- 0:01Speaker 1: Affordability.
- 0:02Speaker 2: It is going to be the issue of the midterm
- 0:05Speaker 2: elections if there was an election today. It's the issue
- 0:08Speaker 2: that Democrats are saying, they believe they have the best
- 0:11Speaker 2: footing on to go after Donald Trump, saying that it's
- 0:15Speaker 2: all his fault that affordability is not where you want it.
- 0:19Speaker 1: But then you will get prices.
- 0:21Speaker 2: And there are massive successes that have happened that are
- 0:24Speaker 2: the complete opposite of what Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
- 0:27Speaker 2: were doing. Energy Secretary Chris Right, for example, pointing to
- 0:31Speaker 2: now what is historic gas prices compared to Biden and
- 0:36Speaker 2: the Secretary of Energy Chris Wright saying this about where
- 0:39Speaker 2: the gas prices are today.
- 0:42Speaker 3: And you know, I don't think there was there definitely
- 0:44Speaker 3: wasn't a time during the Biden administration when the gas
- 0:48Speaker 3: went below the price they came in. Of course, they
- 0:50Speaker 3: came in during the pandemic when prices were very low
- 0:53Speaker 3: because people weren't traveling as much. But they basically you
- 0:58Speaker 3: look at a chart and it's it's pretty amazing the
- 1:01Speaker 3: way it just stayed up there.
- 1:03Speaker 1: It did come.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Down for the high point of five bucks a gallon,
- 1:07Speaker 3: but it never really came down significantly enough for American
- 1:11Speaker 3: car users.
- 1:14Speaker 4: Imagine if Harris had won the election, where would gasoline
- 1:18Speaker 4: prices be today? How would American consumers feel? I guess
- 1:21Speaker 4: you could visit California and get a preview of that,
- 1:25Speaker 4: where gasoline prices are over fifty percent higher than the
- 1:29Speaker 4: national average. Those are political choices. They're not unfortunate facts.
- 1:33Speaker 4: They're political choices to make energy expensive.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Now, political choices deliberately to make gas prices expensive. You
- 1:42Speaker 2: also go back to the chart that he was referring to,
- 1:46Speaker 2: and that chart is one that truly is incredible. When
- 1:49Speaker 2: Joe Biden became president November of twenty twenty, gas prices
- 1:53Speaker 2: were about two dollars and twenty cents a gallon. By
- 1:56Speaker 2: June of that of twenty twenty two, they administration had
- 2:00Speaker 2: gotten gas prices up to five dollars and three cents
- 2:04Speaker 2: a gallon average. They then tried to artificially deflate that
- 2:09Speaker 2: price by even releasing all reserves. Why because they wanted
- 2:14Speaker 2: to win reelection. And in November of twenty twenty five,
- 2:17Speaker 2: we were at three dollars and seventeen cents a gallon
- 2:20Speaker 2: national average, meaning fifty percent we're paying more than that
- 2:24Speaker 2: and in many places much more so. Now, where are we,
- 2:29Speaker 2: the President United States of America saying, I understand affordability,
- 2:33Speaker 2: and I understand there are many Americans that are concerned
- 2:36Speaker 2: about it. And here's part of what he had to
- 2:38Speaker 2: say at the White House.
- 2:39Speaker 5: We're now at about two dollars and fifty cents a gallon.
- 2:42Speaker 6: We're going to be I think at two dollars a gallon,
- 2:44Speaker 6: we could even crack that at some point. I'd love
- 2:46Speaker 6: to do it, and we could do it more easily
- 2:49Speaker 6: if we weren't building up the strategic national reserves, which
- 2:54Speaker 6: Biden emptied out before the election so that he could
- 2:56Speaker 6: try and get elected, meaning she he started it, then
- 2:59Speaker 6: he got thrown out of the race.
- 3:01Speaker 5: Then she took over and she kept it.
- 3:03Speaker 6: Going, and they emptied out these strategic national reserves, which
- 3:07Speaker 6: are really meant for something else. They're not meant to
- 3:10Speaker 6: keep people happy with a gasoline price. They meant for war.
- 3:14Speaker 6: They meant for problems, big problems. He emptied it out,
- 3:18Speaker 6: and then she continued it during the process of trying
- 3:21Speaker 6: to get elected. Didn't work out too well for him,
- 3:24Speaker 6: and they virtually brought it down to the lowest level.
- 3:26Speaker 6: I believe in history, and it didn't have much of
- 3:31Speaker 6: an impact because the prices were very high. But our
- 3:34Speaker 6: price is now for energy put for gasoline or really
- 3:38Speaker 6: low electricities coming down.
