- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, let's talk about what's going to happen in
- 0:03Speaker 1: this new year when it comes to Democrats trying to
- 0:06Speaker 1: boot Donald Trump off the ballot in multiple states around
- 0:10Speaker 1: the country, this including Colorado, and the Supreme Court is
- 0:15Speaker 1: going to have to get involved there as well as Maine.
- 0:18Speaker 1: This now coming from the Associated Press. The Colorado Republican
- 0:22Speaker 1: Party appealed that state Supreme Court decision that found former
- 0:27Speaker 1: President Donald Trump is ineligible for the presidency, potential first
- 0:32Speaker 1: step to a showdown at the nation's highest court over
- 0:35Speaker 1: the meaning of the one hundred and fifty five year old
- 0:38Speaker 1: constitutional provision that bans from office those who engage in insurrection. Now,
- 0:45Speaker 1: let's talk about the facts here and how egregious this
- 0:48Speaker 1: abuse of power is in Colorado, and why I believe
- 0:52Speaker 1: legally there's no chance in how this is going to stand.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Number One, the President has not been charged with insurrection
- 0:57Speaker 1: or found guilty of insurrection.
- 0:59Speaker 2: In fact, on.
- 1:01Speaker 1: January the sixth, the day they claim makes him ineligible
- 1:05Speaker 1: to be president of the United States of America, he
- 1:08Speaker 1: told people to go and be peaceful.
- 1:11Speaker 2: That's right, to be peaceful.
- 1:13Speaker 1: So how can you accuse a man of insurrection when
- 1:16Speaker 1: he's publicly out there telling people to go peacefully to
- 1:19Speaker 1: the nation's capital and telling people to peacefully protest. That's
- 1:24Speaker 1: a huge problem for the Democrats and the Supreme Court.
- 1:29Speaker 2: They are not idiots. Now, this is also.
- 1:32Speaker 1: About undermining and I want you to understand how we
- 1:35Speaker 1: got to where we are and why Democrats are now
- 1:38Speaker 1: doing this in places like Colorado in Maine. In fact,
- 1:42Speaker 1: let me bring you up to speed on Maine so
- 1:43Speaker 1: you understand what's going on there, and then I'm going
- 1:45Speaker 1: to explain to you the game plan here for Democrats.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Maine's Democratic secretary of State remove former President Donald Trump
- 1:53Speaker 1: from the state's presidential primary ballot under the Constitution's insurrection clause, right,
- 2:00Speaker 1: cookie cuttering cutting what they did in Colorado, becoming the
- 2:04Speaker 1: first election official to take action unilaterally, all right, So
- 2:08Speaker 1: she just decided to do it as one person, as
- 2:12Speaker 1: the US Supreme Court is now poys to decide whether
- 2:15Speaker 1: Trump remains eligible to return to the White House.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Now, let me.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Explain to you also who Maine's Democratic secretary of State is.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Miss Bellows actually tweeted this out back on January the fourth,
- 2:31Speaker 1: twenty twenty two, so almost two years ago to the day.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Quote the fundamental right of any American citizen to vote freely, fairly,
- 2:41Speaker 1: and to have their vote counted is the premise of
- 2:45Speaker 1: our democracy. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are
- 2:49Speaker 1: not values to be compromised away.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Now, why did she tweet that out and believe.
- 2:56Speaker 1: That then two years ago but abandon all of that now?
- 3:00Speaker 2: It's actually very simple.
- 3:02Speaker 1: This main Democratic secretary of State sees an opportunity to
- 3:06Speaker 1: seize power and to get rid of a candidate that
- 3:09Speaker 1: she is afraid is going to win not just the primary,
- 3:13Speaker 1: but the presidency all over again. Why did she abandon
- 3:17Speaker 1: her values that she claimed she believed in back in
- 3:20Speaker 1: twenty twenty two because she believes that Donald Trump is
- 3:24Speaker 1: a true threat to getting rid of the deep state,
- 3:28Speaker 1: getting rid of socialists and communists within our government, and
- 3:34Speaker 1: making sure that we have a government that is for
- 3:36Speaker 1: the people and by the people.
