- 0:01Speaker 1: You guys doing okay, because if you watch the media
- 0:04Speaker 1: right now, I think they think we're all in the
- 0:07Speaker 1: feedile position and we don't know what to do because
- 0:10Speaker 1: there's a government shutdown. Meanwhile, I'm like, this is awesome,
- 0:13Speaker 1: Like let's start firing some people. Let's get rid of
- 0:16Speaker 1: some bureaucrats, let's save some money.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Now.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Of course, somebody's gonna freak out that I said that
- 0:20Speaker 1: and take it out of context. They're gonna be that
- 0:22Speaker 1: be at Ferguson wants people to lose their jobs only
- 0:24Speaker 1: if you suck at your job, Like if you're a
- 0:26Speaker 1: partisan hack in the government and you suck at your
- 0:28Speaker 1: job and we haven't been able to fire you before, Like,
- 0:31Speaker 1: let's do it right now. I'm in favor of doging
- 0:34Speaker 1: it up, as they say, in a very very very
- 0:37Speaker 1: big way. But if you look at the media right now,
- 0:40Speaker 1: they're going out there to find little Susan, little Timmy
- 0:42Speaker 1: who are crying tonight because they were coming to the
- 0:45Speaker 1: US capital.
- 0:46Speaker 2: And it's shut down.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Now.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Of course they're gonna try to blame that shutdown on
- 0:50Speaker 1: Donald Trump and conservatives. We all know this is a
- 0:54Speaker 1: Schumer shutdown. That is what this is. And if you
- 0:57Speaker 1: just want to know how bad the Democrats are. They
- 1:00Speaker 1: don't want like serious people in our government to get
- 1:04Speaker 1: paid during the government shutdown. But damn it, they're going
- 1:08Speaker 1: to get paid. Some lawmakers are actually saying they are
- 1:13Speaker 1: going to send a letter many of them have to
- 1:16Speaker 1: withhold their paychecks during the shutdown. But other lawmakers are like, no,
- 1:21Speaker 1: I ain't doing that. Quote I'm not wealthy and I
- 1:25Speaker 1: have three kids. I would basically be missing mortgage payments,
- 1:28Speaker 1: rent payments, child support. That is what Senator Rubin Galago
- 1:34Speaker 1: had to say, the Democrat from Arizona to NBC News.
- 1:37Speaker 1: So it's not feasible, it's not gonna happen. So like, yeah,
- 1:41Speaker 1: I'll make sure because we're playing politics at the Americant
- 1:44Speaker 1: Party that other people that maybe have three kids or
- 1:48Speaker 1: have a mortgage payment or rent payment or child support,
- 1:51Speaker 1: they'll go without a paycheck. But I'm a senator, damnit,
- 1:54Speaker 1: and I'm a Democratic center and it's not feasible for me.
- 1:57Speaker 2: It's not going to happen.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Well, where is the same passion, Senator, Yeah, I goo
- 2:03Speaker 1: for all the average government workers. Remember, they don't give
- 2:07Speaker 1: a crap about you. Now, there are other members of
- 2:10Speaker 1: Congress that have sent the letters, because that's how it
- 2:13Speaker 1: works to say don't pay me. And also, let's style
- 2:17Speaker 1: down the crazy for a second. Everybody is gonna get
- 2:21Speaker 1: their pay it's.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Just gonna be delayed.
- 2:23Speaker 1: It depends on how long Chuck Schumer wants to delay
- 2:26Speaker 1: people getting paid, right or is this And by the way,
- 2:30Speaker 1: I put the tweet out there so you guys can
- 2:32Speaker 1: see it. My good buddy Steve Guests put this tweet
- 2:35Speaker 1: out and retweeted a moment ago so you can follow it.
- 2:37Speaker 1: You can send out there, go online at Ben Ferguson
- 2:40Speaker 1: show on X and you can see all of these
- 2:44Speaker 1: lawmakers and just their scumbaggery one oh one.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Like oh I can't miss a paycheck. I just I
- 2:49Speaker 2: just can't do it.
- 2:50Speaker 1: But let me go back to why this is actually
- 2:53Speaker 1: even happening right now. This is the part that all
- 2:56Speaker 1: of you need to understand, which is like, why is
- 2:59Speaker 1: this a thing?
- 3:00Speaker 2: All right?
- 3:00Speaker 1: Well, let's just start with the basics. Chuck Schumer is
- 3:04Speaker 1: terrified of AOC primarying him. That is why Chuck Schumer
- 3:09Speaker 1: has shut down the government because if he didn't shut
- 3:12Speaker 1: down the government, he's afraid he's going to lose his
- 3:14Speaker 1: leadership position and he will be primary Senater. Ted Kruz,
- 3:18Speaker 1: who is one of those in the Senate dealing with this,
- 3:21Speaker 1: here's what he had to say on his show Verdict
- 3:23Speaker 1: with Ted Cruz podcast.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Listen and Chuck Schumer nearly lost his job because Schumer
- 3:29Speaker 4: allowed the government to be funded several months ago. The
- 3:33Speaker 4: left wing rose up against him. And you want to
- 3:36Speaker 4: understand why we have a shutdown. It's one thing. Schumer
- 3:40Speaker 4: is looking over his left shoulder and he sees aoc
- 3:44Speaker 4: running up behind him, and he is terrified he's gonna
- 3:48Speaker 4: lose his job. So listen, Schumer knows this is not
- 3:52Speaker 4: gonna work. He knows this is failures.
