Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / NASHVILLE SCHOOL SHOOTER skips original target due to TOO MUCH SECURITY!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: The big breaking news about the Nashville school shooter is
- 0:04Speaker 1: the fact that the Nashville school shooter skipped the original
- 0:11Speaker 1: target due to too much security. The Nashville Police Department
- 0:17Speaker 1: has announced. I want you to understand this school security
- 0:20Speaker 1: is a deterrent. I am calling for school security. I
- 0:23Speaker 1: want to remind you center Ted Cruz put a bill
- 0:27Speaker 1: in after the U Valley shooting to double the amount
- 0:30Speaker 1: of school resource officers put at schools. Every single Democrat
- 0:34Speaker 1: vote against it. Why are we not prioritizing school security
- 0:38Speaker 1: and safeguarding our children. We protect our children with less
- 0:44Speaker 1: urgency than we protect our money in our banks. I
- 0:47Speaker 1: don't see a bunch of liberals out there going I
- 0:49Speaker 1: want a gun free bank, right, I want a gun
- 0:53Speaker 1: free bank because we have gun free schools. We have
- 0:56Speaker 1: no one there to protect our kids. We have people
- 0:58Speaker 1: at every bank that I've ever been to that have
- 1:00Speaker 1: a gun inside to protect your money. And we have
- 1:03Speaker 1: really good locks and doors are called safe to protect
- 1:06Speaker 1: our money. Why is it that we prioritize our money
- 1:11Speaker 1: and do more to protect our money than we protect
- 1:13Speaker 1: our actual children. And don't tell me we can't afford
- 1:15Speaker 1: this because we just send a hell of a lot
- 1:17Speaker 1: of money, billions of dollars. It could have been used
- 1:19Speaker 1: to protect our kids in our schools with resource officers.
- 1:23Speaker 1: We could have protected our kids. We have the money
- 1:25Speaker 1: because we just sent a bunch of to Ukraine and
- 1:27Speaker 1: we're gonna send more. We've spent more money on wars
- 1:31Speaker 1: and other country protecting other people than we ever would
- 1:33Speaker 1: have spent on school security in this country by putting
- 1:37Speaker 1: school resource officers at every school, because we should be
- 1:40Speaker 1: protecting our children with more urgency than we're protecting Ukraine.
- 1:49Speaker 1: But this that I'm about to play for you is
- 1:53Speaker 1: what the media is not talking about. The Nashville Police
- 1:57Speaker 1: Department and Listen carefully said this about the shooter and
- 2:01Speaker 1: the manifesto. It was the only school that was targeted.
- 2:06Speaker 1: There was another location that was mentioned, but because of
- 2:09Speaker 1: a threat assessment by the suspect, too much security, they
- 2:13Speaker 1: decided not to in that area was here in Nashville,
- 2:16Speaker 1: So we'll continue in with that investigation as well. So
- 2:19Speaker 1: the Nashville shooters skipped the original target due to too
- 2:24Speaker 1: much security. So the gun free zones work for the criminal.
- 2:31Speaker 1: The video that's been released shows you just how much
- 2:35Speaker 1: we need real security at our schools, Real security at
- 2:41Speaker 1: our schools. We desperately need real security at our schools.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Our schools should be covered up with men and women
- 2:55Speaker 1: who are willing to protect those kids. Why would we not.
- 3:00Speaker 1: There's anything we know about these school shootings is every
- 3:02Speaker 1: single time there are school shooting, we find what dead teachers, dead, administrators,
- 3:08Speaker 1: because they are willing to sacrifice themselves. They're willing to
- 3:11Speaker 1: sacrifice their own lives to protect and to defend the
- 3:15Speaker 1: innocent children in their classrooms. Yet we don't trust them
- 3:19Speaker 1: to carry a firearm. It makes no sense. Why would
- 3:24Speaker 1: we not trust them to carry a firearm. Why would
- 3:27Speaker 1: we not trust them to protect children? Oh? Well, because
- 3:31Speaker 1: the narrative is, well, you know, more guns is not
- 3:34Speaker 1: the answer. Yesterday, the answer absolutely was more guns. Yesterday,
- 3:38Speaker 1: it was very clear that the only answer to this
- 3:42Speaker 1: woman who believes she was a man was more guns.
