- 2:07Speaker 4: dig me now?
- 2:07Speaker 2: Want it only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay,
- 2:13Speaker 2: here we go. I was working out. I was talking
- 2:18Speaker 2: to a buddy of mine, and I was telling him
- 2:21Speaker 2: something that Bishop TD Jakes told me one time I
- 2:26Speaker 2: heard him say it. He said, I would hate to
- 2:30Speaker 2: die and not do the thing that I was born
- 2:35Speaker 2: to do. I would hate to die and not do
- 2:41Speaker 2: the theme that I was born to do.
- 2:46Speaker 6: Man, oh man, oh man man.
- 2:48Speaker 2: That hit me like a like a like a pile
- 2:51Speaker 2: of bricks man, because it made me feel so grateful
- 2:57Speaker 2: that God has allowed me.
- 3:00Speaker 6: To live my life this way.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Now. And I'm talking about grateful for all of it,
- 3:08Speaker 2: the good, the bad, and the ugly, and I have
- 3:11Speaker 2: had all of them. The person you see today, it
- 3:17Speaker 2: ain't always who I was. It was on the inside
- 3:20Speaker 2: of me, but it hadn't externalized itself, if that's a word.
- 3:24Speaker 2: It hadn't been bought out. It was in here, but
- 3:28Speaker 2: it was under development. Who I am today was a process.
- 3:34Speaker 2: But like I said before, don't trip. He ain't through
- 3:39Speaker 2: with me yet.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Even today, I'm still an imperfect soldier for Christ.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Today. I still fall short oftentimes, but I'll tell you what,
- 3:54Speaker 2: I'm ever grateful for the life I have. And you
- 3:58Speaker 2: know what, I want to encourage every everybody today to
- 4:02Speaker 2: explore your possibilities. I mean, man, explore your possibilities. Why
- 4:12Speaker 2: would you not want to find out, discover, or know
- 4:20Speaker 2: what it is God got for you? Why would you
- 4:24Speaker 2: not want to achieve or accomplish all of your possibilities? Now,
- 4:30Speaker 2: as I ask you this question, I want you to
- 4:33Speaker 2: know that the devil is busy, that he plays mind tricks.
- 4:37Speaker 2: So as you hear this, I already know he's saying
- 4:40Speaker 2: to some of y'all, Yeah, Steve, that's easy for you
- 4:43Speaker 2: to say, but I didne got myself in this situation
- 4:46Speaker 2: right here.
- 4:47Speaker 4: You ain't nothing too hard for God, nothing.
- 4:51Speaker 6: Nothing.
- 4:53Speaker 2: And see, so as you listen to me, try to
- 4:57Speaker 2: get your mind open to this. Why would you not
- 5:01Speaker 2: want to explore all of your life's possibilities, what's possible
- 5:06Speaker 2: with your life? And I'm talking about from right where
- 5:09Speaker 2: you are right now. I'm not asking you to change,
- 5:13Speaker 2: I'm not asking you to do anything. I'm telling you
- 5:16Speaker 2: this is a fact that God can get you from
- 5:20Speaker 2: right where you are right now. Broken, misled, misguided, misunderstood, mistaken,
- 5:34Speaker 2: all of that, misfortunate, all of the missus you've been
- 5:39Speaker 2: talking about in your life.
- 5:41Speaker 7: You know you.
- 5:42Speaker 2: I missed the lottery, I missed my ride, they fired me,
- 5:46Speaker 2: I missed the deadline. I didn't get it. Miss people
- 5:51Speaker 2: people just missed they self to death. If you've been
- 5:55Speaker 2: all the missus, God can get you from right where
- 5:57Speaker 2: you are. God a home run hitter. I'm here to
- 6:02Speaker 2: tell you that he's a home run hitter. He's a
- 6:04Speaker 2: put him over the wall whenever he want to, all
- 6:07Speaker 2: the time, and you can be a recipient of some
- 6:09Speaker 2: of these home runs. He'll put the bat in your hand.
- 6:12Speaker 2: But you got to swing. Now, listen to me. You
- 6:15Speaker 2: got to stop feeling sorry for yourself. You got to
- 6:18Speaker 2: stop holding yourself down with beating yourself up. He won't
- 6:22Speaker 2: hold you down about it if you don't hold yourself
- 6:25Speaker 2: down about it. But I'm gonna tell you one more time.
- 6:27Speaker 2: The devil is busy. So what the devil do is
- 6:30Speaker 2: He make you think you ain't worthy. He make you
- 6:32Speaker 2: think that you've done something so despicable that you can't
- 6:35Speaker 2: come back from it. He makes you feel like you
- 6:38Speaker 2: so low you can't go up high. He knock you
- 6:41Speaker 2: down and make you feel like you've been knocked down
- 6:42Speaker 2: hard than anybody else. You can't get up. He rolled
