time to do
- 8:36Speaker 1: it now. If you're waiting on the perfect time. That
- 8:40Speaker 1: could be one of your biggest problems. You're still waiting.
- 8:43Speaker 1: You have got to move and you've got to move
- 8:45Speaker 1: on it, and you've got to make a decision to
- 8:48Speaker 1: go now. God will get you through everything necessary for
- 8:52Speaker 1: you to get through. But you can't quit though. See
- 8:56Speaker 1: he's as apart. You can't quit just because the road
- 9:00Speaker 1: your own is under construction. You can't get off at
- 9:02Speaker 1: the exit because you're tired of all the bump of
- 9:05Speaker 1: the bumper traffic. It's that way. Get you some God,
- 9:09Speaker 1: like I said, get you some God, and go on
- 9:13Speaker 1: and go see what your life can be like. So
- 9:15Speaker 1: stop waiting on the perfect time, Stop waiting on the
- 9:18Speaker 1: stars to align themselves. You got to move and you
- 9:21Speaker 1: got to move on it. Get you some God, apply
- 9:25Speaker 1: some faith, and get started. And remember when you get
- 9:28Speaker 1: out there, coming towards your goal. The road to construct,
- 9:31Speaker 1: the road to success is always under construction. If it
- 9:35Speaker 1: was easy, everybody would be it. Stop expecting it to
- 9:38Speaker 1: be easy. Come on out here, get up in this thing.
- 9:40Speaker 1: It's funky out here. Yeah I got all that. It's
- 9:43Speaker 1: hard out here, yeah I got all that. But what
- 9:45Speaker 1: you wanna do, man, what you wanna do. You're gonna
- 9:49Speaker 1: push your chips up to the window. It ain't time
- 9:52Speaker 1: for that. You still got time, You still got a chance.
- 9:54Speaker 1: There's always hope, There's always God. That's my conversation to
- 9:59Speaker 1: you're listening show, Ladies and gentlemen, we are here. I'm
- 10:06Speaker 1: starting to show off with an old friend of mine,
- 10:10Speaker 1: a legend in the music game that is currently in
- 10:13Speaker 1: court suing the music industry for over three trillion dollars
- 10:19Speaker 1: in back wrongalties and publishing rights because he is the
- 10:23Speaker 1: writer of every major hit ever written. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:28Speaker 1: Roscoe Wallace. Thingis things? So much thing with ladies? How

- 10:48Speaker 1: ain't a lie, holding on so very hard to do?
- 10:57Speaker 1: I said, so very hard to do? How hard is

- 12:07Speaker 1: you know, no, no, no, he in and out dog

- 12:34Speaker 1: H you know, why is it not good to tell
- 12:36Speaker 1: the truth to your woman? Uh? You know you you
- 12:40Speaker 1: probably mastered this because they tell you the beginning. You know,

- 12:45Speaker 1: be mad Anna. Just tell me the truth. Just tell
- 12:48Speaker 1: me the truth. I ain't I ain't gonna take fools.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Tell the truth all the time. Fools rush in. Let
- 12:58Speaker 1: me explain something to your ladies in case you don't notice.
- 13:00Speaker 1: It ain't always a lie. Sometimes is keeping certain facts
- 13:06Speaker 1: with held. Yeah, again, it is not always a lie.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Sometimes it's keeping certain facts with hell because too much
- 13:19Speaker 1: information at once is mental overload. And you, being the
- 13:24Speaker 1: woman I love, I would never overload your mind. I
- 13:29Speaker 1: would rather carry the weight myself that the church say.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Man man, yea, all right. Coming up at thirty two
- 13:42Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, we'll have the nephew and run

- 14:10Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach Darnell. Darnell. Let's see this, Darnell.
- 14:14Speaker 1: How you doing this? Is Scott? Soon with Bigger, bigger
- 14:17Speaker 1: and better, where we make you larger in charge? How
- 14:20Speaker 1: you doing today? Scott? Who I'm a Scott? So I'm
- 14:24Speaker 1: with Bigger and Better where we make you larger in charge.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I'm good, Scott. What's up? We were actually, uh given
- 14:32Speaker 1: a phone call by your wife? Your wife, is is
- 14:35Speaker 1: that correct? Yeah? Okay, Well, um, you know your wife's um,
- 14:40Speaker 1: your wife's birthday is coming up pretty soon, is that right? Yeah? Yeah,
- 14:44Speaker 1: so a couple of weeks. Yeah, it's coming up. Okay.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Have you have you decided on getting or anything or
- 14:50Speaker 1: have you purchased anything yet? No? No, I got a
- 14:53Speaker 1: couple of days in mind. Um. Well, actually, uh, we
- 14:56Speaker 1: got a call from from I think we've got something
- 15:00Speaker 1: that's gonna that's gonna really help you guys. And and
- 15:05Speaker 1: something I think that she wanted to recommend that something
- 15:08Speaker 1: that you probably wouldn't wouldn't think about getting. Oh, I'm
- 15:11Speaker 1: only is okay and racking my brain. So I'm on
- 15:15Speaker 1: is actually gave us the call. She's actually had an
- 15:18Speaker 1: idea you know, what she would really really like for
- 15:21Speaker 1: her birthday present? So what's her name? You're company? Bigger
- 15:24Speaker 1: and Better? Um, Like I said, she called you. I'm sorry,
- 15:29Speaker 1: she called you to give me idea on what I
- 15:32Speaker 1: should get her for her birthday. Uh yeah, well this
- 15:35Speaker 1: is this is something that's a little a little different
- 15:38Speaker 1: than something that you probably would never in a million
- 15:40Speaker 1: years think of. But here at Bigger and Better, where
- 15:43Speaker 1: we make you large and in charge, we actually do
- 15:46Speaker 1: some things that we definitely know you wouldn't have thought of.
- 15:49Speaker 1: So I definitely understand her giving what's your name against
- 15:54Speaker 1: Sam Scott? Scott Scott get to the point what you're
- 15:58Speaker 1: selling actually let us know that there's some things that
- 16:02Speaker 1: are really really lacking between you guys, and she would
- 16:07Speaker 1: very much like for her birthday where you can be
- 16:09Speaker 1: a lot more well endowed. So you know that's what
- 16:13Speaker 1: we do here at Bigger and Back, We actually hello,
- 16:16Speaker 1: what I could be more? What more well endowed? Sir?
- 16:19Speaker 1: So I think really what's going on is Beyonca is
- 16:22Speaker 1: really not satisfied right now. She called you to tell
- 16:25Speaker 1: you that I'm not when you meet willing doubt my junk.
- 16:29Speaker 1: So you're you're you're, you're you're you're inadequate. You know
- 16:31Speaker 1: what I mean? You're you're Are you kidding me? What's
- 16:36Speaker 1: what's your name? Of? This company in Bigger and Better
- 16:38Speaker 1: where we make you larger in charging? Right now? You
- 16:42Speaker 1: know you're not You're not larger in charge, and we
- 16:44Speaker 1: want to get you to that we're able to come
- 16:45Speaker 1: in for a complication your compultation. I'll tell you what.

