Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senter, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and Senator It is a very big week for
- 0:08Speaker 2: putting out books that are full of crap.
- 0:10Speaker 3: It truly is stunning. So Jake Tapper from CNN has
- 0:15Speaker 3: a book along with Alex Thompson from Axios. The book
- 0:19Speaker 3: is entitled Original Sin. President Biden's Decline, its cover up,
- 0:24Speaker 3: and his disastrous choice to run again. And when you
- 0:28Speaker 3: talk about full of crap, I really don't think you're
- 0:31Speaker 3: being fair to crap like this is This is like
- 0:35Speaker 3: a book Arsonist discovers a fire he started. This is
- 0:40Speaker 3: like a book Tony Montana, the drug dealer says cocaine
- 0:44Speaker 3: is bad for you. Like, yes, Jake, there was a
- 0:48Speaker 3: cover up, an absolute, complete, total cover up. It was knowing,
- 0:54Speaker 3: it was deliberate, and you did it. You, Jake Tapper
- 0:59Speaker 3: and CN in We're twenty four to seven, engage in
- 1:03Speaker 3: the cover up. You knew about his mental decline, and
- 1:06Speaker 3: you refuse to tell anybody.
- 1:09Speaker 2: It's shocking just how bad it was. And by the way,
- 1:12Speaker 2: we have the receipts just to remind people.
- 1:14Speaker 3: You know, you're going to hear the proof momentarily.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Yeah, and we're gonna get to that because I want
- 1:19Speaker 2: everyone and this is why we do the show.
- 1:21Speaker 1: This is why we do this podcast.
- 1:23Speaker 2: You're going to want to share this on social media
- 1:25Speaker 2: because it's so big, and I want to change cares
- 1:28Speaker 2: for a minute and talk to you about Israel. It's
- 1:30Speaker 2: now the month of May, and eighty years ago, this
- 1:32Speaker 2: very month, the horror of the Holocaust, the final solution
- 1:35Speaker 2: came to an end. But do you know that half
- 1:38Speaker 2: of all Holocaust survivors live in Israel. The pain of
- 1:42Speaker 2: the past now intensified today by October seventh and the
- 1:45Speaker 2: rise of anti Semitism everywhere. We're literally watching it on
- 1:49Speaker 2: our college campuses and along with other elderly Jews, thousands
- 1:55Speaker 2: in Israel live below the poverty line and there's no
- 1:57Speaker 2: safety net. That's why I support the International Fellowship of
- 2:01Speaker 2: Christians and Jews. The Fellowship does amazing work providing a
- 2:05Speaker 2: lifeline to these precious ones in the form of hot
- 2:08Speaker 2: meals and boxes full of healthy food. And for only
- 2:12Speaker 2: twenty five dollars you can help provide a food box.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Better yet, three hundred and fifty dollars provides hot meals
- 2:18Speaker 2: for an entire year.
- 2:20Speaker 1: So give generously.
- 2:22Speaker 2: You can call and have a real impact for the
- 2:25Speaker 2: people in Israel eight and eight four eight eight IFCJ
- 2:30Speaker 2: that's eight A.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Eight four eight eight four three two five.
- 2:35Speaker 2: You can also go online to give securely at IFCJ
- 2:38Speaker 2: dot org. That's if CJ dot org or eight at
- 2:42Speaker 2: eight four eight eight four three two five. All Right,
- 2:46Speaker 2: so let's go back to this lie that I think
- 2:51Speaker 2: the part that blows my mind the most is the
- 2:52Speaker 2: fact that Tafliver is actually probably gonna get the best
- 2:54Speaker 2: seller out of this. Everyone in the media is praising
- 2:57Speaker 2: him for this incredible reporting, and this is the guy
- 3:00Speaker 2: that literally helped cover up the cognitive decline and dismissed
- 3:04Speaker 2: anyone who brought it up on a show.
- 3:06Speaker 3: So look, the book, as I understand it, was originally
- 3:09Speaker 3: written by Alex Thompson. Alex Thompson is not nearly as
- 3:11Speaker 3: well known as Jake Tapper yep, And he had a
- 3:13Speaker 3: contract with the book publishing company. He wrote the book,
- 3:16Speaker 3: and then the book publishing company decided to cancel it
- 3:19Speaker 3: and said, no, we're not going to publish this book
- 3:21Speaker 3: after all. In other words, the book publishing company engaged
- 3:24Speaker 3: in yet another cover up because they didn't want anyone
- 3:26Speaker 3: to know, And so Thompson sought out Tapper and convinced Tapper, hey,
- 3:30Speaker 3: join with me. You're a big famous guy. They'll publish
- 3:32Speaker 3: it if your name's on it. And Tapper said yes.
- 3:35Speaker 3: And I got to say so, there are lots of.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Never got a crisis waste right that's.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Looking particularly a chance to make some good money. I mean, hey,
- 3:43Speaker 3: what's journalism all about if not monetizing your own hypocrisy
- 3:47Speaker 3: and your own cover up. Look, Tapper, some of the
- 3:50Speaker 3: facts that are coming out in this book. In twenty
- 3:52Speaker 3: twenty three and twenty twenty four, Tapper and Thompson report
- 3:56Speaker 3: Biden's physical deterioration was so severe that his advisors discussed
- 4:01Speaker 3: the possibility he would need to use a wheelchair if
- 4:05Speaker 3: he won Reelection's that's how bad it was. And yet
- 4:10Speaker 3: every time anyone tried to bring up those facts, Jake
- 4:15Speaker 3: Tapper and the rest of the corporate media covered it up.
- 4:18Speaker 3: But don't take my word for it. Listen to Jake
- 4:20Speaker 3: Tapper in his own words. This is a collection of
- 4:23Speaker 3: Tapper over the years.
