Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Biden DOJ Tries to Intimidate Witness on Eve of Bombshell Testimony Implicating the "Big Guy", plus Hunter Plea Bargain & New Trump Indictments
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:02Speaker 2: It is verdict to a Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson
- 0:05Speaker 2: with you as well, and we've got a pack show
- 0:07Speaker 2: we're gonna deal with. Devin Archer scheduled to testify today,
- 0:10Speaker 2: plus Hunter Biden's plea agreement that blew up, and then
- 0:14Speaker 2: new indictments for Donald Trump. Senator, let's first start with
- 0:18Speaker 2: this news about Devin Archer. He is scheduled to testify
- 0:23Speaker 2: today and the government seems to be doing everything they
- 0:26Speaker 2: can to make sure that doesn't happen.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right. We are anticipating testimony today before
- 0:33Speaker 3: the House Oversight Committee from Devin Archer that is expected
- 0:37Speaker 3: to be bombshell testimony. It is testimony that Joe Biden
- 0:40Speaker 3: does not want Congress to hear. It is testimony Hunter
- 0:43Speaker 3: Biden does not want Congress to hear. And sadly, we
- 0:47Speaker 3: have seen over the weekend the Biden Department of Justice
- 0:50Speaker 3: go after Devin Archer issue an arrest warrant for Devin Archer.
- 0:54Speaker 3: They're trying to do everything they can to silence Devin
- 0:57Speaker 3: Archer because his testimony is problematic. Now, who is Devon Archer?
- 1:02Speaker 3: Devin Archer was Hunter Biden's best friend, He was his
- 1:06Speaker 3: business partner. They were in business together. Devin Archer was
- 1:10Speaker 3: on the board of Bearisma with Hunter Biden. Devin Archer
- 1:15Speaker 3: also co founded the investment firm Rosemont Seneca alongside Hunter
- 1:21Speaker 3: Biden and John Kerry's step son, Christopher Hines. Look, these
- 1:26Speaker 3: were young boys trading on Daddy and it was good
- 1:30Speaker 3: to be a corrupt democrat. The money was flowing. So
- 1:36Speaker 3: Devin Archer is not some fringe character. He was side
- 1:39Speaker 3: by side with Hunter, side by side with Joe throughout.
- 1:44Speaker 1: All of this.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Now we covered in last week's pod, and if you
- 1:48Speaker 3: didn't listen to last week's pods, I would encourage you
- 1:50Speaker 3: to go back, because last week really laid out all
- 1:53Speaker 3: of the evidence where it currently stands about Joe Biden's corruption,
- 1:57Speaker 3: his involvement in receiving overseas bribes, the evidence that suggests
- 2:02Speaker 3: he did so. It is comprehensive and compelling, and I
- 2:06Speaker 3: don't know of another place besides this podcast that has
- 2:10Speaker 3: laid out that information. But one of the news we
- 2:13Speaker 3: broke that virtually nobody was talking about until we laid
- 2:17Speaker 3: it out was the massive change in narrative from Joe
- 2:23Speaker 3: Biden in the White House because of Devon Archer's testimony
- 2:28Speaker 3: expected today. For years, what Joe Biden and Hunter Biden
- 2:34Speaker 3: and the Biden White House said was that Joe had never, never, never,
- 2:39Speaker 3: never talked to Hunter Biden about any of his overseas dealings.
- 2:43Speaker 4: Listen, be Kimes, have you ever spoken to your son
- 2:46Speaker 4: about his overseas business dealings.
- 2:48Speaker 5: I've never spoken my son about his overseas monsumers. I
- 2:51Speaker 5: have never discussed with my son, or mine brother or
- 2:55Speaker 5: anyone else in being him given their business period. And
- 3:00Speaker 5: what I will do is the same thing we did
- 3:02Speaker 5: in our administration. Don't be an absolute wall between personal
- 3:06Speaker 5: and private and the government.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Do you stand by your statement that you did not
- 3:11Speaker 3: discuss any of your son's overseas business.
- 3:14Speaker 6: Large Do you think it was wrong for him to
- 3:17Speaker 6: take that position knowing that it was really because that
- 3:22Speaker 6: company wanted access to you?
- 3:23Speaker 4: Well, that's not true.
- 3:24Speaker 5: You're saying things you do not know what you're talking about.
- 3:27Speaker 5: No one said that.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Who said that?
- 3:29Speaker 2: My favorite there is the last Well even the Today's
- 3:32Speaker 2: Show center was saying, Hey, it's clear he got the
- 3:34Speaker 2: job because they weren't access to unit.
- 3:35Speaker 1: He's like, how dare you say that?
- 3:38Speaker 3: It's not like Hunter's a geologist. It's not like he
- 3:41Speaker 3: knows how to drill for natural gas. It's not like
- 3:43Speaker 3: he speaks Ukrainian.
- 3:45Speaker 1: You know.
