- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome in his verdict with Ted Cruz Weekend Review. Ben
- 0:03Speaker 1: Ferguson with you, and here are the stories that you
- 0:05Speaker 1: may have missed that we talked about this week. First
- 0:08Speaker 1: up Iran and where we are now in the politics
- 0:11Speaker 1: of this deal, could we get a deal done? And
- 0:14Speaker 1: how much does this have to do with national security?
- 0:16Speaker 1: We break it down for you. Also, we have got
- 0:20Speaker 1: a shocking story coming out of Minnesota that the governor
- 0:23Speaker 1: there actually paid private investigators to spy and to intimidate
- 0:29Speaker 1: government employees who had whistle blown on the massive fraud
- 0:33Speaker 1: that was taking place. And finally, the Trump administration going
- 0:38Speaker 1: all out to find children that were released into the
- 0:42Speaker 1: country after they came across the southern border. And these
- 0:46Speaker 1: children are missing by the one hundreds of thousands. So
- 0:48Speaker 1: who they found, Well, it's an incredible story. We have
- 0:52Speaker 1: that for you as well. It's the week in Review
- 0:54Speaker 1: and it starts right now. All right, let's timestamp this.
- 0:58Speaker 1: It is twelve thirty seven am Eastern time as we're
- 1:02Speaker 1: recording right now, center, and so let's talk about what's
- 1:05Speaker 1: happening right now in the Middle East.
- 1:07Speaker 2: We have had a flare up. I think it's a
- 1:09Speaker 2: fair way to put it, Israel.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Involved, Iran involved hitting Terris targets as well in Lebanon.
- 1:15Speaker 1: This is turned into a bigger deal. The President trying
- 1:17Speaker 1: to still get this deal done with Iran making phone
- 1:22Speaker 1: calls apparently to BB Netanyahu's saying, hey, let's not go
- 1:25Speaker 1: too heavy here. Let us see if we can keep
- 1:27Speaker 1: this framework together. Trying to keep that seas fire together
- 1:30Speaker 1: as well. There's an awful lot happening right now.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Well, let's talk about the latest news. And as you noted,
- 1:37Speaker 3: it is Sunday night, so things could break by Monday.
- 1:41Speaker 3: By the time this podcast is out, we could have
- 1:43Speaker 3: more news breaking, but as of right now, the latest
- 1:46Speaker 3: news Axios reported just a few minutes ago quote the
- 1:50Speaker 3: Israeli Air Force conducted strikes on military targets in central
- 1:53Speaker 3: and western Iran on Monday morning local time. The Israel
- 1:56Speaker 3: Defense Forces said a statement the strikes and retaliation for
- 2:00Speaker 3: an Iranian missile attack against Israel, mark a new phase
- 2:04Speaker 3: in a growing escalation that started on Sunday morning.
- 2:08Speaker 4: This is the.
- 2:09Speaker 3: First time Israel has struck Iran since the April eight ceasefire.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Further exchanges of fire could unravel the negotiations between the
- 2:18Speaker 3: United States and Iran and lead to the resumption of
- 2:21Speaker 3: the war. President Trump told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyah,
- 2:25Speaker 3: who hours before the strikes, not to retaliate. After Tehran
- 2:28Speaker 3: conducted a retaliatory attack on Israel. A US defense official
- 2:33Speaker 3: said the US military was not involved in the Israeli
- 2:35Speaker 3: strikes on Iran. The official said the Israeli strikes were
- 2:40Speaker 3: relatively limited in their scope, so we have returned to
- 2:47Speaker 3: firing missiles, active hostility between Iran and Israel. Both have
- 2:52Speaker 3: fired missiles at each other and in the past twenty
- 2:55Speaker 3: four hours, that certainly has the potential to escalate. And
- 3:00Speaker 3: also Sunday morning, President Trump was on Meet the Press.
- 3:03Speaker 3: He was asked about a Ran Uh. Here's what President
- 3:06Speaker 3: Trump had to say.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Their leaders are gone.
- 3:09Speaker 5: Do you know where all of Iran's nuclear material is?
- 3:12Speaker 4: Yes? Yes, Would you.
- 3:15Speaker 5: Unfreeze any Iranian assets or lift any sanctions up front
- 3:20Speaker 5: as a part of anything, so that would come after
- 3:23Speaker 5: if they turned over the.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Material.
- 3:28Speaker 6: Unlike Obama, Obama flew a Boeing seven fifty seven a plane.
- 3:33Speaker 6: I know very well they took the seats out and
- 3:36Speaker 6: they loaded it up with one point seven billion dollars
- 3:39Speaker 6: in cash from the banks in Maryland and Virginia and DC.
- 3:44Speaker 6: They emptied at the banks and they gave them one
- 3:47Speaker 6: point seven in green and they gave them tens of
- 3:50Speaker 6: billions of dollars, just kept giving them money and it
- 3:53Speaker 6: didn't work.
