Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, there's some major Biden document drama. As a special
- 0:04Speaker 1: council has now been appointed to probe Biden and his
- 0:09Speaker 1: classified documents. They found more of them, Yeah, not in
- 0:14Speaker 1: secure locations. The President going off script this morning when
- 0:20Speaker 1: he tried to tell the world that while the documents
- 0:23Speaker 1: were secure, they were in my garage. And since my
- 0:27Speaker 1: corvette that I love is in that garage, they had
- 0:31Speaker 1: to have been safe in that garage or classified documents
- 0:35Speaker 1: supposed to be in anyone's garage. No, but this is
- 0:39Speaker 1: how the President tried to explain it away classified material
- 0:49Speaker 1: next year, corvette. What were you thinking? I mean, I'm
- 0:55Speaker 1: gonna get a chance to speak on all this, God
- 0:57Speaker 1: William soon. I love that I'm gonna get to speak
- 1:00Speaker 1: on all of this, God Willing soon. You're speaking about
- 1:03Speaker 1: it right now. How are you acting like you're not
- 1:07Speaker 1: able to talk about it right now? Now? Let me
- 1:10Speaker 1: also be clear that he was making these comments before
- 1:14Speaker 1: a special counsel had been appointed, before the special you know,
- 1:20Speaker 1: the special counsel was announced. So the idea that he's
- 1:24Speaker 1: trying to say, well, I can't say anything since there
- 1:27Speaker 1: is a special counsel, Robert her that's been named to
- 1:31Speaker 1: lead the probe into the classified documents I've had for
- 1:34Speaker 1: years that apparently have been moved from multiple locations for years.
- 1:42Speaker 1: And there's these top secret documents that are in his garage, right,
- 1:48Speaker 1: I mean, this is totally insane. And he's like, well,
- 1:52Speaker 1: I want to speak on this soon. Well, right now,
- 1:55Speaker 1: you can speak on it, because when you're making these comments,
- 1:58Speaker 1: the special counsel her had not been appointed by your
- 2:00Speaker 1: attorney general. Keep listening, I said earlier this week. People,
- 2:04Speaker 1: And by the way, my corvette's in the locked garage. Okay,
- 2:07Speaker 1: so it's not like you're sitting out in the street
- 2:09Speaker 1: at any rate. Yes, as well as my corvette. I mean,
- 2:14Speaker 1: it's amazing. It's like he doesn't understand the gravity of
- 2:18Speaker 1: the situation here, and he's like, well, it's in the garage.
- 2:21Speaker 1: It's locked with my corvette. I promised. By the way,
- 2:24Speaker 1: that was not on the teleprompter, and that was not
- 2:26Speaker 1: on the note cards. I'm sure his staff in the
- 2:30Speaker 1: PR department wanted to in the communications department all immediately
- 2:34Speaker 1: just wanted to resign when that was said, because it is,
- 2:38Speaker 1: in fact that stupid, It is in fact that ridiculous.
- 2:45Speaker 1: You have a special counsel's been appointed. You have a
- 2:48Speaker 1: special counsel's appointed it with a Marlago rate. And now
- 2:52Speaker 1: this is coming back to haunt in a major way.
- 2:57Speaker 1: The President of the United States of America when Garland,
- 3:00Speaker 1: by the way, made his announcement, all right, he looked
- 3:06Speaker 1: like it was in a hostage video. But the President says, well,
- 3:11Speaker 1: everything's really fine because my my, you know, my car,
- 3:16Speaker 1: my corvette is secured. No it's not. Yes, as well
- 3:21Speaker 1: as my corvette. But as I said earlier this week,
- 3:25Speaker 1: people know I take classified documents and classified materials seriously
- 3:32Speaker 1: do you if you did, they wouldn't be in your
- 3:36Speaker 1: garage in an unsecured location. Now, let's also talk about
- 3:41Speaker 1: how long he's had these documents. He has had these
- 3:44Speaker 1: documents for an incredibly long time. Okay, he has had
- 3:49Speaker 1: these documents in his garage. We don't even know for
- 3:54Speaker 1: how long or how many years. What we do know
- 3:56Speaker 1: that in during the time in which he had these documents,
- 4:01Speaker 1: there is one important thing, one important factor that you
- 4:04Speaker 1: do need to understand. He did not have Secret Service
- 4:08Speaker 1: protection for many of the years, meaning that his home
- 4:11Speaker 1: was not a secure location, and that means his garage
- 4:15Speaker 1: sure as hell, wasn't a secure location. Vice Presidents, Just
- 4:19Speaker 1: so you understand, do not okay, I want to say
- 4:24Speaker 1: this again, do not get do not get secret Service protection.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That was part of the reason why it was shady
- 4:31Speaker 1: as hell when his son's gun went missing and the
- 4:34Speaker 1: Secret Service showed up while he did not have a
- 4:36Speaker 1: Secret Service detail to try to get the documents so
- 4:40Speaker 1: they can make the gun cell disappear, and that gunshop
- 4:44Speaker 1: owner in Delaware would not turn over those documents to
- 4:47Speaker 1: the Secret servicemen that came in that again at that
- 4:50Speaker 1: time were not assigned to him because he was a
- 4:52Speaker 1: private citizen at that point. Now this is obviously significant.
