- 0:01Speaker 1: This is a story that I'm about to tell you
- 0:03Speaker 1: that it's an incredibly important one. It is a fact
- 0:06Speaker 1: now that the FBI literally spied on not one, not two,
- 0:13Speaker 1: not three, four, five, six, seven, but eight GOP senators.
- 0:20Speaker 1: It was called a total analysis. That is the terminology
- 0:24Speaker 1: that's used by FBI investigators to analyze cellular call data
- 0:30Speaker 1: for federal probes. Think of it as link analysis that
- 0:34Speaker 1: shows patterns of communication location data as well as potential
- 0:40Speaker 1: targets network of associates. This should shock every single one
- 0:47Speaker 1: of you to a core. And these declassified records, as
- 0:51Speaker 1: the FBI Director Cash Bettel is now exposing code name
- 0:55Speaker 1: Arctic Frost was brought because of a whistle blower disclosures
- 1:00Speaker 1: to Senator Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson that showed nearly
- 1:04Speaker 1: one hundred conservative groups, including Turning Point USA, were part
- 1:12Speaker 1: of the probe. Now you have something that's even more shocking,
- 1:16Speaker 1: and that is not only was the FBI going after
- 1:19Speaker 1: conservative groups, but the FBI was spying on senators, and
- 1:23Speaker 1: some of those senators are now fighting back. Senator Ron
- 1:27Speaker 1: Johnson saying it this way in a statement earlier, I
- 1:31Speaker 1: was just briefed by the FBI's Dan Bongino that the
- 1:35Speaker 1: FBI and the Justice Department obtained call logs from eight
- 1:41Speaker 1: US Senators, including myself. We were surveilled simply for being Republicans.
- 1:49Speaker 1: This does not surprise me, but it should shock every American.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Senator Johnson continued. What the Biden administration has done is
- 1:59Speaker 1: an outrageous abuse of power. It is blatant political persecution.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Those responsible must be held fully accountable. Now you may
- 2:11Speaker 1: ask yourself what is in this actual document. The Federal
- 2:14Speaker 1: Bureau of Investigation unclassified document dated nine to twenty seven
- 2:20Speaker 1: of twenty twenty three puts it in a simple manner.
- 2:24Speaker 1: The FBI special agent with the name redacted, conducted preliminary
- 2:28Speaker 1: toll analysis on limited tolls records associated with the following
- 2:34Speaker 1: US senters Mike Kelly, Lindsey Graham, Bill Haggerty, Josh Holly,
- 2:42Speaker 1: Dan Sullivan, Tommy Tuberville, Ron Johnson, Cynthia Loomis, and Senator
- 2:49Speaker 1: Marsha Blackburn. You look at what I just explained to you,
- 2:54Speaker 1: and this is the weaponization literally of our federal government.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Right before.
- 3:01Speaker 1: The other question is this, who were the FBI's supervisory
- 3:05Speaker 1: special agents and why are their names redacted. Who approved
- 3:09Speaker 1: the report and the surveillance of the US senators is
- 3:13Speaker 1: another question that should be asked. Markings indicate that the
- 3:18Speaker 1: FBI Washington Field Office was doing this during the Biden administration.
- 3:26Speaker 1: This also means that there was a team involved as well.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Anissa manages investigative teams and approves the reports that we
- 3:36Speaker 1: now are seeing. Toll analysis, as I mentioned, is used
- 3:40Speaker 1: to analyze cellular data and the call details for federal probes.
- 3:45Speaker 1: This is a highly revealing investigative tool. It exploits all
- 3:50Speaker 1: the patterns of the targets or the people involved in
- 3:54Speaker 1: the communication investigation, and it also is incredibly invasive because
- 4:00Speaker 1: it would look at the location data of those senators
- 4:04Speaker 1: that were being spied on. Now, several of these senators
- 4:09Speaker 1: decided to have a press conference that were the targets
- 4:13Speaker 1: that were spied on. Senator Grassley was the first to speak,
- 4:16Speaker 1: and I'm going to play it for you. Listen to
- 4:18Speaker 1: what they had to say that.
- 4:20Speaker 3: We can find for the solicitation of these telephone records,
- 4:26Speaker 3: which I think emphasizes the political weaponization that was behind
- 4:33Speaker 3: all this effort. And we were still getting more information,
- 4:40Speaker 3: but we've released some records today, and I'll let Senator
- 4:43Speaker 3: Johnson take over from here, and then each one of
- 4:46Speaker 3: you colleagues can join in when you want to whatever
- 4:50Speaker 3: you want to say.
- 4:51Speaker 4: First of all, I want to thank Sender Grassley. It
- 4:54Speaker 4: is because of his relentless advocacy for whistleblowers did a
- 4:59Speaker 4: lot of this information surfacing right now. We wouldn't know
- 5:02Speaker 4: about the list of one hundred Republican entities that were
- 5:04Speaker 4: targeted by Jack Smith Arctic Frost's investigation.
- 5:07Speaker 5: I don't think we know about this as well, so
- 5:09Speaker 5: we need whistleblowers.
- 5:11Speaker 4: I think Dan Bongino and folks of the FBI they
- 5:14Speaker 4: don't know where all the records are hidden. They still don't.
- 5:17Speaker 4: They're not necessarily getting huntrecent cooperation, but this is outrageous
- 5:21Speaker 4: what has happened. I just want to give you a
- 5:23Speaker 4: timeline this. I think you've already got the FBI sheet
- 5:28Speaker 4: that shows the number of members of Congress that were
- 5:30Speaker 4: targeted Representative Kelly Sandra's Graham, Haggerty, Holly Sullivan, Tuberville, myself,
- 5:36Speaker 4: Santa Lummis, and Blackburn. This memo was dated September of
- 5:41Speaker 4: twenty twenty three. To put it all into context, the
- 5:45Speaker 4: mar Lago raid occurred in August of twenty twenty two.
- 5:49Speaker 4: Jack Smith announced the indictments against President Trump in August
- 5:53Speaker 4: of twenty twenty three, so this is almost two months later.
