- 0:01Speaker 1: Radical nominees is what the Biden administration is going for
- 0:05Speaker 1: right now when it comes to court vacancies. They have
- 0:08Speaker 1: gone to a level of absurdity that I don't think
- 0:12Speaker 1: any of us could have imagined coming from Joe Biden.
- 0:15Speaker 1: So why is it happening now? Because they are having
- 0:18Speaker 1: to signal to the younger voters and the Democratic Marxist
- 0:21Speaker 1: Communist Party that they're willing to put in the most
- 0:25Speaker 1: egregious abusers of personal their personal beliefs over what the
- 0:31Speaker 1: law is actually saying. Let me give you an example
- 0:33Speaker 1: of this. Right now, Joe Biden has a nominee to
- 0:37Speaker 1: be the judge for the Southern District of New York.
- 0:40Speaker 1: So we're talking about the radical AOC world, the world
- 0:42Speaker 1: that's going after Donald Trump right now, the Alvin Bragg
- 0:46Speaker 1: people right of New York City. Her name is Sarah
- 0:50Speaker 1: Netburn and she puts ideology before everything when she is
- 0:56Speaker 1: on the bench. How do we know this, Well, she
- 0:58Speaker 1: put ideology before women's safety when it came to housing
- 1:03Speaker 1: a biological man, a six foot two man with a
- 1:07Speaker 1: penis in a woman's prison who was a sex offender,
- 1:12Speaker 1: a rapist.
- 1:13Speaker 2: And she knew this when the Bureau of Prisons.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Warned this radical judge against housing not just a convicted
- 1:24Speaker 1: serial rapist, but a convicted serial child rapist who's six
- 1:28Speaker 1: 's two with a penis, who identifies a.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Woman in a woman's prison.
- 1:34Speaker 1: This judge, Sarah Netburn, disregarded the recommendation from the Bureau
- 1:41Speaker 1: of Prisons and housed the serial child rapists with women anyway. Now,
- 1:48Speaker 1: let me also tell you that she is up for
- 1:51Speaker 1: confirmation and Senator Ted Cruz got to ask her questions
- 1:55Speaker 1: about this decision.
- 1:57Speaker 2: I want you to hear what she says. But what
- 2:00Speaker 2: we've also.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Learned about this nominee is that this nominee also green
- 2:05Speaker 1: lit the secret search of journalists emails over the Ashley
- 2:12Speaker 1: Biden diary scandal, which I told you about yesterday. I'm
- 2:17Speaker 1: going to have that part of the story in a moment,
- 2:19Speaker 1: but first I want you to hear senter Ted Kruz
- 2:22Speaker 1: at her nomination or confirmation hearing. This is the judge
- 2:26Speaker 1: Sarah Netburn looking to get a big job in New York.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Take a listen, well, Judge Thattburn.
- 2:32Speaker 3: I want to continue on this line of questioning.
- 2:36Speaker 4: In your court. What matters more the rights of individuals
- 2:40Speaker 4: or your political ideology.
- 2:43Speaker 3: I apply the law to the facts.
- 2:45Speaker 4: I asked a question, which matters more?
- 2:48Speaker 5: Well, my political ideology doesn't matter at all, Okay.
- 2:51Speaker 4: So I don't believe you, and I think this case
- 2:53Speaker 4: demonstrates that you are willing to subjugate the rights of
- 2:58Speaker 4: individuals to satisfy your political ideology. This case involves a
- 3:05Speaker 4: male defendant who raped a nine year old boy. Was
- 3:10Speaker 4: he guilty of that?
- 3:12Speaker 3: Yes, the petitioner pled guilty to that.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Okay, So he raped a nine year old boy. He
- 3:15Speaker 4: also raped a seventeen year old girl. Was he guilty
- 3:18Speaker 4: of that?
- 3:19Speaker 3: He pled guilty. The petitioner pled guilty at that crime
- 3:21Speaker 3: as well.
- 3:22Speaker 4: So was he guilty?
- 3:24Speaker 3: I hope so, because she pled guilty to it.