- 3:48Speaker 1: More guns is what saved people's lives yesterday. The Nashville
- 3:55Speaker 1: Police Department got there as fast as they could. It
- 3:58Speaker 1: was fourteen minutes from beginning to end, far too long.
- 4:03Speaker 1: They did the lockdowns perfectly, just so you know, perfectly
- 4:07Speaker 1: they did the lockdowns. The lockdowns were perfect. The teachers
- 4:13Speaker 1: did everything they could and protect those children from what
- 4:15Speaker 1: we understand, and thank goodness, thank goodness that the police
- 4:21Speaker 1: got there. Good guys with guns got there. But what
- 4:24Speaker 1: is the left do? They come out and they're like,
- 4:26Speaker 1: gun control, gun control, here's our opportunity. Never let that
- 4:29Speaker 1: crisis right go away. So we gotta get that gun.
- 4:31Speaker 1: We gotta get those guns. We'll come out, we'll do
- 4:33Speaker 1: a full court press all the media today. We gotta
- 4:35Speaker 1: get rid of the guns, right, MSNBC, gotta get rid
- 4:38Speaker 1: of the guns. CNN, we gotta get rid of the guns. Oh,
- 4:40Speaker 1: and don't worry, we're not going to talk about the
- 4:42Speaker 1: mental health issue, right, That's something we're not gonna do.
- 4:46Speaker 1: CNN had a conversation this morning and they were defending
- 4:50Speaker 1: the promounds of this chick who thought she was a
- 4:52Speaker 1: dude and refusing to talk about the mental health issues.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Would trying to normalize the mental health condition, which is transgenderism?
- 4:58Speaker 1: And what do they say at SN Here's what they said, Juliet,
- 5:02Speaker 1: let's talk about the thing that everyone is talking about,
- 5:06Speaker 1: everyone is thinking, but they don't want to talk about it,
- 5:08Speaker 1: and that is the identity of the shooter. Okay, and
- 5:11Speaker 1: it's a member of the LGBTQ community. I think this
- 5:13Speaker 1: is important to bring up and you, as a parent
- 5:15Speaker 1: can talk about these issues. So the police are identifying
- 5:18Speaker 1: the shooter as a trans woman, would actually be a
- 5:21Speaker 1: trans man. So there's sort of a misidentification now, But
- 5:23Speaker 1: this is all new. I'm just wondering the identity of
- 5:26Speaker 1: being a transgender person and all that. By the way,
- 5:28Speaker 1: I love how they're now lecturing us, right, Don Lemon,
- 5:31Speaker 1: who's an openly gay man, is now lecturing us, well,
- 5:36Speaker 1: it's not actually a trans woman if you want to
- 5:38Speaker 1: identify her correctly to transman, No, it's a chick. I
- 5:42Speaker 1: refuse to play in this space anymore. I'm not being mean, right,
- 5:48Speaker 1: I'm not being hateful. I'm refusing to accept a mental
- 5:51Speaker 1: health condition and normalizing it because that does not help
- 5:55Speaker 1: any of the people dealing with the condition. I refuse
- 5:58Speaker 1: to sit here and act like a woman is a man.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And I'm never going to budge on this. I will
- 6:05Speaker 1: not be bullied on this. And you can come out
- 6:09Speaker 1: as he just didn't say, well, you know, we're trying
- 6:10Speaker 1: to explain this to you and this is how it works,
- 6:12Speaker 1: and you know, well, you're actually misidentifying this. I mean,
- 6:15Speaker 1: he's defending the the the transgenderism of the dead shooter
- 6:20Speaker 1: that just took the lives of three children. And he's like, well,
- 6:22Speaker 1: you're actually you're actually not you know, listen, this is
- 6:26Speaker 1: I'll go back to his words, you're actually misidentifying. He's
- 6:29Speaker 1: angry that how dare you in her legacy, this dead
- 6:32Speaker 1: woman who was killed by cops, who was killing children
- 6:36Speaker 1: in a school, how dare you get it wrong? These issues?
