- 0:01Speaker 1: There is a new bomb shell report that is just broken,
- 0:06Speaker 1: and I am going to give you the headline and
- 0:08Speaker 1: then we're going to get down into this. And every
- 0:10Speaker 1: single one of you that hears this, you need to
- 0:13Speaker 1: share this with your family and your friends, share it
- 0:16Speaker 1: on social media, share the podcast so that they can
- 0:20Speaker 1: hear this, because the media is burying this. The new
- 0:23Speaker 1: headline is this the Joe Biden bribery allegations, which we
- 0:29Speaker 1: exposed on our last podcast, and the last show we
- 0:34Speaker 1: talked about this very clearly that apparently there was a
- 0:37Speaker 1: whistleblower saying, hey, Joe Biden had to pay to play
- 0:40Speaker 1: scheme when he was the vice president. We're now being
- 0:43Speaker 1: told that the Joe Biden bribery allegations were actually flagged
- 0:48Speaker 1: to the Department of Justice back in twenty eighteen. What
- 0:54Speaker 1: year are we in now, twenty twenty three? Five years ago?
- 0:58Speaker 1: Is how long ago this was flag Now I'm going
- 1:01Speaker 1: to go through these details and I'm going to say
- 1:03Speaker 1: it again, this has to be exposed and people have
- 1:07Speaker 1: to start talking about this because what they're trying to do.
- 1:10Speaker 1: In another report, we also have been told now that
- 1:14Speaker 1: the IRS's whistle blistle blower lawyers met with Congressional investigators
- 1:21Speaker 1: on the Hunter Biden tax probe. This is while the
- 1:25Speaker 1: White House is begging for an indictment of Hunter Biden.
- 1:29Speaker 1: They want him indicted quickly to insulate and protect the
- 1:33Speaker 1: Biden crime family. And they want him and died on
- 1:35Speaker 1: gun charges for him lying on that form when he
- 1:38Speaker 1: bought a gun that he was a drug addict. And
- 1:40Speaker 1: they want him to be indicted on tax evasion issues.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So he'll get virtually no time in prison or very
- 1:46Speaker 1: little time, and there's a very good chance of the
- 1:48Speaker 1: President we just decide to pardon him after the election,
- 1:52Speaker 1: or maybe even before the election, depending on how long
- 1:55Speaker 1: he's going to go to jail. I'm going to get
- 1:58Speaker 1: to the tax issues in a moment, okay, But I
- 2:02Speaker 1: want to go back to the bribery issue here. These
- 2:05Speaker 1: bribery allegations that were brought to the Justice Department by
- 2:09Speaker 1: a whistleblower in twenty eighteen is what we're being told
- 2:13Speaker 1: against President Joe Biden. We're being told now that the
- 2:16Speaker 1: allegations were ignored. Obviously they were ignored because that happened
- 2:20Speaker 1: in twenty eighteen. This is what a former federal prosecutor
- 2:26Speaker 1: is now saying the twenty eighteen whistleblower is a separate case.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Listen carefully, because this is the part the media is
- 2:36Speaker 1: trying to make sure you don't know about.
- 2:38Speaker 2: I want you to understand this.
- 2:40Speaker 1: This is a separate story, which is the reason why
- 2:43Speaker 1: this is so damning. This is a second story that
- 2:47Speaker 1: has nothing to do with the other one that we
- 2:50Speaker 1: told you about. It's a separate case. The last allegation
- 2:55Speaker 1: was the allegation that was made public by the House
- 2:57Speaker 1: Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer on Wednesday. He's subpoena of
- 3:01Speaker 1: the FBI for records based on a whistleblower's alleged claim
- 3:07Speaker 1: of a criminal scheme involving then Vice President Joe Biden.
- 3:11Speaker 1: This second allegation, which is separate a bribery against Joe Biden,
- 3:17Speaker 1: involves Hunter Biden's board membership in Barisma, that Ukrainian energy company.
- 3:24Speaker 1: The New York Post is now reporting let me give
- 3:28Speaker 1: you this. Bud Cummings, a former federal prosecutor, first reported
- 3:34Speaker 1: the bribery allegations to the then you at New York
- 3:38Speaker 1: US attorney Jeff Berman on October four of twenty eighteen.