- 3:38Speaker 2: They don't want that.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Now, now that you understand the premise of these two
- 3:44Speaker 1: situations a little bit better, let me explain to you
- 3:47Speaker 1: how we got to where we are now.
- 3:49Speaker 2: And this is the most important part. Number one, I want.
- 3:53Speaker 1: To take you back to twenty sixteen. In twenty sixteen,
- 3:57Speaker 1: the Democratic Party tried to get rid of Donald Trump
- 4:00Speaker 1: before election day by putting out information that was filled
- 4:05Speaker 1: with lies, that he was somehow an agent for Russia,
- 4:09Speaker 1: that he was being controlled by Russia, that he was
- 4:12Speaker 1: compromised by Vladimir Putin. This all was because of what
- 4:16Speaker 1: they described as the Still Dossier. Now, that dossier, we
- 4:19Speaker 1: know now for a fact, was actually created out of
- 4:22Speaker 1: thin air. It was created and paid for by Hillary
- 4:26Speaker 1: Clinton for President and the Democratic National Committee. We know
- 4:31Speaker 1: that both of them lied about that dossier to the
- 4:34Speaker 1: point that they both had to pay fines to the
- 4:36Speaker 1: federal government for lying about that document knowing that it
- 4:40Speaker 1: was user generated.
- 4:41Speaker 2: That is all a fact.
- 4:43Speaker 1: So what did the Democrats do after they lost the
- 4:45Speaker 1: election that they couldn't believe that they lost? Now, let
- 4:48Speaker 1: me also take you back to election night twenty sixteen.
- 4:51Speaker 1: I was in New York City doing TV coverage and
- 4:55Speaker 1: I remember watching it unfold as I was doing Good
- 4:58Speaker 1: Morning Britain as a MA and commentator. Now, Good Morning Britain,
- 5:01Speaker 1: just so you understand, is like the Today Show in
- 5:05Speaker 1: the UK, and I was sitting there on set at
- 5:08Speaker 1: Times Square.
- 5:09Speaker 2: We had a Times Square.
- 5:10Speaker 1: It was the middle of the night, was freezing outside,
- 5:12Speaker 1: We had an outdoor set and it was I mean
- 5:14Speaker 1: absolutely freezing on election out of New York City, you know, November,
- 5:20Speaker 1: and I was watching it happen, and I was watching
- 5:22Speaker 1: the faces of the Liberals that were on that panel,
- 5:25Speaker 1: just in total dismay that Donald Trump could have possibly won,
- 5:30Speaker 1: and then when he won, them having to deal with
- 5:33Speaker 1: the reality that Hillary Clinton. It was supposed to be
- 5:35Speaker 1: a coronation, right, It was supposed to be a Hillary
- 5:38Speaker 1: Clinton come on stage and a building that was, you know,
- 5:41Speaker 1: a glass building about breaking the last ceiling, and she
- 5:44Speaker 1: was going to be the first female president in the
- 5:46Speaker 1: history of this country. And it was all about symbolism,
- 5:50Speaker 1: and it was all a coronation of Hillary Clinton. No
- 5:54Speaker 1: one in the Democratic Party and no one working in
- 5:57Speaker 1: TV at the time. I was also at CNN, was
- 6:01Speaker 1: as a commentator thought that Donald Trump was going to
- 6:03Speaker 1: win that election.
- 6:05Speaker 2: So what did they do after he won?
- 6:06Speaker 1: They said, Okay, well, the American people picked someone we
- 6:09Speaker 1: don't like. We're going to get rid of him through
- 6:13Speaker 1: impeachment since we couldn't get rid of him on election
- 6:15Speaker 1: day with these lies and smears against him. So they
- 6:19Speaker 1: took the same lies and smears the Steele dossier, and
- 6:23Speaker 1: they took them to Congress.
- 6:25Speaker 2: And what did the Democrats do?
- 6:27Speaker 1: They moved to impeach Donald Trump off of lies that
- 6:30Speaker 1: they knew they created, user generated, any accusations that they
- 6:35Speaker 1: had made out of thin air, accusations the FBI had
- 6:38Speaker 1: already classified as what they described as user generated. They
- 6:42Speaker 1: had met with Christopher Steele and they said, hey, Christopher,
- 6:44Speaker 1: we'll give you a million dollars if you can corroborate
- 6:48Speaker 1: any of the claims in this dossier.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Guess what.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Christopher Steele didn't get the million dollars because he couldn't
- 6:54Speaker 1: corroborate any of the claims against him. And the reason
- 6:57Speaker 1: why was actually very simple, because it was made up.
