- 1:21Speaker 1: and the Letitia that's she totally different. She's the CEO
- 1:24Speaker 1: of the National Women's Brought Your Organization. Her budgets bring
- 1:28Speaker 1: powerful women together and help promote self in partment and

- 1:41Speaker 1: That's right. This docuseries is set in Jackson, Mississippi. I've
- 1:45Speaker 1: been to Jackson, Mississippi many times as a stand up comic.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Just recently went there and hung out with mcgirl Tambara
- 1:52Speaker 1: that we're being for the Relationship Hour. Please relcome to
- 1:55Speaker 1: money making conversations my girls, Tambora Shei and Latisha p Yeah,
- 2:08Speaker 1: you know, I met tamber and I'm gonna just tell you,
- 2:14Speaker 1: and she'll tell you. I told us you were talented
- 2:16Speaker 1: when I met. That was about four years ago. I
- 2:18Speaker 1: said you were talented, and I said, Oh, you're gonna
- 2:21Speaker 1: stay in Jackson. She said she loved the community. So
- 2:24Speaker 1: tell us what's happened since I last saw you? Because
- 2:26Speaker 1: I was down there doing my Perfect Bake tour, telling
- 2:29Speaker 1: everybody I would have a baking contest. I was doing
- 2:31Speaker 1: that in the winner one in the Jackson area, and
- 2:33Speaker 1: that's how we met. Yes, yes, yes, I still have
- 2:39Speaker 1: my perfect bank. Matter of fact, you gifted me with one. Yes,
- 2:45Speaker 1: it hain't been some years, Rashan, And you're right you
- 2:50Speaker 1: you told me then I remember the words that the
- 2:52Speaker 1: conversation we had right here in this studio. You talked
- 2:56Speaker 1: about me being talented and the one thing you wanted
- 2:59Speaker 1: to know that you're not telling everybody. You want to
- 3:01Speaker 1: know why am I still in Jackson? What's your question
- 3:04Speaker 1: to me? That was your question? If that was your
- 3:13Speaker 1: number one who? I said, telling me like, you don't
- 3:17Speaker 1: want to leave, You don't want to leave. He kept
- 3:19Speaker 1: telling me that. I do remember that. Then a lot
- 3:23Speaker 1: of happened since then, and since then, I've done some
- 3:26Speaker 1: television Since then, I've been doing television, a lot of hosting.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Of course, I still love, absolutely love my station. I
- 3:32Speaker 1: love what I do, and I do believe one of
- 3:34Speaker 1: the reasons that God had me stay in this opportunity
- 3:37Speaker 1: right here, we get to show people Jackson like never
- 3:41Speaker 1: seen before. What is amazing to teach you you. This
- 3:45Speaker 1: is the first time I'm introduced into this relationship with you.
- 3:48Speaker 1: You look fantabulous looks. You know. I love that. I
- 3:53Speaker 1: love the colors. You know you you got a little
- 3:56Speaker 1: you got that's that swag to you when you walk
- 3:58Speaker 1: out in the streets. Now tell us about your background. Yes,
- 4:05Speaker 1: I do know about you know. Look, look Tamber, tell
- 4:08Speaker 1: us about you. Hello. Can you hear me? Yes, I
- 4:14Speaker 1: can hear you. Can you hear me? Absolutely? Don't go
- 4:17Speaker 1: country on me now, I know in Jackson misstership and
- 4:19Speaker 1: they got WiFi out, don't don't We got big time
- 4:27Speaker 1: celebrity to come on this show, Littitia lot be. Don't
- 4:29Speaker 1: be going country on me. Oh, I'm not going country
- 4:32Speaker 1: on you. Thank you so much for having us. Thank
- 4:35Speaker 1: you so much. Is an honored to be on your show.
- 4:38Speaker 1: I really appreciate it. Everything Timber actually said some wonderful
- 4:42Speaker 1: things about you. So I did do a little research, right, So,
- 4:45Speaker 1: my girl, Timber did say great things about you. So
- 4:48Speaker 1: again it's so great, great introduction. As you said, I
- 4:52Speaker 1: am the founder of an organization called National Women's Brunch Organization,
- 4:57Speaker 1: and it is for female entrepreneurs. We provided them with
- 5:00Speaker 1: resources to help them start businesses, whether it be um
- 5:03Speaker 1: to educate them with financial literacy to help them start businesses.
