- 0:01Speaker 1: Now there is new shock, and the shock is something
- 0:05Speaker 1: that is not surprising to me that this has actually happened,
- 0:10Speaker 1: and that is that we didn't vet people coming in
- 0:13Speaker 1: to this country like we didn't vet them. We didn't
- 0:17Speaker 1: vet people coming in from Afghanistan. That's a pretty big problem.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Not only did we not vet people coming in from Afghanistan,
- 0:27Speaker 1: but we let them in under a program that was
- 0:30Speaker 1: apparently filled with corruption. Kamway Harris promises now green cards
- 0:36Speaker 1: for Afghans despite vetting failures that imported the accused isis Terras.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Vice President Harris, on the campaign trail this week, is
- 0:46Speaker 1: promising to divide tens of thousands of Afghan nationals brought
- 0:50Speaker 1: to the United States of America, often without in person screenings,
- 0:55Speaker 1: with green cards. The move would come even as the
- 0:58Speaker 1: accused Islamic State Terrists was able to get resettled in
- 1:02Speaker 1: Oklahoma from Afghanistan as part of Harris and President Biden's
- 1:06Speaker 1: massive Afghan resettlement operation.
- 1:10Speaker 2: There were warnings about this, they didn't listen.
- 1:14Speaker 1: In September of twenty twenty one, the Biden Harris administration
- 1:18Speaker 1: began resettling nearly one hundred thousand Afghan nationals across American communities.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Among those resettled was a twenty seven year old Nasir Ahmed,
- 1:29Speaker 1: who was arrested in Oklahoma this month after allegedly plotting
- 1:32Speaker 1: an ISIS terrorist attack on American citizens on election Day.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Despite widespread vetting failures according to several federal audits, Harris
- 1:45Speaker 1: continued to double down this week, vowing that as president,
- 1:49Speaker 1: she would work to provide green cards to those Afghans
- 1:51Speaker 1: resettled in the US in twenty twenty one by passing
- 1:56Speaker 1: a Senate bill that was put together by Chris Current
- 2:01Speaker 1: Koons Christ and Cinema that includes a provision. Harris's campaign
- 2:07Speaker 1: website put up this statement, saying, quote, as president, this
- 2:12Speaker 1: is Harris's words, she will bring back the bipartisan border
- 2:16Speaker 1: security bill and sun into law. At the same time,
- 2:20Speaker 1: she knows that our immigration system is broken and needs
- 2:23Speaker 1: comprehensive reform that includes stronger border security and an earned.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Pathway to citizenship.
- 2:30Speaker 1: So they're still holding Americans hostage with safety and security.
- 2:35Speaker 1: They're saying, here is the safety that we'll give you.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Here is the security that we will give you. We
- 2:42Speaker 1: will only give it to you if you give everyone amnesty,
- 2:48Speaker 1: if you give them the American dream.
- 2:50Speaker 2: We will give it to you. That's the simple point
- 2:54Speaker 2: here they're making.
- 2:56Speaker 1: You don't get a safe country unless you give us
- 2:59Speaker 1: twenty million U votevoters, or ten million new voters, or
- 3:01Speaker 1: fifteen million new voters that will vote for US. And
- 3:03Speaker 1: we're going to give them, manste We're going to give
- 3:05Speaker 1: them the American citizenship, even though they broke into this country.
