- 0:01Speaker 1: Jim Jordan has just come out saying, Hey, America, guess
- 0:05Speaker 1: what you may have actually been screwed more than you
- 0:07Speaker 1: could have ever imagined when it comes to Biden crime family.
- 0:12Speaker 1: This is their upcoming Hunter Biden hearings. And he also
- 0:17Speaker 1: blasted the Robert Hurr report, saying, there is another example
- 0:21Speaker 1: of a massive double standard injustice in this country if
- 0:25Speaker 1: you are a conservative or if you are a liberal Democrat.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Now Republicans will hold a hearing on Hunter Biden investigation.
- 0:33Speaker 1: On Wednesday, Representative Jordan was at a rally for Donald
- 0:39Speaker 1: Trump and he was asked about this by the media.
- 0:42Speaker 1: You're gonna hear some sound in the background, and you're
- 0:45Speaker 1: gonna hear some music, But I want you to understand
- 0:47Speaker 1: the context of this, and I want you to listen
- 0:49Speaker 1: carefully to what Jim Jordan said about how big of
- 0:52Speaker 1: a deal this is gonna be on Wednesday, and most importantly,
- 0:56Speaker 1: who they're gonna be asking questions of mccomber.
- 1:00Speaker 2: We're gonna have this hearing on this week, this upcoming
- 1:03Speaker 2: week with three of Hunter Biden's business partner, mister Glani's,
- 1:06Speaker 2: Bob Lenski and mister Archer. What's interesting all three of
- 1:10Speaker 2: those individuals telling a different story, and their story seems
- 1:13Speaker 2: to match up with most and three of them versus
- 1:15Speaker 2: what Hunter Biden told us when we could post him.
- 1:17Speaker 3: So we'll see if Hunter Biden comes in.
- 1:19Speaker 2: But we'll go through this here and get information out.
- 1:21Speaker 3: To the American people.
- 1:22Speaker 4: I thought last week, we have Special counsel Her where
- 1:26Speaker 4: we went through that, where we know Joe Biden knowingly
- 1:30Speaker 4: retained and disclosed classified information.
- 1:34Speaker 3: He knew the rules.
- 1:35Speaker 2: He'd been a government five decades, he was chairman of
- 1:37Speaker 2: the Simapoard Relations Committee, was vice president, so he.
- 1:40Speaker 3: Knew the law.
- 1:41Speaker 2: Willfully violated that law, and I think he.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Did it because the Special counsel Her says in his
- 1:49Speaker 3: report he.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Said Joe Biden was motivated to ignore classified procedures because
- 1:55Speaker 2: he was writing a book and he got an eight
- 1:57Speaker 2: million dollar advan So there were eight million reasons why
- 2:00Speaker 2: I didn't follow the wall.
- 2:01Speaker 3: And then of course this or her conclusion.
- 2:04Speaker 2: By saying even though he know knowingly willfully retained and
- 2:07Speaker 2: disclose did it for the money. In my judgment, we're
- 2:10Speaker 2: not going to prosecute because he's a forgetable man. And
- 2:13Speaker 2: I think that came out loud and clear in the
- 2:15Speaker 2: hearing man this past week.
- 2:16Speaker 3: So I'll have another hearing next week with these other individuals.
- 2:18Speaker 5: We'll go there day.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Now, you listen to Jordan, and you notice one of
- 2:22Speaker 1: the things he said about her, he admitted he.
- 2:24Speaker 5: Did it for the money.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Did you notice that he's like her, admitted to us that, yeah,
- 2:29Speaker 1: Joe Biden did these things for cash. But we're not
- 2:34Speaker 1: going to hold him accountable because he's an old forgetful man.
- 2:38Speaker 5: That's that's the albibi.
- 2:40Speaker 1: The alibi is my son was a drug addict, right,
- 2:43Speaker 1: that's alibi number one. And then alibi number two is
- 2:49Speaker 1: this alibi of well, and I'm a really old forgetful
- 2:53Speaker 1: man who, by the way, happens to be the president,
- 2:54Speaker 1: and I sad to America, who, by the way, happens
- 2:56Speaker 1: to be running.
- 2:56Speaker 5: For re election.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Now we're gonna get into this alibi even more in
- 3:01Speaker 1: a moment. But first let me tell you about something
- 3:03Speaker 1: really cool, and that is a company called Amo Squared.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Ammo Squared helped you stay stocked up on ammunition automatically.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Ammo has delivered to you on demand or automatically when
- 3:18Speaker 1: you need it and stored for free when you don't.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It is a unique way to literally invest in ammunition.
