- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time. I
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: million buck things in it to me. Good mother, Please,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I don't join join me. You gotta use that turn.
- 1:24Speaker 1: You gotta turn to turn them out. Turn. You haven't
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn out to turn the water the water go.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your baby. Uh huh, I shaw will
- 2:03Speaker 1: a good morning everybody you are listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 1: Come on dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey
- 2:11Speaker 1: got a radio show, Yeah, man, got one. Hey. You know,
- 2:16Speaker 1: I thought I think of my life in terms of blessings.
- 2:19Speaker 1: You know, I take mostly a positive approach and a
- 2:22Speaker 1: positive spin to my life. I hardly ever dwell on
- 2:27Speaker 1: you know, the what's well. I can't say that I
- 2:30Speaker 1: don't think about the what's wrong in it because I
- 2:32Speaker 1: have to, because I have to address problems as they arise.
- 2:36Speaker 1: But I try not to let them consume me. I
- 2:40Speaker 1: let the consumption part be about the blessings, the positive
- 2:45Speaker 1: things that has occurred in my life, the good things
- 2:48Speaker 1: that God has done for me, the power that He's
- 2:52Speaker 1: displayed in my life, the protection He's given me over
- 2:55Speaker 1: the years, to being tucked under his wings. I focus
- 2:59Speaker 1: on the things that he promises me. I think of
- 3:02Speaker 1: all all the goodness that I perceived to come my way.
- 3:06Speaker 1: I think that has a lot to do with me
- 3:08Speaker 1: learning more and more about the law of attraction in
- 3:11Speaker 1: terms of you know, what you think and what you
- 3:14Speaker 1: put out into space, and what you pray about is
- 3:17Speaker 1: what you receive. You know, and so I've become better
- 3:21Speaker 1: and better at that. It's not to say that I'm
- 3:24Speaker 1: I'm not human and I don't have moments where I
- 3:28Speaker 1: think a little bit too long about what's going wrong
- 3:30Speaker 1: and what enemy is about to attack and what they're
- 3:33Speaker 1: going to do and saying and all of this his
- 3:36Speaker 1: That's not to con say that I'm not concerned about it,
- 3:39Speaker 1: but I try to duel mostly on the positive. And
- 3:42Speaker 1: one of the things that I learned, you can have
- 3:45Speaker 1: an incredible life, all of us. We can have incredible
- 3:50Speaker 1: lives if we just let God drive. See. The problem
- 3:55Speaker 1: that I had years ago was I was the driver
- 3:59Speaker 1: of my life, and I was taking myself into directions
- 4:03Speaker 1: that I thought would be best for me, and I
- 4:07Speaker 1: aimed at things that I thought I could accomplish, and
- 4:11Speaker 1: I set goals that I saw myself being able to
- 4:15Speaker 1: attain I was driving when I gave up and I
- 4:19Speaker 1: let God drive. I then opened up my mind and
- 4:24Speaker 1: my spirit to what God had for me, for what
- 4:28Speaker 1: God could see for me, for what God could do
- 4:32Speaker 1: in my life. Well, for what God wanted for me.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Now he wanted for me, and he wanted of me. See,
- 4:42Speaker 1: that's the connection that you got to try to make.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Not try, that's the connection that you got to make
- 4:47Speaker 1: to really get it. Now, listen to me. What I
- 4:50Speaker 1: don't want you to do is do like me. Don't
- 4:52Speaker 1: be afraid of the what for of the what he
- 4:55Speaker 1: wants you to do part see, because that ain't gonna
- 4:58Speaker 1: be nearly as demanding and as offsetting as you think
- 5:01Speaker 1: it's gonna be. See. I thought that if I did
- 5:04Speaker 1: God's will, that if I let God tell me what
- 5:08Speaker 1: to do, that it would cause me to not to
- 5:10Speaker 1: be able to do a certain some things I wanted
- 5:13Speaker 1: to do well, which is true. But the stuff I
- 5:15Speaker 1: wanted to do was all detrimental to my well being
- 5:18Speaker 1: and my future and my growth and development as a man.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I was stopping my own growth as a man because see,
- 5:25Speaker 1: I was doing what I thought I should do as
- 5:28Speaker 1: a man, But when you give it over to God,
- 5:31Speaker 1: to God has a much better plan for you than
- 5:33Speaker 1: you can ever have for yourself. And God knows a
- 5:36Speaker 1: better way, far better than the one you know. I
- 5:38Speaker 1: want you to believe that, man, you gotta understand that
- 5:40Speaker 1: part of it. And that's the part that I finally
- 5:43Speaker 1: got through my head to let God do it his
- 5:46Speaker 1: way and to show me a better way, and to
- 5:49Speaker 1: teach me a better way and expose to me a
- 5:52Speaker 1: better way. And when I opened up my mind to
- 5:54Speaker 1: what God was talking about, I began to see things
- 5:58Speaker 1: totally differently, and things started coming to me totally differently.
- 6:03Speaker 1: If you've been a friend of mine or a fan
- 6:06Speaker 1: of mine over the years, I mean, you've had to
- 6:09Speaker 1: see it the change. You've had to see the difference.
- 6:13Speaker 1: I mean, and I acknowledge that every chance I get,
- 6:16Speaker 1: because I promised God I would, and I hope that
- 6:19Speaker 1: I'm not falling short in that category. But then again,
- 6:22Speaker 1: if I told it all day long, would he done
- 6:25Speaker 1: for me? I still wouldn't have enough time to really
- 6:28Speaker 1: explain thoroughly what He's done for me, because it's such
- 6:31Speaker 1: a continuous growth in me. But now that's not to
- 6:35Speaker 1: say that I'm finished or I'm done or I'm complete,
- 6:39Speaker 1: because I'm still shocked. You can't be him. You can
- 6:44Speaker 1: strive for perfection. I hear people saying it all the time.
- 6:46Speaker 1: I applaud you for saying you want to be perfect,
- 6:49Speaker 1: but you ain't and you can't. So you quit saying it.
- 6:52Speaker 1: You quit saying it to me, quit saying it to
- 6:54Speaker 1: other people. I'm seeking a life of perfection, but it's
- 6:58Speaker 1: something that you can not have because he said you
- 7:01Speaker 1: can't do it. But that's what he'd have for. He'd
- 7:04Speaker 1: have for the moments when you stumble and you fall,
- 7:06Speaker 1: and you're gonna stumble and fall. See, you got to
- 7:09Speaker 1: get that part right, man to stumbling falling part is coming.
- 7:12Speaker 1: But see, you get God in your life and it
- 7:14Speaker 1: helps you so that you don't stumble, fall, wallow, roll over,
- 7:19Speaker 1: laid air, languish. That's what God is for. So when
- 7:23Speaker 1: you stumbling, fall, you get back up. Because you're going
- 7:27Speaker 1: to make mistakes, You're going to get it wrong, You're
- 7:30Speaker 1: going to come under attack, You're going to be lied about,
- 7:34Speaker 1: you are going to be falsely accused. That's going to
- 7:38Speaker 1: happen to you the moment you make a decision to
- 7:41Speaker 1: do better the moment you try to be more. The
- 7:44Speaker 1: devil got to send his attackers man, and he controls
- 7:47Speaker 1: certain people. He just got people as on his side
- 7:51Speaker 1: twenty four seven. You know him too. You've all met
- 7:54Speaker 1: one or two of me in your life. They're just
- 7:57Speaker 1: busy with the business of nothingness. They're just busy about
- 8:01Speaker 1: to do about the destruction of others. You said, I
- 8:04Speaker 1: know him, you know him. They coming. But here's what
- 8:07Speaker 1: you got to hold fast too. They can't take away
- 8:11Speaker 1: nothing from you that God gave you. They didn't make you. See,
- 8:15Speaker 1: people who claim to have made you, if they're so
- 8:19Speaker 1: in to make you business, why don't they make theyselves?
- 8:23Speaker 1: Or if they ain't with you no more, and they're
- 8:25Speaker 1: so busy in them I made you business, why don't
- 8:28Speaker 1: they make somebody else? Since since since you want to
- 8:31Speaker 1: get credit from making somebody make yourself. If you're responsible
- 8:37Speaker 1: for someone else's success, then you should easily be able
- 8:40Speaker 1: to take claim and be responsible for your own success. See,
- 8:44Speaker 1: be careful of that, and don't and don't don't change
- 8:47Speaker 1: your course because somebody is attacking you with that. I
- 8:51Speaker 1: just hope man, that I'm giving it to God the
- 8:53Speaker 1: way I said I would give it to him, that
- 8:55Speaker 1: I would unload every chance I got that I was
- 8:58Speaker 1: supposed to without being you know, or here he come again?
- 9:02Speaker 1: You know. I try not to be that, but man,
- 9:04Speaker 1: I don't know what else to be for the first
- 9:05Speaker 1: twelve minutes of my show? What else you want me
- 9:07Speaker 1: to say? I got four hours. I can't give God
- 9:10Speaker 1: twelve twelve minutes, man, I mean, for real, Steve, come on, man,
- 9:14Speaker 1: I mean, let's look at this right here. If you're
- 9:17Speaker 1: give an honor to God just twelve minutes out the day, dog,
- 9:21Speaker 1: he gave you twenty four hours of luxury in life
- 9:24Speaker 1: and breath and hope and promise, you ain't got twelve
- 9:27Speaker 1: minutes to give him out the day. That don't make
- 9:29Speaker 1: no sense. What an exchange, What a wonderful life God
- 9:33Speaker 1: has given me in exchange for so small of effort
- 9:37Speaker 1: that I put forth. Don't let the effort you got
- 9:39Speaker 1: to put forth to God seems so dawning that you
- 9:41Speaker 1: don't attempt to do it, because man, it seems like
- 9:44Speaker 1: a lot. It ain't nothing to compare to what He'd
- 9:46Speaker 1: be given us for real. So if you want a
- 9:48Speaker 1: real life, you want a real shot at what you
- 9:50Speaker 1: can be, what you can have, what you can own,
- 9:52Speaker 1: what you can become who you really are. Go to God,
- 9:55Speaker 1: let him fix you. Man. That's all you're listening to.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show, Ladies and gentlemen. It is time. The

- 11:22Speaker 1: Four years of lying and calling everything fake neils. My god,
- 11:27Speaker 1: some of this is true. Hell do you think these
- 11:33Speaker 1: people are being paid for it? Called fat checking? You've
- 11:38Speaker 1: told According to fat Checkers, seventy five million lies. Tell
- 11:46Speaker 1: him dude, tell him dudes off cost anything else any
- 11:50Speaker 1: wondering about it? I've read something about the Queen Earl.
