- 0:01Speaker 1: There is two major stories that we've got to get to,
- 0:04Speaker 1: plus some other stuff that deals with Hunter Biden. So
- 0:07Speaker 1: let me just tell you number one, the breaking news
- 0:11Speaker 1: that Merrick Garland has officially been held in contempt of
- 0:15Speaker 1: Congress is significant two sixteen to two oh seven, with
- 0:20Speaker 1: one Republican Representative, Dave Joyce voting nay. This is for
- 0:25Speaker 1: refusing to hand out subpoena tapes of President Biden's interview
- 0:31Speaker 1: with the Special Counsel Robert Herb. Merrick Garland has now
- 0:36Speaker 1: again been officially been held in contempt of Congress. Now,
- 0:41Speaker 1: Garland is still very upset that Republicans anonymas seat on
- 0:45Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. So he has been enacting his revenge
- 0:49Speaker 1: ever since they didn't allow him to be a Supreme
- 0:52Speaker 1: Court justice.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Obviously, now we know how corrupt he is.
- 0:55Speaker 1: And we also know how partsy is I think the
- 0:57Speaker 1: lord he was ever put on the Supreme Court. But
- 1:00Speaker 1: this is part of his revenge. And those audio tapes
- 1:03Speaker 1: that have been hidden from the American people that Congress
- 1:06Speaker 1: has demanded Mary Garland has refused to give them over.
- 1:11Speaker 1: He has now been held in contempt of Congress. What
- 1:14Speaker 1: does this mean yet? Next, I'm going to explain that
- 1:17Speaker 1: to you coming up. But before we deal with that,
- 1:20Speaker 1: this is another big issue and it deals with our
- 1:22Speaker 1: national security. Just two days ago on this show, I
- 1:25Speaker 1: talked about the ISIS sympathizers, the isis K sympathizers and
- 1:31Speaker 1: plots that have been stopped in Europe. And I talked
- 1:35Speaker 1: about the concerns over the southern border in this country.
- 1:41Speaker 2: And I said, and.
- 1:42Speaker 1: If you miss this show, go back and listen to
- 1:44Speaker 1: the podcast, because I talked about the threat from isis
- 1:49Speaker 1: K against the Paris Olympics, including using drones to attack
- 1:54Speaker 1: the Eiffel Tower and innocent people at and around the
- 1:58Speaker 1: Olympic Games. We now know and I went through the
- 2:01Speaker 1: list of countries where there have been attacks that have
- 2:04Speaker 1: been thwarted just in the last couple of months. It's
- 2:06Speaker 1: basically all over Europe in different areas. And I said,
- 2:11Speaker 1: this is my concern with our open southern border, our
- 2:15Speaker 1: open southern border, we have real problems because we've had
- 2:18Speaker 1: and I went through the list then a couple of
- 2:20Speaker 1: hundred people in the last year that have been come
- 2:23Speaker 1: across the southern border that have been on the Terrace
- 2:26Speaker 1: watch list. And I said, if you think that the
- 2:29Speaker 1: UK is the only place that has this problem. You're wrong, America.
- 2:33Speaker 1: This is what happens and the national security threat. The
- 2:36Speaker 1: FBI director has also warned about that national security threat
- 2:41Speaker 1: that he is very concerned about the open border and
- 2:44Speaker 1: those that are coming across the southern border. So you
- 2:47Speaker 1: fast forward to the big news, not one, not two,
- 2:51Speaker 1: not three, not four, but.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Eight suspected isis K terrists.
- 2:55Speaker 1: The same isis K group are the ones that committed
- 2:59Speaker 1: the horrific attack on that Russian concert, of that indoor
- 3:04Speaker 1: concert and burned the building, the ground and several hundred
- 3:07Speaker 1: people were killed there. This's the same group. Well, now
- 3:10Speaker 1: we know that eight suspected isis Kate Terrace have been
- 3:12Speaker 1: arrested coast to coasts in Los Angeles, in New York,
- 3:17Speaker 1: in Philadelphia. We also know and it's been confirmed that
- 3:22Speaker 1: they illegally crossed the southern border earlier this year, and
- 3:26Speaker 1: the Biden administration yet again showing just how asleep at
- 3:30Speaker 1: the will they are. The Biden administration, after catching them,
- 3:36Speaker 1: released them into the interior of this country. So we
- 3:42Speaker 1: had terrorists that were on the terraft watch list. We
- 3:45Speaker 1: knew they were on the watch list, but apparently we
- 3:48Speaker 1: can't do our job very well, and so the Biden
- 3:51Speaker 1: administration can't do their job very well.
- 3:53Speaker 2: So what did we find out.
- 3:54Speaker 1: We've found out that these people were on the terrorists
- 3:58Speaker 1: watch list, not win came to this country, but after
- 4:01Speaker 1: we release them into the interior.
- 4:04Speaker 2: This is the Biden administration.
- 4:06Speaker 1: I've got a lot more on this, but let me
- 4:08Speaker 1: also tell you about my friends real quick at Ammo Squared.