- 7:00Speaker 1: And he's the one that made up the story with
- 7:02Speaker 1: the help of others, I'm sure who set around a
- 7:04Speaker 1: room and said, all right, how do we make sure
- 7:06Speaker 1: Donald Trump loses? What lies can we tell? How do
- 7:09Speaker 1: we guarantee Hillary Clinton's the president? The Deep State was
- 7:13Speaker 1: all in on this, all right. Everybody in the Deep
- 7:16Speaker 1: State at the highest levels were in on this. There
- 7:18Speaker 1: was no way they were going to let Donald Trump
- 7:20Speaker 1: become president. Then he wins, So they're like, all right, well,
- 7:22Speaker 1: how do we get rid of him? Bam, we go
- 7:24Speaker 1: out there and we impeach him. So then they started
- 7:28Speaker 1: using the scumbags of Congress, the Nancy Pelosi, the Adam
- 7:31Speaker 1: Shifts and other scumbags in Congress. And what did they do.
- 7:35Speaker 1: They then impeached Donald Trump. Now that didn't work either,
- 7:39Speaker 1: So then they said, all right, well, we got to
- 7:41Speaker 1: lie about him again, and we'll try to impeach him
- 7:45Speaker 1: a second time using January sixth insurrection, and that'll end
- 7:49Speaker 1: his political career and then we never have to worry
- 7:51Speaker 1: about him again. Fast forward to where we are now January.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Of twenty twenty four.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Democrats are still trying to figure out how the hell
- 8:02Speaker 1: do you get Trump out of office? Even though he's
- 8:05Speaker 1: out of office now, right, they're still trying to figure
- 8:07Speaker 1: out how they guarantee victory for Joe Biden.
- 8:11Speaker 2: How do you do it?
- 8:12Speaker 1: It's pretty simple, They said, all right, impeachment didn't work.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Lying about him before impeachment didn't work. Impeaching him a
- 8:20Speaker 1: second time didn't work. Calling him an insurrectionist didn't work.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Now we'll just take him off the ballot and take
- 8:26Speaker 1: away a right of the American people to decide who
- 8:28Speaker 1: they want to be president of the United States of America.
- 8:31Speaker 2: We'll just do that will unilaterally.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Just like Main's Democratic Secretary of State, with no vote
- 8:36Speaker 1: ever taking place. We'll just take Donald Trump off the ballot,
- 8:41Speaker 1: saying no one can vote for him. Colorado saying the
- 8:44Speaker 1: same thing, right, We'll just take him off the ballot
- 8:47Speaker 1: so that no one has the option to even vote
- 8:50Speaker 1: for him. That's how we take out Donald J.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Trump.

- 10:20Speaker 1: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to
- 10:22Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot. Now, let's dive into real quick
- 10:28Speaker 1: what the evidence is to take Donald Trump off the ballot,
- 10:33Speaker 1: because you're supposed to have evidence, right, You're supposed to
- 10:36Speaker 1: be evidence, and you're supposed to show that evidence to say,
- 10:40Speaker 1: this is why I'm taking him off the ballot. Now
- 10:42Speaker 1: in Maine, for example, where they're unilaterally doing this. This
- 10:48Speaker 1: this bellows mains Democratic Secretary of State who said, in
- 10:52Speaker 1: her own words, the fundamental rights of any American citizen
- 10:54Speaker 1: is to vote freely, fairly, and to have their vote
- 10:56Speaker 1: counted in is the premise of our democracy. That's our
- 10:59Speaker 1: own way, words two years ago on Twitter. Apparently she
- 11:02Speaker 1: doesn't believe that anymore. Well, do you want to know
- 11:05Speaker 1: what she used in her investigation to then take Donald
- 11:09Speaker 1: Trump off the bout?
- 11:10Speaker 2: Now?
