- 2:17Speaker 1: it here. It is. Did you know that there is
- 2:21Speaker 1: a life for you that's greater than you could have
- 2:27Speaker 1: ever dreamed of? Did you know that there's a life
- 2:32Speaker 1: for you better than the one you've ever felt before?
- 2:37Speaker 1: And did you know that there was a life for
- 2:39Speaker 1: you much bigger than the one you wanted? And lastly,
- 2:47Speaker 1: did you know that what I just said it's true?
- 2:51Speaker 1: Did you know that? Did you know that the things
- 2:55Speaker 1: I just said are available to you? It's not just
- 3:02Speaker 1: intended for those who receive awards, It's for everybody. Yeah,
- 3:11Speaker 1: you two. It's for you who didn't get your high
- 3:17Speaker 1: school diploma. It's for you who are incarcerated. It's for
- 3:25Speaker 1: you who have two strikes. It's for you who've been
- 3:32Speaker 1: sentenced to life. It's for you who've gotten out and
- 3:38Speaker 1: have a felony record and can't seem to get it together.
- 3:41Speaker 1: It's for you who have an illness. It's for you
- 3:48Speaker 1: who the doctors have given up on. It's for you,
- 3:53Speaker 1: this life I'm talking about, it's for you. Did you
- 3:59Speaker 1: know that there's a life for you better than the
- 4:04Speaker 1: one you dreamed about, better than the one you've imagined,
- 4:08Speaker 1: a life better than the one you thought of, That
- 4:11Speaker 1: there's a life for you better than the one you've
- 4:13Speaker 1: ever felt before. There's a life for you better than
- 4:18Speaker 1: the one you saw for yourself. There's a better life
- 4:21Speaker 1: for you than the one you expected and even the
- 4:24Speaker 1: one you wanted. Did you know that this is true
- 4:29Speaker 1: for you? See, here's let me give you the secret
- 4:33Speaker 1: to this thing. Now you have to believe that it
- 4:39Speaker 1: is for you. Now, you got to fight through the doubts.
- 4:43Speaker 1: You got to fight through the will of Satan. Because
- 4:45Speaker 1: the devil is busy man. The devil wants you to
- 4:48Speaker 1: think that is hopeless. The devil wants you to think
- 4:51Speaker 1: that this is it. The devil wants you to think
- 4:53Speaker 1: that ain't no more to it. The devil wants you
- 4:56Speaker 1: to think that this applies to other people. But you, Yeah,
- 4:59Speaker 1: you've been dealt the worst hand of them all, which
- 5:01Speaker 1: you ate. But that's what the devil wants you to think.
- 5:03Speaker 1: So you gotta fight through. Now. You gotta fight through
- 5:07Speaker 1: to get to what I just said is available for you.
- 5:10Speaker 1: But what else you got to do? You ain't doing
- 5:12Speaker 1: nothing else, might as well fight? Why just wake up
- 5:15Speaker 1: and just let it be? Why would you wake up
- 5:18Speaker 1: every day and just exist when there's a chance for
- 5:21Speaker 1: you to actually live. See the reason I don't mind
- 5:24Speaker 1: smiling so much now is because I'm no longer existing.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I'm living now. See. See, that's where you want to
- 5:31Speaker 1: get to. You don't want to exist to wake up
- 5:34Speaker 1: paycheck to paycheck, date today, not knowing, not understanding, not having,
- 5:40Speaker 1: can't can't get this, can't get that, can't go here,
- 5:43Speaker 1: can't go there, Gotta wait, gotta wait, gota wait, gota
- 5:46Speaker 1: wait till it seems like you never get nowhere. You
- 5:49Speaker 1: can get out of that rut of life feeling like
- 5:52Speaker 1: when you wake up in the morning, that your life
- 5:54Speaker 1: is whole hum that you're just in a rut. I
- 5:57Speaker 1: drive the same way to work. I do the same
- 6:00Speaker 1: thing on my job. When I get off, I drive
- 6:02Speaker 1: all the way back home. I sit there, I read
- 6:05Speaker 1: the newspaper. I water the lawn. I'm so sick of
- 6:08Speaker 1: my life. It ain't this, ain't what I wanted. Man
- 6:11Speaker 1: and start, wake up, start over, do the same thing.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Then the weekend gets in. You got to mow the lawn,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and then you try to fix something in the garage,
- 6:19Speaker 1: and you feel like your life is in the rut.
- 6:21Speaker 1: I'm talking about if this feels like a rut to
- 6:23Speaker 1: you know, if it's what you've always wanted, I'm cool
- 6:26Speaker 1: with that. But I'm talking to people who want it more,
- 6:29Speaker 1: who would love their life to be more, who would
- 6:32Speaker 1: love their life to different, to be different. I'm not
- 6:34Speaker 1: criticizing you if I just described your life. I'm just
- 6:38Speaker 1: only talking to the ones who would dare to believe
- 6:42Speaker 1: that there's more to it than this. I'm only talking
- 6:45Speaker 1: to the ones who would dad dad to accept the challenge,
- 6:49Speaker 1: to fight through and see what God got for you.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Instead of listening to Satan all the time. Devil is busy, man,
- 6:57Speaker 1: Please understand, he's so busy, so busy, trying to trick you,
- 7:01Speaker 1: get you into the groove. You know they're doing all
- 7:03Speaker 1: kinds of stuff now, man, you know atheists and already
- 7:07Speaker 1: got prayer. Taking out of schools. Excuse me, look at
- 7:10Speaker 1: our skills schools, not as a push by the atheist
- 7:13Speaker 1: to get the words in God we trust, taking off
- 7:15Speaker 1: our money. Here's a deal. If you don't believe in God,
- 7:17Speaker 1: and you don't want trust in God, just going about
- 7:19Speaker 1: your business. But what you can't do is spill off
- 7:22Speaker 1: all into what I'm talking about. That's the problem I
- 7:25Speaker 1: have with all of them. If you're gonna do you,
- 7:27Speaker 1: didn't do you, but don't spill off into what I got. Now. See,
- 7:30Speaker 1: if you don't believe what I'm saying, then I ain't
- 7:32Speaker 1: talking to you. Let's just be clear about the relationship
- 7:35Speaker 1: with Steve Harvey and his crew. I'm only talking to
- 7:39Speaker 1: the people that believe that are looking for something else,
- 7:42Speaker 1: that wants something more, that wants something better, that's got
- 7:46Speaker 1: to be out there searching and hoping and trying to
- 7:49Speaker 1: do more. That's all I'm talking to now. If you
- 7:53Speaker 1: don't believe what I'm saying it's true, didn't go ahead
- 7:54Speaker 1: and try it your way. Go see, write me, email me,
- 7:57Speaker 1: let me know how it's going for you. But I'm
- 8:00Speaker 1: telling you of a way that's tried and true. If
- 8:03Speaker 1: you go to God, if you go to your creator
- 8:05Speaker 1: your makeup, if you go to him and you go
- 8:09Speaker 1: to him for real and tell him, hey, you know what,
- 8:13Speaker 1: I want you to go ahead and take over from here.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I'm done. I didn't done all I know how to
- 8:18Speaker 1: do out and tried everything I know how to try.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I'm sick of me right now. Hey look here, you
- 8:24Speaker 1: created me what you want me to do, and here
- 8:27Speaker 1: a cool thing about it. When I made that decision,
- 8:29Speaker 1: y'all see, I was so afraid for years that I
- 8:32Speaker 1: was gonna miss out on something if I did that,
- 8:34Speaker 1: I couldn't do this no more. But the stuff I
- 8:36Speaker 1: needed to stop doing, I really need to stop. The
- 8:39Speaker 1: things I was afraid of not being able to do
- 8:41Speaker 1: anymore were the very same things I really didn't need
- 8:43Speaker 1: to be doing no more in the first place. On
- 8:46Speaker 1: the real man, on the real all that temporary fun
- 8:50Speaker 1: I was having all them temporary outlets. I was using
- 8:54Speaker 1: all them temporary things, trying to fulfill myself I was doing.
- 8:57Speaker 1: I was just doing a bunch of temporary mess man.