- 3:27Speaker 4: He was a he when he did this, that's correct,
- 3:30Speaker 4: and also criminal deviant conduct, which the record doesn't disclose
- 3:35Speaker 4: what that was exactly. Then, after serving in prison, mister
- 3:40Speaker 4: McLain was released for parole, but then violated the terms
- 3:43Speaker 4: of parole by having Internet and was sent back to prison.
- 3:46Speaker 4: One year after being released again, he was convicted of
- 3:48Speaker 4: having child pornography. Is that correct?
- 3:51Speaker 5: I'm unclear on exactly the timeframe that you're at but
- 3:54Speaker 5: the petitioner was convicted of distributing child pornography.
- 3:57Speaker 4: Child pornography that was images of adult violently.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Raping children, abhorrent conduct, okay, for which there are real victims.
- 4:06Speaker 4: And this individual six foot two biologically a man. A
- 4:11Speaker 4: minute ago you said that when this man decided that
- 4:16Speaker 4: he was a she, you said, this individual was quote
- 4:19Speaker 4: I wrote it down, sober and entirely a female. That
- 4:24Speaker 4: phrase struck me as remarkable. Did this individual have male genitalia?
- 4:29Speaker 3: I think what I said, or at least that is.
- 4:31Speaker 4: A verbatim quote entirely a female?
- 4:33Speaker 3: Sorry, what I meant to say was hormonally a female.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Okay, but that's not entirely. Did this individual have male genitalia?
- 4:41Speaker 3: Yes?
- 4:42Speaker 4: So you took a six foot two serial rapist, serial
- 4:48Speaker 4: child rapist with male genitalia, and he said, you know,
- 4:54Speaker 4: I'd like to be in a women's prison, and your
- 4:56Speaker 4: answer was that sounds great to me. Let me ask
- 4:59Speaker 4: you something. The other women in that prison do they
- 5:01Speaker 4: have any rights?
- 5:03Speaker 3: Is that a question?
- 5:03Speaker 4: Yes, the other women in that prison do they have
- 5:05Speaker 4: any rights?
- 5:06Speaker 3: Of course, do.
- 5:07Speaker 4: They have the right not to have a six foot
- 5:10Speaker 4: two man who is a repeat serial rapist put in
- 5:13Speaker 4: as their cellmate.
- 5:15Speaker 5: Senator Cruz, I considered the facts presented to me, and
- 5:19Speaker 5: I reached a decision.
- 5:20Speaker 4: I asked you a question a lot. I asked you
- 5:21Speaker 4: a question. Do they have a right not to have
- 5:24Speaker 4: a six foot two man who is a serial rapist
- 5:28Speaker 4: put in as their cellmate? Do those women have a
- 5:30Speaker 4: right to that.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Every person who's incarcerated has the right to be safe
- 5:35Speaker 5: in their space.
- 5:35Speaker 4: But you didn't think so. You didn't think so. And
- 5:39Speaker 4: in fact, I'm gonna give some quotes from your order
- 5:41Speaker 4: because Senator Kennedy is right. This is not a judge's order.
- 5:45Speaker 4: This is a political activist. By the way, the beginning
- 5:48Speaker 4: of your order says, at birth, people are typically assigned
- 5:54Speaker 4: a gender. I got to say that would astonish a
- 5:56Speaker 4: lot of Americans. A lot of Americans think, you go
- 5:59Speaker 4: to the hospital, baby is born, and congratulations, you have
- 6:02Speaker 4: a little boy a little girl the assigned agender. I
- 6:05Speaker 4: know you went to Brown, but it sounds like it's
- 6:07Speaker 4: in a college faculty lounge with no bearing on reality.
- 6:12Speaker 4: The Bureau of Prison argued what I'm saying right now
- 6:15Speaker 4: that if you put this person in a female prison,
- 6:18Speaker 4: there will be a risk of sexual assault to the women,
- 6:20Speaker 4: and you know what you did. You said you didn't
- 6:23Speaker 4: care about the women. I'm gonna quote what you wrote.