- 11:56Speaker 1: She does not eat hamburgers with a bun. She just
- 12:00Speaker 1: picks up the burger itself. She's a pure, pure meating though,
- 12:07Speaker 1: or the bond gets in the way. She's very small
- 12:11Speaker 1: lips and she gets it. Tries eat with a handburger bun,
- 12:14Speaker 1: she'll smother herself. The bond bites down and it covers
- 12:20Speaker 1: her mouth and it's like having lips. She's unable to
- 12:23Speaker 1: eat anything bigger than bologne. He slashes. You know what
- 12:28Speaker 1: else I heard too? She doesn't eat pizza. Who don't
- 12:32Speaker 1: eat pizza? Absolutely? The queen does that? Pass? Damn it.
- 12:41Speaker 1: She's rich, She's never hat. You're not allowed to leave
- 12:45Speaker 1: anything to the palace anyway. She has on shelves and
- 12:50Speaker 1: no one just cann been able to deliver anything to
- 12:52Speaker 1: the palace. Where would she get a pizza from? Think
- 12:56Speaker 1: about they have chefs pay so Italy. This is London. Crumpets.
- 13:07Speaker 1: We have crumpets and take em. I won't allow anyone
- 13:12Speaker 1: to make hate saying here, wow, the only one is
- 13:16Speaker 1: allowed to cook his men because I'm black. Once she
- 13:24Speaker 1: was sick for four weeks. All right, thank you, the
- 13:29Speaker 1: Black Duke of Earl. Coming up next. We'll ask the
- 13:34Speaker 1: cello at thirty two minutes after the hour contain the music, David?
- 13:38Speaker 1: Why did you stop the Chief Love Officer right after this? Derek? David,
- 13:44Speaker 1: you're listening all right, guys. Time now for ask the
- 13:50Speaker 1: clo the Chief Love Officer, the close Steve Harvey in
- 13:54Speaker 1: the building. Are you ready, sir? This one is from
- 14:00Speaker 1: Jacqueline and Memphis. Jacqueline says, I'm thirty eight years old
- 14:03Speaker 1: and I'm married to an older man that loves for
- 14:06Speaker 1: play and long drawn out intimacy. After six years of that,
- 14:12Speaker 1: I would love to have a hot and steamy quickie
- 14:14Speaker 1: in the kitchen or wherever we are when the mood
- 14:17Speaker 1: hits us. His formal way of love making is boring
- 14:21Speaker 1: and I doze off sometimes during sex. I want some spine. No,
- 14:25Speaker 1: I want some spontaneity. So I've considered having an affair
- 14:29Speaker 1: with my ex, just for a little tune up once
- 14:31Speaker 1: a month. Is this a sign that I'm getting bored
- 14:33Speaker 1: with my marriage? Or is it just the boring sex? No,
- 14:37Speaker 1: it's both. It's boring sex a sign that you bored
- 14:41Speaker 1: with your marriage and a sign that you headed to
- 14:43Speaker 1: divorce court. It's also a sign that you know it's
- 14:47Speaker 1: a lot of stuff wrong here, lady. But come on now,
- 14:51Speaker 1: is it a sign that you bored with your sex? Like? Yeah,
- 14:54Speaker 1: you went to sleep. I probably ain't been in my
- 15:00Speaker 1: best sometimes over the years, sixty three years. I'm pretty
- 15:03Speaker 1: sure some days I wasn't at my level best. But
- 15:06Speaker 1: your ass ain't fit to go to sleep though. That
- 15:10Speaker 1: ain't what you're gonna do just because you yell. Ain't
- 15:14Speaker 1: no way in hell you go hello because I'm yelling,
- 15:17Speaker 1: that's right. Something gonna happen. I'm hard. Something you gonna
- 15:22Speaker 1: bump your head against that board. Something. You're not going
- 15:28Speaker 1: to sleep though. I don't know what he doing where
- 15:30Speaker 1: your ass can go to sleep? To sleep? You know,
- 15:34Speaker 1: I mean to sleep? Wow? But what about having sex
- 15:38Speaker 1: with her ex? We're a little tune up once a month. Okay,
- 15:41Speaker 1: she already she already her mind already gone. She already.
- 15:45Speaker 1: It's over. It's over. Dangerous right here, it's over. But
- 15:51Speaker 1: what makes you think your ex won't you though? H
- 15:56Speaker 1: h oh might not be what you think. I'm just
- 16:03Speaker 1: saying we're moving on. Delia and Durham, North Carolina says,
- 16:10Speaker 1: I've been in an on again, off again type of
- 16:12Speaker 1: relationship with my daughter's father for three years. He cheated
- 16:16Speaker 1: on me after my daughter was born and ended up
- 16:19Speaker 1: marrying the lady he cheated with. Whenever he comes to
- 16:22Speaker 1: see our child, we have sex, and I let his
- 16:25Speaker 1: wife know. One day she decided to come over to
- 16:28Speaker 1: talk to me, and one thing led to another and
- 16:32Speaker 1: we had sex. What now? Yeah, Now we enjoy each
- 16:40Speaker 1: other's company without our man in the picture, and he
- 16:44Speaker 1: is upset about it. I plan to keep seeing her
- 16:46Speaker 1: until I find a good man to settle down with.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Am I wrong for messing with his wife? Delia? What's happening?
- 16:59Speaker 1: What's I mean? You know? When you called you're an
- 17:06Speaker 1: own again off again relationship? And when you go over
- 17:09Speaker 1: your man's house, when your man come over your house
- 17:13Speaker 1: to see y'all's baby, y'all have sex and you call
- 17:16Speaker 1: his wife to tell him? What were you told? The wrong? One.
- 17:19Speaker 1: This time she came over there and said, oh, that
- 17:21Speaker 1: what we're doing. Oh we have a sex ever, Oh
- 17:28Speaker 1: that what we're doing. Well, how about some of this him?
- 17:32Speaker 1: And then guess what you said, Well how about some
- 17:35Speaker 1: of that day? So this is what happened right here.
- 17:40Speaker 1: So you called your man come over to the house,
- 17:44Speaker 1: to your dad and your child, and every time he
- 17:46Speaker 1: come over you and own again y'all have sex. Right,
- 17:52Speaker 1: So then you call his wife to tell him that
- 17:58Speaker 1: y'all having sex. So then she come over to say, okay,
- 18:05Speaker 1: oh this is what we're doing this here. Oh you
- 18:08Speaker 1: want some of this here? And then you say, I
- 18:12Speaker 1: try some of that that. And next thing, you know,
- 18:15Speaker 1: a little bit of this and a little bit of that,
- 18:18Speaker 1: and y'all that's all just rather a tat tat. Now
- 18:21Speaker 1: everybody up in here doing some of this and that. Now,
- 18:25Speaker 1: when your husband find out that y'all doing that, he
- 18:28Speaker 1: want to know what happened it is, But now it
- 18:31Speaker 1: ain't never happened to this. It's just we're over here
- 18:33Speaker 1: now we're doing that. Now he's mad. But see he
- 18:38Speaker 1: don't want over that doing all that. So then Delia said, well,
- 18:44Speaker 1: we're gonna do all this now, Delia, do everybody. I'd
- 18:50Speaker 1: be scared the babysitting at her house. You get something too?
- 18:58Speaker 1: You can't, you can't. Post man can't drop Noh no,
- 19:01Speaker 1: oh you're dropping stuff off. I like stuff getting dropped off.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Oh you want to do some of this? I do
- 19:08Speaker 1: some of that. Let's go and do this, and the
- 19:13Speaker 1: Amazon Prime come up to the door. Oh, you deliver stuff.
- 19:19Speaker 1: You want to deliver some of this. I deliver some
- 19:22Speaker 1: of that. You know some of that? You want some
- 19:24Speaker 1: of that? Let's go on that there all right, quickly,
- 19:28Speaker 1: let's get to Calvin in Seattle. He says, he's somebody.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Somebody pull up in the front. They had a little
- 19:33Speaker 1: girl go up on the porch with some girl cond cookies.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Who that brought you over this house? Little girl? My daddy.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Tell your daddy come on over here and say I'll
- 19:41Speaker 1: leave cookies to me. You want to buy some of
- 19:45Speaker 1: them cookies? You want to buy some of these cookies? Oh,
- 19:50Speaker 1: we all were selling cookies. I got what flavor? I
- 19:56Speaker 1: guess we got all flavors. I try anything exactly. So
- 20:03Speaker 1: she wants to know is she wrong for messing with
- 20:05Speaker 1: his wife Steve? That is her question. Now, you wrong everything, family,
- 20:15Speaker 1: You wrong for messing with her husband? What you got
- 20:20Speaker 1: you introduced to the wife? That's right, you're just in
- 20:24Speaker 1: the tricking something, all right now, all right, thank you Cello.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Coming up next, the nephew back right after this you're
- 20:35Speaker 1: listening show coming up at the top of the hour,
- 20:40Speaker 1: Miss Anne will be here with today's national news. But
- 20:43Speaker 1: right now the nephew is in the building. Would run
- 20:46Speaker 1: that prank back? What you got for his messo? Et cetera,
- 20:54Speaker 1: et cetera. You hear where you almost got stoned? Yeah,
- 21:07Speaker 1: come on, let's get it. Hello. Hello, I'm trying to
- 21:10Speaker 1: reach out Kaylin, Kaylin. Uh no, she's not here right now.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Who's speaking? This is doctor Elbert. Listen. I was giving
- 21:16Speaker 1: a car. Are you able to leave a message for
- 21:18Speaker 1: for me? Yeah? Yeah? Okay? Would you let her know
- 21:21Speaker 1: her sessions will be on Wednesdays at seven third sessions?