- 3:45Speaker 3: As we talked about last week. According to the FD
- 3:47Speaker 3: ten twenty three, the oligarch who owned Barisma said his
- 3:51Speaker 3: dog was smarter than Hunter Biden. So he wasn't brought
- 3:54Speaker 3: in for his expertise on oil and gas. He was
- 3:56Speaker 3: brought in because of who daddy is. Now Joe Biden's
- 4:01Speaker 3: never talked to Hunter about his business dealings, never talked
- 4:03Speaker 3: to Hunter about his business dealings, never talked to Hunter
- 4:05Speaker 3: about his business dealings. Is expected to get blown to
- 4:09Speaker 3: smithereens today when Devin Archer testifies to the House. So
- 4:13Speaker 3: last week, in anticipation of that testimony, testimony that we
- 4:17Speaker 3: are expecting will be that Devin Archer will say that
- 4:20Speaker 3: Joe talked dozens of times to Hunter, to Hunter's business partners,
- 4:25Speaker 3: he was on phone calls, he was in meetings. It
- 4:29Speaker 3: is expected that the testimony today will be miles away
- 4:33Speaker 3: from I never talked to him, never talked to him,
- 4:35Speaker 3: never talked to him. So last week Kareem Jean Pierre
- 4:39Speaker 3: executed a triple Lindy flip of changing narrative. That is
- 4:45Speaker 3: truly one for the ages. Give a listen curious of
- 4:48Speaker 3: the White House, and the President still stand behind his
- 4:51Speaker 3: comment that he's never been involved and has never even
- 4:54Speaker 3: spoken to his son about his So I've been asked.
- 4:57Speaker 7: This question a million times.
- 4:58Speaker 3: The answer is not going to change.
- 5:00Speaker 7: Answer remains the same.
- 5:01Speaker 5: The President was never in business with his son.
- 5:03Speaker 3: I just don't have anything.
- 5:04Speaker 4: Else to add.
- 5:05Speaker 2: That's a big change center. We talked about it last week,
- 5:08Speaker 2: and it made some headlines.
- 5:10Speaker 3: After we talked about it on the podcast. We talked
- 5:13Speaker 3: about it that morning on the podcast. That night it
- 5:15Speaker 3: was leading Fox News on multiple shows, So it really was.
- 5:20Speaker 3: It was a terrific example of how this podcast is
- 5:23Speaker 3: breaking news and driving news forward and then being amplified
- 5:27Speaker 3: across multiple multiple stations and other media.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's the fact that they changed it and
- 5:34Speaker 2: they thought that no one would notice it.
- 5:36Speaker 1: But they're admitting guilt.
- 5:37Speaker 2: They're admitting now that Joe Biden clearly talked with his
- 5:41Speaker 2: son about business and all of the family members, and
- 5:44Speaker 2: they did that in anticipation of Devon Archer testifying today
- 5:49Speaker 2: that's the only reason why they changed the narrative.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Because they're expecting that what.
- 5:53Speaker 2: He's going to say, if they can't stop him from testifying,
- 5:57Speaker 2: is going to be, as you just described it, so
- 5:59Speaker 2: damning to the Biden crime family that there's no way
- 6:02Speaker 2: they could sit up there at the White House that
- 6:04Speaker 2: afternoon or the next day and say, no, they did
- 6:07Speaker 2: not talk about business, because there's overwhelming evidence now from
- 6:11Speaker 2: the people that worked with the Bidens of them talking
- 6:14Speaker 2: business and selling access to this government and to Joe
- 6:17Speaker 2: Biden when he was in positions of power to make
- 6:21Speaker 2: big decisions on behalf of the US in those countries.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Well, and the Biden White House or the Biden Department
- 6:27Speaker 3: of Justice know that Devin Archer's testimony today is a
- 6:30Speaker 3: real problem that he's very likely going to demonstrate or
- 6:33Speaker 3: at least testify that Joe Biden and the Biden White
- 6:36Speaker 3: House were lying repeatedly, over and over and over again,
- 6:39Speaker 3: that they were lying deliberately, and that Joe Biden himself
- 6:42Speaker 3: was directly involved in the corruption. That is an enormous threat.
- 6:46Speaker 3: So what did they do this weekend? On Saturday? The
- 6:49Speaker 3: Biden Department of Justice sent a letter they are trying
- 6:53Speaker 3: to arrest Devon Archin Archer by the way, on Saturday,
- 6:57Speaker 3: right before the testimony on Monday, and so the US
- 7:01Speaker 3: Attorney sub submitted to the court. I'm going to read
- 7:04Speaker 3: you what they submitted to the court. In light of
- 7:07Speaker 3: the foregoing, the Government respectfully requests that the defendant, that
- 7:10Speaker 3: would be Devon Archer, be ordered to surrender a date,
- 7:13Speaker 3: at a date and time determined by the Court to
- 7:15Speaker 3: a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence
- 7:18Speaker 3: his term of imprisonment. The Government is confirmed with Counsel
- 7:21Speaker 3: for the defendant about this request and asks that Council
- 7:25Speaker 3: propose a date for the defendant's surrender. Council responded with
- 7:28Speaker 3: the following position quote, mister Archer believes it is premature
- 7:31Speaker 3: to set a report date in light of his anticipated
- 7:34Speaker 3: continuing appeal as well as the newly discovered sentencing error
- 7:38Speaker 3: that the Government has now conceded. Council for mister Archer
- 7:41Speaker 3: will put in a response to the government's request by Wednesday.
