- 0:01Speaker 1: President Donald Trump went to the border, Joe Biden went
- 0:04Speaker 1: to the border, and the media now is trying to
- 0:07Speaker 1: make headlines about anything but the border by bringing up
- 0:10Speaker 1: the issue of abortion. This is just one of the
- 0:15Speaker 1: headlines out there that says Donald Trump suggests an extreme
- 0:19Speaker 1: possible abortion ban.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Did he say abortion ban?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Not exactly, but hey, it's a great headline, and that's
- 0:26Speaker 1: what the left wants. Another headline, surprise, surprise, Trump now
- 0:31Speaker 1: wants an even more extreme abortion ban. At this rate,
- 0:37Speaker 1: Trump is making it clear exactly where he stands on abortion. Now,
- 0:41Speaker 1: let me explain the politics of this.
- 0:45Speaker 2: With the overturning of Roe v.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Wade, Democrats truly believe that they can bring women over
- 0:52Speaker 1: to their side quickly by talking about a woman's right
- 0:56Speaker 1: to choose. It is certainly invigorating the left like never before.
- 1:02Speaker 2: I want to be very clear about that.
- 1:04Speaker 1: The left is fundraising off of the overturning of Roe v.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Waite.
- 1:08Speaker 1: The left is doing everything they can to turn this
- 1:12Speaker 1: into the women's issue of the twenty twenty four election. Now,
- 1:17Speaker 1: Donald Trump was asked by Sean Hendy about abortion, and
- 1:22Speaker 1: it's very much I would argue, being taken out of context.
- 1:26Speaker 1: So I want to play for you exactly what the
- 1:28Speaker 1: President did say in this wide ranging interview that he
- 1:32Speaker 1: did at the border. Democrats are seizing on this moment
- 1:36Speaker 1: because they believe that Donald Trump speaking on abortion is
- 1:39Speaker 1: going to make women run to this abortion on demand
- 1:43Speaker 1: mentality of the left. Take a listen to what Trump
- 1:47Speaker 1: actually said.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Ask to this.
- 1:50Speaker 3: You put out on truth a statement when the Alabama
- 1:54Speaker 3: court came back with the issue of in vitro fertilization
- 1:57Speaker 3: IBS I did. I would argue that twenty twenty two,
- 2:00Speaker 3: a lot of people thought overturning Roe v. Wade would
- 2:03Speaker 3: end up being a good thing. We know what the
- 2:06Speaker 3: Democrats are going to do. They're going to demagogue Republicans
- 2:10Speaker 3: like they always do. Their racist, sexist, misogynists, homophobic, all
- 2:13Speaker 3: that stuff, but more with democracy in peril. They hate
- 2:16Speaker 3: Donald Trump January sixth. But then the issue of abortion.
- 2:21Speaker 3: I think it played a very big part. They demagogue
- 2:24Speaker 3: that issue in twenty twenty two in the midterm, and
- 2:27Speaker 3: I think it hurt Republicans. You took a strong stand
- 2:30Speaker 3: on IVF. Where are you on that and what is
- 2:34Speaker 3: your message to other candidates?
- 2:36Speaker 2: And where are you on abortion?
- 2:38Speaker 4: So I saw the IVF and a judge in Alabama
- 2:41Speaker 4: made a very harsh decision. It was very, very tough,
- 2:43Speaker 4: and I came out immediately and I said, we want
- 2:46Speaker 4: to help women.
- 2:47Speaker 2: This is fertilization.
- 2:48Speaker 4: This is they're having a hard time having a baby,
- 2:50Speaker 4: to put it very simply, and they're helped by clinics
- 2:53Speaker 4: and others. And all of a sudden it was stopped
- 2:56Speaker 4: in Alabama, and I put out a very strong statement
- 2:58Speaker 4: that we're totally.
- 2:59Speaker 2: In favor of it. I got a call from Katie.
- 3:01Speaker 4: Britt, a very wonderful young senator in Alabama, and she
- 3:05Speaker 4: said friends of mine were coming up and like almost
- 3:08Speaker 4: attacking her. They were so upset about it. And I said,
- 3:11Speaker 4: what's the issue, what does it explained? What is it exactly?
- 3:14Speaker 4: And we're talking about the IVF, and I said, we
- 3:18Speaker 4: want that, we want people to help. We're on the
- 3:20Speaker 4: side of women. And same thing on the abortion issue.