- 21:25Speaker 1: What e sessions? You're talking about? Session? Well? Actually she
- 21:27Speaker 1: signed up for class uh an eight week class and
- 21:30Speaker 1: it's every Wednesday night at seven thirty. Okay, what what
- 21:34Speaker 1: classes are you talking about? What kind of class? This is? Love?
- 21:37Speaker 1: Et cetera. Have you heard of us? No? Okay, well,
- 21:40Speaker 1: let me kind of give you a little briefing here.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Kaylin actually came in and filled out to take some
- 21:45Speaker 1: classes and we love et cetera. So we teach different things. Uh,
- 21:50Speaker 1: what is it like a seminar or something? Well, you
- 21:52Speaker 1: we teach for play intimacy, sensual massages and things like that.
- 21:57Speaker 1: And she I was actually here when she came and
- 21:59Speaker 1: feel out the paperwork. She said she wanted to spruce
- 22:02Speaker 1: up her love life with her husband. Are you her husband? Yeah? Yeah,
- 22:06Speaker 1: I'm I'm a husband. But what I'm saying is is
- 22:09Speaker 1: just like a like a joint thing. Am I supposed
- 22:11Speaker 1: to be there and something? No? No, no, no, no,
- 22:12Speaker 1: this is actually her wanting to Actually I'm if you
- 22:16Speaker 1: don't know about it, I'm assuming she wants to surprise
- 22:18Speaker 1: you and show you some different things. When when she
- 22:21Speaker 1: finishes her sessions, So when did uh? When when did
- 22:24Speaker 1: she come in? Like she came in? Where are y'all located?
- 22:27Speaker 1: First of all? Okay, well, she actually came in a
- 22:29Speaker 1: couple of weeks ago and she filled out the paperwork.
- 22:31Speaker 1: We're in the downtown area. She filled it out. She
- 22:34Speaker 1: said she was very excited. She wanted to do some
- 22:36Speaker 1: different things for her husband. We just asked if she
- 22:38Speaker 1: gets here a little earlier, probably fifteen minutes earlier, so
- 22:41Speaker 1: she can shower and put a robe on, and then
- 22:43Speaker 1: we can we can start class. Who woo, whoa whoa shower,
- 22:48Speaker 1: shower and rose. What's that? What's that for? I mean,
- 22:50Speaker 1: you're not you're not upset about this all right now?
- 22:53Speaker 1: I mean I'm gonna problem with you know what we mean?
- 22:55Speaker 1: We know, I mean we married couple, you know what
- 22:57Speaker 1: I mean? So you know anything the spice spice up
- 22:59Speaker 1: the marriage. But you know, as far as me not
- 23:01Speaker 1: being involved and her going out to barself and you're
- 23:03Speaker 1: talking about taking the bath and robe and all this
- 23:06Speaker 1: other stuff. Man, she don't need to be there for no,
- 23:08Speaker 1: for no meth like that. Man. Well, no, no, sir,
- 23:10Speaker 1: it's nothing like that. I mean, it's it's it's basically
- 23:13Speaker 1: a class where people get in touch with her with
- 23:15Speaker 1: their sensitive side and you get to actually, you know,
- 23:18Speaker 1: you learn about four play what what takes put you?
- 23:21Speaker 1: You're talking about eight weeks? Though eight weeks, sir? You
- 23:24Speaker 1: must how y'all even eight weeks it's only one night
- 23:29Speaker 1: a week, it's only on Wednesday, So really you only
- 23:31Speaker 1: have eight sessions, eight sessions exactly. Okay, So why why
- 23:35Speaker 1: did she have to have a role though, I mean
- 23:37Speaker 1: why she not? Why she just not showing up at
- 23:39Speaker 1: the work or whatever. Well, you have to bring your rope, sir.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Everyone showers and then they put the robe on and
- 23:44Speaker 1: we we actually coached them through. Here's how four play goes.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Here's the intimacy. Here's sensual massaging. No no, no, no,
- 23:52Speaker 1: fan you you get you're getting it twisted. What I'm
- 23:54Speaker 1: asking you is you you you? You're really not explaining
- 23:57Speaker 1: yourself enough. Like what do y'all do? Like what I'm says,
- 24:01Speaker 1: like a classroom said, if I'm in the class, I'm
- 24:03Speaker 1: taking a class. There's nobody touching me. Ain't no, ain't
- 24:06Speaker 1: no cold coming off, ain't nobody taking no group showers,
- 24:09Speaker 1: caring on what you got? What you sound like I'm having?
- 24:11Speaker 1: What's nothing? Nothing like that at all. But we do
- 24:15Speaker 1: come in contact with that sensual side. Now she will
- 24:19Speaker 1: have a partner in class, she'll deal with that one partner.
- 24:22Speaker 1: It's not until the fourth session that we really get
- 24:25Speaker 1: into some strong physical contact. Man, what are you talking about?
- 24:29Speaker 1: What are you talking about? You're talking about a partner
- 24:31Speaker 1: like you're talking about another woman like some of my teammate.
- 24:33Speaker 1: It something what you're talking about. You call at another dude.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Everyone has the opposite sex partner. Man, you got to
- 24:38Speaker 1: be out your mind, sir. Don't even when you called?
- 24:40Speaker 1: Why are you even? Why are you even calling me
- 24:42Speaker 1: with this right here? And you have to understand, I'm
- 24:46Speaker 1: I wasn't calling you. I was trying to reach miss Kaylin.
- 24:48Speaker 1: I don't care who are you trying to reach. Man,
- 24:50Speaker 1: you call it my house talking about my wife or
- 24:53Speaker 1: some role that some partners in and they don't get
- 24:55Speaker 1: physical to the fourth session of Karen ain't will be
- 24:57Speaker 1: no physical at all, sir. Basically, your wife is and
- 25:00Speaker 1: to surprise you with a good thing. No no, no, no, no,
- 25:02Speaker 1: hold on you just hold on. I'm gonna get this
- 25:04Speaker 1: straighten down real quick. Hold on, wait wait, wait, wait,
- 25:06Speaker 1: what are you What are you doing? I'm gonna call
- 25:08Speaker 1: my wife, That's what I'm at. Okay, what you don't
- 25:10Speaker 1: understand she's trying to It's not good for you to call.
- 25:12Speaker 1: She wants to surprise you my wife. You let me
- 25:14Speaker 1: handle my wife the way I want to handle it.
- 25:16Speaker 1: You hold on, hold on this rule. You called me
- 25:20Speaker 1: back when you get this message, called me back at
- 25:22Speaker 1: the house as soon as you get to say, sir, No, yeah, sir.
- 25:25Speaker 1: She wants to surprise you know. Well we got surprised already,
- 25:29Speaker 1: y'all right, because first of all, she ain't gonna be
- 25:31Speaker 1: coming down to y'all little sessions. And what do y'all say,
- 25:34Speaker 1: y'all little do located that? Again? Well, Love et cetera
- 25:37Speaker 1: is in the downtown area. How much this thing's supposed
- 25:39Speaker 1: to cost anyway? Well, like I said, she signed up
- 25:42Speaker 1: for eight sessions. It's it's uh one session per week.
- 25:45Speaker 1: It's one hundred dollars ese sessions. She's already played the
- 25:47Speaker 1: eight hundred dollars, sir. She pay what she's played him
- 25:50Speaker 1: full to do all eight sessions. Man, I know well
- 25:53Speaker 1: she ain't paid no eight hundred dollars to y'all. She's
- 25:55Speaker 1: starting this coming when she won't be there. I'm gonna
- 25:57Speaker 1: tell you that right now. And I and if you
- 25:59Speaker 1: got any of that money, you got any of my
- 26:01Speaker 1: money down there, you better be coming back with it.
- 26:03Speaker 1: I'm sorry downtown, y'all Downtown. I work downtown. So guess
- 26:08Speaker 1: what I'm gonna be there tomorrow to get my money,
- 26:11Speaker 1: you love, et cetera, is non refundable. When people sign
- 26:14Speaker 1: up with these classes, you can't change your mind like that. Look, man,
- 26:17Speaker 1: that's capawork. Don't don't tell me about what's not refundable.
- 26:20Speaker 1: What's refundable was not refundable. If I show up, I'm
- 26:23Speaker 1: gonna have my money back right in my aims. Wouldn't
- 26:26Speaker 1: make it? Would you feel a little bit more comfortable
- 26:27Speaker 1: if I was her partner doing the sessions? Are you married, sir? Yes,
- 26:31Speaker 1: I am. You are, okay, so let me have a
- 26:32Speaker 1: session with your wife. Would I do a year with
- 26:34Speaker 1: your wife? My wife? My wife works with other men
- 26:37Speaker 1: in the sessions. That that's fine. So I'm gonna knock
- 26:40Speaker 1: your wife down for about a good, you know, year
- 26:42Speaker 1: or whatever, and then we're gonna see how you like. Sir.
