- 0:01Speaker 1: IRS Commissioner Daniel Warfel told Congress the Justice Department the
- 0:07Speaker 1: DOJ made the decision to purge an IRS whistleblower from
- 0:14Speaker 1: the DOJ's probe and Hunter Biden that according to a
- 0:17Speaker 1: letter sent to the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman
- 0:21Speaker 1: Jason Smith, now if you believe this, that would mean
- 0:24Speaker 1: that clearly the DOJ is interfering and protecting the sitting
- 0:30Speaker 1: President of the United States of America, Joe Biden. Now,
- 0:33Speaker 1: Warfel's letter on May the seventeen, that is when it's dated,
- 0:38Speaker 1: responded to Smith's May sixteenth inquiry about concerns at a
- 0:44Speaker 1: high ranking IRS agent faced retaliation for raising red flags
- 0:50Speaker 1: about alleged political interference at the highest levels in the
- 0:54Speaker 1: tax probe of Hunter Biden. Warfell said the decision to
- 0:59Speaker 1: rem move a whistleblower from the tax investigation was that
- 1:03Speaker 1: the dojay's direction confirming what a second IRS whistleblower also
- 1:10Speaker 1: alleged on Monday. Now, before I get more into this,
- 1:14Speaker 1: I do want you to hear about this second whistle
- 1:17Speaker 1: blower and what was said.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Take a listen to Fox.
- 1:19Speaker 3: The second IRS whistleblower has come forward in the years
- 1:22Speaker 3: long criminal tax investigation into Hudter Biden, the agent, expressing
- 1:26Speaker 3: concerns over the Justice Department's handling of the probe and
- 1:30Speaker 3: brand new documents presented to Congress. It comes just days
- 1:33Speaker 3: after the IRS dropped the entire investigative team that was
- 1:37Speaker 3: looking into the President's son. Let's bring in South Carolina
- 1:40Speaker 3: Republican Congresswoman Nancy May. She is a member of the
- 1:43Speaker 3: House Oversight Committed Congresswoman, good to have you in again.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Thank you for having me, thank you.
- 1:46Speaker 3: For joining us. So this whistleblower, we don't know his
- 1:49Speaker 3: name yet, send an email to the IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel,
- 1:54Speaker 3: which in parts said quote, I have spent thousands of
- 1:57Speaker 3: hours on the case, worked to complete ninety five percent
- 2:00Speaker 3: of the investigation. If sacrifice, sleep, vacation's gray hairs, etc.
- 2:03Speaker 3: My husband and I identifying me as the case agent.
- 2:06Speaker 3: We're publicly outed and ridiculed on social media due to
- 2:10Speaker 3: our sexual orientation, and to ultimately be removed for always
- 2:14Speaker 3: try to do the right thing is unacceptable in my opinion.
- 2:18Speaker 3: We just went through a day of hearings of FBI
- 2:20Speaker 3: retaliation against whistleblowers. This looks on the surface to be
- 2:24Speaker 3: very similar right.
- 2:25Speaker 4: And we saw during the Trump administration, Donald Trump was
- 2:28Speaker 4: targeted by the FBI, and now the FBI is covering
- 2:31Speaker 4: up for Joe Biden and his administration. And when you
- 2:33Speaker 4: hear stories about these whistleblowers and one at the IRS
- 2:36Speaker 4: just last week being fired for no good reason. My
- 2:40Speaker 4: message to anyone at the IRS today or anyone in
- 2:43Speaker 4: the administration, if you have something to say, if you've
- 2:45Speaker 4: seen something with the Hunter Biden investigation, you want to
- 2:48Speaker 4: talk to the Oversight Committee. We will protect you. We're
- 2:51Speaker 4: going to protect every whistleblower that comes forward into this
- 2:54Speaker 4: investigation at the FBI and DOJ won't do their job,
- 2:57Speaker 4: but we'll do it for them.
- 2:58Speaker 5: Congressman, you say you'll protect every whistleblower, but there is,
- 3:01Speaker 5: as you well know, a very complex, sort of involved
- 3:06Speaker 5: procedure that goes into offering a government employee those legal protections.
- 3:11Speaker 5: What it takes to actually become an official whistleblower. That
- 3:14Speaker 5: individual has to follow a very prescribed routine in order
- 3:18Speaker 5: to achieve that status. How confident are you that this
- 3:20Speaker 5: second IRS individual is actually a whistle blower who is
- 3:26Speaker 5: abiding by that process. Because James Comer last week on
- 3:30Speaker 5: our air sort of admitted that he may or may
- 3:35Speaker 5: not have been mistaken about the first whistleblower who came forward.
