- 2:07Speaker 1: on dig me now one and only Steve Harvey, Oh yeah, man,
- 2:11Speaker 1: got a radio show. Do you understand that I'm telling
- 2:15Speaker 1: you God been big in my life. I'm not gonna
- 2:18Speaker 1: kid you. I'm telling you in here do the same
- 2:20Speaker 1: thing for you. God. God is a gentleman. You know.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I wanna I want to point that out to you.
- 2:27Speaker 1: God is an absolute gentleman. He will not come in
- 2:33Speaker 1: unless he's invited. He don't just barge into your life.
- 2:39Speaker 1: He gives us the power of choice. You know, if
- 2:42Speaker 1: you say you got it, I don't need you. He
- 2:44Speaker 1: lets you have it. If you say I need you
- 2:48Speaker 1: come see about me? He right there. It's just a
- 2:51Speaker 1: real simple thing, man. So always say to people this,
- 2:56Speaker 1: if you've gotten yourself into something, and please know I have.
- 3:02Speaker 1: I man see that. That's why I'm so adamant about it,
- 3:07Speaker 1: because I've gotten myself in some circumstances and positions in
- 3:11Speaker 1: my life. And boy, let me tell you something. I've
- 3:14Speaker 1: had some low moments. Man, I've had some moments where
- 3:18Speaker 1: I did not know what to do. I didn't know
- 3:22Speaker 1: what was next. I didn't know how to go about it.
- 3:26Speaker 1: I didn't have no more ideas. I was stuck. I
- 3:30Speaker 1: thought a couple of times, well, I might not make
- 3:35Speaker 1: it past this one. But then if I don't make
- 3:38Speaker 1: it past it, what's gonna happen? And then I held
- 3:42Speaker 1: on to this little thing that my mother kept talking
- 3:45Speaker 1: to me about. She said sometimes so when you ain't
- 3:48Speaker 1: got nothing else in you, just hope, she said, just
- 3:52Speaker 1: hope it will be all right, you know. And what
- 3:55Speaker 1: I've learned in my life is that hope it's the
- 3:58Speaker 1: beginning of faith. Hope's just is there a possibility out
- 4:04Speaker 1: there for me? I sure hope something happened. See hope,
- 4:11Speaker 1: hope it's okay. Man, because, like I said, for me,
- 4:15Speaker 1: the way I've lived my life, hope was the beginning
- 4:18Speaker 1: of faith. It was just the idea. It's just the
- 4:22Speaker 1: thought that something could change from me, that something could
- 4:25Speaker 1: be a little bit different from me, that maybe, man,
- 4:29Speaker 1: just maybe for some reason, I could be saved, I
- 4:33Speaker 1: could be rescued, things could turn around, it could head
- 4:37Speaker 1: in the other direction. Maybe I could quit messing up.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Maybe somebody will forgive me, Maybe somebody will will just
- 4:45Speaker 1: say all right. I don't know, but I can't count
- 4:48Speaker 1: the times I've been in that position. But then once
- 4:51Speaker 1: I hope a little bit, and then I remember also
- 4:53Speaker 1: my mother, because she was a Sunday school teacher, she
- 4:57Speaker 1: taught me the most valuable lesson I've ever learned in
- 5:00Speaker 1: my life. Nothing has been greater in my life than
- 5:03Speaker 1: my faith. She taught me to pray. Mommy used to say,
- 5:06Speaker 1: when you get real dog for your son, pray changes things.
- 5:10Speaker 1: She said, When you seem like you lost and you
- 5:13Speaker 1: can't find your way, stop and pray, she said, because
- 5:18Speaker 1: pray changes things. You know, when you get a point
- 5:21Speaker 1: in your life when you've done all you can do
- 5:23Speaker 1: and you can't do no more, and you just don't
- 5:25Speaker 1: know what to do next. She said, stop suh, pray
- 5:30Speaker 1: and combine that prayer with that hope that you got,
- 5:34Speaker 1: she said, because that hope is the beginning of faith.
- 5:38Speaker 1: She said. If you pray just hoping, she's saying that
- 5:41Speaker 1: God come through for you. That will give you confidence
- 5:44Speaker 1: that he can do it again. And then after a
- 5:46Speaker 1: while you quit hoping. She's saying, you start believing. She said.
- 5:50Speaker 1: That's when you're on to something. If you can turn
- 5:53Speaker 1: that hope into belief, that hope into faith, the ability
- 5:59Speaker 1: to believe something that you can't see. But the key
- 6:02Speaker 1: though the faith is you're believing in something that you
- 6:06Speaker 1: can't see. See hoping a little bit different from me,
- 6:10Speaker 1: not I'm pretty sure. Like I say oftentimes to tell
- 6:12Speaker 1: a lot of people who can explain this thing a
- 6:14Speaker 1: lot better than I can to you. But just from
- 6:17Speaker 1: my side of it, being as real as I can be,
- 6:20Speaker 1: rich see, hope helps. Man. If you ain't strong enough
- 6:24Speaker 1: to have faith, have hope, and then if you pray
- 6:27Speaker 1: with some hope and God answers your prayer, then that
- 6:31Speaker 1: hope gains a little confidence, and after a while that
- 6:35Speaker 1: confidence becomes faith. Now ain't just hoping, but I'm believing.
- 6:41Speaker 1: I'm believing it's something that I cannot see. Faith has
- 6:46Speaker 1: been the key to my entire existence, even when I
- 6:52Speaker 1: didn't have any It was faith, as I look back
- 6:56Speaker 1: on it, that has gotten me here. And not just faith,
- 7:00Speaker 1: but my faith. See, you will only get to where
- 7:04Speaker 1: you're going in your life based on your faith. See.
