Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / BIDEN BUSTED: FBI searched University of Delaware for classified Biden docs!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Weeks ago on this show and also on the podcast
- 0:04Speaker 1: that I Do Verdict to Ted Cruzes as co host,
- 0:07Speaker 1: we called for the University of Delaware for the documents
- 0:13Speaker 1: that the Biden family has put there to be searched
- 0:16Speaker 1: by the FBI. Why because there were tens of thousands
- 0:20Speaker 1: of documents. We are now being told that the University
- 0:26Speaker 1: of Delaware, that is the home to the Biden School
- 0:28Speaker 1: of Public Policy and Administration, has not once now but
- 0:31Speaker 1: twice been searched by the FBI for classified documents. And
- 0:36Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America has opened
- 0:40Speaker 1: up a very big can of worms because he's trying
- 0:42Speaker 1: to cover his abs and he's now saying, well, it's
- 0:46Speaker 1: other people's fault that I had classified documents, not my own.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Take a listen to this from Fox News. Biden opened
- 0:55Speaker 1: up a bit of a can of worms in that
- 0:56Speaker 1: PBS interview the other day, when asked about the documents
- 1:00Speaker 1: by Judy Woodruff, he said this, the best of my knowledge,
- 1:05Speaker 1: the kinds of things they picked up are things that
- 1:08Speaker 1: from nineteen seventy four and stray papers. There may be
- 1:13Speaker 1: something else I don't know. Nineteen seventy four, he was
- 1:16Speaker 1: a freshman senator, and it raises the question, what in
- 1:20Speaker 1: the world was a freshman senator doing taking home classified documents.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Not only that, John, I think you know, up until
- 1:31Speaker 1: now people were willing to give the benefit of the
- 1:34Speaker 1: doubt to the idea that, you know, sometime when Biden
- 1:38Speaker 1: transitioned from being in the Senate to being Vice president,
- 1:43Speaker 1: this all could have happened. If this was nineteen seventy four.
- 1:47Speaker 1: That raises the possibility that this sort of thing, this
- 1:50Speaker 1: carelessness with the national security information, went on for decades.
- 1:54Speaker 1: And the other thing I frankly don't understand is when
- 1:57Speaker 1: the White House has been pressed on this, and when
- 2:01Speaker 1: Biden himself has been pressed by Peter Deucey and others
- 2:05Speaker 1: about this, what he said is that he's basically kept
- 2:08Speaker 1: ignorant of what the contents of the documents are on
- 2:13Speaker 1: the advice of his lawyers. So I'm frankly surprised for
- 2:16Speaker 1: him to say something that indicates not only that he
- 2:19Speaker 1: knows the substance of the documents, but that expands the
- 2:24Speaker 1: breath of what this problem may be, that to the
- 2:26Speaker 1: point where it goes back for decades, Although if they
- 2:29Speaker 1: do go back to nineteen seventy four, you could potentially
- 2:32Speaker 1: forgive him for forgetting exactly which in those documents, because
- 2:36Speaker 1: that is a long time ago. Biden, though, is throwing
- 2:39Speaker 1: his staff out of the bus, saying, before we get
- 2:41Speaker 1: to Biden throwing his staff for the bus, let's just
- 2:43Speaker 1: talk about what I said earlier when they said that
- 2:46Speaker 1: these documents could date back to his time, not could
- 2:49Speaker 1: did date back to his time in the Senate. We
- 2:51Speaker 1: knew we were talking about decades ago. You put it
- 2:55Speaker 1: into perspective on now what we are hearing. It is
- 2:58Speaker 1: well beyond decades ago that this stuff was happening. We're
- 3:03Speaker 1: now being told it was longer than I've been alive.
- 3:07Speaker 1: He's been holding on to classified documents. This is why
- 3:12Speaker 1: it was so important to call for that investigation to
- 3:16Speaker 1: go into the University of Delaware where and again, the
- 3:20Speaker 1: University of Delaware has said they will not release these
- 3:23Speaker 1: documents to the public that they are that they have
- 3:26Speaker 1: until I think it was what four years after Joe
- 3:29Speaker 1: Biden leaves office. And there's a reason why they're doing that.
- 3:32Speaker 1: They're protecting Joe Biden. They know there's some stuff in
- 3:35Speaker 1: there that's gonna make him look really bad. They know
- 3:38Speaker 1: there's some stuff in there that now obviously dealt with
- 3:41Speaker 1: classified documents. And the part that's also concerning here deals
- 3:47Speaker 1: with the FBI, the FBI having to search not once
- 3:53Speaker 1: but twice. Okay, I'm gonna say that again because it's
- 3:56Speaker 1: a really important narrative to understand and get into your
- 4:00Speaker 1: mindset here. They didn't just search the University of Delaware
- 4:03Speaker 1: one time for documents. They went back and did it again.
- 4:06Speaker 1: This is twice they have now done this. Why did
- 4:09Speaker 1: they do this two different times? Someone tell me why
- 4:13Speaker 1: they did this two different times? Would they have done
- 4:17Speaker 1: it two different times with Donald Trump and mar Lago?