- 3:23Speaker 4: The abortion issue. Now, I'm for the exceptions like Ronald
- 3:26Speaker 4: Reagan was for the exceptions, and I think it's very
- 3:29Speaker 4: important to life direct life of the mother.
- 3:32Speaker 2: I think it's a very important thing. The exceptions.
- 3:35Speaker 4: I also think that they are the radicals because they
- 3:39Speaker 4: will kill the baby in eight months nine months.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Under Roe v.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Wade, they had the right to kill the baby after birth.
- 3:46Speaker 4: I mean literally after birth in some cases.
- 3:48Speaker 3: That was the governor of Virginia. That was I was
- 3:51Speaker 3: talking to your friend Gavin Newsom. I asked them four
- 3:53Speaker 3: times in a row. I said, are there any any
- 3:57Speaker 3: limitations at all? He would not answer. A lot of
- 4:00Speaker 3: Democrats said that that no government officials should ever get
- 4:06Speaker 3: between a doctor and our patient. Okay, that means no exceptions,
- 4:11Speaker 3: but dopps at fifteen weeks, right, that's just about a
- 4:16Speaker 3: little over first trimester.
- 4:18Speaker 4: So more and more I'm hearing about fifteen weeks and
- 4:21Speaker 4: I haven't decided yet. Also, we got it back to
- 4:24Speaker 4: the states where it belongs. And by the way, a
- 4:26Speaker 4: lot of states are taking very strong stances.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Ohio vote any in states fifty weeks.
- 4:31Speaker 4: I mean a lot of states are taking very strong stances.
- 4:33Speaker 4: You look at Kansas, Ohio, and it's going to be
- 4:38Speaker 4: the law within the state, and they have gone, you know,
- 4:41Speaker 4: much different than a lot of people thought. But everybody
- 4:44Speaker 4: on both sides said it has to be in the states.
- 4:47Speaker 4: We did a very good thing, a very big thing,
- 4:49Speaker 4: a very important thing, probably hurt the Republicans because a
- 4:51Speaker 4: lot of Republicans really didn't know how to talk about it.
- 4:54Speaker 4: But you remember this now it's in the states. A
- 4:57Speaker 4: lot of states are taking a vote of this, and
- 5:01Speaker 4: votes are coming out both ways, but largely they're coming
- 5:04Speaker 4: in with a certain number of weeks. And the number
- 5:07Speaker 4: fifteen is mentioned. I haven't agreed to any number. I'm
- 5:10Speaker 4: going to see. We want to take an issue that
- 5:12Speaker 4: was very polarizing and get it settled and solved so
- 5:16Speaker 4: everybody can be happy. But I will say this, you
- 5:19Speaker 4: look at the Democratic view. Let's say that Democrats view
- 5:24Speaker 4: that was a very radical view because they're willing to
- 5:27Speaker 4: kill a baby in the seventh, eighth, ninth month one thing.
- 5:30Speaker 4: And you can look at polling all you want. When
- 5:32Speaker 4: you get after a certain number of months, I mean,
- 5:35Speaker 4: especially when you get into six, seven, eight nine and
- 5:39Speaker 4: after birth.
- 5:39Speaker 2: That's fair.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Everybody doesn't want that to happen. I mean almost everybody.
- 5:44Speaker 3: North of Noos who made that comment about you know,
- 5:46Speaker 3: first the baby's born, and then take care of it,
- 5:49Speaker 3: make it comfortable, and then the doctor and the mother
- 5:51Speaker 3: will decide.
- 5:53Speaker 1: You listen to what Donald Trump said there. And I
- 5:55Speaker 1: want to be clear about this, I think that this
- 5:57Speaker 1: is a very very very smart move by Donald Trump,
- 6:01Speaker 1: and we should learn from this moment, and people need
- 6:04Speaker 1: to understand you don't back down to the extreme left
- 6:08Speaker 1: on the issue of abortion.
- 6:09Speaker 2: I understand, Okay.
- 6:11Speaker 1: I want to be clear about this that Democrats are
- 6:13Speaker 1: having a moment and they are trying to say that
- 6:16Speaker 1: Republicans are trying to take away your ability to have
- 6:21Speaker 1: an abortion and take away your rights, and that's working
- 6:24Speaker 1: with women. What Donald Trump just said and did is
- 6:28Speaker 1: exactly what we need to be fighting over. We need
- 6:32Speaker 1: to be fighting over this idea that they want abortion
- 6:37Speaker 1: on demand. It is extreme and he's unabashful about this,
- 6:42Speaker 1: and I'm glad that he is unabashful about this.