- 9:00Speaker 1: I said, hold up, man, I want something permanent. Man,
- 9:03Speaker 1: I want a permanent feeling in my heart that it's
- 9:06Speaker 1: gonna be all right. So he replaced all that fun
- 9:09Speaker 1: with joy. But it's only because I went and I
- 9:12Speaker 1: faced him. He didn't take me and stop me from
- 9:15Speaker 1: being me. He just made a better version of me. See, God,
- 9:20Speaker 1: don't take he because all the stuff he sent you through,
- 9:23Speaker 1: he needed you to go through all him. He needed
- 9:25Speaker 1: you to have him experience or what it felt like
- 9:27Speaker 1: to be locked up. He needed you to have experience
- 9:29Speaker 1: and know what it was to lose everything. He needed
- 9:32Speaker 1: you to have experience to make you tough. You're just
- 9:35Speaker 1: gonna be a tough one. I'm a tough soldier in
- 9:39Speaker 1: his army. That's all I just say. One of the
- 9:41Speaker 1: weak ones. I protect the weak ones. God didn't take
- 9:47Speaker 1: a lot of stuff from except the stuff I needed.
- 9:49Speaker 1: But the stuff he made me to be, he allowed
- 9:52Speaker 1: me to keep it, and he just made a better me.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Do that, y'all, and you can have what you want.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening, ladies and gentlemen, let's get to it. Today
- 10:05Speaker 1: is the day that the Lord has made. Let us
- 10:07Speaker 1: rejoice and be glad in it. I'm gonna tell you why,
- 10:10Speaker 1: because it's the only one you got. You have no
- 10:13Speaker 1: control over any other days, yesterday, gone, future is not promised.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Today is today, right now, Get in it and get
- 10:22Speaker 1: your tuned right. Get the two together, man, triple teas
- 10:27Speaker 1: up in here. Start with gratitude you have to, which
- 10:32Speaker 1: will immediately affect your attitude, which has a direct correlation
- 10:37Speaker 1: on your altitude. It's them tunes, baby, you get them together.
- 10:41Speaker 1: You can be somebody, man, that's my plan. I wanna
- 10:46Speaker 1: be somebody. I'm gonna mess around somehow, some way with
- 10:50Speaker 1: a little more grace and some mercy and a whole
- 10:52Speaker 1: lot of forgiveness, and I'm gonna mess around and be somebody.
- 10:56Speaker 1: I don't know what y'all doing, I'm telling you, but
- 10:59Speaker 1: I'm inviting you to get on this to train gratitude
- 11:02Speaker 1: attitude out to tude. That's Steve hare On sure, that's
- 11:06Speaker 1: how we're doing it right now. Shirley Strawberry calling for
- 11:08Speaker 1: real junior Um, Smile for the South, Miss Monica. The
- 11:12Speaker 1: Legend of Nephew Tommy Junior. What here we go? Let
- 11:19Speaker 1: me ask you something, man, because it's like the tele
- 11:22Speaker 1: cons to my nephew. Man, and he just he wanted now,
- 11:25Speaker 1: there's such a microwave society day. I want the money, now,
- 11:28Speaker 1: I want this lifestyle now, I want everything now. And
- 11:31Speaker 1: they don't understand. They don't have to trust. This a process,
- 11:34Speaker 1: a process of phase. Everything that I did to get
- 11:38Speaker 1: to my point, I had to fail to get here.
- 11:39Speaker 1: He just wanted me to do it for him. That's good,
- 11:44Speaker 1: you know. No, I didn't have nobody I could even
- 11:49Speaker 1: want to do it for me. So nephews blessed to
- 11:53Speaker 1: even have somebody. He think he got the audacity to
- 11:57Speaker 1: sound like for you to do it for it is
- 12:00Speaker 1: not the way it goes. It's a it's a long
- 12:03Speaker 1: lesson to learn, and the longer it takes you to
- 12:06Speaker 1: learn it, the longest's gonna take for you to get it.
- 12:10Speaker 1: It is imperative man, that people understand what this is.
- 12:14Speaker 1: But know this as long as it takes to get successful.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Must I remind you all there is joy in the journey.
- 12:23Speaker 1: You have got to stop along the way, man, and
- 12:26Speaker 1: appreciate where you are. You may not be where you
- 12:30Speaker 1: want to be, but take inventory and oftentimes you can
- 12:33Speaker 1: realize you may not be where you want to be.
- 12:36Speaker 1: But thank god, I ain't where I was. See you steps,
- 12:43Speaker 1: And sometimes people don't even get joy in the steps. Man,
- 12:47Speaker 1: I ain't where I want to be yet. Yeah, I
- 12:50Speaker 1: got you, bro, But must I remind you that two
- 12:53Speaker 1: years ago the position you were sitting in, five years ago,
- 12:58Speaker 1: eight years ago, hen last summer that started a new year. See,
- 13:04Speaker 1: some people ain't got to look far back, you understand,
- 13:09Speaker 1: and there's joy in the journey, but you got to
- 13:12Speaker 1: take inventory. Everybody want it now, you know. Yeah, people
- 13:19Speaker 1: trying to take advantage of your success because they want
- 13:22Speaker 1: it now. I'm gonna say that again. People try to
- 13:25Speaker 1: take advantage of your success. All of you out there
- 13:28Speaker 1: had to measure success. Somebody didn't try to capitalize on that.
- 13:32Speaker 1: This is Steve Harbin Martin show man what yes it
- 13:36Speaker 1: is and thank you guys. Coming up at thirty two
- 13:39Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. The nephew is here to run
- 13:41Speaker 1: that brank back. Right after this you're listening to all right,
- 13:47Speaker 1: it is time now to start your morning off with
- 13:49Speaker 1: the nephew and run that brank back. What you got
- 13:51Speaker 1: for us new you can't come back your church. You
- 13:58Speaker 1: can't come back to church saying hey, hey, I understand
- 14:08Speaker 1: you and the Lord got a relationship, but over here
- 14:10Speaker 1: you can't come back to this church though. Come on, cat,
- 14:15Speaker 1: let's get it. Hello, I'm trying to reach us to
- 14:21Speaker 1: short reads Mayfield. Deacon bobs from the from the church
- 14:28Speaker 1: bounds from from our church. Yes, yes, ma'am. Okay, from
- 14:33Speaker 1: from from here. Can you hear me? Good? The old
- 14:36Speaker 1: phone on work? We're good? Yeah, my phone okay, okay,
- 14:41Speaker 1: that I called it. The deacon board didn't had a
- 14:44Speaker 1: meeting as well as uh passes and uh they didn't
- 14:48Speaker 1: have a meeting. That come to the understanding that, uh,
- 14:53Speaker 1: they're gonna ask you to not come to church right
- 14:56Speaker 1: now because about that the boards of your Eric and
- 15:00Speaker 1: James being in jail the way there is and want
- 15:04Speaker 1: to want you to just stop. I don't know if
- 15:07Speaker 1: they're gonna suspend you from church right now, but they
- 15:10Speaker 1: they thinking put a bad look on the church. My
- 15:14Speaker 1: kids being in jail put a bad look on the church.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Well that's what that's what's what that's what they come
- 15:20Speaker 1: up with. Now we don't have to meet with the
- 15:21Speaker 1: deacon board and with passing stoves. I don't understand why
- 15:24Speaker 1: y'all have for me meeting about my kids in the church.
- 15:29Speaker 1: What my kids got to do with the church. Well,
- 15:31Speaker 1: what we're trying to do is show a good example
- 15:33Speaker 1: to the youth that we got there. Okay, you can
- 15:36Speaker 1: show a good example about me being there, paying my
- 15:39Speaker 1: times and offering. Well, that was another thing that's been
- 15:42Speaker 1: brought down attention that we're gonna be calling a lot
- 15:45Speaker 1: of members about it. People not paying the tide the
- 15:47Speaker 1: way they fold. I pay my task. I don't know.
- 15:50Speaker 1: I don't know who told you that, Deacon bars. I
- 15:52Speaker 1: don't even know, first of all, who you are. And
- 15:54Speaker 1: I'm not trying to be mean to you, and I
- 15:57Speaker 1: don't I don't even understand why you were how you
- 15:59Speaker 1: even got my phone number. I pay my ties, I
- 16:02Speaker 1: pay my offering. Go on your computer at the church,
- 16:05Speaker 1: call your secretary or whoever. Let me let me, let
- 16:09Speaker 1: me ask you this, just make Do you pay your
- 16:11Speaker 1: ties according to what you make? Yes? I do check
- 16:16Speaker 1: the books. Well, what now, what it is we can't
- 16:19Speaker 1: check the book that we don't know exactly what you make?
- 16:22Speaker 1: It is what I'm saying, what I make is my
- 16:26Speaker 1: business between me and Jesus. I give him his ten percent.
