Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Insanity: Biden Boycotts Israel, Funds Hamas
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with Senator Ted Kruz Ben Ferguson with you, Senator,
- 0:05Speaker 2: it is shocking to see but the president of the
- 0:08Speaker 2: United States of America is now treating Israel like they
- 0:11Speaker 2: are almost an adversary and actually protecting Hamas and where
- 0:15Speaker 2: they are now in other parts around Israel where they
- 0:20Speaker 2: can plan and orchestrate attacks against them.
- 0:22Speaker 3: We have truly gone through the looking glass. Up as down,
- 0:25Speaker 3: black as white, good as evil. The Biden administration's foreign
- 0:30Speaker 3: policy is exactly backwards from what any sane, rational American
- 0:35Speaker 3: foreign policy should be. Joe Biden, the Democrats are sending
- 0:39Speaker 3: money to Gaza that is going straight to Hamas. They
- 0:42Speaker 3: are sending money to Iran that is going straight to Hamas.
- 0:46Speaker 3: And in this past week, Joe Biden announced that he's
- 0:49Speaker 3: cutting off weapons to Israel. That Israel is now the
- 0:52Speaker 3: bad guy, and the Biden administration, the Biden White House,
- 0:56Speaker 3: is openly the enemy of Israel. It is stunning, It
- 1:00Speaker 3: is shocking. There is no precedent for it in history,
- 1:03Speaker 3: and it is profoundly dangerous. We're going to get into
- 1:06Speaker 3: it in great detail.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Yeah, it's so important, and so many of you have
- 1:10Speaker 2: been asking the question how can we help the people
- 1:12Speaker 2: in Israel. I want you to know about the International
- 1:15Speaker 2: Fellowship of Christians and Jews and a need that is
- 1:18Speaker 2: right now so important. You've seen the anti Israel protests
- 1:22Speaker 2: and demonstrations that have continued at college campuses. You've seen
- 1:27Speaker 2: so many people that are just absolutely anti Israel, not
- 1:32Speaker 2: just in Israel, but in this country. And as they
- 1:36Speaker 2: are facing these vile anti Semitic hate speech and harassment
- 1:39Speaker 2: and violence, there is a real need in Israel right now,
- 1:43Speaker 2: and that is for bomb shelters. Now is the time
- 1:46Speaker 2: that you can help protect the people in Israel, the
- 1:49Speaker 2: Jewish people who are up against these attacks of people
- 1:52Speaker 2: that are trying to literally kill them. I want you
- 1:55Speaker 2: to stand with the Jewish people by providing an emergency
- 1:59Speaker 2: bomb shelter or an emergency bomb shelter kit. That is
- 2:03Speaker 2: what the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is doing.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Last Sunday, they're over one hundred rockets from HESBLA that
- 2:09Speaker 2: were fired at northern Israel, and IFCJ supported soup kitchens
- 2:14Speaker 2: in the cities there that were directly hit by these
- 2:17Speaker 2: HESBLA attacks. The elderly and the most vulnerable that stay
- 2:22Speaker 2: behind are the most impacted when the sirens go off,
- 2:26Speaker 2: and that is why not only do they need food,
- 2:29Speaker 2: but they need a safe place to go. And that
- 2:32Speaker 2: is where your donation is a huge gift to the
- 2:34Speaker 2: people in need. Thanks to a matching challenge from a
- 2:37Speaker 2: generous IFCJ supporter, your gift will be doubled to impact
- 2:42Speaker 2: to help provide twice the support. All you have to
- 2:44Speaker 2: do is call one eight eight eight four eight eight IFCJ.
- 2:49Speaker 2: That's one eight eight eight for eight eight IFCJ, or
- 2:54Speaker 2: you can go online to SUPPORTIFCJ dot org to give
- 2:58Speaker 2: that's support IFCJ dot org to help the people in
- 3:03Speaker 2: Israel right now. Senator, this all started with a conversation
- 3:08Speaker 2: on CNN. The President was doing an exclusive interview on
- 3:12Speaker 2: that friendly network, and this is what he said about
- 3:16Speaker 2: what's happening right now.
- 3:17Speaker 1: In the warning to Israel, I made it clear.
- 3:20Speaker 4: That if they go into Rafa, they haven't gone on
- 3:24Speaker 4: Raffa yet, they go into Rafa, I'm not supplying the
- 3:28Speaker 4: weapons that have been used historically to deal with RAFA,
- 3:31Speaker 4: to deal with the cities, to deal with that problem.
- 3:34Speaker 4: We're going to continue to make sure because you're less
- 3:36Speaker 4: secure in terms of Iron Dome and they're ability to
- 3:40Speaker 4: respond to its tacks like came out of you.
- 3:44Speaker 5: And the least recently.
- 3:46Speaker 4: But it's just wrong. We're going to we're not going
- 3:50Speaker 4: to supply the weapons and the artillery shells use that
- 3:53Speaker 4: have been used, artillery shells as well, Yeah, artillery shells.
- 3:56Speaker 1: He calls Israel to fing themselves. It's just wrong.
- 4:00Speaker 2: And to be clear, Senator, for everyone that may not
- 4:03Speaker 2: understand this, the terrorists have moved into Rafa, They've moved
- 4:08Speaker 2: out of much of Gaza. This is now where they're regrouping.
- 4:12Speaker 2: And what the President just said was you cannot go
- 4:15Speaker 2: after them.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Well and understand also, this is the culmination of Joe Biden,
- 4:20Speaker 3: the Democrats lying to the American people week after week
- 4:23Speaker 3: after week. Just a few weeks ago, Congress passed the
- 4:27Speaker 3: foreign aid bill that Biden was pressing ferociously for. And
- 4:31Speaker 3: the lynchpin of that foreign aid bill was Israel Aid.