- 6:45Speaker 2: you so deep down in that ditch you can't see
- 6:47Speaker 2: over the edge. God can come get you from no
- 6:51Speaker 2: matter where you are. I'm telling you, man, you ain't
- 6:55Speaker 2: in no hold too deep for God. Magic Johnson to
- 6:59Speaker 2: tell you that, listen to me, you ain't in no
- 7:01Speaker 2: hole too deep for God. Steve Harvey can tell you
- 7:04Speaker 2: that you ain't in a hole too deep for God.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Tyler Perry can tell you that I can name you
- 7:11Speaker 2: some people. Bishop Jake can tell you that I could
- 7:14Speaker 2: tell you. Kenneth Olmah can tell you that. Bishop Kenneth
- 7:16Speaker 2: Omar I could tell you some people. Kirk Franklin can
- 7:19Speaker 2: tell you that. Donny mcclerklin can tell you that I
- 7:22Speaker 2: just know some people personally man that then.
- 7:24Speaker 4: Been in a hole.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Joel Oldstein can tell your body. I know some people
- 7:29Speaker 2: man been down, been in a hole so deep.
- 7:32Speaker 6: I bet you. Paula Dean can tell you about it.
- 7:36Speaker 4: See.
- 7:37Speaker 2: But you know what, then here we go see see
- 7:40Speaker 2: see you know, see we don't like to talk about
- 7:44Speaker 2: that because now we want everybody to pay extra hard
- 7:47Speaker 2: for some mistakes they made when clearly an excuse me
- 7:50Speaker 2: for being a new Christian. But there is a prayer
- 7:53Speaker 2: that I've been saying since I was a little bitty boy,
- 7:55Speaker 2: and it took me till I was a grown man
- 7:57Speaker 2: to understand it. Forgive us our trespass, as we forgive
- 8:01Speaker 2: those who trust passed against us. So see, it ain't
- 8:04Speaker 2: my job to hold nobody down, to keep my knee
- 8:08Speaker 2: on somebody's neck.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Who am I. I'm gonna need some forgiveness in a
- 8:12Speaker 4: second here, probably today.
- 8:15Speaker 2: See so all this you holding people down with the
- 8:18Speaker 2: way you feel inviott them, And she shouldn't have said this,
- 8:20Speaker 2: and she'll never get it.
- 8:21Speaker 6: I'll never support this again.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Man, get up, get up and get real, you for real,
- 8:26Speaker 2: you think you ain't finn need forgiveness real soon? You
- 8:29Speaker 2: ain't finna make a diabolical mistake in your life. You
- 8:32Speaker 2: don't think you are. I have thousands of them, probably
- 8:35Speaker 2: gonna make a few hundred more for I get up
- 8:37Speaker 2: out of here. So I've decided to be in a
- 8:40Speaker 2: forgiving business because I want God to forgive. My trust
- 8:45Speaker 2: passes as I forgive those who trustpass against me.
- 8:49Speaker 6: You understand. See excuse me for being a new Christian.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I get tired of talking to people man supposed to
- 8:57Speaker 2: be saved and talking about dear Christians.
- 8:59Speaker 6: I don't want that type of man. I ain't in
- 9:00Speaker 6: that no more. I ain't in that.
- 9:02Speaker 2: You can call me wrong if you want to say
- 9:04Speaker 2: it how you want to say. I ain't in that
- 9:05Speaker 2: no more. I ain't in all that. You can feel
- 9:07Speaker 2: how you want to feel about me. But I got
- 9:09Speaker 2: proof that God work in my life. You know. I
- 9:12Speaker 2: can't hardly get it out sometime when people ask me
- 9:14Speaker 2: something about depot on the inside of me, about my
- 9:17Speaker 2: soul and how I used to be, and my journey
- 9:19Speaker 2: and my trip because people don't know the trip I've
- 9:21Speaker 2: been on. You may have been on one worse than me,
- 9:24Speaker 2: but you know what you ain't in a whole too deep.
- 9:26Speaker 2: God can't get you out of and I wish I
- 9:29Speaker 2: want people to remember that. Man, God is a redeemer,
- 9:33Speaker 2: He the great I am. So if you ain't got nothing,
- 9:36Speaker 2: now what you asking for? You know, you might not
- 9:39Speaker 2: have nothing because you ain't asking for nothing. Quoit asking
- 9:42Speaker 2: God to get you out of debt and ask God
- 9:44Speaker 2: for a life of abundance. Then you take the money
- 9:46Speaker 2: and you get out of debt. You keep asking to
- 9:48Speaker 2: get out of debt, you keep being in debt to
- 9:50Speaker 2: get out of Come on, man, what you asking God for?
- 9:54Speaker 2: I'm just tripping today, that's all. I'm sorry.
- 9:56Speaker 4: I apologize you're listening.