- 3:55Speaker 1: He just pure cover your als politics one oh one
- 3:58Speaker 1: by Schumer, And there it is. That's what it is.
- 4:01Speaker 1: It is cover your aas one oh one. That is
- 4:05Speaker 1: why you have these Schumer shut down and that's why
- 4:08Speaker 1: Democrats are like, dude, I got to take my paycheck.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I got too many babies, defeed, I got mortgage and
- 4:13Speaker 1: rent payments. Now the government workers that make less than
- 4:16Speaker 1: the United States centater, screw them, right. I also just
- 4:19Speaker 1: had to bring this up, and I'm not trying to
- 4:21Speaker 1: be mean, but I'm gonna just I'm just gonna just kind.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Of state the obvious here.
- 4:25Speaker 1: If you are a United States senator and you can't
- 4:28Speaker 1: miss a single paycheck, do we really want you running
- 4:31Speaker 1: the country? I mean, senators, what is the in fact,
- 4:36Speaker 1: I'm gonna ask what the I'm gonna ask? This is
- 4:38Speaker 1: what I love technology, Hey, Siri, what does a United
- 4:41Speaker 1: States senator make per year?
- 4:44Speaker 2: Wait for it, one.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Hundred and seventy four thousand dollars annually. All right, So
- 4:50Speaker 1: we got this guy who's a senator saying, quote, I'm
- 4:53Speaker 1: not wealthy, and I have three kids, and I would
- 4:55Speaker 1: basically be missing mortgage payments, rent payments, child support. So
- 4:58Speaker 1: it's not feasible, not gonna happen, but I will happily
- 5:00Speaker 1: shut down the government. Be a part of that shutdown
- 5:03Speaker 1: with Chuck Schumer because he's afraid of AOC and screw
- 5:06Speaker 1: the other workers who are in this situation. And somehow
- 5:09Speaker 1: he wants me to be sorry for him making one
- 5:10Speaker 1: hundred and seventy four thousand dollars a year. If you
- 5:14Speaker 1: are a United States center and you can't miss one paycheck,
- 5:19Speaker 1: do I really want you? If you're teetering, you're living
- 5:22Speaker 1: I mean what Scott, I mean what the Senator Ruben
- 5:27Speaker 1: Gallaga was saying is I can't afford to miss the paycheck.
- 5:30Speaker 2: I am living paycheck to paycheck. Dude.
- 5:33Speaker 1: That is messed up on so many different levels. Because
- 5:38Speaker 1: you're in charge of the United States government, but you're
- 5:40Speaker 1: living paycheck to paycheck. I thought we were supposed to
- 5:42Speaker 1: send our best and our brightest to do this job.
- 5:46Speaker 1: If I'm making one hundred and seventy four thousand dollars
- 5:48Speaker 1: a year, I assure you I Am not going to
- 5:51Speaker 1: be a scenario where I can't miss a payment, like
- 5:55Speaker 1: my whole life is screwed in one month. Like one
- 5:58Speaker 1: hundred and seventy four thousand dollars, you should have some
- 6:01Speaker 1: emergency funds, to quote the great Dave Ramsey, right, you
- 6:04Speaker 1: should have a couple months. And also, let's be clear,
- 6:08Speaker 1: if you're a Democrat and you know that Democrats love
- 6:11Speaker 1: shutting down the government, right, like I'm being serious, Okay,
- 6:18Speaker 1: If you are a Democrat and you know it's coming,
- 6:23Speaker 1: then why didn't you plan ahead for this?
- 6:26Speaker 2: Oh?
- 6:26Speaker 1: Wait, because you don't give a crap about the people
- 6:28Speaker 1: you're hurting. You don't give a crap about the workers
- 6:32Speaker 1: that are actually living paycheck to paycheck like you don't care.
- 6:40Speaker 1: It is all about you, full stop, plain and simple,
- 6:45Speaker 1: Which brings me back to the Democrats in general. This
- 6:49Speaker 1: is the same party, by the way, that has been obsessed,
- 6:53Speaker 1: right like completely obsessed with this idea that we should never,
- 6:58Speaker 1: under any circumstances shut down the because that's just wrong
- 7:01Speaker 1: and evil. We have montage after montage after montage of
- 7:05Speaker 1: Democrats who are saying it. I'm gonna play that for
- 7:07Speaker 1: you in a minute. But here's the other thing. Listen
- 7:09Speaker 1: to Keem Jeffries on the House side. He was asked
- 7:13Speaker 1: about cashing their checks while the troops are going unpaid
- 7:16Speaker 1: during the Democratic shutdown. So you're you're halfway around the world,
- 7:19Speaker 1: you're protecting, defending this country, you're not getting paid, but
- 7:22Speaker 1: damn it, the people wearing suits in DC are.
- 7:25Speaker 5: So this is something.
- 7:28Speaker 6: Still case a shutdown. E sense advice semotime members that
- 7:34Speaker 6: one is a Dutch dug.
- 7:37Speaker 7: Yeah, that's a question that every individual member is going
- 7:39Speaker 7: to have to make on their own, as has always
- 7:42Speaker 7: been the case in the past. Uh, First of all,
- 7:44Speaker 7: that question is not even a ripe one because we're
- 7:49Speaker 7: anticipating that this shutdown issue will be resolved.
- 7:53Speaker 2: I love this right. Well, I'm not gonna answer that question.
- 7:57Speaker 2: I'm not. I'm not.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I'm not gonna I'm not. That's something I I'm not
- 8:00Speaker 1: going to answer that question. Okay, So we have Democrats
- 8:05Speaker 1: that are holding America hostage. Democratic represented Maxing Dexter, who
- 8:13Speaker 1: voted to shut down the government said this about Democrats today.