- 4:24Speaker 2: And this goes back to twenty twenty. The very beginning
- 4:27Speaker 2: is him talking to one of the Trump family members,
- 4:30Speaker 2: Laura Trump, and he actually like ends the interview like,
- 4:33Speaker 2: you can't even say this on my show.
- 4:36Speaker 3: So this montage starts in twenty twenty, then goes to
- 4:39Speaker 3: twenty one, twenty two, twenty three, and then twenty four
- 4:42Speaker 3: all throughout.
- 4:42Speaker 4: Listen.
- 4:42Speaker 3: Tapper for five years covered this up aggressively.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Give a listen.
- 4:47Speaker 5: How do you think it makes little kids with stutters
- 4:49Speaker 5: feel when they see you make a comment like that.
- 4:52Speaker 3: It's very clearly a cognitive decline.
- 4:55Speaker 1: That's what I'm referring to. It makes me uncomfortable. You
- 4:58Speaker 1: are no view of ita. That's so amazing.
- 5:01Speaker 5: It's so amazing to me that trying to figure out an.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Answer cognitive declaresatent.
- 5:05Speaker 5: Biden embraces his stutter talking about it, while Trump mocks it,
- 5:09Speaker 5: exaggerates it, belittles it. He's sharp physically, I mean mentally.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I think the question is physically right right or
- 5:16Speaker 1: so right right?
- 5:16Speaker 5: And the guy who's his chief opponent is only three
- 5:19Speaker 5: or four years younger than him. Maybe, I mean, you
- 5:20Speaker 5: have questioned President Biden's age, mental fitness ability to lead.
- 5:24Speaker 5: Of those supporting Biden, you said, quote, shame on all
- 5:26Speaker 5: of you pretending everything is Okay, you're leading us and
- 5:28Speaker 5: him into a disaster.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Do you worry that you damaged him at all? I
- 5:32Speaker 1: don't doubt that you.
- 5:33Speaker 5: Got hugs and handshakes behind closed doors today, and maybe
- 5:37Speaker 5: even publicly, some of them because they like you personally.
- 5:41Speaker 5: But I've heard a lot of really nasty stuff about
- 5:44Speaker 5: you from your Democratic colleage.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I mean, just like, what is he thinking?
- 5:48Speaker 5: Exercise in narcissism? I mean false claims to the Wall
- 5:51Speaker 5: Street Journal about President Biden's mental fitness and acuity. He's
- 5:56Speaker 5: eighty one and his memory. You know, it doesn't seem great.
- 5:59Speaker 5: It's not horrible, But I don't understand the outrage quote
- 6:02Speaker 5: behind closed doors Biden shows signs of slippant quote. The
- 6:06Speaker 5: Wall Street Journal is owned by Newscore, which is run
- 6:08Speaker 5: by the Murdocks. Beyond the headline, there is some critical
- 6:11Speaker 5: nuance here. The article is mostly based on observations of Republicans,
- 6:15Speaker 5: with former Speaker Kevin McCarthy the only one going on
- 6:18Speaker 5: the record. They do note in the article that most
- 6:21Speaker 5: of the criticism comes from Republicans. Have you heard any
- 6:25Speaker 5: concerns from anyone who has met with President Biden about
- 6:28Speaker 5: him seeming a little slower now the Russians are trying
- 6:32Speaker 5: to do to make us in the public not trust
- 6:35Speaker 5: the our election integrity. Joe Biden has dimension all this stuff.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Let's just stop there and give the title of the
- 6:43Speaker 2: book again, Senator, so people understand what they just heard
- 6:47Speaker 2: and now what he's writing. Because if you just look
- 6:51Speaker 2: at the title of the book, you understand the debauchery
- 6:55Speaker 2: of journalistic scumbaggery.
- 6:57Speaker 3: The title of the book is original sin President Biden's decline,
- 7:02Speaker 3: its cover up, and his disastrous choice to run again.
- 7:06Speaker 3: And understand Jake Tapper when he was saying that he
- 7:10Speaker 3: was lying, he knew he was lying. Everyone else on
- 7:13Speaker 3: CNN knew he was lying. They knew they were lying.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Everyone on MSNBC knew they were lying. Everyone on ABCNBCCBS
- 7:20Speaker 3: knew they were lying. Everyone at the New York Times
- 7:22Speaker 3: knew they were lying. Everyone at the Washington Post.
- 7:24Speaker 4: Knew they were lying. Everyone knew this.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Look one of the facts in his book, he says
- 7:30Speaker 3: at a fundraiser in Judea twenty twenty four, Joe Biden
- 7:33Speaker 3: didn't recognize George Clooney, who he's known for decades. He
- 7:37Speaker 3: had told by the way he had to be introduced
- 7:39Speaker 3: like Ocean's eleven. What is there, casino?
- 7:41Speaker 4: You're robbing?
- 7:42Speaker 3: I don't understand, like Biden had no idea. This is
- 7:44Speaker 3: the same fundraiser you remember where Barack Obama had to
- 7:47Speaker 3: lead Biden off the stage because he was just confused
- 7:50Speaker 3: and staring out in space, and Tapper and the rest
- 7:53Speaker 3: of them just lied to us and said, Aoka, no
- 7:56Speaker 3: problems here.
- 7:57Speaker 1: You go back, Senator to what you just said a
- 7:59Speaker 1: moment ago.
- 8:00Speaker 2: And it's a great point here, and it's one about
- 8:04Speaker 2: the fact that they were at this fundraiser and.
- 8:07Speaker 1: The president didn't know, like George Cooney.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Wise, do you have Barack Obama having to walk him
- 8:12Speaker 2: off stage like that was when everyone in his realm
- 8:16Speaker 2: that they were even trying to I think insulate protecting
- 8:18Speaker 2: from They all knew then, like this is a disaster,
- 8:21Speaker 2: and yet they still went full speed ahead with it.
