- 0:01Speaker 1: One point four million got aways. That is the new
- 0:05Speaker 1: number illegal immigrants that have crossed the border and escaped
- 0:09Speaker 1: into the US since Joe Biden took office. Let me
- 0:13Speaker 1: give you just a play by play, month over month
- 0:16Speaker 1: how bad the situation has gotten because of the Biden policies.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Got aways under Biden January of twenty twenty one, Okay,
- 0:27Speaker 1: that's January twenty twenty one, right when he became president,
- 0:30Speaker 1: nine thousand, five hundred and twenty one got aways. The
- 0:35Speaker 1: policy's changed the very next month, we went to twenty
- 0:39Speaker 1: four thousand, March, the next month after that thirty seven thousand, April,
- 0:44Speaker 1: forty thousand, May forty eight thousand.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Then you move to where we are now.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Fiscal year twenty twenty three to March of two thousand
- 0:54Speaker 1: and fifth or March fifteenth, we have had three hundred
- 0:57Speaker 1: and eighty five thousand got aways. In twenty twenty two
- 1:01Speaker 1: we had over six thousand, six hundred thousand got aways.
- 1:06Speaker 1: And the number now is one point four million got
- 1:10Speaker 1: aways since Joe Biden took office. How do we reach
- 1:13Speaker 1: this number? By taking Customs and Border Patrol got aways
- 1:17Speaker 1: data since Biden took office reported this week one point
- 1:24Speaker 1: four million illegal immigrants have gotten away. That doesn't count
- 1:29Speaker 1: any of those that we've caught. You have to understand
- 1:31Speaker 1: the numbers that we've caught are even more staggering. This
- 1:34Speaker 1: is just the number of people we couldn't even get
- 1:36Speaker 1: our hands on. How many people is one point four million.
- 1:41Speaker 1: It's larger than the population of San Diego, that's America's
- 1:45Speaker 1: eighth largest city.
- 1:47Speaker 2: But what does the White House say? They say, well,
- 1:49Speaker 2: the border is secure. No it's not. The border is
- 1:53Speaker 2: not secure.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Which brings us to the ending Biden ending Title forty two.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Texas atturn in General is now warning that this is
- 2:01Speaker 1: a threat to the sovereignty, a threat to the security,
- 2:05Speaker 1: and a threat to the American people. And he said
- 2:08Speaker 1: it cannot be overstated. The detriment quote to national sovereignty,
- 2:13Speaker 1: border security, and the safety American citizens caused by ending
- 2:17Speaker 1: Title forty two cannot be overstated. Is what the Texas
- 2:21Speaker 1: Attorney General Ken Paxon warned the public today. He said
- 2:25Speaker 1: President Biden has prioritized an open border agenda above any
- 2:31Speaker 1: semblance a border security. Paxson talked about the lifting of
- 2:36Speaker 1: Title forty two, this Trump era policy and it was
- 2:39Speaker 1: clearly a public health policy that allowed for the immediate
- 2:43Speaker 1: expulsion of migrants without allowing them to seek asylum.
- 2:46Speaker 2: And it worked.
- 2:48Speaker 1: This was reversed by the Biden administration, and the reversal
- 2:53Speaker 1: of the Biden administration's Title forty two COVID expulsion authority
- 2:56Speaker 1: is now allowed for a wave of migration the southern
- 3:00Speaker 1: border that we have never seen before. It also marked
- 3:04Speaker 1: the final departure from any enforcement policy that has been
- 3:08Speaker 1: enacted under the Trump administration that saw migrant crossing numbers
- 3:12Speaker 1: drop rapidly in late twenty nineteen and twenty twenty that
- 3:16Speaker 1: have now skyrocketed. So the idea that you can't fix
- 3:19Speaker 1: this problem is also a lie.
- 3:21Speaker 2: The Texas AG.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Called the program where the few remainting tools that could
- 3:25Speaker 1: be used to stop the seemingly never ending flood of
- 3:28Speaker 1: illegal immigrants pouring across our southern border. Now, along with
- 3:33Speaker 1: nearly every other measure that could be used to stop
- 3:35Speaker 1: the legal immigration, the Biden administration is removing that deterrent.
- 3:40Speaker 2: The Ag emphasize that quote.
- 3:42Speaker 1: It cannot be ever stated how detrimental Title forty two's
- 3:45Speaker 1: ending is for our nation's sovereignty, our border security, and
- 3:49Speaker 1: the safety of American citizen defies all logic for the
- 3:53Speaker 1: Biden administration in Title forty two by prioritizing an open
- 3:57Speaker 1: border agenda above any semblin to a border security has
- 4:01Speaker 1: consistently been a defining hallmark of this administration. He went
- 4:06Speaker 1: on to say, despite the chaos on our southern border
- 4:10Speaker 1: continuing to get worse under Joe Biden's watch, he said,
- 4:13Speaker 1: states like Texas are going to have to continue to
- 4:15Speaker 1: do everything within their authority to protect the people of
- 4:17Speaker 1: Texas and stop illegal immigration. Yet this administration continues to
- 4:24Speaker 1: have an open border policy with a surge of migrants
- 4:28Speaker 1: only expected to increase following the termination of Title forty
- 4:32Speaker 1: two at midnight on Thursday. Without this policy and effect
- 4:38Speaker 1: in essence of Biden administration has said, Hey, we will
- 4:41Speaker 1: admit up to half a million border crossers and illegal aliens.
