Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: There is some major breaking news. A whistleblower has come
- 0:04Speaker 1: forward and refuted the Attorney General Garland on the FBI
- 0:11Speaker 1: monitoring parents and turning them into domestic terrorists for speaking
- 0:16Speaker 1: up at school board meetings. The ranking member is going
- 0:23Speaker 1: to join us Jim Jordan's Congressman Jim Jordan to talk
- 0:26Speaker 1: about this, as he is the one that received the email. Now,
- 0:30Speaker 1: let me give you the background on this real quick.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Republican lawmakers now say that a whistleblower sent them an
- 0:36Speaker 1: internal FBI email that shows the counter terrorism Unit is
- 0:42Speaker 1: in fact monitoring parents right now. What they classify is
- 0:48Speaker 1: quote threats against school board members, despite the Attorney General
- 0:54Speaker 1: Merrick Garland denying such surveillance on Capitol Hill in questioning.
- 1:00Speaker 1: According to the email that's been now leaked by the
- 1:03Speaker 1: whistle blower, the assistant directors of the FBI Counter Terrorism
- 1:09Speaker 1: and Criminal Divisions told agents to track the threat in
- 1:13Speaker 1: response to mister Garland's October fourth memo directing the Bureau
- 1:20Speaker 1: and other federal agencies to address a quote disturbing spike
- 1:25Speaker 1: which is not true in threats against school board members
- 1:29Speaker 1: and other school officials. Now this information on this whistle
- 1:35Speaker 1: blower that I am giving you today and my conversation
- 1:39Speaker 1: with Jim Jordan coming up in a moment needs to
- 1:42Speaker 1: be shared with everybody, So make sure that you share
- 1:45Speaker 1: our podcast, share this information because it's so important that
- 1:51Speaker 1: people understand that the Attorney General lied to Congress and
- 1:54Speaker 1: covered up surveillance on parents who just went to school
- 1:58Speaker 1: board meetings and organize other parents w go to school
- 2:02Speaker 1: board meetings and now they're being treated in track like
- 2:04Speaker 1: their members of al Qaeda or isis the email obtained
- 2:09Speaker 1: by Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee. The ranking
- 2:12Speaker 1: member Jim Jordan's states that agents should apply the quote
- 2:17Speaker 1: threat tag, add you officials du officials to the investigations
- 2:25Speaker 1: and assessments of the threats. Once you're on the list,
- 2:30Speaker 1: can you get off the list? Is the question. The
- 2:33Speaker 1: answer is probably no. Once you're on a terrorist watch list,
- 2:36Speaker 1: it's kind of hard to get off of it. Once
- 2:38Speaker 1: you're on to do not fly list, it's kind of
- 2:40Speaker 1: hard to get off of it. Quote the purpose of
- 2:44Speaker 1: the threat tag. Again, this is coming from the whistleblower
- 2:47Speaker 1: who's leaked this information these emails. The purpose of the
- 2:50Speaker 1: threat tag is to help scope this threat on a
- 2:54Speaker 1: national level, and provide an opportunity for comprehensive analysis of
- 3:00Speaker 1: the threat picture for effective engagement with law enforcement partners
- 3:05Speaker 1: at all level. The email states this means that the
- 3:09Speaker 1: Attorney General Garland flat outlied to Congress. He's a liar.
- 3:15Speaker 1: When he looked at Congress and he said I'm not
- 3:17Speaker 1: spying on parents, he knew he was, and the letters
- 3:20Speaker 1: were showing that's exactly what they were doing. The internal
- 3:23Speaker 1: memo from the FBI. It goes on to say in
- 3:27Speaker 1: this memo that's now been leaked by the whistle blower,
- 3:29Speaker 1: that agents evaluate a potential threat. As they do this,
- 3:35Speaker 1: they should consider the motivation and whether there is a
- 3:39Speaker 1: federal nexus or quote any federal violations that can be
- 3:44Speaker 1: investigated and charged against the parents. The email was sent.
- 3:50Speaker 1: We now have confirmation from the whistle blower the day
- 3:54Speaker 1: before mister Garland testified before the committee on the twenty seventh,
- 3:59Speaker 1: so we know that he was lying. Now. Jim Jordan
- 4:04Speaker 1: was on Fox News channel talking about this whistleblower and
- 4:07Speaker 1: getting this female. Here is what he had to say
- 4:10Speaker 1: to Martha McCollum at Fox. We just had a whistleblower
- 4:12Speaker 1: come forward. We got information from him. From this individual yesterday,
- 4:16Speaker 1: and as he points out in this, the FBI the
- 4:19Speaker 1: day before Marrit Garland testifies, so in October twenty if
- 4:22Speaker 1: he testified on the twenty first on October twenty four,
- 4:24Speaker 1: twenty first, there's a memo that goes out from the
- 4:27Speaker 1: counter Terrorism Division at the FBI instructing them to put
- 4:30Speaker 1: threat tags. By the way, the counter Terrorism Division at
- 4:33Speaker 1: the FBI, Jim Jordan, I love him. He's a fast talker.