- 4:34Speaker 3: And the reason that Congress was told you got to
- 4:37Speaker 3: vote for it is Israel military aid. And it was
- 4:39Speaker 3: a big bipartisan vote. I voted no because number one,
- 4:44Speaker 3: I said that this is going to provide nine billion
- 4:47Speaker 3: dollars up to nine billion dollars that can go to Gaza,
- 4:50Speaker 3: that can go to Hamas and I'm not interested in
- 4:53Speaker 3: giving money to Hamas. Well, it turned out that the
- 4:57Speaker 3: first aid shipment that went to Gaza, guess what, Hamma
- 5:00Speaker 3: seized it. So literally the opening shipment, exactly what I
- 5:04Speaker 3: said would happen is what did happen. But the bait
- 5:08Speaker 3: and switch that the Biden White House convinced a bunch
- 5:11Speaker 3: of Republicans and even maybe some Democrats to vote for
- 5:14Speaker 3: this because it was military aid to Israel, because it
- 5:17Speaker 3: was artillery shells to Israel as they needed. And as
- 5:20Speaker 3: soon as Congress passes it, Biden comes along and says, nope,
- 5:24Speaker 3: I'm not going to send it. I'm not sending it
- 5:26Speaker 3: to Israel. It is astonishing. And i'll tell you Ben,
- 5:31Speaker 3: last week I joined a number of other senators. We
- 5:33Speaker 3: had a press conference on Capitol Hill. This Well, you
- 5:37Speaker 3: were fired up, by the way, as you should be.
- 5:40Speaker 2: You were angry, you were irritated, and it's got to
- 5:43Speaker 2: feel like you're one of the lone voices right now
- 5:45Speaker 2: that's standing with Israel.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Well, I don't want to say I told you so,
- 5:49Speaker 3: but I told you so. This is exactly what I
- 5:51Speaker 3: said Biden would do. Have a listen to what I
- 5:54Speaker 3: had said at the press conference. Well, security policy of
- 5:57Speaker 3: Joe Biden the Democrats is precisely backwards. For three and
- 6:02Speaker 3: a half years, Joe Biden the Democrats have undermined and
- 6:05Speaker 3: weakened our friends and allies, and they have sent billions
- 6:09Speaker 3: of dollars to our enemies. It is exactly opposite what
- 6:14Speaker 3: you would be doing if you were actually focused on
- 6:17Speaker 3: US national security interests.
- 6:21Speaker 6: Let's look at our enemies.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Tragically, Joe Biden has been the greatest friend the Ayatola
- 6:28Speaker 3: Kameni has ever had on planet Earth. Tragically, Joe Biden
- 6:35Speaker 3: has been the greatest friend Hamas and Hesbela that there
- 6:40Speaker 3: is on planet Earth. Now, those sound like extraordinary statements.
- 6:44Speaker 3: What are the facts Under the Biden presidency. This administration
- 6:50Speaker 3: has flowed more than one hundred billion dollars into Iran,
- 6:57Speaker 3: six billion dollars in ransom for five Americans, a policy
- 7:01Speaker 3: which many of us said at the time would only
- 7:04Speaker 3: lead to more Americans being taken hostage. And we saw
- 7:07Speaker 3: tragically on October seventh that proved exactly right. Ten billion
- 7:11Speaker 3: dollars in funds in Iraq, that the Biden administration wanted
- 7:15Speaker 3: to flow to the Ayatola and then over eighty billion
- 7:18Speaker 3: dollars in oil. When Joe Biden came into office, the
- 7:24Speaker 3: Trump administration, with the active support of all of US,
- 7:28Speaker 3: had vigorously imposed oil sanctions and had cut Iran's oil
- 7:33Speaker 3: exports from one million barrels a day down to about
- 7:36Speaker 3: three hundred thousand. The Iranian economy was in shambles, The
- 7:39Speaker 3: Ayatola was on his knees. Joe Biden came in like
- 7:44Speaker 3: the cavalry coming to the rescue and immediately stopped enforcing
- 7:50Speaker 3: oil sanctions.
- 7:51Speaker 6: And what happened.
- 7:51Speaker 3: Iran's oil sales went from three hundred thousand barrels today
- 7:56Speaker 3: to now more than two million barrels a day. Every
- 8:02Speaker 3: one of those barrels is a gift from Joe Biden
- 8:05Speaker 3: and the Democrats. That is over eighty billion dollars. Mind you,
- 8:11Speaker 3: this is from the same administration that does everything they
- 8:13Speaker 3: can to kill oil and gas production in America while
- 8:19Speaker 3: allowing a theocratic iatola. Understand the Iotola chance with mobs,
- 8:25Speaker 3: chance death to America and death to Israel. And Joe
- 8:28Speaker 3: Biden has said, here's a hundred billion dollars. This seems
- 8:31Speaker 3: like a great idea. And what happened with that hundred
- 8:35Speaker 3: billion dollars, Well, ninety percent of Hamas's funding comes from Iran.
- 8:41Speaker 3: Ninety percent of Hesbela's funding comes from Iran. October seventh
- 8:47Speaker 3: was in a very real way funded by money given
- 8:50Speaker 3: by Joe Biden and the Democrats to Iran and Hamas
- 8:54Speaker 3: and hesbel And by the way, Biden also sent hundreds
- 8:57Speaker 3: of millions of dollars into Gaza. Even though many of
- 8:59Speaker 3: us said, if you send it to Gaza, it will
- 9:02Speaker 3: go to Hamas and be used for terrorism.
- 9:04Speaker 6: They knew that. They agreed with that.
- 9:06Speaker 3: The Biden administration concluded it was quote highly likely the
- 9:10Speaker 3: money would go to Hamas for terrorism.
- 9:12Speaker 6: You know what they did.
- 9:14Speaker 3: They waived the anti terrorism laws and said send it anyway.
- 9:18Speaker 6: Where are we now?
- 9:21Speaker 3: Where we are now is the Biden administration is sending
- 9:24Speaker 3: money right now to Gaza. Many of us said, if
- 9:29Speaker 3: you send the money to Gaza, it will be seized
- 9:31Speaker 3: by Hamas.
