- 0:03Speaker 1: nice to have you with us.
- 0:04Speaker 2: I was planning on being on family vacation and just
- 0:08Speaker 2: taking some time off for the next week, but with
- 0:11Speaker 2: so many things happening in the world, we're deciding we're
- 0:14Speaker 2: not going to be doing that. So what we're going
- 0:16Speaker 2: to be doing instead is I'm going to be doing
- 0:18Speaker 2: a hybrid with this show and the forty seven Morning Update.
- 0:21Speaker 2: It's that show that I do every morning that's about
- 0:23Speaker 2: ten to twelve minutes long, three biggest stories of the
- 0:26Speaker 2: day coming out of the White House or that affect
- 0:29Speaker 2: the White House. So for the next few days, that
- 0:32Speaker 2: is what you're going to be hearing here, and I

- 0:36Speaker 2: the front end. But first, right now, all of us
- 0:39Speaker 2: our help is needed with the people that are under
- 0:42Speaker 2: attack in Israel. We know that Israel is at war
- 0:45Speaker 2: with Iran, a nation that is vowed to wipe Israel
- 0:48Speaker 2: and even the United States of America off the map.
- 0:51Speaker 2: In a necessary act of self defense, Israel struck Iranian
- 0:55Speaker 2: nuclear facilities, military targets, and their top leadership. Right now,
- 1:00Speaker 2: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is on the
- 1:03Speaker 2: ground preparing large scale distributions of life saving food, first
- 1:08Speaker 2: date and emergency kits, especially to Israel's most vulnerable people,
- 1:13Speaker 2: the sick, the elderly, children, and families that are in
- 1:17Speaker 2: great need.
- 1:18Speaker 1: The Fellowship is also.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Making sure that hospitals, emergency rooms, and shelters are fully
- 1:23Speaker 2: stocked with critical and life saving medical supplies. But the
- 1:27Speaker 2: Fellowship needs your most generous gift today to make this
- 1:31Speaker 2: work possible. If you want to stand with the people
- 1:35Speaker 2: in Israel and you want to bless them and support
- 1:38Speaker 2: them as they are under attack, now is your time
- 1:41Speaker 2: to stand.
- 1:42Speaker 1: With those that are the most vulnerable in Israel.

- 2:18Speaker 2: the day.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I'm Donnie.
- 2:20Speaker 3: He's a communist. I think is very bad for New York.
- 2:23Speaker 1: But he's a communist, and he's a pure communist. I
- 2:25Speaker 1: think he admits well, he said he's going to fight Ice.
- 2:29Speaker 1: He's not going to allow Ice to you'll give orient success.
- 2:32Speaker 1: And he said if Benjamin Attanao comes to New York,
- 2:34Speaker 1: he's going to have him Marett. Well, he's a radical
- 2:36Speaker 1: left lunatic.
- 2:38Speaker 4: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Good Monday morning.
- 2:42Speaker 2: So nice to have you with us on the forty
- 2:44Speaker 2: seven Morning Update, and we've got a pack show for you.
- 2:47Speaker 2: First up, the Big Beautiful Bill. It is well sausage
- 2:51Speaker 2: being made in the Senate. Democrats doing everything they can
- 2:54Speaker 2: to try to stop this from becoming a reality. I'll
- 2:58Speaker 2: give you the latest on where we are right now
- 3:00Speaker 2: on that. Also, who are the Republicans that decide to
- 3:04Speaker 2: vote against the Big Beautiful Bill moving forward in the Senate.
- 3:07Speaker 2: But one of them has just announced they're not running
- 3:09Speaker 2: for reelection and we'll give you those details as well.
- 3:13Speaker 3: And finally, not one, not.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Two, but three major Supreme Court cases have been massive
- 3:20Speaker 2: victories for the Trump administration the rule of law. Why
- 3:24Speaker 2: is the media not covering it? And what just happened
- 3:26Speaker 2: to the Supreme Court. I'll give you all the details,
- 3:29Speaker 2: but first, right now, all of us, our help is
- 3:32Speaker 2: needed with the people that are under attack in Israel.