- 8:20Speaker 8: I'll just say it again. We did not shut down
- 8:22Speaker 8: the government. The Republicans right, by the way, yes you did.
- 8:25Speaker 1: You literally voted to shut down the government. Democratic represent
- 8:29Speaker 1: A Maxing Dexter went on NewsNation and just lied to
- 8:32Speaker 1: the American people. I'll play it for you again. She
- 8:34Speaker 1: voted literally to shut down the government.
- 8:38Speaker 8: I'll just say it again. We did not shut down
- 8:41Speaker 8: the government. The Republicans have not been at the table
- 8:44Speaker 8: bringing us into the negotiations. They need sixty votes in
- 8:48Speaker 8: the Senate. So there is no debate here on who's responsible.
- 8:55Speaker 1: On who's responsible for shutting down the government. Okay, let's
- 8:59Speaker 1: go to the record. Did you vote to shut down
- 9:01Speaker 1: the government? Representative Maxing Dexter, Yes, So, then why did
- 9:05Speaker 1: you say that Democrats did not shut down the government.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Then you acknowledge the Senate needs sixty votes to pass
- 9:10Speaker 1: a federal funding bill, which Democrats voted against. It's how
- 9:14Speaker 1: we didn't get the sixty votes. Republicans weren't voting against it.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I think there was one Ram Paul who always votes
- 9:20Speaker 1: against it. At least he's a principal guy. And Democratic
- 9:24Speaker 1: California Representative Peter Aguilar, he went in front of the
- 9:28Speaker 1: media earlier today and here's what he said, again, lying,
- 9:32Speaker 1: he believes that you the American people are in favor
- 9:34Speaker 1: of the shutdown.
- 9:36Speaker 7: The American people are focused on this.
- 9:39Speaker 6: They support our efforts to protect their health care funding.
- 9:45Speaker 7: The American people.
- 9:46Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Hold on a second.
- 9:49Speaker 1: The American people are in favor of this. They support
- 9:52Speaker 1: the Democratic shutdown. What poll are you reading is at
- 9:55Speaker 1: the bottom of a picture of beer? Is it next
- 9:58Speaker 1: to some illegal drugs or fentanyl? I mean, what world
- 10:03Speaker 1: are you in? Oh wait, hold on a second. Let
- 10:06Speaker 1: me go to the New York Times real quick, because
- 10:10Speaker 1: what he just said was the American people are in
- 10:12Speaker 1: favor of this.
- 10:12Speaker 2: All right.
- 10:13Speaker 1: New York Times seeing a poll views on whether the
- 10:17Speaker 1: Democrats should or should not shut down the government if
- 10:21Speaker 1: their demands are not met all respondent sixty five percent
- 10:25Speaker 1: said should not. Only twenty seven percent of the psychos
- 10:27Speaker 1: out there said should. Even among Democrats, forty three percent
- 10:32Speaker 1: of Democrats said they should not shut down the government.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Forty seven percent of Democrats they should. Of Independence, fifty
- 10:39Speaker 1: nine percent said they should not shut down the government.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Only thirty two percent said they should. And then let's
- 10:44Speaker 1: go to the Republicans. Ninety two percent of Republicans said
- 10:51Speaker 1: we should not shut down the government, only five percent
- 10:54Speaker 1: said we should. So let me go back to the
- 10:56Speaker 1: liar here, Democratic representive Peter Agolar lying to you the
- 11:00Speaker 1: American people.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Yet again, the American people are are focused on this.
- 11:06Speaker 6: They support our efforts to protect their health care funding.
- 11:11Speaker 1: That's a lie, by the way, you guys aren't supporting
- 11:13Speaker 1: our health care fundings. You know what was in their demand.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Their demand was, yes, we're going to shut down the
- 11:19Speaker 1: government for illegal immigrants. Democrats blocked the Republicans clean meaning
- 11:25Speaker 1: no add ons continuing resolution that would have kept the
- 11:28Speaker 1: government open at the same exact burn rate of money
- 11:30Speaker 1: as it was yesterday. Instead, Democrats demanded one point five
- 11:35Speaker 1: trillion for their radical agenda that the American people voted
- 11:38Speaker 1: down in the last presidential election. That also includes government
- 11:43Speaker 1: funding for illegal immigrants' health care. Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett said, quote,
- 11:51Speaker 1: the government's officially shut down. Make no mistake. Republicans control
- 11:54Speaker 1: the House to sent in the White House. This is
- 11:55Speaker 1: their shutdown.
- 11:56Speaker 2: That's a lot.
- 11:56Speaker 1: You have to have sixty votes in the Senate. There's
- 11:59Speaker 1: not sixty republiclkens in the Senate.
- 12:00Speaker 2: You're a liar.
- 12:01Speaker 1: They had every tool to govern and choose chaos instead.
- 12:04Speaker 1: The American people are the ones paying the price. Jasmine,
- 12:07Speaker 1: you are a liar. You're a scumbag liar. She knows,
- 12:11Speaker 1: maybe she doesn't. She might actually be this dumb. So
- 12:13Speaker 1: let's just give her a quick history lesson. The Senate
- 12:16Speaker 1: requires sixty votes to pass the funding bill. Maybe Congresswoman
- 12:20Speaker 1: Jasmine Crockett is too stupid and spending too much time
- 12:22Speaker 1: on TikTok and doesn't.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Know that, but now she does.
