- 0:00Speaker 1: Apparently laws don't even matter in this country anymore. It's
- 0:03Speaker 1: the only public opinion that matters. And propaganda what I
- 0:07Speaker 1: mean by that, Well, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Democratic
- 0:10Speaker 1: politicians who rushed to defend Jesse Smolette have not apologized
- 0:15Speaker 1: or said that they got it wrong. Joe Biden tweeted
- 0:19Speaker 1: out the time when he was trying to become the
- 0:20Speaker 1: president Knight States America, after Jesse Smolette, one of the
- 0:23Speaker 1: stars of the television show Empire, was attacked quote in
- 0:27Speaker 1: Chicago by two assailant. Two yelled racial and homophobic slurs
- 0:31Speaker 1: and we're Trump supporters wearing Maga hats, saying Maga America
- 0:35Speaker 1: or whatever. They wanted it to be investigated as a
- 0:38Speaker 1: hate crime. Of course, right we all knew it wasn't true,
- 0:41Speaker 1: and this story was falling apart very quickly, but it
- 0:43Speaker 1: didn't matter because Joe Biden tweeted at the time, what
- 0:46Speaker 1: happened today to Jesse Smiletten must never be tolerated in
- 0:50Speaker 1: this country. We must stand up in demand that we
- 0:52Speaker 1: no longer give this hate safe harbor, that homophobia and
- 0:57Speaker 1: racism have no place in our streets or in our
- 0:59Speaker 1: hearts are with you, Jesse. Kamala Harris at the time said,
- 1:03Speaker 1: Jessee Smoletta is one of the kindest, most gentle human
- 1:05Speaker 1: beings I know, maybe at the bath house, but we'll
- 1:09Speaker 1: go with that in a moment. I'm praying for his
- 1:12Speaker 1: quick recovery. This was an attempt at modern day lynching,
- 1:16Speaker 1: and as soon as she said it, the rest of
- 1:18Speaker 1: the world went with it. It was a modern day lynching. Folks.
- 1:21Speaker 1: No one should have to fear for their life because
- 1:23Speaker 1: their sexuality or color of their skin. We must confront
- 1:27Speaker 1: this hate. Bernie Sanders at the time was also running
- 1:30Speaker 1: for president. He said the races and homophobic attack on
- 1:34Speaker 1: Jesse Smilett is a horrific instance of surging hostility towards
- 1:39Speaker 1: minorities around the country. There were no facts actually backed
- 1:42Speaker 1: that up, but hey, you put out in the tweet
- 1:44Speaker 1: it must be true, right. We must come together to
- 1:47Speaker 1: eradicate all forms of bigotry and violence. He then tagged
- 1:52Speaker 1: a see in an article which the fact checkers should,
- 1:54Speaker 1: of course fact check now and say that they're wrong.
- 1:56Speaker 1: They won't, but they should empire. Actor Jesse Smilett was
- 2:00Speaker 1: attacked early Tuesday morning and what Chicago police are calling
- 2:02Speaker 1: a possible hate crime. Seen is, by the way, not
- 2:06Speaker 1: taking down this article yet. Smollett was attacked by two
- 2:08Speaker 1: people yelling out rachel and homophobic slurs and wearing Maga hats.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Of course right. Elizabeth Warren, at the time she was
- 2:14Speaker 1: running for president, said racism, homophobian, all forms of bigotry
- 2:17Speaker 1: and hate have no place in this country. The fight
- 2:20Speaker 1: for equality isn't over. No one should have to live
- 2:23Speaker 1: in fear being beaten on the street because of who
- 2:25Speaker 1: they are. She then tagged an Entertainment Tonight tweet which
- 2:29Speaker 1: is still up hashtag Empire star Jesse Smollett was hospitalized
- 2:32Speaker 1: after a possible hate crime. Attackers poured an unknown chemical
- 2:35Speaker 1: substance which we found out later was bleach, apparently trying
- 2:38Speaker 1: to get rid of his black skin on him, and
- 2:40Speaker 1: wrapped a rope around his neck. Yes, because it was
- 2:43Speaker 1: a news Corey booker, He said the vicious attack on
- 2:46Speaker 1: actor Jessee Smilett was an attempted modern day lynching. You
- 2:49Speaker 1: see the trend now, right, We're going with modern day
- 2:51Speaker 1: lynching over and over again. I'm glad he's safe. To
- 2:54Speaker 1: those in Congress who don't feel the urgency to passnching
- 2:56Speaker 1: bill designated designating lynching as a federal hate crime. I
- 3:01Speaker 1: urge you to pay attention. Yeah, there it is. Now
- 3:04Speaker 1: we all know what really happened. This guy made it up.
- 3:08Speaker 1: He wanted to slander and become more famous by claiming
- 3:11Speaker 1: that Trump supporters had attacked him. It was all lie.
- 3:14Speaker 1: I'm going to get into that a little bit more
- 3:15Speaker 1: in a moment, but I just wanted you to know
- 3:17Speaker 1: that none of these politicians have taken down their old tweets,
- 3:20Speaker 1: and none of these politicians have apologized for getting it
- 3:23Speaker 1: wrong and indicting all Trump supporters as evil, hateful people
- 3:26Speaker 1: that are just trying to kill people in their maga
- 3:28Speaker 1: hats because they're gay or black. It was all not true,
- 3:31Speaker 1: but hey, it worked for the election, right, it worked
- 3:34Speaker 1: for the election. Now, before we get into that, I
- 3:37Speaker 1: want to go back to my theme here, and I
- 3:38Speaker 1: hope every one of you listening will make sure that
- 3:41Speaker 1: you share our podcasts with all of this information in it,
- 3:46Speaker 1: because there's another example of people just not abiding buy
- 3:50Speaker 1: or paying attention to what the laws say in this country.