- 16:31Speaker 1: And that's how Mars. He'll need to know. I understand
- 16:35Speaker 1: exactly where you're coming from, but not the main issue
- 16:37Speaker 1: on table is about the boys and and and being
- 16:41Speaker 1: you know, disrupted the way to here. They don't want
- 16:44Speaker 1: that to be to bleed over to the uth. Quiet,
- 16:47Speaker 1: wait a minute, Wait a minute. And first of all,
- 16:49Speaker 1: I would appreciate if you would have pathor to tell
- 16:51Speaker 1: me this hisself. And then second of all, if somebody
- 16:55Speaker 1: kids is having trouble in the world or whatever y'all
- 16:58Speaker 1: supposed to pay for him, I put them at the
- 17:00Speaker 1: church or the mama. Well, I'm I'm we're gonna we're
- 17:04Speaker 1: gonna pray for and we're gonna pray for you too,
- 17:06Speaker 1: but we don't want them shared over to the youth
- 17:09Speaker 1: that we got that doing good with that. Well, I'm
- 17:11Speaker 1: gonna keep coming. Y'all can't stop me from coming to
- 17:15Speaker 1: the church. I'm gonna keep coming. So I don't know
- 17:18Speaker 1: who you're talking to. And you tell a pastor to
- 17:21Speaker 1: call me hit self and tell me I can't come
- 17:23Speaker 1: to Hell, and you have nobody calling me telling me
- 17:27Speaker 1: that I can't come to Hell that is a free church.
- 17:31Speaker 1: I'm gonna get the pass and called up as you
- 17:33Speaker 1: get the pastor to call me, because you have no
- 17:36Speaker 1: business calling me telling me that I can't come to
- 17:38Speaker 1: God's house, which is mazing. I don't want you to
- 17:41Speaker 1: get into role with me now. I'm not getting I'm
- 17:44Speaker 1: not getting angry with nobody. Did I work? I don't
- 17:47Speaker 1: work eighteen sixteen hours today. I don't have half nobody
- 17:50Speaker 1: calling me telling me that I can't come to a
- 17:52Speaker 1: church that I pay my cars and offering that not
- 17:55Speaker 1: that I own the church. I pay my cass because
- 17:57Speaker 1: that's let's due to God. But y'all are really making
- 18:00Speaker 1: me upset. A boy telling me I can't come now
- 18:03Speaker 1: because of my kids in their troubles? Where was you
- 18:07Speaker 1: this past sing? You wasn't there? I wasn't that church
- 18:10Speaker 1: because I had over stuff? And why is that in
- 18:13Speaker 1: your your bill? Now there you go being an up
- 18:15Speaker 1: road with me again. I don't know who this is.
- 18:18Speaker 1: How could you call somebody about church business over the phone.
- 18:22Speaker 1: This don't make sense because of Mayfield. Hello, Yeah, one
- 18:28Speaker 1: more thing, this nephew timent from the Steve Harvey Morning
- 18:31Speaker 1: Ship just got I got you this, y'all. Boy, I'm like,
- 18:57Speaker 1: who is this guy about? Church? Bill? You know what
- 19:01Speaker 1: I like about you? Though? Nobody gonna keep you out
- 19:05Speaker 1: the Lord's house. You're gonna show up and show out
- 19:09Speaker 1: every Sunday, every church. Thank you, everybody. Let me ask
- 19:18Speaker 1: you something. That's the baddest radio show in the land.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Now do you even have to ask me that? The
- 19:25Speaker 1: Steve Harvey More itself. If I tell you can't come back,
- 19:33Speaker 1: then you just can't come back. That's you, you tell
- 19:39Speaker 1: I am the appointed person that calls and tell you
- 19:42Speaker 1: when you can't come back. That's why I am, and
- 19:47Speaker 1: the Lord don't call you on this either. It's officials
- 19:50Speaker 1: at the church. Okay, I'm gonna start respecting these church officials. Okay,
- 19:57Speaker 1: do they really put people out the church? Can you
- 19:59Speaker 1: get put out church? Yeah? Yeah, you can't get put
- 20:01Speaker 1: out of a church. Yeah you can put it. Yes,
- 20:03Speaker 1: you can. You come in here with that foolishness. They
- 20:06Speaker 1: will ask you not to come back. You can put
- 20:08Speaker 1: out on time, And you're right. I don't even know
- 20:09Speaker 1: why my sister got put out. I don't know why
- 20:11Speaker 1: to get I just thought about it. What. Yeah, you
- 20:16Speaker 1: can't for what. Oh, oh my gosh, my sister did
- 20:21Speaker 1: too much at the church. You know, all that running
- 20:23Speaker 1: down the house, you know, down the out, screaming and everything.
- 20:26Speaker 1: They told her your ass can't come back here. But
- 20:28Speaker 1: she got through not doing announcement communicated. You don't get this.
- 20:34Speaker 1: You don't get the spirit doing the announcement. Yeah, we
- 20:38Speaker 1: got doing announcement. You don't. But see this right here,
- 20:40Speaker 1: This was about this lady and her her boy has
- 20:43Speaker 1: been in jail. That's what we don't want all that that,
- 20:45Speaker 1: you know, you don't We don't want you mixing with
- 20:47Speaker 1: the other kids. But that okay, now you're not coming
- 20:50Speaker 1: up with you with it all right? Thinking that you
- 20:53Speaker 1: coming up next to the ask the CLO Chief Love
- 20:56Speaker 1: Officer Steve Harvey in the building right after this. You're
- 21:00Speaker 1: listening Steven show all right. Time now for Steve to
- 21:04Speaker 1: help some of our listeners with their relationships. This is
- 21:07Speaker 1: our favorite segment, asked the CLO. You can submit your
- 21:11Speaker 1: questions with Steve Harvey FM. Are you ready, mister c
- 21:14Speaker 1: l O. Yes, this one is for Shun in DC.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I like it. Shun says, I'm a forty five year
- 21:22Speaker 1: old married woman that loves old school music. I grew
- 21:27Speaker 1: up listening to old school music and playing records with
- 21:29Speaker 1: my mom. My favorite is Teddy Pendergrass. I could make
- 21:33Speaker 1: love to him every night. My husband is forty five two,
- 21:37Speaker 1: but he only likes hip hop and rap music. I
- 21:39Speaker 1: don't mind listening to it every now and then, but
- 21:41Speaker 1: he wants to be intimate with hip hop music on.
- 21:45Speaker 1: I try to get him to compromise by listening to
- 21:48Speaker 1: Keith's Sweat, but he's not even into that. I can't
- 21:51Speaker 1: get into the mood to two chains music, and it's
- 21:53Speaker 1: messing up my mojo. How can I get him to
- 21:56Speaker 1: compromise for sex? Stop having sex too, change stop having
- 22:02Speaker 1: it if you see. If you're a man and you
- 22:05Speaker 1: ain't willing to make that sacrifice so you can get
- 22:09Speaker 1: yourself taken care of your business, handle make it love you.
- 22:14Speaker 1: If you don't have it to wrap, you can't have it.
- 22:18Speaker 1: But your girl won't be that. We'll have so much
- 22:21Speaker 1: shot day and need a baker in that damn room.
- 22:24Speaker 1: You'd be so sickly, Luther, you would hear nothing. I'll
- 22:28Speaker 1: have him girl to be so sad. Turn them off.
- 22:32Speaker 1: That's a card of all the wrapping we're gonna do
- 22:35Speaker 1: turn them off. She even like sweat shout out the kid,
- 22:45Speaker 1: come okay, okay, alright, last, So that's it. He needs
- 22:51Speaker 1: to compromise. She's right, dog. All she gotta do is
- 22:54Speaker 1: I can't do it to that. I can do it
- 22:56Speaker 1: to this real good, but I can't do it to that,
- 22:59Speaker 1: not to say that toy Sea All right, Fredo and
- 23:04Speaker 1: Tallahassee says, I've been dating a great woman for eight
- 23:06Speaker 1: months and I was trying to be faithful, but my
- 23:09Speaker 1: old ways caught up with me and I had a
- 23:11Speaker 1: threesome with my ex girlfriend and another chick I used
- 23:14Speaker 1: to date. I'm only twenty four, so I guess I
- 23:18Speaker 1: shouldn't have tried to be in a serious relationship right now.
- 23:22Speaker 1: My girl saw the video of my threesome on my
- 23:24Speaker 1: phone and I flipped out because she went through my phone.
- 23:27Speaker 1: I'm right. I'm holding on strong to the defense that
- 23:31Speaker 1: she shouldn't be snooping. She's not. She must he must
- 23:34Speaker 1: listen to this show a lot. She's not trying to
- 23:37Speaker 1: hear that, and she will not speak to me. How
- 23:39Speaker 1: can I fix this and get my girl back? Bro?
