Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: I thought it was very embarrassing for the Democrats what
- 0:03Speaker 1: happened the other night. Even CNN fake news said that
- 0:06Speaker 1: they came out and they said it. And worse than
- 0:08Speaker 1: CNN is MS DNC, which is the worst. Frankly, what
- 0:12Speaker 1: Nicole Wallace said about that young man is disgraceful. She
- 0:15Speaker 1: should be forced to resign.
- 0:17Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Good Friday morning to you. It's Ben Ferguson. Nice to
- 0:23Speaker 3: have you on the forty seven Morning Updated. We've got
- 0:25Speaker 3: one heck of a show for you today, including this.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Almost one hundred terror linked migrants were purposely and deliberately
- 0:32Speaker 3: released into the United States of America by the Biden administration.
- 0:37Speaker 3: It's a shocking story and I'll give you all the
- 0:39Speaker 3: details in just a moment. Also, Hunter Biden is saying
- 0:42Speaker 3: now he's broke. It only took a couple of weeks
- 0:45Speaker 3: after Joe Biden left the White House for Hunter Biden
- 0:48Speaker 3: to say, I don't have any money. I'm millions of
- 0:50Speaker 3: dollars in debt and I can't even keep a lawsuit
- 0:53Speaker 3: that I sued someone else over my laptop. How bad
- 0:58Speaker 3: is it for him economically. I'll explore his sad song
- 1:01Speaker 3: story to you in just a second. And finally, Christy
- 1:04Speaker 3: nom now saying she knows who the internal individuals were
- 1:08Speaker 3: in our government that were leaking the location of ICE
- 1:12Speaker 3: agents to help illegal immigrants get away, and now they're
- 1:16Speaker 3: facing prosecution. It's the forty seven Morning Update and it
- 1:19Speaker 3: starts right now.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 1:21Speaker 3: It is some of the most shocking news that we've
- 1:24Speaker 3: seen thus far, finding out exactly how bad it got
- 1:27Speaker 3: under Joe Biden's leadership, especially in twenty twenty four, when
- 1:31Speaker 3: it comes to releasing people that are terrorists or connected
- 1:35Speaker 3: to known terrorists deliberately and purposely into the United States
- 1:39Speaker 3: of America when we had them caught President Joe Biden's deputies.
- 1:43Speaker 3: We now have learned and released almost one hundred terror
- 1:47Speaker 3: linked migrants into America's communities in twenty twenty four. This
- 1:51Speaker 3: coming from Tulsa Gabbert, who President Donald Trump named the
- 1:55Speaker 3: Director of National Intelligence. She had a press conference in
- 2:00Speaker 3: Eagle Pass, Texas, at the southern border, with the Vice
- 2:02Speaker 3: President by her side, and here is what she had
- 2:05Speaker 3: to say about the shocking new news.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Pump has been in office. Really, what you're seeing here today,
- 2:11Speaker 4: in which you'll continue to see as a unified effort
- 2:14Speaker 4: across President Trump's National security team, the Department of Homeland
- 2:17Speaker 4: Security towards our mission, which is to ensure a safe, free,
- 2:21Speaker 4: and prosperous society for Americans. As Director of National Intelligence,
- 2:26Speaker 4: there are a number of areas where we are focused.
- 2:28Speaker 4: The President talked about in his speech. Over twenty one
- 2:31Speaker 4: million people have come across our borders illegally under Joe
- 2:34Speaker 4: Biden's administration. There are many of them that we don't
- 2:37Speaker 4: know who they are. They have not been vetted, we
- 2:40Speaker 4: don't know where they are.
- 2:41Speaker 5: I'll give you.
- 2:42Speaker 4: One quick example of one of the problems that we
- 2:44Speaker 4: are getting after from Central Asia. There were over four
- 2:47Speaker 4: thousand people who came across our borders using an ISIS
- 2:51Speaker 4: affiliated network. Our National counter Terrorism Center went through and
- 2:55Speaker 4: identified those individuals. There were hundreds of them who were
- 2:59Speaker 4: either known to terrists or associated with known terrorists. That
- 3:02Speaker 4: information was provided to the Biden administration. You may remember
- 3:06Speaker 4: in some of the news a little over one hundred
- 3:08Speaker 4: of those people were arrested in twenty twenty four.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Of those who were.
- 3:12Speaker 4: Arrested, only eight were either deported or remained in custody
- 3:17Speaker 4: only eight. The rest of them were released back into
- 3:20Speaker 4: our country. Where are they, what are they doing? What
- 3:24Speaker 4: may they be plotting? This is just the beginning. There
- 3:27Speaker 4: are many many areas that we need to stay very
- 3:29Speaker 4: focused on, working with Department of Homeland Security, working with
- 3:32Speaker 4: the FBI to ensure that we're keeping the American people safe.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Our counter Terrorism Center is working on making sure that
- 3:38Speaker 4: we have that single source for vetting so that we
- 3:41Speaker 4: can figure out who is actually in our country and
- 3:44Speaker 4: identify those who pose a threat and get them removed.