- 6:45Speaker 2: We need to stand up.
- 6:48Speaker 1: And stand behind the overturning of Robi Waite. Now, I
- 6:52Speaker 1: also believe this is a state's rights issue. Different states
- 6:55Speaker 1: are going to look at this very differently.
- 6:59Speaker 2: I want to make that very clear.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Different states are going to decide different things. Colorado, for example,
- 7:06Speaker 1: they're like now basically trafficking in fantaside tourism. California, same
- 7:12Speaker 1: exact thing. They're actually looking at this as an opportunity
- 7:15Speaker 1: to make money. You have people in those states, for example,
- 7:18Speaker 1: that are now saying, hey, come on in, fly into
- 7:22Speaker 1: our state, and what we're gonna do is we're going
- 7:24Speaker 1: to help you get that abortion, and we're going to
- 7:26Speaker 1: put you in a five star hotel and we'll pick
- 7:28Speaker 1: you up and it's going to be amazing. They're trafficking
- 7:32Speaker 1: in the killing of babies. What we need to understand
- 7:35Speaker 1: as a conservative movement is we do not flinch on
- 7:39Speaker 1: this issue. Democrats are trying to turn this into Republicans
- 7:44Speaker 1: are heartless, and that Republicans are evil, and that we're
- 7:47Speaker 1: taking away a women's rights period now on the level
- 7:51Speaker 1: that the president's talking about a fifteen week band looking
- 7:54Speaker 1: at it, I agree with them.
- 7:56Speaker 2: I think we should double down.
- 7:58Speaker 1: If we're going to protect life, then by Ali, let's
- 8:00Speaker 1: protect life, and let's not flinch as we protect life.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I believe that these children, these unborn babies, deserve to
- 8:09Speaker 1: be protected, and we as conservatives, are the only ones
- 8:13Speaker 1: that are willing to stand up and protect and preserve life.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Democrats are on the side of infantas side, They're on
- 8:19Speaker 1: the side of partial birth abortion, they're on the side
- 8:22Speaker 1: of murdering children. And I will say it to any
- 8:26Speaker 1: Democrat that comes up to me and talks to me
- 8:28Speaker 1: about this issue, I will not back down. I want
- 8:30Speaker 1: to make that very very clear. This is a war
- 8:34Speaker 1: worth fighting. At the end of the day, this is
- 8:38Speaker 1: a states rights issue. And the federal government having the
- 8:42Speaker 1: ability to have a ban at fifteen weeks, I'm okay
- 8:45Speaker 1: with that.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Okay, I want to be clear.
- 8:47Speaker 1: I am completely fine with doing something like that. But
- 8:50Speaker 1: do not let them push us around.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Okay.
- 8:55Speaker 1: That's the other thing I want to make clear. Do
- 8:57Speaker 1: not let them push us around. We need to stand
- 9:01Speaker 1: up and not flinch. And what Donald Trump just said
- 9:05Speaker 1: there and what he said infuriated the left because they
- 9:10Speaker 1: realize he's not backing down if he gets reelected. There's
- 9:14Speaker 1: also another aspect of this abortion debate that we need
- 9:18Speaker 1: to discuss, and that is the fact that we are
- 9:20Speaker 1: days away from Super Tuesday and Nicki Haley is trying
- 9:24Speaker 1: to distinguish herself separately, differently the alternative to the evil
- 9:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump, which she's a I'm sorry, she's a liberal Democrat.
- 9:35Speaker 1: She's a Mitt Romney, she is a Rhino Republican name
- 9:40Speaker 1: only she's also just nasty. I mean, I cannot stand
- 9:45Speaker 1: Nicki Haley. She's an opportunist. She's a woman that made
- 9:47Speaker 1: a bunch of money after going to the UN and then
- 9:50Speaker 1: betraying Donald Trump, who gave her her platform. But I
- 9:53Speaker 1: want you to hear what Nicki Haley said, and of
- 9:55Speaker 1: course she didn't say this on Fox. She's going after liberals,
- 9:59Speaker 1: hoping liberals will switch parties and vote for her in
- 10:03Speaker 1: this Super Tuesday event.