- 23:42Speaker 1: You gotta because you're you're kidding me. Right, listen to me, doc.
- 23:48Speaker 1: You twenty four. You've been doing this, seating this girl
- 23:52Speaker 1: for eight months? Did you always slipped back? You had
- 23:54Speaker 1: a threesome with your ex and a girl she know boom.
- 23:58Speaker 1: You recorded it on your phone. She's been snooping through
- 24:01Speaker 1: your phone and found it. You're holding strong to the
- 24:04Speaker 1: You shouldn't be stupid, but now you can't get your
- 24:07Speaker 1: girl back. But you just said you only twenty four.
- 24:11Speaker 1: You don't even know why you're trying to be in
- 24:13Speaker 1: an intimate relationship. You ain't ready for no commitment? Dog
- 24:18Speaker 1: gone and do you You ain't gonna get this one
- 24:20Speaker 1: back though? Dog? This one is gone, This chicked and
- 24:25Speaker 1: flew the coop. This one's a rap after the video? Yeah,
- 24:32Speaker 1: I mean, bro, you can't hold on to that one.
- 24:38Speaker 1: You gotta let that go. No, you've been you've been
- 24:41Speaker 1: sitting up his You ain't posted to snoop through my phone. Correct,
- 24:44Speaker 1: She's not supposed to snoop through your phone, but she did,
- 24:47Speaker 1: and guess what she saw? Now you dating her in
- 24:52Speaker 1: her mind, ain't supposed to be having no damn threesome,
- 24:55Speaker 1: threesome on my phone with your ex my phone? Oh,
- 25:00Speaker 1: this is a rep You're lucky you still living. Yes,
- 25:06Speaker 1: thank God for that, blessed man. You don't do that
- 25:13Speaker 1: to me, Well, you will never bring your friends all right.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Unhappy in Denver says, I'm a twenty eight year old
- 25:25Speaker 1: married woman and I'm unhappily married. My husband thinks of
- 25:28Speaker 1: buying me things and five minutes sex is enough, but
- 25:31Speaker 1: I need more than the kiss on my head before
- 25:33Speaker 1: he leaves for work. I started having an affair two
- 25:36Speaker 1: months ago, and my lover shows me a lot of attention,
- 25:39Speaker 1: and he has reminded me that I'm special. The sex
- 25:43Speaker 1: is passionate, and it's like he taps into my soul
- 25:46Speaker 1: when we're intimate. I have been married for five years
- 25:49Speaker 1: and I'm ready to get a divorce, but not necessarily
- 25:52Speaker 1: to be with my lover. So how can I tell
- 25:54Speaker 1: if divorce is the right move or not? First of all, off,
- 26:01Speaker 1: stop lying. You test told me that a man touches
- 26:08Speaker 1: you and taps into your soul, so you can even
- 26:14Speaker 1: reverse that and say when the man is tapping you,
- 26:18Speaker 1: he touches your soul. You can say this anyway you
- 26:22Speaker 1: want to, but that's what this damn that about. Now
- 26:25Speaker 1: you want a damn divorce but there ain't got nothing
- 26:27Speaker 1: to do with that man. That's just a damn lie.
- 26:31Speaker 1: That's a lie. You want the divorce now? Yeah, but see,
- 26:38Speaker 1: but here's a deal. You need the five minute sex.
- 26:41Speaker 1: He buys you things and he kiss you on the
- 26:43Speaker 1: forehead before he go to work. Two out of three
- 26:46Speaker 1: ain't bad. But anyway, go ahead. So he buying your stuff, yes,
- 26:55Speaker 1: do get a kiss on the forehead. Come on, and
- 27:01Speaker 1: all you gotta do is try to get this five
- 27:03Speaker 1: turn into fifteen and bam you in a healthy marriage.
- 27:07Speaker 1: We're good because that's just because the bride stuff and
- 27:10Speaker 1: kissing on the forehead is pretty good deal. After why
- 27:15Speaker 1: who's at that? Now? If you just want to just
- 27:19Speaker 1: be in there doing ringling brother activities, then you got
- 27:24Speaker 1: to go with this dude you had the fan with.
- 27:26Speaker 1: But you're wrong, and this whole thing can probably backfire
- 27:30Speaker 1: on you. I would suggest talking to your husband about
- 27:33Speaker 1: them five minutes. See if you can't stretch it out
- 27:39Speaker 1: a little bit more than that. Twenty eight, she's been
- 27:41Speaker 1: married for five years, she's been married since she was
- 27:43Speaker 1: twenty three. Wow, that's you, you know, if you can
- 27:47Speaker 1: get a strong twelve in yeah, yeah, compromise I'm talking
- 27:54Speaker 1: about Hella though, I'm talking about about Hella. Yeah, I'm
- 27:59Speaker 1: talking you know what I'm saying, I'm doing. Wow, all right,
- 28:07Speaker 1: thank you as always, o cl we love you. You're
- 28:12Speaker 1: listening to show. People are getting ready for work right now,
- 28:18Speaker 1: probably and uh, maybe they're making their own lunch. You
- 28:21Speaker 1: know people do that at home. Well, Steve, it turns
- 28:24Speaker 1: out that eighteen percent of people have admitted to eating
- 28:28Speaker 1: someone else's lunch at the office. One worker's live tweeting
- 28:32Speaker 1: of the mystery of a co worker stolen shrimp fried
- 28:34Speaker 1: rice was retweeted over one hundred and seventy three thousand times. Okay,
- 28:41Speaker 1: uh And while you may think it's funny, and it
- 28:44Speaker 1: is kind of funny, I mean when you think about it, um,
- 28:47Speaker 1: you know, getting away with eating someone else's meal, it
- 28:50Speaker 1: actually could have some serious consequences on the job. People
- 28:53Speaker 1: don't forget stuff like this, and you see these people
- 28:56Speaker 1: every single day. This is according to a human resource expert,
- 29:00Speaker 1: it becomes a trust issue. So Steve, I have to
- 29:04Speaker 1: ask you, I know you did it. He didn't do it. Off, No,
- 29:11Speaker 1: I have never in my life taking somebody's food because
- 29:15Speaker 1: I ain't that way. I don't lie. I don't know you.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Oh so you don't know what kind of home they have?
- 29:19Speaker 1: But how clean? Right now, two things I have done,
- 29:23Speaker 1: I've had mine taken. Yeah, I've called a person what happened?
- 29:29Speaker 1: And I've had I've seen a person taking a person's line. Okay,
- 29:34Speaker 1: well what happened when someone took? Both these is now
- 29:38Speaker 1: situations I used to my advantage. Yeah, see not, you
- 29:44Speaker 1: don't want this out, So now I need a couple
- 29:47Speaker 1: of favors. You the mom, No, dog, I mean, look,
- 29:52Speaker 1: I saw you because I'm real observing. Y'all know that
- 29:55Speaker 1: about me. I'm extremely observing. So I'm watching this dude
- 29:59Speaker 1: steal this dude food and the dude food he was stilling.
- 30:02Speaker 1: He's deceased. His name is James Paradise, and we worked
- 30:05Speaker 1: at General Electric and this dude was taking Jared Jane
- 30:08Speaker 1: paradig leca Jameeka cook his ass off, and he was
- 30:10Speaker 1: just eating James lunch every night and then and I
- 30:13Speaker 1: caught him. Now, if I tell this to James Paradise, dog,
- 30:18Speaker 1: I'm talking about you've been to get drug out in
- 30:20Speaker 1: the parking lot, and when you come back in, you're
- 30:22Speaker 1: gonna need to show the people that to do your id.
- 30:27Speaker 1: You know, like sandwiches. You know James cook ribs, he
- 30:31Speaker 1: take his ribs. You know he made pork shoulders sandwich.
- 30:34Speaker 1: You should bring it in to work for everybody. He
- 30:36Speaker 1: stole his pork shoulders sandwich and James getting upset. So
- 30:40Speaker 1: I saw him take James stuff. It was his young
- 30:44Speaker 1: white dude that was still in the food because he
- 30:47Speaker 1: was single, and you know he wouldn't bring no lunch.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Had to time this stupid ass boy. So I told him,
- 30:54Speaker 1: I say, hey, man, you know if Jane found out
- 30:56Speaker 1: you want taking his lunch, man, you know what's gonna
- 30:58Speaker 1: happen to you? Cheese? Wait, what come on? Cheese? Yeah,
- 31:09Speaker 1: that's what I need. See. Once I hear that fear
- 31:10Speaker 1: in your voice, then I got your ass because all geez,
- 31:14Speaker 1: it's not a hood turn. He said. Ah. I said,
- 31:20Speaker 1: look hold on, this ain't got to gonna wear no.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Look the distant stay right here. But I'm need a
- 31:26Speaker 1: couple of favors. Man. Now, I'm gonna leave early Wednesday.