- 3:26Speaker 1: You can buy low and dollar cost average over time,
- 3:31Speaker 1: and then you can also cash out when prices rise
- 3:34Speaker 1: without ever taking delivery of any physical ammunition.
- 3:39Speaker 5: Or you can get that Ammo if you want it.
- 3:41Speaker 1: This was founded over eight years ago in the freedom
- 3:44Speaker 1: loving state of Idaho. Ammo Squared is truly automated, set
- 3:48Speaker 1: it and forget it ammo purchasing. I love AMMO Squared
- 3:51Speaker 1: because I get to pick my caliber, I get to
- 3:54Speaker 1: set my budget, I get to select a shipping trigger,
- 3:56Speaker 1: and that's it. Ammo builds up over time, It's delivered
- 4:00Speaker 1: automatically when I want it. They have over sixty different
- 4:03Speaker 1: caliber options that are available, including multiple options for popular
- 4:08Speaker 1: calibers like nine millimeters, two, two, three, five, five, six,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and twelve Gage and forget about dealing with moving heavy
- 4:14Speaker 1: case of ammunition your garage. You can literally exchange your
- 4:17Speaker 1: AMMO squared inventory from one caliber to another in just
- 4:20Speaker 1: seconds with a click of a button. Or you can
- 4:23Speaker 1: close your account and sell it all back anytime you
- 4:26Speaker 1: need the money, or maybe prices go through the roof
- 4:29Speaker 1: like they did with COVID, you can cash out and
- 4:31Speaker 1: make a ton of money off the AMMO that you
- 4:33Speaker 1: paid pennies on the dollar for compared to the new
- 4:36Speaker 1: market rates. This is effortless ammunition management. Now I want
- 4:42Speaker 1: to give you some free AMO. Go to amosquare dot
- 4:44Speaker 1: com slash ben. That's ammosquared dot com slash ben. When
- 4:49Speaker 1: you sign up, you're gonna get some free AMMO in
- 4:51Speaker 1: your account right away. Amosquare dot com slash ben and
- 4:56Speaker 1: get free AMO in your account today. Now let's talk
- 4:59Speaker 1: about out the first part of what was said there
- 5:02Speaker 1: by Jim Jordan. What Jim also said was We're going
- 5:06Speaker 1: to sit down and we are going to talk to
- 5:09Speaker 1: three different people that work in the Biden crime family
- 5:13Speaker 1: that are contradicting the president and contradicting Hunter Biden. Now
- 5:18Speaker 1: we talked about this in a previous show. Hunter Biden
- 5:20Speaker 1: demanded that there be a public hearing so he could
- 5:25Speaker 1: tell everybody in the world what he did was right
- 5:28Speaker 1: and how the Republicans are evil and wrong. Right, Like
- 5:31Speaker 1: he demanded that I want a public hearing. Now that
- 5:33Speaker 1: there is a public hearing, he's saying, I'm not going
- 5:36Speaker 1: to show up for the public hearing. This is a problem,
- 5:40Speaker 1: I think for the White House and Hunter Biden. Because
- 5:41Speaker 1: when you demand something and then that happens, and then
- 5:44Speaker 1: you say I'm not going to show up for it,
- 5:47Speaker 1: you understand how many Americans are like, Okay, what are
- 5:50Speaker 1: you hiding?
- 5:52Speaker 3: Now?
- 5:52Speaker 1: This isn't the only problem that the Bidens also have
- 5:55Speaker 1: right now, we're also hearing now in new breaking news
- 5:59Speaker 1: that they are going to be the multiple criminal referrals.
- 6:05Speaker 1: James Comer warning of what's next in the Biden family
- 6:07Speaker 1: business probe. Here is part of what he had to
- 6:10Speaker 1: say on Fox Business.
- 6:12Speaker 6: Hunter Biden is not expected to appear before a House
- 6:15Speaker 6: committee for public testimony this week, his lawyer dismissing the
- 6:18Speaker 6: whole thing as a carnival side show overside committee Sherman
- 6:22Speaker 6: James Comer joined me yesterday and sendy morning futures he
- 6:25Speaker 6: thinks Hunter will show off this week. Comer also told
- 6:28Speaker 6: me he is preparing to send out multiple criminal referrals
- 6:32Speaker 6: now watch.
- 6:34Speaker 7: There were massive discrepancies between what three of Hunter Biden's
- 6:38Speaker 7: business associate said pertaining the Hunter's involvement and pertaining the
- 6:41Speaker 7: President Biden's involvement versus what Hunter testified. I fully expect
- 6:46Speaker 7: Hunter Biden to show up if he does not show up,
- 6:49Speaker 7: then it's.
- 6:50Speaker 5: Not going to end well for the Bidens.