- 6:13Speaker 1: I want you to hear this clip of the latest
- 6:16Speaker 1: that we now know about this.
- 6:17Speaker 2: This was coming from CBS News.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Eight individuals, all from the Central Asian country of Tajikistan,
- 6:24Speaker 3: were arrested in Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia. They
- 6:29Speaker 3: entered the United States this year and in twenty twenty three,
- 6:32Speaker 3: crossing the Mexican border. They were vetted and allowed to
- 6:36Speaker 3: remain in the country. CBS News has learned further investigation
- 6:41Speaker 3: uncovered the men had possible ties to isis K, the
- 6:45Speaker 3: terror group which claimed responsibility for an attack at a
- 6:48Speaker 3: Moscow concert hall that killed more than one hundred and
- 6:51Speaker 3: forty people earlier this year.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Now, the FBI Director ray s warn of terror threats
- 6:59Speaker 1: posed by open borders. Just days before these eight IICIS
- 7:02Speaker 1: suspects were arrested across the US, the FBI director warned
- 7:07Speaker 1: of the threat of a quote coordinated attack or attax
- 7:11Speaker 1: Pearl in the US, similar to that of by isis K,
- 7:17Speaker 1: the same group they're affiliated with on the Russian concert
- 7:21Speaker 1: hall attack in March. I want you to listen to
- 7:24Speaker 1: what Director Ray had to say about this to Congress.
- 7:29Speaker 2: This again was just weeks ago.
- 7:32Speaker 4: Here I walked through how we were already in a
- 7:35Speaker 4: heightened threat environment, and since then we've seen the threat
- 7:40Speaker 4: from foreign.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Terrorists rise to a whole other level.
- 7:43Speaker 4: After October seventh, we continue to see the cartels push
- 7:47Speaker 4: fentanyl and other dangerous drugs into every corner of the country,
- 7:52Speaker 4: claiming countless American lives. We've seen a spate of ransomware
- 7:57Speaker 4: attacks and other cyber attacks, pacting parts of our critical
- 8:01Speaker 4: infrastructure and businesses, both large and small. Violent crime, which
- 8:06Speaker 4: reached alarming levels coming out of the pandemic, remains far
- 8:10Speaker 4: too high and is impacting far too many communities. China
- 8:15Speaker 4: continues its relentless efforts to steal our intellectual property and
- 8:20Speaker 4: most valuable information. And that's just scratching the surface. When
- 8:25Speaker 4: I look back over my career in law enforcement, I
- 8:27Speaker 4: would be hard pressed to think of a time when
- 8:30Speaker 4: so many different threats to our public safety and national
- 8:34Speaker 4: security were so elevated.
- 8:36Speaker 2: All at the same time.
- 8:38Speaker 4: But that is the case, as I said here today,
- 8:42Speaker 4: and while we have always found ways at the FBI
- 8:45Speaker 4: to innovate and make the most with what we have,
- 8:47Speaker 4: this is by no means.
- 8:49Speaker 2: A time to let up or dial back. This is
- 8:53Speaker 2: a time.
- 8:53Speaker 4: When we need your support the most, and I look
- 8:56Speaker 4: forward to working with this subcommittee to get things back
- 8:59Speaker 4: on tra because right now we need investments in our
- 9:03Speaker 4: people and the resources required to keep Americans safe.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Now.
- 9:09Speaker 4: I will sack the FBI's workforce up against anyone anywhere anytime.
- 9:14Speaker 4: They are innovative, they're efficient, they're relentless, they're patriots. And
- 9:19Speaker 4: we have been fortunate at the FBI in recent years
- 9:22Speaker 4: that our recruiting has gone through the roof. Americans are
- 9:26Speaker 4: applying in droves to devote their lives to a career
- 9:29Speaker 4: with us protecting others. But we need more positions to
- 9:34Speaker 4: be able to bring all the good people we can
- 9:37Speaker 4: to the fights. Certainly not fewer, and as great as
- 9:40Speaker 4: our people are, we also need to equip them with
- 9:42Speaker 4: the necessary tools required to tackle today's threats. Now is
- 9:48Speaker 4: not the time for less to fulfill our mission. The
- 9:51Speaker 4: men and women of the FBI need more.
