- 0:00Speaker 1: Women actually saved the Democratic Party in these mid terms.
- 0:06Speaker 1: The numbers that we're seeing now are showing that women
- 0:10Speaker 1: one percent save John Fetterman. Women are the ones that
- 0:15Speaker 1: put Georgia into a runoff. Women are the ones that
- 0:20Speaker 1: broke for many of the liberal socialist candidates. Was it
- 0:24Speaker 1: the issue of Roe v. Wade where it's too soon
- 0:26Speaker 1: to tell. We don't know if that was the main issue.
- 0:30Speaker 1: But women did save the Democratic Party. They did not
- 0:33Speaker 1: leave in as big as numbers as men did, and
- 0:35Speaker 1: also as minorities and many races. Take a listen. But
- 0:39Speaker 1: I will start with you, Jim. It's not a knock
- 0:43Speaker 1: on Obama to recall those headwinds, the Tea Party, all
- 0:47Speaker 1: of that. As we await this president's remarks, what do
- 0:50Speaker 1: you think of how this early indication stacks up against
- 0:54Speaker 1: past losses for incumbents way better than expected. I was
- 0:58Speaker 1: just on a call just now with a large just
- 1:00Speaker 1: downers in the Democratic Party and to say there was
- 1:02Speaker 1: a sense of relief and surprise. Yes we're going to
- 1:05Speaker 1: lose the House, although very very close, and a bunch
- 1:08Speaker 1: of racists are outstanding. History matters here. The President's party
- 1:11Speaker 1: in the last forty years is lost in average of
- 1:13Speaker 1: twenty eight House seats and four Senate seats. Democrats are
- 1:16Speaker 1: just overperforming, and once again it's women who saved us
- 1:20Speaker 1: the abortion issue and the democracy issue, both combined. If
- 1:25Speaker 1: you look at some of the actual polling and you
- 1:26Speaker 1: look at why we did so much better than expected.
- 1:29Speaker 1: As you and I discussed many times, the polls are
- 1:31Speaker 1: wrong again for the fourth cycle, and the reason why
- 1:34Speaker 1: they were wrong is the underestimated democratic enthusiasm. In some
- 1:38Speaker 1: of these key races, especially in the Midwest, women voted
- 1:42Speaker 1: for Democrats and much larger numbers. Now there is a
- 1:47Speaker 1: aspect of this, and I'm going to guess because we
- 1:50Speaker 1: still don't have all the data. Heck, we don't even
- 1:52Speaker 1: know who's going to win. Apparently in Arizona until Friday.
- 1:55Speaker 1: They're now saying that they did an interview earlier today
- 2:00Speaker 1: talking about all of the problems they had in Arizona,
- 2:03Speaker 1: and now the Maricopa County Supervisor is saying, we anticipate
- 2:06Speaker 1: ninety five to ninety nine percent of the votes will
- 2:09Speaker 1: be counted in Maricopa County by the end of the
- 2:12Speaker 1: day on Friday, So we're not even gonna have data
- 2:16Speaker 1: necessarily on all the women until after Friday into the weekend.
- 2:21Speaker 1: My guess is that Democrats had a silver bullet in
- 2:24Speaker 1: this election. Democrats have certain issues that really rally their base.
- 2:31Speaker 1: They are issues like abortion. Roe v Wade rallied women
- 2:36Speaker 1: to the Democratic Party. And you combine that with running
- 2:41Speaker 1: some bad candidates like doctor Oz on the Republican side,
- 2:45Speaker 1: that it was easy for them to say, I don't
- 2:47Speaker 1: like him, and they said, all right, we'll break for
- 2:51Speaker 1: a guy like Fetterman who is an incompetent individual, because
- 2:55Speaker 1: that's times they care about power right and feminists and
- 2:57Speaker 1: women's rights. I mean, that's big, big, big, big for them.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I mean, if you want to know, by the way,
- 3:03Speaker 1: how delusional the Democrats are, they were actually last night
- 3:07Speaker 1: on MSNBC on Election Night floating the idea of John
- 3:12Speaker 1: Federman is a potential nominee for the presidency. Listen. I
- 3:18Speaker 1: spent a lot of time covering this phrase and with
- 3:21Speaker 1: Pennsylvania politics going back some decades because I started my
- 3:26Speaker 1: career there. But the fact that John Fetterman did, first
- 3:30Speaker 1: of all, so much better with white, non college educated voters,
- 3:37Speaker 1: better than Biden, better than Trump, so he ran ahead
- 3:41Speaker 1: of both of them. But he also did fairly well
- 3:45Speaker 1: in the cities and in the collar counties, and I
- 3:48Speaker 1: attribute that partly to the extremism at the top of
- 3:51Speaker 1: the ticket in Pennsylvania with Mastriano doctor Oz's comments on abortion,
- 3:58Speaker 1: which was part of that abate that perhaps did not
- 4:01Speaker 1: get as much attention. It got attention from the professionals,
- 4:03Speaker 1: but not from a lot of the media, because that
- 4:07Speaker 1: really was as big a deal coming out of that
- 4:10Speaker 1: debate as Federman's performance. I also think he ran everywhere
- 4:14Speaker 1: in the state, which is a lesson for Democrats. He
- 4:17Speaker 1: left no stone unturned and he ran as exactly who
- 4:19Speaker 1: he is. I mean, I have no doubt that if
- 4:21Speaker 1: John Federman were sitting here, if he were in a bar,
- 4:23Speaker 1: if he were with his family and a restaurant, he'd
- 4:26Speaker 1: be exactly the same person. And voters completely see through that.