- 3:53Speaker 1: What am I talking about now an even more shocking
- 3:56Speaker 1: story than Jesse Smolett. New York City is now allow
- 4:00Speaker 1: eight hundred thousand illegal immigrants they call them non citizens,
- 4:04Speaker 1: the right to vote in local elections, canceling out the
- 4:06Speaker 1: votes of actual citizens who are American citizens. The legislation,
- 4:13Speaker 1: approved by the City Council will set up a system
- 4:15Speaker 1: for legal residents to vote in municipal elections. I want
- 4:20Speaker 1: you to hear how Fox describe this shocking news, which
- 4:23Speaker 1: means that an American citizen paying their taxes can have
- 4:26Speaker 1: their vote now canceled out in New York City by
- 4:29Speaker 1: illegal immigrants. Now, let's be clear, this is illegal, but
- 4:32Speaker 1: apparently the politicians don't care. You're can have a guy
- 4:35Speaker 1: fake his own lynching and it doesn't matter if they
- 4:37Speaker 1: get it wrong down the road, right, doesn't matter. Take
- 4:41Speaker 1: a listen. Moving to allow eight hundred thousand immigrants who
- 4:45Speaker 1: are not US citizens but are legal residents to vote
- 4:48Speaker 1: in local elections. City Council is expected to approve the
- 4:51Speaker 1: legislation in a matter of weeks, greatly expanding the city's
- 4:54Speaker 1: voter roles. Charlie Hurt his opinion editor for The Washington Times.
- 4:58Speaker 1: He is also a Fox News contributor. Chrydly, great to
- 5:01Speaker 1: see you even in New York, I mean deep blue
- 5:04Speaker 1: New York. This has taken about two years to push
- 5:06Speaker 1: this across the finish line, which is which is saying
- 5:09Speaker 1: that because a lot of Democrats are skeptical. Even the mayor,
- 5:12Speaker 1: Bill Deblasio is not sure if this is legal. Now,
- 5:15Speaker 1: I think you put your finger right on what to
- 5:17Speaker 1: me is the most interesting thing about all of this
- 5:19Speaker 1: is that while all of this is you know, this
- 5:22Speaker 1: is very purposeful, major well thought out designs of Democrat
- 5:27Speaker 1: leaders across the country, when you when you sort of
- 5:30Speaker 1: take these issues down to regular Democrat voters across the
- 5:33Speaker 1: country who care about things other than just Democrat power,
- 5:38Speaker 1: these things are not as popular. You know, as you
- 5:41Speaker 1: point out, the voters are very very skeptical of these things.
- 5:44Speaker 1: But I do think that this effort is a clear
- 5:48Speaker 1: It shows how just how clearly Democrat politicians are are.
- 5:52Speaker 1: You know, this whole debate about illegal immigration and legal
- 5:56Speaker 1: immigration and the effort to make to legal people who
- 6:02Speaker 1: are here illegally is it's not about equity, it's not
- 6:05Speaker 1: about justice, it's not about diversity. It's all about cementing
- 6:10Speaker 1: or expanding Democrats political power. In this case New York
- 6:16Speaker 1: City but also also in Washington, DC. This is all
- 6:19Speaker 1: about political power, it's not about justice. The point he's
- 6:22Speaker 1: making there, Charles Hurt, who is a Fox News contributing
- 6:26Speaker 1: He's absolutely right. It's what I've been saying for a
- 6:27Speaker 1: long time. There is no crisis of the border if
- 6:30Speaker 1: you're a Democrat right now. And the reason why is
- 6:32Speaker 1: because you want as many illegal immigrants to come across
- 6:34Speaker 1: the border as possible, because then you'll give them voting
- 6:37Speaker 1: rights in local elections. That solidifies your power. Eight hundred
- 6:41Speaker 1: thousand illegal immigrants will be able to cancel out the
- 6:43Speaker 1: votes of actual American citizens in New York City. They
- 6:46Speaker 1: will be able to vote for the socialist leftists, right,
- 6:51Speaker 1: the socialist leftists that give them free crap. Now, imagine
- 6:56Speaker 1: how much you've got to be laughing if you're illegal
- 6:58Speaker 1: immigrant right now. I mean, you can't go down to Mexico,
- 7:01Speaker 1: you can't go to Canada, you can't go to Iran,
- 7:04Speaker 1: you can't go to Afghanistan, you can't go to Iraq,
- 7:07Speaker 1: you can't go to Venezuela. You can't go to Cuba
- 7:09Speaker 1: and vote their elections. No one in the world lets
- 7:13Speaker 1: you do this. So why is it happening now for
- 7:18Speaker 1: exactly what he said this is. This is about one
- 7:20Speaker 1: thing and one thing only. This is about power. This
- 7:24Speaker 1: is about gaining power and keeping power and expanding power.