- 8:23Speaker 3: No, that's exactly right. You know, The Babylon Bee had
- 8:26Speaker 3: a great headline that summed up this book. So the
- 8:29Speaker 3: Babylon B's headline was quote, Jake Tapper uncovers startling evidence
- 8:34Speaker 3: that Biden's decline was covered up by Jake Tapper. And
- 8:38Speaker 3: that's exactly what his book is and listen, listen to
- 8:42Speaker 3: this week Chuck Schumer, because it wasn't just Jake Tapper
- 8:45Speaker 3: that was lying. Every Democrat was lying. Every Democrat Senator,
- 8:49Speaker 3: every Democrat governor, every Democrat house member. They all knew
- 8:51Speaker 3: Biden was seriously declining mentally, and they all covered it up.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Schumer was one of the most shameless because he gave
- 8:59Speaker 3: his own personal guarantee about how quick Biden was. And
- 9:04Speaker 3: and listen this week when when finally the media confronts
- 9:07Speaker 3: him about his lies, Listen to what Chuck Schumer says.
- 9:10Speaker 2: You said in June of last year, in my meeting
- 9:13Speaker 2: for President Biden, I found the command and the president
- 9:16Speaker 2: guilded influence to make.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Fagress and key priorities.
- 9:20Speaker 3: But in that same mom violent here that he not
- 9:23Speaker 3: even recognized George in a fundraiser show.
- 9:28Speaker 1: We're just looking forward.
- 9:30Speaker 2: I mean, it's the best answer I've ever heard from
- 9:32Speaker 2: a politician center.
- 9:33Speaker 4: We're just looking forward.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Hey, we gotta go. We're just looking forward. And I'm
- 9:37Speaker 2: walking off stage like we're just looking forward.
- 9:40Speaker 3: I mean, so, Governor, tell me about the dead body
- 9:42Speaker 3: that we found in your house. We're just looking Or
- 9:45Speaker 3: tell me about the.
- 9:46Speaker 1: The cocaine, the White House just looking for just moving.
- 9:50Speaker 3: We're just moving for guys, Schumer, not not the tiniest
- 9:54Speaker 3: bit of accountability, not the oh yeah, we're not just
- 9:58Speaker 3: we're moving forward.
- 9:58Speaker 1: To forward movement. The Democrats.
- 10:02Speaker 3: You know, it reminded me back if you remember when
- 10:05Speaker 3: Mitt Romney ran for president against Barack Obama. Yes, and
- 10:08Speaker 3: Harry Reid went and lied and claimed that Mitt Romney
- 10:13Speaker 3: hadn't paid income taxes, and he just flat out lied,
- 10:15Speaker 3: and he did it on the Senate floor.
- 10:16Speaker 4: You know why I did it on the Senate.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Floor because you can't argue back with him.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Right, Well, that's true. But there's another reason he did
- 10:21Speaker 3: it on the Senate floor because the Constitution has a
- 10:23Speaker 3: provision called the Speech and Debate Clause that that that
- 10:26Speaker 3: immunizes members of Congress for speech and debate on the
- 10:29Speaker 3: Senate floor. He did it so no one could sue him.
- 10:31Speaker 3: So Mitt Romney couldn't sue him for defamation because he
- 10:34Speaker 3: was lying.
- 10:35Speaker 1: And he didn't sit on TV. Interesting and after.
- 10:38Speaker 3: The election they asked Harry Reid about wait, you were lying,
- 10:43Speaker 3: you had no evidence, And and Harry Reid, who was
- 10:45Speaker 3: then the Democrat Senate majority leader, he said, well, Romney
- 10:48Speaker 3: didn't win, did he like, It's the same thing as
- 10:52Speaker 3: Chuck Schumer.
- 10:52Speaker 4: We're just looking forward, all right.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Listen to now Biden's national security advisor, Jake Sullivan, who
- 10:59Speaker 3: worked with Biden every day in the White House and
- 11:01Speaker 3: so new to an absolute certainty that Biden was severely
- 11:07Speaker 3: mentally declining. But listen to what Jake Sullivan said.
- 11:10Speaker 6: What happened in that debate was a shock to me.
- 11:12Speaker 6: I think was a shock to everybody. And I've made
- 11:15Speaker 6: that point before. Just finally, do you think in retrospect,
- 11:19Speaker 6: given everything that's happened and everything we've talked about today,
- 11:21Speaker 6: it was a mistake for President Biden to try some
- 11:23Speaker 6: fun again. One of the things about being national security
- 11:27Speaker 6: advisor is that you're mercifully insulated from politics and political
- 11:33Speaker 6: decision making. I was insulated from it to the point
- 11:36Speaker 6: where while I was National Security Advisor, my spouse was
- 11:40Speaker 6: running for Congress, and I had strict rules about what
- 11:42Speaker 6: I could even do to support my spouse, let alone
- 11:45Speaker 6: be involved in political decision making, political calls in the
- 11:49Speaker 6: White House. So I have not weighed in on those
- 11:52Speaker 6: issues and would not weigh in on those issues.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Let's just be clear. I've known national security advisors. That
- 11:57Speaker 2: is the biggest one of crap I've ever heard.
- 11:59Speaker 3: I'm just going to point out something really funny. There's
- 12:02Speaker 3: something about Democrat men that makes them weenies. So he says,
- 12:07Speaker 3: my spouse was running for congress, so he is actually
- 12:10Speaker 3: married to a woman. Yep, Ben, Can you imagine any
- 12:13Speaker 3: circumstances which I refer to your wife as my spouse?
- 12:17Speaker 3: I mean, isn't like I don't know a man who
- 12:19Speaker 3: refers to his wife as my.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Spouse who's running for congress, my wife who is running
- 12:23Speaker 2: for congress like that, like.
- 12:26Speaker 3: The way like human beings would communicate, but but not
- 12:30Speaker 3: not Democrat after.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Yours would be my smoking hot wife who's running for congress.