- 3:09Speaker 1: The resettlement operation that they're now also demanding, has been
- 3:14Speaker 1: plagued with massive national security vetting failures since afghan started
- 3:20Speaker 1: arriving at Dulles International Airport in twenty twenty one. In
- 3:24Speaker 1: April of twenty twenty three, a former Department of Defense
- 3:27Speaker 1: official revealed to Congress that some Afghans were resettled in
- 3:30Speaker 1: the US before they were found to have been involved
- 3:33Speaker 1: in placing improvised explosive devices IEDs in Afghanistan that actually
- 3:40Speaker 1: killed American troops. So I want you to be clear
- 3:43Speaker 1: about what the DoD is saying. They're saying, Yeah, we
- 3:46Speaker 1: let people into this country, we didn't vet them, we
- 3:49Speaker 1: didn't even do in person interviews, and then we had
- 3:52Speaker 1: them in our databases as bomb makers and actual terrorists
- 3:58Speaker 1: that put roadside bombs on the ground Afghanistan to kill
- 4:01Speaker 1: American troops and now we gave them a flight to
- 4:04Speaker 1: America and want to give them a green cart. That
- 4:06Speaker 1: is what Harris and Biden did. In twenty twenty one,
- 4:10Speaker 1: Senator Chuck Grassley requests information about the number of Afghans
- 4:13Speaker 1: who sought enter into the US and were listed on
- 4:16Speaker 1: the federal government's quote no fly lists because of their
- 4:18Speaker 1: ties to actual Islamic extremist terrorism. Biden's top agency officials
- 4:24Speaker 1: have refused to disclose the total number of people they
- 4:27Speaker 1: let into this country that are actually on a no
- 4:30Speaker 1: fly list. In September of twenty twenty two, so about
- 4:35Speaker 1: a year later, the Department of Homeland Security Inspector General
- 4:39Speaker 1: issued a bombshell report that the media didn't cover, detailing
- 4:43Speaker 1: how the Biden administration brought Afghans to the US who
- 4:47Speaker 1: were not fully vetted and compose a risk to national security. Similarly,
- 4:53Speaker 1: in February of twenty twenty two, a DOJ report revealed
- 4:57Speaker 1: that Biden's agencies it failed massively to properly vet Afghans
- 5:04Speaker 1: who arrived in the US, and that about fifty Afghans
- 5:07Speaker 1: were flagged for significant security concerns.
- 5:10Speaker 2: After the resettlement, meaning we actually.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Brought in and paid for terrorists to come to America,
- 5:16Speaker 1: the same terrorists that were killing American troops in Afghanistan.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Most of the unvetted Afghans flag for possible terrorism ties,
- 5:23Speaker 1: the DoD report stated, have since quote disappeared into American communities,
- 5:29Speaker 1: so we don't know where they are.
- 5:30Speaker 2: We can't find them.
- 5:32Speaker 1: The report also noted that as of September the seventeenth,
- 5:37Speaker 1: of twenty twenty one, only three of the thirty one
- 5:40Speaker 1: Afghans that were flagged for specific terrorist ties could be located.
- 5:46Speaker 1: In August of twenty twenty two, and by the way,
- 5:48Speaker 1: if this the first time you're hearing all this data,
- 5:50Speaker 1: please share this with your family and your friends right now,
- 5:53Speaker 1: because this is what the media is not telling you.
- 5:56Speaker 1: In August of twenty twenty two, Senator Josh Hall and
- 6:00Speaker 1: Senator Ron Johnson detailed allegations from whistle blowers who claimed
- 6:05Speaker 1: the Biden administration knowingly resettled almost four hundred Afghans in
- 6:10Speaker 1: the US who were listed as potential threats in federal
- 6:16Speaker 1: databases and urged staff to cut corners in the vetting process.
- 6:19Speaker 1: They knew they knew they were screwing up. They knew
- 6:23Speaker 1: they were allowing terrorists into the US. They knew they
- 6:25Speaker 1: were allowing tariss that actually had blown up American troops
- 6:28Speaker 1: into the US, and they didn't care. They didn't care
- 6:33Speaker 1: at all. In May of twenty twenty two, a Project
- 6:38Speaker 1: Veritas report alleged that the Biden administration resettled Afghans listed
- 6:42Speaker 1: on the federal government's quote terrorism watch list into American
- 6:46Speaker 1: committees and then lost track of them. In July of
- 6:51Speaker 1: this year, Senator Grassley asked the Department of Onland Security
- 6:54Speaker 1: and the FBI for details about what the agencies are
- 6:58Speaker 1: doing to monitor the Afghans who are deemed either a
- 7:04Speaker 1: national security threats or b Afghans who are on the
- 7:09Speaker 1: terrorism watch list after they were resettled in the US,
- 7:14Speaker 1: and neither of the agencies has responded to that request
- 7:19Speaker 1: from Chuck Grassley. So to be clear, since twenty twenty one,
- 7:24Speaker 1: and look at the counters, when is it now?
- 7:27Speaker 2: What is it now?
- 7:29Speaker 1: It's twenty twenty four. Nothing has been done to go
- 7:34Speaker 1: find these terrorists. Nothing has been done to make sure
- 7:40Speaker 1: that we grab them and get them out of this country.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Nothing has been done to protect the American people. From terrorists,
- 7:49Speaker 1: including those that we allowed in this country.
- 7:51Speaker 2: We didn't allow them.
- 7:52Speaker 1: We actually flew them in, like we flew them in, y'all,
- 7:55Speaker 1: We flew them in. Nothing has been done to protect
- 7:59Speaker 1: the American people from people that we know blew up
- 8:03Speaker 1: American soldiers in Afghanistan with i ed s with roadside bombs.
