- 1:44Speaker 2: turn the mouth, turn out the water of the money up, come.
- 1:58Speaker 5: Come out, you think, huh? I sure will. Good morning everybody.
- 2:04Speaker 5: You're listening to the voice, Come on digny now, one
- 2:09Speaker 5: and only Steve Harley got a radio show. Here we
- 2:12Speaker 5: go today. I think I have something for a lot
- 2:16Speaker 5: of people today, at least I hope I do. And
- 2:19Speaker 5: this is about on your journey, And this is about
- 2:24Speaker 5: something that happens to us all. I mean, what happens
- 2:30Speaker 5: to all of us from time to time when we
- 2:32Speaker 5: get discouraged, What happens to all of us when we
- 2:37Speaker 5: feel like quitting, What happens to all of us when
- 2:41Speaker 5: we have that turnback moment, What happens to all of
- 2:45Speaker 5: us when it don't seem like it's going to pan out?
- 2:50Speaker 1: Because I want you to.
- 2:51Speaker 5: Understand something that everyone, every single living soul, has those
- 2:57Speaker 5: thoughts about something at some point in their life. I
- 3:02Speaker 5: mean you know, Look, I've oftentimes been discouraged about things
- 3:07Speaker 5: not happening as fast as I like them. All things
- 3:11Speaker 5: don't pan out the way I would like for them
- 3:14Speaker 5: to have panned out. I mean, it's so many ways
- 3:18Speaker 5: to get discouraged. But what my encouragement to you is
- 3:25Speaker 5: when discouragement comes is understand this. It is a part
- 3:32Speaker 5: of the growth process. It is a test. It is
- 3:39Speaker 5: a test of your faith. How bad you want it,
- 3:45Speaker 5: do you really believe? That's all faith is is, simply,
- 3:51Speaker 5: and I've said this how many times. Faith is the
- 3:54Speaker 5: belief in things that you cannot see. So when discouragement comes,
- 3:59Speaker 5: set back comes, it is a test of your faith.
- 4:03Speaker 5: At least it's been that way for me. Now other
- 4:06Speaker 5: people can explain it another way. I'm not other people.
- 4:09Speaker 5: I can only give it to you the way it
- 4:11Speaker 5: has come to me and throughout my life, and man
- 4:13Speaker 5: o man or man discouragement sometimes it's tough to deal
- 4:18Speaker 5: with because it seems at times when you were discouraged
- 4:24Speaker 5: that it is so absolute that this means the end,
- 4:31Speaker 5: and if you allow it to set in, it can
- 4:35Speaker 5: be just that the end of you, when merely merely
- 4:39Speaker 5: it was a test that's all it is. But the
- 4:43Speaker 5: majority of people that I know who are not successful
- 4:47Speaker 5: or who have told me the story of how they
- 4:50Speaker 5: gave up, it was because at a moment of discouragement
- 4:55Speaker 5: that they allowed it to set in and it became
- 5:00Speaker 5: so engulfing that it became the reason why you shouldn't finish,
- 5:04Speaker 5: And then they started justifying it with hit the one
- 5:07Speaker 5: that I hate to hear. Well, if it's God's will,
- 5:10Speaker 5: excuse me. If it's God's will that you fail. If
- 5:17Speaker 5: it's God's will that you're not successful. If it's God's
- 5:22Speaker 5: will that you lay down and give up, it's God's
- 5:26Speaker 5: will that you allow yourself to amount to, not to
- 5:30Speaker 5: not reach your potential. That's God's will. That's not the
- 5:35Speaker 5: God I know. That's not the God I serve. That's
- 5:39Speaker 5: not the God I've read about. That's not the God
- 5:42Speaker 5: I believe in. I'm sorry. I just my mother always
- 5:46Speaker 5: taught me something that he didn't bring me this far
- 5:48Speaker 5: to leave me. I just don't believe that, not for
- 5:53Speaker 5: a second. Now have I convinced myself for some things, yep?
- 6:00Speaker 5: Have I allowed the devil to come into the picture
- 6:02Speaker 5: and paint a different one from it? Yep, yep, I've
- 6:05Speaker 5: done all of that, But you can't blame that on God. Now,
- 6:10Speaker 5: come on, So when discouragement comes, try to look at
- 6:17Speaker 5: it if you can, as a test of your faith,
- 6:21Speaker 5: and you merely have to pass the test. It could
- 6:25Speaker 5: be for a day, a half a day, a few hours,
- 6:28Speaker 5: a week, a few weeks, it don't matter. Don't nobody
- 6:31Speaker 5: know how long the test period is. Your job is
- 6:34Speaker 5: to keep the faith and keep moving. Keep the faith
- 6:38Speaker 5: and keep moving, keep working, keep believing, keep hope alive.
- 6:44Speaker 1: That's your job.
- 6:46Speaker 5: If you do that, that's how you pass the test.
- 6:50Speaker 5: It could be over tomorrow, it could be over in
- 6:52Speaker 5: two weeks, it could be over in a month.
- 6:53Speaker 1: You don't know.
- 6:54Speaker 5: But all you got to do is wake up and
- 6:57Speaker 5: keep the faith and fight the discouraging feel And how
- 7:00Speaker 5: do you do that?
- 7:01Speaker 1: Steve? Now here we go.
- 7:03Speaker 5: This is the part I know about for show because
- 7:06Speaker 5: how many times I've had to fight off discouragement in
- 7:10Speaker 5: order to get to where God wanted me to be.
- 7:14Speaker 5: What do you do when you become discouraged? Well, I
- 7:19Speaker 5: think of the outcome. When I get discouraged about a task,
- 7:23Speaker 5: I think about the outcome. Man, what would it be like,
- 7:27Speaker 5: if I were to complete the task, what would it
- 7:30Speaker 5: be like? Man?
- 7:31Speaker 1: What would the outcome be for me if I hung
- 7:34Speaker 1: loan in there?
- 7:35Speaker 5: If I didn't give up, If I imagine, I imagine
- 7:41Speaker 5: if I don't quit. I imagine if I don't give up,
- 7:45Speaker 5: what would it be like? Man, Suppose everything I'm hoping
- 7:50Speaker 5: for comes true. But if I don't quit and give up,
- 7:53Speaker 5: that might just be the case. I start talking to
- 7:57Speaker 5: myself like that, think of what the upside is. What's
- 8:02Speaker 5: the upside to stay in with it? You see, all
- 8:05Speaker 5: this is the same thing. I'm just giving you different
- 8:08Speaker 5: ways to look at it. I'm saying the exact same
- 8:10Speaker 5: thing over and over. But I'm just trying to find
- 8:13Speaker 5: the switch that connects in your mind where you can say, Okay, man,
- 8:17Speaker 5: I'm gonna hang in there. Because if you think of
- 8:20Speaker 5: the outcome and the outcome is appealing to you, if
- 8:23Speaker 5: you imagine what it would be like if you don't
- 8:26Speaker 5: give up or you don't quit, if you think only
- 8:30Speaker 5: of what the upside is to stay in with it,
- 8:34Speaker 5: And then I go, where can this lead to? If
- 8:38Speaker 5: I stay with it, man, and the outcome comes true?
- 8:41Speaker 5: What else could that lead me to? Because I mean,
- 8:45Speaker 5: there's always more to it. So where else could this
- 8:49Speaker 5: lead me to? What are the possibilities?
- 8:53Speaker 6: Man?
- 8:54Speaker 5: What are the limitless possibilities? What could God possibly have
- 8:59Speaker 5: in store for me? If I just hang in there?
- 9:01Speaker 5: If I pass this test of faith? If I just
- 9:05Speaker 5: pass this test, now, it ain't gonna be the only one.
- 9:08Speaker 5: But you gotta get past this one. No, then you
- 9:11Speaker 5: gonna hear the smooth plane. Then it's gonna be another one.
- 9:14Speaker 5: It's gonna be another one. Life ain't nothing but a
- 9:17Speaker 5: series of tests.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Man.
- 9:20Speaker 5: Man, when you're thinking about giving up, when you're discouraged,
- 9:24Speaker 5: think of the outcome. Imagine what it would be like
- 9:28Speaker 5: if you don't quit, if you don't give up, what's
- 9:30Speaker 5: the upside to stay in with it? Where can this
- 9:33Speaker 5: all lead to? What can this get you to? If
- 9:38Speaker 5: you do this and you get to where you think
- 9:40Speaker 5: you want to be? Oh my god, what's after that?