- 3:35Speaker 2: We know that Israel is at war with Iran, a
- 3:38Speaker 2: nation that is vowed to wipe Israel and even the
- 3:41Speaker 2: United States of America off the map. In a necessary
- 3:44Speaker 2: act of self defense, Israel struck Iranian nuclear facilities, military targets,
- 3:50Speaker 2: and their top leadership. And right now, the International Fellowship
- 3:54Speaker 2: of Christians and Jews is on the ground preparing large
- 3:57Speaker 2: scale distributions of life saving food, first date and emergency kits,
- 4:02Speaker 2: especially to Israel's most vulnerable people, the sick, the elderly, children,
- 4:08Speaker 2: and families that are in great need. The Fellowship is
- 4:11Speaker 2: also making sure that hospitals, emergency rooms, and shelters are
- 4:15Speaker 2: fully stocked with critical and life saving medical supplies. But
- 4:20Speaker 2: the Fellowship needs your most generous gift today to make
- 4:23Speaker 2: this work possible. If you want to stand with the
- 4:27Speaker 2: people in Israel, and you want to bless them and
- 4:30Speaker 2: support them as they are under attack, now is your
- 4:33Speaker 2: time to stand.
- 4:34Speaker 1: With those that are the most vulnerable in Israel.
- 4:38Speaker 2: You can call them and give your donation right now
- 4:41Speaker 2: to have an impact virtually instantly on what's going on
- 4:46Speaker 2: eight to eight for eight eight IFCJ. That's eight eight
- 4:51Speaker 2: eight for eight eight IFCJ. You can also go online
- 4:57Speaker 2: and give it IFCJ dot org. It's IFCJ dot org.
- 5:02Speaker 2: It's the forty seven Morning Update, and it starts right now,
- 5:06Speaker 2: story number one. So let's give you a big update
- 5:10Speaker 2: on the big beautiful bill. It is a very important
- 5:12Speaker 2: part of Donald Trump's momentum moving forward and could have
- 5:17Speaker 2: a massive impact on lower and middle class Americans especially.
- 5:21Speaker 2: So let's start with where we are now. The Senate
- 5:24Speaker 2: voted fifty one to forty nine along party lines to
- 5:28Speaker 2: move the bill forward into what they describe as formal debate.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Now, you may ask why was.
- 5:35Speaker 2: It so tight of a vote Senator's Tom Tillis, and
- 5:38Speaker 2: we're going to have an update on Tom Tillis in
- 5:41Speaker 2: a moment. What we're hearing after this vote, as well
- 5:44Speaker 2: as Senator Ram Paul. They decided to go with the
- 5:48Speaker 2: Democrats opposing the motion. GOP leaders had to strike last
- 5:53Speaker 2: minute deals to secure the votes, and it did pass
- 5:57Speaker 2: fifty one forty nine to move. Now it is nine
- 6:02Speaker 2: hundred and forty pages long. It is covering a lot.
- 6:06Speaker 2: It's covering tax cuts, it's covering medicaid. It's also covering
- 6:11Speaker 2: snap food stamp benefits. It is expanding border and deportation funding.
- 6:17Speaker 2: It also has defense and clean energy tax changes, as
- 6:22Speaker 2: well as an increased salt deduction cap, as well as
- 6:26Speaker 2: child tax credit changes. Now, here's what this bill looks
- 6:31Speaker 2: like in its grand form, nine hundred and forty pages long.
- 6:35Speaker 2: What we're hearing from the Congressional Budget Office is it
- 6:38Speaker 2: estimates it will add three point three trillion dollars to
- 6:42Speaker 2: the national debt over ten years and result in eleven
- 6:46Speaker 2: million fewered they claim insured individuals by twenty thirty four.