- 3:54Speaker 5: Would any again, But again, mister president, you promised that
- 3:59Speaker 5: you were going to negotiate a better deal.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Do you listen to the president there?
- 4:04Speaker 1: And I do think it's really interesting to see how
- 4:06Speaker 1: quick I meet the press. They wanted to get back
- 4:10Speaker 1: in his face to go but this is a disaster.
- 4:12Speaker 1: He's like, it's three months. Like what I'm doing right
- 4:15Speaker 1: now is really tough. Others said they were in favor
- 4:18Speaker 1: of what I'm doing, they didn't do it the way
- 4:20Speaker 1: I'm doing it. I'm holding them accountable. This goes back
- 4:23Speaker 1: to just perspective here. I think is the biggest thing
- 4:26Speaker 1: of the President saying.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Well, what the President said that is very clear is
- 4:29Speaker 3: he's drawn a red line and he's insisting that Iran
- 4:32Speaker 3: comply with his red line. His red lines, which we've
- 4:34Speaker 3: talked about at length, or number one, no nukes, no
- 4:37Speaker 3: nuclear materials, no nuclear in Richmond, and they have to
- 4:40Speaker 3: hand over the enriched geradium they have Number two, they
- 4:43Speaker 3: have to stop funding terrorism. Number three, they have to
- 4:46Speaker 3: open the straight up hormus. And you will not see
- 4:50Speaker 3: he has said, sanctions relief. You will not see money
- 4:53Speaker 3: going to them until they comply with those conditions. That's
- 4:56Speaker 3: the right way to negotiate. Both Barack Obama and Joe
- 4:59Speaker 3: Biden just flooded billions, yeah, into Iran. As the President said,
- 5:03Speaker 3: Obama literally flew a plane filled with almost two billion
- 5:06Speaker 3: dollars in cash palettes of cash into Iran in the
- 5:10Speaker 3: dead of night. There was another exchange President Trump had
- 5:13Speaker 3: had with meet the press. Give a listen to this.
- 5:15Speaker 6: One, and they would have had a nuclear weapon five
- 5:17Speaker 6: years ago.
- 5:18Speaker 5: But mister President, I'm curious because when you were campaigning,
- 5:21Speaker 5: you said you would rip up the around nuclear deal
- 5:23Speaker 5: but negotiate a better deal. Why didn't you negotiate a
- 5:27Speaker 5: better deal at the time? Because after it was ripped,
- 5:30Speaker 5: their work guardrails and they escalated their production of enriched
- 5:33Speaker 5: youur excuse me.
- 5:34Speaker 6: It takes years to do these things. These people have
- 5:37Speaker 6: been fighting for forty seven years.
- 5:40Speaker 4: They've been killing Americans.
- 5:42Speaker 6: They've been taking off their legs and their arms and
- 5:44Speaker 6: their faces have been hurt so badly and so horribly.
- 5:48Speaker 6: I'm moving very fast. I'm into three months. You know,
- 5:51Speaker 6: Vietnam lasted nineteen years. I'm into my third month, and
- 5:55Speaker 6: all I do is say, well.
- 5:56Speaker 4: When are you going to win?
- 5:58Speaker 6: If I were a Democrat, nobody would be talking in
- 6:00Speaker 6: that way. But it doesn't matter to me. Have gotten
- 6:01Speaker 6: so used to it. Look, we have totally destroyed their military.
- 6:07Speaker 6: They have some missiles left, They have some drones left.
- 6:09Speaker 5: Do you know how many minutes?
- 6:11Speaker 4: Yes, exactly how many? I don't want to tell you.
- 6:13Speaker 4: Can you give me to have some left? No? But
- 6:16Speaker 4: they have I know almost to the number.
- 6:19Speaker 6: And we know where they are too, And we know
- 6:21Speaker 6: where their drones are, and we know where their drone
- 6:23Speaker 6: factories are.
- 6:23Speaker 4: Most of the drone factories have.
- 6:25Speaker 6: Been knocked out, most of the launching pads have been
- 6:28Speaker 6: knocked out, and most of the missile manufacturing areas have
- 6:31Speaker 6: been knocked out. But they still have capacity. They have
- 6:35Speaker 6: some missiles, they have some drones. I would say percentage wise,
- 6:40Speaker 6: maybe twenty one twenty two percent of their missiles. It's
- 6:43Speaker 6: a lot of missiles, but it's not what it was
- 6:46Speaker 6: when we first attacked.
- 6:47Speaker 5: So you're saying they have twenty one, twenty two percent
- 6:49Speaker 5: of their missiles left.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Correct.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Yes, I just I got to say, I laugh at
- 6:55Speaker 1: how they want him to tell them in freezing, I'm
- 6:58Speaker 1: not going to tell you that.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Public Well, why why weren't you?
- 7:00Speaker 1: Because I'm not going to tell the enemy what I
- 7:02Speaker 1: know on everything.