- 7:44Speaker 3: The Government disagree with Council's positions that a report date
- 7:48Speaker 3: should not be set and respectfully requests permission to respond
- 7:51Speaker 3: to any arguments made by the defendant. Now, this is
- 7:54Speaker 3: what they're sending on Saturday, forty eight hours before Devon
- 7:58Speaker 3: Archer is going to go to cat Capitol Hill, raise
- 8:00Speaker 3: his hand and testify. And this can only be understood
- 8:05Speaker 3: as an attempt by the Biden DOJ to intimidate, to
- 8:09Speaker 3: threaten Devon Archer, to tell him shut up. We have
- 8:14Speaker 3: the prosecutors and if you talk, the consequences will be severe.
- 8:20Speaker 3: This is on its face, I believe witness intimidation. And
- 8:23Speaker 3: by the way, these are the same goons that when
- 8:26Speaker 3: Matthew Tybee was testifying before the House about the Biden
- 8:30Speaker 3: administration being in bed with big tech to censor voices
- 8:35Speaker 3: they don't like in political enemies of the White House.
- 8:38Speaker 3: As Tybee is sitting there testifying, they send the irs
- 8:43Speaker 3: to raid his house and search his house simultaneously with
- 8:47Speaker 3: the investigations. This administration does not respect the rule of law,
- 8:51Speaker 3: It does not respect Congress, and it believes it can
- 8:54Speaker 3: use its power to try to intimidate and silence witnesses.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Tell you real quick about our friends at AUGUSTA precious medals.

- 10:16Speaker 2: talk a little bit more about this Hunter plea deal
- 10:18Speaker 2: and I want you to hear how the media UH
- 10:22Speaker 2: is trying our at least members of Congress are trying
- 10:25Speaker 2: to normalize what happened last week. They understand now that
- 10:30Speaker 2: the Biden crime family is at risk of really being exposed.
- 10:34Speaker 2: And once we learned what was in that agreement, which
- 10:38Speaker 2: was immunity for all prosecutions, that's what they were trying
- 10:42Speaker 2: to sneak in there. The judge clearly said uh huh.
- 10:45Speaker 2: And now there are members of Congress Democrats, one of
- 10:49Speaker 2: them Congressman Dan Goldman, who tried to normalize a judge
- 10:54Speaker 2: stopping a plea agreement and now going, oh, this happens
- 10:57Speaker 2: every day.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Oh, this is not a big deal. Take a listen
- 11:00Speaker 1: to this.
- 11:02Speaker 6: I want to turn to the other major development this
- 11:04Speaker 6: week involving Hunter Biden. Were you surprised to see the
- 11:07Speaker 6: judge in Delaware reject the plea deal, not reject it,
- 11:11Speaker 6: but not accept it.
- 11:12Speaker 4: Well, right, I think that there's been a lot of
- 11:17Speaker 4: hay made of this, but this is a fairly typical
- 11:21Speaker 4: process that goes through. This was an unusual agreement in
- 11:25Speaker 4: part because it's a twenty four month agreement and there's
- 11:29Speaker 4: the possibility that Donald Trump will be president and we
- 11:33Speaker 4: know from his presidency how much he weaponized the Department
- 11:36Speaker 4: of Justice to go after his enemies and to favor
- 11:38Speaker 4: his associates. And so Hunter Biden's lawyers are concerned that
- 11:43Speaker 4: Donald Trump, if he were to get the presidency, would
- 11:46Speaker 4: weaponize the Department of Justice, and so there is an
- 11:49Speaker 4: added calculation to this. But the fact of the matter
- 11:52Speaker 4: is that this is a Trump appointed US attorney, a
- 11:55Speaker 4: Trump appointed judge. This is a very pendant and thorough investigation.
- 12:02Speaker 4: And I think that whatever happens in the Hunter Biden case,
- 12:06Speaker 4: we can rest assured that it was done based solely
- 12:09Speaker 4: on the facts and the evidence, and that there was
- 12:11Speaker 4: nothing else to it.
- 12:13Speaker 6: But if you've kind of touched on why this was
- 12:16Speaker 6: in there, But the line in the plea agreement that
- 12:18Speaker 6: is most important and most controversial is this one. It says,
- 12:22Speaker 6: the United States agrees not to criminally prosecute Biden Hunter
- 12:26Speaker 6: Biden outside of the terms of this agreement or any
- 12:30Speaker 6: federal for any federal crimes encompassed by the attached statement
- 12:33Speaker 6: of facts. And the attached statement of facts goes into
- 12:36Speaker 6: all of his foreign income that he received. It's the
- 12:41Speaker 6: center of what Republicans have been talking about, from Russia,
- 12:44Speaker 6: from China, from Romania.
- 12:46Speaker 7: Was that too broad?
- 12:48Speaker 6: I mean, to have basically a blanket immunity from anything
- 12:51Speaker 6: related to all of that income.
- 12:54Speaker 4: No, because that's what they've been investigating for five years,
- 12:57Speaker 4: and they ultimately determined they could not charge him. And
- 13:01Speaker 4: for whatever reason, we don't know. The House Republicans have
- 13:04Speaker 4: no idea what the actual evidence is that David Weiss has.