- 4:36Speaker 1: He gives you a hell of a lot of good information. Okay,
- 4:39Speaker 1: a hell of a lot of information. But I want
- 4:41Speaker 1: you to just sit back for a moment, and I
- 4:43Speaker 1: want you to think about that very major point that
- 4:47Speaker 1: he just made. I'm gonna rewind it. And this is
- 4:50Speaker 1: how they're tea. This is how they're going to treat parents,
- 4:52Speaker 1: investigate parents, label parents. This is the organization that is
- 4:56Speaker 1: coming after the same people that come after al Qaeda
- 4:59Speaker 1: and I. It's the same the same organization that comes
- 5:03Speaker 1: after that went after some of Bin Laden khalege Shake
- 5:06Speaker 1: Muhammad the Master at nine eleven. This is the same
- 5:10Speaker 1: guy or the same team that goes after them, is
- 5:14Speaker 1: now coming after you. Use a parent, because Joe is
- 5:15Speaker 1: a school board meeting memo that goes out from the
- 5:18Speaker 1: counter Terrorism Division at the FBI instructing them to put
- 5:21Speaker 1: threat tags on parents. They were actually cataloging and categorizing
- 5:26Speaker 1: parents who may pose a threat. So this is a
- 5:29Speaker 1: federal categorizing of moms and heads showing up at school
- 5:33Speaker 1: board meetings is frightening. And of course Marik Garland testified
- 5:36Speaker 1: the day after that memo went out, No, nothing of
- 5:39Speaker 1: the sort is going on. We got some real questions
- 5:41Speaker 1: for the Attorney General in light of this whistleblowers information
- 5:44Speaker 1: that he's he's brought for. It reminded me, frankly, Martha,
- 5:47Speaker 1: remember back when Lois learned the IRS targeted people with
- 5:50Speaker 1: the BOLO list be on the lookout list. That's what
- 5:52Speaker 1: this reminded me of. That's exactly what it is. Now
- 5:56Speaker 1: what you just heard about Marrick Garland and what he
- 5:59Speaker 1: has done. This whistle blower clearly had this memo, clearly
- 6:04Speaker 1: works inside the deep state. Clearly I would assume if
- 6:07Speaker 1: the FBI, maybe even in the counter terrorism a vision
- 6:09Speaker 1: where his real job's supposed to be or her real
- 6:12Speaker 1: job is supposed to be finding terrorists connected ALTKOT and isis,
- 6:15Speaker 1: they're trying to kill Americans and innocent people in the
- 6:17Speaker 1: US and around the world. Right they're going after actual terrorists.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Can you imagine how angry you would be that, all
- 6:23Speaker 1: of a sudden, now you're being told to spy on
- 6:25Speaker 1: parents and to label concerned parents who don't like masks mandates,
- 6:29Speaker 1: don't like vaccine mandates, don't like critical race theory being
- 6:32Speaker 1: taught in school, don't like transgender policies that are keeping
- 6:35Speaker 1: their kids unsafe as the same exact designation as a
- 6:39Speaker 1: terrorist who tried to hijack or didn't hijack one of
- 6:42Speaker 1: the plans on nine to eleven. And what this is
- 6:45Speaker 1: whistle blowers email does is it refutes the Attorney General
- 6:50Speaker 1: on the FBI monitoring and the Republican lawmakers say this
- 6:54Speaker 1: whistleblower sent them this internal FBI email to show them
- 6:57Speaker 1: that the day before he testified to Congress he knew
- 7:00Speaker 1: was happening. He lied straight to their face. Nice way
- 7:03Speaker 1: of putting it, is this whistable or email clearly calls
- 7:06Speaker 1: into question the accuracy of a G. Garland cestimony. I
- 7:10Speaker 1: wouldn't say accuracy, I would say straight up lies. The
- 7:14Speaker 1: fact is Joe Biden's FBI under the Attorney General, Garland
- 7:18Speaker 1: is tagging parents at school board meetings for speaking up,
- 7:21Speaker 1: showing up, and organizing. That's what this is, plain and simple.
- 7:29Speaker 1: FBI trading parents is terrorist threats. That's what this is.
- 7:32Speaker 1: You make a sign and they get a picture of
- 7:34Speaker 1: you at a school board meeting with a sign. What
- 7:39Speaker 1: does that mean? Means you're on the list? You're domestic terrorist. Congratulations. Yeah,
- 7:45Speaker 1: they're trying to chill, chill, First Amendment, free speech. This
- 7:48Speaker 1: is all about intimidating parents. But one thing I know,
- 7:50Speaker 1: one thing you know, Laura, You're not going to intimidate
- 7:52Speaker 1: moms and dads. No, No high paid lobbyists, no bureaucrat.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Edvard beats a mom on a mission. The moms are
- 7:58Speaker 1: fired up. And here's here's the great thing. Courage is contagious.
- 8:02Speaker 1: We saw it in Virginia. One mom stands up, one
- 8:04Speaker 1: dad stands up. Pretty soon it's a whole community, and
- 8:07Speaker 1: they're saying, not with my kids. That is what is
- 8:10Speaker 1: so wrong about this. And you're exactly right. The idea
- 8:12Speaker 1: that this guy, Marrick Garland was the smartest man on
- 8:15Speaker 1: the planet had to be on the Supreme Court is
- 8:17Speaker 1: such a crock and the American people. See, we saw
- 8:20Speaker 1: him testify in front of our committee three weeks ago.