- 9:54Speaker 1: So to be clear, the FBI director saying to Congress, Hey,
- 9:58Speaker 1: I'm concerned now more than ever before. I'm sounding the
- 10:01Speaker 1: alarm to Congress about the terror threat posed by the
- 10:05Speaker 1: open border. And just days before these eight people suspected
- 10:08Speaker 1: of ISIS tides were arrested across the country.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Ray appeared before the Senate.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce and Justice and Science and Related
- 10:18Speaker 1: Agencies to review President Biden's fiscal year twenty twenty five
- 10:22Speaker 1: funding requests for the FBI. Like he has done when
- 10:25Speaker 1: he appeared to Congress before, Ray again addressed the concerns
- 10:31Speaker 1: about border security, explaining in a line of questioning by
- 10:35Speaker 1: Senator Jerry morn, a Republican from Kansas, that we have
- 10:40Speaker 1: major problems. He said, quote so certainly, we have seen
- 10:43Speaker 1: over the last five to six years and increase in
- 10:45Speaker 1: the number of known or suspected terrorists, in other words,
- 10:49Speaker 1: watch listed subjects attempting to cross the border. And what
- 10:52Speaker 1: is of concern, Ray said, is the bigger problem in
- 10:56Speaker 1: my view, it's twofold one individuals who when they come
- 10:59Speaker 1: in either armed with fake documents or snuck in some
- 11:02Speaker 1: way or at this very important individual or and this
- 11:08Speaker 1: is very important individuals for whom there's not enough derogatory
- 11:13Speaker 1: information in the intelligence community to watch list them. He says,
- 11:17Speaker 1: we pulled out of Afghanistan, for example, you get less
- 11:21Speaker 1: and less information about whether somebody from Afghanistan is actually
- 11:24Speaker 1: a threat. And so some of these cases I have
- 11:27Speaker 1: seen that concern me our situations where somebody comes to
- 11:30Speaker 1: the United States of America and it's not because there
- 11:33Speaker 1: was a breakdown between customs and border protection and homeland security.
- 11:38Speaker 1: It's because they watch listed at the time. But in hindsight,
- 11:43Speaker 1: they should have been watched listed because information was later
- 11:46Speaker 1: developed that says this person is a problem. Well, guess
- 11:50Speaker 1: what when you have an open southern border and this
- 11:52Speaker 1: problem exists, it is being exploited as we speak. All right, now,
- 11:58Speaker 1: let's take a moment and talk about accountability for this.
- 12:02Speaker 1: You've got an FBI director who's basically waving his hands
- 12:06Speaker 1: saying we're asleep at the wheel, waving his hands that hey,
- 12:09Speaker 1: my boss is allowing this to happen. Right, The President
- 12:12Speaker 1: of United States of America, Biden, clearly is letting these
- 12:15Speaker 1: people through the southern border. We don't have the checks
- 12:17Speaker 1: and balances that we need to protect ourselves. He's given
- 12:20Speaker 1: a warning that, hey, we used to get pretty good
- 12:22Speaker 1: intel out of places like Afghanistan, you know, like a
- 12:25Speaker 1: hotbed for actual terrorism. And then he's telling you, but
- 12:28Speaker 1: right now we're screwed because we're not getting any intel,
- 12:31Speaker 1: good intel from people as we speak in Afghanistan. We're
- 12:36Speaker 1: also probably not getting a lot of great information from
- 12:38Speaker 1: some of our quote allies in the Middle East because
- 12:40Speaker 1: of what's going on with Israel right now. So that
- 12:43Speaker 1: leaves a massive vulnerability. And in the past, we used
- 12:46Speaker 1: to get intel about people and like, hey, this guy
- 12:49Speaker 1: should be on your watch list, got it, Thank you.
- 12:51Speaker 1: You're letting us know that this person should not as
- 12:54Speaker 1: a watch and be careful kind of person and pay
- 12:57Speaker 1: attention to it.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Right, Like, you combine all that and you add all
- 13:02Speaker 2: of that.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Up, and it's extremely important intel that saves lives. Well,
- 13:08Speaker 1: now you fast forward to where we are and what
- 13:10Speaker 1: we're learning is that that intel has stopped since we
- 13:14Speaker 1: pulled out of Afghanistan. So that's another massive warning from
- 13:17Speaker 1: the Middle East specifically. Then you combine all of that
- 13:23Speaker 1: with the fact that the President is saying, I don't
- 13:26Speaker 1: care about the southern border being open if it means
- 13:30Speaker 1: terrors are coming in, keep it open. If you want
- 13:33Speaker 1: to know whose fault this is, it is clearly the
- 13:35Speaker 1: fault of Joe Biden, the Biden administration policy, and we
- 13:39Speaker 1: know that. So the White House was asked about this now,
- 13:43Speaker 1: of course, not the President right because he's sleeping. You
- 13:46Speaker 1: ask the White House Press Secretary, and that's who you
- 13:49Speaker 1: get the intel from. I want you to listen to
- 13:52Speaker 1: what Jean Pierre had to say at the White House
- 13:54Speaker 1: about these terrorists being caught in America.
- 13:58Speaker 5: The executive actions last week over like over the last
- 14:01Speaker 5: twenty four hours, there have been a number of reports
- 14:03Speaker 5: about suspected terrrists at ports of entry and then also
- 14:06Speaker 5: a staying operation where suspective ize series were collected throughout
- 14:10Speaker 5: the United States. Do you guys believe so far that
- 14:13Speaker 5: the executive actions are working or is there going to
- 14:17Speaker 5: meet another announcement down the line with more to do?
- 14:20Speaker 5: So it's.