- 13:08Speaker 4: And this was an exhaustive five year investigation, and so
- 13:12Speaker 4: what Hunter Biden's lawyer wanted was some confirmation that they
- 13:16Speaker 4: will not charge him for any crimes related to the
- 13:20Speaker 4: investigation that they that they underwent. That's fairly typical and
- 13:25Speaker 4: oftentimes prosecutors and defense lawyers go back and forth about
- 13:28Speaker 4: what degree of immunity a defendant will get. But let's
- 13:32Speaker 4: remember this is not as if it's a new investigation.
- 13:35Speaker 4: This is five years and we had testimony of foreign
- 13:39Speaker 4: bank accounts, domestic bank accounts, search warrants, hundreds of thousands
- 13:43Speaker 4: of documents that they poured over, and ultimately they decided
- 13:46Speaker 4: they could not charge Hunter Biden with it. And that's
- 13:48Speaker 4: how the process should work.
- 13:51Speaker 2: There's so many things he said in their centater that
- 13:54Speaker 2: are just absurd. Go through it, because this is a
- 13:58Speaker 2: democrat that's just making stuff up as he goes.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Well, and let's start by who this is talking. So
- 14:03Speaker 3: this is Dan Goldman. He's a newly elected Democrat Congressman
- 14:07Speaker 3: from New York. What did Goldman do before he was
- 14:10Speaker 3: elected to Congress as a Democrat. He was the lead
- 14:14Speaker 3: lawyer for the House Democrats in Donald Trump's impeachment, so
- 14:19Speaker 3: he was working for Adam Schiff. He was Adam Schiff's
- 14:21Speaker 3: attack dog, and he brought look in many ways, Dan
- 14:25Speaker 3: Goldman is intimately intertwined with the creation and birth of
- 14:29Speaker 3: the Verdict podcast because we launched the first night of
- 14:33Speaker 3: the first impeachment when Goldman was bringing an utterly frivolous,
- 14:38Speaker 3: abusive impeachment ironically alleging quid pro quo concerning Burisma everything
- 14:44Speaker 3: that Goldman, on behalf of the House Democrats alleged Donald
- 14:48Speaker 3: Trump did. The evidence is now overwhelming that Joe Biden
- 14:52Speaker 3: in fact did not.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Only that.
- 14:55Speaker 3: By the way, among other things, Goldman is also unbelievably wealthy.
- 15:00Speaker 3: He is an heir to the Levi Strauth's fortune. According
- 15:03Speaker 3: to his financial disclosures, he's worth up to two hundred
- 15:06Speaker 3: and fifty million dollars, So he has massive money that
- 15:10Speaker 3: he inherited, and he now works as a Democrat as
- 15:14Speaker 3: a partisan attack dog. And look at what he started with.
- 15:18Speaker 3: He said, well, this was an unusual plea agreement. Why
- 15:22Speaker 3: because he says, we all know that Trump weaponized the
- 15:26Speaker 3: Department of Justice. What utter and complete garbage. One of
- 15:31Speaker 3: the things to understand about the left, what they do,
- 15:36Speaker 3: they will accuse you of doing. These guys, Sigmund Freud,
- 15:40Speaker 3: if he was drawing up projection, Dan Goldman would have
- 15:44Speaker 3: been the picture that he drew of exactly what the
- 15:48Speaker 3: Democrats are guilty of he wants to allege. I know
- 15:52Speaker 3: that the Democrats say the words Trump weaponized the legal system.
- 15:56Speaker 3: What they can't point to is anyone who was prosecuted
- 16:01Speaker 3: for political reasons, any of Trump's political enemies, they went
- 16:04Speaker 3: after any of Trump's political friends who got exonerated. It
- 16:10Speaker 3: is utterly false. And in fact, what happened the legal
- 16:14Speaker 3: system not only was not weaponized in aid of Trump,
- 16:19Speaker 3: the hardcore career partisan liberals who had burrowed into the
- 16:24Speaker 3: Department of Justice and the FBI and the CIA and
- 16:26Speaker 3: the alphabet soup of Washington waged war against Trump. So
- 16:31Speaker 3: it is exactly the opposite. But his whole contention as well.
- 16:36Speaker 3: We had to have a special plea agreement here because
- 16:39Speaker 3: you know, Trump could get elected in two years, and
- 16:41Speaker 3: so we knew that Trump would weaponize the legal system.
- 16:45Speaker 3: Mind you, Goldman doesn't address the Democrats abusing the impeachment
- 16:49Speaker 3: process twice. It doesn't address the what one hundred and
- 16:52Speaker 3: forty three different indictments against Donald Trump. He doesn't address
- 16:55Speaker 3: the absolute double standard applied to Joe Biden, applied to
- 16:59Speaker 3: Hunter Biden. None of that matters. He's going to accuse
- 17:01Speaker 3: the other side of weaponizing facts.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Be damned well, as you just mentioned it, Senator there
- 17:07Speaker 2: with the facts don't seem to matter. At least, there
- 17:11Speaker 2: does seem to be a little bit of a break
- 17:13Speaker 2: with the media. They are now starting to, i think,
- 17:16Speaker 2: hedge their bets because they're starting to understand that this
- 17:20Speaker 2: narrative is changing quickly. You look at Miranda Devine, she
- 17:25Speaker 2: said that not only was the President talking business, but
- 17:30Speaker 2: she also said this exclusively this week on Hannity.