- 6:51Speaker 2: That's what Democrats are seizing on right now to say
- 6:54Speaker 2: this is a terrible bill. But let's talk about what
- 6:57Speaker 2: is actually reality here. Donald Trump coming out praising the
- 7:01Speaker 2: vote as a great victory and pushing this for the
- 7:05Speaker 2: final vote by July fourth, Democrats led by Chuck Schumer
- 7:10Speaker 2: are now forcing and you want to talk about a
- 7:12Speaker 2: moment of hypocrisy, they are actually forcing to stall the vote.
- 7:17Speaker 2: A quote, full reading of the nine hundred and forty
- 7:21Speaker 2: page texts it will be sixteen to twenty hours. Why
- 7:26Speaker 2: are they doing that to slow the proceedings?
- 7:29Speaker 3: Now?
- 7:29Speaker 2: You may remember back in the day when Nancy Pelosi,
- 7:32Speaker 2: referring to Obamacare, said we won't know what's in the
- 7:35Speaker 2: bill until we pass the bill. Apparently now they're more
- 7:40Speaker 2: than happy to read a bill only if it means
- 7:42Speaker 2: stalling Donald Trump's agenda. Now, there have been a lot
- 7:46Speaker 2: of critics, Elon Musk calling it utter insanity, Ram Paul
- 7:51Speaker 2: Modern Child Account provision at and Making Jobs also at
- 7:56Speaker 2: Elon Musk, Senator Mark Warner calling it a political albatross.
- 8:01Speaker 2: So there's always going to be people that don't like
- 8:04Speaker 2: what is in the bill, and you're hearing from them
- 8:07Speaker 2: right now. The big question is what is next? Well,
- 8:11Speaker 2: Number one, the debate is ongoing as I'm recording this.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Sinners now have a marathon vote, as they described it,
- 8:18Speaker 2: a vote a rama session to propose amendments. And what
- 8:22Speaker 2: Democrats are trying to do is they're trying to tie
- 8:25Speaker 2: amendments to this bill that would kill the bill, hurt
- 8:29Speaker 2: the bill that no Republican would ever want to vote for.
- 8:33Speaker 2: That is to try to stop the bill from becoming law,
- 8:36Speaker 2: or to postpone this bill so they can get more
- 8:38Speaker 2: things in there that they want. There is also what
- 8:41Speaker 2: we refer to as the sausage being made many Republicans
- 8:45Speaker 2: who aren't hardcore conservative American first individuals. They're wanting something
- 8:50Speaker 2: for their vote. And that doesn't count the Democrats who
- 8:53Speaker 2: are doing a whole hell of a lot of horse
- 8:54Speaker 2: trading as we speak right now. Now you have parliamentarian ruling,
- 8:58Speaker 2: all right. They have already struck down several provisions under
- 9:02Speaker 2: the Bird rule limits, and that further adjustments are expected
- 9:06Speaker 2: to this bill before the final vote. Once amendments wrap up,
- 9:12Speaker 2: a final Senate vote is likely to happen sometime this week,
- 9:18Speaker 2: possibly or in theory the president is hoping it will
- 9:22Speaker 2: be a July fourth celebration. More than likely, this could
- 9:27Speaker 2: happen on Tuesday, maybe Wednesday, as far away as Thursday
- 9:31Speaker 2: or Friday. Now, if it passes, and many Conservatives expect
- 9:36Speaker 2: that it is going to pass, then it would return
- 9:40Speaker 2: to the House for approval yet again, and then it
- 9:44Speaker 2: would go to Donald Trump's desk for signing, potentially as
- 9:48Speaker 2: he is asking for it before the July fourth, and
- 9:51Speaker 2: that is the goal of the GOP and the administration.
- 9:55Speaker 2: So let's just give a quick recap on what I've
- 9:58Speaker 2: given you in substance. It advanced in the Senate in
- 10:02Speaker 2: a massive fifty one forty nine procedural.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Vote that was the biggest hurdle.