- 12:28Speaker 6: I talked to we all saying the same thing.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Now, is it a couple of random people out on
- 12:34Speaker 2: the internet with some old, ignorant theory about why they
- 12:38Speaker 2: voting for Trump? This little rapper with the tattoos on
- 12:42Speaker 2: his face, well, right there, right there, we don't care.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Little boy. You made several dis physicians on your face
- 12:50Speaker 2: that has led me to think I can't trust you.
- 12:53Speaker 2: And let you say, yeah, you got a card to
- 13:00Speaker 2: you and of a little boy peeing in the bush
- 13:02Speaker 2: on your face? Why would I when you put that
- 13:08Speaker 2: tattoo on your face? What was what was going through
- 13:11Speaker 2: your mind? You know, I know a lot of people
- 13:13Speaker 2: say they get tattoos, like after the club. They'll be

- 13:25Speaker 4: What the what drug is that? I don't know because
- 13:30Speaker 4: that is not brown liquor.

- 13:53Speaker 10: the church. This is a make a wish ministry. Make
- 13:56Speaker 10: a wish ministry, all right, if you could New Baptist.

- 14:15Speaker 7: Well listen. I'm I'm I'm actually uh, I'm I'm I'm
- 14:21Speaker 7: terminally hell brother, brother Terrence, and I don't you know,
- 14:25Speaker 7: as far as what the doctors tell me, it could
- 14:28Speaker 7: be six months or another year. But I know, uh,
- 14:33Speaker 7: my time here is definitely limited. You know.
- 14:36Speaker 3: Well, I'm sorry to hear that, but we're definitely here
- 14:39Speaker 3: to help you out with whatever you need or whatever
- 14:42Speaker 3: we can help you with. So what can we do
- 14:44Speaker 3: for you?
- 14:45Speaker 7: Well? You know, I truly believe that sometimes people have
- 14:49Speaker 7: you know, I've seen one of the more movies they
- 14:51Speaker 7: got with it got a bucket list or whatever they
- 14:53Speaker 7: call it. You know, people trying to do things before
- 14:56Speaker 7: they leave here. I guess I'm just sitting around trying
- 14:59Speaker 7: to figure out what I do and what I wanted
- 15:01Speaker 7: to do before I left this world and went on
- 15:05Speaker 7: to what he asked for me next. You know, I
- 15:07Speaker 7: don't believe and doing anything unless it is prayed on first.
- 15:12Speaker 7: Oh yeah, if you don't mind, maybe you can. You know,
- 15:16Speaker 7: before I even tell you my wish, we prayed that
- 15:19Speaker 7: the wish.
- 15:19Speaker 4: To come true.
- 15:19Speaker 7: You're not doing anything like.
- 15:22Speaker 3: That, Oh no, I don't mind praying. That's what we're
- 15:24Speaker 3: here for. Bow your head with him.
- 15:27Speaker 7: Yes, yes, yes, sir, is your head by yes, sir, Yes, sir.
- 15:31Speaker 3: It is Father, God, we come to you in the
- 15:34Speaker 3: homeless way. We know how Lord, we asked you to
- 15:37Speaker 3: touch this young man and every which way he hurt,
- 15:41Speaker 3: and then we asked you to deliver him for whatever
- 15:44Speaker 3: is going on with him and let him know that
- 15:46Speaker 3: we the church is here to help him with whatever
- 15:49Speaker 3: his needs is in his last days. And Jesus Name,
- 15:53Speaker 3: I pray say Amen with me.
- 15:55Speaker 7: Amen, Amen's gonna do it here. Amen.
- 15:59Speaker 3: No, you a member of the church here of New York.
- 16:02Speaker 7: Well, I was a member. I still consider myself a member.
- 16:06Speaker 7: It's just been quite some time trying to over a
- 16:09Speaker 7: year and a half, two years since I've been able
- 16:11Speaker 7: to come, you know, Throe to my illness. But definitely
- 16:15Speaker 7: I will remember that.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Well, that's all right. We're not worried about all that.
- 16:19Speaker 3: We just here to take care of your last and
- 16:22Speaker 3: final wits. That's what our ministry is for. You know.
- 16:25Speaker 3: We helps people with with with anything they need, you know,
- 16:29Speaker 3: like what what what all of I.
- 16:31Speaker 7: Mean when when people call and won't things? What all
- 16:33Speaker 7: of you you all, what all of y'all help them with?
- 16:36Speaker 3: Well, we've helped them with the rent, uh, take them
- 16:41Speaker 3: to the store, help them with a utility bill, come
- 16:45Speaker 3: out and cut the grass, anything like that that they
- 16:48Speaker 3: just can't do. Take them to the doctor's apartment. Anything
- 16:51Speaker 3: we'd like to help them with, We do exactly that.
- 16:54Speaker 7: Okay, Well I pretty much got those things taken care of.
- 16:59Speaker 7: I think what I like to do between you and
- 17:02Speaker 7: and myself brother saying that I've never told anyone what
- 17:06Speaker 7: I'm about to tell you. I've never been with a
- 17:10Speaker 7: with with a woman to come. I'm you know, I'm
- 17:15Speaker 7: thirty eight, but I've never been with a woman.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Well, I guess that might be a blessing. You might
- 17:21Speaker 3: you might be here. That's a good thing.
- 17:23Speaker 7: Well, you know, but sometimes you know, I guess before
- 17:26Speaker 7: I leave, I guess that's a desire that I have.
- 17:29Speaker 7: And and and uh, what I wanted to ask you
- 17:33Speaker 7: was there is a lady there at the church, and
- 17:37Speaker 7: before I leave, I think that's the woman that I
- 17:41Speaker 7: would actually.
- 17:42Speaker 6: Like to to be with.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Well, I don't know if make a Wish ministry can
- 17:47Speaker 3: support that kind of stuff, but go ahead, let me hear,
- 17:51Speaker 3: okay that the lady.
- 17:52Speaker 7: That I'm I'm actually interested in actually, uh, she works
- 17:56Speaker 7: at the church too. When I see she's kind of tall.
- 18:01Speaker 7: When she's about five to nine and she's probably about
- 18:04Speaker 7: a size eight, A beautiful long league man and sandy
- 18:10Speaker 7: type of half sandy color, sandy brown man. And I
- 18:14Speaker 7: mean she looked like Cara Mia.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Hold on a minute, what's her name?
- 18:19Speaker 11: Uh?
- 18:20Speaker 7: I think her name Linda?
- 18:22Speaker 3: Now hold on, that's my wife? What you mean go
- 18:25Speaker 3: ahead and see? Wait?
- 18:26Speaker 7: Wait wait wait wait wait wait sending your wife?
- 18:29Speaker 3: Yeah, that's my wife, you sorrs?
- 18:32Speaker 7: What do you mean? Listen, y'all are ministry now now,
- 18:36Speaker 7: if y'all supposed to be taking care of people, don't
- 18:38Speaker 7: make a wish and taking care of what they want
- 18:40Speaker 7: before they leave this world. If that's my wish, what
- 18:43Speaker 7: is the problem?
- 18:44Speaker 3: Listen here? You didn't cross every line there was about
- 18:47Speaker 3: this man, so I don't give a damn about it.
- 18:49Speaker 3: The more you talking about sleeping with my wife, if
- 18:52Speaker 3: I see y'all gonna do something to you, they ain't
- 18:54Speaker 3: gonna even be able to recognize you. So what the
- 18:57Speaker 3: you talking about? Messing with my wife? Son of a all?
- 19:00Speaker 7: Missus Linda myself and see if she don't have a
- 19:02Speaker 7: problem with helping me make my wish come.
- 19:04Speaker 3: True, go right in and call and you won't call
- 19:07Speaker 3: nobody else. That'll be the last call you make.

