Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:04Speaker 2: and this is one of those fun shows where many
- 0:07Speaker 2: of you are going to be listening on your way
- 0:09Speaker 2: to go visit family all over the country.
- 0:11Speaker 3: I was in an airport today. It was insane. Center.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You were in an airport today, it was also, I'm
- 0:16Speaker 2: sure insane with the holiday travel. So we will try
- 0:19Speaker 2: to have a little bit of fun today and also
- 0:21Speaker 2: give you some of the big news, which includes you
- 0:24Speaker 2: hanging out with Donald Trump.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Today.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Not a bad day because it is.
- 0:28Speaker 2: By the way, as we're recording this, I have four
- 0:30Speaker 2: more minutes to say this your birthday, Happy birthday.
- 0:34Speaker 4: Sir, Well, thank you. I'm fifty four years old today
- 0:38Speaker 4: and it is eleven fifty six pm, so I will
- 0:40Speaker 4: be It'll be my birthday for just four more minutes.
- 0:43Speaker 2: But I wanted to get that in there. And can
- 0:45Speaker 2: we just say the age again because that's important to me.
- 0:48Speaker 4: Fifty four, and I will say a good friend of
- 0:50Speaker 4: mine texted me and said I look great for sixty five,
- 0:55Speaker 4: which I appreciated very much. I will say that there
- 0:57Speaker 4: may have been some expletives in response to.
- 0:59Speaker 2: That, yes, as there should be there as there should be.
- 1:03Speaker 2: So at fifty fort do you have any wisdom you'd
- 1:05Speaker 2: like to bestow on? I have everyone listening right now,
- 1:07Speaker 2: because I mean, let's be honest, that's like long.
- 1:09Speaker 3: I think I'm enough.
- 1:11Speaker 4: Apparently, I think I have enough wisdom that I do
- 1:13Speaker 4: a podcast three days a week. So ah, I'm at
- 1:15Speaker 4: least happy to prattle on about what's going on three
- 1:18Speaker 4: times a week. Whether it's wise or not, I leave
- 1:21Speaker 4: that to our incredible verdict listeners.
- 1:24Speaker 3: But by way, I make no promises. Well plad, he's
- 1:26Speaker 3: still feisty at fifty four.
- 1:28Speaker 1: I love it.
- 1:29Speaker 2: So you hung out with you hung out with Trump today?
- 1:32Speaker 2: That's not a bad birthday.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Yeah. So I started the day.
- 1:35Speaker 4: I was in Phoenix and I was at America Fest
- 1:37Speaker 4: Turning Points, big rally there and it was incredible. Three
- 1:41Speaker 4: thousand plus people, young people, mostly college kids, energized. They
- 1:46Speaker 4: were incredible. So I started the day, gave a speech
- 1:50Speaker 4: to Turning Point, which actually we're going to end the
- 1:52Speaker 4: podcast with your hearing what I had to say.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:55Speaker 4: But then after I gave my speech, two speakers after
- 1:58Speaker 4: me it was Donald Trump, and so I caught up
- 2:00Speaker 4: with the President backstage and then he went, He went
- 2:02Speaker 4: on stage and gave gave very concise hour and a
- 2:08Speaker 4: half re marks, which we will not play the full
- 2:11Speaker 4: hour and a half re marks, although they were actually
- 2:13Speaker 4: they were fun.
- 2:14Speaker 3: I got to say.
- 2:14Speaker 4: President Trump was in a great mood. He was happy,
- 2:17Speaker 4: he was loose, he was cutting jokes, he was feeling
- 2:19Speaker 4: really good. So we are going to play at exchange
- 2:22Speaker 4: because while he was standing on stage, he decided to
- 2:27Speaker 4: call me up to say something. And the problem was
- 2:28Speaker 4: I was backstage and didn't know he was going to
- 2:30Speaker 4: do it. So he starts calling me up and I'm
- 2:32Speaker 4: like what what? And so I kind of run from backstage.
- 2:35Speaker 4: But there's an amusing back and forth where he's looking around,
- 2:37Speaker 4: going where the hell's dead? And since I didn't know
- 2:41Speaker 4: he was going to do that, I was way backstage.
- 2:42Speaker 4: I'm really glad I wasn't in the men's room when
- 2:44Speaker 4: he did that. But we're going to play that exchange
- 2:46Speaker 4: where we're.
- 2:47Speaker 3: By the way.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Let's just be clear. You love doing that too, Yes,
- 2:51Speaker 2: to do that. And it's such a fun thing when
- 2:54Speaker 2: you're up there and you know you can call somebody
- 2:56Speaker 2: out and if they're not paying attention, you get to
- 3:00Speaker 2: roast them and if they are paying attention. And I've
- 3:03Speaker 2: been the butt of that once or twice so far
- 3:07Speaker 2: in my time hanging around you, and and and you
- 3:10Speaker 2: you relish the moment just as much as is Donald Trump.