- 8:10Speaker 1: If you think the Biden Harris administration cares about you
- 8:13Speaker 1: or national security or if there's a terrorist attack on
- 8:15Speaker 1: you your family when you're wherever you may be, including
- 8:19Speaker 1: voting on election day, they don't care.
- 8:23Speaker 2: That's a fact. And the reason why is because they
- 8:25Speaker 2: just wanted to bring in a bunch of people like
- 8:30Speaker 2: like that. That's that's just the reality of the situation.
- 8:33Speaker 1: They want to bring in millions of people, and there's
- 8:35Speaker 1: and it's too hard to bring in millions of people
- 8:37Speaker 1: that they can give amnesty to and vet them at
- 8:40Speaker 1: the same time.
- 8:41Speaker 2: You just can't do it, like you just you just
- 8:44Speaker 2: can't do it.
- 8:46Speaker 1: I want to take a moment and tell you about
- 8:48Speaker 1: us a product that very well could help save your
- 8:52Speaker 1: life and actually the life of someone else at the
- 8:54Speaker 1: very same time, and it deals with personal protection. There
- 8:59Speaker 1: is a mass of increase in crime and violence around
- 9:02Speaker 1: our country, and we need to remember that personal safety
- 9:06Speaker 1: and security for you and your family is the most
- 9:09Speaker 1: important thing in life.
- 9:10Speaker 2: Now.
- 9:10Speaker 1: I wouldn't be here right now if it wasn't for
- 9:12Speaker 1: having a firearm on a day that I had to
- 9:15Speaker 1: use it to literally save my life when I was
- 9:17Speaker 1: under attack from two attackers. And I know just how
- 9:21Speaker 1: fast it can happen and how important it is to
- 9:23Speaker 1: protect yourself. And that's why I talk about this so often. Now,
- 9:28Speaker 1: what if there was a way to effectively defend yourself
- 9:32Speaker 1: and de escalate a situation without having to use the
- 9:36Speaker 1: irreversible consequence as a deadly force. I've grappled with that
- 9:40Speaker 1: issue many times. Well, now there is another option. So
- 9:45Speaker 1: you don't have to worry about pulling the trigger or
- 9:48Speaker 1: worrying about the financial or mental repercussions. You don't have
- 9:52Speaker 1: to compromise on your peace of mind. And that is
- 9:56Speaker 1: because of the BURNA less lethal pistol launcher. Let me
- 10:00Speaker 1: say this, if you have children that are eighteen or older,
- 10:04Speaker 1: if you have a mother in law, a sister in law,
- 10:07Speaker 1: a wife, this may be the perfect thing for them.
- 10:11Speaker 1: A BURNA can save two lives. It is a great
- 10:14Speaker 1: compliment to owning firearms, and if you or your family
- 10:17Speaker 1: is in a situation where you feel threatened, then you
- 10:20Speaker 1: can start with less lethal It is legal in all
- 10:23Speaker 1: fifty states. No permits or background checks are needed.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Now.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I own these myself, and I got them for every
- 10:29Speaker 1: one of my family members that I just mentioned, because
- 10:31Speaker 1: that is how important it is to be able to
- 10:33Speaker 1: protect yourself. The burner launcher has powerful determines like tear
- 10:37Speaker 1: gas and connectic grounds and a sixty foot range. One
- 10:41Speaker 1: shot can incapacitate attackers for up to forty minutes. It
- 10:44Speaker 1: is used by government agencies and law enforcement around the country.
- 10:48Speaker 1: So visit Berna dot com slash ferguson for ten percent
- 10:53Speaker 1: off your purchase. That's b y Rna dot com slash
- 10:57Speaker 1: ferguson for ten percent off. That's by r Ina dot
- 11:03Speaker 1: com slash ferguson for ten percent off your first purchase. Well,
- 11:07Speaker 1: let me also just go back to one other thing
- 11:09Speaker 1: with a story with not vetting people coming into this country.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Knowing that you're letting teris in and not stopping it.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Is that putting any of us first. I don't care
- 11:23Speaker 1: if you're a Republican or a Democrat. There's something called
- 11:26Speaker 1: right and wrong. It is wrong to allow terris knowingly
- 11:29Speaker 1: to come into the country. It's wrong to allow rapists,
- 11:32Speaker 1: for example, convicted rapists, convicted murderers, to allow them to
- 11:36Speaker 1: knowingly come into the country. I'll give you another example
- 11:39Speaker 1: of how they don't care who kills you. They don't
- 11:43Speaker 1: care who's a duct your kid, a rapes your kid.
