Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, we have done that with many, So you have
- 0:04Speaker 1: eighteen Secret Service I would say if they're eighteen with
- 0:08Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, that will be something I look at this afternoon. Okay, sir,
- 0:12Speaker 1: I just heard about it for the first time. So
- 0:14Speaker 1: he's in South Africa. That's very interstic.
- 0:17Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Good Tuesday morning, Ben Ferguson with the unwelcome the forty
- 0:24Speaker 3: seven Morning Update. We've got three major stories for you
- 0:27Speaker 3: in first up, does the auto pen count with Joe
- 0:30Speaker 3: Biden's name if he didn't actually even know that it
- 0:33Speaker 3: was being used. That is a question that Donald Trump
- 0:37Speaker 3: is asked about the pardons that he gave to many
- 0:40Speaker 3: on his days when he was going out of office,
- 0:43Speaker 3: and we have reason to believe that many of those
- 0:45Speaker 3: pardons were not signed by the President's actual signature, but
- 0:49Speaker 3: instead by the auto pen. Also, Donald Trump spent quite
- 0:54Speaker 3: a few hours from last week to this week going
- 0:57Speaker 3: after terroris all over the Middle East. So what did
- 1:00Speaker 3: he accomplish. We'll explain that as well. And finally, President
- 1:04Speaker 3: Trump says that the JFK files will be released today.
- 1:08Speaker 3: How many pages I'll give that to you in a minute.
- 1:11Speaker 3: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Donald Trump has made it very clear declaring that Biden's
- 1:19Speaker 3: pardons of January sixth committee members are void vacant due
- 1:25Speaker 3: to the auto pen apparently being used. This all started
- 1:29Speaker 3: in a conversation on Marine one when a reporter asked
- 1:33Speaker 3: a very simple question of the President about that auto pen.
- 1:37Speaker 4: Listen, I would say that danelan one, because I'm sure
- 1:40Speaker 4: Biden didn't have any idea that it was taking Pliz
- 1:44Speaker 4: and somebody who was using an autopen to sign off
- 1:47Speaker 4: and to give the pardons to as an example, just
- 1:51Speaker 4: one example, with the j six unselected committee, they.
- 1:57Speaker 5: Gave think of it, they gave partners with an autopen.
- 1:59Speaker 5: I don't think Biden knew anything about it. And what
- 2:02Speaker 5: they did is they deleted and destroyed all of the
- 2:05Speaker 5: information that took them over a year to again. And
- 2:08Speaker 5: the reason they did that is because the information was
- 2:12Speaker 5: very incriminating about them, like Nancy Pelosi who was determined
- 2:17Speaker 5: conclusively that she knew about ten thousand soldiers and turned
- 2:21Speaker 5: it down. And if we used five hundred soldiers, you
- 2:23Speaker 5: would add no problem. Let alone ten thousand, the young
- 2:28Speaker 5: lady that said that I granted these powerful young secret
- 2:32Speaker 5: service agents by the next ring. Okay, you know that
- 2:36Speaker 5: was a big hoax. It was a lie, and she
- 2:39Speaker 5: admitted it, and they deleted everything, so you know what
- 2:43Speaker 5: they did a scrimat.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Now, that wasn't all that the President had to say
- 2:47Speaker 3: on this. He then put out a true social post
- 2:49Speaker 3: that said, quote, the part ends that sleepy Joe Biden
- 2:53Speaker 3: gave the Unselect Committee of political thugs and many others
- 2:57Speaker 3: are hereby declared void, vacant, and of no further force
- 3:02Speaker 3: or effect because of the fact that they were done
- 3:04Speaker 3: by Auto Penn. In other words, Joe Biden did not
- 3:07Speaker 3: sign them, but more importantly, he did not know anything
- 3:10Speaker 3: about them. The necessary parting documents were not explained to
- 3:15Speaker 3: or approved by Biden. He knew nothing about them, and
- 3:18Speaker 3: the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore,
- 3:22Speaker 3: those on the Unselect Committee who destroyed and deleted all
- 3:26Speaker 3: evidence obtained during their two year witch on a me
- 3:30Speaker 3: and many other innocent people should fully understand that they
- 3:34Speaker 3: are subject to investigation at the highest level. President went
- 3:38Speaker 3: on to say this quote, The fact is they were
- 3:41Speaker 3: probably responsible for the documents that were signed on their
- 3:45Speaker 3: behalf without the knowledge or consent of the worst president
- 3:49Speaker 3: and history of our country, Crooked Joe Biden.
- 3:53Speaker 5: Now.