- 5:00Speaker 1: The DOJ also is now confirming a third document that
- 5:05Speaker 1: they set of documents that they have also found. This
- 5:12Speaker 1: is again another example of the problems that we have
- 5:16Speaker 1: right now with this administration. They have classified documents apparently
- 5:20Speaker 1: all over the place. Now there are there's even a
- 5:24Speaker 1: Twitter video that was put out by the President of
- 5:28Speaker 1: the United States of America. It was there's been a
- 5:31Speaker 1: lot of talk about my vetting process lately. Here's a
- 5:35Speaker 1: look inside and what is it. It's him talking in
- 5:38Speaker 1: his corvette. What's behind him that you can see in
- 5:41Speaker 1: the garage, a bunch of documents in boxes. I think
- 5:46Speaker 1: it's pretty clear to say they those documents. If those
- 5:49Speaker 1: were in fact the documents, we're not okay, we're not
- 5:57Speaker 1: in a secure location. There's something else you need to know,
- 6:00Speaker 1: Vice President of the United States of America. That's when
- 6:03Speaker 1: he had these documents and how long he has had
- 6:05Speaker 1: them since his vice presidency. They are not allowed to
- 6:08Speaker 1: declassify documents. The president can do that. That was part
- 6:12Speaker 1: of the argument that Donald Trump was making when it
- 6:15Speaker 1: came to the issue of Marlago and the documents that
- 6:17Speaker 1: were found there. But the vice president does not have
- 6:20Speaker 1: any power to do what we were just describing. The
- 6:24Speaker 1: vice president doesn't have the ability to declassify these documents.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Now the White House says, well, look, you guys need
- 6:33Speaker 1: to calm down. And the reason why you need to
- 6:36Speaker 1: calm down is because we've been transparent, even on the
- 6:40Speaker 1: new batch of classified documents and Biden's garage. We told
- 6:44Speaker 1: you again, we have been transparent. So where somehow different.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Now the media is also coming to the defense of
- 6:55Speaker 1: Joe Biden. The view and you know how stupid the
- 6:58Speaker 1: people and the view are. They actually said this about
- 7:02Speaker 1: the difference between Joe Biden's documents in his garage next
- 7:06Speaker 1: to its corvette. There's differences and what happened, yes, but
- 7:10Speaker 1: not good. Well, we all know that Trump is a
- 7:13Speaker 1: liar and a thief, you know, so it's not that
- 7:18Speaker 1: bit of a jump to say that he obstructed and
- 7:21Speaker 1: he lied. We don't think that Biden is a lawyer
- 7:23Speaker 1: and a thief, so we give him the benefit of
- 7:25Speaker 1: the doubt. That's pobly what's going We give him the
- 7:28Speaker 1: benefit of the doubt because we know that Joe Biden
- 7:31Speaker 1: is not a liar and a thief, so we give
- 7:34Speaker 1: him the benefit of the doubt. So, in other words,
- 7:36Speaker 1: you're allowed to break the law if those in the
- 7:38Speaker 1: media's believe that you're a good person, and therefore you're
- 7:41Speaker 1: allowed to break the law. That's what was just said here,
- 7:46Speaker 1: All right, real quick, let me pause and tell you
- 7:48Speaker 1: about our incredible friends over at Patriot Mobile. They are
- 7:52Speaker 1: America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider. They want to
- 7:58Speaker 1: make it easy for you to try switching to Patriot
- 8:01Speaker 1: Mobile from whatever service you have Right now, you can
- 8:04Speaker 1: give them sixty days to show you why I use
- 8:07Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile and why you should make the switch right now.
- 8:10Speaker 1: When you try Patriot Mobile for two months, you get
- 8:14Speaker 1: your third month free, plus you get free activation now.
- 8:17Speaker 1: They offer nationwide coverage on the best four G and
- 8:20Speaker 1: five G networks, and they use the same exact cell
- 8:22Speaker 1: towers of all of the three other major carriers. You're
- 8:26Speaker 1: gonna get the same coverage you have right now, You
- 8:29Speaker 1: get the same great service. You get to keep your
- 8:30Speaker 1: same cell phone number if you want to. You can
- 8:32Speaker 1: even usually use the same phone you have in your
- 8:34Speaker 1: hand right now. Now, Why do you want to switch?
- 8:37Speaker 1: When you do? They actually stand up for a First
- 8:39Speaker 1: and Second Amendment rights, and they give a portion of
- 8:42Speaker 1: your bill every month back to conservative Christian causes that
- 8:47Speaker 1: we all believe in. So, if you're ready to support
- 8:51Speaker 1: a company that's fighting to preserve our God given rights
- 8:54Speaker 1: and our freedoms, just go to Patriot Mobile dot com
- 8:57Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriot dot com slash ferguson, or you
- 9:03Speaker 1: can call them nine seven to Patriot. It's nine seven
- 9:06Speaker 1: two Patriot. If you're fed up with woke companies that
- 9:09Speaker 1: don't care about your values, support a company that actually
- 9:12Speaker 1: does make the switch today. Get a free month of service,
- 9:15Speaker 1: plus free activation Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson or
- 9:19Speaker 1: nine seven two Patriot Joe Biden. Also, let's go back
- 9:25Speaker 1: to twenty eighteen, when he was not in office, he
- 9:30Speaker 1: was asked a question about documents. Listen to this, look
- 9:36Speaker 1: my understanding, and I don't know. I don't have access
- 9:39Speaker 1: to classified information anymore. I don't get briefed every morning
- 9:41Speaker 1: by the agency. I don't have access to classified information anymore. Well,
- 9:47Speaker 1: that was a lie. That was in twenty eighteen. Apparently
- 9:49Speaker 1: you had it all over the place. You had it
- 9:51Speaker 1: in your garage, right, you had it somewhere else, you
- 9:54Speaker 1: had it in your office. How you didn't even know
- 9:57Speaker 1: where all your classified information was. But when you said
- 10:00Speaker 1: you don't have access to classify documents anymore, that wasn't true.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Now what we're in these documents? What are these documents?