- 31:32Speaker 1: I need you to cover my job for me. See see,
- 31:37Speaker 1: it's not a problem with me, Steve, it's mister Harvey. Harvey.
- 31:45Speaker 1: No now, you're gonna put some speck on my name.
- 31:49Speaker 1: I was the original birds man you were, So you're
- 31:53Speaker 1: gonna put some speck on my name. And so I
- 31:56Speaker 1: had him cover cover my job three times for that.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Then I saw a dude take my lunch. This is
- 32:06Speaker 1: a black dude had it just got hired, and he
- 32:08Speaker 1: would hadn't completed his ninety day probation. Now if I
- 32:12Speaker 1: report this, you ain't gonna get the job. Oh man,
- 32:17Speaker 1: I'm so sorry. I thought it was mine. Out of hell.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Your name ain't Steve Gregory, it's Gregory. Now your name Frederick,
- 32:29Speaker 1: Fredi Stev get confused with Frederick, right right, So I said,
- 32:34Speaker 1: so Frederick, look here, man, I'm just need a couple
- 32:36Speaker 1: of favors from it. Now. I'm gonna come in late.
- 32:41Speaker 1: I need you to punch my time clock when you
- 32:43Speaker 1: get at the gate, punch my time clock from me.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Hit me in. Oh that's that's not a problem. Now
- 32:51Speaker 1: listen to me. They have a camera aimed at the
- 32:54Speaker 1: time clock, so you gotta put your back to the camera.
- 32:58Speaker 1: So he did it the first time. How do you
- 33:00Speaker 1: know all of this? Come on, no, no, no, excuse me,
- 33:05Speaker 1: excuse me time Hulo, I was never thug. Hula hulam
- 33:11Speaker 1: was crime with a purpose with respect to thugs just
- 33:15Speaker 1: out here doing stuff. Thus crimes with a purpose, and
- 33:22Speaker 1: it was always to better uplift one self. Yes, the
- 33:27Speaker 1: expensive Yeah, And so that's what I had him do
- 33:31Speaker 1: so I could leave early. Caused it a little white dude,
- 33:35Speaker 1: and I could come in late black cause of Frederick Wow.
- 33:39Speaker 1: So I had him a nice little set up. And
- 33:43Speaker 1: then meanwhile at school he was you know, hall passes huzzling. Yeah,
- 33:50Speaker 1: y'all need passes to be late in this hallway? Who
- 33:53Speaker 1: name you put on it? There? See? My name was
- 33:55Speaker 1: never on a hall pass, So I ain't need you
- 33:57Speaker 1: talking about You got it from Steve because I ain't
- 33:58Speaker 1: got no hall pass because I had told her back
- 34:03Speaker 1: off my locker anyway, Yeah, and so I kept my stuff.
- 34:07Speaker 1: I told her back off my locker. I don't get that.
- 34:10Speaker 1: I had bent down and I put on my step behind.
- 34:14Speaker 1: So if you owe my locking ship, I ain't never
- 34:16Speaker 1: had nothing. Oh I okay, Yeah, So Steve gave you
- 34:21Speaker 1: a har How the hell I got hall passed? I'm
- 34:25Speaker 1: in class, not learning. I'm here, mister days in high school,
- 34:32Speaker 1: two cut days. All I ever did man. Oh wow,
- 34:38Speaker 1: see if your life has been incredible, been wonderful, it
- 34:41Speaker 1: really really has really thank you? And look at you now?
- 34:46Speaker 1: Look at you now? I mean still hustle are you?
- 34:50Speaker 1: Are you still a hoodler? No? I no, I don't
- 34:52Speaker 1: do crime. I had a little running and I had
- 34:57Speaker 1: a little running in that kind of straighted me out.
- 35:00Speaker 1: You're listening to show all right? Time now, guys, for
- 35:04Speaker 1: would you rather here we go? Would you rather be
- 35:08Speaker 1: the ugliest person in the room? Or would you rather
- 35:15Speaker 1: or would you rather be the least funny person in
- 35:17Speaker 1: the room? There you go? There you go, Tommy, I'm
- 35:21Speaker 1: gonna gonna be like that. I'm here with y'all. That's
- 35:29Speaker 1: what I thought you've been over here. The only confusion
- 35:33Speaker 1: is in your mind what you want to be a
- 35:36Speaker 1: R b ugliest person in the room or the least
- 35:39Speaker 1: funniest person in the room. What you want to be?
- 35:42Speaker 1: I'm gonna be here first. That's not an option. Okay,
- 35:46Speaker 1: all right, I think we're clear on that one. Would
- 35:49Speaker 1: you rather have dinner with your ex or live in
- 35:51Speaker 1: a tiny house? Would they be in a tiny house
- 35:58Speaker 1: on the corner of the the tiny house? With that point,
- 36:03Speaker 1: you the only thing I got to sit on. Yeah,
- 36:08Speaker 1: put me in there and shut the dopp What about you, Junior,
- 36:14Speaker 1: I send in the tiny house with no windows. You're
- 36:19Speaker 1: all in the tiny house, all right, We'll go to
- 36:21Speaker 1: tiny jail, Shirley, some little tiny handcuffs, Shirley, I live
- 36:29Speaker 1: in a tiny tiny house house. Would you rather take
- 36:39Speaker 1: cold showers for three months? Or would you rather connect
- 36:42Speaker 1: your phone in the car? You know, when you're when
- 36:45Speaker 1: you're with your gonna be shriveled up every day looking
- 36:48Speaker 1: like a prone Oh day, I'm prone. Baby, I'm gonna
- 36:53Speaker 1: connect my phone. Yeah, I ain't up to nothing. I'm good. Yeah,
- 36:56Speaker 1: Oh I can connect it. But I'd rather shribble up
- 37:05Speaker 1: on your phone. Hey, dog, But I'm gonna tell you
- 37:08Speaker 1: I got some partners that call where I go. Dog,
- 37:11Speaker 1: I'm on speak in the car with my girl. I
- 37:13Speaker 1: have to tell him that you have to immediately, got
- 37:16Speaker 1: some partners where I have to say that too. I
- 37:18Speaker 1: have to say that too, all right, And it beat
- 37:20Speaker 1: the random thought because I gotta go ahead short. Would
- 37:22Speaker 1: you guys rather a sixteen hour road trip in an
- 37:25Speaker 1: RV or a four hour flight on Spirit Airline. I'm
- 37:31Speaker 1: gonna see the sights on that RV. Gonna we're gonna
- 37:34Speaker 1: get on this road for sixty I'm gonna geting in
- 37:36Speaker 1: that RV for sixteen hours, stopping at truck stops, all
- 37:40Speaker 1: that car. You're only on Spirit for four hours, got
- 37:45Speaker 1: a fight for five We're getting you know who else
- 37:49Speaker 1: on that plane? Though? That's the probably Spirit, it's the
- 37:53Speaker 1: other customers. Yeah, it's four hours of that. Especially me
- 37:57Speaker 1: sitting back there. I don't think what I've seen you
- 37:59Speaker 1: on a few. All right, we'll have more of the
- 38:04Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up right after this. You're listening,
- 38:12Speaker 1: all right? Yahoo is reporting, guys, a new pole that
- 38:16Speaker 1: finds fifty nine percent of couples say that they suspected
- 38:21Speaker 1: their partner of cheating. If they suspected them, they would
- 38:24Speaker 1: discuss the matter with them rather than jumping to conclusions.
- 38:28Speaker 1: I'm going to say that again for the lateies. Okay,
- 38:32Speaker 1: fifty nine of couples say that if they suspected their
- 38:35Speaker 1: partner of cheating, they would discuss the matter with them
- 38:38Speaker 1: rather than jumping to conclusions. Okay, cool. Let me ask
- 38:42Speaker 1: you a questions. Shirley and Calum, Now, let me ask
- 38:45Speaker 1: you a question. Just listen, to this question. If you
- 38:50Speaker 1: suspected your husband of cheating and it was not on
- 38:55Speaker 1: the internet, nobody knew, none of your co workers, it
- 38:59Speaker 1: was not it wasn't made public. If you suspected your
- 39:04Speaker 1: husband of cheating, would you bring it up calmly? Would
- 39:08Speaker 1: you bring it up with anger? How would you do it? Probably?