- 17:05Speaker 1: I'm king so I'm not even I'm not even I
- 17:08Speaker 1: don't even know what's going on. This is the first

- 17:51Speaker 1: call her right now. Okay, don't work, it's my number.
- 17:56Speaker 1: You're in denial. I'm in denial. You Hello, sir. I
- 18:01Speaker 1: really want to help you as much as I can. Listen, man, listen,

- 18:08Speaker 1: I know you you got a job to do, but
- 18:10Speaker 1: what I need you to do right now? Stop calling me?
- 18:13Speaker 1: All right. I'm trying. I'm trying to be nice to
- 18:15Speaker 1: you because I'm sure whatever it is she she called you,

- 18:38Speaker 1: of job is that? How do you even get a
- 18:40Speaker 1: job like that. You apply for this job an when

- 19:48Speaker 1: can have this conversation face to face. You don't know
- 19:50Speaker 1: what I want with you. It doesn't matter. If I

- 23:12Speaker 1: know Julia went back into rehab. We got that. Everything
- 23:16Speaker 1: is covered. Let's just go ahead and go home. We
- 23:19Speaker 1: just need you to go home. That beat she's through
- 23:22Speaker 1: having its Fatrice, Beatrice, beats Odetta, it's not having got
- 23:36Speaker 1: out of that. I'm giving you the names where I
- 23:40Speaker 1: could assure you, if this is your name, you are
- 23:43Speaker 1: at an age where you are beyond child bearing. So
- 23:47Speaker 1: Journals so Jurn is through having baby, had one, you
- 23:53Speaker 1: want another one? Go ahead? Henrietta, hen she through having kids?
- 23:59Speaker 1: Henrietta two? Yeah, what do you know? Go ahead, Gwen,
- 24:14Speaker 1: because she got a fifty two year old names see
- 24:17Speaker 1: his names. Once you have an old name, you can
- 24:19Speaker 1: quit having babies. If your name is Barbara, you're probably
- 24:24Speaker 1: through having kids. I'm just saying, ain't nobody named Barbara
- 24:28Speaker 1: still having kids? Not Bob, have a kid having been
- 24:34Speaker 1: through having kids? Betty done, here's Gladys. Yeah, that's right