- 4:30Speaker 1: So that is also a lesson for Democrats too. This
- 4:33Speaker 1: is a this is a guy, you know who he is,
- 4:35Speaker 1: you know what you're getting, and that ultimately matters in politics.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Federman as a nominee at some point for president. I
- 4:43Speaker 1: know there's some variables, obviously, but he just dow But
- 4:47Speaker 1: I just you know, what he did in the super
- 4:51Speaker 1: Red deep red parts of Pennsylvania, and the way that
- 4:54Speaker 1: he ran ahead of Biden, as you were saying, ran
- 4:55Speaker 1: ahead of Trump. I mean, it just makes it makes
- 4:57Speaker 1: you wonder about his future. It's insane. They're actually sitting
- 5:04Speaker 1: there saying Fetterman is a nominee at some point could
- 5:08Speaker 1: be the president. And this just tells you how the
- 5:12Speaker 1: Democratic Party, and I gotta give him credit, has completely
- 5:16Speaker 1: solidified behind socialism. Okay, he is a hardcore socialist. He's
- 5:22Speaker 1: a guy that says he is a he's a he
- 5:24Speaker 1: is a proud man. Okay, he is a proud man.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I want to make this very very very clear. To
- 5:31Speaker 1: let murderers out of prison, he is proud to say
- 5:36Speaker 1: that he's paroled murderers. These are what socialists do. They
- 5:41Speaker 1: undermine your your country, They undermine the rule of law,
- 5:47Speaker 1: They allow for anarchy to be created. They then seize
- 5:51Speaker 1: power through that anarchy, just like we saw with COVID lockdowns.
- 5:55Speaker 1: And now they're sitting there on set at MSNBC saying, look,
- 5:59Speaker 1: you obviously have to now really talk about John Fetterman's
- 6:03Speaker 1: future as a candidate for the United States of America
- 6:06Speaker 1: for the president. And before last night, I would have
- 6:08Speaker 1: said that that will never happen. Right, of course, that
- 6:11Speaker 1: willn't happen. And this guy can't. This guy puts together
- 6:14Speaker 1: sentences that no one can understand. This is a guy
- 6:17Speaker 1: that says, I'm in favorite fracking, I'm against fracking, and
- 6:20Speaker 1: then I'm in favorite fracking, all virtually exactly how I
- 6:23Speaker 1: just said it. This is a guy that starts to
- 6:26Speaker 1: debate by saying good night, and now they're staying there. Wow,
- 6:29Speaker 1: you gotta have a legitimate conversation about the future of
- 6:34Speaker 1: the Democratic Party and John Fetterman leading it as a
- 6:37Speaker 1: presidential candidate. But before I get to that, I want
- 6:40Speaker 1: to tell you about our good friends over at Legacy
- 6:42Speaker 1: Precious Metals. If you've been looking at your financial portfolio
- 6:46Speaker 1: and what's happening on Wall Street, and you're terrified to
- 6:49Speaker 1: open that envelope that comes in the mail with your

- 7:01Speaker 1: points down, a thousand points down, eight hundred down, another
- 7:04Speaker 1: thousand down out the five hundred. It is brutal. What's
- 7:07Speaker 1: happening in our economy right now, and that is exactly
- 7:10Speaker 1: why many are investing in gold and silver. Now. I've
- 7:13Speaker 1: been doing this now for when I say, literally decades, decades.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Why because when there's a really bad day on Wall Street,
- 7:18Speaker 1: I know I'm diversified. When we see the trends that
- 7:21Speaker 1: are happening right now, I know that I am diversified,
- 7:24Speaker 1: So I don't have to worry because I have a
- 7:26Speaker 1: financial portfolio that is not all eggs in one basket
- 7:30Speaker 1: with Wall Street. If you've never looked at Precious Metals,

- 8:02Speaker 1: you take away from these midterms is that the Democrats
- 8:05Speaker 1: will overlook any corruption right any corruption hunter Biden, James Biden,
- 8:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden don't care. They will overlook and actually use
- 8:17Speaker 1: killing of children through abortion at any point in a
- 8:21Speaker 1: child's life as a rallying cry to actually get feminists
- 8:26Speaker 1: to vote for them. They will elect transgendered lawmakers into office.