- 3:41Speaker 5: And when that comes down, everything comes down.
- 3:44Speaker 2: When that comes down, everything comes down. Now the President
- 3:48Speaker 2: saying that just a few days ago, and now what
- 3:51Speaker 2: we're seeing is we're winning. The US average gas price
- 3:54Speaker 2: has dropped again, now under three dollars a gallon. The
- 3:59Speaker 2: average price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline in the
- 4:01Speaker 2: United States dipped again this week, now standing at under
- 4:04Speaker 2: three dollars a gallon. According to gas Buddy the December
- 4:08Speaker 2: eighth update, gas prices fell five cents over the last week,
- 4:11Speaker 2: reaching two ninety a gallon, and the national average is
- 4:15Speaker 2: down seventeen point six cents from a month ago, seven
- 4:19Speaker 2: point three cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
- 4:22Speaker 2: And the national average price of diesel has also fallen
- 4:24Speaker 2: five point one cents in the last week, standing at
- 4:27Speaker 2: three dollars and sixty seven cents per gallon average. Now,
- 4:31Speaker 2: this is also incredible because Americans are now paying less
- 4:35Speaker 2: for a lot of different things because of the price
- 4:38Speaker 2: of a gallon of gas going down. You depending on
- 4:42Speaker 2: where you're listening right now, can look at signs that
- 4:45Speaker 2: will make you not be stressed like they were under
- 4:47Speaker 2: the Biden administration when it was again five dollars a gallon.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Triple A also reflect the reality of an average under
- 4:56Speaker 2: three dollars. According to its data, the national gas price
- 5:00Speaker 2: its average, they say, stands at two ninety five and
- 5:02Speaker 2: for greater perspective, one week ago, the average stood at
- 5:05Speaker 2: three oh one. One month ago, it stood at three
- 5:08Speaker 2: oh seven. States across the south in the Midwest are
- 5:11Speaker 2: also seeing prices even lower. In Oklahoma, for example, the
- 5:15Speaker 2: average gas price rings in at two dollars and thirty
- 5:19Speaker 2: six cents a gallon. Texas is average now sits below
- 5:23Speaker 2: two fifty a gallon, Missouri at two sixty a gallon.
- 5:28Speaker 2: In other states including Florida, Alabama, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina,
- 5:32Speaker 2: North Carolina, Virginia, Montana, and others are seeing averages now
- 5:36Speaker 2: under three dollars a gallon, which they did not see
- 5:39Speaker 2: under the Biden regime. Now some of the highest prices,
- 5:43Speaker 2: and this goes back to what was said earlier by
- 5:45Speaker 2: the Energy Secretary, are in leftist states. California, for instance,
- 5:50Speaker 2: is seeing an average of four dollars and forty six
- 5:53Speaker 2: cents per gallon. That is a dollar fifty seven a
- 5:58Speaker 2: gallon higher than the national average. Others such as New York, Washington, Hawaii,
- 6:05Speaker 2: Nevada average above three dollars per gallon as well. Still,
- 6:09Speaker 2: this is dramatically lower than the all time summer high
- 6:12Speaker 2: Americans experience in twenty twenty two. That summer gas price
- 6:17Speaker 2: is sword reaching an all time high of five dollars
- 6:19Speaker 2: and sixteen cents average for a gallon of regular unleaded
- 6:24Speaker 2: on June the fourteenth, right in the middle of summer
- 6:27Speaker 2: travel of twenty twenty.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Two.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Days later, and even a more shocking moment, the diesel prices,
- 6:34Speaker 2: which are eighteen wheelers use, reach an average high of
- 6:36Speaker 2: five dollars and eighty one cents a gallon, the White
- 6:42Speaker 2: House putting it out in a tweet this way, In
- 6:44Speaker 2: thirty seven states, the average price for gas is blowed
- 6:47Speaker 2: three dollars a gallon, in twenty two states, it's blowed
- 6:51Speaker 2: two to seventy five a gallon, in five states it's
- 6:54Speaker 2: blowed two fifty a gallon, and all states are now
- 6:58Speaker 2: trending lower now. All of this follows an update last
- 7:02Speaker 2: week announced that gas prices had fallen below the three
- 7:05Speaker 2: dollar gallon for the first time in four years. Last month,
- 7:10Speaker 2: President Trump celebrated the strides's administration has made since last
- 7:14Speaker 2: year's election, making living more affordable for the American people,
- 7:18Speaker 2: with gas prices, groceries, and rental prices actually falling. So
- 7:24Speaker 2: when you hear the media and Democrats saying that we
- 7:27Speaker 2: have a quote affordability crisis, I agree, it costs too
- 7:32Speaker 2: much for a lot of things.