- 7:10Speaker 1: A lot of people get the word faith confused, like
- 7:12Speaker 1: what's your faith? Uh? And then they started going down
- 7:15Speaker 1: this whole list of all these different religions out here.
- 7:18Speaker 1: But really an essence, man, when I talk to people
- 7:21Speaker 1: about faith, I'm talking to you about your your belief.
- 7:27Speaker 1: How much do you believe in the unseen? How much
- 7:31Speaker 1: do you believe in the things you can't see? How
- 7:34Speaker 1: much do you believe in the impossible? How much do
- 7:39Speaker 1: you believe? See? Because faith is the belief in things
- 7:45Speaker 1: that you cannot see. Faith is the core of all
- 7:51Speaker 1: that is happening to me today. It is the faith
- 7:54Speaker 1: that I have in my relationship with God that enables
- 7:58Speaker 1: me to just oftentimes, if I stay on the right
- 8:03Speaker 1: course and believe a certain way and act a certain way,
- 8:08Speaker 1: his blessings just poor. They just come, and it comes
- 8:13Speaker 1: in a lot of little ways. Too. I've started to notice.
- 8:17Speaker 1: See it ain't just a lot of people think blessings
- 8:19Speaker 1: is money. Now, man, that ain't it. It's coverage. It's
- 8:24Speaker 1: every time my plane lands safe. It's every time they
- 8:28Speaker 1: predict bad weather and not get up in the sky
- 8:31Speaker 1: and it don't be no bad weather. You know, this
- 8:35Speaker 1: is this is favor. These are blessings that get poured
- 8:38Speaker 1: out to me. Somebody called me and offer me something,
- 8:42Speaker 1: not money, but an opportunity, you know, something somebody say, hey, man,
- 8:48Speaker 1: I don't know, but I sent this to you. I
- 8:50Speaker 1: thought you might be interested in it. Somebody has sent
- 8:52Speaker 1: me a scripture, or somebody send me something that's favor,
- 8:57Speaker 1: and it always comes at a time when I need
- 9:00Speaker 1: it the most. That's favor. That's pouring out blessings. Now
- 9:05Speaker 1: I'm also the recipient of a lot of other blessings too.
- 9:10Speaker 1: You know, I've been blessed with health. That's amazing blessing. Man.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I've been blessed with a spirit of not quitting. I've
- 9:18Speaker 1: been blessed with the ability to shoulder huge amounts of responsibility. See,
- 9:25Speaker 1: blessings come a lot of ways. But once you tie
- 9:29Speaker 1: into God, once you tie in and you start doing
- 9:34Speaker 1: the best you can do, and you start asking for
- 9:37Speaker 1: him to make you a better person, to help shape
- 9:40Speaker 1: and mold you into the kind of man or person
- 9:44Speaker 1: that he wants you to be. You be amazed where
- 9:46Speaker 1: God can do with you. Man, if you just invite
- 9:49Speaker 1: me in and allow him to be a part of
- 9:51Speaker 1: your life. I mean, what you got to lose out there?
- 9:54Speaker 1: Come on, if you're sitting in the cell this morning,
- 9:57Speaker 1: why why would you not change? I watched these shows
- 10:01Speaker 1: about me and locked up all the time. Who waiting?
- 10:04Speaker 1: They getting their farties and they decide, Man, I'm tired
- 10:06Speaker 1: of this. I've lived most of my life behind these bars.
- 10:10Speaker 1: When I get out this time, man, I'm gonna get
- 10:12Speaker 1: it right. Why you gotta wait till your farty? I mean,
- 10:14Speaker 1: when you're farty, it's cool, get yourself together whenever it happened.
- 10:18Speaker 1: But man, do you know that you were not created
- 10:20Speaker 1: to live behind bars? God didn't make you that way.
- 10:25Speaker 1: But if you've gotten yourself into that position, though, see
- 10:28Speaker 1: now you gotta do the best you can. But they
- 10:30Speaker 1: don't need to look at it God being mad at it,
- 10:32Speaker 1: we'd have made all of our decisions, got us to
- 10:34Speaker 1: where we at today. You have a chance to turn
- 10:37Speaker 1: your life around with a relationship with God. What you're
- 10:39Speaker 1: waiting on? Are you gonna just keep doing it like that? Huh? Really?
- 10:44Speaker 1: Come on, man, why would you do that to yourself?
- 10:48Speaker 1: Why would you not allow God to be a part
- 10:50Speaker 1: of your life so you can get the way he
- 10:52Speaker 1: wants you to be. God got some big plans for you.
- 10:55Speaker 1: If he didn't, you wouldn't keep waking up to show
- 11:02Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, boards and girls, people from all around
- 11:05Speaker 1: the world. Man, have your attention please? You know why
- 11:07Speaker 1: I need it because you're listening right now to the
- 11:10Speaker 1: baddest morning showing the land and ocean. Ain't nothing been underwater?

- 12:23Speaker 1: doing on the video back off the mic, A little
- 12:28Speaker 1: bit chack. You saw somebody on the ground. I saw
- 12:34Speaker 1: somebody on his round doing and you want to ride out?
- 12:39Speaker 1: And I thought, I tried. What the show is ignorant?