- 3:38Speaker 4: Right, Well, we know that as some of the whistleblowers,
- 3:40Speaker 4: they're still there, they're still out there. They're very credible,
- 3:43Speaker 4: particularly the one with documentation or said there's documentation about
- 3:47Speaker 4: showing how the president knew it was going on with
- 3:49Speaker 4: Hunter Biden's businesses and potential bribery there. We want to
- 3:53Speaker 4: talk to anyone who is a potential whistleblower. We want
- 3:55Speaker 4: to get to the bottom of it. We want to
- 3:57Speaker 4: have this investigation happen for the American people, and we
- 4:00Speaker 4: Democrats need to decide if it's just Republicans that they're
- 4:04Speaker 4: going to target or is everybody, Is anyone who's a
- 4:06Speaker 4: Democrat above the law? Is Joe Biden above the law?
- 4:08Speaker 4: We need to have all of this investigator.
- 4:10Speaker 5: But how do you know that these whistleblowers are Republicans.
- 4:13Speaker 4: I'm not saying they're republicans. I'm saying Democrats need decide
- 4:16Speaker 4: if Democrats are above the law or if they're only
- 4:19Speaker 4: going to target Republicans. So under the Trump administration, they
- 4:22Speaker 4: targeted Donald Trump. We saw on the Durham Report last week.
- 4:25Speaker 4: The FBI didn't have real evidence to have that investigated.
- 4:28Speaker 4: There was no Russian collusion. We're seeing evidence of that.
- 4:30Speaker 4: A whistleblower last week was fired from the IRS. We
- 4:33Speaker 4: don't know, I don't know what their political affiliation is,
- 4:35Speaker 4: but we want to pre sure that we're protecting them.
- 4:36Speaker 4: We want to talk to them and want to protect
- 4:38Speaker 4: them so that they know that the information they provide
- 4:40Speaker 4: us to safe and that they're safe.
- 4:42Speaker 1: So, if you're a whistleblower, do you feel safe? I
- 4:45Speaker 1: think the answer is pretty clear no. If you don't
- 4:47Speaker 1: believe me, look at the FBI agent who was one
- 4:49Speaker 1: of the first whistleblowers to come forward.
- 4:51Speaker 2: And the retaliation against him.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Not only did they move his family and moved him
- 4:55Speaker 1: to a new job out of state, but then the
- 4:58Speaker 1: first day he got to his new job out as eight,
- 5:00Speaker 1: they said, yeah, you're on indefinite leave, and then they
- 5:03Speaker 1: held his clothing and his belongings hostage.
- 5:07Speaker 2: That is retaliation.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Now we also know that Fox News obtained the letter
- 5:12Speaker 1: sent by Warfell on May the seventeenth, in which he
- 5:15Speaker 1: responded to concerns that whistleblowers may have faced retaliation for
- 5:21Speaker 1: voice and concerns about the probe into the business dealings
- 5:24Speaker 1: of Hunter Biden, son of the President Joe Biden, saying quote,
- 5:28Speaker 1: I want to state unequivocally that I have not intervened
- 5:32Speaker 1: and will not intervene in any way that would impact
- 5:35Speaker 1: the status of any whistle blower. However, the letter states
- 5:40Speaker 1: that the particular whistleblower referenced by Representative Jason Smith in
- 5:46Speaker 1: their initial experience a change in work assignment at the
- 5:50Speaker 1: direction of the Justice Department. That's retaliation. The IRS Commissioner
- 5:57Speaker 1: Daniel Warfel can say what every one's too, but the
- 6:01Speaker 1: reality is this is not accurate. Wilfull wrote also in
- 6:05Speaker 1: the letter, the IRS whistleblow are you reference alleges that
- 6:08Speaker 1: the change in their work assignment came at the direction
- 6:11Speaker 1: of the Department of Justice as a general matter and
- 6:14Speaker 1: not in reference to any specific case. I believe it is
- 6:16Speaker 1: important to emphasize that in any matter involving federal judicial proceedings,
- 6:22Speaker 1: the IRS follows the direction of the Justice Department. So,
- 6:26Speaker 1: in other words, I didn't retaliate. Don't blame me. This
- 6:31Speaker 1: was the Department of Justice that was retaliating. I guess
- 6:35Speaker 1: on the IRS's behalf and really on the behalf of
- 6:38Speaker 1: the Biden administration now. Also, in response to the May
- 6:43Speaker 1: sixteenth letter sent by Smith, the IRS Commissioner said that
- 6:46Speaker 1: he contacted the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration to
- 6:52Speaker 1: learn more, but isn't able to share particular details on
- 6:56Speaker 1: the matter, saying, when I first learned of the allegations
- 6:59Speaker 1: of re retaliation referenced in your letter and immediate reports
- 7:03Speaker 1: on May the sixteenth, I contact the Treasury Inspector General
- 7:07Speaker 1: for Tax Administration. In light of laws and policies designed
- 7:10Speaker 1: to protect the integrity of pending proceedings, I am unable
- 7:14Speaker 1: to provide details on this matter now. They also confirmed.
- 7:19Speaker 1: He says that my role as the Commissioner of the
- 7:23Speaker 1: IRS in any whistleblower proceedings is not an investigative one.