- 12:34Speaker 4: Better And by the way, do I know you well
- 12:37Speaker 4: or do I know you will.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Any any chance to to praise praise your wife, not
- 12:42Speaker 3: your spouse. Yes, my smoking hot wife is exactly exactly
- 12:48Speaker 3: the way to put it.
- 12:48Speaker 1: I set you up for success there.
- 12:50Speaker 2: I just want to know if there's anything you're gonna
- 12:51Speaker 2: you should clip from this pod and send to your wife,
- 12:54Speaker 2: like go to this minute mark in the pod.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Honey, you made the pod.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Actually look as you know the podcast, so that'll bell
- 13:00Speaker 3: she'll be listening.
- 13:02Speaker 1: This is a litmus test.
- 13:03Speaker 2: One day I said thing about my wife in my
- 13:06Speaker 2: show and I wanted to see if she heard it,
- 13:08Speaker 2: and like her friends text are like, Ben said thing
- 13:10Speaker 2: about you, and she's like, what did you say about me?
- 13:12Speaker 7: Day?
- 13:12Speaker 1: I was like, well, if you listen to the show,
- 13:13Speaker 1: you would have known.
- 13:14Speaker 4: It was like a great, you know that was a mistake.
- 13:17Speaker 4: Don't do that. I told you, so you only I'm
- 13:20Speaker 4: just saying.
- 13:21Speaker 2: I'm just saying I want to ask you on a
- 13:25Speaker 2: very serious note here you look at the hypocrisy. But
- 13:28Speaker 2: the most disturbing thing for me coming out of this
- 13:31Speaker 2: book and how the axious reporting is that the cabinet
- 13:35Speaker 2: members worried about his capacity, specifically in a crisis. Now
- 13:43Speaker 2: there's been interesting reporting, and I just want to put
- 13:45Speaker 2: it in perspective. He has the bad debate. There was
- 13:49Speaker 2: real conversations, we were told and there's reporting on this
- 13:52Speaker 2: about the possibility of invoking the twenty fifth. Not because
- 13:55Speaker 2: they were afraid, I go back to the you know,
- 13:58Speaker 2: worried about the capacity in a crisis.
- 14:01Speaker 1: They just didn't want to lose the election.
- 14:02Speaker 4: It was all politics.
- 14:03Speaker 3: They were perfectly fine having someone with dementia who was
- 14:06Speaker 3: not capable of decision making as president as commander in chief.
- 14:10Speaker 3: So this Jake Tapper comedy book includes the revelation that
- 14:15Speaker 3: multiple cabinet members were worried that he could not be
- 14:18Speaker 3: relied on at a time of crisis because his mental
- 14:21Speaker 3: diminution was so great. One cabinet secretary said, Biden's top
- 14:25Speaker 3: aids quote shielded him in every meeting from October twenty
- 14:29Speaker 3: twenty three on quote the cabinet was kept at bay
- 14:32Speaker 3: another quote for months. We didn't have access to him.
- 14:35Speaker 3: There was clearly a deliberate strategy by the White House
- 14:37Speaker 3: to have him meet with as few people as necessary.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Another cabinet secretary says that one rare meeting during the time,
- 14:43Speaker 3: that cabinet secretary was quote shocked by how the President
- 14:46Speaker 3: was acting. He seemed disoriented and out of it, his
- 14:49Speaker 3: mouth agape. They knew they were worried. And you know what,
- 14:54Speaker 3: if our enemies attacked us, this was the commander in
- 14:56Speaker 3: chief that the Democrats and CNN and the lying corporate
- 15:00Speaker 3: media was telling us could protect us. And and look,
- 15:03Speaker 3: I don't know that I'd trust him to operate the
- 15:05Speaker 3: remote control on the television set.
- 15:08Speaker 2: By the way, are they going to put this on
- 15:09Speaker 2: her fiction or nonfiction? That's what I want to know
- 15:11Speaker 2: when you go to the store, right if you go
- 15:12Speaker 2: look for like.
- 15:13Speaker 3: Well sadly, I think they'll put it on under nonfiction,
- 15:16Speaker 3: which they should, because it is true that Joe Biden's
- 15:19Speaker 3: has had a massive mental deterioration. What they should put
- 15:21Speaker 3: under fiction is what Jake says on TV every day.
- 15:24Speaker 3: That's the fiction part. The irony is this may be
- 15:27Speaker 3: the one truth thing Jake Tapper has has written or
- 15:30Speaker 3: said in the last Hold on the Guy from Access.
- 15:32Speaker 3: It's actually true. It was someone else who wrote it
- 15:34Speaker 3: and his name name on it. Yeah, but but by
- 15:37Speaker 3: accident he told the truth, except for the fact that
- 15:39Speaker 3: he didn't admit that he's been lying to the country
- 15:42Speaker 3: the entire time Biden was in the White House.
- 15:44Speaker 2: So let's go back to the cabinet members, because this
- 15:46Speaker 2: is the big question. I was doing Fox and I
- 15:50Speaker 2: Waters World. Killy mcneie was filling in form White House
- 15:52Speaker 2: pressingcretary and she was talking about then when when some
- 15:55Speaker 2: of this was starting to break and I and I said, look,
- 15:57Speaker 2: the headlines are amazing, but I said. The real question
- 16:00Speaker 2: that I think we should all be asking, and I
- 16:02Speaker 2: want your take on this, is if all this is true,
- 16:06Speaker 2: and I have no reason believe it's not, who the
- 16:08Speaker 2: hell was the president of the United States of America.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Who was running the country? Was it thirty people that
- 16:15Speaker 2: were elected by no one? I don't think it was
- 16:17Speaker 2: one person. I think there's a very good chance that
- 16:21Speaker 2: the FBI was the president of the FBI and the
- 16:23Speaker 2: DoD was the president.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I mean, who the hell was running the country?