- 11:45Speaker 1: They just don't care because they want to flood the
- 11:48Speaker 1: country with illegal immigrants. And the reason why is extremely simple.
- 11:52Speaker 1: They want to fundamentally change America. They want to import voters,
- 11:58Speaker 1: and that is exactly what their plan is. Sanctuary state Massachusetts,
- 12:02Speaker 1: for example, headline this morning, illegal alien got away accused
- 12:09Speaker 1: of raping a child.
- 12:10Speaker 2: This is happening every damn day.
- 12:13Speaker 1: An illegal alien who successfully crossed the United States Mexico
- 12:16Speaker 1: border undetected by border patrol is accused of raping a
- 12:19Speaker 1: child in the sanctuary state of Massachusetts. The mayor there,
- 12:23Speaker 1: Francisco Hernandez Rhodas, a thirty eight year old illegal alien
- 12:29Speaker 1: from Guatemala, first crossed the border as a so called
- 12:32Speaker 1: got away sometime before September of twenty eleven, when he
- 12:36Speaker 1: was convicted in Bridgepoint, Connecticut for breach of peace at
- 12:40Speaker 1: the time Hernandez wrote us was sentenced to six months
- 12:43Speaker 1: in prison in one year probation. Then in twenty sixteen,
- 12:47Speaker 1: the same illegal immigrant was once again convicted for breach
- 12:51Speaker 1: of peace, this time in Norwalk, Connecticut, and given only
- 12:54Speaker 1: one hundred dollars fine. In June of this year, Hernandez
- 12:58Speaker 1: was arrested in Massachusetts for a aggravated rape of a
- 13:01Speaker 1: child and forcible rape of a child. Days after his arrest,
- 13:06Speaker 1: Immigration and Customs Enforcement known as ICE agents issued a
- 13:09Speaker 1: detainer finally for this man that should have already been
- 13:12Speaker 1: kicked out of this country. On September the fourth, Hernanez
- 13:17Speaker 1: was arraigned on the child rape charges. The court ignored
- 13:21Speaker 1: the ICE detainer because it's a sanctuary city, so they
- 13:25Speaker 1: didn't care about the ICE detainer on Hernandez, and they
- 13:29Speaker 1: released him into the community on an unknown date. So
- 13:32Speaker 1: this is a child rapist who was walking around among
- 13:34Speaker 1: us on September the twentieth. Because this sanctuary city refused
- 13:40Speaker 1: to work with ICE, ICE agents were forced to continue
- 13:44Speaker 1: to hunt him down and located and arrest of the man.
- 13:47Speaker 1: The illegal alien remains an ICE custody pending a deportation
- 13:50Speaker 1: from the US after raping a child. The mayor coming
- 13:55Speaker 1: out saying, this individual stands accused of horrific crimes against
- 13:59Speaker 1: a Massachusetts child. He represents a significant danger children in
- 14:03Speaker 1: our community, and we will not tolerate it.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Well, that's not true. You guys did tolerate it. You
- 14:07Speaker 2: let him go.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Ice went on to say, quote, we will continue to
- 14:11Speaker 1: prioritize public safety by arresting and removing egregious non citizen
- 14:15Speaker 1: threats from New England neighborhoods. If that was true, you
- 14:19Speaker 1: guys would have gotten rid of him ten years ago,
- 14:22Speaker 1: but you didn't. And the question is why didn't you
- 14:28Speaker 1: Why didn't you get rid of them years ago? That
- 14:32Speaker 1: is the question that everybody should ask, And you can
- 14:35Speaker 1: answer that question this way. It's actually a pretty easy
- 14:38Speaker 1: question to answer because they know that the only way
- 14:43Speaker 1: to change this country, the only way to change this
- 14:48Speaker 1: country is if you fundamentally change it by allowing a
- 14:53Speaker 1: significant number of illegal immigrants into America. That's the only way.
- 15:00Speaker 1: That's the only way this works, folks, That's the only
- 15:03Speaker 1: way this is going to happen. That's the only way
- 15:06Speaker 1: that they can change and alter this country, which goes
- 15:09Speaker 1: back to the conversation we had earlier about Tim Waltz.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Why did Tim Waltz say that the electoral College needs
- 15:16Speaker 1: to go? Why because he understands what happens, He understands
- 15:23Speaker 1: how it happens.