- 3:14Speaker 4: Does, undoubtedly, and more will come. We're also going to
- 3:18Speaker 4: talk about the fact that Joe Biden is talking about
- 3:20Speaker 4: commuting every single murderer on federal death row. And this
- 3:24Speaker 4: is something sadly that that verdict predicted a year ago.
- 3:28Speaker 4: So we're going to walk through what the news is
- 3:30Speaker 4: and what we predicted, but it is an incredible abomination
- 3:35Speaker 4: of justice. If Biden goes through with this. Then we're
- 3:38Speaker 4: going to talk about the fact that SNL SNL talked
- 3:41Speaker 4: about the murderer who murdered the healthcare CEO and the
- 3:44Speaker 4: crowd cheered for the murderer and just exactly what that means.
- 3:49Speaker 4: And then finally, as I said, we're going to give
- 3:51Speaker 4: you my remarks to Turning point three thousand people.
- 3:55Speaker 1: It was energized.
- 3:56Speaker 4: It was an incredible day, and I got to say,
- 4:00Speaker 4: the young men and women at Turning Point really do
- 4:02Speaker 4: inspire me because they are working, they are passionate, they
- 4:06Speaker 4: are fighting, they are turning this country around. And I
- 4:09Speaker 4: think the victory we saw in November is in significant
- 4:13Speaker 4: part due to their hard work and the hard work
- 4:15Speaker 4: of millions across the country.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Yeah, no doubt about it.
- 4:18Speaker 2: We are just a couple of days away from Christmas,
- 4:21Speaker 2: and if you're looking for a ass minute gift to
- 4:24Speaker 2: you know, kind of save yourself because maybe.
- 4:26Speaker 3: You got behind.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I've never done that in my life, but if you
- 4:30Speaker 2: are in that category right now, I've got a great

- 6:22Speaker 2: So let's paint the stage here for everybody that may
- 6:25Speaker 2: not have seen your comments at turning Point, because when
- 6:29Speaker 2: Donald Trump went up on stage, there was a really
- 6:32Speaker 2: funny moment you mentioned in the intro there, and that
- 6:35Speaker 2: was you being backstage. And then what was funny was
- 6:38Speaker 2: is people start putting on social media as Center Cruz
- 6:41Speaker 2: sneaking up on Trump on stage, which made me laugh
- 6:44Speaker 2: because he was looking for you. And I'm glad that's
- 6:46Speaker 2: the Secret Service. Did you know, like tackle you or anything,
- 6:49Speaker 2: But this is what Donald Trump had to say when
- 6:52Speaker 2: he was looking for you.
- 6:53Speaker 3: It was hilarious.
- 6:55Speaker 5: Pleased to be joined by a man who just also
- 6:57Speaker 5: we really did well in Texas. Then I heard Ted's
- 7:01Speaker 5: speech and he can come up and speak more of
- 7:04Speaker 5: you once or he can just you know, Ted's gonna
- 7:07Speaker 5: be going to a big event. And a little while,
- 7:09Speaker 5: where's Ted Cruise?
- 7:10Speaker 1: Is he here?
- 7:11Speaker 5: He's here someplace?
- 7:12Speaker 1: Ted Dad?
- 7:15Speaker 4: Oh oh, oh, he's in trouble.
- 7:25Speaker 1: He's in trouble.
- 7:27Speaker 4: By the way, the cheering right there is. I'm walking
- 7:29Speaker 4: up behind him.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Oh oh good, he's not in trouble. Chief Texas, Texas. Amen.
- 7:51Speaker 6: And I've got to say this election has given President
- 7:55Speaker 6: Donald J. Trump, a Republican Senate in a Republican House,
- 7:59Speaker 6: a mandate to deliver on our promises. One month from today,
- 8:11Speaker 6: President Trump will secure the border. We are going to
- 8:19Speaker 6: bring back jobs. We are going to lower prices. We
- 8:22Speaker 6: are going to protect American families. We're going to put
- 8:25Speaker 6: criminals in jail. We are going to keep our kids safe.
- 8:32Speaker 6: We are going to end foreign wars with victory. And
- 8:39Speaker 6: I'll tell you, mister President, the results of this election.
- 8:42Speaker 6: Seven battleground states. You won all seven. The people elected
- 8:48Speaker 6: a Republican Senate in a Republican House to have your back,
- 8:53Speaker 6: and we are going to deliver results. And if I
- 9:02Speaker 6: can speak parochially for a minute, one of the most
- 9:05Speaker 6: consequential things that happened in this race in Texas. You
- 9:10Speaker 6: won profoundly in Texas, and both you and I won
- 9:15Speaker 6: a majority of Hispanic votes in the great state of Texas.
- 9:24Speaker 6: That is unprecedented. That is generational change, and it demonstrates
- 9:30Speaker 6: that we are.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Going to protect our nation.
- 9:33Speaker 6: We are going to bring our country back, and we
- 9:35Speaker 6: are going to make America great again.