- 39:12Speaker 1: All of the above for me, without the calm though
- 39:18Speaker 1: you're already nowhere. I'm coming bigger, all of it. All
- 39:25Speaker 1: of the above for me, without the calm. Anger. If
- 39:27Speaker 1: I suspected that not yet? No, well, I mean, if
- 39:31Speaker 1: you had suspicious you ain't have no proof. You ain't
- 39:35Speaker 1: you ain't heard nothing, you ain't got no pictures, ain't no,
- 39:39Speaker 1: ain't on internet, and none of that. But Steve, you
- 39:41Speaker 1: know we have intuition. You know we have intuition. I'm
- 39:47Speaker 1: disappointing to you, mister Harvey. I don't know. I'm just
- 39:50Speaker 1: trying to see what y'all would do. I don't really
- 39:54Speaker 1: And the word discussion I have a problem with. There
- 39:57Speaker 1: will be no discussion. Are you gonna just find out
- 40:01Speaker 1: on your own? First? Liked little CUSI let me ask
- 40:05Speaker 1: your question. Suppose you discovered that you were wrong about him,
- 40:12Speaker 1: and that he wasn't cheating. What happens at that point? Oh,
- 40:16Speaker 1: then I'm apologizing and begging to his forgiveness, begging for
- 40:20Speaker 1: his forgiveness and threatening him he better not do it.
- 40:23Speaker 1: You see what happens? Yeah, God in the heart, you
- 40:30Speaker 1: gotta do that. Yeah, you apologize for your wrong doing,
- 40:33Speaker 1: but you know, make it up to him. You know that. Wow,
- 40:40Speaker 1: that's amazing. Any more questions, We're here for it. No,

- 52:30Speaker 1: right here, right now. Okay, buggle up, hold on tight,
- 52:34Speaker 1: We got it for you here. It is the Strawberry Letter,
- 52:37Speaker 1: all right. Subject his wife is willing to share him
- 52:40Speaker 1: with me. Dear Stephen Shirley. I was in a relationship
- 52:44Speaker 1: with a man for six months, but we fell in
- 52:46Speaker 1: love quickly and we were living together. He is thirty
- 52:50Speaker 1: six and I'm thirty one. He's going through a divorce
- 52:54Speaker 1: when he met me, so I made him wait until
- 52:56Speaker 1: the papers were signed before we had sex. He told
- 53:00Speaker 1: me that his wife divorced him because he cheated on
- 53:03Speaker 1: her multiple times. He told me that he cheated simply
- 53:06Speaker 1: because his wife had stopped having sex with him. He
- 53:09Speaker 1: often went to his old house to get more of
- 53:11Speaker 1: his things so he could fully move in with me.
- 53:15Speaker 1: Two weeks ago, he went over, and when he came back,
- 53:18Speaker 1: he was quiet and wouldn't look me in the eye.
- 53:21Speaker 1: After I kept asking him what was wrong and accusing
- 53:24Speaker 1: him of messing with his ex wife, he admitted that
- 53:27Speaker 1: he did. We cried and tried to work through it,
- 53:30Speaker 1: but the next day he told me that he had
- 53:33Speaker 1: talked to his ex wife and told her he would
- 53:35Speaker 1: move back in because he's ashamed of how he left her.
- 53:38Speaker 1: A couple of days later, he left me and moved
- 53:41Speaker 1: back into his home with her. I was an emotional wreck.
- 53:45Speaker 1: He came over to see me a few times to
- 53:47Speaker 1: see if I was all right, and we made love.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Each time. I told him I want him to come back.
- 53:54Speaker 1: He said that it was a possibility if I were to,
- 53:58Speaker 1: If I were open to have a relationship with him,
- 54:02Speaker 1: despite him being with his wife, He said he told
- 54:05Speaker 1: his ex about me and how he had fallen in love.
- 54:09Speaker 1: He said his ex wife was willing to let him
- 54:11Speaker 1: continue to see me if I was okay with the arrangement.
- 54:16Speaker 1: I'm so love sick. I entertained this crazy notion for
- 54:20Speaker 1: a day or two he came over. But he came
- 54:23Speaker 1: over to my house last night and he smelled like
- 54:26Speaker 1: her perfume, and I lost it. I love him so
- 54:29Speaker 1: much and I don't want him to go, but I
- 54:31Speaker 1: don't think I can be a third wheel. It's having
- 54:34Speaker 1: part of a man better than no man nowadays. Wow,
- 54:38Speaker 1: you really drink the kool Ai, didn't you? I mean,
- 54:41Speaker 1: all the time he was going over to his house,
- 54:44Speaker 1: supposedly to get things to bring over to your house. Yes,
- 54:47Speaker 1: he was sleeping with his wife, just like he sleeps
- 54:49Speaker 1: with you when he comes over your house. And the
- 54:52Speaker 1: question is having part of a man better than no
- 54:55Speaker 1: man nowadays. That's unacceptable any day, you know, and it
- 55:01Speaker 1: should be unacceptable to you unless you're, like I mean,
- 55:05Speaker 1: just unbelievably desperate, which it sounds like you are. You
- 55:08Speaker 1: just want to settle for anything. Come on, now, why
- 55:12Speaker 1: would you want to do that? Let this man go
- 55:14Speaker 1: back to his wife and stay there so they can
- 55:18Speaker 1: keep their little you know, threesome, more open marriage arrangement
- 55:22Speaker 1: they got going on to themselves. And his wife is
- 55:27Speaker 1: stupid too if she thinks the only way she can
- 55:29Speaker 1: keep him is to invite you into their marriage. But
- 55:33Speaker 1: I think they do this. It almost sounds like it's
- 55:36Speaker 1: some sort of game. I think you should stand your
- 55:38Speaker 1: ground and not become the third wheel, as you say,
- 55:42Speaker 1: in all of this craziness. I think you won't know better,
- 55:45Speaker 1: though I think you do in your heart. You just
- 55:47Speaker 1: think that you're in love with this guy. You're not
- 55:49Speaker 1: in love with him, and what do you really have
- 55:54Speaker 1: with him anyway? Didn't don't you remember that he told
- 55:57Speaker 1: you he cheated on his wife multiple multiple times, multiple times.
- 56:02Speaker 1: He's a cheater and that's why he was in trouble
- 56:05Speaker 1: with his wife, all right, So do you think he
- 56:10Speaker 1: wouldn't cheat on you? Okay, that's what I'm saying if
- 56:13Speaker 1: he came to stay with you. Let me just say
- 56:14Speaker 1: this to you. Every man who wants to cheat and
- 56:17Speaker 1: get with someone one else, they always say that their
- 56:19Speaker 1: wife doesn't have sex with them and they're unhappy. That's
- 56:23Speaker 1: like the standard line. So don't get sucked into that.
- 56:26Speaker 1: I mean, please just let him stay over there. Do
- 56:29Speaker 1: not consider being in a three summer with them. This
- 56:32Speaker 1: is craziness right here. This is you don't want to
- 56:35Speaker 1: do this. Let that man go back to his wife
- 56:37Speaker 1: and stay Steve. This whole damn letter don't make no
- 56:45Speaker 1: damn sense. As a matter of fact, as I was
- 56:48Speaker 1: listening to surely read the letter, I kept saying, through
- 56:52Speaker 1: the whole letter, what so? What I'm calling this letter
- 56:56Speaker 1: is the subject is his wife is willing to share
- 56:58Speaker 1: me with him. But I'm gonna call this the letter
- 57:02Speaker 1: call what? Because there is so many what moments in
- 57:06Speaker 1: this damned letter that I can't read it without saying what.
- 57:11Speaker 1: Here we go. I'm in a relationship with a man
- 57:13Speaker 1: for six months. We fell in love quickly, living together.
- 57:16Speaker 1: He thirty six and I'm thirty one. He was going
- 57:20Speaker 1: through a divorce when we met, so I made him
- 57:22Speaker 1: wait until the papers were signed before we had sex.
- 57:25Speaker 1: What What didn't you just say? I was in a
- 57:33Speaker 1: relationship with a man for six months, but we fell
- 57:35Speaker 1: in love quickly, and we were living together. Y'all live together,
- 57:40Speaker 1: they have sex? He thirty six, he was going through
- 57:43Speaker 1: divorce when we met, so I made him wait until
- 57:46Speaker 1: the papers were signed before we had sex. What here
- 57:49Speaker 1: we go again. He told me that his wife divorced
- 57:52Speaker 1: him because he cheated on her multiple time. Wait a minute,
- 57:56Speaker 1: he told you that. See that was a setup. He
- 58:02Speaker 1: told you to read him and his wife because he
- 58:05Speaker 1: cheated on her several times. He told me that he
- 58:07Speaker 1: cheated simply because his wife had stopped having sex with him.