- 7:34Speaker 1: But are the.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Prices heading in the right direction? The answer is yes,
- 7:42Speaker 2: they are going in the right direction. They are not
- 7:46Speaker 2: going in the wrong direction. They are headed exactly where
- 7:49Speaker 2: Donald Trump said they were going to be headed. And
- 7:53Speaker 2: that is part of why so many Americans should take
- 7:56Speaker 2: a moment pause and look and see what the press
- 8:00Speaker 2: and is actually doing to get all this moving the
- 8:03Speaker 2: way it needs to. Quick break Ben Ferguson Show, there
- 8:08Speaker 2: is one group of people that I want to make
- 8:10Speaker 2: sure we hit pause and think and talk about, and
- 8:13Speaker 2: that is our forgotten farmers in this country. President Trump
- 8:18Speaker 2: understands that the farming industry, especially in the US, has
- 8:22Speaker 2: been under siege and undercut by so much foreign influence.
- 8:27Speaker 2: And the President understands also from a national security and
- 8:31Speaker 2: a food security standpoint, that we need to be allies
- 8:35Speaker 2: and advocates of our men and women and family farms
- 8:38Speaker 2: in this country. Secretary Rawlings recently on Fox and Friends
- 8:42Speaker 2: said this about the farmers in our nation.
- 8:45Speaker 4: Farmers said, if who have credit problems and are wondering
- 8:48Speaker 4: they maybe have too many soybeans stockpiled, money is coming.
- 8:51Speaker 1: You're going to give them the figure a little bit later.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Even though they prefer to sell. This is one way
- 8:56Speaker 1: to keep them.
- 8:57Speaker 7: Yeah, they don't want to farm for government checks, right,
- 8:58Speaker 7: they want to farm for real, for real pay for
- 9:01Speaker 7: what they do. But soybeans are looking better. I think
- 9:04Speaker 7: it's the highest price it's been in fifteen months. We've
- 9:06Speaker 7: got some other road crops that we're working on, but yes,
- 9:09Speaker 7: soon to be announced, likely the week after Thanksgiving. And
- 9:12Speaker 7: we're just so grateful for our farmers and our ranchers,
- 9:14Speaker 7: and prices are coming down. I think from the affordability perspective,
- 9:17Speaker 7: once we saw for these inputs, you're going to see
- 9:20Speaker 7: some incredible, incredible numbers.
- 9:22Speaker 2: In all agriculture of Sigaretary Rawlings there making it clear
- 9:25Speaker 2: that we're not going to forget which moves made to
- 9:28Speaker 2: Part two. President Trump has now proposed a twelve billion
- 9:33Speaker 2: dollar aid package for farmers that have been hit hard
- 9:37Speaker 2: by China's trade or the President at the White House
- 9:41Speaker 2: describing it this way, delighted.
- 9:44Speaker 6: To announce this afternoon that the United States will be
- 9:47Speaker 6: taking a small portion of the hundreds of billions of
- 9:50Speaker 6: dollars we receive in tariffs. We are making a lot
- 9:54Speaker 6: of money from countries that took advantage of us for years.
- 9:57Speaker 6: They took advantage of us like nobody's ever seen. Our
- 10:00Speaker 6: deficits are way down because of tariffs. I guess because
- 10:04Speaker 6: of the election, because without the election, you wouldn't have tariffs.
- 10:08Speaker 5: You'd be sitting here losing your shirt.
- 10:11Speaker 6: But we're taking in billions, We're really taking in trillions
- 10:14Speaker 6: of dollars if you think about it, Scott, because they're
- 10:16Speaker 6: real numbers, you know, when you think of all the
- 10:19Speaker 6: money being poured into the country for.
- 10:22Speaker 5: New auto plants and all of the other things. AI.
- 10:26Speaker 6: So what we're doing is we're taking a relatively small
- 10:30Speaker 6: portion of that and we're going to be giving and
- 10:34Speaker 6: providing it to the farmers in economic assistance. And we
- 10:38Speaker 6: love our farmers, and as you know, the farmers like
- 10:41Speaker 6: me because based on voting trends, you could call it
- 10:46Speaker 6: voting trends or anything else, but they're great people.
- 10:49Speaker 5: They're the backbone of our country.
- 10:51Speaker 8: So we're going to use that money to provide twelve
- 10:55Speaker 8: billion dollars.