- 10:10Speaker 1: What we know is that these documents they've known about
- 10:13Speaker 1: for a long time, and they dealt with Ukraine, they
- 10:16Speaker 1: dealt with Iran, and they may have dealt with China.
- 10:19Speaker 1: White House Press Secretary, refusing to comment on why the
- 10:23Speaker 1: White House waited for two months to inform the public
- 10:26Speaker 1: of these classified documents. You won't know why they waited
- 10:29Speaker 1: because they didn't want this to affect the mid term elections,
- 10:32Speaker 1: because they desperately needed Democrats to keep control of the
- 10:35Speaker 1: Senate and they didn't want to lose control of the House.
- 10:38Speaker 1: They hid this from you on purpose, and this was
- 10:42Speaker 1: under review. This is under review by the Department of Justice.
- 10:45Speaker 1: I'm not going to go beyond what the President shared yesterday.
- 10:48Speaker 1: I'm not going to go beyond what my colleagues at
- 10:50Speaker 1: the White House Council shared with all of you as well. Yeah,
- 10:53Speaker 1: I'm not going to talk about this now that they're
- 10:55Speaker 1: a special prosecutor. I'm really not going to talk about this.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Fox News is Peter Doocey, Press, the White House Press Secretary,
- 11:05Speaker 1: after the Special Council had been appointed, about what now.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Some in the media are referring to It's a great name,
- 11:13Speaker 1: garage Gate, And this was the question he asked, Thank
- 11:18Speaker 1: you creating another one on garage Gate? What is the
- 11:22Speaker 1: White House trying to hide nothing? Someone gave the President
- 11:29Speaker 1: a statement to read on Tuesday that was incomplete at best,
- 11:34Speaker 1: misleading at worst. Who So I have read out the
- 11:39Speaker 1: president's statement. I have read it out yesterday and what
- 11:42Speaker 1: he said, he said that he will he respects or
- 11:46Speaker 1: he takes classified information and documents very seriously. That's what
- 11:49Speaker 1: he said. They're lying to you. Now, there's also a
- 11:54Speaker 1: timeline here that we have to talk about the timeline
- 11:58Speaker 1: of events so that you understand and this garage Gate,
- 12:01Speaker 1: you understand this big lie. You understand why they are
- 12:05Speaker 1: telling this lies because they know they're in deep trouble
- 12:08Speaker 1: with this whole entire timeline. Okay, you go back to
- 12:13Speaker 1: mar Lago and you look at when that was going down,
- 12:18Speaker 1: that happened August eighth, mar Lago was rated. You fast
- 12:22Speaker 1: forward to September the eighteenth, Biden slammed Trump for being
- 12:27Speaker 1: you know, you being careless and reckless and putting sources,
- 12:32Speaker 1: as he described it, at risk, saying, this is, you know,
- 12:34Speaker 1: this is the worst thing ever. November the second, this
- 12:39Speaker 1: is before the election, Biden classified documents were found. Amazing
- 12:44Speaker 1: how that kept quiet? Right while everybody in the government knows,
- 12:47Speaker 1: No one leaked out before election day. November the fourteenth,
- 12:51Speaker 1: Garland appointed a US attorney to look into the Biden documents. Again,
- 12:55Speaker 1: no leaks. November the eighteenth, Garlin appoints special con on
- 13:00Speaker 1: the Trump document case. So Garland knew on the fourteenth,
- 13:06Speaker 1: that there was a problem, right, and maybe before that,
- 13:11Speaker 1: because the documents were supposed to believe we're found on
- 13:14Speaker 1: November the second, before the election, and on the fourteenth.
- 13:17Speaker 1: He then says, all right, US attorney looking to these documents.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Four days later, Garland appoints a special counsel in the
- 13:24Speaker 1: Trump document case. You fast forward from November the eighteenth
- 13:28Speaker 1: to January the twelfth, and bam, a special counsel's appointed
- 13:32Speaker 1: in the Biden case. That timeline tells you that there
- 13:36Speaker 1: was a cover up, or at least a delay to
- 13:39Speaker 1: make sure that this did not affect the mid term elections.
- 13:43Speaker 1: That is a problem. And the presents like, well, my
- 13:46Speaker 1: garage is secure. That's not an excuse, by the way,
- 13:50Speaker 1: for having these classified documents. Okay, understand that this is
- 13:57Speaker 1: not an excuse. It's gonna hold up right the I mean,
- 14:03Speaker 1: it's not going to This is not going to work.
