- 2:13Speaker 7: o man o, man. Hey, you know today, I just
- 2:19Speaker 7: want to say something that I don't think I've ever
- 2:25Speaker 7: shared this way before.
- 2:30Speaker 8: The The title is very simple, and that is it's
- 2:37Speaker 8: been worth it to me, you know I I just
- 2:43Speaker 8: I just kept thinking that this morning, that it's all
- 2:47Speaker 8: been worth it to me. And what I mean by
- 2:51Speaker 8: that is this relationship that I have with my heavenly father,
- 2:58Speaker 8: it's been worth it to me. I can't even tell
- 3:02Speaker 8: you the value that it has had in my life.
- 3:09Speaker 8: I can't tell you how it's helped me to understand
- 3:16Speaker 8: not only my purpose, but to better understand my past'
- 3:24Speaker 8: that's critical, man, because I'm grateful for that. Because so
- 3:29Speaker 8: many people can't get beyond their past and event a
- 3:34Speaker 8: set of circumstances, some calamity that besaids them. Maybe it's
- 3:39Speaker 8: been grief something, but it ties so many people up.
- 3:45Speaker 8: It's been so worth it to me. It is, man,
- 3:50Speaker 8: it's it's been worth having someone to go to when
- 3:57Speaker 8: no one else was there. Do you understand what I'm saying?
- 4:04Speaker 8: It has It has given me a place to go
- 4:08Speaker 8: when no one else has been there. Oh, hey man,
- 4:14Speaker 8: we pulling for you. Hey man, hanging now, Hey man,
- 4:17Speaker 8: keep your head up.
- 4:19Speaker 2: All of that.
- 4:21Speaker 8: But I gotta tell you, man, you get yourself in
- 4:24Speaker 8: some circumstances and situations in this thing called life when
- 4:28Speaker 8: no one can help you but God, When the only
- 4:32Speaker 8: person that could possibly understand or know what you're feeling
- 4:36Speaker 8: is God. The only person that will sit there with
- 4:39Speaker 8: you through it all and understand everything about it has
- 4:45Speaker 8: been God. It's been worth it to me, man, It's
- 4:49Speaker 8: it's been worth it to me. It's been the biggest
- 4:55Speaker 8: improvement in my life. I mean, man, as I look
- 4:59Speaker 8: back over my life and forming a strong bond with
- 5:04Speaker 8: God has been the most beneficial thing to me.
- 5:09Speaker 9: You know, these things you read.
- 5:11Speaker 8: In your in your in in writings in the Bible
- 5:15Speaker 8: or or or whatever you're reading.
- 5:17Speaker 9: You know, when you when you read scriptures and things
- 5:20Speaker 9: of that nature.
- 5:20Speaker 8: It it's it's been around a long time.
- 5:26Speaker 9: It holds so much truth to it.
- 5:30Speaker 8: I mean, man, it's like, how could this have been
- 5:32Speaker 8: written so long ago and still pertained directly to today?
- 5:41Speaker 9: I mean that that's amazing. That is amazing to me.
- 5:45Speaker 10: That.
- 5:46Speaker 9: I mean, that.
- 5:46Speaker 8: Has to be God at work to have written something
- 5:50Speaker 8: so complete, so dead on point that if you read
- 5:57Speaker 8: it today it means exactly what pertains to today. That's amazing, man.
- 6:07Speaker 8: That's why my spiritual walk it's just worth it to me.
- 6:14Speaker 8: And I keep saying it's worth it, because if you're
- 6:16Speaker 8: sitting out there and you tripping like I was tripping, deciding, nah, let.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Me do it.
- 6:21Speaker 8: I got a few more things I want to do.
- 6:23Speaker 8: Couple more girls I want to holler at, cup, more
- 6:26Speaker 8: things I want to get into. I got a cup,
- 6:28Speaker 8: more deals I want to do. I got a little
- 6:29Speaker 8: bit more dirt. I want to roll up on me
- 6:31Speaker 8: a little bit.
- 6:32Speaker 9: First.
- 6:32Speaker 8: For a while, man, I wish I had known, I
- 6:35Speaker 8: really wish I had understood exactly what forming a relationship
- 6:40Speaker 8: with God would do for me.
- 6:43Speaker 9: It's been at worth every person who out there who.
- 6:47Speaker 8: Hate know me, that don't even know me, it's because
- 6:51Speaker 8: I have a relationship with him that I'm fine with that.
- 6:55Speaker 8: I don't care for it, but it ain't gonna stop
- 6:58Speaker 8: me though, See, because I know for a fact that
- 7:04Speaker 8: haters make you greater. I know for a fact that
- 7:08Speaker 8: haters validate your mere existence.
- 7:11Speaker 9: I know for a.
- 7:12Speaker 8: Fact that half of them is out of envy and
- 7:16Speaker 8: jealousy because of something you're doing that they wish they
- 7:20Speaker 8: could do or they won't credit for, so they just nah,
- 7:24Speaker 8: I ain't anything all that bam, And now you just
- 7:27Speaker 8: all over the place with people. Man, I'm so grateful
- 7:31Speaker 8: for this relationship that it has not allowed outside influences
- 7:37Speaker 8: that do not have my best interest at heart to
- 7:40Speaker 8: throw me off course. It has just been worth it.
- 7:44Speaker 8: And if you're sitting out there and you're wondering about
- 7:48Speaker 8: the benefits of it, I can't even tell you what
- 7:52Speaker 8: it's like to know that when bad things are happening
- 7:56Speaker 8: to me, the calming peace that I feel that I
- 7:59Speaker 8: know that that's gonna be alright too, that I know
- 8:04Speaker 8: that this too shall pass, that I know in my
- 8:08Speaker 8: heart of hearts. Man, that there's got to be a
- 8:11Speaker 8: reason for this, And if I can just hang on
- 8:13Speaker 8: in there, he gonna unfold that from me and he
- 8:16Speaker 8: gonna let me see it. But the number one thing
- 8:18Speaker 8: I always know is I'm gonna survive this one too,
- 8:22Speaker 8: That this too shall pass. It has been worth it
- 8:25Speaker 8: to me, man, to have this thing called faith, which
- 8:29Speaker 8: is the belief in things that you cannot see, and
- 8:32Speaker 8: to know man along the way that, oh my goodness, Man,
- 8:36Speaker 8: even though I don't know what's next, or even I'm
- 8:39Speaker 8: not really sure about the next step, I do know
- 8:43Speaker 8: for a fact that Samoa is coming. I do know
- 8:46Speaker 8: for a fact. It is a fact that God will
- 8:51Speaker 8: take care of me. It is a fact that he
- 8:54Speaker 8: will never ever leave me or desert me. If I
- 8:58Speaker 8: just stay here where I'm supposed to be. He's coming.
- 9:02Speaker 8: The Calvary's coming over the hill. He coming over the hill.
- 9:05Speaker 8: And when he come over that hill, he gonna wipe
- 9:07Speaker 8: out all this mess down here that that's trying to
- 9:10Speaker 8: hurt me, That that I don't have to worry about
- 9:13Speaker 8: my enemies anymore, that my enemies that are all around
- 9:17Speaker 8: you can surround me. You can shoot all the arrows
- 9:21Speaker 8: you want. Now, it's not to say that none of
- 9:24Speaker 8: them ain't gonna come close. And I ain't gonna say that,
- 9:27Speaker 8: you know, I ain't gonna be a little under some pressure,
- 9:31Speaker 8: a little nervous about being shot at so hard. But
- 9:34Speaker 8: at the end of the day, I know this for show.
- 9:36Speaker 8: Ain't none of them gonna stick in me. You can
- 9:39Speaker 8: shoot them, but ain't none of them gonna stick in me.
- 9:42Speaker 8: No matter what you do, no weapon formed against me,
- 9:48Speaker 8: nothing you can't.
- 9:50Speaker 9: You can't do nothing with me. Man, I'm so cool.
- 9:54Speaker 9: It's been worth it for me.
- 9:56Speaker 11: Man, you're listening Morning show.