- 8:23Speaker 1: He didn't even know there was a press release that
- 8:25Speaker 1: accompanied his memo on October fourth, and that press release
- 8:28Speaker 1: talked about getting the National Security Division, the counter Terrorism Division,
- 8:32Speaker 1: involved in this effort. That is frightening. He didn't even
- 8:34Speaker 1: know it, or if he didn't know it and misled us,
- 8:36Speaker 1: that's even more wrong. So he'd better come back in
- 8:39Speaker 1: front of our committee and be willing to answer some
- 8:41Speaker 1: tough questions about this, and he should stop this process
- 8:44Speaker 1: right now. Jim Jordan is right. Threatening parents is terrorists,
- 8:51Speaker 1: treating parents like terrorists, putting them on terrorists watch lists
- 8:56Speaker 1: because they show up and use their free speech. This
- 9:01Speaker 1: is what tyranny actually is. This is what communism actually is.
- 9:05Speaker 1: This is the crap that happens in Russia, in Cuba,
- 9:09Speaker 1: in Venezuela, in China. This is not what's supposed to
- 9:15Speaker 1: happen in America. Yet you have the Attorney General the
- 9:17Speaker 1: United Its America tagging parents as school board terrorists because
- 9:22Speaker 1: you showed up to a meeting and you held up
- 9:24Speaker 1: a sign, or you spoke out, or you were irritated.
- 9:27Speaker 1: And once you're on the list. The question I asked
- 9:29Speaker 1: is this, Can you get off the list? All right,
- 9:33Speaker 1: we'll take a quick break. We'll come back much more
- 9:36Speaker 1: on this again. Jim Jordan making it clear from this
- 9:39Speaker 1: whistleblower that if you showed up at a school board
- 9:42Speaker 1: meeting and there's a picture, view a video of you,
- 9:44Speaker 1: you're talking, you're on a list. A elected official decides
- 9:48Speaker 1: to put you on a list. The FBI is now
- 9:50Speaker 1: officially tagging parents at school board meetings as domestic terrorists
- 9:54Speaker 1: and monitoring you. Now, before I bring Congressman Jim Jordan's
- 9:58Speaker 1: on the show, I want to ask you please share
- 10:02Speaker 1: this podcast with your family and friends right now. Hit
- 10:06Speaker 1: that little forward button. Share this because everybody needs to
- 10:10Speaker 1: know this story, how Americans are being treated and exactly
- 10:16Speaker 1: what is happening with the Attorney General joining me now
- 10:19Speaker 1: as US congressman who is exposing all of this. Jim Jordan, Congressman,
- 10:23Speaker 1: congrats on the new book. It's a great holiday buy
- 10:26Speaker 1: for people. It's number one on the list as it
- 10:29Speaker 1: should be. Let's start with this whistleblower information that you
- 10:34Speaker 1: have received. We knew that it didn't look right, it
- 10:38Speaker 1: didn't smell right. And it wasn't believable the response when
- 10:42Speaker 1: I saw it originally from Garland, the Attorney General, treating
- 10:45Speaker 1: parents like Terris for showing up at school board meetings,
- 10:48Speaker 1: are organizing to go to school board meetings or speaking
- 10:51Speaker 1: out and saying no to school boards. Now we know
- 10:54Speaker 1: this is much deeper than some random memo that he
- 10:56Speaker 1: says he didn't even know anything about it. Yeah, no kid,
- 11:00Speaker 1: And he said that on the as you pointed out,
- 11:02Speaker 1: on the twenty first of October, when he testified in
- 11:05Speaker 1: front of us. But it turns out the day before
- 11:06Speaker 1: he said that they weren't doing it. As he spoke,
- 11:09Speaker 1: there was an email that went out across the country
- 11:12Speaker 1: to FBI agents and from the counter Terrorism Division at
- 11:16Speaker 1: the Justice Department. So they were in fact treating parents
- 11:20Speaker 1: as domestic terrorists. And remember the catalyst, the catalyst for
- 11:24Speaker 1: this whole thing, He said this under oath at the hearing.
- 11:27Speaker 1: The catalyst was a letter from a left wing political
- 11:30Speaker 1: organization that was sent to the President of the United States,
- 11:32Speaker 1: and Merritt Garland puts in action five days after that
- 11:35Speaker 1: original letter is sent. He puts an action this this
- 11:38Speaker 1: task force, and this process of categorizing parents as a
- 11:42Speaker 1: threat tag on parents, a terrorist tag on moms and dads.
- 11:48Speaker 1: We need him to come back answer our questions. Mostly
- 11:50Speaker 1: what we need is remember that that left wing political
- 11:54Speaker 1: organization who initiated this whole thing, they've now apologized and
- 11:58Speaker 1: withdrawn their letter. But Marrick Garland hasn't stopped this in
- 12:02Speaker 1: its tracks, this process that he's put in place, So
- 12:05Speaker 1: that's what needs happened, and then he also needs to
- 12:07Speaker 1: come back and answer some tough questions from all of us.
- 12:10Speaker 1: You know, you look at this and I connect the dots.
- 12:13Speaker 1: We've been doing a deep dive for a six part
- 12:16Speaker 1: series that we just did on our podcast about the
- 12:20Speaker 1: Durham investigation, and you look at these two things simultaneously happening.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Right now, You've got an attorney general that completely abuses
- 12:30Speaker 1: the power and attacks parents and treats them like Terris.
