- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 1: with you. And let me just say this before we
- 0:07Speaker 1: start this show today. If you miss Part one of
- 0:10Speaker 1: our predictions that came right in twenty twenty four and
- 0:15Speaker 1: heading into twenty twenty five, go back and listen. There's
- 0:18Speaker 1: some big predictions we made in Part one, which came
- 0:21Speaker 1: out on New Year's Day on Wednesday. It is Friday now, obviously,
- 0:25Speaker 1: and we are continuing with our predictions with Part two.
- 0:28Speaker 1: And one of the biggest stories of twenty twenty four,
- 0:31Speaker 1: especially a center when Joe Biden was a candidate, was
- 0:36Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family and the corruption there.
- 0:38Speaker 1: And let's start with one of the biggest topics of
- 0:41Speaker 1: the year in twenty twenty four, and that was Joe Biden,
- 0:44Speaker 1: his son, their relationship and the prediction you made that
- 0:48Speaker 1: Joe Biden would pardon Hunter Biden.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Well, let me say this podcast and also the one
- 0:54Speaker 2: we did on Wednesday of this week, we're going through
- 0:57Speaker 2: ten predictions, clear explo predictions made on Verdict. Most of
- 1:03Speaker 2: these predictions at the time we made them were widely ridiculed,
- 1:08Speaker 2: were extremely unpopular. They were leaning in and taking a risk.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Much of the media would not report on them, and
- 1:16Speaker 2: to the extent they reported on the predictions we made,
- 1:18Speaker 2: we were widely ridiculed for making these predictions. All of
- 1:22Speaker 2: them have come true. And listen if you want to
- 1:25Speaker 2: know what's going to happen in twenty twenty five and
- 1:26Speaker 2: twenty twenty six in the years to come. This is
- 1:29Speaker 2: a podcast. I take risks, I lean forward, I give
- 1:32Speaker 2: my best judgment. I make predictions. I will say we
- 1:36Speaker 2: talked about in Wednesday's podcast the prediction I made in fact,
- 1:40Speaker 2: the night of the debate between Trump and Joe Biden,
- 1:43Speaker 2: I made a prediction that I thought the odds were
- 1:45Speaker 2: greater than eighty percent that Joe Biden would not be
- 1:51Speaker 2: the nominee. That was a prediction I had made more
- 1:53Speaker 2: than a year ahead of time. Widely ridiculed. Well, this
- 1:57Speaker 2: is a prediction prediction number six in our list of ten,
- 2:00Speaker 2: that I made with with with greater certainty than greater
- 2:04Speaker 2: than eighty percent. And in fact, this is a prediction
- 2:07Speaker 2: I laid out. I said it was one hundred percent certainty,
- 2:11Speaker 2: and the media ridiculed and ignored that prediction. But I
- 2:15Speaker 2: want you to listen to what we predicted on July
- 2:18Speaker 2: twenty second of twenty twenty four. Give a listen, going
- 2:21Speaker 2: to place the odds that Joe Biden pardons Hunter Biden
- 2:27Speaker 2: at one hundred point zero percent. Hunter Biden will get
- 2:32Speaker 2: a pardon as a result of this decision today, will
- 2:35Speaker 2: not happen till.
- 2:35Speaker 3: After election day.
- 2:36Speaker 1: That's what I'm gonna ask when.
- 2:38Speaker 3: He's not going to do it.
- 2:38Speaker 2: He's not going to do it before election day, but
- 2:40Speaker 2: he's going to stick around and after election day. I
- 2:44Speaker 2: believe it is now one hundred percent that Joe Biden
- 2:46Speaker 2: will pardon Hunter.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Now, remember the Media Center, They we played a montage
- 2:52Speaker 1: on this show back then of the media obsessing over
- 2:56Speaker 1: over and over again, the White House Press Secretary, the
- 2:58Speaker 1: President and interview was straight up lying to the American people,
- 3:02Speaker 1: saying he was going to respect the justice system, he
- 3:05Speaker 1: was going to respect the outcome. He would not pardon
- 3:08Speaker 1: his son, and said it over and over again, and
- 3:12Speaker 1: the entire time they were just flat out lined to
- 3:14Speaker 1: the American people.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Yeah, Joe Biden was lying to the American people. Kamala
- 3:20Speaker 2: Harris was lying to the American people. Kareeman Jean Pierre
- 3:22Speaker 2: went out on behalf of the President stood at the
- 3:24Speaker 2: White House podium and lied to the American people over
- 3:27Speaker 2: and over and over again when they repeatedly said Joe
- 3:29Speaker 2: Biden was not going to pardon Hunters. As I said
- 3:32Speaker 2: in July of twenty four, I thought the odds were
- 3:34Speaker 2: one hundred percent, but it wasn't even July of twenty four.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Let's go back even further. Let's go back to January first,
- 3:41Speaker 2: twenty twenty four, almost exactly one year ago. Go back
- 3:44Speaker 2: and listen to what we predicted on Verdict January twelfth,
- 3:48Speaker 2: twenty twenty four.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Give a listen.
- 3:50Speaker 4: Back in January of this year, there was a prediction
- 3:54Speaker 4: that was made on this show, and that that was
- 4:01Speaker 4: made on this show.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I just want to start by playing it.
- 4:05Speaker 3: You said this, I'm going to make a prediction right now, Ben,
- 4:09Speaker 3: this is not what I like.