- 15:25Speaker 2: He said, it's my.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Personal position that the electoral College needs to go. It's
- 15:30Speaker 1: not the campaign's position. By the way, I promise you
- 15:34Speaker 1: it is the campaign's position. They just can't tell you
- 15:37Speaker 1: that until after they believe they're going to have enough
- 15:39Speaker 1: to become president of the United States, and Kamala Harris
- 15:42Speaker 1: can then say yeah, let's get rid of it, the
- 15:44Speaker 1: same way they want to pack.
- 15:45Speaker 2: The Supreme Court.
- 15:47Speaker 1: The borders are is a woman by the name of
- 15:50Speaker 1: Kama Harris. Remember when the media called her the borders are,
- 15:53Speaker 1: and remember we played it for you when they lied
- 15:55Speaker 1: and said she isn't the borders are. She is the
- 15:58Speaker 1: woman in charge the border She was given that job.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Kamala Harris as the borders are, and the ICE acting
- 16:05Speaker 1: director has now said that she as the Borders are,
- 16:08Speaker 1: has allowed more than six hundred and fifty thousand known
- 16:15Speaker 1: migrant criminals into the interior of the United States of America.
- 16:20Speaker 1: These criminals have been set free in America, six hundred
- 16:26Speaker 1: and fifty thousand of them. Now, this is the part
- 16:30Speaker 1: that's even more shocking than that more than thirteen thousand
- 16:36Speaker 1: of them are murderers. So there are thirteen thousand plus
- 16:43Speaker 1: murderers who are running free in America right now because
- 16:49Speaker 1: Kamala Harris let them into America and let them go
- 16:54Speaker 1: free in America. What's even more shocking is there is
- 17:00Speaker 1: another one or no, let me make sure I get
- 17:04Speaker 1: this number right. Sixteen thousand sexual assault convicts, people that
- 17:11Speaker 1: have been tried and are convicted of sexual assaults that
- 17:15Speaker 1: she is set free in America. So you have thirteen
- 17:18Speaker 1: thousand convicted murders she's set free. You have sixteen thousand
- 17:23Speaker 1: sexual assault convicts that have been set free into the
- 17:28Speaker 1: interior of this country, and six hundred and fifty thousand
- 17:32Speaker 1: that have actual criminal history. I'm going to break down
- 17:37Speaker 1: more of these numbers that should make every of you,
- 17:39Speaker 1: every one of you angry. But I'm going to ask
- 17:41Speaker 1: you now immediately take this podcast and share it everywhere
- 17:46Speaker 1: on social media. Now, I want you to hear this
- 17:51Speaker 1: report as a shocking news broke that this administration under
- 17:58Speaker 1: the borders are common Harris has released the worst people
- 18:02Speaker 1: in the world into the US, and she knew she
- 18:05Speaker 1: was doing it.
- 18:06Speaker 2: By the tens of thousands.
- 18:08Speaker 3: The Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirms that more
- 18:12Speaker 3: than thirteen thousand illegal immigrants convicted of murder have been
- 18:17Speaker 3: caught at the border and then released into the United States.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Did you hear that have been caught at the border.
- 18:25Speaker 1: So these are people that are not god aways. They're
- 18:28Speaker 1: not counting people, okay, that got across the border legally.
- 18:33Speaker 1: So we're not even talking about those numbers. What the
- 18:37Speaker 1: ICE director saying. These are people that we actually caught,
- 18:41Speaker 1: and Kamwa Harris said, let them go.
- 18:44Speaker 3: Letter here tells the tale. Hello, I'm John robertson Washington.
- 18:48Speaker 3: You believe this, Sandra, which.
- 18:49Speaker 4: Means they are here and this is just an unbelievable development.
- 18:54Speaker 4: I'm Sandra Smith and New York gonna be with you, John.
- 18:56Speaker 4: This is America Reports. Let's get right to Bill Malujin.
- 18:58Speaker 4: He's got this news for us. He's live out Douglas,
- 19:00Speaker 4: Arizona right now, where Vice President Kamala Harris is set
- 19:04Speaker 4: to visit leader this afternoon. Bill, the details of this news,
- 19:08Speaker 4: what do you have?
- 19:10Speaker 5: Yeah, and Sandra.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Bear with me.