- 12:26Speaker 1: So here's what's even more interesting, by the way, about
- 12:28Speaker 1: Democrats and just they're lying. So you've got some Democrats
- 12:32Speaker 1: out there like, well, the Republicans chose to do this,
- 12:35Speaker 1: and then there's others that say, well, well, the American
- 12:39Speaker 1: support the Democratic shut down. So that's another spin. So
- 12:42Speaker 1: there's actually three kind of stories here. And then there's
- 12:46Speaker 1: this other story Jasmine Crockett saying the Republicans are the
- 12:49Speaker 1: ones that did this, she's an idiot. And then you've
- 12:53Speaker 1: got this weird Democrat who actually is at the airport
- 12:57Speaker 1: putting up a video admitting as a congressman, the Democrats
- 13:01Speaker 1: chose to shut down the government. So my question the
- 13:04Speaker 1: Democrats is like, can you guys at least get your
- 13:06Speaker 1: story right, Like can you don't text each other and
- 13:07Speaker 1: be like, hey, we're all going to go with this.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Returning back to Detroit this morning after the Republicans failed
- 13:15Speaker 3: to show up in the US House, we got to
- 13:18Speaker 3: make sure Americans have the healthcare that they need.
- 13:21Speaker 2: And if that means you got to chuck this.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Government down, and so be it.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Yeah, so I mean we got to just shut down
- 13:28Speaker 1: that it means if we got to shut down the government,
- 13:30Speaker 1: so be it. So there's a weird congressman, Democratic New
- 13:34Speaker 1: Hampshire Senator Shahean. Here's what she had to say about
- 13:39Speaker 1: the government and the shutdown, and listen to who she's blaming.
- 13:43Speaker 1: So like, none of their stories even match within their
- 13:45Speaker 1: own party.
- 13:46Speaker 9: The reality is the Republicans control all three branches of government.
- 13:50Speaker 9: They control the White House, they control both Houses of Congress,
- 13:53Speaker 9: and many would say they control the Supreme Court. So
- 13:58Speaker 9: I think ultimately people will question why given that they
- 14:03Speaker 9: have not been able to avoid a shutdown.
- 14:05Speaker 2: It takes sixty votes.
- 14:09Speaker 1: That means Republicans are the ones that have to have
- 14:13Speaker 1: Democrats that agree to a cr and then ultimately defunding
- 14:17Speaker 1: the government. You idiot White House Press secretary saying this
- 14:21Speaker 1: today about the government shut down, Listen carefully.
- 14:24Speaker 5: Democrats in Congress have officially shut down the United States government.
- 14:29Speaker 5: House Republicans passed a nonpartisan, clean piece of legislation to
- 14:33Speaker 5: extend current government funding until November twenty first, but nearly
- 14:38Speaker 5: every single Democrat senator voted against this bill. To be clear,
- 14:43Speaker 5: this was the exact same bill that Democrats approved six
- 14:46Speaker 5: short months ago in March, just adjusted for inflation. This
- 14:50Speaker 5: is the same kind of clean funding bill that Democrats
- 14:53Speaker 5: passed thirteen separate times when they held the Jordy during
- 14:58Speaker 5: Joe Biden's administration. So the American people woke up this
- 15:02Speaker 5: morning and asked the obvious question, why is the government
- 15:05Speaker 5: shut down right now? The answer is pure partisan politics
- 15:09Speaker 5: being played by the Democrat Party. The Democrats shut down
- 15:13Speaker 5: the government because President Trump and the Republicans will not
- 15:16Speaker 5: force American taxpayers to pay for free health care for
- 15:20Speaker 5: illegal aliens. America is thirty seven trillion dollars in debt.
- 15:24Speaker 5: We cannot afford to provide taxpayer funded free healthcare to
- 15:28Speaker 5: illegals who broke the law to enter our country.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Oh, isn't that interesting? Wow?
- 15:35Speaker 1: So Republicans are not going to force the American tax
- 15:38Speaker 1: payers to pay for free health care for illegal aliens
- 15:41Speaker 1: because we're thirty seven trade in debt and we can't
- 15:45Speaker 1: afford to pay for that free health care for illegals
- 15:47Speaker 1: who broke this country.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Period.
- 15:50Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about my friends at
- 15:52Speaker 1: kirk Elliott Precious Medals. Two days ago, I got my
- 15:56Speaker 1: new order of silver. Now I'm investing in silver right
- 15:59Speaker 1: now because the pricing on it is amazing and the
- 16:02Speaker 1: upside well, it's real. I actually have a one hundred
- 16:07Speaker 1: ounce silver bar. It is actually really cool. It's really
- 16:12Speaker 1: heavy because it's one hundred ounces. But I also know
- 16:15Speaker 1: that I bought it at the right price and I
- 16:18Speaker 1: wasn't paying massive up charges on quote rare or special coins,
- 16:22Speaker 1: and then when you go to sell them, you take
- 16:24Speaker 1: away all of your earning potential. Why do they do
- 16:28Speaker 1: it this way at Kurt Elliott because they have transparent
- 16:31Speaker 1: pricing up front. It's very simple. You pay eight percent
- 16:35Speaker 1: when you buy, and here's what matters to you the most,
- 16:38Speaker 1: nothing when you sell. There are no hidden fees ever
- 16:43Speaker 1: with Kurt Elliott Precious Metals. This is the reason why
- 16:46Speaker 1: I recommend them. It's not just about investing, it's about
- 16:51Speaker 1: making sure you get more for your money. And that
- 16:54Speaker 1: is exactly why Kurt Elliott helps people all the time.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Whether it's gold or silver, you can hold it, be
- 17:00Speaker 1: a good steward of it, you can pass it on
- 17:02Speaker 1: to future generations, and you can build wealth with it.