- 4:11Speaker 2: My prediction is in December of twenty twenty four, Joe
- 4:16Speaker 2: Biden will pardon Hunter.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Biden. Really, that's my prediction. He'll be after the election,
- 4:25Speaker 3: very likely win or lose. You say he'll do it
- 4:27Speaker 3: no matter what win or lose.
- 4:30Speaker 2: If Biden were to win, I think he'll delay the
- 4:33Speaker 2: pardon until right before Hunter goes to jail. But if
- 4:36Speaker 2: Biden is losing, I'd put the odds at ninety five
- 4:39Speaker 2: percent that in December of this year, if Biden has
- 4:43Speaker 2: just lost the general election, that he pardons his son
- 4:45Speaker 2: and he gives him a scot free get out of
- 4:47Speaker 2: jail pass.
- 4:49Speaker 3: And so understand Hunter's legal.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Strategy is delay eleven months, Delay eleven months, don't go
- 4:57Speaker 2: to jail for eleven months, and then Daddy gives you
- 4:59Speaker 2: get a jail free card. And it's why the House
- 5:02Speaker 2: needs to keep their eye on the ball.
- 5:04Speaker 1: That was January the twelfth Center, twenty twenty four. If
- 5:07Speaker 1: you were listening to Verdict, then this was one hundred
- 5:10Speaker 1: percent predicted and it happened exactly how you said it would.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Well to be fair, it was ninety five percent predicted then,
- 5:16Speaker 2: and then last summer I raised it to one hundred percent.
- 5:19Speaker 2: But if you listen to Verdict, you knew this was
- 5:23Speaker 2: going to happen. It is ten fifty three pm on
- 5:25Speaker 2: December first. We are recording this podcast right now. On
- 5:29Speaker 2: December first, Joe Biden did exactly what we told you
- 5:32Speaker 2: was going to do eleven months ago.
- 5:34Speaker 3: He pardoned his son Hunter Biden.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Never mind about the corruption, never mind about the gun offenses,
- 5:40Speaker 2: never mind about the drug offenses, never mind about the
- 5:42Speaker 2: tax offenses. No man is above the law unless your
- 5:46Speaker 2: name is Joe Biden and the entire Biden family.
- 5:48Speaker 1: I like, how honest you are? Ninety five percent? So
- 5:51Speaker 1: you gave the five percent back?
- 5:52Speaker 2: I like that, well, to be fair, ninety five percent
- 5:57Speaker 2: was the odds that I put on this in January
- 5:59Speaker 2: of two, twenty twenty four. One hundred percent were the
- 6:03Speaker 2: odds that I put on it in July of twenty
- 6:05Speaker 2: twenty four. So in those six months, I increased the
- 6:08Speaker 2: odds from ninety five percent to one hundred percent. And
- 6:11Speaker 2: I want to point out I didn't just make the
- 6:13Speaker 2: prediction that it would happen I made the prediction that
- 6:15Speaker 2: it would happen in December of twenty twenty four. Joe
- 6:19Speaker 2: Biden pardoned Hunter Biden on December one, twenty twenty four.
- 6:25Speaker 2: So not only was the prediction correct, the date was correct.
- 6:29Speaker 2: When we predicted on this podcast that Joe Biden would
- 6:32Speaker 2: be removed from the ballot, I predicted that would be
- 6:34Speaker 2: in August of twenty four. It instead happened on July
- 6:38Speaker 2: twenty first of twenty four. So I was off by
- 6:40Speaker 2: ten days on that prediction, but on the Hunter Biden pardon,
- 6:44Speaker 2: I was exactly right that it would happen, and I
- 6:46Speaker 2: was exactly right as to when it would happen.
- 6:48Speaker 1: I want to take a moment and talk to you
- 6:50Speaker 1: real quick about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
- 6:54Speaker 1: The new year is a time of reflection on the
- 6:57Speaker 1: past year and the hope for a new one to come.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Last year was an incredibly turbulent time for Israel and
- 7:03Speaker 1: the Jewish people, with the devastating and ongoing multi front war.
- 7:08Speaker 1: It's an unprecedented rise that we've witnessed in global anti
- 7:12Speaker 1: Semitism and the loss of many Jewish lives. But we've
- 7:15Speaker 1: also seen an uprising of love and support from people
- 7:18Speaker 1: just like you, and through the partnership with the International
- 7:22Speaker 1: Fellowship of Christians and Jews, so many of you have
- 7:25Speaker 1: made a difference to people that are desperately in need
- 7:28Speaker 1: in Israel. Your support of the IFCJ have saved lives
- 7:32Speaker 1: and answered prayers, and thanks to generosity of listeners just
- 7:36Speaker 1: like you, bomb shelters have been built and placed. Life
- 7:41Speaker 1: saving food and emergency supplies have been provided to evacuees
- 7:45Speaker 1: and those in critical need, and protective gear and medical
- 7:49Speaker 1: equipment have been distributed to first responders on the front line,
- 7:53Speaker 1: including armored ambulances that you provided. Now, there's still more
- 7:59Speaker 1: work to be done, unfortunately, and that is why I'm
- 8:02Speaker 1: asking you to join the movement of those who have
- 8:04Speaker 1: raised their voices to support and stand with Israel and
- 8:07Speaker 1: the Jewish people. We're asking you to continue your prayers
- 8:11Speaker 1: and your ongoing support today by visiting support IFCJ dot org.
