- 0:01Speaker 1: Call it where they did? You go and take them up,
- 0:04Speaker 1: Dott Is this more about duck decor is it about revenge?
- 0:09Speaker 2: It's about justice. Really, it's not revenge, it's about it's
- 0:13Speaker 2: it's also about the fact that you can't let this
- 0:16Speaker 2: go on. They are sick, radical left people and they
- 0:20Speaker 2: can't get away with it.
- 0:21Speaker 3: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:25Speaker 4: Good Saturday morning to you.
- 0:27Speaker 5: Ben Ferguson with you, and these are some of the
- 0:29Speaker 5: stories that you may have missed that we talked about
- 0:31Speaker 5: this week on the forty seven Morning Update.
- 0:33Speaker 4: First up, the Secret Service.
- 0:35Speaker 5: Coming out in a shocking report taking down a telecommunications
- 0:41Speaker 5: threat that was near the UN General Assembly. It's also
- 0:46Speaker 5: had connections to the swatting calls that were coming in
- 0:49Speaker 5: against Conservatives. Also, there have been many lines have been
- 0:53Speaker 5: told by the media over the last several weeks, whether
- 0:56Speaker 5: it is the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the lies about
- 0:59Speaker 5: what Jim Kimmel actually said, and now them trying to
- 1:03Speaker 5: cover up the motive behind the ice attack in Dallas.
- 1:09Speaker 5: But before I get to that, I want to talk
- 1:10Speaker 5: to you about my friends at Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.
- 1:14Speaker 5: Two days ago, I got my new order of silver.
- 1:18Speaker 5: Now I'm investing in silver right now because the pricing
- 1:21Speaker 5: on it is amazing and the upside well, it's real.
- 1:24Speaker 5: I actually have a one hundred ounce silver bar. It
- 1:30Speaker 5: is actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's one
- 1:33Speaker 5: hundred ounces. But I also know that I bought it
- 1:36Speaker 5: at the right price and I wasn't paying massive up
- 1:39Speaker 5: charges on quote. Rare are special coins, and then when
- 1:43Speaker 5: you go to sell them, you take away all of
- 1:45Speaker 5: your earning potential. Why do they do it this way
- 1:48Speaker 5: at Kurt Elliott because they have transparent pricing up front.
- 1:52Speaker 5: It's very simple. You pay eight percent when you buy,
- 1:56Speaker 5: and here's what matters to you the most, nothing when
- 1:59Speaker 5: you sell. There are no hidden fees ever with Kurt
- 2:03Speaker 5: Elliott Precious Metals. This is the reason why I recommend them.
- 2:08Speaker 5: It's not just about investing, it's about making sure you

- 2:19Speaker 5: or silver, you can hold it, be a good steward
- 2:21Speaker 5: of it, you can pass it on to future generations,
- 2:24Speaker 5: and you can build wealth with it.

- 3:18Speaker 5: has given so you can experience real peace now and
- 3:22Speaker 5: for generations to come. K e PM dot com slash Ben.
- 3:26Speaker 5: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 3:30Speaker 5: Story number one Secret Service is now announcing that they
- 3:34Speaker 5: have busted a massive network that has been used in
- 3:37Speaker 5: swatting attacks against Republicans.
- 3:40Speaker 4: Now, if you don't know what swatting is, I'll explain
- 3:43Speaker 4: it this way.
- 3:44Speaker 5: It's where you call in a fake crisis situation, a
- 3:48Speaker 5: fake hostage situation. To the address of where a conservative lives,
- 3:54Speaker 5: specifically antelected official or conservative commentator, to then put their
- 3:58Speaker 5: life at risk with a mass of response, a swat
- 4:01Speaker 5: team is sent in. The Secret Service has now announced
- 4:05Speaker 5: they have uncovered this vast network of over one hundred
- 4:09Speaker 5: thousand SIM cards and three hundred servers as well in
- 4:14Speaker 5: the New York area, believed to be used by foreign
- 4:17Speaker 5: nation state threat actors and criminals for swatting calls targeting
- 4:23Speaker 5: prominent conservatives, including Marjorlely Taylor Green. The amount of hardware
- 4:28Speaker 5: sees in the bus could be used, they say, to
- 4:31Speaker 5: Hamper Sell Service in New York City and the US
- 4:34Speaker 5: Secret Service uncovering This massive network of more than one
- 4:37Speaker 5: hundred thousand SIM cards and three hundred servers was located
- 4:41Speaker 5: within a thirty five mile radius in New York City.