- 7:04Speaker 2: This seems pretty normal.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Yet the entire interview had that level of hostility in it.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Yeah. Look, I mean NBC unfortunately it is approaching this
- 7:14Speaker 3: and has approached this like like the rest of the
- 7:16Speaker 3: corporate media, with effectively rooting for the United States to lose.
- 7:21Speaker 3: As the President laid out, the United States has had
- 7:24Speaker 3: extraordinary military results in this conflict. Eighty percent of the missiles,
- 7:29Speaker 3: eighty percent of the drones destroyed, virtually all of the
- 7:32Speaker 3: drone manufacturing and missile capacity destroyed, the Air Force in rubble,
- 7:37Speaker 3: the Navy sunken at the bottom of the ocean, the
- 7:40Speaker 3: Iyahtola dead, many of the Mulla's dead, many of the
- 7:43Speaker 3: leaders of the IRGC did. And her question, she says, well,
- 7:47Speaker 3: why didn't you negotiate a better deal? You know, I'm
- 7:49Speaker 3: listening to that wondering. You know, it's like someone saying
- 7:52Speaker 3: to the police, why didn't you negotiate a better deal
- 7:56Speaker 3: with Charles Manson. Why didn't you negotiate a better a
- 7:59Speaker 3: deal with Jeffrey Dahmer, Why don't you negotiate a better
- 8:01Speaker 3: deal with Ted Bundy. It is not possible to negotiate
- 8:07Speaker 3: a deal with someone who's only objective is to murder you.
- 8:12Speaker 3: And the media refuses to acknowledge that. They say, they're like,
- 8:15Speaker 3: you know, the right solution is send them billions of dollars.
- 8:18Speaker 3: That's what democrats want. It is complete appeasement. It is
- 8:23Speaker 3: denial of the reality that when the Iatola says death
- 8:26Speaker 3: to America, he means it. And the reason President Trump
- 8:30Speaker 3: is waging this war is because if the Iatola got
- 8:34Speaker 3: nuclear weapons, we could see hundreds of thousands of Americans
- 8:39Speaker 3: murdered in a flash of an eye. And the President
- 8:42Speaker 3: is not going to let that happen.
- 8:45Speaker 4: And it is.
- 8:48Speaker 3: I got to say, By the way, I'm quite confident
- 8:51Speaker 3: the folks at NBC News are cheering the results of
- 8:54Speaker 3: the La Maria's race because the last thing they want
- 8:57Speaker 3: is a mayor that can actually put out fires or criminal.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
- 9:03Speaker 1: you can go back and listen to the full podcast
- 9:05Speaker 1: from earlier this week. Now onto story number two. All right,
- 9:10Speaker 1: I want to move on to this other incredible story
- 9:12Speaker 1: center coming out of Minnesota. And in life, especially in
- 9:16Speaker 1: government work, you're told that if you're a whistleblower that
- 9:20Speaker 1: you have protections and that if you're a whistleblower, you
- 9:23Speaker 1: should not be afraid for your job or that someone's
- 9:26Speaker 1: going to come after you, certainly the government that you
- 9:28Speaker 1: work for. Well, apparently that's not the case in Minnesota.
- 9:32Speaker 1: And if you want to know how the Somali fraud
- 9:35Speaker 1: got so bad, it might actually be because the governor
- 9:39Speaker 1: was coming after the whistleblower, not those that were committing
- 9:43Speaker 1: the crimes in Minnesota with his new shocking report.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Well, that is inevitably number one the law, federal law
- 9:50Speaker 3: and typically state law that protects whistleblowers. That gives you
- 9:53Speaker 3: legal protection because you want whistleblowers to call attention to fraud.
- 9:59Speaker 3: But number two two, if a government official goes after
- 10:04Speaker 3: the whistleblowers, attacks the whistleblowers, refuses to follow the law
- 10:07Speaker 3: and whistleblowers, that is powerful indication of a guilty mind
- 10:14Speaker 3: that you're covering something up. It's sort of like if
- 10:17Speaker 3: if someone is is murdered in Central Park and and
- 10:20Speaker 3: you catch a person burning their clothes from that night
- 10:25Speaker 3: and destroying the murder weapon, yeah, that is powerful, powerful
- 10:29Speaker 3: evidence that they're the murderer. That that that that that
- 10:32Speaker 3: that it is typically the guilty who destroys evidence who
- 10:35Speaker 3: tries to cover it up. That that that that if
- 10:37Speaker 3: you're not guilty, you have far less motivation, far less
- 10:43Speaker 3: likelihood to try to silence whistleblowers to try to destroy evidence.
- 10:47Speaker 3: So here's the story that broke in the Daily Caller.