- 6:25Speaker 4: You wrote quote the Bureau Prisons claim penelogical interest in
- 6:28Speaker 4: protecting female prisoners from sexual violence and trauma. This interest
- 6:33Speaker 4: is legitimate, that's kind of you to say. But there
- 6:35Speaker 4: are no signs that petitioner is at risk of reoffending.
- 6:39Speaker 4: The record is devoid of evidence of incidents of violence
- 6:41Speaker 4: or assault during petitioners incarceration when she was the perpetrator,
- 6:45Speaker 4: only the victim. A theoretical risk of sexual assault by
- 6:48Speaker 4: the prisoner without more cannot support the BOPCE position. No
- 6:52Speaker 4: evidence theoretical have you dealt in what universe is someone
- 6:58Speaker 4: who is a serial, reap, repeat child rapist not at
- 7:03Speaker 4: a risk of reoffending?
- 7:04Speaker 3: Senator? As I do in every case.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Okay, I know you've been told to repeat the line.
- 7:08Speaker 4: I followed the law. I asked a question, in what
- 7:12Speaker 4: universe is someone who is a serial, repeat child rapist
- 7:17Speaker 4: not at risk of reoffending?
- 7:19Speaker 3: Sir?
- 7:19Speaker 5: I looked at the facts that were before me in
- 7:22Speaker 5: this case, all of the evidence, including the statements of
- 7:26Speaker 5: every warden who had supervised this.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Petition, you also wrote. The BOP also posits the permitting
- 7:31Speaker 4: petitioner to live among women will be traumatizing and possibly
- 7:34Speaker 4: dangerous to them. This concern is overblown. I have to say,
- 7:40Speaker 4: if I were the father of one of those women,
- 7:44Speaker 4: and you decided that my daughter's cellmate was going to
- 7:48Speaker 4: be a six foot two man who over and over
- 7:50Speaker 4: and over again committed violent sexual assault, I would say
- 7:54Speaker 4: the entire justice system is absurd, and it is clear
- 7:58Speaker 4: on your record your pulletical ideology matters a heck of
- 8:01Speaker 4: a lot more than the rights of those women that
- 8:04Speaker 4: you endangered. I think you're a radical, and I think
- 8:07Speaker 4: you have no business being a judge.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Senator Cruz is right, by the way, this is a
- 8:11Speaker 1: radical extremist who should not be on any court, not
- 8:15Speaker 1: because she's a leftist, but because she doesn't actually apply
- 8:19Speaker 1: the law or respect the law. You got to understand,
- 8:23Speaker 1: I don't care if you're a Republican or Democrat, as
- 8:25Speaker 1: long as when you were a judged, you are honest
- 8:28Speaker 1: as a judge.
- 8:29Speaker 2: That's number one for me.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Okay, if you are honest as a judge, then I
- 8:34Speaker 1: can move forward with you. I can respect you. I
- 8:37Speaker 1: can sit there and say that you are someone that
- 8:41Speaker 1: will look at the law and then decide on the law.
- 8:45Speaker 1: But this woman doesn't do that. She never does that.
- 8:48Speaker 1: She puts a radical extremists agenda ahead of safety and
- 8:52Speaker 1: the security of the people. And that's not all this
- 8:56Speaker 1: Biden nominee, a few years before she was nominated by
- 9:00Speaker 1: Joe Biden to a lifetime judicial appointment, signed off on
- 9:04Speaker 1: an order that compelled Google to secretly hand over to
- 9:09Speaker 1: criminal investigators information from the email account of the journalist
- 9:14Speaker 1: who had obtained Ashley Biden's diary. Netburn was eviscerated by
- 9:22Speaker 1: Republican centers, not just Cruise, but Kennedy and others for
- 9:25Speaker 1: her partisanship during her confirmation hearings this week, allowing the
- 9:30Speaker 1: repeat sexual offender to be housed in a female prison
- 9:34Speaker 1: because he said she was a He was a woman.