- 5:58Speaker 4: They're casting this net, this fishing accident expedition against members
- 6:04Speaker 4: of the Senate in the House. Again, I've been investigating
- 6:08Speaker 4: this with Sender Grassley. This doesn't surprise me, but it
- 6:12Speaker 4: should shock every American of what the Biden administration has done.
- 6:20Speaker 4: And by the way, this is the first time I
- 6:21Speaker 4: was targeted by the FBI under the Obama administration. The
- 6:24Speaker 4: same thing happened to both Sender Grassley and I as
- 6:26Speaker 4: part of the Foreign Foreign Influenced Task Force. We were
- 6:30Speaker 4: giving a com a briefing to try and convince us
- 6:35Speaker 4: that the Hunter Biden laptop was no big deal, basically
- 6:38Speaker 4: trying to throw us off the track. So this is
- 6:41Speaker 4: major corruption just being revealed inside the Obama and Biden
- 6:47Speaker 4: Department Justice, the FBI. And I'll turn it over to
- 6:50Speaker 4: I guess Senator Haggerty, who's you know, one of the
- 6:52Speaker 4: one of the individuals. Again, none of us were subject
- 6:54Speaker 4: to targets this investigation. There's no predicate, there's no reason
- 6:58Speaker 4: for this. Other than a fishing expedition, which again should
- 7:00Speaker 4: outrage and shock every American.
- 7:03Speaker 6: Senator Hageity, thank you, Senator Johnson and Chairman Grassley, thank
- 7:06Speaker 6: you for your leadership in making this happen. This is
- 7:09Speaker 6: an extraordinary revelation that just took place this afternoon. My
- 7:13Speaker 6: colleagues and I found out all of US Republicans by
- 7:15Speaker 6: the way that we were placed under investigation by this
- 7:18Speaker 6: FBI under the Joe Biden FBI that was led I
- 7:22Speaker 6: presume by Jack Smith and his predecessors. This isn't the
- 7:25Speaker 6: first time that it's happened, though. Senator Johnson just mentioned this.
- 7:28Speaker 6: I served on the Trump transition team in Trump Tower
- 7:31Speaker 6: in twenty sixteen. Senator Blackburn was vice chair of the
- 7:35Speaker 6: transition committee then. As we're probably a dozen or more
- 7:38Speaker 6: members of Congress to think that we were all surveiled
- 7:41Speaker 6: back then by the Obama FBI. This corruption to run deep,
- 7:46Speaker 6: runs deep, and it's gone on for far too long.
- 7:50Speaker 6: And the fact that it's happened here again, the fact
- 7:52Speaker 6: that they are looking at our records in twenty twenty
- 7:54Speaker 6: three sitting members of the United States Senate. Again, the
- 7:57Speaker 6: only thing that we have in common, the only thing
- 7:59Speaker 6: in common in this entire list is that we're all Republicans.
- 8:01Speaker 6: They've decided to come out for us. This is as
- 8:03Speaker 6: partisan as it gets. The FBI and the corruption's running
- 8:06Speaker 6: there has to be cleared out. Thank god, we have cash,
- 8:09Speaker 6: hotel and Dan Bongino there. This has to be addressed,
- 8:12Speaker 6: It has to be resolved, It needs to happen today.
- 8:16Speaker 7: What we know is this that the FBI under Joe
- 8:21Speaker 7: Biden and under Barack Obama, that they exercised activity that
- 8:27Speaker 7: they had no authority to exercise. And as Senator Haggardy mentioned,
- 8:33Speaker 7: we know what they did in twenty sixteen to the
- 8:37Speaker 7: Trump transition team. And now we find out that after
- 8:43Speaker 7: the mar A Lago raid, after the indictment of President Trump,
- 8:48Speaker 7: they surveil US people who support President Trump, members who
- 8:55Speaker 7: are all Republicans.
- 8:58Speaker 2: But it shows.
- 8:59Speaker 7: You how out of control and rotten to the core
- 9:04Speaker 7: and politicized the FBI had become, and how they had
- 9:10Speaker 7: absolutely no problem at all whatsoever with political weaponization. We
- 9:17Speaker 7: appreciate the information we've gotten today. We look forward to
- 9:21Speaker 7: further investigation on this.
- 9:24Speaker 1: You just heard from many of those that were targeted
- 9:28Speaker 1: by the FBI. As you heard Bill Haggerty say, we
- 9:32Speaker 1: are sitting members of Congress, and by the way we
- 9:37Speaker 1: now have weren't.
- 9:38Speaker 2: It's not just senators.
- 9:39Speaker 1: There was also a representative that had their private communications
- 9:43Speaker 1: tracked by the former Special Council Jack Smith under the
- 9:47Speaker 1: Biden administration. The FBI Director Cash Betel also revealing files
- 9:54Speaker 1: obtained by Fox News show that Smith, in his official
- 9:57Speaker 1: capacity at the Department of Justice, as he investigated Donald
- 10:02Speaker 1: Trump and the events of January sixth, twenty twenty one,
- 10:05Speaker 1: decided to not only track the phone calls of Lindsey Graham,
- 10:08Speaker 1: Marsha Blackburn, Ron Johnson, Josh Holly, Cynthia Loomis, Bill Haggerty,
- 10:12Speaker 1: Dan Sullivan, Tommy Turverville, but also we now have learned
- 10:16Speaker 1: Republican Representative Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania. The alarming document revealing
- 10:22Speaker 1: that Smith and his Arctic Frost team had subpoena telephone
- 10:27Speaker 1: providers for the lawmakers records in twenty twenty three was
- 10:32Speaker 1: recently discovered by Patel. Patel confirmed the legitimacy of the
- 10:36Speaker 1: findings in an ex post, writing, we recently uncovered proof
- 10:40Speaker 1: that phone records of US lawmakers were seized for political
- 10:44Speaker 1: purposes that abuse of power ends now. Under my leadership,
- 10:49Speaker 1: the FBI will deliver truth and accountability and never again
- 10:53Speaker 1: be weaponized against the American people. That abuse of power
- 10:58Speaker 1: ends now seems to be the mantra, unfortunately, that is
- 11:02Speaker 1: needed by this administration to make sure that these bad
- 11:06Speaker 1: actors are exposed and rooted out. Finally, you also heard
- 11:10Speaker 1: one other thing that was really important that was mentioned there.