- 10:49Speaker 3: The headline is Tim Walls's staff hired private investigators to
- 10:53Speaker 3: silence fraud whistleblowers. Committee report finds senior Minnesota state officials
- 10:58Speaker 3: allegedly hired outside investigators to silence whistleblowers in an attempt
- 11:03Speaker 3: to cover up widespread state social services fraud. A House
- 11:07Speaker 3: committee report released Monday found The two hundred page staff
- 11:11Speaker 3: report by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
- 11:13Speaker 3: found that Democrat Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz's state's administration intimidated
- 11:20Speaker 3: and retaliated against state employees who raised concerns about fraud,
- 11:26Speaker 3: soliciting private investigators investigators to reveal employee's personal details. Report
- 11:34Speaker 3: titled The Cost of Doing Nothing, How Tim Waltson Keith
- 11:37Speaker 3: Ellison fueled Minnesota's fraud explosion, exposed that senior state officials
- 11:43Speaker 3: as high as allegedly Governor Waltz were aware of widespread
- 11:48Speaker 3: fraud for years and neglected to respond to reports. A
- 11:52Speaker 3: Minnesota Department of Education official who contacted the FBI told
- 11:56Speaker 3: federal investigators she was pressured quote at every turn by
- 12:02Speaker 3: her superiors to stop raising fraud concerns and was quote
- 12:06Speaker 3: handslapped when she continued to investigate. According to the report,
- 12:12Speaker 3: the official also reported that she was warned by state
- 12:14Speaker 3: administrators to quote stop digging into things, as it would
- 12:19Speaker 3: appear that she was quote targeting certain groups. This is
- 12:25Speaker 3: DEI and fraud all coming together along with corruption to
- 12:29Speaker 3: elect Democrats, the article continues. Dozens of other whistleblowers reported
- 12:34Speaker 3: dozens that they were told to stay silent about fraud
- 12:38Speaker 3: concerns by the Minnesota Department of Human Services because they
- 12:42Speaker 3: would be labeled quote racist or islamophobic. DHS also told
- 12:48Speaker 3: state employees that raising fraud concerns would harm the state,
- 12:52Speaker 3: the report said. Whistleblowers reported the DHS conducted arbitrary investigations
- 12:58Speaker 3: to photograph their cars and houses, monitor their phones and computers,
- 13:05Speaker 3: and asked employees where their kids attended school. Now that's
- 13:10Speaker 3: going to get worse, then temporary Commissioner Sharene Gandhi. By
- 13:16Speaker 3: the way, I'm going to give you some foreshadowing that
- 13:18Speaker 3: that miss Gandhi did not behave like Gandhi. Instead, she
- 13:27Speaker 3: confirmed and a testimony copied in the report, that the
- 13:30Speaker 3: State Department used outside entities to conduct these investigations of employees,
- 13:38Speaker 3: but could not confirm whether independent law firms were used.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Gandhi also confirmed in her testimony that DHS management would
- 13:46Speaker 3: regularly meet and quote check in on employees who had
- 13:50Speaker 3: reported fraud concerns. Gandhi continued to conduct these check ins
- 13:55Speaker 3: on DHS whistleblower Fay Bernstein quote a year or u
- 14:00Speaker 3: two after her investigatory leave. So they hunted them down
- 14:04Speaker 3: and they stayed harassing them. Bernstein alleged that Gandhi quote
- 14:08Speaker 3: shamed her in a meeting after she raised concerns about
- 14:12Speaker 3: fraud and quote excluded her from further meetings on the topic.
- 14:15Speaker 3: Whistleblowers also alleged that former state Commissioner Jody Harpstead held
- 14:20Speaker 3: a division wide meeting and told attendees that quote employees
- 14:25Speaker 3: would be punished if they reported concerns about fraud and
- 14:30Speaker 3: DHS programs. According to the report, DHS employee Emmanuel Nuala
- 14:36Speaker 3: told colleagues that he quote did intelligence research within the
- 14:40Speaker 3: army and appears to have threatened to provide IP addresses
- 14:46Speaker 3: to former colleagues in order to find the locations of
- 14:51Speaker 3: whistleblower's email addresses. An email obtained through a public data
- 14:57Speaker 3: request showed, now it's about to get even worse. The
- 15:02Speaker 3: report also alleged that DHS d anonymised an internal fraud
- 15:10Speaker 3: hotline for employees in an attempt to intimidate fraud reporters.
- 15:17Speaker 3: After whistleblowers later created an anonymous external email to report fraud,
- 15:22Speaker 3: DHS blocked the email address. Whistleblowers reported that their fraud
- 15:28Speaker 3: hotline tips were sent to human resources and used against them.
