- 0:01Speaker 1: There has been a lot of speculation about the weapons
- 0:04Speaker 1: that were used in taking out the leader in Venezuela
- 0:08Speaker 1: capturing Maduro. Well, we now have confirmation that the US
- 0:13Speaker 1: use a sonic weapon on the Venezuelan troops. This coming
- 0:18Speaker 1: from a report shared by Caroline Levitt, the White House
- 0:21Speaker 1: Press Secretary, on social media. The viral story from a
- 0:26Speaker 1: man claiming to have witnessed the US operation to capture
- 0:29Speaker 1: the Venezuelan presence states of the US use sonic weapons
- 0:33Speaker 1: during the mission to incapacitate the opposing forces. The Press
- 0:38Speaker 1: secretary is sharing the Eyewinness interview on act, encouraging our
- 0:41Speaker 1: followers to read the statement. The witness the interview claims
- 0:45Speaker 1: to be a guard who is serving at the Caracas
- 0:48Speaker 1: military base where the US captured Maduro. We were on guard,
- 0:52Speaker 1: but suddenly all our radar systems shut down without any explanation,
- 0:56Speaker 1: the witness said. The next thing we saw were drones,
- 0:59Speaker 1: a lot of drones flying over our positions. We didn't
- 1:03Speaker 1: know how to react. The witness then described watching roughly
- 1:07Speaker 1: twenty US soldiers deploy out of roughly eight helicopters over
- 1:12Speaker 1: the base. They were technology, well, their technology was very advanced.
- 1:17Speaker 1: The guard said they didn't look like anything we had
- 1:20Speaker 1: fought against before.
- 1:22Speaker 2: We were hundreds, but we had no chance. He said.
- 1:26Speaker 1: They were shooting with such precision and speed it felt
- 1:29Speaker 1: like each soldier.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Was firing three hundred rounds per minute.
- 1:32Speaker 1: The witness then described the US deploying some sort of
- 1:35Speaker 1: sonic weapon against Venezuelan forces. At one point, they launched something.
- 1:41Speaker 1: I don't know how to describe it.
- 1:43Speaker 2: He said.
- 1:44Speaker 1: It was like a very intense sound wave. Suddenly I
- 1:48Speaker 1: felt like my head was exploding from the inside. We
- 1:51Speaker 1: all started bleeding for the nose, he added, some were
- 1:54Speaker 1: vomiting blood. We fell to the ground, unable to move.
- 1:58Speaker 1: We couldn't even stand up. After that sonic weapon or
- 2:01Speaker 1: whatever it was, those twenty men, without a single casualty,
- 2:06Speaker 1: killed hundreds of us. The witness claimed, we had no
- 2:10Speaker 1: way to compete with their technology, with their weapons. I
- 2:13Speaker 1: swear I've never seen anything like it now. The White
- 2:16Speaker 1: House did not immediately respond for questions on this that
- 2:20Speaker 1: were asked, and when asked whether Caroline Levitt sharing the
- 2:24Speaker 1: post constitution confirmation of it. The Pentagon also did not
- 2:28Speaker 1: immediately respond when asked if the US deployed sonic or
- 2:31Speaker 1: energy weapons in Venezuela. But it's very clear the White
- 2:35Speaker 1: House Press Secretary wants the world to know exactly what
- 2:39Speaker 1: we are capable of, or at least put it out
- 2:41Speaker 1: there so people understand that America is not messing around.
- 2:46Speaker 1: The other reason why this story was probably shared by
- 2:48Speaker 1: the White House Press Secretary is she's also sending a
- 2:51Speaker 1: message to other countries right now that are thinking about
- 2:55Speaker 1: trying to stand up for drug cartel members Mexico. There's
- 3:01Speaker 1: been a lot about what's happening in Mexico in the
- 3:04Speaker 1: President of United States of America also making it very
- 3:07Speaker 1: clear he's not putting up with any of these cartel
- 3:10Speaker 1: leadership any longer. I want to talk to you about
- 3:13Speaker 1: the incredible work being done at Compassion International. I want
- 3:17Speaker 1: you to meet Maria. In fifteen years, she'll be a
- 3:20Speaker 1: nurse bringing healthcare to her village. Right now, she's eight
- 3:25Speaker 1: and she just needs someone to believe she can get there,
- 3:29Speaker 1: someone to help her stay in school, someone to tell
- 3:33Speaker 1: her she's capable of extraordinary things. I want you to
- 3:37Speaker 1: meet James, a future engineer. He'll design clean water systems
- 3:42Speaker 1: for his community. Today he's learning multiplication and dreaming big.