- 25:03Speaker 1: What's that? She went there? Carlin already said Shirley, Betty, Shirley, Mary, Marjorie,
- 25:13Speaker 1: all of that. Yeah, Margaret, last night, I ain't even
- 25:16Speaker 1: sleeping in the bed last. Oh, Esther, Steve, you forgot
- 25:19Speaker 1: about Esther? Yeah, because Rose slept with his last I
- 25:24Speaker 1: took my shower, man, I was tired of hit because
- 25:26Speaker 1: I fell asleep in my office. So I went those stairs.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I took a shower, came into the bedroom. Out of
- 25:31Speaker 1: my bathroom, put my light on on my little phone.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Rose in the bed. I just turned around. When I
- 25:38Speaker 1: don't stay, I'm not fitting to do this. Have her
- 25:43Speaker 1: set her? Damn heal in my eye. About Winton, Stephen,
- 25:50Speaker 1: Winton was a little many kids, man, they just they
- 25:53Speaker 1: sleep bad. I was a bad kid. Gonna wear to go.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I gotta go to work. You in here sleeping bad
- 26:02Speaker 1: on your side, right back to your room out to
- 26:06Speaker 1: damn bad? Why are you waiting? Noah in his bad?
- 26:11Speaker 1: Why are you got to sleeping here? Okay, well, Papa
- 26:16Speaker 1: don't sleep with you. But it hurt it though, Yeah,
- 26:21Speaker 1: Papa want yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Papa want to get a little p and N time.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Yeah that Papa, Now that to you, p and is
- 26:36Speaker 1: a little something else to me him, Steve, Okay, hey,
- 26:41Speaker 1: can we tell you about Junior? Though? We forgot to
- 26:43Speaker 1: talk about the at the Jay Spot on Taco Tuesday.
- 26:48Speaker 1: We forgot to tell you about Oh yes, y yes,
- 26:54Speaker 1: I mean Steve. You would have been so proud of him.
- 26:56Speaker 1: He it was packed, first of all, thanks to everyone
- 26:59Speaker 1: who came out out. He junior was so fly, he
- 27:04Speaker 1: looked good. He Apart from that exactly Steve would have
- 27:07Speaker 1: been to be he went to work, Steve, he did,
- 27:13Speaker 1: he wasn't work. Yes, he was very good. He told
- 27:16Speaker 1: me he was funny everything, everything that you would have
- 27:19Speaker 1: wanted him to be. So I just wanted to say,
- 27:22Speaker 1: congratulated when you go down and then I know it is.
- 27:28Speaker 1: Oh yeah, taco, the taco good too. Yeah, the tacos
- 27:33Speaker 1: Like I told you, the tacos are good taco to Yes.
- 27:38Speaker 1: But what was his boot there? Monica? Yeah yeah, Monica
- 27:41Speaker 1: was tell you so, y'all really ought a quick fooler? Man?
- 27:50Speaker 1: Oh you're Monica man mind crazy? No wait a minute, okay,
- 27:59Speaker 1: everybody you men love crazy. All right, we'll have more
- 28:05Speaker 1: of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up right after this.
- 28:09Speaker 1: You're listening to stow all right, Steve, who who's the
- 28:17Speaker 1: house guest or person coming by for Thanksgiving? That that
- 28:20Speaker 1: you're not looking forward to sing, who is it my
- 28:23Speaker 1: mother in law's sister's husband. What? Who is that dog?
- 28:29Speaker 1: I don't even know? It's Ernest? Why the whole time? Yeah?
- 28:36Speaker 1: Your mother in laws a dream. I love her, we
- 28:39Speaker 1: love her. My father in law is that? And daddy?
- 28:44Speaker 1: I got the best. I never had a complaint. Man,
- 28:47Speaker 1: we're happy. We enjoy each other. They can't stay in
- 28:49Speaker 1: my house long as they were. Ye, I love them.
- 28:51Speaker 1: But her sister husband, what's wrong? I don't know, that's what.
- 28:56Speaker 1: That's what's wrong? I don't know. So they come to
- 28:59Speaker 1: dinner what we was having a prayer one time my
- 29:05Speaker 1: mom in law said, let's all whole hands, you know,
- 29:07Speaker 1: the huge kitchen. Yeah, about twenty people. Everybody go around
- 29:12Speaker 1: and say what they think. Yes, okay, now I ain't
- 29:15Speaker 1: like this here because there's too many people. And I
- 29:18Speaker 1: didn't know half the people that was in the circle.
- 29:20Speaker 1: So and then I really don't care what you're grateful
- 29:23Speaker 1: for because dinner is ready and we can talk about this.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Why we eat? You know? But what is all this beforehand?
- 29:31Speaker 1: And it got around to everybody, and this one lady
- 29:34Speaker 1: took a long time, but hers was the best. So
- 29:37Speaker 1: I broke from the circle and started clapping because I
- 29:40Speaker 1: wanted to try to end it with applause, right, and
- 29:44Speaker 1: you're not posted a clap doing prayer. But I just
- 29:47Speaker 1: tried to wrap it up and it kept going. And
- 29:51Speaker 1: I'm holding this dude's hand. Now. I don't know nothing
- 29:54Speaker 1: wrong with him until it got to him and he
- 29:58Speaker 1: started talking about what he was great for folk. He said,
- 30:02Speaker 1: I'm grateful for the weather and that we had the
- 30:06Speaker 1: jacket's home, and that the fact that you know, the
- 30:11Speaker 1: everything at the grocery store is fresh, and that we
- 30:15Speaker 1: can go go by there. And I think I thank
- 30:19Speaker 1: him for my cars too, that come on in the
- 30:23Speaker 1: morning and take her safe. And then I want to
- 30:27Speaker 1: thank him for the freshness of the potato chips in
- 30:31Speaker 1: the bag. Sometime now, I'm sitting there, I'm looking upside
- 30:37Speaker 1: his head, but my whole body trimming because everybody got
- 30:40Speaker 1: their head down except Winting, which is looking up hitting
- 30:45Speaker 1: full blown hollow motive and me, yes, face talk, I'm
- 30:55Speaker 1: over here. My whole body is shaking. I'm laughing so hard,
- 30:58Speaker 1: trying not to blurt it out. Gives my mother in law,
- 31:02Speaker 1: she holding my hand on the other side. She squeezes
- 31:05Speaker 1: my hand to try to help me through it. That