- 10:56Speaker 6: In economic assistance to American farmers. Twelve billion is a
- 10:59Speaker 6: lot out of money, Merrill. What do you think peanuts
- 11:02Speaker 6: for you? Though?
- 11:03Speaker 5: Right, she's a farmer of rice.
- 11:07Speaker 8: This release will, this relief will provide much needed certainty
- 11:12Speaker 8: to farmers as they get this year's harvest to market
- 11:15Speaker 8: and look ahead to next year's crops, and it'll help
- 11:18Speaker 8: them continue their efforts to lower food prices.
- 11:23Speaker 2: You hear the present there, and this goes back to affordability.
- 11:27Speaker 2: He understands that American farmers have been hit, and they've
- 11:30Speaker 2: been hit hard by China and the trade wars, and
- 11:33Speaker 2: that's why he's taking the tariff money. And that's why
- 11:36Speaker 2: I announced a twelve billion dollar farm made package. It
- 11:39Speaker 2: will be a boost to farmers who have struggled to
- 11:41Speaker 2: sell the crops while getting hit by rising costs after
- 11:45Speaker 2: the President raised tariffs on China as part of that
- 11:48Speaker 2: broader trade war. And that's why the President build the
- 11:51Speaker 2: planned Monday afternoon at the White House a round table
- 11:54Speaker 2: with the Treasury Secretary of Scott descent, the Agricultural Secretary
- 11:57Speaker 2: Brook Rawlings, lawmakers and farmers who raise cattle and grow corn, cotton, soybeans, rice, wheat, potatoes, etc.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Twelve billions a lot of money, Trump said, adding that
- 12:08Speaker 2: the additional aid will help provide certainty for farmers. The
- 12:11Speaker 2: money is coming from the tariff revenue, again, not directly
- 12:15Speaker 2: from you, the taxpayer, which is another great thing. Rawlings said,
- 12:19Speaker 2: by the way, in her own remarks to the White
- 12:21Speaker 2: House that eleven billion is being announced on Monday, while
- 12:25Speaker 2: another one billion is being held back for specialty crops.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Farmers have backed Trump politically, but his aggressive trade policies
- 12:33Speaker 2: and shifts and tariff rates have come under increasing scrutiny
- 12:37Speaker 2: because of the impact of the agricultural sector and because
- 12:41Speaker 2: of broader consumer worries. The AID is the administration's latest
- 12:45Speaker 2: effort to defend Trump's economic stewardship and answered voter anks
- 12:50Speaker 2: about rising costs, even as the President's dismiss concerns about
- 12:53Speaker 2: the concept of affordability as a straight up democratic hoax
- 12:57Speaker 2: because prices are in fact coming down now. Upwards of
- 13:01Speaker 2: eleven billion is set aside for the Department of Agriculture's
- 13:05Speaker 2: Farmers Bridge Assistance Program, which the White House says will
- 13:09Speaker 2: offer one time payments to farmers for row crops. That
- 13:15Speaker 2: is a huge help to so many farmers. Soybeans and
- 13:20Speaker 2: sorghum will hit the hardest by the trade dispute with
- 13:23Speaker 2: China because more than half of those crops are exported
- 13:26Speaker 2: each year, with most of the harvests going to China.
- 13:29Speaker 2: The eight is meant to help those farmers who have
- 13:31Speaker 2: suffered from trade wars with other nations, inflation, and other
- 13:35Speaker 2: market disruptions. The rest of the money will be for farmers
- 13:39Speaker 2: who grow crops not covered under the Bridge Assistants program.
- 13:43Speaker 2: That according to White House officials, who said it's important
- 13:46Speaker 2: that we protect all of our farmers. The money is intended,
- 13:50Speaker 2: they say, to offer certainty to farmers as they sell
- 13:53Speaker 2: their current harvests as well as planned for next year's crops.
- 13:57Speaker 2: In October, after Trump met with in South Korea, the
- 14:02Speaker 2: White House said Beijing had promised to buy at least
- 14:04Speaker 2: twelve million metric tons of US soybeans by the end
- 14:08Speaker 2: of the calendar year, plus twenty five million metric tons
- 14:12Speaker 2: a year in each of the next three years. Soybean
- 14:16Speaker 2: farmers have been hit especially hard by Trump's trade war
- 14:18Speaker 2: with China, which is the world's largest buyer of soybean. China,
- 14:24Speaker 2: just so you know, has purchased more than two point
- 14:25Speaker 2: eight million metric tons of soybeans since Trump announced the
- 14:29Speaker 2: agreement at the end of October. That's only about one
- 14:32Speaker 2: quarter of what administration officials said China had promised, but
- 14:36Speaker 2: Scott Descent, Treasury Secretary, said China is on track to
- 14:39Speaker 2: meet its goal by the end of February, saying, quote,
- 14:42Speaker 2: these prices haven't come in because the Chinese actually used
- 14:46Speaker 2: our soybean farmers as pawns in their trade negotiations. That's
- 14:51Speaker 2: what he said on Sundays Face the Nation on CBS.