- 8:34Speaker 1: That just happened. I don't know if you know this,
- 8:36Speaker 1: but Minnesota, just to break the transceiling, elected their first
- 8:42Speaker 1: transgendered state lawmaker. A dude dressed like a chick is
- 8:46Speaker 1: now the first transgendered state lawmaker to be elected in Minnesota.
- 8:51Speaker 1: And this is like their new darling man. And I'm
- 8:53Speaker 1: waiting for them to say on TV next well, you know, maybe, hey,
- 8:58Speaker 1: maybe this transgendered chick that's a dude, or dude that's
- 9:01Speaker 1: a chick, whatever the hell it is, it's got a
- 9:04Speaker 1: chance of the White House. Minnesota voters elected the first
- 9:07Speaker 1: state's transgendered state lawmaker in the office, making history. The
- 9:11Speaker 1: Democratic candidate Lee Think It's a dude with red pink
- 9:16Speaker 1: hair looking like a chick got eighty one percent of
- 9:20Speaker 1: the vote in District sixty six A in the Minnesota
- 9:24Speaker 1: House of Representatives. The district is located on the northeast
- 9:27Speaker 1: of Minneapolis. Minnesota has a population of about forty one thousand.
- 9:33Speaker 1: The dude dressed like a chicks opponent Trace Johnson only
- 9:36Speaker 1: received eighteen point five percent of the vote. Wow, so
- 9:42Speaker 1: there you go. They're just they don't care. I mean,
- 9:44Speaker 1: this is just you know, and the LGBTQI Democratic Party
- 9:50Speaker 1: and women, by the way, overwhelm. We voted for this
- 9:51Speaker 1: dude acting like a chick. So if you think the
- 9:55Speaker 1: Democratic Party is weak, they're not. They are tribal. They
- 9:58Speaker 1: are in a cult. Right, this is a cult. And
- 10:04Speaker 1: if you tell them to mask up, this cult will
- 10:06Speaker 1: do it, and they'll tell you you're trying to kill
- 10:08Speaker 1: them if you don't. If you tell this cult to
- 10:11Speaker 1: shut down their business, they will do it. And if
- 10:14Speaker 1: you fight back, they'll say you're trying to kill them.
- 10:18Speaker 1: If you look at this cult. And that's what the
- 10:20Speaker 1: Socialist Democratic Party is. It's very clear from these election
- 10:24Speaker 1: results that your kid needs to lose two years of
- 10:27Speaker 1: their education because of COVID. Right, even though the private
- 10:32Speaker 1: schools are doing the whole time and there's no problems,
- 10:34Speaker 1: they will shut down and ruin children's lives and ruined
- 10:38Speaker 1: high school. With kids' lives and their high school experience
- 10:40Speaker 1: and their senior years. They will do it. They will
- 10:42Speaker 1: ruin college. They will do it. Because they are a cult.
- 10:47Speaker 1: There is nothing I think now that from what I'm learning,
- 10:50Speaker 1: because you have to learn from elections when you lose, right,
- 10:55Speaker 1: when you lose the way that we lost, and yes
- 10:58Speaker 1: we won, Okay, we got rid of Nancy Pello, but
- 11:00Speaker 1: the Senate still up in the air. And this should
- 11:04Speaker 1: have been a much bigger red wave. This, this should
- 11:08Speaker 1: have been a much bigger red wave with all of
- 11:12Speaker 1: the issues. And you have to understand now the takeaway
- 11:16Speaker 1: is the Democratic Party will elect people that are dead.