- 9:44Speaker 5: What are the limitless and endless possibilities of holding on
- 9:49Speaker 5: to your faith?
- 9:50Speaker 1: What could really be out there for me? Man?
- 9:52Speaker 5: If I just passed this test, you gotta talk yourself
- 9:56Speaker 5: into hanging in there.
- 9:57Speaker 7: You're listening mo Show.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Ladies and gentlemen, it's time again, It's time to give
- 10:05Speaker 5: gratitude and thanks to the creator for another just another
- 10:10Speaker 5: great opportunity.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Man.
- 10:12Speaker 5: So grateful that I got the chance to get up
- 10:15Speaker 5: this morning, So grateful that I got the chance to
- 10:19Speaker 5: go to work, So grateful that I got the chance
- 10:23Speaker 5: to make new decisions. Thank you for just giving me
- 10:27Speaker 5: the power of choice and then helping me by trusting
- 10:31Speaker 5: in you to make better choice. I don't always get
- 10:34Speaker 5: it right. The Lord knows I don't. But when I do,
- 10:39Speaker 5: it's usually because I've listened to him. Okay, Welcome to
- 10:43Speaker 5: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Sharlie Strawberry calling for real Mississippi,
- 10:49Speaker 5: Monica Junior and the legend that is Nephew Tommy Junior.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Yes, sir, hey, let me ask yourself.
- 10:58Speaker 8: Un because you said you'd be grateful, could you imagine
- 11:01Speaker 8: some decisions you made? You think the Lord was really
- 11:03Speaker 8: disappointed in you. Boy, I can't believe Harvey.
- 11:09Speaker 1: When he looked up, he went, what hey, man, what
- 11:19Speaker 1: I know?
- 11:20Speaker 5: Couldn't well, because I done went to him in prayer
- 11:23Speaker 5: after I made the decision. He said, when you're gonna learn,
- 11:29Speaker 5: never thought about just coming to me first.
- 11:34Speaker 1: You didn't want to do that?
- 11:35Speaker 4: Yeah, what did the Lord say?
- 11:40Speaker 7: What?
- 11:41Speaker 1: Wait a minute, man, you did what? See I thought
- 11:48Speaker 1: I told you.
- 11:50Speaker 9: I thought was oh you vengeance is mine?
- 11:55Speaker 1: Didn't I tell you that? Yeah? You went down now
- 11:58Speaker 1: and did what?
- 12:03Speaker 5: Oh?
- 12:04Speaker 1: Now you in court? Yeah?
- 12:06Speaker 5: Why now you want me to touch the jewelry's hearty,
- 12:14Speaker 5: get into the mind and spirit of the Jude. You're
- 12:17Speaker 5: sitting up in here because I told you not to
- 12:20Speaker 5: go down there.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Boy, you so dumb?
- 12:27Speaker 5: Oh Lord, women, man, women, excuse me, women's lord father.
- 12:39Speaker 1: It's the same day, same day.
- 12:44Speaker 4: Excuse me, the same day.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Wait a minute, win who I thought you ain't even
- 12:54Speaker 1: like him talking? God? Did what? Boy? Oh boy? Yeah?
- 13:04Speaker 10: Man?
- 13:05Speaker 5: So yeah, Junior, I've disappointed him so many times. I
- 13:11Speaker 5: know he just looked upside my head.
- 13:16Speaker 8: Just all this favor, all of that and praise like
- 13:20Speaker 8: us already done.
- 13:23Speaker 1: You're gonna mess around be a movie one day.
- 13:25Speaker 11: Boy, All right, great question. Great answer to Steve coming
- 13:35Speaker 11: up at thirty two minutes after the hour. It is Monday,
- 13:38Speaker 11: so you know what that means. Church complaints with Reverend
- 13:41Speaker 11: Motown and Deacon deaf Jam right after this.
- 13:44Speaker 7: You're listening Morning show.
- 13:47Speaker 11: It is time now for church complaints with Reverend Motown
- 13:50Speaker 11: and Deacon deaf Jam.
- 13:54Speaker 6: We.
- 13:56Speaker 5: Girl you the most postquiv this way, we panticized and
- 14:07Speaker 5: frioch our way through a gravitocious lifestyle of iniquity and depth.
- 14:17Speaker 1: With that, we are here in divine order.
- 14:24Speaker 12: Yeah, of Ecclesiastics, say it again, of Ecclesiastics, and we
- 14:34Speaker 12: come here to do you better.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Put it together.
- 14:47Speaker 5: You work brilliant, and we're gonna do it now with
- 14:54Speaker 5: church complaints.
- 14:56Speaker 10: I'm old deacon, all right, Pastor, I brother Darren Hayes
- 15:01Speaker 10: has been getting mad and trying to hurt himself.
- 15:05Speaker 6: Now.
- 15:05Speaker 10: The doctor prescribed him an NFL football helmet for three months.
- 15:10Speaker 10: The chin strap has a lock on it time and
- 15:13Speaker 10: he can't take it off. This is so he can't
- 15:14Speaker 10: hate himself. He's asking for you to talk to the
- 15:17Speaker 10: doctor because the helmet is a cowboys helmet and people
- 15:21Speaker 10: keep throwing stuff at him.
- 15:22Speaker 1: So he's asking if you would talk to that doctor
- 15:28Speaker 1: about this situation.
- 15:29Speaker 5: I believe that the mission and the prayer has been
- 15:33Speaker 5: at m The mission and the prayer was for him
- 15:38Speaker 5: not to hurt himself. Now, that's right, that's right. You
- 15:43Speaker 5: can't hurt yourself if you got that helmet on, and
- 15:49Speaker 5: the fact that you can't get the helmet off. It's
- 15:52Speaker 5: gonna keep you from hurting yourself.
- 15:56Speaker 10: What people are throwing things at him? Don panther that's
- 15:59Speaker 10: the problem.
- 16:00Speaker 5: Well, the prayer was for him not to hurt himself.
- 16:03Speaker 5: The prayer was not for others. See, know your prayer.
- 16:11Speaker 5: Don't be when you go to God. Know your prayer
- 16:14Speaker 5: because when he airs, don't come here trying to add
- 16:16Speaker 5: nothing else home. Now you won't help from other people
- 16:21Speaker 5: that ain't what you prayed for.
- 16:24Speaker 10: Know your pre know your prayer. No your prayer, I
- 16:30Speaker 10: would pass on. We got a major issue here. Brother
- 16:34Speaker 10: Lawrence Kavanov's funeral was this past week. God rest is
- 16:38Speaker 10: so uh you know. He wanted to be transported to
- 16:41Speaker 10: the cemetery in a horse and carriage where and they
- 16:46Speaker 10: got that for him. But halfway to the cemetery the
- 16:49Speaker 10: horse died. They are both still on Old Spanish Trail
- 16:53Speaker 10: right now. The family is asking if we could help
- 16:55Speaker 10: get the horse and him to the cemetery.
- 16:58Speaker 1: That's your call.
- 16:59Speaker 10: Pass But they're still right there on the street old
- 17:02Speaker 10: Spanish Trail.
- 17:06Speaker 5: I'm gonna need them to get that cleared up soon
- 17:09Speaker 5: because I takes old Spanish trail when I goes to
- 17:14Speaker 5: uh Bengo and I just wanted, well, well we played,
- 17:24Speaker 5: I collected money, I run the ba.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I bought a bingo parlor.
- 17:36Speaker 5: Anyway, Brother Lawrence Kevanaugh, this is once again know your prayer.
- 17:42Speaker 1: The prayer was to be taken to his gravesite.
- 17:47Speaker 5: In a horse drawn carriage.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Yeah we did that. Well, we didn't make it all
- 17:56Speaker 1: the way, but you.
- 17:57Speaker 5: Didn't ask him to make it. You asked the be
- 18:01Speaker 5: taken in a horse drowne carriage. Again, No, your prayer
- 18:09Speaker 5: you was getting taken down. You didn't ask him to
- 18:13Speaker 5: keep you amen. You didn't ask him for a safe journey. Yeah,
- 18:17Speaker 5: you didn't ask him for food delivery. You said take
- 18:20Speaker 5: me in a horse drown carriage. You should have asked
- 18:24Speaker 5: for a healthy horse.
- 18:27Speaker 1: See you you know your prayer the whole word healthy.