- 21:34Speaker 1: they all owe me money. My wife is getting on
- 21:38Speaker 1: me about helping them out. But I don't mind helping
- 21:41Speaker 1: when I can. We're not hurting for money, So why
- 21:44Speaker 1: does she care? How do I tell her nicely to
- 21:47Speaker 1: stay out of this? Well?
- 21:49Speaker 2: See, my man, if y'all had the full bank accounts
- 21:52Speaker 2: that I suggest, she wouldn't even know. But once you
- 21:57Speaker 2: start taking money out the main pot and she can
- 22:00Speaker 2: see it, they gonna have questions about it. And I
- 22:04Speaker 2: understand how you feel, man, You know, because you're helping
- 22:07Speaker 2: your little brothers out. You know they and you know
- 22:10Speaker 2: y'all ain't hurting for money. I got it, But that
- 22:12Speaker 2: ain't how she looked at it. That's not how she

- 22:18Speaker 6: She ain't in your shoes, and she.
- 22:20Speaker 4: Ain't got no little brothers. So I don't know.
- 22:25Speaker 2: I don't know what to tell your brother cept you
- 22:27Speaker 2: need to have a separate bank account so when you
- 22:30Speaker 2: give your brother's money, she don't know about it. That's

- 22:48Speaker 2: blah blah blah blah blah. Then you need a savings
- 22:50Speaker 2: account that requires two signatures to move the money, so
- 22:53Speaker 2: y'all always have a little nest egg on the side.
- 22:55Speaker 2: And then the third account is you need your bank
- 22:57Speaker 2: account with your separate money and she need her bank
- 23:00Speaker 2: account with her separate money. You are not to question
- 23:03Speaker 2: her about what she does and she can't question you

- 39:08Speaker 8: out he really wasn't my papa.
- 39:10Speaker 5: So he gets married my grandmother when I was born.
- 39:12Speaker 5: You know, he's coming.
- 39:13Speaker 4: So what I got here, he was my papa.
- 39:15Speaker 5: That's all I knew.
- 39:16Speaker 1: That's all I want.
- 39:18Speaker 5: The whole time.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Coming up in thirty four minutes after the hour, Vice
- 39:22Speaker 1: President Kamala Harris is laying out a new plan to
- 39:24Speaker 1: empower black men as she tries to energize them to
- 39:28Speaker 1: vote for her. We'll talk about it right after this.
- 39:31Speaker 1: You're listening, Hardy Morning Show. Vice President Kamala Harris has
- 39:37Speaker 1: announced a plan. She announced it on Monday to give
- 39:40Speaker 1: black men more economic opportunities and other chances to thrive.
- 39:44Speaker 1: Her plan includes providing forgivable business loans for black entrepreneurs,
- 39:50Speaker 1: creating more apprenticeships, national initiatives for better funding for studying
- 39:56Speaker 1: junior sickle cell diabetes, prosta cancer, and other diseases that

- 40:07Speaker 1: regulating cryptocurrency to protect black men and others who invest
- 40:12Speaker 1: in digital assets. Last week, former President Obama called out
- 40:16Speaker 1: black men. I don't know if you guys saw this.
- 40:18Speaker 1: He called them out, arguing that they should have the
- 40:21Speaker 1: same enthusiasm for Vice President Harris's campaign that they did
- 40:25Speaker 1: for him and his campaign back in two thousand and eight.
- 40:28Speaker 1: In twenty twelve, now check this out, the Black Men
- 40:32Speaker 1: for Trump Advisory Board released a joint statement that said
- 40:37Speaker 1: President Obama's recent call for black men to support Kamala
- 40:40Speaker 1: Harris based solely on her skin color rather than her policies,
- 40:45Speaker 1: is deeply insulting. Black Americans are not a monolith.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Don't nobody want to hit That's what they said. Don't
- 40:53Speaker 2: nobody want to hit that? And let me tell you something, man.
- 40:56Speaker 2: What President Obama said that he had every right to
- 40:59Speaker 2: say because he happens to be one of us, y'all,
- 41:05Speaker 2: and then kill me the backlash. This black woman was
- 41:08Speaker 2: on CNN talking about how Dad he whoa slow your roll,
- 41:15Speaker 2: Slow your roll. It's some it's black dudes that can
- 41:19Speaker 2: say stuff to other black dudes and we go with it.
- 41:23Speaker 6: He one of them, He one of them. Jesse Jackson
- 41:27Speaker 6: used to be one of them. You know.
- 41:31Speaker 2: Lewis Farakham is another one who could say stuff to
- 41:35Speaker 2: black men and we listen to him, you understand.
- 41:39Speaker 6: I just so you you don't have talking about how
- 41:42Speaker 6: Dad he call our black men. He one of us.
- 41:46Speaker 2: It's certain black dudes man we will listen to. And
- 41:50Speaker 2: he wasn't talking about all black men. We knew exactly
- 41:53Speaker 2: who who he was talking to. And then you know,
- 41:56Speaker 2: if you throw a rocket a pack of dogs, the
- 41:59Speaker 2: one that hollers on you hear Now he come to
- 42:01Speaker 2: little black man for Trump? And where that organization at
- 42:04Speaker 2: because I still I still ain't seen that.
- 42:08Speaker 4: Yeah what ass?
- 42:09Speaker 2: What ad what that group of where they come? But see,
- 42:14Speaker 2: I keep telling y'all black dudes about trying to act
- 42:18Speaker 2: like you one of them, because when they threw with
- 42:22Speaker 2: your ass, they threw with your ass ass herschel Walker.
- 42:27Speaker 2: They propped his ass up, bought in my house in
- 42:30Speaker 2: Georgia and everything. He lost that damn election. Where is
- 42:33Speaker 2: herschel Walker?
- 42:34Speaker 6: You ain't heard from him. They took his black ass
- 42:38Speaker 6: right on back to Texas. We don't need you, We
- 42:40Speaker 6: discard you. Tim Scott he finding out too.
- 42:44Speaker 2: He'd have done all that brown nosing, licking, kissing, lapping,
- 42:49Speaker 2: juice booty all. He'd have done all this here and
- 42:53Speaker 2: they still don't want his ass. He'd han't mad a
- 42:56Speaker 2: white guy. He'd have done everything just right, and he
- 43:00Speaker 2: can't get nowhere. What that other black dude that was
- 43:04Speaker 2: a Trump supporter and all that now they done went
- 43:06Speaker 2: on that website and found out you a black nazi
- 43:09Speaker 2: talking about your own slave. And I guess what now
- 43:11Speaker 2: they threw what your monky ass to y'all kill me
- 43:14Speaker 2: running over there. That's what y'all kill me with that
- 43:18Speaker 2: right there. Stop trying to fit in, and they don't
- 43:21Speaker 2: want your ass over here. I'm telling you what, dog,
- 43:26Speaker 2: I don't give a damn let him be mad?
- 43:28Speaker 4: What taking on?
- 43:28Speaker 7: Do?
- 43:30Speaker 4: What they gonna do? What ain't acting?
- 43:33Speaker 2: I don't care nothing about no black man for Trump
- 43:35Speaker 2: mad at me y'all stuck up under Donald Trump Junior's black,
- 43:39Speaker 2: his raggedy ass talking about it.
- 43:41Speaker 6: I'm surprised at how many black men come to me
- 43:44Speaker 6: talking about you.
- 43:45Speaker 4: You're a hero.
- 43:46Speaker 2: I'm just like, what, ain't nobody said that to your monads?
- 43:51Speaker 2: Who would have went up to Donald Trump Junior said
- 43:53Speaker 2: you're our hero? What black dude said that? Man, y'all
- 43:57Speaker 2: stop misrepresenting us. President Obama spoke to a certain group
- 44:02Speaker 2: of black men, and he had every right because he
- 44:04Speaker 2: one of us, and we know him to be one
- 44:06Speaker 2: of us.
- 44:08Speaker 6: So back off, my man. When he talked to.
- 44:10Speaker 2: Us, See, it's always us. You vote for her just