- 11:20Speaker 1: They actually did that last night as well. They elected
- 11:22Speaker 1: a dead guy. They will elect a dude dress like
- 11:25Speaker 1: a chick. They will elect a guy that's incapacitated in fetterman,
- 11:30Speaker 1: all to get all in a cult like fashion for power. CNBC,
- 11:36Speaker 1: by the way, came out today and said one of
- 11:39Speaker 1: the big issues with younger voters was that student debt
- 11:42Speaker 1: loan forgiveness. You want to know what you're really paying
- 11:45Speaker 1: for because this will be your tax dollars. Okay, your
- 11:49Speaker 1: tax dollars are gonna go to pay off student loans
- 11:54Speaker 1: of people that should pay them themselves. You want to
- 11:57Speaker 1: know what they're gonna do with that money. They're ding
- 12:00Speaker 1: on spending it dining out and on travel. That's what
- 12:04Speaker 1: you're paying for. Let's turn out to our CNBC Money Minute.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Recipients of President Biden's student debt forgiveness plan could see
- 12:11Speaker 1: their monthly payments drop up to three hundred dollars a
- 12:13Speaker 1: month in the coming weeks. But get this, seventy three
- 12:16Speaker 1: percent say they actually plan to spend that extra cash
- 12:19Speaker 1: on travel and dining out and joining us now is
- 12:22Speaker 1: the NBC text check go anchor, Dear Drabosa, So, Dear Drew,
- 12:25Speaker 1: why are people more inclined to spend the money they're
- 12:27Speaker 1: saving on non essentials instead of paying off their bills?
- 12:30Speaker 1: I think we may know the answer. Well, that could
- 12:33Speaker 1: be according to one survey, But you know, it could
- 12:35Speaker 1: be easy as well for some people to enjoy traveling
- 12:38Speaker 1: and eating out rather than worrying about the future. One
- 12:40Speaker 1: financial coach tell CNBC dot com that you should not
- 12:44Speaker 1: use the loan forgiveness only for long term goals. Your
- 12:47Speaker 1: short term self may get frustrated and give up on
- 12:50Speaker 1: planning ahead altogether. So instead, they say, make sure your
- 12:53Speaker 1: regular bills are paid, check in on your goals, and
- 12:56Speaker 1: try to achieve a balance that also lets you invest
- 12:58Speaker 1: in your future self. I mean, that's what you just
- 13:02Speaker 1: paid off billions and billions of dollars in student loan
- 13:06Speaker 1: debts so that people can take a break from their lives,
- 13:10Speaker 1: eat out at nicer restaurants, and travel. You notice one
- 13:16Speaker 1: thing that was very, very very clearly amitted from that conversation,
- 13:21Speaker 1: people you know, doubling down on their student loan payments,
- 13:24Speaker 1: really trying to get out from under that debt. Right
- 13:27Speaker 1: with this much coming off the bottom line, you'd think
- 13:30Speaker 1: that there would be people that be responsible. No, why
- 13:32Speaker 1: the hell would we do that. We're not going to
- 13:35Speaker 1: do that. We would never waste our time doing that.
- 13:39Speaker 1: That's something that we don't do, right, we don't do that.
- 13:47Speaker 1: This is the Democratic Party. We buy votes. Check. We
- 13:51Speaker 1: vote for dead people, literally, intellect dead people. Check. We
- 13:56Speaker 1: make history by voting a dude dressed like a chick
- 13:58Speaker 1: into the into the into the representatives of Minnesota. Check.
- 14:02Speaker 1: We elect a guy that can't put coherent sentences together
- 14:05Speaker 1: to a capacitated just to keep our power. Check. They're
- 14:09Speaker 1: no longer a party, they are a cult. We will
- 14:12Speaker 1: use children and murdering those kids as a rallying cry
- 14:17Speaker 1: to get women to show up and vote. Check you
- 14:21Speaker 1: understand how this is really not different than a cult.
- 14:27Speaker 1: We're gonna mask your kids, ruin their lives. Whatever you
- 14:30Speaker 1: want to do, we're on board. That is the Democratic Party. Check,
- 14:34Speaker 1: check and check. There is nothing now that this Democratic
- 14:38Speaker 1: Party won't stand for it and won't do to gain
- 14:41Speaker 1: power to move forward with anything that they desperately want
- 14:47Speaker 1: or need. Doctor Fauci is their god, Joe Biden is
- 14:52Speaker 1: their elderly leader. AOC is the organizer. And this is
- 14:58Speaker 1: the cult of the Democratic Party where they're now actually
- 15:01Speaker 1: talking about a real bright future that you have to
- 15:05Speaker 1: talk about with John Fetterman, right, a guy that's incapacitated.
- 15:10Speaker 1: They're now saying, well, you have to talk about his future.