- 10:06Speaker 2: This is the reason why I and the White House believe,
- 10:09Speaker 2: and insiders on Capitol Hill are telling me they believe
- 10:11Speaker 2: this will become law. There are key contents to this
- 10:15Speaker 2: that every American should care about. Number one, and the
- 10:18Speaker 2: biggest thing is broad tax cuts. There's also safety net
- 10:22Speaker 2: reductions for those that deal with waste, fraud, and abuse.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Many Americans voted for that, and that is where people
- 10:29Speaker 2: are saying, Okay, what's next. There's also the argument that
- 10:33Speaker 2: if we did nothing, we would actually see the deficit
- 10:36Speaker 2: grow at even a faster rate than the three point
- 10:39Speaker 2: three trillion that this is going to cost. So now
- 10:43Speaker 2: you are up to date on where we are at
- 10:44Speaker 2: the very moment and what is happening as we speak.
- 10:47Speaker 2: It is called vote rama. It is voting on amendment
- 10:51Speaker 2: after amendment after they read this bill, which will take
- 10:54Speaker 2: sixteen to eighteen nineteen hours depending on who you talk to,
- 10:57Speaker 2: and then the final votes in the Senate in are
- 11:00Speaker 2: going to happen early this week. Then House concurrence and
- 11:04Speaker 2: then Donald Trump will sign off on this bill, hoping
- 11:09Speaker 2: to celebrate it on the fourth of July, which would
- 11:12Speaker 2: be a very monumental moment for him. So this is
- 11:16Speaker 2: where we are. Could things change? Yes, are their Democrats
- 11:19Speaker 2: right now trying to derail all of this absolutely. By
- 11:23Speaker 2: the way, there's also Republicans that are trying to derail
- 11:27Speaker 2: this as well, which brings me to my second story.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Tom tillis, one of the two Republicans that vote against
- 11:35Speaker 2: the Big Beautiful Bill, is not running for reelection after
- 11:39Speaker 2: opposing the Big Beautiful Bill. Senator Tom tillis a Republican
- 11:44Speaker 2: from North Carolina, announcing that he's not running for reelection,
- 11:48Speaker 2: and in a statement issued on Sunday, Tillis highlighted how
- 11:52Speaker 2: he is quote proud of his career in public service.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Tillis also expected he is most proud of his bipartisan victories,
- 12:00Speaker 2: such as passing the first nation eugenics compensation as speaker
- 12:04Speaker 2: and working across the aisle in the Senate to pass
- 12:06Speaker 2: the largest investment in mental health in the history of
- 12:09Speaker 2: the United States of America. Till has continued to admit
- 12:13Speaker 2: that sometimes those bipartisan initiatives got him in trouble with
- 12:17Speaker 2: his own party, saying this in Washington. Over the last
- 12:21Speaker 2: few years, it's been increasingly evident that leaders who are
- 12:26Speaker 2: willing to embrace bipartisanship, embrace compromise, and demonstrate independent thinking
- 12:33Speaker 2: are becoming an endangered species. Democrats recently lost two such
- 12:38Speaker 2: leaders who were dedicated to making the Senate more of
- 12:41Speaker 2: a functional and productive legislative body. Till Has continued, they
- 12:46Speaker 2: got things done, but they were shunned after they courageously
- 12:49Speaker 2: refused to cave to their party bosses to nuke the
- 12:52Speaker 2: filibuster for the sake of political expediency. They ultimately retired,
- 12:56Speaker 2: and their presence and Senate Chamber has been sorely missed
- 12:59Speaker 2: every day. Till has continued on this grand standing moment
- 13:04Speaker 2: and expressed that he was beyond grateful for his friends
- 13:07Speaker 2: that he had made and added, and that he looked
- 13:10Speaker 2: forward to continuing to serve North Carolina over the next
- 13:13Speaker 2: eighteen months. Tillis issuing this statement also Saturday, expressing that
- 13:18Speaker 2: he had done his homework on behalf of North Carolinas
- 13:21Speaker 2: and was unable to support the Big Beautiful Bill in