- 14:23Speaker 6: DHS put out a joint statement, so I would refer
- 14:25Speaker 6: you to that statement on that particular question that you
- 14:29Speaker 6: just asked me about those eight. I believe there were
- 14:32Speaker 6: eight individuals. So, and we'll also grateful for the law
- 14:36Speaker 6: enforcement or their quick work on this to make sure
- 14:39Speaker 6: that we keep Americans safe. This is another example of
- 14:43Speaker 6: why we think some calls from Republicans to defund the
- 14:48Speaker 6: FBI is a bad idea, as trumbleslom and so we'll
- 14:52Speaker 6: continue to call that out as well. But again, DHS
- 14:55Speaker 6: and DOJ put out a statement, so a joint statement,
- 14:59Speaker 6: so I would refer you to as it released the
- 15:01Speaker 6: executive the executive action the president did last week. Look
- 15:07Speaker 6: just it takes a step back, just for a second,
- 15:09Speaker 6: like this is a president that has taken the issue
- 15:11Speaker 6: of what we're seeing at the border of the immigration
- 15:16Speaker 6: it's my system being broken very seriously. But I mean
- 15:18Speaker 6: very very seriously. That's why you put out a comprehensive
- 15:21Speaker 6: legislation on day one.
- 15:24Speaker 1: I mean these scumbags and I say scumbags, and I
- 15:26Speaker 1: mean it, Okay, these are scumbags. She sits there and says, well,
- 15:31Speaker 1: the Republicans are the ones that are the problem here
- 15:34Speaker 1: because they want to defund the FBI. We're wanting to
- 15:37Speaker 1: take away funding from the FBI because the FBI has
- 15:40Speaker 1: gone rogan, isn't prosecuting criminal activities. They become a partisan
- 15:44Speaker 1: hack organization with zero accountability. So why would we build
- 15:49Speaker 1: them a big news center for the FBI, for example,
- 15:53Speaker 1: and waste tax payers dollars when the FBI is persecuting
- 15:57Speaker 1: and attacking conservatives and protect criminals in the Democratic Party,
- 16:02Speaker 1: including the President of the United States of American and
- 16:04Speaker 1: his son and his brother and everybody else. The same
- 16:07Speaker 1: FBI that knew the Laptop from Hell was real of
- 16:09Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and lied about it. So there is a
- 16:13Speaker 1: There certainly is a question about quote funding, no doubt
- 16:17Speaker 1: about it. But notice that the question that was not asked,
- 16:21Speaker 1: and the question that should have been asked of the
- 16:25Speaker 1: White House was Hey, you guys still have an open border,
- 16:30Speaker 1: and you know that open border is being exploited right
- 16:32Speaker 1: now by isis K terrorists. This is concerning Why are
- 16:39Speaker 1: you guys not moving to close the southern border right now,
- 16:43Speaker 1: knowing what's happening, and knowing that we had eight isis
- 16:47Speaker 1: K individuals that have just been caught by the government, Like,
- 16:50Speaker 1: thank goodness, they were caught, right And I mean that's sincerely,
- 16:54Speaker 1: like think the Lord that they were caught, Like that's
- 16:58Speaker 1: very real, very serious a point that I'm making. I'm
- 17:02Speaker 1: not joking or making light of it, Like think the
- 17:05Speaker 1: Lord they were caught.
- 17:06Speaker 2: I agree with her.
- 17:09Speaker 1: But these people wouldn't have even been in the United
- 17:12Speaker 1: States of America if it wasn't for the President of
- 17:17Speaker 1: the United States of America, Joe Biden, having an open
- 17:20Speaker 1: border policy.
- 17:21Speaker 2: That is the real issue here.
- 17:24Speaker 1: And there's been zero accountability for that at this point.
- 17:28Speaker 1: And even when the White House has asked, the media
- 17:31Speaker 1: doesn't ask the right question because the media is covering
- 17:35Speaker 1: the story and doing the bare minimum to actually tell
- 17:40Speaker 1: you how big of a national security threat this really is.
- 17:43Speaker 1: And it is, yes, really a national security threat. It
- 17:49Speaker 1: is significant. It is putting all of our lives at risk.
- 17:53Speaker 1: And this is no different than what we're seeing throughout
- 17:56Speaker 1: all of.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Europe right now.
- 17:57Speaker 1: These iss k In individuals, lone wolves, are very much inspired.
- 18:04Speaker 1: They're inspired right now because of the of what's going
- 18:07Speaker 1: on in Israel. They're inspired right now because of the
- 18:10Speaker 1: success the deadly, I mean thisious attack that we witnessed
- 18:15Speaker 1: in Russia at the hands of isis K and that
- 18:19Speaker 1: Concert Hall. These individuals, and I've been saying it for
- 18:23Speaker 1: months and months, it's not.