- 4:45Speaker 5: The operation, believed to be run by foreign nation state
- 4:48Speaker 5: threat actors and criminals, was uncovered during an investigation to
- 4:53Speaker 5: a surge of squatting calls targeting high ranking government officials,
- 4:58Speaker 5: including members of Congress and and members of the Trump administration.
- 5:02Speaker 5: Now targets of swatting calls reportedly included Representative Green, Senator
- 5:07Speaker 5: Rick Scott Nikki Hayley and the Secret Services Advanced Threat Unit,
- 5:12Speaker 5: in collaboration with various law enforcement agencies, trace those squatting
- 5:16Speaker 5: calls to several locations in the New York tri state area.
- 5:20Speaker 5: Upon further investigation, they found a sophisticated network of SIM
- 5:26Speaker 5: servers capable of generating enormous amounts of phone traffic while
- 5:30Speaker 5: rapidly switching out simcards to evade detection.
- 5:35Speaker 4: I want you to take a listen to Matt McCool.
- 5:37Speaker 5: He is a Special Agent in charge of the Secret
- 5:39Speaker 5: Services New York Field Office, and the network, as he
- 5:43Speaker 5: described it, posed an imminent threat to the agency's protective operations.
- 5:48Speaker 5: They said the servers were strategically positioned around New York
- 5:52Speaker 5: cellular network infrastructure so that it could overwhelm the cell towers,
- 5:57Speaker 5: disrupt cell service, and put the entire city of New
- 6:02Speaker 5: York at risk. Take a listen in his announcement today.
- 6:06Speaker 6: My name is Matt McCool and I'm the Special Agent
- 6:09Speaker 6: in charge of the Secret Service New York Field Office.
- 6:12Speaker 6: We are making this announcement as a matter of public interest,
- 6:15Speaker 6: given timing, amount and concentration of material recovered during a
- 6:19Speaker 6: recent Secret Service protective intelligence investigation following multiple telecommunications related
- 6:26Speaker 6: imminent threats directed towards senior US government officials this spring,
- 6:30Speaker 6: the US Secret Service began a protective intelligence investigation to
- 6:34Speaker 6: determine the extent and impact these threats could have on
- 6:37Speaker 6: protective operations. This was a difficult and complex effort to
- 6:42Speaker 6: identify the source of these fraudulent calls and the impact
- 6:45Speaker 6: on the Secret Service protective mission. During this period, we
- 6:49Speaker 6: leverage technical assistance and support of federal partners, including Homeland
- 6:53Speaker 6: Security investigations, the Department of Justice, and the Office of
- 6:56Speaker 6: the Director of National Intelligence. We also received phenomenal support
- 7:01Speaker 6: from our state and local law enforcement partners, to include
- 7:04Speaker 6: the NYPD. The investigation led us to the New York
- 7:08Speaker 6: tri state area, where investigators discovered tens of thousands of
- 7:12Speaker 6: co located and network saiular devices capable of carrying out
- 7:16Speaker 6: nefarious telecommunications attacks. These devices allowed anonymous, encrypted communications between
- 7:23Speaker 6: potential threat actors and criminal enterprises, enabling criminal organizations to
- 7:28Speaker 6: operate undetected. This network had the potential to disable cell
- 7:32Speaker 6: phone towers and essentially shut down the cellular network in
- 7:35Speaker 6: New York City. These devices were concentrated within thirty five
- 7:39Speaker 6: miles of the global Meeting of the United Nations General Assembly,
- 7:43Speaker 6: now underway in New York City. Given the timing, location
- 7:47Speaker 6: and proximity, and potential for significant disruptions to the New
- 7:51Speaker 6: York telecoms system, we moved quickly to disrupt this network.
- 7:55Speaker 6: To be clear, these recovered devices no longer pose a
- 7:58Speaker 6: threat to the New York tri state area. We will
- 8:02Speaker 6: continue working towards identifying those responsible and their intent, including
- 8:06Speaker 6: whether their plan was to disrupt the UN General Assembly
- 8:09Speaker 6: and communications of government and emergency personnel during the official
- 8:13Speaker 6: visit of world leaders in and around New York City.
- 8:17Speaker 6: Forensic examinations of the equivalent of one hundred thousand cell
- 8:21Speaker 6: phones worth of data is underway. Early analysis indicates cellular
- 8:25Speaker 6: communications between foreign actors and individuals that are known to
- 8:28Speaker 6: federal law enforcement. Given the sensitivity and complexity of this investigation,
- 8:34Speaker 6: we are not able to go into specifics at this time.