- 16:26Speaker 4: I don't think so.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Actually, all right, That's why I ask you.
- 16:28Speaker 3: I've been asked that question probably a thousand times, and
- 16:32Speaker 3: I'm gonna give you the most terrifying answer you could imagine.
- 16:35Speaker 3: I don't know, Okay, I genuinely don't know. I think
- 16:41Speaker 3: it was Barack Obama. I think it was Barack Obama.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Barack Obama, certainly his minions, is the only president in
- 16:47Speaker 3: modern times who at the end of his presidency stayed
- 16:49Speaker 3: in DC, bought a big house in Calorama. Every night,
- 16:52Speaker 3: their cars in the driveway, and all of his little
- 16:55Speaker 3: apparachic minions are in the White House.
- 16:58Speaker 4: And I think it was a combination.
- 17:01Speaker 2: When Joe Biden's White House was filled with staffers. I
- 17:05Speaker 2: want people to understand this. This is well reported, but
- 17:07Speaker 2: this is really important right now for this story. It
- 17:10Speaker 2: was well reported on that Biden and his team were
- 17:14Speaker 2: the one that placed everyone in the positions of power
- 17:16Speaker 2: in the Biden I mean Obama, I Saix's Obama and
- 17:19Speaker 2: his team placed everyone basically in a position of powers
- 17:22Speaker 2: in the Biden administration.
- 17:23Speaker 3: So look, in four years of the Biden presidency, I'm
- 17:27Speaker 3: in the Senate the whole time. How many times do
- 17:29Speaker 3: you think I spoke with Joe Biden while he was president.
- 17:32Speaker 2: I would say one to three zero, And I was
- 17:35Speaker 2: saying one to three because I thought they were protecting him.
- 17:37Speaker 1: So you're saying, as a senator, and that's not normal.
- 17:39Speaker 1: People need to understand that.
- 17:40Speaker 4: Not a single time, and that is bizarre.
- 17:42Speaker 1: How many times with Obama freeing?
- 17:44Speaker 4: Lots of times.
- 17:45Speaker 3: I mean I spoke with Obama regularly. With Trump, I
- 17:48Speaker 3: speak with him often every week, sometimes multiple times a week.
- 17:54Speaker 3: It is part of the job of being a senator
- 17:56Speaker 3: to work with the president, to talk with the president,
- 17:58Speaker 3: even the president of the opposing part.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Were there ever big lads with Obama? For example, I'm
- 18:03Speaker 2: trying to really paint a picture here of how insane
- 18:05Speaker 2: it is. You didn't talk to him for four years.
- 18:07Speaker 4: It's bizarre.
- 18:08Speaker 3: And the thing to understand is we all know Joe Biden.
- 18:12Speaker 3: He was in the Senate for four years. He was
- 18:15Speaker 3: a man of the Senate. When I was first elected
- 18:17Speaker 3: the Senate in twenty twelve, Joe Biden swore me in.
- 18:19Speaker 3: In fact, I'll tell you, without the cognitive decline, and
- 18:22Speaker 3: he was fine. Now when vice president thirteen years ago,
- 18:25Speaker 3: he did not have cognitive cline. And in fact, it
- 18:27Speaker 3: was funny. So my girls, you know, my daughters, they're
- 18:30Speaker 3: fourteen and seventeen. When I was sworn in, they were
- 18:33Speaker 3: two and four. They were little bitty and my two
- 18:36Speaker 3: year old Catherine, Biden leaned over to pick her up
- 18:40Speaker 3: and she screamed. She screamed really loudly, and Biden said,
- 18:43Speaker 3: it's okay, it's okay. It's a Democrat, but it's okay.
- 18:47Speaker 3: And that was actually quite funny.
- 18:48Speaker 4: I laughed.
- 18:48Speaker 3: And you don't how Time magazine does little quotes of
- 18:51Speaker 3: like the quotes of the week. Yeah, that next week,
- 18:53Speaker 3: the quote of the week was it's okay, it's okay,
- 18:56Speaker 3: it's a Democrat, but it's okay. Vice President Joe Biden
- 18:59Speaker 3: to Catherine Cruz age two, and I've said, you know,
- 19:03Speaker 3: when Catherine is married, hopefully a long long time from now,
- 19:06Speaker 3: I intend to read that quote at her wedding and say,
- 19:10Speaker 3: even at age two, Catherine knew if a Democrat tries
- 19:13Speaker 3: to pick you up.
- 19:14Speaker 4: Scream loudly.
- 19:17Speaker 1: I like that one. So where do we go from
- 19:19Speaker 1: And by the way, when.
- 19:20Speaker 3: I say I didn't speak with him for four years,
- 19:23Speaker 3: that was true of virtually every Republican senator.
- 19:26Speaker 1: So we would say that Democrat senators are talking to him.
- 19:28Speaker 1: They middle more.
- 19:29Speaker 4: The Democrats talked to him early.
- 19:31Speaker 3: On because they were isolating him from what the book
- 19:33Speaker 3: saying from like everyone, so they talked to him a
- 19:36Speaker 3: little more. When when the Senates and session, Republican senators
- 19:40Speaker 3: have lunch together every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, so we
- 19:42Speaker 3: talk at lunch. It's they're working lunches, they're very productive.
