Expectations Lead to Manipulation
Having unrealistic expectations of people can lead to a pattern of manipulative behaviors. When assume that others can read our minds, we become resentful and bitter when they can’t. It’s up to us to speak our truth and express our needs of we truly want them to be met. Killing others with kindness just so that they will return the favor is manipulative.