- 11:14Speaker 1: We need listle blowers. You heard that from Senator Johnson.
- 11:18Speaker 1: He is asking for others to come forward that may
- 11:21Speaker 1: know about abuse of power that was happening in the
- 11:23Speaker 1: deep State and letting them know there's a safe place
- 11:27Speaker 1: to bring it. Bongino, we also know brief the impact
- 11:30Speaker 1: of the lawmakers on Monday afternoon and said that it
- 11:34Speaker 1: is a disgrace that he's having to sit there and
- 11:37Speaker 1: show what he has found. It is a disgrace that
- 11:40Speaker 1: I have to stand on Capitol Hill and reveal this
- 11:43Speaker 1: that the FBI was once weaponized to track the private
- 11:47Speaker 1: communications of US lawmakers for political purposes. That era is over.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Several of the senators who have allegedly been spot on
- 11:57Speaker 1: not only spoke at the press conference which you do heard,
- 12:01Speaker 1: but said that they are also going to be looking
- 12:03Speaker 1: into this from a congressional standpoint, and to put it
- 12:08Speaker 1: just an overall perspective for you, Senator Holly called Smith's
- 12:12Speaker 1: actions not only an abuse of power, beyond Watergate, beyond
- 12:16Speaker 1: ja Eggar Hoover, one that directly strikes, he said, at
- 12:20Speaker 1: the Constitution, the separation of powers and the First Amendment.
- 12:25Speaker 1: And thank goodness that President Donald Trump has put great
- 12:28Speaker 1: men in charge of the FBI to root out this
- 12:32Speaker 1: pure evil that is inside of it. Are you one
- 12:35Speaker 1: of those that is just so tired of giving your
- 12:37Speaker 1: money to radical left woke companies that actually are fighting
- 12:41Speaker 1: against your values every day? Well, there are certain bills
- 12:45Speaker 1: that you pay every month that if you can go
- 12:47Speaker 1: with a conservative company, why not do it? In fact,
- 12:51Speaker 1: why not go with a conservative company actually takes part
- 12:54Speaker 1: of your bill every month that you're going to pay
- 12:55Speaker 1: to somebody, and they give it back to organizations that
- 12:59Speaker 1: support your first, First and your Second Amendment rights, that
- 13:02Speaker 1: support the rights of unborn children, that stand with our military,
- 13:07Speaker 1: are first responders and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well,
- 13:12Speaker 1: that bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill.
- 13:16Speaker 1: And I've been telling you for a long time about
- 13:18Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. But there's no better time to switch than
- 13:21Speaker 1: right now. Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all
- 13:25Speaker 1: three major networks in this country, yeah, all three. That
- 13:28Speaker 1: means you get the same great coverage you're used to
- 13:30Speaker 1: right now, but you also make a difference with every
- 13:33Speaker 1: call you make and every text you make.
- 13:35Speaker 2: And why would you want to give your mondy a
- 13:37Speaker 2: big mobile?
- 13:38Speaker 1: Big Mobile has been giving big donations to democratic causes,
- 13:42Speaker 1: democratic candidates, and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations
- 13:46Speaker 1: that actually support abortion. That is why I want you
- 13:52Speaker 1: to switch right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and
- 13:56Speaker 1: make the switch, and it's so easy. All you have
- 13:59Speaker 1: to do is simply all Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent
- 14:02Speaker 1: US based team from the comfort of your home or
- 14:05Speaker 1: your office, and they'll have you activated minutes. And if
- 14:08Speaker 1: you're still locked in a contract, not a problem. Patriots
- 14:11Speaker 1: Mobile contract buyout program covers up to five hundred dollars
- 14:15Speaker 1: per device. Keep your same number, keep your phone, or
- 14:18Speaker 1: upgrade do a new one. So back to my point,
- 14:20Speaker 1: what are you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and
- 14:23Speaker 1: make a difference every single day with every call you make.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 14:33Speaker 1: com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And
- 14:37Speaker 1: if you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get
- 14:39Speaker 1: a free month of service on top of that Patriot
- 14:42Speaker 1: mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot.
- 14:46Speaker 1: That's Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson or ninety seven
- 14:49Speaker 1: to two Patriot. Attorney General Pambondi testified before the Senate
- 14:56Speaker 1: and it got very heated because Democrats refuse to admit
- 15:00Speaker 1: the obvious, the exposing of the Department of Justice, the
- 15:04Speaker 1: FBI weaponizing itself to go after Republicans. Sitting members of
- 15:10Speaker 1: the Congress. Now, there was a very interesting moment that
- 15:14Speaker 1: happened with Senator Holly, and I want you to hear
- 15:17Speaker 1: what Senator Grassley had to say before he spoke about
- 15:21Speaker 1: the spying on our men and women in the Republican
- 15:25Speaker 1: Party who were elected to serve their country and the
- 15:28Speaker 1: United States Congress.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 15:31Speaker 8: Hally, without objection, introduced two documents into the record. First
- 15:38Speaker 8: one is the Expanded Scope of Arctic Frost. The second
- 15:42Speaker 8: document is a list of Republican groups and people that
- 15:46Speaker 8: Arctic frost targeted, including Charlie Kirk's group Turning Point USA.
- 15:52Speaker 8: These documents show the political weaponization of the Biden administration
- 15:57Speaker 8: against Republicans.
- 15:58Speaker 9: Senator Hawley, thank you very much, mister Chairman. Attorney General
- 16:01Speaker 9: BONDI good to see you. Welcome. I've been listening closely
- 16:05Speaker 9: in this hearing, and I've heard over and over from
- 16:07Speaker 9: my Democrat colleagues concerns about targeting political enemies, and they've
- 16:11Speaker 9: accused you of all manner of things and the current president.