- 3:53Speaker 3: On Monday, during a White House Press briefing, the White
- 3:56Speaker 3: House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt responded to a question from
- 3:59Speaker 3: CNN's Caitlyn Collins regarding Trump's post on Sunday night in
- 4:03Speaker 3: which he declared the pardons are void, vacant, and of
- 4:06Speaker 3: no further force or effect because of the fact that
- 4:09Speaker 3: they were done by the auto pen. Carolyn Levitt said,
- 4:12Speaker 3: Trump was begging the question, and I think a lot
- 4:15Speaker 3: of journalists in this room should be asking about whether
- 4:20Speaker 3: or not the former president of the United States, who
- 4:23Speaker 3: I think we can all finally agree, was cognitively impaired,
- 4:27Speaker 3: quote unquote.
- 4:29Speaker 6: The President was begging the question that I think a
- 4:32Speaker 6: lot of journalists in this room should be asking about
- 4:34Speaker 6: whether or not the former president of the United States,
- 4:37Speaker 6: who I think we can all finally agree, was cognitively impaired.
- 4:40Speaker 6: I know it took people some time to finally admit that,
- 4:43Speaker 6: but we all know that to be true, as evidence
- 4:46Speaker 6: by his disastrous debate performance against President Trump during the campaign.
- 4:50Speaker 6: I digress on that but the President was raising the
- 4:53Speaker 6: point that did the President even know about these pardons?
- 4:57Speaker 6: Was his legal signature use without his consent or knowledge?
- 5:02Speaker 6: And that's not just the President or me raising those questions, Caitlin.
- 5:05Speaker 6: According to The New York Post, there are Biden officials
- 5:08Speaker 6: from the previous White House who raised those questions and
- 5:11Speaker 6: wondered if the President was even consulted about his legally
- 5:14Speaker 6: binding signature being signed onto documents. And so I think
- 5:18Speaker 6: it's a question that everybody in this room should be
- 5:21Speaker 6: looking into because certainly that would propose perhaps criminal or
- 5:26Speaker 6: illegal behavior if staff members were signing the President of
- 5:29Speaker 6: the United States autograph.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Without criminal or legal procedures. It's very clear now this
- 5:36Speaker 3: is going to be an issue that courts are going
- 5:37Speaker 3: to have to deal with, and one that Donald Trump
- 5:39Speaker 3: is happily raising the question was there illegal activity with
- 5:44Speaker 3: people signing Joe Biden's name without his knowledge or his consent?
- 5:49Speaker 2: Next story number two.
- 5:51Speaker 3: One of Donald Trump's promises from the campaign trail was
- 5:54Speaker 3: to go after terrorists all over the world, peace through strength,
- 5:57Speaker 3: to making sure that we strike first. Those they're trying
- 6:00Speaker 3: to do harm to Americans are soldiers and American interests
- 6:05Speaker 3: around the world. Well Over the past week, Donald Trump
- 6:09Speaker 3: has intensified his counter terrorism efforts, both domestically and internationally.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Here is a quick summary of just some of the
- 6:18Speaker 3: things that the present has done. Airstrikes have been ordered.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Starting on March fifteenth, President Trump authorized large scale air
- 6:26Speaker 3: strikes targeting I ran back Hoothy rebels in Yemen's capital.
- 6:31Speaker 3: This action was in response to the Houthis threat to
- 6:34Speaker 3: US shipping assets in the Red Sea. The offensive aims
- 6:38Speaker 3: to protect American interests and ensure navigational freedom in the region.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Donald Trump, putting it this way in his own words
- 6:46Speaker 3: on True Social Today, I ordered the United States military
- 6:49Speaker 3: to launch decisive and powerful military action against the Houthy
- 6:54Speaker 3: terrorists in Yemen. They have waged an unrelenting campaign of piracy, violence,
- 7:01Speaker 3: and terrorism against American and other ships, aircraft, and drones.
- 7:07Speaker 3: Joe Biden's response was pathetically weak, so the unrestrained Houthi's
- 7:12Speaker 3: just kept going. It has been over a year since
- 7:15Speaker 3: a US flag commercial ship safely sailed through the Suez Canal,
- 7:21Speaker 3: the Red Sea, or the Gulf of Aden. The last
- 7:25Speaker 3: American warship to go through the Red Sea, four months ago,
- 7:29Speaker 3: was attacked by the terrorist group over a dozen times.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Funded by Iran, the Hoothy thugs have fired missiles at
- 7:38Speaker 3: US aircraft and targeted our troops and allies. These relentless
- 7:44Speaker 3: assaults have cost the US and the world economy many
- 7:48Speaker 3: billions of dollars, while at the same time putting innocent
- 7:52Speaker 3: lives at risk. The Hoothy attack on American vessels will
- 7:56Speaker 3: not be tolerated. We will use overwhelming lethal flies until
- 8:00Speaker 3: we have achieved our objective. The Houthis have choked off
- 8:04Speaker 3: shipping and one of the most important waterways of the world,
- 8:07Speaker 3: grinding vast swaths of global commerce to a halt and
- 8:11Speaker 3: attacking the core principle of freedom and navigation upon which
- 8:15Speaker 3: international trade and commerce depends. Our brave warfighters are right
- 8:21Speaker 3: now carrying out aerial attacks on the terrace basis. They're
- 8:24Speaker 3: leaders and missile defenses to protect American shipping, air and
- 8:29Speaker 3: naval assets and to restore navigational freedom. No terrorist force
- 8:34Speaker 3: will stop American commercial and naval vessels from freely sailing
- 8:38Speaker 3: the waterways of the world. To all the Houthy terrasts,
- 8:42Speaker 3: your time is up and your attacks must stop starting today.