- 10:05Speaker 2: This is no different than Operation Chaos.
- 10:07Speaker 1: She did a one on one on Inside Politics with
- 10:11Speaker 1: Dana Bash, a safe place for her as a liberal
- 10:13Speaker 1: to go and talk, and she was asked about the
- 10:16Speaker 1: abortion comments from Trump and listen to this betrayal of
- 10:20Speaker 1: the conservative movement from Nikki Haley.
- 10:23Speaker 5: You've said repeatedly that you don't think a federal abortion
- 10:26Speaker 5: ban is possible because of where the votes are.
- 10:29Speaker 2: But should it be GOP policy? And what are your
- 10:32Speaker 2: thoughts on what he said?
- 10:33Speaker 6: I mean, look, you can put a number on it,
- 10:36Speaker 6: but I think that's the problem. That's the problem, because
- 10:38Speaker 6: all that does is divide people, It demonizes the issue,
- 10:41Speaker 6: It gets people's backs up. That's the wrong way to
- 10:43Speaker 6: look at. How do you save as many babies as
- 10:45Speaker 6: possible and support as many moms as possible. The only
- 10:48Speaker 6: thing we should be talking about is consensus. Is what
- 10:52Speaker 6: can sixty members of the Senate agree on? Is that
- 10:54Speaker 6: fifteen weeks? I don't think it's fifteen weeks.
- 10:57Speaker 1: I don't.
- 10:57Speaker 6: If it was, you'd have it now. You don't have
- 10:59Speaker 6: it now. And so that's the part is why talk
- 11:02Speaker 6: about a number? Instead, get the senators in a room
- 11:05Speaker 6: and say, okay, where does sixty agree? That's the way
- 11:08Speaker 6: we need to do it. In order to find that consensus.
- 11:11Speaker 6: The focus needs to be banning late term abortions, encouraging adoptions,
- 11:17Speaker 6: and making sure doctors and nurses who don't believe in
- 11:19Speaker 6: abortions shouldn't have to perform them, having contraception be accessible,
- 11:23Speaker 6: and making sure no state law says to a woman
- 11:26Speaker 6: who's had an abortion that she's going to jail or
- 11:28Speaker 6: getting the death penalty. Just start there. The fellas just
- 11:32Speaker 6: don't know how to talk about this. They've got to
- 11:34Speaker 6: humanize this issue and stop demonizing it. This isn't about
- 11:38Speaker 6: a number. This is about babies and women and a
- 11:41Speaker 6: personal situation that they are in, and it should be
- 11:44Speaker 6: handled with that kind of respect, not just throwing out
- 11:47Speaker 6: numbers and then expecting people to choose.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Well, let me say a couple of things about Nikki
- 11:52Speaker 1: Haley there that really concerns me. All right, I understand
- 11:55Speaker 1: that what she's trying to play here. She says the
- 11:58Speaker 1: fellas in a demeaning way, right, these ignorant men are
- 12:02Speaker 1: that are trying to tell us how to live our lives,
- 12:06Speaker 1: and she's playing up to the women. I get it.
- 12:09Speaker 1: I understand it, right, I really do. I understand what
- 12:11Speaker 1: she's trying to do here. I get what she's trying
- 12:14Speaker 1: to do here, and it may be very effective with
- 12:17Speaker 1: with with quasi feminists.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Number one.
- 12:20Speaker 1: But let me also say this when she says it
- 12:24Speaker 1: shouldn't be about a number, right, that it's not about
- 12:28Speaker 1: a number, and that we should just get in a
- 12:30Speaker 1: room by the way with the fellas, okay, right, because
- 12:33Speaker 1: that's who we're getting, the room with the fellas, and
- 12:36Speaker 1: then agree on a number. Isn't that contradicting what she
- 12:41Speaker 1: literally just said about the fellas number one?
- 12:46Speaker 2: Number two.
- 12:47Speaker 1: What she's saying is, I'm willing to play the slot machine, right,
- 12:54Speaker 1: Russian Roulette with the lives of unborn children. If you
- 12:59Speaker 1: listen into what she's actually saying, she's saying, I have
- 13:03Speaker 1: no principles, I have no moral compass, and I'm willing
- 13:07Speaker 1: to decide about what babies live or die based on
- 13:13Speaker 1: a conversation with the Fellas behind closed doors. Now there
- 13:17Speaker 1: is some legislation that you just try to find consensus on.