- 3:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna say this again. If you're getting to hear this,
- 3:48Speaker 1: share this information. If you're watching us on Facebook Live,
- 3:52Speaker 1: hit that share button. I want everybody to know these
- 3:56Speaker 1: two allegations, because the media is not talking about this.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Jeff Berman on October fourth, twenty eighteen, in an email,
- 4:06Speaker 1: claiming he had evidence that Joe Biden had quote exercise
- 4:10Speaker 1: influence to protect his son's Ukrainian employer in exchange for
- 4:16Speaker 1: payments to Hunter Biden, payments to Devin Archer, and payments
- 4:24Speaker 1: to Joe Biden. In the email obtained by John Solomon's
- 4:29Speaker 1: Just the News, Cummings said that Ukraines, his then prosecutor general,
- 4:35Speaker 1: wanted to travel to the United States to meet Berman
- 4:40Speaker 1: and could produce two quote John Doe witnesses to corroborate
- 4:45Speaker 1: his claims about the Bidens Now. Despite cummings claims, Berman
- 4:51Speaker 1: did not respond.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Quote.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I can't really imagine a legitimate reason for the DOJ
- 4:59Speaker 1: to follow up on an offer like that. I felt
- 5:03Speaker 1: like it was stonewalled, Cummings said. It just doesn't make
- 5:07Speaker 1: sense to investigate the guy who brings you the allegation
- 5:12Speaker 1: rather than the allegation. According to Cummings, Berman failed to
- 5:18Speaker 1: respond instead of obtained data from his iPhone via grand jury
- 5:22Speaker 1: subpoena to Apple in what appeared to he felt like
- 5:26Speaker 1: was quote retaliation. So again, step back here and let's
- 5:30Speaker 1: dissect this for a second. You've got a whistleblower that
- 5:34Speaker 1: comes forward, you have a whistleblower that has and all
- 5:39Speaker 1: of this, by the way, is in our last podcast.
- 5:42Speaker 1: So go back and listen to it. Okay, listen to
- 5:46Speaker 1: the podcast. I put the link up there for you
- 5:48Speaker 1: guys watching this live on Facebook. This was a guy
- 5:52Speaker 1: who was whistleblowing and instead of looking at his information,
- 5:57Speaker 1: the FBI then retaliated went to Apple and then got
- 6:00Speaker 1: data on his iPhone to then investigate him. So instead
- 6:05Speaker 1: of responding to the information, the deep state said, uh, oh,
- 6:11Speaker 1: we're going to go to a grand jury, We're going
- 6:12Speaker 1: to subpoena Apple, and we're going to come after you
- 6:16Speaker 1: for telling us what you know. Cumming said, it was
- 6:20Speaker 1: perverse that you report an allegation of a pretty serious crime,
- 6:24Speaker 1: and they did investigative investigate it, but they investigated you instead.
- 6:29Speaker 2: In other words, you're now a threat.
- 6:31Speaker 1: You have information on the vice President of United States
- 6:33Speaker 1: of America in a pay to play scheme, a bribery scheme,
- 6:37Speaker 1: and instead of you being treated the way you should,
- 6:40Speaker 1: which is as a whistleblower, they now decide to investigate
- 6:44Speaker 1: you and come after you. Congressional investigators now are creating
- 6:49Speaker 1: a timeline to show that federal law enforcement agencies were
- 6:53Speaker 1: given information between twenty sixteen to twenty twenty that raised
- 6:59Speaker 1: concern earns about the Biden family business. One of those
- 7:03Speaker 1: red flags became public on Wednesday when James Comer and
- 7:09Speaker 1: Senator Chuck Grassley claimed a document exists alleging details of
- 7:14Speaker 1: an arrangement involving exchange of money for policy decisions between
- 7:20Speaker 1: now President Biden and a foreign national. That letter that
- 7:27Speaker 1: came out was one that many people couldn't believe. They
- 7:31Speaker 1: were shocked by it. I don't know why you would
- 7:34Speaker 1: be shocked by this letter. It makes sense. This is
- 7:36Speaker 1: how the Biden crime family worked. I want to read
- 7:42Speaker 1: you part of that letter real quick so you know
- 7:45Speaker 1: that claim.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Now.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Again, that claim is different from this new whistleblower intel
- 7:51Speaker 1: that we have. That's again a different claim. This letter
- 7:57Speaker 1: was sent to Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, the part
- 8:00Speaker 1: of Justice, and was sent to the FBI Director chrispher Ray.
