There were upward of twenty serial killers at work in Southern California in the late seventies and early eighties, earning Los Angeles the title “Serial Killer Capital of the World.” Three of these brutal killers were targeting young men and boys, leaving their bodies strewn over roadways, each of them becoming known as the Freeway Killer.