- 6:52Speaker 7: Because we have three witnesses that are are testified, that
- 6:56Speaker 7: have already testified under oath.
- 6:57Speaker 6: How many criminal referrals are you expecting to make going
- 7:00Speaker 6: to be multiple criminal referrals?
- 7:02Speaker 5: The evidence is overwhelming.
- 7:03Speaker 7: Just because the media and the White House want to
- 7:05Speaker 7: indoctri Nate America and say there's no evidence, that doesn't
- 7:08Speaker 7: change the fact that there's a lot of evidence of
- 7:11Speaker 7: criminal wrongdoing by the Biden family.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Now what's interesting is these three men that used to
- 7:17Speaker 1: work with the Biden crime family.
- 7:19Speaker 5: They're going to come forward.
- 7:20Speaker 1: They're going to tell their story, and what they're going
- 7:23Speaker 1: to do is they're going to tell you exactly what
- 7:26Speaker 1: was happening with all of this, right They're going to
- 7:30Speaker 1: explain very clearly where the money was going and how
- 7:36Speaker 1: the money was moving, and who the big guy was. Now,
- 7:39Speaker 1: I'm going to make a prediction right now, you're going
- 7:42Speaker 1: to have the big guy become center stage on Wednesday.
- 7:47Speaker 1: The big guy is going to be what they're going
- 7:50Speaker 1: to want to talk about. And the reason why they're
- 7:52Speaker 1: going to want to talk about it is because they
- 7:56Speaker 1: are I think angry that they haven't gotten away with it,
- 8:00Speaker 1: right what they did? I mean, look at all these
- 8:01Speaker 1: people that are testifying a lot of them have their
- 8:04Speaker 1: own legal problems and issues, and I'm sure there's an
- 8:07Speaker 1: anger aspect of this, of like how is it that
- 8:10Speaker 1: my life's been flipped upside down? But exposing the bidens,
- 8:14Speaker 1: nothing's happened to them, like how is this even possible?
- 8:19Speaker 1: There's also I think a lot of anger right now
- 8:21Speaker 1: of how do the bidens keep getting away with it?
- 8:24Speaker 1: Let's compare and contrast that real quick to what's going
- 8:27Speaker 1: on with these judgments that have happened in these woke
- 8:31Speaker 1: liberal courts by these radicals who are trying to bankrupt
- 8:36Speaker 1: Donald Trump.
- 8:37Speaker 5: The lawyers have come out, for example.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Today saying it's impossible for Trump to postpond covering four
- 8:43Speaker 1: hundred and fifty four million and civil fraud judgment. Now
- 8:49Speaker 1: we all know that these are absurd judgments and they're
- 8:53Speaker 1: gonna be overturned on appeal. However, the whole point of
- 8:58Speaker 1: these lawyers and these radical left judges that have come
- 9:00Speaker 1: after Trump in New York and this appellate court is
- 9:04Speaker 1: to bankrupt him.
- 9:06Speaker 5: You look at what they did in New York.
- 9:09Speaker 1: These attorneys have officially come out saying it is impossible
- 9:14Speaker 1: for former President Donald Trump to post a bond covering
- 9:16Speaker 1: the full amount of his four hundred and fifty four
- 9:19Speaker 1: million dollar civil fraud judgment while he appeals. His lawyers
- 9:23Speaker 1: told the New York Appellate Court on Monday, why because
- 9:27Speaker 1: it cost a hell of a lot of money to
- 9:30Speaker 1: post a bond for half a billion dollars. Trump's lawyers
- 9:34Speaker 1: wrote in a court filing that obtaining an appeal bond
- 9:37Speaker 1: in that full amount of the judgment is not possible
- 9:41Speaker 1: under the circumstances that have been presented with interests, because
- 9:46Speaker 1: when you appeal, you have to then pay the interest
- 9:49Speaker 1: on the judgment the settlement here right, the judgment or
- 9:53Speaker 1: mount that means with interest, trump ow's four hundred and
- 9:56Speaker 1: fifty six point eight million dollars in all, he and
- 10:01Speaker 1: co defendants, including his company and top executives. They say, oh,
- 10:05Speaker 1: four hundred and sixty seven point three million.
- 10:08Speaker 5: Now to obtain a bond.
- 10:09Speaker 1: They would be required to post collateral worth five hundred
- 10:14Speaker 1: and fifty seven million, more than a half a billion dollars,
- 10:17Speaker 1: is what Trump's lawyers said in the report.
- 10:20Speaker 5: They said the defendants had.