- 14:06Speaker 1: NBC News also reporting now that the FBI has now
- 14:10Speaker 1: interviewed multiple Biden aide Joe Biden aids about all of this,
- 14:15Speaker 1: Listen and Harry very clearly he might feel that he
- 14:19Speaker 1: has to because of the political pressure. Carol Lee, what
- 14:22Speaker 1: have you learned? Have you learn anything more about this, well, Andrew,
- 14:27Speaker 1: we're learning. My colleague Mike Memily and I are reporting
- 14:29Speaker 1: that as part of this Justice Apartment review of the
- 14:32Speaker 1: classified documents in President Biden's possession, they've interviewed multiple Biden staffers,
- 14:39Speaker 1: those who worked for him in those closing days of
- 14:41Speaker 1: his time as vice president, including Kathy Chung, who had
- 14:45Speaker 1: served as executive assistant to the president, who's described to
- 14:50Speaker 1: us as somebody who would have had a key role
- 14:51Speaker 1: in packing up those boxes in those final days of
- 14:55Speaker 1: President Biden's term as vice president. Now, what we're told
- 14:59Speaker 1: is that the who have been interviewed they did so
- 15:02Speaker 1: when they were asked to be interviewed by federal law enforcement,
- 15:05Speaker 1: that they agreed to do so quickly, and that those
- 15:08Speaker 1: who were involved in packing up the former vice presidents
- 15:12Speaker 1: now president vice presidential office were not they were just
- 15:16Speaker 1: putting things in boxes, that there was no intent here,
- 15:19Speaker 1: that they weren't looking and seeing what exactly was in
- 15:23Speaker 1: these papers, That they weren't intentionally putting classified documents among
- 15:28Speaker 1: commingled with the president's political and personal documents. So we
- 15:33Speaker 1: don't know, Andrea, if these interviews are concluded, if federal
- 15:36Speaker 1: law Enforcement officials are continuing to talk to people who
- 15:39Speaker 1: worked for President Biden at that time, but we do
- 15:42Speaker 1: know that a number of them have been interviewed, including
- 15:44Speaker 1: someone who served as his executive assistant who now serves
- 15:48Speaker 1: in a position at the Pentagon, Andrea. So that's kind
- 15:52Speaker 1: of an important thing. So the API has been interviewing
- 15:55Speaker 1: multiple Biden age So let's go back to the timeline here.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You we can now say that this was clearly not
- 16:04Speaker 1: done in a transparent manner. The White House set on
- 16:08Speaker 1: this information for more than two months. Based on the timeline,
- 16:12Speaker 1: what does the White House say? They have no answer.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Why do they have no answer because now they can
- 16:18Speaker 1: hide behind the special prosecutor, as crazy as that sounds, saying, wow,
- 16:22Speaker 1: this is an ongoing investigation. We're gonna let him do
- 16:24Speaker 1: his work, but we are doing this by the book, right,
- 16:27Speaker 1: that's the distinguishing factor. They say as well, Donald Trump
- 16:32Speaker 1: didn't do it by the book in Marlago. He was
- 16:35Speaker 1: a former president. By the way, who can actually declassify information.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Joe Biden for years now has had these classified documents.
- 16:45Speaker 1: He does not have the ability to have these documents
- 16:48Speaker 1: and doesn't have the ability to make them or declassify them.
- 16:52Speaker 1: So what did the White House Press secretary to say
- 16:54Speaker 1: when she's pressed about all this, She's like, well, we're
- 16:57Speaker 1: doing it by the book. We're the good guys. Goes
- 17:00Speaker 1: back to that comment I played for you from the
- 17:01Speaker 1: view what the view I would say, Well, we know
- 17:04Speaker 1: that Donald Trump is a liar and a fraud right
- 17:06Speaker 1: in a criminal The audience collapsed New York City, and
- 17:09Speaker 1: she said, and we know we can trust Joe Biden.
- 17:11Speaker 1: So therefore, Joe Biden didn't mean you will with these documents.
- 17:14Speaker 1: We know we can give him the benefit of the doubt.
- 17:16Speaker 1: That's the logic of the media. The review was underway
- 17:19Speaker 1: when you guys gave a detailed statement about the first
- 17:22Speaker 1: set of documents. The review was underway when the president
- 17:24Speaker 1: spoke about the first set of documents. You're not saying
- 17:27Speaker 1: that you didn't talk about the second set of documents
- 17:29Speaker 1: discovered almost a month prior, because the review was underway.
- 17:34Speaker 1: I don't understand. It doesn't make any sense. I think
- 17:36Speaker 1: it was underway the entire time. The only difference was
- 17:38Speaker 1: that reporters had information on the first set of documents
- 17:41Speaker 1: enough for where you chose to exclude the second set
- 17:43Speaker 1: of documents until reporters get information on the second set
- 17:45Speaker 1: of Well, let me I confuse you for a second. Phil. Look,
- 17:48Speaker 1: we are trying to do this by the book, and
- 17:50Speaker 1: I said yesterday this was under review by the Department
- 17:54Speaker 1: of Justice, and the process is as such. When the
- 17:59Speaker 1: president's lawyers realize that the documents existed, that they were there,
- 18:03Speaker 1: they reached out to the archives, they reached out to
- 18:06Speaker 1: the Department of Justice, rightfully, So may I add, that
- 18:09Speaker 1: is what you're supposed to do as lawyers. That's what
- 18:12Speaker 1: they did, and they have fully been cooperating with the
- 18:18Speaker 1: Department of Justice. We did it the right way, right.
- 18:23Speaker 1: We're the moral ones. We're the ones that understand how
- 18:27Speaker 1: to do things like this the right way. Right. We're
- 18:30Speaker 1: the ones that know what is really going on. We're perfect.
- 18:38Speaker 1: We are the perfect stewards, We're the perfect individuals. We're
- 18:43Speaker 1: doing it by the book. Everybody else doesn't do it
- 18:45Speaker 1: by the book, right, but we are the ones that
- 18:48Speaker 1: do it by the book. Well, hold on, didn't you
- 18:49Speaker 1: sit on this information for two months? I think its
- 18:52Speaker 1: initial statement Monday? The Partment dress on Tuesday into the city.