- 17:06Speaker 1: It's real, boy, youon never gimmicks, just investment grade gold
- 17:11Speaker 1: and silver, No overpriced coins, no flashy markups. And it's
- 17:16Speaker 1: a company that I love because they are a faith
- 17:19Speaker 1: driven company. There's no pressure, just honest care. They treat
- 17:24Speaker 1: every client like family, offering honest answers up front to
- 17:28Speaker 1: help you make wise informed decisions. Now, if you're seeking
- 17:32Speaker 1: a partner when it comes to gold and silver with
- 17:35Speaker 1: an eternity mindset. Visit k e PM dot com slash ben.
- 17:42Speaker 1: That's k e PM dot com slash ben. You can
- 17:47Speaker 1: also call them seven two zero six oh five thirty
- 17:51Speaker 1: nine hundred.
- 17:52Speaker 2: That's seven two zero six oh five thirty nine hundred.
- 17:56Speaker 1: So let's faithfully steward what God has given so you
- 18:00Speaker 1: you can experience real peace now and for generations to come.
- 18:04Speaker 1: KPM dot com slash ben. Bry the way, let me
- 18:07Speaker 1: just back up for a second. I'm going to back
- 18:10Speaker 1: it up about ten seconds, and I want to play
- 18:13Speaker 1: in its entirety with the White House Press Secretary Kroen
- 18:16Speaker 1: Levit said about the Democratic Democrats shutting down the government.
- 18:19Speaker 2: Where there are Democrats.
- 18:21Speaker 1: On record elect officials who said that they were shutting
- 18:23Speaker 1: down the government, voted to shut down the government, and
- 18:25Speaker 1: then they want to act like, oh, we didn't actually
- 18:27Speaker 1: do that, like I'm sorry, I'm calling bs.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Keep listening.
- 18:30Speaker 5: So the American people woke up this morning and asked
- 18:33Speaker 5: the obvious question, why is the government shut down right now?
- 18:38Speaker 5: The answer is pure partisan politics being played by the
- 18:41Speaker 5: Democrat Party. The Democrats shut down the government because President
- 18:45Speaker 5: Trump and the Republicans will not force American taxpayers to
- 18:48Speaker 5: pay for free health care for illegal aliens. America is
- 18:52Speaker 5: thirty seven trillion dollars in debt. We cannot afford to
- 18:56Speaker 5: provide taxpayer funded free healthcare to illegals who broke the
- 19:00Speaker 5: law to enter our country. To put this all into perspective,
- 19:04Speaker 5: the Democrats refused to keep the government open over health
- 19:07Speaker 5: care to illegal aliens and now now have jeopardized critical
- 19:11Speaker 5: health care programs for American citizens. Instead, the Women, Infants,
- 19:15Speaker 5: and Children Program, community health center funding, Medicare, treatment options,
- 19:20Speaker 5: and other health programs are now all at risk because
- 19:23Speaker 5: of the Democrats rejecting the clean cr The most vulnerable
- 19:27Speaker 5: in our country are being punished because the Democrats want
- 19:30Speaker 5: to prioritize illegals over American citizens. And if Democrats actually
- 19:35Speaker 5: cared about health care, they would applaud the actions taken
- 19:38Speaker 5: by President Trump. Just yesterday in the Oval Office, he
- 19:42Speaker 5: took a bold and massively popular action to improve our
- 19:46Speaker 5: health care system. He announced the first agreement with a
- 19:49Speaker 5: major pharmaceutical company, Peiser, to lower drug costs for Americans.
- 19:54Speaker 5: This is a historical achievement long sought by past Democrat
- 19:58Speaker 5: presidents that only isident Trump was able to get done.
- 20:02Speaker 1: So you Listen to that, and again she's right about
- 20:06Speaker 1: all of it. Now, what is the media saying about this, Well,
- 20:09Speaker 1: let me take you to Atlanta, CBS News Atlanta. They
- 20:15Speaker 1: want you to cry and feel sorry for the TSA
- 20:17Speaker 1: officers who are just living paycheck to paycheck.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 20:22Speaker 10: Most TSA officers live paycheck to paycheck. The issue comes
- 20:26Speaker 10: in is when I don't receive a paycheck, how am
- 20:29Speaker 10: I supposed.
- 20:29Speaker 8: To get to work?
- 20:30Speaker 10: Where am I going to get the gas to put
- 20:32Speaker 10: in my car to come to work? Or how do
- 20:34Speaker 10: I feed my family? Or how do I buy diapers.
- 20:38Speaker 11: Aaron Barker is a TSA officer in the president of
- 20:40Speaker 11: AFGE Local five five four, the union that represents TSA officers.
- 20:46Speaker 11: He says that the shutdown lasts longer than a few days,
- 20:48Speaker 11: travelers will fill the.
- 20:50Speaker 10: Impact without having a paycheck as one of the problems
- 20:54Speaker 10: will arise most CSA.
- 20:56Speaker 1: I mean, you gotta laugh because they do this ad
- 21:01Speaker 1: like somehow to make it seem like I call it
- 21:03Speaker 1: an ad. It's not news. It's an ad for the
- 21:05Speaker 1: Democratic Party. Democratic senaters ossif An Warnock voted for this,
- 21:11Speaker 1: go look at their votes. So, if you're a tsa
- 21:15Speaker 1: officer in Atlanta at the airport there. You should be angry, Okay,
- 21:20Speaker 1: like you should be furious, Chuck Schumer five hours ago.