- 58:12Speaker 1: What He often went to his old house to get
- 58:16Speaker 1: more of his things so he could fully move in
- 58:18Speaker 1: with me. Now you just said y'all was living together,
- 58:20Speaker 1: But now you're saying so he could fully move in
- 58:24Speaker 1: with you. And two weeks ago he came back and
- 58:28Speaker 1: he was quiet and wouldn't look me in the eye.
- 58:30Speaker 1: After I kept asking what was wrong and accused him
- 58:33Speaker 1: and messing with his ex wife, he admitted that he did.
- 58:36Speaker 1: What Why did you do that? Because he couldn't look
- 58:43Speaker 1: you in the eye? What all right, Steve? Hang on?
- 58:47Speaker 1: Where on? What when we come back? Well? That part
- 58:51Speaker 1: tim Steve's response coming up at twenty three minutes after
- 58:54Speaker 1: the hour Today's Strawberry Letters subject to his ex wife
- 58:57Speaker 1: is willing to share him with me. We'll get back.
- 59:00Speaker 1: I can do it right after this. You're listening show?
- 59:05Speaker 1: All right? Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 59:08Speaker 1: His ex wife is willing to share him with me.
- 59:12Speaker 1: You renamed it the letter of what, the letter of what,
- 59:15Speaker 1: and there's so many whats in this letter. Let's quickly
- 59:17Speaker 1: go over what we found out. Um been with this
- 59:22Speaker 1: relationship with a man for six months, fell in love quickly.
- 59:24Speaker 1: He thirty six, thirty one. He was going through a
- 59:27Speaker 1: divorce when we met, so I made him wait till
- 59:29Speaker 1: the papers were signed before we had sex. What y'all?
- 59:34Speaker 1: He moved in with you, y'all living together? Y'all ain't
- 59:36Speaker 1: having sex till the papers get signed. Okay, letty right.
- 59:41Speaker 1: He told me his wife divorced him because he cheated
- 59:43Speaker 1: on her multiple times. He told you that said, Come on?
- 59:49Speaker 1: What he told me that he cheated simply because his
- 59:54Speaker 1: wife has stopped having sex with him. What you I
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: mean after she found out you were screwing everybody else,
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: she could have a sect with you so you wouldn't
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: screw a few more people. That's what you did, okay, bro.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: He often went to his old house to get more
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: of his things, so he could fully move in with me,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: so you he was living with you, But he kept
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: going back over there and get some more things, and
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: you kept unlocking the door. What what Two weeks ago
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: he went over there and when he came back, he
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: was quiet, and he wouldn't look me in the eye.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: After I kept asking him what was wrong in accusing
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: me of a messing with his ex wife? He admitted
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: that he did. What Why did he tell you that
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: he this dude couldn't look you in your eye? He
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: bit screwing up. He been looking you in your eye
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: just this one night he couldn't do it. He admitted
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: that he did. He go the next line. We cried
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: and tried to work through it. Whatever hell is he
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: crying fault? He's screwing everybody? What is he crying fault?
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: We cried and tried to work through it. But the
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: next day, right after that, he told me he had
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: talked to his ex wife and told her he would
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: move back in because he was ashamed of how he
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: left her. What right? So what was it crying fault?
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: Because he knew what he was gonna tell your stupid
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: ass tomorrow, So he cried, here, gonna leave? What I
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: wuna hear you the mom if we try to wait,
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: I don't want to have sexual him. She keeps putting
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: it in my face. Yeah. A couple of days later,
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: he left me and moved back into his home with her.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: I was an emotional wreck. Yeah. Oh wait a minute,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: Oh wait, this is the woman that he was cheating
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: on because she wouldn't have sex with him. When did
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: she start having sex with him after he left him?
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: For you? Just the story you're going with, okay, lady.
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: He left me and moved back into his home with her.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: I was an emotional wreck. He came over to see
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: me a few times to see if I was all right.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: We may love each time. What of course he did?
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: What then? When he was just an emotional wreck, he
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: just left you. He told you why he was leaving you.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: He told you why he left his wife the first time.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: He because he kept screwing around. He'd been going over
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: that picking up socks and stuff, bringing slowly packing the drawer.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: He probably ain't got a whole drawing show house. I
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: told him I wanted him to come back. He said
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: it was a possibility if I was open to have
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: a relationship with him. Despite him being with his wife.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: What Steve, Wait a minute, that's what you're doing now?
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: He back with his wife. He keeps coming on that
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: screwing you. You already in that. He just checking with
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: you to make sure you still cool with it. How
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: stupid are you? He said? He told his ex wife
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: about me and how we had fallen in love. She said,
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: his ex wife was willing to let him continue to
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: see me if I was okay with the arrangement. So
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: you really think that. This man then told his ex wife,
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: who he had to move back in with, that he
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: in love with you, and he asked her could he
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: still see you? And she said, as long as it's
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: okay with you, you should call her ask her if
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: that's what she's say because I can promise you. I'll
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: promise you. Just comes name head. She said, I'm so
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: love sick. I entertained this crazy notion for a day
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: or two. What entertained it? But he came over to
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: my house last night and he smelled like her perfume,
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: and I lost it. What you're mad? Phone, he's sleeping
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: back with her. He didn't move back in with her.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: That's who gonna be on him when he come over
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: your house is huh, you better be lucky. It was perfume.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: You was smelling? Hello? What why didn't he shower? I
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: love him so much and I don't want him to go,
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: but I don't think I could be a third whill. No, no,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: you are the third wheel. You've been the third wheel.
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: What is hell you thinking? You can't be that phone?
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: No more, you are the third wheel. It's having part
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: of man better than no man. Nowadays, he loves sick.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: He moved back in with her, which he never really
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: left anyway, because he was just packing the drool at
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: your house. He never did have a close one pair
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: of Nikes, Thank you. Poster comments on You're done Today's
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: Strawberry letter at Steve Harvey FM, on Instagram and Facebook
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: coming up at forty six minutes and extras. It's easy
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: to get ant. You're listening to morning show. All right, guys,
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: it is time for ask Steve. We have a question? Yeah,
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: now listen to this, yeah a one question one yeah, yeah,
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: this from well, this is from a twenty two year old.
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: This is from a millennial. So um and and his
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: name is also Steve, your namesake, He says, Hi, mister Harvey,
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: I work full time and I'm currently in school to
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: become a psychiatric mental health nurse. My faith is strong
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: and I know that with God, anything is possible. So
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: my question to you is, on your path to become
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: an entertainer, did you ever doubt yourself, think your dream
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: was too big or think about giving up? And how
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: did you strengthen your connection to God and never lose
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: hope that your prayers and hard work would pay off.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: That's a great question. Well, you know, look, no matter
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: who you are, we're human and you're gonna have moments
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: of doubt because it's so difficult to make a success
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: of yourself. So that's gonna be times. Man, what you're
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: gonna be faced with the man that I make the
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: right move? Man? It's this working? Man? Is it ever?
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: Is it gonna change? Is it gonna get better? I mean,
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: you know I'm living in that calm going Man. Is
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: it gonna get better? Man? Did I make the right move? Man?
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: Should I go back home? Man? I mean, you know
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: you're gonna have doubts along the way. Sometimes you're gonna
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: doubt it. Or let me say it to you this way.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: It's gonna be so daunting at times. That you're gonna
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: be faced with some things that appear to be insurmountable.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: But here's what I always had to do. Whenever I
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: got to moments like that, I thought of the ultimate
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: dream that I had for myself and my family. What
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: am I really shooting for? And I think what people
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: have to do is you have to be conscious of
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: the size of your dreams. You have to have dreams
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: so big that not getting your dream is unacceptable because
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: the consequence, the alternative, the alternative to not receiving your dreams,
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: is unacceptable. And you've just got to dreams so big
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: that your dreams are bigger than whatever problem you're having.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: So dreaming big is not the problem because God is
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: all out there in them big dreams. God is in
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: to make your dream come true. Business, So I want
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: you to just stay. You have to stay prayerful man,
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: throughout the journey. Prayer changes things, and prayer gives you
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: a relationship with your creator that allows you to have
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: the strength that you don't have in your weakest moments,
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: allows you to be your strongest because it connects you
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: closer to him. Your weakness is where He gives you
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: the strength. Hey man, go ahead, all right, Steve, all right,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: coming up next more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening. Is your relationship so good?