- 16:14Speaker 9: I've also heard them said, and I just wrote it
- 16:16Speaker 9: down because I wanted to be sure I heard it correctly.
- 16:18Speaker 9: I've heard them say that Joe Biden never targeted his
- 16:21Speaker 9: political enemies. Joe Biden never directed his attorney general to
- 16:25Speaker 9: target his political opponents.
- 16:27Speaker 5: Huh.
- 16:28Speaker 9: That's interesting because I could have sworn that. Yesterday we
- 16:33Speaker 9: learned that the FBI tap my phone.
- 16:35Speaker 5: Let's look at it. We've got a list.
- 16:38Speaker 9: Tap my phone, tap Lindsay Graham's phone, tapped, Marshall Blackburn's
- 16:42Speaker 9: phone tapped five other phones of United States senators.
- 16:47Speaker 5: Gee, it sure looks like.
- 16:48Speaker 9: Targeting political opponents to me, and yet I haven't heard
- 16:51Speaker 9: a word from that side of the dais about any
- 16:54Speaker 9: concern whatsoever. We've got nothing but concerns today, but no
- 16:59Speaker 9: concern at all for a Justice Department that is tapping
- 17:03Speaker 9: the phones of sitting United States.
- 17:06Speaker 5: Senators because who knows why? They don't like them.
- 17:10Speaker 9: They're members of the opposition party, They're Republicans, they're conservatives.
- 17:14Speaker 9: You've seen this document, Attorney General Bonnie, What was going
- 17:17Speaker 9: on here?
- 17:18Speaker 5: Who ordered this? Who ordered the tapping of the phones
- 17:20Speaker 5: of the United States senators?
- 17:22Speaker 10: Senator Holly. I cannot discuss the details of that right
- 17:26Speaker 10: now for very good reason.
- 17:28Speaker 5: You're going to do a thorough investigation into this, I trust.
- 17:30Speaker 5: Is that correct.
- 17:31Speaker 10: We will be looking at all aspects of this, and
- 17:33Speaker 10: I have talked to Director Pateel at length.
- 17:35Speaker 9: And you're going to figure out who was involved in this,
- 17:39Speaker 9: who signed off on it, who knew about it. You're
- 17:42Speaker 9: going to get to the bottom of all of it.
- 17:43Speaker 5: Is it correct?
- 17:44Speaker 8: Yes?
- 17:44Speaker 10: And I've spoken to Director Patel about it, and he
- 17:46Speaker 10: is committed to doing this.
- 17:48Speaker 9: Well. I can tell you we already know many of
- 17:49Speaker 9: the details. We already know that this was ordered by
- 17:52Speaker 9: the Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, who reported directly to the
- 17:55Speaker 9: Attorney General of the United States, Merrick Garland. And we
- 17:59Speaker 9: know the Jack Smith was on his witch hunt because
- 18:03Speaker 9: he was directed to do so by the President of
- 18:05Speaker 9: the United States, Joe Biden. Let's just remember, let's take
- 18:10Speaker 9: a walk down memory lane. April second, twenty twenty two,
- 18:13Speaker 9: The New York Times. Garland faces growing pressure. The time
- 18:17Speaker 9: says as recently as late last year, that would have
- 18:20Speaker 9: been twenty twenty one, mister Biden confided to his inner
- 18:22Speaker 9: servile he believed former President Trump was a threat to
- 18:24Speaker 9: democracy and should be prosecuted. It goes on to say
- 18:27Speaker 9: that Garland that the Biden rather was frustrated with Garland
- 18:31Speaker 9: and wanted him to take decisive action against Trump. Here's
- 18:37Speaker 9: what we're talking about. Trump, of course, was a private
- 18:39Speaker 9: citizen at the time. So he appoints his own hitman,
- 18:45Speaker 9: Jack Smith, who goes after the president, former president, who
- 18:48Speaker 9: goes after members of this body.
- 18:50Speaker 5: You know.
- 18:51Speaker 9: The thing about it, though, that really strikes me, is
- 18:53Speaker 9: is that it didn't stop with members of the United
- 18:55Speaker 9: States Senate. Did an Attorney general body. It didn't stop here
- 18:59Speaker 9: at all. I mean, just as egregious, maybe more so,
- 19:02Speaker 9: than tapping the phones of US senators is this memo
- 19:04Speaker 9: that I know you've seen before. Let's just look at
- 19:06Speaker 9: it again. This is an FBI memo from the same
- 19:09Speaker 9: time period, I might add, from the same time period
- 19:14Speaker 9: in which the Federal Bureau of Investigation attempts to recruit
- 19:17Speaker 9: informants into Catholic parishes in this country. So here you
- 19:21Speaker 9: have an administration that is activating the FBI against its
- 19:24Speaker 9: political opponents and tapping the phones of United States senators.
- 19:29Speaker 9: Can I just say that again for my colleagues, for
- 19:31Speaker 9: the benefit of my colleagues on the other side of
- 19:32Speaker 9: the dais tapping the phones of United States senators. This
- 19:37Speaker 9: isn't hypothetical, This isn't maybe what will you do in
- 19:40Speaker 9: the future. This isn't og Can you imagine the situation
- 19:44Speaker 9: this happened, This happened, and this happened, the targeting of
- 19:49Speaker 9: Catholics in this country because Joe Biden and his FBI
- 19:53Speaker 9: didn't like Catholics who went to a certain kind of mass.
- 19:56Speaker 9: I mean, good God in Heaven, what is happening to
- 20:00Speaker 9: this country? What happened under Joe Biden? Or then how
- 20:04Speaker 9: about this the infamous school board memo where Merrick Garland,
- 20:08Speaker 9: at the direction of the White House issued a memo
- 20:11Speaker 9: activating the FBI's counter Terrorism Division against parents who attended
- 20:16Speaker 9: school board meetings and had the temerity to ask what
- 20:19Speaker 9: their kids were being taught, and some of those parents
- 20:22Speaker 9: were treated like this.
