Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Mark Cuban "You never see Trump around Strong Intelligent Women!"
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: So if it wasn't enough for the Harris campaign to
- 0:04Speaker 1: insult literally half the country saying that we're floating garbage,
- 0:09Speaker 1: apparently in the closing five days of the campaign they
- 0:13Speaker 1: think it is a good idea to also insult all
- 0:17Speaker 1: women that are voting for Trump. Around Trump, anyone he's
- 0:22Speaker 1: ever spent time with, anyone, He's ever broken bread with, anyone,
- 0:26Speaker 1: he's ever worked on legislation with any victims or mothers
- 0:30Speaker 1: that he's set down with, angel parents who had loved
- 0:34Speaker 1: ones have been killed, for example, by illegal immigrants. Mark
- 0:37Speaker 1: Cuban coming out and saying this about supporters of Donald Trump.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Donald Trump, you never see him around strong intelligent women ever.
- 0:50Speaker 2: It's just that simple. They're intimidating to him. He doesn't
- 0:53Speaker 2: like to be challenged by them.
- 0:56Speaker 1: These comments were made on the View, and the host
- 0:59Speaker 1: of the View absolutely agreed with these comments. You could
- 1:03Speaker 1: hear Whoopi Goldberg and other voices in the background. Now,
- 1:06Speaker 1: I'm going to bring on a dear friend of mine,
- 1:09Speaker 1: one of my best friends in the business, Meghan McCain,
- 1:11Speaker 1: who used to be at the View. I want to
- 1:13Speaker 1: get her take on this, and also, why are these
- 1:16Speaker 1: comments about women so important? Now, well, we are finding
- 1:19Speaker 1: out through data that women are dominating early voting.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Across the country.
- 1:24Speaker 1: This makes some conservatives very nervous because there is a
- 1:29Speaker 1: idea out there that maybe this is all about the
- 1:31Speaker 1: abortion issue and women are showing up, or could it
- 1:35Speaker 1: be something else completely different, that women are voting for
- 1:38Speaker 1: Donald Trump because they're sick and tired of struggling in
- 1:41Speaker 1: the economy we're in. I'm gonna ask Megan McCain about
- 1:43Speaker 1: that in a moment, but first let me tell you
- 1:45Speaker 1: about my friends over at Patriot Mobile. If you have
- 1:49Speaker 1: a cell phone and your cell phone is with Big Mobile,
- 1:51Speaker 1: then you unknowingly have been giving major donations to democratic causes,
- 1:57Speaker 1: candidates and organizations, organizations that are advocating, supporting, and paying
- 2:03Speaker 1: for abortions. That is exactly why I switched to Patriot Mobile.
- 2:08Speaker 1: And they do something it's amazing. More than ten years ago,
- 2:11Speaker 1: the people that started Patriot Mobile made a decision they
- 2:13Speaker 1: were going to give their money to wote companies any longer,
- 2:16Speaker 1: and they were going to start a company that gave
- 2:18Speaker 1: back to conservative causes. And about five percent of your
- 2:21Speaker 1: bill every month when you were Patriot Mobile goes back
- 2:24Speaker 1: to support causes support our First and our Second Amendment rights.
- 2:29Speaker 1: They also support our military veterans, our first responders, and
- 2:32Speaker 1: our wounded warriors. And they stand up for the rights
- 2:36Speaker 1: of unborn babies in this country as well with pro
- 2:40Speaker 1: life organizations. And that is exactly why I want you
- 2:43Speaker 1: to make the switch to Patriot Mobile. It is that
- 2:46Speaker 1: never been easier than now to switch. You can do
- 2:49Speaker 1: it over the phone. You keep your same cell phone number,
- 2:51Speaker 1: you keep the same service that you're used to, because
- 2:54Speaker 1: in twenty twenty four, everybody's using the same towers. You're
- 2:58Speaker 1: going to have great service. I'm already a member of
- 3:01Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile and I absolutely love him. So go online
- 3:04Speaker 1: to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, Patriot Mobile dot com
- 3:09Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson, and
- 3:14Speaker 1: use the promo code ferguson. You'll get one month free
- 3:17Speaker 1: service with Patriot Mobile as well. All right, So this happened,
- 3:22Speaker 1: and I immediately called one of my best friends in
- 3:25Speaker 1: the business, Megan McCain, and I said, Megan, can I
- 3:28Speaker 1: bother you?
- 3:28Speaker 3: And she said yes, which is a blessing.
- 3:31Speaker 1: And she said when I said, like right now, and
- 3:34Speaker 1: she said perfect. So, Megan, thank you for being in
- 3:37Speaker 1: the audible game. I appreciate it, and I want to
- 3:40Speaker 1: get your reaction. I'm going to play this again for
- 3:43Speaker 1: everyone right now that's listening Mark Cuban's words on the View.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Donald Trump, you never see him around strong intelligent women ever.
- 3:52Speaker 2: It's just that simple. They're intimidating to him. He doesn't
- 3:56Speaker 2: like to be challenged by them.
- 3:59Speaker 1: You insult all all the Trump supporters a few days ago,
- 4:02Speaker 1: and now you're saragate, your top sarrogate.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Mark Cuban's out there insulting all women.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Your reaction, well, my first first ball, thank you for
- 4:09Speaker 4: having me on. I will come on anytime, Rainer sign
- 4:12Speaker 4: any point. I love you, Thank you for having me on.