- 18:26Speaker 2: It's the open border.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Isn't just about the twenty million that have come through
- 18:30Speaker 1: the open border is an issue because of the national
- 18:34Speaker 1: security threat that it poses to the United States of America,
- 18:39Speaker 1: and that now is incredibly clear because of the arrest
- 18:43Speaker 1: of these individuals. This was the warning that's now become
- 18:46Speaker 1: the reality. And if you think we got them all,
- 18:49Speaker 1: I mean this with as kindly as I can, You're
- 18:52Speaker 1: an idiot. Okay, we have not gotten them all. There's
- 18:58Speaker 1: no way we've gotten clothes. Yes to getting all of
- 19:01Speaker 1: the terrorists that are in this country right now that
- 19:04Speaker 1: are on the Tarrast squatch list. And even more important
- 19:08Speaker 1: than that, I go back to Director Ray's comments that
- 19:10Speaker 1: he made. Director Ray said, we're getting bad intelligence now
- 19:15Speaker 1: because when we left Afghanistan, Afghanistan isn't telling us about
- 19:19Speaker 1: the people that need to be on the Terras squatch
- 19:21Speaker 1: list from that country that are coming in and out
- 19:24Speaker 1: of that country. They're not giving us the same intel
- 19:27Speaker 1: they used to give us. So there's many people that
- 19:30Speaker 1: should be on the tarist squatch lists that are in
- 19:33Speaker 1: fact not on the terrorists watch list, and that is
- 19:38Speaker 1: a problem. I want to tell you about our friends
- 19:40Speaker 1: over at Freedom Gold USA. At Freedom Gold USA, they
- 19:45Speaker 1: are a company that I recommend when it comes to
- 19:48Speaker 1: gold and silver for one main reason. They typically charge
- 19:51Speaker 1: twenty to thirty percent less than other major gold firms
- 19:55Speaker 1: when it comes to buying gold or silver, and with
- 19:58Speaker 1: inflation where it is right now, it is a time
- 20:02Speaker 1: to watch what's happening. With the price of gold continuing
- 20:05Speaker 1: to hit all time highs, inflation is heavily eroding your
- 20:09Speaker 1: purchasing power, putting your savings and your retirement accounts and
- 20:13Speaker 1: future legacy at risk. And with more taxes, the continued
- 20:17Speaker 1: threat of war, a national debt now exceeding thirty four trillion,
- 20:21Speaker 1: and the push for a central bank digital currency, your
- 20:24Speaker 1: financial freedom is at stake, and that is why you
- 20:27Speaker 1: need to know about Freedom Gold USA. They are here
- 20:30Speaker 1: to help you be empowered when it comes to buying
- 20:33Speaker 1: gold and silver, and the team at Freedom Gold USA
- 20:36Speaker 1: is ready to answer all of your questions about preserving
- 20:39Speaker 1: your wealth and provide stability in uncertain times. Freedom Gold
- 20:44Speaker 1: USA will never take you to put all your money
- 20:46Speaker 1: in a gold or silver ira. They understand diversification, but
- 20:51Speaker 1: part of safeguarding your wealth can be used with physical
- 20:55Speaker 1: gold and silver to take control of your financial future today.
- 20:59Speaker 1: So call the team that I use and trust, the
- 21:02Speaker 1: team that charges between twenty to thirty percent less than
- 21:05Speaker 1: other major gold companies out there. That means you're getting
- 21:08Speaker 1: twenty to thirty percent more gold or silver in your account.
- 21:12Speaker 2: Day one, Take control.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Now visit Freedomgoldusa dot com slash ben. That's Freedom Goold
- 21:20Speaker 1: Usa dot com slash ben, or you can call them
- 21:23Speaker 1: one eight hundred sixty fifty five eight eight four three.
- 21:28Speaker 1: That's one eight hundred sixty five five eight eight four three,
- 21:31Speaker 1: or online it Freedom Goold Usa dot com slash ben.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Now you combine all this and you say to yourself, Okay,
- 21:39Speaker 1: why is Joe Biden allowing this happen.
- 21:41Speaker 2: It's real simple.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Joe Biden and the Democratic Party are allowing this to
- 21:45Speaker 1: happen because they don't care if you get killed.
- 21:48Speaker 2: If it means that they can.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Bring in twenty million new voters for the Democratic Party.
- 21:54Speaker 1: And a couple hundred of you guys get butchered or
- 21:57Speaker 1: slaughtered in some horrific attack, so be it. Because they've
- 22:02Speaker 1: known for the last several years that an open border
- 22:06Speaker 1: was allowing people on the terrorists to watch lists to
- 22:08Speaker 1: come across southern border. And again, go back and listen
- 22:11Speaker 1: the show from a couple of days ago, grab that podcast,
- 22:13Speaker 1: we went through the numbers. The numbers were very very
- 22:18Speaker 1: very very very clear. Hundreds of terrorists are coming across
- 22:23Speaker 1: the southern border that we've caught. Many of them have
- 22:27Speaker 1: not been caught. They evaded detection. And not only that.
- 22:34Speaker 2: There's also the other part of the story.
- 22:36Speaker 1: And I go back to the to the story and
- 22:39Speaker 1: the way that it was originally described to you. They
- 22:42Speaker 1: said these individuals were caught at the border and released
- 22:46Speaker 1: into this country. This continues to happen at an alarming rate.