- 3:48Speaker 1: But he needs more than dreams. He needs nutrition, He
- 3:51Speaker 1: needs mentorship and someone who won't give up on him.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Meet Sophia. She'll become the first in her family to
- 3:58Speaker 1: graduate Universe. She'll teach dozens of children who remind her
- 4:03Speaker 1: of herself. Right now, at age ten, she's at a crossroads,
- 4:08Speaker 1: and your support could be what tips the balance. Through
- 4:11Speaker 1: Compassion International, you're not helping a child survive poverty. You're
- 4:16Speaker 1: investing in who they'll become. The teacher, the leader, the
- 4:21Speaker 1: parents who will change their family's story forever, impact the world,
- 4:26Speaker 1: one child at a time. Learn how at Compassion dot com.
- 4:31Speaker 1: That's Compassion dot com. Just go back to Donald Trump
- 4:36Speaker 1: when he was in Norfolk, Virginia speaking to military members,
- 4:40Speaker 1: and Donald Trump made it clear, even as we were
- 4:42Speaker 1: going after the boats filled with drugs, that that's just
- 4:45Speaker 1: the beginning, not the end of what he plans for
- 4:48Speaker 1: those that are helping kill Americans.
- 4:50Speaker 3: Than a month or shortly thereafter, and speaking to them
- 4:54Speaker 3: would have been much more difficult. In recent weeks, the
- 4:57Speaker 3: Navy has supported our mission to blow the cartel terrorists
- 5:01Speaker 3: the hell out of the water. You see that, and
- 5:04Speaker 3: you know there are no boats.
- 5:05Speaker 2: In the water anymore.
- 5:06Speaker 3: We can't find any We'll have a hard time finding them.
- 5:09Speaker 2: But you know, it's a pretty tough thing we've been doing.
- 5:12Speaker 3: But you have to think of it this way. Every
- 5:15Speaker 3: one of those boats is responsible for the death of
- 5:19Speaker 3: twenty five thousand American people and the destruction of families.
- 5:24Speaker 2: So when you think of it that way.
- 5:25Speaker 3: What we're doing is actually an act of kindness. But
- 5:30Speaker 3: we did another one last night. Now we just can't
- 5:33Speaker 3: find any you know, it's the old story. We're so
- 5:36Speaker 3: good at it that there are no boats. In fact,
- 5:38Speaker 3: even fishing boats. Nobody wants to go into the water anymore.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Sorry to tell you that, but we stop. We're stopping
- 5:45Speaker 3: drugs coming into America.
- 5:46Speaker 2: That's okay.
- 5:47Speaker 3: We're stopping drugs at a level that nobody's ever seen before.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Last year we lost I believe, three hundred thousand people.
- 5:56Speaker 3: And that's not talking about the destruction to families. Every
- 5:59Speaker 3: one of us knows families that have been destroyed because
- 6:02Speaker 3: the Sun's daughter, even mothers and fathers are destroyed by
- 6:05Speaker 3: the fentadel pouring in and drugs pouring in. Well, they're
- 6:09Speaker 3: not coming in by sea anymore. So now we'll have
- 6:11Speaker 3: to start looking about the land because they'll be forced
- 6:14Speaker 3: to go by land. And let me tell you right now,
- 6:16Speaker 3: that's not going to work out well for them either.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Now.
- 6:20Speaker 1: President Trump was also asked on Sunday board Air Force
- 6:23Speaker 1: One about Mexico specifically and could they be next for
- 6:27Speaker 1: these land targets. Here's part of what the President had
- 6:30Speaker 1: to say.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Now, by the way, you have to do something with Mexico.
- 6:33Speaker 5: Mexico.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I has to get there pack together because they're pouring
- 6:37Speaker 3: through Mexico and we're going to have to do something.
- 6:40Speaker 2: We love Mexico to do it.
- 6:42Speaker 3: They're capable of doing it, but unfortunately, the cartels are
- 6:45Speaker 3: very strong in Mexa. I remember one time you actually
- 6:47Speaker 3: speaking of Mexico.
- 6:48Speaker 4: I asked you about Claudie Shinbaum and you told me
- 6:51Speaker 4: at one point you would.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Offered to send US troops at Oxco to that drug trafficking.
- 6:56Speaker 2: There is that something you want now. I think she's
- 6:58Speaker 2: a terrific person.
- 7:00Speaker 3: I would say every single time I talked to her,
- 7:03Speaker 3: I offered to send toms.
- 7:04Speaker 6: And she's not willing, she's.
- 7:07Speaker 3: Concerned, she's a little afraid. The cartels are running Mexico.
- 7:12Speaker 3: Whether you like it or not it's not nice to say,
- 7:15Speaker 3: but the cartels. The cartels are running Mexico.