- 8:19Speaker 1: That's one word, SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. That's support IFCJ dot org.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Let's move to a prediction number seven on my list,
- 8:30Speaker 1: and this was one that could have become a massive
- 8:35Speaker 1: moment in American history, a massive moment with voting and
- 8:41Speaker 1: our elections. And it dealt with the Supreme Court. And
- 8:45Speaker 1: you said the Supreme Court would unanimously reverse the Colorado
- 8:49Speaker 1: effort to remove Donald J. Trump from the ballot in
- 8:53Speaker 1: that state.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Well, that's right, and remember the Colorado Supreme Court ruled
- 8:59Speaker 2: the that Trump had to be removed from the ballot.
- 9:02Speaker 2: And mind you, this is back when democrats claim they
- 9:05Speaker 2: were defending democracy, and the way they defend a democracy
- 9:08Speaker 2: is trying to legally order the voters do not vote
- 9:11Speaker 2: for our opponent because we love some democracy so much,
- 9:13Speaker 2: we're going to remove them from the ballot. That decision
- 9:16Speaker 2: was an outrage. It was a grotesque constitutional abomination. And
- 9:21Speaker 2: when that decision came down, I was unequivocal in predicting
- 9:25Speaker 2: number one, that the Supreme Court would overturn it. But
- 9:29Speaker 2: number two I predicted. I believed the Supreme Court would
- 9:32Speaker 2: overturn it unanimously. And I want you to give a
- 9:35Speaker 2: listen to this clip from January twenty twenty four. What
- 9:40Speaker 2: the Democrats have done in both Colorado and in Maine
- 9:44Speaker 2: is said, to hell with the voters. We don't care
- 9:47Speaker 2: about democracy. We don't care what the voters want. We
- 9:50Speaker 2: know better. We hate Donald Trump so much the voters
- 9:54Speaker 2: are not allowed to vote for him.
- 9:57Speaker 3: That is.
- 10:00Speaker 2: It's never happened in our nation's history. It is a
- 10:03Speaker 2: level of partisanship and weaponization and cynicism and abuse of
- 10:07Speaker 2: power that is truly unprecedented, and it is also legally frivolous.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I'm here to tell you right now, these decisions will
- 10:17Speaker 2: be reversed. I put the odds at these decisions being
- 10:20Speaker 2: reversed at one hundred percent. When we get to November
- 10:24Speaker 2: of this year. If Donald Trump is the Republican nominee,
- 10:29Speaker 2: his name will be on the ballot. Donald Trump's name
- 10:32Speaker 2: will be on the primary ballot in every state, and
- 10:35Speaker 2: no partisan Democrat is going to succeed in removing his
- 10:40Speaker 2: name from the ballot and keeping it off. That is
- 10:42Speaker 2: my prediction right now. I believe the US Supreme Court
- 10:45Speaker 2: will take this case. I think they will overturn. They
- 10:49Speaker 2: will reverse the Colorado decision. I think they will do
- 10:52Speaker 2: so swiftly, and I think there is a very real
- 10:55Speaker 2: possibility they do so unanimously.
- 10:57Speaker 3: I hope they do so unanimously.
- 10:59Speaker 2: I don't know if the left leaning judges on the
- 11:02Speaker 2: Court would be willing to do so, but they should.
- 11:04Speaker 2: It would be the right thing to do. And I
- 11:06Speaker 2: think there's a reasonable prospect that we get a nine
- 11:10Speaker 2: zero decision from the US Supreme Court reversing the Colorado
- 11:14Speaker 2: decision and making clear that if you don't like Donald Trump,
- 11:17Speaker 2: the answer is go beat him at the ballot box,
- 11:20Speaker 2: not go to your friendly Democrat in your pocket secretary
- 11:25Speaker 2: of state just to pull them off the ballot.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Yet again, the prediction you were spot.
- 11:29Speaker 2: On well, and it's worth noting there were multiple predictions
- 11:33Speaker 2: that were baked into that. Number One, at the time
- 11:36Speaker 2: the Colorado Supreme Court decision came down, it was going
- 11:39Speaker 2: to be appealed.
- 11:40Speaker 3: To the U. S. Supreme Court.
- 11:41Speaker 2: The way the US Supreme Court, the vast majority of
- 11:43Speaker 2: the cases before it, the way they take cases is
- 11:46Speaker 2: they have what's called discretionary review, so they have a
- 11:49Speaker 2: decision whether to take a case or not. And so
- 11:51Speaker 2: what I predicted immediately when this Colorado decision came down
- 11:55Speaker 2: was Number one, the US Supreme Court would take the case.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Check that prediction proved correct. Number two, I predicted the U. S.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Supreme Court would reverse the decision. And in fact, I
- 12:07Speaker 2: said in my judgment the odds of the Supreme Court
- 12:10Speaker 2: reversing the decision were one hundred percent. That's another one
- 12:13Speaker 2: hundred percent odds that I gave.
- 12:15Speaker 3: I gave the odds of a.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Hunter Biden pardon at one hundred percent that proved true.
- 12:19Speaker 2: I gave the odds of the Supreme Court reversing the
- 12:21Speaker 2: Colorado Supreme Court at one hundred percent. That proved true.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I will note, when you make a prediction with one
- 12:27Speaker 2: hundred percent odds, are you're taking some risk. I don't
- 12:31Speaker 2: know anyone else that was making predictions that unequivocally and
- 12:35Speaker 2: boldly about what was going to happen. I believe that
- 12:37Speaker 2: was correct, and it proved correct. And then the one
- 12:40Speaker 2: that was interesting is is I also predicted. I said,
- 12:44Speaker 2: there's a reasonable prospect that the US Supreme Court will
- 12:48Speaker 2: overturn the Colorado Supreme Court unanimously. I said that's not
- 12:52Speaker 2: one hundred percent. I didn't give a percentage number, but
- 12:55Speaker 2: I said a reasonable prospect. I think it's fair to
- 12:58Speaker 2: interpret that as as more likely than not, as greater
- 13:01Speaker 2: than fifty percent. And I'm very, very glad that prediction
- 13:06Speaker 2: came true.