- 8:37Speaker 6: This is an open and active investigation and we have
- 8:40Speaker 6: no arrest to announce today. Rather, this announcement is designed
- 8:44Speaker 6: to safeguard critical infrastructure and responsibly provide the public what
- 8:48Speaker 6: we can at this time. The Secret Service will continue
- 8:51Speaker 6: to run down all leads until we fully understand the
- 8:54Speaker 6: intent of the operation and identify those responsible.
- 8:58Speaker 5: Truly incredible there from Matt mcoole, special Agent in charge
- 9:01Speaker 5: of the Secret Service in New York's Field office. The
- 9:04Speaker 5: pictures that have been released of these rooms that have
- 9:06Speaker 5: been filled with these servers and the simcards and to
- 9:10Speaker 5: overrun the cell towers was a level of sophistication that
- 9:15Speaker 5: is of professionals. This is not amateur and part of
- 9:19Speaker 5: the reason why I think they're making it so clear
- 9:21Speaker 5: how big of an issue this was and what was
- 9:23Speaker 5: happening now. Story number two, the FBI director Cash Pttel
- 9:28Speaker 5: is now coming out and saying that the alleged Dallas
- 9:30Speaker 5: Ice sniper did searches on ballistics and the Charlie Kirk
- 9:36Speaker 5: shooting video as well as the shot that he took
- 9:41Speaker 5: on Thursday. The director indicated that the alleged sniper who
- 9:45Speaker 5: opened fire on the Dallas Ice facility had multiple searches
- 9:50Speaker 5: not only on ballistics but also for the video of
- 9:52Speaker 5: Charlie Kirk being assassinated. Patel posting to Act saying quote,
- 9:57Speaker 5: the FBI headquarters has been working twenty four to seven
- 10:01Speaker 5: to seize devices, exploit data and process ridings obtained on
- 10:06Speaker 5: location and in the subject's person, residence, and bedroom. He
- 10:12Speaker 5: then provided updates on what the agency found, including their
- 10:15Speaker 5: discovery that the alleged sniper conducted multiple searches of ballistics
- 10:21Speaker 5: and the Charlie Kirk shot video between nine twenty three
- 10:26Speaker 5: and nine twenty four. Pattel also noted that between eight
- 10:30Speaker 5: nineteen and eight twenty four, the alleged sniper searched apps
- 10:34Speaker 5: to attract the presence of ICE agents. Now, this is
- 10:39Speaker 5: shooting that occurred Wednesday morning at around six forty am.
- 10:43Speaker 5: It has left one victim dead, two others injured. No
- 10:46Speaker 5: ICE agents were wounded in the attack. The alleged shooter,
- 10:50Speaker 5: a twenty nine year old, took his own life. Now,
- 10:54Speaker 5: Trump said that he will sign an executive order to
- 10:58Speaker 5: dismantle violent left wing groups. I want you to hear
- 11:03Speaker 5: more from the investigators that are on the ground, and
- 11:06Speaker 5: one of them making it very clear that this is
- 11:10Speaker 5: something that has to stop. Take a listen to the
- 11:14Speaker 5: ICE Executive Associate director talking more about the Dallas shooter.
- 11:19Speaker 7: The shooter used the ICE tracking apps. Anyone who creates
- 11:24Speaker 7: or distributes these apps that has designed to spot track
- 11:27Speaker 7: and locate ICE officers are well aware of the dangers
- 11:30Speaker 7: that they are exposing to law enforcement. It's a casting
- 11:34Speaker 7: call to invite bad actors to attack law enforcement officers.
- 11:38Speaker 7: It's no different than giving a hitman the location of
- 11:40Speaker 7: their intended target, and this is exactly what we saw
- 11:44Speaker 7: happen in Dallas yesterday. The media has been amplifying these apps,
- 11:50Speaker 7: even as we warned them it would only lead to
- 11:53Speaker 7: more attacks on law enforcement. We truly wish we didn't
- 11:57Speaker 7: have to say I told you so, but here we are.
- 12:03Speaker 7: ICE continues to prioritize the safety and security of our personnel,
- 12:08Speaker 7: detained aliens, and facilities. We will do everything possible to
- 12:12Speaker 7: increase security to counter the increased wave of these lethal attacks. Again,
- 12:19Speaker 7: we call on those who foreman violence and vilify our
- 12:24Speaker 7: law enforcement officers to cease the dangerous rhetoric. We also
- 12:29Speaker 7: call on law abiding Americans everywhere to report any suspicious activity.