- 4:15Speaker 4: A very good friend. My first thought was one of
- 4:18Speaker 4: the co hosts of the View got her notoriety because
- 4:21Speaker 4: she worked for Trump. So is she unintelligent? And are
- 4:24Speaker 4: they admitting that one of their hosts are unintelligent? That
- 4:27Speaker 4: was my very first reaction, Like I don't understand that,
- 4:29Speaker 4: and also why the host is being insulted, isn't standing
- 4:31Speaker 4: up for herself? Like that's just very like Macro on
- 4:36Speaker 4: the micro you know, I don't understand why the Democrats
- 4:41Speaker 4: hadn't learned their lessons from twenty sixteen by calling fifty
- 4:44Speaker 4: percent of the country to plora bulls or garbage, or
- 4:46Speaker 4: all women who vote for Trump are stupid idiots. Let
- 4:49Speaker 4: me tell you someone who's very close with Trump and
- 4:51Speaker 4: been on the road with him for months now is
- 4:53Speaker 4: my dear friend Telsea Gabbert, who I just saw last
- 4:56Speaker 4: Saturday at an event that we both did to keep
- 5:00Speaker 4: then at a women's sports and she was going straight
- 5:02Speaker 4: to Madison Square Garden to open up for a President Trump.
- 5:05Speaker 4: She's a veteran, she's highly accomplished, you know, congresswoman and
- 5:10Speaker 4: presidential candidate, and easily one of the strongest, most, you know,
- 5:15Speaker 4: intelligent women I've ever met in my entire life, and
- 5:18Speaker 4: I love her dearly like she's stupid, No person would
- 5:20Speaker 4: call her stupid. You may disagree with her politics, but
- 5:22Speaker 4: she's not stupid, and she's not someone who doesn't challenge people.
- 5:25Speaker 4: I think we can safely say.
- 5:26Speaker 1: That well, and people don't realize she just switched to
- 5:29Speaker 1: the Republican Party. So the question then becomes, Megan, if
- 5:32Speaker 1: you're a woman that's a Republican, are you then on
- 5:35Speaker 1: intelligent and stupid, just like everybody is garbage.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Apparently that is a Republican.
- 5:40Speaker 4: I mean, I don't understand how people like Mark Cuban
- 5:43Speaker 4: have never met a Republican woman before. I always thought
- 5:47Speaker 4: that like you and me and like a few of
- 5:49Speaker 4: our friends should like start this service where people in
- 5:51Speaker 4: Hollywood and entertainment and whatever else who's never met a
- 5:54Speaker 4: Republican like, actually just interact with one and here a conversation,
- 5:59Speaker 4: because but how siloed are you? You've never met a
- 6:02Speaker 4: conservative woman? He's also calling me them, I mean not
- 6:05Speaker 4: to like whatever, but I'm a five time New York
- 6:07Speaker 4: Times bestselling author, I'm an Emmy winner, I'm an idiot,
- 6:11Speaker 4: Like really, okay, I mean it's just, you know, it's
- 6:13Speaker 4: wildly insulting. It's also wildly I think, just ignorant to
- 6:17Speaker 4: their reasons why people are voting for Trump. As you know,
- 6:20Speaker 4: like if no one you know knows anything about me,
- 6:22Speaker 4: you knows that're like, I'm no big fan of Trump,
- 6:24Speaker 4: but people vote for him for a lot of different reasons.
- 6:26Speaker 4: You know, being pro life is the number one issue
- 6:29Speaker 4: for a lot of people. This like absolutely dog garbage.
- 6:32Speaker 4: Economy is a big issue for people, and like President Harris,
- 6:35Speaker 4: has not made a case for herself so far that
- 6:38Speaker 4: I have found sufficient or adequate for anyone to vote
- 6:41Speaker 4: for her A great example issue. Or is she not
- 6:45Speaker 4: for taxpayers paying for transgendered illegal immigrants to get surgery
- 6:49Speaker 4: in jail? Yes?
- 6:50Speaker 5: Or no.
- 6:50Speaker 4: I watched the entire Breadbar interview. I have no idea,
- 6:53Speaker 4: absolutely no idea, and that to me is not a
- 6:55Speaker 4: competent person to be in a White House. So you know,
- 6:58Speaker 4: I think it's just another air or like another unenforced
- 7:01Speaker 4: error that will when we reflect on this election that
- 7:04Speaker 4: it's very looking, very highly like Trump will wins. You know,
- 7:08Speaker 4: these are lessons Democrats keep not learning and errors they
- 7:13Speaker 4: continue to make over and over again. Call conservative women
- 7:16Speaker 4: dumb at your own peril. My friend Hillary Clinton did
- 7:18Speaker 4: the same thing. We see how that played out.
- 7:21Speaker 1: You know, the women are dominating early voting across the country,
- 7:25Speaker 1: and there are some conservative allies of mine that are
- 7:28Speaker 1: very nervous about this. With just five days left, they're saying,
- 7:33Speaker 1: and we're seeing more women have also voted in early
- 7:36Speaker 1: voting states than I think ever before. Women have outpaced
- 7:39Speaker 1: men when it comes early voting, which may be a
- 7:42Speaker 1: sign of what some are saying on TV right now
- 7:44Speaker 1: is oh big trouble for Donald Trump's presidential campaign with
- 7:48Speaker 1: less than five days left until election day. This is
- 7:51Speaker 1: also shocking because you've worked, You've been on presidential campaigns
- 7:54Speaker 1: before your dad's. Apparently, at the five day mark, more
- 7:58Speaker 1: than sixty million Americans have already cast their ballots. According
- 8:02Speaker 1: to the University of Forida's Election lab, women are making
- 8:05Speaker 1: up fifty four percent of that number, while men are
- 8:08Speaker 1: making up forty four percent of that number. And several
- 8:11Speaker 1: swing states are seeing a similar ten percent difference between
- 8:15Speaker 1: the genders when it comes to who is early voted.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Pennsylvania swing state, Michigan swing state, Georgia now a swing
- 8:24Speaker 1: state I think, and North Carolina you're seeing a ten
- 8:27Speaker 1: percent difference between women showing up in men women showing
- 8:31Speaker 1: up in higher numbers. Now here's the question that I have.