- 7:28Speaker 1: When an IRS employee raises allegations of this kind, the
- 7:32Speaker 1: Commissioner's office does not run an investigation, seek the identity
- 7:36Speaker 1: of the whistleblower, or similarly intervene. Instead, he says, the
- 7:42Speaker 1: Inspector General serves as a critical guardian of the wistleblower
- 7:45Speaker 1: whistleblower process and conducts relevant inquiries into the matter. Attorneys
- 7:51Speaker 1: for one of the IRS whistleblwers, and as you now know,
- 7:53Speaker 1: there's two of them. Told Congress earlier that the entire
- 7:57Speaker 1: team that was managed by the individual have been removed
- 8:01Speaker 1: from the Hunter Biden probe. The attorneys told Congress that
- 8:05Speaker 1: the removal was based on the Justice Department's order. Today,
- 8:10Speaker 1: the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Supervisory Special Agent we represent
- 8:16Speaker 1: was informed that he is an entire investigative team are
- 8:20Speaker 1: being removed from the ongoing sensitive investigation of the high profile,
- 8:25Speaker 1: controversial subject about which our client sought to make whistleblower
- 8:29Speaker 1: disclosures to Congress. The letter clearly stated he was informed
- 8:36Speaker 1: the change was at the request of the Department of Justice.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Attorneys for one of the whistleblowers, and now the second
- 8:45Speaker 1: whistleblower have now written to Congress. So this is what
- 8:49Speaker 1: we can say clearly now, the Department of Justice is
- 8:54Speaker 1: protecting the Biden crime family at all costs. The DOJ
- 8:59Speaker 1: is going to the irs, and if you get too
- 9:02Speaker 1: close to the truth, not only do you get fired
- 9:06Speaker 1: from your job, but anyone around you that helped you
- 9:09Speaker 1: do your job is also being fired retaliated against being
- 9:14Speaker 1: kicked off of the team. That is the reality now
- 9:18Speaker 1: of this situation. Is it disgusting yes? Is it absolutely
- 9:24Speaker 1: horrible that this is happening.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Yes.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Should anyone be surprised by this? No, no one should
- 9:31Speaker 1: be surprised because this is what the corrupt Biden government
- 9:35Speaker 1: has been doing.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Now for years.
- 9:37Speaker 1: We know that they stopped investigations multiple times into Hillary Clinton.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Let's get into that as well.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Now, before I get into more of this story, I
- 9:48Speaker 1: want to say thank you and tell you about our
- 9:49Speaker 1: good friends at Patriot Mobile. They are now offering a
- 9:53Speaker 1: performance guarantee. If you're not happy with your coverage, you
- 9:56Speaker 1: can switch between the three major carriers for Yeah, Patriot

- 10:12Speaker 1: The difference is not only do you get the same
- 10:15Speaker 1: great quality that you're used to, but they actually are
- 10:19Speaker 1: a company that fights to preserve or God given rights
- 10:23Speaker 1: and freedoms. So this year resolved to stop spending your
- 10:27Speaker 1: money with companies that don't align with your values, in fact,
- 10:30Speaker 1: actually fight against what you believe in. Switch to Patriot Mobile.

- 10:45Speaker 1: com slash ferguson that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson,

- 10:52Speaker 1: free activation with the offer code ferguson that's eight seven
- 10:56Speaker 1: eight Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash for. We also
- 11:01Speaker 1: are seeing other areas where there is massive corruption in
- 11:05Speaker 1: a history of it in the recent past. This story
- 11:09Speaker 1: broke as well, and it's one that the media has
- 11:11Speaker 1: not been talking about that deals with the Clintons. Republicans,
- 11:15Speaker 1: at least some now are demanding a probe into Bill
- 11:18Speaker 1: and Hillary Clinton after a report has revealed that the
- 11:22Speaker 1: FBI top brass shut down not one, not two, not three,
- 11:28Speaker 1: but four criminal investigations into millions of dollars in foreign
- 11:33Speaker 1: donations and speaker fees. Yeah, that happened. The FBI had
- 11:40Speaker 1: at least four criminal investigations into former first Lady Secretary
- 11:45Speaker 1: of State and Senator from New York, Hillary Clinton and
- 11:48Speaker 1: former President of the United States of America Bill Clinton
- 11:51Speaker 1: that were ultimately shut down months before the presidential election
- 11:54Speaker 1: in twenty sixteen. A new Justice Department report has revealed
- 12:00Speaker 1: and Republicans are now demanding that those cases be reopened.