- 19:45Speaker 3: We would sit at lunch and talk about how weird
- 19:47Speaker 3: it was that that none of us had spoken to Biden,
- 19:50Speaker 3: had been to the White House to see him, and
- 19:52Speaker 3: we all knew him. They were clearly hiding him. I
- 19:55Speaker 3: actually remember one of my colleagues. John Kennedy a good
- 19:58Speaker 3: friend Senator from Louisiana. He was one of the few
- 20:00Speaker 3: who had seen Biden one time, and he actually told
- 20:03Speaker 3: us all the story. We're sitting at the table and
- 20:04Speaker 3: he said, look, he had passed a bill. He said,
- 20:07Speaker 3: it was a fairly minor bill, but it was a
- 20:08Speaker 3: bipartisan bill that had passed, and Biden did a bill siding,
- 20:12Speaker 3: and so they brought him under. They brought him over
- 20:15Speaker 3: because they wanted to say, look how bipartisan were So
- 20:18Speaker 3: so Kennedy was in the oval and Biden was there,
- 20:20Speaker 3: and Kennedy started striking up a conversation with Biden, and
- 20:24Speaker 3: John knew him like we all did. And and Biden asked, so, John,
- 20:29Speaker 3: you ever seen the cabinet room? And John Kennedy being
- 20:32Speaker 3: John Kennedy, he said I lied and said no, and
- 20:35Speaker 3: he said, come on, let's go.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Yeah, and he care where that was going? You say,
- 20:38Speaker 1: now to that question, yeah.
- 20:39Speaker 3: And so he takes him in there and he said.
- 20:41Speaker 3: Biden begins telling stories from like forty or fifty years ago,
- 20:46Speaker 3: and Kennedy said, the White House staff comes in freaking out.
- 20:50Speaker 3: Miss President got to go, you gotta go, And Biden
- 20:52Speaker 3: yells at him, shut up, I'm telling stories, and he said,
- 20:55Speaker 3: he went on for like thirty forty minutes, and it
- 20:57Speaker 3: was like listening to your grandfather who tell these same
- 21:00Speaker 3: stories and ever the same stories like fifty years ago.
- 21:03Speaker 3: They can remember, but but don't ask them what's happening today.
- 21:06Speaker 3: And and that was and he was literally at my
- 21:09Speaker 3: lunch table. I remember he was the only one of
- 21:11Speaker 3: us who had seen Biden since he's been president, and
- 21:13Speaker 3: and that was his one experience with him.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Will there be anything now that the mees accept this
- 21:18Speaker 2: as fact? They're reporting on this fact. Cabinet members were
- 21:22Speaker 2: worried about his capacity in a crisis. That's what they've said.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Is there going to be any oversight slash investigation? Should
- 21:31Speaker 1: there be? From Congress?
- 21:32Speaker 2: And I know that's a weird question because there's somebody like, look,
- 21:34Speaker 2: we want let's move on, But like I do, actually,
- 21:37Speaker 2: as an American citizen, want to know who was running
- 21:39Speaker 2: the United States of America that was elected by no one.
- 21:44Speaker 1: I want to know who was calling the shots it
- 21:46Speaker 1: was elected by no one.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Because whether I win or lose an election, my vote
- 21:50Speaker 2: should not be canceled out by by some sort of
- 21:52Speaker 2: dictator or tyrant within an administration that no one knows
- 21:55Speaker 2: who's running a government.
- 21:56Speaker 3: And by the way, there's a related question to that
- 21:58Speaker 3: Ben which as we see the stories that apparently a
- 22:01Speaker 3: substantial number of official things that Biden signed were signed
- 22:04Speaker 3: by the autopen.
- 22:05Speaker 1: So was he even making the decision to sign them, right?
- 22:08Speaker 3: And he didn't even seem to know like some of
- 22:10Speaker 3: the pardons. And I actually think you'll have this litigated.
- 22:13Speaker 3: I don't not aware of any court that's ever decided
- 22:16Speaker 3: is is a pardon? Does a pardon have to actually
- 22:19Speaker 3: be signed by the president. So, look, every elected official
- 22:22Speaker 3: has an autopen. I have an autopen, and so for
- 22:24Speaker 3: things like constituent correspondence, if you write into your senator,
- 22:28Speaker 3: you'll get a response back, and we try to respond
- 22:30Speaker 3: substantively in the autop pen will sign it. And I
- 22:32Speaker 3: get millions of those letters, so I couldn't physically sign
- 22:35Speaker 3: them all.
- 22:35Speaker 2: All I'm thinking about right now is how where that
- 22:37Speaker 2: autopen isn't how much fun I could happen keep going.
- 22:39Speaker 3: But look, it's fine for if something like correspondence a
- 22:43Speaker 3: birthday wish, But the question is for something that has
- 22:47Speaker 3: legal force of law. And I actually want to know
- 22:49Speaker 3: did they use the autopen to sign any legislation, because
- 22:52Speaker 3: it's not clear to me legislation that the president didn't
- 22:55Speaker 3: sign has legal force. The autopen is not the commander
- 22:58Speaker 3: in chief and the chief judges.
- 23:00Speaker 2: For example, if he didn't autopeny, which means I'm truly
- 23:04Speaker 2: convinced that he didn't know what was going on, he
- 23:07Speaker 2: didn't know who's appointing.
- 23:08Speaker 1: He probably didn't know who's pardoning.
- 23:10Speaker 3: And if that happening, the parties are where it'll be litigated, okay,
- 23:13Speaker 3: and that will Why is that so different, because look,
- 23:17Speaker 3: it's it's interesting, like a pardon under the Constitution, all
- 23:20Speaker 3: you have to have is a document from the president
- 23:23Speaker 3: that said, you know, I I pardoned Ben Ferguson and
- 23:27Speaker 3: and and suddenly actually only if it's a federal offense,
- 23:29Speaker 3: so he can't.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Yeah, the abuse I take, the abuse I take.