- 8:34Speaker 1: It's if you listen to the media, they will tell
- 8:37Speaker 1: you that women are showing up because of the abortion
- 8:40Speaker 1: issue and the obsession over Roe v.
- 8:41Speaker 3: Wade.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Then the other argument I would make is there's a
- 8:47Speaker 1: lot of women right now that are suffering living paycheck
- 8:49Speaker 1: to paycheck and they're scadtires saying no to their kids
- 8:51Speaker 1: on everything because of finances, and they're showing up because
- 8:55Speaker 1: they're hurting Megan.
- 8:57Speaker 3: There's two thoughts here.
- 8:58Speaker 1: If you want to scare people on the left, there
- 9:00Speaker 1: saying oh, this is proof that women are showing up,
- 9:02Speaker 1: they're voting on the abortion issue, abortion on demand.
- 9:05Speaker 3: I'm not so sure that's accurate.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I think there could be a lot of women voting
- 9:09Speaker 1: early because they're sick and tired of saying no to
- 9:12Speaker 1: their kids because of financial reasons. And there's nothing worse
- 9:15Speaker 1: to parent having to tell your kid no because you
- 9:17Speaker 1: can't afford your life right now.
- 9:19Speaker 3: I think this could be more about the economy.
- 9:22Speaker 1: You, as a mom and as a woman talking to
- 9:24Speaker 1: women a lot on your show, what do you think?
- 9:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, look, there's definitely a certain segment of
- 9:28Speaker 4: the population that of progressive women that abortion is the
- 9:32Speaker 4: only thing that matter, isn't the only thing they vote on.
- 9:35Speaker 4: I personally don't know anyone like that, but I know
- 9:37Speaker 4: that it does exist. I think women are very I
- 9:40Speaker 4: always say like election issues are just women's issues. Women
- 9:43Speaker 4: care about the economy and the border and national security,
- 9:46Speaker 4: and I think just for me, anecdotally, I have seen
- 9:50Speaker 4: the difference in going to the grocery store for me
- 9:54Speaker 4: and my kids and my family this year versus when
- 9:57Speaker 4: Trump was in office, and what a big difference it makes.
- 9:59Speaker 4: I've seen interest rates. I've seen the interest rates on houses.
- 10:02Speaker 4: I mean, you know, everyone knows that the economy right
- 10:05Speaker 4: now is in a pretty awful place, and I think
- 10:07Speaker 4: a lot of people just want change. And I think
- 10:10Speaker 4: I wouldn't if we go from like data from elections pass,
- 10:13Speaker 4: particularly in twenty sixteen, there's a lot of women who
- 10:15Speaker 4: are shy Trump voters who are not going to be
- 10:18Speaker 4: like wearing MAGA hats and broadcasting it and screaming about it.
- 10:21Speaker 4: They're going to vote for him privately and quietly. And
- 10:24Speaker 4: I would never make the assumption that just because women
- 10:26Speaker 4: are out voting it means that she's winning. He's like,
- 10:28Speaker 4: absolutely ridiculous the idea that all women are just going
- 10:31Speaker 4: to vote for her. It's a very ignorant, I think
- 10:33Speaker 4: misreading of what women are in America.
- 10:37Speaker 1: I also think that they are just it's to put
- 10:40Speaker 1: women in one category, with abortion being the all Like
- 10:45Speaker 1: I understand that feminists and a lot of women on
- 10:48Speaker 1: the issue of abortion this is the obsession issue, but
- 10:51Speaker 1: they were going to vote anyway. I just have a
- 10:53Speaker 1: hard time believing that. So there's a lot of women
- 10:55Speaker 1: in this country that are, you know, working hard, or
- 10:58Speaker 1: their husbands are working hard, or they're paid check to paycheck,
- 11:01Speaker 1: and with this economy that they're sitting there and they're
- 11:04Speaker 1: putting abortion above all the reality of inflation. I think
- 11:07Speaker 1: it's the economy stupid, that's this election.
- 11:11Speaker 4: No, I totally agree, and I think, you know, we
- 11:13Speaker 4: all just wanted to stop. I mean, you know, when
- 11:16Speaker 4: you're paying like nine dollars for a carton of eggs.
- 11:20Speaker 4: If you see one of my friends, I've posted this
- 11:22Speaker 4: in the summertime sent me a receipt of her order
- 11:26Speaker 4: from Walmart that she did for the fourth of July
- 11:29Speaker 4: in twenty twenty versus this summer, and the difference is
- 11:32Speaker 4: like three or four hundred dollars for the exact same stuff.
