Mississippi PSC Commissioner proposal would allow families use SNAP benefits toward water bills
SNAP beneficiaries can use their benefits to buy bottled water, but they can't use their benefits to help pay the bill that brings water into their home. Central Public Service Commissioner De'Keither Stamps would like that to change.