- 4:44Speaker 1: The equivalent of the population of Atlanta, Georgia could arrive
- 4:47Speaker 1: at the southern border based on the numbers we're seeing
- 4:50Speaker 1: each month, not each year, each month. In other words,
- 4:53Speaker 1: the entire Atlanta population is now invading our border every
- 4:57Speaker 1: thirty days, And what are the facts about the Board
- 5:01Speaker 1: of the United States continues to face record high levels
- 5:05Speaker 1: of illegal immigration eight hundred and forty four thousand migrants
- 5:09Speaker 1: either apprehended after crossing the southern border or classified as
- 5:14Speaker 1: godaways during the fiscal first quarter of this year twenty
- 5:17Speaker 1: twenty three. Eight hundred and forty four thousand illegal immigrants
- 5:25Speaker 1: have either been classified as apprehended or got aways during
- 5:30Speaker 1: the first quarter of this year and nearly the first
- 5:34Speaker 1: two years under the Biden administration. Here's another number you
- 5:38Speaker 1: need to share with your family and your friends. Put
- 5:40Speaker 1: this on social media. Border patrol agents have apprehended a
- 5:44Speaker 1: record setting four point two million migrants. So what is
- 5:52Speaker 1: this president doing using taxpayer dollars to roll out the
- 5:56Speaker 1: red carpet for hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants and
- 5:59Speaker 1: use our tax dours to bring them into our country.
- 6:04Speaker 1: That's what Joe Biden is doing. This illegal parole program
- 6:08Speaker 1: is yet another example of Biden and Majorcas's desperation to
- 6:14Speaker 1: ignore our nation's laws to advance an open border agenda,
- 6:19Speaker 1: fundamentally trying to change this country. This is lawlessness on
- 6:25Speaker 1: purpose by the Biden administration, and they have indicated that
- 6:29Speaker 1: in even they don't even remotely care about protecting our
- 6:34Speaker 1: sovereignty as a country because they want to remake it.
- 6:37Speaker 2: They don't care about bolstering our border security.
- 6:40Speaker 1: They want us to be flooded with an Atlanta, Georgia
- 6:44Speaker 1: population every thirty days.
- 6:46Speaker 2: It's working.
- 6:48Speaker 1: When you think in the first two years under the
- 6:50Speaker 1: Biden administration, the fact that border patrol agents have apprehended
- 6:53Speaker 1: a record setting four point two million migrants and now
- 6:56Speaker 1: we're looking at the entire population of Atlanta, Georgia every
- 6:59Speaker 1: month breaking into this country.
- 7:01Speaker 2: What does that tell you about this administration?
- 7:03Speaker 1: It tells you they hate America, and it tells you
- 7:07Speaker 1: that they want to fundamentally remake what this country actually is.
- 7:12Speaker 1: And what is the White House? What is the Chief
- 7:14Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security? Chief America say? Here's what he says.
- 7:17Speaker 1: He refuses to recognize the cost of legal immigration on
- 7:21Speaker 1: the American citizens.
- 7:23Speaker 3: A cost.
- 7:24Speaker 4: What's the rough cost to American taxpayers since the roughly
- 7:27Speaker 4: four million people have come into this country illegally US
- 7:30Speaker 4: in January of twenty twenty one, as those people show
- 7:32Speaker 4: up at community hospitals, as they end of the school system,
- 7:36Speaker 4: as they get other government help, do you have a
- 7:37Speaker 4: taxpayer costs?
- 7:38Speaker 5: Let me turn that question around a little bit, because
- 7:42Speaker 5: I'm going to turn it around to match the question
- 7:46Speaker 5: that an international partner asked of me, and the question
- 7:50Speaker 5: that the international partner asked of me is, what is
- 7:53Speaker 5: the economic cost of your broken immigration system? Since there
- 7:57Speaker 5: are businesses around this country that are desperate for workers,
- 8:03Speaker 5: there are desperate workers looking for jobs, desperate workers in
- 8:09Speaker 5: foreign countries that are looking for jobs in the United
- 8:12Speaker 5: States where they can earn money lawfully and send much
- 8:16Speaker 5: needed remittances back home. What is the cost of a
- 8:19Speaker 5: broken immigration system? That is the question that I am asked,
- 8:23Speaker 5: and that is the question that I pose to Congress
- 8:26Speaker 5: because it is extraordinary.