- 19:11Speaker 5: We just got these numbers moments ago. But it's a
- 19:14Speaker 5: jaw dropper to say the least. So to set the
- 19:16Speaker 5: stage here, let me just explain what these numbers mean.
- 19:19Speaker 5: ICE has something called a non detained docket. Essentially, what
- 19:23Speaker 5: that is is it means migrants who were encountered by
- 19:26Speaker 5: DHS but are no longer in federal custody. So who's
- 19:29Speaker 5: on this non detained docket. It's illegal immigrants who are
- 19:33Speaker 5: caught and released at the border, released with the court
- 19:35Speaker 5: date years away. They're in immigration proceedings, combined with illegal
- 19:39Speaker 5: immigrants who have already been ordered deported from the country
- 19:43Speaker 5: by a judge but are still here roaming the country.
- 19:46Speaker 5: So keep that in mind. This non detained docket. According
- 19:49Speaker 5: to a letter that the acting Director of ICE just
- 19:52Speaker 5: sent to Texas Congressman Tony Gonzalez, on ICE's non detained docket,
- 19:59Speaker 5: they're currently trying backing four hundred and twenty five thousand
- 20:04Speaker 5: non citizens who have been convicted of a crime. Of
- 20:08Speaker 5: that number, over thirteen thousand non citizens have convictions for
- 20:14Speaker 5: homicide and are on the non detained docket, meaning they're
- 20:17Speaker 5: roaming the country right now. On top of that, there
- 20:19Speaker 5: are another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven non citizens convicted.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Of sexual assault.
- 20:27Speaker 1: These numbers should make every American, regardless of if you're
- 20:30Speaker 1: Republican or Democrat, infuriated.
- 20:33Speaker 5: The ICE Director also says there are currently just under
- 20:37Speaker 5: nineteen hundred non citizens on the non detained docket who
- 20:42Speaker 5: have pending homicide charges who are roaming the country, and
- 20:46Speaker 5: another four thousand, two hundred and fifty non citizens who
- 20:51Speaker 5: have pending sexual assault charges who are roaming the country
- 20:55Speaker 5: on the non detained docket. So people's eyes might be
- 20:58Speaker 5: glazing over right now with all the numbers we just
- 21:00Speaker 5: threw out. You just to put it in a nutshell
- 21:02Speaker 5: right here, what we've learned from the acting ICE Director
- 21:05Speaker 5: via this letter to Congressman Tony Gonzalez is, right now
- 21:09Speaker 5: there are over thirteen thousand illegal aliens convicted of homicide
- 21:14Speaker 5: who are roaming the United States right now. There are
- 21:17Speaker 5: another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven illegal aliens roaming
- 21:21Speaker 5: the country right now who have been convicted of sexual assault,
- 21:25Speaker 5: and there are even more who are facing charges for
- 21:28Speaker 5: homicide and charges for sexual assault. So this just goes
- 21:32Speaker 5: to show guys, the non detained docket has exploded under
- 21:35Speaker 5: the Biden administration to over I believe it's seven point
- 21:38Speaker 5: three million. They're anticipating it could hit eight million by
- 21:42Speaker 5: the end of the years. But looking at the numbers
- 21:44Speaker 5: on this letter right here, there are currently over six
- 21:48Speaker 5: hundred thousand non citizens on ICE's non detained docket who
- 21:53Speaker 5: are either convicted or excuse me, six hundred thousand non
- 21:56Speaker 5: citizens on this non detained docket who are roaming the
- 21:59Speaker 5: country right now. Of that, four hundred and twenty five
- 22:01Speaker 5: thousand have already been convicted of crimes, two hundred and
- 22:04Speaker 5: twenty two thousand are pending crimes, and again the most
- 22:08Speaker 5: serious crimes we just told you about.
- 22:11Speaker 1: I go back to the rate number here convicted, Well
- 22:15Speaker 1: let's start.
- 22:15Speaker 2: We go back to convicted murder.
- 22:17Speaker 1: So they knew that there were murders, which goes back
- 22:20Speaker 1: to remember when Donald Trump said they are sending their
- 22:22Speaker 1: worst And We've dug into this and talked about this
- 22:28Speaker 1: on previous shows, and I'm going to ask you again,
- 22:30Speaker 1: take the show, take the podcast, share it everywhere on
- 22:34Speaker 1: social media, because this has to get out to the masses.
- 22:39Speaker 1: These are people they knew were convicted murder. Donald Trump
- 22:44Speaker 1: said they were sending their worst and he was right.