- 21:27Speaker 1: It is not radical to say Americans don't deserve to
- 21:30Speaker 1: see their premiums double because of Republicans. By the way,
- 21:34Speaker 1: it's also not radical to say Americans shouldn't pay for
- 21:36Speaker 1: medicaid for illegal immigrants. Local News, again Georgia. Two of
- 21:45Speaker 1: the senators there, Ossif and Warnock, both of them voted
- 21:49Speaker 1: to shut down the government. Here's what a Georgia veteran
- 21:52Speaker 1: said to the local news.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Alonzo Sermons is now a veteran, but he remembers the
- 21:57Speaker 5: fear of being a service member during shutdowns.
- 22:00Speaker 7: It's really a tough time.
- 22:01Speaker 11: It's always last minute, which is the challenge.
- 22:03Speaker 12: And not only that, it's impacting not only just average people.
- 22:07Speaker 7: But my fellow veterans who work out on base. They're
- 22:09Speaker 7: impacted by it. And we're so close to the holidays
- 22:12Speaker 7: and we're talking about people's livelihoods, they're revenue.
- 22:15Speaker 5: Alonzo Sermons is now a veteran.
- 22:18Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sorry, Like this is a Georgia veteran
- 22:20Speaker 1: describing the consequences, and not one but Two of the
- 22:24Speaker 1: centators in Georgia, Warnock and Ausif, both voted for this shutdown,
- 22:28Speaker 1: which in other Democrats like, goold, second, we didn't shut
- 22:31Speaker 1: on the government.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Yes you did, Yes you did.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Let me also tell you what different states are doing
- 22:39Speaker 1: so you understand how bad it is. All right, you
- 22:42Speaker 1: should find out what's happening in your state where you
- 22:45Speaker 1: are right now, because Rhode Island's Medicaid program proudly states
- 22:50Speaker 1: online that undocumented residents are eligible. Yeah, go to the
- 22:55Speaker 1: Rhode Island Medicaid Programs website and it says health insurance
- 23:00Speaker 1: for your family. Then it says Medicaid helps you get
- 23:03Speaker 1: affordable health care when you need it. You can enroll
- 23:05Speaker 1: any time, but don't wait. Make sure you and your
- 23:09Speaker 1: family stay healthy year round. So who may be eligible
- 23:14Speaker 1: they have with a big question mark on their website.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Here's what it says, children and teens up to nineteen.
- 23:21Speaker 1: All children are eligible under cover all kids, regardless of
- 23:27Speaker 1: immigration status. Okay, so that would be illegal immigrants, including
- 23:32Speaker 1: children who are undocumented and DACA recipients. So any illegal immigrant,
- 23:37Speaker 1: just come on down in Rhode Island and we're happy to.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Cover your health care.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Before that okay, So they put this who's eligible Their
- 23:47Speaker 1: number one question they answer Rhode Island is illegal immigrants.
- 23:51Speaker 1: Then number two they put families and children, then pregnant women,
- 23:54Speaker 1: then older adults, and then people with disabilities. So if
- 23:57Speaker 1: you want to know where you are in the pecking
- 23:59Speaker 1: order and woke, Rhode Island illegal immigrants are their top
- 24:04Speaker 1: priority based on how they're listing those that are eligible.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Then it's his youth aging out of foster care, then
- 24:11Speaker 1: US citizens and certain lawfully resident president immigrants. So if
- 24:16Speaker 1: you're a US citizen, you're like the last one on
- 24:18Speaker 1: the list in Rhode Island, But the first group they
- 24:20Speaker 1: want to talk to is illegal immigrants. So healthcare for
- 24:24Speaker 1: legal immigrants is the new immigrants are eating cats and
- 24:27Speaker 1: dogs in Springfield, is what Sheldon white House said. Senator
- 24:32Speaker 1: white House saying the Republican playbook is simple, makeup, baseless lies,
- 24:36Speaker 1: repeated every chance you get, hope and pray that everyone
- 24:38Speaker 1: blames Democrats. That's why I'm telling you exactly what is
- 24:42Speaker 1: on the website in Rhode Island. Senator white House, you're
- 24:49Speaker 1: a lying scumeback. New health insurance options for undocumented immigrants
- 24:56Speaker 1: over sixty five New York State of Oh.
- 25:00Speaker 3: Get it.
- 25:00Speaker 2: There's a website.
- 25:02Speaker 1: The Senator from New York shut down the government because
- 25:05Speaker 1: the far left wants Americans to pay for medicaid for illegals.
- 25:08Speaker 1: And here's what it says on their website. Quote starting
- 25:12Speaker 1: January one, twenty twenty four, there's a new option for
- 25:16Speaker 1: health insurance available for undocumented immigrants that would be illegal
- 25:20Speaker 1: immigrants over age sixty five. It's on their website, folks,
- 25:26Speaker 1: it is on their website. The Senator from New York.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Here's the video he put out about Washington, d C.
- 25:38Speaker 1: And the shutdown, and listen to his lies.
- 25:41Speaker 12: Hey, everybody, I'm still down here in Washington, d C.
- 25:44Speaker 12: The Senate just had a vote which failed, which means
- 25:47Speaker 12: a shutdown at twelve o'clock tonight is very very likely.