- 29:25Speaker 1: nine inches of rain, which made roads impassable and a
- 29:29Speaker 1: temporarily closed area airports. Pictures and video footage showed people
- 29:34Speaker 1: wading through water reaching up to their knees as streets
- 29:37Speaker 1: and subways were flooded. Most of the travel issues are resolved,
- 29:41Speaker 1: but New Yorkers are still encouraged to stay safe and
- 29:44Speaker 1: avoid troubles and areas. No deaths or critical injuries were reported.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Wow, that's good.

- 31:09Speaker 1: been made in the murder case of Tupac Shakur. On
- 31:12Speaker 1: Friday in Las Vegas, Nevada police arrested Dwayne Keith D. Davis,
- 31:18Speaker 1: and a Nevada grand jury indicted him on one kind
- 31:21Speaker 1: of murder with a deadly weapon. The DA described Dwayne
- 31:24Speaker 1: Keith D. Davis as the on ground on site commander
- 31:28Speaker 1: who ordered the death of Chupac. Keith d has been
- 31:32Speaker 1: on the radar of investigators for some time after he
- 31:35Speaker 1: admitted and interviews and in his twenty nineteen memoir Compton
- 31:39Speaker 1: Street legend that he was in a Cadillac where shots
- 31:42Speaker 1: were fired during the fatal September nineteen ninety six drive

- 31:53Speaker 11: Wow?
- 31:54Speaker 3: Yeah, Yeah, I remember that night.
- 31:57Speaker 2: How many years has been now?

- 32:19Speaker 1: So uh moving on to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey.
- 32:23Speaker 1: They've been trending all weekend and it looks like the Swifties,
- 32:26Speaker 1: of course that's Taylor's fan base, have really come for
- 32:29Speaker 1: Kelsey's ex girlfriend, Maya ben Berry, who claims she's been
- 32:33Speaker 1: getting death threats from the Swifties ever since she said
- 32:36Speaker 1: negative things about her past relationship with Kelsey, been very
- 32:40Speaker 1: told Inside Edition that Swifties are aggressive, very negative, and
- 32:44Speaker 1: very hypocritical.
- 32:45Speaker 11: She added that it's really.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Crazy that someone that I think is positive and really
- 32:49Speaker 1: nice has such a negative and angry fan base. Wow,
- 32:54Speaker 1: Swifties are negative and angry.
- 32:57Speaker 2: You need to call it be Hive to get your back.
- 32:59Speaker 11: That's what you need, yes, Beyonce, Yes, you need.

- 33:05Speaker 12: you out of this jam right here, behid against the Swifties.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Yeah, but she was just talking about her experience. I mean,
- 33:13Speaker 1: some people say she shouldn't have said anything, and that
- 33:15Speaker 1: may be true, but that was that was her experience. Yeah,
- 33:19Speaker 1: with Tranni's Belsie so and.
- 33:22Speaker 3: Travis says she wants her fifteen minutes of fame, and
- 33:25Speaker 3: so the Swifties want her to go away. So stop
- 33:28Speaker 3: talking about Taylor's current boyfriend.
- 33:32Speaker 11: Death threat stuff.
- 33:33Speaker 3: No, absolutely, yeah, that's yeah, all right.
- 33:38Speaker 1: She said they're really aggressive, very negative. End that she
- 33:41Speaker 1: called him hypocrites as well. So maybe she can flave
- 33:45Speaker 1: because he's a Swifties.
- 33:46Speaker 10: Yeah he is.
- 33:48Speaker 13: Lave, call him off, call him off.