- 14:55Speaker 2: That also explains why a bridge payment to farmers is
- 14:58Speaker 2: needed now. The SI of the twelve billion dollar aid
- 15:01Speaker 2: package is roughly the value of total US soybean exports
- 15:05Speaker 2: to China in twenty twenty four and half of the
- 15:08Speaker 2: total exports of US farm goods to China in twenty
- 15:11Speaker 2: twenty four as well. Farmers they're beyond thrilled about the
- 15:15Speaker 2: aid package, but some of them say it's likely only
- 15:19Speaker 2: a down payment on what's needed, and government aid doesn't
- 15:22Speaker 2: solve the fundamental problems that farmers are facing of soaring
- 15:26Speaker 2: costs and uncertain markets for their crops altogether.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Now.
- 15:31Speaker 2: During Trump's first term, he gave farmers more than twenty
- 15:35Speaker 2: two billion in aid payments in twenty nineteen at the
- 15:37Speaker 2: start of his trade war with China, and nearly forty
- 15:40Speaker 2: six billion in twenty twenty, although that year also included
- 15:44Speaker 2: aid that was related to the COVID pandemic as well.
- 15:47Speaker 2: The farmers want to make a profit off of selling
- 15:50Speaker 2: their crops, not rely on government aid to survive, saying quote,
- 15:56Speaker 2: that's a start, but I think we need to be
- 15:58Speaker 2: looking for some avenues, to find other funding opportunities, and
- 16:01Speaker 2: we needn't get our market going.
- 16:04Speaker 1: That's where you want to be able to make a
- 16:05Speaker 1: living from.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Is where a Kentucky farmer who serves the president of
- 16:09Speaker 2: the American Soybean Association had to say at a conference.
- 16:13Speaker 2: If farmers can't make ends meet this year, there will
- 16:16Speaker 2: likely be additional consolidation the industry, with giant industrial farmers
- 16:21Speaker 2: only getting bigger while the number of smaller family farmers
- 16:24Speaker 2: continue to shrink. The farmers most at risk are young
- 16:28Speaker 2: air farmers and those who rent instead of own most
- 16:32Speaker 2: of the ground they farm because they don't have much
- 16:34Speaker 2: ability to borrow against the equity in their land. Most
- 16:38Speaker 2: established farmers will be able to borrow more to survive
- 16:41Speaker 2: the trade war, but older farmers who spend their whole
- 16:44Speaker 2: lives building up equity may decide to retire instead of
- 16:48Speaker 2: risk everything that they built up, unless they are trying
- 16:51Speaker 2: to help the next generation of farmers get established on
- 16:54Speaker 2: their land, which brings us back to what President Trump said,
- 16:58Speaker 2: it's clearly a broken sism them. We've got to fix it,
- 17:01Speaker 2: and we also have to make farmers understand that we're
- 17:03Speaker 2: on their team and that they can survive and they
- 17:07Speaker 2: can make a living doing exactly this. Democrats have chosen
- 17:15Speaker 2: to put more lives at risk.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Your life is one of them.