- 11:35Speaker 4: And I just think people are sick of that, Like
- 11:38Speaker 4: they're sick of paying more for nothing and then being
- 11:42Speaker 4: told by democrats and power that nothing's wrong and that
- 11:46Speaker 4: everything's fine. And you know, there are some jobs numbers
- 11:49Speaker 4: that seem somewhat okay, but it doesn't matter if there
- 11:52Speaker 4: are more jobs, if you're paying extra for all the
- 11:55Speaker 4: normal things that we all just have to you know,
- 11:57Speaker 4: have to live. I don't know. I just I always
- 12:00Speaker 4: find I always find conversations about women in general from
- 12:04Speaker 4: the media to be very myopic. And again, it's just
- 12:08Speaker 4: going back to the original point of this conversation. People
- 12:11Speaker 4: like Mark Cuban, people who host Morning Joe, they do
- 12:14Speaker 4: not interact and act with women like me, ever, and
- 12:17Speaker 4: they sure as hell don't interact with women who make
- 12:20Speaker 4: less than one hundred thousand dollars a year who are
- 12:22Speaker 4: hardcore conservatives. It's not something that exists in the world.
- 12:25Speaker 4: So you can't report on this and talk about this
- 12:27Speaker 4: unless you're living in reality. And I just think you
- 12:29Speaker 4: should listen to people like Selena Zito who are doing
- 12:31Speaker 4: real reporting on the road, and she's saying that there's
- 12:34Speaker 4: so many women that she speaks to every single day
- 12:37Speaker 4: in rural Pennsylvania who literally are putting on the economy
- 12:40Speaker 4: and the economy only and they don't care if President
- 12:42Speaker 4: Trump says the most offensive things you can possibly think
- 12:44Speaker 4: possible on stage. They just want to pay less for groceries.
- 12:48Speaker 1: You mentioned Tulca Gabbert and she's now come out. Not
- 12:52Speaker 1: only has she come out in swit's the Republican Party,
- 12:54Speaker 1: but she's endorsing Donald Trump. She's one of your best friends,
- 12:58Speaker 1: and you guys spend a lot of time together. You
- 13:00Speaker 1: also are someone that has been very outspoken against Donald
- 13:04Speaker 1: Trump as well as a Republican woman.
- 13:07Speaker 3: You're obviously Republican.
- 13:09Speaker 1: This is why I love you and I being friends
- 13:11Speaker 1: because we can agree to disagree on multiple things, and
- 13:13Speaker 1: you and I have had vigorous conversations about it. I
- 13:16Speaker 1: want your opinion at this moment in the campaign seeing
- 13:21Speaker 1: what Harris has done, you know, them calling the fifty
- 13:26Speaker 1: percent of the country garbage? Does that change women voters
- 13:30Speaker 1: who maybe weren't on the Trump train, maybe they're not
- 13:33Speaker 1: Maga voters, but they're sitting there going okay. I like
- 13:37Speaker 1: how Donald Trump is acting now a little bit differently.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I'll give you an example of this. I listened to
- 13:43Speaker 1: the six minutes when he responded his campaign rally about
- 13:47Speaker 1: his supporters being garbage, and two or three years ago,
- 13:51Speaker 1: I think you would have been brimstone and fire. He
- 13:53Speaker 1: was actually pretty chill and laughing and just kind of saying,
- 13:58Speaker 1: this is where we are and this is what she thinks.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Of us, and this is who she is.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Go vote if you want, if you want your opinion
- 14:06Speaker 1: to matter, but if you think she's going to help
- 14:08Speaker 1: you in this country, she's not. I actually thought it
- 14:11Speaker 1: was a very different Donald Trump. I think he's a
- 14:13Speaker 1: lot different since the first assassination attempt on his life.
- 14:16Speaker 4: Your thoughts, Yeah, I mean, I definitely agree. He could
- 14:19Speaker 4: have gone a lot harder, and he certainly has done
- 14:22Speaker 4: a lot harder at things in the past. This is
- 14:25Speaker 4: this is a confusing one for me because you know,
- 14:28Speaker 4: I'm not someone who is already a Trump supporter. I'm
- 14:31Speaker 4: the normy vote, the like around four fourteen percent of
- 14:34Speaker 4: the country who doesn't like either candidate. It's a very
- 14:36Speaker 4: tiny minority. And I joked that we're like the resistance
- 14:40Speaker 4: people in the matrix that are living underground, like there's
- 14:42Speaker 4: not a lot of us left. But I will say
- 14:45Speaker 4: that when it comes to the Trump campaign, there have
- 14:47Speaker 4: been a lot of things that he's done that I
- 14:48Speaker 4: was really impressed by, and I thought he did you
- 14:52Speaker 4: know that for an example, like how he responded to
- 14:54Speaker 4: Vice President Harris. He's ran a very disciplined campaign. The
- 14:58Speaker 4: one thing that I agree with making Kelly on which
- 15:00Speaker 4: she said two days ago, is that his engagement at
- 15:05Speaker 4: Madison's a square garden, and a lot of the media
- 15:07Speaker 4: has been doing has been very, very, very BROI how
- 15:11Speaker 4: many times can we go on Joe Rogan and Diovan
- 15:13Speaker 4: And again, that's great for a base of voters that
- 15:16Speaker 4: you have wrapped up in a beautiful bow.
- 15:18Speaker 6: But I would have.
- 15:18Speaker 4: Loved to have him seen him take Alex Cooper call
- 15:22Speaker 4: her daddy up on her offers goal on her show.