- 15:34Speaker 3: The hotline was originally anonymous, but was de anonymised under
- 15:39Speaker 3: Gandhi's tenure as Deputy Commissioner of HR. Governor Waltz appointed
- 15:45Speaker 3: Gandhi a's commissioner of DHS in February twenty twenty six,
- 15:48Speaker 3: but removed her in May before her confirmation hearing amid
- 15:53Speaker 3: scrutiny of her response to fraud allegations. This is anyone
- 16:01Speaker 3: who claims, gosh, the elected officials of Minnesota, they were victims,
- 16:05Speaker 3: they didn't know. They wanted to go after the fraud, which,
- 16:08Speaker 3: by the way, both Waltz and Ellison keep saying, Oh,
- 16:11Speaker 3: we wanted to go after the fraud, we wanted to
- 16:13Speaker 3: prosecute it. This demonstrates, I think powerfully they are lying.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Not only did they not want to go after the fraud,
- 16:21Speaker 3: they were doing everything they could to silence the whistleblowers
- 16:25Speaker 3: and prevent anyone from knowing about the fraud.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Yeah, and this goes back to the other question of accountability.
- 16:33Speaker 1: If everything that we just mentioned turns out to be true,
- 16:37Speaker 1: there's obviously now an open investigation into this. If you
- 16:41Speaker 1: do these things, are you breaking the law? And if
- 16:44Speaker 1: it goes all the way the governor is he breaking
- 16:47Speaker 1: the law and the people below him are they breaking
- 16:49Speaker 1: the law? And is there any accountability for this or
- 16:51Speaker 1: is this just well walt isn't running for reelection, so
- 16:55Speaker 1: it doesn't really matter anymore, and we'll just move on
- 16:57Speaker 1: and yeah, we may continue to do things this is
- 17:00Speaker 1: in the future without accountability.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Listen, the Department of Justice has created an entire new
- 17:05Speaker 3: division focused at going after fraud. And I hope everyone
- 17:09Speaker 3: who made these decisions faces accountability if they committed criminal violations,
- 17:14Speaker 3: that they are prosecuted. I am hopeful. I can tell
- 17:18Speaker 3: you I'm urging the Department of Justice hold them accountable.
- 17:21Speaker 3: That the way our constitutional system works, it's not the legislature. Look,
- 17:25Speaker 3: I'm in the Senate. I can't prosecute anybody. I don't
- 17:28Speaker 3: have executive authority. I have legislative authority. I can write legislation,
- 17:32Speaker 3: which I have, but I can't the power to bring
- 17:35Speaker 3: an indictment, the power to go before a grand jury
- 17:38Speaker 3: to get an indictment, to prosecute. That is exclusively within
- 17:42Speaker 3: the executive branch, within principally the US Department of Justice
- 17:46Speaker 3: at the federal level. And so I can tell you this,
- 17:49Speaker 3: I am urging the Attorney General and DJ prosecute every
- 17:53Speaker 3: single person who committed criminal acts, who covered up this fraud,
- 17:57Speaker 3: who benefited from it, who knew what they were doing.
- 17:59Speaker 3: And this is a real smoking gun.
- 18:03Speaker 1: And if the age I go back to Ellison there,
- 18:05Speaker 1: we know his name well, if he's involved in this
- 18:08Speaker 1: and is using and weaponizing the government to go after
- 18:12Speaker 1: those that were not committing the fraud, those that were
- 18:15Speaker 1: trying to whistle blow on the fraud fraud, and they
- 18:18Speaker 1: are harassed. Is there any lane for the people that
- 18:21Speaker 1: were being harassed to somehow have like, you know, restitution.
- 18:25Speaker 2: For what they went through. If you're being.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Harassed for two years after you put in a tip,
- 18:30Speaker 1: that's got to put a lot of stress in your life.
- 18:33Speaker 2: I'm assuming it puts stress in your career. I'm assuming it.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Could have affected a lot of people getting promotions that
- 18:38Speaker 1: they deserved.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Look, and I would assume we're going to see civil
- 18:43Speaker 3: litigation of people fire filing lawsuits and seeking compensation for this,
- 18:50Speaker 3: and that litigation could well be successful. In terms of
- 18:54Speaker 3: criminal prosecution, this would not surprise me. I don't know
- 18:57Speaker 3: sitting here if MINISOONA law makes doing this a criminal
- 19:03Speaker 3: violation in Minnesota. Now, of course, the federal government can't
- 19:07Speaker 3: prosecute violations of Minnesota law. It would take a a
- 19:10Speaker 3: Minnesota District attorney UH to bring that case. And and
- 19:14Speaker 3: I got to admit, I'm very skeptical that that that
- 19:16Speaker 3: there are any prosecutors in Minnesota willing to hold the
- 19:21Speaker 3: corrupt democrats in charge of that state accountable.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Uh.