- 22:54Speaker 1: When I take it breath and I look at the data,
- 22:57Speaker 1: and I look at everything we just talked about, what
- 23:00Speaker 1: concerns me the most is that we're going to have
- 23:02Speaker 1: a horrific terroist attack in this country in the very
- 23:05Speaker 1: near future, and it's going to be one that was avoidable.
- 23:09Speaker 1: And this president is going to sit there and go, yeah,
- 23:12Speaker 1: we knew that was going to happen. But look at
- 23:14Speaker 1: what we did get out of this before it happened.
- 23:16Speaker 1: We got twenty million people that have now come into
- 23:19Speaker 1: this country that are going to vote for us, the
- 23:22Speaker 1: Democratic Party.
- 23:23Speaker 2: That's what it's all about, all right.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Now. I want to get into this other story that
- 23:28Speaker 1: deals with Merrit Garland and the fact that he's been
- 23:31Speaker 1: held in contempt in Congress. And I was going to
- 23:34Speaker 1: do that, but as I was talking to you about
- 23:36Speaker 1: the terrorism threat, we got new breaking news from the
- 23:40Speaker 1: White House Joe Biden. And I warned you of this yesterday.
- 23:45Speaker 1: I said, there's no way in hell his son's going
- 23:47Speaker 1: to go to jail, and Joe Biden has said he would.
- 23:50Speaker 1: He won't partner his son. That doesn't mean he won't
- 23:52Speaker 1: commute a sentence, so he never sees a day in jail. Well,
- 23:55Speaker 1: the same White House that preached no one is above
- 23:58Speaker 1: the law just a week ago with Donald Trump is
- 24:01Speaker 1: now saying unless their last name is Biden, at least
- 24:04Speaker 1: they're consistent. The Biden family, Yeah, they get away with
- 24:08Speaker 1: anything they want to. The White House is now officially
- 24:11Speaker 1: quote left open the idea the President Joe Biden might
- 24:15Speaker 1: commute Hunter Biden's Penning federal sentence following his gun related conviction.
- 24:20Speaker 1: There is no immediate date scheduled for Hunters sentencing, and
- 24:26Speaker 1: two to three month delay between conviction sentencing is typically
- 24:30Speaker 1: what they have in the federal system, so that's what
- 24:32Speaker 1: they're expecting. There was a question that was asked White
- 24:37Speaker 1: House President Terry Jean Pierre on Air Force One about
- 24:40Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. You're gonna have to listen carefully, listen to
- 24:44Speaker 1: what is asked and what she said.
- 24:48Speaker 6: What I'm saying is that the President I have not
- 24:51Speaker 6: spoken to the President about this, And what I'm saying
- 24:53Speaker 6: is he was asked about a party, he was asked
- 24:56Speaker 6: about he was asked about le specifically, and he answered
- 25:01Speaker 6: it very clearly, very forthright. As we know, the sentencing
- 25:05Speaker 6: hasn't even been scheduled yet. I don't have anything beyond
- 25:08Speaker 6: what the President said. He's been very clear among this.
- 25:11Speaker 2: There it is.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so we're all about hey, you know, being
- 25:15Speaker 1: honest with you really sure, okay, And the President was
- 25:19Speaker 1: very honesome, forthright about you know, he's not going to
- 25:21Speaker 1: pardon him.
- 25:21Speaker 2: But what about commuting in sentence? Well, I don't know.
- 25:23Speaker 1: I haven't talked to the President about that one, right,
- 25:26Speaker 1: and well, and I hadn't even the sentencing. I hadn't
- 25:28Speaker 1: even been scheduled yet, So everybody calm down. Joe Biden
- 25:31Speaker 1: told ab Soon News last week in his interview that
- 25:35Speaker 1: he would not pardon his son. Listen to him in
- 25:40Speaker 1: that interview.
- 25:42Speaker 7: You did address Donald Trump and the guilty verdicts. I'm
- 25:44Speaker 7: thirty four felon accounts before the American people. You told
- 25:47Speaker 7: Americans to respect the jury and the outcome of this case.
- 25:51Speaker 7: You were at a campaign fundraiser and you told the
- 25:54Speaker 7: room a convicted felon is now seeking the office of
- 25:57Speaker 7: the presidency. You called it disturbing. What do you think
- 26:01Speaker 7: the American people should make of this? How important do
- 26:04Speaker 7: you think this conviction should be in this race for president?
- 26:08Speaker 2: That's the public to decide.
- 26:10Speaker 8: But one thing for certainness, Stop undermining the rule of law.
- 26:14Speaker 8: Stop undermining institutions. That's what this whole effort is. All
- 26:18Speaker 8: the MAGA Republicans are coming out saying this is a fix,
- 26:21Speaker 8: this was a jury, that this was a good judge
- 26:25Speaker 8: that set up to get Trump.
- 26:28Speaker 2: There's no evidence of any of that. None.
- 26:30Speaker 8: He's trying to undermine it. Okay, you got a fair trial.