- 31:07Speaker 1: ain't stopping nothing. I got, who is this man? Then
- 31:12Speaker 1: my other son, Steve, he opens his eyes and he
- 31:14Speaker 1: starts snickering. My son's me and my sons is in
- 31:19Speaker 1: hollow modoy this to us, yilah, And I've given him
- 31:26Speaker 1: for permission at laughing stuff like that. So I looked
- 31:30Speaker 1: over to the left of the circle and my wife
- 31:32Speaker 1: is glaring at me with them a little green eyes.
- 31:35Speaker 1: I'm talking about glaring. You don't suit if you don't
- 31:41Speaker 1: pull it to together like when she said that. And
- 31:45Speaker 1: then I think the Lord, I gotta tune up the
- 31:48Speaker 1: other day I had. I had to let everybody hand
- 31:56Speaker 1: go and leave the circlet up. Yeah, thank god I
- 32:00Speaker 1: got a tune up the other day. I look in
- 32:02Speaker 1: my office. I'm holly wrong, I'm holly Next thing, I
- 32:07Speaker 1: look up Winton in the office with me because he
- 32:09Speaker 1: couldn't handle it. I love it. That was it, all right, Steve.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Time for today's headline. Ladies and gentlemen, miss Anne Trip,
- 32:19Speaker 1: thank you very much. That's right they saying it. You
- 32:22Speaker 1: could pick your friends, but not your meltis. I always
- 32:23Speaker 1: say that around Thanksgiving. Remember that, according Wisconsin has set
- 32:27Speaker 1: bail for the man accused of driving his SUV into
- 32:30Speaker 1: a Christmas parade in Walkershaw at five million dollars, which
- 32:33Speaker 1: Court Commissioner David Herring says is totally appropriate. It's extraordinarily high,
- 32:37Speaker 1: but it's an extraordinarily big case. It's an extraordinarily serious
- 32:42Speaker 1: case with an extraordinary history of this gentleman. Alleged driver
- 32:47Speaker 1: dal Brooks faces five counts of intentional homicide, which is
- 32:50Speaker 1: expected to be ramped up since now a sixth person
- 32:52Speaker 1: has died, a child. Jurors and Charlottesville, Virginia have found
- 32:56Speaker 1: that the racist organizers are that Unite the Right rally
- 32:59Speaker 1: four years ago are liable and for twenty five million dollars.
- 33:03Speaker 1: A civil suit was filed against the white supremacist in
- 33:05Speaker 1: connection with the injuries suffered in that horrific violent demonstration.
- 33:10Speaker 1: A federal jury has handed down a verdict in the
- 33:12Speaker 1: case of three major retail pharmacy chains, saying that they
- 33:16Speaker 1: did not do enough to stem the flow of opioid
- 33:18Speaker 1: medication pain medication to two Ohio counties against CBS, Walgreens,
- 33:23Speaker 1: and Walmart. Walmart actually provide the example now for city
- 33:26Speaker 1: and county governments looking to hold drug store chains responsible
- 33:30Speaker 1: for their roles in the US opioid crisis. President Biden
- 33:34Speaker 1: says that despite the recent inflation, the nation's economy is
- 33:37Speaker 1: on the rebound. He's ordered the release of some fifty
- 33:40Speaker 1: million barrels of oil from the nation's strategic oil reserves
- 33:43Speaker 1: and hopes of bringing down gas prices. But in the meantime,
- 33:46Speaker 1: Biden says there are already some things to be grateful
- 33:48Speaker 1: for this year, record job growing, the strongest recovery in
- 33:52Speaker 1: the world, and most of all, the chance to be
- 33:55Speaker 1: together again with the people we love on Thankskimming's and
- 34:00Speaker 1: Triple A says it even with the higher gas prices,
- 34:02Speaker 1: holiday travel this week has almost completely recovered to pre
- 34:05Speaker 1: pandemic levels. If you're flying, don't expect any open seats.
- 34:09Speaker 1: And as for driving, Triple A's predicting that fifty three
- 34:11Speaker 1: and a half million Americas are going to be traveling
- 34:13Speaker 1: within the US for Thanksgiving this year, about a thirteen
- 34:16Speaker 1: percent jump over last year, with air travel up by
- 34:20Speaker 1: eighty percent last year. A lot of folks drove. You know,
- 34:23Speaker 1: the jury has now begun liberating deliberating rather the Ahmed
- 34:26Speaker 1: arbery case, where three white men are accused of murdering
- 34:29Speaker 1: an innocent, unarmed black jogger in Brunswick, Georgia, and tis
- 34:34Speaker 1: the season for giving out turkeys? Well, of course we did.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Steve Harvey gave him out yesterday. None other than Slick
- 34:40Speaker 1: Rick got into the turkey giving things in his Bronx
- 34:42Speaker 1: neighborhood in New York City the other day. You know,
- 34:44Speaker 1: it's just been a good thing, you know, to look
- 34:46Speaker 1: out for the community that you're from, that you came from.
- 34:49Speaker 1: It's easy to take some pressure off of the people
- 34:52Speaker 1: and let him get some free, free stuff. Instead I
- 34:54Speaker 1: would to go out there and spending little chips. Dobbo Babbo.
- 34:58Speaker 1: Now back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening
- 35:01Speaker 1: to show, guys, time to have some fun. We gotta
- 35:06Speaker 1: ask you, is there a member junior your family comes
- 35:10Speaker 1: to mind, but is there one member of your family?
- 35:14Speaker 1: Because I love his family, Uh, that's guilty. Is there
- 35:18Speaker 1: one member of your family that's guilty of just always
- 35:20Speaker 1: being a problem, just being a massive Thanksgiving? And what
- 35:24Speaker 1: have they done? That's them? Not ten MARTA's gonna be there, David,
- 35:33Speaker 1: Uncle Jay, Uncle Red. It's gonna be some people that's
- 35:36Speaker 1: gonna be some problems. Okay, So that's why I say, sir,
- 35:38Speaker 1: when you come to our Thanksgiving, get in your clique.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Don't go over somebody click getting your click pause. I'm
- 35:49Speaker 1: with each other. Your families had clicks like that though