- 15:24Speaker 4: I would have loved to see Dadie Vance go on
- 15:27Speaker 4: you know, a female podcaster show. I don't think there
- 15:30Speaker 4: was as much reaching out to sort of like the
- 15:32Speaker 4: independent suburban moms as I would have liked if they
- 15:35Speaker 4: were listening to me on the campaign. But that being said,
- 15:38Speaker 4: I don't know if it really matters when you're paying
- 15:40Speaker 4: twenty five percent more for groceries. I don't know how
- 15:43Speaker 4: much these things actually matter anymore other than like the
- 15:46Speaker 4: state of the world. But if it comes out that
- 15:49Speaker 4: he does lose and it's in part because of women,
- 15:52Speaker 4: I do think they could have done more to reach
- 15:55Speaker 4: out to female voters that I do think are actually
- 15:57Speaker 4: very receptive to voting for Trump.
- 15:59Speaker 7: This time.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Your podcast is a little bit different than mine. You
- 16:03Speaker 1: talk pop culture, you talk things like Bravo, you talk
- 16:08Speaker 1: women's issues. When you look at this election, what is
- 16:12Speaker 1: it that your listeners are saying five days out, four
- 16:15Speaker 1: days out from election day? Because obviously your focus now,
- 16:18Speaker 1: I would assume is more on the election.
- 16:20Speaker 4: They're very upset about the garbage comments so far, like
- 16:23Speaker 4: just anecdotally that they want the election to be over
- 16:27Speaker 4: in general, because this is obviously I think the election
- 16:29Speaker 4: cycle is just too long and it's just really exhausting
- 16:31Speaker 4: for people, and neighbors are fighting, and that a lot
- 16:35Speaker 4: of people are voting for Trump, you know, begrudgingly, like
- 16:39Speaker 4: they don't want do what they're doing. And I have
- 16:41Speaker 4: a lot of people who are writing in RFK or
- 16:44Speaker 4: voting for RFK. That has been more surprising for me.
- 16:46Speaker 4: I think that more has to do with sort of
- 16:48Speaker 4: his take on health and vaccines. That's been something like
- 16:51Speaker 4: I know moms in particular in the country have responded
- 16:53Speaker 4: very intensely too, in like a post COVID world. And
- 16:57Speaker 4: then you know there's some that are voting for her,
- 16:59Speaker 4: not I wouldn't say lots, probably about I don't know
- 17:01Speaker 4: fifteen percent of the audience, but there are some that
- 17:04Speaker 4: are voting for her. I still think he's going to win,
- 17:08Speaker 4: just because of all the momentum, and I just think
- 17:10Speaker 4: there's a lot of I don't know how you make
- 17:11Speaker 4: up the deficit if he even makes like three percent
- 17:15Speaker 4: more with the black vote in like a few small
- 17:18Speaker 4: counties in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Like, I just don't understand
- 17:22Speaker 4: how if he is going to make up the deficit
- 17:24Speaker 4: with Hispanic voters and Black voters that she's losing according
- 17:27Speaker 4: to like very recent polling. I just don't think there's
- 17:30Speaker 4: enough you know, progressive women on planet Earth to get
- 17:33Speaker 4: her into the White House. Do you agree?
- 17:36Speaker 3: I look, I think it's turning that way as well.
- 17:38Speaker 1: But I love hearing your perspective because you're talking to
- 17:41Speaker 1: a different audience than I am. And but that's how
- 17:44Speaker 1: I'm reading the room as well. Megan as always, thank
- 17:48Speaker 1: you for coming on. I'm going to bother you maybe
- 17:51Speaker 1: before election day, certainly after election day, and most importantly
- 17:54Speaker 1: everybody listening go follow her on social media and her podcast,
- 17:57Speaker 1: Citizen McCain It is Fastibulous. I will be a guest
- 18:01Speaker 1: on that podcast a day after the election. We're going
- 18:05Speaker 1: to be filming and so I'll make sure linked as well.
- 18:07Speaker 1: But grab Citizen McCain. It is a fabulous podcast. You
- 18:11Speaker 1: will love it. Let me tell you real quick about
- 18:13Speaker 1: an important organization that I want you to know about,
- 18:17Speaker 1: especially if you carry a firearm. Everyone thinks that their
- 18:22Speaker 1: family is safe, but are you really? Is the question
- 18:25Speaker 1: you need to be asking yourself with the elections coming up,
- 18:28Speaker 1: anything might happen if you dare defend yourself with the firearm.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Our twisted legal system with activists das all over the
- 18:35Speaker 1: country will probably put you behind bars while the criminals
- 18:39Speaker 1: walk free. There's a lot of activist das that hate
- 18:42Speaker 1: law abiding citizens that carry a firearm, and that is
- 18:46Speaker 1: exactly why you need to be able to protect yourself
- 18:49Speaker 1: and your family. And that's why over eight hundred thousand
- 18:53Speaker 1: Americans are now members of the USCCA. I had to
- 18:57Speaker 1: use my firearm to save my life. I had to
- 18:59Speaker 1: pull that trigger, and boy do I wish that night
- 19:01Speaker 1: when that happened, I had someone looking out for my rights.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Because not only will you get access to their protector
- 19:09Speaker 1: academy a USCCA, but you also learn vital skills like
- 19:13Speaker 1: precision shooting and how to fortify your home against criminals.