- 17:33Speaker 7: Listen inst you heard the White House spokeswoman Karine Jean
- 17:37Speaker 7: Pierre yesterday has just changed the language. She said, Oh,
- 17:41Speaker 7: I've said this a million times and the answer remains
- 17:43Speaker 7: the same, but the answer was completely different. It's now
- 17:47Speaker 7: it's the president is not in business with his son
- 17:51Speaker 7: very different from saying I know nothing about my son's
- 17:54Speaker 7: overseas business dealings. So I think that it's overwhelming. The
- 17:57Speaker 7: evidence already on the tape and about to be told
- 18:01Speaker 7: by Devon Archer that Joe Biden was meeting with Hunter
- 18:05Speaker 7: Biden's overseas business partners, and that, of course was incredibly
- 18:09Speaker 7: important to what Hunter Biden's business was, which was selling
- 18:14Speaker 7: influence of his father then the vice president.
- 18:17Speaker 2: In politics center, when you're running for office, people give money,
- 18:20Speaker 2: they do donations, and they want to make sure.
- 18:22Speaker 1: That when they give money that you're going to win.
- 18:25Speaker 2: If you're a Democrat right now, you're concerned and there
- 18:28Speaker 2: are people that are talking that maybe this is our
- 18:31Speaker 2: exit ramp moment for Joe Biden. I think that's part
- 18:35Speaker 2: of what the media is trying to figure out now,
- 18:37Speaker 2: is Hey, it's still far enough ahead. If Devin Archer
- 18:40Speaker 2: comes out, connects all the cash, the big guy shows
- 18:42Speaker 2: the big guy was in business with Hunter Biden, the
- 18:46Speaker 2: Plea deal now opens him up to a whole lot
- 18:48Speaker 2: more that could come falling down now? Is that part
- 18:51Speaker 2: of the reason why you think the media is starting
- 18:52Speaker 2: to change their tune at least dip their toes in
- 18:56Speaker 2: the water of this story.
- 18:58Speaker 3: Well, they're definitely getting nervous, and in a minimum, I
- 19:01Speaker 3: think they're looking for a plan B, they're looking for
- 19:03Speaker 3: a contingency plan. I think their preferred path is still
- 19:08Speaker 3: they believe Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee. They
- 19:11Speaker 3: believe if Trump is the Republican nominee, that they can
- 19:14Speaker 3: nominate Joe Biden again, keep him completely hidden from everyone,
- 19:18Speaker 3: lock him in the basement, and they think running against
- 19:21Speaker 3: Trump is enough to win in twenty twenty four. That
- 19:24Speaker 3: might be right, that might be wrong, but that's what
- 19:25Speaker 3: they believe. As the evidence keeps piling up of Joe
- 19:29Speaker 3: Biden's corruption, I do think you are seeing partisan Democrats
- 19:33Speaker 3: in the media getting a little more nervous. Look the
- 19:36Speaker 3: fact that the Hunter Biden plea deal got thrown out
- 19:39Speaker 3: last week was a big damn deal that was concerning
- 19:44Speaker 3: if you're a Democrat strategist, if you're a consultant, if
- 19:47Speaker 3: you're looking at how do we maximize the chances of
- 19:51Speaker 3: Democrats winning in twenty twenty four. This investigation prosecutions of
- 19:59Speaker 3: Hunter Biden, pos prosecution of Joe Biden. The longer it lingers,
- 20:03Speaker 3: the more dangerous it is. And so this past week
- 20:06Speaker 3: was a very very bad week for Joe Biden and
- 20:10Speaker 3: for the White House. And I think the press is
- 20:13Speaker 3: part of that political blob that wants Democrats to win.
- 20:21Speaker 3: And so as political operatives are beginning to hedge their bets,
- 20:25Speaker 3: so's the press.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Now that brings us to the Donald Trump new indictments.
- 20:29Speaker 2: I want to get your take on that. Before we
- 20:31Speaker 2: get that, though, I want to tell you about our
- 20:33Speaker 2: friends over at Patriot Mobile. Every day you hear about
- 20:35Speaker 2: another familiar brand selling out their customers and going woke.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Americans are sick and tired of having leftist propaganda jammed
- 20:43Speaker 2: into every product that you consume. Woke mobile companies are
- 20:48Speaker 2: no different, and for years they've been dumping millions into
- 20:51Speaker 2: liberal causes. And we had to take it because, well,
- 20:54Speaker 2: you need a cell phone, and you probably thought there
- 20:56Speaker 2: was no alternative.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Well guess what, there is an alternate.
- 21:00Speaker 2: And you can make that switch today with Patriot Mobile,
- 21:03Speaker 2: America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, offering dependable nationwide coverage
- 21:10Speaker 2: on all three major networks, so you get the best
- 21:13Speaker 2: possible service in your area minus the left is propaganda.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Many of those companies were even giving money to Planned Parenthood.