- 9:32Speaker 6: What happened.
- 9:32Speaker 3: The first shipment came in and boom immediately seized by Hamas,
- 9:36Speaker 3: exactly like we said, but they're combining it with blocking
- 9:42Speaker 3: weapons to Israel. The Biden White House has been the
- 9:47Speaker 3: most anti Israel administration this nation has ever seen. Literally
- 9:51Speaker 3: from day one, the Biden White House has been undermining
- 9:55Speaker 3: Israel at every step of the way. When October seventh happened,
- 10:01Speaker 3: when Hamas's death squads were murdering twelve hundred innocent civilians,
- 10:05Speaker 3: were raping women and little girls. While the attacks were happening,
- 10:09Speaker 3: the Biden State Department sent out a tweet at three
- 10:11Speaker 3: in the morning saying Israel must not retaliate, there should
- 10:16Speaker 3: be no military response.
- 10:19Speaker 6: That tweet was disgraceful.
- 10:20Speaker 3: I called it out at three in the morning and
- 10:22Speaker 3: they deleted the tweet within minutes. The next day, Tony
- 10:26Speaker 3: Blink and the Secretary of State sent another tweet said
- 10:29Speaker 3: I just talked with a Turkish foreign minister. We agreed
- 10:32Speaker 3: Israel must not retaliate, must.
- 10:34Speaker 6: Not strike back.
- 10:36Speaker 3: I called that tweet out again, they deleted it again.
- 10:40Speaker 6: Where are we today?
- 10:42Speaker 3: Well, yesterday Joe Biden said quote, I made it clear
- 10:45Speaker 3: if Israel goes into Rafa, I'm not supplying the weapons.
- 10:50Speaker 3: We're not going to supply the weapons in the artillery shells.
- 10:53Speaker 3: I will point out Joe Biden and the Democrats lied
- 10:56Speaker 3: to the American people on the supplemental funding.
- 10:59Speaker 6: Bill that was just voted.
- 11:01Speaker 3: They claimed it was to provide military funding to Israel.
- 11:04Speaker 6: We now know they were lying.
- 11:08Speaker 3: It was instead to give money to Gaza and Hamas
- 11:12Speaker 3: and everywhere else except Israel. We should have sent this
- 11:17Speaker 3: military aid six months ago. Six months ago, many of
- 11:21Speaker 3: us went to the Senate floor to force a vote
- 11:24Speaker 3: on emergency military aid in November, right after October seventh.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Every single Democrat voted no. It was a straight party
- 11:31Speaker 3: line vote. A final observation, what Joe Biden is doing
- 11:37Speaker 3: is not new. He has spent decades attacking and undermining Israel. Yes,
- 11:46Speaker 3: it is true the radical left wing of the Democrat Party,
- 11:49Speaker 3: the pro Hamas wing of the Democrat Party, is on
- 11:52Speaker 3: the rises on campuses, and the Democrats are terrified of them.
- 11:55Speaker 3: All of that is true. Yes, it is true. They're
- 11:58Speaker 3: terrified they're going to lose Michigan unless they give in
- 12:01Speaker 3: to the Prohamas wing of the Democrat Party. But understand,
- 12:06Speaker 3: these sentiments are not new for Joe Biden. In nineteen
- 12:09Speaker 3: eighty two, when, by the way, I was eleven years.
- 12:13Speaker 6: Old, young there you go.
- 12:15Speaker 3: Did in nineteen eighty two, Joe Biden was a senator
- 12:18Speaker 3: from Delaware and he confronted Israel's Prime Minister Menachan Begen
- 12:23Speaker 3: during his Senate Foreign Relations Committee testimony. And you know
- 12:27Speaker 3: what Joe Biden was doing in nineteen eighty two, same
- 12:31Speaker 3: damn thing he's doing in twenty twenty four. He threatened
- 12:33Speaker 3: to cut off aid to Israel in nineteen eighty two,
- 12:38Speaker 3: and Prime Minister Began responded as follows, quote, don't threaten
- 12:44Speaker 3: us with cutting off your aid. It will not work.
- 12:49Speaker 3: I am not a Jew with trembling knees. I am
- 12:53Speaker 3: a proud Jew with three thousand, seven hundred years of
- 12:56Speaker 3: civilized history. Nobody came to our our aid when we
- 13:00Speaker 3: were dying in the gas chambers and ovens. Nobody came
- 13:05Speaker 3: to our aid when we were striving to create our country.
- 13:09Speaker 3: We paid for it, we fought for it, we died
- 13:13Speaker 3: for it. We will stand by our principles, we will
- 13:18Speaker 3: defend them, and when necessary, we will die for them
- 13:23Speaker 3: again with or without your aid.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Senator, you obviously had a lot to say, and it
- 13:33Speaker 2: was important that it was said. And one of the
- 13:36Speaker 2: questions I have to ask you is it's pretty clear
- 13:39Speaker 2: that Joe Biden has changed he's now not just undermining Israel,
- 13:43Speaker 2: he's literally telling the terrorists this is how you beat them.
- 13:46Speaker 2: You go to populated areas and I won't give them
- 13:49Speaker 2: what they need to come get you, and I will
- 13:51Speaker 2: attack them in the process by saying you better stay
- 13:55Speaker 2: within your area, Israel, or you're going to lose America.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Even though twenty four hours before he said that there
- 14:01Speaker 2: was an ironclad relationship. Well, if you ask Israel, I
- 14:04Speaker 2: doubt they would say that it's iron clad. If this
- 14:07Speaker 2: is how you're treating our most important now I in
- 14:09Speaker 2: the Middle East.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Well, I actually don't think Joe Biden has changed much.