- 11:10Speaker 1: To be clear, this is the same woman that has
- 11:13Speaker 1: posted countless pictures with her with Joe Biden.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Grinning from ear to ear, and Barack Obama.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I mean, this is a hardcore Democratic operative who has
- 11:24Speaker 1: been around Joe Biden, who's like, hey, I'll do your
- 11:26Speaker 1: dirty work for you, right, I'm a minion of you.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Please let me take a picture with you, feel some
- 11:32Speaker 1: of the power, and I'll make sure that your political
- 11:34Speaker 1: opponent is off the ballot in my state. So what
- 11:38Speaker 1: did she use to disqualify Trump? She used, in her
- 11:43Speaker 1: own words, in her own filing YouTube clips. That's right,
- 11:49Speaker 1: she said, I am going to take Donald Trump off
- 11:53Speaker 1: the ballot in Maine because of some YouTube videos that
- 11:56Speaker 1: I watched. That is her evidence YouTube. I want you
- 12:01Speaker 1: to listen to CNN. They had a discussion about this
- 12:04Speaker 1: as it broke right that Main's top election official removed
- 12:07Speaker 1: Trump from the twenty twenty four primary ballot cites the
- 12:11Speaker 1: Colorado decision calls January sixth and insurrection and says it's
- 12:14Speaker 1: because of YouTube videos. Listen to even what CNN's own
- 12:18Speaker 1: legal analysts had to say about this idea that you
- 12:21Speaker 1: can just do this unilaterally and say it's because it's
- 12:24Speaker 1: something you watched on the internet.
- 12:25Speaker 3: It was an interesting discussion, an interesting take from the
- 12:28Speaker 3: main Secretary of State. Here, the Fourteenth Amendment, Section three
- 12:32Speaker 3: says in plain texts that if you shall have engaged
- 12:36Speaker 3: in insurrection, you can't.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Be in office.
- 12:39Speaker 3: She takes that to mean that if she determines a
- 12:42Speaker 3: Donald Trump engage in insurrection, he can't be on the
- 12:45Speaker 3: main primary ballot.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Is it that simple? No, it's not that simple.
- 12:47Speaker 4: So clearly section three of the Fourteenth Amendment says, engage
- 12:51Speaker 4: in insurrection, you're out.
- 12:52Speaker 2: We all have that.
- 12:53Speaker 4: The complicated part of where we are going to see
- 12:55Speaker 4: this play out in the course is who gets to
- 12:57Speaker 4: decide and buy what process. Now, it's important to know
- 13:01Speaker 4: and in the ruling the Secretary of State we just
- 13:03Speaker 4: heard from says she's basically following the same legal reasoning
- 13:06Speaker 4: as the Colorado Supreme Court did last week, and she
- 13:08Speaker 4: says in her ruling, if this gets struck down in Colorado,
- 13:12Speaker 4: we're out of luck too. So she's basing it on
- 13:14Speaker 4: the same legal argument. Let me sort of lay out
- 13:16Speaker 4: the arguments both sides, and by the way, it's worth saying,
- 13:18Speaker 4: we're all theorizing here, we're in legally unknown territory. The
- 13:22Speaker 4: argument against is, first of all, the Fourteenth Amendment, Section
- 13:25Speaker 4: five says Congress has the authority to pass laws to
- 13:28Speaker 4: implement this. They did, they passed the criminal law. And
- 13:31Speaker 4: the argument is that means Congress, not the States. But
- 13:34Speaker 4: perhaps and this is the argument that the main secretary
- 13:36Speaker 4: of State in Colorado made, the states can do it too.
- 13:39Speaker 4: If that's true, then section two. Question two is were
- 13:44Speaker 4: the processes? Were these hearings fair? Did they comport with
- 13:48Speaker 4: due process? And I think there's a question there with
- 13:50Speaker 4: regard to what Maine did because if you look at
- 13:52Speaker 4: the hearing, and she details us in the ruling, they
- 13:56Speaker 4: heard from one fact witness, a law professor. She based
- 13:59Speaker 4: her ruling on all lot of documents, but also YouTube clips,
- 14:03Speaker 4: news reports, things that would never pass the bar in
- 14:06Speaker 4: normal course. She's not a lawyer, by the way, it's
- 14:08Speaker 4: a smartly written decision, clearly consulted with lawyers. But this
- 14:10Speaker 4: is an unelected she is chosen by the state legislature,
- 14:13Speaker 4: elect chosen by the chosen, elected by legilature, but not
- 14:15Speaker 4: democratically elected.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Not a knock.