- 10:22Speaker 1: So far approached thirty companies through four separate brokers to
- 10:28Speaker 1: obtain these bond. A State of Pill's Court judge ruled
- 10:32Speaker 1: last month that the Republican presidents of candidate must post
- 10:36Speaker 1: a bond covering the full amount to pause enforcement of
- 10:39Speaker 1: the judgment, which they say is to begin in about
- 10:43Speaker 1: a week on March twenty fifth.
- 10:46Speaker 5: It's insanity this judge, Judge Arthur.
- 10:50Speaker 1: You remember the guy with the white hair that looked
- 10:51Speaker 1: like he was a sitcom moron, sitting on the bench
- 10:54Speaker 1: like it was the intro to the office. He fined
- 10:58Speaker 1: Trump three hundred fifty four million and then barred him
- 11:02Speaker 1: from business in New York, even though the people that
- 11:04Speaker 1: he was claiming that Trump defrauded testified on behalf of
- 11:08Speaker 1: Donald Trump. No one was not made whole on the
- 11:12Speaker 1: loans that Donald Trump got through banks. The banks actually
- 11:16Speaker 1: came out and the banks defended Donald Trump saying they
- 11:20Speaker 1: were not defrauded. Didn't matter, because you have this woke
- 11:24Speaker 1: activist judge who decided to take justice into his own hands,
- 11:30Speaker 1: which is to take out Donald Trump because he hates Trump.
- 11:34Speaker 1: So then Trump was fined three hundred and fifty four
- 11:36Speaker 1: point eight million plus approximately one hundred million in prejudgment interest.
- 11:41Speaker 1: After this Manhattan Court Spring Court Judge Arthur whatever the
- 11:46Speaker 1: hell his last name in Gern I think was his name,
- 11:49Speaker 1: ruled that the former president had inflated his net worth
- 11:52Speaker 1: in order to get more favorable loan terms. Now, no
- 11:54Speaker 1: one was defrauded, No one didn't get paid back in
- 11:58Speaker 1: the loans. None of the banks gave him the money
- 12:01Speaker 1: said anything was wrong. They testified on Trump's behalf. It
- 12:04Speaker 1: doesn't matter because Donald Trump's the worst person in the
- 12:07Speaker 1: world to these psychos on the left. And before I
- 12:10Speaker 1: give you all the details, I want to tell you
- 12:12Speaker 1: about my friends at Freedom Goold USA. Inflation is heavily
- 12:15Speaker 1: eroding your purchasing power, putting your savings, retirement accounts, and
- 12:18Speaker 1: future legacy at risk. With more taxes, the continuous threat
- 12:22Speaker 1: of war, a national debt now exceeding thirty four trillion,
- 12:25Speaker 1: and the push for central bank digital currencies, our financial
- 12:28Speaker 1: freedom is at stake.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Now.
- 12:30Speaker 1: If you have fifty thousand dollars or more in retirement savings,
- 12:32Speaker 1: you may be at risk in times of economic uncertainty.

- 13:04Speaker 1: sixty five five eight eight four to three or visit
- 13:07Speaker 1: freedom GOOLDUSA dot com backslash ben to see if you
- 13:10Speaker 1: qualify for up to ten thousand dollars in free silver.
- 13:14Speaker 5: Now.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Trump already said, look, I'm going to appeal the ruling,
- 13:16Speaker 1: and every scholar out there says that this will be
- 13:21Speaker 1: overturned on appeal because there is nothing here that was wrong.
- 13:25Speaker 1: No one's claiming they didn't get paid, no one's claiming
- 13:28Speaker 1: they were defrauded.
- 13:29Speaker 5: There are no victims.
- 13:31Speaker 1: The only thing this is a psycho radical left who
- 13:35Speaker 1: ran on trying to put Donald Trump in jail and
- 13:38Speaker 1: bankrupting him.
- 13:39Speaker 5: And that's what this judge is getting off on.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Now Trump, you know again, he says, look, I'm going
- 13:47Speaker 1: to go out there. I'm going to appeel this, which
- 13:49Speaker 1: any person in right mind would do would do, and
- 13:52Speaker 1: it's going to get overruled. Still, he will have to
- 13:56Speaker 1: pay the fine as a bond to New York State
- 13:58Speaker 1: before he can proceed, is what the judge has said. Now,
- 14:02Speaker 1: this is a different level of injustice now, and I
- 14:07Speaker 1: want you to think about what they're saying. They're basically saying,
- 14:12Speaker 1: if you don't play by the rules, we're gonna come
- 14:16Speaker 1: after you. That's number one, all right, if you don't
- 14:20Speaker 1: play by the rules that we decide that you must
- 14:26Speaker 1: play by. Politically, I'm not talking about business, not about politically,
- 14:30Speaker 1: and you're in New York, we will come after you
- 14:32Speaker 1: and try to destroy you and your business.