- 8:28Speaker 1: They won't tell you how much it's costing you. They
- 8:31Speaker 1: don't want you to know how much it's costing you.
- 8:33Speaker 1: They don't want you to know that it's not just
- 8:35Speaker 1: costing you hard dollars, but it's also costing you dollars
- 8:37Speaker 1: in many other ways. It's costing many Americans jobs, it's
- 8:41Speaker 1: costing many Americans pay raises. It's costing many Americans they're
- 8:46Speaker 1: tax dollars that could be going to them and their
- 8:48Speaker 1: schools and to their children. Instead, it's going to the
- 8:52Speaker 1: population of Atlanta coming across our border every thirty days.
- 9:00Speaker 1: A hell of a lot of money, and that's what
- 9:02Speaker 1: we're clearly seeing here. You have an administration that is
- 9:07Speaker 1: doing this on purpose because they want to fundamentally change
- 9:11Speaker 1: this country into something that is unrecognizable. There's one part
- 9:17Speaker 1: of these illegal immigrants coming across the border that many
- 9:20Speaker 1: people seem to forget about and seem to miss. These
- 9:26Speaker 1: illegal immigrants that are coming in from countries around the
- 9:28Speaker 1: world have no problem with the idea of socialism and
- 9:32Speaker 1: or communism. They grew up under it. Folks, you think
- 9:36Speaker 1: they're going to have a problem voting for socialism and
- 9:39Speaker 1: communism and free stuff when they've been conditioned to it
- 9:41Speaker 1: their entire life. They have no problem with that. And
- 9:46Speaker 1: that's exactly why Democrats are flooding this country with illegal immigrants.
- 9:52Speaker 2: For that reason.
- 9:53Speaker 1: They want to make sure that they can import voters
- 9:58Speaker 1: by literally the millions, buy the millions so that they
- 10:07Speaker 1: will win every future election no matter what. Now, before
- 10:13Speaker 1: I get into more of this story, I want to
- 10:14Speaker 1: say thank you and tell you about our good friends
- 10:16Speaker 1: at Patriot Mobile. They are now offering a performance guarantee.
- 10:21Speaker 1: If you're not happy with your coverage, you can switch
- 10:23Speaker 1: between the three major.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Carriers for free.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Yeah, Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 10:32Speaker 1: They are for nationwide coverage on the best G four
- 10:35Speaker 1: and G five networks, the same network and towers are
- 10:37Speaker 1: using right now. The difference is not only do you
- 10:41Speaker 1: get the same great quality that you're used to, but
- 10:45Speaker 1: they actually are a company that fights to preserve our
- 10:48Speaker 1: God given rights and freedoms. So this year resolved to
- 10:52Speaker 1: stop spending your money with companies that don't align with
- 10:55Speaker 1: your values, in fact, actually fight against what.
- 10:58Speaker 2: You believe in. Switch to paid mobile.
- 11:00Speaker 1: You'll be supporting First and Second Amendment groups, the rights
- 11:03Speaker 1: of unborn children, and even helping with adoptions.
- 11:07Speaker 2: It is easy to switch.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Call them right now, or go online to Patriotmobile dot
- 11:12Speaker 1: com slash ferguson. That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Or
- 11:16Speaker 1: call them eight seven eight Patriot. You're gonna get free
- 11:19Speaker 1: activation with the offer code ferguson. That's eight seven eight
- 11:23Speaker 1: Patriot or Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 11:27Speaker 2: This border issue.
- 11:30Speaker 1: And the lies that have been told to get us
- 11:32Speaker 1: to where we are, was all done on purpose. I
- 11:35Speaker 1: need you to understand none of this was an accident
- 11:40Speaker 1: by this administration. This was deliberately done to fundamentally change
- 11:45Speaker 1: this country. Senator Ted Cruz, I have the privilege of
- 11:49Speaker 1: hosting a podcast with him.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Three days a week.
- 11:52Speaker 1: We had the president of the union, the Border Union,
- 11:56Speaker 1: the Border Patrol Agents Union, on our show Verdict Out.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Download that on Monday and you're going to get the
- 12:03Speaker 1: entire conversation. But there was a part of it that
- 12:07Speaker 1: I want to play for you now so you can
- 12:10Speaker 1: hear what they saw at the border at midnight when
- 12:15Speaker 1: Title forty two expired and listen to part of what
- 12:18Speaker 1: they said. It is truly shocking to watch the images
- 12:23Speaker 1: that so many Americans saw, and we'll see over the
- 12:27Speaker 1: weekend of the drone footage if you've been watching Fox
- 12:29Speaker 1: News channel of tens of thousands of people waiting to
- 12:34Speaker 1: come across the border. And there was a warning that
- 12:38Speaker 1: was given, advice that was given not only to the
- 12:42Speaker 1: Biden administration by Border Patrol, but we actually have a
- 12:46Speaker 1: guest with us tonight that warned the Biden administration that
- 12:49Speaker 1: this was going to happen. And the Biden transition team
- 12:53Speaker 1: clearly said no, no, no, we don't care about the chaos
- 12:56Speaker 1: and the anarchy. We want this by design.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right.