- 13:23Speaker 1: There are other issues like abortion. I want to know
- 13:28Speaker 1: that you're not willing to compromise on. And what Nikki
- 13:33Speaker 1: Hayley just said is I'm willing to compromise on the
- 13:36Speaker 1: lives of unborn kids and who survives and who doesn't.
- 13:41Speaker 2: I'm willing to compromise.
- 13:43Speaker 1: On whose life is worth worth the fight to protect
- 13:49Speaker 1: it compared to others we just throw away. Literally, she
- 13:53Speaker 1: says it's not about a number, right. She kept saying
- 13:55Speaker 1: that over and over again. It's not about a number.
- 13:58Speaker 1: It absolutely is about a number. To her, she's just
- 14:01Speaker 1: saying she doesn't care what the number is. You notice
- 14:05Speaker 1: that that to me, that mentality is disgusting. I hate
- 14:11Speaker 1: politicians that are willing to compromise on every issue just
- 14:18Speaker 1: to quote govern right in the name of well, I'm
- 14:21Speaker 1: just trying to govern. I'm a realist. Look, I want
- 14:24Speaker 1: them to govern. You don't always get what you want
- 14:27Speaker 1: in life. I understand that sometimes you don't get what
- 14:31Speaker 1: you want. Sometimes you make compromises. But there are certain
- 14:36Speaker 1: core moral issues that I want to know that politicians
- 14:40Speaker 1: look at and they are absolutely not willing to change
- 14:46Speaker 1: or alter their opinions. That's what matters to me on
- 14:51Speaker 1: the issue of abortion. I don't respect people like Nikki
- 14:56Speaker 1: Haley when they're basically saying there is know moral compass
- 15:01Speaker 1: to an issue that, at the end of the day,
- 15:03Speaker 1: is actually.
- 15:04Speaker 2: A hard core moral issue.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Abortion is a faith issue through and through.
- 15:13Speaker 2: It is a faith issue. It is a faith based issue.
- 15:19Speaker 1: And when she says the fifteen weeks doesn't matter, that
- 15:23Speaker 1: it's just a number, and let's get in a room
- 15:25Speaker 1: and figure out what the number is, what about the child?
- 15:30Speaker 1: Because what if she comes up with a number that's
- 15:32Speaker 1: I don't know, twenty one weeks. So you're telling me
- 15:35Speaker 1: that a seven day period is the difference between the
- 15:38Speaker 1: deathcedence for an unborn child and that child being protected
- 15:42Speaker 1: by our government and specifically by Nicki Haley.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Right, Nikki Haley is saying, sucks to.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Be you, you infant child. Sucks to be you, unborn baby,
- 15:53Speaker 1: because I got a deal done at twenty seven weeks
- 15:56Speaker 1: to protect your life. But at twenty six weeks and
- 15:59Speaker 1: six days, Yeah, dismember it, throw it in the trash literally.
- 16:06Speaker 1: That is not a moral compass of a person that
- 16:10Speaker 1: I want to be the leader of the Republican Party.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I understand why she's saying this. I understand why she's
- 16:18Speaker 1: doing it. She is pandering to moderate, woke women. That
- 16:24Speaker 1: also tells me something about Nikki Haley that she can
- 16:27Speaker 1: be bought. She can be bought by power, she can
- 16:31Speaker 1: be bought by opportunities. What is the opportunity and how
- 16:37Speaker 1: much am I willing to alter and change what I
- 16:39Speaker 1: believe in to gain that opportunity. That is exactly what
- 16:44Speaker 1: she is advocating for and what she's saying.
- 16:48Speaker 2: She also does it in a.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Feminist way, right, Well, the Fellas, Right, the Fellas need
- 16:55Speaker 1: to listen and understand.
- 16:56Speaker 2: They don't know how to talk about this.
- 16:58Speaker 1: It's not about a number, right, that's her feminist viewpoint.
- 17:02Speaker 2: I don't trust feminists.
- 17:03Speaker 1: I want to also be clear about that, because feminism
- 17:07Speaker 1: changes all the time. If you have a moral compass
- 17:11Speaker 1: and a set of moral values, then you do not
- 17:14Speaker 1: waiver on certain moral issues in politics. I don't know
- 17:20Speaker 1: what is more of a moral issue than abortion.