- 4:19Speaker 1: Would they have done as many different searches and not
- 4:23Speaker 1: been complete in their searches as they have done with
- 4:27Speaker 1: Donald Trump and the rate of mar Lago. There is
- 4:29Speaker 1: a comparison here that has to be made. It is
- 4:33Speaker 1: a clear comparison here that must be made. There is
- 4:38Speaker 1: a different way that they are treating classified documents with
- 4:42Speaker 1: a sitting president of United States of America going back
- 4:45Speaker 1: forty plus years, fifty years actually, and I'm not exaggerating
- 4:50Speaker 1: to his first year in office. This is in the
- 4:52Speaker 1: early seventies, long before I was born. And I'm what
- 4:55Speaker 1: forty one. Now, that's how long you've been hanging on
- 5:00Speaker 1: classified documents. We know that his son had access to
- 5:03Speaker 1: these classified documents, his brother Jimmy had access to these
- 5:08Speaker 1: classified documents. What are these classified documents? And the other questions,
- 5:12Speaker 1: how often did Joe Biden break the rules over the
- 5:15Speaker 1: last fifty years? Based on what he said in that interview,
- 5:20Speaker 1: he admitted from year one that the rules do not
- 5:22Speaker 1: apply to him. In other words, screw you, right, the
- 5:26Speaker 1: rules do not apply. We don't have to do anything
- 5:31Speaker 1: that everybody else has to do, right. I can take
- 5:35Speaker 1: classified documents whenever and wherever I want to take them.
- 5:40Speaker 1: That is what he's saying here. Now. Then there's another
- 5:45Speaker 1: part that is a that has been revealed in the
- 5:47Speaker 1: last twenty four hours, and you need to take notes
- 5:49Speaker 1: on this. This is also very important. Peter Schweitzer is
- 5:52Speaker 1: going to tell you about this in just a moment.
- 5:54Speaker 1: It is the fact that he's now saying, it's not
- 5:56Speaker 1: my fault. I'm throwing the staffers under the it's acting
- 6:00Speaker 1: like it's really their fault. Listen carefully to what he
- 6:04Speaker 1: has to say when it comes to the staffers around him,
- 6:07Speaker 1: this is their fault. I'm in this scenario. This is
- 6:10Speaker 1: because of them that I'm in this predicament. Right. Biden, though,
- 6:16Speaker 1: is throwing his staff out of the bus, saying that
- 6:17Speaker 1: they were probably careless or messy or whatever in packaging
- 6:21Speaker 1: up documents and that's how they ended up in his house.
- 6:24Speaker 1: This idea of blaming others for what happened really stands
- 6:27Speaker 1: in sharp contrast with what Mike Pence is saying about it.
- 6:31Speaker 1: And we should point out that Mike Pence is home
- 6:33Speaker 1: as we speak, is being searched by the FBI to
- 6:36Speaker 1: see if there are any more classified documents there. There's
- 6:39Speaker 1: a picture outside of his home in Carmel, Indiana. But
- 6:42Speaker 1: here's what Mike Pence told our Rich Edson a little
- 6:46Speaker 1: while ago about this whole thing. Listen here, Well, I
- 6:49Speaker 1: had no idea that those classified materials were in our
- 6:52Speaker 1: personal residence. We should not have had classified documents at
- 6:57Speaker 1: our home in Indiana. Mistakes were men, but I take
- 7:01Speaker 1: full responsibility for it. Mistakes were made, but I take
- 7:05Speaker 1: full responsibility for it. We have not heard those words
- 7:08Speaker 1: from Joe Biden. No, we hadn't heard mistakes were made
- 7:14Speaker 1: until since the Clinton days. I guess you'll remember that
- 7:16Speaker 1: will better than I will job. But you know, look,
- 7:21Speaker 1: whatever happened to the buck stops here? Right? And the
- 7:24Speaker 1: other thing I think people need to understand because I
- 7:28Speaker 1: think Biden's creating a terrible misimpression about the way that
- 7:31Speaker 1: classified information is handled. As somebody who had a clearance,
- 7:35Speaker 1: it's drilled into you that you're supposed to be very
- 7:37Speaker 1: careful with these documents. And it's not like there's a
- 7:40Speaker 1: bunch of aids that do not have security clearances that
- 7:44Speaker 1: are cavalierly running around White House offices with the national
- 7:48Speaker 1: security information. At least that's how it's supposed to happen.
- 7:52Speaker 1: So if there were carel orsaids, he should identify who
- 7:55Speaker 1: would the people who had security clearances who failed to
- 7:59Speaker 1: handle top secret documents in an appropriate way. Well, let's
- 8:03Speaker 1: just say this, why isn't the FBI figuring that out? Hey,
- 8:06Speaker 1: if you're going to point the finger and say this
- 8:08Speaker 1: isn't you and this is your staff, then what staff
- 8:12Speaker 1: members had access and what staff effort members did this?