- 26:45Speaker 1: I'm not gonna go back and forth. We didn't go
- 26:47Speaker 1: back the foils. I'm gonna come down there. I don't
- 26:49Speaker 1: get my mom back, and I'm gonna go out forward
- 26:51Speaker 1: with my business. And then don't call this I was
- 26:53Speaker 1: no more. Don't worry about wife. Take a name off
- 26:55Speaker 1: the little ledger or whatever. Ain't gonna be no classes player,
- 26:59Speaker 1: ain't we're none unrefundable. I keep telling you that, man,
- 27:02Speaker 1: Who do you think you're wishing your voice? So I'm
- 27:05Speaker 1: talking to you. I keep telling you when I'm refundable,
- 27:07Speaker 1: don't tell me it's not refundable. Did she go to
- 27:09Speaker 1: anty sessions yet? No, she has not. You ain't using
- 27:12Speaker 1: every share right, I'm didn't use the service here, right,
- 27:14Speaker 1: But we've already partnered her up. We already have a
- 27:16Speaker 1: partner for her. Can't know about that partner. That's the
- 27:18Speaker 1: part of us. Your wife, how about dad? Hey, sir
- 27:21Speaker 1: quip bringing my wife into bringing my wife into what
- 27:23Speaker 1: I'm gonna bring your wife into? What? Maybe the problem
- 27:26Speaker 1: is you. Maybe you're not doing what you need to
- 27:27Speaker 1: be doing at all. Don't you tucking soon? You're coming
- 27:31Speaker 1: down there tomorrow to come get money. You better have
- 27:35Speaker 1: my money. It's gonna be your please. What am I
- 27:37Speaker 1: supposed to tell? I don't know about it. That's what
- 27:40Speaker 1: I'm part of the fron he gonna get kicked, true.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Do you know who her partner is? Partner? I'm the
- 27:46Speaker 1: only partner she got. We partnered her up with nephew

- 27:55Speaker 1: y'all pay funny man, Tommy, tom is this time is

- 30:40Speaker 1: the with the idea for mister mister Perry came up
- 30:43Speaker 1: with the idea of to do this show. You know,
- 30:46Speaker 1: it's just a great concept and the stuff you can
- 30:48Speaker 1: say that he put. He was sef, you've been on
- 30:50Speaker 1: these shows with giving you lines to say, and mister
- 30:53Speaker 1: Perry would give you these lines. I'm like, I can
- 30:54Speaker 1: say that, okay, all right. A lot of ad living,
- 31:01Speaker 1: a lot of ad lib. I think my horse. One
- 31:03Speaker 1: line I did was about the Kurt Franklin. I said,
- 31:07Speaker 1: Kurt Franklin was God lives Christian and mister Perry had
- 31:10Speaker 1: never heard me say that before. I say, you so small,
- 31:12Speaker 1: you can win around your neck. He said, we're leaving

- 31:50Speaker 1: This is my dude man A long time. Oh, my
- 31:55Speaker 1: comedy career just about to him. He actually taught me
- 31:58Speaker 1: how to do it. The first comedy gig I had
- 32:01Speaker 1: on the road. I met him my first week on
- 32:04Speaker 1: the road. I'd never driven outside of Cleveland to tell
- 32:09Speaker 1: jokes and it was him, and we stayed together for
- 32:11Speaker 1: a whole week, and we got to the end of
- 32:13Speaker 1: the week he brought me up on stage. That was
- 32:16Speaker 1: a great moment for me, man, as dude was ahead,
- 32:19Speaker 1: and they taught me, taught me how to be more myself.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Stop writing jokes for that audience, man, do you And
- 32:25Speaker 1: that's how I started coming out of my shell. Wow. Wow,
- 32:28Speaker 1: that's a great story. That's love right there. So congratulations again.
- 32:33Speaker 1: It's Tyler Perry's assistant living tonight on b ET nine PM,
- 32:37Speaker 1: eight Central, and now let's move on Steve Time for
- 32:41Speaker 1: Ties and gentleman miss Anne Trimp. Guys, Good morning everybody.
- 32:45Speaker 1: This is entered with the news. Okay, get this as promised.
- 32:48Speaker 1: President Trump spent part of the day yesterday in Kenosha, Wisconsin,
- 32:51Speaker 1: where they've been daily protests ever since police shot an
- 32:55Speaker 1: unarmed young black man seven times in the back a
- 32:57Speaker 1: little over a week ago. Jacob Blake has been paralyzed,
- 33:00Speaker 1: but Trump didn't come to Kenosha to meet with Blake's
- 33:02Speaker 1: family or anything. He came to support law enforcement, whom
- 33:06Speaker 1: he says, the Democrats do not to stop the political violence,
- 33:09Speaker 1: we must also confront the radical ideology that includes this violence.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Reckless far left politicians continue to push the destructive message
- 33:19Speaker 1: that our nation and our law enforcement are oppressive or racist. Wow,
- 33:23Speaker 1: the Blake family didn't want to see the president anyway.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Jacob Blake's uncle, Justin Blake says, it's because of the
- 33:28Speaker 1: way Trump talks. That's the language the goddess here, That's
- 33:31Speaker 1: the language that fed police officers all around his country
- 33:35Speaker 1: that they can attack young, unarmed black men and shoot
- 33:38Speaker 1: them seven times in the back. And that's why I'm
- 33:40Speaker 1: not directing anything towards that gentleman. Instead, the Blake family
- 33:44Speaker 1: held a day long rally. They say they will not
- 33:46Speaker 1: leave Kenosha until the cop who shot Jacob Blake is indicted.
- 33:50Speaker 1: By the way, the White House's refutal reports suggesting that
- 33:52Speaker 1: President Trump may have some health problems, The White House physician, though,
- 33:55Speaker 1: says that quote Trump has not experienced nor been evaluated
- 33:59Speaker 1: for stroke, a mini stroke, or acute cardiovascular emergency, and
- 34:03Speaker 1: is healthy and able to fulfill his duties. In Ohio,
- 34:07Speaker 1: the US Marshal service has twenty five missing and endangered
- 34:10Speaker 1: children between the ages of thirteen and eighteen have been
- 34:13Speaker 1: recovered in a twenty day mission called Operation Safety Net.
- 34:17Speaker 1: The kids recovered in Cleveland, East Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield, Euclid,
- 34:21Speaker 1: and Willoughby, Even, Miami. According to the agency's press release
- 34:25Speaker 1: of these cases, they say about a fourth of them
- 34:27Speaker 1: are confirmed who have been related to human trafficking or prostitution,
- 34:31Speaker 1: and the agency the US Marshals completed a similar mission
- 34:34Speaker 1: in Georgia last month, locating thirty nine missing children in
- 34:38Speaker 1: the state during a two week mission called Operation Not
- 34:42Speaker 1: Forgotten and Shocking News. My name is Paul Rus the
- 34:48Speaker 1: real life hero of Hotel Rwanda. Paul Russ Sabaghina has
- 34:51Speaker 1: been kidnapped. The man played by actor John Cheetle, who
- 34:55Speaker 1: saved the lives of more than a thousand people in
- 34:57Speaker 1: nineteen ninety four, was living in Belgium and then he
- 34:59Speaker 1: was living in tech who says the beginning. His daughter
- 35:01Speaker 1: says he left the US last week to travel to Dubai,
- 35:05Speaker 1: where she says her father was kidnapped and taken to Rwanda.
- 35:09Speaker 1: He was shown to the press handcuffed in charge. They
- 35:11Speaker 1: say in Rwanda was supposed to terrorism and arson and
- 35:14Speaker 1: kidnapping and murder. Who says the Beginni's daughter says that
- 35:18Speaker 1: the charges of fall. She says he's been a target
- 35:20Speaker 1: because of his open criticism of the Kegali government in Rwanda.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Now back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening
- 35:26Speaker 1: to the Steven Show. All right, So yesterday President Trump
- 35:31Speaker 1: was in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Still want to find out why
- 35:35Speaker 1: did nobody want him? Now? No, why is you flying
- 35:40Speaker 1: place his own our tax money? And don't nobody won't
- 35:43Speaker 1: you there? He was there despite local official objections like
- 35:48Speaker 1: we're saying, and he seemed to only care about the
- 35:51Speaker 1: damage to the city and instead of the police shooting
- 35:55Speaker 1: and paralyzation of Jacob Blake. And he said he feels
- 35:59Speaker 1: sorry for anyone who has to go through that. The
- 36:02Speaker 1: President also did an interview with Fox News and he
- 36:05Speaker 1: compared get this, He compared the police shooting to golfers
- 36:10Speaker 1: who choke. Take a listen, they can do ten thousand
- 36:13Speaker 1: great acts, which is what they do, and one bad
- 36:16Speaker 1: apple or a choker, you know, a choker. They choke
- 36:20Speaker 1: shooting the guy, shooting the guy in the back. Many
- 36:23Speaker 1: times I mean, couldn't you have done something different? Couldn't
- 36:26Speaker 1: you have wrestled you know, I mean in the meantime,
- 36:29Speaker 1: he might have been going for a weapon. And you know,
- 36:31Speaker 1: there's a whole big thing there. But they choke, just
- 36:34Speaker 1: like in a golf tournament they missed a three foot
- 36:37Speaker 1: They're not comparing it to golf, because of course that's
- 36:38Speaker 1: what the meeting I'm saying. People choke people to god,
- 36:46Speaker 1: it has nothing to do with choking in a golf game.