- 13:24Speaker 2: its current form, saying, I did my homework. I cannot
- 13:27Speaker 2: support the bill. It would result in tens of billions
- 13:30Speaker 2: of dollars in loss funding for North Carolina, including our
- 13:32Speaker 2: hospitals and rural communities. This will force the state to
- 13:36Speaker 2: make painful decisions like eliminating Medicaid coverage for one hundreds
- 13:39Speaker 2: of thousands and the expansion population, and even reducing critical
- 13:43Speaker 2: services for those in traditional Medicaid population. So there you
- 13:48Speaker 2: have it now. Donald Trump did have a response to this.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Trump expressed in a post on True Social that the
- 13:53Speaker 2: people of North Carolina would not allow Tillis to grandstand
- 13:56Speaker 2: in order to get some publicity for himself, saying, quote,
- 13:59Speaker 2: looks like Center Tillis, as usual, wants to tell the
- 14:01Speaker 2: nation he's giving them a sixty eight percent tax increase
- 14:04Speaker 2: as opposed to big tax cuts in American history, that
- 14:07Speaker 2: I'm giving them the same time, he's unable to understand
- 14:09Speaker 2: the importance of a dead extension which Republicans gave to
- 14:13Speaker 2: the Democrats just prior to the November fifth election, because
- 14:16Speaker 2: of its significance and how important it was for the
- 14:19Speaker 2: future of the USA. Trump riding in a post. Now,
- 14:22Speaker 2: at the end of the day, Tom Tillis vote the
- 14:24Speaker 2: way he did for one reason because he knew he
- 14:27Speaker 2: couldn't win re election and now he's acting like he
- 14:31Speaker 2: is a martyr. Thank goodness, Donald Trump is involved, and
- 14:35Speaker 2: I'm sure that he will be helping find a great
- 14:38Speaker 2: America first candidate to run.
- 14:40Speaker 3: In that election.
- 14:41Speaker 2: I want to also bring to your attention a story
- 14:44Speaker 2: that's being underreported, especially because it's such massive news for
- 14:49Speaker 2: the Trump administration and law in America. The Supreme Court
- 14:55Speaker 2: has come out with their latest rulings and they have
- 14:59Speaker 2: a sign magnificant impact on the country. The Supreme Court.
- 15:04Speaker 2: The Supreme Court's term came to a close and it
- 15:08Speaker 2: dealt major wins for President Trump and well as well
- 15:11Speaker 2: as the rule of law. Three different cases that I
- 15:14Speaker 2: want to get into here so you understand just how
- 15:16Speaker 2: big they were. Number one was Trump versus Cossa. It
- 15:20Speaker 2: was under the issue of a universal injunctions. And this
- 15:24Speaker 2: is something that was such a big issue because you
- 15:27Speaker 2: had these judges that were basically blocking the present's agenda.
- 15:31Speaker 2: And as they were blocking the agenda of the present,
- 15:33Speaker 2: they were doing it in smaller lower courts. Well, guess
- 15:36Speaker 2: what the Supreme Court says, universal injunctions aren't actually going
- 15:40Speaker 2: to work this way.
- 15:41Speaker 3: Moving forward.
- 15:42Speaker 2: There was also another ruling that was massive as well,
- 15:45Speaker 2: and it dealt with the Free Speech Coalition versus the
- 15:47Speaker 2: State of Texas aka the Attorney General of there Ken Paxton.
- 15:50Speaker 2: It was a six to three ruling as well, and
- 15:53Speaker 2: it held that Texas's age verification law for porn sites
- 15:59Speaker 2: is in fact constitutional. This was a massive victory, especially
- 16:03Speaker 2: after we just had to take it down act where
- 16:06Speaker 2: you could not bully people by putting up fake pictures
- 16:09Speaker 2: of them neked on the internet or revenge pictures maybe
- 16:13Speaker 2: that you received of someone and then throw them up
- 16:15Speaker 2: on the Internet to get revenge. It was making it
- 16:18Speaker 2: clearly against the law and parties had to take it
- 16:20Speaker 2: down immediately. They could also be fine. So you look
- 16:24Speaker 2: at this big fight in Texas, it was very simple.