- 35:52Speaker 1: time prisoners. Hain't with the prisoners. They got all kinds
- 35:56Speaker 1: to wait what you can't be free? Ain't never been
- 36:00Speaker 1: a prisoner to talk what they talk about over ain't
- 36:03Speaker 1: get they clicked up. Everybody has been locked up. They
- 36:08Speaker 1: all they all together. They're the card table, domino table.
- 36:12Speaker 1: You know they're over there looking with mirrors around corners
- 36:15Speaker 1: conversation if yeah, you have no idea what they talked about,
- 36:20Speaker 1: what they're talking about. You don't know about going to
- 36:23Speaker 1: bed at nine lights out? I don't know nothing about that.
- 36:31Speaker 1: You don't know why would you be over there. You
- 36:34Speaker 1: don't know how they got the cell phone in the
- 36:36Speaker 1: in the whole You don't know how to get them in.
- 36:40Speaker 1: You ain't contribute to You don't know you Yeah, you
- 36:47Speaker 1: don't know about unscrewing the lightbulb, crushing it in the
- 36:49Speaker 1: in the whole town, and what you're doing with the
- 36:51Speaker 1: you know, you don't know them about that. He put
- 36:55Speaker 1: it out in the hallway. That's how to hear the
- 36:57Speaker 1: guard coming. Yeah, you don't know this that click, I wouldn't. Yeah,
- 37:06Speaker 1: you ain't never hear to shank any You ain't never
- 37:10Speaker 1: come on let them know. That's you don't have no
- 37:13Speaker 1: bits over in that conversation. What do you know about
- 37:17Speaker 1: how to press your pants? You don't know about putting
- 37:19Speaker 1: your pants in between the mattress. You don't know about
- 37:21Speaker 1: that and lay on it to get a criss. Why
- 37:24Speaker 1: would you be talking? You don't know how to make
- 37:26Speaker 1: top running in the commode. You don't know how to
- 37:28Speaker 1: do that. Yeah, no idea, that ain't for you. That's
- 37:37Speaker 1: when you were at your leave. What you're doing over that?
- 37:40Speaker 1: I love your friend. You can relate to bring the
- 37:44Speaker 1: cause more than just payments and let somebody going to school.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Your had no biness over in this car. And then
- 37:50Speaker 1: when they compregate that they always congregate in low light.
- 37:53Speaker 1: They don't never be an open every time I can't
- 37:56Speaker 1: get together the ass in the ConA winds low ledge.
- 38:00Speaker 1: He over here trying to talk to us. Ain't got
- 38:01Speaker 1: one recipe to make hooch. You ain't never had fermented
- 38:07Speaker 1: fruit in your damn life. Put you over here for man,
- 38:12Speaker 1: do they bring anything to the dinner journia? Hell no,
- 38:16Speaker 1: they take all the scraps and make something with it.
- 38:21Speaker 1: You're listening at everybody this Thanksgiving time. You at your
- 38:28Speaker 1: mama's house, you at your friend's house, you just gathered
- 38:31Speaker 1: around you in the living room, kitchen or this, and
- 38:34Speaker 1: you're having these conversations. Two things, you don't have all
- 38:38Speaker 1: the information, and the other one is they don't make
- 38:41Speaker 1: no damn sense at all. But what you're talking they
- 38:47Speaker 1: sound something like this. Now, last year, we was over
- 38:52Speaker 1: at um that see, we was at um whose house
- 38:54Speaker 1: was at last? It was Charlotte, that was We was
- 39:02Speaker 1: at Kenneth wayne house last Kenneth Wayne, Kenneth Wayne, Kenthethwayne.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah Kenwayne. Because what happened was were trying
- 39:10Speaker 1: to watch the game and they had the small ass.
- 39:14Speaker 1: They had a small tea was zenas. Yeah yeah, So
- 39:20Speaker 1: you're talking about Kenneth Wayne that marriage visited his ring
- 39:23Speaker 1: fa Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Y'all think y'all,
- 39:31Speaker 1: y'all think Ricky gonna get out and then be able
- 39:34Speaker 1: to make it the next year's Thanksgiving. I don't know,
- 39:37Speaker 1: he's miss he's missed seven. I don't know, I don't know.
- 39:41Speaker 1: This is the call he goes off of parole every year. Yeah,
- 39:46Speaker 1: I heard this girl, Carlicia is gonna bring just bring
- 39:49Speaker 1: the turkey and addressing. Yeah, but you know what the
- 39:53Speaker 1: prison when heard about her, she had seen somebody else,
- 39:57Speaker 1: and they would take her to the prison to see him.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Why in the course she kid somebody else, she'd have
- 40:05Speaker 1: had two babies. Why Ricky in now that to babies?
- 40:12Speaker 1: Why y'all keep back like y'all don't know this. But
- 40:15Speaker 1: why she named that second baby though? Why she second baby?
- 40:20Speaker 1: The baby daddy name is Rickett. And she told Ricky
- 40:28Speaker 1: she would have had a slow pregnancy and the baby
- 40:31Speaker 1: is his. She said the whole two years head in
- 40:34Speaker 1: there that those was his babies. She and he believed it,
- 40:37Speaker 1: and he believed it. Now the baby don't look like Rickett.
- 40:41Speaker 1: The baby looked like little Richard. Ain't rich That's what
- 40:48Speaker 1: I seen. Got the hair cutting, everything got him just
- 40:54Speaker 1: like just like. And his first words were shut up,
- 40:57Speaker 1: shut up the baby. That don't know what that was.
- 41:01Speaker 1: But I whip Baba blue back back. Yeah, it's amazing.
- 41:05Speaker 1: Three years old, he was a baba lue Bay. Yeah.
- 41:09Speaker 1: But what strange is the baby looked like little but
- 41:12Speaker 1: have you seen the daddy. The daddy looked just like
- 41:15Speaker 1: Chuck Barry. He does. That's crazy. Not that is really
- 41:20Speaker 1: crazy because I saw him at the Walmart with him
- 41:23Speaker 1: and I thought it was Miles Davis, really like, oh
- 41:29Speaker 1: you know who that is. That's not him, that's the grandmama.
- 41:32Speaker 1: That looked like Miles Davis. I remember, Grandmatty. It was Hattie.