- 12:36Speaker 7: The individual that was out there yesterday shooting at our
- 12:39Speaker 7: agents and our officers was trying to take the lives
- 12:43Speaker 7: of law enforcement people doing their job. Instead, he killed
- 12:46Speaker 7: two or killed a detainee, and shot to others. That
- 12:52Speaker 7: is something that's unacceptable. The rhetoric that's out there on
- 12:56Speaker 7: social media the rhetoric that is being said by some
- 13:02Speaker 7: community leaders in other states needs to stop. There's been
- 13:07Speaker 7: an increase in violence against ICE agents, not only in
- 13:11Speaker 7: Texas and Dallas, but across the country in violent protests. Again,
- 13:16Speaker 7: I ask everybody just stop.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 13:22Speaker 5: I told you so. This is exactly what the White
- 13:25Speaker 5: House and so many other conservative leaders and elective officialism
- 13:28Speaker 5: been saying. You do not publicize apps that show you
- 13:32Speaker 5: where law enforcement is. You're giving people a hit list.
- 13:36Speaker 5: And we also now know more about the multiple notes
- 13:39Speaker 5: that were left by the shooter. The acting US Attorney
- 13:44Speaker 5: Nancy Larson read those notes, and I want you to
- 13:47Speaker 5: hear what the shooter said.
- 13:49Speaker 8: I want to point out that one of these notes
- 13:52Speaker 8: for papers, the sniper explicitly states, yes, it was just me.
- 13:59Speaker 8: That's statement appears to be correct at this point in
- 14:02Speaker 8: the investigation. Notably, these loose notes included a game plan
- 14:08Speaker 8: of the attack and target areas at the facility. He
- 14:12Speaker 8: called the ICE employees people showing up to collect a
- 14:17Speaker 8: dirty paycheck. He wrote that he intended to maximize lethality
- 14:23Speaker 8: against ICE personnel and to maximize property damage at the facility.
- 14:29Speaker 8: He hoped to minimize any collateral damage or injury to
- 14:33Speaker 8: the detainees and any other innocent people. It seems that
- 14:38Speaker 8: he did not intend to kill the detainees or harm them.
- 14:42Speaker 8: It's clear from these notes that he was targeting ICE
- 14:45Speaker 8: agents and ICE personnel. The tragic irony for his evil
- 14:50Speaker 8: plot here is that it was a detainee who was
- 14:54Speaker 8: killed and two other detainees that were injured when he
- 14:58Speaker 8: fired into the sally for it. He also hoped his
- 15:02Speaker 8: actions would give ICE agents real terror of being gunned down,
- 15:08Speaker 8: and he did this to induce constant stress in their lives.
- 15:14Speaker 8: He hoped his actions would terrorize ICE employees and interfere
- 15:20Speaker 8: with their work, which he called human trafficking. And this
- 15:25Speaker 8: what he did is the very definition of terrorism.
- 15:32Speaker 5: You listen to the words of this shooter and it's
- 15:37Speaker 5: very clear that this shooter wanted to kill ICE agents.
- 15:43Speaker 5: The question you have to ask yourself is why. It's
- 15:47Speaker 5: actually very simple. It is because he has been indoctrinated
- 15:53Speaker 5: by the radical left to hate the ICE agents. Now
- 15:57Speaker 5: where did that hatred come from? Well, it is the
- 16:00Speaker 5: Democratic Party, from Gavin Newsom to Chuck Schumer to Nancy
- 16:05Speaker 5: Pelosi to Barack Obama to Joe Biden. Up and down,
- 16:10Speaker 5: including the media. They have been demonizing and attacking ICE agents.
- 16:17Speaker 5: We know that and there are real consequences for this.
- 16:21Speaker 5: It's all so scary that this is happening in real
- 16:25Speaker 5: time yet again, and Democrats are refusing to acknowledge it.
- 16:31Speaker 5: It's part of what I had to say about this
- 16:33Speaker 5: shooting on CNN on Abby Phillips Show, and I want
- 16:37Speaker 5: you to hear what the left was saying.
- 16:40Speaker 9: This is extremely disturbing that there's another one of these
- 16:44Speaker 9: types of shootings. I think we've got to deal with
- 16:46Speaker 9: this as a country first of all, but I also,
- 16:48Speaker 9: just for starters, I'm curious, how does it help to
- 16:51Speaker 9: have the vice president say that.
- 16:54Speaker 10: Because the third one in Texas.
- 16:56Speaker 4: I mean, if you know people that.
- 16:57Speaker 10: Work in law enforcement, my family does, no ICE agents
- 17:00Speaker 10: in Texas. This is the third attack we've seen in
- 17:04Speaker 10: Texas in the same district. As the man in charge
- 17:08Speaker 10: today was saying, like, this is the second time he's
- 17:10Speaker 10: had to have a press conference today.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Who was killed today? What was killed today?
- 17:14Speaker 11: So you're saying since it was, you're saying, since it wasn't.