- 13:01Speaker 6: And so tonight, Ben, you and I are joined by
- 13:03Speaker 6: someone who has become a very good friend of mine,
- 13:06Speaker 6: Brandon Judd. Brandon is the president of the National Border
- 13:09Speaker 6: Patrol Council. That is the union, the national union for
- 13:13Speaker 6: the men and women of the Border Patrol all across
- 13:15Speaker 6: this country. And I have spent hundreds of hours with
- 13:20Speaker 6: Brandon and with the heroes of the Border Patrol. I've
- 13:22Speaker 6: been blessed to go out with them repeatedly on midnight
- 13:26Speaker 6: patrol down on the border. I've been been with them
- 13:30Speaker 6: at midnight muster. I've been with them as they're processing
- 13:34Speaker 6: this deluge of illegal immigrants.
- 13:36Speaker 3: I've been with them to.
- 13:37Speaker 6: Encourage those heroes while they have political superiors who undermine them,
- 13:44Speaker 6: who belittle them, who insult them, and who deliberately prevent
- 13:48Speaker 6: them from doing their jobs. And I have to say
- 13:50Speaker 6: it is a miracle that they continue to show up
- 13:54Speaker 6: to work every day to protect this country, even while
- 13:57Speaker 6: facing a president and an administration that is doing everything
- 14:02Speaker 6: it can to make it impossible for them to succeed
- 14:04Speaker 6: at their task.
- 14:05Speaker 3: That was well put, well, very well put. Well, Brandon.
- 14:09Speaker 6: Welcome, well, thank you, and I'll tell you actually, Ben,
- 14:14Speaker 6: you don't know this, but this is Brandon's second time
- 14:16Speaker 6: on it.
- 14:17Speaker 3: It is so Brandon. Ver two point zero is so Brandon.
- 14:23Speaker 3: I'm always better the second time around.
- 14:25Speaker 6: Brandon was was on Verdict back when when Michael Knowles
- 14:28Speaker 6: and I were doing it. So it's been a couple
- 14:30Speaker 6: of years since he's done, but he's one of the
- 14:32Speaker 6: the very small group of repeat guests. You and Mike
- 14:35Speaker 6: Lee might be the only two. I'm not remembering any
- 14:38Speaker 6: others that have been uh, recidivous.
- 14:42Speaker 7: It's got to be because both of us are ugly.
- 14:44Speaker 7: That's that's what it's got to be.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Brandan.
- 14:49Speaker 1: I got to ask you about the warning and the
- 14:52Speaker 1: advice that you gave to the Biden administration.
- 14:57Speaker 2: You you gave advice.
- 14:58Speaker 1: You told the b and transition team before even Biden
- 15:03Speaker 1: took office what they needed to do to keep a
- 15:05Speaker 1: secure border. You represent, obviously as the president of National
- 15:09Speaker 1: Border Patrol Council border patrol agents who right now. God
- 15:13Speaker 1: bless all of you for what you do, because I
- 15:16Speaker 1: can't imagine going to work every day knowing that the
- 15:18Speaker 1: administration is working against you the way that they are
- 15:22Speaker 1: right now. But what did you tell them and you
- 15:25Speaker 1: knew this day would come, and this hour would come,
- 15:28Speaker 1: and this moment would come if they did and put
- 15:31Speaker 1: in place the policies that they have now put on
- 15:33Speaker 1: all of.
- 15:33Speaker 3: Us, not just once.
- 15:35Speaker 7: I sat down with the transition team three separate times
- 15:39Speaker 7: to discuss the issues that we face on the border,
- 15:41Speaker 7: to discuss what could be done to keep the American
- 15:45Speaker 7: people safe. And that's what border security is all about.
- 15:48Speaker 6: We've got to keep the American Brandon, this was not
- 15:50Speaker 6: just the Trump transition team, although you sat down with
- 15:53Speaker 6: them as well.
- 15:53Speaker 4: I did.
- 15:53Speaker 3: Talking to I was on the Trump transition.
- 15:55Speaker 6: You were on the Trump transition team. But when Joe
- 15:57Speaker 6: Biden came in, you sat I did with them, I did,
- 16:00Speaker 6: and you tried to help them not have this disaster.
- 16:04Speaker 7: I did the best that I could. I didn't vote
- 16:06Speaker 7: for Joe Biden. I don't like Joe Biden, and I
- 16:08Speaker 7: didn't like him as the Senator. I didn't like him
- 16:10Speaker 7: as the Vice president. But I did want him to
- 16:12Speaker 7: succeed as the President of the United States, because if
- 16:14Speaker 7: he succeeds, the American people succeed. That's all I cared about.