- 17:25Speaker 2: It is a moral issue.
- 17:27Speaker 1: And the person who's leading the Republican Party should not
- 17:30Speaker 1: be able to be bought or have their supportive children
- 17:34Speaker 1: change over what opportunity comes with their opinion, And if
- 17:39Speaker 1: they change their opinion, do they have a bigger future
- 17:42Speaker 1: or a brighter future in the Republican Party or a
- 17:45Speaker 1: better chance of winning or losing if they change their
- 17:49Speaker 1: moral compass. This is why I cannot stand Nikki Haley.
- 17:54Speaker 1: This is why I believe she is a wolf in
- 17:57Speaker 1: sheep's clothes. This is the reason why I think she
- 18:00Speaker 1: is a threat to the Conservative Party, in the conservative movement,
- 18:03Speaker 1: and more importantly, this is exactly why I believe that
- 18:07Speaker 1: there's no way in hell that Donald Trump should ever
- 18:11Speaker 1: think about her as a vice presidential candidate period.
- 18:17Speaker 2: I also want to talk.
- 18:18Speaker 1: About something else that's happening, and the media is doing
- 18:22Speaker 1: the same thing that they're doing on the abortion issue
- 18:25Speaker 1: to try to help Biden, and that's them saying, well,
- 18:27Speaker 1: if you want to fix the border and have border security,
- 18:31Speaker 1: then you got to do a bill that also includes amnesty.
- 18:36Speaker 1: The White House keep saying over and over again, there's
- 18:38Speaker 1: nothing they can do.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Their hands are tied.
- 18:40Speaker 1: They can't stop the illegal immigrants coming across the border.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Congress must act. Now, let me remind you my Orcus
- 18:47Speaker 1: has been impeached. There were two impeachment articles that were
- 18:50Speaker 1: approved against my Orcus by the Household ind Security Committee.
- 18:54Speaker 1: One accused him of having refused to comply with federal
- 18:58Speaker 1: immigration laws and the other of having violated public trust.
- 19:03Speaker 2: He was found to.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Be those articles impeachment that he was found guilty of
- 19:07Speaker 1: in the House. Will now see what the Senate does.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Obviously controlled by the Democrats. I bet you can guess
- 19:14Speaker 1: what they're going to do. Let me just remind you
- 19:18Speaker 1: that Biden rescinded all of Trump's policies that worked, and
- 19:23Speaker 1: now he claims there's nothing in do through executive order
- 19:26Speaker 1: that would stop the problem.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Of the border.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Take a listen to what John Handy said about this
- 19:31Speaker 1: just a couple of days ago.
- 19:32Speaker 3: This weekend, may Orcus tried to deflect responsibility for his
- 19:36Speaker 3: role in the crisis, claiming, oh, the system has been
- 19:39Speaker 3: broken for years and repeating the lie that they need
- 19:43Speaker 3: Congress to fix it.
- 19:45Speaker 2: No, they don't.
- 19:45Speaker 6: Take a look, do you bear responsibility for what is
- 19:49Speaker 6: happening at the border With the President himself has called
- 19:52Speaker 6: a crisis.
- 19:53Speaker 2: It certainly is a crisis.
- 19:54Speaker 7: And well, we don't bear responsibility for a broken system,
- 19:57Speaker 7: and we're doing a tremendous amount within that broken system.
- 20:01Speaker 7: But fundamentally, fundamentally, Congress is the only one who can
- 20:05Speaker 7: fix it.
- 20:07Speaker 3: No, Joe Biden would just have to underscind the ones
- 20:11Speaker 3: he rescinded when he got the.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Most secure borders in history.
- 20:14Speaker 3: In other words, he rescinded all the Trump policies that worked. Recently,
- 20:17Speaker 3: Joe Biden repeated the same lie.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Take a look all I could be he did giving
- 20:30Speaker 2: the power after the very day I let.
- 20:32Speaker 5: It off, giving the borders for Billie.
- 20:42Speaker 3: Joe, you have the power with the stroke of a pen.
- 20:45Speaker 3: You rescinded the Trump policies that were working.
- 20:48Speaker 2: With the stroke of a pen. You can put them
- 20:50Speaker 2: back in place now.