- 18:56Speaker 1: All the conversations about the documents of the Office, however,
- 18:59Speaker 1: pointed training in general, the documents are bound in December twentieth,
- 19:02Speaker 1: and it's Roger Wilmington. Why was that not immediately addressed?
- 19:05Speaker 1: Is all? Its being transparent about that if that was
- 19:07Speaker 1: already known and not discussed up front. So just to
- 19:10Speaker 1: you said transparent, I want to say that we have
- 19:12Speaker 1: been transparent here. That is why the minute that his
- 19:16Speaker 1: lawyers found those documents, they reported it. They reached out
- 19:20Speaker 1: to the Archives and the Department of Justice, and they
- 19:23Speaker 1: did that voluntarily, and they were not compelled to do it.
- 19:26Speaker 1: They did it voluntarily. By the way, this idea they
- 19:30Speaker 1: were they were compelled to do it, they did it voluntarily.
- 19:32Speaker 1: They weren't compelled to do it. They did it voluntarily. Right,
- 19:35Speaker 1: So I guess basically you're saying you want an honorable
- 19:37Speaker 1: mention because you guys didn't try to shred classified documents
- 19:41Speaker 1: and destroy them. Is that what you're telling me? So,
- 19:44Speaker 1: so you broke the law for years. You've got classified
- 19:48Speaker 1: documents found next to your corvette in a garage that
- 19:55Speaker 1: is unattended on many a days. It was not secured
- 19:59Speaker 1: by the Secret Service in the time between you being
- 20:02Speaker 1: the vice president and then running for president, and then
- 20:06Speaker 1: you have these other documents at this University of Penn area.
- 20:09Speaker 1: That's not a secure location where people are in and
- 20:14Speaker 1: out there all day long, all the time without you
- 20:16Speaker 1: even knowing who they may be, who may be in
- 20:19Speaker 1: that building, and you're like, oh, it was fine, they
- 20:21Speaker 1: were secure. It was not secure location. Okay, it was
- 20:25Speaker 1: not a secure location. Don't tell me it was a
- 20:30Speaker 1: secure location. It's not. Again, another lie. And what they're
- 20:37Speaker 1: saying now is well, you can trust us because we
- 20:41Speaker 1: really do things by the book here, right. This is
- 20:44Speaker 1: this is just an oversight, This is an accident. This
- 20:47Speaker 1: was a little oops. But we're the ones that self reported,
- 20:51Speaker 1: so therefore we should not be in trouble. But Donald
- 20:54Speaker 1: Trump should still go to jail. Which brings me to
- 20:57Speaker 1: the hostage video. When Merritt Garland had to announce this,
- 21:03Speaker 1: it absolutely looked like a hostage video. He was speaking
- 21:07Speaker 1: from attella prompter and it was like a deer in headlights.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Because he realized now he's in a really bad spot,
- 21:16Speaker 1: he had no choice but to allow for a special prosecutor.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I'm here today to announce the appointment of Robert Herr
- 21:24Speaker 1: as a Special Council pursuing the Department of Justice regulations
- 21:27Speaker 1: governing such matters. In keeping with those regulations, I have
- 21:31Speaker 1: today notified the designated members of each House of Congress
- 21:35Speaker 1: of the appointment. I'm joined today by John Lausch, the
- 21:38Speaker 1: US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, who conducted
- 21:42Speaker 1: the initial investigation into the matter that I will describe today.
- 21:46Speaker 1: On the evening of November fourth, twenty twenty two, the
- 21:50Speaker 1: National Archives Office of Inspector General contacted a prosecutor at
- 21:54Speaker 1: the Department of Justice. It informed him that the White
- 21:58Speaker 1: House had notified the Archives that documents bearing classification markings
- 22:03Speaker 1: were identified at the office of the Penn Biden Center
- 22:06Speaker 1: for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, located in Washington, d C.
- 22:11Speaker 1: That office was not authorized for storage or classified documents.
- 22:16Speaker 1: The prosecutor was also advised that those documents had been
- 22:18Speaker 1: secured in an archived facility. On November ninth, the FBI
- 22:24Speaker 1: commenced an assessment consistent with standard protocols to understand whether
- 22:28Speaker 1: classified information had been mishandled in violation of federal law.