- 19:18Speaker 1: But you're also going to get access to the most
- 19:20Speaker 1: important thing, the twenty four to seven Critical Response Team
- 19:24Speaker 1: and the included benefit of self defense Liability insurance to
- 19:30Speaker 1: make sure that you and your family are prepared for anything.
- 19:34Speaker 1: And for a limited time. If you text the word
- 19:36Speaker 1: America to eight seven two two two, you're going to
- 19:42Speaker 1: get the uscca's free Life Saving Concealed Carrey and Family
- 19:46Speaker 1: Defense Guide that's for free and also a chance to
- 19:49Speaker 1: win seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self defense gear
- 19:53Speaker 1: you need before it's too late. All you have to
- 19:55Speaker 1: do is text the word America to eight seven two
- 19:59Speaker 1: two two right now. Let's text the word America to
- 20:02Speaker 1: eight seven two two two right now.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Now.
- 20:06Speaker 1: I want to go back real quick to just the
- 20:09Speaker 1: Mark Cuban aspect of this and one of my other
- 20:12Speaker 1: dear friends, Kaylee Mcanannie. She's one of the hosts on
- 20:16Speaker 1: Fox News Outnumbered. She had this to say about Mark
- 20:21Speaker 1: Cuban's comments today, that show obviously is for women. On
- 20:25Speaker 1: a show, there's a man that's outnumbered in the middle,
- 20:28Speaker 1: and I want you to hear her opening remarks after
- 20:31Speaker 1: they play a clip of Mark Cuban.
- 20:33Speaker 3: You'll hear Cuban first, listen.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Donald Trump you never see him around strong, intelligent women ever.
- 20:40Speaker 2: It's just that simple. They're intimidating to him. He doesn't
- 20:43Speaker 2: like to be challenged by them.
- 20:48Speaker 8: Kaylee, Mark Cuban, Okay, I had to take a breath
- 20:51Speaker 8: before this because this is so profoundly offensive. I worked
- 20:56Speaker 8: for Donald Trump. I consider myself a strong woman. Are
- 21:00Speaker 8: those around me strong women? Kelly and Conway, Brooke Rowlins,
- 21:04Speaker 8: Avanka Trump, Hope Hicks, Sarah Sander, Nicki Haley who still
- 21:09Speaker 8: supports him, like Amy Cony Barrett, who he put on
- 21:12Speaker 8: the Supreme Court, or the women currently around him. Susie
- 21:15Speaker 8: Wiles comes to mind, Caroline Levitt. That is so offensive,
- 21:18Speaker 8: and you know why because it's not just about the
- 21:20Speaker 8: women who worked for him. He said the women around
- 21:22Speaker 8: Donald Trump. This comes right after the Joe Biden garbage comment. Okay,
- 21:26Speaker 8: the women around Donald Trump? What about the women who
- 21:28Speaker 8: vote for Donald Trump? Are they weak? Are they dumb?
- 21:31Speaker 8: Did Mark Cuban just insult any woman who supports Donald Trump?
- 21:34Speaker 8: Because it's a little, very small step from that, and
- 21:36Speaker 8: this is an official Biden Excuse me, Harris campaign surrogate,
- 21:40Speaker 8: Mark Cuban, that is misogynistic in my view. Get out
- 21:44Speaker 8: of here, Mark Cuban. Kamala Harris, he's your surrogate. I
- 21:47Speaker 8: want to hear from you. Do you agree the women
- 21:49Speaker 8: are weak and ineffective? Whatever he said, get out of here,
- 21:52Speaker 8: and I can't wait to hear from.
- 21:53Speaker 9: You, Kamala.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Kamala, by the way, you know won't touch this with
- 21:57Speaker 1: a ten foot pole, and she will not have to
- 22:00Speaker 1: based on what we know from the mainstream media. Now,
- 22:02Speaker 1: is there a world where she could possibly have to
- 22:04Speaker 1: answer for this?
- 22:05Speaker 3: Maybe? Right, right, maybe maybe?
- 22:09Speaker 1: Kama Harris was doing a NBC News exclusive right she
- 22:13Speaker 1: was asked a question about the garbage comments on NBC News.
- 22:18Speaker 1: It was a Harris one on one with NBC News
- 22:21Speaker 1: in Arizona. I state that she needs to win. Here's
- 22:24Speaker 1: what she said on the garbage comments.
- 22:27Speaker 10: Former President Trump also wrote around in a garbage truck
- 22:31Speaker 10: to call attention to President Biden's comments about his supporters
- 22:34Speaker 10: and their rhetoric. Are you concerned that President Biden's comments
- 22:37Speaker 10: might undermine your own messaging that you want to be
- 22:40Speaker 10: a president for all Americans.
- 22:41Speaker 5: Well, I've addressed how I feel about those comments, one
- 22:45Speaker 5: that the President explained what he meant.
- 22:48Speaker 7: But two, I do not believe, and I will.
- 22:50Speaker 5: Speak for myself, that we should ever criticize people based
- 22:55Speaker 5: on who they vote for. But let's understand again where
- 22:58Speaker 5: we are in this election. On the one and you
- 23:00Speaker 5: have Donald Trump, who refers to people by the most
- 23:03Speaker 5: demeaning words, who attempts to really to take from them
- 23:08Speaker 5: the dignity that.
- 23:09Speaker 7: They so rightly deserve.
- 23:11Speaker 5: He is someone who talks full time about the enemy within.