- 8:15Speaker 1: And why is there no accountability for them? I think
- 8:19Speaker 1: a lot of people should be asking this question. This
- 8:21Speaker 1: isn't a trick question. This deals with national security and
- 8:26Speaker 1: national security implications here That's why this is so important.
- 8:33Speaker 1: You have a president for fifty years it's been keeping
- 8:35Speaker 1: classified documents while he was supposed to be protecting and
- 8:40Speaker 1: defending this country. And based on the business deals that
- 8:44Speaker 1: Jimmy was doing, it looks like this classified information, these
- 8:47Speaker 1: classified documents were actually used for the family to profit. Now,
- 8:55Speaker 1: before I get into more of that, I want to
- 8:57Speaker 1: tell you about our friends over at Patriot Mobile real quick.

- 9:17Speaker 1: care about your values, then stand with a company then
- 9:20Speaker 1: actually does make the switch. Today, you're going to get
- 9:23Speaker 1: a free month of service plus free activation with Patriot Mobile.

- 9:42Speaker 1: They also make sure they send up for the unborn.
- 9:44Speaker 1: They offer nationwide coverage and they are an amazing company.

- 9:52Speaker 1: believe in. Now, right now, you can try Patriot Mobile
- 9:55Speaker 1: for two months and get your third month free plus
- 9:58Speaker 1: get free active. Just go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 10:02Speaker 1: So just go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, or
- 10:06Speaker 1: call them eight seven eight Patriot. That's eight seven eight Patriot,
- 10:12Speaker 1: or online at Patriotmobile dot com slash ben that's Patriotmobile
- 10:17Speaker 1: dot com slash Ben. There's a second part of this
- 10:21Speaker 1: story now that intertwines with this search at the University
- 10:25Speaker 1: of Delaware, and the President saying in this interview, well,
- 10:27Speaker 1: they went back to probably fifty plus years ago when
- 10:30Speaker 1: I was a senator and I just decided to take
- 10:32Speaker 1: classified documents. I've been doing it for fifty years. Sorry,
- 10:34Speaker 1: deal with it, right, That's basically the mentality. He also
- 10:37Speaker 1: says that some of the documents that were boxed up,
- 10:39Speaker 1: he's blaming now White House staffers, right, don't blame me.
- 10:42Speaker 1: I shouldn't be held accountable for having these classified documents,
- 10:45Speaker 1: which many of these documents seem to have intel that
- 10:48Speaker 1: relates directly to business ties and business dealings in Ukraine
- 10:52Speaker 1: and Russia and China. But there's another aspect of this
- 10:55Speaker 1: story now that also comes up that again is very important.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Hunter Biden got three big deals in China, and these
- 11:05Speaker 1: three big deals were also connected to Jimmy Biden, and
- 11:08Speaker 1: they were connected to the policies of the Obama Biden
- 11:12Speaker 1: years and office. And we're learning more about this because
- 11:16Speaker 1: of these documents that are now coming to light, which
- 11:18Speaker 1: may explain exactly why so many classified documents were actually
- 11:23Speaker 1: being held and being taken by Joe Biden. Take a listen, easy,
- 11:30Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen. A special council is supposedly looking into
- 11:34Speaker 1: Joe Biden. They haven't produced anything that we know of,
- 11:36Speaker 1: so the Daily Mail has to fill the gap. They
- 11:38Speaker 1: just found proof that Biden's brother, Jimmy Fast Jimmy Biden,
- 11:42Speaker 1: was hired by a construction company to negotiate with the
- 11:44Speaker 1: Saudi government while Joe Biden was Vice president because he's
- 11:48Speaker 1: an expert on Middle East construction. We're also learning at
- 11:52Speaker 1: the University of Delaware, like the University of Pennsylvania, made
- 11:55Speaker 1: a ton of money from can you guess, Oh, yes,
- 11:57Speaker 1: China after Joe Biden opened a fake institute there, the
- 12:01Speaker 1: Dumbest Man in Politics as an academic institute, a source
- 12:04Speaker 1: tales Fox News at the FBI recently searched the University
- 12:07Speaker 1: of Delaware twice for classified documents belonging to Biden. The
- 12:11Speaker 1: FBI is still assessing whether there were any classified documents there.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Peter Schweitzer is probably the most talented digger into information
- 12:21Speaker 1: like this in the United States. He's president of the
- 12:24Speaker 1: Government Accountability Institudent. We're really happy to join us tonight, Peter,
- 12:26Speaker 1: thank you for coming on. What do you make of this?