- 8:03Speaker 1: It says dear Attorney General Garland and Director Ray, we
- 8:08Speaker 1: have received legally protected and highly credible, unclassified whistleblower disclosures.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Based on those disclosures, it has come to our attention
- 8:18Speaker 1: that the DOJ and the FBI possesses an unclassified fd
- 8:23Speaker 1: DASH one zero two three four that describes an alleged
- 8:28Speaker 1: criminal scheme involving then Vice President Biden and a foreign
- 8:33Speaker 1: national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.
- 8:39Speaker 1: It has been alleged that the document includes a precise
- 8:42Speaker 1: description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed, as
- 8:48Speaker 1: well as its purpose. I promise you, Chuck Grassley and
- 8:53Speaker 1: James Comer do not put this letter out there without
- 8:57Speaker 1: them knowing. There's a hell of a lot of intel here.
- 9:01Speaker 1: This is shocking. This is on top of this new
- 9:06Speaker 1: information about bribery as well. Let's talk about a great
- 9:12Speaker 1: opportunity for your IRA In four one ks, you can
- 9:15Speaker 1: get free gold just by learning about gold iras from

- 10:00Speaker 1: protection now by calling eight seven seven four gold IRA.
- 10:04Speaker 1: That's eight seven seven the number four GOLDRA or Augusta
- 10:09Speaker 1: Precious Metals dot com. I want to move to this
- 10:13Speaker 1: other report that deals with the IRS as well with
- 10:16Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, the IRS whistleblower who has come forward and
- 10:24Speaker 1: the whistleblowers lawyers we now know have been have met
- 10:27Speaker 1: with congressional investigators on the Hunter Biden tax probe. The
- 10:32Speaker 1: lawyers for this IRS high level whistleblower. This came out
- 10:37Speaker 1: a few weeks ago. We did an entire show on it.
- 10:39Speaker 1: You can go back in our podcasts and grab it.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Met with congressional investigators on the Hunter Biden tax probe
- 10:46Speaker 1: to preview information the whistleblower wants to share with Congress.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Now.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Last month, the IRS whistleblower alleged political interference at the
- 10:55Speaker 1: Justice Department in its probe of Hunter Biden, who we
- 10:59Speaker 1: know is obviously under investigation by the Dog j for
- 11:03Speaker 1: tax fraud and money laundering and violations of lobbying laws
- 11:06Speaker 1: and all the other things. Prosecutor David Weiss for months
- 11:10Speaker 1: has been weighing if there is significant or sugficient evidence
- 11:15Speaker 1: for the grand jury to indict him on four reported charges. Now,
- 11:18Speaker 1: these charges that they're talking about would be the ones
- 11:21Speaker 1: that are the easiest to charge them with and would
- 11:24Speaker 1: also protect the President of the United States of America.
- 11:27Speaker 2: That is also a problem. Now.
- 11:30Speaker 1: The case appeared to quietly stall until an i ARA
- 11:35Speaker 1: asked whistleblower alleged the improper politicization of the tax probe
- 11:41Speaker 1: into the present SUN Attorney General Mayor Garland, who appointed Weiss,
- 11:46Speaker 1: dismiss those claims last week, even as he refused to
- 11:50Speaker 1: appoint a special counsel to place a degree of separation
- 11:53Speaker 1: between this probe and President Joe Biden. Now, shortly after
- 11:59Speaker 1: the IRS whistleblower came forward. The Ways and Means Committee
- 12:03Speaker 1: authorized two lawyers for the IRS whistleblower to collect information
- 12:07Speaker 1: about what their client witnessed at the IRS regarding the
- 12:11Speaker 1: Hunter Biden tax probe. On Friday, the lawyers for the
- 12:16Speaker 1: whistleblower were now being told met with Senate Finance Committee
- 12:21Speaker 1: and the House Ways and Means Committee to disclose the
- 12:23Speaker 1: information the IRS agent could provide to congressional investigators. Now,
- 12:30Speaker 1: this step in the process is reportedly a typical procedure
- 12:34Speaker 1: in situations involving sensitive tax information. Now, if you'll remember,
- 12:39Speaker 1: the whistleblower couldn't even tell certain things to his own
- 12:42Speaker 1: attorney because he didn't want to get in trouble. He
- 12:45Speaker 1: wanted to have whistle blower protection to be able to
- 12:49Speaker 1: come through.
- 12:51Speaker 2: That's the main thing here.