- 20:23Speaker 5: Let's just remember.
- 20:25Speaker 9: Let's remember how parents were treated treated like this man,
- 20:29Speaker 9: a parent at a school board meeting I think in Virginia,
- 20:31Speaker 9: who was drug out of the school board meeting. He's
- 20:35Speaker 9: bloody there, you can see it. And what was the
- 20:38Speaker 9: response of Joe Biden's DOJ and FBI. It was to
- 20:41Speaker 9: issue a memorandum saying that people like this ought to
- 20:45Speaker 9: be investigated by the counter terrorism Unit, and unbelievably they were.
- 20:51Speaker 5: They were.
- 20:53Speaker 9: Or how about this, Let's remember Mark Hawk and the
- 20:55Speaker 9: pro lifers who were prosecuted for what for going to
- 21:00Speaker 9: a clinic, an abortion clinic, in praying on a sidewalk
- 21:03Speaker 9: outside of the abortion clinic. This is Mark Hawk and
- 21:05Speaker 9: his beautiful family at mass. This man at the direction
- 21:10Speaker 9: of Joe Biden's FBI, this man had an FBI SWAT
- 21:13Speaker 9: team come to his door in the early morning hours
- 21:18Speaker 9: with his beautiful children there, terrorizing them with weapons drawn.
- 21:23Speaker 9: He was then arrested and prosecuted Unfortunately, a jury acquitted him.
- 21:29Speaker 9: This is what was happening under Joe Biden. United States
- 21:34Speaker 9: senators spied upon former presidents, the political opponents of the
- 21:38Speaker 9: president of the time, targeted prosecuted pro lifers, targeted, prosecuted Catholics, targeted, prosecuted,
- 21:47Speaker 9: ninety two conservative organizations put under surveillance, targeted for potential prosecution. Gee,
- 21:54Speaker 9: I don't know. Would you call that an example of weaponization?
- 21:58Speaker 9: Attorney General Bonnie, do you think that's a fair care transition?
- 22:01Speaker 10: Senator Holly? That is the ultimate weaponization, and weaponization under
- 22:05Speaker 10: Donald Trump has ended.
- 22:08Speaker 2: It has ended.
- 22:09Speaker 10: Harmeat Dylan is running our civil rights unit, and she
- 22:12Speaker 10: is doing an incredible job. No longer will parents be targeted.
- 22:18Speaker 10: No longer will parents who care about whether their elementary
- 22:22Speaker 10: school children have to read a transgender book be targeted
- 22:27Speaker 10: and told they cannot have any say in their child's education.
- 22:32Speaker 10: That has ended under this administration. People can worship freely,
- 22:37Speaker 10: whether they're Catholics at synagogues or Muslims. Everyone can worship freely.
- 22:44Speaker 10: That was the ultimate weaponization. They were targeting Catholics. No longer.
- 22:49Speaker 10: They have been targeting so many American citizens throughout this
- 22:52Speaker 10: country and Senator Holly, you have been a champion of this,
- 22:55Speaker 10: and thank you for being a champion of that. But
- 22:57Speaker 10: under Donald Trump's watch it You know, I.
- 23:01Speaker 9: Think about some of the abuses of power in this
- 23:03Speaker 9: country's history, and there's been sadly a lot of them
- 23:06Speaker 9: by members of the executive branch over the years. Whether
- 23:09Speaker 9: it's Watergate, whether it's what Jaye or Hoover did in
- 23:11Speaker 9: his time at the FBI spying on many public figures,
- 23:15Speaker 9: are FKA, MLKJFK, you name it. And I just have
- 23:19Speaker 9: to say, what we now know happened in the last
- 23:21Speaker 9: four years under this administration surpasses all of that. It
- 23:24Speaker 9: surpasses all of it, not just for the interference in
- 23:27Speaker 9: the legislative branch, not just for the blatant disregard for
- 23:30Speaker 9: the separation of powers, not just for the blatant disregard
- 23:33Speaker 9: for the First Amendment, but for the targeting of ordinary
- 23:36Speaker 9: American citizens who can't afford lawyers, who can't afford to
- 23:40Speaker 9: mount a defense, who when the FBI knocks at their
- 23:42Speaker 9: door or comes with the swat team, they don't know
- 23:44Speaker 9: what to do.
- 23:45Speaker 5: It is absolutely a disgrace.
- 23:47Speaker 9: It is a stain on the history of this country
- 23:50Speaker 9: and on the conscience of this country what this administration
- 23:53Speaker 9: did in the last four years.
- 23:54Speaker 5: So here's what I think needs to happen.
- 23:56Speaker 9: Man Attorney General, I think we need a special prosecutor
- 24:00Speaker 9: to be appointed whose sole responsibility will be to get
- 24:03Speaker 9: to the bottom of what has happened in every instance
- 24:05Speaker 9: that I have just named.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Senator Holly calling for a special prosecutor. Pam Bondi talking
- 24:12Speaker 1: about the weaponization of the government and saying that those
- 24:15Speaker 1: who did it will be held accountable, especially if they
- 24:18Speaker 1: were breaking the law. And it's also very clear that
- 24:22Speaker 1: this is a moment where this administration is saying no
- 24:26Speaker 1: longer will this be allowed or acceptable, And if you
- 24:29Speaker 1: did it in the past, we are going to bring
- 24:32Speaker 1: it to the light of day, and we are going
- 24:34Speaker 1: to investigate it. And this is exactly why so many
- 24:38Speaker 1: are happy President Trump and the people he's chosen to
- 24:41Speaker 1: put in positions of power which are now leading to
- 24:44Speaker 1: real accountability. Did you see that gold just hit an
- 24:49Speaker 1: all time new high of over four thousand dollars an
- 24:53Speaker 1: ounce And if you hear that, you're like, are you
- 24:55Speaker 1: kidding me? And you're thinking, gosh, I missed my opportunity well,
- 25:00Speaker 1: if you missed your opportunity. But my friends at kirk
- 25:02Speaker 1: Elliott Precious Medals they can answer that question for you.