- 26:33Speaker 8: The jury spoke like they speak in all cases, and
- 26:36Speaker 8: this should be respected.
- 26:37Speaker 7: As we sit here in Normandy, your son Hunter is
- 26:41Speaker 7: on trial, and I know that you cannot speak about
- 26:44Speaker 7: an ongoing federal prosecution, but let me ask you, will
- 26:49Speaker 7: you accept the jury's outcome, their verdict? No matter what
- 26:52Speaker 7: it is. Yes, And have you ruled out a pardon
- 26:55Speaker 7: for your son? Yes, you have.
- 26:58Speaker 1: I love how comatose Biden's out of there. Yes, yes,
- 27:03Speaker 1: it's like they prepped him. Just say, hey, hey, this
- 27:06Speaker 1: guy is only going to ask you on World News
- 27:08Speaker 1: tonight two questions about your son. You can really go
- 27:11Speaker 1: off on on on Donald Trump, and then he's gonna
- 27:14Speaker 1: ask you a follow up about your son. You just say, yes,
- 27:17Speaker 1: you respect the jury's decision because this is not a
- 27:20Speaker 1: big deal. And you say, yes, you're not gonna You're
- 27:22Speaker 1: not gonna, you know, get rid of the you know,
- 27:25Speaker 1: the guilty verdict by pardoning him. And you're totally fine
- 27:29Speaker 1: because look, you can just lie. The Bidens lie like
- 27:34Speaker 1: that's what they do. He could just flat out be
- 27:37Speaker 1: lying and and then you know, when the election, say,
- 27:40Speaker 1: guess what, I'm not up for reelection again, so i
- 27:42Speaker 1: can do whatever the hell I want to. I'm gonna
- 27:44Speaker 1: pardon him, or you could lose and just say I'm
- 27:47Speaker 1: gonna pardon him right now because I'm gonna make sure
- 27:50Speaker 1: he's my only son.
- 27:51Speaker 2: He doesn't need to go to jail right either. Either way,
- 27:55Speaker 2: he could just do whatever he wants to do.
- 27:56Speaker 1: But but if they, if he commutes a sentence, I
- 27:59Speaker 1: don't I I believe he'll absolutely pardon him.
- 28:01Speaker 2: I really do.
- 28:03Speaker 1: I don't think he's going to just commute. I think
- 28:04Speaker 1: he's going to say no, no, no. This is my son,
- 28:06Speaker 1: last name Biden. He plays by a different set of rules.
- 28:08Speaker 1: We've been playing by a different set of rules for
- 28:10Speaker 1: the last thirty five years as we've been funneling money
- 28:13Speaker 1: into our family. And if you look at the charges, well,
- 28:17Speaker 1: let me say this first, Jean Pierre and I go
- 28:18Speaker 1: back to what she said in on that to the
- 28:21Speaker 1: press on air Force Quan. Referring to Joe Biden, she says, quote,
- 28:25Speaker 1: he was very clear, very upfront, obviously very definitive about
- 28:30Speaker 1: a potential pardon, regarding a regarding a commutation, I just
- 28:33Speaker 1: don't have anything beyond that.
- 28:35Speaker 2: She said.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Well, and then she says, like, I haven't spoken to
- 28:37Speaker 1: President about it. I believe her I would run from
- 28:40Speaker 1: that conversation so you could answer.
- 28:42Speaker 2: It the way that you just did.
- 28:44Speaker 1: And if you want to know what Hunter's facing right now,
- 28:47Speaker 1: he's facing up to twenty five years in prison and
- 28:49Speaker 1: seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars in fines. Now, he's
- 28:52Speaker 1: a guy that has no criminal prior criminal record. So
- 28:56Speaker 1: the chance of been going to jail for twenty five years,
- 28:58Speaker 1: that's a joke. The chance of him paying a seven
- 29:00Speaker 1: hundred and three thousand dollars fine, that's a joke. This
- 29:05Speaker 1: gun controlled trial was a gift to the Democratic Party.
- 29:08Speaker 1: It was the red herring of all red herrings because
- 29:10Speaker 1: it was the one crime that would absolutely protect the
- 29:13Speaker 1: President of the United States of America from any type
- 29:15Speaker 1: of discovery on any of the actual crimes the Biden
- 29:18Speaker 1: crime family has committed.
- 29:20Speaker 2: That's why they went there with this.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Now there is a bigger chance to get intel off
- 29:24Speaker 1: of the tax charges that are coming up, that is true,
- 29:28Speaker 1: and we may end up getting something there on those charges.
- 29:32Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 29:34Speaker 1: But what I can tell you when it comes to
- 29:36Speaker 1: the basics, okay, is that this guy, Joe Biden, is
- 29:43Speaker 1: going to get rid of his son's sentence at the
- 29:46Speaker 1: bare minimum. And probably just part of me is just
- 29:48Speaker 1: lying to you. And that's the reason why they can
- 29:52Speaker 1: be so defiant this way. Joe biden't care about the
- 29:55Speaker 1: guilty on all three gun charges. He doesn't care that
- 29:57Speaker 1: he's not going to be tough on gun crimes, right,
- 30:00Speaker 1: because that's also the thing here for every Democrat. I'll
- 30:02Speaker 1: say it again, never lecture me again about gun control.