- 17:20Speaker 2: With the new moves that they're doing to undermine Donald
- 17:23Speaker 2: Trump and the laws in this nation. The sanctuary state
- 17:28Speaker 2: of Illinois has now released more than one thousand, eight
- 17:33Speaker 2: hundred illegal aliens. They've been charged with crimes such as murder, assault, burglary, robbery,
- 17:40Speaker 2: and sex crimes, including crimes against children, and they've released
- 17:45Speaker 2: them on purpose back in the communities since Donald Trump
- 17:49Speaker 2: took office in late January. The new data is exposing
- 17:53Speaker 2: all of this. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Acting Director Todd
- 17:58Speaker 2: lyons to data on Monday while urging Illinois Attorney General
- 18:04Speaker 2: to honor more than four thousand active ICE detainers that
- 18:09Speaker 2: the agency has lodged against criminal legal aliens in the
- 18:14Speaker 2: sanctuary state of Illinois. In particular, Lions said Illinois officials
- 18:20Speaker 2: have already failed to honor more than one thousand, seven
- 18:24Speaker 2: hundred and sixty eight ICE detainers and release the illegal
- 18:29Speaker 2: aliens back into neighborhoods. Among those illegal aliens that have
- 18:33Speaker 2: been released back into America are five charged with murder
- 18:38Speaker 2: who are now walking among US, one hundred and forty
- 18:41Speaker 2: one charge with assault walking among US, twenty three charge
- 18:47Speaker 2: of burglary walking among US, ten charged with sex crimes
- 18:52Speaker 2: now walking among US, and four charged with robbery, twenty
- 18:56Speaker 2: four charged with drug crimes, many of them dealing with
- 19:00Speaker 2: fetnyl that are killing Americans, and fifteen charged with weapons
- 19:05Speaker 2: offenses as well. Meanwhile, the crimes of more than four
- 19:09Speaker 2: thousand illegal aliens with active ICE detainers in Illinois, including
- 19:14Speaker 2: fifty one charged with murder, one thousand, one hundred and
- 19:18Speaker 2: thirty four charged with assault, one hundred and seven charged
- 19:21Speaker 2: with burglary, thirty six charged with robbery, two hundred and
- 19:26Speaker 2: seventy five charged with drug crimes, and one hundred and
- 19:29Speaker 2: twenty charged with weapons offenses. And this is the one
- 19:33Speaker 2: that is the most shocking, eight hundred and thirteen illegal
- 19:38Speaker 2: aliens charged with sex crimes. Governor Pritzker and his fellow
- 19:44Speaker 2: Illinois sanctuary politicians are releasing these murderers, pedophiles, and kidnappers
- 19:50Speaker 2: back into our neighborhoods and putting American lives at risk,
- 19:54Speaker 2: the Department of owned Security Secretary Tristian McLaughlin said in
- 19:58Speaker 2: a statement. She then said, we we are calling on
- 20:00Speaker 2: Governor Pritsker and his administration to stop this dangerous derangement
- 20:05Speaker 2: and commit to honoring the ICE arrest detainers of the
- 20:09Speaker 2: more than four thousand criminal legal aliens in Illinois's custody.
- 20:15Speaker 2: It is common sense criminal legal aliens should not be
- 20:18Speaker 2: released back into our streets to terrorize more innocent Americans.
- 20:24Speaker 2: ICE officials said Illinois has released from custody and failed
- 20:28Speaker 2: to honor detainers for illegal aliens, such as a forty
- 20:32Speaker 2: nine year old Victor Manuel Menendez Garcia of Mexico, who
- 20:37Speaker 2: was convicted of kidnapping for ransom and sentenced to eighteen
- 20:42Speaker 2: years in prison. A new release from ICE detailed other
- 20:47Speaker 2: instances where illegal aliens were released from custody instead of
- 20:52Speaker 2: being turned over to ICE agents. Juan Morales Martinez, an
- 20:57Speaker 2: illegal alien from Guatemala, for example, was arrest sit after
- 21:00Speaker 2: a vehicle crash near Westfield, Illinois, where he was a passenger.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Early reports the vehicle crash showed not one, but two fatalities.
- 21:11Speaker 2: It was a county board member and his wife. Police
- 21:14Speaker 2: also found an extended magazine and ammunition in the vehicle.
- 21:19Speaker 2: On October the twenty fifth, ICE lodged a detainer on
- 21:23Speaker 2: Morales Martinez. October the twenty seventh, ICE arrested Morales after
- 21:27Speaker 2: his release from the Clark County Jail. The jail did
- 21:32Speaker 2: not cooperate with ICE, but ICE officers suspected his release
- 21:36Speaker 2: and performed an enforcement action outside of the county jail.