- 5:08Speaker 1: We also empower them. We focus most more so on
- 5:12Speaker 1: mindset change because we all know that everything starts in
- 5:15Speaker 1: the mind first, and that's the only way you'll be
- 5:17Speaker 1: able to see anything productive in your life. So that's
- 5:20Speaker 1: what we do. I have my platforms catered to women
- 5:23Speaker 1: because I personally knew that in order to make anything
- 5:27Speaker 1: and anybody great, I first had to become the change, right,
- 5:30Speaker 1: So I created that platform for women. So yes, yes,
- 5:33Speaker 1: my country self. Okay, you own it, girl. I promus
- 5:42Speaker 1: to Texas, don't let these close fool you. I like,
- 5:51Speaker 1: now here's a great thing about this whole cover and
- 5:52Speaker 1: says you guys in Mississippi, we've seen the racial arrest
- 5:56Speaker 1: this country went on, and we saw a tremendous change
- 6:00Speaker 1: the state of Mississippi with the removal of the flag.
- 6:02Speaker 1: You know, from a media standpoint, you out front and
- 6:05Speaker 1: I know you get a lot of calls and a
- 6:06Speaker 1: lot of reactions. Chambera talking to me about that change
- 6:09Speaker 1: that you've seen with the removal of the flag. I
- 6:12Speaker 1: know it's not major, some stack some situations, but it
- 6:15Speaker 1: still was a major change from a symbolism standpoint. Absolutely.
- 6:22Speaker 1: I had radio personalities from across the country to reach
- 6:25Speaker 1: out to me. Some people who didn't even realize that
- 6:28Speaker 1: we still had that flag with that late they didn't
- 6:30Speaker 1: even realize it, and so it was literally history. It
- 6:36Speaker 1: was a history that we can say that we actually
- 6:38Speaker 1: were a part of here in Jackson because we've watched
- 6:42Speaker 1: people march to take that flag down, We've watched protests
- 6:47Speaker 1: to take it down, we brought protests to keep it up,
- 6:50Speaker 1: and it's it's been ongoing. It's not something that just happened.
- 6:53Speaker 1: It's been an ongoing fight. And to finally see that
- 6:57Speaker 1: fight and watch how it ends played right in front.
- 7:00Speaker 1: But it's a part of history and I'm actually happy
- 7:03Speaker 1: to say that I was on air when it happened. Wow. Well,
- 7:07Speaker 1: you know, when you're talking about black empower me Letitia
- 7:10Speaker 1: and you we're gonna get to the revitalization of Fair
- 7:13Speaker 1: Street and the men and but you know, we're talking
- 7:15Speaker 1: about the South, and the Mississippi has always had a
- 7:18Speaker 1: terrible racist history. You know, it's in the South, you know.
- 7:22Speaker 1: You know, you can go to Alabama, you know, Georgia,
- 7:25Speaker 1: all the soft have their stories. The Mississippi has always
- 7:27Speaker 1: stood out. When you talk about black women in power. Boy,
- 7:30Speaker 1: what you're talking about, you know, black girl magic. Talk
- 7:33Speaker 1: to us about some of the obstacles and then what
- 7:35Speaker 1: you're trying to achieve when you're talking about breaking through
- 7:37Speaker 1: that financial literacy, sealing and their glass ceiling. Well, as
- 7:41Speaker 1: you said, um, coming from the South and trying to
- 7:45Speaker 1: uplift the black community, we all know it's history. So
- 7:49Speaker 1: of course I'll face several obstacles, obstacles from partnerships, meaning
- 7:54Speaker 1: that banks in the community, trying to get my ladies
- 7:58Speaker 1: a partnership to help them establish credit with some of
- 8:01Speaker 1: our banks, UM. And also that's something that we need
- 8:04Speaker 1: more of here in the South. We need i mean
- 8:07Speaker 1: all over black black owned UM banks. You know. So
- 8:11Speaker 1: I've definitely faced that trying to get partners um to
- 8:14Speaker 1: partner with my organization to help us. You know, luckily
- 8:18Speaker 1: and properly, we have been able to secure a few
- 8:20Speaker 1: partners that can help our entrepreneurs, our black entrepreneurs um
- 8:24Speaker 1: take our loans to start establishing credit. And that is
- 8:28Speaker 1: so important to learn financial literacy because coming up, that's
- 8:32Speaker 1: something that I wasn't taught, you know. And again, um,
- 8:35Speaker 1: everything that I do is passion driven or it's from
- 8:38Speaker 1: experiences that I do not want anyone else to encounter.