- 9:50Speaker 5: He's a great He's actually a great guy. Was was
- 9:53Speaker 5: really out there working.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Oh I'm so glad he was here.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Huh. That one.
- 10:01Speaker 5: That was an amazing moment.
- 10:05Speaker 2: I gotta tell you, I love just the end there
- 10:09Speaker 2: he's smiling, he's grinning.
- 10:11Speaker 3: The demeanor and.
- 10:12Speaker 2: The interaction is just seems to be very different this
- 10:16Speaker 2: time than it compared to twenty sixteen. It's like you
- 10:19Speaker 2: guys are on the same football team going into the
- 10:22Speaker 2: playoffs as a team and let's whoop some ass.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Well, I think that's exactly right. And I got to
- 10:28Speaker 4: say at the entire America Fest, Trump was happy, he
- 10:34Speaker 4: was relaxed, he was feeling good. You could see it
- 10:38Speaker 4: in a way that just he was loose at having fun.
- 10:42Speaker 4: And listen, we're coming in with an incredible mandate. We're
- 10:47Speaker 4: going to transform I believe the country, and I think
- 10:51Speaker 4: he's ready to get to work. And I know I am,
- 10:53Speaker 4: and I think all of us are.
- 10:55Speaker 2: So let's talk about his agenda for a second. One
- 10:59Speaker 2: of the things you tell talked about was the border.
- 11:01Speaker 2: That seems to be a very central point of what
- 11:03Speaker 2: he keeps talking about over and over again, and and
- 11:07Speaker 2: is that something that you and him have talked about
- 11:10Speaker 2: very clearly, like, Hey, this is square, this is step one.
- 11:13Speaker 3: Let's go. We're going to knock this out day one.
- 11:17Speaker 4: Absolutely. And the clearest single mandate of this election is
- 11:21Speaker 4: to secure the border. People are fed up with Joe
- 11:25Speaker 4: Biden the Democrats' open borders. They want it to end.
- 11:28Speaker 4: They want the border secured. And we're going to get
- 11:30Speaker 4: that done. And and Trump understands that. I think Republicans
- 11:34Speaker 4: and the Senate understand that. Republicans of the House understand that.
- 11:37Speaker 4: And and we're going to get it done, which is
- 11:40Speaker 4: which is exactly what the voter sent us there to do.
- 11:43Speaker 2: I want to move to this other topic that's a
- 11:45Speaker 2: big one, and that and that deals and we're going
- 11:47Speaker 2: to obviously get to your turning point speech in just
- 11:49Speaker 2: a little bit, and that'll be certainly a part of
- 11:51Speaker 2: this UH in a moment. But I want to turn
- 11:53Speaker 2: to another unfortunate I say, prediction UH is about to
- 11:57Speaker 2: come true, and the news continues to break. And I
- 12:01Speaker 2: think it's fair to say to the audience listening right now,
- 12:05Speaker 2: brace yourself, because while you're spending time with your family
- 12:08Speaker 2: and your friends. Over Christmas and New Year's Joe Biden
- 12:12Speaker 2: and the White House are going to be handing out
- 12:16Speaker 2: some unbelievable pardons and clemency. And Biden is apparently granting
- 12:22Speaker 2: clemency to people the on federal death row yet again,
- 12:27Speaker 2: saying we don't care about justice for the victims. We
- 12:31Speaker 2: are going to start pushing this political ideology.
- 12:35Speaker 4: Well, that's exactly right, and it is. You know, sadly,
- 12:39Speaker 4: you could say, who could have predicted this? But the
- 12:42Speaker 4: reality is you and I predicted this. We predicted this
- 12:45Speaker 4: over a year ago, that Joe Biden was going to
- 12:48Speaker 4: take federal death row and empty it and use his
- 12:53Speaker 4: executive power. Now, listen to the Constitution gives them the
- 12:55Speaker 4: power to grant pardons, gives them the power to grant clemency,
- 13:00Speaker 4: and with pretty much no limits. It's essentially an unlimited power.
- 13:04Speaker 4: That being said, we've never had a president use that
- 13:07Speaker 4: pardon power. We've already seen him use the pardon power
- 13:10Speaker 4: to give his son a get out of jail free
- 13:12Speaker 4: card for all of his illegal conduct. And we've talked
- 13:16Speaker 4: about how I believe he's going to grant many more
- 13:19Speaker 4: pardons to members of the Biden family, to Democrats, to
- 13:23Speaker 4: those who have engaged in illegality.
- 13:25Speaker 1: But while he's.