- 9:38Speaker 1: That's all it took. And she's like, yep, I'm all
- 9:39Speaker 1: on board. I'm totally fine with that. We've also learned
- 9:43Speaker 1: now that prior to her being nominated, maybe this is
- 9:47Speaker 1: what actually got her a job, or got her the nomination,
- 9:52Speaker 1: is the fact that Judge Netburn, as a federal magistrate
- 9:54Speaker 1: judge in New York, signed the order compelling Google to
- 9:59Speaker 1: provide information from a Project Veritas journalist personal email account.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Court records now show Project Veritas James O'Keefe's organization that's
- 10:11Speaker 1: now defunct but had been around forever. He's still doing
- 10:14Speaker 1: his undercover journalism under his own name. But Project Veritas
- 10:18Speaker 1: purchased the diary after a woman said she found it
- 10:22Speaker 1: when she moved into a room previously occupied by Ashley Biden.
- 10:27Speaker 1: The conservative leaning journalist's outfit ultimately decided not to publish
- 10:31Speaker 1: the diary. Nonetheless, lawyers for Ashley Biden contacted the US
- 10:36Speaker 1: Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Maybe this
- 10:39Speaker 1: is exactly why now we understand she's getting this big
- 10:43Speaker 1: promotion because she was a good soldier. They decided to
- 10:48Speaker 1: contact the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York,
- 10:50Speaker 1: which turned the missing diary into a federal court case.
- 10:55Speaker 1: The contents of the diary, in which the president's daughter
- 10:58Speaker 1: discusses drug addiction and questions whether her sexual compulsion stem
- 11:03Speaker 1: from Joe Biden allegedly showering with her as a child,
- 11:08Speaker 1: had the potential to be politically explosive, reports The Daily Wire.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Netburn granted the ruling favorably to Ashley Biden in spite
- 11:19Speaker 1: of First Amendment implications. In December of twenty twenty, after
- 11:23Speaker 1: Joe Biden had won the presidential election, but while Donald
- 11:26Speaker 1: Trump was still in office, three and a half years later,
- 11:30Speaker 1: Joe Biden nominated Netburn for a lifetime appointment to the
- 11:34Speaker 1: position of District judge for the Southern District of New York.
- 11:38Speaker 1: The order that was signed by Netburn ordered Google to
- 11:42Speaker 1: turn over information associated with a personal email account of
- 11:47Speaker 1: a Project Veritas journalists, while forbidding Google from letting the
- 11:51Speaker 1: target know about it, preventing the journalism outfit from fighting
- 11:56Speaker 1: the move as well. Quote the information sought his relevant
- 12:00Speaker 1: material to an ongoing criminal investigation, and that disclosure to
- 12:05Speaker 1: any person of this investigation of this application and order
- 12:10Speaker 1: would seriously jeopardize the investigation, the order states. The application
- 12:16Speaker 1: for a search warrant was also sealed, making it unknown
- 12:20Speaker 1: exactly what prosecutors told Judge Netburn. The case became public
- 12:25Speaker 1: after prosecutors then executed a pre dawn raid at the
- 12:30Speaker 1: home of three former Project Veritas journalists, drawing condemnation from
- 12:35Speaker 1: even left leaning civil liberties groups. But who cares because
- 12:38Speaker 1: it's all gone off the rails now. Prosecutors eventually got
- 12:42Speaker 1: warrants from Apple as well and Microsoft and other providers
- 12:48Speaker 1: from other magistrate judges and press for them to remain sealed.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Also in twenty twenty two, Microsoft realized the case was
- 12:57Speaker 1: already well publicized, meaning the government could not legitimately argue
- 13:02Speaker 1: for sealing them, and prosecutors relented, filing an order to
- 13:06Speaker 1: end the non disclosure order which Judge Netburn had signed
- 13:10Speaker 1: to keep it all quiet. Fast forward to May of
- 13:13Speaker 1: twenty twenty two. That's when Project Veritas lawyers wrote to
- 13:18Speaker 1: Judge Netburn that the subpoenas were unprecedented government invasions into
- 13:24Speaker 1: the news gathering work of Project Veritas, which lawfully received
- 13:28Speaker 1: an abandoned diary and other personal effects previously belonging to
- 13:33Speaker 1: an adult child of then presidential candidate Joe Biden, saying
- 13:39Speaker 1: this there is no potential crime to investigate, only First
- 13:43Speaker 1: Amendment protected news gathering. They wrote saying that while the
- 13:48Speaker 1: government continues to peddle the lie that the diary or
- 13:52Speaker 1: other abandoned belongings were stolen, it has produced no support
- 13:56Speaker 1: for its false claim, even if it were. Precedence holds
- 14:03Speaker 1: that journalists may lawfully receive material from sources, even if
- 14:07Speaker 1: that material is illegally obtained by sources themselves. A great
- 14:11Speaker 1: example of this would be the Pentagon papers. Another example
- 14:15Speaker 1: of this would be what happened with Richard Nixon Netburn.