- 14:17Speaker 4: That's just the way it's set up in Maine.
- 14:19Speaker 2: And this hearing.
- 14:20Speaker 4: Look, it doesn't have to be a criminal trial. We
- 14:22Speaker 4: don't have to have all the protections. But I think
- 14:24Speaker 4: the argument you'll hear from opponents is one not up
- 14:27Speaker 4: to the states.
- 14:27Speaker 2: To do this.
- 14:27Speaker 4: This is why we have all different decisions from all
- 14:30Speaker 4: different states, and to the procedures were not.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Up to snuff. The procedures were not up to snuff.
- 14:38Speaker 2: She's citing YouTube videos.
- 14:39Speaker 1: She unilaterally decides, Okay, I watch something on the Internet,
- 14:43Speaker 1: and because I watch something in the Internet, this is
- 14:45Speaker 1: what I believe.
- 14:47Speaker 2: Right, this is all right, you got it. We're in there.
- 14:49Speaker 2: We got the Internet. Now.
- 14:50Speaker 1: The Internet says this, let's roll right. The Internet says,
- 14:54Speaker 1: this is what we're gonna do. The Internet says this
- 14:57Speaker 1: is it looks great for us.
- 14:59Speaker 2: We love it. Do it.
- 15:02Speaker 1: You notice she also says Colorado, and this is what
- 15:08Speaker 1: they do in.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Third world countries.
- 15:10Speaker 1: I keep talking about this, and I'll say it again,
- 15:12Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, for all intents and purposes, is dead, died.
- 15:16Speaker 1: They're communists and socialists who are masquerading as Democrats right now.
- 15:21Speaker 1: They're saying we're Democrats, and they're really not Democrats. They're
- 15:25Speaker 1: socialists and they're communists, and then socialists and communists and
- 15:29Speaker 1: Marxist regimes. They take out their political opponents. That's what
- 15:33Speaker 1: they do. They take out their political opponents, and they
- 15:38Speaker 1: make sure that they take out their political opponents. And
- 15:40Speaker 1: when they do, they make sure that the people don't
- 15:42Speaker 1: get a chance to even vote for their political opponents,
- 15:44Speaker 1: because they either take them off the ballt or they
- 15:46Speaker 1: lock them up. A great example of this, and I
- 15:48Speaker 1: mentioned this a few days ago, but I think it's
- 15:51Speaker 1: important to go back and visit. There is a candidate
- 15:53Speaker 1: in Russia right now, and that candidate in Russia is
- 15:57Speaker 1: an anti war candidate. That candidate filled out the paperwork
- 16:02Speaker 1: to run against Vladimir Putin as an anti war candate.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Between the war with Russia and Ukraine, there's a lot
- 16:08Speaker 1: of people in Russia that don't like the war happening
- 16:10Speaker 1: in Ukraine. They don't like that their kids are dying
- 16:13Speaker 1: at alarming numbers, and so there's a very good chance
- 16:16Speaker 1: that this can would have legs, this candidacy would have legs.
- 16:19Speaker 2: So what they do.
- 16:20Speaker 1: They kicked her off the ballot, saying she's ineligible for
- 16:23Speaker 1: the ballot because she filled out the paperwork wrong. They
- 16:26Speaker 1: said one hundred and fifty something different ways. I'm not kidding.
- 16:30Speaker 1: That's what's now happening. So that's Russia. You would expect
- 16:37Speaker 1: that from Vladimir Putin. Why are we doing the same
- 16:41Speaker 1: damn thing in America. That's the question that no one's
- 16:45Speaker 1: been able to answer so far. That's the question that
- 16:48Speaker 1: frustrates me. That's the question that bothers me. It's a
- 16:53Speaker 1: simple question, why are we allowing the same exact thing
- 16:56Speaker 1: to happen in the United States of America?
- 16:57Speaker 2: And you go back to what she said.
- 16:58Speaker 1: She said, well, Colorado did it, so I want to
- 17:02Speaker 1: do it too.