- 3:47Speaker 4: The President's designation of the cartels as foreign terrorists organizations
- 3:51Speaker 4: falls directly into this, especially as we're seeing some of
- 3:53Speaker 4: the tactics that these cartels are using reflect some of
- 3:56Speaker 4: the tactics that we've seen used by Islamus terrasts in
- 3:59Speaker 4: countries that many of us have served in overseas. Our
- 4:03Speaker 4: mission is very clear. Our objective is to keep the
- 4:06Speaker 4: American people safe. I'm grateful to be a part of
- 4:08Speaker 4: this team that President Trump has assembled to accomplish that mission.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 4:12Speaker 3: So let's dive into some of the facts of what
- 4:14Speaker 3: she just said. From Central Asia, there were over four
- 4:16Speaker 3: thousand people who came across her border using an ISIS
- 4:20Speaker 3: affiliated network. She then said, our National counter Terrorism Center
- 4:24Speaker 3: went through and identified those individuals. There were one hundreds
- 4:27Speaker 3: of them who were either known terrorists or directly associated
- 4:32Speaker 3: with known terrorists. The information was provided directly to the
- 4:36Speaker 3: Biden administration.
- 4:38Speaker 2: And what do they do. Nothing.
- 4:40Speaker 3: In fact, they said, let them go into the United
- 4:43Speaker 3: States of America's interior. Now, most of you right now
- 4:46Speaker 3: that are listening to this are probably very angry over
- 4:48Speaker 3: the fact that the Biden administration knew they had terrorists
- 4:51Speaker 3: that they had caught and they said not just let
- 4:53Speaker 3: them go. The question you have to ask yourself is why. Well,
- 4:56Speaker 3: partly because they didn't want to have to admit that
- 4:58Speaker 3: their open border policy was allowing for known terrorists to
- 5:01Speaker 3: come into the United States of America at record numbers.
- 5:04Speaker 3: And if they held these terrorists, they were going to
- 5:07Speaker 3: have to tell the American people that they had, in
- 5:09Speaker 3: fact caught about one hundred terrorists coming across the southern border.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Now there's also a bigger problem, and that is foreign
- 5:16Speaker 3: countries allowing the transit of illegal immigrants into America. Well,
- 5:21Speaker 3: the President of the United States of America has empowered
- 5:23Speaker 3: the Secretary of State Marco Rubio to announce a new policy,
- 5:27Speaker 3: a policy going after those foreign countries and penalizing them.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Any country that allows the transit of the illegal immigrants
- 5:34Speaker 3: will now be penalized by the United States of America.
- 5:37Speaker 3: The moral of the story, Donald Trump is going on
- 5:40Speaker 3: offense and exposing exactly what the Biden administration did to
- 5:44Speaker 3: put many of our lives at risk. We also know
- 5:47Speaker 3: that many of these terrorists are being hunted down right
- 5:49Speaker 3: now by Ice agents and our government at all levels.
- 5:53Speaker 3: This is exactly why the President said it is time
- 5:56Speaker 3: for us to secure the border at all costs, because yes,
- 6:00Speaker 3: there are some bad own Brakes who are coming across
- 6:02Speaker 3: the border, many of them who are actual terrorists. Next
- 6:05Speaker 3: story number two, It is an important story, the story
- 6:09Speaker 3: of the Biden crime family. As you know, in the
- 6:11Speaker 3: final moments of Joe Biden being in office, he pardoned
- 6:14Speaker 3: many of his family members and others that were involved
- 6:17Speaker 3: in what he believed was probably criminal activity. That's exactly
- 6:21Speaker 3: why he gave them a pardon. One of those pardons
- 6:24Speaker 3: went to Hunter Biden, and Hunter Biden was selling access
- 6:27Speaker 3: to Daddy for decades. Well, Hunter Biden now says he's broke,
- 6:31Speaker 3: the sales of his memoir and art have slowed to
- 6:34Speaker 3: a trickle, and his rental home was impacted, he claims,
- 6:37Speaker 3: by the Pacific Palisades fire. Yes, all of this happening
- 6:42Speaker 3: within weeks of Daddy leaving the White House. A pardon
- 6:45Speaker 3: from his dad spared him from prison, but the former
- 6:48Speaker 3: president son remained saddled with debt and was forced out
- 6:51Speaker 3: of his house. That he was running by the fires.
- 6:54Speaker 3: That is what he is now whining and complaining about.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Biden detailed his grim fire financial situation in a court
- 7:02Speaker 3: filing yesterday, saying he has struggled to sell his paintings
- 7:06Speaker 3: in recent months. I wonder why moving only one in
- 7:10Speaker 3: the past fourteen months compared to twenty seven paintings in
- 7:15Speaker 3: the prior two or three years.