- 17:16Speaker 4: It was people that were killed.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Don't put the words in my mouth.
- 17:19Speaker 4: You asked a question.
- 17:21Speaker 11: You're saying, is that what ICE agents have been killed
- 17:23Speaker 11: that therefore that's what ivoid conversation.
- 17:25Speaker 1: No, No, that's not what I'm saying about. That's gaslighting.
- 17:28Speaker 1: I'm asking you a simple question because when jd Vance
- 17:30Speaker 1: went up there, when Jadvans went up there.
- 17:32Speaker 4: And when you're not a good argument from you.
- 17:33Speaker 11: First of all, people innocent people got shot today and
- 17:36Speaker 11: you're like, what wasn't ICE.
- 17:37Speaker 4: Agents that got shot?
- 17:38Speaker 1: What I'm saying, I'm saying that the division that you
- 17:40Speaker 1: all are sewing in this country.
- 17:42Speaker 4: I'm not sewing anything. I'm saying that all law enforced.
- 17:45Speaker 1: So of the simple fact.
- 17:46Speaker 11: Yes, even new someone on TV last night, you shoot
- 17:48Speaker 11: he said he all ICE agents are authoritarian.
- 17:51Speaker 4: You don't think that that is someone to do that.
- 17:53Speaker 1: ICE agent should have should be able to come home
- 17:55Speaker 1: every single night.
- 17:56Speaker 4: So don't then I am.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Acting like it. First and second, the fact that you
- 18:00Speaker 1: and jd Vance and every other Republican can go on
- 18:02Speaker 1: here're not shooting people.
- 18:05Speaker 4: We're not shooting people.
- 18:06Speaker 5: Left shooting people, and.
- 18:09Speaker 4: That is the low.
- 18:10Speaker 11: I have a friend that got shot and assassinated two
- 18:12Speaker 11: weeks ago.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Okay, I'm a.
- 18:14Speaker 4: Little bit hot on this one because you guys.
- 18:15Speaker 11: Have been irresponse works, but once it's coming out from.
- 18:19Speaker 4: People on the left. Once Savin Newson went.
- 18:20Speaker 1: On TV last night, hold on.
- 18:22Speaker 11: Gavin Newson went on TV last night and disparage the
- 18:25Speaker 11: ICE agents attacked ICE a authoritarian.
- 18:28Speaker 1: But before you even get to that, watch what he
- 18:31Speaker 1: said talking about that, Ben, Because you come, you come
- 18:34Speaker 1: on here and you gaslight and you gaslight.
- 18:36Speaker 4: Wh is my sentence?
- 18:38Speaker 1: Please? You come on here and you gaslight and you
- 18:41Speaker 1: put words in my mouth, And that's not what I say.
- 18:44Speaker 4: Can you?
- 18:45Speaker 7: Can you.
- 18:46Speaker 9: The question the interest, because the question is.
- 18:50Speaker 1: What I want you to do is not only lift
- 18:51Speaker 1: up those ICE agents. What I'm trying to get you
- 18:54Speaker 1: to do is also lift up those people who were killed.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Because when you do not lift up those people who
- 18:58Speaker 1: were killed as well as those law enforcement officers, you
- 19:02Speaker 1: saw division in this country. And that's what I'm.
- 19:04Speaker 4: Let me say, let me say this.
- 19:10Speaker 12: A pause on that, and let here's where I agree
- 19:12Speaker 12: with Then, all right, when the goal clearly was to
- 19:15Speaker 12: hurt ICE agents the best, and I think that applies
- 19:20Speaker 12: not just to ICE but to law enforcement across the country.
- 19:22Speaker 12: We should be angrier when law enforcement are targeted in
- 19:26Speaker 12: this country.
- 19:26Speaker 4: Thank you period.
- 19:27Speaker 5: Now you listen to that argument right there, that is
- 19:32Speaker 5: the Democratic Party. They don't care that ICE agents are
- 19:36Speaker 5: being targeted. They don't care that this is the third
- 19:39Speaker 5: time they've had to have a press conference like this
- 19:42Speaker 5: in Texas, the second time in Dallas, because it is
- 19:47Speaker 5: their rhetoric that is inspiring these radical leftists to take
- 19:51Speaker 5: up arms and to try to assassinate people wearing uniforms,
- 19:56Speaker 5: which brings me to the final point. Donald Trump is
- 19:59Speaker 5: saying now that he is going to use the way
- 20:01Speaker 5: of the government to expose and find out who is
- 20:05Speaker 5: backing this and who's paying for it, and every American
- 20:10Speaker 5: should be thankful for that leadership.