- 17:04Speaker 2: And if Colorado gets.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Struck down by the Supreme Court, Okay, fine, right, we're
- 17:10Speaker 1: cool with that.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Right, if they do it, so be it. But we're
- 17:15Speaker 2: going to join them.
- 17:17Speaker 1: So Maine is basically admitting, Hey, we're pretty much cheerleaders.
- 17:23Speaker 1: That's what we are. We're cheerleaders for this, and we're
- 17:29Speaker 1: going to cheer like we are cheerleaders, and this is
- 17:33Speaker 1: how we're going to roll. We're gonna jump on the bandwagon,
- 17:37Speaker 1: and other states will jump on the bandwagon as well,
- 17:40Speaker 1: and other states will cheerlead as well, because that is
- 17:43Speaker 1: now what we do, is we cheerlead when we're when
- 17:46Speaker 1: we're advocating for taking a former president of the United
- 17:50Speaker 1: States of America off the ballot. So you look at
- 17:54Speaker 1: where this is and and go back to what I
- 17:56Speaker 1: just played from your CNN. He's saying it's absurd. You
- 17:58Speaker 1: can't you can't just qualify a former president, by the way,
- 18:02Speaker 1: and a president cannet based on YouTube clips.
- 18:04Speaker 2: That doesn't work. You know.
- 18:07Speaker 1: You look at the Maine secretary of state. She said
- 18:09Speaker 1: she found Trump guilty of things he wasn't charged with,
- 18:11Speaker 1: using a lower standard different from a trial, which is
- 18:14Speaker 1: what was also alluded to there. And there was another
- 18:18Speaker 1: article that came out I said, main secretary of state
- 18:21Speaker 1: makes legal rulings striking Trump from the ballot based on
- 18:24Speaker 1: YouTube videos. So so everything, and let me just read
- 18:28Speaker 1: this to you quote Maine secretary of State unilaterally ruled
- 18:32Speaker 1: that former President Donald Trump is unqualified to appear on
- 18:36Speaker 1: the twenty twenty four primary ballot despite lacking a law
- 18:40Speaker 1: degree and substituting YouTube videos for due process. Secretary of
- 18:47Speaker 1: State Bellows, who previously worked as the executive director of
- 18:50Speaker 1: the main chapter of the ACLU but is not an
- 18:53Speaker 1: attorney and did not attend law school, made the legal
- 18:56Speaker 1: conclusion in her ruling that the declaration on Trump's candidate
- 19:01Speaker 1: consent for him is false because he has not qualified
- 19:04Speaker 1: to hold the office of president under Section three of
- 19:07Speaker 1: the fourteenth Amendment. We are living now in times that
- 19:12Speaker 1: our founding fathers would be terrified of, because we have
- 19:16Speaker 1: people like this that have gone rogue and decided that
- 19:19Speaker 1: American democracy is their enemy. It's the enemy of the
- 19:23Speaker 1: Democratic Party. Make no mistake this is They're.
- 19:27Speaker 2: An enemy of the Democratic Party.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Let me wrap this up by just giving you overall perspective.
- 19:35Speaker 1: I think the Supreme Court is going to probably knock
- 19:38Speaker 1: this thing down in Colorado, which will then take this
- 19:42Speaker 1: off the cheerleading squad of all the other psychos and
- 19:45Speaker 1: these other twenty states that want to do this, twenty
- 19:47Speaker 1: plus states that want to do this. But I also
- 19:50Speaker 1: think it's very telling about what the future holds. And
- 19:52Speaker 1: let me explain to you what the future holds. And
- 19:55Speaker 1: this may be the most important thing that I say today.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Democrats moved to get rid of Donald Trump by impeaching him,
- 20:02Speaker 1: and they knew it was a lie when they were
- 20:04Speaker 1: going to impeach him. That didn't work. Then they tried
- 20:07Speaker 1: to impeach him again, that didn't work. Now they're trying
- 20:11Speaker 1: to hold them off the ballot. If that doesn't work, okay,
- 20:16Speaker 1: and I believe that that will not work, and the
- 20:19Speaker 1: Supreme Court's going to do the right thing. If that
- 20:23Speaker 1: doesn't work, and I believe that it won't, then what
- 20:27Speaker 1: is next for the Democratic Party? The communists, the socialists,
- 20:31Speaker 1: the Marxists that act like they are somehow not Democrats?