- 8:42Speaker 1: So that's basically what this organization and it's entirety is.
- 8:46Speaker 1: It is to help girls, women who look exactly like me,
- 8:51Speaker 1: to have the opportunity to succeed. So that's why this
- 8:54Speaker 1: platform was created. Well when did it start? And you're
- 8:58Speaker 1: inspired by somebody m Well, actually it started as women
- 9:03Speaker 1: Brunch Mississippi and we started that in two thousand and seventeen.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I attended a brunch in Atlanta, Georgia, and I was
- 9:10Speaker 1: just so amazed by this brunch that I attended. Well,
- 9:12Speaker 1: it wasn't even a brunch, it was an event. It
- 9:14Speaker 1: was like a networking evan and uh, I was so
- 9:17Speaker 1: amazed how women were networking together. They were like, you know,
- 9:21Speaker 1: how can I pour into you? How can you pour
- 9:23Speaker 1: into me and I was like, Wow, this is something
- 9:26Speaker 1: that Mississippi needs. So originally it started as a networking event.
- 9:30Speaker 1: I hosted on my first event in two thousand and seventeen,
- 9:33Speaker 1: mingling over Mimosa's Business Brunch to allow business owners to
- 9:37Speaker 1: come in and network. Well, we set up for like
- 9:39Speaker 1: sixty sixty sixty two people and we had over a
- 9:43Speaker 1: hundred a hundred people to attend. And I was like,
- 9:46Speaker 1: oh my goodness that that was like a supplied demand.
- 9:50Speaker 1: That was something that was needed in a confirmation for
- 9:52Speaker 1: me to do more of them. So I created Women
- 9:55Speaker 1: Brunch Mississippi, and that Women Brunch Mississippi was to empower
- 9:59Speaker 1: the women here in the state. Well as the organization
- 10:02Speaker 1: starts to like take its own life, thank you Jesus,
- 10:05Speaker 1: it starts to take its own life. I had women
- 10:07Speaker 1: reaching out in Alabama, I had women reaching out in
- 10:10Speaker 1: Atlanta and Texas. How can I be a part of
- 10:12Speaker 1: this organization? So I was like, you know what, let
- 10:16Speaker 1: me get outside my conference zone and I stepped out
- 10:18Speaker 1: to National Women's Branch organization. Well, there's the great thing
- 10:22Speaker 1: about it is that you're trying to create change. Now
- 10:25Speaker 1: when I when I go back to Tambera. I gotta
- 10:27Speaker 1: tell you some tamber Mrssippi Monica Bar text me. You
- 10:31Speaker 1: know Mrs Monica Bar and she's one of the executive
- 10:33Speaker 1: producers of Steve Harvey Morning Show. I gave her a
- 10:37Speaker 1: break and gave her an opportunity to get on the show.