- 22:34Speaker 1: On November fourteenth, pursuant to Section six hundred point two
- 22:38Speaker 1: B of the Special Council regulations. I assigned US Attorney
- 22:42Speaker 1: Lausch to conduct an initial investigation to inform my decision
- 22:47Speaker 1: whether to appoint a special council. Mister Lauche has served
- 22:51Speaker 1: as the US Attorney in Chicago since twenty seventeen. Before that,
- 22:55Speaker 1: he spent more than a decade as an assistant US
- 22:57Speaker 1: attorney in that same office. Selected him to conduct the
- 23:01Speaker 1: initial investigation because I was confident his experience would ensure
- 23:06Speaker 1: that it would be done professionally and expeditiously. On December twentieth,
- 23:12Speaker 1: President Biden's personal counsel informed mister Laoch that additional documents
- 23:17Speaker 1: bearing classification markings were identified in the garage of the
- 23:21Speaker 1: President's private residence in Wilmington, Delaware. President Biden's counsel informed
- 23:26Speaker 1: mister Looch that those documents were among other records from
- 23:29Speaker 1: the period of the President's service as vice president. The
- 23:33Speaker 1: FBI went to the location and secured those documents. On
- 23:37Speaker 1: January fifth, twenty twenty three, mister Loosh brief me on
- 23:42Speaker 1: the results of his initial investigation and advised me that
- 23:45Speaker 1: further investigation by a special counsel was warranted. Based on
- 23:49Speaker 1: mister Loosch's initial investigation, I concluded that under the Special
- 23:54Speaker 1: Council regulations, it was in the public interests to appoint
- 23:57Speaker 1: special Council. The takeaway from this is that they knew
- 24:04Speaker 1: this and they made sure that you didn't know about
- 24:07Speaker 1: it until after the midterms because they knew that it
- 24:10Speaker 1: would affect the elections. The timeline shows it. The White
- 24:15Speaker 1: House knew it. They didn't say a damn word about
- 24:18Speaker 1: it because they didn't want to affect the midterm elections.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Then they didn't want the voters to have this information
- 24:23Speaker 1: before election day. If this isn't the definition of a
- 24:30Speaker 1: political cover up, I don't know what is. And a
- 24:35Speaker 1: Special Council is gonna have to ask this question about
- 24:38Speaker 1: the documents that they did find, because apparently there was
- 24:40Speaker 1: a lot of documents that the President had that were
- 24:43Speaker 1: not quote classified in marking that dealt with Ukraine, I
- 24:48Speaker 1: ran and possibly from what we've been told from Leeks China,
- 24:54Speaker 1: were those documents to help the Biden crime family. Do
- 24:58Speaker 1: they connect dots from the Biden laptop that we now
- 25:02Speaker 1: know about, was the big guy keeping these documents on
- 25:06Speaker 1: purpose for the family business. Those are all questions that
- 25:11Speaker 1: are gonna have to be answered. Those, by the way,
- 25:14Speaker 1: are important questions that need to be answered. I promise
- 25:21Speaker 1: you we're gonna stay on top of this, okay, because
- 25:24Speaker 1: this is literally literally just the very beginning. And when
- 25:28Speaker 1: you hear the media say that Donald Trump and Joe Biden, Wow,
- 25:31Speaker 1: these are two different scenarios here. And he did the
- 25:33Speaker 1: right thing and he turned them in and he made
- 25:35Speaker 1: the appropriate phone calls. Remember he's had these documents for
- 25:39Speaker 1: years and years and years and has moved them at
- 25:43Speaker 1: least two to three times minimum, just based on when
- 25:47Speaker 1: the library opened. And to have them in his garage
- 25:51Speaker 1: classified documents next to his corvette and say, well, the
- 25:54Speaker 1: garage is locked. Is your excuse? I'm not buying it now.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I want to deal with this other issue and that
- 26:02Speaker 1: is another important one about what's going out the border,
- 26:05Speaker 1: also the Transportation Secretary Mayor Pete and his excuses. I
- 26:12Speaker 1: was supposed to sit down with US Senator Marsha Blackburn
- 26:15Speaker 1: yesterday but was delayed with flights because of the grounding
- 26:20Speaker 1: of every aircraft in American in America, the last time
- 26:24Speaker 1: that happened was on nine to eleven. Joining me now
- 26:27Speaker 1: is a good friend of the show. My guest US
- 26:30Speaker 1: Senator from Tennessee Marsha Blackburn, Senator. Sorry, yesterday we were
- 26:34Speaker 1: supposed to chat and I got stuck in the ground
- 26:36Speaker 1: stop on a flight, and so I appreciate you switching
- 26:40Speaker 1: with us to today. Sorry about that, do we? By
- 26:43Speaker 1: the way, I love that our transportation secretary said, at
- 26:46Speaker 1: least as of yesterday, we still don't know what happened.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Like that's good, right, When your translation secretary doesn't even
- 26:53Speaker 1: know what happened? Does that concern you at all? Oh?
- 26:56Speaker 1: It concerns me. And if he were the CEO of
- 26:59Speaker 1: a major US corporation, he would have been fired. When
- 27:03Speaker 1: you have actions that are affecting so many different people,
- 27:08Speaker 1: millions of dollars of productivity lost, and you can't find
- 27:13Speaker 1: an answer. And we have to remember Pete Buddha Judge
- 27:17Speaker 1: has zero experience in transportation. He is not a transportation professional.
- 27:24Speaker 1: He was the mayor of a small town in Indiana.
- 27:29Speaker 1: He ran for president, and he went to DOT and
- 27:34Speaker 1: decided his priority was going to be to turn it
- 27:37Speaker 1: into a roke institution. He was more concerned about renaming
- 27:43Speaker 1: the motem system than he was about making certain that
- 27:47Speaker 1: the system worked. He had changed it from airmen to
- 27:51Speaker 1: air mission because that suited the diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- 27:57Speaker 1: agenda of the Department of Transportation that he has set forth. Yeah,
- 28:02Speaker 1: it's a check the box administration. He's running now, trying
- 28:04Speaker 1: to become woke on every single issue. And then you
- 28:07Speaker 1: have an entire groundstop. We've not had this, by the way,
- 28:09Speaker 1: since the actual day of nine to eleven. And then
- 28:12Speaker 1: he's asked about He's like, oh, I really don't know
- 28:14Speaker 1: what happened. It's like, well, then who's in charge because
- 28:16Speaker 1: it's obviously not you. You know, Ben, think about this.