- 13:26Speaker 4: Engaged in this business, he's also going to seek I believe,
- 13:30Speaker 4: I think there's a very real risk he's going to
- 13:32Speaker 4: seek to nullify federal law. Federal law passed by Congress
- 13:36Speaker 4: signed by the President provides for the death penalty, the
- 13:40Speaker 4: death penalty for the most egregious crimes. That includes the
- 13:44Speaker 4: Boston bomber that murdered people at the Boston Marathon. And
- 13:47Speaker 4: I think we are perilously close to Joe Biden emptying
- 13:53Speaker 4: federal death row. So Politico reported this week, quote President
- 13:59Speaker 4: Joe Bliden. Biden is promising to flex his clemency powers
- 14:02Speaker 4: again before he leaves office next month, booing hopes of
- 14:06Speaker 4: capital punished opponents that he'll take a big step towards
- 14:09Speaker 4: making good on his campaign promise to end the federal
- 14:11Speaker 4: death penalty. Biden could use his authority to grant commutations
- 14:15Speaker 4: to convert existing federal death sentences into life in prison.
- 14:20Speaker 4: That would deal a serious blow to Trump's plans to
- 14:22Speaker 4: bring back and even broaden the use of the death
- 14:25Speaker 4: penalty when he returns to power. The Justice Department has
- 14:29Speaker 4: quietly recommended that Biden grant commutations to most of the
- 14:34Speaker 4: forty people on death row, according to a person familiar
- 14:37Speaker 4: with the discussions not authorized to discuss them publicly. Meanwhile,
- 14:41Speaker 4: the Justice Department is also on the verge of publishing
- 14:44Speaker 4: the findings of a long running internal review of the
- 14:47Speaker 4: lethal injection protocol that the Trump administration adopted in twenty nineteen.
- 14:52Speaker 4: That protocol uses a fatal dose of a single sedative drug, pentobarbital,
- 14:56Speaker 4: to put prisoners to death. Many experts and critics of
- 14:59Speaker 4: the death penal have said the method, adopted due to
- 15:01Speaker 4: shortages of other drugs used in executions, can cause extreme
- 15:05Speaker 4: pain during a prisoner's final minutes. An anti death penalty
- 15:09Speaker 4: activist say the DOJ's forthcoming report may bolster the case
- 15:13Speaker 4: for clemency.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Quote.
- 15:15Speaker 4: We hope the review will find that the problems with
- 15:17Speaker 4: legal ethal injection are one additional reason as to why
- 15:20Speaker 4: President Biden should grant clemency to death row prisoners, said
- 15:24Speaker 4: Ruth Friedman, whoever sees death penalty work for the federal
- 15:27Speaker 4: defenders nationwide. This is if he does this, it is
- 15:31Speaker 4: absolutely outrageous because, as I said, it is federal law.
- 15:34Speaker 4: If he doesn't like federal law, propose a change to
- 15:36Speaker 4: federal law, propose taking the death penalty off the books,
- 15:39Speaker 4: but he doesn't.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Have the votes to do that.
- 15:41Speaker 4: Congress is not going to do that, and so he
- 15:43Speaker 4: simply wants to lawlessly say, give me the very worst murderers,
- 15:47Speaker 4: give me the Boston Marathon bomber, and I'm going to
- 15:50Speaker 4: give them the gift of life. As I said, that's
- 15:53Speaker 4: exactly what we predicted over a year ago.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I want to play and just remind people exactly
- 15:58Speaker 2: what was said. And it's I hate it when these
- 16:01Speaker 2: predictions become reality because it's not good for the victims' families,
- 16:05Speaker 2: it's not good for law and order, it's not good
- 16:07Speaker 2: for justice. And yet this is exactly what we knew
- 16:10Speaker 2: was going to happen because of the radicals within Joe
- 16:13Speaker 2: Biden's administration and his viewpoint.
- 16:16Speaker 4: And by the way, I'm going to make a prediction
- 16:17Speaker 4: as well, which is that these are not the only
- 16:23Speaker 4: mass murderers that I think this administration is going to
- 16:26Speaker 4: refuse to follow federal law and impose the death ben
- 16:30Speaker 4: I'm going to make a prediction right now, which is
- 16:31Speaker 4: Joe Biden before he leaves the White House will commute
- 16:36Speaker 4: the sentence of every federal prisoner on death row.
- 16:41Speaker 1: That he will do it for every one of them.
- 16:43Speaker 4: And that includes It includes the white supremacist and Nazi
- 16:49Speaker 4: who murdered nine African Americans at the Mother Emmanuel Ame
- 16:54Speaker 4: Church in Charleston, South Carolina in a horrific hate crime.
- 16:58Speaker 1: He's on federal death row.
- 17:00Speaker 4: It includes the Boston bomber who murdered innocent people by
- 17:04Speaker 4: exploding a bomb at the Boston Marathon. One of the
- 17:07Speaker 4: two brothers is still alive. He's on death row. And
- 17:11Speaker 4: my prediction right now is Joe Biden intends to spare
- 17:17Speaker 4: every one of these mass murderers, every one of them.
- 17:20Speaker 4: Many of them are racist, bigoted, homicidal lunatics, and I
- 17:26Speaker 4: think we're going to see him commute all of their
- 17:29Speaker 4: sentences before he leaves the White House.