- 23:14Speaker 5: He speaks ill of America, He refers to us as
- 23:18Speaker 5: a garbage can, and he does not understand that most
- 23:22Speaker 5: people are exhausted with his rhetoric, exhausted with that approach,
- 23:25Speaker 5: exhausted with an approach that Donald Trump has that's trying
- 23:28Speaker 5: to divide our country and have Americans point fingers at
- 23:31Speaker 5: each other. They're done with it, and they're ready to
- 23:33Speaker 5: turn the page and accept and receive a new generation
- 23:36Speaker 5: of leadership, which I offer.
- 23:37Speaker 11: As he and his supporters grab onto that language. Though
- 23:40Speaker 11: from President Biden, you're not at all concerned that might
- 23:42Speaker 11: undermine your messaging, I.
- 23:45Speaker 5: Am very clear that in this election, what the American
- 23:48Speaker 5: people want most is to know that I have a plan,
- 23:52Speaker 5: that we have a plan to bring down the cost
- 23:54Speaker 5: of living and invest in American families, invest in small businesses, invest.
- 23:59Speaker 7: In our economy.
- 24:00Speaker 5: I am proud that I have the support of leading
- 24:03Speaker 5: economist in our nation who recognize that I actually have
- 24:06Speaker 5: a specific plan and that it will strengthen America's economy.
- 24:09Speaker 5: He has very little of a plan besides giving tax
- 24:12Speaker 5: breaks to the richest people, and his plan.
- 24:14Speaker 7: Whatever it may be, will actually weaken on I've talked
- 24:17Speaker 7: to her.
- 24:18Speaker 1: You listen to how she didn't really answer the question.
- 24:22Speaker 1: You notice that she didn't apologize. You notice that she
- 24:26Speaker 1: really didn't distance herself. I have addressed how I feel
- 24:30Speaker 1: about those comments, like enough said, I don't have to
- 24:32Speaker 1: answer any more questions. I'm Kamala Harris. And then she
- 24:36Speaker 1: immediately moves on to more of her rhetoric of We're
- 24:42Speaker 1: just going to win this thing, right, We're just going
- 24:44Speaker 1: to win this thing. And she was asked a question
- 24:47Speaker 1: what keeps you up at night? I want you to
- 24:50Speaker 1: hear this BS answer.
- 24:53Speaker 11: Former First Lady Michelle Obama says she stays up at
- 24:55Speaker 11: night wondering why this election is so close?
- 24:58Speaker 7: Do you do that?
- 24:59Speaker 3: What keeps you night?
- 25:01Speaker 5: What keeps me up that night are the challenges that
- 25:04Speaker 5: face the American family and my role and responsibility in
- 25:08Speaker 5: my to do list to address those issues, whether it
- 25:12Speaker 5: be on bringing down the cost of groceries, bringing down
- 25:15Speaker 5: the cost of housing, what we need to do to
- 25:16Speaker 5: make sure childcare is affordable for working families, what I
- 25:20Speaker 5: will do to make sure that Medicare covers in home
- 25:23Speaker 5: care for seniors.
- 25:24Speaker 7: Those are the things that keep me up, which is doing.
- 25:27Speaker 5: The work that will directly impact the people of America.
- 25:30Speaker 5: And this again is a big contrast between me and
- 25:33Speaker 5: Donald Trump.
- 25:33Speaker 7: He spends full time.
- 25:35Speaker 5: Talking about himself, his personal grievances, his enemies list. On
- 25:41Speaker 5: day one, I will walk into the Oval office with
- 25:44Speaker 5: my to do list, which is about helping the American
- 25:46Speaker 5: people deal with their challenges and also tap into their
- 25:49Speaker 5: ambitions and.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Dream ambitions, dreams. Bunch of generalities, nothing really there that
- 25:57Speaker 1: is concrete. Now, if you want to vote for that,
- 26:01Speaker 1: you're going to get more of the same. That's what
- 26:03Speaker 1: you're going to get. You're gonna get more of the
- 26:06Speaker 1: same on this issue. I gotta tell you, I love

- 27:23Speaker 3: Now he's got all the women out attacking other women.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Elizabeth Warren, Trump is showing us what a serial abuser does.
- 27:29Speaker 1: That's what she said on MSNBC, just hours after they
- 27:33Speaker 1: referred to women as being dumb and stupid that vote
- 27:37Speaker 1: for Trump. Christy Nome coming out doing an interview on
- 27:40Speaker 1: Mark Cuban, she's South Dakota governor.
- 27:43Speaker 3: Here's what she said.
- 27:45Speaker 6: You know, you sort of alluded to the elitism that
- 27:47Speaker 6: really is coming through.
- 27:48Speaker 3: On the Democratic side.
- 27:49Speaker 6: In fact, I know, Governor, you're taking issue with those
- 27:52Speaker 6: remarks from Harris Sarah get Mark Cuban on the View
- 27:55Speaker 6: today that President Trump on paraphrasing he's never seen him
- 27:59Speaker 6: around wrong intelligent women. You've got to wonder what his
- 28:02Speaker 6: classification is for strong and intelligent, because a lot of
- 28:06Speaker 6: women are obviously going to take offense with that.
- 28:09Speaker 9: Oh absolutely, you know, I rarely get offended because I
- 28:12Speaker 9: recognize that politics is a full combat sport at some times.
- 28:17Speaker 9: But the fact that I immediately thought of Milania, I
- 28:20Speaker 9: immediately thought of Ivanka and all, and you know the
- 28:24Speaker 9: people that he had in leadership positions in the White
- 28:27Speaker 9: House when he served Sara Huckabee Sanders as his press secretary.