- 15:15Speaker 1: You have to talk about the presidency and if he runs,
- 15:19Speaker 1: because what he did was so magical. Now there's another
- 15:23Speaker 1: part about this with the Republican Party. What do we
- 15:26Speaker 1: do Now? We've got to figure out do we want
- 15:33Speaker 1: a grand debate for the presidential election? Do we wanted
- 15:36Speaker 1: to santist Trump primary? And other people will jump in
- 15:42Speaker 1: right because we made some big mistakes on election night
- 15:44Speaker 1: running people like doctor Oz. We've got this runoff between
- 15:48Speaker 1: Warnock and herschel Walker and Georgia, and that's gonna need
- 15:53Speaker 1: and that's going to be one of those issues of
- 15:54Speaker 1: control of the House, excuse me, control of the Senate.
- 15:58Speaker 1: It's going to be a very important issue there. People
- 16:01Speaker 1: are gonna have to donate, people are gonna have to
- 16:03Speaker 1: get involved. We're not gonna be able to take a
- 16:05Speaker 1: breath because that could turn that could literally turn the
- 16:08Speaker 1: country one way or the other. And it's gonna be
- 16:10Speaker 1: something that Democrats are going to go all in on.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Republicans better get ready to give because if you don't,
- 16:17Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, we are screwed. We have
- 16:21Speaker 1: to get involved in that one, and we've got to
- 16:24Speaker 1: do it right now. I know there's a lot of
- 16:28Speaker 1: people that get fatigued after elections. No Democrats will show up, Okay,
- 16:35Speaker 1: know that. Understand that Democrats are not going to go away.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Know that, and understand that Democrats are gonna show up
- 16:42Speaker 1: in massive numbers and they are going to campaign for
- 16:45Speaker 1: Warnock and they're gonna fundraise for Warnock and they are
- 16:48Speaker 1: going to try to make sure that he gets elected.
- 16:51Speaker 1: And we're gonna have to get on the other side,
- 16:53Speaker 1: and we're gonna have to give money, and we're gonna
- 16:55Speaker 1: have to organize, and we're gonna have to try to
- 16:57Speaker 1: get herschel Walker across that finish line, because that runoff
- 17:00Speaker 1: is a reality. It should have never happened. But that's
- 17:03Speaker 1: where we are. We're gonna have to wait and see
- 17:06Speaker 1: what happens in Arizona. They are now saying, as I
- 17:10Speaker 1: mentioned earlier, that it's Friday, for goodness sakes, where we
- 17:14Speaker 1: may get some numbers, may get some numbers. I think
- 17:18Speaker 1: that is a total insanity of what happened out there
- 17:21Speaker 1: where their machines not working. I believe that there's no
- 17:24Speaker 1: way that was just totally completely accidental. That's my opinion.
- 17:30Speaker 1: But we're going to have to really hunker down there
- 17:32Speaker 1: as well. And if there's anything to hang your hat on, yes,
- 17:35Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi is gone. She is no longer going to
- 17:37Speaker 1: be the Speaker of the House. And Florida we can
- 17:40Speaker 1: learn from Florida. Florida got it right. They went all
- 17:43Speaker 1: in the way you're supposed to in an election, and
- 17:45Speaker 1: Florida is a model that every station should look at
- 17:48Speaker 1: for voter integrity laws and for how to govern and
- 17:51Speaker 1: how to stand up to this cult which is now
- 17:54Speaker 1: the Democratic Party. So There's a couple of ways to
- 17:57Speaker 1: look at where we are right now. Number One, you
- 18:00Speaker 1: can look at it as let's get ready to rumble,
- 18:02Speaker 1: right because there clearly seems to be a divide in
- 18:05Speaker 1: the Republican Party about the pathway forward. Is the pathway
- 18:09Speaker 1: involved rounda Santis or does it involve Donald Trump. There's
- 18:14Speaker 1: also a let's get ready to rumble. Internally, many are
- 18:17Speaker 1: now calling for the head of the RNC, Ronna mcdowald,
- 18:19Speaker 1: who stepped down and resign, also Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell,
- 18:24Speaker 1: saying it is their fault that they didn't put real
- 18:26Speaker 1: money behind certain candidates, that maybe they wanted to lose
- 18:29Speaker 1: on purpose because they were too close to Donald Trump.