- 13:07Speaker 3: It might not have.
- 13:08Speaker 2: You might have seen one or two or three of
- 13:09Speaker 2: the liberals dissent. That would have been really unfortunate. And
- 13:12Speaker 2: I'm grateful that that prediction came true because on March fourth,
- 13:17Speaker 2: twenty twenty four, the United States Supreme Court unanimously reversed
- 13:22Speaker 2: the Colorado Supreme Court and reinstated Donald Trump on the ballot.
- 13:25Speaker 2: That was the right decision, and it's exactly what verdict
- 13:28Speaker 2: had predicted.
- 13:30Speaker 1: It was an important prediction, especially for the future of
- 13:33Speaker 1: this country, and one that again it was absolutely predicted
- 13:37Speaker 1: correct by you. Let's move on to another one number
- 13:40Speaker 1: eight on my list, and that is that Joe Biden
- 13:43Speaker 1: and the Department of Justice would protect the big guy,
- 13:48Speaker 1: but would indict Hunter Biden on the gun charges. In
- 13:53Speaker 1: other words, and to go back in time, remind people
- 13:56Speaker 1: the charges that were coming against Hunter Biden actually were
- 14:00Speaker 1: the perfect charges to protect Joe Biden and make sure
- 14:04Speaker 1: there was nothing that would intertwine or put him in
- 14:06Speaker 1: a bad spot with his business partners. We've seen in
- 14:09Speaker 1: the last few days this picture coming out with Hunter
- 14:12Speaker 1: Biden and Joe Biden and Kim Jong Ag and other
- 14:15Speaker 1: business associates. He claimed he never met with the business associates,
- 14:17Speaker 1: and he had no connection to China, and there was
- 14:19Speaker 1: a firewall between his son and him. All of that
- 14:22Speaker 1: was smoking mers. All of that was a lie. But
- 14:25Speaker 1: there's anything that Joe Biden's doj did correctly, it was
- 14:29Speaker 1: to make sure that when they indicted Hunter, it was
- 14:31Speaker 1: a indictments that would not hurt Joe Biden the president
- 14:36Speaker 1: in any way.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Well, that's right, and we broke down in great detail
- 14:40Speaker 2: on this podcast what the evidence was concerning Hunter Biden,
- 14:45Speaker 2: concerning Joe Biden, concerning Biden family corruption and in particular,
- 14:49Speaker 2: we focused on Listen, the reason this is a matter
- 14:51Speaker 2: of public import is because it is evidence of corruption
- 14:56Speaker 2: directly by the President of the United States and by
- 14:58Speaker 2: previously the Vice President than the United States, Joe Biden.
- 15:02Speaker 2: And we said, listen, if Hunter Biden were just some poor,
- 15:07Speaker 2: substance abusing individual who had made bad life choices his
- 15:11Speaker 2: whole life, it would not be a matter of a
- 15:13Speaker 2: public concern. Uh. What the public concern is is that
- 15:17Speaker 2: Hunter Biden and the Biden family made millions of dollars
- 15:20Speaker 2: selling favors from Joe Biden. That it was official corruption
- 15:24Speaker 2: from Joe Biden, and so we broke that down. But
- 15:30Speaker 2: this podcast laid out how the Biden DOJ has been
- 15:33Speaker 2: utterly politicized and corrupt on this investigation, and that their
- 15:38Speaker 2: objective was to protect the big guy, to protect Joe Biden.
- 15:41Speaker 2: And what what what what I laid out As I said, listen,
- 15:45Speaker 2: if they just focus on the personal issues with Hunter,
- 15:49Speaker 2: if they focus on the drug issues and the gun issues,
- 15:53Speaker 2: those are unique and personal to Hunter, they don't implicate.
- 15:57Speaker 3: The big guy.
- 15:59Speaker 2: They will be doing so with an aid and a
- 16:02Speaker 2: purpose of protecting and insulating Joe Biden. Give a listen
- 16:07Speaker 2: to what we said in May of twenty twenty three.
- 16:11Speaker 2: As we've talked about at great length on this podcast,
- 16:15Speaker 2: the tell I think the Biden DOJ will indict Hunter Biden.
- 16:19Speaker 3: But if they indict him.
- 16:20Speaker 2: For personal tax issues or for lying on his gun
- 16:24Speaker 2: permit application, that will be the tell that they're being political,
- 16:30Speaker 2: that they're trying to focus on offenses that are just
- 16:33Speaker 2: personal to him, that they can say, listen, he's a
- 16:36Speaker 2: troubled solely as substance abuse issues. The scandal, the issue
- 16:42Speaker 2: of public concern is the corruption of daddy of Joe
- 16:48Speaker 2: Biden when he was vice president and when he was president.