- 6:39Speaker 1: So the police are identifying the shooter as a trans
- 6:42Speaker 1: woman would actually be a trans man. So there's sort
- 6:44Speaker 1: of a misidentification now, but this is all new. I'm
- 6:47Speaker 1: just wondering the identity of being a transgender person and
- 6:50Speaker 1: also being identified as a woman. Does this pose any
- 6:54Speaker 1: sort of difference or difficulty for police because it's not
- 6:57Speaker 1: typically a woman, regardless of how they are identifying. So
- 7:01Speaker 1: there are a couple of things here that so just
- 7:03Speaker 1: let's just go through this. Is this making it more
- 7:06Speaker 1: difficult for police because the majority of the time people
- 7:09Speaker 1: that kill people in school shootings are dudes? And does
- 7:12Speaker 1: this make it more difficult because all of a sudden,
- 7:14Speaker 1: now it's a chick. So he's admitting don Lemon is
- 7:18Speaker 1: admitting that this is a woman, but he wants you
- 7:21Speaker 1: to bow down to the psychotic nature of the left
- 7:24Speaker 1: and admit that you're getting it wrong, that this is
- 7:27Speaker 1: actually a trans man. And then he immediately contradicts that, saying, well,
- 7:31Speaker 1: it's harder for them because she's a woman. Are different
- 7:34Speaker 1: and that we are going to have to talk about
- 7:35Speaker 1: and delve into. Right, So each of these cases is
- 7:39Speaker 1: always going to have a particular difference, right, whether it's
- 7:45Speaker 1: someone is angry at their father, or someone had something
- 7:48Speaker 1: happen at this school, and this is a unique case,
- 7:50Speaker 1: and we have to be sensitive about it. To the
- 7:52Speaker 1: extent that Audrey Hall identifies as a woman. Who do
- 7:56Speaker 1: not see mass shooters who are female, especially in particular
- 8:01Speaker 1: school shooting murderers. Is this is actually, I think the
- 8:06Speaker 1: first time that I can remember. I know, I was
- 8:09Speaker 1: on air yesterday stating the same. And so that uniqueness
- 8:13Speaker 1: is obviously going to go to only one part of this, Right,
- 8:15Speaker 1: Each of these school shootings has motive, and means motive
- 8:20Speaker 1: goes to the particular person, what's their mental health situation,
- 8:23Speaker 1: what happened at the school, why did they choose that target,
- 8:27Speaker 1: what happened at that school. So now she's implying that
- 8:30Speaker 1: maybe the school is responsible for the suffering of said shooter.
- 8:38Speaker 1: What we know by the school is is a Christian school.
- 8:41Speaker 1: It's a Christian school. I'm sure this check that is
- 8:46Speaker 1: wanting to be a dude and wants you to be
- 8:49Speaker 1: forced to say she's a dude probably didn't like that
- 8:52Speaker 1: there was traditional values being taught at this school. I would.
- 8:56Speaker 1: I would guess that's probably what the motive was. We'll
- 9:00Speaker 1: find out more when they release more from the manifesto,
- 9:04Speaker 1: but what we know about this shooter now is clear
- 9:07Speaker 1: she dealt with mental health issues. If there's any one
- 9:10Speaker 1: common theme of these shooters is that they deal with
- 9:13Speaker 1: mental health issues. That's the part we need to all
- 9:16Speaker 1: be talking about it is that, Okay, they're dealing with
- 9:19Speaker 1: mental health issues almost every single time something significant. But
- 9:26Speaker 1: this mental health issue, they want you to celebrate it
- 9:28Speaker 1: and embrace it because it's part of the LGBTQIA community.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I will go back to the original thing that I
- 9:39Speaker 1: played for you. If you want to protect these kids,
- 9:43Speaker 1: you have to give them the security that they deserve,
- 9:46Speaker 1: and that is armed resource officers. The Nashville shooters skipped
- 9:51Speaker 1: the original target due to quote too much security. She
- 9:55Speaker 1: looked at this school and said, there is no security.