- 10:39Speaker 1: And she texts me, Uh, Tambra is gonna do your show,
- 10:42Speaker 1: and she wants to know if you remember her. I
- 10:46Speaker 1: was so bad that I got that text, like I'm
- 10:48Speaker 1: gonna forget you were had a long conversations, were in
- 10:54Speaker 1: the studio for several hours, and I remember everything I
- 10:58Speaker 1: told you. I said, why you still in Jackson and
- 11:04Speaker 1: and that made an impression on me. And when I
- 11:06Speaker 1: when I think, when I think about what you were becoming,
- 11:09Speaker 1: and you was evolving not only as a as an individual,
- 11:12Speaker 1: but as a person. And this is this whole. This
- 11:15Speaker 1: is gonna be a big transition, ladies, because now you know,
- 11:18Speaker 1: people gonna know you sometimes for the right reasons, for
- 11:21Speaker 1: the wrong reasons. You know, and you have this show
- 11:24Speaker 1: called The Relationship Our on radio. Okay, they say it's controvertial,
- 11:28Speaker 1: Uh please tell us why, And it's fine controversy, but
- 11:32Speaker 1: but tell us why, Well, you know what, I've been
- 11:36Speaker 1: doing that show for years and it's just a part
- 11:38Speaker 1: of something that's inside the midday that we do once
- 11:40Speaker 1: a week. And this has been controversy. I think they
- 11:43Speaker 1: why they call it controversy, It is because we opened
- 11:45Speaker 1: the phone lines to the to the audience. It's it's
- 11:49Speaker 1: open to the audience. The audience comes up with the questions,
- 11:52Speaker 1: they stand in what they want to talk about, and
- 11:55Speaker 1: literally people give their opinions on what's going on. We
- 11:58Speaker 1: all know that relationship pretty much rule this entire world. Okay,
- 12:03Speaker 1: we know that. So we talked about not only personal
- 12:05Speaker 1: relationships and professional relationships, but all types of relationships, even
- 12:09Speaker 1: if you're dealing with family and a lot of times
- 12:12Speaker 1: it can be very controversially, just like the things that
- 12:14Speaker 1: people say. I've had people to call and say the
- 12:19Speaker 1: strangest things. So it does. And we're in the middle
- 12:23Speaker 1: of the day, we're talking at one of the US
- 12:25Speaker 1: this night conversation. This is conversation you're literally at listening to.
- 12:30Speaker 1: So that's what you say when they say controversy. I
- 12:32Speaker 1: had people to call me and say, look, do you
- 12:34Speaker 1: know who asked that question? Because this stuff, like she's
- 12:37Speaker 1: talking about my husband. I had those type of questions,
- 12:40Speaker 1: but it's all fun. And it talked about I know, right,
- 12:44Speaker 1: it talked about relationships because relationships are so important and
- 12:48Speaker 1: it's just opened opinions up for everyone to get involved. Well,
- 12:53Speaker 1: you know, you know Steven Harvey and I you know,
- 12:55Speaker 1: when comes to relationship, act like a lady, to think
- 12:57Speaker 1: like a man. The movies, so know the Strawberry letter
- 13:01Speaker 1: that he does at the top of eight o'clock, been
- 13:03Speaker 1: doing that since two thousands, So I know the power
- 13:06Speaker 1: of a relationship. But you're doing it for a whole
- 13:09Speaker 1: hour though, we just did a letter, so that whole
- 13:12Speaker 1: hour concert. Would you take several phone cloths or is
- 13:15Speaker 1: it man? They call to men and the women Rashaun
- 13:21Speaker 1: like men and women. Yes, we open it up for
- 13:25Speaker 1: everyone to call. And I hear from my ladies, and
- 13:28Speaker 1: I hear from my guys point of view, and sometimes
- 13:31Speaker 1: the ladies and one interested in a guy's point of view,
- 13:34Speaker 1: because you know, when you're over the phone, you can
- 13:36Speaker 1: be yourself. You can say exactly what you want to
- 13:39Speaker 1: say and how you feel, instead of like you thinking
- 13:42Speaker 1: somebody's looking at you or trying to judge you. So
- 13:45Speaker 1: That's why I think when people say it's controversy, because
- 13:47Speaker 1: they're saying how they really really because they don't have
- 13:51Speaker 1: to be seen. It's not zoom, it's not down on
- 13:54Speaker 1: the TV show with the Steve Harvey type of Oprah
- 13:58Speaker 1: is on the phone, and if we get away with it,
- 14:02Speaker 1: they can get away with whatever they say. They're real
- 14:06Speaker 1: feelings about how they feel on that on the topic
- 14:09Speaker 1: that we're actually talking about, like the conversations and the
- 14:14Speaker 1: stories that I had heard. Actually a part of my
- 14:17Speaker 1: book that the conversations I've heard, some of the things
- 14:22Speaker 1: will blow your mind and there's no judgment. Nobody's judging
- 14:28Speaker 1: you because we're just listening to your real opinion. It's
- 14:30Speaker 1: finally here the season of celebration, and no matter how
- 14:34Speaker 1: you celebrate with family and friends, whether you're preparing for
- 14:37Speaker 1: rays magos or Karamu lighting the Manura, are going to

- 17:15Speaker 1: these manufactured relationships. You know, your TV your real stall.