- 12:54Speaker 1: The process is proceeding on a bipartisan basis. You've got
- 12:58Speaker 1: a ranking member, Mike Crapo and his staff that's working
- 13:02Speaker 1: on this. You also have the Senate Finance Chair and
- 13:05Speaker 1: Ron Wyden, who's a Democrat from Oregon. They're working together
- 13:10Speaker 1: on this. Now, this congressional investigation of the whistleblower's claim
- 13:15Speaker 1: also comes as Weiss's investigation is through leagues coming to
- 13:20Speaker 1: an end without a timetable for a decision. People familiar
- 13:24Speaker 1: with the matter have been leaking to The Washington Post
- 13:26Speaker 1: all last week. If Weiss recommends charges against Hunter Biden,
- 13:32Speaker 1: then Garland would actually have to authorize the charges. Garland,
- 13:36Speaker 1: of course, has lied a lot, but he has vowed
- 13:39Speaker 1: that David Weiss has the autonomy to recommend charges, despite
- 13:44Speaker 1: IRS agent's claims that Garland lied to Congress under oath
- 13:50Speaker 1: about the probe's autonomy. And this IRS whistle blower, Now,
- 13:55Speaker 1: this probe into Hunter Biden could also implicate o Biden.
- 14:00Speaker 2: That's the problem.
- 14:02Speaker 1: A witness who testified before the grand jury was reportedly
- 14:07Speaker 1: asked to identify the big guy.
- 14:09Speaker 2: Everybody knows who the big guy is.
- 14:11Speaker 1: The big guy is the President of the United States
- 14:14Speaker 1: of America, Joe Biden. So if you take a step
- 14:18Speaker 1: back here, you've got a hell of a lot of
- 14:20Speaker 1: lyne going on. You've got Merrick Garland, which apparently he
- 14:23Speaker 1: lied to Congress under oath. You've got an FBI that
- 14:29Speaker 1: has been looking the other way, a DOJ that's been
- 14:32Speaker 1: looking the other way, and you have a president that
- 14:35Speaker 1: continues to lie about his involvement in his son's news.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Those are just some of the highlights. Folks.
- 14:42Speaker 1: The president lied about how much money he was making,
- 14:45Speaker 1: and now this whistleblower says he knew how much money
- 14:48Speaker 1: his son was making because he was the one working.
- 14:50Speaker 2: The deal to get him paid.
- 14:52Speaker 1: And we have the end, he's saying, we have the
- 14:54Speaker 1: tax information to prove it. So this is not about
- 14:59Speaker 1: Hunter Biden in anymore. This is about the President of
- 15:02Speaker 1: the United States of America. And this is also why, Okay,
- 15:07Speaker 1: I want to make this very clear. This is also
- 15:11Speaker 1: why you cannot trust the deep state. The deep state
- 15:14Speaker 1: is obvious here. The deep state is clear. The deep
- 15:18Speaker 1: state is going to do everything they can to protect
- 15:20Speaker 1: and defend at all costs this president of United States
- 15:23Speaker 1: America because he's running for a re election. That's why
- 15:27Speaker 1: they're trying to rush for charges that will protect the presidency,
- 15:32Speaker 1: not implicate the president. That's part of the reason why
- 15:36Speaker 1: they are so nervous right now on this entire thing. Now,
- 15:41Speaker 1: this leads me to another part of this story. Congress
- 15:47Speaker 1: and what is Congress going to do to make sure
- 15:49Speaker 1: that they keep this alive. Congresswoman Mace was talking on
- 15:55Speaker 1: Fox News Channel to Trey Goudy, and she said this
- 15:59Speaker 1: about the end FBI refuses to not do their job,
- 16:03Speaker 1: she says, so be it will do it in this
- 16:06Speaker 1: way in Congress.
- 16:08Speaker 2: This one of those are all different things.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Done nothing wrong and proud are two entirely different things.
- 16:16Speaker 3: This is not a typically subjective parent talking about their child.
- 16:20Speaker 3: This is the head of the executive branch commenting on
- 16:24Speaker 3: an ongoing investigation. I was ranked stun that there wasn't
- 16:29Speaker 3: any follow up. I mean, imagine if a Republican president
- 16:33Speaker 3: commented on an ongoing criminal investigation and that's what he just.
- 16:38Speaker 4: Did, right, imagine that president.
- 16:40Speaker 2: We're Republican.