- 7:29Speaker 1: And you don't have enough American citizens that will buy
- 7:32Speaker 1: into this crap. So instead, what are you doing. You're
- 7:36Speaker 1: deciding to give power to illegal immigrants. And when you
- 7:39Speaker 1: give that power to illegal immigrants, which is exactly what
- 7:42Speaker 1: they are doing on purpose, you are now taking away
- 7:45Speaker 1: the ability for American citizens voices to be heard because
- 7:50Speaker 1: you are selling out. You don't represent Americans anymore. You
- 7:53Speaker 1: represent illegal immigrants. This is how they expand their base.
- 7:58Speaker 1: You know, this goes back to what I said a
- 8:00Speaker 1: while ago, and it's an important point that needs to
- 8:03Speaker 1: be made. Democrats do not believe that there is a
- 8:06Speaker 1: crisis in our southern border. They want to flood this
- 8:08Speaker 1: country of illegal immigrants because they believe it's the fastest
- 8:11Speaker 1: way to expand their power. Plain and simple. This is
- 8:15Speaker 1: the fastest way to expand their power. And everybody knows it,
- 8:20Speaker 1: by the way, like everybody does. Okay, everybody everybody in
- 8:25Speaker 1: the Democratic Party is in on this. They get it. Now,
- 8:29Speaker 1: you now have American citizens that have no rights in
- 8:35Speaker 1: New York City and their vote means nothing because it
- 8:38Speaker 1: is canceled out by the illegal immigrants. You pand or two.
- 8:40Speaker 1: So you go to the illegal immigrants and you say, hey,
- 8:42Speaker 1: you vote for me, and I'm gonna give you something.
- 8:44Speaker 1: What do you think they're gonna They're gonna sho vote.
- 8:45Speaker 1: They're gonna laugh the whole time. And how stupid the
- 8:47Speaker 1: United States of America is. This is what tyrants do,
- 8:50Speaker 1: by the way, they find voters out of thin air.
- 8:52Speaker 1: And that's what the Democrats are doing, and they marginalize
- 8:55Speaker 1: and take away the rights of the actual citizens while
- 8:57Speaker 1: doing it. That's all they did here. This is this
- 9:00Speaker 1: is a fixed, rigged election in New York City. There's
- 9:03Speaker 1: no such thing as a free and fair election moving
- 9:05Speaker 1: forward to New York City because of this. This is
- 9:08Speaker 1: no different than the elections that we're done under Saddam
- 9:11Speaker 1: Hussein or Mubark or anybody else where. You got to
- 9:14Speaker 1: vote for the guy, and if you don't, what happens.
- 9:16Speaker 1: It's no different than the elections that they have in Russia.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Free and fair elections in New York City are now
- 9:21Speaker 1: are done with. They're over, and they're gonna try to
- 9:23Speaker 1: slowly make it where they can then vote in the
- 9:27Speaker 1: other elections like congressional elections, which is a national election.
- 9:31Speaker 1: If you're an illegal immigrant moved to New York City, right,
- 9:33Speaker 1: you have actual rights, you have you have more rights
- 9:35Speaker 1: with less accountability than actual American citizens. Now this is
- 9:39Speaker 1: going to cost the citizens of New York an incredible
- 9:43Speaker 1: amount of money. It's also going to cost you, as
- 9:44Speaker 1: a taxpayer, a federal taxpayer, an incredible amount of money
- 9:47Speaker 1: because your tax dollars are now going to be going
- 9:49Speaker 1: to these legal immigrants at levels that you've never seen before.
- 9:54Speaker 1: I want to go back to what's actually in this
- 9:56Speaker 1: bill in New York and the way this bill is worded.
- 10:02Speaker 1: It's an insult to every American. It's an insult to
- 10:05Speaker 1: every person that became a citizen of this country legally.
- 10:08Speaker 1: It's an insult to everybody who came through Ellis Island.
- 10:11Speaker 1: It's an insult to anyone that cares about law and order.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Take a listen to Fox reading this. I just want
- 10:19Speaker 1: to read this. This is from the bill, Charlie. It says,
- 10:22Speaker 1: quoting here, nothing in this chapter shall be construed so
- 10:25Speaker 1: as to confer upon municipal voters the right to vote
- 10:28Speaker 1: for any state or federal office or on any state
- 10:32Speaker 1: or federal ballot. Question. But in Blue America and blue
- 10:36Speaker 1: state America, Charlie, this is where it's going. I mean,
- 10:39Speaker 1: it's going now to municipalities, but it's going to get
- 10:42Speaker 1: bigger and as the states get bluer because of these
- 10:45Speaker 1: local elections, that's where this whole thing is headed. Yeah,
- 10:49Speaker 1: without a doubt. I think New York and some of
- 10:51Speaker 1: the cities out and say California, they're sort of test cases.
- 10:54Speaker 1: They can sort of try try these things out, see
- 10:56Speaker 1: how they go over. They can most importantly convince their
- 10:59Speaker 1: own voter to sort of go along with this, and
- 11:01Speaker 1: then once they get the base there, then they're off
- 11:04Speaker 1: to the races. But the other thing that I think
- 11:06Speaker 1: is important to remember for the Democrat Party, Democrat leaders
- 11:10Speaker 1: talk about the importance the sanctity of the vote, the
- 11:13Speaker 1: importance of election integrity and allowing all votes to count. Well,
- 11:17Speaker 1: when you add votes that are not supposed to count,
- 11:21Speaker 1: that's the same as preventing somebody from voting. So they're
- 11:25Speaker 1: doing exactly what it is they claim to be against.