- 18:34Speaker 1: That is part number two on this one. Now, then
- 18:39Speaker 1: there's another part. Joe Biden may be here to stay
- 18:42Speaker 1: because of the election results that happen. Joe Biden sang
- 18:46Speaker 1: in his press conference, which sounded more like a victory
- 18:49Speaker 1: speech than a disappointment. Even though it looks like Republicans
- 18:52Speaker 1: will have control of the House and the Senate is
- 18:56Speaker 1: going to be extremely tight, we're headed for a runoff
- 18:59Speaker 1: in Georgia. The President now making it clear I'm not
- 19:03Speaker 1: going anywhere. It'll be a family decision, but my intention
- 19:06Speaker 1: is to run again. Take a listen, Thank you, sir.
- 19:10Speaker 1: How do you interpret last night's results in terms of
- 19:12Speaker 1: deciding whether you want to seek another term? Is it
- 19:16Speaker 1: now more likely that you will run? And what's going
- 19:18Speaker 1: to be your timeline for consideration? Well, first of all,
- 19:22Speaker 1: Jill and I have and by the way, it's my
- 19:24Speaker 1: wife kill Um who's held a lot more popular than
- 19:29Speaker 1: I'm in Democratic Party too, but any rate all couldn't
- 19:33Speaker 1: decide our Our intention is to run again. That's been
- 19:38Speaker 1: our intention, regardless of what the outcome of this election
- 19:41Speaker 1: was and the fact that we won, we I didn't run,
- 19:52Speaker 1: the fact that the Democratic Party outperform anything anyone expected
- 19:57Speaker 1: and did better than any off Your presidency, says John Kennedy,
- 20:02Speaker 1: is one that gives everybody like who sigh, relief that
- 20:08Speaker 1: the mega Republicans are not taking over the government again, etc.
- 20:14Speaker 1: And uh so, uh, my judgment of running when I announce,
- 20:21Speaker 1: if I know, my intention is that I run run again.
- 20:24Speaker 1: But I'm a great respecter of fate and this is
- 20:28Speaker 1: ultimately a family decision. I think everybody wants me to run,
- 20:31Speaker 1: but they're gonna we're gonna have discussions about it. And
- 20:34Speaker 1: I don't feel any any hurry one way or another
- 20:37Speaker 1: to make that judgment today, tomorrow, or whenever, no matter
- 20:42Speaker 1: what my predecessor does, ye early next year or well.
- 20:47Speaker 1: I think my guess is I hope Jill and I
- 20:50Speaker 1: get a little time to actually sneak away for a
- 20:55Speaker 1: week around between Christmas and Thanksgiving, and my guess is
- 20:59Speaker 1: to be early next year we make that judgment. But
- 21:03Speaker 1: it might plan to do it now. I mean, but
- 21:05Speaker 1: you know, Okay, so there is Joe Biden, my intentions
- 21:10Speaker 1: that are run. Again, this is ultimately a family decision.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I think everybody quote wants me to run. Now. Is
- 21:16Speaker 1: that a blessing or a curse? Let's dive into that
- 21:18Speaker 1: for a moment. I personally think it's a huge gift
- 21:21Speaker 1: if Joe Biden runs for president. In a normal world,
- 21:24Speaker 1: I would say it's a huge gift. I'll be honest
- 21:27Speaker 1: with you right now. I have no idea in hell
- 21:31Speaker 1: if this is a good thing or a bad thing.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Now why say that? Because we're clearly not living in
- 21:36Speaker 1: normal times. If you don't believe me, look at Fetterman.
- 21:40Speaker 1: People in the Democratic Party are so dug in that
- 21:44Speaker 1: they are willing to vote for someone that's clearly incapacitated
- 21:47Speaker 1: more than Joe Biden is and actually given insane amount
- 21:51Speaker 1: of money to him and get him elected in Pennsylvania.
- 21:54Speaker 1: That's why I say, in normal times, I would think
- 21:58Speaker 1: that Joe Biden would be an easy guy to beat.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Now I have no idea, because the Democratic Party just
- 22:05Speaker 1: wants to get someone elected regardless of what they do
- 22:08Speaker 1: to the country, as long as that means that they
- 22:13Speaker 1: regain power, that they keep their power. Joe Biden is
- 22:17Speaker 1: also lying in his press conference about where we are
- 22:21Speaker 1: as a country in our economy, and the Democratic Party,
- 22:24Speaker 1: I'm sure it is thrilled to hear him say this,
- 22:26Speaker 1: and the media is going to protect him. This also
- 22:28Speaker 1: sounds like a campaign for twenty twenty fourth setup when
- 22:32Speaker 1: he was talking about a recession. Please, there's a recession.
- 22:35Speaker 1: So there's a lot of things we can do to
- 22:37Speaker 1: affect the things that people need on a monthly basis,
- 22:41Speaker 1: to reduce their inflation, their cost of living, and so.