- 21:20Speaker 2: You don't want your money going there, so switch to
- 21:23Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile. You're sending a clear message that you support

- 22:06Speaker 2: eight Verdict Center. The timing of the Plea deal dissolving
- 22:12Speaker 2: into thin air with that the White House was betting
- 22:15Speaker 2: on to protect them from the crimes of the family
- 22:19Speaker 2: and Hunter Biden was really interesting to see the timing
- 22:23Speaker 2: right after that bombshell. You got to get a new
- 22:26Speaker 2: news cycle, right you don't want this lingering all week
- 22:29Speaker 2: and then all of a sudden, new indictments against Donald Trump.
- 22:33Speaker 2: There are a lot of people that were watching this
- 22:35Speaker 2: saying this doesn't make any sense.
- 22:37Speaker 1: I'm not buying it.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Is this, you know, retaliation or to change that news cycle.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Give me your take.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Well, there's no doubt the timing is fishy. And as
- 22:47Speaker 3: we've discussed with Devin Archer, this Department of Justice has
- 22:51Speaker 3: demonstrated that it's perfectly willing to try to stop bad
- 22:56Speaker 3: developments for the White House to try to intimidate witnesses
- 22:59Speaker 3: again against testifying against Joe Biden. And in this instance,
- 23:03Speaker 3: it was an extraordinarily bad week. But it wasn't just
- 23:06Speaker 3: a bad week for Joe Biden and Hunter Biden. It
- 23:09Speaker 3: was a bad week for the Biden DOJ. Look, the
- 23:12Speaker 3: Biden DOJ came in with this sweetheart deal for Hunter
- 23:15Speaker 3: Biden designed to cover up not only Hunter's crimes but
- 23:19Speaker 3: ensure that Joe was not investigated, and the federal judge
- 23:23Speaker 3: basically laughed at them because they were trying to be very,
- 23:26Speaker 3: very sneaky. The agreement was memorialized in two different documents.
- 23:30Speaker 3: Number one, you had the Plea Agreement on the tax
- 23:32Speaker 3: document on the tax crimes, that was one document, but
- 23:36Speaker 3: where they were doing all of the work was in
- 23:39Speaker 3: a second document they filed that dealt with the gun
- 23:44Speaker 3: crime in particular, and they filed a diversion agreement on
- 23:50Speaker 3: the gun crime. So Hunter Biden agreed that he committed
- 23:53Speaker 3: two misdemeter tax crimes and he agreed to pay a
- 23:56Speaker 3: fine but not serve a day in jail. That was
- 23:58Speaker 3: the plea agreement. There's a second agreement that was the
- 24:01Speaker 3: diversion agreement. The diversion agreement, Hunter Biden agreed that he
- 24:05Speaker 3: possessed a firearm, which was illegal because he is a
- 24:08Speaker 3: drug user and drug addict and under federal law, and
- 24:10Speaker 3: he's illegal for a drug user and drug addict possess
- 24:13Speaker 3: a firearm that normally carries jail time. But he got
- 24:17Speaker 3: a special diversion agreement which for twenty four months, if
- 24:23Speaker 3: he manages to stay out of jail and not commit
- 24:25Speaker 3: additional crimes, that crime will go away. Now buried within
- 24:32Speaker 3: the diversion agreement is a reference that tries to piggyback
- 24:39Speaker 3: all of the other language that was in the tax agreement,
- 24:45Speaker 3: and it was basically a very sneaky way of trying
- 24:50Speaker 3: to get the Department of Justice to promise we will
- 24:55Speaker 3: not prosecute Hunter Biden for anything else. We won't prosecute
- 24:59Speaker 3: him for any other tax crimes. We won't prosecuting him
- 25:02Speaker 3: for being a foreign agent, we won't prosecute him for corruption,
- 25:06Speaker 3: we won't prosecute him for bribery. Everything that we discuss
- 25:11Speaker 3: in the other document, mind you, that's the plea agreement
- 25:13Speaker 3: on the tax crimes is just incorporated by reference in
- 25:16Speaker 3: the diversion agreement. And what happened is the judge called
- 25:21Speaker 3: him out on it, and in particular, the judge in
- 25:24Speaker 3: open court asked, could the government bring a charge under
- 25:29Speaker 3: the Foreign Agent's Registration Act. Now the prosecutor, particularly after
- 25:34Speaker 3: a month of everything that's been covered about the testimony
- 25:37Speaker 3: and the House and everyone focusing on the efforts to
- 25:41Speaker 3: protect Joe Biden, to cover up Hunter Biden. The prosecutor
- 25:44Speaker 3: was embarrassed and he didn't want to stand up and say,
- 25:46Speaker 3: oh no, we're not going to prosecute that. So the
- 25:47Speaker 3: prosecutor says yes, and suddenly Hunter Biden's attorney says, I
- 25:52Speaker 3: don't agree, and the whole thing got blown up because
- 25:58Speaker 3: they were trying to do it in secret and hoping
- 26:00Speaker 3: no one would notice. Well, that's very bad for Hunter
- 26:05Speaker 3: and Joe, but it's also very bad for the Biden
- 26:09Speaker 3: Department of Justice. When the Department of Justice is trying
- 26:12Speaker 3: to play politics and cover up corruption, that's a real problem.