- 52:44Speaker 1: It is the Strawberry letter subject you can't have your
- 52:48Speaker 1: cake and eat it? Who All right, one more time?
- 52:53Speaker 1: You can't have your cake and eat it too, Dear
- 52:58Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley. I've been dating a guy for six months
- 53:02Speaker 1: and he's one of the sweetest men that I've ever met.
- 53:07Speaker 1: This weekend, he disclosed some information to me, and I
- 53:11Speaker 1: need your opinion. He and I met when I moved
- 53:14Speaker 1: out of my condo. He was a supervisor of the
- 53:17Speaker 1: moving company that I used, and he was very professional
- 53:21Speaker 1: and handsome, and when he asked me out, I accepted.
- 53:25Speaker 1: We started out as friends and now we're in a relationship.
- 53:29Speaker 1: On our first date, he said his favorite thing about
- 53:32Speaker 1: me was my skin tone and how soft and supple
- 53:36Speaker 1: it looks. I have not had that much attention in
- 53:39Speaker 1: a while, so I was overjoyed. Whenever we go out,
- 53:42Speaker 1: he caresses my skin with his great big hands and
- 53:46Speaker 1: kisses my shoulders and neck. We finally got intimate over
- 53:50Speaker 1: the weekend and it was everything I hoped for I
- 53:54Speaker 1: had hoped for, but then it got tricky. After sex,
- 54:00Speaker 1: we were lying in bed and as usual, he was
- 54:03Speaker 1: rubbing on me and kept saying how he loves my skin.
- 54:08Speaker 1: He then whispered to me, I just want to eat you.
- 54:11Speaker 1: I giggled and turned to look at him, thinking he
- 54:14Speaker 1: wanted to go for round two. But then he said
- 54:17Speaker 1: to me, no, I literally want to eat you. I
- 54:24Speaker 1: looked at this man and asked him to repeat himself.
- 54:27Speaker 1: He said he fantasizes about eating a part of a
- 54:31Speaker 1: woman's body, and it's a big fetish that he has
- 54:34Speaker 1: not been able to live that out. He elaborated that
- 54:38Speaker 1: overseas it's a big thing where a man will take
- 54:41Speaker 1: part of a woman's buttocks and eat it. He said
- 54:46Speaker 1: he's been fascinated by cannibalism since he was young, but
- 54:51Speaker 1: this is just a fetish and nothing serious. But you
- 54:55Speaker 1: heard me, Okay, that's what I said that He said
- 55:08Speaker 1: he's been fascinated. Let me get through the letter, please deep.
- 55:11Speaker 1: He said, he's been fascinated by cannibalism, yes, since he
- 55:16Speaker 1: was young, but that but this is just a fetish
- 55:20Speaker 1: and nothing serious. So I need to know if this
- 55:23Speaker 1: is really just a fetish or should I run before
- 55:27Speaker 1: it's too late? Have you ever heard of such? I'm
- 55:30Speaker 1: falling for this guy, but I don't want to end
- 55:32Speaker 1: up with my butt in a frying pan. Please help me, Okay,
- 55:37Speaker 1: I mean all I can say initially is what uh wth?
- 55:44Speaker 1: I mean? Really, did I read this correctly? Like you
- 55:48Speaker 1: know you said in the letter? Did you hear this correctly?
- 55:51Speaker 1: People don't eat people. That's not what we do. What
- 55:55Speaker 1: is he talking about? I mean, this is a fantasy
- 55:57Speaker 1: he hasn't been able to live out yet. Uh listen,
- 56:01Speaker 1: Sure he could be just kidding and this could just
- 56:03Speaker 1: be a fantasy and he doesn't really mean this. Sure
- 56:07Speaker 1: a booty burger. I mean, he could just be kidding.
- 56:11Speaker 1: But but why take this chance? I mean, seriously, he
- 56:15Speaker 1: knows too much about it. He's researched it. Uh. No,
- 56:19Speaker 1: to answer your question, we've never heard of such cannibalism
- 56:23Speaker 1: and things like this. I mean we know what it is,
- 56:25Speaker 1: of course, but we haven't literally heard of anyone doing this.
- 56:28Speaker 1: And yes, I would run. He sounds too freaky. I mean, yeah,
- 56:33Speaker 1: he sounds too freaky and crazy to me. That's not
- 56:36Speaker 1: freaky to you. No, that's beyond. That's beyond. Yeah, it's beyond. Uh.
- 56:44Speaker 1: He he wants to literally eat you. The term is
- 56:47Speaker 1: called verare philia. If you guys want to know vare philia.
- 56:52Speaker 1: All right, yeah, you know that. All right, Steve, I'm done.
- 56:56Speaker 1: I think she should right, this is too crazy. Well,
- 56:59Speaker 1: let's go over the letter and just go along on
- 57:02Speaker 1: the journey that this letter was taking us. On day
- 57:06Speaker 1: six moths dating, this man wanted the sweetest men she
- 57:11Speaker 1: ever mad. You know. He was a supervisor of a
- 57:14Speaker 1: moving company that moved her. Professional, handsome, and so he
- 57:19Speaker 1: asked her out. She said, all right, Well they started
- 57:25Speaker 1: out as friends with they in relationship now because on
- 57:27Speaker 1: the first date he told her the first thing he
- 57:31Speaker 1: laughed about it was how skin tone, how soft and
- 57:38Speaker 1: subtle it looked. Girl. The attention about to dry this
- 57:43Speaker 1: girl crazy. She was over joy When we go out,
- 57:45Speaker 1: he'd be caressing your skin with his great big hand.
- 57:48Speaker 1: Because then then furniture moving hands. You know, he got
- 57:51Speaker 1: the big ass hand he picking up frigerators. Gosh, you're
- 57:54Speaker 1: this big man ass hand kissing all over your shoulder.
- 57:58Speaker 1: You got enter it over the weekend and large, jeezus
- 58:04Speaker 1: who it was everything. Then it got tricky after sex
- 58:11Speaker 1: y'all was laying in bed, you know, just like, oh,
- 58:15Speaker 1: you're just rubbing on you kept saying, love y'all, skin
- 58:18Speaker 1: then he whispered, I just want to eat you. Now
- 58:24Speaker 1: we've all heard this before. Careful, all right, let's gone
- 58:30Speaker 1: ask men, Steve. Hang on. We'll have burt two of
- 58:37Speaker 1: your response coming up at twenty three after the hour.
- 58:41Speaker 1: Subject of today's letter. You can't have your cake and
- 58:44Speaker 1: eat it too. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 58:47Speaker 1: You're listening, all right, Steve, Let's get back into the letter.
- 58:54Speaker 1: You can't have your cake and eat it too. Let's recap.
- 58:57Speaker 1: Ain't no damn recap. She didn't got to moving company boy,
- 59:01Speaker 1: she'd have fell in love with her and he out
- 59:04Speaker 1: on the date with her, telling about the favorite thing
- 59:06Speaker 1: about her was her skin tone and house off and supper. Oh,
- 59:12Speaker 1: she hadn't had this kind of tension in the wild.
- 59:15Speaker 1: She was overjawed, go out caressing the skin, had the
- 59:19Speaker 1: great big hands kissing all on her shoulder. He had
- 59:22Speaker 1: the moving man hands. Yeah, picking flipping, taking whole rugs
- 59:28Speaker 1: down by self, down the steps, picking up on walls
- 59:34Speaker 1: and moving entertainment summers. All this boy, powerful, So you
- 59:42Speaker 1: finally got intimate over the weekend, and Lord of Emrcy,
- 59:45Speaker 1: it was everything she hoped for. And right after she
- 59:50Speaker 1: said everything I hope folk period. But then it got tricky. Oh,
- 59:56Speaker 1: they land up in in the after glow, laying in
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: bed just like you, just love it him bed. They
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: kept telling me how much he loved my skin. Then
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: he whispered to me, I just now she giggle turned
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: because she want to say yes to this. That's what
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: the giggle was about. And turned and looked at him,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: thinking he wanted to go for a round two. Na. No,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: now you was hoping that he was talking about what
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: you thought he was talking about? That what he that
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: what the giggle was for. But then he said to me, now,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: I literally won't he I looked at this man and
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: I asked him to repeat himself, because you know what,
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: if that's what you really want to do, just gold
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: say it to him. But I don't know what you
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: mean by literally, so I asked him to repeat himself.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: He said that he fantasizes about eating a part of
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: a woman's body, and it's a big fetish that he's
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: not being able to live out yet. Now, at this point,
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: you need to be sitting up in the bed. You
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: need to sit up. You need to start eyeing his
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: ass because this this is going somewhere else, and then
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: he elaborated that overseas it's a big thing where a
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: man would take part of a woman's buttox and eat it. Now,
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: I don't know wearing this letter. You kept typing, but
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: this would have been a hard letter to type. You
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: want what? I don't know who this sister is, but
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: this conversation with you want to eat, You're gonna take you,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: You're gonna cut who assld hold on it words, You're crazy?
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: He said. It was fascinated by candid cannibalism since he
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: was young. But this is just a fetish, and nothing
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: says so I need to know if this is really
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: just a fetish or should I run before it's too late?
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: What the hell did you just ask us? You're trying
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: to figure out this a fetish? A man just told
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: you that he wanted to a slicing your ass, just
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: you know, like his cheese, like like you just a
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: ham a honey break sitting up on the table. It
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: was just wanting a slice of your ass. Caused now
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: he'd talking about this overseas. He's been rubbing on your skin.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Now love the texture. Now, he said he'd been fascinated
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: by Canada cannibalism since he was young. But this just
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: a fetish and nothing said. Now he's gonna cold part
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: right here, So I need to know if this is
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: really a fetish or shit? I run for us too late?
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: Have you ever heard of such? I'm falling for this guy,
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: but I don't want to end up with my butt
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: in a frying pan. Okay, so what is you're typing?
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Fa Now? You might be falling for this guy, but
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: you ain't gonna be able to fall on your ass
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: because he gonna be the NATed. What you're gonna wake
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: up one night numb You ain't gonna know what's going on,
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: and he gonna be sitting over there with a plate
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: with some hot sauce. Ain't gonna have a napkin rounding
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: that babe? What you eating? Now? He didn't numbed you
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: while you sleep. You ain't up your little booty just tingling.
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: You don't know half of it. It's over there on
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: that damn plate. O God, sitting over there and got
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: some hot sauce, and he just chewing your ass and
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: don't even know it. Show stupid behind talk. Have you
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: ever heard of such a thing? Hell? No, we're black
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: people yeah, hell no, we black people now first, and
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: letter was kind of sexy. He he hell he talking
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: about taking a slice of your ass, and you don't
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: run into us and you send up in here. I
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: don't want to end up with my butt in a
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: frying pan. You gonna do God, your little biceps and
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: that everything else like a little five meat. Now all right, look,