- 28:21Speaker 1: You've got the Secretary of Transportation, and here we are
- 28:27Speaker 1: thirty six hours from when this thing started, and they
- 28:31Speaker 1: still don't know if it was an equipment failure, if
- 28:34Speaker 1: it was a cyber attack, if it was spyware or
- 28:38Speaker 1: now ware that some have became embedded in the system.
- 28:42Speaker 1: They don't know, and they thereby do not know if
- 28:46Speaker 1: it is going to happen again. You know, they had
- 28:49Speaker 1: an issue yesterday in some of the areas where the
- 28:52Speaker 1: system started going down again. If flights were delayed again
- 28:56Speaker 1: yesterday afternoon. Now think about this. People can't get from
- 29:01Speaker 1: point A to point B, and they can't get there
- 29:06Speaker 1: with predictability and companies are now having to give people
- 29:10Speaker 1: a day to travel. Some companies are even saying, look
- 29:15Speaker 1: at this meeting is within six hours of where we are.
- 29:19Speaker 1: We're going to rent you a car and you are
- 29:21Speaker 1: going to take a day and you're going to drive.
- 29:24Speaker 1: And that is what people are having to do because
- 29:27Speaker 1: of the unpredictability. You look at the mess at Christmas.
- 29:31Speaker 1: How many people lost their Christmas holidays and never made
- 29:35Speaker 1: it home for Christmas because JELF flight got canceled. And
- 29:39Speaker 1: I know people that were to fly out Christmas date
- 29:43Speaker 1: somewhere and they said, oh, we can't get you there
- 29:45Speaker 1: until Thursday. Thursday. Look, I was in DC and I
- 29:50Speaker 1: was at an embassy for an event and that embassy
- 29:54Speaker 1: will rename anonymous. But the ambassador looked at me. He's like,
- 29:58Speaker 1: I don't understand how you guys can do this in America.
- 30:01Speaker 1: This would never happen in our country as the way
- 30:03Speaker 1: he described it. And I said, dude, I can't argue
- 30:05Speaker 1: with you like I mean, you're you're absolutely right. I
- 30:08Speaker 1: literally cannot argue with you in what you just said.
- 30:11Speaker 1: And he and his point was, y'all are supposed to
- 30:14Speaker 1: be the greatest country in the world. And the leader
- 30:17Speaker 1: in so many different ways. And because you decided to
- 30:20Speaker 1: check a box and go woke with a individual that
- 30:26Speaker 1: was not qualified for a job. You've had disasters with transportation,
- 30:30Speaker 1: You've had disasters with the logistics of the porch, You've
- 30:33Speaker 1: had disasters with shipping. I mean, give me one big
- 30:37Speaker 1: victory that mayor Pete has had. I don't think you
- 30:40Speaker 1: can name one either or not even trying to be mean,
- 30:42Speaker 1: I'm being serious here. Well, he has not had a victory,
- 30:47Speaker 1: but he's got criscious every clear he look and he
- 30:52Speaker 1: does not focus on solving the logistics problems of the country,
- 31:00Speaker 1: whether it is with rail or with air or with
- 31:04Speaker 1: Graham transportation, He's not focused on that. He is focused
- 31:09Speaker 1: on d EI and that is his primary goal. And
- 31:14Speaker 1: we obsceniently, repeatedly, this is someone who has zero transportation experience.
- 31:22Speaker 1: He has zero experience to do that job. You got
- 31:27Speaker 1: another very interesting issue. And rarely do I say that
- 31:31Speaker 1: you Senator and the President have something in common, but
- 31:34Speaker 1: both of you guys got to go see the wide
- 31:36Speaker 1: open border. He says it's secure. He went to al Paso,
- 31:40Speaker 1: which is pretty much eight hundred miles from the corridor
- 31:43Speaker 1: of where the worst problem is at the southern border.
- 31:46Speaker 1: He goes into a place that we've seen the pictures.
- 31:49Speaker 1: The night before he got there, we saw people arresting people,
- 31:52Speaker 1: homeless people, people that were on the streets living in
- 31:54Speaker 1: ten season a passo. They basically hose down the city
- 31:59Speaker 1: before he got there, in the twenty four hours beforehand,
- 32:02Speaker 1: so it didn't look as bad for the national press.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Hilariously enough, he actually went to a border wall where
- 32:09Speaker 1: he felt safe in the Secret Service, felt that he
- 32:11Speaker 1: would be safe to visit, and then said CIA and
- 32:15Speaker 1: took off. And you have my archists who many believe
- 32:18Speaker 1: he should be impeached over this failure at the border.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Who's saying the border is secure, the border is not open.
- 32:26Speaker 1: You're down there with a delegation, and you know that's
- 32:28Speaker 1: just a lie. Well, he should have gone with me
- 32:32Speaker 1: to Eagle Pass. And by the way, I did invite
- 32:35Speaker 1: Vice President Harris to join us, since my trip was
- 32:39Speaker 1: in the all women's trips, three female senators, and we
- 32:43Speaker 1: were focused on the humanitarian side of this as well
- 32:48Speaker 1: as the national security and economic implications. But then you're right,
- 32:53Speaker 1: they gave him the sanitized view of what there's nothing
- 32:57Speaker 1: to see here. And the ridiculous lessness of saying, hey,
- 33:02Speaker 1: we've got an app. If you want to come here illegally,
- 33:05Speaker 1: go to this app and wink, wink, not not, you're
- 33:09Speaker 1: going to be made legal. Can you even believe he's
- 33:12Speaker 1: trying to offer a way to circumvents the rules of
- 33:17Speaker 1: this country. The scary part is, yes, I say there
- 33:23Speaker 1: is an app. Immigration law in this country has not
- 33:27Speaker 1: changed since nineteen ninety six Clinton, Bush, Obama Trump. They
- 33:34Speaker 1: were able to get the numbers down and maintain that
- 33:39Speaker 1: border and work with border patrol. When you go on
- 33:42Speaker 1: that border, border patrol will tell you it has exploded.