- 14:14Speaker 3: As I mentioned there, he was doing this in nineteen
- 14:17Speaker 3: eighty two when I was eleven. Were you even born
- 14:20Speaker 3: in eighty two? Men eighty one, I was one years old,
- 14:23Speaker 3: So you are a bouncing bundle of joy while Joe
- 14:27Speaker 3: Biden was trying to cut off aid to Israel even
- 14:29Speaker 3: back then. And look, I'm reminded of what Bob Gates,
- 14:33Speaker 3: who was the Secretary of Defense under Obama said. He said,
- 14:36Speaker 3: Joe Biden has been wrong on every foreign policy issue
- 14:40Speaker 3: for forty years. That's just the reality. Biden consistently give
- 14:46Speaker 3: us an enemy and Joe Biden wants to show weakness
- 14:49Speaker 3: to that enemy, appease that enemy, and send them billions
- 14:53Speaker 3: of dollars. I do not understand what goes through the
- 14:56Speaker 3: mind of a leftist who, to use the classic phrase
- 15:00Speaker 3: from The Simpsons, is a cheese eating surrender monkey. Like
- 15:04Speaker 3: whenever someone is our enemy, the Ayatola give them billions,
- 15:08Speaker 3: Jusha give them billions, China give them billions, North Korea
- 15:11Speaker 3: give them billions. Venezuela give them billions. If you are
- 15:14Speaker 3: an enemy, Cuba, give them billions. If you're an enemy
- 15:17Speaker 3: of America, count on Joe Biden the Democrats to be
- 15:20Speaker 3: santi Claus and come with cash. If you're a friend,
- 15:25Speaker 3: count on to do what they're doing to Israel, sail
- 15:28Speaker 3: you and starve you.
- 15:30Speaker 2: So in other words, where you're saying is is Joe
- 15:32Speaker 2: Biden basically is a guy that's been anti Israel when
- 15:35Speaker 2: it really matters and when he politically needed to act
- 15:39Speaker 2: like he was pro Israel. I'll give a perfect example
- 15:42Speaker 2: of this PBS News Hour. Back in twenty nineteen, he
- 15:47Speaker 2: said that his own policy now was basically crazy and
- 15:53Speaker 2: was a deadly policy. Listen to what he said in
- 15:57Speaker 2: nineteen News.
- 15:59Speaker 7: This week, to the extent that some of the Democrats
- 16:02Speaker 7: are saying that if because of Israel's settlements policy that
- 16:07Speaker 7: they would look at cutting off military aid to Israel
- 16:11Speaker 7: as a result of.
- 16:12Speaker 5: That, it'd be a tragic mistake. I strongly opposed Israel's
- 16:17Speaker 5: settlement policy on the West Bank. I've made that clear
- 16:21Speaker 5: to BB when we're I was vice president, I've made
- 16:24Speaker 5: it crystal clear to the Israelis. But the idea that
- 16:29Speaker 5: we would cut off military aid to an ally, our
- 16:35Speaker 5: only true, true ally in the entire region, is absolutely preposterous,
- 16:41Speaker 5: just beyond my comprehension. Anyone would do that.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Well, that's what he just did.
- 16:47Speaker 6: Yeah, that's what he just said.
- 16:49Speaker 3: What he said was preposterous, beyond my comprehension. And let
- 16:54Speaker 3: me tell you something else he did, and this has
- 16:55Speaker 3: gotten almost no coverage, But do you know what he
- 16:59Speaker 3: did the day four he announced that he was going
- 17:02Speaker 3: to cut off aid Israel?
- 17:04Speaker 1: What was that?
- 17:06Speaker 3: He issued a sanctions waiver to allow arm sails to Cutter,
- 17:14Speaker 3: Lebanon and Iraq. Hamas Alah ally Cutter. Cutter is where
- 17:19Speaker 3: the Hamas leadership is headquartered. And there are right now
- 17:24Speaker 3: sanctions on weapons sales to countries that boycott Israel, and
- 17:29Speaker 3: the Biden administration very quietly waived those sanctions in order
- 17:35Speaker 3: in order for the administration to sell allies to Cutter
- 17:39Speaker 3: Lebanon in Iraq the day before they cut off arms
- 17:44Speaker 3: arms transfers to Israel. Now that has gotten virtually no coverage.
- 17:49Speaker 2: But how does that mean in practicality for people that
- 17:53Speaker 2: don't understand how big of a deal that actually is.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Well, it is US law that if a country boycott Israel,
- 18:00Speaker 3: we cannot sell weapons to them. Many sanctioned laws are
- 18:05Speaker 3: written with a presidential waiver written into them. Well, what
- 18:09Speaker 3: Biden just did is waived that sanctioned law. By the way,
- 18:12Speaker 3: I mentioned before in that press conference, we have in
- 18:15Speaker 3: place anti terrorism laws that says, you say you can't
- 18:18Speaker 3: send money if it is likely that money will be
- 18:21Speaker 3: used for terrorism. The beginning of the Biden administration, there
- 18:24Speaker 3: was a dispute over whether or not to send hundreds
- 18:27Speaker 3: of millions of dollars to Gaza. I joined with a
- 18:30Speaker 3: total of nineteen senators urging the administration.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Don't do it.
- 18:33Speaker 3: And I said early on, if you send hundreds of
- 18:36Speaker 3: millions of dollars to Gaza, it will go to Hamas.