- 12:28Speaker 1: What does it mean? It's very important. I mean, look, Tucker,
- 12:33Speaker 1: if you look at the nexus of these financial ties
- 12:36Speaker 1: that the Bidens have with China, you have to go
- 12:40Speaker 1: back to the Chinese state and you also have to
- 12:42Speaker 1: go back to Chinese intelligence. Let's keep in mind, Hunter
- 12:45Speaker 1: Biden got three big deals in China. Some of that
- 12:48Speaker 1: money he shared with James Biden. You know, potentially it
- 12:51Speaker 1: went to other family members. If you look at all
- 12:53Speaker 1: three of the businessmen that made those deals happen, those
- 12:56Speaker 1: ties are there. The first one was a guy named
- 12:59Speaker 1: Cha Fang. He helped set up Hunter Biden on that
- 13:02Speaker 1: BHR private equity deal that netted Hunter perhaps twenty million
- 13:07Speaker 1: dollars based on estimates. When he set Hunter Biden up
- 13:11Speaker 1: with that deal, Chaifeng was partners with a gentleman named
- 13:15Speaker 1: Ma Jian who was the Vice Minister for State Security
- 13:18Speaker 1: in China with responsible for foreign recruitment. That's from Hong
- 13:22Speaker 1: Kong corporate records. The second deal that was set up
- 13:26Speaker 1: for Hunter Biden was a guy named Henry Jaw. Henry
- 13:29Speaker 1: Jou transferred five million dollars into one hundred Biden's accounts
- 13:33Speaker 1: at the time he did that. Henry Jaw is business
- 13:36Speaker 1: partners with the daughter of the former Minister of State
- 13:40Speaker 1: Security who ran the entire spy apparatus of China. If
- 13:44Speaker 1: you look at Chairman Yee the CEFC the Energy company,
- 13:47Speaker 1: his previous job was working for Chinese military intelligence. So
- 13:52Speaker 1: when you're talking about money coming from China to the Bidens,
- 13:55Speaker 1: when you're talking about concerns about classified records, when you're
- 13:58Speaker 1: concerned about what did the Bidens actually do in return
- 14:02Speaker 1: for that money, these are all very serious, legitimate questions
- 14:06Speaker 1: that I don't have much confidence at all that the
- 14:08Speaker 1: Department of Justice is going to look into it just
- 14:11Speaker 1: seems so obvious. I mean, these dots really do connect.
- 14:16Speaker 1: And again, not only do these dots connect. And I
- 14:21Speaker 1: love playing Peter Schweitzer and Tucker because what Peter Schweitzer
- 14:24Speaker 1: saying is important. Somebody said to me the other day
- 14:26Speaker 1: it was funny. They're like, Ben, I really appreciate the
- 14:28Speaker 1: fact that you give credit to other talent, and you
- 14:32Speaker 1: give these clips more than just twenty or thirty seconds.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Let me explain why I do that, just a little
- 14:39Speaker 1: side out here, Because if you do something great and
- 14:42Speaker 1: it is for the movement and it is helping explain something,
- 14:46Speaker 1: I will always give credit to somebody else. I'm not
- 14:50Speaker 1: in competition. There used to be this idea of competition.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I'm competing with so and so on I want to
- 14:55Speaker 1: bring that person or say that person's name, or I
- 14:57Speaker 1: don't want people to know about this screw that We're
- 15:01Speaker 1: in an all out, in my opinion, war right now
- 15:03Speaker 1: in this country to save this country. And if somebody
- 15:08Speaker 1: else exposes something or says something that I think is
- 15:12Speaker 1: newsworthy or you should listen to, why not just let
- 15:16Speaker 1: them say it for themselves and let you hear it
- 15:20Speaker 1: in its original context. I will always do that, and
- 15:23Speaker 1: I would actually say I wish that more conservative names
- 15:27Speaker 1: would do that. You know, I don't care who it is.
- 15:30Speaker 1: I don't care if it's claim Buck, I don't care
- 15:31Speaker 1: if it's Mark Levanna, Don't Carrie Jambon, Geno, I don't
- 15:33Speaker 1: care if it's Sucker Carlson. I don't look at these
- 15:36Speaker 1: people as competition anymore. When I was younger, I did.
- 15:40Speaker 1: I now look as we're all on the same team.
- 15:43Speaker 1: We're all on the same team, and we're all trying
- 15:45Speaker 1: to fight for this country, and if they give me
- 15:48Speaker 1: something that is really good, I'm gonna use it. And
- 15:52Speaker 1: I do appreciate the person academy and brought that up
- 15:55Speaker 1: because I was I mean, I'm glad that people are
- 15:57Speaker 1: noticing this, and I hope other hosts will do the
- 15:59Speaker 1: same thing. But back to this point that he's making here,
- 16:03Speaker 1: the dots clearly connect, folks. Okay, it's obvious they were
- 16:11Speaker 1: running a crime family. That's what they were doing. That's
- 16:16Speaker 1: what they've been doing all along. This is a crime family.