- 12:33Speaker 1: My question is simply this on the list. If you
- 12:37Speaker 1: get on this list, Jim, how do you get off
- 12:40Speaker 1: the list? Yeah? Yeah, well, who knows? Just like with
- 12:43Speaker 1: just like with the irs, just like with the Comy FBI.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Now it's now it's the Garland Justice Department. If they
- 12:50Speaker 1: want to come after you with the awesome power that
- 12:52Speaker 1: the federal government of the United States has the biggest
- 12:55Speaker 1: entity in the world. If they want to come after you,
- 12:57Speaker 1: you know, God help you. So this is this is
- 13:01Speaker 1: frightening stuff. It is not supposed to happen in the
- 13:03Speaker 1: greatest nation in history, where we have a constitution, where
- 13:06Speaker 1: we have a bill of rights, where we have a
- 13:07Speaker 1: first Amendment. So it is it is not supposed to
- 13:10Speaker 1: That is what I find so egregious. And what were
- 13:13Speaker 1: they going after moms and dads for for simply standing
- 13:16Speaker 1: up and saying, we don't want this racist hate America
- 13:18Speaker 1: curriculum talk to our kids and that, I mean, that's
- 13:21Speaker 1: the part that it sort of add insult to injury.
- 13:24Speaker 1: These were just good parents looking out for the best
- 13:27Speaker 1: interests of their son or daughter, like all good parents do.
- 13:31Speaker 1: And now they got this chilling impact from the biggest
- 13:35Speaker 1: entity in the world, the federal government, and this specifically
- 13:38Speaker 1: the FBI's Counter Terrorism Division. It is so wrong. You
- 13:42Speaker 1: know this because as a congressman, I know that you've
- 13:45Speaker 1: you've known the stories of when people that worked on
- 13:48Speaker 1: congressional staffs and even some members of Congress were put
- 13:51Speaker 1: on it do not fly list. Remember that years ago
- 13:54Speaker 1: and a lot of people were trying to figure out
- 13:56Speaker 1: how you get off the list once you get on
- 13:57Speaker 1: the list. You had Congressman that couldn't even get to Washington,
- 14:00Speaker 1: DC when their name was accidentally put on the list.
- 14:02Speaker 1: And that's my point is when you put hundreds and
- 14:05Speaker 1: hundreds of parents on a list and you treat them
- 14:07Speaker 1: like a domestic terrorist, even if you apologize for it.
- 14:10Speaker 1: If do you ever not are you ever not on
- 14:15Speaker 1: the list, that means that they can look at you,
- 14:17Speaker 1: maybe even spy on you. Brings me back to the
- 14:19Speaker 1: question I want to ask you about the Durhmam investigation.
- 14:22Speaker 1: It's very clear now that the Steel dossier is not
- 14:25Speaker 1: the Steel Dostier. It's the Clinton dossier. It's very clear
- 14:28Speaker 1: now from this last set of indictments, Congressman, that Hillary
- 14:32Speaker 1: Clinton orchestrated, funded, colluded, conspired with the DOJ with Komy,
- 14:39Speaker 1: with Mueller, with Obama, and had direct contacts the Russian Federation,
- 14:44Speaker 1: including his high up that we know at least on
- 14:46Speaker 1: the record now, the press secretary for Vladimir Putin and
- 14:50Speaker 1: the aids of the Press secretary. This is not the
- 14:53Speaker 1: Steel Dostsia anymore. This the Clinton dossier, is there going
- 14:56Speaker 1: to be any accountability for this, Let's hope. So let's hope.
- 14:59Speaker 1: So I like the fact that these two recent indy
- 15:01Speaker 1: and you're exactly right your your assessment there, this is
- 15:03Speaker 1: this goes right to the Clinton campaign. That was clear
- 15:05Speaker 1: in the Dan Chinko indictment, the thirty some pages. But
- 15:09Speaker 1: remember this whole, this whole pattern. It the Clinton campaign
- 15:11Speaker 1: hired Perkins Cooey, who hired Fusion GPS, who hired Christopher Steele,
- 15:16Speaker 1: who went and hired Dan Chinco got information from him.
- 15:18Speaker 1: But what we didn't know is what you just pointed out.
- 15:20Speaker 1: It turns out the information that was going to Dan
- 15:22Speaker 1: Chinko into Christopher Steele was also coming from the Clinton campaign.
- 15:25Speaker 1: It was one big circle, but it was all with
- 15:27Speaker 1: the Clinton So it looks like Durham fully understands that
- 15:30Speaker 1: and that's the direction he's going to go. These two
- 15:32Speaker 1: indictments are about the original lies. They're not just lies
- 15:35Speaker 1: that these individuals told to John Durham and his investigative
- 15:38Speaker 1: team here at the past year and a half that
- 15:39Speaker 1: he's been doing his investigation. No, no, no no, no, these
- 15:42Speaker 1: were the lies that took place in twenty sixteen, twenty
- 15:44Speaker 1: seventeen where Dan Chinko and Alan Our excuse me, misters
- 15:47Speaker 1: ustment um um lie to the FBI. That's what That's
- 15:51Speaker 1: what Durham is alleging. And and and so now when
- 15:54Speaker 1: we have this indictment, it says n it goes all
- 15:55Speaker 1: the way to this to the Clinton campaign. Let's hope
- 15:59Speaker 1: they're going to hold people. And let's also remember I
- 16:01Speaker 1: don't believe. I mean, it's just hard for me to
- 16:03Speaker 1: believe that the FBI didn't know that this stuff that
- 16:07Speaker 1: was coming to them was coming from the Clinton campaign.