- 11:30Speaker 1: When they talk about you know, voter integrity and voter
- 11:33Speaker 1: you know, making sure that no one is prevented from voting.
- 11:37Speaker 1: They're doing more damage than any Republican that I know
- 11:41Speaker 1: of today is trying to do. You touched on a
- 11:44Speaker 1: good point, because you know, we have talked so much
- 11:46Speaker 1: about the crisis at the border, and you now look
- 11:48Speaker 1: at what happens down there, and if you walk across
- 11:51Speaker 1: the border illegally and you end up in California, you
- 11:53Speaker 1: are now in a sanctuary state. You are safe, and
- 11:56Speaker 1: then you have benefits added on top of that. And
- 11:59Speaker 1: the question becomes when you look at all of this
- 12:01Speaker 1: and then thirty days later there's a possibility you can
- 12:04Speaker 1: vote in local elections. I mean, does anybody think that
- 12:07Speaker 1: anybody is going to go through the proper channels to
- 12:10Speaker 1: become a legal American citizen when when you don't need to. Yeah. No.
- 12:18Speaker 1: The unfairness of this to all of those millions of
- 12:21Speaker 1: people around the world who want to come to the
- 12:23Speaker 1: United States of America, who want to become Americans and
- 12:26Speaker 1: they want to do it legally. The unfairness of this
- 12:29Speaker 1: to those people is just stunning and and it really
- 12:32Speaker 1: it's sort of it turns the American dream into a nightmare.
- 12:37Speaker 1: When the first thing that those people their first sort
- 12:40Speaker 1: of exposure to trying to come to America is the
- 12:43Speaker 1: unfairness of all of it. But here's the other thing.
- 12:46Speaker 1: And when you set up these incentives to get people,
- 12:49Speaker 1: to force people, or to lure people to make that
- 12:52Speaker 1: dangerous journey across the border here to come here illegally,
- 12:56Speaker 1: you're not helping anyone. Quite the opposite. You're destroying lives,
- 13:01Speaker 1: You're creating an economy of slavery and far worse things.
- 13:07Speaker 1: And it's all done by these incentives, by people who
- 13:11Speaker 1: claim to care about these people and claim to care
- 13:14Speaker 1: about Americans, and they don't. Yeah, I've been covering the
- 13:17Speaker 1: border for thirty five years, Charlie. My first job in
- 13:19Speaker 1: television was down on the board of the same issues
- 13:21Speaker 1: now as we're there thirty five years ago. And anybody
- 13:24Speaker 1: who thinks they are doing these people a favor by
- 13:27Speaker 1: letting them make that journey should go down there and
- 13:29Speaker 1: walk along with them and find out what happens along
- 13:32Speaker 1: the way. Charlie Hurt always good to remember this is
- 13:34Speaker 1: all about power. That's the point that Charlie was making there.
- 13:38Speaker 1: You can come into America, will give you a sanctuary state,
- 13:41Speaker 1: and then within thirty days you can vote in elections.
- 13:44Speaker 1: You know, you talk about busting people in right fill
- 13:47Speaker 1: elections and how that makes people angry when you bust
- 13:51Speaker 1: people into elections. If you bring in a legal voter
- 13:55Speaker 1: and someone gets to vote and can't slip my vote illegally,
- 13:58Speaker 1: they're just saying, no, no no, we're gonna bust people went
- 14:00Speaker 1: from foreign countries to vote in elections, and you can't
- 14:03Speaker 1: stop us. That's what we're gonna do. You get here
- 14:08Speaker 1: within third days an election day, and bam, you can
- 14:10Speaker 1: vote and cancel out the vote of anybody that you
- 14:13Speaker 1: don't like or that we don't like. There's no way
- 14:18Speaker 1: a Republican can win ever again in New York City
- 14:21Speaker 1: with these new rules. It's impossible. There is no way
- 14:25Speaker 1: that you can do it. This guarantees a Democratic party
- 14:30Speaker 1: total control. Talking about total tyranny, this is what tyrants do.
- 14:36Speaker 1: They stack the books, they throw all these illegal votes,
- 14:43Speaker 1: and these are illegal votes into the ballot box, called
- 14:49Speaker 1: stuffing the box. Right this, they're doing it. They're just
- 14:52Speaker 1: telling us they're going to do it beforehand. They're they're
- 14:55Speaker 1: not having fake voters. These are real voters, folks, real votes,
- 14:59Speaker 1: real real voters they're just not even from America. You
- 15:04Speaker 1: want to talk about busting and illegal voters. This is
- 15:06Speaker 1: the ultimate bussing. And they're like, no, no no, we changed
- 15:08Speaker 1: the law. It's not busting now, this is legit. We
- 15:13Speaker 1: can do this now because we're in charge. We can
- 15:16Speaker 1: do this because we don't care about the law of
- 15:18Speaker 1: the land. This goes back exactly to what they did
- 15:21Speaker 1: with Jesse Smilette to connect these two issues, and this
- 15:24Speaker 1: is an issue in this country where the Democratic parties
- 15:27Speaker 1: do not look at the laws. They don't look at
- 15:30Speaker 1: the rules, they don't look at the consequences for changing laws,
- 15:35Speaker 1: and they don't care. They just don't care. Look at
- 15:42Speaker 1: what they did with Jesse Smilett to win election. They
- 15:44Speaker 1: didn't care that the facts showed that this guy probably
- 15:47Speaker 1: made it all up. They didn't care when the story
- 15:49Speaker 1: was falling apart, because it's cared nothing else, just the election.