- 18:39Speaker 3: Why do I know that? Well, for one thing, Hamas
- 18:40Speaker 3: is the government of Gaza. They are the elected leadership
- 18:43Speaker 3: of Gaza. They control Gaza. There is a decade's long
- 18:48Speaker 3: history of aid going into Gaza being directly diverted by
- 18:51Speaker 3: Hamas and used for terrorism. Look that the international world
- 18:55Speaker 3: would send in things like money to rebuild schools, and
- 18:58Speaker 3: they take the concrete, they'd build underground tunnels from which
- 19:03Speaker 3: to conduct terror. That they'd send in water pipes so
- 19:06Speaker 3: you could put in fresh water and sewage, and Hamas
- 19:10Speaker 3: would seize the water pipes, cut it into portions, and
- 19:13Speaker 3: turn it into missiles. Use the water pipes, steal it
- 19:15Speaker 3: on both ends, cut it off, and turn it into
- 19:17Speaker 3: rockets to fire into Israel. Hamas's obsession is with murdering
- 19:21Speaker 3: as many Jews as possible. And so I urged the
- 19:26Speaker 3: Biden administration don't send money to Gaza. Trump had cut
- 19:29Speaker 3: it off. I'd urged Trump to cut it off, and
- 19:31Speaker 3: he did. When Biden came in, it was clear they
- 19:34Speaker 3: wanted to, and so I urged him not to. There
- 19:37Speaker 3: were a group of about one hundred and fifty House
- 19:39Speaker 3: Democrats on the other side that urged Biden to send
- 19:44Speaker 3: money to Gaza. This is early on, long before October seventh,
- 19:48Speaker 3: even though it was clear that money would be used
- 19:50Speaker 3: by Hamas for terrorism, And we now know how the
- 19:53Speaker 3: Biden administration resolved that question, which is they determined internally
- 19:57Speaker 3: that it was quote highly likely that any money they
- 20:02Speaker 3: sent would be used by Hamas and diverted for terrorism. Now,
- 20:05Speaker 3: normally that'd be the end of the inquiry. If it's
- 20:07Speaker 3: highly likely it's going to go to terrorism, US anti
- 20:09Speaker 3: terrorism law says you can't send it.
- 20:12Speaker 6: Game over.
- 20:13Speaker 3: Well, as I mentioned, most sanctions laws are written with
- 20:16Speaker 3: a presidential waiver. So what did they do. They waive
- 20:19Speaker 3: the anti terrorism laws and said, well, we don't care
- 20:20Speaker 3: if it's used for terrorism. This is our political agenda,
- 20:23Speaker 3: and so we're going to send the money anyway. And
- 20:28Speaker 3: that is exactly so. It was Tuesday of last week,
- 20:31Speaker 3: which is the day before Joe Biden threatened to withhold
- 20:34Speaker 3: weapons from Israel, that the State Department informed Congress that
- 20:38Speaker 3: it intends to bypass laws that bar the United States
- 20:42Speaker 3: from selling weapons to nations that boycott Israel. And just
- 20:49Speaker 3: look at the contrast, why do they want to send
- 20:53Speaker 3: money and weapons to nations that support Hamas, and they
- 20:59Speaker 3: want to cut off weapons to Israel that is fighting Hamas.
- 21:04Speaker 3: Give me a conclusion other than the obvious conclusion that
- 21:09Speaker 3: this administration and the Democrats, like, there's a phrase I
- 21:12Speaker 3: use in the press conference, the pro Hamas wing of
- 21:15Speaker 3: the Democrat Party. Ben pause for a second and say,
- 21:19Speaker 3: what upside down crazy ass world are we living in?
- 21:23Speaker 3: That there's a Prohamas wing of the Democrat Party, but by.
- 21:28Speaker 1: The way, is substantial and growing.
- 21:30Speaker 3: Yeah, And I don't want to engage in hyperbole. I
- 21:32Speaker 3: don't want to let like, normally, you know, respectable, normal
- 21:38Speaker 3: political party in the United States would support terrorists who
- 21:41Speaker 3: commit mass murder and rape and seek the genocide of
- 21:46Speaker 3: the Jewish people. You would think that that would be understandably,
- 21:50Speaker 3: you know, outside of the ordinary bounds of political discourse.
- 21:55Speaker 3: And yet there is a very real and growing Prohamas
- 21:59Speaker 3: wing of the Demosmocrat Party. And the sad thing is
- 22:02Speaker 3: Joe Biden's policies. Name a person on planet Earth whose
- 22:07Speaker 3: policies have benefited Hamas more than Joe Biden. Let's be clear,
- 22:12Speaker 3: it's not Biden alone. It's easy to say, oh, Biden's
- 22:15Speaker 3: the problem. No, no, no, no, name a Democrat other than
- 22:19Speaker 3: John Fetterman who has shown even a tiny modicum of
- 22:24Speaker 3: courage to call out the administration and say this is wrong.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Stop sending money to Iran, stop sending money to Hamas,
- 22:32Speaker 3: stop boycotting Israel. The entire Democratic caucus in the Senate
- 22:38Speaker 3: is terrified to cross the Biden White House and the
- 22:44Speaker 3: pro hamas contingent of the party.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:47Speaker 2: In Fetterman, as you mentioned, deserves a lot of credit
- 22:50Speaker 2: for standing up to his party because he's obviously out
- 22:52Speaker 2: there by himself.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Yes, undoubtedly. I don't know where that has come from.
- 22:58Speaker 3: It is not something I predicted when he was elected,
- 23:01Speaker 3: but I will give him credit. But the fact that
- 23:04Speaker 3: he's standing up. One of the things that's striking is
- 23:07Speaker 3: just how alone he is.
- 23:09Speaker 1: Yep that.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Where is anybody else? And by the way, I do
- 23:15Speaker 3: have to read a tweet because it's a tweet that
- 23:20Speaker 3: is really quite remarkable. So this is a tweet that
- 23:24Speaker 3: Joe Biden sent on October eighteenth, twenty nineteen. I want
- 23:30Speaker 3: to read the tweet. Here's the tweet.
- 23:31Speaker 6: Quote.
- 23:32Speaker 3: President Trump withheld congressionally appropriated aid to Ukraine unless they
- 23:38Speaker 3: granted him a political favor. It's the definition of quid
- 23:42Speaker 3: pro quo. This is no joke. Trump continues to put
- 23:47Speaker 3: his own personal political interest ahead of the national interest.