- 17:31Speaker 2: I mean, we said that a year ago, Senator, and
- 17:34Speaker 2: there was these these clear, you know moments where the
- 17:38Speaker 2: mastermind Cleetchek Muhammad of nine to eleven. They were like,
- 17:40Speaker 2: oh yeah, let's not put that out of death. Let's
- 17:43Speaker 2: let's do a deal and let's let him live. And
- 17:45Speaker 2: now we can see it. And you say, we're very close.
- 17:48Speaker 2: It's becoming reality. What could stop this? What is there
- 17:52Speaker 2: anything that people listening could do right now to say
- 17:56Speaker 2: no to this?
- 17:58Speaker 1: Well?
- 17:58Speaker 4: Yes, And the podcast you just played was from August
- 18:01Speaker 4: of twenty twenty three, so it was more than a
- 18:03Speaker 4: year ago. It was last summer, and that was when
- 18:06Speaker 4: the news was reported that the Biden administration was cutting
- 18:09Speaker 4: a deal with Khalid Shaik Muhammad, the mastermind of nine
- 18:12Speaker 4: to eleven, to take the death penalty off the table,
- 18:14Speaker 4: and that was about to happen. And we coverted this
- 18:18Speaker 4: on the podcast, and the news was ignoring it. CNN
- 18:21Speaker 4: was ignoring it. The networks we're ignoring it. We covered
- 18:24Speaker 4: it at length, and I got to say our listeners
- 18:25Speaker 4: were incredible. They lit up the phones, they began speaking out,
- 18:28Speaker 4: they began tweeting about it, they began using their voice,
- 18:31Speaker 4: and the political heat on the White House became so
- 18:34Speaker 4: intense that I believe this podcast played a major role
- 18:39Speaker 4: in ratcheting up the heat on the White House and
- 18:41Speaker 4: causing them to back away from granting clemency and taking
- 18:46Speaker 4: the death penalty off the table for shake Muhammad. Right now,
- 18:51Speaker 4: not only is Joe Biden considering sparing the life of
- 18:56Speaker 4: the bomber at the Boston Marathon, also considering sparing the
- 19:01Speaker 4: life of the bigoted racist who murdered African Americans at
- 19:05Speaker 4: the Mother Emmanuel Church in Charleston, South Carolina. And by
- 19:08Speaker 4: the way, he's also considering sparing the mass murder at
- 19:11Speaker 4: the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in twenty eighteen.
- 19:15Speaker 4: And all of these you have vicious racists who committed
- 19:19Speaker 4: mass murders, and yet the Democrat Party, they have embraced
- 19:24Speaker 4: the notion that capital punishment is always wrong, even in
- 19:27Speaker 4: the most egregious circumstances. And your question is, what can
- 19:30Speaker 4: listeners do speak out if you're outraged, if you don't
- 19:34Speaker 4: want these racist, bigoted psychos given clemency by the President
- 19:40Speaker 4: of the United States, let your voice be heard. We
- 19:42Speaker 4: turned it around with KSM. Let's turn it around with
- 19:45Speaker 4: this as well.
- 19:47Speaker 2: It's also, I think a mindset that is starting to
- 19:50Speaker 2: change in this country, and not in a good way.
- 19:54Speaker 3: The LAFT is.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Continuing to cheer and turn murderers into hero yes, and
- 20:01Speaker 2: people that are just horrible human beings into I don't know,
- 20:08Speaker 2: it's like they're movie scripts for them. It's this reality
- 20:12Speaker 2: TV obsession where they're like, oh, we think because someone
- 20:15Speaker 2: is attractive that therefore we should spare their life and
- 20:21Speaker 2: because they went up against somebody we don't like, whether
- 20:24Speaker 2: it be trying to assassinate Donald Trump or killing the
- 20:27Speaker 2: CEO of the Healthcare coming in New York City as
- 20:31Speaker 2: an assassin. But the assassin looks nice. And now we're
- 20:34Speaker 2: seeing it make its way into TV. I know you
- 20:39Speaker 2: saw this as I did on Saturday Night Live this weekend,
- 20:42Speaker 2: and it was disgusting as Saturday Night Live Live not
- 20:47Speaker 2: only talked about this murder, but they actually the audience
- 20:53Speaker 2: was cheering on the murder who killed the CEO.
- 20:58Speaker 4: Yeah, this was during the weekend Update on Saturday Night
- 21:02Speaker 4: Live this weekend, and Colin Jos had a joke about
- 21:06Speaker 4: the murder, not mass murderer, but the murderer who shot
- 21:09Speaker 4: the healthcare CEO in cold blood and the reaction of
- 21:13Speaker 4: the audience. This is a live audience in New York City.
- 21:16Speaker 4: I gotta say it. It took my breath away. So
- 21:19Speaker 4: he just mentions his name. I'm not going to mention
- 21:21Speaker 4: the murderer's name, but it is in this little excerpt,
- 21:24Speaker 4: and I want you to hear the audience's reaction at
- 21:27Speaker 4: hearing the name of this cold blooded murder play the clip.