- 15:54Speaker 1: They used him to try to win an election. Democrats
- 15:57Speaker 1: used him try to win an election. It's all it
- 16:00Speaker 1: was about. Hollywood celebrities who backed Jessee Smilett. Silent after
- 16:05Speaker 1: the guilty verdict. But man, they were allowed during it,
- 16:07Speaker 1: weren't they. You had all these Hollywood celebrities who fully
- 16:11Speaker 1: backed the convicted hate crime hoax or Jessice Smilett, and
- 16:14Speaker 1: they're all silenced. Now they're not you know, some of
- 16:16Speaker 1: them are even taking down their tweets quietly. What we
- 16:20Speaker 1: have a media that says it's a debate whether or
- 16:24Speaker 1: not what happened to Jessee Smoilett is a hate crime.
- 16:26Speaker 1: It's absurd. It's not a effing debate. That's what Ellen
- 16:30Speaker 1: Page Now Ellen Now, Elliott Right, transgender said at the time.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Katie Perry standing with and sending love to Jessee Smilette.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Today this is this is a racist hate crime, and
- 16:41Speaker 1: it's disgusting and shameful to our country. Hashtag we Love
- 16:44Speaker 1: Jesse Share Jesseice Smilette. Empire actor reportedly attacked impossible hate
- 16:49Speaker 1: crime NPR racism, homophobia promoted by most infamous present in
- 16:55Speaker 1: the world, referring to Trump. So apparently this all Trump's vault, right,
- 16:59Speaker 1: is the poy in that kills America whites only? Is
- 17:02Speaker 1: not right. She goes on to say America's People of
- 17:04Speaker 1: color GOP goes down with ship Donald J. Trump. She says,
- 17:09Speaker 1: I wonder if that tweet will get will disappear. Oscar
- 17:13Speaker 1: winning actor Olivia Davis wanted America to take this racist
- 17:16Speaker 1: and homophobic act of violence very personally. Oh my gosh,
- 17:20Speaker 1: she said at the time, this is the LGBTQ community
- 17:23Speaker 1: continues to fight to be seen and protected against hate.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Because remember, this was a all encompassing crime that the
- 17:29Speaker 1: media wanted to expose right used to the advantage. Two
- 17:33Speaker 1: guys at wearing Trump hats did this. We promise you
- 17:36Speaker 1: that's the story. They throw a noose on around his neck.
- 17:39Speaker 1: They poured bleach on his skin so that he would
- 17:41Speaker 1: turn white. This was the KKK, but they were wearing
- 17:45Speaker 1: Maga hats. We all have to take this racist and
- 17:50Speaker 1: homophobic act of violence very seriously. She went on to say,
- 17:54Speaker 1: my arms are around you, Jesse Smilett, you are loved.
- 17:56Speaker 1: It's all I all made it up. It was crap.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Star of the Office Mini Kaling was disgusted and horrified
- 18:04Speaker 1: when the news broke, saying, quote, I am disgusted and
- 18:07Speaker 1: horrified to hear of the homophobic and racial attack on
- 18:10Speaker 1: Jesse Smolette last night. Unfortunately, these hateful attacks happened way
- 18:13Speaker 1: too often. Not true, no doubt to back that up,
- 18:16Speaker 1: but let's just put it out there on Twitter. It
- 18:18Speaker 1: makes sense we must call out and hold those accountable.
- 18:23Speaker 1: So you're gonna use the same logic that we must
- 18:25Speaker 1: call out and hold Jesse smilet accountable for what Jesse
- 18:28Speaker 1: Smilette just did. By the way, this tweet I just
- 18:30Speaker 1: checked it checked from twenty nineteen. In January, the twenty
- 18:33Speaker 1: nights still up, hadn't taken it down. It's still there, folks,
- 18:38Speaker 1: still there. This dude was convicted of staging a hate
- 18:43Speaker 1: crime and lying to the police. Found guilty and five
- 18:47Speaker 1: of the six charges felonies. Scandal star Kerry Washington called
- 18:54Speaker 1: for justice for Jesse, saying Dear God, prayers and justice
- 18:57Speaker 1: for Jesse Smolettimlano even at the time, even after we
- 19:02Speaker 1: knew that it was looking like this case was falling apart,
- 19:07Speaker 1: she tweeted out, if that man stage his own attack,
- 19:10Speaker 1: he is wrong in so many ways. No one could
- 19:13Speaker 1: be that hurtful to stage this right to f with
- 19:16Speaker 1: all of us by playing into our weaknesses and make
- 19:20Speaker 1: it even harder for victims to come forward. Question mark
- 19:23Speaker 1: exclamation point. No one could choose to be that hurtful
- 19:27Speaker 1: question mark right, question mark exclamation point right all capitals
- 19:30Speaker 1: question mark that tweet. Yes, still up there. This is
- 19:33Speaker 1: the world that we now live in. We make up
- 19:36Speaker 1: the rules as we go. Are the left does right?