- 36:21Speaker 1: witness and a viral video that has over eight million
- 36:25Speaker 1: views so far, the teacher stepped in between the teenagers
- 36:28Speaker 1: and was trying to just diffuse an argument that the
- 36:31Speaker 1: students were having. It had gotten way out of control,
- 36:35Speaker 1: so the teacher stepped in. When she stepped in, that's

- 37:13Speaker 12: Expelled. You need to be expelled. You need to be
- 37:16Speaker 12: where you can't even come back to the school no more.
- 37:18Speaker 12: You get the point you're gonna pick up a chair
- 37:20Speaker 12: and hit the teacher in the head with.
- 37:22Speaker 11: Trying to stop a fight in the in her.
- 37:24Speaker 12: Room, because we already know the moment this teacher picked
- 37:28Speaker 12: up a chair and hit the student.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Then we got to you got it's over.
- 37:33Speaker 3: Yeah, they need they need to have assault felony charges.
- 37:38Speaker 3: You need to be expelled from the school and they
- 37:40Speaker 3: need to go to alternative school or something else, because
- 37:44Speaker 3: you can't you have to set an example. You can't
- 37:46Speaker 3: just be throwing chairs yet teachers in the class. And
- 37:51Speaker 3: then when you did it. You didn't even react, you
- 37:57Speaker 3: looking at her.
- 37:58Speaker 11: They want the teacher, not each other.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Yeah, they wanted to stop the teacher from stopping them
- 38:04Speaker 1: from fighting.
- 38:06Speaker 3: And everybody filming that needs to be suspended to everybody,
- 38:11Speaker 3: all y'all pulling our phones.