- 25:06Speaker 2: You also may not.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Be paying attention to the incredible gains with silver that
- 25:11Speaker 1: are happening right now as well, and that's why I
- 25:14Speaker 1: trust the guidance of the team at kirk Elliott. In fact,
- 25:17Speaker 1: I literally just got a hundred ounce bar of silver
- 25:21Speaker 1: the other day. And the reason why is because after
- 25:24Speaker 1: I talk to the team at kirk Elliott Precious Medals,
- 25:27Speaker 1: they let me understand exactly where I could have a
- 25:30Speaker 1: big upside in investing in silver.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Now.
- 25:33Speaker 1: The other part that I love about them is this
- 25:36Speaker 1: they have transparent pricing. There are a lot of gold
- 25:39Speaker 1: companies that you'll hear about if you listen to talk
- 25:42Speaker 1: radio or podcasts or watch TV, but do they tell
- 25:45Speaker 1: you how the pricing actually works well. At kirk Elliott,
- 25:49Speaker 1: they're real simple, just eight percent when you buy and
- 25:54Speaker 1: zero commissions when you sell, with no hidden fees. Ever,
- 25:58Speaker 1: that is the other reason why I recommend them to
- 26:01Speaker 1: all of you. They also don't sell you quote rare
- 26:04Speaker 1: coins or precious coins that you pay insane markups on
- 26:08Speaker 1: and then when you go to sell them you find
- 26:10Speaker 1: out they're really not worth that much.
- 26:12Speaker 2: They are a bollyon only approach.
- 26:14Speaker 1: They focus on investment grade medals, no overpriced collectibles, no gimmicks.
- 26:21Speaker 1: That means you get more gold or silver for your
- 26:24Speaker 1: money at fair value when it's time for you to sell.
- 26:28Speaker 1: So if you're ready to find out if gold and
- 26:30Speaker 1: silver is right for you in your portfolio, then call
- 26:34Speaker 1: them and get a plan. You can visit them at

- 27:03Speaker 1: The FBI Director Cashpattel has fired agents involved in tracking
- 27:09Speaker 1: the phone calls of eight Republican senators and a congressman
- 27:15Speaker 1: as part of the former Special Council Jack Smiths investigation,
- 27:20Speaker 1: a sham investigation, and to President Donald J. Trump communication
- 27:25Speaker 1: records belonging to GOP sentators Lindsey Graham, Marsha Blackburn, Ron Johnson,
- 27:32Speaker 1: Josh Hawley, Cynthia Loomis, Bill Haggerty, Dan Sullivan, Tommy Tuberville,
- 27:39Speaker 1: and representative Mike Kelly, we know now for a fact,
- 27:43Speaker 1: we're handed over to Smith's Arctic Frost team after they
- 27:49Speaker 1: subpoenaed major phone companies in twenty twenty three. The fact
- 27:55Speaker 1: was unknown to the public until this week when Cashpttel
- 28:00Speaker 1: the FBI director saying he discovered the files hidden in
- 28:04Speaker 1: a lock box that was placed in a vault in
- 28:08Speaker 1: a cyber place where no one can see or search
- 28:12Speaker 1: these files.
- 28:14Speaker 2: The FBI director saying, this.
- 28:17Speaker 11: It in a lock box, put that lock box in
- 28:19Speaker 11: a vault, and then put that vault in a cyber
- 28:23Speaker 11: place where no one can see or search these files.
- 28:26Speaker 11: They're called restricted access and prohibited access. Restricted access means
- 28:30Speaker 11: some people get to see it. Prohibited access you put
- 28:33Speaker 11: it in there when you want to hide it from
- 28:35Speaker 11: the world, and that takes the authorization of the Attorney
- 28:37Speaker 11: General and the director of the FBI. So not only
- 28:40Speaker 11: did they weaponize this law enforcement, but when we got
- 28:42Speaker 11: in there, and when I got in as the FBI director,
- 28:44Speaker 11: from my experience as Russia Gate, I knew where to
- 28:46Speaker 11: look and what rooms to open and what doors to
- 28:48Speaker 11: kick down. And that's what we did. We found this
- 28:51Speaker 11: information to expose to politicization by Jacksmith and the prior
- 28:55Speaker 11: Department of Justice. I mean, just think about it. Eight
- 28:58Speaker 11: city United States senators phone records were gathered in subpoena
- 29:02Speaker 11: through the grand jury process, and it was buried and wormholed.
- 29:06Speaker 11: It was the hope that no one would find it.
- 29:08Speaker 11: So we're just scratching the surface here, but accountability is coming.
- 29:11Speaker 11: We are finding every single person involved. We will not
- 29:14Speaker 11: leave a single room locked. We will go in through
- 29:17Speaker 11: all the prohibited access requirements and we will find the
- 29:20Speaker 11: material and show the American public like we have done
- 29:23Speaker 11: in this FBI more transformative and transparent than any in
- 29:25Speaker 11: the US history, to bring accountability to the American people.
- 29:28Speaker 11: And we will work with our partners in Congress, who
- 29:30Speaker 11: should be furious at the prior administration's leadership and weaponization
- 29:34Speaker 11: in singular politicization of law enforcement. The American public sees
- 29:38Speaker 11: what we're doing, Sean with the statue just right off
- 29:40Speaker 11: in the beginning. They see what we're doing here to
- 29:43Speaker 11: unseal the vault and show the world how the deep
- 29:46Speaker 11: state actually operated.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Cash Betel making it clear this is the beginning, not
- 29:52Speaker 1: the end. And if you go back and you actually
- 29:54Speaker 1: look at what he said quote you put it in
- 29:57Speaker 1: there and when you want to hide it from the world,
- 30:00Speaker 1: and that takes the authorization of the Attorney General and
- 30:05Speaker 1: the director of the FBI. So not only did they
- 30:08Speaker 1: weaponize this law enforcement, but when we got in there,
- 30:13Speaker 1: and when I got to in as the FBI director,
- 30:16Speaker 1: from my experience as Russia Gate, I knew where to
- 30:20Speaker 1: look and what rooms to open and what doors to
- 30:22Speaker 1: knock down.