- 16:52Speaker 1: I mean center. Not only did the prediction come true,
- 16:55Speaker 1: but do you think there's a good chance after Donald
- 16:58Speaker 1: Trump takes office and see all of these people with
- 17:01Speaker 1: the DJ turnover I would describe as from going from
- 17:05Speaker 1: the bad guys the good guys, the simple way of
- 17:07Speaker 1: putting it, that we're gonna find out even more about
- 17:09Speaker 1: how much they were helping protect the Biden crime family.
- 17:13Speaker 2: I do, and as I said in Wednesday's podcast, I
- 17:16Speaker 2: have urged both Pambondi, the incoming Attorney General, and Cash Pateel,
- 17:20Speaker 2: the incoming director of the FBI to engage in full transparency,
- 17:24Speaker 2: to make this information public that people have a right
- 17:26Speaker 2: to know. In particular, we know about Hunter biden WhatsApp
- 17:30Speaker 2: text that he sent to the Chinese businessman where he said,
- 17:33Speaker 2: I am sitting next to my father that would be
- 17:36Speaker 2: Joe Biden, Vice President, and threatening retaliation from Joe Biden
- 17:41Speaker 2: if he didn't get millions of dollars and we know
- 17:43Speaker 2: that that businessman within days sent Hunter Biden millions of dollars.
- 17:47Speaker 2: The obvious question was when he was threatening retaliation from
- 17:52Speaker 2: Vice President Joe Biden, was Daddy sitting next to him.
- 17:55Speaker 2: It's not complicated as a forensic matter to figure that out.
- 17:59Speaker 2: You can check the gp S location of Hunter Biden's phone,
- 18:01Speaker 2: you can check the GPS location of Joe Biden's phone.
- 18:04Speaker 2: If they're in the exact same place, that is strong
- 18:09Speaker 2: evidence that Joe Biden was actively aware and complicit in it.
- 18:13Speaker 2: If it turns out Joe Biden somewhere else, maybe Hunter
- 18:16Speaker 2: was lying. I mean, look, the guy we know is
- 18:18Speaker 2: willing to lie. So it could be that Hunter was
- 18:21Speaker 2: making threats about Daddy, that he was not sitting there
- 18:24Speaker 2: with Joe Biden, and maybe the threats were not real.
- 18:27Speaker 2: But we know from the irs whistleblowers that when the
- 18:30Speaker 2: investigators wanted a subpoena the GPS information of Joe Biden's
- 18:33Speaker 2: and Hunter Biden's phones at that exact moment, the moment
- 18:36Speaker 2: that text was being sent, the Department of Justice blocked it.
- 18:40Speaker 2: And they blocked it, I believe because they wanted to
- 18:42Speaker 2: protect the big guy. And I got to say, so,
- 18:46Speaker 2: the prediction that you just played I made in May
- 18:48Speaker 2: of twenty three, and the prediction was number one, DJ
- 18:51Speaker 2: would indict Hunter Biden. Check that came true, but number
- 18:54Speaker 2: two that they would indict Hunter Biden on personal claims,
- 18:58Speaker 2: not claims related to corruption, to influence pedaling, to selling
- 19:02Speaker 2: favors from Dad, to shaking down the Chinese for money.
- 19:06Speaker 2: And that's exactly what they did. In September twenty twenty three,
- 19:09Speaker 2: the grand jury return an indictment charging Hunter Biden with
- 19:12Speaker 2: three felonies related to his purchase of a firearm.
- 19:16Speaker 3: That was the tell.
- 19:17Speaker 2: That was what demonstrated that the DOJ was being partisan
- 19:21Speaker 2: and that their real objective was protect the big guy.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Yeah, and they did that all the time twenty four
- 19:27Speaker 1: to seven. For the last four years, let's move on
- 19:30Speaker 1: to prediction number nine. This was a really fun prediction
- 19:34Speaker 1: and it was you predicting when the race will be
- 19:38Speaker 1: called in Texas. You did this, if I remember correct correctly,
- 19:43Speaker 1: on election Eve.
- 19:45Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right.
- 19:47Speaker 2: And right before the election, we did a podcast and
- 19:50Speaker 2: I laid out the fact that number one Blue states.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Blue states have really managed to master the effort of
- 19:57Speaker 2: stealing votes. You notice every Blue state they count votes,
- 20:00Speaker 2: They count votes, and they count votes. I think California
- 20:03Speaker 2: will be still counting votes maybe for the next two years.
- 20:05Speaker 2: They can't actually bother to finish counting votes till they've
- 20:08Speaker 2: thrown every Republican out of office. And I made the point, Look, Texas,
- 20:12Speaker 2: we're really big, damn state. We're over thirty one million
- 20:15Speaker 2: people now, and we managed to count the votes, and
- 20:17Speaker 2: we do it all in one night and we're done,
- 20:20Speaker 2: and we don't drag it on. You look at blue
- 20:22Speaker 2: states California, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin. They drag on and on and on,
- 20:26Speaker 2: and they count and they count in the count, and
- 20:27Speaker 2: the count always is adding more and more Democrat votes.
- 20:30Speaker 2: The count always always always goes one direction. Why the
- 20:34Speaker 2: hell if Texas and Florida can count their votes in
- 20:36Speaker 2: one night. Why can Pennsylvania not It's a much smaller
- 20:40Speaker 2: state than either one of ours. Why do these big
- 20:43Speaker 2: blue cities drag it on for days? And I believe
- 20:46Speaker 2: it is because they want to facilitate fraud. Anyway, the
- 20:49Speaker 2: prediction I made on election day was when the results
- 20:54Speaker 2: would come down in Texas, what we would get. Give
- 20:56Speaker 2: a listen to to what you and I said on
- 20:59Speaker 2: Election e four.