- 38:19Speaker 1: already got eight million views on.
- 38:21Speaker 2: This, Timmy, ain't your teaching.
- 38:23Speaker 12: That's but I swear every time I see you coming
- 38:27Speaker 12: in the classroom, I'm hitting your ass with something.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Every time I see I'm.
- 38:30Speaker 14: Going chess because and we hear.
- 38:34Speaker 1: We love our teachers. We understand the hard work that
- 38:37Speaker 1: you put in and the fact that you're underpaid. We
- 38:40Speaker 1: get it, we get it. And we're four teachers for
- 38:43Speaker 1: sure on this show.
- 38:44Speaker 2: And what they do, we cannot do what they do.
- 38:48Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, coming up at thirty four minutes after
- 38:52Speaker 1: the hour, we'll discuss guilt tipping. No, not guilt tripping,
- 38:57Speaker 1: guilt tipping. That's the thing. I do this all the time.
- 39:00Speaker 1: We'll talk about it when we come back right after this.
- 39:03Speaker 1: You're listening morning show. All right, So the new way
- 39:08Speaker 1: of tipping is being called guilt tipping, okay, because.
- 39:12Speaker 11: It's almost as if you're forced to tip.
- 39:15Speaker 1: We've all, we've all used one of those digital devices
- 39:20Speaker 1: that make paying for everything easier, right, you know, write
- 39:24Speaker 1: your card and you tap your card, do all that, right, Well,
- 39:27Speaker 1: those convenient devices are the major cause of excessive tipping.
- 39:31Speaker 1: A study by Forbes Advisor found that seventy five percent
- 39:34Speaker 1: of Americans are leaving big tips when prompted to on
- 39:37Speaker 1: tablets and smart card readers. Unlike the old fashioned way
- 39:41Speaker 1: of paying for a tipping cash people said they feel
- 39:44Speaker 1: pressure to tip now it mostly happens when the cashier.
- 39:48Speaker 11: Waitress is standing in front of you.
- 39:50Speaker 1: People surveyed said it's psychologically more difficult to stiff them
- 39:54Speaker 1: on a tip, even if all they did was ring
- 39:57Speaker 1: up your item and put it in a bag. All
- 40:00Speaker 1: they did. But you're tipping.
- 40:01Speaker 12: We shouldn't be had McDonald's. Now, I'm just sorry. We
- 40:05Speaker 12: shouldn't be tipping at McDonald's.
- 40:07Speaker 1: Well, here's the question. Have you guys been guilted into
- 40:12Speaker 1: leaving a tip that you otherwise would not have left,
- 40:14Speaker 1: so you left one to have McDonald's.
- 40:16Speaker 11: Tell me? Is that what you're saying.
- 40:18Speaker 12: I ain't been to McDonald's, but but I'm just saying
- 40:20Speaker 12: it's it's it's at every fast News. Now when you tap,
- 40:23Speaker 12: there's a tip not right there, so that the the uh.
- 40:30Speaker 10: Tip.
- 40:30Speaker 3: You could tip at Starbucks too, you could tell they'll
- 40:34Speaker 3: put the machine out the window if you go through
- 40:36Speaker 3: the drive through and you put your card in, I
- 40:38Speaker 3: don't know, and and it'll ask you if you want
- 40:40Speaker 3: to tip and how much?
- 40:42Speaker 12: I said, no, I want to pay for the coffee.
- 40:45Speaker 12: That's what I want to pay for for the damn coffee.
- 40:49Speaker 1: No, okay, I was gonna how.
- 40:50Speaker 13: Y'all feel guilty? How y'all feel good? I don't care.
- 40:52Speaker 14: If you're standing there, you can look me, Dad and mine.
- 40:55Speaker 14: I'm gonna tell you know again, I'm not. I don't
- 40:58Speaker 14: feel guilty about this.
- 40:59Speaker 1: The Lord only requires ten percent. Try how did we
- 41:04Speaker 1: get up to twenty percent tipping?
- 41:07Speaker 12: Now I go to a fine restaurant, I'm tipping. I'm tipping.
- 41:11Speaker 12: I'm all about tip. Yeah, you know for sure.
- 41:14Speaker 2: But it's just certain things. I'll be like, we got
- 41:15Speaker 2: we tipping for that though.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, it's certain things that you know. Yesterday
- 41:20Speaker 1: I went to Whole Foods and I want to get
- 41:22Speaker 1: a smoothie, just a smoothie. So I tapped my card.
- 41:25Speaker 1: They had one of the machines. He are talking about
- 41:27Speaker 1: it tap. Put my card on there to tap it.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Said how much do you want to tip? Fifteen eighteen,
- 41:32Speaker 1: twenty twenty five. I tipped him because he made my smoothie.
- 41:38Speaker 3: He made my smoothes tipped the thing. You have to
- 41:42Speaker 3: three smoothiety dollars. I don't tip in justifying restaurant because
- 41:46Speaker 3: I used to be a hostess and a waitress.
- 41:48Speaker 15: Soul.
- 41:48Speaker 1: I'm an over tipper too.
- 41:52Speaker 3: I've been there and I understand, and not just people
- 41:54Speaker 3: that work at fine restaurants need a tip.
- 41:56Speaker 2: Now.
- 41:56Speaker 3: A lot of times you could go to a restaurant
- 41:58Speaker 3: and order something and go win and get it to go.
- 42:02Speaker 2: Pick it up. Yeah, do you now that?
- 42:04Speaker 5: No? I do not.
- 42:06Speaker 1: No, it's fast food.
- 42:07Speaker 14: No, I don't care if I call in an order.
- 42:09Speaker 14: When I come pick it up, I'm picked it up.
- 42:10Speaker 13: I'm going back outside. I'm not tipping for that junior.
- 42:14Speaker 12: Okay about this, yeah, Q they're.
- 42:16Speaker 13: Talking about Damn, you ain't gonna leave no tip now,
- 42:18Speaker 13: you just here give me at the buffet.
- 42:22Speaker 14: I fixed my own plate with all the way up
- 42:24Speaker 14: that to the ring and did you ever say you're
- 42:26Speaker 14: talking about what you're gonna put them to fifteen to twenty,
- 42:29Speaker 14: not the custom customer, chick custom custom zero.
- 42:32Speaker 11: Yes, yeah, there's custom on there too.
- 42:34Speaker 2: You're right. So let me ask you about him.
- 42:36Speaker 11: That made my smoothie. I did I tipped him? Of course? Yeah, yeah,
- 42:40Speaker 11: pair of stylist.
- 42:42Speaker 12: Everybody tips their hairstylist, right, so I mean if you
- 42:45Speaker 12: if you, you know, whatever, your your cause, you still
- 42:49Speaker 12: put a tip on that.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Right, Yeah? Yeah, that's normal.
- 42:52Speaker 11: Yeah, I've been doing that for years.
- 42:55Speaker 12: Let mean, so if the let's just say it's eighty
- 42:57Speaker 12: five dollars, why not just make the hair at one
- 43:00Speaker 12: hundred dollars and then it's all in there. Let's just
- 43:04Speaker 12: let's just call it what it is.
- 43:05Speaker 1: It's like like it's like we said in the story,
- 43:07Speaker 1: it's psychological right now.
- 43:12Speaker 12: And is the hairtilad that charging me one hundred dollars?
- 43:15Speaker 12: Are they expecting the tip to be on that too?
- 43:20Speaker 11: It would be nice. You know.
- 43:22Speaker 1: They're used to getting tips, so yeah, if you don't
- 43:24Speaker 1: get one, they would think that was odd if they
- 43:26Speaker 1: didn't get a tip.
- 43:27Speaker 3: I'm sure tip tipping people for a serface, I don't