- 7:19Speaker 1: This will end bad for Mexico. They're being run by
- 7:23Speaker 1: the cartels, not actually by the leadership. And that's the
- 7:27Speaker 1: point that the present's making. You better get your country
- 7:30Speaker 1: in order. You better go after these cartels and stop
- 7:33Speaker 1: the drugs coming to this country. And if you don't,
- 7:35Speaker 1: we will do it for you. That's the obvious message
- 7:38Speaker 1: that the president is trying to send. We also now
- 7:41Speaker 1: know that the president's moving forward after the fall of
- 7:45Speaker 1: the leader in Venezuela. Even Cuba's communists are now trying
- 7:49Speaker 1: to threaten America, saying if they come here, they will
- 7:53Speaker 1: come to die. As the rhetoric continues to ratchet up there,
- 7:58Speaker 1: the official newspaper of the Communist Party of Cuba publishing
- 8:01Speaker 1: a compilation of reported social media comments in which supporters
- 8:05Speaker 1: of the sixty seven year old regime are now threatening
- 8:08Speaker 1: America and Donald Trump and say the death toll should
- 8:13Speaker 1: be something you wouldn't want to take a part of,
- 8:16Speaker 1: wouldn't want to be a part of, and wouldn't want
- 8:19Speaker 1: to take place in our country. The comments were a
- 8:22Speaker 1: response to Donald Trump approving an operation to arrest the
- 8:25Speaker 1: now deported Venezuelan and so socialist dictator Maduro, a close
- 8:30Speaker 1: ally of the Castor regime, on January third, that executed
- 8:35Speaker 1: the warrant on a variety of criminal charges, most of
- 8:37Speaker 1: them related to narco terrorism activity, and Caster's regime is
- 8:41Speaker 1: now saying, don't even think about trying to do that
- 8:43Speaker 1: in our country. Cuba lived for many years on large
- 8:47Speaker 1: amounts of oil and money from Venezuela. In return, Cuba
- 8:50Speaker 1: provides security services for the last two Venezuelan dictators, but
- 8:55Speaker 1: not anymore. Trump said in a message on his website
- 8:57Speaker 1: True Social on Sunday.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Most of the those Cubans.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Are dead from last week's US attack, and Venezuela doesn't
- 9:04Speaker 1: need protection anymore from the thugs and exhortists who held
- 9:09Speaker 1: them hostage for many, many years. Trump continued, saying, Venezuela
- 9:14Speaker 1: now has the United States of America, the most powerful
- 9:17Speaker 1: military in the world by far, to protect them, and
- 9:20Speaker 1: protect them we will. There will be no more oil
- 9:25Speaker 1: or money going to Cuba zero. I strongly suggest they
- 9:29Speaker 1: make a deal before it's too late. Thank you for
- 9:32Speaker 1: your attention to this matter. The message concluded, it's obvious
- 9:36Speaker 1: now that the President of United States of America is
- 9:38Speaker 1: moving on from Venezuela, looking at Cuba, looking at Mexico,
- 9:43Speaker 1: and making sure that whatever he does next continues to
- 9:47Speaker 1: help us stop the flow of fetnyl coming into this
- 9:50Speaker 1: country that has killed countless American citizens. Now, there are
- 9:54Speaker 1: many that are criticized in the presidents saying you can't
- 9:57Speaker 1: do all this. At the same time, that also isn't true.
- 10:00Speaker 1: The President is saying, no, we will do whatever we
- 10:03Speaker 1: have to do to keep American safe. He believes this
- 10:06Speaker 1: is a national security issue of the highest importance. And
- 10:10Speaker 1: one thing is for sure, this is exactly what many
- 10:12Speaker 1: Americans voted for, a secure border and getting rid of
- 10:16Speaker 1: the drugs that are flowing into this country. There's an
- 10:19Speaker 1: important story that I want to get to, an incredible
- 10:22Speaker 1: report coming out from the Daily Signal. I want to
- 10:25Speaker 1: read part of it to you because it's really important
- 10:28Speaker 1: to understand just how long the corruption had been taking
- 10:33Speaker 1: place in Minnesota and how long the governor had been
- 10:36Speaker 1: a part of the cover up. Whistle Blowers have now
- 10:39Speaker 1: come forward and accused Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz's administration of
- 10:44Speaker 1: actually squashing the criminal fraud investigations as far back as
- 10:50Speaker 1: twenty nineteen, according to a Republican state representative who oversees
- 10:56Speaker 1: fraud prevention in state Programssentative Wist Robbins, a Republican and
- 11:02Speaker 1: chair of the Menso's House Fraud Committee, told exclusively The
- 11:06Speaker 1: Daily Signal that four whistleblowers inside the Department of Human
- 11:11Speaker 1: Services Office of Inspector General revealed they were ordered by
- 11:16Speaker 1: the governor to stop investigations after revelations of systemic fraud
- 11:22Speaker 1: in the state's childcare assistance program. The Office of the
- 11:28Speaker 1: Legislative Auditor published the revelation in an April twenty nineteen report,
- 11:33Speaker 1: citing an August twenty eighteen email by j Swanson, the
- 11:38Speaker 1: manager of the Recipient and Childcare Provider Investigations unit, that
- 11:45Speaker 1: claimed large scale fraud schemes and childcare assistance was happening.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Quote.