- 12:04Speaker 1: The problem is, it looks like a lot of the
- 12:06Speaker 1: evidence has been destroyed. As you know, there was a
- 12:10Speaker 1: long away to report by Special Counsel John Durham. It
- 12:14Speaker 1: was released and it showed that the FBI in fact
- 12:17Speaker 1: began investigating claims in late twenty fourteen that a well
- 12:22Speaker 1: placed confidential source that two foreign governments were trying to
- 12:26Speaker 1: make illegal donations to buy influence with Hillary Clinton during
- 12:29Speaker 1: a presidential campaign. Isn't it amazing how these investigations, four
- 12:35Speaker 1: different investigations were never leaked to the media. Maybe they were.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Maybe the media just said we don't cover that, right.
- 12:42Speaker 1: There's a very good chance that could be the case.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Investigators were even offered documents of one alleged twenty seven
- 12:51Speaker 1: hundred dollars illegal contribution that led to a substantial future
- 12:57Speaker 1: or further donation. The bombshell s, not talked about by
- 13:01Speaker 1: virtually anyone in the media, also revealed three different FBI
- 13:07Speaker 1: field offices in Washington, d c. Little Rock, Arkansas, and
- 13:12Speaker 1: New York launched investigations into the Clinton Foundation in early
- 13:17Speaker 1: twenty sixteen for possible criminal activity. One of those investigations
- 13:24Speaker 1: was based on statements made by journalist Peter Schweitzer in
- 13:27Speaker 1: the twenty fifteen book that he wrote called Clinton Cash,
- 13:31Speaker 1: claiming that Clinton's charity was taking millions in donations from
- 13:35Speaker 1: foreign governments trying to change you as foreign policy while
- 13:39Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.
- 13:42Speaker 2: In other words, it was paid to play.
- 13:44Speaker 1: You want something from our State Department, you want something
- 13:46Speaker 1: from our government, from the Obama administration, you better give
- 13:50Speaker 1: a big fat donation to the Clinton Foundation, and the
- 13:54Speaker 1: Clinton Foundation money after she lost the election dried up
- 13:57Speaker 1: like you wouldn't believe, which also he explains clearly that
- 14:02Speaker 1: it was a pay to play scheme. But despite making progress,
- 14:07Speaker 1: all four criminal investigations were shut down by senior officials.
- 14:13Speaker 1: The Durham Report declarers, this is the first time we're
- 14:17Speaker 1: seeing all this. The new revelations are prompting calls from
- 14:22Speaker 1: current and former Republicans for a renewed investigation to the
- 14:26Speaker 1: alleged criminal activity involving the Clintons. One is Florida Republican
- 14:31Speaker 1: represented Matt Gates, who sits on the House Judiciary Committee's
- 14:33Speaker 1: weaponization of the government. Federal Government Subcommittee, which has been
- 14:37Speaker 1: probing claims a political bias in the FBI. The Clintons
- 14:41Speaker 1: had a team of people at the FBI running interference
- 14:44Speaker 1: for them to avoid criminal culpability. Gates claimed in a
- 14:47Speaker 1: new statement, these matters absolutely warrant additional exposure and review.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Former Republican Congressman and ex House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason
- 14:58Speaker 1: Chafis expressed simil sentiment, saying the FBI didn't complete the
- 15:04Speaker 1: job and probes and the Clinton should be reopened. They
- 15:08Speaker 1: had the scent, they were on the trail, and they
- 15:10Speaker 1: were shut down by the higher ups who had an
- 15:13Speaker 1: obvious political desire to see Trump lose and Hillary Clinton win.
- 15:18Speaker 1: It's disgusting, really, Absolutely, these investigations should be revisited. There's
- 15:25Speaker 1: no reason, by the way, why Congress can't raise a
- 15:27Speaker 1: series of hearings with the field agents who were pursuing
- 15:30Speaker 1: the Clinton Foundation and public interviews with them as well.
- 15:34Speaker 1: The bombshell new information about the FBI's Clinton probes was
- 15:38Speaker 1: actually disclosed in the Special Council's three hundred and sixteen
- 15:41Speaker 1: page report that was delivered to the Attorney General. Merrick
- 15:44Speaker 1: Garland on May twelfth. We know Merrick Garland has allied
- 15:46Speaker 1: to Congress. We know that Merrick Garland is protecting the president,
- 15:49Speaker 1: and we know that Merrick Garland and I'm sure is
- 15:51Speaker 1: not going to investigate any of this. The report compared
- 15:55Speaker 1: the FBI and the Justice Department's investigations of the true
- 16:00Speaker 1: connections with Russia to its allegedly lackless approach to its
- 16:04Speaker 1: Clinton probes tippy towing quote unquote around the former Secretary
- 16:09Speaker 1: of State Hillary Clinton. Durham reviewed a January twenty sixteen
- 16:15Speaker 1: report on the Clinton Foundation by the Little rock Field Office,
- 16:19Speaker 1: which found possible evidence that large monetary contributions were made
- 16:25Speaker 1: to a nonprofit under both direct and inder direct control
- 16:29Speaker 1: of a federal public official in exchange for favorable government
- 16:33Speaker 1: actions and or influence.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Yeah that happened.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Durham wrote that the New York and the Little rock
- 16:42Speaker 1: Field offices had source reporting that identified foreign governments that
- 16:47Speaker 1: had made or offered to make contributions to the foundation
- 16:52Speaker 1: exchange for favorable or preferential treatment from the Clintons. Now,
- 16:56Speaker 1: many of us that do this, we knew about this.