- 21:31Speaker 7: Luigi Mangione drop, yeah, yeah, definitely woo. You're willing it
- 21:41Speaker 7: for justice, right. Luigi Manzoni dropped his extradition fight and
- 21:46Speaker 7: was flown from Pennsylvania to New York to face multiple charges.
- 21:50Speaker 7: In related news, Bumble exploded.
- 21:55Speaker 2: I mean, I think he was actually a little shocked
- 21:58Speaker 2: by the audience there that they were cheering like it
- 22:02Speaker 2: was a rock star.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Charles Manson woohoo.
- 22:05Speaker 4: Jeffrey Dahmer yay, Ted Bundy, woohoo, Like what the hell
- 22:09Speaker 4: is wrong with people in this New.
- 22:12Speaker 3: York city where this is being taped.
- 22:14Speaker 4: It he was shot not far from where this was taped.
- 22:19Speaker 4: And listen, we've talked about this before. The leftists have
- 22:22Speaker 4: spread the ideology that oppressors being the subject of violence
- 22:28Speaker 4: is a good thing. Anyone defined as an oppressor. These
- 22:32Speaker 4: are the same idiots that are cheering hamas in Israel.
- 22:37Speaker 4: These are the same idiots who believe that violent revolution.
- 22:40Speaker 4: These are the same idiots that look the other way
- 22:43Speaker 4: at Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots for an entire
- 22:46Speaker 4: year because if it's a so called oppressor or so
- 22:50Speaker 4: called victim against a so called oppressor. Violence and murder
- 22:54Speaker 4: is okay. And I got to say watching that, listening
- 22:58Speaker 4: to that, that's horrifying because the screams of joy we
- 23:04Speaker 4: covered a week ago on this podcast, how Taylor Wrenz,
- 23:07Speaker 4: the former reporter for the Washington Post, described that she
- 23:11Speaker 4: felt joy when the CEO was murdered. Well, you know
- 23:15Speaker 4: what you just heard, screams of joy. And that is
- 23:18Speaker 4: the poison that has been accepted sadly so far on
- 23:23Speaker 4: the left of our society.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is sad. And yet they again, they're
- 23:28Speaker 2: turning these people into heroes. And now we're going to
- 23:30Speaker 2: see this president give our clemency to people that have
- 23:34Speaker 2: taken others' lives. And you wonder where our moral compasses
- 23:37Speaker 2: in this country right now? It is being destroyed by
- 23:40Speaker 2: the left. I want to talk to you real quick
- 23:42Speaker 2: about our friends over at USCCA. There is a reason
- 23:47Speaker 2: why they have over eight hundred thousand Americans that are
- 23:51Speaker 2: members of the USCCA, because not only do they help
- 23:55Speaker 2: you understand how to protect and defend yourself and to
- 23:59Speaker 2: protect and defend your family at home, but they also
- 24:02Speaker 2: make sure that you're protected with our twisted legal system
- 24:06Speaker 2: if you ever have to use a firearm to defend yourself. Now, look,
- 24:10Speaker 2: I've had to use a firearm to save my own life.
- 24:12Speaker 2: I had to pull the trigger, and I wish I
- 24:14Speaker 2: would have known about USCCA and been a member. The
- 24:17Speaker 2: reason is because they are there fighting to keep our
- 24:20Speaker 2: Second Amendment rights alive and protect you. That's why there's
- 24:25Speaker 2: over eight hundred thousand Americans that are members of the USCCA.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Because not only will you get access to their Protector
- 24:31Speaker 2: Academy where you learn vital skills like precision shooting and
- 24:35Speaker 2: how to fortify your home against criminals, but you also
- 24:39Speaker 2: get access to the twenty four to seven Critical Response Team.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Why is that so important because that is the included
- 24:47Speaker 2: benefit of self defense liability insurance to make sure that
- 24:52Speaker 2: you and your family are prepared for anything. Unfortunately, there's
- 24:55Speaker 2: a lot of activist das in this country right now
- 24:57Speaker 2: that do not like law abiding says in exercising their
- 25:02Speaker 2: Second Amendment right. And that's why you need someone looking
- 25:04Speaker 2: out for your rights. For a limited time. If you
- 25:07Speaker 2: text the word America right now to eight seven two
- 25:11Speaker 2: two two, you're going to get the uscca's free life
- 25:16Speaker 2: saving concealed carry and Family Defense Guide and a chance
- 25:20Speaker 2: to win seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self.
- 25:24Speaker 3: Defense gear that you need before it's too late.
- 25:27Speaker 2: So text the word America right now for your chance
- 25:31Speaker 2: to win seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self defense
- 25:34Speaker 2: gear you need to eight seven two two two right now.
- 25:38Speaker 2: That number again, text the word America to eight seven
- 25:42Speaker 2: two to two right now.
- 25:44Speaker 1: All right, Senator.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Finally, I want to get back to uh, the Turning
- 25:48Speaker 2: Point event that you just left. Obviously, Donald Trump was there.