- 16:16Speaker 7: And so I sat down with the transition team. I
- 16:18Speaker 7: sat down with them three separate times, and we went
- 16:21Speaker 7: over in depth what needs to be done on the
- 16:24Speaker 7: border to secure the border. And we even stayed within
- 16:27Speaker 7: the parameters that Biden gave on the campaign trail. It's
- 16:31Speaker 7: not like we offered them up radical ideas. It's not
- 16:35Speaker 7: like we were telling them stick with the Trump policies,
- 16:37Speaker 7: although I would have loved to have stuck with those policies.
- 16:40Speaker 7: We worked within their parameters and they still rejected it,
- 16:43Speaker 7: which clearly showed to me that they didn't care about
- 16:45Speaker 7: securing the border. They didn't care about the American people
- 16:48Speaker 7: who they're supposed to be protecting, and so it was
- 16:51Speaker 7: really disgusting to me. And not only did I sit
- 16:54Speaker 7: down with the transition team, I actually spoke with Secretary
- 16:56Speaker 7: of my Orchis prior to his confirmation and discussed the
- 17:01Speaker 7: issues with him as well. And so when you look
- 17:04Speaker 7: at this, it's not like they can claim that they
- 17:08Speaker 7: didn't know. It's not like they can say we didn't
- 17:10Speaker 7: know what we needed to do. They knew, They know
- 17:13Speaker 7: exactly what they need to do. They knew what they
- 17:16Speaker 7: needed to do, and so you have to ask yourself,
- 17:19Speaker 7: are they doing this on purpose? And I think that
- 17:21Speaker 7: the only answer is yes, they are. They are doing
- 17:23Speaker 7: this on purpose. They are pandering to open border activists.
- 17:26Speaker 7: Look at the West Wing, Look at the West Wing.
- 17:29Speaker 7: All of the political appointees in the West Wing they
- 17:32Speaker 7: come from activist backgrounds. Look at the political appointees in DHS,
- 17:36Speaker 7: they come from activist backgrounds. So now you have activists
- 17:40Speaker 7: they're running legitimate law enforcement agency.
- 17:43Speaker 6: Brandon, you were with me when I brought down nineteen
- 17:47Speaker 6: senators to the boarder and we went in to the
- 17:50Speaker 6: Biden cages, to the tent city at Donnap and there
- 17:55Speaker 6: the Biden administration refused to let TV cameras in. They
- 17:58Speaker 6: refused to let Fox News in, They refused to let
- 18:00Speaker 6: ABC News in because they said that the that the
- 18:03Speaker 6: cameraman might have COVID. Now, mind you, these these these
- 18:07Speaker 6: Biden cages were packed wall to wall. And as your recall,
- 18:12Speaker 6: and Brandon, you'll recall well, because you were standing there,
- 18:14Speaker 6: I pulled out my cell phone and I began taking
- 18:16Speaker 6: pictures and recording it. And the Biden DHS had sent
- 18:20Speaker 6: they'd sent this little political operative who jumped in front
- 18:24Speaker 6: of the camera and tried to block me. And she
- 18:27Speaker 6: was she was the right hand to to to the
- 18:31Speaker 6: head of CBP, and her job was prevent the American
- 18:36Speaker 6: people from seeing the disaster they were creating. And so,
- 18:40Speaker 6: you know, I kind of laughed and said, well, you're
- 18:42Speaker 6: about to make yourself famous.
- 18:44Speaker 3: And I think that.
- 18:45Speaker 6: That video that I took on my cell phone because
- 18:47Speaker 6: they wouldn't let news cameras in, it ran on just
- 18:49Speaker 6: about every news station.
- 18:51Speaker 3: It did, It did, and it showed. And at one
- 18:54Speaker 3: point she was yelling at me.
- 18:56Speaker 6: Respect these people, respect these dignity, their dignity, and I said,
- 19:00Speaker 6: you respect these people. You're the one that have locked
- 19:02Speaker 6: them up in cages like animals and you leave. They
- 19:06Speaker 6: were stacked. You saw children shoulder to shoulder lying on
- 19:10Speaker 6: the floor on mats with silver reflective blankets. There was
- 19:15Speaker 6: a rate of COVID positivity among the kids that was
- 19:19Speaker 6: through the roof, and the Biden policies kept having thousands
- 19:23Speaker 6: upon thousands, and ultimately millions of people coming.
- 19:27Speaker 7: As a federal employee as a Border patrol agent, that
- 19:29Speaker 7: was one of the funniest things I had ever seen
- 19:32Speaker 7: in my career. It was absolutely great to see this
- 19:36Speaker 7: little political appointee, this.