- 22:46Speaker 1: He said they're emptying out their jails. He was right.
- 22:50Speaker 1: I want you to understand the economics of this so
- 22:53Speaker 1: that that part is very clear. Imagine you are a
- 22:57Speaker 1: country like Venezuela. Imagine you're a country like Haiti. Imagine
- 23:04Speaker 1: you're a country like China, and you are having.
- 23:08Speaker 2: To take care of all of these people.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Imagine Mexico, Guatemala, Okay, at Columbia, and you have a
- 23:20Speaker 1: tight budget. You are a country that's many of these
- 23:24Speaker 1: are Third World countries, and you've got all these people
- 23:28Speaker 1: in jail that are murderers, and you say, hold on
- 23:32Speaker 1: a second, I can get them off of my liabilities,
- 23:39Speaker 1: right because it's a liability for that people person to
- 23:41Speaker 1: be in jail financially to the government, and the government's suffocating,
- 23:47Speaker 1: and people in your country are poor, and you're like,
- 23:50Speaker 1: hold on, I can take a murderer who I'm going
- 23:53Speaker 1: to have to take care of for a lifetime, and
- 23:57Speaker 1: I could drop him at the southern border and tell
- 23:59Speaker 1: him to never ever ever come back. And then I
- 24:02Speaker 1: just saved Venezuela or Guatemala or Panama or Peru, wherever
- 24:08Speaker 1: it may be China or Russia, and I can save
- 24:13Speaker 1: a lifetime of bills on this person. Now do you
- 24:18Speaker 1: understand why they're letting these people out of jail. Now,
- 24:21Speaker 1: they're not letting out of jail and saying just go
- 24:23Speaker 1: romar country. They're saying, you have to leave this country
- 24:28Speaker 1: and you can go to America. That is actually happening,
- 24:33Speaker 1: and that's why we're seeing these numbers of people that
- 24:38Speaker 1: are convicted hardcore rapists, sexual abusers, sexual abusers of children,
- 24:47Speaker 1: convicted people of murder and brutal murders like beating people
- 24:52Speaker 1: to death, okay, torture. These are the worst of the worst.
- 24:57Speaker 1: And so when Donald Trump said what he said, oh,
- 25:00Speaker 1: you can't say that that's racist, Right, they're sitting there worse.
- 25:04Speaker 1: These countries are, in fact seeing they're worse, and now
- 25:07Speaker 1: we have the numbers to back it up. This is
- 25:11Speaker 1: why it is so important that we talk about this
- 25:14Speaker 1: election the way that we need to talk about it,
- 25:16Speaker 1: which is this is the future of our country. And
- 25:18Speaker 1: it depends on who if you're going to vote for
- 25:20Speaker 1: Kamala Harris or not, because if you vote her in office,
- 25:24Speaker 1: you're going to get this on steroids for another four years.
- 25:28Speaker 1: You will not recognize the United States of America, or
- 25:33Speaker 1: you put Donald Trump in office and he shuts us
- 25:37Speaker 1: down and starts supporting these people. Like I think we
- 25:39Speaker 1: can all agree that the thirteen thousand and ninety nine
- 25:43Speaker 1: illegal immigrants in America that the borders are Kamala Harris
- 25:46Speaker 1: knew were murders and still let them go free in
- 25:49Speaker 1: the United States of America interior. That's what they're saying.
- 25:52Speaker 1: This is not count the godaways, folks. These are not
- 25:56Speaker 1: the godaways, the people that were not detained. These are
- 25:59Speaker 1: people that were detained. We knew they had convictions, and
- 26:02Speaker 1: she let them go into the interior of this country.
- 26:05Speaker 1: That is the point you need to understand. But of
- 26:09Speaker 1: these thirteen thousand ninety nine, like, it should be a
- 26:12Speaker 1: massive man hunt and then we should deport them, because
- 26:15Speaker 1: we shouldn't have thirteen thousand plus murderers that we know
- 26:20Speaker 1: are murders out free among all of us. Of the
- 26:25Speaker 1: fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven convicted of rape and
- 26:30Speaker 1: sexual assault, I'm using the numbers from the Acting Ice
- 26:33Speaker 1: Director here, we should have a man hunt and we
- 26:37Speaker 1: should find every one of them, and we should deport
- 26:41Speaker 1: them immediately. Why are they not doing that now? But
- 26:46Speaker 1: this isn't all. We have a six hundred plus thousand,
- 26:49Speaker 1: as Bill Malusian described it, who are either either have
- 26:53Speaker 1: charges of murder or rape or other horrific crimes against
- 26:57Speaker 1: them that we knew about, and they let them go.