- 21:41Speaker 2: He has now been removed from the United States of America,
- 21:44Speaker 2: but he would be among us if it was left
- 21:46Speaker 2: up to the sanctuary state of Illinois. There was another
- 21:50Speaker 2: man by the name of Gonzales Jimenez, an illegal alien
- 21:54Speaker 2: from Mexico. He was arrested and convicted for one count
- 21:57Speaker 2: of driving under the influence and domessic battery, and two
- 22:01Speaker 2: counts of criminal sexual assault. Yet again, Illinois chose deliberately
- 22:07Speaker 2: to refuse the ICE detainer for this individual, again accused
- 22:12Speaker 2: of two counts of criminal sexual assault. On November the thirteenth,
- 22:18Speaker 2: ICE arrested the man as he was released from jail.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Juan Alberto Carl Morin, an, a legal alien from Mexico,
- 22:26Speaker 2: was arrested and convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of
- 22:31Speaker 2: a victim and a family and sentenced to six years
- 22:34Speaker 2: in Illinois Department of Corrections. ICE detainer for that man
- 22:39Speaker 2: was also not honored. On November ninth, ICE arrested Carl Marin,
- 22:44Speaker 2: where he is currently in ICE custody, Yet again Illinois
- 22:48Speaker 2: saying no, we'd rather play politics than keep our citizens
- 22:52Speaker 2: safe from these dangerous criminals. This is just one example
- 22:58Speaker 2: of what Donald Trump and our government is up against,
- 23:02Speaker 2: as time and time again, these radicals in radical cities
- 23:06Speaker 2: and states around the country are constantly refusing to work
- 23:11Speaker 2: with ICE to keep American safe, and yet again the
- 23:14Speaker 2: president is not backing down, sending more resources to Illinois
- 23:18Speaker 2: to find and to put into custody these more than
- 23:22Speaker 2: one thousand, eight hundred legal aliens charged with murder, assault,
- 23:26Speaker 2: sex crimes, and what has happened? Illinois chose to put
- 23:30Speaker 2: them back into our neighborhoods instead of hand them over
- 23:33Speaker 2: to Ice Operation Overlord the D Day Beaches. You and
- 23:38Speaker 2: I share a passion for history, so I hope you'll
- 23:41Speaker 2: join me next spring on the D Day Beaches in Normandy.
- 23:44Speaker 2: That's right, the invasion that sealed Hitler's doom, Omaha and Utah.

- 23:52Speaker 2: me ten days in Europe, luxury hotels and fully escorted

- 24:34Speaker 2: Heart Media. It's not just in Illinois where the radicals
- 24:37Speaker 2: are defying Donald Trump and putting Americans lives at risk,
- 24:41Speaker 2: and many Americans are actually losing their lives. Another sad
- 24:45Speaker 2: and shocking story is now coming out of California, where
- 24:48Speaker 2: an illegal alien is accused of drunk driving and causing
- 24:51Speaker 2: a crash that left an eight year old girl dead
- 24:54Speaker 2: in the sanctuary state of California. Last week, Immigration and
- 24:59Speaker 2: co Some's enforcement agents lodged a detainer against a twenty
- 25:04Speaker 2: five year old Guatemala man after he allegedly caused a
- 25:08Speaker 2: head on collision on a San Diego highway that resulted
- 25:11Speaker 2: in the death of the eight year old little girl.
- 25:13Speaker 2: According to local police, Alva Rodriguez was driving a two
- 25:18Speaker 2: thousand and five Toyota to Come a truck when he
- 25:21Speaker 2: crossed lanes and hit a Toyota camery head on. The
- 25:25Speaker 2: driver of the camera, a twenty six year old man
- 25:27Speaker 2: from m Arizona, suffered major injuries, as did his front passenger,
- 25:32Speaker 2: a twenty eight year old woman. Three children in the
- 25:35Speaker 2: back of the camera. A five year old boy, a
- 25:38Speaker 2: four year old girl, and an eight year old girl
- 25:40Speaker 2: were taken to a nearby children's hospital. The girl did
- 25:44Speaker 2: not survive her injuries and died at that hospital. How
- 25:48Speaker 2: many deaths of children at the hands of criminal legal
- 25:51Speaker 2: aliens need to happen before Governor Knewsom and sanctuary politicians
- 25:57Speaker 2: will prioritize the safety and security of a manor American families.
- 26:01Speaker 2: That's what the Department of Homeland Security said in his statement.
- 26:05Speaker 2: ICE officials said that Rodriguez had a history of drunk driving,
- 26:09Speaker 2: including a twenty twenty arrest for driving under the influence
- 26:13Speaker 2: and then another arrest in twenty twenty one for driving
- 26:17Speaker 2: under the influence and a hit and run. This serial
- 26:21Speaker 2: drunk driver should never have been allowed back onto California roads.