- 23:51Speaker 3: He must be impeached. Now, that is precisely what Joe
- 23:57Speaker 3: Biden has just done. In fact, I want to reread
- 24:00Speaker 3: that tweet, and all I'm going to do is I'm
- 24:02Speaker 3: going to replace the word Trump with the word Biden,
- 24:05Speaker 3: and I'm going to replace the word Ukraine with the
- 24:07Speaker 3: word Israel. Other than that, every word of this is
- 24:10Speaker 3: exactly what Joe Biden tweeted in twenty nineteen. Listen, President
- 24:14Speaker 3: Biden withheld congressionally appropriated aid to Israel unless they granted
- 24:19Speaker 3: him a political favor. It's the definition of quid pro quo.
- 24:24Speaker 3: This is no joke. Biden continues to put his own
- 24:28Speaker 3: personal political interests ahead of the national interest. He must
- 24:33Speaker 3: be impeached.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Wow, I want to tell you real quick about our
- 24:37Speaker 2: friends over at Patriot Mobile. If you are a conservative
- 24:42Speaker 2: and you have a cell phone in this election year,
- 24:45Speaker 2: you need to see and pay attention to where your
- 24:47Speaker 2: money's going when you pay that bill. You may not
- 24:50Speaker 2: know the Big Mobile supports Democrats with massive donations. I'm
- 24:56Speaker 2: talking about the local, state, and national level you may
- 24:59Speaker 2: not realize that your cell phone provider right now maybe
- 25:02Speaker 2: giving huge donations to Plan Parenthood. Ten years ago, Patriot
- 25:07Speaker 2: Mobile was started as America's only Christian conservative wireless provider,
- 25:12Speaker 2: and they've been fighting the fight ever since. But now
- 25:15Speaker 2: more than ever, you need to make the switch. I
- 25:17Speaker 2: am on Patriot Mobile and I use it and it's amazing.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Now here's the part that you need to know about.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Not only do you get the same service you have
- 25:26Speaker 2: right now, why because you're using the same exact towers
- 25:29Speaker 2: that you're using right now when you switch to Patriot Mobile,
- 25:32Speaker 2: but you stop funding the radical left, and every bill
- 25:36Speaker 2: that you pay to Patriot Mobile, they take about five
- 25:38Speaker 2: percent of that bill, no extra cost to you, and
- 25:42Speaker 2: they give it back to conservative causes and organizations that
- 25:47Speaker 2: support free speech, religious freedom, the sanctity of life, the
- 25:50Speaker 2: Second Amendment, as well as supporting our military, our veterans,
- 25:55Speaker 2: our first responders, and our wounded warrior heroes. Now switch
- 26:00Speaker 2: is also easier now because of technology, than it's ever
- 26:03Speaker 2: been before. You don't even have to go into a store.
- 26:05Speaker 2: You can do it over the phone, and you can
- 26:08Speaker 2: keep your same cell phone number you have right now,
- 26:11Speaker 2: or you can get a new number if you want it.
- 26:13Speaker 2: You can keep the same phone you have right now,
- 26:15Speaker 2: or you can upgrade to a new phone. It is
- 26:19Speaker 2: actually that easy in twenty twenty four. So make the
- 26:22Speaker 2: switch and stop giving your money to woke companies. They
- 26:24Speaker 2: are supporting everything you're against. Nine seven to two Patriot
- 26:28Speaker 2: is the number nine seven to two Patriot. That's nine
- 26:33Speaker 2: seven to two Patriot, or online at Patriotmobile dot com,
- 26:38Speaker 2: slash verdict that's Patriotmobile dot com slash vertict centator. I
- 26:44Speaker 2: also want to ask you about a second part of
- 26:48Speaker 2: what we've learned, and this actually came out in the
- 26:51Speaker 2: Washington Post. The US apparently offers Israeli Israel intelligence and
- 26:59Speaker 2: supplies an effort to avoid the RAFA invasion. Now this
- 27:05Speaker 2: is I think maybe a quid pro quo. Is that
- 27:09Speaker 2: how you would describe it?
- 27:11Speaker 3: Well, I would say it's even worse than that. So
- 27:13Speaker 3: this is an article that came out in the Washington Post.
- 27:15Speaker 3: So that was published to a lot of places, and
- 27:18Speaker 3: it was on May eleventh. The title of the article
- 27:21Speaker 3: is what you just said, US sites intelligence offers Israel
- 27:24Speaker 3: supplies to limit RAFA operation. Let me read to the
- 27:27Speaker 3: first couple of paragraphs, because it really is stunning news
- 27:30Speaker 3: when you understand quote, the Biden administration, working urgently to
- 27:35Speaker 3: stave off of full scale Israeli invasion of Rafa, is
- 27:39Speaker 3: offering Israel valuable assistance in an effort to persuade it
- 27:42Speaker 3: to hold back, including sensitive intelligence to help the Israeli
- 27:46Speaker 3: military pinpoint the location of Hamas leaders and find the
- 27:51Speaker 3: group's hidden tunnels, according to four people familiar with the
- 27:56Speaker 3: US offers. Now I want you to pause and understand
- 28:01Speaker 3: what that means. It means the Biden administration is saying
- 28:05Speaker 3: that right now they know where senior Hamas leaders are,
- 28:11Speaker 3: and right now they are not telling Israel where the
- 28:16Speaker 3: senior Hamas leaders are. That also means that Biden is saying,
- 28:21Speaker 3: right now, the administration knows where Hamasa's hidden tunnels are,
- 28:25Speaker 3: and right now they are not telling Israel where the
- 28:29Speaker 3: hidden tunnels are. Now, I mentioned before that there is
- 28:32Speaker 3: a pro Hamas wing of the administration. What in the
- 28:36Speaker 3: hell Hamas murder twelve hundred israelis it is US policy
- 28:42Speaker 3: that Hamasa terrorists, by the way, they murdered over thirty Americans.
- 28:45Speaker 3: And what this White House knows where the senior leaders
- 28:49Speaker 3: are and it's like, Nope, no, we're not going to
- 28:50Speaker 3: tell you. We're not going to tell you, Like, how
- 28:53Speaker 3: the hell is that possible? And now they're saying, well,
- 28:58Speaker 3: if you don't invade Rafa and go out after Hamas,
- 29:01Speaker 3: we'll tell you where the leadership is. That is truly stunning.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Isn't that the same thing that they were implying by
- 29:10Speaker 2: the way that Donald Trump they accused him and impeach him,
- 29:14Speaker 2: like the quid pro quo with Ukraine, member, I'll go
- 29:17Speaker 2: after the Bidens, even though that's not actually what it was.