- 1:08:41Speaker 1: be a nightmare for some people who dealing with bickering
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: family can ruin anyone's holiday, But the real horror comes
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: when it's time to go to sleep. Being forced to
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: crash in either your childhood home or a relative place
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: over Thanksgiving or Christmas, I can't even imagine why they
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: staying it can definitely get awkward, which is why it
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: shouldn't surprise us that a new survey finds that fifty
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: two percent of adults say they've made up some sort
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: of excuse specifically to avoid uncomfortable sleeping arrangements over the holidays.
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: Fifty two that's over half, So you should yeah, if
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: I can't walk to my kitchen Friday, I have to
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: thank him in my drag. There's a problem. Hey, listen
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: to me. Why does holidays have to be for all family?
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: What do you what do you mean? You know, ain't
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: no law say all family got to come over. All
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: family got to be together. Most of these people in
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: your family that you don't like anymore, I'm married and
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: have their own family. But when you invite together, the
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: family is coming together. Don't you invite who you want
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: to invite over your house but you don't like them
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: and you're gonna have them over. Yeah, well you're trying
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: to tolerate them. But that's the problem for the occasion
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: for the holiday. Yeah, I don't do that. I don't
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: do that, and my wife honors that request to me.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: Don't have nobody at my house on my limited time
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: off that I don't like. Just do that for me.
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: Is that a lot of way about people that go
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: over their mom's house, right, or they go over their parents'
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: house and they gotta stay and put up with people
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: that they don't like for the sake of their parents.
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. That's on I don't go
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: know where I ain't liked. I think here's the biggest problem.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: Not you, but you may not like who's coming, but
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: you dealing well when they get down, I'm gone, yeah,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: like I'm cool with the family. It's who the family
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: brain with them, and that they don't tell you. Once again,
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: my wife got a cousin, always gonna bring somebody. We
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: don't know who the hell he is, and you got you.
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: You can't relax. I don't need I need to get
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: him to have two spoons and keep clicking them to
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: gel so I know where you at. Well, when you
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: invite them, do you say plus one? Or you just
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: invite them and they bring someone? They don't look you Now,
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: she just come over with somebody new every yeah, oh
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: they already en route. Kind huh. My aunt, my grandmother sister.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: When she come over I leave because ain't nobody telling
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: me about her condition either at anybody told me. She
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: her memory going yeah, see, I don't like see, I
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: don't like that because she's surprised about everything. She don't
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: remember nobody nothing, and spent her Hey ain't and she said,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: who who is that? Who is that? Who is right there? Yeah,
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: you don't want to do that. Five hours of that.
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: Here your plate? What's this on this plate? What is that?
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: That's turkey and dressed that? You don't know? This is
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: the reason we're here today. You don't know that, then
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: you gotta mash up, you know what I'm saying? Like
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: she go to the restroom, didn come back and say Hi,
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: I get to the bathroom. You just left out of there. No,
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do it for five hours. I'm sorry,
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: I'm not doing that. I leave. You ain't got to
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: come over. Have the reason wakes when you see it? Man?
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: You know who else I don't like. I don't like
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: them people that come over to the house. What and
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: take more food with them than they come on? I'm
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: telling you, man, Like, are you for real? Man? Yeah,
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: you're just gonna cut out half a pan of dressing.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: You got a spatchlor, you take it so much dressing
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: out you're you're using a spatching the dog. But you
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: in that three foul time? But do they bring their
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: own aluminum foil in their bags? Stuff being in the car?
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: Ye have to go kid? You know what? They got
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: these new ziplock bags just bigger than a gallon big
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: the show right after these jams you're listening show. Dandally
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: Brown for the Steve Having on the show. The question is,
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: who's the person in your family or in your life
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: that's always borrow money? My sister, she owes your money
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: right now? Like how much? I'm not even gonna say,