- 54:34Speaker 1: was nothing. Then I started getting unknown calls and I

- 54:41Speaker 1: my husband got the same calls from the same number,
- 54:44Speaker 1: and he ignored them too. A couple of weeks ago,
- 54:47Speaker 1: my husband ran to the store for me, and he
- 54:50Speaker 1: facetimed me. When he got there, he suddenly got distracted
- 54:53Speaker 1: and said he had to go. He must have put
- 54:56Speaker 1: his phone in his pants pocket because I could hear
- 54:58Speaker 1: a woman yelling in the back background, and he was
- 55:01Speaker 1: telling her to stop following him. I asked him about
- 55:04Speaker 1: it and he said it was a homeless person. A
- 55:07Speaker 1: week later, I found the certified letter and his drawer
- 55:12Speaker 1: and it was a notice for child support. I went
- 55:15Speaker 1: off on him and he finally admitted that he had
- 55:17Speaker 1: a one night stand with a woman right before we met.
- 55:22Speaker 1: According to the paperwork, their child is four years old,
- 55:25Speaker 1: so my husband's math ain't mas in because we've been
- 55:28Speaker 1: together six years. I called a strange number on my
- 55:32Speaker 1: phone and I talked to the woman. She said, it
- 55:36Speaker 1: is way more than a one night stand. She sent
- 55:39Speaker 1: me an envelope full of greeting cards from him to
- 55:42Speaker 1: her and cards from flowers he sent to her. He
- 55:45Speaker 1: sent her some of them were recent, since we've been married.
- 55:49Speaker 1: My husband swears she's lying, even though it's his handwriting.
- 55:54Speaker 1: This is serious because the child is involved. I know
- 55:58Speaker 1: wives have stayed with their men for far worse things,
- 56:01Speaker 1: but he won't be honest. Should I excuse myself from
- 56:06Speaker 1: this marriage and let them live happily ever after? Please advise? Well,
- 56:11Speaker 1: here's the question. I mean, do you want to be
- 56:13Speaker 1: married to a cheater and a liar? Those are your words,
- 56:17Speaker 1: Those are your words and how you described him at
- 56:20Speaker 1: the very beginning of your letter, So again, do you
- 56:23Speaker 1: want to be married to a cheetah and a liar?
- 56:26Speaker 1: You also said these cards and letters she sent you
- 56:29Speaker 1: were in your husband's handwriting, and they were recent. So
- 56:32Speaker 1: he's still still entangled with this woman. She's not just
- 56:37Speaker 1: a baby mama. If they were co parenting, he wouldn't
- 56:40Speaker 1: be sending her cards and flowers.
- 56:42Speaker 2: And all that.
- 56:43Speaker 1: So why do you need him to be honest when
- 56:45Speaker 1: you've talked to the woman, she sent you the cards
- 56:48Speaker 1: he gave her, and you know there's a four year
- 56:50Speaker 1: old child involved, your husband's son. He lied to you
- 56:54Speaker 1: throughout your marriage and continues to lie it every turn,
- 56:57Speaker 1: even though you know the truth now and you take
- 57:00Speaker 1: any more of his lives in your marriage. Is there
- 57:03Speaker 1: anything he can do to make this right? And finally,
- 57:06Speaker 1: will you ever be able to trust him again? These
- 57:08Speaker 1: are the questions you need to think about and ask yourself.
- 57:11Speaker 1: And if the answer is no, then he's got to go.
- 57:15Speaker 4: Steve, Wow, I knew it.
- 57:19Speaker 6: I knew it. I knew it when I read the letter.
- 57:21Speaker 6: What she was going to do, I knew it.
- 57:22Speaker 1: And I know what you're gonna do.
- 57:24Speaker 6: Yeah, Well, she's back, She's back, She's back here.
- 57:29Speaker 7: You know what.
- 57:32Speaker 2: This letter is a mess because there is some deception
- 57:39Speaker 2: going on. Let's just first admit that there is some
- 57:43Speaker 2: deception going on.
- 57:47Speaker 4: It is a mess.
- 57:48Speaker 2: I understand the cause of the deception, which I will
- 57:53Speaker 2: try to regulate on this show. I won't have any
- 57:56Speaker 2: success because women don't they don't view this this way.
- 58:02Speaker 2: But I'm gonna help, try to help you all understand.
- 58:05Speaker 2: She got a certified letter, then it disappeared. He asked
- 58:08Speaker 2: about it, He said it was nothing. She knowed she
- 58:11Speaker 2: had been getting a bunch of phone calls from me,
- 58:14Speaker 2: and she ignored those two. And then he was getting
- 58:17Speaker 2: the same calls from the same number, and he was
- 58:19Speaker 2: ignoring them too. And now he went to the store
- 58:24Speaker 2: from her and was facetiming, and all of a sudden
- 58:26Speaker 2: he got distracted and said he had to go. He
- 58:29Speaker 2: put his phone in his pocket, and you can hear
- 58:31Speaker 2: a woman yelling at him, and he was telling her
- 58:34Speaker 2: to stop following him. I asked him about it, and
- 58:38Speaker 2: he said it was a homeless person. Brilliant that brud
- 58:43Speaker 2: dog ha come through. Come through, homeless person, stop following me. Okay, good,
- 58:51Speaker 2: we're working. I asked him about it, and I found
- 58:56Speaker 2: the certified letter in his drawer. Now he's stupid. Now,
- 58:59Speaker 2: why how did you keep the damn letter?
- 59:01Speaker 3: Though?
- 59:03Speaker 2: Why would you keep the certified You read it, you
- 59:07Speaker 2: know what it said, throw it away? But it was
- 59:11Speaker 2: a notice for child support. I went off on him.
- 59:16Speaker 2: He finally admitted that he had a one night stand
- 59:19Speaker 2: with a woman right before we met, and according to
- 59:23Speaker 2: the paperwork, the child is four years old. So my
- 59:26Speaker 2: husband's math ain't mathing because we've been together six years. Well,
- 59:30Speaker 2: hold up, hold up, hold up, back up, this bad
- 59:34Speaker 2: just timeliner. Y'all been together six years. When y'all first met,
- 59:40Speaker 2: y'all wasn't really together. Y'all was just talking. You only
- 59:45Speaker 2: been married three years. The baby four years old. It
- 59:48Speaker 2: takes nine months to make the baby. Then the baby here,
- 59:51Speaker 2: that's two years right there, I say, Bam, we right
- 59:54Speaker 2: back at six.
- 59:57Speaker 6: Did you see how I did that?
- 59:59Speaker 3: You did?
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: You said that, Mathew, Matthew, y'all been married three years,
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: the baby four years.
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: That's one year.
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: To take nine months to make a baby, that's two years.
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: That's five years.
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: We right back, and when y'all first met, Bam, here
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: we go. So we do have that loophole.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: That's what you're trying to find.
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: Really get out.
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: I got to get this bro a one loophole.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: She's already said he was a liar and a cheater.
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: All right, well, Charley, that's what you want to go with.
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: So that's what she said.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: She's the white part talk. Part two of your response
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after the subject is
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: she sent me the proof. We'll get back into it
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening Morning show, All right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject is she sent
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: me the proof?
- 1:00:55Speaker 10: Uh.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: This couple been married three years. She says her husband
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: is a cheater and a got a certified letter came
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: in the mail. All of a sudden, she noticed the
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: letter disappeared. He had opened it, told it wasn't nothing.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: She had been getting some phone calls from some numbers
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: she thought was spam. He was getting calls from the
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: same number. She ignored him. He ignored him too. He
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: went to the store for he facetimed his wife from
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: the store. All of a sudden, she heard a woman
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: yelling at him. He must have put the phone in