- 31:57Speaker 1: some three hundred thousand acres scorched so far, it's about contain.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Wednesday marked the fourth anniversary of the police killing of
- 32:05Speaker 1: Michael Brown at the hands of a now former Ferguson
- 32:07Speaker 1: cop for some Missouri cop named Darren Wilson, but now Charlottesville,
- 32:11Speaker 1: Virginia is racing for Sunday's first anniversary of last summer's
- 32:14Speaker 1: violent White Nationals rallied. A man purposely rammed his car

- 32:29Speaker 1: The black community and the people of color and Charlottesville
- 32:32Speaker 1: have been battling this for many years. But a white
- 32:35Speaker 1: girl dies and suddenly everybody goes, oh my god, we've
- 32:38Speaker 1: got a problem. Part of me wishes it was all
- 32:41Speaker 1: just a bad dream, that the country wasn't this divided,
- 32:45Speaker 1: That that black lives really have been treated as if
- 32:50Speaker 1: they matter, that um, Heather was here. Downtown Charlesville block
- 32:55Speaker 1: where her daughter was killed has been renamed Heather Higher Way. Meanwhile,

- 33:11Speaker 1: these days. A young woman pulled over at a traffic
- 33:13Speaker 1: stop in a place called Bluffed in South Carolina last Saturday,
- 33:16Speaker 1: was found to be legally drunk, slurring her words, and
- 33:19Speaker 1: in possession of marijuana and speeding. But she told the

- 33:54Speaker 1: died as a result of the flooding, the loss of power,
- 33:57Speaker 1: and building collapses. First, Lady Malania Trump's parents had and
- 34:00Speaker 1: sworn in as American citizens of the Slovenian couple took

- 34:15Speaker 1: That's right. Pence says that the Pentagon wants to create
- 34:17Speaker 1: a new branch of the Armed Services, and the Vice
- 34:19Speaker 1: President says that the Space Force would be the first
- 34:22Speaker 1: new armed unit since nineteen and he says it's time
- 34:26Speaker 1: adversaries have transformed space into a war fighting domain already
- 34:31Speaker 1: in the United States. Will not shrink from this challenge.
- 34:34Speaker 1: President Trump called for a space army two months ago,
- 34:37Speaker 1: but to create as you have, you have to have
- 34:39Speaker 1: an Act of Congress. Until then, the Pentagon setting up

- 45:24Speaker 1: He's never been an ordained minister. He's not a minister
- 45:27Speaker 1: at all. So when he performed this ceremony, your wedding ceremony,

- 52:26Speaker 1: You're not going to believe this I'm a married man
- 52:29Speaker 1: and my wife and I just purchased our first home
- 52:32Speaker 1: in a new community. To celebrate home ownership, my boys
- 52:36Speaker 1: took me out for drinks. We ended up going to
- 52:39Speaker 1: a strip club and I got very drunk, which are
- 52:42Speaker 1: two things I had not done since I got married.
- 52:46Speaker 1: The strippers were some of the sexiest women I had
- 52:49Speaker 1: ever seen, and we pay for our own private v
- 52:52Speaker 1: I p area in the club, so we each had
- 52:56Speaker 1: a dancer that catered to us all night. My dancer
- 53:00Speaker 1: did all kinds of freaky stuff to me. We did
- 53:04Speaker 1: everything except go all the way Right afterwards, when I
- 53:10Speaker 1: sobered up, I was disappointed with myself and I swore
- 53:14Speaker 1: to my boys that I would never go to another
- 53:17Speaker 1: strip club. Well, fast forward to two weeks ago. My
- 53:21Speaker 1: wife and I noticed a moving truck next door, so
- 53:23Speaker 1: we decided that we should go over and meet our
- 53:26Speaker 1: new neighbors. As soon as we started walking toward the house,
- 53:29Speaker 1: my heart jumped into my throat. Steve, Oh, he singled
- 53:34Speaker 1: you out, Steve. One of the strippers from the club
- 53:39Speaker 1: was standing by the moving truck. I could tell she
- 53:42Speaker 1: recognized me too, but she but she but she but
- 53:50Speaker 1: she played it cool. My wife introduced us because I
- 53:53Speaker 1: couldn't say much. The stripper told my wife that she
- 53:56Speaker 1: is a single mom and her child's father bought her
- 53:59Speaker 1: the house. He told my wife that she works as
- 54:02Speaker 1: a dance instructor and that uh, and then she and
- 54:05Speaker 1: my wife exchange numbers. As we turned to head back
- 54:08Speaker 1: to our house, the stripper neighbor smirked at me. I
- 54:12Speaker 1: was sweating bullets. My wife thinks the neighbor is really cool,
- 54:16Speaker 1: and it's planning to invite her to our housewarming party.
- 54:19Speaker 1: Now what am I supposed to do? What? I think
- 54:23Speaker 1: I should just come clean and tell my wife what happened?
- 54:25Speaker 1: What do you think? Help? Al Right? Well, um, congratulations
- 54:31Speaker 1: on your new house. How about that? And this? Yeah? Yeah, right,
- 54:42Speaker 1: this is this is somewhat of a whole mess you've
- 54:44Speaker 1: gotten yourself into. I mean, what are the odds that's
- 54:47Speaker 1: your favorite stripper who did all these freaky things to
- 54:50Speaker 1: you when you were drunk with your boys at a
- 54:52Speaker 1: strip club. What what are the odds of her moving
- 54:55Speaker 1: right next door to you? I mean, really, um, this
- 54:58Speaker 1: is unbelievable. And guess what, I don't trust you to know, uh,
- 55:05Speaker 1: to do the right thing. I just don't. I don't.