- 14:19Speaker 1: The judge did not immediately return a request for comment
- 14:22Speaker 1: to her chambers. Mike Davis, a Republican former Chief Council
- 14:27Speaker 1: for Nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee who now leads
- 14:30Speaker 1: the Article three Project, a nonprofit focus on the judiciary,
- 14:34Speaker 1: told The Daily Wire that the order is another sign
- 14:36Speaker 1: that Netburn is two partisan for this new lifetime appointment nomination.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Couldn't agree more, saying this now we learn Sarah Netburn
- 14:46Speaker 1: ordered a secret search of a journalist's email account solely
- 14:51Speaker 1: to protect Joe Biden from the highly troubling abuse allegations
- 14:56Speaker 1: in daughter Ashley Biden's diary. Davis said after reviewing the order, saying, quote,
- 15:01Speaker 1: Sarah Netburn has proven she doesn't have the necessary judge
- 15:04Speaker 1: ship or independence to serve on the federal bench for
- 15:09Speaker 1: the rest of her life. That's probably why Joe Biden
- 15:11Speaker 1: picked her. I disagree a little bit. I think the
- 15:13Speaker 1: only reason why Joe Biden picked her is because she
- 15:16Speaker 1: protected Joe Biden from these claims by his daughter that
- 15:20Speaker 1: were incredibly damning to him, especially while he was running
- 15:24Speaker 1: for president. And so this is the way of saying, Okay,
- 15:27Speaker 1: she's a good one, she's a team player. Now here's
- 15:32Speaker 1: where the real cover up comes in. The White House
- 15:35Speaker 1: is claiming that it was unaware of the order when
- 15:38Speaker 1: Biden nominated Netburn and that it was therefore not a
- 15:41Speaker 1: factor in the decision. I don't believe that for a moment,
- 15:45Speaker 1: Biden's deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates said, and it responds
- 15:50Speaker 1: to the Daily Wire, quote, we are unaware of such a
- 15:54Speaker 1: warrant and nothing regarding this case was a factor quote unquote.
- 15:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna just say right now, I think they're absolutely
- 16:01Speaker 1: lying to you and to everybody else about this nomination.
- 16:05Speaker 5: Now.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Last month, Amy Harris was sentenced to a month in
- 16:09Speaker 1: prison and three years of probation after pleading guilty to
- 16:13Speaker 1: taking the diary and selling it to Project Veritas for
- 16:15Speaker 1: forty grand Another man named Robert also pled guilty to
- 16:20Speaker 1: involvement in a conspiracy involving the diary. After the federal
- 16:24Speaker 1: government came down on them hardcore now. In the diary
- 16:28Speaker 1: published by Marco Polo, Ashley allegedly writes that she was
- 16:33Speaker 1: hyper sexualized at a young age and references showers with
- 16:37Speaker 1: her dad that were probably not appropriate. She writes while
- 16:42Speaker 1: contemplating her issues with sexual trauma, and said she was
- 16:47Speaker 1: resentful of her father because of the money control. On
- 16:52Speaker 1: September sixteenth, twenty nineteen, she wrote, I'm going to discontinue
- 16:56Speaker 1: this journal after I leave here.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Last month, Ashley.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Biden acknowledged that the diary was real in a victim
- 17:05Speaker 1: impact statement that originally filed under seal but made public
- 17:10Speaker 1: after The New York Times argued against its secrecy. In
- 17:13Speaker 1: the statement, Ashley Biden says the private diaries publication has
- 17:18Speaker 1: led to grotesque lies and that her stream of consciousness
- 17:23Speaker 1: thoughts were misconstrued, saying this my personal private journal was
- 17:30Speaker 1: stolen and sold for profits. She wrote, I ask your
- 17:34Speaker 1: honor to sentence Miss Harris to time in prison followed
- 17:37Speaker 1: by lengthy probation. Now Judge Netburn, who is all of
- 17:42Speaker 1: a sudden out of nowhere after hooking the Biden family up,
- 17:46Speaker 1: is up for a lifetime appointment to the United States
- 17:48Speaker 1: District Court for the Southern District of New York, and
- 17:51Speaker 1: the White House says, we knew nothing about this ruling
- 17:53Speaker 1: when we nominated her. We just randomly liked her, thought
- 17:56Speaker 1: she was a great person. Game over, they're lying to
- 18:01Speaker 1: you and this is part of the cover up. Yet again, folks,
- 18:05Speaker 1: So now we know for certain the diary, like the
- 18:09Speaker 1: laptop Hunter's laptop is real. Remember early on they were like, oh,
- 18:13Speaker 1: this may not even be her diary that we got.