- 16:10Speaker 1: So we'll see if if Durham's investigation moved in that
- 16:12Speaker 1: direction as well. You're probably like me. When I got
- 16:14Speaker 1: the first copy of the Darsie and started reading it
- 16:17Speaker 1: in the excerpts, I was laughing because it screamed of
- 16:22Speaker 1: dirty tricks. You and I have been around politics for
- 16:24Speaker 1: a long time. You know when there's crap, and you
- 16:27Speaker 1: know when there's something that's legit, there's a different feel
- 16:30Speaker 1: to it. This was crap from the moment you started
- 16:32Speaker 1: reading it. And you're telling me that the FBI couldn't
- 16:34Speaker 1: figure that out, that they could be bamboozled this easy,
- 16:36Speaker 1: including the highest levels. I say No, I think it's collusion.
- 16:40Speaker 1: I think they were in on it from day one.
- 16:41Speaker 1: They wanted to overthrow the will of the people. If
- 16:43Speaker 1: you want to overthrow the will of the people, I
- 16:45Speaker 1: refer to that as a coup attempt, and I believe
- 16:47Speaker 1: that's exactly what James called me, the FBI and all
- 16:50Speaker 1: of them did after Trump got elected, was Hey, we
- 16:52Speaker 1: don't like the outcome. We're just going to change it.
- 16:54Speaker 1: We'll impeach him, We'll undermine him. In many ways. I
- 16:57Speaker 1: would argue that the coup attempt did in fact, because
- 17:00Speaker 1: you undermined him for four years, You made him a
- 17:02Speaker 1: week or candidate going into this his reelection campaign, and
- 17:05Speaker 1: it very well could have cost him the election. Yeah,
- 17:09Speaker 1: a couple of things. Donald Trump was the individual who
- 17:12Speaker 1: stood between we the people and what you just described
- 17:15Speaker 1: the federal government going after us, going after him going
- 17:18Speaker 1: I mean, that's why they wanted to get he was
- 17:20Speaker 1: coming to this town. And he did it more than
- 17:23Speaker 1: any I mean, you talk about the title of our book,
- 17:24Speaker 1: do what he said you would do. No one did
- 17:26Speaker 1: more what they said they would do than President Trump,
- 17:28Speaker 1: but most successful president certainly in my lifetime, and he
- 17:30Speaker 1: did it against as you point out everyone against him.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Every Democrat was against him, everyone the mainstream pressent was
- 17:35Speaker 1: against him, everyone in the deureocracies against him, and a
- 17:37Speaker 1: bunch of Republicans were against him. And he still got
- 17:39Speaker 1: more done than any president I can remember. So he
- 17:42Speaker 1: stood between between what they were trying to do and
- 17:45Speaker 1: what should happen, and that's why they went after him
- 17:47Speaker 1: so darn hard. And look, we didn't have we didn't
- 17:51Speaker 1: have the IRS targeting people like we did under Obama Biden.
- 17:54Speaker 1: We didn't have we didn't have the FBI spying on
- 17:58Speaker 1: parents like we do under Biden. Did that happen when
- 18:00Speaker 1: President Trump was in there. They went after him, but
- 18:03Speaker 1: they weren't coming after us, And that is I think
- 18:06Speaker 1: an important thing for us all to remember. And why, frankly,
- 18:09Speaker 1: why I hope President Trump runs again and hope he wins.
- 18:12Speaker 1: I've got two more questions for you, and we want
- 18:14Speaker 1: about your book, and I'm gonna ask you that in
- 18:15Speaker 1: a moment. But before we get to that, there are
- 18:17Speaker 1: a lot of people that are extremely angry over the
- 18:19Speaker 1: fact that you had Steve Bannon this week that was
- 18:23Speaker 1: indicted for refusing to appear before Congress. Can you give
- 18:28Speaker 1: people historical context of how many top level, high profile
- 18:33Speaker 1: individuals that our Democrats have defied a subpoena to Congress
- 18:38Speaker 1: and did not get indicted for that. Yeah, yeah, Learner,
- 18:42Speaker 1: the two people were just talking about Lois learn and
- 18:45Speaker 1: uh and uh, well we were talking about Holder, but
- 18:46Speaker 1: Holder was the attorney general of course during the Obama
- 18:48Speaker 1: Biden time. Both of them were held in contempt by
- 18:52Speaker 1: Congress and the Justice Department did nothing. And frankly, when
- 18:54Speaker 1: the Justice Department does decide to pursue contempt, they usually
- 18:59Speaker 1: it usually in civil court. It's not a it's not
- 19:01Speaker 1: criminal contempt like they did with Steve Bannett. And if
- 19:04Speaker 1: they're going to cross this, if they're going to cross
- 19:06Speaker 1: this bridge, I mean they're they're talking the Democrats in
- 19:10Speaker 1: Congress on this January sixth Political Committee that they put together. Um,
- 19:13Speaker 1: they're talking about going after Mark Meadows, the former chiefest
- 19:17Speaker 1: staff to President Trump. Now, if you're going to do
- 19:20Speaker 1: criminal contempt on the chief of staff to the President
- 19:24Speaker 1: of the United States of America, that that those conversations
- 19:27Speaker 1: are supposed to be the most protected and you're gonna
- 19:30Speaker 1: do criminal contempt, you're not going to figure out if
- 19:32Speaker 1: are there some some questions that could be asked, some
- 19:35Speaker 1: areas of questions that that is frightening, and I've said, look,
- 19:38Speaker 1: if you're going to cross it, we shouldn't do this.