- 36:49Speaker 1: It's for money, a three foot put it's for you're
- 36:53Speaker 1: playing on television or are you playing for fun? With
- 36:56Speaker 1: you guys? How could you compare the two? That's not
- 36:59Speaker 1: life or tempted murder? Yeah, it's attempted murder. It's not
- 37:03Speaker 1: about choking. It has to do with bad policing. And
- 37:07Speaker 1: then he says, you know, and then he says, you know,
- 37:09Speaker 1: he could have been going for a weapon or something.
- 37:11Speaker 1: That's this whole big thing that No he wasn't, No,
- 37:14Speaker 1: he wasn't. But like even you said this, yeah, and
- 37:17Speaker 1: I know you didn't mean they said you could have
- 37:19Speaker 1: shot him in the league or something. All of them
- 37:22Speaker 1: whoa wrestle tim shot him in the league that's what
- 37:25Speaker 1: could have happened, but it didn't happen. And you don't
- 37:28Speaker 1: spend enough time talking about the way police are trained.
- 37:32Speaker 1: And it's enough of this. It's a few bad apples.
- 37:35Speaker 1: There are a few bad apples. There are a lot
- 37:37Speaker 1: of great police officers, got it. But it's far more
- 37:39Speaker 1: bad ones than I thought. And that's what's starting to
- 37:43Speaker 1: be effective here. I'm really believing there's more bad cops
- 37:47Speaker 1: than we thought, and for him to just support them
- 37:50Speaker 1: and what they do, and the good cops shouldn't have
- 37:53Speaker 1: to suffer for the bad ones. But that's what happened
- 37:56Speaker 1: to black people. See y'all, y'all, y'all, lump us all together.
- 38:02Speaker 1: So now every time you stop one, you're stopping a
- 38:05Speaker 1: deadly dangerous criminal when you're just stopping somebody man who
- 38:09Speaker 1: just this man wasn't breaking the law. All he did
- 38:12Speaker 1: was not to stop when you told him to stop.
- 38:15Speaker 1: That don't deserve getting shot in the back seven times.
- 38:18Speaker 1: And then he was paralyzed in the hospital and they
- 38:22Speaker 1: had him chained to the bed because that's part of
- 38:26Speaker 1: the story they're trying to correct. So we gotta chain
- 38:29Speaker 1: him to the bed, treat him like a criminal as
- 38:31Speaker 1: we couldcoct our story to make him look like we

- 43:40Speaker 1: the hour. Right about four minutes after, it's my strawberry
- 43:43Speaker 1: letter for today, the subject my best friend's side piece
- 43:47Speaker 1: was in my bed? What my best friend's side piece
- 43:52Speaker 1: was in my bed? But right now the nephew is here.
- 43:56Speaker 1: We'll get into that one. But the nephew right now
- 43:59Speaker 1: is here. With to day's prank phone call. What you got, Nash?
- 44:03Speaker 1: You know what? Sharing? You know? Yeah, you know, I've
- 44:07Speaker 1: been doing this for so long now. I just you know,
- 44:10Speaker 1: I have a few celebrities that I've pranked before in
- 44:13Speaker 1: my life. So listen, right, here's David Man. David Man.
- 44:18Speaker 1: I pranked David Man. You ain't you ain't never heard it?
- 44:22Speaker 1: Head go, let's go. Hell, Hey, miss Sandra, how are
- 44:27Speaker 1: you doing? This is nephew telling, yes, Man, We're gonna
- 44:31Speaker 1: prank phone call your son David Man today. All right, okay,
- 44:35Speaker 1: So here's what I want you to do for him.
- 44:37Speaker 1: I want you to call David and tell him, Hey,
- 44:40Speaker 1: them people came over here asking me about paying that
- 44:43Speaker 1: bill and I'm not paying that bill. And that man
- 44:46Speaker 1: got smart with me and I shut the door on him.
- 44:48Speaker 1: I told him to call you. Okay, when you get
- 44:51Speaker 1: through with him, I'm gonna call him back as if
- 44:53Speaker 1: I'm that man. Okay, Okay, I'm sitting doing that's what
- 45:00Speaker 1: you call the hand. Okay, do the ad on then,
- 45:04Speaker 1: all right, Okay, we'll figure out. I'll call you when
- 45:09Speaker 1: we get through. All right, Okay, all right, you did good, though,
- 45:17Speaker 1: He'll call you back in a minute complaining that we
- 45:19Speaker 1: didn't prank him, all right, okay, all right, God bless you,
- 45:22Speaker 1: bless all right, let's go. Hello, I refrate me that
- 45:27Speaker 1: paperwork on a department three fourteen. Hello, I'm looking for David. Please,
- 45:31Speaker 1: This is David. Okay, this is Jim about it Barton
- 45:34Speaker 1: Green Apartments. Is your mother missile? Yes? Yes, sir? How
- 45:37Speaker 1: can I help you? Okay? We got a problem here. Now.
- 45:40Speaker 1: I'm the new general manager here and I'm just getting
- 45:42Speaker 1: this thing brought to me about your mother not playing
- 45:45Speaker 1: her water biddle or and we got to get this
- 45:48Speaker 1: matter taken in as a right now, I've been instructed
- 45:51Speaker 1: to actually go in and get your mother and take
- 45:53Speaker 1: her completely out of the apartment building. Okay, So what
- 45:56Speaker 1: tell me what the problem is? Get explain me what
- 45:58Speaker 1: the situation is, sir. Situation right now is no one
- 46:01Speaker 1: that's played this water bill whatsoever? She thinks for lying
- 46:04Speaker 1: the standing that she only owes one hundred and six dollars,
- 46:07Speaker 1: and she owes far more than that. She has not
- 46:09Speaker 1: paid a water bill at all. And how your mother
- 46:13Speaker 1: And now I first want to tell you your mother
- 46:15Speaker 1: is very rude to me and slam the door in
- 46:17Speaker 1: my face. Okay, So so let me, yeah, let me.
- 46:19Speaker 1: I'm just trying to understand the situation. So the water
- 46:22Speaker 1: bill hasn't been paid in how long? For what I'm
- 46:24Speaker 1: looking at, it's at least four or five months, and
- 46:26Speaker 1: what it looks like here on the paper. Okay, so
- 46:29Speaker 1: it's four or five months behind. Yes, it is, okay,
- 46:33Speaker 1: and so how much is it. I'm gonna have to
- 46:35Speaker 1: tally all this up and get everything lined up as
- 46:38Speaker 1: far as the numbers as of right now, sir. If
- 46:40Speaker 1: no one is paying this bill in the next thirty minutes,
- 46:42Speaker 1: I am instructed to put your mother out and pack
- 46:45Speaker 1: her things and put her out, and that's not what
- 46:47Speaker 1: I want to do. But as rude as she was
- 46:49Speaker 1: to me, you know at this point, I'll tell you what, baby,
- 46:52Speaker 1: I don't give a damn. So I just I'm just
- 46:55Speaker 1: here to try to help make the situation better. So
- 46:58Speaker 1: I need you to take a deep breath for me.
- 46:59Speaker 1: And I'm down because I'm I'm told. So let's just
- 47:02Speaker 1: let you know. I'm just understaying that. And how I
- 47:04Speaker 1: would be I would be come to had your mother
- 47:07Speaker 1: not to slam the door in the face and send
- 47:09Speaker 1: some things before she shut that door and I'll be
- 47:12Speaker 1: trying to work as calmly as you're working that right, So,
- 47:16Speaker 1: so what do we need to do? I won't be
- 47:18Speaker 1: able to do it within thirty minutes. But how much
- 47:20Speaker 1: is it? Just find out how much it is? You know,
- 47:22Speaker 1: from what my understanding was, it was one hundred and
- 47:24Speaker 1: nine dollars or something, one hundred and six dollars for
- 47:27Speaker 1: at least four months. That what's the problem is no,
- 47:29Speaker 1: what it's old? Right now? That one hundred and sixty dollars, sir,
- 47:32Speaker 1: is one month? How is it? How is I guess
- 47:36Speaker 1: my question is how does the water bild? One hundred
- 47:39Speaker 1: and six dollars for one bed room apartment with one person?
- 47:42Speaker 1: One hundred and six dollars water bill's kind of hot,
- 47:45Speaker 1: don't you think? I mean, I don't. I don't have
- 47:47Speaker 1: no idea what your mother's doing. I don't know it
- 47:49Speaker 1: runs a lot of water, or I have no idea
- 47:51Speaker 1: about unless she's washing every day and running all the
- 47:54Speaker 1: water every day. One hundred and six dollars for one
- 47:58Speaker 1: for an apartment? Isn't it extreme? I mean, when you
- 48:01Speaker 1: say so yourself, that's a bit high, sir. I understand
- 48:05Speaker 1: that you have some issues about what the amount of
- 48:07Speaker 1: the bill is. That does not get in in the
- 48:09Speaker 1: middle of the fact of how far behind we are.
- 48:12Speaker 1: That's the problem we have. How far behind? Ori? I'm
- 48:14Speaker 1: just trying to I'm trying to resolve you. We are
- 48:17Speaker 1: five months but hig mother behind. So how how much
- 48:20Speaker 1: is the bill for five months? I'm getting I'm getting
- 48:22Speaker 1: hurt of tallly that up as of right now. But
- 48:24Speaker 1: let's get back to the issue of someone not being
- 48:26Speaker 1: able to get here in thirty minutes. Is there no
- 48:28Speaker 1: one that can get here and take care of this
- 48:30Speaker 1: bill in thirty Let's let's figure out how much it
- 48:32Speaker 1: is and will I'll try to get that worked out.