- 18:35Speaker 10: All right, You're gonna have to talk to brother Curtis
- 18:37Speaker 10: Baker and tell him to.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Stop throwing his black hat up in the ass.
- 18:41Speaker 10: Doing service is only supposed to be done during the
- 18:45Speaker 10: time of black emergencies, and now he gout of control
- 18:49Speaker 10: with that. The whole time you was preaching, he kept
- 18:51Speaker 10: throwing that black hat in as You're gonna have to
- 18:53Speaker 10: talk to him that.
- 18:55Speaker 1: I was wondering why several of the white members.
- 19:00Speaker 5: Was getting jumped on church out of old were I
- 19:06Speaker 5: was just why did he haul off in the phone
- 19:11Speaker 5: was a Peter But nah, no, I will speak with
- 19:15Speaker 5: him about throwing his hat or in the thank you
- 19:19Speaker 5: you know, stop taking.
- 19:25Speaker 10: All right, Last, but not least, the roller skating fundraiser
- 19:28Speaker 10: was a disaster.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Sisters Riches. It was a disaster.
- 19:32Speaker 10: Sister Mosese Riches fell and couldn't stop rolling and took
- 19:36Speaker 10: out eighteen people in front of her swear over them
- 19:39Speaker 10: are in the hospital and we owe a skating ring
- 19:41Speaker 10: two thousand dollars in damage. So it's safe to say
- 19:44Speaker 10: we did not raise any money. So how do you
- 19:46Speaker 10: want to pay the roller ring?
- 19:48Speaker 2: Oh?
- 19:49Speaker 1: Now we not.
- 19:50Speaker 5: I don't really full see myself had the roller ring
- 19:56Speaker 5: any money? And I'll tell you why what I'm gonna
- 20:06Speaker 5: or plead my own case. You know, I started to
- 20:08Speaker 5: go to law school. That's a sign at the roller
- 20:12Speaker 5: ring that sins skate at your own risk, that we
- 20:17Speaker 5: are not responsible for any injury. And that's at the
- 20:22Speaker 5: door of every skating rank. You can't fall, break your
- 20:26Speaker 5: arm and see the skating rink cause you fail. So
- 20:31Speaker 5: we're not gonna be able to give no money. What
- 20:34Speaker 5: what made us want to have a roller skating for rink?
- 20:39Speaker 10: We have a roller skating ministry. I know you didn't
- 20:41Speaker 10: know that, but we have a Verdi skating minister.
- 20:44Speaker 11: Thank you, Death jam know your prayer. That's a word
- 20:49Speaker 11: for today. Coming up next it is ask the c
- 20:53Speaker 11: l O. You're listening morning show coming up at the
- 20:58Speaker 11: top of the hour and entertainment news. Well, Steve, you
- 21:01Speaker 11: were trending last week over this tweet a comedian you
- 21:05Speaker 11: don't find funny at all, question Mark. You came back
- 21:10Speaker 11: to set the record straight after some backlash.
- 21:13Speaker 4: We'll talk about that.
- 21:15Speaker 11: And in really sad news, longtime TV game show host
- 21:18Speaker 11: Bob Barker has died. Yeah, that's all. Yeah, from the
- 21:23Speaker 11: Price is right, that's all. At the top of the hour,
- 21:25Speaker 11: we'll talk about it. But right now it is time
- 21:28Speaker 11: to ask the CLO. This one is from Jess in Hollywood.
- 21:33Speaker 11: Jess says, my boyfriend is twenty seven years old and
- 21:37Speaker 11: I'm thirty. I've caught him watching explicit videos right before
- 21:41Speaker 11: we're intimate, so I asked if he needs those to
- 21:44Speaker 11: be excited, and he said no, the videos keep him interested.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Is this good or bad? And should I be offended?
- 21:51Speaker 5: Well, I mean he said those explicit videos keep him interesting.
- 21:57Speaker 5: He told you the truth. Now, I don't know if
- 22:02Speaker 5: it's good or bad. He twenty seven, he's twenty seven, y'all.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Keep what y'all?
- 22:09Speaker 5: You know how much stuff he's still trying to figure out.
- 22:13Speaker 5: Now he's trying to figure out if he needs this.
- 22:15Speaker 5: He don't even know he's watching it to get ready.
- 22:18Speaker 5: He don't he just now he'd have told you some
- 22:22Speaker 5: little baby ass answer.
- 22:23Speaker 1: It keeps me interested?
- 22:25Speaker 10: What what?
- 22:27Speaker 1: Don't mean? It's interesting? So you know, I don't know
- 22:31Speaker 1: what to tell you.
- 22:31Speaker 5: Lady, you're thirty day in your twenty seven year old dude,
- 22:34Speaker 5: he trying to figure some stuff out. I don't know
- 22:36Speaker 5: what he because it's a very vague statement. It keeps
- 22:42Speaker 5: me interesting in the video in pleasure, and I guess
- 22:48Speaker 5: it do.
- 22:50Speaker 1: He shouldn't just said this is what I like to
- 22:52Speaker 1: look at. That'd be no direct all right, This timeline
- 23:01Speaker 1: is full of that.
- 23:04Speaker 11: Yeah, moving on to Treil and Nashville Trail Rights. I'm
- 23:08Speaker 11: in my late forties and My boyfriend is always in
- 23:11Speaker 11: the club. He's fifty and never misses a Thursday and

- 25:07Speaker 11: how do I convince my husband? This is a great offer.
- 25:12Speaker 1: What that's so stupid?
- 25:16Speaker 11: She braided her hair instead of paying her booth rent.
- 25:20Speaker 5: I mean, that's it, exchanged money for service service, their money.
- 25:26Speaker 1: But she never pays her boots ever on time. She
- 25:34Speaker 1: says on time.
- 25:36Speaker 11: She never pays it on time. She pays it, just
- 25:38Speaker 11: not on time she paid.
- 25:41Speaker 1: But she got the money.
- 25:42Speaker 11: Yeah, she has the money paid. This is lady, she

- 28:38Speaker 1: WHOA. I know you're not fit to ask me why
- 28:40Speaker 1: was he fine?
- 28:42Speaker 5: Because I thought he was fine too, But I guess
- 28:46Speaker 5: I wasn't the one they won't.

- 30:03Speaker 10: Yeah, he had a great life.
- 30:09Speaker 11: He hosted it for thirty five years, The Price Is
- 30:12Speaker 11: Right thirty five years. He only missed one taping of
- 30:16Speaker 11: four episodes a day. And of course, yeah, we send
- 30:19Speaker 11: our condolences to his family for sure.
- 30:26Speaker 4: Now moving on to you, Steve.
- 30:30Speaker 1: Another game. What you got?
- 30:37Speaker 11: What exactly? What exactly happened with your Twitter account? What
- 30:41Speaker 11: is going on here? In this tweet that has since
- 30:44Speaker 11: been deleted, your social media administrator posted a comedian you
- 30:48Speaker 11: don't find funny at all question mark And after that
- 30:52Speaker 11: post you got tons of negative comments flooding in You
- 30:57Speaker 11: didn't notice a tweet until a couple of days later.
- 30:59Speaker 1: But so if somebody worked for me called me and said, uh,
- 31:04Speaker 1: do you know your trended? And I said for what?
- 31:07Speaker 5: Uh huh? And for for for something? You tweeted some
- 31:11Speaker 5: something who tweet.
- 31:14Speaker 1: That right there? That's why I tweeted. And I went what?
- 31:21Speaker 5: And they told me the tweet was name a comedian
- 31:26Speaker 5: that you don't find funny at all or funny and
- 31:30Speaker 5: now all these people, damn unc why would you do that?
- 31:32Speaker 5: And then like they sent a clip with me it
- 31:34Speaker 5: was on the breakfast club man that don't seem like
- 31:36Speaker 5: Uncle Steve Harvey here, don't roll like that. And I'm
- 31:38Speaker 5: sitting what is this? And so I got on the phone,
- 31:42Speaker 5: I text everybody work for me.
- 31:44Speaker 1: I'm to what the hell happened? What what's that? Didn't?
- 31:47Speaker 1: Come to find out, a person that works for me
- 31:52Speaker 1: on my account tweeted it out.