- 55:08Speaker 1: I don't. I don't trust you to to know all
- 55:11Speaker 1: this information and not want to go over there at
- 55:13Speaker 1: some point and at the or at the very least,
- 55:16Speaker 1: can you just stop sweating bullets in front of her?
- 55:19Speaker 1: Can you do that when she's around? Uh? Yeah, because
- 55:23Speaker 1: your wife is getting real cozy with her. Your wife
- 55:26Speaker 1: thinks she's cool. So your new neighbor, your favorite stripper,
- 55:29Speaker 1: is going to be coming over to your house. They've
- 55:30Speaker 1: exchange numbers. They're going to be perfect neighbors, you know, girlfriends.
- 55:34Speaker 1: It looks like, So either you get yourself together, brother,
- 55:38Speaker 1: and I don't know how you're gonna do that, because
- 55:40Speaker 1: she is your favorite stripper, and you remember all those
- 55:42Speaker 1: freaky things she did to you at the club. You
- 55:45Speaker 1: cannot go out again with your boys and get drunk
- 55:47Speaker 1: and go to the strip club. You can't do that.
- 55:51Speaker 1: And he's right next door. She's a dance instructor, Tommy,
- 55:57Speaker 1: that's what she told his wife. You're you're in a mess,
- 56:00Speaker 1: and um, you know, I know Steve's not gonna agree
- 56:03Speaker 1: with me. You're gonna have to say something. You're gonna
- 56:06Speaker 1: have to say something in terms of what you have
- 56:09Speaker 1: to it's not you have to. You gotta let your wife,
- 56:14Speaker 1: not because you can't hold it. He's gonna your wife
- 56:17Speaker 1: is gonna find out anyway. You can't hold it. You
- 56:21Speaker 1: may as well let your wife know something. You met
- 56:24Speaker 1: her somewhere. You got to you got to what your turn? What? Hey, man,
- 56:35Speaker 1: I don't know this dude name bro Bro right in
- 56:38Speaker 1: the middle of the answers, right in the middle of
- 56:41Speaker 1: this letter. He says Steve, Steve. He's just talking to me.
- 56:46Speaker 1: He just says Steven Sheirley. But just the first time,
- 56:49Speaker 1: Shelly my name got put first. I think it's really
- 56:52Speaker 1: just being cured. This letter really to me. Let me
- 56:55Speaker 1: handle this man, go ahead, going ahead, Joe stupid and
- 56:58Speaker 1: had open your mouth. Boy my sexy neighbor stressing me up.
- 57:05Speaker 1: You're going into the truth matters to who the truth
- 57:11Speaker 1: that already happened. It doesn't matter. It's time up for
- 57:15Speaker 1: the truth. Now it begins to cover up. You ain't
- 57:18Speaker 1: got tavern no more truth. Truth is your friends want
- 57:23Speaker 1: to celebrate your new ownership. Your boys took you out
- 57:27Speaker 1: for drinks. Now, instead of stopping it just drinks, you
- 57:32Speaker 1: ended up going to a strip club. Now you ain't
- 57:35Speaker 1: just drinking. Now you're very drunk. First of all, you
- 57:39Speaker 1: got to quit drinking. Listen to me, that's what my
- 57:43Speaker 1: brother told me. Pad Servis said to me. He said,
- 57:47Speaker 1: once you feel something, you should immediately stop because the
- 57:50Speaker 1: rest of it ain't in your blood system yet, he said,
- 57:54Speaker 1: So if you continue to post something, you ain't Jesus
- 58:00Speaker 1: rules for drinking. Once you feel anything, you should stop off.
- 58:07Speaker 1: The rest of it ain't in your blood system. And
- 58:10Speaker 1: if you post some more in there, you're in trouble.
- 58:15Speaker 1: That's the rule for drinking. So now he gotta quit.
- 58:19Speaker 1: Then I'm gonna set this up and we're gonna go
- 58:21Speaker 1: to break. We ended up going to the strip club
- 58:24Speaker 1: I got, which are two things I've not done since
- 58:27Speaker 1: I got married. The strippers was some of the sexiest
- 58:30Speaker 1: women I have ever seen, and we paid for our
- 58:36Speaker 1: own private v I p area in the club. That's
- 58:40Speaker 1: the best worst move you can make. You got to
- 58:45Speaker 1: get it private, but its low. I'm mercy, that's the
- 58:48Speaker 1: best worst move you can make. I'll tell y'all of
- 58:51Speaker 1: it when we come back. But you ain't been going
- 58:53Speaker 1: to tell her damn thing. You don't even like strip clubs.
- 58:56Speaker 1: Hell no, all right. We'll have part two of Steve's
- 59:02Speaker 1: response coming up at twenty three after the hour. You're
- 59:04Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve,
- 59:08Speaker 1: come on with part two of your response to today's
- 59:12Speaker 1: Rubberry letter. My sexy neighbor is stressing me out. This
- 59:16Speaker 1: man boys took him on congratulations for buying a new home. Yeah,
- 59:22Speaker 1: they go out drinking. They ended up in a strip
- 59:25Speaker 1: club where you continue to drink your answers dro y'all
- 59:31Speaker 1: mess around and go to the strip club. Paid for
- 59:36Speaker 1: your own private v I P area in the club.