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: his pocket without cutting it off, he told her quick
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: following him, you go home. She asked him who it was.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: He brilliantly said it was a homeless person. Perfect.
- 1:01:38Speaker 6: I asked him about it. He said it was a
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: homeless person. A week later, you find she finds the
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: certified letter in his jower. Why this man kept this letter,
- 1:01:47Speaker 6: I do not.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: You're disappointing in him.
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: God you should have put this in the real well
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: of your car where the spare tires had dog.
- 1:01:58Speaker 4: They'll never go in there.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: You could have did anything, man. You could have told
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: the back hair rest off the back seat and put
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: it up under that little hole and there. It's some
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: places you could put this anyway. And found a letter
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: and there was a notice for child support.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: I went off on him.
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: He finally admitted he had a one night staying with
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: a woman right before we met.
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: And according to the paperwork, they child is four years old.
- 1:02:23Speaker 6: So my husband's math aink't mathing because we've been together
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: six years. No, No, No, you've known him six years.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: We've been together.
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: No, they've known each other six years. That's what y'all
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: always think. When we met, we was together.
- 1:02:37Speaker 6: We wasn't. We just met. We knew each other. I
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: was hollering at you, but we was not together yet.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: But if the baby is four and y'all been married three,
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: that's at least a year before you met. And then
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: when the baby was uh conceived, that's another nine months.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: That's enough damn near two years. That's the baby four.
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: Y'all be married three, that's fourth minus.
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: One plus one.
- 1:03:07Speaker 4: Were right? There.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: We had five years right there, that's where we first met.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: He is right spot on the money. But he said
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: it was a one night standing. This is where we're
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: getting into trouble at I called the strange number on
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: the phone and I talked to the woman. She said
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: it was way more than a one night stand. She
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: sent me an envelope full of greeting calls from him
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: to her and calls from.
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: Flowers he sent her.
- 1:03:35Speaker 6: Some of them were recent.
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: Since we've been married.
- 1:03:41Speaker 6: God, this is where we help him. I can't help him.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: Man can't help him. Give him a lot.
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: Now, this envelope, there's too much stuff in this. There's
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: one we can get out, But this envelope full of stuff.
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: My husband swear she's lying, even though it's his handwriting.
- 1:04:02Speaker 6: That ain't handwriting. That's I get out of that. A
- 1:04:05Speaker 6: lot of people write like me.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: What's a handwriting line?
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: What is that?
- 1:04:10Speaker 9: Well?
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: A lot of people write like me.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: Just lying, you know.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: I you know, before we got met, I was in
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: for a fraudry of fraud fraud cases and uh, you know,
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: and found out the people it wasn't me, wasn't my
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: hand right? A lot of people write like me, This
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: is serious because the child is involved. I know wives
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: have stayed with that man for far worse things, but
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: he won't be honest. Should I excuse myself from this
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: marriage and let them live happily ever after? Please a
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: buy First of all, he don't want her. Let me
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: just tell you that he don't want her. The reason
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: I know he don't want her is because he has
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: done everything in his power to fix this mistake he made.
- 1:05:00Speaker 6: Thus you have the lies.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: And here's the part they don't understand, Jr. The lies
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: is because he loves you.
- 1:05:10Speaker 3: The God that.
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: Kidding me right now.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: If he didn't care, he lets you get hurt. But
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: he been trying to protect you from his mistake. He
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: made a mistake. His protection is to lie to cover
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: the mistake. And let me tell you something. Obviously, he
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: don't want the woman because now she got the stalking
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: to get him to come through for something. Now she
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: got to follow him. So now there's proof that he's
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: avoiding the woman because you heard him. He didn't even
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: know you was listening. Stop following me. He don't want this.
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: He made the mistake. The girl of his dreams is
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: probably who he's married to, and he trying to hang
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: on to it, but he will be honest. Well, see,
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: y'all keep talking about honesty. Were he try and hold
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: on this to his marriage. We have time to be
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: honest right now.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: She wants him to tell her the truth.
- 1:06:12Speaker 6: Well, see the truth is the baby's out there. You
- 1:06:15Speaker 6: got the truth?
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Honestly has to do with time now, Yeah, you got
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: the truth.
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: He don't want you to think, he continued, because he
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: trying to keep his marriage y'all doing.
- 1:06:27Speaker 4: He's saying, I do, brother, God Man, damn, thank you,
- 1:06:31Speaker 4: Tommy and Kim. But he ain't care.
- 1:06:34Speaker 6: All he would say is hey, just deal with it.
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: What about it?
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: Yeah? I did it.