- 18:15Speaker 1: That was Ashley's diary. Oh, I may not even be real,
- 18:18Speaker 1: right save with the laptop. Oh, we don't know if
- 18:20Speaker 1: it's real. Well, we know it's real. And the reason
- 18:23Speaker 1: why they didn't want you to believe it was real
- 18:24Speaker 1: early on is because the contents are extremely concerning and alarming.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Why is the media not all over this now that
- 18:32Speaker 1: it has been confirmed that it is in fact real.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Well.
- 18:36Speaker 1: In twenty nineteen, Ashley Biden, the then thirty seven year
- 18:39Speaker 1: old daughter President Joe Biden and his wife Jill, wrote
- 18:43Speaker 1: in her journal about showering with her father at an
- 18:46Speaker 1: inappropriate age, as well as her fears that as a
- 18:51Speaker 1: child she was sexually abused. Now again, this is coming
- 18:55Speaker 1: from Marine Callahan from the Daily Mail. The only person
- 18:59Speaker 1: that's put this out there explosive stuff, she writes, not
- 19:03Speaker 1: that you would have heard about it thanks to the
- 19:05Speaker 1: near well complete year long media blackout on this story,
- 19:10Speaker 1: just like they did early on with the Hunter Biden laptop.
- 19:13Speaker 1: After undergoing treatment and rehab, Ashley, by the way, moved
- 19:17Speaker 1: to a halfway house in Florida, where she left the
- 19:20Speaker 1: diary under a mattress. The diary, which also contained details
- 19:24Speaker 1: of her drug use, was then found in twenty twenty
- 19:27Speaker 1: by a Florida woman who quote unquote stole it, leaked
- 19:31Speaker 1: its contents online, and sold it for forty grand. All
- 19:36Speaker 1: that time, the Biden campaign let the left wing media
- 19:40Speaker 1: of its own well volition cast aspirations on the diaries
- 19:45Speaker 1: authenticity or dismissed it as right wing propaganda or plants
- 19:49Speaker 1: of dubious you know, you know, absurd things, just like
- 19:54Speaker 1: the Russia hoax. Right, just like they did same playbook
- 19:58Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden's laptop. The similarities here turns out both
- 20:03Speaker 1: are all too real, The writer writes for the first time,
- 20:08Speaker 1: Ashley now herself has now confirmed in a court document
- 20:12Speaker 1: made public that the diary is indeed authentic. Its contents
- 20:17Speaker 1: demand attention concern and hard questions for this White House.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Hyper Sexualized at a young age, Ashley writes at a
- 20:25Speaker 1: July twenty nineteen entry, what is this due to question mark?
- 20:31Speaker 2: Was I molested? I think so?
- 20:34Speaker 1: She wrote, note the period instead of a question mark.
- 20:38Speaker 1: One wonders if there wasn't really a doubt in Ashley's
- 20:42Speaker 1: mind because I was I molested?
- 20:45Speaker 2: Period?
- 20:45Speaker 1: I think so. She continues by writing this and her diary.