- 19:24Speaker 3: If they're not, then there's not really a mechanism to
- 19:28Speaker 3: enforce Minnesota law, which means you would be left with
- 19:31Speaker 3: with federal law. And given that these are federal funds
- 19:34Speaker 3: that were effectively being stolen and fund funneled to Somali
- 19:38Speaker 3: fund funneled to Somalian fraudsters being sent, among other places,
- 19:43Speaker 3: to Al Schabab. And we before on this podcast that
- 19:49Speaker 3: the single largest funder of Al Shabab law, which is
- 19:52Speaker 3: the Cataclamic terrorist group that is in Somalia, their number
- 19:56Speaker 3: one funder was the taxpayers of Minnesota. And these are
- 20:00Speaker 3: also federal taxpayer money. So look, I expect the Department
- 20:04Speaker 3: of Justice. They've already prosecuted a number of the fraudsters
- 20:06Speaker 3: at the lower level, but I hope they go right
- 20:09Speaker 3: up the ladder of accountability and any politicians that are responsible.
- 20:14Speaker 3: And to be clear, this happened because it was in politicians'
- 20:19Speaker 3: political interest for this to happen, because they were getting
- 20:23Speaker 3: money from campaign donations and they were getting votes from
- 20:27Speaker 3: allowing Somalian fraudsters to rob the taxpayers of Minnesota and
- 20:32Speaker 3: the American taxpayers and look that this has happened also
- 20:37Speaker 3: in other states. It's happened in Maine under the Democrat
- 20:41Speaker 3: governor there. It's happened in California, It's happened in Illinois.
- 20:44Speaker 3: It's happened, I think, all over the country, but predominantly
- 20:48Speaker 3: in Democrat states where there are Democrat politicians who were
- 20:52Speaker 3: benefiting from turning the other way to fraud. And I
- 20:56Speaker 3: think everyone who committed a criminal act should face prosecution
- 21:00Speaker 3: and real consequences.
- 21:02Speaker 1: As before, if you want to hear the rest of
- 21:04Speaker 1: this conversation on this topic, you can go back and
- 21:07Speaker 1: down the podcasts from earlier this week to hear the
- 21:09Speaker 1: entire thing. I want to get back to the big
- 21:13Speaker 1: story number three of the week you may have missed, Sena.
- 21:16Speaker 1: I want to move into another story that we highlighted
- 21:18Speaker 1: here months ago. It's an important story about the children
- 21:24Speaker 1: that were lost by the prior administration. There were kids
- 21:28Speaker 1: that were let into this country. They were not vetted
- 21:31Speaker 1: by with the adults that were with them. They were
- 21:34Speaker 1: then given out to different people to quote take care
- 21:36Speaker 1: of them this country, and they disappeared. These children, many
- 21:40Speaker 1: of them have been abused. Many of them have been
- 21:42Speaker 1: abused sexually. Many of them have been abused even in
- 21:45Speaker 1: work conditions, and they were lost by the prior administration,
- 21:50Speaker 1: and now luckily, many of them are being found because
- 21:53Speaker 1: of what Donald Trump and the administration are doing.
- 21:56Speaker 3: So perhaps the biggest lie about Joe Biden in the
- 22:00Speaker 3: Democrats immigration policies is the lie that they embrace open
- 22:05Speaker 3: borders because of compassion. The reality is it is precisely
- 22:10Speaker 3: the opposite. The Democrats had zero compassion for the Americans
- 22:14Speaker 3: who were murdered by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released.
- 22:18Speaker 3: They had zero compassion for the women who were raped
- 22:22Speaker 3: by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released. They had
- 22:24Speaker 3: zero compassion for the kids who were brutalized and sexually
- 22:29Speaker 3: assaulted by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released. Another
- 22:33Speaker 3: aspect of this tragedy is specifically the kids. During four
- 22:38Speaker 3: years of Joe Biden's administration, the Biden administration lost over
- 22:44Speaker 3: three hundred thousand children. Verdict has covered this at length.
- 22:51Speaker 3: This is a topic we talked about throughout the Biden years,
- 22:56Speaker 3: but it was staggery and these are kids, often kids
- 22:58Speaker 3: that come across the border. A company, we had over
- 23:01Speaker 3: twelve million illegal immigrants come into this country during the
- 23:03Speaker 3: Biden years, and in many instances, you'd get a little boy,
- 23:06Speaker 3: you'd get a little girl. They'd be in government custody,
- 23:09Speaker 3: and what the Biden administration would do is they would
- 23:12Speaker 3: hand it over to adults that came to pick them up.
- 23:14Speaker 3: But they wouldn't check to see if those adults were
- 23:17Speaker 3: family members, they wouldn't do DNA tests to see if
- 23:20Speaker 3: they're related. They'd hand them over to adults, and then
- 23:23Speaker 3: they simply lost them and they would end up with
- 23:26Speaker 3: random adults that have kids. And the Biden administration said,
- 23:29Speaker 3: we don't know where they are, we have no contact
- 23:31Speaker 3: for them, and a significant number, we don't know how many,
- 23:36Speaker 3: but a significant number of those kids were put into
- 23:40Speaker 3: forced child labor, A significant number of those kids were
- 23:44Speaker 3: put into sex slavery, were sexually abused, and no one
- 23:49Speaker 3: in the Biden administration gave a damn. When Alejandro Majorcis,
- 23:53Speaker 3: who ran the Department of Homeland Security, would testify before
- 23:56Speaker 3: the Senate, I would question about it, he was defiant. Well, thankfully,
- 24:02Speaker 3: one of the very top priorities that Trump administration came
- 24:05Speaker 3: in with is we're going to find those kids. And
- 24:08Speaker 3: they've already found over one hundred and forty six thousand
- 24:11Speaker 3: of them they're still looking. I want you to listen
- 24:14Speaker 3: to current DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen at a press
- 24:18Speaker 3: conference this week. Give a listen.