- 16:58Speaker 1: We could see the money coming in. We knew the
- 17:00Speaker 1: money was coming in from bad actors, and we knew
- 17:03Speaker 1: that it was pretty clear at some point when Hillary
- 17:05Speaker 1: Clinton was Secretary of State that if you wanted Hillary
- 17:07Speaker 1: Clinton's attention and you wanted something done, you better if
- 17:11Speaker 1: you wanted to even get her on the phone, you
- 17:13Speaker 1: better have given some money the Clinton Foundation. And if
- 17:16Speaker 1: you did that, then you could have her ear. So,
- 17:20Speaker 1: in other words, you're buying access to the US government.
- 17:25Speaker 1: We saw the donations, and we also saw after twenty sixteen,
- 17:29Speaker 1: when she lost the donations, the Clinton Foundation dried up
- 17:33Speaker 1: significantly Because there's foreign governments, some of them shady, and
- 17:38Speaker 1: bad actors realized that those donations were pretty much worthless,
- 17:43Speaker 1: so they stopped sending the money. Durham wrote that the
- 17:48Speaker 1: New York and Little Rock Field's office also apparently talked
- 17:51Speaker 1: to each other about what they had found, and an
- 17:54Speaker 1: agent in the Washington Field office also opened the preliminary
- 17:57Speaker 1: probe into the Clintons because the case agent wanted to
- 18:00Speaker 1: determine if he could develop additional information to corroborate the allegations.
- 18:06Speaker 1: In a recently published book, Clinton Cash by Peter Schweitzer,
- 18:11Speaker 1: among the Clinton's murky foreign entanglement, scrutinized in Schweitzer's book
- 18:15Speaker 1: was a twenty ten deal they gave the Russian government
- 18:18Speaker 1: control over huge swasts of US uranium production, including thirty
- 18:23Speaker 1: eight thousand acres and four Western states. A Russian state
- 18:28Speaker 1: controlled company built up a fifty one percent controlling stake
- 18:33Speaker 1: in previously a Canadian firm, Uranium One, between two thousand
- 18:38Speaker 1: and nine and twenty thirteen, and a deal approved by
- 18:41Speaker 1: a powerful US government committee on which Hillary Clinton sat
- 18:45Speaker 1: as the Secretary of State. Over the same period, Uranium
- 18:49Speaker 1: One's chairman used his family's foundation to make two point
- 18:52Speaker 1: three five million dollars in donations listen carefully to the
- 18:57Speaker 1: Clinton Foundation. According to a Canadian tax records reported by
- 19:02Speaker 1: The New York Times in twenty fifteen, those gifts were
- 19:06Speaker 1: not disclosed despite an agreement Hillary signed before joining the
- 19:11Speaker 1: Obama administration to identify all of her donors in June
- 19:17Speaker 1: twenty ten. We also are now being told the same
- 19:20Speaker 1: month that the Russian energy firm Roussetum struck it still
- 19:26Speaker 1: to buy fifty one percent of uranium ie Bill Clinton
- 19:30Speaker 1: was paid a half a million dollars to speak at
- 19:33Speaker 1: an event in Moscow after an investigation based on a
- 19:37Speaker 1: preview copy of Schweitzer's book became public. Some at the
- 19:41Speaker 1: FBI were just trying to do their job and investigate.
- 19:45Speaker 1: The deal was one of several cases we now know
- 19:47Speaker 1: highlighted in this book involving rich Clinton Foundation mega donors
- 19:53Speaker 1: and foreign governments with interest in Hillary's decisions as Secretary
- 19:56Speaker 1: of State. A Wall Street Journal report for in February
- 20:00Speaker 1: of twenty fifteen identified the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Australia, Germany,
- 20:11Speaker 1: and a Canadian government agency promoting the Keystone EXL pipeline
- 20:17Speaker 1: as donors to the foundations two one hundred and fifty
- 20:22Speaker 1: million dollar endowment campaign noted that that Hillary stopped raising
- 20:29Speaker 1: money from foreign governments after she became Secretary of State.
- 20:33Speaker 1: I don't think it actually matters, let's be honest. At
- 20:36Speaker 1: the time, the Clintons issued strong denials of any impropriety.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Let's talk about a great opportunity for your IRA. In
- 20:45Speaker 1: four one ks, you can get free gold just by
- 20:48Speaker 1: learning about gold iras from Augusta Precious Metals. It's important
- 20:52Speaker 1: that you know what's going on in this crazy economy,
- 20:55Speaker 1: and your hard earned savings need protecting from the devalued dollar,

- 21:02Speaker 1: to retirement. Augusta Precious Medals will give you information on

- 21:09Speaker 1: So if you've saved at least one hundred thousand for retirement,
- 21:11Speaker 1: call and ask about their ultimate guide to gold iras.