- 59:41Speaker 1: That's the best worst thing you can do. What goes
- 59:45Speaker 1: on in there? Nothing I'll tell you no, no, no no,
- 59:49Speaker 1: she won't know. And then when I tell you, do
- 59:52Speaker 1: you see why I can't go tell her? Let me
- 59:56Speaker 1: get we're going in there. So everybody had a day
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: that catered to us all night. My dancer, the one
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: that was on him, did all hounds of freaking stuff
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: to me. Sure when he say freaking stuff to me,
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: he ain't lying. We did everything except go all the way.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: Do you understand me? I know what he did. Rubbed it, bouncing, squeeze, biting, fighting,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: that's all. That's going down in there. We did everything
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: except go to go to all the way. Now. Right afterwards,
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: when I sobered up, I was disappointed in myself, and
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: I sware to my boys I would never go to
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: another strip club. That's the good in him. He came back.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: But the shirt he woke to the strip club, he
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: can't wear that one home. You had to stop by
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: the boys house and get a clean ship, because that
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: should triflet. She's been sliding all up and down on it.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: He got glit on it. Yeah, you gotta get the
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: shirts off then pass. You have to burn them. Them
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: is in the trash? Can something dim damn pants got
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: been burnt? Boy? Let me tell you something. Fast forward
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: two weeks ago, my wife and I noticed a moving
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: truck next door. We decided we go over and meet
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: our new neighbors. Soon we started walking towards the house,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: my heart jumped up in my throat. Steve, one of
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: the triples from the club, was standing by the moving truck.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Be damn oh hem No, I could tell them. She
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: recognized me too, but she played it cool. My wife
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: introduced us because I couldn't say much. He was frozen.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: You were stuck the stripper told my wife she's a
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: single mom and her child's father bought her the house.
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: Stripper got plenty of money. She could be there. The
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: father probably bought her the house, helped her, But stripper
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: got money. Dance instructor. Now, hey, turn your mic off.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: But y'all eating in the damn Mica. All I hear
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: is nuts? She no, I don't go good with this. Yeah,
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: I could tell she introduced me. She recognized me too.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: She played it off. I couldn't say nothing. She said
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: she is a single mom and her child father bought
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: her the house. She told my wife that she works
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: as a dance instructor. What she does, she dances, and
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: she is struck men to put money in her phone.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: She is truly a dance instruct And then she and
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: my wife exchange number. Now you're sitting there gonna what
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: is huh? As we turned the head back to our house,
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: the stripper neighbor smirked at me. I was sweating bullets.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: My wife thinks the neighbor is really cool and it's
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: planning to invite her to our house. Woman, Oh she coming, Oh,
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: the stripper coming. Because strippers don't get invited the house
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: loom or she comes. Strippers don't get it. Normal strippers
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: never get to family events, stripping dog strippers don't turn
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: down backyard bobecue. Strippers in there going to plays and
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: watch your baby if it ain't on strip night, stripper
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: going still be at the funel with the outfit on
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: that damn this stage. He's ready. Now what am I
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: supposed to do? I think I should just come clean
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: and tell my wife what happened. What do you think, son?
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: Let me explain something to you. Don't you take this

- 1:04:28Speaker 1: of this conversation. It's all bad. Your neighbor not Now.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: You can't ever look over there. You came back your
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: car out and pointed in that direction. You can't wave,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: your kids, can't play with her kids, nothing. Matter of fact,
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: you must develop a hate for her, because your wife
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: is gonna hate her if you go in here and
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: tell her this. Now. What trippers don't do is tail
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: married women. They stripples exactly. She's a dance instructor, She's
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: gonna be cool. She know always you as long as
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: you don't go back down to this strip club, you cool.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: Do not go in here and tell your wife this
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: ignorant asked information like Shirley has suggested, the dumbest damn
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: thing you can do. He's not gonna be able to
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: hold it. His wife is gonna find out anyway, how
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: because he's sweating like bullets. Just meet just seeing her
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: and just let us seat, And you don't think his
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: wife say, baby, why are you sweating? Because I'm hot
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: in the winter. What she can't find out is that
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: this woman been sliding him down his shirt and grinding
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: on him and doing bounced lap dances. Bouncing. It's time
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: to go, But can we just carry this on? I
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: have a few more questions for you, because I mean,
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: we're doing this from a male female perspective, and a
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: female perspect perspective don't count here, Oh I think it does.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: She's his wife. I'm gonna do it from a player perspective. Yes,
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: come on, married man. Yes, all right, we'll be back
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: with part three of today's Strawberry Letter. My sex sexy
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: neighbor is stressing me out. Right after this you're listening
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Okay, Steve, Uh listen,
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: So why do you why? I mean, he has to
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: be honest. At some point, we're talking about today's strawberry letter.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: The subject is my sexy neighbor is stressing me out?
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: A married man wrote, And he and his wife just
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: purchased a new home in a new community. He and
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: his boys went out to celebrate. They went to a
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: strip club. The husband got very very very drunk. Uh.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: He bought a private room at the strip club with
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: one stripper in particular, who did all sorts of freaky
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: things to him, he said, And um, when he sobered up,
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: he realized that he was very disappointed with himself, and
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: he swore to his boys that he would never go
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: to another strip club. Well, um, fast forward to two
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: weeks ago when um, a new neighbor moved in next
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: to him. And who would think that it would be
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: the stripper, but it was. It was the same stripper
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: that was doing all these freaky things to him in
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: the club. So he and his wife went over to
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: introduce themselves to the stripper, but he couldn't even say
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: anything because he was so nervous and sweating and and
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: all of this. So so I think, you know, I
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: don't think he's gonna be able to hold it. I
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: just don't. I think he's going to give himself away
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: at some point. So I'm saying he may as well
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: come clean with his wife and maybe not tell her
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: all the details, but tell her something. And so, so, Steve,
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: you disagree with that, We tell sure? Where could you
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: possibly say that would be? Okay? A b Yeah, and
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: he talked to you, Okay, honey, let's talk. When we
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: first moved in here, my boys took me out. Yeah,
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: oh my god. Yeah, you guys went out to celebrate.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: Uh we went to a strip club. Oh you did?