- 19:37Speaker 3: Little activist, just absolutely lose her mind.
- 19:40Speaker 7: And that goes back to the problem that we're dealing
- 19:43Speaker 7: with this administration. We all want to have an honest conversation.
- 19:47Speaker 7: When I say we all want to the honest people
- 19:50Speaker 7: want to have a conversation so the American people understand
- 19:52Speaker 7: what's going on.
- 19:53Speaker 3: I don't care if the American people agree with me.
- 19:56Speaker 7: I don't care if they come back and say that.
- 19:58Speaker 3: You know I'm wrong.
- 20:00Speaker 7: All I want is I want them to have all
- 20:02Speaker 7: of the information. I want them to be able to
- 20:05Speaker 7: make an informed opinion upon all of the evidence, not
- 20:09Speaker 7: just the rhetoric that comes out of the White House.
- 20:11Speaker 7: And if we have that honest conversation, I am absolutely
- 20:14Speaker 7: convinced that the American people will agree that the border
- 20:17Speaker 7: needs to be secured, and I am absolutely convinced that
- 20:20Speaker 7: they will blame what is currently going on on the
- 20:23Speaker 7: border on this administration, and that they will know that
- 20:26Speaker 7: this administration is actually killing American citizens.
- 20:29Speaker 3: Fentanyl poisoning is taking place.
- 20:32Speaker 7: Seventy thousand US citizens are losing their lives every year
- 20:35Speaker 7: to fentanyl poisoning, and it's all because the Biden administration
- 20:38Speaker 7: does not allow us to go after the cartels.
- 20:41Speaker 3: They're enriching the cartels.
- 20:43Speaker 6: Brandon, how frustrated are border patrol agents right now? Give
- 20:47Speaker 6: me the real sentiment of the men and women on
- 20:49Speaker 6: the front.
- 20:50Speaker 3: We're sick of him. We're sick of him. He's got
- 20:52Speaker 3: to go.
- 20:53Speaker 7: As far as we're concerned, he has got to go,
- 20:56Speaker 7: and we're absolutely demralized. I believe that every very hard
- 21:01Speaker 7: working person in this country, they want to feel like
- 21:04Speaker 7: their job means something. They want to feel like they
- 21:06Speaker 7: have accomplished something. They want to go home every day
- 21:09Speaker 7: thinking that I did a good job. Border patrol agents
- 21:13Speaker 7: cannot do that right now. We know that every single
- 21:15Speaker 7: time we put on a uniform that we're not doing anything.
- 21:19Speaker 7: All we're doing is actually aiding in a betting these
- 21:23Speaker 7: criminal cartels with facilitating the transport of illegal aliens throughout
- 21:27Speaker 7: the entire United States, the fentanyl that's coming in.
- 21:30Speaker 3: We want to go after.
- 21:31Speaker 7: These cartels, we want to go after their profits. We
- 21:33Speaker 7: want to stop sex trafficking. We want to save migrants' lives,
- 21:38Speaker 7: and this administration won't let us.
- 21:42Speaker 1: You can hear the desperation in his voice as the
- 21:45Speaker 1: president of the union representing our border patrol agents. They
- 21:49Speaker 1: want to do their damn job. They want to be
- 21:51Speaker 1: law enforcement, and this administration keeps looking at them and
- 21:55Speaker 1: keeps saying, no, you cannot do your job because we
- 22:02Speaker 1: want the fetanyl, we want the drugs, we want the chaos,
- 22:06Speaker 1: we want the anarchy, and we want millions and millions
- 22:10Speaker 1: of people to break into this country on purpose. There's
- 22:15Speaker 1: some breaking news I also want to make sure I
- 22:18Speaker 1: get you, and it deals with the Hunter Biden Joe
- 22:21Speaker 1: Biden Biden.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Crime family fiasco.
- 22:26Speaker 1: XCIA director John Brennan has actually speaking to the House
- 22:31Speaker 1: on the Hunter Biden laptop letter. The former CI director
- 22:37Speaker 1: was forced to testify. It's the same guy that lied
- 22:40Speaker 1: to you, knowing he was lying to you in that letter,
- 22:43Speaker 1: claiming that it had all the markings of Russian disinformation,
- 22:46Speaker 1: right that Hunter Biden laptop. He knew that laptop was
- 22:49Speaker 1: real and accurate. Now the former CI director John Brennan
- 22:52Speaker 1: has been forced to testify about that laptop.
- 22:56Speaker 8: Former CIA director John Brennan testifying right now behind closed
- 23:01Speaker 8: doors about the now infamous letter he signed downplaying the
- 23:06Speaker 8: Hunter Biden laptop story, calling it Russian disinformation. That man
- 23:11Speaker 8: in the hot seat right now. A House Republican report
- 23:15Speaker 8: says the CIA pushed other former Intelligence Community members to
- 23:19Speaker 8: sign on to that letter and then fast tracked it
- 23:22Speaker 8: to give then candidate Joe Biden political cover. Democrats clap
- 23:27Speaker 8: back on those claims, calling them unexamined allegations, on an
- 23:31Speaker 8: incomplete record, and another blatant attempt to mislead the American people.