- 31:55Speaker 5: Boy, let me tell you. So their response was I'm
- 32:02Speaker 5: so sorry. I was trying to get some engaged. Oh
- 32:08Speaker 5: that ain't no problem. Now I got to go on
- 32:10Speaker 5: Twitter and make a public apology. Because my whole brand
- 32:14Speaker 5: is positivity and motivation exactly and I wouldn't even do that,
- 32:20Speaker 5: especially about a young person trying to come up in
- 32:22Speaker 5: this business. We done all have some not funny nights,
- 32:25Speaker 5: all of us have had them before, and why would
- 32:28Speaker 5: I you don't know, where a person in their career.
- 32:30Speaker 5: But I was so mad that I just started I
- 32:34Speaker 5: did this and see I didn't know tell you how
- 32:36Speaker 5: much I don't know they were talking about my ass
- 32:38Speaker 5: on the response. Come on, because Steve Harley, come on,
- 32:41Speaker 5: he doing a selfie. I thought it was a selfie.
- 32:43Speaker 5: I thought if you record yourself yourself by yourself, hoky,
- 32:50Speaker 5: with your own hand, which is part of yourself. I
- 32:54Speaker 5: thought that was a selfie. That was the biggest topic.
- 32:58Speaker 5: That ain't no selfie.
- 33:00Speaker 1: That's what they got in the video.
- 33:01Speaker 5: Yeah, but you know, you know most people understood it
- 33:05Speaker 5: ain't nothing I would do. And then you know, kind
- 33:08Speaker 5: of and then I coughed in the middle of the video.
- 33:10Speaker 5: But I'm not reding.
- 33:14Speaker 1: But you're not redoing it. I'm not redoing it.
- 33:18Speaker 5: No, I'm not redoing it because it's what I was
- 33:21Speaker 5: doing when I was doing the selfie, So why would
- 33:24Speaker 5: I do it again?
- 33:25Speaker 1: Because selfie when ye doing the video and you're done
- 33:33Speaker 1: you need myself.
- 33:36Speaker 11: See what about the comment that said something like whatever
- 33:40Speaker 11: we knew it was in you?
- 33:41Speaker 4: Where's Laurie?
- 33:46Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, I don't care. You know now my daughter
- 33:49Speaker 5: lives in that world. I don't. But I want to
- 33:52Speaker 5: say this statement right here. I responded to that because
- 33:57Speaker 5: I thought it was offensive to someone and it came
- 34:01Speaker 5: from my account, So yeah, I have to take responsibility
- 34:04Speaker 5: if it comes to my account, even though I didn't
- 34:07Speaker 5: do it. Now, as far as responding to anything else,
- 34:12Speaker 5: y'all wasting y'all time talking about me because I don't
- 34:15Speaker 5: respond to gossip and rumor. I don't do that. Y'all
- 34:19Speaker 5: do whatever you want to do. But here's what I
- 34:21Speaker 5: think happened because I trended. See, I think I learned
- 34:25Speaker 5: a little bit about social media too that I didn't
- 34:28Speaker 5: know because I trended. With that response going on, it's
- 34:31Speaker 5: on TMZ and a shade room and all like that,
- 34:35Speaker 5: people go, oh, he getting clicks. I'm gonna say this
- 34:38Speaker 5: about him, and he gonna respond to that, and my
- 34:42Speaker 5: story gonna blow up. So here all these people that
- 34:45Speaker 5: got together and came up with some gossip and some rumor,
- 34:48Speaker 5: but I got news for you, wasting your time, because
- 34:50Speaker 5: Steve Harley responds to a damn thing, not gossiping rumor.
- 34:53Speaker 5: I don't do that. I don't do that because you
- 34:57Speaker 5: are not my world, you are not my god. You
- 35:04Speaker 5: don't create my life, you don't direct it or nothing,
- 35:08Speaker 5: and I will not allow you in it and give
- 35:10Speaker 5: you the power to do that. So you can make
- 35:13Speaker 5: up all the room and gossip you won't about me.
- 35:16Speaker 5: I'm not responding to none of that. I responded to
- 35:20Speaker 5: something that came from my account because it actually came
- 35:23Speaker 5: from my account, and it was a statement that looked
- 35:26Speaker 5: like I had.
- 35:26Speaker 11: Right right and people will know, you know, as.
- 35:30Speaker 5: Far as gossiping rumor, y'all gossiping room and lie about
- 35:34Speaker 5: me and my girl all you want, I ain't no
- 35:36Speaker 5: responding to that.
- 35:37Speaker 1: I'm good man.
- 35:39Speaker 4: We gotta go.
- 35:40Speaker 11: Coming up for twenty minutes after the hour, a Fox
- 35:43Speaker 11: News contributor compared Trump's mugshot to mlk's mugshot and referred
- 35:48Speaker 11: to it as quote an image of defiance. We'll get
- 35:51Speaker 11: into that right after this. You're listening morning show. Well,
- 35:57Speaker 11: you really can't make this stuff up, guys, A Fox
- 36:00Speaker 11: News contributor Will Caine said on Friday, that Trump's mugshot
- 36:04Speaker 11: from Fulton County Jail in Atlanta can be compared to
- 36:07Speaker 11: doctor Martin Luther King's mug shot in Fulton County Jail
- 36:10Speaker 11: back in nineteen sixty. Will Caine went so far as
- 36:13Speaker 11: to say Trump and MLK share quote an image of defiance.
- 36:18Speaker 4: Take a listen.
- 36:19Speaker 14: These mugshots, which include people like MLK. These project a
- 36:23Speaker 14: different image, not sad and pathetic, but an image of defiance.
- 36:27Speaker 7: And I think that what you're seeing right there is defiance.
- 36:30Speaker 14: And that's the exact message that Trump wants to convey,
- 36:32Speaker 14: because this is defiance in his estimation and his supporters
- 36:35Speaker 14: and for much of America against a broken system.
- 36:38Speaker 5: You know what, man, what's sad about these people is
- 36:42Speaker 5: it becomes a broken system when it turns on them
- 36:46Speaker 5: and it don't go dayway. It's the wonderful that's right,
- 36:49Speaker 5: the best country, best judicial system in the world, as
- 36:53Speaker 5: long as there's black people up there and other people
- 36:56Speaker 5: up there. But the moment is you up there, it's
- 36:59Speaker 5: a broken system. It's nothing broken about it. This is
- 37:02Speaker 5: y'all's system.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Y'all made this system. Y'all came up with this.
- 37:09Speaker 5: You ain't your damn faue fathers, y'all created this whole system.
- 37:13Speaker 5: It's that same gnaw folk, you know. No no, no, no,
- 37:19Speaker 5: no no forefather, forefather.
- 37:22Speaker 1: And and and and and then and then I'm gonna
- 37:24Speaker 1: tell you something.
- 37:25Speaker 5: See, y'all, y'all sit up in here, and and y'all
- 37:28Speaker 5: and y'all run this system down our throat. But then
- 37:32Speaker 5: when it's time to swallow the same system. Now, it's
- 37:35Speaker 5: a broken system. You know it's a broken system because
- 37:39Speaker 5: you all are cowards and liars and have allowed this
- 37:43Speaker 5: one individual to tell you that the system is broken.
- 37:47Speaker 5: Now you want to say that the election process is broken?
- 37:50Speaker 10: Why?
- 37:51Speaker 5: Because it's one guy lied and told y'all to say that.
- 37:54Speaker 5: You know what actually did last night? Watched the debate.
- 37:58Speaker 5: They did a rerun of the Republican debate, and so
- 38:01Speaker 5: I actually watched it. I was stunned. Mike Pence was
- 38:08Speaker 5: the only one who stood up there and said anything
- 38:13Speaker 5: against Donald Trump or Rob Rominsky, whatever his name is.
- 38:17Speaker 1: What's his name.
- 38:19Speaker 4: I think it's vivid something.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Vivic something.
- 38:22Speaker 5: He's such a Oh no, he is Donald Trump with
- 38:28Speaker 5: tan skin that's brown instead of orange. He said the
- 38:33Speaker 5: moment he's elected president, he will pardon Donald Trump, and
- 38:39Speaker 5: everybody else up here should do the same thing. I
- 38:42Speaker 5: was going, man, are y'all that's sick? Y'all listen to me.
- 38:46Speaker 5: The Republican Party is broken. The Republican Party is so
- 38:51Speaker 5: broken and fractured that they'll do anything to maintain power.
- 38:56Speaker 1: And I'm telling y'all, man, they know this guy ain't
- 38:59Speaker 1: the one.