- 53:58Speaker 11: All right, thank you, nephew.
- 53:59Speaker 1: Subject. I wish I enjoyed it as much as he does.
- 54:02Speaker 1: Here Stephen Shirley, I'm dating a man that has all
- 54:06Speaker 1: the things a man is supposed to have. He's handsome,
- 54:10Speaker 1: he's in shape, and he loves the Lord. The fact
- 54:13Speaker 1: that he can't keep a job is another story, but
- 54:15Speaker 1: I'm being patient until he finds a job that he loves.
- 54:19Speaker 1: He is thirty seven and I'm thirty nine. He has
- 54:23Speaker 1: two children and I have one child. I'm willing to
- 54:26Speaker 1: make all of the necessary adjustments to be with this man,
- 54:29Speaker 1: but he's got to do some things from me too.
- 54:32Speaker 1: Our sex life is lacking in a major way. It's
- 54:35Speaker 1: the size and the technique. I've learned over the years
- 54:38Speaker 1: that if the technique is great, then the size doesn't
- 54:42Speaker 1: really matter. I've made more than a few recommendations to him,
- 54:45Speaker 1: and he won't take any of my advice. He thinks
- 54:49Speaker 1: he is the man in the bedroom, and I'm not
- 54:51Speaker 1: into faking anything. So he's built up this confidence all
- 54:55Speaker 1: on his own, and it's funny to me. We've been
- 54:58Speaker 1: together for three years, and it's that of getting better
- 55:01Speaker 1: is getting worse. He works up a sweat, talks all
- 55:05Speaker 1: the way through it, and he's even stopped to wipe
- 55:07Speaker 1: his head with a towel a few times. Meanwhile, I'm
- 55:11Speaker 1: thinking of my ex boyfriend the whole time. When we're done,
- 55:15Speaker 1: he's got a burst of energy, and he cooks breakfast
- 55:18Speaker 1: or a full.
- 55:18Speaker 11: Meal, depending on what time of day it is.
- 55:22Speaker 1: He buys me gifts and tells me I'm the best
- 55:24Speaker 1: woman he's ever been with, and I wish I could
- 55:27Speaker 1: tell him the same thing.
- 55:29Speaker 11: He's great, but the intimacy is trash.
- 55:32Speaker 1: How important is great sex and a mari in a relationship?
- 55:35Speaker 1: Is it a small sacrifice to make if the man
- 55:38Speaker 1: is good at everything else? You know, if you got
- 55:42Speaker 1: to ask these questions, there's already a problem. And to
- 55:48Speaker 1: answer your question, yes, sex and intimacy extremely important in
- 55:52Speaker 1: a relationship. Okay, that's where you bond, that's where you
- 55:55Speaker 1: show you love for your partner.
- 55:57Speaker 11: You shut out the world and just enjoy each other.
- 56:00Speaker 1: And why are you even asking about sacrifice when you're
- 56:03Speaker 1: the only one sacrificing anything in this relationship.
- 56:07Speaker 11: This man doesn't have.
- 56:08Speaker 1: A job, he can't keep one, according to you, and
- 56:12Speaker 1: he's bad in the bedroom. How have you put up
- 56:16Speaker 1: with this for three whole years? You also said you've
- 56:18Speaker 1: talked to him about his performance and he doesn't listen. Well,
- 56:22Speaker 1: you're gonna have to make him listen and hear you somehow,
- 56:26Speaker 1: because the reason you're writing this Strawberry letter is because
- 56:29Speaker 1: you're becoming bored and frustrated with him. You're being patient
- 56:33Speaker 1: until he finds a job he loves. How long is
- 56:36Speaker 1: that going to take? At this point, he just needs
- 56:39Speaker 1: to get a job, and you're gonna have to leave
- 56:42Speaker 1: this one sided relationship if he doesn't. I mean, there's
- 56:45Speaker 1: so many things in this letter that we could talk about,
- 56:48Speaker 1: and I'm sure Tommy and Junior will get to them
- 56:51Speaker 1: as well. But you know, you think that he has
- 56:54Speaker 1: all the things that a man is supposed to have.
- 56:56Speaker 11: No, he doesn't. You're disillusioned with all of this.
- 57:00Speaker 12: Tommy, You're just so selfish, you really are. He's handsome,
- 57:06Speaker 12: he in shape, he loved the Lord, the boy cook
- 57:10Speaker 12: a whole meal. He good with that, he give me,
- 57:13Speaker 12: he giving you gifts? Well, then, and he's lacking in
- 57:17Speaker 12: the size and the technique. How much do you want?
- 57:19Speaker 12: I mean, you're getting something. I mean, what else do
- 57:23Speaker 12: you want? You got you got to have the side,
- 57:25Speaker 12: You got to have the technique. I mean you just
- 57:28Speaker 12: you already can tell he can't take it. The boy
- 57:31Speaker 12: over there sweating and in the middle of it, he
- 57:33Speaker 12: gotta stop and wiping his head, he dripping wet, just
- 57:36Speaker 12: with sweat.
- 57:37Speaker 2: He can't.
- 57:37Speaker 12: He can't do all this stuff. So I don't know
- 57:39Speaker 12: what it is you're trying to. You're trying to get
- 57:41Speaker 12: him now, sexy valuation. It's too late for that. Y'all
- 57:43Speaker 12: been doing this three years. So no, it's not gonna
- 57:47Speaker 12: get any better than this. It is what it is.
- 57:50Speaker 12: So that leads me to this, And I hate to
- 57:52Speaker 12: say it. You're gonna have to get a side piece.
- 57:55Speaker 12: I just, I just you're gonna have to get a
- 57:57Speaker 12: side It's just, I just I just don't see any
- 58:00Speaker 12: other way around this for you. I just don't. And
- 58:02Speaker 12: we don't want to lose the great qualities that he
- 58:05Speaker 12: does have. He loves the law, he's in shape. He
- 58:08Speaker 12: ain't in too much shape because he's sweating too much
- 58:10Speaker 12: up in there, so he ain't that's a lot.
- 58:12Speaker 1: He really ain't in that.
- 58:13Speaker 2: Kind of shape.
- 58:14Speaker 12: And all this he hands some and he cooked good,
- 58:16Speaker 12: He cooked good, and he bring these gifts. And we
- 58:19Speaker 12: don't want to lose that. We want that, we want
- 58:21Speaker 12: that to continue.
- 58:21Speaker 2: We like that part.
- 58:23Speaker 12: But he's missing on the sex side, and you don't
- 58:26Speaker 12: want to give him up because he's missing that.
- 58:29Speaker 2: Therefore, you need a side piece. You just do you do?
- 58:32Speaker 12: You need somebody to come in twice a week and
- 58:34Speaker 12: just you know, do what they do. I understand you
- 58:37Speaker 12: are missing. We talked earlier. I can't remember what part
- 58:40Speaker 12: of the break it was. Somebody was making too much
- 58:42Speaker 12: noise having sex in their conduct. That's what you want,
- 58:45Speaker 12: you want that, and y'all ain't making noise. He just
- 58:48Speaker 12: sweating and it's just a pool of sweat all over
- 58:50Speaker 12: the flow. And you're gonna have to find you somebody.
- 58:53Speaker 12: But see, can't nobody come by because he got it,
- 58:56Speaker 12: because he ain't got no damn job he had, right,
- 58:58Speaker 12: We got to get him a job so we can
- 59:00Speaker 12: get him to working, so we can have room for
- 59:03Speaker 12: side peace time. Then you don't have room right now,
- 59:06Speaker 12: and we got to figure out how to get you
- 59:08Speaker 12: some room.
- 59:09Speaker 2: What we need to work on. Is who hiring now?
- 59:11Speaker 12: Maybe they're hiring down there at the church because he
- 59:14Speaker 12: loved the Lord. Now you know the Lord to get
- 59:15Speaker 12: your job if you asked for one, go down there
- 59:17Speaker 12: to the church and see a pastor got something he
- 59:19Speaker 12: can do. Cut the yard down there to something, whatever
- 59:22Speaker 12: it is. You need to pay attention to what his
- 59:25Speaker 12: schedule live, so we can schedule this side piece.
- 59:28Speaker 2: We got to have some room.
- 59:30Speaker 12: We got to find a good hour for this side
- 59:32Speaker 12: piece to come in and handle up for you so
- 59:35Speaker 12: you'll be able to I personally, if I was you,