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: Oh a strip club right there? Right? Oh? Strip Wait? Wait,
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: what what do you mean? A strip club? Strip club?
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: And went to a strip club? Okay, so you and
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: your boys went to have a drink, you just to celebrate,
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: and you know some wives are okay with it. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: so you guys went to a strip club and what happened?
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: I'm sure nothing happened, So okay, what else happened? What else?
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: You know? We were just up in there at the
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: strip club, you know, and we you know, we was
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: just in the strip club, drinking and stuff. It was crazy.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: Well yeah, I'm sure it was crazy because and did
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: you drink, because you know how you are when you drink.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: Surely I don't know what wife you're portraying. Some bloves
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: go to strip clubs with their husband's. Okay, I didn't
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: say I didn't say me, and that still doesn't go either.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: But I didn't say me. Hold on, yes, you played
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: a wife because well, no, I'm not mad, Sherley. It's
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: just you're not being You're not what what not? Not
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: very many? That's rare. You've been watching Instagram and wrap video.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: Go ahead, I'm out of touch. Hey baby, Hey, hey,
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: I just wanted to talk to you about something. What's up.
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: By a couple of weeks ago, when we was when
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: we moved in and Fellas came by to celebrate with
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: me and took me out. Well, well you know, we
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: went out to have some drinks and we ended up
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: at a strip club. Okay, okay, so y'all went to
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: a strip club. So why are you bringing it up? Well,
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: see I'm listening. Okay, hold hold on, hold on, I'm
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: gonna have another hub hub You fired yourself. Well, it's nothing.
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: That's it's nothing to go off about. Yeah, you haven't
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: said anything. You gotta keep going, okay, okay. And so
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: so we went to your strip club. Okay, I'm just
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: letting you know it. You know, it was it was,
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: it was. It was wild up, it was wild in
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: the strip club. Okay, So how how wild did it get?
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: Were you involved in the wildness? Well, you know the
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: fellas got got the v I P Room. Oh, I
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: got a v I'm at the strip club? Yeah, what
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: they did? I was just I was in there, widdow. Yeah,

- 1:10:55Speaker 1: important were you? You know what I mean? It's it's
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: the v I p is very important people. So I'm
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: asking about you in particular, though, how important? Well they
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: pay you individual attention and so how much attention did
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: you get? Mr? V I P H. I had my
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: own strip, you had your own stripper and whatever what
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: it is now, I'm just trying to tell it to you.
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: Now you want him to say no, I said, don't
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: tell him everything. And you heard me say that. Go on,
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: go on, when are y'all gonna let the conversation go?
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: And I went to a strip club Okay, thank you, Carling,
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: thank you very much. Now let me show you all
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: how they really go. Okay, baby, yeah, I want to
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: talk to you for a minute. Okay, go ahead. Right.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: You know a couple of weeks ago when the fellas
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: took me out, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, Well we ended

- 1:13:51Speaker 1: The subject is my sexy neighbor is stressing me out?
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: A married man and his wife just purchased a new house.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: The married man's boys took him out to celebrate, where
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: they take him, of course, to a strip club. The
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: husband ends up in a private room with this one
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: particular stripper doing all kinds of freaky things to him.
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: He sobers up realizes that he was he was upset
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: with himself for doing this, and he told his boys
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: that he would never get drunk akin. So fast forward
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: to two weeks ago, this new community has a new neighbor.

- 1:18:45Speaker 1: It didn't even have to get that dn No, you
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: had to say, I'm gonna tell you nothing. Just as
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: this girl that's the neighbor. I saw her at the
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: strip club. So I'm just letting you know you might
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: not want to be chit chatting it up with your girl.
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: And he say that over there because they're guilty and
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: they start acting stupid. Cut this woman yard every windsday,
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: say that's guilt for show. Bring it up. It's just
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: a lie. Ain't nobody got to know? Don't say nothing. Well,
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: if he can't play at all, he does, we can't.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: What's the best way? Set the best way? He just said,
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: he's not listening. I understand how women are bad. Yeah,
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: because over there your kids cannot go over there because
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: the first day kid, I know your daddy when you
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: tell your kid he come home with that? And what
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: if the stripper says something, then you really and saying
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: none of you go with every winds into a neighborhood,
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: the family people that didn't want to tell the women
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: she is stripped, she's a dance instruct Well, it depends
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: how the husband is at I don't think she's gonna
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: say anything. I just feel like it's the husband's job
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: to give his wife a heads up about not being
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: buddy chums with old girl had lap dances with. If
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: she is crazy enough to say something, you have already
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: told your wife. So you want, let's go Part five.
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: This was the longest Strawberry letter ever. You're listening to
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: the Steve, this is the strawberry letter that keeps on giving. Man,
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: it really is. Subject. My sexy neighbor is stressing me
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: out right there because you don't know how to handle
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: the truth. You're going to get busted. He can't handle it.