- 9:58Speaker 1: I know there's no security. I've my surveillance on this school.
- 10:01Speaker 1: There's no security. There's no security, there's no research officer,
- 10:04Speaker 1: no one has a gun. I can literally shoot through
- 10:06Speaker 1: the doors and climb through. It was the only school
- 10:10Speaker 1: that was targeted. There was another location that was mentioned,
- 10:14Speaker 1: but because of a threat assessment by the suspect too
- 10:18Speaker 1: much security, they decided not to in that area was
- 10:21Speaker 1: here in Nashville. So we'll continue in what that investigation
- 10:24Speaker 1: as well. Let's also be clear about one other thing.
- 10:26Speaker 1: The only thing the White House cares about is not this.
- 10:30Speaker 1: The only thing. The only thing that this White House
- 10:34Speaker 1: cares about is now coming after guns. The other part
- 10:38Speaker 1: of this story is just how sick the White House
- 10:40Speaker 1: has become. They have clearly decided, and they decide the moment.
- 10:45Speaker 1: They were ready, like premeditated, whenever there's a school shooting.
- 10:49Speaker 1: We never let a crisis go to waste. We're gonna
- 10:51Speaker 1: call for massive gun control. And that's exactly what the
- 10:54Speaker 1: White House has done. They went into a full court
- 10:56Speaker 1: press immediately before we even knew what guns were used.
- 10:59Speaker 1: It didn't at it right. We got to ban them.
- 11:02Speaker 1: And that's the narrative coming from this White House. And
- 11:04Speaker 1: they're not stopping on this because they don't care about
- 11:07Speaker 1: protecting your kids. They care about taking away guns and
- 11:10Speaker 1: putting a political ideology out there. Joe Biden also opened
- 11:15Speaker 1: his comments on the Nashville Christian School shooting with jokes
- 11:18Speaker 1: about ice cream. President Joe Biden ascended the podium Monday
- 11:23Speaker 1: and joked about chocolate chip ice cream before calling for
- 11:26Speaker 1: more gun control in the wake of that Nashville Christian
- 11:30Speaker 1: School shooting. He joked about ice cream of the audience
- 11:33Speaker 1: and the inst room. Prior to shifting to talk about
- 11:36Speaker 1: the Nashville school attack, Biden said, quote, we know there
- 11:40Speaker 1: are a number of people who did not make it,
- 11:42Speaker 1: including children. He said, we have to do more to
- 11:46Speaker 1: stop gun violence, ripping our communities apart, ripping at the
- 11:49Speaker 1: very soul of the nation. We have to do more
- 11:51Speaker 1: to protect our schools so they aren't turned into prisons.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Biden added the shooter in this situation reportedly had two
- 12:00Speaker 1: assault weapons and a pistol, two AK forty seven's. He
- 12:05Speaker 1: went on to set he said, I can tell I
- 12:08Speaker 1: call on Congress again to pass my assault weapons ban.
- 12:12Speaker 1: It's about time that we began to make more progress. Now.
- 12:16Speaker 1: This morning full court press from the White House to
- 12:20Speaker 1: never let a crisis go to waste. And as I
- 12:23Speaker 1: let you hear what the White House had to say
- 12:24Speaker 1: on MSNBC, I want to remind you of one fact.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Every single Democrat voted against a bill, a bill in
- 12:38Speaker 1: the Senate doubling police officers in schools. One armed officer
- 12:46Speaker 1: could have stopped this lunatic before a child was killed.