- 22:46Speaker 1: But I am optimistic because we continue to grow and
- 22:50Speaker 1: at a rational pace. We are not anywhere near a
- 22:54Speaker 1: recession right now in terms of the growth, but I
- 22:57Speaker 1: think we can have what the most economists call the
- 23:00Speaker 1: soft landing. I'm convinced that we're going to be able
- 23:03Speaker 1: to gradually bring down prices so that they in fact
- 23:06Speaker 1: end up with us not having to move into recession
- 23:09Speaker 1: to be able to get control of inflation. Yeah, so
- 23:13Speaker 1: there you go, no problem there, Right, We'll just lie
- 23:16Speaker 1: and say we're nowhere near a recession. That's how he
- 23:20Speaker 1: said it. He also said, we're going to quote restore
- 23:22Speaker 1: the soul of the country, and it's starting to happen.
- 23:24Speaker 1: So that's the opening line for vote for me. I'll
- 23:27Speaker 1: restore the soul of the country. So I'm not going
- 23:30Speaker 1: to change the direction I said. I ran for three reasons.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I'm going to continue to stay. Were aiming to know,
- 23:35Speaker 1: I fully understand the legitimate concerned that what I'm saying
- 23:40Speaker 1: is wrong. Okay. One is that I said, we're going
- 23:44Speaker 1: to restore the soul of the country, begin to treat
- 23:46Speaker 1: each other with decency, honor, and integrity. And it's starting
- 23:50Speaker 1: to happen. People. The conversations are becoming more normal, becoming
- 23:55Speaker 1: more more how can I say it, decent? Second year.
- 24:02Speaker 1: I love how he says we're going to make things decent.
- 24:05Speaker 1: This is the same guy that said that the Republican
- 24:08Speaker 1: Party was filled with domestic terrorists. Right. This is the
- 24:12Speaker 1: guy that has been lying to you since day one.
- 24:15Speaker 1: This is a guy telling you the economy's fine since
- 24:18Speaker 1: day one. It's the guy that's been telling you that
- 24:21Speaker 1: oil and gas prices were actually higher at five hours
- 24:25Speaker 1: gown when he became president than what they are today,
- 24:28Speaker 1: which is also a lie. And then he says, we're
- 24:30Speaker 1: going to restore the soul of the country and it's
- 24:32Speaker 1: starting to happen. What have you been doing the last
- 24:33Speaker 1: two years? Then is my question? Now? Biden to reporters,
- 24:38Speaker 1: he said, I've been given a list of ten people
- 24:40Speaker 1: that I'm supposed to call on, and you're all supposed
- 24:42Speaker 1: to ask me one question. So clearly, if you think
- 24:46Speaker 1: he's you know, got you know, some sort of lifeline
- 24:48Speaker 1: to you know, going back, turning back the clock to
- 24:51Speaker 1: his youth, you'd be wrong. He's still clearly being controlled
- 24:54Speaker 1: by those in the White House, who I guess are
- 24:57Speaker 1: running this country that have been elected by no one.
- 25:00Speaker 1: We just need to remember who the hell we are.
- 25:02Speaker 1: We're the United States of America. The United States America
- 25:06Speaker 1: is nothing beyond our capacity, and I'm pretty well convinced
- 25:10Speaker 1: that we're going to be able to get a lot done. Now,
- 25:12Speaker 1: I've been given a list of ten people that I'm
- 25:15Speaker 1: supposed to call on, and you're all supposed to ask
- 25:18Speaker 1: me one question. But I'm sure you'll ask me more,
- 25:20Speaker 1: and so let me start off with a list I've
- 25:23Speaker 1: been given. Zeke Miller, Associated Press. I mean, it's amazing.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I got a list of people I'm supposed to call on.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Here's my list of ten hand picked people. You got
- 25:33Speaker 1: one question each. Now, there is a civil war that
- 25:37Speaker 1: has taken place within the Republican Party right now. Okay,
- 25:42Speaker 1: there's no doubt that this is happening. You need to
- 25:44Speaker 1: understand what that means. The RNC chairwoman Rona McDaniel I
- 25:50Speaker 1: said the wave, the wave did happen because we are
- 25:53Speaker 1: waving goodbye to Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Now this is a
- 25:56Speaker 1: legitimate line, But I think we can all agree that
- 25:59Speaker 1: the Publicans did not have anywhere close to night that
- 26:02Speaker 1: we should have had. With an incompetent president, a horrific economy,