- 17:20Speaker 1: She a community stall. Y'all make a great television show.
- 17:25Speaker 1: So you guys know each other. Oh absolutely absolutely, That's
- 17:30Speaker 1: why that's why this show here beil Collective is so
- 17:35Speaker 1: so amazing because we're all connected. It's not anything like
- 17:38Speaker 1: you said manufactory, like this is this is our real life.
- 17:41Speaker 1: It's reality. And I think that that's what people they're
- 17:44Speaker 1: gonna love about it. I think that they're going to
- 17:46Speaker 1: love the realness. I think not only that they're gonna
- 17:48Speaker 1: love the ladies, and they're gonna love Mississippi. You know,
- 17:52Speaker 1: everybody is curious about Mississippi and this group of women.
- 17:56Speaker 1: We all bring something out of miss out us. That's
- 18:00Speaker 1: that's so Mississippi, and it's so different, and it's so unique,
- 18:03Speaker 1: and we're all you know, we're all friends. Now, this
- 18:07Speaker 1: is about five ladies, five ladies. I'm meeting two of you. Guys.
- 18:10Speaker 1: I'm leaving you, Lutitia, I mean you, Tambrod. You also
- 18:13Speaker 1: have La Tres Rogers, doctor Antoine Louds, and then you
- 18:17Speaker 1: have uh Maria, Marie Hamilton, Jimmy. The personality of Dr Antoinette,
- 18:27Speaker 1: what's the question? Don't tell me about personality? Dr Yes,
- 18:33Speaker 1: what's Antoine's personality? Um? So if I had to say
- 18:37Speaker 1: Antoine's personality, of course she's a dentist. So um, I
- 18:41Speaker 1: think that you know she's just cool lay you know,
- 18:45Speaker 1: cool lay back. I mean, I really don't know like
- 18:48Speaker 1: the personality. If I had to say, like I could
- 18:52Speaker 1: even you say, what's Tampa's personality? Bubb believe Midday Diva,
- 18:58Speaker 1: well sweet, you know was um, you know. But if
- 19:03Speaker 1: I had to say, Antonina, she's that she's just very
- 19:06Speaker 1: you know, low key child. You know she she's not
- 19:10Speaker 1: as out I'm gonna say, it's load like you're gonna
- 19:12Speaker 1: hear me and Tambla, you gonna here she's so she
- 19:16Speaker 1: can't be too out there, hasn't having decorum of professionalism
- 19:21Speaker 1: now so till me this Timmy, just Tambra. How about
- 19:24Speaker 1: Latrice Rogers? Can you champion something about her? Cambera Latre definitely.
- 19:30Speaker 1: I actually met Latrice through radio. Yes, that's actually like
- 19:35Speaker 1: she's been a client of radio where I've actually voiced
- 19:37Speaker 1: her commercials and that's how we met is through radio.
- 19:42Speaker 1: She's a client of our station. I've actually done some
- 19:45Speaker 1: things with her and that's how we met. And when
- 19:47Speaker 1: I think about Latrisa's personality, I think really business minded,
- 19:50Speaker 1: Like she was all about her business when I met her,
- 19:52Speaker 1: and she wanted to grow her business. So I literally
- 19:55Speaker 1: watched her business grow. I really had. So it is
- 19:59Speaker 1: a great thing just to watch the growth when it
- 20:01Speaker 1: starts right here and you watch it just grow. That
- 20:04Speaker 1: is beautiful, like you cannot help but absolutely respect it
- 20:08Speaker 1: and love it well. The final member is Maria. Marie
- 20:13Speaker 1: Hamilton's professional and tell me something about it. Oh my goodness.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Marie is definitely a powerhouse in the community. Marie is
- 20:24Speaker 1: her business partner s C. Actually S and I were
- 20:27Speaker 1: from the same hometown and that's how I met Marie.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Marie has been at my brunches, attending my brunches and
- 20:32Speaker 1: supported my brunches ever since the very first branch that
- 20:35Speaker 1: I had, so our relationship has gone from business to
- 20:39Speaker 1: personal now. And she is just all business minded like
- 20:42Speaker 1: they operate all of these businesses. She's always looking forward
- 20:46Speaker 1: to the next big thing. Marie is just she's very outspoken,
- 20:50Speaker 1: but she's very lovable too, So Maria. This is five women.