- 7:17Speaker 2: These are his words.
- 7:18Speaker 3: In the court filing. He reported quote significant debts and
- 7:22Speaker 3: lackluster sales of his memoir just more than four thousand
- 7:25Speaker 3: and two interred copies during a one year period that
- 7:28Speaker 3: led up to the trial in Delaware last spring in
- 7:31Speaker 3: which he was found guilty of lying about his drug
- 7:33Speaker 3: addiction on a federal gun purchase form. Quote, given the
- 7:37Speaker 3: positive feedback and reviews of my artwork and memoir. I
- 7:41Speaker 3: was expecting to obtain paid speaking engagements and paid appearances,
- 7:46Speaker 3: but that has not happened, Biden wrote, citing the financial
- 7:50Speaker 3: burden of ongoing legal fees. Biden is now asking a
- 7:53Speaker 3: federal judge in LA to quote allow him to drop
- 7:56Speaker 3: a lawsuit that he filed in twenty twenty three accusing
- 7:59Speaker 3: former Trump White House aid of hacking the contents of
- 8:04Speaker 3: his laptop, which I guess now they're saying yet again
- 8:08Speaker 3: is actually real. Now The Daily Mail is also reporting
- 8:11Speaker 3: on this right now, and they're saying that he's in
- 8:14Speaker 3: serious financial trouble. Also now, Hunter Biden's lawyer claims that
- 8:18Speaker 3: in a letter to Ziegor's attorney this week, who he
- 8:21Speaker 3: was suing right because he hated him because he's a
- 8:24Speaker 3: ex Trump White House staffer. He indicated the former first
- 8:28Speaker 3: son is straight up out of cash and can no
- 8:31Speaker 3: longer tap his sugar brother that Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris
- 8:34Speaker 3: for funds and is not being bailed out by Democratic
- 8:37Speaker 3: donors either. The letter to the Dailymail dot Com has
- 8:40Speaker 3: exclusively gotten says Hunter lacks the resources to continue his
- 8:45Speaker 3: litigation at this time.
- 8:48Speaker 2: So it's close to the case.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Also, told the Dailymail dot Com that the pardon felon
- 8:52Speaker 3: is planning to quit California move back to the East Coast.
- 8:55Speaker 3: The legal letter claimed hard up Hunter's financial woes have
- 8:58Speaker 3: been exacerbated at after the fires in the Pacific Palisades
- 9:02Speaker 3: in early January up ended the planeff's life by rendering
- 9:05Speaker 3: his rental house unlivable for an extended period of time. Now,
- 9:09Speaker 3: if you want to know how much the broke man
- 9:11Speaker 3: was paying for rent in Malibu, apparently it was fifteen
- 9:14Speaker 3: thousand and eight, one hundred dollars per month. It was
- 9:18Speaker 3: a four million dollar home, three bedroom, three baff the
- 9:20Speaker 3: nineteen fifties style with a panoramic view over the Pacific Coast.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Sounds like the guys really broke right well. In September
- 9:27Speaker 3: of twenty twenty three, Hunter, who's fifty five, he had
- 9:30Speaker 3: no problem suing Zieglor, the twenty nine year old former
- 9:33Speaker 3: Trump staffer and his right wing nonprofit called Marco Polo
- 9:37Speaker 3: in California federal court for alleged computer hacking. Why did
- 9:41Speaker 3: he do it? They're the ones that published a six
- 9:42Speaker 3: hundred and forty four page report on his alleged illegal
- 9:45Speaker 3: activity based on material from his infamous abandoned laptop. But
- 9:49Speaker 3: now apparently Hunter Biden just wants to drop the whole
- 9:52Speaker 3: case because he just doesn't have any money. Isn't amazing
- 9:55Speaker 3: how quick he goes broke after Daddy leaves office and
- 9:57Speaker 3: the gig is up. Just so you know, it's not
- 10:00Speaker 3: going to be that easy for Hunter Biden to get
- 10:01Speaker 3: out of the case. The furious man that was sued
- 10:04Speaker 3: s Igor, told the Daily Mail dot Com that the
- 10:06Speaker 3: former president son isn't getting away that easily. Hunter wants
- 10:10Speaker 3: to cry uncle, we are opposing that. He said, we
- 10:13Speaker 3: want our attorneys fees to be paid for Hunter to
- 10:16Speaker 3: cease lying about us and me, I couldn't have said
- 10:19Speaker 3: it better myself.