- 26:07Speaker 1: and gas prices through the room and crime through the roof,
- 26:10Speaker 1: we should have had much bigger gains. The RNC defending
- 26:14Speaker 1: their actions and their campaign strategy, and the chairman saying
- 26:18Speaker 1: this last night, let's take a look at the right direction,
- 26:21Speaker 1: wrong direction. Fox News voter analysis, seventy five percent said
- 26:25Speaker 1: that the country was headed in the wrong in the
- 26:28Speaker 1: wrong direction. So you might have seen Martis and last
- 26:31Speaker 1: night talking about that, and he essentially was saying that,
- 26:34Speaker 1: you know, when you have a number like this, the
- 26:37Speaker 1: GOP needed to offer a more viable alternative and candidates
- 26:42Speaker 1: that could back that up in bigger numbers, you know,
- 26:44Speaker 1: I mean there was discussion that this was going to
- 26:47Speaker 1: be a red wave, you know, for every text that
- 26:49Speaker 1: I got today and I said, you know, I thought
- 26:50Speaker 1: there was a red wave coming. And you're telling them
- 26:53Speaker 1: that they won the Super Bowl. They might want to know,
- 26:56Speaker 1: They might want to hear more than that. Rana, Listen,
- 26:59Speaker 1: we never used the word red wave at the RNC
- 27:01Speaker 1: because we knew the map at Trunk there were less
- 27:03Speaker 1: competitive seats because of redistriarching, and we picked up fourteen
- 27:06Speaker 1: in twenty twenty. And everybody forgets that. But Republican governors
- 27:10Speaker 1: were overwhelmingly re elected last night because of what they
- 27:13Speaker 1: did in the pandemic, because we did have a message.
- 27:16Speaker 1: We kept our schools open, we kept our economies humming,
- 27:19Speaker 1: and from Florida to Ohio to Iowa across the board,
- 27:23Speaker 1: we didn't lose a single Republican governorship. And the wave
- 27:26Speaker 1: did happen because we are waving goodbye to Speaker Nancy Pelosi,
- 27:32Speaker 1: getting rid of Nancy Pelosi. That is a success. But
- 27:36Speaker 1: when you go back to the sentiment of voters and
- 27:39Speaker 1: how frustrate they were with the direction of the country,
- 27:42Speaker 1: and you don't do more than what just happened, and
- 27:47Speaker 1: you don't pick up more seats than what we just said.
- 27:49Speaker 1: In the fact that we're having a conversation right now
- 27:51Speaker 1: about who controls the Senate and we still haven't quote
- 27:54Speaker 1: officially called the House yet, that is shocking. Even Joe
- 27:59Speaker 1: Biden on the mid term said, it was a good
- 28:00Speaker 1: day I think for democracy. Translationship was a really good
- 28:03Speaker 1: day for the Socialist and the Democratic Party. We didn't
- 28:06Speaker 1: give up near what we thought we were good afternoon. Well,
- 28:14Speaker 1: we had an election yesterday and it was a good
- 28:19Speaker 1: day I think for democracy, and I think it was
- 28:22Speaker 1: a good day for America. You didn't have a little horse.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Our democracy has been tested in recent years. But with
- 28:29Speaker 1: their votes, the American people have spoken improven once again
- 28:34Speaker 1: that democracy is who we are. The states across the
- 28:38Speaker 1: country saw a record voter turnout, and the heart and
- 28:41Speaker 1: soul of our democracy the voters, the poll workers, the
- 28:44Speaker 1: election officials, they did their job and they fulfilled their
- 28:49Speaker 1: duty and apparently without much interference at all, without any inference,
- 28:54Speaker 1: it looks like. And that's a testament, I think to
- 28:56Speaker 1: the American people. While we don't know all the results yet,
- 29:00Speaker 1: at least I don't know them all yet, here's what
- 29:03Speaker 1: we do know. While the press and the pundits are
- 29:06Speaker 1: predicting a giant red wave, it didn't happen. And I
- 29:11Speaker 1: know you were somewhat missed by my obsessing optimism. But
- 29:19Speaker 1: I felt good through the whole process. I thought we
- 29:22Speaker 1: were going to do fine. While any seat lost is painful,
- 29:25Speaker 1: some good Democrats didn't win. The last night, Democrats had
- 29:28Speaker 1: a strong night. Democrats had a strong night. When the
- 29:33Speaker 1: President nightsit to America, comes out there and puts it
- 29:35Speaker 1: that way, that tells you how much we bungle these
- 29:38Speaker 1: mid terms. I'm honest. I'm not a cheerleader. I will