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: That's all. That's it, all right, So a married man,
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: I feel like, yeah, this is what this trapped in
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: the closet. Part five, Mary Man wrote us, Uh, he
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: and his wife just purchased a new house in a
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: new community. He and his boys were His boys were
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: happy for him, so they all went out to a
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: strip club. He got drunk, very drunk, ended up buying
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: a private room in the strip club with this one
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: particular stripper who did all kinds of freaky things to him.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: He sobered up and realized that he was mad at himself,
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: and he told his boys he would never get that
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: drunk again. Fast forward two weeks ago. I told you
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: it's a new community. So a new neighbor moved in
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: right next door to them, and it turns out it's
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: the stripper who was at the club doing all kinds
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: of freaky things to him. Okay, anyway, so he and
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: his wife went over to introduce themselves to the new stripper.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: I mean to the new neighbor who told his wife
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: she was a dance instructor, and he was all nervous
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: and he just doesn't know what to do. I said,
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: before anything goes any further out of hand, tell his
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: wife something. Steve says, absolutely no. Part five. Here we go.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: Now we're at the part where the lady is upset
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: talking to her husband. And now I'm gonna show you
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: how to get out of this. You over there talking
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: to a stripper that you know that you knew, you
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: knew when you went over there. I'm standing on the exchange. Yeah, baby,
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: I don't know her. You don't know at all, not
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: at all. That she didn't told you she met me
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: at the strip club. I don't remember her at all.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: We was at the strip club, but I don't know her.
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: Just friends, just friends. No, no, no, we ain't friends.
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: I don't know her. You didn't recognize it when you
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: went over there. It's dog in there, it's dog and stripping.
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: But you remember the five d remember that, huh? I
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: remember the five hundred because you asked me about how
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: much of day spending were now money. The fellas treated
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: me because they was celebrating me getting the household over here.
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: None of your money a dollar mine, I still got
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: all mine in the wallet. I left here with two
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: fit to go. Go look at it. I'm gonna say this,
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: and I'm only say this one time. But I bet
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: that catch you even looking over there. Oh I probably won't.
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: I bet that catch you looking problem? Why would I
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: look over there when I got anything? I won't. I'm
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: just telling you that we cool. If I catch you
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: looking over there, I'm not gonna look over that. I
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: don't know this one. You might get hit by cor
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: because you ain't gonnaven look that way. If Claud's coming,
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: just be hit by the calm and you pull out,
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: you just look the other way and keep driving. Let
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: me catch you looking over that. Let me see it.
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: Look at me when I'm down to you stage. Why
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: would I glass? How did I glance? Baby? I told you,
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: I don't even remember the woman she told about. She
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: remembered me. I don't remember her. I just I said
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: what I had said, you said what you had said.
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: I'm leaving at that. I'm done with it, So you're
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: not gonna be looking over there. No more? Right? We
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: got I looked over there yet. All right, y'all need
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: to move move around the corner here, you know they
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: can't move. All right. I don't know if we're coming
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: back with the part six, but anyway, this is the
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: longest Strawberry letter ever and it was a good one
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: to today. My sexy neighbor is stressing me out. We
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: will be back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: Show right after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, here we go. We are back.
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: We cannot seem to get off this letter. We thought
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: it was over, but here we are again. Podcast. We
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: are very decisively divided between off the air, y'all. The
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: debate is raging every woman. Monica Shelly Holla insists that
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: it is best that this man tell her the truth
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: so she don't get blindsided. All of us are convinced
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: that to bring bad news into your house is the
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: dumbest mistake you can make. Well, when she found out, well,
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: when she found out, we'll deal with it. And you
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: all just don't want to deal with the questions and
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: all of that that you think is going to happen.
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: And I say that he has to tell her because
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: the wife exchanged phone numbers with her, that's what. Ain't
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: nobody tell her to do that? It's done, and they're
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: gonna have and they're gonna have a housewarming party that
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: she's going to invite the stripper neighbor too. So what
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: okay she dealing with? You don't know that the stripper
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: already smirked at him when they were leaving. Wife, that
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: she's gonna she's yeah, she's gonna see something. Why are
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: we missing the blessing that you got a big, beautiful
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: a move next door? Why are we aboiding this? Why
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: are we not embracing it? Why don't we the fence
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: that divides our back y'alls? Bill build a gate right
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: there to walk back and forth? Why are we missing
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: out on this? Y'all? Y'all amazed me. When a blessing comes,
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: you don't see it, you turn all the way you run,
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: go towards it. When they switched them numbers, go over
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: there at midnight, listen. She can't find out nothing by
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: me and your district clue. But cool, all right, I'm
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: not listening. I'm gonna come back here on Wednesdays. Tighten
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: up everything around here, everything you need him. All right,
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: I'm gonna put the little gate over here on this fence.
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: We we gotta go in and out this gate. That's
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: how we're gonna work this night. But I don't want
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: nothing else going on. You can't be running round the
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: street with her. You're a dead man. Yeah, you must
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: think your wife is just just stupid, he said, twelve
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: o'clock at night, And when your wife asked you what
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: the gate is, she's not going to see that gate
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: that's at Hadaway Gate. That gate I'm gonna put up
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: there lasers. What is it invisible? It ain't no handle on.
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: It's just it's not like ticket. So so you cutting
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: gate was y'all it's too Yeah, then she's gonna really now,
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: yeah I can. I'm gonna cut more than one name,
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: but I guess I need to do that. You're gonna
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: end up cutting that whole block for free. You're awfully
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: quiet right now, nothing, he says, right now. We just
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: agree to disagree. Yeah, we agree to disagree show. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: we all have different opinions, which is what the audience has. Yeah. Absolutely,
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: On social media, you know, all the guys are gonna say,
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: don't tell. All the women are gonna say tell that's
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: pretty much. Yeah, don't say nothing, don't open your mouth,
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: cut your tongue at That's what I do. All right,
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: We will be back, No, not with part seven. I
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: think we're I think we're done. Now we're coming back
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: with Steve's closing remarks at forty nine after the hour.