- 20:56Speaker 1: It's called the Bell Collective. It is set in Jackson, Mississippi.
- 20:59Speaker 1: These are dynamic women represent the finest of Mississippi's entrepreneurship,
- 21:04Speaker 1: determined to break through the ceiling glass ceiling of social consciousness.
- 21:09Speaker 1: The interesting thing about these shows is that when it
- 21:13Speaker 1: airs January fifteen, that believes the premier date do you expect.
- 21:19Speaker 1: You know, this is fame, you know, because all you know,
- 21:21Speaker 1: people know you. You guys in the community to know you.
- 21:23Speaker 1: But it's like I always tell people like, you know,
- 21:26Speaker 1: my name is Rashaan, And when people started saying my
- 21:28Speaker 1: name correctly all the time, it really tripped me out
- 21:31Speaker 1: because I can always tell people who didn't know me
- 21:33Speaker 1: when they didn't say it right. Now, everybody's gonna know
- 21:36Speaker 1: how to say Letitia's right way. That's just how I said.
- 21:41Speaker 1: And I and my friends called me Latitia. But that's
- 21:44Speaker 1: a good point. When I hear Latitia, how Letitia? I
- 21:48Speaker 1: know that someone on my father's side or my arm
- 21:51Speaker 1: is upset at me, and she's cool with me. It's hey, Titia,
- 21:54Speaker 1: and she's upset Ltitia. Tamb But you know you're on
- 22:00Speaker 1: the radio show in it since you are famous. You know,
- 22:03Speaker 1: I'm not saying Letitia isn't famous, but you're in the
- 22:07Speaker 1: radio You're in the popular show Relationship our show. So
- 22:10Speaker 1: you used to that level, but this is a visual
- 22:12Speaker 1: level you're about to get to. Are you ready for that?
- 22:17Speaker 1: Let me tell you, actually I am. I did have
- 22:20Speaker 1: the opportunity to do some guest hosting before and that
- 22:22Speaker 1: was on another network, and then I was actually doing
- 22:25Speaker 1: some other hosting in guest Correspondence Traditionation, which was on
- 22:29Speaker 1: another network. So I'm really gutten. I think I had
- 22:33Speaker 1: my feet wet a lot, just cant because once you
- 22:38Speaker 1: come across that three, a lot of things are coming
- 22:41Speaker 1: at you. So I've had my feet wet quite a
- 22:44Speaker 1: few times now, right. But I definitely think this, think
- 22:49Speaker 1: you because I'm actually opening up my personal life. I'm
- 22:52Speaker 1: not just talking entertainment news. I'm not just hosting anything
- 22:56Speaker 1: which I'm used to doing that one television that I'm
- 22:59Speaker 1: actually opening my personal life. So this is very different
- 23:03Speaker 1: for me. Okay, when you open it up, tell us
- 23:05Speaker 1: about your personal life. What is your personal life? You
- 23:11Speaker 1: brought it up, you people. Oh but this is what
- 23:23Speaker 1: I'm saying. When I say tosted life, I mean I
- 23:26Speaker 1: am so you too. I have always had in myself
- 23:29Speaker 1: it's par having a professional life that was super super public,
- 23:32Speaker 1: which I I stilutely love because I'm a people prison.
- 23:35Speaker 1: I love people. I love social life, I love all
- 23:38Speaker 1: of that. I love people. I do have a passion
- 23:40Speaker 1: for people. But I managed to keep my private life
- 23:45Speaker 1: in personal life kind of priding, just because I feel like,
- 23:49Speaker 1: does anybody in my personal life. They didn't found up
- 23:52Speaker 1: for that, They didn't fun it up for any of
- 23:54Speaker 1: what I have going on. But on this show you
- 23:57Speaker 1: actually do get a chance. You still conversations that I
- 24:01Speaker 1: might have my parents that are very personal to me
- 24:04Speaker 1: that you've never seen before. So when I say personal
- 24:08Speaker 1: life for Sean, I'm not just talking about like personal boyfriend.