- 20:36Speaker 2: What is next?
- 20:38Speaker 1: If you think about where they are, and you think
- 20:41Speaker 1: about where they're going, and you think about what they're
- 20:44Speaker 1: trying to do, I think the next thing they're going
- 20:48Speaker 1: to do is probably go to pack the Supreme Court
- 20:53Speaker 1: because this ruling for the Supreme Court is going to
- 20:56Speaker 1: make them angry. They've already gone after the Supreme Court
- 21:00Speaker 1: or they're trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court.
- 21:03Speaker 2: We know that.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And as they're trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court. Let's
- 21:11Speaker 1: also be clear about what that means when you say
- 21:15Speaker 1: delegitimize the Supreme Court.
- 21:18Speaker 2: When Roe v.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Wade was coming out that it was going to be overturned,
- 21:21Speaker 1: what happened. We all know the story. They leaked it
- 21:27Speaker 1: from the Supreme Court. There was a quote investigation, but
- 21:30Speaker 1: they can never find out who leaked it. And one
- 21:32Speaker 1: of the smallest, tightest knit communities, and you're telling me
- 21:37Speaker 1: the power of our government couldn't figure out who leaked
- 21:41Speaker 1: the opinion, never figured it out, and I have no
- 21:44Speaker 1: idea who leaked it.
- 21:45Speaker 2: All covered up.
- 21:46Speaker 1: We know that they then broke laws by intimidating and
- 21:52Speaker 1: doxing the homes of the Supreme Court justices so you
- 21:55Speaker 1: know where they live. In fact, one guy was driving
- 21:58Speaker 1: across the country with guns and was found blocks away
- 22:01Speaker 1: from the house of one of the justices, going to
- 22:03Speaker 1: kill that justice, because that was their way of over
- 22:05Speaker 1: making sure that Roe v. Wade was not overturned. Remember that,
- 22:08Speaker 1: never never forget that it was a kill list that
- 22:12Speaker 1: Democrats put out against the conservative Supreme Court justices.
- 22:16Speaker 2: It was a kill list.
- 22:19Speaker 1: So now if the Supreme Court comes out and the
- 22:22Speaker 1: Supreme Court does the right thing, and I believe they
- 22:25Speaker 1: will the next time Democrats have the chance to pack
- 22:29Speaker 1: the court. Make no mistake, that's exactly what they are
- 22:33Speaker 1: going to do.
- 22:33Speaker 2: They are going to pack the court.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Now, packing the court, some people say, they ask this question, well,
- 22:40Speaker 1: what does that actually mean?
- 22:41Speaker 2: What is what is packing the court mean? It's a
- 22:45Speaker 2: great question.
- 22:46Speaker 1: It means that you basically pick a new number, a
- 22:50Speaker 1: new number of justices that you think is appropriate, and
- 22:54Speaker 1: then you pack the court and move the number from
- 22:57Speaker 1: nine Supreme Court justices to whatever you need to then
- 23:01Speaker 1: have the majority. Now, in communists and in socialist countries,
- 23:05Speaker 1: they've done this over and over again. Every time that
- 23:08Speaker 1: a new dictator tyrant gets in, they just change the number.
- 23:12Speaker 1: And if they get a Supreme Court that says, for example,
- 23:15Speaker 1: they can't run for your election because of whatever it
- 23:18Speaker 1: may be, or term limits or anything, they just pack
- 23:21Speaker 1: the court with justices that are their friends, that will
- 23:25Speaker 1: be friendly, and then they get the ruling that they
- 23:27Speaker 1: need to stay in power, or to change the constitution,
- 23:30Speaker 1: or to abolish the constitution for that matter, right to
- 23:33Speaker 1: just get rid of everything they want to get rid of.
- 23:36Speaker 1: That is now what has happened within the Democratic Party
- 23:39Speaker 1: is they realize that there's now one thing that's really
- 23:42Speaker 1: standing in their way, and that is the Supreme Court
- 23:44Speaker 1: of the United States of America.
- 23:46Speaker 2: And now that we know that that's our problem.