- 16:20Speaker 1: It is clearly a crime family. All right. This is
- 16:24Speaker 1: a crime family, and it's been a crime family for
- 16:27Speaker 1: a long time. And everybody knows that it is a
- 16:29Speaker 1: crime family. It is the Biden crime family. They take info,
- 16:37Speaker 1: they take intel, and you can buy them off. You
- 16:41Speaker 1: can do it. It's obvious, and there's all the data
- 16:45Speaker 1: to back it up. It's a business. It's Biden ink
- 16:50Speaker 1: and that's how that's how we run it, and that's
- 16:52Speaker 1: how we do it. And that's what Peter Schweitzer saying.
- 16:55Speaker 1: I have confidence in no one more than you in
- 16:58Speaker 1: getting to the bottom of complex money related stories. But
- 17:02Speaker 1: is there any doubt that what looks like was going
- 17:05Speaker 1: on was actually going on? Yeah? I mean, Tucker, you know,
- 17:09Speaker 1: you and I both went through the Cold War at
- 17:11Speaker 1: least the nineteen eighties. Imagine if Wrong Reagan's family or
- 17:16Speaker 1: Jimmy Carter's family took tens of millions of dollars from
- 17:20Speaker 1: Russian businessmen linked to the KGB, would there be any
- 17:24Speaker 1: question at all that this requires serious investigation. Instead, what
- 17:29Speaker 1: we're getting from a lot of people as well, you
- 17:32Speaker 1: can't prove that a crime was being committed. It's an
- 17:34Speaker 1: absurd standard needs to be looked at. Peter Schwitzer. Great
- 17:38Speaker 1: to see it tonight, Thank you. I love this. Peter
- 17:41Speaker 1: Schweitzer has done one hell of a job exposing all
- 17:44Speaker 1: of this. And now that we know that the FBI
- 17:47Speaker 1: has twice searched the University of Delaware for these classified documents,
- 17:50Speaker 1: to question is are they checking boxes or are they
- 17:53Speaker 1: going to be honest with the American people. There have
- 17:56Speaker 1: been some that have said no classified documents have been
- 17:58Speaker 1: found quote yet, but the FBI continues to go through
- 18:01Speaker 1: documents and will determine if some are classified. That's, by
- 18:04Speaker 1: the way, how many documents are being held at the
- 18:11Speaker 1: University of Delaware. The Biden legal team has reportedly been
- 18:15Speaker 1: cooperative quote unquote with the investigation. Per one source. The
- 18:19Speaker 1: University of Delaware is the president's alma modern home of
- 18:21Speaker 1: the Biden School of Public Policy and Administration. What we
- 18:25Speaker 1: now know is that the FBI search not once, but
- 18:28Speaker 1: on two separate occasions. But it's not immediately clear when
- 18:32Speaker 1: the search has occurred. Man, it's amazing how leaks just
- 18:35Speaker 1: don't come out of this investigation. Isn't it amazing that
- 18:38Speaker 1: the media didn't leak it out to you when this happened,
- 18:42Speaker 1: Like it's at a public university, the FBI comes in,
- 18:46Speaker 1: there's a lot of documents there. You're telling me that
- 18:49Speaker 1: they didn't know about this. Are you telling me that
- 18:52Speaker 1: they had no clue that this was happening? Is that
- 18:55Speaker 1: what you're saying, is that what you're claiming, give me
- 18:58Speaker 1: a break. I mean, I mean, seriously, give me a break.
- 19:05Speaker 1: No leagues out of this. That's how you know that
- 19:09Speaker 1: it's actually state sponsored. Okay, it's very clearly state sponsored
- 19:14Speaker 1: media that we have in this country. I am sure
- 19:17Speaker 1: there were people in the media that knew not once,
- 19:20Speaker 1: but twice. The FBI was there, and I have no
- 19:23Speaker 1: doubt in my mind that they deliberately look the other
- 19:28Speaker 1: way and held the story because they didn't want to
- 19:30Speaker 1: hurt the president of the United States of America until
- 19:33Speaker 1: it had to finally come out. And now we are
- 19:35Speaker 1: at that point where it is finally coming out, finally, right,
- 19:43Speaker 1: it's finally coming out. That's the problem here. They're not
- 19:51Speaker 1: being transparent. They're not telling us the truth. They're not
- 19:57Speaker 1: being intellectually honest with us, They're not telling us the
- 20:03Speaker 1: entire story. And my worry is that if we don't
- 20:07Speaker 1: put enough public pressure on this story, the FBI and
- 20:11Speaker 1: the deep state will do exactly what they did with
- 20:13Speaker 1: a Hunter Biden laptop story, which is they will quote
- 20:15Speaker 1: investigate it and really just close the case. Nothing to
- 20:18Speaker 1: see here, There is nothing here. Remember they met with
- 20:21Speaker 1: Tony bob Olenski. They said, thanks for giving us all
- 20:25Speaker 1: the intel, thanks for giving us everything that we needed
- 20:27Speaker 1: to know, Thanks for helping us with all the information
- 20:30Speaker 1: that we needed to see. Right, that's what they did. Okay,
- 20:35Speaker 1: that's what actually happened. And what we know is that
- 20:41Speaker 1: they then decided, all right, we're going to classify this
- 20:46Speaker 1: as disinformation, and then no one will be able to
- 20:49Speaker 1: see it, no one will be able to look at it,
- 20:50Speaker 1: no one will be able to touch it. Everything will
- 20:52Speaker 1: be great. And they did that for two plus years.