- 29:19Speaker 2: It was. The real quid pro quo back then was
- 29:22Speaker 2: Joe Biden withholding a billion dollars from Ukraine until they
- 29:27Speaker 2: fired the prosecutor that was going after the company where
- 29:31Speaker 2: his son was getting paid and he was getting the
- 29:33Speaker 2: other kicked.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Look, look, Ben, I don't care. I don't care about
- 29:36Speaker 3: the quid pro quo. I don't care even about the
- 29:40Speaker 3: analogies to the Trump impeachment. Everyone knew at the time
- 29:43Speaker 3: that was a partisan exercise by Democrats because they hated Trump.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Had nothing to do with Ukraine, had nothing to do
- 29:49Speaker 3: with quid pro quo. It just had to do with
- 29:51Speaker 3: Orange Man bat It had to do with Trump derangement syndrome.
- 29:55Speaker 3: We will weaponize impeachment to go after Trump. By the way,
- 29:58Speaker 3: it's the same thing that has led one, two, three
- 30:00Speaker 3: four Democrat prosecutions of Trump in the past year. It's
- 30:07Speaker 3: what led to the ridiculous circus playing out in the
- 30:10Speaker 3: New York trial court, just like the last ridiculous circus
- 30:13Speaker 3: that played out in a different New York trial court,
- 30:15Speaker 3: the one the the the civil trial that resulted in
- 30:19Speaker 3: a half billion dollar judgment against Trump, the current one
- 30:22Speaker 3: where Democrats are are living their their fantasy. This is
- 30:29Speaker 3: fantasy poured. And by the way, I don't mean in
- 30:33Speaker 3: terms of actual a porn star discussing salacious details. That's
- 30:38Speaker 3: actually the least pornographic thing for for leftists, they're just
- 30:42Speaker 3: loving seeing Trump dragged through the mud because they hate
- 30:45Speaker 3: his guts and so and so. I am less concerned
- 30:51Speaker 3: about the quid pro quot stuff than I am about
- 30:54Speaker 3: the simple reality. Given a choice between Israel and Hamas,
- 31:01Speaker 3: Joe Biden and today's Democrats over and over and over again,
- 31:05Speaker 3: choose Hamas. That is astonishing, It is idiotic, It is unprecedented,
- 31:12Speaker 3: it is dangerous, it is indefensible, and there are no
- 31:15Speaker 3: democrats defending it. Every Democrat ought to be asked, why,
- 31:19Speaker 3: given the choice between Israel and Hamas, do you choose
- 31:22Speaker 3: to give money and weapons to Hamas and blockade weapons
- 31:26Speaker 3: to Israel.
- 31:27Speaker 2: Well, let's go back quickly to you guys getting notified
- 31:31Speaker 2: about the president deciding to change this and to basically
- 31:34Speaker 2: go around the sanctions. So if I've got the list correct,
- 31:39Speaker 2: there's these newests. Hey, we're going to allow for these
- 31:42Speaker 2: weapons to be sold to places that are basically hate Israel.
- 31:46Speaker 2: We have a ran that we have a little sanctions
- 31:49Speaker 2: on a RAN right now that we're not imposing, and
- 31:53Speaker 2: we have a president. This is coming also from the
- 31:56Speaker 2: New York Times Peter Baker that Biden privately threatened to
- 32:01Speaker 2: rethink its support for the war in a private call
- 32:03Speaker 2: with Netanyahu back in February. That would be two months
- 32:07Speaker 2: before doing so publicly. So lying to the American people
- 32:10Speaker 2: are misleading them. The White House didn't put it into
- 32:13Speaker 2: the readout of the call because they purposely were trying
- 32:16Speaker 2: to I would argue, cover up or avoid quote a
- 32:20Speaker 2: public blow up.
- 32:21Speaker 1: And the New York Times has got this now.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Now, look that's exactly right. This administration from the beginning
- 32:29Speaker 3: from January twentieth, twenty twenty one. They have been systematically
- 32:33Speaker 3: undermining Israel. And by the way, some Democrats will say,
- 32:38Speaker 3: well it's Net and Yahoo they hate. Look, there's a
- 32:40Speaker 3: unity government Israel. The entire War Cabinet supports going into Rafa.
- 32:44Speaker 3: That Rafa is where the Hamas terrorists are, and Israel
- 32:48Speaker 3: is committed. We're going to destroy Hamas. The Biden administration
- 32:52Speaker 3: of the Democrats have decided they're going to use the
- 32:54Speaker 3: full force of the American government to try to protect
- 32:57Speaker 3: Tumas from Israel.
- 33:00Speaker 1: I want to talk to you real quick about your morning.
- 33:03Speaker 2: You probably start your morning off just like I do,
- 33:05Speaker 2: with a cup of coffee. The question is is it
- 33:08Speaker 2: a premium cup of coffee, Is it a fabulous cup
- 33:10Speaker 2: of coffee? Or is it a cup of coffee from
- 33:12Speaker 2: a company that probably is on a hardcore list of
- 33:16Speaker 2: woke companies. You may even be thinking about a name
- 33:19Speaker 2: or two right now. Well, if you are sick and
- 33:22Speaker 2: tired of average coffee and you don't want it to
- 33:24Speaker 2: be drinking woke coffee, you've got to check out Blackout Coffee.

- 34:51Speaker 1: Senator.