- 23:37Speaker 8: Congressman Jim Jordan does not agree.
- 23:42Speaker 9: It sure looks like you got someone from the CIA
- 23:44Speaker 9: actively recruiting.
- 23:46Speaker 3: People to sign the letter.
- 23:48Speaker 9: He wanted Joe Biden to have something to use in
- 23:50Speaker 9: that final debate with President Trump because he knew President
- 23:52Speaker 9: Trump was going to bring.
- 23:53Speaker 3: Up the laptop story.
- 23:55Speaker 9: That's not fair to we, the people, the voters of
- 23:58Speaker 9: this country, because that led was you to suppress the
- 24:01Speaker 9: story that we didn't that the country didn't get to
- 24:03Speaker 9: fully appreciate.
- 24:06Speaker 1: That the country didn't fully get to appreciate, And why
- 24:08Speaker 1: do they lie to us? Well, the former CIA director
- 24:10Speaker 1: John Brinnan's gonna have to answer that question now because
- 24:14Speaker 1: he was one of the fifty one intelligence officials who
- 24:16Speaker 1: falsely suggested that Hunter Biden's laptop could be rushing disinformation.
- 24:21Speaker 1: He's now been forced to speak to the House Subcommittee
- 24:24Speaker 1: as the panel is investigating the origins of the Spies
- 24:28Speaker 1: Who Lie narrative. Brennan's transcribe interview with the Select Subcommittee
- 24:35Speaker 1: on the Weaponization of the Federal Government lasted more than
- 24:38Speaker 1: four hours. Representative kat Kamack, a Florida Republican, a member
- 24:43Speaker 1: of the panel, told Fox News on Thursday that while
- 24:46Speaker 1: the Subcommittee is still in the fact finding phase of
- 24:49Speaker 1: its investigation, what is already known about the letter in
- 24:52Speaker 1: its origins points to federal agencies being weaponized to help
- 24:58Speaker 1: Joe Biden win in the twenty twenty presidential election. Those depositions,
- 25:06Speaker 1: they can be lengthy and there's a ton of discovery
- 25:08Speaker 1: to shift through, but what we're really getting at is
- 25:12Speaker 1: painting an irrefutable picture that the intelligence community, along with
- 25:16Speaker 1: the law enforcement agencies, the DOJ, and others at the
- 25:21Speaker 1: highest levels, had been working to weaponize their agencies against
- 25:26Speaker 1: the American people, and certainly for political gain and to
- 25:31Speaker 1: make sure that there was no oversight over what they
- 25:34Speaker 1: were doing. In October of twenty twenty, John Brennan was
- 25:40Speaker 1: one of the top VIPs that signed that now discredited
- 25:45Speaker 1: I call it the LAE Letter that claim to report
- 25:48Speaker 1: on the now First Sun's overseas business affairs. He even
- 25:53Speaker 1: helped with some of the editings, saying, we really need
- 25:55Speaker 1: to make sure it says all the classic earmarks of
- 25:57Speaker 1: a Russian information operation, to make sure they could sell
- 26:01Speaker 1: it to the American people. They didn't care if it
- 26:04Speaker 1: came out later that it was a lie. What they
- 26:07Speaker 1: cared about was making sure that Joe Biden won. They
- 26:09Speaker 1: just needed the letter to hold up until election day.
- 26:13Speaker 1: House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, who I told you
- 26:16Speaker 1: earlier this week I had dinner with in Washington, d C.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Was Senator Ted Cruz. We did a two part series
- 26:23Speaker 1: on Verdict about the weaponization of the deep State, and
- 26:28Speaker 1: what he revealed is that the former CIA Acting Director,
- 26:32Speaker 1: Mike Morell, and it was shocking to hear this at dinner,
- 26:36Speaker 1: testified that he drafted the letter and that the Secretary,
- 26:40Speaker 1: the now Secretary of Saint Anthony Blincoln, who was then
- 26:43Speaker 1: a Biden campaign advisor, was the man behind the attempt
- 26:47Speaker 1: to discredit the Post's story about the Hunter Biden laptop,
- 26:51Speaker 1: which was clearly verifiable and the Deep State knew was authentic.
- 26:58Speaker 1: What you have is now these individuals are having to
- 27:01Speaker 1: answer for that lie.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I'm not sure.
- 27:04Speaker 1: They care because I don't believe they are worried about
- 27:07Speaker 1: there being any accountability.
- 27:10Speaker 2: What I can tell you is this quote.