- 24:10Speaker 1: But although you might see a little bit of that
- 24:12Speaker 1: and dating and stuff like, that's what I want to
- 24:14Speaker 1: see you. I don't as well. I want to see
- 24:19Speaker 1: that man. That man. What about the man? The man
- 24:30Speaker 1: talking about her parents? You don't see her parent I
- 24:36Speaker 1: I do have some things going on in my personal life.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Well you know that I've done that. I probably need
- 24:43Speaker 1: the handle. So you see all of that all collected.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Tea Sha, what about you? Now she brought up this.
- 24:52Speaker 1: I wouldn't even want go there. But when you have
- 24:55Speaker 1: somebody open the pan down on a box. Not I
- 25:01Speaker 1: did it to make house. That's why I mean, tamer
- 25:04Speaker 1: you did. You just kept and you said, oh and
- 25:06Speaker 1: my personal life, teach teach you your turn turn my
- 25:13Speaker 1: personal of course. I mean you guys are gonna see
- 25:15Speaker 1: my personal in its entirety. Um, of course I am married.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I'm married to Gwyn Glenn and I We've been together
- 25:22Speaker 1: for twenty three years. We've been married for seventeen years.
- 25:25Speaker 1: We have a son, Joshua, who was five years Oh
- 25:29Speaker 1: you're gonna see the ends and out of me trying
- 25:31Speaker 1: to really focus on my business move from housewife under
- 25:36Speaker 1: Glenn to boss wife. So what I love about it?
- 25:39Speaker 1: And and and even the producers, everyone who worked on
- 25:42Speaker 1: this show. They made us so comfortable being totally transparent
- 25:45Speaker 1: that I think I was maybe to the transparent. So
- 25:47Speaker 1: what you really, um, what you did? So it's after
- 25:52Speaker 1: you who watch Bail Collective. I'm sure the world will
- 25:56Speaker 1: be like, I know, Tesha. Yeah, well good. I'm just
- 25:59Speaker 1: gonna ask you, SI. Of course you bell Collective. Where
- 26:01Speaker 1: did that title come from? Well, the producer, UM, Carlos King.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Of course, we all know Carlos King, the King of Reality. UM,
- 26:11Speaker 1: his company Kingdom Rain. Um. Carlos mentioned on our preview
- 26:15Speaker 1: that the name came from of course, we're in the South,
- 26:18Speaker 1: were known for bells, and it's a it's a collective, um,
- 26:22Speaker 1: five different women. So I guess him and his brower mind.
- 26:25Speaker 1: He put together bell collective Cool before we go, I
- 26:29Speaker 1: want to talk about I mentioned it in their opening
- 26:31Speaker 1: about the black, iconic black neighborhood in Jackson, Mississippi on
- 26:36Speaker 1: Farres Street. Tell us a little bit about that is
- 26:38Speaker 1: there's an important need to revitalize that street in that community.
- 26:43Speaker 1: M it is so important. Um And as you all
- 26:45Speaker 1: seeing on the show, was an inspiration inspired by my grandfather,
- 26:49Speaker 1: his face with a light of each time he talked
- 26:51Speaker 1: about Farres Street and how that was a black mecca
- 26:54Speaker 1: that was a safe place for black people. How there
- 26:57Speaker 1: were grocery stores and and things and anything that a
- 27:01Speaker 1: black person needs, just even the fellowship with one another,
- 27:04Speaker 1: you could find it on Farrish Street. So I started
- 27:06Speaker 1: to do my research on Farres Street myself, and oh
- 27:09Speaker 1: my god, and it was just so amazing. I felt like,
- 27:13Speaker 1: I have to make this happen. I have to be
- 27:15Speaker 1: a part of something here because it's history and it's
- 27:19Speaker 1: something that our ancestors will be proud about. So I
- 27:21Speaker 1: feel like too when I share kids with Timber. Before
- 27:24Speaker 1: Timber and I've had this conversation that it's so important
- 27:27Speaker 1: for us to work together to try and revitalize this area,
- 27:30Speaker 1: not only for us, but for the generations after us.
