  Speaker 1: used to. Supplements are designed to help you replenish what's

  Speaker 1: been depleted in your body as supplements. Now, now, people,

  Speaker 1: I can tell you can speak a lot more aggressively

  Speaker 1: and a lot more knowledgeable on this subject, but just

  Speaker 1: giving you a just a brief overview of minderstanding of now.

  Speaker 1: If you've been living your life for a while, supplements

  Speaker 1: are necessary for most of us now. Also, if you've

  Speaker 1: been living your life for a while spiritually, you may

  Speaker 1: need some supplements because you've just been at it for

  Speaker 1: a while. You don't got woll down a little bit,

  Speaker 1: You're tied some people around you ain't changing. Some people

  Speaker 1: around you draining. It's just life just keeps on coming.

  Speaker 1: Life don't ever get no easier. It just you become

  Speaker 1: more knowledgeable about how to handle it. It does not

  Speaker 1: get any either easier. You continue to lose loved ones,

  Speaker 1: you continue to have to confront the challenges. It's just

  Speaker 1: that over course of time you become experienced and you

  Speaker 1: can handle them better. But life don't get no easier.

  Speaker 1: But spiritually you get a little bit worn down. Well,

  Speaker 1: you need some spiritual supplements too. And I'm just gonna

  Speaker 1: flat out tell you, the more God that you can
• 4:31
  Speaker 1: replenish yourself with, the higher the dosage of God that
• 4:37
  Speaker 1: you are willing to put into your spiritual self, the
• 4:43
  Speaker 1: possibilities then become limitless. You actually have the ability to
• 4:52
  Speaker 1: make a conscious decision to supplement your body, and you
• 4:57
  Speaker 1: have a conscious decision to supplement your spirit. You can
• 5:01
  Speaker 1: do both. So what I did was I could just
• 5:06
  Speaker 1: tell you what I did. I was taking all these supplements.

  Speaker 1: I started taking supplements where I was about forty five.
• 5:12
  Speaker 1: I think that's when I began. I was thinking about
• 5:17
  Speaker 1: it one day and I just went wild. Man. I

  Speaker 1: started talking to some knowledgeable people. I found out I
• 5:22
  Speaker 1: needed these things. But then spiritually, man, I started supplementing
• 5:26
  Speaker 1: myself too. I started praying some more. I started trying
• 5:30
  Speaker 1: to gain a little bit more knowledge and wisdom and
• 5:32
  Speaker 1: understanding from scriptures and just try to make sense of
• 5:37
  Speaker 1: all of it, you know, just just make a little
• 5:40
  Speaker 1: bit more sense out of my life, make sure that
• 5:43
  Speaker 1: I was on the right path. A matter of fact,
• 5:45
  Speaker 1: get on the right path, find out my real purpose
• 5:48
  Speaker 1: and my mission in life. And nobody can do that
• 5:51
  Speaker 1: for you. That's something that you have to want to do.
• 5:54
  Speaker 1: But I started supplementing my spiritual side of my life
• 5:58
  Speaker 1: and supplementing my body. Now I happen to be right
• 6:01
  Speaker 1: now about in the best shape I've ever been in. Technically,
• 6:08
  Speaker 1: I can assure you, though I am in the best
• 6:11
  Speaker 1: shape spiritually, I have ever been in. Now my body
• 6:15
  Speaker 1: has looked better, it really has. I mean, come on, now,
• 6:20
  Speaker 1: at who I am in life, at the stage with
• 6:23
  Speaker 1: the years I've been walking this earth. Man, I'm cool,
• 6:27
  Speaker 1: But spiritually I'm in the best shape I've ever been in.
• 6:31
  Speaker 1: And what it's done for me, y'all is it's gave
• 6:34
  Speaker 1: me a peace and a calmness. You know, it used
• 6:37
  Speaker 1: to be, man, I used to fight so hard against
• 6:39
  Speaker 1: people who attack. Now, man, it ain't. It ain't as
• 6:43
  Speaker 1: serious to me because now I have a full understanding
• 6:46
  Speaker 1: that if I come under attack, that God is with me,
• 6:50
  Speaker 1: because that's a promise he made. That's Isaiah fifty four seventeen.

  Speaker 1: That's that's that's. Any weapon formed against you, any weapon
• 6:59
  Speaker 1: form to geinst you shall not prosper. You can't. You

  Speaker 1: can't come and get me. I'm not here for you

  Speaker 1: why would I feel a person bringing me down when

  Speaker 1: they're not the reason that I'm here. So when you

  Speaker 1: high that I can rely on for protection, for coverage,

  Speaker 1: handle this, how to deal with that? You know, famous

  Speaker 1: rough Man. And then you put that together with some business,

  Speaker 1: and you put that together with your family. You got

  Speaker 1: a lot of stuff you're trying to tend to. I
• 7:47
  Speaker 1: have a peace of mind about it now because I
• 7:51
  Speaker 1: have someone who provides me with a sense of understanding
• 7:55
  Speaker 1: and calmness that lets me know that this tool shall pass.

  Speaker 1: That it ain't just a saying that I heard old

  Speaker 1: people say that. It ain't just something my mama used

  Speaker 1: to tell me. It's something that can really happen. Once

  Speaker 1: you get an understanding, this tool shall pass. This is

  Speaker 1: just another piece of life that you are now better

  Speaker 1: equipped to handle. I'm telling you what it's done for me.

  Speaker 1: to some people, but there's some people that show enough