- 33:47Speaker 1: And in the first three months of this fiscal year,
- 33:51Speaker 1: in equal past Texas they apprehended one hundred and forty
- 33:56Speaker 1: three convicted criminals, people that have been convicted and served
- 34:02Speaker 1: time for violent crimes. They've been deported from the country
- 34:08Speaker 1: because it was rape, it was burglary, it was robbery,
- 34:12Speaker 1: it was manslaughter. And now they apprehended them at the border.
- 34:18Speaker 1: And those are the ones they apprehended out of the
- 34:23Speaker 1: give ups, as they call them. Now you've got the
- 34:26Speaker 1: known and unknown got aways. And there's no telling how
- 34:30Speaker 1: many convicted criminals that are coming to your community were
- 34:35Speaker 1: in that list of gotaways plus the games, plus the
- 34:39Speaker 1: drug traffickers, plus the plus there's people that were on
- 34:42Speaker 1: the Terrace watch list that also had that they had
- 34:45Speaker 1: coming across the eight of them. Yeah, and do we
- 34:48Speaker 1: know do we know anything about those ninety eight? Have
- 34:51Speaker 1: you guys gotten a legitimate briefing on that setter? We
- 34:53Speaker 1: have not gotten a briefing on that. We Judiciary Committee
- 34:58Speaker 1: have not gotten a briefing. And to our last hearing
- 35:02Speaker 1: in December that was to be with majorcas for some reason,
- 35:07Speaker 1: they decided to cancel that hearing. How about that? And
- 35:11Speaker 1: we are looking forward to getting him back over there.
- 35:14Speaker 1: I know that the House is going to begin impeachment
- 35:18Speaker 1: proceedings on him and we will see. You know what
- 35:23Speaker 1: happens with that is they move forward. Last question for you,
- 35:27Speaker 1: and I want to I want to pivot back to
- 35:28Speaker 1: some breaking news, and that is apparently fifty four million
- 35:32Speaker 1: dollars senator in Chinese gifts were donated to the University
- 35:37Speaker 1: of Penn, the home of the Biden Center. Anonymously, the
- 35:44Speaker 1: government Watchdow Group is now demanding the US Attorney probe
- 35:48Speaker 1: Hunter Biden and that's probing Hunter Biden delware investigate this
- 35:52Speaker 1: tens of millions and again anonymous donations from China to
- 35:57Speaker 1: the University of Penn where this academic center name for
- 36:01Speaker 1: President Joe Biden. The Ivy League College raked in this
- 36:06Speaker 1: money between twenty fourteen and twenty nineteen directly from donations
- 36:10Speaker 1: from China, including twenty three point one million and anonymous
- 36:14Speaker 1: gifts starting in two sixteen, according to public records. How
- 36:20Speaker 1: are we allowing this type of influence coming in from China,
- 36:23Speaker 1: specifically from anonymous donors, and how is it that they're
- 36:28Speaker 1: at the same place where all this money's coming in
- 36:30Speaker 1: There just happens to be classified documents now that we
- 36:32Speaker 1: know deal with Iran and also Ukraine from what we understand,
- 36:38Speaker 1: And why is it that DOJ and the FBI don't
- 36:43Speaker 1: seem to be bothered by this at all, like they
- 36:46Speaker 1: weren't bothered by Hillary Clinton's thirty thousand emails. There are
- 36:50Speaker 1: two standards of justice over it's a DOJ, there are
- 36:55Speaker 1: two different sets of protocols. And if you're a Republicans,
- 37:01Speaker 1: they want to flog you in the press. If you're
- 37:05Speaker 1: a Democrat, they're going to provide you every single justification
- 37:09Speaker 1: they can to say, Oh, there's really nothing to see here,
- 37:13Speaker 1: it was not intentional. Oh the vice president never saw
- 37:16Speaker 1: those documents, he did not know they were there. We
- 37:19Speaker 1: have no idea he puts them there. Well, you know what,
- 37:23Speaker 1: then if they have no idea who puts them there,
- 37:25Speaker 1: then they have no idea who had access to them.
- 37:29Speaker 1: They have no idea who was controlling them. They have
- 37:32Speaker 1: no idea if anybody scanned and copied or used those
- 37:38Speaker 1: and the science that you have the Chinese Communist Party against. See,
- 37:41Speaker 1: they like to tell you soft propaganda is a big
- 37:46Speaker 1: part of their initiatives to global control. By the time
- 37:51Speaker 1: we get to twenty fifty, now they're big on this.
- 37:54Speaker 1: This is why they're donating to the Penn Biden Academic
- 37:58Speaker 1: Center at the University a Pennsylvania. They like that influence.
- 38:03Speaker 1: They think that if they give you enough money, then
- 38:06Speaker 1: you're not going to call them out, and you're going
- 38:08Speaker 1: to allow confucious institutes, confucious classrooms, sister city programs, all
- 38:16Speaker 1: which are important to their process that they're moving forward
- 38:22Speaker 1: with this soft opaganda and global domination center. Thanks for