- 28:31Speaker 9: He just elevated women all the time and has always
- 28:33Speaker 9: given me the opportunity to pick up the phone, call him,
- 28:36Speaker 9: walk into a meeting with him and listen and to hear,
- 28:39Speaker 9: and to give us the opportunities to do our jobs
- 28:43Speaker 9: the best that we possibly can to our ability. So
- 28:45Speaker 9: I you know, I could tell from that video of
- 28:47Speaker 9: Mark Cuban he was emotional, and I think the reason
- 28:51Speaker 9: he's emotional is because he's panicking.
- 28:52Speaker 7: He just cannot.
- 28:53Speaker 9: Believe that they are doing so poorly out there campaigning
- 28:57Speaker 9: that they can't pull one over the American people's eyes
- 29:00Speaker 9: and try to get Harris into the White House. They're
- 29:03Speaker 9: just not going to because we see that everything that
- 29:05Speaker 9: she's been campaigning on is fake and a lie, and
- 29:08Speaker 9: that's not what the American people want anymore.
- 29:11Speaker 1: By the way, there's two things here with Mark Cuban.
- 29:13Speaker 1: I said this on an earlier show, and I'll say
- 29:15Speaker 1: it again quickly. Mark Cuban is a guy that clearly
- 29:20Speaker 1: has been given, okay, some sort of significant position in
- 29:26Speaker 1: a Harris administration, and that's the deal, and it's something
- 29:31Speaker 1: he can't buy. So he's out there on the campaign trail.
- 29:34Speaker 1: He's out there, you know, stumping for her. There's something
- 29:37Speaker 1: he wants there. And look at billionaires like to get
- 29:40Speaker 1: into politics because it's one thing that you can't really
- 29:42Speaker 1: buy the power, and that's clearly Cuban's board. He's given
- 29:47Speaker 1: up Shark Tank, for example, and this is his next thing.
- 29:50Speaker 1: I'll be in an administration and I'll run something right,
- 29:54Speaker 1: And I'm sure Harris has offered him something. That's my opinion,
- 29:57Speaker 1: that's what I believe. But then there's also another factor here.
- 30:00Speaker 1: I think Mark Cuban has always been like such a
- 30:03Speaker 1: big deal for so long, whether it be with the
- 30:05Speaker 1: MAVs or with Shark Tank or whatever. That I think
- 30:08Speaker 1: he thought, I can come in this race and I'll
- 30:11Speaker 1: go toe to toe with Donald Trump as a surrogate
- 30:13Speaker 1: and I'll just beat Trump.
- 30:15Speaker 3: And it's not that simple.
- 30:18Speaker 1: And so I do think that's part of the reason
- 30:20Speaker 1: why he said what he just said. It's the same
- 30:23Speaker 1: reason why they're calling us garbage, because he's realizing now
- 30:27Speaker 1: that all, yes, he is famous. Okay, I will I
- 30:29Speaker 1: will never take that away from him. He is famous,
- 30:32Speaker 1: But just because you're famous doesn't mean that the American
- 30:38Speaker 1: people will follow you on election day.
- 30:42Speaker 3: That is not what's happening here.
- 30:46Speaker 1: And and that is the part that you got to
- 30:48Speaker 1: kind of laugh at is these guys, you know, they
- 30:51Speaker 1: they walk in, They're like, oh, I got this thing.
- 30:53Speaker 3: Watch this. Watch what I'm about to pull off?
- 30:55Speaker 1: Right Like watch, watch, watch how I walk in and
- 30:59Speaker 1: change this election.
- 31:00Speaker 3: And then all of a sudden he's like.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Wait, no one's changing anything, Like nothing's changing at all. Wait,
- 31:07Speaker 1: I might be involved in politics for the first time
- 31:09Speaker 1: in my life publicly, and I'm out there being a surrogate,
- 31:11Speaker 1: and I might lose. Like there's an ego factor there
- 31:14Speaker 1: for him as well. I mean there's a pretty big
- 31:17Speaker 1: ego factor there. And so I think part of it
- 31:22Speaker 1: is actually this that he is so afraid that he's
- 31:26Speaker 1: about to screw this thing up or that he will
- 31:29Speaker 1: not he'll realize. And I go back to Taylor Swift.
- 31:33Speaker 1: You know, Taylor Swift comes out indorses. She also got
- 31:35Speaker 1: involved in Tennessee politics, going against Marshall Blackburn the center there.
- 31:39Speaker 1: It didn't work, and she's involved this time and so far,
- 31:45Speaker 1: it hasn't had that big.
- 31:46Speaker 3: Of an impact.
- 31:48Speaker 1: She's the most famous person you could argue maybe in
- 31:51Speaker 1: the world at pop star, and she endorsed Harris. Hasn't
- 31:54Speaker 1: made an impact. Beyonce's another example. Has it really had
- 31:57Speaker 1: an impact? Mark Cuban's out there spending his time and
- 32:01Speaker 1: energy on a campaign trail.
- 32:02Speaker 3: He's invested in it.
- 32:05Speaker 1: But if it doesn't have an impact, then maybe you're
- 32:07Speaker 1: just famous and no one cares what you think about politics.
- 32:11Speaker 3: There is a real aspect of that.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and
- 32:17Speaker 1: your friends as we are just days away from election day.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Hit that share button right now and I will see
- 32:23Speaker 1: you back here tomorrow.
