Working through John 2, the preacher shows that Jesus came to the wedding at Cana because He was invited, and asks whether our own celebrations are the kind of gatherings Christ would be welcome at. Tying the scene to Revelation 3:20, he presses the point that Christ stands at the door and knocks, and that He never dismisses an invitation as beneath Him.