- 19:40Speaker 1: We allow people to lie, and knowing that there's a lie,
- 19:44Speaker 1: we still go with it because if it helps us,
- 19:47Speaker 1: then it's worth it. Apparently totally worth it. Just let
- 19:50Speaker 1: the lies keep happening because it fitted narrative before the election,
- 19:54Speaker 1: and we all jumped on the bandwagon, and the media
- 19:56Speaker 1: didn't question or ask any questions. They just assumed it
- 19:59Speaker 1: must be true that on the coldest night in New
- 20:01Speaker 1: York that year, when it's literally freezing outside, that randomly
- 20:05Speaker 1: Jesse Smollette, who wanted to go to subway in the
- 20:07Speaker 1: middle of the night, was attacked. This way. He was attacked, folks.
- 20:12Speaker 1: He was attacked, and it was two guys wearing Maga
- 20:16Speaker 1: hats who poured bleached on him and threw a noose
- 20:17Speaker 1: around his neck. And they staged the attack and they
- 20:21Speaker 1: even did a dry run. And we find out the connections.
- 20:23Speaker 1: They hook up with each other in bathhouses. One of
- 20:26Speaker 1: the victims, right, are one of the assailants. Yeah, Any
- 20:30Speaker 1: accountability for this, I will find him guilty. Any accountability
- 20:33Speaker 1: for the people that got it wrong. Not really. Anybody
- 20:36Speaker 1: can apologize on TV for lying to the American people
- 20:38Speaker 1: and putting this hoax out there and making it sound
- 20:40Speaker 1: like it is real. Not really. We've already moved on, folks,
- 20:44Speaker 1: we have already moved on. I'll give you example of
- 20:48Speaker 1: moving on so quickly, right, just looking the other way.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Tucker Carlson asked the question about moving on, like, should
- 20:54Speaker 1: there be any accountability for the President of the United
- 20:56Speaker 1: States of America. He's one of the ones that pushed
- 20:58Speaker 1: this hoax on the American people to get us divided
- 21:01Speaker 1: as a country and to divide us based on race. Well,
- 21:06Speaker 1: we want to mind you, because we hate to forget
- 21:09Speaker 1: things and history matters that When this fake hate crime
- 21:13Speaker 1: first happened, Air quotes Joe Biden, who was running for
- 21:17Speaker 1: the presidency at the time, tweeted this quote, what happened
- 21:21Speaker 1: today to Jesse Smollett must never be tolerated in this country.
- 21:25Speaker 1: We're with you, Jesse. The question is, is the President
- 21:28Speaker 1: United States still with Jesse? Will he amend that tweet?
- 21:33Speaker 1: Of course not right, of course, the President's not going
- 21:35Speaker 1: to amend that tweet or put out a statement saying, hey,
- 21:38Speaker 1: we should not only be angry over what Jesse Smollett did,
- 21:42Speaker 1: but we also there needs to be accountability for people
- 21:45Speaker 1: that make false accusations of hate crimes and try to
- 21:48Speaker 1: divide the country. Where's the statement from all these democrats
- 21:52Speaker 1: condemning Jesse Smollett's saying, now, it's going to make it
- 21:54Speaker 1: harder of true victims of racial hate crimes people to maybe,
- 22:01Speaker 1: I don't know, believe them, right, you would think they
- 22:04Speaker 1: would come out with that. You would think they would
- 22:06Speaker 1: actually come out and say that, and they should. And
- 22:09Speaker 1: the reason why they should is because now people are
- 22:11Speaker 1: going to be afraid to tell the truth when there's
- 22:13Speaker 1: actual hate crimes has happened. Because if somebody would have
- 22:16Speaker 1: actually targeted Jesse Smilette the way that he believed or
- 22:20Speaker 1: wanted us to believe that they target him, I'd want
- 22:23Speaker 1: there to be justice for them. Throw the book at him.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Pouring bleach on someone as a serious crime. Putting a
- 22:28Speaker 1: noose around someone's neck is a serious crime. Right, These
- 22:31Speaker 1: are serious charges and serious crimes. None of it happened,
- 22:35Speaker 1: and so now that none of it happened, all of
- 22:37Speaker 1: these members of the media should come out and condemn
- 22:40Speaker 1: Jesse Smilette, say he's a liar, he's a scumbag. He
- 22:42Speaker 1: deserves to serve at serious jail time for what he
- 22:45Speaker 1: did in this country because it undermines those that are
- 22:47Speaker 1: actually affected by hate crimes and racial crimes or crimes
- 22:51Speaker 1: against people that are gay and lesbian. Now, we're not
- 22:54Speaker 1: even going to talk about it because we already got
- 22:56Speaker 1: what we wanted out the Jesse Smilette case. We already
- 22:59Speaker 1: figure it out, folks. We already got the victory that
- 23:03Speaker 1: we wanted, and that victory was very clear victory. It
- 23:07Speaker 1: was a victory that we told a narrative before an
- 23:10Speaker 1: election and it worked. We had a narrative before the
- 23:14Speaker 1: election that Trump supporters are racist bigots wearing maga hats
- 23:18Speaker 1: beating up gay black actors in the middle of the
- 23:20Speaker 1: night on the coldest night in Chicago. That was the
- 23:25Speaker 1: narrative and that's all we needed. Game over, mission accomplished.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Now that's a lie, you can tell people, Nah, why
- 23:35Speaker 1: would we do that. There's no reason too. This dude
- 23:39Speaker 1: served our purposes. Who cares if he goes to jail.