- 21:18Speaker 1: will make sure that you understand what is best for
- 21:21Speaker 1: you and your portfolio. There's a reason Money magazine says
- 21:25Speaker 1: they are the best gold IRA company. Get free, goal
- 21:29Speaker 1: free information and retirement protection now by calling eight seven
- 21:34Speaker 1: seven four gold IRA. That's eight seven seven the number
- 21:37Speaker 1: four GOLDRA or Augusta Precious Medals dot com. Now the
- 21:42Speaker 1: Clinton campaign and then the Clinton Foundation, after all this
- 21:47Speaker 1: money was rolling in and they were asked questions about it,
- 21:50Speaker 1: they fought back.
- 21:52Speaker 2: This is back all the way.
- 21:53Speaker 1: In April of twenty sixteen, when she was trying to
- 21:56Speaker 1: become president, the spokesman Brian Fallon of the Clinton Foundation
- 22:00Speaker 1: said this quote. No one has ever produced a shred
- 22:03Speaker 1: of evidence supporting the theory that Hillary Clinton ever took
- 22:07Speaker 1: action as Secretary of State to support the interests of
- 22:10Speaker 1: donors to the Clinton Foundation, the spokesman said, to suggest
- 22:14Speaker 1: the State Department under then Secretary Clinton exerted undue influence
- 22:18Speaker 1: in the US government's review the sale of uranium one
- 22:21Speaker 1: is utterly baseless. On Thursday, a spokesman for the Clinton
- 22:25Speaker 1: Foundation push back again against the claims of alleged wrongdoing,
- 22:30Speaker 1: requiring the FBI investigation. The spokesman said the Dieram report
- 22:34Speaker 1: emphasized what's been clear for many years. There's never been
- 22:38Speaker 1: any wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation, adding that Durham referred
- 22:41Speaker 1: to Schweitzer's book as unvetted hearsay in his report, Secretary
- 22:46Speaker 1: Clinton was not involved in the State Department's review of
- 22:48Speaker 1: the Uranium one deal. The spokesman also said the largest
- 22:51Speaker 1: Clinton Foundation donor cited in these claims sold his stake
- 22:55Speaker 1: in the Uranium one several years before the deal. None
- 22:59Speaker 1: of the Clintons, they say, have ever taken any money
- 23:01Speaker 1: from the Clinton Foundation. In fact, the Clintons themselves are
- 23:04Speaker 1: major donors, they claimed the Clinton Foundation, the spokesperson the
- 23:08Speaker 1: spokesman for Sweitz Or claims were baseless, they said, and
- 23:12Speaker 1: pointed to previous investigations by the Trump Administration's JEFS Department
- 23:16Speaker 1: and House Republicans in twenty eighteen, which concluded with no
- 23:20Speaker 1: evidence of wrongdoing. All right, to be clear, this is
- 23:24Speaker 1: the same people that said Hillary Clinton didn't have a
- 23:26Speaker 1: private server. Remember that these are the same people that
- 23:30Speaker 1: said Hillary Clinton had done nothing wrong in the tarmac
- 23:34Speaker 1: meeting between Bill Clinton and then the Attorney General of
- 23:36Speaker 1: the United States of America. Nothing was wrong there. The
- 23:39Speaker 1: same people that said that the FBI Director James Comer
- 23:42Speaker 1: did nothing wrong. Now we know how much shady and
- 23:45Speaker 1: corruption he was doing, going after President the United States
- 23:48Speaker 1: of America just because he didn't like him, trying to lock
- 23:50Speaker 1: allies up of the President of the United States of America,
- 23:54Speaker 1: knowing he was lying about Russian collusion that didn't exist,
- 23:57Speaker 1: knowing that the dossier, the steal dossia, was crap. They
- 24:00Speaker 1: even offered a million dollars to verify some of the
- 24:03Speaker 1: information there.
- 24:04Speaker 2: He could not do it.
- 24:05Speaker 1: These are the same people that they're now saying, oh,
- 24:07Speaker 1: you should believe us that we did nothing wrong, that
- 24:10Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong. This is the same woman
- 24:12Speaker 1: that the server in her basement and emails on that
- 24:17Speaker 1: were classified documents in her basement it's the same Hillary
- 24:23Speaker 1: Clinton that actually had her staff, never forget this, had
- 24:28Speaker 1: her staff take her emails, her server, her blackberries and
- 24:35Speaker 1: smash them, destroying the evidence so no one could see
- 24:39Speaker 1: what was actually there. That is the reality of the situation.
- 24:45Speaker 1: That's the reality of what's actually happening in this government.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Now.