- 16:41Speaker 4: Right when Watergate happened, it was the press that was
- 16:43Speaker 4: doing all the investigation. But I will tell you, with
- 16:46Speaker 4: Jamie Comer at the helm of the Oversight Committee, if
- 16:49Speaker 4: the Department of Justice and the FBI will not do
- 16:52Speaker 4: their job, we will do their job for them, because
- 16:55Speaker 4: if you're willing to sell your country for cash, you
- 16:57Speaker 4: should not be president. And it ultimate late end of
- 17:00Speaker 4: the day. What our investigation is looking into is that
- 17:04Speaker 4: very fact. And we're going to have a press conference
- 17:06Speaker 4: on Wednesday morning at nine am to reveal more evidence
- 17:09Speaker 4: that we found from suspicious activity reports and bank records.
- 17:13Speaker 4: And meanwhile, of course we have the subpoena that you
- 17:15Speaker 4: mentioned earlier in the show. There's also a deadline on
- 17:18Speaker 4: Wednesday for that document that we're looking for from the FBI.
- 17:22Speaker 4: But this is very troubling because for years now, as
- 17:24Speaker 4: you said, Trey then left says that no one is
- 17:27Speaker 4: above the law. We'll put your money where your mouth
- 17:29Speaker 4: is and let's see where this investigation goes, All.
- 17:32Speaker 3: Right, congress woman. Politics is partly about expectations.
- 17:35Speaker 1: What's a He's right there by the way. Politics is
- 17:39Speaker 1: partly about expectations. But these expectations that people doing the
- 17:43Speaker 1: right thing are clearly gone now forever. So if the
- 17:46Speaker 1: FBI will not do their job in the Hunter Biden probe,
- 17:48Speaker 1: House Oversight will do their job for them, that is
- 17:51Speaker 1: the new threat. And you have to make this threat right.
- 17:54Speaker 1: And this is after the President United States of America
- 17:57Speaker 1: was asked about his son, and MSNBC all over themselves
- 18:01Speaker 1: to protect the president, saying, I know you're not implicated
- 18:03Speaker 1: any of this. The entire thing implicates the president. All
- 18:06Speaker 1: the emails implicate the other president. He is the big guy.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Hunter Biden doesn't get any of these jobs and millions
- 18:13Speaker 1: and millions of dollars in loans, billions, excuse me, and
- 18:16Speaker 1: loans millions of dollars in payments without his father being
- 18:21Speaker 1: the vice president or now president. And what does MSNBC
- 18:25Speaker 1: do when they get a chance to ask him a question?
- 18:27Speaker 1: They defend him before he even has to talk.
- 18:30Speaker 4: Listen, sir, there is something personal that's affecting you, your son,
- 18:34Speaker 4: while there's no ties to you, could be charged by
- 18:37Speaker 4: your Department of Justice. How will that impact your presidency?
- 18:40Speaker 4: First of all, my son's done nothing wrong.
- 18:43Speaker 5: I trust him, I have faith in him, and it
- 18:46Speaker 5: impacts my presidency by making me feel proud of him.
- 18:50Speaker 2: You've done nothing wrong, sir.
- 18:52Speaker 1: There's something personal that's affecting you, your son, while there's
- 18:54Speaker 1: no ties to you.
- 18:57Speaker 2: There's no ties to you.
- 18:59Speaker 1: The entire story is a direct link to the President
- 19:03Speaker 1: of the United States of America and his family. The
- 19:07Speaker 1: Biden crime family doesn't exist without Joe Biden being the
- 19:10Speaker 1: head of it, the big guy. You have to have
- 19:13Speaker 1: the big guy for Hunter to make any of the
- 19:15Speaker 1: money that he's been making. Without the big Guy, the
- 19:18Speaker 1: money isn't there. There is no Ukraine job, there is
- 19:23Speaker 1: no Barisma. There is no you know, Chinese communist oil
- 19:27Speaker 1: and gas company. None of this money shows up into
- 19:31Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. One hundred plus suspicious activity reports
- 19:36Speaker 1: on Hunter Biden, they don't exist. On Joe Biden and
- 19:41Speaker 1: any of the other Bidens, they don't exist if it
- 19:44Speaker 1: isn't for the Big Guy and NBC News like, well,
- 19:48Speaker 1: there's no ties to you.
- 19:49Speaker 2: Of course there's ties to you.
- 19:52Speaker 1: John Solomon said, Hunter Biden's colleagues took credit for a
- 19:56Speaker 1: line in the speech to the Vice president. By the way,
- 19:59Speaker 1: Joe Biden listens this and what he had to say, Hunter.