- 39:00Speaker 5: But they just scared of it. It's a party of towers.
- 39:03Speaker 5: All right, this this is gonna be another ugly election.
- 39:06Speaker 6: Man.
- 39:06Speaker 1: We got to get ready to vote.
- 39:08Speaker 11: Yes we do, Yes, we do. Coming up at thirty
- 39:10Speaker 11: four minutes after the hours. She is here, Sister Odell,

- 39:20Speaker 11: and gentlemen, as promised, she is here, the one and
- 39:23Speaker 11: only Sister Odell.
- 39:55Speaker 4: Yes, we'd all.

- 40:22Speaker 1: Yes, Tel, I'm going ahead.
- 40:27Speaker 11: I know you're here, you're happy or uplifted and everything,
- 40:30Speaker 11: But I gotta ask you.
- 40:32Speaker 4: Did you hear the news about Bob Barker.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Yo, gee what yeah, Bobby?
- 40:39Speaker 9: Go yes, Bobby, Bobby gone, Bob Barka go yes, ma'am.

- 40:55Speaker 4: Oh did you now, Sis Jr? Tell what was his
- 40:58Speaker 4: grandfather's name?
- 41:17Speaker 1: We'll give you a price.
- 41:19Speaker 9: That's why a little Bobby got to name the Price
- 41:21Speaker 9: of Right for the TV show.

- 42:01Speaker 5: Bible was a good looking white.
- 42:03Speaker 4: Very handsome man. I think yes it was.
- 42:06Speaker 1: He liked his hair. You like loved his hey. He
- 42:09Speaker 1: used his good looks for evil evil, that's what he mean.
- 42:15Speaker 1: Good Bible was playing.
- 42:19Speaker 4: Barking beauty.
- 42:20Speaker 5: Ain't no doubt about it. You ain't never seen no
- 42:23Speaker 5: bark or uglies. He got no bar for Regulus.
- 42:32Speaker 1: Good looking man ain't gonna have no ugly women.

- 53:54Speaker 10: you here. It is Strawberry Letter.
- 53:56Speaker 4: Thank you, nephew. Subjects.
- 53:58Speaker 11: He's so good at cheating, it's Dear Stephen Shirley. My
- 54:02Speaker 11: brother is so good at cheating that it's scary. I
- 54:06Speaker 11: lived with him and my sister in law for a
- 54:08Speaker 11: year after I got out of rehab. I was in
- 54:11Speaker 11: a boating accident and my leg was messed up, so
- 54:14Speaker 11: I stayed in a rehab facility for three weeks. When
- 54:17Speaker 11: I got out, my cheating brother wanted me to stay
- 54:20Speaker 11: with him until.
- 54:21Speaker 4: I was fully able to walk again.
- 54:23Speaker 11: After only three days of living with he and his wife,
- 54:27Speaker 11: he started using me as interferent and an excuse to cheat.
- 54:32Speaker 11: His side chick came to the house during the day
- 54:35Speaker 11: and they would have sex in the formal living room
- 54:38Speaker 11: if he.
- 54:38Speaker 4: Ever got caught.
- 54:39Speaker 11: The side chick was supposed to be my physical therapist,
- 54:42Speaker 11: and she even wore scrubs when she came to our house.
- 54:46Speaker 11: I find it hard. I found it hard to look
- 54:48Speaker 11: at my sweet sistern law and know that she's being
- 54:51Speaker 11: cheated on by a man that had no respect for
- 54:53Speaker 11: her nice living room furniture. He gave his girlfriend my
- 54:56Speaker 11: phone number, and she'd call late at night, and he'd
- 54:59Speaker 11: come to my room to tell her good night on
- 55:02Speaker 11: my phone while he left his phone on the charger
- 55:05Speaker 11: in his bedroom. His girlfriend could cook her behind off,
- 55:09Speaker 11: so she would drop off food for him, and he'd
- 55:12Speaker 11: tell his wife that my friend dropped it off. My
- 55:15Speaker 11: sister in law never became suspicious, and I wanted to
- 55:18Speaker 11: drop hints to her so badly, but I had to
- 55:21Speaker 11: be loyal to my brother. Now I'm in my own
- 55:24Speaker 11: apartment and I met a new guy. Whenever his phone
- 55:27Speaker 11: rings and he ignores it, I get very paranoid. I'm
- 55:31Speaker 11: dealing with baggage that never happened to me directly, but
- 55:35Speaker 11: I was caught in the crossfires. I lash out at
- 55:38Speaker 11: this new guy and he hasn't done anything, my brother said,
- 55:41Speaker 11: I cannot blame this on him. Should I trust my
- 55:45Speaker 11: guy or keep an eye on him?
- 55:48Speaker 6: All right?
- 55:49Speaker 11: Well, in any situation, it's always good to keep your
- 55:52Speaker 11: eyes open and pay attention to the red flags. Okay,
- 55:55Speaker 11: but in your case, your man hasn't really given you
- 55:57Speaker 11: a reason to accuse him of any thing. His not
- 56:01Speaker 11: answering his phone could be something, and it could not be.
- 56:04Speaker 11: So only time will tell that.
- 56:06Speaker 1: Now.
- 56:06Speaker 11: What your brother did, of course, was completely wrong, completely
- 56:10Speaker 11: out of line, and not to mention, really stupid for
- 56:14Speaker 11: bringing the woman to his home. It was very disrespectful,
- 56:18Speaker 11: all of that.
- 56:19Speaker 7: We know that.
- 56:20Speaker 1: But yes, he.
- 56:24Speaker 11: Should have used He was using you, I should say,
- 56:27Speaker 11: and you're being there, and the fact that he knew
- 56:31Speaker 11: that you wouldn't snitch on him because he's your brother
- 56:33Speaker 11: to do his dirt.
- 56:34Speaker 4: He used you to cover up his blatant cheating.
- 56:37Speaker 11: Although his wife, if his wife caught him having sex
- 56:40Speaker 11: in a living room, I don't know how he could
- 56:42Speaker 11: say that was therapy, That was your physical therapy.
- 56:46Speaker 4: Anyway, you saw what you saw and you cannot unsee it.
- 56:49Speaker 4: At this point.
- 56:50Speaker 11: The main thing is, please don't get involved, Please, don't
- 56:53Speaker 11: do that because their marriage truly is none of your business.
- 56:56Speaker 4: I mean, you saw it, but what can you do.
- 56:59Speaker 11: So yeah, watch a new guy, but don't compare him
- 57:02Speaker 11: to your cheating, low down brother.
- 57:04Speaker 4: Don't do that.
- 57:05Speaker 11: If you want to know, just ask him about his
- 57:07Speaker 11: unanswered phone calls and see how he reacts.
- 57:09Speaker 5: Steve, Wow, I've never seen a letter come in like
- 57:14Speaker 5: this where the subject matter.
- 57:18Speaker 1: For ninety nine percent.
- 57:21Speaker 5: Of the letter the subject matter was about someone else,
- 57:26Speaker 5: and then zero point nine one percent is just you
- 57:30Speaker 5: want to know if your new dude is cool or not.
- 57:34Speaker 1: I be damn.
- 57:36Speaker 5: This is a perfect case of worrying about something that
- 57:41Speaker 5: first of all, you have no control over, worrying about
- 57:44Speaker 5: something that has yet happened, and worrying about something that
- 57:48Speaker 5: ain't your business.
- 57:49Speaker 1: And now you done took on somebody's woes.
- 57:52Speaker 5: Concerns, and problems, and you done took them all and
- 57:55Speaker 5: packed them on your back.
- 57:57Speaker 1: And now you.
- 57:57Speaker 5: Got all the same woes, troubles and problem because in
- 58:02Speaker 5: your mind, this is what you come up with.
- 58:04Speaker 1: This is letter.
- 58:05Speaker 5: Is nothing ridiculous You talking about now your brother is
- 58:08Speaker 5: so good at cheating is scary.
- 58:10Speaker 1: This is really not a good cheater.
- 58:13Speaker 5: I'm gonna tell you something, man, this dude is like
- 58:16Speaker 5: this is damn they're stupid. This is my seat good
- 58:22Speaker 5: cheaters at least?
- 58:25Speaker 1: Man, Damn you you want to reduce your chances.
- 58:29Speaker 4: I don't want to involve anyone else.