- 59:37Speaker 12: i'd do more like a like a Monday and a Thursday.
- 59:40Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 59:41Speaker 12: You ain't got to tell your side people about no
- 59:43Speaker 12: technique and you ain't got to worry about no side
- 59:45Speaker 12: because side piece coming with all of that now, he
- 59:48Speaker 12: ain't He might not be handsome, Okay, he probably ain't
- 59:51Speaker 12: finna cook nothing afterwards. Side piece don't side pieces don't
- 59:53Speaker 12: do all that. He probably don't love the Lord. But
- 59:56Speaker 12: that ain't what you're looking for. You looking for technique
- 59:59Speaker 12: inside and that's how you get to it. And I
- 1:00:02Speaker 12: hate to tell you that that is not ready to
- 1:00:04Speaker 12: live up, Tommy, that's just Tommy.
- 1:00:06Speaker 11: Okay, all right, nephew, thank you.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: We'll have part two of the Strawberry Letter coming up
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry Letter
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: subject I wish I enjoyed it as much as he does.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: We'll hit from Junior right after this.
- 1:00:23Speaker 11: You're listening the Hardy Morning Show.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: All right, it is time now for the part two
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: of the Strawberry Letter.
- 1:00:30Speaker 11: We got to recap it.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: The subject is I wish I enjoyed it as much
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: as you do, as much as he does. I wish
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: I enjoyed it as much as he does. A thirty
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: nine year old woman wrote in she's dating for three years.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: She's been dating this guy who's thirty seven. She says,
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: he has all the things.
- 1:00:48Speaker 11: A man should have. He's handsome, he's in shape, he
- 1:00:51Speaker 11: loves the lord.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: But he can't keep a job, and he's waiting to
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: try and find a job that he loves. She says,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: even with all that terrible in the bedroom, he's bad
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: in the bedroom, and she.
- 1:01:05Speaker 11: Is trying to make her.
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: Yeah, he's terrible. She's willing to make all the necessary
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: adjustments with this man, but he has to do some
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: things for her too. He's lacking in size, he's lacking
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: in techniques, and she says, if the technique is great,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: size doesn't really matter.
- 1:01:21Speaker 11: But he doesn't have either of those.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: She said, he's, you know, thinking that he's bringing it
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: in the bedroom. He's not.
- 1:01:27Speaker 11: He's sweating, he's not. He's doing all these things. He's wipe,
- 1:01:33Speaker 11: wipes his head with a towel a few times, you know,
- 1:01:37Speaker 11: during and all that, you know.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: But she's she's unimpressed, and she's thinking of her ex
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: boyfriend all during this time while she's in there with him.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: So she wants to know how important is great sex
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: in a relationship and is it a small sacrifice to
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: make if the man is good at everything else. So
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: that's where we are.
- 1:01:57Speaker 11: That's where we are, Junior. What you got?
- 1:02:00Speaker 14: No, no, no, no, no, no, it's trash. You said it
- 1:02:03Speaker 14: was to see what's trash?
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: Yeah, she said, it ain't.
- 1:02:07Speaker 13: No, ain't no good trash. It's trash. I don't care
- 1:02:11Speaker 13: what you say.
- 1:02:12Speaker 14: This what gets me about it because he he loved
- 1:02:14Speaker 14: the Lord, he handsome and in shape.
- 1:02:16Speaker 13: But what did I got to do with technique? And signe?
- 1:02:20Speaker 13: Let me tell you something. You got to have both.
- 1:02:22Speaker 13: You got the ain't no one of the other. We
- 1:02:25Speaker 13: could make it with just one of the other. That man, please, this.
- 1:02:29Speaker 14: Is the trash that he got the nerd to be
- 1:02:31Speaker 14: talking all the way through it.
- 1:02:33Speaker 13: Now, what is he saying?
- 1:02:34Speaker 14: See you over here taking this trash and you just
- 1:02:36Speaker 14: laid up there looking at him while he talking and
- 1:02:39Speaker 14: working up a sweat.
- 1:02:40Speaker 13: So I don't even know.
- 1:02:41Speaker 14: How you doing this, but I think it's my mind,
- 1:02:43Speaker 14: probably something like this because you fantasy land, you thinking
- 1:02:45Speaker 14: about your ex.
- 1:02:47Speaker 13: But he in here talking to.
- 1:02:48Speaker 14: You while you filing your nails. Yeah, okay, on, so
- 1:02:52Speaker 14: you just gonna file on me. You're gonna file on me.
- 1:02:55Speaker 14: You just gonna file your nails like I ain't doing nothing,
- 1:02:57Speaker 14: or watch this watch it? Okay, So now you just
- 1:02:59Speaker 14: gonna eye your clothes. You're gonna iron your clothes while
- 1:03:02Speaker 14: I'm in they're putting all these words.
- 1:03:03Speaker 13: You won't see this here.
- 1:03:04Speaker 14: Oh oh, you're trying to try me? Are you trying
- 1:03:06Speaker 14: to try me? So you're gonna watch First forty eight
- 1:03:08Speaker 14: while I'm.
- 1:03:09Speaker 13: Doing all this work right here, You're gonna watch crime
- 1:03:11Speaker 13: show on me. I'm gonna try and turn that off.
- 1:03:13Speaker 13: Right now. Wait a minute, Wait a minute, is you
- 1:03:15Speaker 13: getting clean and supplies? You're gonna clean the restaurroom on me?
- 1:03:18Speaker 13: You gonna do cause she could do all these things
- 1:03:22Speaker 13: because it's trash.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: That's what she said.
- 1:03:25Speaker 14: That's what she's doing because it's trash. She can't do
- 1:03:27Speaker 14: nothing else. Hey, I don't even know why. I don't
- 1:03:30Speaker 14: even know why we even talking about this. So you
- 1:03:32Speaker 14: know I love the Lord. So you're gonna pull the
- 1:03:33Speaker 14: Bible ot on me. Okay, you're gonna read the scripture
- 1:03:36Speaker 14: right now? Yeah, yeah, it's not working for you. And
- 1:03:42Speaker 14: you've been with this for three years. How did he
- 1:03:44Speaker 14: get to have no technique, no side, and no job.
- 1:03:49Speaker 11: Because he's handsome, in shape and loves the Lord. That's
- 1:03:52Speaker 11: why this is Tommy j He not in shape from
- 1:03:56Speaker 11: stuff now.
- 1:03:58Speaker 13: I'm telling you, and off of a sudden coming.
- 1:04:01Speaker 14: So I said that you finished doing all this none work.
- 1:04:04Speaker 14: Now we become Marie Calendar.
- 1:04:05Speaker 13: You in here cooking. Now you're a restaurant. Now you're
- 1:04:10Speaker 13: in here just baking everything. Got a fool meal full spread?