- 30:23Speaker 2: And that is what we did.
- 30:26Speaker 1: So if you want to know why the President of
- 30:28Speaker 1: the United States of America decided to pick Caspitel.
- 30:31Speaker 2: To do this job, it is exactly for this reason.
- 30:34Speaker 1: And it goes back to what else he had to say, saying, quote,
- 30:37Speaker 1: we found this information to expose the politicalization.
- 30:42Speaker 2: By Jack Smith.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Members this guy in charge of special counsel weaponizing our
- 30:46Speaker 1: government to go after Donald Trump and the prior Department
- 30:50Speaker 1: of Justice, he added, before revealing that he fired the
- 30:54Speaker 1: agents who facilitated the secret investigations into City. US law
- 31:02Speaker 1: makers now Holly by the Way Center. Holly, one of
- 31:05Speaker 1: the senators who had his phone calls tracked by the
- 31:09Speaker 1: Biden administration's DOJ, called Smith's subpoena an abuse of power
- 31:14Speaker 1: beyond Watergate. Beyond Jaeger Hoover, one that directly strikes at
- 31:19Speaker 1: the Constitution, the separations of power and the First Amendment.
- 31:25Speaker 1: Holly also said it's time for there to be a
- 31:27Speaker 1: special counsel, saying, quote, we need a full investigation of
- 31:32Speaker 1: all involved, who knew about it, who ordered it, and
- 31:36Speaker 1: who approved it. Anyone and everyone who violated the law
- 31:41Speaker 1: must be prosecuted. The way to save the country is
- 31:46Speaker 1: to restore the rule of law.
- 31:48Speaker 2: The senator said.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Now, the US Office a Special Counsel, the OSC, in
- 31:53Speaker 1: August opened an investigation into Jack Smith, who may have
- 31:58Speaker 1: unlawfully targeted President Trump, and that may be where this
- 32:02Speaker 1: investigation is going next. Now, there's another story that I
- 32:07Speaker 1: also want to talk to you about, and it deals
- 32:09Speaker 1: with abuse of power. New York Attorney General Leticia James,
- 32:13Speaker 1: a story the media is having to cover right now because,
- 32:17Speaker 1: let's be honest, she built much of her political career
- 32:20Speaker 1: on one thing, trying to put Donald Trump behind bars,
- 32:25Speaker 1: attacking Donald Trump. She even raised money off of attacking
- 32:29Speaker 1: Donald Trump, instaid if she was elected she would.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Go after Donald Trump. Well.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Now she has been indicted on a bank fraud charge
- 32:39Speaker 1: by a federal grand jury in Virginia. The Grand Jury
- 32:43Speaker 1: in the Eastern District of Virginia returned the indictment on Thursday.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Earlier this year, the Justice Department confirmed an investigation into
- 32:51Speaker 1: Leticia James over what was described as alleged mortgage fraud.
- 32:58Speaker 1: The probe centers on claims she misrepresented property records and
- 33:03Speaker 1: loan application to secure more favorable financing. By the way,
- 33:08Speaker 1: that is against the law. According to letter from the
- 33:11Speaker 1: Federal Housing Finance Director, James allegedly made false statements on
- 33:18Speaker 1: multiple documents, meaning that you can see clearly if she
- 33:22Speaker 1: was lying. That includes listing a Virginia property as her
- 33:27Speaker 1: primary residence when it was in fact not filing Brooklyn
- 33:33Speaker 1: records showing her multifamily building had five units instead of four.
- 33:40Speaker 1: That would be what would be categorized as fraud. Submitting
- 33:44Speaker 1: a mortgage application claiming she was her father's spouse pretty
- 33:50Speaker 1: easy to, you know, prove that that wasn't actually true.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Now James has been under scrutiny for at least one
- 33:57Speaker 1: suspected instance of misrepresentation an investment property as her primary
- 34:03Speaker 1: or secondary residence, a move that could save thousands in
- 34:07Speaker 1: interest rates as well. The case is being held by
- 34:10Speaker 1: the US Attorney Lindsay Halligan, a Trump appointee. Halligan, by
- 34:16Speaker 1: the way, is new and replaced Eric Siebert, who has
- 34:20Speaker 1: ousted after reportly showing reluctance to pursue cases one against
- 34:25Speaker 1: James and the former FBI director James Comey. Both obviously
- 34:30Speaker 1: are individuals that people believe have abused their power, and
- 34:34Speaker 1: there are people that say, I'm one of them, that
- 34:37Speaker 1: it's time to hold those accountable who have lied and
- 34:40Speaker 1: weaponized our government. Now James has responded, and here is
- 34:44Speaker 1: part of what she had to say about the indictment.
- 34:48Speaker 12: This is nothing more than a continuation of the President's
- 34:52Speaker 12: desperate weaponization of our justice system.
- 34:56Speaker 2: He is forcing federal law.
- 34:57Speaker 12: Enforcement agencies to do his bidding, all because I did
- 35:03Speaker 12: my job as a New York State attorney general. These
- 35:07Speaker 12: charges are baseless, and the president's own public statements make
- 35:11Speaker 12: clear that his only goal is political retribution at any cost.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Let's be clear, Patitia James is the one who has
- 35:21Speaker 1: literally said before that if you would just vote for
- 35:23Speaker 1: and get her in office, she's going to take down
- 35:26Speaker 1: Donald Trump. So much for acting like you're not going
- 35:29Speaker 1: after your political enemies. We also are getting to witness
- 35:33Speaker 1: what the media is doing with this, and they're covering
- 35:37Speaker 1: it as big breaking news, but they're also trying to
- 35:40Speaker 1: see can they spin it to hurt Donald Trump, claiming
- 35:44Speaker 1: he's just going after his political enemies and acting as
- 35:47Speaker 1: if somehow mortgage fraud is not a big deal. Here's
- 35:51Speaker 1: how they broke the news on CNN.