- 12:48Speaker 1: There's a very good chance to absolutely. The Covenant School
- 12:53Speaker 1: shooting was horrific. People lost their lives. There was no
- 12:57Speaker 1: one there, not a single good guy with a gun
- 12:59Speaker 1: to stop a guy with a gun. A gun free
- 13:02Speaker 1: zone didn't work. The video has been put out of
- 13:04Speaker 1: her shooting, this transgendered woman who said she was a man,
- 13:11Speaker 1: shooting through the locked door to gain access. So the
- 13:13Speaker 1: locked door didn't work. This is why every time there's
- 13:17Speaker 1: a horrific event that happens, politics disappears. For the people
- 13:21Speaker 1: that are at that event, they just want somebody to
- 13:25Speaker 1: come and stop the bad guy with a gun. And
- 13:27Speaker 1: what does that take. It takes a good guy with
- 13:29Speaker 1: a gun and there have been bills that have been
- 13:32Speaker 1: put out there. Senator Ted Cruz was the one after
- 13:36Speaker 1: the shooting, a new Valdi who said that he wanted
- 13:39Speaker 1: to double police officers in schools. Every single Senate Democrat
- 13:46Speaker 1: voted against that bill because they don't care about protecting lives.
- 13:50Speaker 1: What they do care about is pushing political agendas and
- 13:53Speaker 1: political ideology. The guns are bad, so they can have
- 13:57Speaker 1: more control over our lives. Press secretary pushing this morning
- 14:02Speaker 1: for a sault weapons band, had this to say, joining
- 14:06Speaker 1: us now White House Press Secretary Karine John Pierre and
- 14:10Speaker 1: on the hills of hearing from President Biden, Karen, I'm
- 14:13Speaker 1: just wondering, is there is there any renewed support for
- 14:18Speaker 1: an assault weapons ban? Is there anything the White House
- 14:20Speaker 1: can do through executive order to try and stem the
- 14:25Speaker 1: tide of what is an epidemic of gun violence across
- 14:30Speaker 1: the country. Well, Mika, thank you so much for having
- 14:33Speaker 1: me on another sad and devastating day after what we
- 14:37Speaker 1: saw in Nashville, Tennessee yesterday. Look, our hearts go out
- 14:41Speaker 1: to the families who lost loved ones again a family's
- 14:45Speaker 1: worst nightmare, which is what we heard from the President.
- 14:48Speaker 1: You know, Mika, last night. This is personal for so
- 14:50Speaker 1: many of us. Last night, when I got home, I
- 14:53Speaker 1: hugged my eight year old just a little bit tighter.
- 14:56Speaker 1: And the sad thing about that, Mika, I was one
- 14:59Speaker 1: of the lucky ones. Like many Americans, I was one
- 15:02Speaker 1: of the lucky ones last night, because you know why
- 15:05Speaker 1: my daughter came home from school. And so this is
- 15:09Speaker 1: what we're living with as a country. And I heard
- 15:12Speaker 1: someone else say this, many of your guests say this today.
- 15:15Speaker 1: No other country is dealing with us. No other country
- 15:19Speaker 1: is dealing with our kids going to school and being slaughtered,
- 15:23Speaker 1: being murdered, teachers being slaughtered, being murdered. And we're seeing
- 15:27Speaker 1: this in grocery stores, We're seeing this in churches, a
- 15:30Speaker 1: place of worships, and it is unbelievable that this is
- 15:35Speaker 1: still occurring. And our message here, Mika, is very clear,
- 15:39Speaker 1: it's enough enough enough. We have had a president who
- 15:43Speaker 1: has acted on this. I know you are asking me
- 15:45Speaker 1: about executive actions. What else can we do? This president
- 15:49Speaker 1: has taken more executive actions on gun violence safety than
- 15:54Speaker 1: any president before him, and he has done that in
- 15:57Speaker 1: two years. Just earlier this month, we took another executive action.
- 16:01Speaker 1: We signed the saferst Community. He signed the Safer Community Act,
- 16:04Speaker 1: which was by Parson, something that he pushed for, which
- 16:07Speaker 1: we hadn't seen in thirty years. But guess what, as
- 16:09Speaker 1: we're seeing, we need to do more. And I've heard
- 16:13Speaker 1: this theme throughout the show this morning, which is courage.
- 16:16Speaker 1: We need Republicans in Congress to show some courage. This
- 16:21Speaker 1: is what they owe these parents, This is what they
- 16:24Speaker 1: owe these family members who are losing their loved ones.