- 11:51Speaker 1: It was after that that his unit was told they
- 11:53Speaker 1: can no longer do criminal investigations. Robin, who testified to
- 11:57Speaker 1: Congress about the fraud and Wednesday as said publicly for
- 12:01Speaker 1: the first time in the summer of twenty nineteen, they
- 12:04Speaker 1: were told, you can't do search warrants, you can't do
- 12:07Speaker 1: criminal investigations anymore. The order to stop investigations and switching
- 12:15Speaker 1: only to investigating over billing and not fraud shows that
- 12:21Speaker 1: they were willfully turning a blond eye to the actual
- 12:25Speaker 1: criminal fraud that was taking place. I want you to
- 12:28Speaker 1: hear what was said is James Comer asked questions step up.
- 12:32Speaker 3: I now recognize Representative Robbins for her opening statement.
- 12:37Speaker 7: Good morning, mister Chairman and members, thank you for inviting
- 12:39Speaker 7: us to testify. As chair of the Prevention Fraud Prevention
- 12:42Speaker 7: Committee in Minnesota, I've been working to uncover the massive
- 12:46Speaker 7: fraud under tim walls for posed solutions and hold state
- 12:49Speaker 7: agencies accountable. Today I will highlight the scale of the problem,
- 12:54Speaker 7: outlining the Worker Committee is doing to fight the fraud
- 12:57Speaker 7: and provide a roadmap for other states on how to
- 12:59Speaker 7: detect and fraud. Minnesota is one of the highest tax
- 13:03Speaker 7: states in the nation, and hard working Minnesotans have been
- 13:06Speaker 7: told that they don't pay their fair share for years.
- 13:09Speaker 7: In truth, Minnesotans pay much more in taxes than in
- 13:12Speaker 7: other states, and when they pay their taxes, they expect
- 13:15Speaker 7: that their money is going to things that help our communities, roads, schools,
- 13:19Speaker 7: health care.
- 13:20Speaker 6: And law enforcement.
- 13:21Speaker 7: They do not want their tax dollars absconded by criminals
- 13:24Speaker 7: to buy resorts and apartment buildings in Kenya, property in Turkey,
- 13:28Speaker 7: and luxury homes and cars in the US. Tim Walls
- 13:32Speaker 7: and his administration have wilfully turned a blind eye to
- 13:35Speaker 7: crime in the face of countless whistleblower and auditor reports,
- 13:39Speaker 7: as well as stories by local investigative journalists and the
- 13:41Speaker 7: Center of the American Experiment. These are actual crimes that
- 13:45Speaker 7: must be parnished. There are crimes against our moral values
- 13:48Speaker 7: and erode trust in government. The time for accountability and
- 13:52Speaker 7: justice is here. First, we are unearthing staggering amounts of
- 13:56Speaker 7: fraud of Minnesota.
- 13:57Speaker 6: As far back as.
- 13:58Speaker 7: Twenty fourteen, there were doable whistleblower allegations of millions in
- 14:02Speaker 7: daycare fraud. Instead of shutting it down, the state minimized
- 14:06Speaker 7: whistleblower reports and allowed fraud to grow. Unfortunately, childcare fraud
- 14:11Speaker 7: was just the tip of the iceberg. In since twenty nineteen,
- 14:15Speaker 7: Tim Walls and Minnesota Democrats have allowed fraud to absolutely
- 14:18Speaker 7: explode in Minnesota. There's been more than three hundred million
- 14:21Speaker 7: dollars in the Feeding our Future child nutrition programs scandal
- 14:25Speaker 7: and the Feeding our Future prosecutions revealed that as many
- 14:29Speaker 7: as half of those indicted also ran other Medicaid funded programs.
- 14:34Speaker 7: Yet despite this being known back in twenty twenty three,
- 14:38Speaker 7: Tim Walls and his agencies have done nothing to stop
- 14:41Speaker 7: those defendants from getting additional state money. We have now
- 14:45Speaker 7: found fraud in multiple Medicaid programs, including autism centers, sober homes,
- 14:49Speaker 7: non emergency medical transportation, integrated community supports, and housing stabilization.
- 14:55Speaker 7: Just last month, our committee held the hearing on credible
- 14:58Speaker 7: allegations of fraud in two new areas, adult day services
- 15:01Speaker 7: and assisted living.
- 15:03Speaker 6: First to US.
- 15:04Speaker 7: Attorney Joe Thompson, the leading prosecutor in these cases from
- 15:08Speaker 7: the Biden administration and the Trump administration, says the fraud
- 15:11Speaker 7: could be an astronomical nine billion dollars.
- 15:14Speaker 6: In the face of mounting reports.