- 20:56Speaker 1: What makes you think that the FBI isn't just checking box?
- 20:59Speaker 1: All right, Look, we got to go to Delaware, we
- 21:00Speaker 1: got to look at these documents. We'll then say that
- 21:02Speaker 1: there's nothing here. We'll say we did our job and
- 21:05Speaker 1: in reality, we got rid of everything and it'll be beautiful.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Tell me why that isn't a real option. Seriously, We're
- 21:12Speaker 1: gonna keep following a story, okay, because it's key. It's
- 21:16Speaker 1: developing literally every couple of hours or every couple of days,
- 21:20Speaker 1: but new stuff's coming out. I will keep you update
- 21:22Speaker 1: on it, Share this podcast, and if you missed any
- 21:25Speaker 1: of this, go back and listen to our podcasts on
- 21:27Speaker 1: this because we have a full library of everything that
- 21:30Speaker 1: deals with Biden crime family, grab it and make sure
- 21:34Speaker 1: you get this stuff out to your family and friends,
- 21:36Speaker 1: because if we don't do it, the state sponsor media
- 21:39Speaker 1: is definitely not going to tell you what's actually going on.
- 21:42Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna tell you more about this in
- 21:44Speaker 1: a second, but I do need to tell you about
- 21:45Speaker 1: our friends that have got the precious medals. If you've
- 21:48Speaker 1: been saving for a long time for retirement, you know
- 21:52Speaker 1: that you need to protect your money and one way

- 21:57Speaker 1: about telling you about a company that I actually you,
- 22:00Speaker 1: I have actually worked with, a Gust of Precious Medals.

- 22:06Speaker 1: a gold Ira isn't your answer, they give you just
- 22:10Speaker 1: the facts. Now. Gusts of Precious Metal is all about

- 22:26Speaker 1: crazy with our economy and it's extremely important, especially if
- 22:30Speaker 1: you're close to retirement to protect your assets because there's
- 22:34Speaker 1: no time to make up losses. So if you've saved
- 22:37Speaker 1: one hundred thousand dollars or more, then you should take
- 22:40Speaker 1: a look at their free guide and you should really
- 22:42Speaker 1: sign up for something that I've done. It's a web

- 22:55Speaker 1: hard earned assets when you get really close to retirement.

- 23:12Speaker 1: will pay your fees for up to ten years. That's
- 23:14Speaker 1: Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Eight seven seven four gold IRA.
- 23:19Speaker 1: All right, I want to move on to another really
- 23:22Speaker 1: important story that right now is picking up a lot
- 23:25Speaker 1: of steam with Democrats, and that is on the issue
- 23:29Speaker 1: of gun control. This happening while Republicans state by state
- 23:35Speaker 1: are fighting back to give you the right to protect
- 23:38Speaker 1: and defend yourself. I'll give you a great example of
- 23:40Speaker 1: this in Indiana. The GOP now in Indiana is pushing
- 23:44Speaker 1: for a teacher gun training law that has actually now
- 23:49Speaker 1: passed the Indiana House. The Republican back bill was passed
- 23:54Speaker 1: seventy one to twenty four on a predominantly party line vote.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Now this is important because the Indiana House Republicans said, look,
- 24:05Speaker 1: we want to begin a state funded handgun training program
- 24:09Speaker 1: for teachers. This is optional, not mandatory. Critics are saying
- 24:14Speaker 1: it would wrongly encourage more guns in the classroom across
- 24:17Speaker 1: the state. Republicans are saying, we're not buying into your bs. No,
- 24:21Speaker 1: this bill again passed overwhelmingly seventy one to twenty four.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Supporters are saying this, and I'm in this boat. I
- 24:27Speaker 1: want to be very clear, I'm one hundred percent behind this.
- 24:31Speaker 1: I think it should be done all over the country.