- 23:34Speaker 3: But it literally there's no pomp and circumstance. It doesn't
- 23:38Speaker 3: have to have gold leaf on the paper, it doesn't
- 23:41Speaker 3: have to be an official it's just a piece of
- 23:43Speaker 3: paper with a signature with those words and his signature,
- 23:46Speaker 3: that is legally a pardon. But if you don't actually
- 23:49Speaker 3: have a signature. Listen, I've been in the oval dozens
- 23:53Speaker 3: of times, probably more when when President Trump is signing
- 23:56Speaker 3: things and pulls out he actually so have you seen
- 23:59Speaker 3: the pen? Okay, yeah, I've got I've got one of
- 24:02Speaker 3: the big sharpies, like most presidents use like a sharpie
- 24:07Speaker 3: to have a signing pen. But President Trump's it's a
- 24:10Speaker 3: marker that's probably what ten inches long.
- 24:13Speaker 1: And maybe golds like golden signature and like an inch.
- 24:16Speaker 4: In diameter like it's it is massive.
- 24:19Speaker 3: But he signs one after the other, after the other
- 24:21Speaker 3: after the other, because that's what gives it legal force
- 24:24Speaker 3: of law. If you have a president that's mentally incompetent
- 24:28Speaker 3: and you have staffers running thing, it makes you wonder
- 24:32Speaker 3: doctor Fauci's pardon is it?
- 24:35Speaker 1: I don't know? Yeah, And if it's the auto pen,
- 24:38Speaker 1: which I'm sure they can figure that.
- 24:39Speaker 3: Out, it will be It's an interesting question, you know.
- 24:43Speaker 3: I'll say a few more of these quotes from from
- 24:45Speaker 3: the cabinet members. The cabinet members in this book, uh
- 24:51Speaker 3: described said one said quote the staff did him wrong.
- 24:55Speaker 3: If you were with him every day and you knew
- 24:57Speaker 3: this was going to be a problem, why didn't you
- 24:59Speaker 3: go to him and say another said quote, access dropped
- 25:02Speaker 3: off considerably in twenty twenty four, and I didn't interact
- 25:05Speaker 3: with him as much. A third said quote, Yes, the
- 25:09Speaker 3: president is making the decisions, but if the inner circle
- 25:12Speaker 3: is shaping them in such a way, is it really
- 25:15Speaker 3: a decision? And here was another cabinet secretary. I don't
- 25:18Speaker 3: think he has dementia, but the thing is he's an
- 25:20Speaker 3: old man. The president can give you four to six
- 25:22Speaker 3: good hours a day when he got tired, sloppy isn't
- 25:25Speaker 3: the right word, but his guard was down. That would
- 25:28Speaker 3: be the commander in chief of the United States.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I want to go back to the last quote, Sata,
- 25:31Speaker 2: that you just said about the people around the president.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Now that it's over, now that everybody knows the cognit decline,
- 25:39Speaker 2: now that the books are being written, they're telling you
- 25:42Speaker 2: they may have only gotten four hours a day out
- 25:44Speaker 2: of the president units Asperagra. That is maybe one of
- 25:47Speaker 2: the most shocking statements I've ever heard about any president.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Yet, look, it's he was not mentally capable to do
- 25:54Speaker 3: the job. They knew it, and they lied about it.
- 25:56Speaker 3: And by the way, Jake Tapper's whole premise that gosh,
- 25:59Speaker 3: little old mea was deceived. They just didn't tell me
- 26:02Speaker 3: the truth.
- 26:02Speaker 4: I just didn't know. Well, Jake, if you listened to.
- 26:06Speaker 3: Verdict, we were telling you the facts, and we were
- 26:09Speaker 3: telling you the facts early on par I want you
- 26:11Speaker 3: to go back to January of twenty twenty four. I
- 26:13Speaker 3: want you to listen to a segment of Benemy in
- 26:15Speaker 3: the podcast back in January of twenty four talking about
- 26:19Speaker 3: Biden's deterioration.
- 26:21Speaker 4: Give a listen.
- 26:22Speaker 3: You and I and kind of anyone with eyes and
- 26:25Speaker 3: common sense have been observing for a long time that
- 26:29Speaker 3: Joe Biden's cognitive decline is massive.
- 26:32Speaker 4: But it's easy for.
- 26:35Speaker 3: Some observers to dismiss that and say, you know, these
- 26:38Speaker 3: guys are biased, they're partisans, they don't like Biden, so
- 26:41Speaker 3: what they're saying is not true. In this instance, the
- 26:47Speaker 3: people speaking are the Biden Department of Justice and not
- 26:51Speaker 3: any department of justice. This is an apartment of Justice
- 26:54Speaker 3: that has proven itself the most politicized and partisan department
- 26:58Speaker 3: of justice in history, and they have argued. So, for example,
- 27:03Speaker 3: I'm going to read you a paragraph from the report.
- 27:06Speaker 3: In his interview with our office, mister Biden's memory was worse.
- 27:12Speaker 3: He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting
- 27:17Speaker 3: on the first day of the interview when his term
- 27:19Speaker 3: ended quote if it was twenty thirteen, when did I
- 27:23Speaker 3: stop being vice president? And forgetting on the second day
- 27:27Speaker 3: of the interview when his term began quote in two
- 27:31Speaker 3: thousand and nine, am I still vice president? He did
- 27:36Speaker 3: not remember even within several years when his son Bo died,
- 27:43Speaker 3: and his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate
- 27:48Speaker 3: that was once so important to him, among other things,
- 27:53Speaker 3: he mistakenly said he quote had a real difference of
- 27:57Speaker 3: opinion with General or Aitkenberry, when in fact Aitkinberry was
- 28:04Speaker 3: an ally whom mister Biden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving
- 28:09Speaker 3: memo to President Obama. All of that was authored by
- 28:14Speaker 3: the Biden Department of Justice. And when they are describing
- 28:18Speaker 3: the sitting president as a well meaning elderly man with
- 28:22Speaker 3: a poor memory, the natural question for anyone to say is,
- 28:27Speaker 3: holy crap. If he's not competent to stand trial, why
- 28:31Speaker 3: is he the commander in chief with the authority to
- 28:33Speaker 3: send our sons and daughters into harm's way? Why does
- 28:38Speaker 3: he have access to the nuclear codes? Understand the description here?