- 21:02Speaker 1: The odds we don't know who the president is on
- 21:03Speaker 1: election night.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Look, I think they're quite high because Democrats are both
- 21:08Speaker 2: incompetent and they they are engaged in malfeasans. Listen, Texas.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Texas is the second largest state in the country. It
- 21:16Speaker 2: is smaller only than California. It's bigger than New York,
- 21:19Speaker 2: It's bigger than Florida.
- 21:20Speaker 3: We will be done on election night.
- 21:23Speaker 2: On Tuesday night, I'm going to predict by midnight, we
- 21:28Speaker 2: will know the result in the presidential race, will know
- 21:30Speaker 2: the result in my race, in the Senate race, we
- 21:32Speaker 2: will know the result in the In the congressional races,
- 21:36Speaker 2: there might be an individual state rep race where it
- 21:39Speaker 2: is within a few hundred votes where there has to
- 21:42Speaker 2: be a recount. That sometimes happens on an individual district,
- 21:45Speaker 2: but we will have the results in almost every race,
- 21:50Speaker 2: if not every single race by the end of election
- 21:53Speaker 2: night in Texas now and if in Texas we can
- 21:55Speaker 2: counter damn voats, why.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Can't they do that in Philadelphia? Why can't they do
- 21:59Speaker 3: that in Detroit? Why can't they do that in Milwaukee?
- 22:02Speaker 3: Why can't they do that in Atlanta? Why can't they
- 22:04Speaker 3: do that in blue cities? In swing states?
- 22:09Speaker 2: And the answer, sadly is that I think the Democrats
- 22:13Speaker 2: running them they wanted to lay it and will.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Well, let me ask and not only was this prediction right,
- 22:19Speaker 1: but do you believe that we're going to get in
- 22:22Speaker 1: the next four years with Republicans that are in charge
- 22:26Speaker 1: and more and more states, Because that's where this really
- 22:29Speaker 1: comes down to how they do it in these states
- 22:30Speaker 1: we have more Republican governors and in charge of House,
- 22:35Speaker 1: state and Senate state, you know majorities. Are we going
- 22:39Speaker 1: to get more reform where universally nationwide we're going to
- 22:43Speaker 1: get more just quicker results, better, more accurate and not
- 22:48Speaker 1: just so much of the shadiness that people say they
- 22:50Speaker 1: don't trust how the votes are being counted.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Look in red states, yes, and Blue states. No, they
- 22:55Speaker 2: want to drag it out. California likes that it takes
- 22:57Speaker 2: weeks to count the votes because it lets them throw
- 22:59Speaker 2: over throw Republican congressmen out of office. They embrace the
- 23:03Speaker 2: corruption Listen California, Gavin Newsom supported a law making it
- 23:07Speaker 2: illegal to even ask someone for photo ID. They don't
- 23:10Speaker 2: want to know if you're not the person you claim
- 23:12Speaker 2: you are. Now, now let's be clear that, I mean,
- 23:14Speaker 2: we can do a lot more on voter fraud and
- 23:16Speaker 2: that that's been the topic of multiple podcasts in the
- 23:18Speaker 2: past and we'll be in the future. But let's just
- 23:21Speaker 2: be clear on the prediction. I predicted we would know
- 23:23Speaker 2: my race, the Senate race, well before midnight on election day.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Well that came true. On November fifth, twenty twenty four,
- 23:30Speaker 2: election day, the US Senate race in Texas was called
- 23:33Speaker 2: at ten forty one pm Texas time. At ten forty
- 23:36Speaker 2: one pm, the results were in. The Associated Press called
- 23:39Speaker 2: the race, and in fact, the AP called the race
- 23:43Speaker 2: for Donald Trump nationally at five thirty four am Eastern time.
- 23:48Speaker 2: And so we ended up getting the results, and it
- 23:51Speaker 2: proved even though blue cities and Blue states delayed the counting.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Trump's victory nationally was big enough that the delay in
- 23:59Speaker 2: the county was not an enough to defeat him, much
- 24:02Speaker 2: to the fury of leftists who wanted another outcome.
- 24:08Speaker 1: All right, let's move on to prediction number ten, and
- 24:10Speaker 1: this one is one that I love on so many
- 24:13Speaker 1: different levels, because we really saw the demise of the
- 24:19Speaker 1: corporate media I call it the state sponsored media. And
- 24:22Speaker 1: for decades we have seen the media, especially the big ABC, NBC,
- 24:27Speaker 1: CBS IS, the CNN's MSNBC's be Able and so much
- 24:33Speaker 1: of print to control the narrative and the mindset of
- 24:37Speaker 1: so many voters and sway elections towards the left into Democrats.
- 24:42Speaker 1: I hope that we have just witnessed the true demise
- 24:46Speaker 1: of the media and their influence and their corruption, because
- 24:50Speaker 1: so many times we've just seen how biased they are,
- 24:54Speaker 1: whether it was COVID and that issue, whether it was
- 24:59Speaker 1: the issue with Hun Biden in the laptop. We have
- 25:02Speaker 1: now seen where there's a lot of Americans that aren't
- 25:05Speaker 1: getting their news from not just not trust them, They're
- 25:07Speaker 1: not even watching anymore, they're not even reading these newspapers anymore,
- 25:12Speaker 1: and they're turning to podcasts just like this show and
- 25:17Speaker 1: Podcasts Center had a massive impact on the twenty twenty
- 25:22Speaker 1: four election at the local, state, and national level. And
- 25:25Speaker 1: that is good for everyone.