- 24:33Speaker 1: The training would give teachers the opportunity to defend not
- 24:37Speaker 1: only themselves and students if needed when there is a shooting,
- 24:42Speaker 1: a mass shooting, at potential mass shooting that's underway. State
- 24:47Speaker 1: law currently allows school districts to permit teachers to be armed,
- 24:52Speaker 1: but no training is mandated. And they're saying we want training. Now,
- 24:56Speaker 1: this goes back to Republicans and where we need to
- 24:58Speaker 1: do a better job of telling our story there's already
- 25:01Speaker 1: a law that says that a school district can permit
- 25:06Speaker 1: teachers to be armed. This law Republicans are now advocating for,
- 25:09Speaker 1: is about training those teachers and making sure they have
- 25:12Speaker 1: the training that you need. Quote sadly, it's something that
- 25:16Speaker 1: that's necessary for the tragic quarrel that we live in today,
- 25:20Speaker 1: is what the bill's sponsor, Republican Jim Lucas said. The
- 25:24Speaker 1: House Education Committee passed the bill nine to four, also
- 25:27Speaker 1: on party lines, earlier this month. In that hearing, Lucas
- 25:30Speaker 1: stress a training program would be voluntary. That's the point
- 25:34Speaker 1: we also need to be a better advocate for explaining
- 25:36Speaker 1: this is not a mandate. We're not forcing anybody to
- 25:38Speaker 1: carry a gun, and it would be paid for by
- 25:41Speaker 1: the state those that volunteer. About forty hours of instruction
- 25:45Speaker 1: is what a teacher would be signing up for. That's
- 25:47Speaker 1: an entire week. Now. Democrats are losing their minds. There's
- 25:52Speaker 1: a Democratic representative, Tanya Path, a math teacher, who objected
- 25:57Speaker 1: that the proposal would lead to more guns and schools. Well,
- 26:00Speaker 1: these I agree. It does lead to more guns in
- 26:02Speaker 1: school leads to more good guys with guns in schools.
- 26:06Speaker 1: She says the risk associated with having guns in the
- 26:09Speaker 1: classroom is too much. She also says that she worries
- 26:15Speaker 1: right that students could access the weapon or take it
- 26:18Speaker 1: from a teacher. We want to teach, nurture, and inspire students.
- 26:22Speaker 1: I think that's what every teacher wants to do or
- 26:24Speaker 1: starts out wanting to do, she said during a debate.
- 26:27Speaker 1: We don't want to carry guns on our hip and
- 26:28Speaker 1: normalize guns and schools. Well, the kids are around guns,
- 26:32Speaker 1: and we see this and we know this. The idea
- 26:33Speaker 1: that we're normalizing guns in school is also absurd. I
- 26:36Speaker 1: carry gun virtually everywhere I go and I've not quote
- 26:39Speaker 1: normalized guns around my kids nine percent the time. My
- 26:42Speaker 1: kids have no idea to have a gun with me,
- 26:44Speaker 1: and that would be the goal here for these teachers
- 26:46Speaker 1: as well. Now, these efforts by the Indiana lawmakers to
- 26:50Speaker 1: offer additional training failed in recent years, amid opposition from
- 26:55Speaker 1: both gun right advocates who said the training mandates overstepped
- 26:58Speaker 1: local control and control proponents who argued such steps were
- 27:02Speaker 1: aimed at arming teachers. A handful of Indian school districts
- 27:07Speaker 1: currently allows some teachers to carry weapons. Also, school's safety
- 27:10Speaker 1: gained attention around Indiana following the shooting in twenty eighteen
- 27:14Speaker 1: at a middle school in which a boy wounded a
- 27:16Speaker 1: classmate and a teacher, and also after a Richmond middle
- 27:20Speaker 1: school where a boy at shot out a door and
- 27:23Speaker 1: fired at officers before killing himself. Lawmakers in Indiana repealed
- 27:29Speaker 1: a permit requirement for those carrying a gun in public
- 27:31Speaker 1: at the previous legislative session, and all residents ag eighteen older,
- 27:35Speaker 1: except those with a felony conviction, face a restraining order,
- 27:39Speaker 1: or have a dangerous mental illness, can carry a handgun
- 27:42Speaker 1: in public. I love this what happens. We know that
- 27:44Speaker 1: crime goes down when law abiding citizens are given the
- 27:47Speaker 1: ability to protect themselves. Now, while this is going on,
- 27:53Speaker 1: the left has gone to war with guns again. Keith Olberman,
- 27:57Speaker 1: a nut job on the left, had this to say
- 28:00Speaker 1: about guns in America, saying, it's time to open up.
- 28:03Speaker 1: And this is a plan I've told you about in
- 28:06Speaker 1: the past, and now Democrats really seem to be working
- 28:08Speaker 1: on this more than they have in a long time.
- 28:11Speaker 1: They want to go to economic civil war on anyone
- 28:17Speaker 1: or any company that sells firearms. Listen carefully, we are
- 28:21Speaker 1: owned by guns and therefore there is only one way
- 28:25Speaker 1: to stop the mass shootings. It is to suffocate the
- 28:28Speaker 1: businesses that make billions of dollars in profits off guns,
- 28:32Speaker 1: to destroy the gun lobby, the death lobby, and the
- 28:36Speaker 1: Republican Party that defends those lobbies and those businesses. And
- 28:40Speaker 1: the only way to do that is an economic civil war.
- 28:44Speaker 1: The Blue States have all the money. They must starve
- 28:47Speaker 1: the Red States into submission, or another six hundred thousand
- 28:51Speaker 1: Americans will be murdered in the next ten to twelve years.