- 10:20Speaker 2: And here is story number three.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Sanctuary city mayors are now being forced to testify on
- 10:27Speaker 3: Capitol Hill. These are the same mayors that refuse to
- 10:30Speaker 3: hand over individuals that are wanted by ICE. Why because
- 10:34Speaker 3: they're a loving city, a sanctuary city and they refuse
- 10:38Speaker 3: to abide by the law of the land. Well, those
- 10:40Speaker 3: sanctuary city mayors were forced to testify and it didn't
- 10:43Speaker 3: go very well for them.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Take a listen, would you turn that criminal over to Ice?
- 10:49Speaker 6: This happened outside the city of Boston. But I can
- 10:51Speaker 6: tell you in the city, whenever someone commits a crime,
- 10:54Speaker 6: whenever there's a criminal warrant, we hold them accountable. If
- 10:57Speaker 6: ICE deems that they are dangerous enough to hold obtain
- 11:01Speaker 6: a criminal warrant and the Boston Police will.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Enforce it, will you turn that criminal over to Ice?
- 11:07Speaker 2: We follow the laws.
- 11:09Speaker 6: Sure.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Do you consider yourself a sanctuary city. That's just we
- 11:13Speaker 2: do not under that definition. You don't use the definition.
- 11:15Speaker 2: You're not a sanctuary. We call ourselves a welcoming city.
- 11:18Speaker 5: We're not pulling the curtain back. We have ripped the
- 11:21Speaker 5: curtain from the rods. We have revealed to America just
- 11:26Speaker 5: how fast we could have secured our border if you
- 11:30Speaker 5: had an executive that was willing to enforce the law.
- 11:33Speaker 5: So now we're paying attention to municipalities and every one
- 11:38Speaker 5: of them is lawyered up. If change their narrative, you'll
- 11:42Speaker 5: be held accountable. One of you said you're willing to
- 11:44Speaker 5: go to jail, we might give you that opportunity.
- 11:47Speaker 4: Mayor yes or no.
- 11:49Speaker 2: They should be deported, Okay.
- 11:51Speaker 7: Any individual causes hard breaks up the law should be
- 11:55Speaker 7: held acas. This is why you have six percent approval
- 11:57Speaker 7: rating because you suck answering questions. I do not think
- 12:00Speaker 7: you guys are bad people, but I think that you
- 12:02Speaker 7: are ideologically misled, which is why, unfortunately, based on your responses,
- 12:07Speaker 7: I'm all going to be criminally referring you to the
- 12:09Speaker 7: Department of Justice for investigation.
- 12:11Speaker 3: All of you will be referred for criminal investigation Department
- 12:15Speaker 3: of Justice, all because these radicals are sitting there in
- 12:19Speaker 3: cities refusing to hand over criminals to ICE. There is
- 12:24Speaker 3: a new whistleblower that has also come forward in Denver.
- 12:27Speaker 3: The city of Denver now being forced to release videos
- 12:30Speaker 3: showing ICE agents chasing down and arresting a suspected major
- 12:35Speaker 3: cartel gang member who had just been literally released from jail.
- 12:40Speaker 3: Why was he released? Denver refused to hand him over
- 12:43Speaker 3: to ICE inside the safety of the facility due to
- 12:47Speaker 3: their sanctuary policies. Instead, this criminal was street released and
- 12:53Speaker 3: fled upon seeing the ICE agents outside waiting. ICE says
- 12:57Speaker 3: the assaulted an agent while being taken into custody. The
- 13:00Speaker 3: local channel nine News reported that ICE requested a forty
- 13:03Speaker 3: eight hour heads up on this man's release he was
- 13:06Speaker 3: a high value target, but they received that notification from
- 13:10Speaker 3: the Denver jail just ninety minutes before he walked out
- 13:15Speaker 3: the front door. Now I says it makes no sense
- 13:18Speaker 3: for sanctuary policies to ban the transfer of these hardcore
- 13:22Speaker 3: criminals inside the jail, where it is safer for everyone,
- 13:26Speaker 3: including the individual wanted by ICE. In this case, By
- 13:30Speaker 3: the way, six ICE officers had to show up to
- 13:34Speaker 3: apprehend the uncoughed gang member after he was released from
- 13:38Speaker 3: the Denver jail, literally walking out the front door. Denver
- 13:42Speaker 3: Mike Johnson says he reached out to ICE yesterday and
- 13:46Speaker 3: is asking to sit down with him to discuss the
- 13:48Speaker 3: quote best procedures moving forward. In translation this Denver Mayor
- 13:54Speaker 3: Johnson wants to discuss the best procedures when he already
- 13:57Speaker 3: knows what they are. What would be best procedure b
- 14:01Speaker 3: Stop releasing criminal legal aliens from your jails, especially when
- 14:05Speaker 3: you receive an ICE detainer. It's just common sense. There's
- 14:09Speaker 3: literally nothing else to discuss, and the question voters should
- 14:12Speaker 3: be asking themselves now is what side are the mayors
- 14:16Speaker 3: actually on, on the side of your safety or are
- 14:19Speaker 3: they siding with the drug cartels.