- 14:35Speaker 5: We will try to end you.
- 14:37Speaker 1: And if we get a judgment against you, which we
- 14:40Speaker 1: can do in a liberal court with a liberal judge
- 14:45Speaker 1: with a liberal jury. In civil this isn't criminal, Okay,
- 14:49Speaker 1: I want to be clear about this.
- 14:51Speaker 3: This is civil not criminal court. They're then going to.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Say, all right, we told you you should play by
- 14:57Speaker 1: the rules, and you didn't, and now look at where
- 14:59Speaker 1: you are are you are financially bankrupt.
- 15:03Speaker 5: Now they want to bankrupt.
- 15:05Speaker 1: That's what this ultimately is really all about. They want
- 15:08Speaker 1: to bankrupt the president of the United States of America
- 15:12Speaker 1: and shoot as a gun a bullet across about letting
- 15:16Speaker 1: anybody else know, and everybody else know, actually, you better
- 15:19Speaker 1: not mess with us, because if you do and you
- 15:23Speaker 1: step out of line, we will find something that we
- 15:27Speaker 1: believe you did wrong civilly, okay, not criminally, and we're
- 15:31Speaker 1: gonna nail you to the wall, and that's gonna be
- 15:34Speaker 1: the game over moment for you. That's what this is
- 15:37Speaker 1: really all about. By the way, so far, let's be
- 15:42Speaker 1: really clear about this. It's working so far. It's actually
- 15:47Speaker 1: working brilliantly so far. The Democrats plan has gotten the
- 15:53Speaker 1: president in a situation where he, in reality, could lose everything,
- 15:58Speaker 1: not because he's guilty of it anything, but because of the
- 16:02Speaker 1: absurdity of the attack against him and the fact that
- 16:06Speaker 1: he can't get a half a billion dollar bond put
- 16:08Speaker 1: up to even get the chance to do the appeal,
- 16:12Speaker 1: on top of all the interests it's accruing right now
- 16:15Speaker 1: that you're held liable for if you are Donald Trump
- 16:19Speaker 1: at this moment, If there is anything that should happen
- 16:22Speaker 1: because of this it should be every business in America
- 16:25Speaker 1: that does business in New York City that is not
- 16:28Speaker 1: run by woke liberals, you should run from that state
- 16:32Speaker 1: as fast as you can, because if this is what
- 16:35Speaker 1: happens in New York and this is what can happen
- 16:37Speaker 1: to the president of the United States of America. In fact,
- 16:39Speaker 1: there was one of the guys on Shark Tank had
- 16:41Speaker 1: a comment about this.
- 16:42Speaker 5: I want to play it for you, all right.
- 16:45Speaker 1: This was Kevin O'Leary, and I want you to hear
- 16:47Speaker 1: what he had to say about doing business in New
- 16:50Speaker 1: York City and after this judgment against Trump and what
- 16:53Speaker 1: he said. Listen carefully, and this was by the way,
- 16:56Speaker 1: on CNN, and CNN is the first person their host
- 17:00Speaker 1: that you're going to hear here arguing with O'Leary implying
- 17:04Speaker 1: that Donald Trump, you know, of course, deserves to be
- 17:07Speaker 1: in prison and deserves to pay the three hundred and
- 17:09Speaker 1: fifty five million dollars in civil fraud you know, fines
- 17:12Speaker 1: here even though no one was defrauded. And listen to
- 17:15Speaker 1: Kevin O'Leary from Shart take fight Back Hard.
- 17:19Speaker 8: And the Trump organization, because there's probably a lot who
- 17:22Speaker 8: are saying themselves I've never falsified my business records. I
- 17:25Speaker 8: know what a square foot looks like, I know what
- 17:27Speaker 8: what I can ask for and what I have the
- 17:29Speaker 8: money to support. So I wonder to what extent that
- 17:33Speaker 8: really is true? But the second point wouldn't there be
- 17:36Speaker 8: many companies who would not want to do business or
- 17:40Speaker 8: loan money to people like yourself or investors if they
- 17:44Speaker 8: know that they can get away with fraud and there's
- 17:46Speaker 8: no recourse to protect them.
- 17:49Speaker 5: Excuse me, what fraud? This is not about Trump anymore.
- 17:52Speaker 9: When you get a developer, When you get a developer
- 17:55Speaker 9: that builds a building and he says it's worth four
- 17:58Speaker 9: hundred million dollars and he wants to buy or two
- 18:00Speaker 9: hundred million from a bank, which happens every day everywhere
- 18:03Speaker 9: on Earth, including every American city. Every developer is an entrepreneur.