- 16:28Speaker 1: They need to show courage. We need guns safety laws,
- 16:33Speaker 1: comprehensive gun safety laws. We need to ban assault rifles.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Those weapons of war do not belong in our streets.
- 16:40Speaker 1: They do not belong in schools. And again, this is unacceptable,
- 16:45Speaker 1: and you're going to continue to hear from the President
- 16:47Speaker 1: call this out. I love how they go immediately back
- 16:50Speaker 1: into weapons of war. I love how they completely look
- 16:53Speaker 1: over the fact that the gun laws that were put
- 16:55Speaker 1: into place, for example, in Nashville and on this campus,
- 16:59Speaker 1: it was a gun free zone, right, This was a
- 17:02Speaker 1: gun free zone. No guns were allowed. This is a
- 17:09Speaker 1: private school, by the way, a private school that had
- 17:12Speaker 1: no resource officer. The Nashville shooter, we also know was
- 17:17Speaker 1: an ex student, an ex student. It was clearly dealing
- 17:22Speaker 1: with mental health issues. She believes she was a man.
- 17:25Speaker 1: It's a mental health issue. That's what you want to
- 17:27Speaker 1: be talking about today, if you want to stop some
- 17:29Speaker 1: of these shootings. We keep seeing these LGBTQI, a transgendered shooters.
- 17:36Speaker 1: It keeps happening. The media doesn't want to talk about that.
- 17:39Speaker 1: But this Nashville shooter was an ex student who had
- 17:42Speaker 1: a detailed plan to kill. Were now being told the
- 17:46Speaker 1: former student who shot through the doors of a Christian
- 17:49Speaker 1: elementary school in Nashville and unlocked that door by shooting
- 17:52Speaker 1: through it killed three children and three adults, had drawn
- 17:55Speaker 1: a detailed map of the school, including potential entry points,
- 17:58Speaker 1: and conducted were val into the building before carrying out
- 18:02Speaker 1: this massacre. The Metropolitan Police Chief John Drake did not
- 18:07Speaker 1: say exactly what drove the shooter to open fire Monday
- 18:10Speaker 1: morning at the school before kill before being killed by police,
- 18:14Speaker 1: but he provided chilling examples of the shooters elaborate planning
- 18:18Speaker 1: for the targeted attack, the latest in a series of
- 18:21Speaker 1: mass shootings in a country that has grown increasingly vulnerable
- 18:26Speaker 1: to bloodshed in our schools because we refuse to protect
- 18:29Speaker 1: our kids. Quote, we have a manifesto. We have some
- 18:33Speaker 1: writings we're going over that to pertain to this date,
- 18:38Speaker 1: the actual incident. We have a map drawn out of
- 18:41Speaker 1: how this was all going to take place, he said
- 18:44Speaker 1: in an interview with NBC News. And investigators believe the
- 18:46Speaker 1: shooter had some resentment for having to go to that
- 18:51Speaker 1: Christian school. Democrats always seem to go back to this,
- 18:57Speaker 1: never let a crisis go to waste. You have a
- 19:00Speaker 1: fit crisis, and what do they push? A political ideology
- 19:04Speaker 1: and they go all in, never let a crisis go
- 19:08Speaker 1: to waste. Do whateverver you can right, do whatever you
- 19:13Speaker 1: can to push a political agenda. The reality is we
- 19:19Speaker 1: do more to protect our money than we do to
- 19:21Speaker 1: protect our children. You go to a bank, your bank's
- 19:25Speaker 1: protected by an armed guard. You go to a bank
- 19:28Speaker 1: and we have doors that you can't even shoot through
- 19:32Speaker 1: to protect your money. Why do we protect our money
- 19:35Speaker 1: with more vigilance and we protect our children in our schools?