- 24:20Speaker 7: We're going to enforce our nation's walls, and we're going
- 24:22Speaker 7: to right the wrongs that the Biden administration turned a
- 24:26Speaker 7: blind eye to. It's because of President Trump's leadership, horrific
- 24:31Speaker 7: to what's happening right in our own country, because of
- 24:35Speaker 7: four years of a blind eye that allowed unvetted sponsors
- 24:40Speaker 7: to come pick up four hundred and fifty thousand kids
- 24:45Speaker 7: on our borders, knowing their reports why the Biden administration
- 24:50Speaker 7: was in office, their own reports was reporting at over
- 24:54Speaker 7: a third of the females, regardless of age, so was
- 25:00Speaker 7: sexually assaulted before they made it to their border. They
- 25:04Speaker 7: knew it was human traffickers that were trafficking these young
- 25:08Speaker 7: kids to the border. And then they were unvetting or
- 25:13Speaker 7: or refusing to vet the so called sponsors, and there
- 25:17Speaker 7: was zero wellness checks. And they want to claim that Republicans,
- 25:21Speaker 7: because we're enforcement laws, it's inhumane somehow. What'sn't humane about
- 25:25Speaker 7: taking care of our kids. As a father of six
- 25:28Speaker 7: with three young girls, I will do whatever I have
- 25:31Speaker 7: to do. I will move heaven and hell to go
- 25:35Speaker 7: find these kids.
- 25:36Speaker 1: You know, I love the commitment there, and I want
- 25:38Speaker 1: to remind people of the vote center that have taken
- 25:41Speaker 1: place the Democrats. You got one hundred and forty five
- 25:44Speaker 1: Democrats to vote against mandating deportation for illegal aliens who
- 25:49Speaker 1: commit sex crimes. You have one hundred and sixty Democrats
- 25:53Speaker 1: vote against mandating deportation for legal aliens with Dy's. You
- 25:59Speaker 1: have one hundred eighty six Democrats who voted against mandating
- 26:03Speaker 1: deportations for illegal aliens to commit welfare fraud. And you
- 26:08Speaker 1: have one hundred and ninety Democrats who voted against mandating
- 26:13Speaker 1: deportation for illegal aliens who harm police animals. I think
- 26:18Speaker 1: it's clear Democrats have literally never met an illegal alien.
- 26:21Speaker 1: They're not willing to feed, protect, defend, and allow to them,
- 26:25Speaker 1: take children and unvet them. There's nothing they won't do
- 26:29Speaker 1: to have an open border policy.
- 26:31Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:31Speaker 3: Look, that's right, And those votes were all in this
- 26:34Speaker 3: past year. If you go back to during the Biden
- 26:37Speaker 3: administration and the Senate, one hundred percent, every single Senate
- 26:42Speaker 3: Democrat voted in favor of open borders over and over
- 26:45Speaker 3: and over again. We would tee up the votes. I
- 26:48Speaker 3: led the fight on many of these, and the Democrats
- 26:52Speaker 3: straight party line, would vote in favor of open borders.
- 26:55Speaker 3: It was and when you asked them about the kids
- 26:58Speaker 3: that they didn't have a response. They don't dispute these figures,
- 27:03Speaker 3: that they just don't talk about them. And it's look,
- 27:07Speaker 3: I want you to listen to Secretary of Malin talking
- 27:10Speaker 3: about the kids they found so far and what they're they're,
- 27:13Speaker 3: they're what they continue looking for.