- 18:08Speaker 9: They shine the light on their building and they say.
- 18:10Speaker 5: It's worth four hundred.
- 18:11Speaker 9: The bank does its own due diligence, as was done
- 18:13Speaker 9: in this case, because they're very good at it. The
- 18:16Speaker 9: banks are very good and they say, no, it's worth
- 18:18Speaker 9: three hundred, We're only going to loan you one hundred
- 18:20Speaker 9: and fifty million. That haggling has gone.
- 18:22Speaker 5: On for decades.
- 18:24Speaker 3: That's how it works.
- 18:25Speaker 5: And then in.
- 18:26Speaker 9: This case, even the bank that was supposedly defrauded testified
- 18:31Speaker 9: and said, we didn't lose anything. We want to do
- 18:33Speaker 9: business with this guy again.
- 18:34Speaker 3: We'd like to, but the.
- 18:35Speaker 9: Judge said no, no, no, no, no no.
- 18:38Speaker 3: Let's penalize this.
- 18:39Speaker 9: Developer for three hundred and fifty five.
- 18:41Speaker 5: Million, and we're going to do that.
- 18:43Speaker 9: Let's penalize all the developers all across America. They've all
- 18:49Speaker 9: done the same thing. All of them should go to jail,
- 18:52Speaker 9: and we should stop building buildings. That's what the message
- 18:55Speaker 9: is from New York. Even the governor herself is concerned
- 18:59Speaker 9: about what this looks like to investors all around the world.
- 19:02Speaker 9: It's not just us domestic. All around the world people
- 19:06Speaker 9: are talking about what happened here. You really think people
- 19:08Speaker 9: want to vest money in New York after this?
- 19:11Speaker 1: By the way, I love how he says this has
- 19:13Speaker 1: nothing to do with Trump now. It has nothing to
- 19:16Speaker 1: do with Trump now. He's right. This is about how
- 19:19Speaker 1: can you do life anymore? If these are the rules.
- 19:23Speaker 1: If you're a developer, and if someone decides they don't
- 19:26Speaker 1: like you, this is what they can do to crush you.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Let me just say one final thing about this moment
- 19:34Speaker 1: in history. I hope that New York gets hammered for
- 19:39Speaker 1: this long term. I hope that there are billionaires and
- 19:44Speaker 1: multi billion dollar companies that say, we cannot take this risk,
- 19:49Speaker 1: We cannot deal with this type of risk in a state.
- 19:52Speaker 1: We know this is Donald Trump, and we know you
- 19:54Speaker 1: guys are going after Trump.
- 19:55Speaker 5: I mean, you know, you even look at.
- 19:57Speaker 1: The New York Governor and she's backpeddaling because she realiz
- 20:00Speaker 1: is now how bad this ruling could be for business
- 20:03Speaker 1: in New York. Let me just go back to what governor,
- 20:07Speaker 1: the governor said about the Attorney General and praising James
- 20:11Speaker 1: for targeting Trump. And this wasn't that many months ago.
- 20:15Speaker 1: This was and again this is back in February.
- 20:18Speaker 10: Listen, let's get off the phone with Attorney General Tis
- 20:21Speaker 10: James and spoke to her about how this sends a
- 20:26Speaker 10: strong message that in the state of New York, businesses,
- 20:32Speaker 10: business people who commit fraud and to hide their assets,
- 20:40Speaker 10: we'll be caught and prosecuted. Whether you're the President of
- 20:42Speaker 10: the United States, a past president and forever past president
- 20:47Speaker 10: the United States, or you're an ordinary business person.
- 20:51Speaker 3: No one is.
- 20:52Speaker 10: Above the law here in state, Eark, and I congratulate
- 20:54Speaker 10: her and her effort for making sure that that is
- 20:57Speaker 10: a message that has.
- 20:57Speaker 5: Heard a loud and clear.
- 20:59Speaker 1: By the way, you notice her, she said the forever
- 21:01Speaker 1: past present, meaning we're.
- 21:02Speaker 5: Not gonna go let him get elected this time. Why
- 21:05Speaker 5: because we're gonna try to lock him up.
- 21:07Speaker 1: So she's excited about this right at the very beginning,
- 21:11Speaker 1: she's all fired up about this. Well, then she has
- 21:14Speaker 1: to come out because after she made those comments, just
- 21:17Speaker 1: days later, everybody started freaking out in business going wow, okay,
- 21:23Speaker 1: So so now we've got a governor who's supporting an
- 21:26Speaker 1: AG celebrating them going after their political opponents. You could
- 21:30Speaker 1: hear it there in her comments there clearly political right
- 21:33Speaker 1: forever the past president.