- 48:35Speaker 1: So if you can get me kind of tally on
- 48:37Speaker 1: what it is, if I had to get estimate, I mean,
- 48:40Speaker 1: let's let's look at the fact that here it is
- 48:41Speaker 1: one hundred and six dollars on one month. You know,
- 48:44Speaker 1: let's say it's roughly one hundred buck to each month.
- 48:46Speaker 1: You know, you're looking at five hundred bucks at least. Yes,
- 48:50Speaker 1: I have to say a hundred and one hundred dollars
- 48:52Speaker 1: for I. That's that's a string. You know. The problem
- 48:56Speaker 1: that bothers me that you people won't pay your bill.
- 48:58Speaker 1: Wait a minute now, I mean to relax because I
- 49:01Speaker 1: pay my bill. Right If you got a mother over here,
- 49:04Speaker 1: that's apparently you must be the caretaker of and you're
- 49:07Speaker 1: not taking care of your mother for what it seems like.
- 49:09Speaker 1: What I need you to do is relax and not
- 49:12Speaker 1: be accused to her. That's what I need you to do.
- 49:15Speaker 1: I need you to well, and what I need you
- 49:17Speaker 1: to do is standing up, sir and take initiative. But
- 49:20Speaker 1: whatever your responsibility is, and if you're responsible for your mother,
- 49:23Speaker 1: then you should. You should take care of your mother.
- 49:25Speaker 1: You know what. You're upset right now, and you're not
- 49:28Speaker 1: gonna get me upset with you because you don't know
- 49:32Speaker 1: what's going on and what do you not care about
- 49:35Speaker 1: your mother? Because it's not the case. I can just
- 49:36Speaker 1: got a phone with you right now. My job is
- 49:39Speaker 1: to get her out of the apartment and packer of
- 49:41Speaker 1: things up because the bill is not paid and she's
- 49:43Speaker 1: saying she's not paying it to take it up with her.
- 49:45Speaker 1: So I'm what you're trying to do get me to
- 49:48Speaker 1: be where you are. I'm not gonna go there with you.
- 49:50Speaker 1: I'm not trying to get you to be where I am.
- 49:52Speaker 1: I'm trying to get you to take care of your mother.
- 49:53Speaker 1: If that your responsibility now. If it's not, I'll leave
- 49:56Speaker 1: it up to her. You and I going back and
- 49:58Speaker 1: forth on the phone, and you you haven the attitude
- 50:00Speaker 1: that you have. What's what good are they gonna do?
- 50:03Speaker 1: What is it gonna solve? Are you somebody as sits
- 50:05Speaker 1: at home and you need to get your and get
- 50:06Speaker 1: a job. What do you need to do to get
- 50:08Speaker 1: your mom taken care of so I can get this page?
- 50:11Speaker 1: And this is not all my time. I'm not gonna
- 50:12Speaker 1: be another angry black man with you, sir. I have
- 50:15Speaker 1: a lot more sense than that. So what I what
- 50:17Speaker 1: you're not? You're not an angry black man. You're a
- 50:19Speaker 1: lazy black man. That's the problem with you people, with
- 50:22Speaker 1: you people? What is you people? When all that I
- 50:24Speaker 1: don't want to work, want to sit around check every day?
- 50:28Speaker 1: When the rest that was out here helpless and buffing out?
- 50:30Speaker 1: When the who who's out busting what? I don't know?
- 50:32Speaker 1: If you're literate, you're the manager of the department. You
- 50:36Speaker 1: want to know who I am? Yet I am nephew
- 50:38Speaker 1: Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. And your mother
- 50:42Speaker 1: and your father. David Nahan Junior got you to frank
- 50:46Speaker 1: your behind. David. I just hard him because I'm about
- 50:56Speaker 1: to get NT five. What's up, David? You are the
- 51:01Speaker 1: first celebrity that has kept his composure. I hate you, man.
- 51:07Speaker 1: You caught me. You got you gotta do this from
- 51:11Speaker 1: the David man, mister Brown. What is the baddest radio
- 51:14Speaker 1: show in the Lake? Steve Harvey Morning Show. I got
- 51:18Speaker 1: freaked by nephew Tommy to say something. He weighed better
- 51:28Speaker 1: than me because he held it. Man, my mama was
- 51:32Speaker 1: living and you called me by my mama. I'm gonna
- 51:34Speaker 1: crush you out so bad and you're not fitting to
- 51:38Speaker 1: go remove my mama from a blanketing man and boiling me.

- 53:33Speaker 1: It is Strawberry Letter. Thank you f you. Subject my
- 53:37Speaker 1: best friend side piece was in my bed. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 53:42Speaker 1: my roommate has ruined his relationship and mine in my
- 53:47Speaker 1: late twenties. That's why I am in my late twenties
- 53:50Speaker 1: and I've been roommates with my best friends since college.
- 53:53Speaker 1: We both have steady girlfriends that are sorority sisters, and
- 53:56Speaker 1: we started dating them around the same time. I'm way
- 53:59Speaker 1: more serious about my relationship than he is, and I
- 54:02Speaker 1: plan to propose to my girl soon. Marriage has not
- 54:06Speaker 1: entered his mind, and he still like acts like he's
- 54:08Speaker 1: in college, messing with lots of other women on the side.
- 54:12Speaker 1: It's to the point where I can't have my girlfriend
- 54:14Speaker 1: spend the night at the house because he might have
- 54:16Speaker 1: company over and my girl would tell on him. I've
- 54:19Speaker 1: told him to stop bringing the women to our house
- 54:22Speaker 1: because he's going to get caught. He thinks he's got
- 54:24Speaker 1: it all under control, but he doesn't. Last week, I
- 54:28Speaker 1: helped my brother move into his house and I ended
- 54:31Speaker 1: up staying the night at his place. After we had
- 54:34Speaker 1: a few beers. My roommate called me at two am
- 54:37Speaker 1: and he was nervous. He told me that his girl
- 54:40Speaker 1: popped up at our house and he had one of
- 54:42Speaker 1: his side pieces at the house and she was drunk,
- 54:45Speaker 1: so he laid her on my bed. His girlfriend suspected
- 54:49Speaker 1: he had company, so she stormed in and searched the house.
- 54:53Speaker 1: She frowned. The drunk girl on my bed passed out.
- 54:56Speaker 1: He told me that his girlfriend assumed the girl was
- 55:00Speaker 1: there for me, and she called my girlfriend to tell
- 55:04Speaker 1: her I'm cheating on her. His girlfriend told my girlfriend
- 55:08Speaker 1: I must have been hiding so she wouldn't see me.
- 55:11Speaker 1: I got up and drove straight to my girlfriend's house
- 55:14Speaker 1: that night. She said, it all makes sense because I
- 55:17Speaker 1: conveniently decided to stay at my brother's house. I have
- 55:21Speaker 1: no way of making her believe me. My roommate won't
- 55:25Speaker 1: help me out, So I'm about to tell his girl
- 55:27Speaker 1: the truth. What should I do in this situation? Well,
- 55:30Speaker 1: by the title, I gotta say this first. I really
- 55:33Speaker 1: thought this letter was going in a little different direction.
- 55:36Speaker 1: But I say to you, tell tell everything. Okay, tell everything.
- 55:42Speaker 1: I'm with you one hundred percent. Since your roommate won't
- 55:45Speaker 1: help you out, tell his girl the truth, and tell
- 55:48Speaker 1: your girl the truth. I hope you have some proof
- 55:51Speaker 1: of what you did that day. When you say you
- 55:53Speaker 1: helped your brother move and everything you got, you know,
- 55:55Speaker 1: a little tipsy off the beers and you stayed. That
- 55:57Speaker 1: was good and responsible of you. UM, and that would
- 56:01Speaker 1: certainly hope help and give your girlfriend some hope because
- 56:05Speaker 1: she's not trying to hear you right now. I just
- 56:08Speaker 1: say that you gotta do this. You got to save
- 56:11Speaker 1: your relationship. This is what is most important here. Your boy,
- 56:15Speaker 1: your dog, your home, and your friend. Uh. He threw
- 56:19Speaker 1: you away up under the bus and his girl backed
- 56:22Speaker 1: up over your body while you were under there because
- 56:25Speaker 1: she went and told your girlfriend. So the way I
- 56:27Speaker 1: see it, they didn't care about you. The girls believe
- 56:30Speaker 1: the lie that the that your room he told so
- 56:34Speaker 1: whatever whatever, whatever, everything goes. What they what do they say?
- 56:38Speaker 1: All his love, all his fair and love and war.
- 56:40Speaker 1: I think he was saving himself. His girl was trying
- 56:43Speaker 1: to save your girl. It's a mess that didn't have
- 56:46Speaker 1: to be thanks to your so called player roommate. UM.
- 56:50Speaker 1: So you know it looks bad for you unfortunately, because
- 56:54Speaker 1: you weren't there. You were at your brothers and she said, um,
- 56:57Speaker 1: she thought you were hiding. His girlfriend did so that's
- 57:02Speaker 1: why your girlfriend immediately didn't trust what you said. I
- 57:05Speaker 1: think that you know. Guys usually don't tell on each other,
- 57:08Speaker 1: but in this instance, you gotta do what you gotta do.