- 58:31Speaker 5: You don't you want to reduce your chances and limit
- 58:36Speaker 5: your exposure. Anything that exposes you, man is that's stupid headity.
- 58:43Speaker 5: And this dude is this loyal, dishonest. He's so good
- 58:47Speaker 5: at cheating that is scary. I lived with him and
- 58:49Speaker 5: my sister in law for a year after I got
- 58:51Speaker 5: out of rehab. I was in a boat acci then
- 58:53Speaker 5: my legs was messed up, so I stayed in rehabbing.
- 58:56Speaker 5: You know, Okay, that's what you're saying. Or you hurt
- 58:58Speaker 5: your leg in a bowt neck and the black people
- 59:03Speaker 5: hurt their leg. Can't you just coming out of rehab? Okay,
- 59:09Speaker 5: you wanted to be a boating accident, Fine with me.
- 59:13Speaker 4: Why can't it be a boating accident?
- 59:15Speaker 1: I know what rehab he was in.
- 59:17Speaker 10: I know.
- 59:18Speaker 5: That's what you got to tell people when they ask
- 59:22Speaker 5: you what you I'm in rehab?
- 59:23Speaker 1: What boating accident? Put your ass on the boat and
- 59:27Speaker 1: hurts your.
- 59:27Speaker 4: Damn legs, so they can't check it.
- 59:29Speaker 1: On the water.
- 59:30Speaker 5: Yeah, you don't even know where to call for the
- 59:33Speaker 5: boat and rehab. See that receive boat and rehab.
- 59:37Speaker 10: That's very that's a special boating rehab rehab.
- 59:43Speaker 5: So hell well, you know I know what's going on. Anyway,
- 59:48Speaker 5: when I got out, my cheating brother wanted me to
- 59:50Speaker 5: stay with him till I was fully able to walk again.

- 1:00:29Speaker 11: Morning show, All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's
- 1:00:32Speaker 11: strawberry letter.
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: He's so good at cheating, it's scary.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: So this woman got this brother that cheats and he's
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: so good at it. It's scary.
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: She went to stay with him at she got out
- 1:00:43Speaker 5: of rehab from a boding accident.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: She hurt her legs on some water.
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: Okay, you heard her on some water or you was
- 1:00:56Speaker 5: in rehab. But that's the best damn we have excuse
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: I've ever heard.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: I was in a boating accident and hurt your legs
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: on the water. You hurt your legs on the water.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: It's possible.
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: What oh, okay, we all know what to rehab. You're
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: here just drinking or something. You drinking, you know.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: Cocaine anywhere.
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: Anyway, she got out and her brothers asked her to
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: stay with him till she got back on her feet.
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: But he used her as interference because he was using
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: her as excuses while he cheated on his wife.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: His side.
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: Chick came to the house during the day and they
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: would have sex in the formal living room.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: Damn, man, we can't go shut a door or nothing.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: We're just out here in front of the flat screen.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: We just.
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: But in the formal living room though, that's where we
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: got the oh we're on the velvet. Count went in
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: the former living room, the one with the buttons in it.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: What's happening here, PREDI if he ever got caught.
- 1:02:08Speaker 5: The side chick was supposed to be my physical therapist
- 1:02:11Speaker 5: and she even wore scrubs when she came to our house.
- 1:02:15Speaker 5: This a load down help for right here. This chick,
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: the side chick, she low down. She is low down.
- 1:02:23Speaker 5: Her self esteem is so low. Not only are you
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: the side chick, you gonna come to my house and
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: then you gonna be in disguise and you're gonna be
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: posed as a physical therapist for my sister who just
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: got out of rehab from a boat and accident. She
- 1:02:41Speaker 5: hurt her leg on the wall. Now you're dressing up
- 1:02:44Speaker 5: in scrubs to come over here. Man, it's a low
- 1:02:47Speaker 5: down chick right here. And this dude is dumb. Let
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: me here's the exposure. You know about it. You at
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: your own house, neighbors know about it. And now you
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: have brought this girl to your house posy as a
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: physical therapist and she's not one, and.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: Now she know about your exposure. Is incredible. Man.
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: I found it hard to look at my sweet sister
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: in law know that she was being cheated on by
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: a man that had no respect for her nice living
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: room furniture. Wait, man, hold on, it had no respect
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: for her nice living room front. He ain't had no
- 1:03:23Speaker 5: respect for her. He didn't have no respect for the marriage.
- 1:03:26Speaker 5: He didn't have no respect for their home. Damn the
- 1:03:30Speaker 5: nice living room furniture. He had no respect for her
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: as a person, for their hole. This dude right here,
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: the side chickens low down and he low down. He
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: gave his girlfriend my phone number, and she called late
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: at night, and he come to my room to tell
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: a good night on my phone.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:03:55Speaker 5: This dude right here, boy, he got everybody involved in this.
- 1:04:00Speaker 5: This is not going to last because the ain't no
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: foundation for this right here. His wife ain't.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: Dead, nothing to him. He just doing what he want
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: to do. And he thinks he's slick. This ain't gonna last, man,
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: it can't. The exposure is too high. He's not a
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: good cheetah. He's stupid.
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: His girlfriend could cook her behind off so she would
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: drop off food for him, and he tell his wife
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: that my friend dropped it off.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: What she is finish? You be calling me at night?
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: You take the phone call.
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: Why don't you know the call? You ever thought about
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: getting out of this? Not participating.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: Anyway.
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: My sister in law never became suspicious, and I wanted
- 1:04:42Speaker 5: to drop hints to her so badly, but I had
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: to be law to my brother. That's real God to
- 1:04:48Speaker 5: be lawd to the brother. But you gotta distance yourself
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: from this right here. Now, I'm in my own apartment
- 1:04:54Speaker 5: and I met a new guy. Whenever his phone rings
- 1:04:57Speaker 5: and he ignores it, I get very paranoid. I'm dealing
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: with baggage that never happened to me directly, but I
- 1:05:05Speaker 5: was caught in the crossfires our last shot at this
- 1:05:08Speaker 5: new guy, and he hasn't even done anything. My brother said,
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: I cannot blame this on him. Of course, your brother
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: saying you can't blame it on him because your brother
- 1:05:18Speaker 5: ain't wrong. He ain't wrong for the side chick. He
- 1:05:21Speaker 5: ain't wrong for bringing into his home. He ain't wrong
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: for having sex with in the living room. He ain't
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: wrong for making her dress up in a scrub disguise.
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: He ain't wrong for giving her your phone number. He
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: ain't wrong for coming to your room at night to
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: say good night?
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? And you expect him to own
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: up to something? Are you s serious? Lady?
- 1:05:42Speaker 5: And then all of that to get to this right
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: here and oh, by the way, Godden told you you'd
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: havene bought some baggage from a relationship.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: That wasn't even yours.
- 1:05:51Speaker 5: Most women that have baggage have baggage from a previous
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: relationship or something that happened to him. That's more understandable
- 1:05:59Speaker 5: than this. You bringing baggage from some He'll say, and
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: something you saw, lady, You, you and your mother. I
- 1:06:07Speaker 5: don't know how y'all be staying on who y'all mom
- 1:06:09Speaker 5: and daddy was y'all missed a lot of lessons on
- 1:06:11Speaker 5: how it's.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: Supposed to go. Should I trust my new guy? Keep on,
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: keep down?
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: Every time you stay with somebody, you gotta keep on somebody.
- 1:06:22Speaker 5: Damn Now you're in your house keeping on somebody.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: What hell?
- 1:06:26Speaker 5: Why don't you just try to enjoy your damn life
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: for me and quit creating scenarios that you don't have.
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: Hey, all right, Steve, thank you.
- 1:06:35Speaker 11: Please leave your comments on today's letter on Instagram at

- 1:06:57Speaker 7: What you got, Junior, all right?
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: Is week three or free season?
- 1:07:00Speaker 8: We almost did that. This is cut week. Actually, they're
- 1:07:03Speaker 8: gonna be starting to cutting the players now. We gotta
- 1:07:04Speaker 8: get out to fifty three man rosters, and so you know,
- 1:07:07Speaker 8: they had a lot of starters play.
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: This ye have y'all been asking the NFL? Could Texans
- 1:07:12Speaker 5: have seventy five?
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: We need some more players.
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: I'm telling you.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: We're gonna see what that is.