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Guys that sometimes you wish you and your spouse would
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: argue more? Huh? If youre good? So if one argument,
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: just one argument, could save your marriage, that is it.
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: But this husband cooked, clean, swept and loved his wife
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: passionately completely. She in turn felt choked by his affection
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: and now wants to do divorced him. The woman sought
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: divorce from her husband in a city in the United
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Arab Emirates because his love was too much for her
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: to bear. He never yelled at me or turned me down.
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: The woman told the court, I was choked by extreme
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: love and affection. He even helped me clean the house.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: The court ordered the adjournment of the case to give
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: a couple a chance at reconciliation. So, guys, here's a
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: question for you. Do you wish you and your spouse
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: would actually argue more? Or have you ever ended a
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: relationship because there was no conflict at all, It was
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: just too much love and affection. No, please, stee soon
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: as soon as you say something to him, you disagree
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: with his answer is getting some papers. Draw Are you serious?
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: Are you serious? Too much out of this reship? Is
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: that fast? Can be quick? Getting that? Really? Jay? Yeah?
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: He out? I'm out out. I don't know who wants
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: an argument? But this woman, what's wrong with her? Exactly?
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: She's a problem staying what real love is. She's got
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: a different view. She saw somebody getting cussed out of
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: views something. I want that. Yeah, that's probably yeah, she
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: said that something. Yeah, I want to get cussed out.
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: Too much love and affection. I've never heard a woman
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: who wants conflict. Who want that? Unless he's ultra cleanly.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: She did say she felt choked by his love. She
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: felt choked by it? You mean she just rather just
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: be choked. He cooked, he cleaned, He cooked, he clean,
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: He loved her passionately and completely. This sounds like a romance, Joe. Yeah,
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: he said he never yelled at me or turned me down.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: Never yet, baby, you need to be who are you?
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: He never turned you down? Oh my god? So this
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: is the opposite of an abusive relationship. Extreme He cooking
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: and cleaning, girl, Please, Yeah, I cook, I'm not gonna clean.
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: He swept, well, I'll leave the spot on a stove
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: in a heartbeat. Wow, this this, I mean, women say
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: all the time they want a good man. Women complain
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: all the time. And he never helps me around the house.
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: I don't. We never spend enough time together. He's not affectionate,
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: he's not romantic. Help you pack? But Jay, Now, one
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: time she said something, she's out. You're done. Well. I
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: don't take talking back. I don't let us talking back.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: See what we're doing there? That her daddy, you're her dad,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: her husband, you're her man? Jack your daddy, say, uh, Dad,
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: say we don't do back, We just do phone. I've
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: never heard of this before. But Jay, we can't disagree.
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: We can't agree you talking back to me, you would
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: have been gone. But we don't like what you're saying. Jay,
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: we have a right to say. Yeah you do like
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: somebody's daddy. Yeah, baddy, I'm just gonna pack you up.
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: That's all I'm gonna tone. No, j Yeah none, man, Wow,
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: All right, coming up, more music, more fun, more chauvinism,
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: sound like Yeah. At twenty minutes after the hour, right

- 1:13:16Speaker 1: So listen to this story. Guys, A meat manufacturing company
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: experienced a glitch in its payroll recently and accidentally paid
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: a worker three hundred times his salary, and now they
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: can't seem to find the guy. The worker expected his
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: usual monthly check of five hundred and forty five dollars,
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: but instead received a check for more than one hundred
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: and eighty thousand dollars. Now when he noticed, yeah, when
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: he noticed the mistake, he alerted his manager, who told
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: him to go to his bank and repay the money.
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: But he never did and the company can't find him.
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: They tried to reach him for several days and eventually
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: received a letter from his attorney informing them of his resignation.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: Yeah you roll, baby. He hasn't been heard from since.
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: The company has filed a complaint with the police, but
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: no arrest has been made. So the question to you
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: guys is what would you do in this situation if

- 1:18:19Speaker 1: Everybody experiences what I'm about to talk about. Everybody has
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: some form of it. It could be in a relationship,
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: a loving relationship, a sexual relationship. It could be in
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: a you know, a job relationship. It could be in
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: a coworker relationship. It could just be anything, man, it

- 1:18:54Speaker 1: here's what I want you all to think about it.
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: And somebody sent this to who works at the radio station,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: donned young lady that's in charge about social media. It's
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: a post board, and it really got me to thinking
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: because it's so true. Life is too short to be
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: waiting on somebody to act right. Touch the nerve, Touch
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: the nerve. Life is too short to be waiting on
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: somebody to act right. You know, the clock is ticking,
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: and I don't know if you know this, man, but
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: time just time flies by sometime, especially if you have
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: a job that you don't mind going to, that you enjoy,
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: if you if you're working in your life's ambition, if
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: you're following your dreams, if you're chasing your dreams, if
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: you're pursuing something of value. You noticed, time has a
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: tendency to get away from you a little bit, you
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: know what I mean. And it's like, you know, man,
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: you go along when you go wow, okay, cool man,
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: we gotta get it together, but we just keep running
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: out of daylight and all of this right here, and
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: it just gets to a point where you just realize, man,
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: life kind of gets away from you a little bit,
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: so you gotta start thinking. Man, life is too short
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: to be waiting on somebody to act right. And I'm
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: not just talking about in a relationship like you married
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: or something like that, which is another one. But my goodness, man,
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: I don't really have time for that. I don't have
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: time for you to act right. I would rather surround
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: my people who act like me. I would rather surround
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: myself with people who add value to my life instead
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: of subtracting from my life. If you got somebody in
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: your life that's always taking and never giving, you're probably
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: waiting on them to act right. If you got a
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: person that's all he's getting something from you and never
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: say thank you, life is too short to be waiting
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: on somebody to act right. You in a relationship with
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: a person who constantly, and I mean constantly, does you
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: wrong repeatedly, and you keep expecting them to change their
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: behavior and there don't. Are you kidding me? Man? You
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: know they say that the definition of insanity is doing
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: the same thing over and expecting a different result. It's
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: insane for us to continue to wait on somebody to
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: act right when, first of all, you can't make nobody
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: act right. You can't change nobody that don't want to
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: be changed. So we keep getting back to this plaque
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: that I got set that said life is too short
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: to be waiting on somebody to act right. I've done
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: it before. I've done it with employees, I've done it
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: with associates, I've done it in relationships. I've done it
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: with my children. I mean, man, just sitting around waiting
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: on my children to get it. I taught it to them,
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: but I'm waiting on them to get it. And I
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: got tired of it, and I told him one time,
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: I said, hey, I'm done. I'm done trying to get
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: you to understand my position. I'm done trying to get
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: you to move on and let's just have a great
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: life together. I'm tired of you bringing up issues. I
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: don't let people do that to me no more. You
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: stop bringing up issues from the past. We've all changed,
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: grow up, move on now. If you want to step
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: back there, you want to hang onto something in the
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: past so you can keep talking about how miserable you are,
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: Go on and be miserable. But life is too short
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: for me to be waiting on you to act right.
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: So now here I am over here. This is the
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: way I am. If you want some of this love,
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: some of this guidance, some of this understanding, some of
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: this leadership, you need some occasional help, I'm here. But
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: if you want to keep dragging me over the colds
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: about an issue that you can't get past, I'm sorry.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: I'm no longer available for you. I'm sorry that you
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: can't get past it. I'm sorry that it has bothered
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: you for a number of years. My apologies, but obviously
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: my apologies ain't good enough. Have you ever had that
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: happen to you? Have you ever found yourself apologizing to
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: somebody over and over for the same thing because they
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: just can't seem to get past it. Life is too
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: short to be waiting on somebody to act right. And
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: I look up, man, and I just decided, Man, I
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: ain't doing it no more. I'm just not gonna do
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: it no more. I'm sorry if I've offended you, if
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: I hurt you, and I'm man enough to apologize, I
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: expect you to be mad enough or woman enough to
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: accept it. You don't have to forget it. I'm just
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: saying I'm sorry, and I'm asking for your forgiveness. But
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: if you ain't in a forgiving move, I'm gonna take
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: it to God. I'm gonna ask God to forgive me
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: because he will. And then I'm moving on me. And
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: you ain't got to talk no more. You can't get
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: past it. I understand, But my daddy always said, you're
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: gonna either get over it or you're gonna die mad. Now,
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: if you choose to die mad, you stay over there
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: and let you lead a world mad. I'm moving on.
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: Life is too short to be waiting on somebody to act.
