Speaker 1: Derived from Hollywood with Ryan Seacrest. It certainly isn't common
0:04
Speaker 1: that an artist can approach superstardom without having released the
0:07
Speaker 1: solo album. But then again, nothing about Normany is routine,
0:11
Speaker 1: and her time with the Harmony, her undeniable talent, and
0:13
Speaker 1: smash collaborations with the likes of Sam Smith and Khalid
0:17
Speaker 1: I've all helped propel her career to the top. That's
0:19
Speaker 1: why her album, when it finally does arrive, will be
0:21
Speaker 1: one of the most anticipated debuts in years. And while
0:24
Speaker 1: it's been a long way, it's because Normany is involved
0:26
Speaker 1: with every aspect of creating it, so it represents her
0:29
Speaker 1: in the most authentic way possible. She tells Rolling Stone,
0:32
Speaker 1: there are so many hats I have to wear. There's
0:34
Speaker 1: nothing that I'm not involved in because I like to
0:37
Speaker 1: be so hands on. I'm very specific. There's no one
0:39
Speaker 1: that knows or cares as much about your craft as you.
0:43
Speaker 1: You need an amazing support system around you. But as
0:45
Speaker 1: much as you want something, nobody's ever gonna want that
0:48
Speaker 1: for you as much as you do. And if you've
0:50
Speaker 1: been dying to hear Normani's album, she adds, she's about
0:53
Speaker 1: halfway done with the music and hopes to have at
0:55
Speaker 1: least one single out by summer that's direct from Hollywood.