- 15:16Speaker 7: And literal criminal indictments and convictions, the Walls administration has
- 15:20Speaker 7: repeatedly and publicly denied or downplayed the fraud. Just last January,
- 15:26Speaker 7: the Commissioner of DHS, Jody Harpstead, who'd been on the
- 15:29Speaker 7: job for five and a half years, said there's a
- 15:31Speaker 7: lot more rumors of fraud than.
- 15:32Speaker 6: There is actual fraud. You cannot make this up.
- 15:36Speaker 7: The Walls administration has been gaslighting Minnesotas on the scale
- 15:39Speaker 7: of the fraud problem for years. In response, when Republicans
- 15:43Speaker 7: took control or ended Democrat control of the Minnesota House
- 15:47Speaker 7: last year, we created the Fraud Prevention and State Agency
- 15:50Speaker 7: Oversight Committee. Since last February, we have held fifteen hearings
- 15:55Speaker 7: where we have grilled officials, exposed new areas of fraud,
- 15:58Speaker 7: and repeatedly flagged failure and internal controls. I authored a
- 16:02Speaker 7: new law to expand whistleblower protection, and we created a
- 16:05Speaker 7: portal mnfraud dot Com, resulting in a surge of new
- 16:09Speaker 7: whistleblower reports that our amazing staff is still working through.
- 16:14Speaker 6: Under the leadership of our Vice.
- 16:15Speaker 7: Chair, Patty Anderson, we passed a bipartisan bill in the
- 16:18Speaker 7: Senate to create an independent office of Inspector General.
- 16:21Speaker 6: When it got to the.
- 16:22Speaker 7: House, Democrats killed it because the DHS commissioner testified against it.
- 16:28Speaker 7: The Tim Walls administration has utterly failed to protect Minnesota
- 16:32Speaker 7: taxpayers and vulnerable citizens, ignoring years of credible reports and
- 16:36Speaker 7: retaliating against those who spoke up, often by claiming they
- 16:39Speaker 7: were racist or islamophobic. Tim Walls and the Democrats have
- 16:43Speaker 7: repeatedly protected their political base at the expense of all Minnesotans.
- 16:48Speaker 7: Other states should learn from the failures of the Walls administration.
- 16:51Speaker 7: So I'll give you a quick roadmap on how to
- 16:53Speaker 7: find and stop fraud.
- 16:55Speaker 6: First, culture matters.
- 16:56Speaker 7: Fraud flourishes when leaders ignore it and criminals see they
- 16:59Speaker 7: can get away with it. Second, fraud flourishes when basic
- 17:02Speaker 7: internal controls are not followed.
- 17:04Speaker 6: This is not complicated.
- 17:06Speaker 7: Third, you have to look at the interconnections of relationships
- 17:10Speaker 7: in businesses, in multiple programm areas, and medicaid. It's a
- 17:14Speaker 7: huge red flag that has been ignored in our state. Finally,
- 17:18Speaker 7: it is important to say what is true and to
- 17:20Speaker 7: stand up against fake allegations of racism or Islamophobia. Crime
- 17:24Speaker 7: is crime, no matter who is committing it. It is
- 17:28Speaker 7: true that the majority of the fraud in Minnesota has
- 17:30Speaker 7: taken place in the Somali community, and it is also
- 17:33Speaker 7: true that some of our best whistleblowers are from the
- 17:35Speaker 7: Somali community. Democrats refuse to acknowledge this truth, and that
- 17:39Speaker 7: has enabled criminals to steal billions and hurt our vulnerable citizens.
- 17:45Speaker 7: Mister Chairman, thank you for the opportunity to share the
- 17:47Speaker 7: lessons for Minnesota and for your help in investigating these crimes.
- 17:51Speaker 7: The time for justice and accountability is now.
- 17:54Speaker 1: You listen to the state Lallmaker said official testifying on
- 17:58Speaker 1: the misuse of federal fiugh in DC. It was a
- 18:02Speaker 1: powerful opening statement. The Walts administration has been gas lading
- 18:05Speaker 1: Minnesota ins on the scale of the problem four years now.