- 1:10:32Speaker 1: a therapy issue. But anyway, my parents were bad parents.
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: My mom had me when she was fifteen, and it
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: was clear that my teen parents were more interested in
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: being young than being parents. As a result, I have
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: almost no relationship with them. That changed, however, when I
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: had kids of my own. Now they're going out of
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: their way to be to be the best and most
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: doting grandparents ever, and I find myself resenting the heck
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: out of it. They're giving me the quote get over
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: it by but this isn't something that I've been able

- 1:11:07Speaker 2: Well, yeah, bro, listen, parenting doesn't come with the manual.
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: And they had you so young. I mean they were
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: kids trying to raise a child, So you had children
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: raising a child. I mean, if they made huge mistakes,
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: they didn't get it right, but you turned out fine. Look,
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: by the grace of God, here you are. Now you
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: have a family. Now they now they trying to get
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: it right. Man, They just trying to get it right.
- 1:11:40Speaker 7: You.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: Resentling is not going to help the situation at all.
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: It does nothing. Plus they're older now, they just know
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: more about life. And I'm pretty sure they wish they
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: could get over it. I mean, you know, I'm pretty
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: sure they wish they had done a lot of things differently.
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: But you have an opportunity, man, to let it go,
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: you know, because you saying that, They saying they got
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: these get over it vibes. But and that's because there's
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: nothing they can do to go back and rectify. So
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: they're just trying to get it right moving forward.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: So they yes, no, yeah anything yeahs trauma and stuff
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: like that, Yeah.
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: Just say yes, he should probably seek therapy because therapy
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: is really good for you.
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: It is for sure.
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: My parents, my parents beat me. They beat me. I'm
- 1:12:42Speaker 4: up to it right now.
- 1:12:43Speaker 5: If I could go back and put.
- 1:12:44Speaker 8: Charges on my pants for the way he beat me,
- 1:12:46Speaker 8: I would I walk in the courtroom and turn the
- 1:12:48Speaker 8: air right in.
- 1:12:49Speaker 4: I should will, sure, But I'm fine. I'm doing well.
- 1:13:00Speaker 10: At all.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: Yeah, we got over because we had to.
- 1:13:08Speaker 4: That's funny.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: We do it well.
- 1:13:13Speaker 4: I work for him, so.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I think he should try it. All right, we
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: have time for another one. See this is the Joycelin
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: on Facebook. She says, I love my parents, but they
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: are the worst and totally miserable almost all of the time.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: When they're not doing the jobs that they hate or
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: spending time with people they don't like, they're arguing with
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: each other about stuff that's not important. I know they
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: used to be happy, but I've never seen it. I
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: wouldn't even know where to begin to try and help them.
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: But I do know that I don't want to end
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: up like them. So here's a question. Is being around
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: them more likely to make me end up being like them?
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: Or is it a good guide on how to not
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: live my life?
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: Wow?
- 1:13:58Speaker 4: Hey, Rito judge on the pair.
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: You know I keep telling y'all that parenting is hard.
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: It is hard, man, and you are going to make
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: a lot of mistakes as a parent. I know I have,
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: We probably all had. Yeah, and now y'all want to
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: hold it against a parent till the day you died.
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: You know, didn't go ahead. But man, people make mistakes
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: and you're going to find that out when you become
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: a parent. You're going to get it wrong a lot
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: of times, because, like right now, I had one one
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: child told me that they loved languages, not gifts. They
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: love languages words and I don't specialize in words, but
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: you take these gifts.
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: Though I ain't seen to give back.
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: Now one of them love signs, not now one I
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: wanted verbal. Okay, cool, come in here and ask me
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: for something else.
- 1:14:57Speaker 6: Watch this him.
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: You know what I'm gonna do, but.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: I'll talk to them.
- 1:15:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: Let more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up

- 1:17:10Speaker 1: or tears?
- 1:17:11Speaker 4: One of them? Poor lord, I laughed at the wrong.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: That was not funny? Why are you laughing.
- 1:17:21Speaker 4: Right now? I have to laugh at the roll? And
- 1:17:27Speaker 4: wouldn't stop.
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: I'm talking about and been the only one laughing overlaughing,
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: I'm talking about hard, I'm talking about but I'm talking
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: about ben over laughing. And when I rose up, I
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: found out that really the severity of the situation.
- 1:17:49Speaker 6: Which made me laugh even hard.