- 34:51Speaker 2: Final question I have for you is this, if you
- 34:54Speaker 2: were is your right now in essence you're being blackmailed
- 34:57Speaker 2: to not protect yourself. You have a country that's supposed
- 35:03Speaker 2: to be your ally, that they're heavily dependent on for
- 35:06Speaker 2: military aid and equipment, and the President saying I'm not
- 35:10Speaker 2: giving it to you if you don't do what I
- 35:12Speaker 2: tell you to do. And you see this, and then
- 35:16Speaker 2: you look at our withdrawal from Afghanistan, and then you
- 35:19Speaker 2: look at what's happening in Russia Ukraine. If you're an
- 35:22Speaker 2: ally of America right now, do you feel like you're
- 35:25Speaker 2: actually a genuine ally Because in the past, if you
- 35:29Speaker 2: were an ally of America meant big brother America is
- 35:32Speaker 2: going to protect and defend you, and you don't screw
- 35:34Speaker 2: with a little brother because they're an ally of America
- 35:37Speaker 2: and if you do, there will be major consequences that
- 35:39Speaker 2: seems to be completely gone now in the world.
- 35:43Speaker 3: Yeah, Look, I think every ally of America is questioning
- 35:47Speaker 3: how valuable is that with Joe Biden as president, being
- 35:50Speaker 3: an ally of America, you can't count on this administration.
- 35:54Speaker 3: Let's take, for example, a country like Saudi Arabia. Listen,
- 35:57Speaker 3: I think if if Donald Trump had served a second term,
- 36:00Speaker 3: Saudi Arabia would have joined the Abraham Accords. They were
- 36:03Speaker 3: very close to they were ready to do so. And
- 36:06Speaker 3: Biden came in and he immediately began undermining our allies,
- 36:10Speaker 3: including Saudi Arabia, and Saudi Arabia still has not joined
- 36:13Speaker 3: the Abraham Accords. And I think.
- 36:15Speaker 1: Explained the Abraham Accords th that are made not understand exactly.
- 36:19Speaker 3: So the Abraham Accords were historic peace deals that Donald
- 36:23Speaker 3: Trump and his administration negotiated, and they were peace steals.
- 36:26Speaker 3: They were peace accords between Israel and several Arab countries,
- 36:31Speaker 3: between the United Arab Emirates, between Bahrain and Israel. And
- 36:37Speaker 3: I was there on the South lawn of the White
- 36:39Speaker 3: House when they were signed into law, and it was
- 36:42Speaker 3: you had to go back forty years for the last
- 36:45Speaker 3: time something like this had happened, had been either with
- 36:47Speaker 3: Jordan or with Egypt, and it had been forty years
- 36:50Speaker 3: since we'd seen peace between the Arabs and the Israelis,
- 36:53Speaker 3: and we were seeing multiple Arab countries signing normalization accords.
- 36:58Speaker 3: They were called the Abraham Accords with Israel. Now, I
- 37:01Speaker 3: will say it was very sad when the Abraham Accords
- 37:04Speaker 3: were signed. Do you know how many Democrat senators showed
- 37:07Speaker 3: up with signing.
- 37:08Speaker 1: I'm going to guess between zero and five zero. There
- 37:12Speaker 1: you go.
- 37:13Speaker 3: By the way, when we opened our embassy in Jerusalem
- 37:17Speaker 3: in Israel, I was there, flew to Israel, I was
- 37:20Speaker 3: there at Jerusalem. The day we opened the embassy happened
- 37:23Speaker 3: to be the seventieth anniversary of the creation of the
- 37:25Speaker 3: modern state of Israel. Do you know how many Democrats
- 37:27Speaker 3: were there, either senators or House members the day we
- 37:30Speaker 3: opened our embassy in Jerusalem. I'm going to go with
- 37:33Speaker 3: zero zero, not a one. Now, Joe Lieberman was there,
- 37:37Speaker 3: so you could say he was a former Democrat senator.
- 37:39Speaker 3: But to be clear, the Democrats drove him out of
- 37:41Speaker 3: the party. And then last time he was reelected, he
- 37:43Speaker 3: was reelected as an independent because they'd beaten him in
- 37:46Speaker 3: the Democrat primary. So he had been a Democrat, but
- 37:48Speaker 3: he didn't lose his mind and decide that he hated Israel,
- 37:52Speaker 3: and so that was the closest we have. And by
- 37:54Speaker 3: the way, the defense that some Democrats gave as to
- 37:59Speaker 3: why they didn't go to the opening of the embassy
- 38:02Speaker 3: in Jerusalem, which by the way, many many Democrat senators
- 38:06Speaker 3: had claimed they supported for years. The defense they did
- 38:10Speaker 3: they gave as well. Trump didn't invite us.
- 38:12Speaker 6: You know what.
- 38:13Speaker 3: Trump didn't invite me either when they opened. When they
- 38:17Speaker 3: were opening the embassy, I said, I'm going. And by
- 38:20Speaker 3: the way, let me tell you how it works as
- 38:22Speaker 3: a senator. If you want to go somewhere, you go.
- 38:24Speaker 3: You don't have to be invited by the White House.
- 38:26Speaker 3: They don't decide where you travel. As a senator. I decided,
- 38:29Speaker 3: this is an historic moment. I will be there, and
- 38:32Speaker 3: I flew down there. Mike Lee flew down there with me.
- 38:35Speaker 3: Lindsey Graham was down there, Dean Heller was there, there
- 38:38Speaker 3: were several Republican senators. I proposed to Mike, Katie, you
- 38:41Speaker 3: want to go to Israel for the opening the embassy
- 38:43Speaker 3: said absolutely, let's go, and we flew down. The reason
- 38:46Speaker 3: no Democrats were there is they didn't want to be there.
- 38:49Speaker 3: They didn't want to be at the signing of the
- 38:51Speaker 3: Abraham Accords. And the point is the value of being
- 38:56Speaker 3: an ally to America when Joe Biden and theffeckless Democrats
- 39:01Speaker 3: are in charge is much much less than it used
- 39:05Speaker 3: to be, and that's tragic. It should be really valuable
- 39:10Speaker 3: to be a friend and ally of America. And listen,