- 27:16Speaker 7: You know, I tell people that I haven't quit smiling
- 27:18Speaker 7: since I have been saved to her Department for All
- 27:20Speaker 7: Land Security. But I have to take that back because
- 27:23Speaker 7: when we start digging into these cases and you start
- 27:26Speaker 7: hearing the absolute horrific things that took place underneath the
- 27:33Speaker 7: Biden administration, under true neglect at best and criminal at worst,
- 27:39Speaker 7: to allow four hundred and fifty thousand kids to go
- 27:43Speaker 7: missing throughout this country. President Trump has made it a
- 27:48Speaker 7: point to go find these kids because of our partnership
- 27:52Speaker 7: with HHS and DOJ, Department of Homeland Security, truly using
- 27:59Speaker 7: the best, the best, which the Democrats sometimes want to
- 28:02Speaker 7: demonize because a lot of times this is ice, This
- 28:04Speaker 7: is HSI, this is CVP, these individuals that the Democrats
- 28:09Speaker 7: seem to want to defund. But because the President Trump,
- 28:13Speaker 7: we finally funded them for three years, we're able to
- 28:16Speaker 7: push and go find these kids. We found one hundred
- 28:19Speaker 7: and forty six thousand kids so far, one hundred and
- 28:21Speaker 7: forty six thousand kids. We still have nearly three hundred
- 28:25Speaker 7: thousand missing. We're we're investigating reports to where some of
- 28:30Speaker 7: these kids claim that they were raped six to seven
- 28:33Speaker 7: hundred times. I don't care who you are. Five kids,
- 28:38Speaker 7: If you don't have kids, I don't care. If you're
- 28:39Speaker 7: a liberal, you're independent, you're a Democrat, you're a Republican.
- 28:42Speaker 7: If you can't stand for law enforcement to go find
- 28:46Speaker 7: these kids, who are you? Who are you? Every leader
- 28:51Speaker 7: should understand what's going on? And do you know where're
- 28:53Speaker 7: finding the most of them sanctuary cities because they know
- 28:56Speaker 7: they're safe.
- 28:57Speaker 1: If you think about sex trafficking a child, you would
- 29:01Speaker 1: go to a sanctuary city. That is the safest place
- 29:04Speaker 1: for you to operate. You and I have talked about
- 29:07Speaker 1: this bluntly.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Well, and it's worth explaining why. Because in a sanctuary city,
- 29:11Speaker 3: you have Democrat elected officials, you have Democrat district attorneys
- 29:16Speaker 3: who won't prosecute the human traffickers, who won't prosecute the
- 29:20Speaker 3: sex traffickers, who have decided as a political matter, that
- 29:24Speaker 3: their party, the Democrat Party, is for open borders. You
- 29:28Speaker 3: remember Chris Murphy when he said on TV, the very
- 29:31Speaker 3: liberal Democrat from Connecticut, he said, the people we care
- 29:35Speaker 3: about most illegal immigrants. That was his phrase, the people
- 29:39Speaker 3: we care about most. And by the way, that's a lie. Also,
- 29:44Speaker 3: he doesn't care about the little girls and little boys
- 29:47Speaker 3: being raped and turned into sex slaves. He doesn't care
- 29:49Speaker 3: about them at all. What he cares about is letting
- 29:52Speaker 3: in as many illegal immigrants as possible, who will then
- 29:54Speaker 3: vote Democrat and keep the party in power. I want
- 29:58Speaker 3: you to listen to Secretary bull and making this point
- 30:00Speaker 3: that is there were multiple reports of kids being trapped
- 30:04Speaker 3: in sex slavery. No Democrat gave a damn.
- 30:07Speaker 7: It was being reported at the time it was happening,
- 30:10Speaker 7: and there was no outrage, and no one tried to
- 30:12Speaker 7: hold these people accountable. And kids now have been paying
- 30:14Speaker 7: for it. They've been getting raped over and over and
- 30:17Speaker 7: over again because this previous administration chose not to enforce
- 30:23Speaker 7: our nation's laws and protect the most vulnerable.
- 30:25Speaker 4: That is shameful.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Six to seven hundred times that that is a number
- 30:30Speaker 1: that I do believe should haunt everyone listening.
- 30:33Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, look, look, I I want you to remember
- 30:36Speaker 3: when Alejandro Mayorks testified in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee,
- 30:40Speaker 3: and I showed him the the plastic bracelets, the colored
- 30:45Speaker 3: bracelets that traffickers would put on every illegal they brought
- 30:49Speaker 3: into this country, and there were color coded for how
- 30:51Speaker 3: many thousands of dollars they owed them, and it was
- 30:53Speaker 3: literally they were treating human beings like cattle. And when
- 30:56Speaker 3: you stand on the border down by the Rio Grand River,
- 30:59Speaker 3: you see hundreds of these in the grass. And I
- 31:02Speaker 3: asked him what the colored wristbands were and his answer was,
- 31:05Speaker 3: I have no idea I've ever seen them before, which
- 31:08Speaker 3: I got made me really angry because it means he
- 31:11Speaker 3: hadn't bothered to go to the to the border at all.
- 31:14Speaker 3: He did not care about the children being trafficked. And
- 31:18Speaker 3: I view those colored wristbands as modern day leg irons.
- 31:23Speaker 3: This is slavery today in America, and the Democrats were
- 31:27Speaker 3: responsible for it. And one of the most important things
- 31:29Speaker 3: the Trump administration is doing is stopping this horrific abuse
- 31:34Speaker 3: of kids that the Democrats allowed to have happen.
- 31:36Speaker 1: As always, thank you for listening to Verdict with Center