- 25:49Speaker 12: And this is going to be very painful for a
- 25:51Speaker 12: lot of people and very difficult. This whole idea of
- 25:54Speaker 12: my way or the highway that the Republicans have been
- 25:57Speaker 12: pushing is not the way to go. We've got to
- 25:59Speaker 12: negotiate to try and keep the government open, or get
- 26:01Speaker 12: it reopened, I should say. Number two, We've got to
- 26:04Speaker 12: try and do something to keep the health insurance cost
- 26:07Speaker 12: of people down there about the skyrocket because of the
- 26:10Speaker 12: expiration of these premium text credits. It's going to be very,
- 26:13Speaker 12: very painful and very shocking for a lot of people
- 26:15Speaker 12: all over the country. It's going to affect your health
- 26:17Speaker 12: insurance premiums because more people that get kicked off of
- 26:20Speaker 12: their insurance because they can't afford it makes everybody else's
- 26:22Speaker 12: health insurance more expensive. And the President and the White
- 26:26Speaker 12: House have got to stop these unilateral cuts of this
- 26:29Speaker 12: chaos they're trying to promote and this idea that they're
- 26:31Speaker 12: looking forward to a shutdown because they can do a
- 26:34Speaker 12: lot of more cuts that they wouldn't be able to
- 26:36Speaker 12: do otherwise. I'm very concerned about that. I did a
- 26:38Speaker 12: post about that earlier today. So please everybody stay in touch,
- 26:43Speaker 12: keep track of what's going on, follow what's going on.
- 26:45Speaker 12: Let's work together to solve problems that face the people
- 26:49Speaker 12: in the United States of America.
- 26:51Speaker 1: This guy just put this video out is the guy
- 26:53Speaker 1: who just should have said, hey, I just left the
- 26:56Speaker 1: Senate floor. I voted to shut down the government, and
- 27:00Speaker 1: I voted to shut down the government because I was
- 27:03Speaker 1: angry that we weren't giving illegal immigrants healthcare. The Schumer
- 27:10Speaker 1: shut down is a disaster. There's actually absolutely no point
- 27:16Speaker 1: in the government being shut down right now now. They
- 27:19Speaker 1: shut down the government because of their demands. What were
- 27:22Speaker 1: the Democrats' demands. They wanted to add one point five
- 27:28Speaker 1: trillion dollars to the national debt just to fund the
- 27:34Speaker 1: government for three months. By the way, that's insane, it's
- 27:38Speaker 1: not sustainable. And it was for every port barrel, crazy
- 27:41Speaker 1: project like transition surgeries being covered and illegal immigrants getting healthcare.
- 27:46Speaker 1: And they wanted you to spend one point five trillion
- 27:49Speaker 1: of your tax dollars in a ninety day period to
- 27:53Speaker 1: keep the government open. Government shut down, by the way,
- 27:58Speaker 1: is pure political theater.
- 28:00Speaker 2: We know this.
- 28:01Speaker 1: We know what the media does every single time. We
- 28:05Speaker 1: know what the media does, and they don't tell you
- 28:07Speaker 1: the full story and they lie to you. And there
- 28:10Speaker 1: was no real negotiations here. This was clearly pre planned
- 28:15Speaker 1: and even the Democrats can't decide did they do it?
- 28:18Speaker 2: Did they not do it?
- 28:19Speaker 1: Because many Democrats are now furious, were the Indian Indian
- 28:23Speaker 1: born representative for admitting that they shut down the government.
- 28:29Speaker 1: I played it earlier, I'll play it again because its important.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I don't think he realized what a dumba was being,
- 28:35Speaker 1: but he told the truth.
- 28:37Speaker 3: Returning back to Detroit this morning after the Republicans failed
- 28:42Speaker 3: to show up in the US House, we got to
- 28:46Speaker 3: make sure Americans have the healthcare that they need. And
- 28:49Speaker 3: if that means you got to chuck this government down
- 28:51Speaker 3: and so be it.
- 28:53Speaker 2: I mean, it's amazing. So they're telling you they did it.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Now they're saying that they didn't do it, and now
- 29:00Speaker 1: trying to say that it's somehow not their fault, that
- 29:04Speaker 1: they were being insane, trying to relitigate what the American
- 29:08Speaker 1: people just voted on.
- 29:10Speaker 2: What did the American people vote on?
- 29:12Speaker 1: They voted on Donald Trump cutting the spinning of government
- 29:18Speaker 1: number one. They voted to stop allowing for open borders.
- 29:22Speaker 1: They voted to stop the insanity with illegal immigrants being
- 29:26Speaker 1: treated better than American citizens. And only forty seven percent
- 29:31Speaker 1: of even Democrats support a shutdown over their party's demands.
- 29:35Speaker 1: So why did Schumer do it? It was one reason.
- 29:38Speaker 1: It was one reason only. They decided to shut it
- 29:43Speaker 1: down because Chuck Schumer was afraid of the Marxist communists
- 29:48Speaker 1: and socialists in his party, and AOC is someone he
- 29:53Speaker 1: is terrified of absolutely terrified to be around because he's
- 30:00Speaker 1: afraid that she's going to primary him, so he's had
- 30:03Speaker 1: to show I can be crazy, interrational and insane too.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Jadie Vance at the White House saying this.
- 30:14Speaker 13: That's a lot Matt boil this President. There's two key
- 30:18Speaker 13: Democrat lives I would like you to get you gone
- 30:21Speaker 13: to see if you can address. The first is is
- 30:23Speaker 13: that you're seeing a number of top Democrat leaders from
- 30:25Speaker 13: Kamala Harris and Chuck Schumer to King Jeffries claim that
- 30:29Speaker 13: it is a Republican shutdown caused by Trump. The second
- 30:32Speaker 13: days is that they're out there now claiming that they
- 30:34Speaker 13: don't want to give healthcare to illegal aliens. Can you
- 30:38Speaker 13: address both of those laves from the Democrat Party.