- 23:42Speaker 1: We don't really care if he does or doesn't go
- 23:44Speaker 1: to jail, because we got to use the story to
- 23:48Speaker 1: our advantage, and we made it national news and it
- 23:51Speaker 1: worked to our advantage. It's exactly how Sean Hannity said
- 23:56Speaker 1: it on his show, reminding people of exactly what was said.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Jesse Smilett claims that in the middle of Chicago on
- 24:03Speaker 1: a freezing cold winter night, while out for a subway
- 24:07Speaker 1: sandwich at two am, two white Trump supporters wearing Maga
- 24:11Speaker 1: hats recognized we really as a D list actor, hunted
- 24:15Speaker 1: him down and attacked him while yelling this is Maga country. Now.
- 24:19Speaker 1: It's a pretty strange, far fetched story, but almost everyone
- 24:22Speaker 1: on the left they bought a hook, They bought it line,
- 24:25Speaker 1: they bought a sinker. Joe Biden, tweeting, quote what happened
- 24:29Speaker 1: today that Jesse Smilette must never be tolerated in this country.
- 24:33Speaker 1: We must stand up and demand that we no longer
- 24:35Speaker 1: give this hate safe harbor, that homophobian racism have no
- 24:40Speaker 1: place on our streets, in our hearts, and we are
- 24:44Speaker 1: with you, Jesse. Kamala Harris tweeting Jesse Smilett, It's one
- 24:47Speaker 1: of the kindest, most general human beings I know. I'm
- 24:50Speaker 1: praying for his quick recovery. This was an attempted modern
- 24:54Speaker 1: day lynching. Corey Booker also called it a modern day lynching.
- 24:58Speaker 1: The Reverend Al Sharpton said, quote, the reported hate attack
- 25:02Speaker 1: on my friend and brother, actor Jesse Smilett is despicable
- 25:05Speaker 1: and outrageous. The guilt must face the maximum. I guess
- 25:09Speaker 1: they didn't learn from prior incidents in New York disgrace.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Governor Andrew Cuomo quote, New York State calls the attack
- 25:16Speaker 1: on Jesse Smilette what it is, I hate crime. Congresswoman
- 25:19Speaker 1: to lead quote when one of the most famous black
- 25:22Speaker 1: and gay men in America is not safe, the message
- 25:24Speaker 1: is clearer than it has ever been. The dangerous lies
- 25:27Speaker 1: spewing from the right wing is killing and hurting our people.
- 25:31Speaker 1: And here's an official tweet from the Human Rights Campaign.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Our thoughts are with Jesse Smilette after this horrifying attack.
- 25:37Speaker 1: It's a tragic reminder that racism and homophobia are still
- 25:41Speaker 1: rampant in the US. Bernie Sanders jumped in called it
- 25:44Speaker 1: racist and a homophobic attack. Eric Swollwell jumped in said
- 25:48Speaker 1: it was vile and tragic. Maxie Waters announced that she
- 25:52Speaker 1: was dedicated to finding the culprits stick Durban to cry
- 25:55Speaker 1: to America's racist and homophobic ways share, she joined, and
- 26:00Speaker 1: then she went on an unhinged rant. She blamed President Trump.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Katie Perry said she was standing with Jesse. Jamiel Hill
- 26:07Speaker 1: was disgusted in a Paul Ariana Grande tweeted that she
- 26:11Speaker 1: was sick to her stomach. Joy Reid calling it a
- 26:13Speaker 1: chilling attack, and on TV the hot takes were just
- 26:17Speaker 1: as bad. Take a look do you think about what
- 26:19Speaker 1: just happened to Jesse and Chicago. Unfortunately, we have racism
- 26:24Speaker 1: germinating from the White House. Jesse is love. That's who
- 26:28Speaker 1: he is and that's all he knows. So in this situation,
- 26:33Speaker 1: hate won't win. It will not. We have a media
- 26:36Speaker 1: that's saying it's a debate whether or not what has
- 26:38Speaker 1: happened to Jesse Smallett is a hate crime. It's absurd,
- 26:43Speaker 1: isn't a debate? I agree? The US Congressman from Illinois,
- 26:48Speaker 1: Bobby Rush is calling for an immediate and sweeping civil
- 26:51Speaker 1: rights investigation into the racist and homophobic attack on Jesse
- 26:55Speaker 1: small Att. I don't like that it's being put out
- 26:58Speaker 1: there in the media that this is a right possible,
- 27:01Speaker 1: and the media has really cast so much doubt on
- 27:04Speaker 1: his story, which I find so personally offensive. And Senator
- 27:08Speaker 1: Coy Booker said the vicious attack on actor Jesse was
- 27:12Speaker 1: an attempt at modern day lynching. And this is America
- 27:16Speaker 1: in twenty nineteen, America in twenty nineteen. Yes, you can't.