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show, Last break
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: of the day. We've had a great morning today. Yes, yes,
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: we did. We have fun today. Steve. It's time for
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: you now to take us home with your closing remarks.
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: What you got for us today, Steve, want to get
- 1:28:45Speaker 1: us about sharing. Oh, the things that I've learned along
- 1:28:50Speaker 1: the way. One of the things I think is very
- 1:28:51Speaker 1: important that we should talk about. We should talk about
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: blame and excuses. Um, lame and excuses. I'm telling you, man,
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: they serve no purpose. Excuses first of all, are only
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: good for the person that's providing them. It does nothing
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: for the person who receives it. Have you ever had
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: somebody tell you a reason why they do didn't do
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: something and you were counting on them to get it
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: done and they gave you an excuse as to wife. Okay,
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: here's somebody is supposed to pick you up in the
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: car pool for work. Now you didn't gave your car
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: to your spouse so they could go do what they
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: want to do. Now you're sitting there waiting on the
- 1:29:32Speaker 1: car pool to come pick you up. They don't pick
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: you up. Now they're late. Man, I had a hard
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: time getting up this morning. Man, I'm glad, but i'm
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: here though. Whoa, man, that's an excuse. What do you
- 1:29:45Speaker 1: mean you're late? You had a hard time getting up.
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: I'm sitting up here waiting on you to pick me up,
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: and you come forty five minutes later. Now I'm late
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: for work. See that excuse? That does okay for I
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: was sick this morning. I didn't fill up to it.
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: Excuse works wonderful for you, but the person receiving the
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: excuse gets nothing. You've got to remove excuses from your
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: vocabulary and your walk in life. See. I don't really
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: accept excuses from anybody in my camp. If you're an employee,
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: you work for me. I don't do excuses because I
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: don't give none. Today. For example, I'm not feeling real well.
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: You know, my sionististant kicked in. I've had a troublesome
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: night last night. I'm not feeling well. But guess what,
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: I came to work on the radio today and I'll
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: do these two shows I got to do today because
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: I NBC. I heart. They don't care up about my excuses.
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: People who are looking for me to wake him up
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: in the morning, give him a laugh, or give them
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: a thought starter. They're not looking for my excuses. They're
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: just looking for the results. Excuses don't do me no good.
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: Now that's some days, all of so not up to part.
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: We're not one, but I'm not. I don't care about
- 1:31:05Speaker 1: the excuses. I don't accept excuses because I don't give excuses.
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: The other thing I removed from my life is blame.
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: And once you blame another person, man, this is what
- 1:31:19Speaker 1: happened with blame, blaming excuses. Listen to me. Finger pointing
- 1:31:26Speaker 1: does nothing because you've heard old saying. Every time you
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: point your finger the person, you notice that three of
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: them pointing back at you. Once you're in the blame
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: business and the excuse business, you forfeit your chance for growth.
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: I give you an example. If you're always talking about
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: is somebody else's fault and you're always have an excuse
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: why something didn't get done or accomplished. Guess what now,
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: you can't grow, You can't grow, you can't fix it
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: because the reason why it didn't happen, or the reason
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: why you didn't accomplish it is because you blame someone
- 1:32:07Speaker 1: else and you have an excuse. Once you start accepting
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: blame and excuses, you forfeit your chance for growth. You
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: kill any chance for change. Sometimes all you have to
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: do as a person is searched within yourself and find
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: out what it is about you that you could change
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: that could start producing a better results. But if you
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: always blaming somebody else and providing it and accepting excuses
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: from yourself and other people, guess what you've done. You've
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: killed your chance for change. Sometimes you could be doing
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: a whole lot better in life if you would just change,
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: If you would search yourself and change something about you,
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: you would be doing so much better. If you just
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: search yourself, stop allowing excuses to be a part of
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: your makeup, and stop allowing blame to be a part
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: of it, and you would discover a lot of this
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: is just you. It could be you another thing to
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: blame an excuse it does it allows you to fail favorably.
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: You know, man, you can just get all right with failing.
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: You can fail favorably because it ain't my fault and
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: I didn't do it because it was cold outside. So
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: till you allow yourself to fail favorably, that's an ugly
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: spot to be in. But blaming excuses allows you to
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: fail favorably, Like, it's okay to fail because it ain't
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: my fault because I have an excuse. And if they fault,
- 1:33:38Speaker 1: blame and excuses man is a very very dangerous thing
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: out there. Also, blaming excuses promotes a climate of failure.
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: It just premiates man throughout your life. And next thing,
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: you know, you ain't accomplishing nothing because if blaming blame
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: and excuses a part of your makeup, you now have
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: promoted a climate for elier. It's okay, it's okay because
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: I have a reason why why you didn't finish school,
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: because because it was too cold to go. Why you
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: didn't finish school because that test was too hard. I
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: didn't study them two pages, I thought they said the
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: first chapter. She questions us on the first three chapters.
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: I didn't hear that that's the only reason I failed.
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: And you get all right with it. When you're no
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: longer the reason why something happens, You no longer have
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: control over what happens. Let me say that to you
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: one more time. When you're no longer the reason why
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: something happens, you ain't. You ain't you're you ain't gonna
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: take responsibility. You're not the reason. Stop allowing blame and
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: excuses to end into your makeup. They serve nobody any good,
- 1:34:57Speaker 1: especially you. Vote all right now, good day, have yourself