- 19:38Speaker 1: Why is it that Democrats refuse to vote for more
- 19:45Speaker 1: schools security guards, more security resource officers. Why is it
- 19:49Speaker 1: that every Democrat and the Senate said no to doubling
- 19:52Speaker 1: the number of school resource officers? We can afford it.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Look at all the money we're sending to Ukraine, we
- 19:56Speaker 1: can afford it. They just choose not too. There's another
- 20:02Speaker 1: part of this story of this shooting that I think
- 20:07Speaker 1: a lot of people in the media are not going
- 20:08Speaker 1: to cover, and that's this this shooter apparently had another target.
- 20:17Speaker 1: The Nashville Police Department, talking about the school shooter left
- 20:21Speaker 1: in manifesto, had this to say about this other target.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Listen carefully, Well, it's the only school that was targeted.
- 20:30Speaker 1: There was another location that was mentioned, but because of
- 20:34Speaker 1: a threat assessment by the suspect, too much security, they
- 20:38Speaker 1: decided not to in that area was here in Nashville.
- 20:41Speaker 1: So we'll continue in with that investigation as well. It
- 20:44Speaker 1: was did you hear that there was another target by
- 20:48Speaker 1: the shooter, but the target the shooter decided there was
- 20:52Speaker 1: a threat assessment, and in that threat assessment there was
- 20:57Speaker 1: too much security. So don't tell me that having armed
- 21:03Speaker 1: guards to protect our children at schools is a bad idea.
- 21:09Speaker 1: You know, I've heard this liberal line over and over again.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Oh more, guns don't don't solve problems, right. Too many
- 21:15Speaker 1: guns make things too dangerous. Guns are not the answer
- 21:19Speaker 1: to the solution. The Nashville shooter would disagree with you.
- 21:25Speaker 1: The Nashville shooter had multiple targets and chose to school
- 21:29Speaker 1: because there was no one there with a gun to
- 21:32Speaker 1: stop her. The Nashville shooter skips her original school target
- 21:36Speaker 1: due to quote too much security in our own words,
- 21:40Speaker 1: our own manifesto. It was the only school that was targeted.
- 21:44Speaker 1: There was another location that was mentioned, but because of
- 21:48Speaker 1: a threat assessment by the suspect too much security, they
- 21:52Speaker 1: decided not to in that area was here in Nashville.
- 21:55Speaker 1: So we'll continue in with that investigation as well. We're
- 21:59Speaker 1: continuing with that investigation as well. So let's just recap
- 22:03Speaker 1: what we have here. We have a White House that
- 22:06Speaker 1: is obsessed we're taking away your right to own a firearm,
- 22:11Speaker 1: and they've gone on a full court press, never letting
- 22:13Speaker 1: a crisis go to ways to do that right. Karane
- 22:18Speaker 1: John Pierre lied also today saying that, and she push
- 22:23Speaker 1: said Republicans need to listen to the majority of Americans
- 22:25Speaker 1: in this country banning guns. It's not true. The majority
- 22:32Speaker 1: of Americans do not support gun control. That's a lie.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Scarborough and gun violence, that something has gone radically wrong
- 22:42Speaker 1: over the past twenty five years. I can tell exactly
- 22:44Speaker 1: what went wrong. We've taken God out of our schools.
- 22:47Speaker 1: We've taken logic out of our schools. We've taken parenting
- 22:52Speaker 1: away from the parents. We don't we don't. We don't
- 22:55Speaker 1: allow our forced fathers to actually have to step up
- 22:59Speaker 1: and be a father to children. We have a government
- 23:03Speaker 1: that will take care of you, so the dads can disappear.
- 23:06Speaker 1: And we've normalized mental health issues because it fits a narrative,
- 23:12Speaker 1: a woke narrative, that it's normal for a dude to
- 23:15Speaker 1: think he's a chick or a chick to think he's
- 23:17Speaker 1: a dude, which is exactly, by the way, what happened
- 23:20Speaker 1: with these pronouns. You've got a guy, a girl, a
- 23:22Speaker 1: dressed like a dude, claiming she's a dude who decides
- 23:26Speaker 1: to go to a school where there's traditional values and
- 23:28Speaker 1: blow up that school. You know, you look at this
- 23:32Speaker 1: footage from this elementary school, and you see her drive
- 23:37Speaker 1: in her little woke car. You see her circle of
- 23:40Speaker 1: the parking lot, you see her park that car, and
- 23:43Speaker 1: then you see her walk up to locked doors that
- 23:45Speaker 1: she knows her locks. She didn't even try to open them,
- 23:47Speaker 1: she knows their locks. She's done her reconnaissance, and she
- 23:51Speaker 1: blows through the doors, shooting them out to double the doors,
- 23:54Speaker 1: those metal doors with glass. And what does she do.