- 20:02Speaker 6: Biden writes a note to his business colleagues the moment
- 20:05Speaker 6: after the president, Vice President Joe Biden gives that speech
- 20:09Speaker 6: calling for better natural gas production in Ukraine, and he says,
- 20:12Speaker 6: tell you Beris mccolleagues, that we got that in the speech.
- 20:18Speaker 6: Hunter Biden and his colleague took credit for getting that
- 20:21Speaker 6: natural gas line into the Vice President's speech.
- 20:24Speaker 1: There you go, John Solomon saying Hunter Biden and his
- 20:28Speaker 1: colleagues were literally in emails taking credit for a line
- 20:31Speaker 1: in a speech that Joe Biden gave in Ukraine about
- 20:35Speaker 1: what Barisma would do without using the name Barisma. Now,
- 20:39Speaker 1: if you're not talking to your son about his business dealings,
- 20:42Speaker 1: why would you put that line and why would you
- 20:44Speaker 1: allow your son to put that line in a speech.
- 20:46Speaker 1: It doesn't make any sense unless you're the big guy.
- 20:52Speaker 1: And so now where are we going with this? Oh
- 20:54Speaker 1: Anny McCarthy says, looky, the DOJ they've got a discretion
- 21:00Speaker 1: whether to charge Hunter Biden on tax, of asion and guns.
- 21:03Speaker 2: And that's what the White House is hoping for.
- 21:05Speaker 1: They're hoping, they are hoping that they would charge them
- 21:11Speaker 1: on the simple things to protect the family from the
- 21:13Speaker 1: bigger financial crimes.
- 21:14Speaker 5: Listen, Andy, Washington Post carrying a report that says that
- 21:17Speaker 5: federal prosecutors are getting closer to a decision on whether
- 21:21Speaker 5: or not to charge Hunter Biden with crimes, likely something
- 21:25Speaker 5: to do with tax or guns if charges are filed.
- 21:30Speaker 5: Last year, the Washington Post reported that federal agents thought
- 21:33Speaker 5: that there was enough to charge Hunter Biden. But that
- 21:36Speaker 5: doesn't mean it's going to happen. No, it doesn't.
- 21:39Speaker 7: They have complete discretion, John, No one can order the
- 21:42Speaker 7: Justice Department to charge And I think it's really quite
- 21:45Speaker 7: amazing that you know, here we are not only five
- 21:48Speaker 7: years down the road from investigation of these straightforward charges
- 21:52Speaker 7: under which under circumstances where nothing has happened. But you know,
- 21:56Speaker 7: if this was a Republican administration, I know it say
- 22:00Speaker 7: this again and again, but it be a special.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Counsel, there would be a special counsel.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Now, before I get into more of this story, I
- 22:07Speaker 1: want to say thank you and tell you about our

- 23:12Speaker 1: free activation with the offer code ferguson. That's eight seven
- 23:16Speaker 1: eight Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. I want
- 23:20Speaker 1: to go back to this letter real quick that I
- 23:22Speaker 1: read for you, the House Oversight Committee letter that came
- 23:25Speaker 1: from Senator Chuck Grassley and James Comer. Senator Ted Cruz
- 23:29Speaker 1: was asked about this on Fox News Channel, and I
- 23:32Speaker 1: want you to hear what he had to say to
- 23:33Speaker 1: Hannity the other night.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Listen, look at this letter from Grassley and Comer.
- 23:36Speaker 8: Yeah, and they're saying that they believe the DOJ and
- 23:40Speaker 8: the FBI possess an unclassified FD ten twenty three that
- 23:45Speaker 8: describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then Vice President Biden
- 23:49Speaker 8: and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for.
- 23:54Speaker 2: A policy decision.
- 23:57Speaker 8: That would be a high crime and misdemeanor.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Winn Senator, It absolutely would.
- 24:01Speaker 9: In fact, it doesn't have to be a high crime
- 24:03Speaker 9: or misdemeanor because the Constitution specifies that impeachment lies for treason, bribery,
- 24:09Speaker 9: or other high crimes or misdemeanors. Bribery is explicitly noted
- 24:13Speaker 9: in the Constitution. And I got to say, the evidence
- 24:17Speaker 9: not only against Hunter Biden, but the evidence against Joe
- 24:20Speaker 9: Biden being complicit and profiting from this corruption is growing
- 24:25Speaker 9: and growing and growing.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Every week.