- 57:11Speaker 1: Girlfriends talk all the time, and that's why she so
- 57:14Speaker 1: easily believed her friend and not you. It's time for
- 57:18Speaker 1: him to grow up. You guys need to stop being
- 57:21Speaker 1: roommates because this might happen again. Who knows you're serious
- 57:24Speaker 1: with your girl? He's not. And I hope you can
- 57:27Speaker 1: prove to your girlfriend where you were again. But if
- 57:30Speaker 1: you can't, you're gonna have to do a whole whole
- 57:33Speaker 1: lot of begging and pleading and gift buying to get
- 57:35Speaker 1: your girlfriend back. In the meantime, if you can move out,
- 57:38Speaker 1: or if he can move out, move out. I don't
- 57:41Speaker 1: think you guys should be roommates anymore. This is trouble
- 57:43Speaker 1: waiting to happen. Steve, this letter right here didn't even
- 57:53Speaker 1: have to be written. This is a sad, sad case
- 57:57Speaker 1: right here. But let's just start. I'm in late twenties.
- 58:01Speaker 1: I've been roommates with my best friends since college. You're
- 58:06Speaker 1: in your late twenties and you've been roommates with your
- 58:09Speaker 1: best friends since college. Why why listen to me? Man?
- 58:15Speaker 1: Everything you did in college. Everything needs to stay right
- 58:20Speaker 1: there in college. There's nothing you do in college that
- 58:24Speaker 1: you need to carry over into your life after college,
- 58:28Speaker 1: including a roommate. You are too old for roommates. It
- 58:34Speaker 1: don't make no damn sense. And now you know why.
- 58:38Speaker 1: And now you're in a different situation because y'all got
- 58:41Speaker 1: both of y'all dating the same the sisters that's in
- 58:44Speaker 1: the same sorority. You serious about your girl? He ain't
- 58:48Speaker 1: he still acting like he back in college? You want
- 58:51Speaker 1: to ask your girl to marry you birds of a
- 58:55Speaker 1: feather flock together. That's gonna come back to bite you
- 58:59Speaker 1: in this letter. But it also Man, let you know something, bro,
- 59:05Speaker 1: once you get into your single friends that ain't see
- 59:09Speaker 1: us in the relationships, when you run with them, it's
- 59:11Speaker 1: gonna creep over into yours. Man, it just done this.
- 59:15Speaker 1: Now you can't even have your girlfriend over because he
- 59:20Speaker 1: got so many side pieces at the house. Boy, when
- 59:23Speaker 1: I come back, I'm gonna straighten this whole thing out
- 59:25Speaker 1: for you, all right, Steve, We'll have part two of
- 59:27Speaker 1: your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the
- 59:30Speaker 1: hours subject my best friend's side piece was in my bed.
- 59:35Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 59:38Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, come on, let's
- 59:41Speaker 1: recap today's Strawberry Letters subject my best friend side piece
- 59:45Speaker 1: was in my bed late twenties with a roommate. Mistake
- 59:50Speaker 1: number one. Everything. Here's the rule, y'all. Everything that you
- 59:54Speaker 1: did in college should have been left in college. None
- 59:58Speaker 1: of your college behaviors should be carried over after those
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: days are over. It will not last. I know people
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: who've done it. I know people who are still doing it.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: It don't ever work. All right, So, now you got
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: a serious relationship with your girl here a relationship with
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: his girl. Both y'all's girls is in the same sorority
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: you want to ask your girl to marry. Marrying you here,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: he outed doing what he want to do, chicks all
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: over the place, to the point where he bringing so
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: many straight babes to the house. You can't even bring
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: your girl over for fear that she gonna see one
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: of these side pieces. And then tell on him. No,
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: you didn't talk to him about it. He told you
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: he got it all under control. You go to your
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: brother's house to help him move. You have some bears.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: You spend the night at your brother's house two o'clock
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: in the morning, your boy, Your boy now gives you
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: a call to tell you nervously. Hey man, one of
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: my side pieces was over here and my girl was coming.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: I laid across your bed. Okay, nice move, but you
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: know I understand that move. But his girlfriend suspected he
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: had company, so she stormed in and searched the house.
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: Now she find a drunk girl on your bed, passed out.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: He told me that his girlfriend assumed the girl was
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: there for me. He told me his girlfriend, his girlfriend
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: assumed that the girl was there for you, And you
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: know why because your boy laid her on your bed.
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: This don't even add up right now, he already throwing
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: you away. Man. Then your girl, his girlfriend jumps on
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: the phone called your girlfriend, told her about the girl
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: on the bed, and you must be in the house,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: hiding so so she wouldn't see you. Then you got
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: up and drove straight to your girlfriend's house that night. Now,
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: she said, it all makes sense because I conveniently decided
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: to stay at my brother's house. Well that's kind of stupid,
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: because if you was at your brother's house, why would
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: the girl be over there by herself? Passed out drunk. See,
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: your girl believe in her girl over you, and I
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: have no way of making her believe me. My roommate
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: won't help me out. So I'm about to tell his
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: girl the truth? Or should I do in this situation?
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: All right? Now, higgo to lesson you got to learn. See,
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: first of all, you can't eat this by yourself, and
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: your boys shouldn't expect you to. But he's not really
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: your boy. You have lost your friend because he's not
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: your friend, because a real friend wouldn't do this to
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: another friend. So now what you're supposed to do. See,
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: the best way to do this is to get your
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: boy on the phone with your girl, or y'all all
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: meet at the house, have his girl there and sit
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: down and say this is what really happened. I'm not
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: losing the girl that I love over something you did,
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: and you should explain it to all of them. I
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: do it, man, because you've been to lose the chicken
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: your dreams over your order. Now here's the other lesson
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: that learned. Women, mind your damn business. See if you
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: stormed your ass in the house to check your man,
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: but you suspect that he had a woman in there.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: What made you stop suspecting that his woman was in
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: there just because you saw her drunk tail on the bed. Ladies,
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: mind your business. Now you all up in this other
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: relationship that ain't got nothing to do with this man. Now,
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: you don't broke up this happy relationship because your man
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: ain't do too, you see what I'm saying. So now
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: why you got to call her? See y'all so busy
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: with this woman cold that the woman colde then't backfire
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: now because you miserable. They're not happy now your girl
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: can't be happy because you're trifling because you're gonna tell
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: her about her man. And then the lie he must
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: have been in the house hiding from me. Anybody got
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: to hide from you. You know why you ain't gonna
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: have from you because he wasn't now. And you know
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: why he wasn't now, because he had to be there
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: because you're stupid, and your man know you stupid. That's
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: why he put the drunk girl in the boy's bed
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: and knew you was gullible enough to believe it, because
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: he'd been sneaking chicks around on you the whole damn time.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: That's why you ran your ass in that house, suspecting
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: he had another woman over there, because you know that's true.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: But you've been trying to have some relationship instead of
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: a good relationship, and now you're messed up your girl's relationship. Ladies,
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: behind your piers. That's the other lesson in this No, no,
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: ain't no nice try. Serley. See, you didn't want to
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: say it because you be tripping, but that's the truth
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: of the matter. This man relationship with this girl is
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: messed up over because she she want to believe what
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: she saw, because she don't want to believe what she felt.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: She walked in the house with the suspicion that the
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: man was hiding the chick. Then when he found the chicken,
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: she gullible and believed it. Ladies, mind you, damn nice try.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: It's not gonna happen, but nice try. Okay, well, now
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: guess what. Now, guess what I'm gonna tell you something else.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: See when the truth come out, them two girls gonna
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: fall out, right, No, it's not gonna see all right,
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: we gotta move on though. Okay, you're fine. I'm saying,
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: nice try. You know it's not gonna happen. I agree
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: with you. We should mind our own business. But it's
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: I did. I call him to tell everything. I said,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: they're out for themselves. I did, Steve, you didn't hear me.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Sometimes I don't state the obvious, Steve. Post your comments
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: on today's Strawberry Letter on at Steve Harvey FM on
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Instagram and Facebook, and check out the Strawberry Letter podcast
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: on demand coming up at forty six minutes after the hour.

- 1:06:24Speaker 1: its own and cracket at the US Open in New York.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: But it's back though. But there's nobody in the stadium.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: Ain't nobody, No spectators at all. Everybody just trainers and coaches.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: That's all they got in there, minus and Serena Williams.
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: They made their work back to the US Open. Our girl,
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: Coco Golf, Coco Golf was there. She lost, but she
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: didn't advance, so Coco, Yeah, Coco Golf lost, man, she shouldn't.
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: At the French Open. Yeah, it's just a listen, it's
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: just a step of start. She gonna get it. But
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: our girl, Naomi osccer on the Brianna Taylor by wearing
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: a face mask with her name on it to the
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: US Open and won her match. Man, even in tennis,
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: they still protesting. Man, that is that's love it? Yeah,
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: tennis tennis, Yeah, of course tennis. Don't know him to
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: get involved in nothing. Yeah, yeah, I'm shocked Naomi and
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: the Williams sisters. Yes, yes, yes, And they keep Brianna's
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: name out in the forefront. I mean in basketball and
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: now in tennis. Man, Now, what's gonna happen in the NFL.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: We just have to wait and see what they're gonna do.
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: We don't know yet. But Junior, what you ain't brought
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: up that we in Game seven, that we lost her tonight.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: You ain't brought that up? So why would I just
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: uncle Uncle Steves, just dog us. You don't worry about him,
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: don't worry. Go ahead, go ahead, I ain't gonna say nothing. Right,
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: they cut it up. They went to work. Man. Man,
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: here another cool story though, k C Original Kings a comedy.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: I got eight of the shirts I ordered them. Ain't
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: none of them got thunder on it. Boy, he speaking
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: to Kansas City. Patrick Mahomes, Man, they got their super
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: Bowl rings the other night, man, they got the super
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: Bowl rings. But then also Patrick Mahomes got engaged that
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: right girl, stadium hur ring right there at his ceremony.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: I love that beautiful right there. It's no, it ain't
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: that contract. I can't got to do your thing. Girls
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: don't even go there. Yeah, that big man, you need
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: to let that money ride for a little while. You
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: don't know things you go and be able to do. Patrick,
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: I don't give a d They just got out of college.