- 27:12Speaker 1: What we saw was that the behause of the Biden administration,
- 27:15Speaker 1: then Biden campaign advisor Blincoln now the Secretary of State,
- 27:20Speaker 1: was coordinating with the former CIA director John Brennan and
- 27:24Speaker 1: the former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and others
- 27:28Speaker 1: to get the signatures on this letter through the pre
- 27:32Speaker 1: publication classification review.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Board at the CIA.
- 27:37Speaker 1: And there was someone at the CIA that was actually
- 27:41Speaker 1: soliciting members of the intelligence community to say, hey, oh,
- 27:44Speaker 1: we deem this to be Russian misinformation.
- 27:48Speaker 2: To me, that is absolutely crazy.
- 27:50Speaker 1: If that's not weaponization of our federal government, I don't
- 27:54Speaker 1: know what is. Is what the congressman said about it.
- 27:58Speaker 1: We also know in October the nineteenth of twenty twenty,
- 28:02Speaker 1: and this was something else that Jim Jordan talked about
- 28:06Speaker 1: at dinner, there was this email from Morell to Brennan,
- 28:10Speaker 1: and it shows that Mike Morell was attempting to give
- 28:13Speaker 1: Biden's twenty twenty presidential campaign his words, not mine, a
- 28:18Speaker 1: quote talking point to push back on Trump during the
- 28:25Speaker 1: final presidential debate, as he urged Brennan to sign on
- 28:29Speaker 1: to the disinformation letter. Brennan, by the way, was more
- 28:33Speaker 1: than eager to add his name. We have the emails
- 28:36Speaker 1: Jim Jordan talked about this, where he responded saying, Okay, Michael,
- 28:41Speaker 1: add my name to the list. Good initiative, Thanks for
- 28:44Speaker 1: asking me to sign. On the same day, Mike Morell
- 28:47Speaker 1: told the CIA's publication pre publication excuse me, Classification Review
- 28:54Speaker 1: Board that he needed the letter approved as usual as
- 29:00Speaker 1: a rush job, and a CIA employee working for the
- 29:04Speaker 1: board then solicited a signature for Morel's letter from the
- 29:08Speaker 1: CIA analysts David Currns. According to a written statement by
- 29:13Speaker 1: Carns to the Weaponization Panel. What we also know is
- 29:17Speaker 1: the CIA approved the letter in five and a half hours,
- 29:20Speaker 1: adding a disclaimer stating that its clearance did not amount
- 29:24Speaker 1: to CIA verification of its claims because they knew they
- 29:27Speaker 1: were going to be helping tell a lie. Morell did
- 29:30Speaker 1: not include the disclaimer in the letter, which was published
- 29:34Speaker 1: later that same day.
- 29:36Speaker 2: That's how big of a rush job this was.
- 29:38Speaker 1: At the time, Morell was drafting the letter and seeking
- 29:41Speaker 1: approval from the CIA, so the letter hadn't even basically
- 29:44Speaker 1: been finished when he was already telling the CIA, I
- 29:46Speaker 1: need you to approve a letter that I'm working on.
- 29:48Speaker 1: In other words, we don't know what's in the bill
- 29:50Speaker 1: until we what passed the bill. He was widely considered
- 29:54Speaker 1: to be a front runner to lead the agency if
- 29:56Speaker 1: Biden were elected, and so Morell is like, Hey, I
- 29:59Speaker 1: want to be CI director. I'll make this happen. Biden
- 30:02Speaker 1: ended up picking William Burns to lead the agency. James Clapper,
- 30:06Speaker 1: by the way, along with former CIA director Michael Hayden
- 30:08Speaker 1: and Leon Panetta, are among the other intelligence community heavyweights
- 30:12Speaker 1: who signed on to Morell's letter. Clapper is now having
- 30:17Speaker 1: to answer questions before the Weaponization Panel. For this transcribed interview,
- 30:24Speaker 1: the question now becomes, can we get our country back
- 30:28Speaker 1: from having it run by a deep state that is
- 30:30Speaker 1: lying and trying.
- 30:31Speaker 2: To overthrow the will of the people.
- 30:34Speaker 1: If you missed my interview with Kat McFarland, former National
- 30:38Speaker 1: Security Advisor to the President Donald Trump, you need to
- 30:41Speaker 1: go back and listen to that in our podcast, because
- 30:44Speaker 1: what Kat McFarland said about this is she said, let's
- 30:47Speaker 1: be clear, these individuals are trying to overthrow the will
- 30:50Speaker 1: of the people, and these individuals knew what they were doing,
- 30:53Speaker 1: and they knew they were lying to the American people,
- 30:55Speaker 1: and that's what everyone needs to understand. Makes you you
- 31:00Speaker 1: share a podcast, Please rite us the five star review
- 31:02Speaker 1: to help us reach more people.
- 31:04Speaker 2: Thank you for listening. We'll see you back here tomorrow