- 20:51Speaker 3: If the system, by the way, has been broken for
- 20:53Speaker 3: so long, then we have to ask ourselves why did
- 20:57Speaker 3: Joe Biden and the entire Biden administration why to the country,
- 21:01Speaker 3: all of you for three years? How many times did
- 21:04Speaker 3: they tell you that the border was secure and the
- 21:06Speaker 3: border was closed.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Here's a refresher summons to most folks, like a crisis. Well,
- 21:12Speaker 2: look it's way down now. We've now gotten control. Precisely
- 21:16Speaker 2: that the border is closed.
- 21:18Speaker 7: Nor could I have been clearer and continue to be so,
- 21:22Speaker 7: Which is the border is closed.
- 21:24Speaker 3: The United States will continue to enforce our laws and
- 21:28Speaker 3: secure our border.
- 21:30Speaker 2: The border.
- 21:31Speaker 7: We are working to make the border more secure.
- 21:34Speaker 2: You're confident this border secure. We have a secure border
- 21:43Speaker 2: and that that is a priority for any nation, including
- 21:46Speaker 2: hours in our administration. We agree that the border is secure.
- 21:51Speaker 1: We agree that the border is secure. They were lying
- 21:55Speaker 1: to you. Now this is not working with the American voters.
- 22:00Speaker 1: So now they're moving to their next phase of how
- 22:04Speaker 1: they lie to the American people. Senator Chris Murphy, he's
- 22:09Speaker 1: on the Appropriations Committee. He is a Democrat. He went
- 22:13Speaker 1: on CNN as the President was at the border, as
- 22:18Speaker 1: Donald Trump was at the border, and he was asked
- 22:21Speaker 1: now about the quote language that Donald Trump and other
- 22:25Speaker 1: conservatives are using. So guess what if you're in favor
- 22:29Speaker 1: of securing the border. Now they're going exactly back to
- 22:32Speaker 1: the same rhetoric they use in twenty sixteen. Remember when
- 22:36Speaker 1: Donald Trump said that they're they're rapists, there are murderers,
- 22:42Speaker 1: there are drug dealers, there are gang members. There's bad actors.
- 22:47Speaker 1: A lot of them coming across the southern border.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Are bad actors.
- 22:50Speaker 1: And what did the what did the media say, and
- 22:52Speaker 1: what did Joe Biden say? And where the left say,
- 22:54Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, Donald Trump is a racist and if
- 22:56Speaker 1: you vote for Donald Trump, you're a racist and you
- 22:58Speaker 1: hate Mexicans.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Right, that was the takeaway.
- 23:02Speaker 1: From Donald Trump telling the truth about who was coming
- 23:05Speaker 1: across the southern border. He didn't say all of them
- 23:08Speaker 1: were rapists. He didn't say all of them were drug dealers.
- 23:10Speaker 1: He didn't say all of them were gang members. He
- 23:12Speaker 1: didn't say all of them were murderers. What he said
- 23:16Speaker 1: was there were bad actors that were a part of
- 23:18Speaker 1: the people that are coming across the border.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Now we know how bad it is. Now it is.
- 23:23Speaker 1: The crime that was happening at the southern border is
- 23:27Speaker 1: now happening everywhere in America. Look at the last week alone,
- 23:33Speaker 1: the last week alone, you look at the list of
- 23:36Speaker 1: people that have died.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Within a week. Five illegal immigrants have been.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Arrested for raping a woman in Florida in another state,
- 23:45Speaker 1: murdering a college student in Georgia in another state, murdering
- 23:49Speaker 1: a two year old in Maryland in another state, sexually
- 23:54Speaker 1: assault against a minor in Virginia, yes, another state, raping
- 23:59Speaker 1: a fourteen year old girl, and stabbing a man in Louisiana.
- 24:04Speaker 2: And now three.
- 24:05Speaker 1: Different police officers have been shot by an illegal immigrant
- 24:10Speaker 1: in Washington, d C. Was Donald Trump right with what
- 24:15Speaker 1: he said when he ran in sixteen, Absolutely? But what
- 24:18Speaker 1: are the Democrats doing now, Senator Chris Murphy coming out
- 24:21Speaker 1: saying anyone that says that you know they want to
- 24:24Speaker 1: secure the border, they're racists.