- 1:19:14Speaker 4: I don't know where it's growing in. I don't know
- 1:19:16Speaker 4: if I got a back full of hair. I don't
- 1:19:18Speaker 4: know why. I just be aware wolf and because yeah,
- 1:19:22Speaker 4: just just you know.
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: Would you rather get all your wisdom teeth pulled at

- 1:20:03Speaker 2: what i'd I actually got them all done it for Yeah,

- 1:20:58Speaker 1: can click on the microphone icon on your favorite iHeartRadio
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: station and record your question and hit sin Okay that's naive.
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, absolutely. You know Charlemagne is a good guy Man.
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: I'm really proud of all these cats in radio man
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: for taking the standard they've taken doing this election. Ricky Smiley,
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: d O Hulet, Charlemagne Us. You know, we've really taken
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: the banner and done our part in this, you know,
- 1:21:30Speaker 2: in spite of the naysayers, which are not important to me.
- 1:21:33Speaker 6: You know, listen to me, y'all.
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: Whenever you make the decision to do better, to do right,
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: to improve, or to accomplish, prepare yourself for the naysayers,
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: for the haters, for the negativity.
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: I don't know why it's at the level that it's
- 1:21:57Speaker 4: at right.
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: Now, especially amongst ourselves as black, but you have got
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: to learn how to let this stuff roll off your back.
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: And I'm talking to myself with this closing remark. Also,
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: you have got to stay focused on the task at hand.
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: Then they sayers are coming. You know, whenever God is
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: doing something for you, you have to understand the devil
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: sees it. And sometimes the devil sees more in you
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: than you see in yourself, because the devil know that
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: God's plan for you is to prosper you. He knows
- 1:22:33Speaker 2: that and it is his job. And I say this
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: all the time, his number one job is to rob
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: you of your destiny, is to make you not get
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: to be what God has for you.
- 1:22:46Speaker 6: And part of it right now is social media. It
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: is alarming the way.
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: It's used, man, and it is used a lot of
- 1:22:54Speaker 2: the times by us against us. It is sickening to
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: what it has become. And there's nothing I can do
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: about it. But it's something you can do about it.
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: Though.
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: You can keep yourself moving forward by ignoring the the
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: business of social media, it's predominantly negative. Even if you
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: try to that, man, I don't care what you do.
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: You can post a picture of a newborn baby and
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: say congratulations to the Walker family on the birth of
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: the new baby. Somebody got some negative to say about
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: the baby, said that ain't they baby? They just be
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: going that baby ugly? What's the matter with whose baby?
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: I don't know why we always talking about them.
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: Man, you can't do nothing. I don't care what you post.
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: President Obama came out talking to black men about getting
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: out supporting Kamala Harris. We had the nerve to have
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: black women, some black women come on these shows talking
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: about heat. Doesn't have the right to talk to black men.
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: First of all, you ain't a black man. The black
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: dudes didn't have a problem with Obama because we knew
- 1:24:09Speaker 2: who he was talking to and what he was talking about,
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: and we knew where it was coming from. It was
- 1:24:15Speaker 2: coming from a place of pride and dignity in knowing
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: who we are, and he didn't exclude.
- 1:24:20Speaker 6: Himself from being one of us.
- 1:24:23Speaker 3: We.
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: He kept saying we, we, we, He kept saying we,
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: not y'all, y'all, y'all, he kept saying we. You know why,
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: because he knows he's one of us. It's amazing, man,
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: how we do this.
- 1:24:39Speaker 7: Y'all.
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: Stay the course, stay on your path, stay on track.
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: Don't let these nay says and haters get to you.
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: I had to talk to a good friend of mine
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: who's famous too, and something had happened online. They were
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: just eating him up and he called me. He said, man, on,
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: understand this, man. I just man, it's so crazy man.
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: I mean, he was actually going through some depression about it.
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: I had to grab him and say, hold on, man,
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: listen to me.
- 1:25:10Speaker 6: Do you know who you are?
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: Do you know whose you are?
- 1:25:15Speaker 6: See?
- 1:25:15Speaker 2: You got to keep that in mind, that you are
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: a child of God, that you are a creation by God,
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: and when the devil send his ms for you, you
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: are not over here by yourself. God made you and
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: created you and created this path for you. And your
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: path is very, very unique. I don't know no people
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: that's travel the exact same path. I know a lot
- 1:25:37Speaker 2: of people, I know some similarities, but I don't know
- 1:25:40Speaker 2: nobody had the exact same path. Stay the course, You're
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: gonna be fine. You just got to stop with it
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: allowing the haters to do what they do, even when
- 1:25:51Speaker 2: they mask it and try to make it sound like
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: they pulling yours. Cause people get on these podcasts talking
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: about I'm a truth teller, I'm just gonna tell you
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: the truth, and then they mass some of their little
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: truth with a whole bunch of lies, or it's just
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: lies spun so well that it sounds like truth.
- 1:26:12Speaker 6: Do you know, man and every woman in here can
- 1:26:14Speaker 6: attest to this.
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: You've all been lied to by a man that made
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: it sound so good it sounded believable, didn't it. Well,
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: don't you think them the same dudes can lie about
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: other things too. Be careful out there. Y'all know who
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: you are, but more importantly, know whose you are. You
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: are a child of God, and with that that comes
- 1:26:35Speaker 2: a level of protection if you allow him. And the
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: best way to let him protect you is that sometimes
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: you just got to be still and let them say
- 1:26:45Speaker 2: what they gonna say, because if you give it forty
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: eight hours, they gonna be on to something else anyway.
- 1:26:52Speaker 2: It's just the way it work, man. Just keep your
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: mouth closed and stay on the wall, and remember who
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: you are. God is in the blessing business. Talk to
- 1:27:02Speaker 2: God today, y'all. He'd absolutely love to hear from y'all.
- 1:27:05Speaker 6: Have a good one.