- 20:51Speaker 1: I can't remember specifics, but I do remember trauma. I
- 20:54Speaker 1: remember somewhat being sexualized with her first cousin, Caroline. I
- 20:59Speaker 1: remember I remember having sex with friends at a young age.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Showers with my dad, probably not appropriate, being turned on
- 21:08Speaker 1: when I was supposed when I wasn't supposed to be
- 21:11Speaker 1: Showers with my dad, she writes, showers with her dad.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Ashley also wrote in the same diary that she was
- 21:17Speaker 1: in treatment for sexual trauma. Let's pause here. The author
- 21:22Speaker 1: writes to state the obvious. If this were the diary
- 21:26Speaker 1: entry of a Trump daughter, the media would be at
- 21:30Speaker 1: deafcom one. This would be front page news, the sole
- 21:34Speaker 1: focus of special Rachel Maddow you know, losing her mind
- 21:39Speaker 1: on MSNBC and cn in primetime investigations would be all
- 21:43Speaker 1: about this.
- 21:44Speaker 2: There would be a drum.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Beat of every Sunday show and on ed from now
- 21:48Speaker 1: until election Day, the left wing press demanding answers of
- 21:52Speaker 1: Donald Trump. I judge Donald Trump as everything from a
- 21:56Speaker 1: racist to a rapist, and never failed to regurgitate accusations,
- 22:02Speaker 1: no matter how old or inconsistent, has conveniently ignored similar
- 22:08Speaker 1: allegations against Joe Biden. More on those later, Marine continues
- 22:13Speaker 1: to write. She then says. Last month, the New York
- 22:16Speaker 1: Times reported that the woman who stole Ashley's diary was
- 22:20Speaker 1: sentenced to time hard time in prison. Did the Times
- 22:25Speaker 1: cover what was actually in the diary, question mark, not
- 22:30Speaker 1: one bit, not even a hint of its contents. Instead,
- 22:35Speaker 1: they led with the thief's brazen scheme to steal the
- 22:38Speaker 1: diary of President Biden's daughter and sell it to a
- 22:41Speaker 1: right wing group and hope of disrupting the twenty twenty election.
- 22:46Speaker 1: Linked within this story was a letter written by Ashley, who,
- 22:49Speaker 1: in fairness, has never asserved the diary was a fake.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Unlike Hunter in his laptop, Her letter, dated April eighth,
- 22:55Speaker 1: and addressed to the trial judge, confirms the diary's legitimate
- 23:00Speaker 1: see saying this my personal private journal, she writes with
- 23:04Speaker 1: stolen and sold for profit. I will forever have to
- 23:07Speaker 1: deal with the fact that my personal journal can be
- 23:11Speaker 1: viewed online. The theft is indeed terrible, but so too
- 23:16Speaker 1: is what Ashley's diary entries might imply. In one passage,
- 23:21Speaker 1: she writes in her childhood hyper sexualization extended to beating
- 23:25Speaker 1: her blank due to overhearing parents having sex. That's in
- 23:31Speaker 1: her diary, folks, And yet The New York Times, as
- 23:35Speaker 1: with nearly all things negative to Biden, insists there's nothing
- 23:39Speaker 1: to see here and that they're covering Biden as critically
- 23:42Speaker 1: as Trump.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Sure.
- 23:44Speaker 1: In an interview earlier this month, executive editor Joe Cohn
- 23:48Speaker 1: claimed that his paper is not and will not be
- 23:51Speaker 1: an instrument of the Biden campaign con is either delusional, shameless,
- 23:58Speaker 1: or cowed by the wokery infesting his newsroom. Try googling
- 24:04Speaker 1: Ashley Biden's diary, You'll find scant media coverage, and what
- 24:09Speaker 1: you do find will be about the theft, not about
- 24:12Speaker 1: what's written in the diary itself, you know, the actual
- 24:16Speaker 1: news and trying to determine the root causes of her
- 24:19Speaker 1: sex addiction, actually listed the following in her diary, my
- 24:23Speaker 1: mother not emotionally available. My father was message I could
- 24:28Speaker 1: get love from men. Quote I'm not your mother, blanket
- 24:34Speaker 1: being taken away, not letting myself go to bathroom, being
- 24:40Speaker 1: wiped until too late in the game. While this list
- 24:44Speaker 1: itself isn't necessarily the most well strange passage, I guess
- 24:50Speaker 1: the best way to say it from the diary. Collectively,
- 24:53Speaker 1: this all raises serious questions for doctor Jill and Grandpa
- 24:58Speaker 1: Joe with his repeat hair sniffing and shoulder rubbing of
- 25:02Speaker 1: women and young girls.