- 25:27Speaker 2: Well, and that's the final that's prediction number ten that
- 25:30Speaker 2: there's no doubt that we are seeing across the media
- 25:33Speaker 2: landscape a disintermediation, that the mediators, those who had a
- 25:38Speaker 2: monopoly on communicating with the public, are losing that monopoly.
- 25:42Speaker 2: They're losing that control. And and listen, the part of
- 25:45Speaker 2: the reason they're losing that monopoly is because they've been
- 25:47Speaker 2: so dishonest. They've been such partisan propagandists that that they
- 25:52Speaker 2: don't report on news, they simply advocate for the left
- 25:55Speaker 2: wing of the Democrat Party. That they have utterly destroyed
- 25:58Speaker 2: the trust they had with the Amreaer people, and the
- 26:00Speaker 2: corporate media has been exposed as liars. We have seen
- 26:04Speaker 2: the rise the democratization of media. We've seen the rise
- 26:07Speaker 2: of podcasts. I think this podcast has had a significant
- 26:10Speaker 2: impact on the public discourse. I think other podcasts. We
- 26:14Speaker 2: saw Donald Trump go on multiple podcasts in the election
- 26:17Speaker 2: and go right around the corporate media, goes straight to
- 26:19Speaker 2: the American people. We see the impact of people like
- 26:22Speaker 2: Joe Rogan, which is enormously impactful, going straight to the
- 26:25Speaker 2: American people. And the prediction that we made is that
- 26:29Speaker 2: we were going to see more and more democratization, both
- 26:32Speaker 2: from podcasts and also from Twitter and x and just
- 26:36Speaker 2: speaking the truth right around the so called gatekeepers. So
- 26:40Speaker 2: I want you to listen to this prediction. This prediction
- 26:43Speaker 2: was in August of twenty twenty four. Give a listen.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Why do you and I do the podcast often at
- 26:49Speaker 2: eleven o'clock at night or midnight or even one or
- 26:52Speaker 2: two in the morning. Why do we do it three
- 26:54Speaker 2: days a week. We do it because if your only
- 26:58Speaker 2: source of news is the corporate media, if you only
- 27:00Speaker 2: watch CNN or MSNBC or ABCNBCCBS, you do not know
- 27:05Speaker 2: what is happening. They are lying to you. And the
- 27:08Speaker 2: reason this podcast we've got roughly a million unique listeners
- 27:12Speaker 2: is because people find it valuable. We give you facts
- 27:16Speaker 2: that CNN will never air. We play the full segment
- 27:21Speaker 2: of what Elon and Trump said about here Shima and
- 27:24Speaker 2: Nagasaki instead of their dishonestly edited snippet that was designed
- 27:31Speaker 2: to mislead you and lie to you. And this podcast
- 27:34Speaker 2: goes right around the corporate media and in fact, just
- 27:39Speaker 2: about every podcast we put out drives stories in the
- 27:42Speaker 2: corporate media. That is going to accelerate. People are going
- 27:46Speaker 2: to podcast, people are going to social media, people are
- 27:49Speaker 2: going to x Elon's buying Twitter remains I think the
- 27:55Speaker 2: single most important step for free speech in decades, and
- 27:59Speaker 2: I think that's only accelerate, and you're going to see
- 28:01Speaker 2: a panic as the corporate media they want a monopoly
- 28:05Speaker 2: on what we know, what we hear, what we understand,
- 28:09Speaker 2: and they're losing their monopoly. So I predict more and
- 28:12Speaker 2: more frantic panic, but also more and more power to
- 28:18Speaker 2: the people, which is a very good thing.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Center. I mean, it's this is a I really do
- 28:22Speaker 1: believe a major turning point, and I think there is
- 28:25Speaker 1: proof and the outcome of the election that we just saw.
- 28:28Speaker 1: And it's not that I want to have a conservative
- 28:33Speaker 1: media just have a monopoly. I just want honest journalism
- 28:39Speaker 1: and those that are telling the truth to have a
- 28:41Speaker 1: real platform with a real audience. And we're gaining that
- 28:44Speaker 1: now through podcasts and other venues.
- 28:46Speaker 2: As we mentioned, Yeah, that's exactly right, and we're seeing that.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Look these ten predictions that we've gone through on this
- 28:54Speaker 2: podcast and Wednesday's podcast, If you got all your news
- 28:58Speaker 2: from CNN, you would have heard zero of these ten predictions.
- 29:03Speaker 2: If you got all your news from the New York Times,
- 29:05Speaker 2: you would have heard zero of these predictions. And so
- 29:09Speaker 2: it's why people tune into Verdict, because you learn things
- 29:12Speaker 2: and you know things that you cannot get through the
- 29:15Speaker 2: corporate media. That this is one of the very few
- 29:17Speaker 2: avenues that is putting out the facts and that prediction.
- 29:21Speaker 2: We saw the massive impact of podcasts and an X
- 29:25Speaker 2: on the twenty twenty four election, but also the prediction
- 29:29Speaker 2: that I made about about the panic from the media.
- 29:33Speaker 2: I want you to listen. This is in November twenty
- 29:35Speaker 2: twenty five after the election, to Axio CEO Jim Vanda
- 29:39Speaker 2: Hide just completely losing his mind over Elon Musk saying
- 29:43Speaker 2: to everyone on X you are the media. Give a
- 29:47Speaker 2: listen to Jim Vanda high losing it.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Thing we do is under fire.