- 25:52Speaker 2: You were asked to speak, and I want you to
- 25:55Speaker 2: give us a quick preview before we play your speech,
- 25:58Speaker 2: because this is one of the moose speeches that I
- 26:01Speaker 2: think is really about setting the tone for what's coming
- 26:04Speaker 2: in January when you guys have control of the Senate
- 26:08Speaker 2: and the House and the White House.
- 26:11Speaker 4: Well, I started this morning speaking, and this is about
- 26:13Speaker 4: an hour before the exchange that you heard at the
- 26:16Speaker 4: beginning of the podcast with President Trump and me. I addressed,
- 26:19Speaker 4: as I said, over three thousand young people activists at
- 26:22Speaker 4: Turning Point. It was incredible, and I really wanted to
- 26:25Speaker 4: encourage them. I wanted to encourage them that they had
- 26:28Speaker 4: had a profound impact on this election on this country,
- 26:31Speaker 4: and I also wanted to focus on now that we've won,
- 26:34Speaker 4: we've got a job to do. And so what I
- 26:36Speaker 4: intempted to do in these remarks is lay out here
- 26:39Speaker 4: are the deliverables that we need to accomplish in the
- 26:42Speaker 4: next two years to have a clear vision for what
- 26:46Speaker 4: to expect. I'm really excited. I'm excited about President Trump
- 26:50Speaker 4: being reelected and coming back into office. I'm excited about
- 26:53Speaker 4: a Republican Senate and a Republican House. But I also
- 26:56Speaker 4: have in front of me the absolute seriousness we needed
- 27:00Speaker 4: to deliver on our promises. And so that's what I
- 27:02Speaker 4: had to say to Turning Point this morning.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Take a listen as we play this right now.
- 27:07Speaker 6: God bless Turning Points. We are looking at America. We
- 27:17Speaker 6: are gathered here at truly a momentous time. If you
- 27:21Speaker 6: were young and passionate and it was seventeen seventy six,
- 27:27Speaker 6: you would have been part of transforming and creating the
- 27:31Speaker 6: United States of America. If you were young and passionate
- 27:35Speaker 6: in the year was nineteen eighty and the Reagan Revolution
- 27:39Speaker 6: was happening, you would have been part of transforming the
- 27:43Speaker 6: United States of America and today in twenty twenty four.
- 27:49Speaker 6: You are young and passionate, and every one of you
- 27:52Speaker 6: is integral to transforming the United States of America. The
- 28:03Speaker 6: Washington Swamp is terrified of you. Chuck Schumer and Nancy
- 28:10Speaker 6: Pelosi and Kamala Harris are terrified of you. Joe Biden, well, no,
- 28:17Speaker 6: he's actually not terrified. He don't know where he is,
- 28:22Speaker 6: but he is wondering what time the People's Court is
- 28:24Speaker 6: on TV. If you look at what happened in November,
- 28:27Speaker 6: the results of the election were clear and unequivocal. Seven
- 28:34Speaker 6: battleground states across America, we won all seven. And I've
- 28:47Speaker 6: got to say Donald J. Trump is truly an extraordinary leader.
- 28:52Speaker 6: Has there ever been anyone in American history who, after
- 28:56Speaker 6: being shot in the head, stands up and respond, fight,
- 29:02Speaker 6: fight fight. The American people have given us the White House,
- 29:13Speaker 6: They've given us the House, they've given us the Senate.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Now it's time for us to deliver.
- 29:23Speaker 6: We have work to do to deliver on our promises.
- 29:27Speaker 6: So a year from now, two years from now, four
- 29:30Speaker 6: years from now, the American people can say they did
- 29:34Speaker 6: exactly what they said they would do. Number One, Starting
- 29:39Speaker 6: on January twentieth, we will secure the border. Catch and
- 29:51Speaker 6: release ends on January twentieth. If you are an illegal alien,
- 30:02Speaker 6: if you're a murderer, if you're a rapist, if you're
- 30:05Speaker 6: a child molester, if you're a Venezuelan gang member, pack
- 30:09Speaker 6: your bags because you're getting the hell out. And I'm
- 30:20Speaker 6: here to tell you that's not gonna take a year.
- 30:22Speaker 6: It's not gonna take six months. We are going to
- 30:25Speaker 6: see the numbers of illegal immigration plummet, and they are
- 30:29Speaker 6: going to plummet in January and February of this year.
- 30:40Speaker 6: Number two, we are going to unleash American energy. America
- 30:47Speaker 6: is the world's energy superpower, the number one producer of
- 30:51Speaker 6: oil in the world, the number one producer of natural
- 30:54Speaker 6: gas in the world, and America will be energy dominant.
- 31:00Speaker 6: If you're fed up with high prices, high prices at
- 31:03Speaker 6: the gas pump, high prices at the grocery store, high
- 31:06Speaker 6: prices when you pay your bills. Energy feeds into every
- 31:10Speaker 6: one of them. The American people in this election said
- 31:13Speaker 6: enough is enough is enough, and we are going to
- 31:17Speaker 6: lower energy costs and make life more affordable for everyone.