- 1:08:17Speaker 9: Oh yes, it is.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: Colder, Caago, older than Chicago for sure.
- 1:08:22Speaker 13: Also, man, let's give it up to Colorado.

- 1:08:34Speaker 14: hold y'all head high man, prime y'all doing that, man,

- 1:18:42Speaker 2: That's fine. I can feel, though, I can feel honey
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: to beat.
- 1:18:47Speaker 12: Yeah, and if I feel something, I feel weird, I'm

- 1:19:15Speaker 1: Would you rather be brutally honest with your wife, or
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: would you rather your wife be brutally honest with you?
- 1:19:22Speaker 13: Well, we already know she's doing be.
- 1:19:27Speaker 5: Yeah.

- 1:19:31Speaker 3: all right, all right, be with Paul?
- 1:19:34Speaker 13: Yeah, all right.
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: Would you rather you can't taste whatever you're eating? Or
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: would you rather you can't smell whatever you're eating? Can't
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: taste it or you can't smell it?
- 1:19:42Speaker 3: I don't.
- 1:19:43Speaker 14: I can't smell it, that's fine, but I gotta be
- 1:19:45Speaker 14: able to taste it. Yeah, yeah, I just taste it,
- 1:19:48Speaker 14: smell it. You might not want to eat it, but
- 1:19:52Speaker 14: COVID you couldn't just nail.
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: I want to be a taste. I don't want to