- 27:22Speaker 1: You can't not believe somebody when they say something, even
- 27:25Speaker 1: as the story is falling apart. You are not allowed
- 27:29Speaker 1: to ask basic questions. If you do, we are going
- 27:32Speaker 1: to have real problems. If you ask these questions, You're
- 27:37Speaker 1: un American, You're anti American, your anti LGBTQ community. If
- 27:44Speaker 1: you ask the any questions about any of the things
- 27:47Speaker 1: that we tell you you must believe, and this is
- 27:48Speaker 1: on the list of things that you must believe, there
- 27:51Speaker 1: will be hell to pay. You are a Trump supporter,
- 27:55Speaker 1: You are a bigot, You are a racist, you are homeobic.
- 28:01Speaker 1: That is what you are. And if you disagree, there
- 28:05Speaker 1: will be hell to pay. We'll cuss at you on TV,
- 28:10Speaker 1: will condemn you, will indict each and every one of
- 28:13Speaker 1: your family and friends, and every American half of the
- 28:16Speaker 1: country that voted for Donald Trump. Remember this was the
- 28:19Speaker 1: whole sales pitch here with these guys wearing maggots. These
- 28:23Speaker 1: are Trump supporters. Y'all. You can't support you can't support
- 28:28Speaker 1: Donald Trump when this is happening. How dare you even
- 28:33Speaker 1: think you could support Donald Trump while this is going down?
- 28:37Speaker 1: You can't support Donald Trump. If you do, you're supporting
- 28:41Speaker 1: the lynching of Jesse Smilett. If you support Donald Trump,
- 28:46Speaker 1: you're supporting the racism, the attack Jesse Smilett. If you
- 28:52Speaker 1: support Donald Trump, you are supporting the bigotry, the homophobic ideas.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Look what happened to Jesse Lett. That's the narrative here
- 29:07Speaker 1: in No accountability for any of the people pushing this crap,
- 29:10Speaker 1: all these people losing their mind, awoke, Zero accountability for them.
- 29:15Speaker 1: This is about power, Okay. This is about power, whether
- 29:24Speaker 1: it is Jesse Smilett or whether it's the eight hundred
- 29:27Speaker 1: thousand plus i llegal immigrants getting the right to vote
- 29:29Speaker 1: in New York City, having sanctuary states like California where
- 29:33Speaker 1: you can vote in thirty days, and canceled out American votes,
- 29:36Speaker 1: American citizen votes. This is about power. Remember when the
- 29:40Speaker 1: NAACP blame Donald Trump for the fake hate crime against
- 29:43Speaker 1: Jesse Smilette. Anybody gonna call them and ask for a comment,
- 29:46Speaker 1: because I will remind you of what they said, because
- 29:49Speaker 1: this is about a race war and division in this country.
- 29:51Speaker 1: The National Association of the Advancement of Colored People the NAACP,
- 29:54Speaker 1: blame then President Donald Trump for the supposed hate crime
- 29:57Speaker 1: against black and gay actor Jesse Smilett. We are beyond
- 30:01Speaker 1: trouble to hear about the recent racist and homophobic fueled
- 30:04Speaker 1: attack on NAACP Image Award winner, acclaimed actor and activist
- 30:08Speaker 1: Jesse Smolette. He's an activist, He's everything. There's a direct
- 30:11Speaker 1: relationship between the rise and hate crimes of this nature, which,
- 30:15Speaker 1: by the way, stats don't back that up, which is
- 30:18Speaker 1: exemplified by the continual living while Black incidents hashtag living
- 30:24Speaker 1: while Black incidents. Remember that whole thing before the election.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Now people would hashtag everything bad that happen to him,
- 30:30Speaker 1: saying living while Black and other reported crimes and President
- 30:34Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's xenophobic rhetoric and racist policies. This rhetoric
- 30:40Speaker 1: continues to bleed into our everyday lives, and this divisive
- 30:44Speaker 1: and dangerous behavior needs to stop. NAACP. You want to
- 30:48Speaker 1: take down your tweets, Nah, they're still up. You can
- 30:50Speaker 1: go look at them on their own Twitter feed. Yes,
- 30:53Speaker 1: the Chicago jury got it right, finding Smolette guilty of
- 30:56Speaker 1: five of the six counts of felony disorderly conduct on
- 30:59Speaker 1: Thursday for making the hate crime and reporting it to police.
- 31:03Speaker 1: But the National Association of the Advancement of Colored Persons
- 31:07Speaker 1: the NAACP, the country's most influential civil rights organization, blame
- 31:12Speaker 1: Donald Trump his supporters for that morning's attack on actors Smoilette,
- 31:16Speaker 1: and they still have not said we're sorry, we got
- 31:18Speaker 1: it wrong. They have not reacted to the verdict so far,
- 31:23Speaker 1: but their old tweets still up with all the retweets,
- 31:27Speaker 1: because that's what they do. I hope every one of
- 31:32Speaker 1: you will realize what we're up against. I hope everyone
- 31:37Speaker 1: of you will share all of these facts going back
- 31:40Speaker 1: in time as we remind you what they were doing.
- 31:43Speaker 1: Our podcast is out there for you to do this.
- 31:46Speaker 1: You can share it with your family and your friends
- 31:49Speaker 1: so that they can be reminded of what really happened.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Because this is what really happened. Jesse Smilett, by the way,
- 31:55Speaker 1: making him making a major statement via attorney saying we
- 31:58Speaker 1: are convinced that we and we are one hundred percent
- 32:02Speaker 1: confident that we will win on appeal. Sure Okay, sounds
- 32:07Speaker 1: good to me. Sounds good to me.