- 31:27Speaker 6: Number three, we are gonna unleash small business. The regulators
- 31:34Speaker 6: descending from Washington. We are going to repeal the rules
- 31:38Speaker 6: they're using to kill small businesses. And I'll tell you what.
- 31:42Speaker 6: We are also going to unleash crypto. I'm proud to
- 31:47Speaker 6: stand with crypto. I'm proud to stand with bitcoin, and
- 31:50Speaker 6: I am the only member of the United States Senate
- 31:53Speaker 6: who is in fact a bitcoin minor. I've got three
- 31:58Speaker 6: miners hashing in West Texas right now, and it is beautiful.
- 32:03Speaker 6: And let me say to all of crypto at all
- 32:05Speaker 6: of bitcoin, come to Texas. Texas is the oasis for bitcoin.
- 32:16Speaker 6: Number four, we will restore integrity to the Department of
- 32:21Speaker 6: Justice and the FBI. If you are a wild eyed
- 32:24Speaker 6: partisan who has abused your power and targeted your political
- 32:28Speaker 6: enemies at DOJ or the FBI, will pack your bags
- 32:33Speaker 6: because your job is done.
- 32:34Speaker 1: And that means Number five.
- 32:36Speaker 6: We will enforce the law, especially against universities across this country.
- 32:49Speaker 6: The anti Semitic protests we've seen at universities.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Will end next year.
- 32:59Speaker 6: If if you violently protest, if you threaten your fellow students,
- 33:05Speaker 6: you will be arrested, you will be expelled, and if
- 33:08Speaker 6: you're a foreigner, you will be deported. And we're going
- 33:21Speaker 6: to see the Department of Justice and the FBI follow
- 33:24Speaker 6: the money, go after the money, cut off the money.
- 33:26Speaker 6: We're going to see universities that tolerate anti Semitism having
- 33:31Speaker 6: their federal funds cut off. And when your fellow students
- 33:41Speaker 6: look around and say, hey, why didn't this happen before,
- 33:45Speaker 6: Why did everyone look the other way at the violence
- 33:48Speaker 6: and the threats and the hatred and the bigotry, You're
- 33:51Speaker 6: going to be in a position to tell them. And
- 33:53Speaker 6: we will end the wars with victory. The war in
- 34:00Speaker 6: Ukraine will end this next year, and Vladimir Putin will lose,
- 34:06Speaker 6: and the war in Israel will come to an end,
- 34:08Speaker 6: and Hamas will lose, Hezbalah will lose, Iran will lose.
- 34:17Speaker 6: Every one of you stand up and speak, and I
- 34:19Speaker 6: want to encourage you inform your friends. When I ask you,
- 34:22Speaker 6: pull out your cell phone. Pull out your cell phone
- 34:26Speaker 6: and send the word text the word verdict to the
- 34:30Speaker 6: number two four zero zero five. That number again, two
- 34:36Speaker 6: four zero zero five. Text the word verdict. You will
- 34:40Speaker 6: get in back a link to subscribe to my podcast
- 34:45Speaker 6: that is designed to help inform you to be You
- 34:51Speaker 6: are the ones who won this election. You are the
- 34:54Speaker 6: ones who are persuading your colleagues.
- 34:57Speaker 1: You are the.
- 34:57Speaker 6: Ones who are informed and educated, in engaged, and just
- 35:02Speaker 6: as if we were in nineteen eighty, just as if
- 35:04Speaker 6: we were in seventeen seventy six. I stand here today
- 35:08Speaker 6: amazed and inspired to be in the company of patriots
- 35:12Speaker 6: who love America, who together we are making America great again.
- 35:19Speaker 6: God bless you, and God bless the United States of America.
- 35:26Speaker 3: Center.
- 35:26Speaker 2: It's really exciting to just see where we're going to
- 35:29Speaker 2: be going over the next year. We're going to be
- 35:31Speaker 2: covering it all here and for all of you that
- 35:33Speaker 2: are getting ready for Christmas, I just want to make
- 35:36Speaker 2: sure I say Merry Christmas to you and your family.
- 35:39Speaker 3: Don't forget what this is about. Be safe on the road.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Center.
- 35:42Speaker 3: I know you want to say something as well well.
- 35:44Speaker 4: I just want to wish everyone a merry Christmas. I
- 35:46Speaker 4: hope you have a wonderful and blessed Christmas. I hope
- 35:48Speaker 4: you spend time with your family, hugged your loved ones.
- 35:52Speaker 4: I hope you focus on God's love for us, his
- 35:54Speaker 4: salvation for us, and take a minute away from the
- 35:59Speaker 4: craziness upon politics, just to be thankful for the blessings
- 36:04Speaker 4: we enjoy as Americans, the blessings we enjoy with God's love.
- 36:08Speaker 4: Merry Christmas,