- 21:35Speaker 5: That was a political statement.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Obviously she was wanting to make sure that she got
- 21:40Speaker 1: that political statement out there. But then Hochel had to
- 21:43Speaker 1: come out and say tell business here, businesses not to
- 21:46Speaker 1: fear about the Trump verdict, saying there's nothing to worry about,
- 21:49Speaker 1: nothing to worry about, because you just you just did
- 21:52Speaker 1: the complete opposite of that. If you're a business, I
- 21:57Speaker 1: mean this governor saying hey, and so owners.
- 22:00Speaker 5: Look, let me just tell you this, okay.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Doing a sit down interview, she told them quote, there
- 22:06Speaker 1: was nothing to worry about. After former President Trump was
- 22:08Speaker 1: hit with three hundred and fifty five million dollar fine
- 22:11Speaker 1: and a ban on conducting business in New York for
- 22:13Speaker 1: three years, she went on the Cat's round Table on
- 22:17Speaker 1: WABC seven to seventy am, where she was asked if
- 22:20Speaker 1: other New York business people should be worried if they
- 22:24Speaker 1: can do to them what has been done now to
- 22:28Speaker 1: the former president moving forward. Her response, quote, I think
- 22:34Speaker 1: that it's really an extraordinary unusual circumstance that the law
- 22:38Speaker 1: abiding and rule following New Yorkers who are business people
- 22:41Speaker 1: have nothing to worry about because they're very different than
- 22:46Speaker 1: Donald Trump and his behavior. So, his behavior is he
- 22:50Speaker 1: got out of line. His behavior is he decided to
- 22:53Speaker 1: run for office. His behavior is he ran for president
- 22:57Speaker 1: and won. His behavior is he's running for president again.
- 23:01Speaker 1: That's the only crime he's committed here is that he's
- 23:05Speaker 1: running for office. And she says, well, I think it's
- 23:08Speaker 1: really an extraordinary usual circumstance, meaning, hey, if you're not
- 23:11Speaker 1: running for presidents a Republican and you don't win, and
- 23:15Speaker 1: you stay in line with us liberals, you have nothing
- 23:17Speaker 1: to worry about.
- 23:18Speaker 5: That's what she's saying.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Now.
- 23:21Speaker 5: That is not done enough clearly to.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Calm the liberal or the conservative, moderate, or even just
- 23:29Speaker 1: good business people in New York, Because what happens if
- 23:33Speaker 1: you get on their bad side, maybe five, ten, fifteen
- 23:36Speaker 1: years down the road from now, and you've accumulated half
- 23:39Speaker 1: a billion dollars in wealth or a billion dollars a wealth,
- 23:42Speaker 1: Apparently any moment, at any time, a New York judge
- 23:45Speaker 1: can order you, and number one can accuse you, and
- 23:49Speaker 1: a prosecutor, an activist prosecutor, can accuse you of fraud
- 23:52Speaker 1: even though no one was defrauded and the people that
- 23:56Speaker 1: you claimed were defrauded came and testified on behalf of.
- 23:59Speaker 5: Truy, not on behalf of the state.
- 24:02Speaker 1: And then you can get a judge saying, hey, Trump,
- 24:05Speaker 1: you got to pay the massive sum and penalties in
- 24:07Speaker 1: the civil fraud caseer, we're gonna start seizing all of
- 24:10Speaker 1: your assets. And the judge found Trump, the Trump organization,
- 24:14Speaker 1: right top executives, and his adult sons liable for fraud.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Therefore that's the end of it, right, That's what they're saying.
- 24:22Speaker 1: The governor provided reassurance to your New York businesses after
- 24:25Speaker 1: the rulings, saying, look, by and large, they are honest people,
- 24:29Speaker 1: and they're not trying to hide their assets, and they're
- 24:31Speaker 1: following the rules, she said, the people who own and
- 24:33Speaker 1: conduct business in New York City.
- 24:35Speaker 5: And so this judgment just excuse me.
- 24:37Speaker 1: And so this judge determined that Donald Trump did not
- 24:42Speaker 1: follow the rules.
- 24:43Speaker 5: He was prosecuted.
- 24:44Speaker 1: And truly, the governor of New York does not have
- 24:47Speaker 1: a say in the size of a fine, and we
- 24:50Speaker 1: want to make sure that we don't have that level
- 24:53Speaker 1: of interference, she said. So, in other words, we're fine
- 24:56Speaker 1: with a fine, We're fine with the political proper pecution,
- 25:01Speaker 1: we're fine with all of it. Don't be a conservative
- 25:05Speaker 1: and you're good in New York City. Okay, don't be
- 25:08Speaker 1: a conservative and do business here or run for president here,
- 25:12Speaker 1: and you're good. If you have any amount of money,
- 25:16Speaker 1: I'd run from New York because it's not just New
- 25:19Speaker 1: York City now, it's a whole damn state. Based on
- 25:22Speaker 1: what they're saying, it is the whole state. And let
- 25:26Speaker 1: me just put this into comparison for you real quick.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's ex business partner has come out revealed why
- 25:34Speaker 1: he quote managed Joe's This is Joe Biden, the presidents.