- 19:40Speaker 1: This is president two hundred years of president. But if
- 19:42Speaker 1: you're going to do that, if you're going to cross it,
- 19:44Speaker 1: then there's lots of questions that I think Americans want
- 19:47Speaker 1: to hear answers from from Ron Klaine, Biden's chiefest staff
- 19:50Speaker 1: about what happened in the whole debacle that was the
- 19:52Speaker 1: exit from Afghanistan. There's questions that we want to ask
- 19:54Speaker 1: Jake Selvan, so, uh, if we're gonna go down that road,
- 19:58Speaker 1: we're gonna go down that road. I hope we because
- 20:00Speaker 1: there's a lot of people that asked congressman, is this
- 20:02Speaker 1: our fault that we're a bunch of wusses that Republicans
- 20:05Speaker 1: don't fight hard and Democrats fight harder than we do,
- 20:07Speaker 1: they play by different rules. Is it the fault of
- 20:10Speaker 1: conservatives or fake conservatives in Congress that we don't hold
- 20:14Speaker 1: them to the same standards that they're clearly trying to
- 20:16Speaker 1: hold conservatives two right now? Well, I certainly try to
- 20:20Speaker 1: hold them the standards. Is I've been. I've been involved
- 20:22Speaker 1: in every major investigation in this is in this count
- 20:24Speaker 1: over the last decade. It seem the irs investigation. I
- 20:26Speaker 1: was on the Bengazi Select Committee. I was and on
- 20:28Speaker 1: the impeachment investigation trying to defend the president when they
- 20:32Speaker 1: did their crazy things and try to impeach him. Um.
- 20:34Speaker 1: And of course now we have this what they're doing
- 20:36Speaker 1: the parents to be a the FBI Counter Terrorism Division.
- 20:39Speaker 1: So UM, I do think we got to push back
- 20:41Speaker 1: and make sure we get the truth out. And look,
- 20:43Speaker 1: I think we should follow the Constitution, follow the Bill
- 20:45Speaker 1: of Rights. But what I'm saying is if they're gonna
- 20:48Speaker 1: if they're gonna they're gonna buy like two hundred years
- 20:51Speaker 1: of precedent when it comes to the chiefest Staff of
- 20:53Speaker 1: the United States and his communications with the President of
- 20:55Speaker 1: United States, then then then then look, we're gonna have
- 20:59Speaker 1: to do the same. We're going to have to do
- 21:00Speaker 1: the same. And I hate to say that, but I
- 21:01Speaker 1: think that's where it has to go with it. If
- 21:03Speaker 1: that's where Democrats want to take our great nation. Christmas
- 21:07Speaker 1: is coming, Congressman, and let's talk about your book. Do
- 21:11Speaker 1: what you said you would do. There's gonna be some
- 21:13Speaker 1: of you listening on podcasts, they're gonna be thinking, Hey,
- 21:16Speaker 1: what do I get somebody for Christmas? I have been
- 21:19Speaker 1: around you, We've we've never broken bread together, but we've
- 21:22Speaker 1: been around each other at sea packing out of things.
- 21:23Speaker 1: And I will say this, this is a book. Put
- 21:26Speaker 1: it on your list. This is a man of integrity.
- 21:29Speaker 1: I have witnessed and watched his work for years. We
- 21:32Speaker 1: need to do this more often, have you on. But
- 21:35Speaker 1: I'm so excited for you as as as a author,
- 21:38Speaker 1: and I'm so proud of you for this book that
- 21:39Speaker 1: you've written. Tell people what they're gonna get in it
- 21:42Speaker 1: it's gonna and why they should grab it. It's gonna
- 21:45Speaker 1: be out in November the twenty third. You can pre
- 21:48Speaker 1: order it now Amazon and other places. But what are
- 21:51Speaker 1: they going to get in this book? Well? I wrote
- 21:55Speaker 1: every single word. I'm all passionate. I've been I get
- 21:57Speaker 1: off the yellow legal pattern. I write it out long hand,
- 21:59Speaker 1: and then uh, but it takes them behind the scenes.
- 22:02Speaker 1: And and look, I talk about all these investigations that
- 22:04Speaker 1: we just mentioned. I've had the privilege of being and
- 22:06Speaker 1: involved in every one of these, trying to get the
- 22:08Speaker 1: truth out for the American people, so they know exactly
- 22:10Speaker 1: what happened. We take them behind the scenes with President Trump,
- 22:13Speaker 1: who's who's an amazing guy, and um, you know some
- 22:16Speaker 1: of the interactions we had, some of the funny things.