- 26:16Speaker 3: And so what do they do. They immediately turn around
- 26:19Speaker 3: and file yet another indictment against Donald Trump. This one
- 26:25Speaker 3: was what is called a superseding indictment.
- 26:29Speaker 1: What if you don't understand, So it is essentially.
- 26:32Speaker 3: An updated indictment, so it takes the old indictment in it,
- 26:37Speaker 3: it updates it so it adds a couple of additional counts,
- 26:41Speaker 3: claims of criminal violations. It also adds a new defendant.
- 26:46Speaker 3: So the new defendant is Carlos de Olivera, who worked
- 26:50Speaker 3: at mar A Lago. And the new count is a
- 26:57Speaker 3: obstruction conspiracy count that focuses in particular, en quote, attempting
- 27:05Speaker 3: to delete security footage at mar A Lago to conceal
- 27:09Speaker 3: information from the FBI and grand jury. So the two
- 27:17Speaker 3: pieces that are relevant or a, they added someone new
- 27:20Speaker 3: de Olivera, who along with Nauta, who's the other assistant
- 27:25Speaker 3: to Donald Trump, who is who is indicted in being charged.
- 27:29Speaker 3: What they allege is that de Olivera and now to quote,
- 27:33Speaker 3: loaded several of Trump's boxes along with other items on
- 27:36Speaker 3: aircraft that flew Trump and his family north for the summer.
- 27:39Speaker 3: So de Rivera is alleged to be part of hiding
- 27:42Speaker 3: the classified documents. Look, the addition of a new defendant
- 27:48Speaker 3: that poses some risk because the standard approach for a
- 27:53Speaker 3: prosecutor is to try to focus on the little fish,
- 27:55Speaker 3: to put a lot of heat on the little fish,
- 27:57Speaker 3: get them scared out of their minds, and get them
- 27:59Speaker 3: to flip on the big guy. By the way, just
- 28:03Speaker 3: pause for a second and notice that's exactly what they
- 28:05Speaker 3: did not do with Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. There
- 28:08Speaker 3: was no effort to put pressure on Hunter Biden and
- 28:11Speaker 3: get him to flip on the big guy. Rather, instead,
- 28:14Speaker 3: according to the IRS whistleblowers, the objective of DOJ was
- 28:18Speaker 3: to prevent anyone from asking about the big guy. They
- 28:21Speaker 3: don't want to know about the big guy. This is
- 28:23Speaker 3: just about Hunter and his drugs. It's has nothing to
- 28:25Speaker 3: do with the millions flowing to Joe Biden. Well, the
- 28:29Speaker 3: reason why de Rivera being added is potentially significant is
- 28:34Speaker 3: what DOJ is going to try to do is lean
- 28:37Speaker 3: on him really hard and cause him to flip against
- 28:40Speaker 3: Donald Trump. I don't know this fellow, I don't know
- 28:42Speaker 3: if he will or not. But that is the consequence
- 28:45Speaker 3: of that. And then the additional allegation that de Rivera
- 28:54Speaker 3: attempted to delete security footage at mar A Lago. That's
- 28:58Speaker 3: a new piece. We don't know what the facts are
- 29:01Speaker 3: behind that deleting security footage to cover something up. That's
- 29:09Speaker 3: that allegation could be problematic. We don't have enough details
- 29:13Speaker 3: from the indictment to know what was on that footage,
- 29:17Speaker 3: why it was being deleted, was it deleted, was the
- 29:20Speaker 3: deletion routine? What To the extent you are actively hiding evidence,
- 29:26Speaker 3: that's called obstruction of justice. And so that's why it
- 29:29Speaker 3: has charged the obstruction of justice. I can tell you
- 29:33Speaker 3: who has charged obstruction of justice, our two career employees
- 29:37Speaker 3: at the IRS who have charged that the Department of
- 29:39Speaker 3: Justice was doing everything they can to cover up evidence,
- 29:44Speaker 3: block witnesses, and prevent the case from being developed. And
- 29:49Speaker 3: so you know, as we said when Dan Goldman went
- 29:51Speaker 3: on TV, but they are doing what the bad guys
- 29:55Speaker 3: are doing. They project and charge to everyone else that
- 30:00Speaker 3: they're doing it instead.
- 30:01Speaker 2: The media is certainly freaked out over Donald Trump's comments,
- 30:05Speaker 2: and I want to play those for people and get
- 30:07Speaker 2: your reaction that as well as he fought back, I
- 30:10Speaker 2: think a lot of people say with good reason, he's
- 30:12Speaker 2: fighting back.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Now.
- 30:13Speaker 2: Let me tell you, though, about something we're going to
- 30:15Speaker 2: be doing that I really want you to know about,
- 30:17Speaker 2: and I hope that you can find the time.
- 30:20Speaker 1: To be a part of this.
- 30:21Speaker 2: This is going to be an incredible trip with listeners
- 30:25Speaker 2: to verdict in the Holy Land.
- 30:27Speaker 1: We're talking about Israel.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Israel is the creditle of Judaism, Christianity, and many of
- 30:32Speaker 2: the principles that we hold dear as Americans. And we're
- 30:35Speaker 2: putting together an awesome trip where you're going to get
- 30:38Speaker 2: to see the sites like the Armageddon Battlefield, Nazareth, Jericho, Jerusalem, Bethlehem.