- 27:34Speaker 1: So it's my baby, it's my heart. I'm putting everything
- 27:38Speaker 1: in it, and I'm playing and believing that everything's gonna
- 27:41Speaker 1: manifest the way that it's on TV now, So donations
- 27:46Speaker 1: will come in and all that good stuff. But you know, Tambert,
- 27:50Speaker 1: I gotta I gotta wrap it up with Chamber. Now
- 27:51Speaker 1: that's my girl. You know I spent time with on
- 27:56Speaker 1: the radio. I didn't believe she's still being Jack's Mississippi
- 28:01Speaker 1: Nacio TV in Jackson, Mississippi. You know. So all I
- 28:06Speaker 1: know is that you proved me wrong. You are going
- 28:08Speaker 1: to be a star. I told you that when I
- 28:10Speaker 1: first met you. You know, you with a fantastic friend.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Here onto my show the T shot, you know what
- 28:17Speaker 1: I'm saying, or T shot. You know what, what's the
- 28:20Speaker 1: future for your temper because you're you're you're fantastic personality,
- 28:25Speaker 1: You're single. I'm gonna see Look, I'm gonna see a
- 28:27Speaker 1: man or you on TV. But the ain't the real man.
- 28:30Speaker 1: That's a man on the TV show. So they're gonna
- 28:33Speaker 1: be other men. Don't cut your way, you know what
- 28:35Speaker 1: I'm saying. They will come in and try to scoop
- 28:38Speaker 1: scool gool cool. You're gonna become a relationship out you
- 28:44Speaker 1: gonna be And so I just want to talk to
- 28:51Speaker 1: your shot you. You know me, I still had that
- 28:54Speaker 1: same I ever had that same drive, in that same
- 28:58Speaker 1: passion that we talk to that I still have that
- 29:02Speaker 1: I'm still going for it. You know you said I
- 29:05Speaker 1: Wouldna Jackson. That's not true. That is not true. You know,
- 29:10Speaker 1: I love radio, I love television. I absolutely love what
- 29:14Speaker 1: I do. Of course, you know, one of my goal
- 29:16Speaker 1: is continue to do television and radio and host on television.
- 29:20Speaker 1: You know, I love people, passion for entertainment. My passion
- 29:24Speaker 1: has not changed. My passion for people has not changed.
- 29:27Speaker 1: My passion for helping people has not changed. Everything is
- 29:30Speaker 1: still in the same and I'm just in a different
- 29:32Speaker 1: feat in a different driving feet, but my passion it's
- 29:36Speaker 1: still there. I absolutely love what I do and the
- 29:38Speaker 1: goal is to be full time hosting television and radio.
- 29:42Speaker 1: And I do want you'all do me a favor. Okay,
- 29:45Speaker 1: I'm getting you guys before the launch of the show.
- 29:48Speaker 1: So maybe like maybe in May, you know, when you
- 29:51Speaker 1: guys episodes and you know that stalled and stalkers and
- 29:56Speaker 1: people bothering you and paying for your meals and following
- 30:00Speaker 1: you in your restrooms and opening the car doing strangers
- 30:05Speaker 1: and showing up in your branches. You don't know him.
- 30:08Speaker 1: I want to bring you back on the show. Call
- 30:10Speaker 1: y'all do my favorite comeback on the show? Absolutely? Absolutely.
- 30:19Speaker 1: First of all, I joke about Jackson, Mississippi. Uh, my boy,
- 30:22Speaker 1: Dion Sanders down there at Jackson State as the home
- 30:26Speaker 1: of a powerful hp c U hpc US populated state
- 30:30Speaker 1: of Mississippi. Uh, great food, great people. You know when
- 30:34Speaker 1: I was down there. I joke now, but there's nothing
- 30:36Speaker 1: negative that I have to say bout Jackson, miss I'm
- 30:38Speaker 1: just excited that Carlos King. He did it in Huntsville.
- 30:42Speaker 1: Now he's gonna do it again in Jackson's, Mississippi. And
- 30:45Speaker 1: just know some business and it's some great things are
- 30:48Speaker 1: gonna come your way. And I'm talking to do very
- 30:50Speaker 1: smart business women. And that's what this show is about.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Entrepreneurship from different lanes showing in Jackson, Mississippi. This is
- 30:57Speaker 1: why I love the show, and I love what Carlos
- 30:59Speaker 1: King is on because you think you the interesting people
- 31:02Speaker 1: are in the big cities, Atlanta, Gallas, Chicago, l A,