- 27:04Speaker 1: The ICE director is sounding the alarm for the American
- 27:08Speaker 1: people and telling you pay attention to what we're trying
- 27:14Speaker 1: to say to you. Pay attention to what she is
- 27:17Speaker 1: doing to this country now. Later in the day from
- 27:20Speaker 1: Douglas Arizona, Bill millusion today's second report with even more
- 27:25Speaker 1: details on what I just described for you. And all
- 27:28Speaker 1: of these people were let into this country by Kamala Harris.
- 27:31Speaker 1: I would argue, this is treason because you knew that
- 27:35Speaker 1: you had a rapist and you let him go. You
- 27:37Speaker 1: knew you had a murderer and you let him go.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Listen carefully to the second report.
- 27:42Speaker 5: Yeah, and Sandra, bear with me. We just got these
- 27:44Speaker 5: numbers moments ago. But it's a jaw dropper to say
- 27:47Speaker 5: the least. So to set the stage here, let me
- 27:49Speaker 5: just explain what these numbers mean. ICE has something called
- 27:53Speaker 5: a non detained docket. Essentially, what that is is it
- 27:56Speaker 5: means migrants who were encountered by DHS but are no
- 27:59Speaker 5: longer in federal custody. So who's on this non detained docket.
- 28:04Speaker 5: It's illegal immigrants who are caught and released at the border,
- 28:07Speaker 5: released with the court date years away. They're in immigration proceedings,
- 28:10Speaker 5: combined with illegal immigrants who have already been ordered deported
- 28:14Speaker 5: from the country by a judge but are still here
- 28:17Speaker 5: roaming the country. So keep that in mind. This non
- 28:19Speaker 5: detained docket. According to a letter that the acting Director
- 28:23Speaker 5: of ICE just sent to Texas Congressman Tony Gonzalez, on
- 28:28Speaker 5: ICE's non detained docket, they're currently tracking four hundred and
- 28:33Speaker 5: twenty five thousand non citizens who have been convicted of
- 28:39Speaker 5: a crime. Of that number, over thirteen thousand non citizens
- 28:45Speaker 5: have convictions for homicide and are on the non detained docket,
- 28:48Speaker 5: meaning they're roaming the country right now. On top of that,
- 28:51Speaker 5: there are another fifteen thousand, eight hundred and eleven non
- 28:55Speaker 5: citizens convicted of sexual assault who are roaming the country
- 29:00Speaker 5: right now on ICE's non detained docket.
- 29:03Speaker 1: They're roaming the country and we had them in custody.
- 29:08Speaker 1: The part that scares me even more than the numbers
- 29:12Speaker 1: that were laying out for you. Here is okay, So
- 29:16Speaker 1: there's another what fifteen twenty million that were gotaways or
- 29:22Speaker 1: eight million or twelve million, whatever the number is. How
- 29:25Speaker 1: many rapists are in those numbers? How many of are
- 29:28Speaker 1: convicted of hamas? Are are those convicted of murdering someone? How
- 29:32Speaker 1: many of them are people that have done heinous crimes
- 29:36Speaker 1: against society who are also in the interior of this country.
- 29:42Speaker 1: You're the one that led in more than four hundred
- 29:45Speaker 1: and twenty five thousand, four hundred and thirty one convicted
- 29:48Speaker 1: criminals that included sixteen thousand rapists and over thirteen thousand murderers,
- 29:54Speaker 1: and you knew that these are the crimes they had committed,
- 29:57Speaker 1: and you let them go to terrorize America. You want
- 30:01Speaker 1: to know why this election matters. This is why this
- 30:04Speaker 1: election matters. I'm going to say it one more time
- 30:08Speaker 1: because it's so important. Please take everything I'm giving you
- 30:14Speaker 1: and share it with everyone you know, because the state
- 30:19Speaker 1: sponsored media is not going to run this story. They
- 30:23Speaker 1: don't want you to know what they have done to
- 30:26Speaker 1: you and your family and how much they put your
- 30:29Speaker 1: lives at risk. Make sure you share this podcast with
- 30:33Speaker 1: your family and your friends. Please Without you guys, people
- 30:36Speaker 1: don't hear this show, so thank you for listening and
- 30:38Speaker 1: sharing it, and I'll see it back here tomorrow