- 29:53Speaker 5: Elon Musk sits on Twitter every day or X Today
- 29:57Speaker 5: saying like we are the media, you are the media.
- 30:01Speaker 5: My message to Elon Musk is both you're not the media.
- 30:06Speaker 5: You having you having a blue check mark a Twitter
- 30:14Speaker 5: handle in three hundred words of cleverness doesn't make you
- 30:18Speaker 5: a reporter. You don't do that by popping off on Twitter.
- 30:22Speaker 3: You don't do that by having an opinion. You do
- 30:26Speaker 3: it by doing the hard work.
- 30:28Speaker 6: Yeah, come on, First of all, I've got to say
- 30:34Speaker 6: extraordinary content.
- 30:36Speaker 3: It needed to be said.
- 30:38Speaker 6: It continues the need to be said when all of
- 30:41Speaker 6: the garbage is flying around on social media, lying about reporters,
- 30:46Speaker 6: lying about the hard work they do, lying about the
- 30:48Speaker 6: hard work editors do, lying about everything up and down
- 30:53Speaker 6: about not only their alternative set of facts, but alternative
- 30:57Speaker 6: set of facts about what.
- 30:58Speaker 7: People like you do or are if social media people
- 31:03Speaker 7: lying every day, every hour, every minute about the news.
- 31:10Speaker 3: What you do matters.
- 31:13Speaker 8: What the New York Times does matters, What the Wall
- 31:17Speaker 8: Street Journal does matters, What Jonathan Lemir does matters, what
- 31:22Speaker 8: the Financial Times does matters. What NBC News and MSNBC
- 31:28Speaker 8: reporters do matters, It matters.
- 31:33Speaker 1: It matters. I love the self righteousness there right.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Well and yes, and then that kicked in at the
- 31:39Speaker 2: end morning Joe to to Joe Scarborough and Mika losing
- 31:43Speaker 2: their minds, also echoing Jim Vanda high and just yes, yes, yes,
- 31:48Speaker 2: he's exactly right. And listen the corporate media they hate democracy.
- 31:54Speaker 2: They hate the democratization of communication. They hate the rise
- 31:59Speaker 2: of pod cast, They hate that people can talk directly
- 32:03Speaker 2: to the voters. They hate the ability to get the
- 32:06Speaker 2: truth and and this is destroying their monopoly.
- 32:10Speaker 4: Now.
- 32:10Speaker 2: A big part of the reason so many people turn
- 32:12Speaker 2: to podcasts is the corporate media lies. They lied deliberately,
- 32:17Speaker 2: and when they had a monopoly, their lives were pretty effective.
- 32:20Speaker 2: But people are turning elsewhere. Look Mourning Joe, Mourning Joe.
- 32:27Speaker 2: During the week that Trump that Joe Scarboro and Mika
- 32:34Speaker 2: went down to meet with Morning Joe, do you know
- 32:37Speaker 2: how many viewers Morning Joe averaged every day? How many
- 32:41Speaker 2: they averaged six hundred ninety one thousand total viewers during
- 32:44Speaker 2: the week that Joe and Mika went to meet with Trump.
- 32:46Speaker 2: Six hundred ninety one thousand. We have about a million. So, Joe,
- 32:49Speaker 2: it ought to concern you that you've got an entire
- 32:52Speaker 2: corporate bureaucracy. You've got millions of dollars that are broadcasting
- 32:56Speaker 2: your show into every television set in America, and yet
- 33:00Speaker 2: Verdict is getting substantially more listeners than you are. And
- 33:05Speaker 2: the reason is simple. The corporate media. They lie to you.
- 33:08Speaker 2: They are so partisan. They are so brazen, they are
- 33:11Speaker 2: willing to lie, and they are horrified that their ability
- 33:14Speaker 2: to lie is checked by the ability of you and
- 33:18Speaker 2: me and others to speak the truth. That's the power
- 33:21Speaker 2: of podcast, and I think that's that's the power of verdict.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Finally, let's end with a prediction to watch center on.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Not that long ago, you predicted that the US will
- 33:34Speaker 1: sanction the ICC for the egregious move to arrest Benjaminett
- 33:41Speaker 1: and Yahoo, and that that prediction I want to play
- 33:45Speaker 1: for people. Take a listen.
- 33:47Speaker 2: We're going to predict we will take up the legislation
- 33:50Speaker 2: to sanction the ICC, and we will do it early
- 33:54Speaker 2: next year, when we have a Republican Congress and a
- 33:56Speaker 2: Republican president. I don't even know that we'll need that legislation, though,
- 34:00Speaker 2: because I expect the Trump administration to act unilatterally. I
- 34:03Speaker 2: think there's ample authority under the law for them to act.
- 34:06Speaker 2: Even if the Democrats filibuster legislation to sanction the ICC,
- 34:11Speaker 2: I think the president will have ample authority to act
- 34:13Speaker 2: come January twenty.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Let me talk to you. That was a prediction that
- 34:18Speaker 1: you're now saying we should watch this very carefully.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's gonna happen in twenty twenty five,
- 34:24Speaker 2: and we'll all see it. And you know what happens
- 34:27Speaker 2: in twenty twenty five, Verdict will come back and point
- 34:29Speaker 2: out exactly as we predicted it came to pass.
- 34:33Speaker 1: Don't forget We do the show Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