- 18:09Speaker 1: So far, nearly one hundred people have been charged welfare
- 18:12Speaker 1: fraud in multiple state scandals. One federal prosecutor has estimated
- 18:15Speaker 1: the amount of welfare fraud alone in the state has
- 18:18Speaker 1: now toppled nine billion dollars, and according to Swanson, the
- 18:22Speaker 1: state's Human Services Department created the Childcare Provider Investigation Unit
- 18:27Speaker 1: in twenty fourteen, staffing it with just four investigators and
- 18:31Speaker 1: one manager, as well as two special agents from the
- 18:34Speaker 1: Minister of Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, which refers cases then
- 18:38Speaker 1: to law enforcement. Swanson's email ledges the fraud, notes that
- 18:42Speaker 1: his unit found providers using a similar scheme to successfully
- 18:46Speaker 1: steal large sums of taxpayer money from the program. He
- 18:50Speaker 1: acknowledges them the most responsibility for the fraud rests with
- 18:54Speaker 1: the sophisticated criminals. Nonetheless, warns that an equal amount of
- 18:59Speaker 1: response ability now rests with the lack of internal controls
- 19:04Speaker 1: involving the statutes, and this was done by design. What's
- 19:09Speaker 1: clear is Governor Waltz was obviously involved in some major
- 19:12Speaker 1: capacity when it comes to this amount of fraud. He
- 19:16Speaker 1: was also profiting from the fraud, as the Smiley community
- 19:19Speaker 1: was paying in essence payoffs or donations the political campaigns
- 19:24Speaker 1: of all their allies who were again in on the scheme.
- 19:30Speaker 1: So here we are with more people coming forward and
- 19:33Speaker 1: saying what we all know is true, that this fraud
- 19:36Speaker 1: is out of control and getting bigger and bigger by
- 19:39Speaker 1: the day. In Minnesota, US President Donald Trump we are
- 19:45Speaker 1: now being told as considering airstrikes on Iran to stop
- 19:50Speaker 1: a crackdown on the protesters. The White House has confirmed
- 19:53Speaker 1: on Monday, adding that people were being killed in the streets.
- 19:58Speaker 1: A channel for diplomacy, we also made clear is still
- 20:01Speaker 1: open with Iran, taking quote a far different tone in
- 20:05Speaker 1: private discussions with President Trump's Special Envoy Steve Witzkoff and
- 20:09Speaker 1: the pres Secretary Caroline Levitt, confirming that saying quote, one
- 20:14Speaker 1: thing President Trump is very good at is always keeping
- 20:17Speaker 1: all of his options on the table and airstrikes would
- 20:21Speaker 1: be one of the many, many options that are on
- 20:23Speaker 1: the table for the commander in chief. Levitt added that
- 20:27Speaker 1: diplomacy is always the first option for this president, saying, quote,
- 20:31Speaker 1: what you're hearing publicly from the ringing regime is quite
- 20:34Speaker 1: different from what the message the administration is receiving privately,
- 20:39Speaker 1: and I think the President has an interest in exploring
- 20:42Speaker 1: those messages. Iran's foreign ministry said earlier on Monday that
- 20:47Speaker 1: a channel.
- 20:48Speaker 2: Of communication was open between its.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Top diplomat and Trump's special envoy, despite a lack of
- 20:55Speaker 1: diplomatic relations. Trump said on Sunday that the US military
- 20:59Speaker 1: was in fact considering a very strong option against Iran,
- 21:04Speaker 1: saying it looks like tehranic crossed his previously stated red
- 21:07Speaker 1: line of protesters being killed. Here's more of what the
- 21:11Speaker 1: president had to say in his last interview. Take a listen.
- 21:14Speaker 8: Are you following the protesting that is taking place all
- 21:19Speaker 8: over the country of Iran?
- 21:21Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 21:22Speaker 8: And you have you read that the Ayatola Ali Kamani
- 21:27Speaker 8: is now as a plan B to go to.
- 21:29Speaker 9: Russia in some place.
- 21:31Speaker 10: Yeah, he's looking to go.
- 21:32Speaker 8: So you believe that's getting ran? You think the country
- 21:35Speaker 8: is on the verge of collapsing.
- 21:36Speaker 10: Well, it could be. I mean, what they've done is
- 21:38Speaker 10: they start in the past, they've started shooting the hell
- 21:42Speaker 10: out of people, and all of a sudden, people without
- 21:44Speaker 10: any weapons whatsoever, is standing there in your machine guns,
- 21:48Speaker 10: gunning them down, or they grab take them to prisons
- 21:50Speaker 10: and then hang them and kill them. So they played
- 21:53Speaker 10: rough and I said, if they do that, we're going
- 21:55Speaker 10: to hit them very hard. Well, we're gonna hit them up.
- 21:58Speaker 10: We're ready to do it. If they do that, we're
- 22:00Speaker 10: gonna hit them mart And so far, for the most part,
- 22:03Speaker 10: there's been some of it, but for the most part
- 22:06Speaker 10: they have and there have been people killed, some of them.
- 22:09Speaker 10: The crowds are so big that some of them have
- 22:12Speaker 10: had really like we're stomped on. Literally, it was terrible.
- 22:18Speaker 10: The crowds are just they're massive. The enthusiasm to overturn
- 22:24Speaker 10: that regime is incredible. But there's been people killed, but
- 22:29Speaker 10: it's more from death by it's literally stomping. It's people
- 22:34Speaker 10: running in a certain direction. So we'll see what happens.