- 24:27Speaker 9: On my podcast, I've Verdict with Ted Cruz. I've walked
- 24:30Speaker 9: listeners through the detailed evidence that's growing.
- 24:34Speaker 2: And here's the tell.
- 24:35Speaker 9: Look, I think the Biden Department of Justice is going
- 24:37Speaker 9: to end up indicting Hunter. But if they indict him
- 24:41Speaker 9: just for the gun crime or just for a tax crime,
- 24:44Speaker 9: they're going to try to explain it as he's a
- 24:46Speaker 9: troubled soul, he's got substance abuse issues. But look how
- 24:50Speaker 9: fair we are, and now we can go target Donald Trump,
- 24:52Speaker 9: which is what the Biden Department of Justice really wants
- 24:55Speaker 9: to do.
- 24:56Speaker 2: That will be the tell.
- 24:57Speaker 9: If they focus on individual crime to Hunter and they
- 25:01Speaker 9: seal off what makes this a matter of public concern,
- 25:04Speaker 9: which is the connection to Joe Biden. The millions Hunter
- 25:08Speaker 9: made selling access to Daddy when he was Vice president.
- 25:11Speaker 9: He made it from Barisma, the Ukrainian natural gas company.
- 25:15Speaker 9: He made it from Communist China ten percent for the
- 25:18Speaker 9: big guy and Merrick Garland, Biden's attorney general, does not
- 25:22Speaker 9: want to get near the growing and growing evidence of
- 25:26Speaker 9: corruption going straight to the President of the United States.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I think Center Cruz is right, by the way on
- 25:32Speaker 2: this one.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Focusing on individual crimes to Hunter is sealing Joe Biden off.
- 25:38Speaker 1: But if you look at what's really here, then there's
- 25:41Speaker 1: no way to separate and move in the other direction.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Let me just leave you with one other thing. We're
- 25:48Speaker 1: now being told that James Comer is going to hold
- 25:50Speaker 1: a press conference on the Biden family transactions as well
- 25:55Speaker 1: as legislative actions on this. The Houseovers Committee Chairman James
- 26:01Speaker 1: Comer has scheduled a press conference for being told for Wednesday,
- 26:06Speaker 1: allegedly to reveal Biden family bank transactions with adversaries of
- 26:10Speaker 1: the United States of America. Comer, who is investigating the
- 26:15Speaker 1: Biden family for nine potential violations, will hold a news
- 26:19Speaker 1: conference to detail all the information that we've received thus
- 26:22Speaker 1: far pertaining to bank records. Comer said he will also
- 26:26Speaker 1: disclose the different transactions that all these different Biden family
- 26:30Speaker 1: members have gotten from our adversaries. In addition, he will
- 26:34Speaker 1: announce proposed legislative actions. The House Oversight Committee has announced
- 26:40Speaker 1: it officially also on Twitter, that this press conference on
- 26:44Speaker 1: the investigation of the Biden Family, the Biden Crime Family,
- 26:48Speaker 1: the Biden Family business schemes will happen at nine o'clock
- 26:52Speaker 1: Eastern time on Wednesday morning.
- 26:56Speaker 2: They've made it official.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Now Comer has announced a total of nine and Biden
- 27:00Speaker 1: family members may have profited from the family's international business schemes,
- 27:04Speaker 1: six more than previously disclosed. Those currently identified on the
- 27:09Speaker 1: payroller Hunter James Hallie Biden, and a fourth unidentified Biden.
- 27:14Speaker 1: On April the twenty fifth, the Committee is releasing the
- 27:17Speaker 1: identities it has so far concealed. A spokesman for the
- 27:21Speaker 1: committee decline to reveal the addentities at that time. Now, collectively,
- 27:25Speaker 1: the identified family members we know received one point three
- 27:28Speaker 1: million from a Biden associate who has wired three million
- 27:32Speaker 1: dollars from a Chinese communist energy company two months after
- 27:36Speaker 1: President Joe Biden left the presidency. A central aspect of
- 27:41Speaker 1: the congressional investigation is the money is the money flow
- 27:45Speaker 1: between the Biden family and associates with foreign entities. Now,
- 27:50Speaker 1: I'm going to have more on this tomorrow in our podcast, Okay,
- 27:54Speaker 1: so make sure you stick around for that. Every day,
- 27:57Speaker 1: this is going to continue to get bigger and Break