- 23:58Speaker 1: She blows through one, slides under that crossbar that you
- 24:02Speaker 1: push on to exit those doors, walks through the second one,
- 24:06Speaker 1: then walks in the hallway, dress like a dude, going
- 24:11Speaker 1: through the school with her gun, walking through doors, deciding
- 24:19Speaker 1: to walk in, just finding anyone, right, She's just finding
- 24:22Speaker 1: anyone she can kill. At that point, she doesn't care
- 24:26Speaker 1: because she's angry that there's a traditional school from what
- 24:28Speaker 1: we understand, and she decides to go in and she
- 24:31Speaker 1: decides to actually attack little children. And what stopped this shooter?
- 24:39Speaker 1: Two heroes, two men. CNN also this morning saying, quote
- 24:46Speaker 1: pronouns don't kill children. People with guns kill children. We
- 24:49Speaker 1: don't own guns in this country. Guns own us at
- 24:51Speaker 1: this stage, is what they said. That was their response,
- 24:54Speaker 1: because they don't want to talk about the mental health
- 24:56Speaker 1: issue in this country, which is we have normalized a
- 24:59Speaker 1: mental health issue, which is when you believe that you
- 25:02Speaker 1: are the opposite sex. And we are seeing more and
- 25:05Speaker 1: more shooters that are that are connected. Okay, we are
- 25:09Speaker 1: seeing more and more shooters who have mental health issues.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Almost every time. It's a serious mental health and we
- 25:16Speaker 1: have normalized mental health and we've encouraged it mental health problems.
- 25:21Speaker 1: We've encouraged mental health issues. Little Timmy comes home and
- 25:28Speaker 1: liberals say, turned a little Timmy into susy. Oh, it's normal.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Give them puberty blockers cut off their genitals, right, member,
- 25:35Speaker 1: University of Vanderbilt, University was doing this. Why did they
- 25:39Speaker 1: say they were doing it. We have them on tape
- 25:41Speaker 1: in Nashville. What were they saying about this. They were saying,
- 25:43Speaker 1: because it's a big moneymaker. Guns don't fix this problem.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Democrats say, more guns is not the answer. All right,
- 25:56Speaker 1: I'll agree with that statement. Just take the guns we
- 25:58Speaker 1: currently have and give them at people and allow them
- 26:01Speaker 1: to protect and defend these kids, because they're gonna protect them,
- 26:03Speaker 1: to offend these kids when at school shooter comes in anyway,
- 26:07Speaker 1: they're going to protect these kids. They're going to protect
- 26:11Speaker 1: these kids, and they're gonna die on behalf of these kids.
- 26:14Speaker 1: We see it every time there's anything we know it
- 26:16Speaker 1: is true. The adults in the room when they are
- 26:18Speaker 1: school shootings do not aband the kids. They don't try
- 26:20Speaker 1: to save themselves. What do they do? They try to
- 26:22Speaker 1: save their kids. That's what they do every single time.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Why not let them arm up. I was talking about
- 26:32Speaker 1: this with my wife yesterday and I was like, this
- 26:34Speaker 1: is why we will never send our kids to a
- 26:36Speaker 1: school that doesn't have armed resource officers. I care about
- 26:41Speaker 1: the quality of the the education. Second, I care about their
- 26:43Speaker 1: security first. That's my job as a dad. I always
- 26:49Speaker 1: walk up and always say thank you to the armed
- 26:53Speaker 1: security guards at my kids school. I will not put
- 26:55Speaker 1: them in a school that doesn't have armed security I
- 26:58Speaker 1: will not do it. Make sure, by the way, that