- 30:41Speaker 6: Yeah, so on the point that to say Republican shutdown, look,
- 30:44Speaker 6: it's obviously a Democratic shut down. Just look at the
- 30:46Speaker 6: vote totals in the House, look at the vote totals
- 30:48Speaker 6: in the Senate, and look at the President of the
- 30:49Speaker 6: United States own action and conduct throughout this crisis. Nearly
- 30:53Speaker 6: every single House Republican voted to open the government mat
- 30:57Speaker 6: Nearly every single Senate Republican voted to open the government
- 31:01Speaker 6: last night and even to their credit, a few moderate
- 31:03Speaker 6: Democrats voted to open the government. That's not a Republican
- 31:07Speaker 6: shut down. When nearly every single Senate Democrat votes to
- 31:10Speaker 6: shut it down and every Republican voted to open it up,
- 31:12Speaker 6: It's just obviously not true. Now, you can disagree about
- 31:16Speaker 6: a number of things, but you can't disagree about the
- 31:18Speaker 6: obvious fact that Republicans voted to open the government. The
- 31:21Speaker 6: President stands ready to sign that opening of the government.
- 31:24Speaker 6: We just need a few more Democrats to join us
- 31:26Speaker 6: in that effort to open the government. Your final question
- 31:29Speaker 6: about illegal alien benefits, Look, the text is very clear
- 31:32Speaker 6: and I even saw I think it was George Stefanovoulis
- 31:35Speaker 6: and an interview with Mike Johnson did a fact check
- 31:38Speaker 6: that was totally rooted in baseless claims. It was basically
- 31:41Speaker 6: Democrat propaganda. If you look at the legislative text that
- 31:45Speaker 6: they gave us, they tried to turn on two separate
- 31:48Speaker 6: provisions that would give health care benefits to illegal aliens.
- 31:51Speaker 6: Number One, if you're an American citizens, you've been to
- 31:54Speaker 6: a hospital in the last few years, you probably noticed
- 31:56Speaker 6: that wait times are especially large and very often somebody
- 31:59Speaker 6: who's there in the emergency room waiting is an illegal alien,
- 32:02Speaker 6: very often a person who can't even speak English. Why
- 32:05Speaker 6: do those people get healthcare benefits at hospitals paid for
- 32:09Speaker 6: by American citizens. The answer is a decision made by
- 32:13Speaker 6: the Biden administration that the Trump administration, working with Congressional Republicans, undid.
- 32:18Speaker 6: We turned off that money spigot to healthcare funding for
- 32:20Speaker 6: illegal aliens. The Democrats, in their legislative texts, want to
- 32:23Speaker 6: turn it back on. That's one thing. The second thing,
- 32:26Speaker 6: Matt is, we all know that there are various ways
- 32:29Speaker 6: in which the Biden administration waved away illegal immigration status.
- 32:35Speaker 6: They gave paroleees, they gave asylum claims to people who
- 32:38Speaker 6: were really claiming asylum, and when they waived the magic
- 32:41Speaker 6: want of amnesty, giving millions of people legal status even
- 32:46Speaker 6: though they were in the country illegally, they also gave
- 32:49Speaker 6: those people access to health care benefits. So what the
- 32:51Speaker 6: Democrats are engaging in is a slide of hand. They're saying, no, no, no,
- 32:55Speaker 6: those weren't illegal aliens who were getting health care benefits
- 32:58Speaker 6: even though everybody, excuse me, he knows they were in
- 33:01Speaker 6: the country illegally. It's a lie told by the Democrats
- 33:04Speaker 6: that they're not trying to give health care benefits to
- 33:06Speaker 6: illegal aliens. It's a lie that is obviously untrue if
- 33:10Speaker 6: you just look at the text that they gave us,
- 33:12Speaker 6: and all you have to do is understand that this
- 33:14Speaker 6: is about who benefits. We think the American people's government
- 33:18Speaker 6: ought to benefit American citizens. The Democrats are willing to
- 33:21Speaker 6: shut it down to benefit illegal aliens. The contrast couldn't
- 33:24Speaker 6: be more clear.
- 33:25Speaker 12: There.
- 33:25Speaker 1: It is the Vice President of the United States of
- 33:28Speaker 1: America preaching truth on this government shut down. He is
- 33:34Speaker 1: totally correcting what he said there, one thousand percent accurate.
- 33:38Speaker 1: And so the Democrats they're now in a bad spot.
- 33:42Speaker 1: The American people are against this. How a lot of
- 33:47Speaker 1: the people in the Democratic Party are against it. Independents
- 33:52Speaker 1: are overwhelmingly against it. When you've lost forty plus percent
- 33:57Speaker 1: of your own party before you shut it down, I
- 34:02Speaker 1: go back to the numbers New York Times poll, sixty
- 34:06Speaker 1: five percent of Americans say don't shut down the government,
- 34:08Speaker 1: Only twenty seven percent say yes. Forty three percent of
- 34:11Speaker 1: Democrats say don't shut it down, fifty nine percent of
- 34:15Speaker 1: independence and ninety two percent of Republicans say don't shut
- 34:18Speaker 1: it down. This is what being held hostage looks like.
- 34:21Speaker 1: The Democratic Party doesn't care about Americans. They care about
- 34:24Speaker 1: illegal immigrants. Don't forget Share this podcast wherever you can