- 28:59Speaker 1: You did hear the end of that, right, fearmongering here
- 29:02Speaker 1: the Blue States. He'll still have all the money. They
- 29:05Speaker 1: must starve the Red States into submission, so that the
- 29:08Speaker 1: civil war he's calling for here or another six hundred
- 29:11Speaker 1: thousand Americans will be murdered in the next ten to
- 29:13Speaker 1: twelve years. That's what he has just said. So he's saying,
- 29:17Speaker 1: not only do we need to go after and suffocate
- 29:19Speaker 1: the businesses that sell guns, but we need to destroy
- 29:24Speaker 1: the gun lobby, the deaf lobby, and the Republican Party
- 29:26Speaker 1: that defends those lobbies in those businesses. And the only
- 29:30Speaker 1: way to do this is an economic civil war. Now,
- 29:33Speaker 1: the reason why I play him for you is because
- 29:36Speaker 1: he's saying what Democrats have been trying to do for
- 29:38Speaker 1: a very long time. They've been trying to hold gun
- 29:43Speaker 1: companies be able to be able to sue them and
- 29:47Speaker 1: hold them liable if you were shot with one of
- 29:49Speaker 1: their guns. That's one of the problems. Now they keep
- 29:54Speaker 1: pushing for this, but now what they're going to do
- 29:56Speaker 1: is they're trying to put pressure on the banking industry.
- 29:59Speaker 1: For example, they really really, really really want the banking
- 30:04Speaker 1: industry to start shutting down and suffocating gun stores. And
- 30:10Speaker 1: they're doing it. By the way, I own a gun store.
- 30:14Speaker 1: We are constantly having to struggle with credit card machines
- 30:19Speaker 1: and processors who say we're no longer going to service
- 30:22Speaker 1: your industry if you go with big banks. Many of
- 30:25Speaker 1: the big banks are not going to allow for gun
- 30:28Speaker 1: stores a legal Let's be clear about this, a league
- 30:33Speaker 1: goal product that is protected in our constitution. It's the
- 30:39Speaker 1: second thing that they did. That's how important it was
- 30:42Speaker 1: for this country. They're now saying we are going to
- 30:45Speaker 1: not do business with you. And what Keith Obermann is
- 30:48Speaker 1: saying is exactly what these other Democrats are doing now.
- 30:52Speaker 1: I would go to where extreme gun control is being
- 30:54Speaker 1: called for, and I would look at what's happening in
- 30:56Speaker 1: those cities and states. California has extreme gun control. Look
- 30:59Speaker 1: at the crime in California, Chicago, Baltimore, Memphis, New Orleans, Detroit, Philadelphia.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Many of these places have either what we referred to
- 31:12Speaker 1: as bail reform or prison reform or defund the police.
- 31:17Speaker 1: They have extreme laws on gun control, and none of
- 31:19Speaker 1: it seems to be working. Why is none of it working?
- 31:22Speaker 1: We can all answer this question. It's because those that
- 31:26Speaker 1: are criminals never those that are criminals never abide by
- 31:34Speaker 1: the gun laws. In fact, every single time that an
- 31:42Speaker 1: individual wants to break the gun free zone laws at
- 31:45Speaker 1: universities and at colleges or excuse me, at schools, I
- 31:49Speaker 1: should say high schools, elementary schools, etc. They're always successful
- 31:52Speaker 1: in breaking the law. And the reason is also very simple.
- 31:55Speaker 1: How are they able to do this so successfully? Because
- 31:57Speaker 1: there's no one there with a gun to stop them
- 32:00Speaker 1: the time, they can do whatever the hell they want
- 32:02Speaker 1: to until officers arrive. We've seen this all over the country.
- 32:06Speaker 1: We have tried gun free zones, and the data overwhelmingly
- 32:10Speaker 1: shows the gun free zones are in fact a disaster,
- 32:13Speaker 1: and they do not work, So why do we keep
- 32:16Speaker 1: insisting on doing something that we all know doesn't work.
- 32:20Speaker 1: I'm going to keep you update on this stuff as
- 32:21Speaker 1: it keeps moving forward, but we need to be telling
- 32:24Speaker 1: our story now. And what they are doing with these
- 32:27Speaker 1: educators in Indiana is absolutely brilliant. And when you hear
- 32:32Speaker 1: people like Keith Overman to clear war on the businesses
- 32:36Speaker 1: that manufacture firearms and the people that sell them and
- 32:40Speaker 1: saying it to civil war and we need to suffocate
- 32:42Speaker 1: the South. That's what he said, and he's saying this
- 32:46Speaker 1: is the game point of how we do it. Pay
- 32:47Speaker 1: attention to when they say this, because they're not screwing around, folks,
- 32:50Speaker 1: and they're going this has been something they've been very
- 32:53Speaker 1: focused on for a really long time, and we need
- 32:56Speaker 1: to all realize how much they actually want to accomplish.
- 32:58Speaker 1: This makes you share a podcast with your family and friends,
- 33:02Speaker 1: make sure you give us a five star review so
- 33:04Speaker 1: we'll reach more people. It's extremely helpful when you do that.
- 33:07Speaker 1: And I will see you back here tomorrow