- 16:28Speaker 2: What this was was a moment where we were trying
- 16:31Speaker 2: to protect those eighteen and under from hardcore pornography on
- 16:34Speaker 2: the internet by using age verification. Now, almost every one
- 16:39Speaker 2: of the porn sites in America had gotten together with
- 16:41Speaker 2: lobbyists to try to stop this, ensuing Texas to try
- 16:45Speaker 2: to say that this was unconstitutional. The Supreme Court came
- 16:49Speaker 2: down the side of Texas, saying they have a right
- 16:50Speaker 2: to protect those eighteen and under from pornography on the
- 16:53Speaker 2: Internet and by using age verification. Now, what is this
- 16:56Speaker 2: going to do, For example, in a place like Texas,
- 16:59Speaker 2: It drafts reduces the amount of time that is spent
- 17:02Speaker 2: on the Internet by underage individuals looking at pornography. And again,
- 17:08Speaker 2: this should be a state's issue, and that's what the
- 17:10Speaker 2: Supreme Court is saying. There was also a third Supreme
- 17:13Speaker 2: Court decision that came down and it was massive Mohammed
- 17:17Speaker 2: versus Taylor. And what this dealt with is it held
- 17:20Speaker 2: that parents of public school children can opt out of
- 17:24Speaker 2: LGBTQ plus curriculum. Now, this is not only a big
- 17:29Speaker 2: win for religious liberty and parental rights, it is also
- 17:33Speaker 2: another example of why its so important to have school
- 17:37Speaker 2: choice in this country. Now you look at what this
- 17:40Speaker 2: dealt with, and it was very simple. Should a parent
- 17:42Speaker 2: have the right in a public school to be able
- 17:45Speaker 2: to opt their child out of the propaganda that the
- 17:48Speaker 2: Left is trying to force on them when it comes
- 17:50Speaker 2: to transsexuals, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and everything else under the
- 17:54Speaker 2: LGBTQ plus flag. There are parents that tried to opt
- 17:58Speaker 2: their kids out, and there were schools that said no,
- 18:00Speaker 2: you cannot do it. It's part of the public school curriculum.
- 18:03Speaker 2: And this was obviously taking away parents' rights. Well, now
- 18:08Speaker 2: we know that parents do in fact have a right
- 18:11Speaker 2: to decide what their kids are indoctrinated with, especially when
- 18:14Speaker 2: something is controversy on his radical as the extreme viewpoints
- 18:17Speaker 2: of the LGBTQ activist community. Now you look at all
- 18:22Speaker 2: three of these rulings. If these were rulings in favor
- 18:25Speaker 2: of Joe Biden's agenda, for example, it.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Would be wall to wall coverage.
- 18:29Speaker 2: If this was the rulings of Barack Obama that helped
- 18:32Speaker 2: him when he was the president, it would have been
- 18:34Speaker 2: wall to wall coverage. But there's a very good chance
- 18:37Speaker 2: at about ninety nine percent of you listening to me
- 18:39Speaker 2: right now knew nothing about any of these three cases
- 18:42Speaker 2: that all came down in favor of parents in came
- 18:45Speaker 2: down in favor of the Trump agenda and the Trump
- 18:48Speaker 2: White House and his presidency. The Supreme Court, as Fox
- 18:52Speaker 2: News put it, rules on Trump's birthright citizenship order testing
- 18:55Speaker 2: lower court power was another one of the big things
- 18:57Speaker 2: that came through the Supreme Court is also deciding whether
- 19:00Speaker 2: to allow parents has showed children from these books in
- 19:03Speaker 2: school in the LGBTQ community.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Again a victory for us.
- 19:07Speaker 2: This was a massive the White House putting out a
- 19:10Speaker 2: statement putting it this way, saying, quote, Today's decision restores
- 19:15Speaker 2: the proper separation of powers between the branches of government.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Ending nationwide injunctions is a tremendous victory for the American
- 19:24Speaker 2: people in the rule of law. That coming from the
- 19:26Speaker 2: White House Council David Warrington saying quote, no longer can