- 1:18:24Speaker 1: now it's time to get a little serious. And so
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: I just want to encourage people to do something really
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: really simple today. And I think this is something that
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: most people would agree to want. It's really this simple.
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: Everybody should want more for your life. I'm talking about
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: your life right there, the one that you have. You
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: should want more for your life. You should never allow

- 1:19:00Speaker 1: Some people get complacency confuse with they don't want to
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: seem ungrateful. Once again, some people get complacency confused with
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: not wanting to appear ungrateful. Well, I don't want to
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: keep asking God for nothing because I don't want him
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: to think I ain't grateful for what I have. Well,
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: thank you for it. Then that's really simple. Simply thank
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: God for what you have. That's the gratitude. But then
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: it's still okay to want more for your life. Here's
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: the good news. God actually wants you to have more
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: for your life. God is really looking for people to
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: show off. He really is. I happen to raise my
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: hand all the time in volunteer I do. I just say, God,
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: pick me, come on, do me, use me, show me.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Now that doesn't mean I'm perfect. I'm far from it.
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: But I do want God's blessings to be able to
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: flow through me, So I keep an open channel in
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: my life for that stuff to flow through. First of all,
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: I want more. That's the beginning of getting it. Then
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: I have the good sense to ask Him for more.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: You have not because you ask not. Well, I happen
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: to be a big asker of stuff. So now I
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: want more. I ask for more. Now here's the trick
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: to asking for more and wanting more. You have got
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: to be willing to do more. Oh, now you gotta
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: do more. Now. That's the one thing that stops so
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: many people both from having and wanting more for their life.
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: If God will give you blessings and God will increase
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: your measure in life, if God comes to give you
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: life and give you life more abundantly, if He's promised
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: to do that for you and what you have to
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: do in return is you have to be willing to
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: do more. See you, you can't get more without doing more.
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: Convenience is built through inconvenience, you can stop wanting what
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: you see everybody else with and you ain't willing to
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: do what everybody else did to get it quick look
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: at it Oprah's pile over there. If you ain't willing
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: to do what Oprah did, which Tom, an average person
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: is not because an average person wants to be comfortable,
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: and you can't be successful and stay comfortable. I was
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: interviewing the wrestler on my show yesterday, Dave or Teach.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: A great story man. This cat was really out of it,
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: really really fascinating story he had, and we were talking
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: and he was talking about living outside your comfort zone.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: And I told him one of the things that I've
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: had to learn how to do in order to become
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: successful is I've had to become comfortable with being uncomfortable.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: He said, wow, Wow, that's a great way to put
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: his step. I have learned how to be comfortable while
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: I'm uncomfortable, because in order to get successful, you have
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: to be uncomfortable. You have to do things that you
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: don't feel like doing. All the time. You have to
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: show up when you don't want to show up. You
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: have to be there when you feel like being somewhere else.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: You have to say yes a lot of times when
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: you really want to just say no. That's where you're at, man,
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: that's how you become successful. But you can't keep asking
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: God for more and you ain't willing to do more.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: It doesn't make any sense. It cannot happen that way, folks.
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: So come on, I want you to want more for
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: your life. But there's a scripture that that bags that
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: up too. It said to whom much is given, much
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: is required. Now you don't want the requirements, then he
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: gonna have to pull up on the given. But if
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: you want the given, know that here come the requirements.
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: So one more time, if you don't want the requirements,
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: he gonna have to pull up on the given. Do
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: not be the one who blocks your own blessings. Want
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: more for your life and be willing to do the
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: things to accept and receive more. It's just discipline. It's
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: just some more work. But if you just cut out
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: some of the bs man man, just cut out some
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: of the happy hours, just cut out some of the drinking,
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: you can't smoke one every day though, you can't go
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: to all the clubs. So man, you're just gonna run
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: all the women. That's that's that's, that's what you're gonna do,
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: all of them. I got news for you. Man, can't
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: be successful, then you can't drop it all for all.