- 35:54Speaker 2: CNN Breaking News.
- 35:57Speaker 5: Welcome to the lead.
- 35:57Speaker 13: I'm Jake Tapper, and we start with shocking breaking news
- 36:01Speaker 13: in our Law and Justice Lee. Just moments ago to
- 36:03Speaker 13: two sources telling CNN that the Justice Department indicted yet
- 36:08Speaker 13: another one of President Trump's perceived political opponents. This time
- 36:12Speaker 13: it was New York Democratic Attorney General Letitia James. She
- 36:15Speaker 13: was charged in a federal court in a grand jury
- 36:18Speaker 13: in Alexandria, Virginia. Today, you will remember James brought civil
- 36:21Speaker 13: fraud charges alleging financial fraud against Trump and his adult
- 36:26Speaker 13: sons in his real estate business in New York back
- 36:28Speaker 13: in twenty twenty two. A judge found them lible and
- 36:31Speaker 13: ordered a three hundred and fifty fifty five million dollar fine,
- 36:33Speaker 13: which Trump appealed. And this obviously comes in the context
- 36:38Speaker 13: of President Trump demanding that the Eastern District of Virginia,
- 36:41Speaker 13: the US Attorney there carry out orders to go after
- 36:46Speaker 13: his political opponents. James Comey, who has been indicted Letitia James,
- 36:50Speaker 13: who as of today has been indicted. Democratic Senator Adam
- 36:53Speaker 13: Schiff is the third that he mentioned in that public
- 36:57Speaker 13: truth social post at the Wall Street General Reports was
- 37:00Speaker 13: accidentally hosted publicly was meant to be a private message
- 37:03Speaker 13: to his Attorney General, Pam BONDI with me here in
- 37:07Speaker 13: New York scene.
- 37:07Speaker 2: By the way, let's just stop there.
- 37:09Speaker 1: Isn't amazing that they actually overlook the crimes that these
- 37:12Speaker 1: people are accused of committing. And isn't amazing that the
- 37:15Speaker 1: same people that were screaming when Donald Trump was indicted
- 37:18Speaker 1: on ridiculous and bogus charges, saying well, he's been charged,
- 37:22Speaker 1: he's going to be a raided, he's gonna have a
- 37:24Speaker 1: mug shot, he's going to be in court, are now
- 37:26Speaker 1: acting as if this is all news that you should
- 37:29Speaker 1: just look the other way on There is one, by
- 37:32Speaker 1: the way, one of those that was a part of
- 37:34Speaker 1: the hoax January sixth Committee, a guy by the name
- 37:37Speaker 1: of Adam Kinzinger, who is at least somewhat honest on
- 37:40Speaker 1: CNN about this fraud mortgage fraud charge against Latissa James,
- 37:46Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what he said.
- 37:48Speaker 13: That people's trusted our system, Congressman, I mean, lived by
- 37:51Speaker 13: the sword, die by the sword.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Is that the way the system should be?
- 37:57Speaker 3: Did?
- 37:57Speaker 6: No?
- 37:58Speaker 2: I mean, look, I.
- 37:58Speaker 5: Think two days can be true here.
- 38:00Speaker 14: I think the first thing is Letitia James never should
- 38:03Speaker 14: have made those comments. She never should have run on.
- 38:06Speaker 14: I'm going to go after him before she's seen the evidence,
- 38:09Speaker 14: before she's had anything that was wrong, not illegal, that
- 38:14Speaker 14: was wrong. And then at the same time, there is
- 38:17Speaker 14: no doubt and I mean we can argue about it,
- 38:19Speaker 14: but there's no doubt that this thing went They went
- 38:23Speaker 14: after her specifically for retribution, specifically because.
- 38:28Speaker 8: It was her.
- 38:28Speaker 14: I mean, all you have to do is read the
- 38:30Speaker 14: President's accidental fake tweet or whatever thing that's called posts
- 38:35Speaker 14: and know that he was basically saying, Pam, here are
- 38:39Speaker 14: two people we have to go after. And then all
- 38:40Speaker 14: of a sudden, boy, just miraculously, a new person comes
- 38:43Speaker 14: in after the other person said that they didn't have
- 38:46Speaker 14: enough to make a case and get indicted. This thing,
- 38:49Speaker 14: probably like Comy's, is either going to be thrown out.
- 38:53Speaker 14: I'm not a lawyer, so who knows either be thrown
- 38:55Speaker 14: out before trial or certainly will will be seen as
- 38:59Speaker 14: what it is, which is but I think we can
- 39:01Speaker 14: hold Anderson. Both things are true. Letitia James never should
- 39:04Speaker 14: have said that in the campaign. And also they are
- 39:08Speaker 14: going after her for one reason because it's her.
- 39:11Speaker 2: So there you have it.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Wetessa James as well, you know, probably did something wrong
- 39:17Speaker 1: and you know, maybe she didn't commit mortgage fraud, but hey,
- 39:20Speaker 1: they shouldn't go after because she went after them first
- 39:24Speaker 1: in a political way. That is some weird leftist logic.
- 39:29Speaker 1: But the one thing that we can be sure about
- 39:31Speaker 1: is this. Donald Trump ran on and said he was
- 39:35Speaker 1: going to hold those accountable who abuse their positions of
- 39:39Speaker 1: power to go after their political enemies. And what we're
- 39:43Speaker 1: witnessing right now is the deep state crumbling, and those
- 39:48Speaker 1: that went after the president only for political reasons are
- 39:52Speaker 1: now being held accountable for their own actions that apparently
- 39:55Speaker 1: now include mortgage fraud. Don't forget share this podcast please
- 40:00Speaker 1: with your family and your friends wherever they are, and
- 40:03Speaker 1: I will see you back here tomorrow