- 25:03Speaker 2: The author continues to write in.
- 25:05Speaker 1: The Daily Mail Joe with the multiple allegations by at
- 25:10Speaker 1: least eight women of unwanted touching or worse. Here is
- 25:14Speaker 1: former Senate Stafford Tara Reid, largely dismissed by the media
- 25:18Speaker 1: during the twenty twenty election cycle, in March of that year,
- 25:21Speaker 1: saying this quote, I remember he just had me up
- 25:24Speaker 1: against the wall, and the wall was cold. It happened
- 25:27Speaker 1: all at once. His hands were on me and underneath
- 25:30Speaker 1: my clothes. He went down my skirt but then up
- 25:34Speaker 1: inside it, and he penetrated me with his fingers. When
- 25:38Speaker 1: he got finished doing what he was doing, I pulled
- 25:42Speaker 1: back and he said, come on, man, I heard you
- 25:46Speaker 1: like me. Reid continues. For me, it was like everything
- 25:51Speaker 1: everything shattered in that moment. I looked up to him.
- 25:55Speaker 1: He was this champion of women's rights. In my eyes,
- 25:59Speaker 1: That's what they used to say about the late Democratic
- 26:02Speaker 1: Senator Ted Kennedy, iffy with women in his personal life,
- 26:06Speaker 1: but great and legislating for them.
- 26:10Speaker 4: Now.
- 26:10Speaker 1: The author goes on to say even more about this.
- 26:13Speaker 1: But what I go back to is why is it
- 26:16Speaker 1: that there's no one here in the media willing to
- 26:21Speaker 1: write the story that a the journal is real and
- 26:25Speaker 1: be what's in the journal? It's a very simple question.
- 26:31Speaker 1: You look at what was just said there, You look
- 26:34Speaker 1: at the journal, and Marine Callahan is saying in the
- 26:39Speaker 1: Daily Mail, this should be a massive story. And by
- 26:42Speaker 1: the way, it should be a massive story. But the
- 26:46Speaker 1: media is going to bury it. Everything that his own
- 26:50Speaker 1: daughter wrote, they are going to bury it. They're going
- 26:55Speaker 1: to make sure that no one is asked about this
- 26:59Speaker 1: on the campaign or at the White House press briefing.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Why would you ever answer any of these questions? Is
- 27:08Speaker 1: the and why would you ever talk about it? We
- 27:10Speaker 1: just move on and we act like it's not real.
- 27:13Speaker 1: We act like it never happened. We act like it's
- 27:15Speaker 1: not a thing. That is what they will do to
- 27:18Speaker 1: protect this president at all costs, moving in to this
- 27:22Speaker 1: major election cycle now. As uncomfortable as much of that
- 27:27Speaker 1: was that I just read to you, it's important because
- 27:30Speaker 1: I promise you, if it was a Republican it would
- 27:34Speaker 1: be game over.
- 27:36Speaker 2: I promise you.
- 27:37Speaker 1: If this was Donald Trump's child that wrote this in
- 27:40Speaker 1: a but a diary, there would be a full blown
- 27:44Speaker 1: federal investigation. There would be local and state investigations that
- 27:50Speaker 1: would be opened. They would have made sure that somebody
- 27:54Speaker 1: had to testify about this, saying that no one is
- 27:57Speaker 1: above the law. All I'm asked looking for is that
- 28:00Speaker 1: same standard here. Make sure you share this podcast with
- 28:04Speaker 1: your family and your friends. Please and help us by
- 28:07Speaker 1: writing us a five star review, and I'll see you
- 28:09Speaker 1: back here tomorrow