- 24:50Speaker 1: The Durham report makes me enraged because Durham basically didn't
- 24:53Speaker 1: have the cojones to actually open up investigations or charging
- 24:57Speaker 1: me with crimes. He just listed the crimes that weremitted
- 25:00Speaker 1: and then walked away, which I believe is incredibly disgusting
- 25:04Speaker 1: that that would happen.
- 25:06Speaker 2: But that's where we are.
- 25:08Speaker 1: But four different times the Clintons, four different times the
- 25:13Speaker 1: FBI shut down investigations into the Clintons. Let me also
- 25:19Speaker 1: say this, the second time this happened. In the first probe,
- 25:24Speaker 1: just so you know, was a twenty eighteen probe by
- 25:27Speaker 1: the House Overset committing to allegations from financial analysts who
- 25:31Speaker 1: claim to have found evidence of financial crimes at the
- 25:33Speaker 1: Clinton Foundation.
- 25:34Speaker 2: All right.
- 25:34Speaker 1: The second time, the second one was a Justice Department
- 25:38Speaker 1: inquiry launched in twenty seventeen, which was reported by the
- 25:42Speaker 1: Washington Post to be winding down in twenty twenty. The
- 25:45Speaker 1: Justice Probe looked into allegations of alleged corruption at the
- 25:48Speaker 1: Clinton Foundation and reportedly included a review of the FBI
- 25:52Speaker 1: Little rock Field Office's previous investigations into the charity, but
- 25:56Speaker 1: did not result in any charges being filed. The spokes
- 25:59Speaker 1: and pointed to the chair of a work done by
- 26:00Speaker 1: the Clinton Foundation, including helping millions access life saving HIV
- 26:05Speaker 1: slash AIDS treatment and bringing healthy food exercise options to
- 26:08Speaker 1: tens of millions of American kids, as well as extensive
- 26:11Speaker 1: philanthropy abroad. The Durham Report, however, revealed that the FBI
- 26:16Speaker 1: was also investigating evidence of two foreign governments attempting to
- 26:21Speaker 1: influence Clinton with allegedly illegal campaign donations during her twenty
- 26:27Speaker 1: sixteen presidential run.
- 26:28Speaker 2: That's kind of new news, kind of a big deal.
- 26:30Speaker 1: You'd think the mainstream media would be leading with a
- 26:33Speaker 1: story and being sarcastic. Right, They would never ever touch
- 26:36Speaker 1: this with a ten foot poll agents we now know
- 26:39Speaker 1: had a well placed confidential source who told them in
- 26:42Speaker 1: late twenty fourteen that a particular foreign government unidentified in
- 26:49Speaker 1: the Durham Report was planning to make illegal donations the
- 26:52Speaker 1: Clinton campaign to influence her. Durham road that the FBI
- 26:56Speaker 1: gave a defensive briefing, a defensive excuse me briefing about
- 26:59Speaker 1: it to the Clintons and to Trump. The FBI then
- 27:04Speaker 1: followed the information to the midst of a second foreign
- 27:07Speaker 1: influence attempt in twenty fifteen, which the informant actually claimed
- 27:12Speaker 1: that not only did the Clinton campaign know about it,
- 27:14Speaker 1: they were aware of it, but apparently they were complicit
- 27:17Speaker 1: in it. The FBI reports reviewed by Durham said that
- 27:21Speaker 1: in November of twenty fifteen, their informant was asked to
- 27:25Speaker 1: introduce to Hillary Clinton a person with foreign intelligence and
- 27:30Speaker 1: criminal connections on behalf of a second foreign government. Durham
- 27:35Speaker 1: wrote that the shady intelligence operative wanted to propose something
- 27:41Speaker 1: that the FBI informant understood to be campaign contributions on
- 27:45Speaker 1: behalf of the foreign government in exchange for the protection
- 27:50Speaker 1: foreign of the foreign government and their interest should Clinton
- 27:53Speaker 1: become the president. The shady foreign operative was initially invited
- 27:58Speaker 1: to a Clinton fundraising of event we now know in
- 28:01Speaker 1: late November of twenty fifteen, but was later disinvited because
- 28:06Speaker 1: of the perceived negative attention a foreign national might attract.