- 23:49Speaker 1: From their perspective, as they look at they're saying, Okay,
- 23:51Speaker 1: we got to get power back.
- 23:54Speaker 4: Now.
- 23:54Speaker 1: You remember when Democrats had control the House, Senate, in
- 23:56Speaker 1: the White House under Barack Obama. Remember when they had
- 23:58Speaker 1: that super majority, when they had that super majority where
- 24:04Speaker 1: they could do virtually anything they wanted to if they
- 24:06Speaker 1: could go back in time right now, and Democrats that
- 24:10Speaker 1: I know that I've talked to in leadership have told
- 24:11Speaker 1: me this is exactly what they wish they would have done.
- 24:14Speaker 2: They would have changed the number of Supreme Court justices.
- 24:18Speaker 1: They would have changed the number to a number of
- 24:22Speaker 1: justice that would have packed the court for them. And
- 24:24Speaker 1: they will do it. They feel confident about doing it.
- 24:29Speaker 1: They feel like it's the right thing to do. They
- 24:33Speaker 1: feel like that the Supreme Court is illegitimate because it's
- 24:37Speaker 1: doing rulings that they most importantly disagree with. That's why
- 24:43Speaker 1: they say they want to change it.
- 24:45Speaker 2: That's why they say they want to do it. Differently.
- 24:48Speaker 1: That's the core here that you need to understand. Democrats
- 24:52Speaker 1: are going to stop at nothing to destroy this country
- 24:54Speaker 1: because the Democratic Party is dead. The Democratic Party doesn't exist. Now,
- 25:00Speaker 1: the Democratic Party has died. They are now full blown communists, socialists, Marxists,
- 25:10Speaker 1: and they will do now whatever they have to do
- 25:14Speaker 1: to maximize their power and run over anything that they
- 25:18Speaker 1: need to run over to get it there. And part
- 25:21Speaker 1: of running over it is getting rid of free and
- 25:25Speaker 1: fair elections. Right they've already declared war on that, banning
- 25:30Speaker 1: candidates that they don't like or approve of, which is
- 25:33Speaker 1: exactly what they just did in Russia. And then they're
- 25:38Speaker 1: going to pack a court to make sure that the
- 25:42Speaker 1: court is a court that is always friendly to them.
- 25:45Speaker 1: And then if it stops being friendly to them, they'll
- 25:48Speaker 1: just pack the court again, meaning they'll expand it, they'll
- 25:52Speaker 1: make it bigger, and then if they need to make
- 25:55Speaker 1: it bigger a few years later or ten years later
- 25:58Speaker 1: or fifteen years later, they'll do that too.
- 26:00Speaker 2: They don't care.
- 26:03Speaker 1: So celebrate and enjoy when the Supreme Court does finally
- 26:06Speaker 1: come down. Okay, that's going to be a good moment.
- 26:10Speaker 1: But understand here, what the endgame is and how that
- 26:14Speaker 1: endgame is going to work for them. Understand that democracy
- 26:18Speaker 1: is under attack. Understand that every single state that is
- 26:22Speaker 1: moving to take it can off the ballot just because
- 26:24Speaker 1: they're afraid they can't beat him. What that means and
- 26:27Speaker 1: how I mean If you live in Maine, if you
- 26:32Speaker 1: live in Colorado and you actually love America, I don't
- 26:37Speaker 1: care if you identify as a Democrat. I don't know
- 26:40Speaker 1: how you can stand by and allow these people to
- 26:44Speaker 1: do what they're.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Doing and throwing away democracy.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Because if they'll do it for you, and this is
- 26:51Speaker 1: my warning to democrats, if they'll do it for you,
- 26:54Speaker 1: they'll do it to you down the road when you
- 26:57Speaker 1: do become a problem. Because the first time that you
- 27:00Speaker 1: then disagree with power and they have seized and you
- 27:03Speaker 1: helped them seize power, and you look the other way
- 27:05Speaker 1: while they seize power, then they're going to do it
- 27:08Speaker 1: to you one day when there's a problem and there's
- 27:11Speaker 1: something that you need to there's a conversation that needs
- 27:14Speaker 1: to be had here right like they're going to do exactly.
- 27:18Speaker 2: This all right.
