ECCB to Operationalise Office of Financial Conduct to Protect Regional Consumers
Following sub-regional consultations, the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank is securing legal authority to launch the Office of Financial Conduct (OFC). The new body will serve as a regulatory watchdog to resolve bank customer grievances and improve transparency across the ECCU.