- 28:10Speaker 1: The Durham report states, though Durham did not identify the
- 28:15Speaker 1: campaign event, regional newspaper The Tennesseean reported a private Hillary
- 28:20Speaker 1: fundraiser that month at the national home of a businessman
- 28:23Speaker 1: by the name of Bill Freeman, which raised more than
- 28:26Speaker 1: a half a million dollars for her presidential bid. The
- 28:29Speaker 1: FBI informant got permission from the bureau handlers to attend
- 28:32Speaker 1: the fundraiser, but did not go. The Durham report states, however,
- 28:37Speaker 1: the informant did attend another Clinton fundraiser where we now
- 28:40Speaker 1: know in twenty sixteen January, where they made an alleged
- 28:44Speaker 1: illegal donation on behalf of the foreign government, allegedly with
- 28:49Speaker 1: the knowledge of the Clinton's campaign wow without the knowledge
- 28:55Speaker 1: or prior approval of the handling agent the FBI and
- 28:59Speaker 1: four dormant has made a two seven hundred dollars campaign contribution,
- 29:03Speaker 1: the maximount at the time for an individual contribution prior
- 29:07Speaker 1: to the event, which indicated that he slash she made
- 29:13Speaker 1: on his slash her credit card on behalf of the
- 29:16Speaker 1: inside of the foreign operative of The report states, if true,
- 29:21Speaker 1: the campaign contribution on behalf of a foreign national would
- 29:23Speaker 1: violate Title fifty two USC. Section three h one two
- 29:28Speaker 1: one Contributions and donations by foreign nationals. The informant clearly
- 29:34Speaker 1: told the FBI Hillary's campaign were okay with it and
- 29:39Speaker 1: were fully aware of it from the start. The FBI
- 29:42Speaker 1: also had evidence that the two thousand, seven hundred dollars donation,
- 29:46Speaker 1: the maximum donation you could give, allegedly was a precursor
- 29:51Speaker 1: to the contribution of a significant sum of money by
- 29:54Speaker 1: the insider on behalf of a foreign government. Durham, by
- 29:59Speaker 1: the way, found the Bureau failed to pursue the alleged
- 30:01Speaker 1: illegal donation scheme or document it properly, instead telling their
- 30:06Speaker 1: informant to cut contact with the Clinton campaign. Agents, we
- 30:11Speaker 1: also know did not give a defensive briefing to Clinton
- 30:15Speaker 1: or Trump. Regarding the second foreign government, Durham wrote that
- 30:19Speaker 1: one FBI field office tried to get wired tapping warrants
- 30:24Speaker 1: based on some of the informants information as early as
- 30:28Speaker 1: twenty fourteen, but the Bureau headquarters dragged their feet. Let
- 30:32Speaker 1: me just say that again, this should be a headline
- 30:34Speaker 1: on the front page of every newspaper in America, and
- 30:36Speaker 1: it's not. And if you're hearing it here for the
- 30:39Speaker 1: first time, please tell everybody you know about this, Durham wrote,
- 30:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna read this again that one FBI field office
- 30:46Speaker 1: tried to actually get wired tapping warrants based on some
- 30:50Speaker 1: of the informants information as early as twenty sixteen or fourteen.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Excuse me, but the bureau's headquarters dragged their feet.
- 30:57Speaker 2: I wonder why.
- 30:58Speaker 1: An unnamed named special FBI agent in charge working on
- 31:02Speaker 1: the probe told Durham everyone was super more careful and
- 31:08Speaker 1: scared with the big name involved, referring to Clinton. They
- 31:12Speaker 1: were pretty tippy toeing around Clinton because there was a
- 31:16Speaker 1: chance she would be the next president, the agent stated.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Although neither foreign government whose operatives allegedly approached the Clinton
- 31:24Speaker 1: campaign were identifying the report, Peter Schweitzer told the Dailymail
- 31:29Speaker 1: dot Com that the United Air of Emirates was a
- 31:31Speaker 1: potential candidate in fact. In twenty twenty two, convicted pedophile,
- 31:35Speaker 1: an American advisor to the Middle Eastern nation, George Nator,
- 31:39Speaker 1: pleaded guilty to his role helping funnel millions of dollars
- 31:43Speaker 1: in illegal campaign contributions from the UAE into the twenty
- 31:47Speaker 1: sixteen US presidential campaigns. Prosecutors said three point five million
- 31:52Speaker 1: from the UAE government was given to Democratic political committees
- 31:55Speaker 1: working to elect Clinton via nator. Nader said he also
- 32:00Speaker 1: met Trump's son, Don Junior several times in sixteen and
- 32:03Speaker 1: was a frequent visitor to the White House during the
- 32:04Speaker 1: Trump's first year in office. The Germ Report revealed that
- 32:08Speaker 1: the three FBI field offices began coordinating their Clinton Foundation
- 32:12Speaker 1: investigations in February of twenty sixteen, and then met with
- 32:16Speaker 1: top FBI and Justice Department officials that would be the spring,
- 32:20Speaker 1: right the spring and the summer of the presidential election year.
- 32:25Speaker 2: This is our.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Government right now. And if you want to know why
- 32:30Speaker 1: our government cannot be trusted, it's because when we find
- 32:33Speaker 1: out what they were doing behind the scenes, it's so disgusting.
- 32:38Speaker 1: If you're a Republican, they're coming for you. If you're
- 32:41Speaker 1: a Democrat, they will protect you. That is the reality
- 32:45Speaker 1: of the situation. If you're listening to this podcast, please
- 32:49Speaker 1: share this podcast wherever you are on social media. Right
- 32:54Speaker 1: it's a five story view as well, and we will
- 32:56Speaker 1: see you back here tomorrow.