- 1:07:21Speaker 8: But the Steelers over the Falcons twenty four to nothing,
- 1:07:24Speaker 8: the Colts over the Eagles twenty seven to thirteen, the Lions,
- 1:07:28Speaker 8: I'll do, the Panthers twenty six to seventeen. The Patriots
- 1:07:32Speaker 8: and Titans. Man Tans, I think they're gonna be a
- 1:07:33Speaker 8: pretty good team. Huh. The Titans pre it's still I
- 1:07:37Speaker 8: know it's preseason, but I like the Titans twenty three
- 1:07:39Speaker 8: to twenty three.
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: Man, did y'all number?
- 1:07:41Speaker 8: Patriots?
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: Did y'all win?
- 1:07:43Speaker 8: That's all you really want to know. That's all you
- 1:07:45Speaker 8: really want to know. Now I tell you who didn't win.
- 1:07:48Speaker 8: The Browns didn't win either.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: So thank you who didn't win?
- 1:07:51Speaker 13: Junior?
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: Yeah, the Browns, you know they love Browns. Didn't win?
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: How bad they question?
- 1:07:55Speaker 8: It was just one point?
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: It was okay, thirty three to twenty Yeah, thirty ten? Yeah,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: who who was playing to y'all playing the Chiefs okay
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: season in pre season? I know, yeah, y'all ain't won
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: a game in preseason? Not no? Well?
- 1:08:17Speaker 13: Uh.
- 1:08:17Speaker 8: We got the Packers over the Seahawks nineteen to fifteen.
- 1:08:22Speaker 8: Oh man, the Jets over the Giants thirty two to
- 1:08:24Speaker 8: twenty four. Aaron Rodgers made his debut pretty good, five
- 1:08:28Speaker 8: and seven. He had a touchdown pass, so it looks
- 1:08:30Speaker 8: good for him. The Commanders over the Bengals twenty one
- 1:08:33Speaker 8: to nineteen. We had the Bucks over the Ravens twenty
- 1:08:37Speaker 8: six to twenty. And he had the Jaguars over the
- 1:08:40Speaker 8: Dolphins thirty one to eighteen. And you had the Cowboys.
- 1:08:44Speaker 8: What the Cowboys over the Runs thirty one to sixty.
- 1:08:48Speaker 5: I don't want to get in your sports, but you
- 1:08:50Speaker 5: do know the Cowboys traded.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: For Trey Lance. Yes, yes, yeah, so they got Trey
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: Lance the quarterback.
- 1:09:00Speaker 8: Yeah, and you know what is that a sign that
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: they might have to use Trey Lance if Dak pressed out?
- 1:09:05Speaker 8: Don't get it together because.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: I thought, well, I mean, they gotta do something, you know. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: but like.
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: If Prescott got hurt, who would they use? Right, I
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: think it was a great deal for them.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: Yeah. I actually think the Cowboys is gonna have a
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: decent year. Yeah, I hope. So I hope for that
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: and I really don't give a damn.
- 1:09:26Speaker 5: Yeah, but the Cowboys, I just want to say that,
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: but I.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: Think they might have a decent year though. I like
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: the players.
- 1:09:35Speaker 5: I like Prescott that I'm pulling for him this year
- 1:09:38Speaker 5: now because they be dogging. But I'm sure for Deshaun Washington.
- 1:09:44Speaker 8: You know what, he looked pretty good. He had a
- 1:09:47Speaker 8: couple of fumbers in the game, but he still looked good.
- 1:09:49Speaker 8: I think y'all gonna be fine. You think y'all can
- 1:09:50Speaker 8: make the playoffs.
- 1:09:52Speaker 10: A couple of massages, he'll be all right, right.
- 1:09:57Speaker 11: Yeah, coming up and until the hour, A wife wants
- 1:10:01Speaker 11: to know what's going on down at her husband's job.
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: We'll get into that right after this.
- 1:10:06Speaker 11: Uh oh, you're listening hard morning show. All right, So, Steve,
- 1:10:13Speaker 11: this is from Alicia in Trenton, who says, I've been
- 1:10:16Speaker 11: with my husband for twenty one year's total he's not
- 1:10:20Speaker 11: a super stylish dresser, so we might get him a
- 1:10:22Speaker 11: new suit every three weeks every three years, depending on
- 1:10:26Speaker 11: if he's gained or lost weight. Yesterday, he got home
- 1:10:29Speaker 11: from work and told me that his coworker said he
- 1:10:32Speaker 11: looks better in navy, black and dark colored suits. I
- 1:10:36Speaker 11: want to know what coworker told him that. I bet
- 1:10:39Speaker 11: it was a woman, And I want to know why
- 1:10:42Speaker 11: she's worried about what color My husband looks best in.
- 1:10:45Speaker 11: He's getting near his midlife crisis age, so how can
- 1:10:48Speaker 11: I tell if he's cheating? Should I visit him at work?
- 1:10:52Speaker 5: What the hell that got to do with a coworker
- 1:10:58Speaker 5: said he looked better in dog suit? What coworker said that?
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: You know?
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: Good?
- 1:11:03Speaker 5: Helln Well, it was a woman. I ain't never told
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: to do. Man, you know you look better than dog
- 1:11:10Speaker 5: suit at all?
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: Never?
- 1:11:13Speaker 10: Never I see you more in a cream I ain't
- 1:11:17Speaker 10: done that.
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: And you could because you're in fashion, but you don't.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: Yeah, and he don't.
- 1:11:21Speaker 5: He's your husband's not cheating. You go down there on
- 1:11:24Speaker 5: the job. Who in here? Hey? Who in hell like
- 1:11:29Speaker 5: dog color?
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: Hello?
- 1:11:33Speaker 5: I know you have to hear me? Who in here
- 1:11:35Speaker 5: like dog Lady? What you getting ready to do. He
- 1:11:39Speaker 5: ain't having no mid life crisis. If you buy your
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: husband and damn suit every three years, every three years,
- 1:11:49Speaker 5: how long he been at the job, What the hell
- 1:11:52Speaker 5: you buy him that baide suit for last year?
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: Anyway? Oh my gosh, the job.
- 1:12:01Speaker 11: I'm like Sam, So you're a response is she shouldn't
- 1:12:11Speaker 11: visit him at work?
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: Obviously?
- 1:12:19Speaker 11: All right, we have time for another one, Steve. This
- 1:12:21Speaker 11: is from Taylor and Hampton. Taylor says, my boyfriend wants
- 1:12:25Speaker 11: to get his eyes done. He's always had under eye
- 1:12:28Speaker 11: bags and he's not even forty yet, so he's very
- 1:12:31Speaker 11: self conscious. I want him to feel good about himself,
- 1:12:35Speaker 11: but I don't necessarily think that a cosmetic procedure is
- 1:12:38Speaker 11: the way to go. Do I have to be fake
- 1:12:40Speaker 11: and act like I support him on this? Will it
- 1:12:43Speaker 11: crush him? If I tell him how I really feel?
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: I think you shall tell him how you really feel.
- 1:12:48Speaker 13: M hm.
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: That you're not into plastic surgery.
- 1:12:53Speaker 5: I mean if you if you, if it don't bother
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: you and you want to tell him that, you should
- 1:12:57Speaker 5: tell him that. Then if you go down there and
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: get the surgery, then you found out and he don't
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: give a damn what you think them bags got them
- 1:13:07Speaker 5: bags got the dog and little Man be talking about
- 1:13:10Speaker 5: that right there. Yeah no the bag strong yeah man.
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: Yeah, Okay, So.
- 1:13:20Speaker 5: Like I'm gonna have to start learning how to use
- 1:13:22Speaker 5: these filters they got out here on any cameras because
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: what I do to these selfish and stuff?
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: I don't know how to hold the camera.
- 1:13:30Speaker 5: And I thought about surgery my damn self, see my
- 1:13:34Speaker 5: damn selfish, because I be going, man, what angle do

- 1:13:44Speaker 5: the feat Man, I don't know how to hold it,
- 1:13:51Speaker 5: because you know, I'll be seeing people hold the camera
- 1:13:53Speaker 5: take a picture of theyself in the mirror.
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: I don't know how to hold my damn cara. Yeah,
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: I get through.
- 1:14:00Speaker 7: I'll be doing that.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: What I got face. Wonder what I does, Wonder what
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: what I wonder?

- 1:14:13Speaker 5: had to be out searcher?
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: Wonderful that. I wonder if anybody will schedule it at
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: a good time.