- 28:42Speaker 3: They say, you couldn't charge him with a crime because
- 28:44Speaker 3: he's not aware of enough to have the requisite mental intent.
- 28:49Speaker 3: And yet Joe Biden tonight, if he's so desired, could
- 28:53Speaker 3: literally exterminate humanity from the face of the planet. As
- 28:57Speaker 3: commander in chief, if he gave the order launch the
- 29:01Speaker 3: nuclear weapons. Now, unless the military refused to obey the
- 29:08Speaker 3: commander in chief, Joe Biden could exterminate every life on
- 29:11Speaker 3: this planet. And if he's not mentally competent to stand trial,
- 29:16Speaker 3: that is terrifying. So that was a year and a
- 29:19Speaker 3: half ago, a year and a half ago on this podcast.
- 29:21Speaker 3: And understand the entire basis at Tapper's book is he
- 29:25Speaker 3: couldn't possibly know about known about this mental decline. The
- 29:28Speaker 3: Department of Justice in this would be the Biden Department
- 29:30Speaker 3: of Justice went into court. So the Robert Herr Report,
- 29:34Speaker 3: Remember they did not prosecute Biden.
- 29:36Speaker 1: And where was that? I wonder do you remember the
- 29:38Speaker 1: timeframe on that.
- 29:39Speaker 3: That was early twenty four. Yeah, we covered it a lot.
- 29:42Speaker 1: And that with them interviewing him in twenty three.
- 29:45Speaker 2: So in twenty three when they were interviewing Joe Biden,
- 29:49Speaker 2: they then in twenty four told America he's so bad off.
- 29:53Speaker 1: We can't even charge him with anything.
- 29:55Speaker 3: So they concluded if they charged him, he would be
- 29:58Speaker 3: found not competent to the convicted. That is a stunning. Look,
- 30:02Speaker 3: there's a standard. There are people that are not competent
- 30:04Speaker 3: to be tried. If you have dementia, if you're like
- 30:07Speaker 3: mentally ill, that you're not able that The legal standard
- 30:10Speaker 3: is you have to form what's called mensraa, which is intent.
- 30:13Speaker 3: And they said, well, he's so old and senile, we
- 30:16Speaker 3: can't charge him. So that's why they said, oh, yeah,
- 30:18Speaker 3: he clearly violated the law. He committed a felony. Remember
- 30:21Speaker 3: he kept classified materials everywhere, including his garage next to
- 30:24Speaker 3: his antique car.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Now to joke, that's real.
- 30:28Speaker 3: And they said he was guilty of that, but they
- 30:31Speaker 3: couldn't charge him because he was incompetent to stan trial.
- 30:33Speaker 3: I want you to listen in twenty twenty three to
- 30:37Speaker 3: me laying out his mental decline and MSNBC Morning Joe
- 30:41Speaker 3: making fun of me for it.
- 30:42Speaker 1: This was like one of their big intros. May fourth,
- 30:45Speaker 1: twenty twenty three.
- 30:47Speaker 3: Twenty eleven, when Republicans in the House stood strong on
- 30:53Speaker 3: the death ceiling again because Democrats had had majority of
- 30:56Speaker 3: the Congress for two years had passed trillions in irresponsible spend,
- 31:00Speaker 3: and Republicans stood strong and said, we will not raise
- 31:03Speaker 3: the debt ceiling without serious fiscal reform.
- 31:06Speaker 4: What happened.
- 31:08Speaker 3: Then Vice President Joe Biden came and negotiated a deal,
- 31:12Speaker 3: a deal called the Budget Control Act. Vice President Biden
- 31:16Speaker 3: sat down with House Republicans and reached a meaningful compromise.
- 31:21Speaker 3: President Joe Biden needs to do the same thing, and
- 31:24Speaker 3: I'll say sadly the reason he hasn't so far, I
- 31:29Speaker 3: believe is because his mental faculties are too diminished.
- 31:34Speaker 4: Right now, you know, hold on, hold on.
- 31:39Speaker 8: He has such a point. His mental faculties are so
- 31:43Speaker 8: diminished that he passed more bipartisan signed more bipartisan legislation.
- 31:50Speaker 1: He was doing it last year.
- 31:54Speaker 8: Any president since LBJ My god, if he were as
- 31:58Speaker 8: coaching as he had been than twenty eleven.
- 32:01Speaker 1: But he could have been like you could have gone
- 32:04Speaker 1: back to FDR.
- 32:05Speaker 7: What else he did without without apparently realizing what he
- 32:09Speaker 7: was doing. He like held NATO together to fight Russian
- 32:13Speaker 7: aggression in Ukraine, and and.
- 32:17Speaker 8: My god, I know he only increased eight hundred mile
- 32:20Speaker 8: border in NATO.
- 32:22Speaker 4: With Russia exactly.
- 32:24Speaker 1: But I guess he you know, he thought he was happen.
- 32:27Speaker 8: You know, it reminds me of Ronald Reagan when he
- 32:29Speaker 8: was speaking at Harvard, a Eurekan College grad and he's
- 32:33Speaker 8: sitting there talking to the grads and he's making fun
- 32:35Speaker 8: of his education. At the end, he goes, you know,
- 32:37Speaker 8: sometimes I just sit here with a presidential seal in
- 32:41Speaker 8: front of him, and I wonder what I could have
- 32:43Speaker 8: been with a good.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Go back and read.
- 32:51Speaker 2: David, go back and read Reagan. He says, by golly,
- 32:54Speaker 2: I mean, I love this. And by the way, we
- 32:56Speaker 2: do know who was doing it now. It was either
- 32:57Speaker 2: an auto pin or a bunch of old staffers.
- 33:00Speaker 3: So I'm curious that I may have missed this. But