- 26:26Speaker 2: We are praying for the family of this child who
- 26:29Speaker 2: will be grieving this holiday season. Secretary Nome is now
- 26:34Speaker 2: calling on Governor Newsom to honor this ICE arrest attainer
- 26:38Speaker 2: for this illegal alien. And yet again you have another
- 26:42Speaker 2: elected official in another sanctuary state that is saying I
- 26:47Speaker 2: will put illegal immigrants a head of American citizens. And
- 26:53Speaker 2: that's not the only place that's happening. The New York
- 26:56Speaker 2: mayor Mundani now telling illegal aliens in your York City
- 27:01Speaker 2: how to stand up to ICE agents. The New York
- 27:04Speaker 2: City Democratic Socialists mayor elect now giving lessons telling illegal
- 27:10Speaker 2: immigrants in this area that you must stand up to
- 27:12Speaker 2: ICE agents. The news comes as President Trump's administration has
- 27:17Speaker 2: been working as safeguard American communities from illegal alien crime,
- 27:21Speaker 2: and as federal officials have been arresting the worst of
- 27:23Speaker 2: the worst criminal aliens. In a video posted on Sunday,
- 27:28Speaker 2: Mondani talked about a recent ICE rate in Chinatown, adding
- 27:33Speaker 2: when he officially becomes a mayor, he will protect all
- 27:37Speaker 2: New York residents and that means the illegal immigrants. He said,
- 27:41Speaker 2: that includes the more than three million immigrants who call
- 27:44Speaker 2: the city their home. But we can all stand up
- 27:47Speaker 2: to ICE if you know your rights, he said, and
- 27:51Speaker 2: then he gave points about avoiding ICE agents altogether, saying, quote,
- 27:56Speaker 2: ICE cannot enter into private spaces like your home, school,
- 28:01Speaker 2: or private area of your workplace without a judicial warrant
- 28:04Speaker 2: signed by a judge. He went on to explain that
- 28:07Speaker 2: they had a right to keep their door shut, literally
- 28:10Speaker 2: telling the criminals exactly how to fight back and not
- 28:15Speaker 2: be arrested.
- 28:16Speaker 9: Last weekend, ICE attempted to raid Canal Street and detain
- 28:19Speaker 9: our imports. As Mayor, I'll protect the rights of every
- 28:23Speaker 9: single New Yorker, and that includes the more than three
- 28:25Speaker 9: million immigrants who called the city their home. But we
- 28:28Speaker 9: can all stand up to ICE if you know your
- 28:31Speaker 9: rights if you encounter ICE. These are the things that
- 28:33Speaker 9: every New Yorker should know.
- 28:35Speaker 5: First.
- 28:35Speaker 9: ICE cannot enter into private spaces like your home, school,
- 28:39Speaker 9: or private area of your workplace without a judicial warrant
- 28:41Speaker 9: signed by a judge.
- 28:43Speaker 5: That looks like this.
- 28:49Speaker 9: If ICE does not have a judicial warrant signed by
- 28:51Speaker 9: a judge, you have the right to say I do
- 28:53Speaker 9: not consent to enter it, and the right to keep
- 28:55Speaker 9: your door closed. Sometimes ICE will show you paperwork that
- 28:58Speaker 9: looks like this and tell you that they have the
- 29:02Speaker 9: right to arrest you.
- 29:04Speaker 5: That is false.
- 29:06Speaker 9: Ice is legally allowed to lie to you, but you
- 29:08Speaker 9: have the right to remain silent. If you're being detained,
- 29:11Speaker 9: you may always ask am I free to go repeatedly
- 29:13Speaker 9: until I answer. You are legally allowed to film ICE
- 29:16Speaker 9: as long as you do not interfere with an arrest.
- 29:18Speaker 9: It is important to remain calm during any interaction Ice
- 29:21Speaker 9: for Lawnforce, do not impede their investigation, resist arrest or
- 29:25Speaker 9: One last thing, New York has had a constitutional right
- 29:28Speaker 9: to protest. When I'm there, we will protect that way.
- 29:31Speaker 9: New York will always welcome and I will fight each
- 29:34Speaker 9: and every day.
- 29:35Speaker 5: To protect and support and celebrate our neighbor brother sisters.
- 29:42Speaker 2: That is the mayor elect of New York May it
- 29:45Speaker 2: very clear he doesn't work for the citizens of New
- 29:47Speaker 2: York and said he works for the illegal immigrants and
- 29:50Speaker 2: telling them everything he can to help them continue to
- 29:53Speaker 2: break the laws. So yet again we are having a
- 29:57Speaker 2: conversation about more American to our being killed. One thing
- 30:01Speaker 2: is for sure, the President of the United States of
- 30:03Speaker 2: America has promised, no matter what, to go wherever these
- 30:07Speaker 2: criminals are to find them, to hunt them down and
- 30:10Speaker 2: to bring them to justice. Even if the radicals on
- 30:13Speaker 2: the left like Mundani or Newsom or Prince Gurp are
- 30:17Speaker 2: doing everything they can to stop illegal immigrants from being deported.
- 30:22Speaker 2: Don't forget to share this podcast, by the way, with