- 24:25Speaker 8: Listen, Senator, you led the bipartisan negotiations to reach some
- 24:31Speaker 8: kind of a deal on enhancing border security and addressing
- 24:35Speaker 8: some of the issues surrounding illegal immigration, particularly over the
- 24:38Speaker 8: southern border. Yesterday, both President Biden and Donald Trump went
- 24:42Speaker 8: to the border.
- 24:43Speaker 2: On the same day.
- 24:45Speaker 8: Donald Trump, when he was speaking, used the language of invasion,
- 24:49Speaker 8: talked about the United States being invaded. What do you
- 24:52Speaker 8: think of that language?
- 24:55Speaker 2: I just think it's disgusting.
- 24:56Speaker 5: I think because racist had seen aphobic, Donald Trump doesn't
- 25:00Speaker 5: what an invasion looks like.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Go to Ukraine.
- 25:02Speaker 5: See what happens when a neighboring country actually invades you
- 25:05Speaker 5: and kills hundreds of thousands, tens of thousands of your citizens.
- 25:11Speaker 1: You listen to that. The President called it an invasion.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Here's the question I would ask Tonner Chris Murphy. When
- 25:19Speaker 1: one hundred thousand people come across the border illegally, what
- 25:24Speaker 1: would you call that? When two hundred thousand people come
- 25:28Speaker 1: across the border illegally, what would.
- 25:32Speaker 2: You call that?
- 25:33Speaker 1: When three hundred thousand people come across the border illegally,
- 25:37Speaker 1: what would you call that? When four hundred thousand people
- 25:40Speaker 1: come across the southern border, what would you call that?
- 25:45Speaker 1: I mean this sincerely, what would you call it?
- 25:52Speaker 2: If it's not an invasion, then what is it? What
- 25:56Speaker 2: is it?
- 25:57Speaker 1: Someone tell me what it is. I want to know
- 26:01Speaker 1: what it is. I want to know exactly what you
- 26:05Speaker 1: call it. When millions of people are coming across the
- 26:09Speaker 1: border illegally, the most important word is the word illegally.
- 26:15Speaker 2: It is, by the way, an invasion. That's what it is. Now.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Is it different than the invasion of the Russians and Ukraine?
- 26:25Speaker 1: Sure you could say that it is, But how many
- 26:28Speaker 1: Americans have been killed? You know what the number one
- 26:32Speaker 1: killer is in this country, fetanyl, And that is part
- 26:36Speaker 1: of what is part of the invasion of those that
- 26:40Speaker 1: are coming into the United States of America. The people
- 26:43Speaker 1: that are invading are bringing fetanyl in at record rates.
- 26:47Speaker 2: That is a fact.
- 26:48Speaker 1: They are bringing in fetnol at rates that are killing.
- 26:51Speaker 1: The number one killer people in this country forty nine
- 26:54Speaker 1: and under, is fetanyl.
- 26:56Speaker 2: There is an invasion.
- 26:58Speaker 1: By drug dealers who are killing Americans by the hundreds
- 27:02Speaker 1: of thousands. Compare that to the invasion in Ukraine. More
- 27:07Speaker 1: Americans are dying because of the open border, because of
- 27:11Speaker 1: the invasion at the border than at any other time
- 27:15Speaker 1: in modern American history. The number one killer people in
- 27:20Speaker 1: this country is fetnyl and that is part of the invasion.
- 27:26Speaker 1: And then he says, well, using the word invasion is
- 27:30Speaker 1: racist and xenophobic and evil.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Let me just be honest with you.
- 27:34Speaker 1: I'll use the word invasion every single day because that's
- 27:39Speaker 1: what it is.
- 27:41Speaker 2: It's an invasion. We know it's an invasion.
- 27:44Speaker 1: The numbers show it's an invasion, and in fact, we
- 27:48Speaker 1: should all double down and use the word invasion because
- 27:50Speaker 1: that's what it is. And this is how they're going
- 27:53Speaker 1: to publicly shame us. They're hoping that what they did
- 27:56Speaker 1: in sixteen will work again with voters. If they say,
- 28:01Speaker 1: if you want to secure border. Oh you're a racist,
- 28:04Speaker 1: right that you'll be silenced and guilted into saying, Okay,
- 28:07Speaker 1: I'll be quiet, all right, I'll vote for I'll vote
- 28:10Speaker 1: for Joe Biden.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Don't fall for this fight back.
- 28:16Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and
- 28:18Speaker 1: your friends, and I'll see you back here tomorrow