- 25:38Speaker 1: It's America's personal finances free of charge.
- 25:43Speaker 5: Did you know that?
- 25:44Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 25:45Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's former business partner and accountant, Eric Sweerwin swearin managed.
- 25:50Speaker 1: We've now been told Joe Biden's personal finance is free
- 25:54Speaker 1: of charge while the elder Biden was serving as Vice
- 25:56Speaker 1: president and frequently visited the White House to discuss related issues.
- 26:01Speaker 5: Is the alibi for all of the meetings?
- 26:05Speaker 1: Swear and testify to this before the House Oversight and
- 26:08Speaker 1: Judiciary committees about his knowledge of Hunter Biden's foreign business
- 26:13Speaker 1: dealings and the financial services he provided to then Vice
- 26:16Speaker 1: President Joe Biden where they had meetings at the White
- 26:19Speaker 1: House on the regular.
- 26:21Speaker 5: Can you imagine if a.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Judge, like the judge in New York that is going
- 26:26Speaker 1: after Donald Trump, actually had real intel like this in
- 26:29Speaker 1: front of him, what would he do? I'm sure he
- 26:31Speaker 1: would bury it. I'm sure he would do what the
- 26:33Speaker 1: deep state's done saying nothing to see here. Let's look
- 26:36Speaker 1: the other way. When was the last time you found
- 26:39Speaker 1: somebody in financial services that does the job for free?
- 26:42Speaker 5: Can anyone answer that question and not just for like
- 26:44Speaker 5: one day, for like eight years.
- 26:48Speaker 3: Quote.
- 26:49Speaker 1: I don't recall who thought of the suggestion, whether it
- 26:52Speaker 1: was myself for Hunter or the vice president, but there
- 26:55Speaker 1: was a discussion that I.
- 26:56Speaker 5: Would be a.
- 26:59Speaker 1: I would be a you know, a financial advisor, and
- 27:03Speaker 1: it would be free. So why would you be a
- 27:07Speaker 1: financial advisor for free? I can take exactly why. It
- 27:11Speaker 1: was a favor for a friend. That's how it was described,
- 27:14Speaker 1: you know, just a normal favor for a friend. Can
- 27:18Speaker 1: you imagine how complicated it would be to do that
- 27:21Speaker 1: job for a vice president? And I say compligated because
- 27:24Speaker 1: there's all these financial disclosures, there's a lot of different
- 27:28Speaker 1: government reporting you have to do. Like, if you want
- 27:31Speaker 1: to talk about doing something for a friend, this is
- 27:33Speaker 1: not the moment to do it for a friend, because
- 27:37Speaker 1: it's incredibly complicated to do this for a quote friend.
- 27:42Speaker 1: The way they're describing it, like, it's not easy, folks,
- 27:45Speaker 1: it's hard, and I think everybody knows that.
- 27:49Speaker 5: So what was it. It was to get the access,
- 27:53Speaker 5: That's what it was.
- 27:55Speaker 1: It was all about getting access and gaining access and from.
- 28:01Speaker 5: The vice president of the United States of America.
- 28:04Speaker 1: These individuals are corrupt as hell, and look all of
- 28:07Speaker 1: this has been covered up by the deep state number one, Okay,
- 28:12Speaker 1: and all of this has been covered up in a
- 28:14Speaker 1: very significant way by.
- 28:18Speaker 5: So many people that are involved. Like it's absurd how
- 28:22Speaker 5: many people.
- 28:24Speaker 1: It's actually incredible, how many people have been doing corrupt
- 28:29Speaker 1: things and have been doing these corrupt things on a
- 28:35Speaker 1: level that no one else can understand except for those
- 28:38Speaker 1: that are doing the real investigation. The FBI knew they
- 28:41Speaker 1: were corrupt. The FBI looked the other way, because that's
- 28:44Speaker 1: what they do, They look the other way. This week
- 28:49Speaker 1: on Wednesday is going to be very interesting to see
- 28:52Speaker 1: what these men and women say. I'm going to keep
- 28:55Speaker 1: you updated on it, and I'll see you back here
- 28:58Speaker 1: tomorrow morning.
- 29:00Speaker 7: Yeah,