- 8:47Speaker 3: If they don't, hell will rain down upon you like
- 8:50Speaker 3: nothing you've ever seen before. President Trump went on to
- 8:53Speaker 3: say to Iran support for the houthy terrists must end immediately.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Do not threaten them American people, their president, who has
- 9:02Speaker 3: received one of the largest mandates in presidential history, or
- 9:06Speaker 3: worldwide shipping lanes. If you do, beware because America will
- 9:10Speaker 3: hold you fully accountable and we won't be nice about it.
- 9:14Speaker 3: That is the President's clear message to the terrorists right
- 9:18Speaker 3: now in the Middle East. Now, this message comes less
- 9:21Speaker 3: than twenty four hours after Trump also announced Friday night
- 9:25Speaker 3: that the US forces had killed the fugitive leader of
- 9:28Speaker 3: ISIS in Iraq. The White House even released the footage
- 9:31Speaker 3: of the airstrike on social media, making it clear that
- 9:34Speaker 3: President Trump will go and terminate any terrorist leader anywhere
- 9:38Speaker 3: he has to to keep American safe.
- 9:41Speaker 2: And here is story number three.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Transparency with our government is a core foundation of Donald
- 9:48Speaker 3: Trump's second term in office, and that was one of
- 9:52Speaker 3: his big promises from the campaign trail. Even the biggest
- 9:56Speaker 3: secrets that we've never been able to actually know what
- 9:59Speaker 3: really happened. One of those secrets deals with the jfk assassination. Well,
- 10:04Speaker 3: President Trump has announced that his administration will release today
- 10:09Speaker 3: approximately eighty thousand pages of previously classified documents related to
- 10:15Speaker 3: the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. This is a
- 10:20Speaker 3: major move towards transparency so that the American people, well,
- 10:25Speaker 3: hopefully we'll have more trust in our federal government.
- 10:29Speaker 7: We are tomorrow announcing and giving all of the Kennedy files.
- 10:39Speaker 7: So people have been waiting for decades for this, and
- 10:43Speaker 7: I've instructed my people that are responsible, lots of different people,
- 10:50Speaker 7: put together by Tulsea Gabbert, and that's going to be
- 10:54Speaker 7: released tomorrow.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Now.
- 10:56Speaker 3: The decision to classify these documents fulfilled that promise. It
- 11:01Speaker 3: is to provide greater transparency, the White House says, regarding
- 11:04Speaker 3: the events surrounding Kennedy's assassination in nineteen sixty three, during
- 11:09Speaker 3: a visit to the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, President
- 11:12Speaker 3: Trump stated, I don't believe we are going to redact anything.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Just don't redact. You can't redact. It's going to be
- 11:20Speaker 3: very interesting, quote unquote. Now, in addition to the JFK files,
- 11:24Speaker 3: the executive order signed by President Trump in January also
- 11:27Speaker 3: mandates the release of records pertaining to the assassinations of
- 11:32Speaker 3: Senator Robert F. Kennedy and the civil rights leader Martin
- 11:36Speaker 3: Luther King Junior. The NASAU Archives and Records Administration has
- 11:41Speaker 3: been tasked with processing and digitizing these records for public access.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Prior to the release, by the way, over ninety nine
- 11:49Speaker 3: percent of the approximately three hundred and twenty thousand documents
- 11:54Speaker 3: related to the JFK assassination had already been made public,
- 11:59Speaker 3: but few more than four thousand, seven hundred files withheld
- 12:04Speaker 3: in part or in full. In other words, anything they
- 12:07Speaker 3: didn't want you to read, you didn't see. Well, Donald
- 12:10Speaker 3: Trump now says, get ready to sit down and start
- 12:13Speaker 3: reading all of the information of the eighty thousand pages,
- 12:18Speaker 3: and you will be seeing that today.