- 22:18Speaker 1: I mean, I have. One of the stories we talked
- 22:20Speaker 1: about in there is when when my my, my good
- 22:22Speaker 1: friends and colleagues Steve Scalis and Matt Gates stormed the
- 22:25Speaker 1: bunker in the basement of the Capitol during impeachment and
- 22:28Speaker 1: Adam Ship's reaction to that calling me into his office,
- 22:31Speaker 1: and we I mean it just we try to give
- 22:34Speaker 1: the reader a real sense of being behind the scenes
- 22:38Speaker 1: and what takes place. Um and so I also talk
- 22:42Speaker 1: a lot about the formation of the Freedom Caucus, when
- 22:44Speaker 1: we formed it and when we made the decision that
- 22:47Speaker 1: that we were gonna get a new speaker and John
- 22:50Speaker 1: Bayner wound up leaving. So UM, I think though, I think,
- 22:53Speaker 1: I think your readers, excuse me, your listeners will enjoy
- 22:55Speaker 1: the reading. I hope grab the book. It's a great
- 22:58Speaker 1: Christmas gift. Do what you said you would do Fighting
- 23:01Speaker 1: for Freedom in the Swamp by Congressman Jim Jordan. Congressman,
- 23:04Speaker 1: thanks for coming on. I appreciate it and we'll do
- 23:06Speaker 1: it again real soon. All right, I'll say it again
- 23:08Speaker 1: real quick. If you are listening this podcast, make sure
- 23:11Speaker 1: that you share this real quick. Hit that little forward button.
- 23:14Speaker 1: You can text this podcast to your family and friends,
- 23:17Speaker 1: because everybody needs to hear exactly what Jim Jordan just said.
- 23:20Speaker 1: It's the only way we're gonna win is if we
- 23:22Speaker 1: expose A. G. Garland and the FBI, the deep state,
- 23:26Speaker 1: the Biden administration for exactly what they're doing right now,
- 23:29Speaker 1: which this whistle blower has exposed. And when whistle blowers
- 23:33Speaker 1: take chances to tell us exactly what's going on and
- 23:36Speaker 1: they expose things like this, I think we have an
- 23:38Speaker 1: obligation to not only back them up, but to make
- 23:40Speaker 1: sure that the information that they are telling and showing
- 23:43Speaker 1: and exposing gets seen by the masses. And the media
- 23:46Speaker 1: is not going to do that. So again, make sure
- 23:49Speaker 1: you share this podcast with your family and your friends
- 23:52Speaker 1: right now. All right, I gotta switch gears real quick
- 23:54Speaker 1: to something else that's breaking that you need to know about.
- 23:56Speaker 1: And we're getting word right now that the Biden administration
- 24:00Speaker 1: is about to roll out new mandated booster shots. The
- 24:05Speaker 1: question should be asked right now is will this ever end,
- 24:09Speaker 1: the Biden administration is now planning to demand slash mandate
- 24:16Speaker 1: boosters for all adults in this country. The administrations expect
- 24:21Speaker 1: to begin the process quote of expanding the booster authorization
- 24:24Speaker 1: to all adults as early as this week, according to
- 24:26Speaker 1: sources familiar with the internal planning at the White House.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Why does this matter because American boosters campaign got off
- 24:33Speaker 1: to an underwhelming start. Americans decided maybe not. Now the
- 24:39Speaker 1: White House says, well, this has potentially left millions of
- 24:42Speaker 1: vulnerable people at risk as a holiday's approach, So therefore
- 24:46Speaker 1: we're going to mandate it now. Something else that's also
- 24:49Speaker 1: shocking right now is this. There is a new poll
- 24:53Speaker 1: out and this is exactly how psychotic democrats have become.
- 24:57Speaker 1: There is a pullout that says sixty percent a vaccinated
- 25:03Speaker 1: individuals say they are banning unvaccinated family members from their
- 25:10Speaker 1: seasonal festivities. That's right, the vaccinated are now banning their
- 25:16Speaker 1: unvaccinated relatives from holiday gatherings at a sixty percent rate. Now,
- 25:24Speaker 1: I would assume that the majority of the six percent
- 25:26Speaker 1: of the vaccine individuals who say they're going to ban
- 25:28Speaker 1: their unvaccined family members from Christmas and Thanksgiving are probably
- 25:32Speaker 1: woke leftist crazies, but this is exactly what the Biden
- 25:36Speaker 1: administration is trying to do in this country. They're wanting
- 25:39Speaker 1: to divide us into two different groups of people, two
- 25:43Speaker 1: different class of citizens. One group that is the halves
- 25:47Speaker 1: and can do everything that they want you to do
- 25:49Speaker 1: and allow you to do, and they give you freedoms
- 25:51Speaker 1: if you get on your knees and take the jab
- 25:54Speaker 1: and they have not. So is that they punish those
- 25:56Speaker 1: they silent those they banned from airplanes, banned from sporting events,
- 26:00Speaker 1: ban your kids from playing sports, Ban your kids aren't
- 26:03Speaker 1: going to school, ban you from going to the office,
- 26:06Speaker 1: ban you from being able to provide for your family.
- 26:09Speaker 1: This is all part of that plan when you have,
- 26:12Speaker 1: when you've gotten people in America to the point with
- 26:14Speaker 1: this propaganda, that's sixty percent of vaccinated individuals say they're
- 26:20Speaker 1: banning their unvaccinated family members from Christmas and Thanksgiving from
- 26:25Speaker 1: their gatherings this holiday season. That is telling you how
- 26:30Speaker 1: delusional the left is, how much brainwashing they've been able
- 26:34Speaker 1: to accomplish by owning our public schools. People are putting
- 26:39Speaker 1: the vaccine and the mandates over spending time with their
- 26:44Speaker 1: families are in Christmas and Thanksgiving. Now, the White House
- 26:48Speaker 1: is going to try to sell it to you this way,
- 26:50Speaker 1: that this is a big picture moment. They're gonna tell you,
- 26:53Speaker 1: from what we've been told, the pandemic still isn't over,
- 26:57Speaker 1: and the data, they say, is clear that the vaccine
- 26:59Speaker 1: effectiveness has waned over time with the rise of the
- 27:03Speaker 1: delta variant, and they believe that if you just go
- 27:06Speaker 1: get the booster dose, it will restore your protection against
- 27:09Speaker 1: the virus to remarkable levels. That's the selling point. Now.