- 30:05Speaker 1: If you guys aren't losing your minds over what just
- 30:08Speaker 1: happened with Hunter Biden, like never ever, ever, ever, you know,
- 30:13Speaker 1: talk to me about gun You know, gun laws again,
- 30:17Speaker 1: are tough on crime, with with with those crimes that
- 30:21Speaker 1: are committed by people when it deals with guns. Because
- 30:23Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, you guys are letting walk around and do
- 30:26Speaker 1: whatever the hell he wants and you're not willing to
- 30:28Speaker 1: call him out for it. Now, while all this is happening,
- 30:31Speaker 1: there was another big story and I gotta get to
- 30:33Speaker 1: this real quick. Lawmakers have advanced the contempt charge for
- 30:38Speaker 1: the US Attorney General Merrit Garland. As you know, Merrick
- 30:42Speaker 1: Garland has weaponized the dj after he was not given
- 30:46Speaker 1: appointed to the Supreme Court. He's been angry about that
- 30:49Speaker 1: for years when he was the nominee under Obama, and
- 30:53Speaker 1: so it's been his way once he took over as
- 30:56Speaker 1: the Attorney general to weaponize the DOJ, the FBI to
- 31:00Speaker 1: go after his political enemies.
- 31:01Speaker 2: And that's what he's done. Now.
- 31:03Speaker 1: A panel of US lawmakers advanced the resolution holding the
- 31:08Speaker 1: Attorney General Garland in contempt of Congress over the Justice
- 31:11Speaker 1: Department's refusal to turn over audio of President Joe Biden's
- 31:17Speaker 1: questioning in a criminal investigation, because apparently the President was
- 31:22Speaker 1: so far gone during that deposition that if the American
- 31:28Speaker 1: people heard it, it would just might be too damning.
- 31:30Speaker 2: From what I've been told.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Now, this move seen as symbolics since Garland's own officials
- 31:37Speaker 1: would ultimately decide whether to press charges. Is the latest
- 31:41Speaker 1: escalation in the hostilities between allies of Donald Trump and
- 31:46Speaker 1: the White House ahead of the November election. So if
- 31:49Speaker 1: you think politics in the part of this, you're an idiot.
- 31:52Speaker 1: Now let me go back to the reason why he
- 31:57Speaker 1: has now been found in contempt. Publicans in Congress have
- 32:01Speaker 1: been demanding the tapes of Joe Biden's October deposition with
- 32:06Speaker 1: the Special Counsel Robert Hurr, who said, Hey, I'm not
- 32:09Speaker 1: going to charge him because there's no jury that would
- 32:12Speaker 1: find this poor old man guilty with his cognitive decline,
- 32:15Speaker 1: like he's not competent to stand trial.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Is what the Special Council.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Wrote about a decision to not charge the president of
- 32:24Speaker 1: the United States of America with multiple felonies.
- 32:30Speaker 2: I also think it's insane that we have a.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Judge that understands the cognitive decline of Joe Biden, but
- 32:37Speaker 1: this guy's still walking around with a nuclear football in
- 32:40Speaker 1: the codes. Remember when they were saying over and over
- 32:43Speaker 1: and over and over again, Oh, you got to be
- 32:47Speaker 1: afraid of Donald Trump and what he's going to do
- 32:49Speaker 1: and get us into war three. Look at now the
- 32:51Speaker 1: State of Affairs and Republicans in Congress are not crazy
- 32:56Speaker 1: by demanding the tapes of Biden's deposition because apparently it
- 33:01Speaker 1: was so bad that that's what they're hiding from the
- 33:05Speaker 1: American people, the incompetency, the incoherentness of the president. Her
- 33:10Speaker 1: concluded back in February that charges were not warranted, but
- 33:13Speaker 1: made the politically explosive claim that Biden had limited precision
- 33:18Speaker 1: and recall and would likely be seen as to a
- 33:21Speaker 1: jury are seen by a jury as sympathetic, well meaning,
- 33:26Speaker 1: elderly man with poor memory. Members of the Republican House
- 33:32Speaker 1: Rules Committee voted along party lines to advanced to the
- 33:36Speaker 1: full Chamber of the resolution holding Garland contempt and referring
- 33:40Speaker 1: his case for prosecution, which I'm sure will not be
- 33:42Speaker 1: brought up because the people that are there right now
- 33:45Speaker 1: work for you. Guessed it, Joe Biden. I'm going to
- 33:50Speaker 1: keep following this story. Don't worry. Make sure you share
- 33:53Speaker 1: this podcast wherever you are on social media. Right us
- 33:58Speaker 1: a five star review because it helped us reach more
- 33:59Speaker 1: peace point. I'll see you back here tomorrow