- 22:37Speaker 10: We'll see what happens over there. They know though, that
- 22:40Speaker 10: it's a stampede, is I guess the best word. They
- 22:43Speaker 10: have like a stampede. You talk about stampede for cattle,
- 22:47Speaker 10: but the people are stampeding and you're losing a lot
- 22:51Speaker 10: of people with the stampede. There's so many there's so
- 22:54Speaker 10: many people protesting. Nobody's ever seen anything like what's happening
- 22:57Speaker 10: right now. But I have put a rando noticed that
- 23:00Speaker 10: if they start shooting at them. These people are totally
- 23:03Speaker 10: unarmed people, and they love their country. They want something
- 23:06Speaker 10: to happen. Look at their country. They've gone, they've gone
- 23:09Speaker 10: back one hundred and fifty years. But I've told them
- 23:13Speaker 10: that if they do anything bad to these people, we're
- 23:16Speaker 10: going to hit them very hard.
- 23:18Speaker 1: We're going to hit them very hard. The president clearly
- 23:22Speaker 1: sticking with that line. As Trump said, the US military
- 23:25Speaker 1: is considering those very strong options, and the Iran leaders
- 23:29Speaker 1: have reached out for a meeting, but we may have
- 23:31Speaker 1: to act before a meeting. The president also went on
- 23:34Speaker 1: to say rights groups have also reported a growing death toll,
- 23:38Speaker 1: with information continuing to trickle out of Iran despite a
- 23:41Speaker 1: day's long internet and phone shut down. Caroline Levitt White
- 23:46Speaker 1: House Presicretera appear to confirm there have been a significant
- 23:49Speaker 1: increase in death, saying quote. He certainly doesn't want to
- 23:53Speaker 1: see people being killed in the streets of Tehran, and
- 23:55Speaker 1: unfortunately that's something we're seeing right now. One thing is
- 23:59Speaker 1: for sure, the President United States of America is going
- 24:02Speaker 1: to hold a rant accountable for what's happening right now
- 24:06Speaker 1: on the ground, keeping all options on the table. Which
- 24:11Speaker 1: brings us to another important story. President Donald Trump has
- 24:15Speaker 1: come out and pledged to uncover the leftist groups that
- 24:18Speaker 1: are countering ICE all over the country. President Trump said
- 24:23Speaker 1: that he believes the woman that was fatally shot by
- 24:26Speaker 1: a US Immigration and Customs enforcement officer in Minneapolis last
- 24:30Speaker 1: week may have been a professional agitator and indicated that
- 24:34Speaker 1: the government will uncover the funding sources behind such anti
- 24:39Speaker 1: law enforcement agitation nationwide.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Here's the President in his own words.
- 24:44Speaker 3: The woman and her friend, we're highly disrespectful of law enforcement.
- 24:49Speaker 3: You saw that they were harassing, that were following for
- 24:53Speaker 3: days and for hours. I think, frankly, they're professional agitators.
- 25:00Speaker 3: I'd like to find out, and we are going to
- 25:01Speaker 3: find out who's paying for it. Where their brand new
- 25:04Speaker 3: signs and all the different things. But these are professional agitators,
- 25:08Speaker 3: and law enforcement should not be in a position where
- 25:12Speaker 3: they have to put up with this stuff. What that
- 25:15Speaker 3: woman and what her friend and what their other friends
- 25:19Speaker 3: we're doing to law enforcement, not just ICE, law enforcement
- 25:23Speaker 3: is outrageous.
- 25:25Speaker 1: The President added that he would like to find out,
- 25:28Speaker 1: and we're going to find out who's paying for it
- 25:30Speaker 1: with their brand new signs.
- 25:31Speaker 2: And all the different things.
- 25:33Speaker 1: But these are professional agitators, and law enforcement should not
- 25:37Speaker 1: be in a position where they have to put up
- 25:39Speaker 1: with this stuff. What that woman and what her friend
- 25:42Speaker 1: and what their other friends are doing to law enforcement,
- 25:45Speaker 1: not just ICE, law enforcement is outrageous. The US Department
- 25:49Speaker 1: of Homeland Security retweeting a post in which rep Republican
- 25:52Speaker 1: Representative Lance Gooden of Texas asserted that the anti ICE
- 25:56Speaker 1: protesters are actually all just being paid for, saying, quote
- 26:00Speaker 1: the anti ice mobs or anything but organic dark money
- 26:05Speaker 1: is bankrowing these far left groups like ice Watch.
- 26:08Speaker 2: And Lighting the Fuse.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Americans deserve to know who's cutting the checks, the lawmaker
- 26:13Speaker 1: said in his post. A person weaponizing their vehicle against
- 26:17Speaker 1: law enforcement is unacceptable, and we're witnessing it happen all
- 26:22Speaker 1: over the country. Fox News having even more on this,
- 26:26Speaker 1: and here's what they said right now.