- 27:13Speaker 1: I've always said follow the money, and the money has
- 27:17Speaker 1: become a very big part of this conversation, and it's
- 27:21Speaker 1: a part that Democrats don't want you to understand. So
- 27:24Speaker 1: I'm going to explain it to you right now so
- 27:25Speaker 1: you get it. We are now being told that Fiser
- 27:30Speaker 1: Biointech Maderna are now making more than a thousand dollars
- 27:34Speaker 1: profit every second. Fiser Biointech and Maderna are making combined
- 27:42Speaker 1: profits of sixty five thousand dollars every minute for their
- 27:47Speaker 1: highly successful COVID nineteen vaccine mandate. There's also now new
- 27:53Speaker 1: criticism that we're not really fighting the pandemic because the
- 27:56Speaker 1: world's poorest countries remain largely unvaccinated, according to a new analysis,
- 28:00Speaker 1: because they're trying to get every dime they can out
- 28:03Speaker 1: of this vaccine, these companies have sold the vast majority
- 28:07Speaker 1: of their doses to rich countries, leaving low income nations
- 28:10Speaker 1: and the lurch. That's what the People's Vaccine Alliance, a
- 28:14Speaker 1: coalition campaigning for wider access to COVID nineteen vaccines, which
- 28:19Speaker 1: based its calculations on the firm's own earnings, reports. The
- 28:24Speaker 1: Alliance estimates that the trio these companies will make pretax
- 28:29Speaker 1: profits of thirty four billion alone this year between them,
- 28:34Speaker 1: which works out over a thousand dollars a second, sixty
- 28:36Speaker 1: five thousand dollars a minute, or ninety three million a day. Quote.
- 28:44Speaker 1: It's obscene that just a few companies are making millions
- 28:47Speaker 1: of dollars in profit every single hour. Why just two
- 28:50Speaker 1: percent of people in low income countries have been fully
- 28:53Speaker 1: vaccinated against coronavirus. So when they try to tell you
- 28:56Speaker 1: there's about saving lives everything else, No, they're about making money.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Because they were about saving lives, they'd be giving this
- 29:01Speaker 1: vaccine to poorer countries. Fiser, Biointech, and Maderna have used
- 29:06Speaker 1: their monopolies to prioritize the most profitable contracts with the
- 29:11Speaker 1: richest governments, leaving low income countries out in the cold.
- 29:14Speaker 1: The new report claims Fiser and Biointech have delivered lessen
- 29:21Speaker 1: one percent of their total supply chain to low income countries,
- 29:26Speaker 1: while Maderna has delivered just zero point two percent. Currently,
- 29:32Speaker 1: ninety eight percent of people in low income countries have
- 29:35Speaker 1: not been fully vaccinated. The three companies actions are in
- 29:38Speaker 1: contrast asterzenicun Johnson Johnson, which have provided their vaccines on
- 29:43Speaker 1: a not for profit basis, though both have now announced
- 29:46Speaker 1: that they foresee ending that agreement in the future. Because hey,
- 29:49Speaker 1: we have the other companies are making all this money.
- 29:51Speaker 1: We went in on it too. The other thing that
- 29:56Speaker 1: should make every one of you angry. PVA said that
- 30:00Speaker 1: receiving public funding and more than eight billion dollars and
- 30:03Speaker 1: guarantee contracts to make the money. On top of that, Fiser,
- 30:07Speaker 1: biointecha Maderna have refused calls to transfer the vaccine technology
- 30:11Speaker 1: to producers in low and mental income countries via the
- 30:15Speaker 1: World Health Organization, a move that would clearly increase global
- 30:19Speaker 1: supply chain drive down prices and just a side note
- 30:23Speaker 1: here would save millions of lives. Don't tell me it's
- 30:27Speaker 1: not about the money, folks, when it's clearly about the money.
- 30:29Speaker 1: In Madernah's case. This is despite explicit pressure from the
- 30:33Speaker 1: White House and requests from the WHO that the company
- 30:37Speaker 1: collaborate in and help accelerate its plan to replicate the
- 30:42Speaker 1: Maderna vaccine for wider production in their hub in South Africa.
- 30:48Speaker 1: Where did the Fiser CEO have to say about this?
- 30:50Speaker 1: The CEO had dismissed the technology transfers quite a dangerous nonsense.
- 30:55Speaker 1: I wonder if doctor Fauci backed him up on that one.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Follow the money, my friends, and connect the dots. It
- 31:04Speaker 1: is so important that each one of you make sure
- 31:06Speaker 1: that your families and your friends understand what's happening in
- 31:10Speaker 1: this country, that they hear what Congressman Jordan just told you.
- 31:15Speaker 1: So I'll say it again. Make sure you share this podcast,

- 31:40Speaker 1: to say. I'll see you back here tomorrow.