- 1:14:23Speaker 5: I wonder if anybody noticed if I came in here
- 1:14:26Speaker 5: with a really narrow nose.
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: It is getting more common amongst men.
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: I just come in here and look like a damn must.

- 1:19:47Speaker 1: Which we close that door on that coffin and gone
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: by my I'm laughing.
- 1:19:57Speaker 11: Come next last, breaking the day, we'll close out show
- 1:20:00Speaker 11: with the one and only Steve Harvey.
- 1:20:02Speaker 4: Right after this, you're.
- 1:20:03Speaker 7: Listening Morning show?
- 1:20:07Speaker 11: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 1:20:09Speaker 11: the day on this Monday, and before we get out
- 1:20:11Speaker 11: of here and get to your closing, Steve, we do
- 1:20:13Speaker 11: want to send our condolences out to the families of
- 1:20:16Speaker 11: those murdered people in Jacksonville, Florida.
- 1:20:20Speaker 4: Yeah, this was just horrible.
- 1:20:23Speaker 11: It was a racially motivated shooting in Florida over the
- 1:20:26Speaker 11: weekend and by a twenty year old something man who
- 1:20:31Speaker 11: yelled out the N words several times and eventually shot himself.
- 1:20:35Speaker 11: But definitely our condolences go out to those families.
- 1:20:41Speaker 4: Target just awful and yes, this word terrible, hate and.
- 1:20:48Speaker 11: Evil and nothing again will be done about the guns
- 1:20:53Speaker 11: and all of this.
- 1:20:54Speaker 4: Yeah, never, no, Yeah.
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: That's the norm. It's the bad part, which.
- 1:21:00Speaker 4: Is sad, Which is so sad, Steve, Hey.
- 1:21:04Speaker 7: My clothes.
- 1:21:05Speaker 5: The remarks today, First of all, it's going to be
- 1:21:07Speaker 5: very very encouraging. I try to use my platform to
- 1:21:13Speaker 5: motivate people. I've also learned in my life that most
- 1:21:17Speaker 5: of the times I just use my own personal experiences,
- 1:21:21Speaker 5: as I have through most of my life and stories.
- 1:21:24Speaker 5: I used to oftentimes wonder why God was letting me
- 1:21:28Speaker 5: go through some of the things I went through, and
- 1:21:31Speaker 5: after going through so many things. I came to the
- 1:21:33Speaker 5: conclusion that, well, there's an upside to it. As tough
- 1:21:37Speaker 5: as it may have been to overcome or get through it,
- 1:21:40Speaker 5: there was an upside to all of it. I now
- 1:21:42Speaker 5: had a story to tell. I now had a testimony.
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: And like we always say and own people say, you
- 1:21:49Speaker 5: can't have a testimony without a test I have been tested.
- 1:21:53Speaker 5: I am always being tested. Most of it is a
- 1:21:57Speaker 5: test of my faith. What do I believe in the most?
- 1:22:02Speaker 5: And let me offer this to all of you out
- 1:22:04Speaker 5: there who have haters. Let me say this to you.
- 1:22:08Speaker 5: Do you believe in most in the haters and what
- 1:22:11Speaker 5: they say, or do you believe most in what God says?
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: You have a choice to make in this shit.
- 1:22:18Speaker 5: You can go with what the haters say and react
- 1:22:21Speaker 5: to that, or you can go with what God.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: Say and react to that. All of us have to
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: take heed to this.
- 1:22:30Speaker 5: I have to sometimes take heed to my own messages.
- 1:22:34Speaker 5: You know, listen to me. One of the things that
- 1:22:37Speaker 5: I've often said was stay on the wall, which means
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: if you're in a climb to somewhere and you're climbing
- 1:22:47Speaker 5: up the wall of success, and your wall can be
- 1:22:49Speaker 5: whatever it can be. The corporate letter. It can be
- 1:22:54Speaker 5: the position down at the plant. It can be a business,
- 1:22:58Speaker 5: it can be your education, it could be your goals
- 1:23:02Speaker 5: for your family. Whatever wall it is, you're climbing me
- 1:23:06Speaker 5: and you're trying to go higher up it. Stay on
- 1:23:11Speaker 5: the wall. Now, when the haters are below and are
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: throwing rocks at you, it is in your best interest
- 1:23:20Speaker 5: to stay on the wall. What happens is if you
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: allow haters to throw up at you on the wall
- 1:23:27Speaker 5: and you climb down off the wall to address them.
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: You've done a few things now.
- 1:23:33Speaker 5: Number one, you stopped your assent, which is a whole
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: goal in life is to go higher. You've now stopped.
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: You've done another thing. You've regressed. You've actually gone back.
- 1:23:44Speaker 5: Here's another thing you've done. You've gotten down on their level.
- 1:23:48Speaker 5: And once you get down on the level hate, you
- 1:23:51Speaker 5: open up yourself to mow hate.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: Because now those rocks and arrows.
- 1:23:56Speaker 5: That they were throwing up the wall at you, that
- 1:23:59Speaker 5: had no sting, you are now eye level and this
- 1:24:01Speaker 5: stuff is hitting you in your teeth. Stay on the wall,
- 1:24:08Speaker 5: do not give them. And here's the other thing about hater.
- 1:24:12Speaker 5: And you've got to understand that I or you this
- 1:24:16Speaker 5: is for all of us who have hate. You have
- 1:24:19Speaker 5: never had a hater that's doing better than you. I know,
- 1:24:24Speaker 5: I ain't ever had a hater that was doing better
- 1:24:26Speaker 5: than me. Everybody I know that's doing better than me
- 1:24:29Speaker 5: is cheering for me. Come on, Steve, you can do it.
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: Hang in that, man. Hey, man, you're good. I love you.
- 1:24:35Speaker 5: Dog.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: Keep your head up.
- 1:24:38Speaker 5: That's what people do who are in the upward mobility business.
- 1:24:43Speaker 5: They do upward mobility things people who are in the
- 1:24:46Speaker 5: hate business. And here's a thing that I feel sorry
- 1:24:49Speaker 5: for hater bloggers and stuff like that, because you know
- 1:24:52Speaker 5: what happens to them.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: They're in the hate business. I don't know if they've noticed.
- 1:24:56Speaker 5: Man, if they've taken a look around. But if you
- 1:24:59Speaker 5: stay in the hate business, hate gonna come your way.
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: I don't.
- 1:25:04Speaker 5: I very rarely use the word calmer because I don't
- 1:25:07Speaker 5: know exactly how that works. What people call it karma.
- 1:25:10Speaker 5: I never use that word because I don't. I don't
- 1:25:13Speaker 5: do that. You know that what goes around comes around thing,
- 1:25:16Speaker 5: I don't. I don't worry about that, but I do
- 1:25:19Speaker 5: know this, there's consequences. Every action has an equal in
- 1:25:23Speaker 5: opposite reaction. So now if you're in the hate business
- 1:25:27Speaker 5: of destroying a person's life, you don't think that somebody
- 1:25:32Speaker 5: gonna take aim at you. You don't think if you
- 1:25:35Speaker 5: perpetuate hate that hate is gonna come back to you.
- 1:25:39Speaker 5: Have you seen people the way they lives turn out
- 1:25:43Speaker 5: who have been in the hate business for a while.
- 1:25:46Speaker 5: You don't see the results of what their life end
- 1:25:49Speaker 5: up looking like. Man, y'all listen to me, stay on
- 1:25:53Speaker 5: the wall. What I will not do and what my
- 1:25:57Speaker 5: son has reminded me of this week. I will never
- 1:26:02Speaker 5: respond to rumor and gossip. I wish I would climb
- 1:26:05Speaker 5: down off the wall with my family to address rumor
- 1:26:10Speaker 5: and gossip. Man, please, cause when you get through throwing
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: in rocks up at me, I want you. I want
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: to know something. Because of the grace of God and
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: his goodness and favor in my life, I'm way up
- 1:26:24Speaker 5: on the wall and I'm not coming down. I thank
- 1:26:27Speaker 5: God for that. And for all of you out there
- 1:26:29Speaker 5: would hate us. Stay on the wall, and you'll never
- 1:26:31Speaker 5: have a hater that's doing better than you. Ain't God good? Yeah, yes, yeah, yes,
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: have a go and talk to God today. Love to
- 1:26:39Speaker 5: hear from it.
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: For all.