- 30:44Speaker 1: And that's not all.
- 30:45Speaker 2: You're going to also sail on the Sea of Galilee
- 30:47Speaker 2: and float on the Dead Sea. You'll walk in the
- 30:50Speaker 2: footsteps of biblical figures like King David and Jesus Christ,
- 30:55Speaker 2: and you'll do it all together with other listeners from
- 30:58Speaker 2: around the country. I'm gonna meet you in Jerusalem and
- 31:01Speaker 2: experience with you the city's great sites like the Western Wall,

- 31:54Speaker 2: I want to get your reaction to Donald Trump going
- 31:56Speaker 2: after Jack Smith.
- 31:58Speaker 1: Smarter, bad move.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Just totally obsessed over Donald Trump when he said this
- 32:04Speaker 2: at one of his campaign events.
- 32:06Speaker 8: Oh, this deranged lunatic named Jack Smith, who's been overturned
- 32:10Speaker 8: unanimously by the Supreme Court. He's tried to destroy many laves.
- 32:14Speaker 8: Do you ever see the picture of the guy. It's
- 32:16Speaker 8: like Central casting deranged Jack Smith and the DOJ will
- 32:21Speaker 8: probably bring another.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Case along with the DA.
- 32:24Speaker 8: We have a racist DA in crime ridden in Atlanta.
- 32:28Speaker 2: I mean, Senator, I don't blame Donald Trump for coming
- 32:31Speaker 2: after Jack Smith this way, also talking about even more
- 32:35Speaker 2: charges that could be coming in Atlanta. There they're throwing
- 32:39Speaker 2: everything they can in him to make sure he doesn't
- 32:41Speaker 2: have a chance to win. And that's election interference, is
- 32:45Speaker 2: it not?
- 32:46Speaker 3: Well, it is undoubtedly, you know. I'll say, no defense
- 32:50Speaker 3: lawyer on Earth would advise his client to go scorched
- 32:54Speaker 3: to Earth after the prosecutors. But Donald Trump is going
- 32:57Speaker 3: to say and do what he wants, and so he's
- 32:59Speaker 3: one voting on the prosecutors. And I got to say
- 33:02Speaker 3: the substance of what he's saying when you look at
- 33:04Speaker 3: Jack Smith, Trump is right that Smith has a long
- 33:08Speaker 3: record of engaging in partisan prosecutions. He went after Bob MacDonnell,
- 33:12Speaker 3: the sitting Republican governor of Virginia, widely considered a serious
- 33:17Speaker 3: presidential candidate, and he brought charges, He indicted him, he
- 33:22Speaker 3: prosecuted him, and the prosecution blew up in a humiliating way.
- 33:26Speaker 3: It went to the Supreme Court and unanimously by an
- 33:29Speaker 3: eight to zero vote, the Supreme Court throughout jack Smith's
- 33:33Speaker 3: case said that the Department of Justice had overstepped and
- 33:36Speaker 3: had reached far beyond what the law provided. Jack Smith
- 33:40Speaker 3: was also involved in the IRS targeting conservatives under Barack Obama.
- 33:47Speaker 3: Jack Smith's wife is a movie maker who has made
- 33:50Speaker 3: movies praising, just really beatifying Democrats. And so this is
- 33:57Speaker 3: a political player. This is a political player who whose
- 34:00Speaker 3: record leaves real reason to doubt his ability to be nonpartisan.
- 34:07Speaker 3: And we can see his conduct reflects that. This is
- 34:12Speaker 3: absolutely a manifestation not just of Jack Smith. This is
- 34:17Speaker 3: Merrick Garland, and this is Joe Biden. They hate Donald
- 34:20Speaker 3: Trump and they want to use the Department of Justice
- 34:23Speaker 3: to target their enemies. Ironically, it is exactly what Dan
- 34:26Speaker 3: Goldman said on the Sunday Show. That's what they're doing,
- 34:30Speaker 3: is they want to bring more indictments at Donald Trump
- 34:33Speaker 3: than you can shake a stick at. They want to
- 34:36Speaker 3: cost hundreds of millions of dollars of legal defense funds.
- 34:40Speaker 3: They want to just throw so much mud on him
- 34:43Speaker 3: that it weakens him. But mind you, their partisan at
- 34:46Speaker 3: ten is very careful. They want him to get the
- 34:50Speaker 3: Republican nomination, but then be weakened enough that the Democrats
- 34:55Speaker 3: win in November. I don't believe that's going to happen,
- 34:59Speaker 3: but time will tell and the voters will decide.
- 35:03Speaker 1: It's gonna be a very interesting week.
- 35:05Speaker 2: We're gonna cover it all here on Verdict, so make
- 35:07Speaker 2: sure you hit that follow, subscribe or auto download button

- 35:17Speaker 2: Devin Archer. Hopefully the testimony will happen today, and if
- 35:21Speaker 2: it does, we're gonna have the latest for you on
- 35:22Speaker 2: that on Wednesday. Have a great next day or two.
- 35:26Speaker 2: We'll see you back here Wednesday morning.