- 26:28Speaker 8: DHS is deploying hundreds of more federal agents to Minnesota
- 26:32Speaker 8: as violent anti ice protests continue to rise in the state.
- 26:36Speaker 11: Matt Finn joins us Live in Minneapolis with the details, Hey.
- 26:39Speaker 8: Matt.
- 26:41Speaker 9: Hi Ainsley. DHS sources tell us up to one thousand
- 26:45Speaker 9: additional federal officers could surge at Minneapolis here. That's on
- 26:48Speaker 9: top of the already two thousand agents on the ground.
- 26:51Speaker 9: And this comes as DHS Secretary Christy Noeum is defending
- 26:55Speaker 9: her assessment of the Renee Good shooting.
- 26:59Speaker 11: If you look at what the definition of domestic terrorism is,
- 27:02Speaker 11: it completely fits the situation on the ground. This individual,
- 27:06Speaker 11: as you saw in the video that we released just
- 27:08Speaker 11: forty eight hours after this incident, showed that this officer
- 27:11Speaker 11: was hit by her vehicle, she weaponized it, and he
- 27:15Speaker 11: defended his life and those colleagues around him and the public.
- 27:19Speaker 9: But the Democratic Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frye, disagrees and
- 27:23Speaker 9: is slamming Secretary Noam.
- 27:26Speaker 5: It sounds like she doesn't believe a single word that
- 27:29Speaker 5: she is saying. Right now, here's the thing she's calling
- 27:32Speaker 5: Minneapolis like this dystopian hellhole. You know how many shootings
- 27:36Speaker 5: we've had so far this year two and one of
- 27:39Speaker 5: them was ICE. Two shootings in a large city so
- 27:42Speaker 5: far this entire year, and one of them is ICE.
- 27:45Speaker 5: This is a safe city, Ice and Christy Noman. Everything
- 27:49Speaker 5: they're doing is making it far less safe.
- 27:54Speaker 9: And there's new video leading up to the moments of
- 27:56Speaker 9: Renee goods shooting death by an ICE agent on Wednesday.
- 28:12Speaker 9: The video appears to show goods suv partially blocking the street,
- 28:16Speaker 9: honking her horn and apparently dancing in the driver's seat.
- 28:19Speaker 9: Border Patrol tells us it's dangerous for agents to be
- 28:23Speaker 9: blocked in by a car because there are so many
- 28:25Speaker 9: anti ICE agitators who quickly surround them. A new video
- 28:29Speaker 9: from last night apparently shows federal agents using crowd control
- 28:32Speaker 9: tactics firing teargas and pepper balls at protesters outside the
- 28:36Speaker 9: federal building where ICE detainees are being held. An independent
- 28:40Speaker 9: photographer who was there says protesters tried to stop traffic
- 28:45Speaker 9: in and out of the federal facility and they were
- 28:47Speaker 9: met with forces. Now this is happening in a city
- 28:50Speaker 9: where the mayor has told ICE to get the f out,
- 28:53Speaker 9: and highly organized anti ICE activists are patrolling the neighborhoods.
- 28:57Speaker 9: We ask Border Patrol during a ride along if any
- 28:59Speaker 9: of this is going to deter.
- 29:01Speaker 4: Them, Absolutely not. We're out here to do a job
- 29:05Speaker 4: and we're not going to stop until it's done. If
- 29:08Speaker 4: a mayor wants to say something that he's not not
- 29:11Speaker 4: for us, if anybody wants to say that they're not
- 29:14Speaker 4: for us, that is not going to stop what we're
- 29:16Speaker 4: doing in Minneapolis or anywhere across the country.
- 29:20Speaker 9: And that was during a ride along with Border Patrol.
- 29:22Speaker 9: Have to say, driving around the city, as soon as
- 29:24Speaker 9: they get out of their cars, they're met with people
- 29:26Speaker 9: who have those ear piercing whistles, of people, you know,
- 29:30Speaker 9: resisting trying to surround the cars. There is really a
- 29:33Speaker 9: highly organized anti ICE, anti border patrol network here on
- 29:36Speaker 9: the ground in the Twin Cities.
- 29:39Speaker 1: It's clear the President United States of America wants to
- 29:41Speaker 1: find out exactly who is weaponizing these individuals to go
- 29:45Speaker 1: after ICE agents. And you can see it there as
- 29:48Speaker 1: ICE put out saying that these individuals are impeding law
- 29:51Speaker 1: enforcement and they're weaponizing their vehicles against ICE. The officer
- 29:55Speaker 1: in this shooting was dutifully acted in self defense. That
- 30:00Speaker 1: is what the DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia
- 30:03Speaker 1: McLaughlin said on X one thing's for sure. The President
- 30:07Speaker 1: now has made it clear we're going to find out
- 30:09Speaker 1: exactly who's paying these individuals and what group is behind them.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Don't forget to share this podcast, by the way, with