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Boy boy, take that half period and let me show you.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: Set a date. All right, thank you, Junior. Coming up
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: at the top of the hour. We'll have right after
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: this you're listening to, all right, so Steve. The family
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: of Brianna Taylor is so upset about the shocking news
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: that a plea deal was offered to her ex boyfriend
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: JaMarcus Glover to falsely name her as a co defendant
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: involved in an organized crime syndicate after she died. Can
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: you believe this? What? Attorney Attorney Benjamin Crump said that
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: Brianna's family is losing confidence in Kentucky's authorities. The prosecutors
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: claimed that the plea deal was merely a draft whipped
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: up in early negotiations, but Crump is not buying that.
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: But here's a bigger question. Okay, why was Brianna Taylor
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: ever named a co defendant? She was a victim. Okay,
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: she had nothing to do with this. Kentucky's Attorney General,
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: Daniel Cameron, still has not pressed any charges against the
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: officers who killed Brianna Taylor. I don't understand why this
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: has taken so long. This is like really forever, It's
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: forever now. They are trying to tarnish her name. Listened
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: to me, this is how all the police investigations go.
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: This is not looking for evidence. They are putting their
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: story together to lessen to lessen the fault of the
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: police department. It's how they all protect them. All the
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: DA has to do is bring the charges. They got
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: enough evidence. If you go to a grand jury of
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: jury of their peers to twelve voting people, they'll tell
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: you to bring charges. But they give the police time
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: to concoct a story. They protect the police department. That's
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: all it is. The facts is in she was shot.
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: The person you was looking for was in jail. They
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: went there with a no knock going and they killed her.
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: That's what happened. But but let me ask you to Steve,
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: how do we as citizens, how do we put pressure
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: on this? How does he do that pressure? Voting? Listen
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: to me the way you can bring awareness. All of
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: that's true, the protesters awareness, never letting it out of
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: the sight of the news. But you have a chance
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: to fix this. We can't vote because voting determines who's
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: in office, who your senator is, your congressman, who your
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: child are, who who the share of department is? You
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: can you can you have a say so, black folks,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: you are not in here at their beckoning whim you have.
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: You are voting block that is highly sought after. And
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: if you go to the polls you can lay claim.
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: And then once you prove to them that black lives
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: matter at the poll, then everything else gonna have to matter.
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: That's black. It it ends at See Trump is saying
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: that Biden becoming president won't calm the riots. You the president,
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: calm the men. Don't let this dude fake us man
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: with What will happen if Biden. We're looking at what's happening,
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: and you, the president, depths over one hundred and eighty thousand,
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: We have over six million cases. We are twenty five
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: percent of the deaths in the world, twenty five of
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: the cases in the world, and we are four percent
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: of the population. We have more people inconcerated than anybody
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: in the world, and we get more black people shot,
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: unarmed and innocent than anywhere in the world. You the
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: president of this mass hill, and when you got the
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: people in the street protesting, you won't even support peaceful protests.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: You just point to the violence in the rioting of
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: the people that y'all put over there to start the
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: mess the agitators. Man, come on, he's not like he's campaign,
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: but you're the president currently right for real color like
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: like here on the outside watching what is Biden gonna do? Man?
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: What you gonna do? Biden will not give you a
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: safe America. I better be safer than the one you
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: gave yea because it wasn't it jacked up under Obama? No, no,
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: all right, coming up more of today's trending stories on
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show at twenty minutes after right
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: after this you're listening to string show. Our Kelly's lawyer
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: is offering up details about the prison attack Kelly suffered
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: last month. Yeah. Attorney Stephen Greenberg says the fellow inmates
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: stumped on Our Kelly's head while he was sleeping, apparently
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: angered over the protests that was outside the prison that
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: led to additional restrictions for the inmates inside. The man
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: who attacked R. Kelly reportedly had the words f the
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: Fed's tattooed on his face and had a pen with
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: him that he apparently intended to use as a shank.
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: H Yeah, what prison. Ugly, man, prison is an ugly place.
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: That's what prison. That is. The key is not to go.
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: That's the key, not to go. Don't go. I don't
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: want him to get shank. But I'm telling you, man,
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: they are they up in there. Man. The prison is
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: one of the most non rehabilitating places you can send
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: a person. They ain't got no programs, man. They got
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: a lot of evil mad. They got a lot of
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: mad people up in there. It's a lot of pent
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: up or anxiety in prison. There's a lot of people
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: in there. It's gotten unfast sentences. There's some people in
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: there locked up for no reason, and there's some people
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: in there that need to be in there, and he's
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: one of them. Yeah, so you're not who's next? Right?

- 1:18:33Speaker 1: up on the child, sup Pope yea, And I paid
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: all the back dudes. Now I'm coming through the sea,
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: my baby. I ain't got to even check with you.
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: I took your ass to coke. All right, coming up
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: our last break of the day. It's the last break
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: up the day, and we'll have some closing remarks from
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: the one and only Steve Harvey coming up at forty
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: nine minutes after. Right after this you're listening to all right, guys,
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: here we are our last break of the day. Now,
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: don't forget. We are counting down the days. There are
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: now sixty one days left until the November third election.
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: It's getting serious, people, it is serious. Go now to
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: register to vote. If you aren't already registered, Go to
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: vote dot org. If you are registered, go on there
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: to find out when early voting starts in your state.
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: There's a lot of information you can get off voting
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: dot vote dot org. Okay, please do this because we
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: are serious about this November third election. We are serious,
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: no jokes. Yeah, we can't sit out. You came. No no, no, no,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: no no no no no no no no no, because
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: if you don't vote, it's a vote for Donald Trump
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: in full. Let me say this right here. You know, um,
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: I know that we've all said that we're gonna stop
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: being surprised at what Trump does, But I'm not gonna
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: stop being surprised because I'm not going to normalize this
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: bad behavior. I'm not gonna make it okay for the
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: president of the United States to not be presidential. I'm sorry,
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: I'm just not so. I still can't believe that there
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: are people, and this is hard, who are still on
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: board with this type of person. I really can't believe
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: that it's so many people flying Trump flags on trucks
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: and cars in their yard and everything. But that is
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: the country we live in. I could believe that. I've
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: never had any other reason to believe any differently. In
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: my sixty three years on Earth, I didn't believe that
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: I would ever see a black man be president in
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: my lifetime. But I was wrong about that because God
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: at the birth of Barack Obama had a whole another
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: plan from his inception, and he became the first African
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: American president for two terms. But this man that's in
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: this White House right now, I can't believe that he
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: went to Kenosha, Wisconsin, which is the hotbed of one
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: of the big stories of the Black Lives Matter movement
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: after the Black Lives Matter got started, that went to
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: Kenosha and did not mention Jacob Blake's name, did not
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: mention it. Man ain't said nothing about it. I can't
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: believe that these people have handcuffed this paralyzed man to
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: his bed, because they are doing that to act as
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: though he was some type of criminal, and which is
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: going to justify them shooting this man in his back
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: seven times. We're not going for none of this. I
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: want you all to understand something else to partnering, which
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: the President keeps saying, is ablaze. It's a couple of fires,
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: but the city is not ablaze. I want you to
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: understand something. I want you to listen to how this
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: man's campaign is trying to tell all of us how
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: messed up America will be if Joe Biden becomes president.
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: Can it be any mole messed up? See all this
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: is on his watchman, y'all wake up, get to these
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: polls and vote. If you want black lives to matter,
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: you got to vote. Black lives matter when black lives count.
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: That's the only way we're gonna get this point across. Now.
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: See listen. So we've been protesting and it's beautiful. We've
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: been picketing, boycotting, marching, it's beautiful, and we've got some help.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: This time, it's a lot of non African Americans out
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: on them front lines, and then some cities it's more
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: of them than it is us. And for that, I'm
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: really really grateful because I see something I've never seen
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: in my lifetime. I've never seen these many non black
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: people care about something on behalf of black people. So
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: I'm okay with this? Or can I point something else
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: out to you that you might not have thought about.
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: Turn the music down just a little bit, Dave, watch
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: this right here, because I want you all to get
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: this right here. Remember the slogan make America great Again?
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: How's that working out? Do you see what he's done
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: to make America great again? I told y'all he trying
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: to push back the clock. He trying to take it
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: back to the time when he felt a miracle was
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: great again, when blacks was under control, when martial lark
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: could come into a flat, when you could just roll
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: the troops here to stop all the rioting. That's his
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: idea of making America great again when police can do
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: what they want to do. And instead of him supporting
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: Black lives matter, he support Blue Lives matter. That he
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: don't even mention Aubrey Floyd. He don't mention Jacobs, he
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: don't mention Brianna Taylor. They're doing nothing to fix these
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: people's injustice that was done to them. That's causing the
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: uproar in the streets in the first place. They have
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: set some fires Importland, man, and you ain't even addressing that.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: You're not even addressing why they're in the streets of Wisconsin.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: You don't even know why they were on the street
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: in Washington, DC when you had all them cops and polices,
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: run all the people over and Mason and get them
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: out the way so you could come over there and
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: hold that Bible upside down in backwards. His promise was
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: to make America great again. Do you see what he's
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: done to this country. Listen, y'all, you got to vote.
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: You got to start playing with this man. He not
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: gonna believe you exist until we vote. You can put
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: them twelve black people. You won't that on your r
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: n C Republican National Convention. But we know what that was.
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: That was just for show. You ain't got no black friends,
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: you ain't got no black people in your cabinet. You
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: got to go vote dot Org period. Donald Trump should
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: not be your president, not for four more years. He
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: got to go. We're gonna vote your partner. For all