- 1:20:04Speaker 1: And it is our last break of the day, and
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: we got some closing remarks from nephew Tommy right after this.
- 1:20:10Speaker 11: You're listening morning show.
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: All right, it is time now, it's our last break
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: of the day on this Monday. It's been a good day, right, guys,
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: A great day, had fun. Yeah, it's been a fun.
- 1:20:23Speaker 12: When we started, you'll quit thinking bad about Monday. Monday
- 1:20:26Speaker 12: is a good thing.
- 1:20:26Speaker 11: I like Monday.
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: It's a good thing.
- 1:20:28Speaker 11: Yes, people will be okay that we're here.
- 1:20:32Speaker 15: That's right.
- 1:20:32Speaker 13: Wait a minute, Wait a minute a minute?
- 1:20:35Speaker 6: What did he say?
- 1:20:36Speaker 13: Mondays is a good thing? Talking about the dude didn't
- 1:20:38Speaker 13: come in on Mondays.
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: I ain't worked this past weekend to a right.
- 1:20:47Speaker 11: Yes, Carla, what'd you say?
- 1:20:49Speaker 13: Tommy? You may not come here, but you're not mad
- 1:20:52Speaker 13: at the day at today. I just don't want to
- 1:20:55Speaker 13: be here.
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: I'm all seven days.
- 1:21:02Speaker 11: Mutual, Sir h Steve will be back tomorrow, by the way.
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: Yeah, and listen, Tommy, you have a brand new website
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: and initiative. It's called Don't Cancer Me Out. So let's
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: talk about that please.
- 1:21:14Speaker 12: So so uh last year, while I was in the hospital,
- 1:21:17Speaker 12: I came up with a phrase called don't Cancer Me Out.
- 1:21:20Speaker 12: I came up with this phrase, and then I came
- 1:21:21Speaker 12: back and had a conversation with Uncle Steve and he's like, hey,
- 1:21:24Speaker 12: you need to you need to trademark that, befo you
- 1:21:26Speaker 12: even say that you need to get that trade. So
- 1:21:28Speaker 12: I got the trademark Don't Cancer Me Out. And what
- 1:21:32Speaker 12: I've done is I've created a website when you can
- 1:21:35Speaker 12: go thank you and you know what you can go to.
- 1:21:39Speaker 12: You know, we all have friends and loved ones that
- 1:21:41Speaker 12: are that are going through different types of cancers. So
- 1:21:44Speaker 12: what I've done is you can go to this website
- 1:21:46Speaker 12: don't Cancer me out whatever particular cancer you want to.
- 1:21:50Speaker 12: If you want to buy a shirt, you want to
- 1:21:51Speaker 12: buy a water bottle, you want to buy a cap,
- 1:21:54Speaker 12: and you want to give it to a loved one
- 1:21:56Speaker 12: of our friends, you know, for for some encouragement that's
- 1:21:58Speaker 12: going through that's fighting battling cancer. Whatever the ribbon is
- 1:22:03Speaker 12: for that particular cancer, that's what will be on the
- 1:22:07Speaker 12: actual product that you purchase.
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: Does that make sense? You know what I'm saying.
- 1:22:11Speaker 12: So if you've got a friend that's going through breast cancer,
- 1:22:13Speaker 12: if you're going through the liver, leukemia, bone cancer, testicular,
- 1:22:18Speaker 12: every last one of them, every one, every cancer has.
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: A different ribbon and different different color ribbon.
- 1:22:25Speaker 12: So so when you purchase one, it will actually uh,
- 1:22:28Speaker 12: you're actually creating it and you'll get mailed out to you.
- 1:22:31Speaker 12: If you want to cap, you want a shirt, you
- 1:22:33Speaker 12: want to you want to water bottle, whatever it is, bandana,
- 1:22:36Speaker 12: it's it's on my website Don't Cancer Me Out.
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: And that's just kind of my way. And you know,
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: I'm trying to give once a month.
- 1:22:42Speaker 12: My goal is to give someone that's going through battling cancer,
- 1:22:46Speaker 12: you know, is to be able to send them out,
- 1:22:48Speaker 12: you know, a check that will help them go through
- 1:22:50Speaker 12: because a lot of people did going through this, man,
- 1:22:52Speaker 12: and they have you know, don't have the insurance of
- 1:22:56Speaker 12: what it takes to uh to to really pay for
- 1:22:59Speaker 12: all of this.
- 1:22:59Speaker 2: It's a lot to deal with, man. So you know,
- 1:23:01Speaker 2: I'm just trying to be helpful.
- 1:23:02Speaker 12: I'm blessed to be able to get gone through it,
- 1:23:04Speaker 12: gotten through it, and hopefully it's you know, if God
- 1:23:08Speaker 12: say the same, it's gone for good. But here's something,
- 1:23:11Speaker 12: here's something that's encouraging to the people out there. You
- 1:23:15Speaker 12: want to take care of your love, want to give
- 1:23:16Speaker 12: them something that's a little bit uplifting, get them but
- 1:23:19Speaker 12: don't Cancer Me Out T shirt or water bottle of
- 1:23:21Speaker 12: a baseball cap.
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: What's the website?
- 1:23:23Speaker 11: Tell me what's the website?
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: Don't Cancer Me Out?
- 1:23:29Speaker 3: Bordered my breast cancer awareness T shirt from Don't Cancer
- 1:23:33Speaker 3: Me Out?
- 1:23:34Speaker 13: There you go you yeah, all right, yeah, I love.
- 1:23:37Speaker 3: It, Tommy bringing awareness and supporting and keeping all that man,
- 1:23:43Speaker 3: supporting the survivor, you know.
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: And each month we're trying to spotlight, you know, a
- 1:23:50Speaker 2: cancer survivor.
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: And that's what you're supposed to do. When you're blessed,
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: you're supposed to bless others. And you're doing exactly that.
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: So congratulations on that. And we're so because a year ago.
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: You're right, it was scary.
- 1:24:04Speaker 11: It was scary, yeah for years ago, but yeah, but
- 1:24:07Speaker 11: God brought you one through.
- 1:24:08Speaker 9: Amen to that.
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: Amen. Amen. So I just I just you know, man,
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: I still go back and get my checkups. And you
- 1:24:15Speaker 2: know when you go through M. D.
- 1:24:17Speaker 12: Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas and you're walking through when
- 1:24:20Speaker 12: you just see you know, the walk that people are
- 1:24:22Speaker 12: walking and you know what they're going through, and you're like, oh, man,
- 1:24:24Speaker 12: I know I know this road. And to be able
- 1:24:27Speaker 12: to get checked up every so often. Everything's still clear,
- 1:24:31Speaker 12: everything's still negative. And you know between you see the people, man,
- 1:24:35Speaker 12: they need something uplifting, they need something encouraging. So I
- 1:24:37Speaker 12: tried to come up with something and my big dogs say, hey,
- 1:24:40Speaker 12: don't you say, don't cancel me out on this radio
- 1:24:43Speaker 12: at all till you get a trade off and slip
- 1:24:45Speaker 12: was hanging.
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: His lip was hanging.
- 1:24:46Speaker 11: When he's sticking.
- 1:24:49Speaker 12: You know, it's serious, body, he's seriously So go to
